FEDERAL CONSERVATIVE LIARS -ROB NICHOLSON AND STEPHEN HARPER

Hey I often have met people who thought only of their own self importance,  the professionals and politicians, cops now included, and who think that no one can touch them, they cannot be made to face any negative consequences for their immoral acts, lies, tax evasions, abuse of others, and boy they quickly do turn even white with fear, pale pale, are shocked, when one day real negative things happen to them such as public exposures, job dismissals too.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/11/26/canadas-justice-reviews-are-still-a-big-farce/

.

The straw that broke the Camel’s back. The Conservatives have seen a precipitous and sustained drop in their popularity since Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced on Dec. 30 that he was suspending Parliament to recalibrate the government’s agenda.

.

ROB NICHOLSON  AND STEPHEN HARPER SAY THAT the Liberals HAD made them do it . Do what? LIE as well..

IF THE NEW CONSERVATIVE JUSTICE MINISTER ROB NICHOLSON  AND PRIME MINISTER STEPHEN HARPER NOW  ARE LIARS AND YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM TO TELL THE TRUTH THEN WHAT OTHER FEDERAL CABINET MINISTER CAN YOU PRESENTLY TRUST? None! https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/12/22/harper-again-2/

.

Isnt it nice that I can still choose who my friends are and I can still choose my friends wisely too.. I do not have to associate with the bad guys still too.

Clearly the prime minister has abandoned election promises of transparency and merit-based public-service and judicial appointments .. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/12/22/harper-again-2/  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/30/in-spite-of-past-promises-harper-unleashes-flood-of-patronage/

Record doesn’t support PM’s claim that Liberal senators have blocked crime bills – Yahoo! Canada News cp OTTAWA – Stephen Harper is appealing to Canadians’ fear of crime to justify the appointment of five new Conservative senators.   “Our government is serious about getting tough on crime. Since we were first elected, we have made it one of our highest priorities,” the prime minister said in a statement Friday announcing his latest Senate picks.  “The Liberals have abused their Senate majority by obstructing and eviscerating law and order measures that are urgently needed and strongly supported by Canadians.”  With Friday’s new additions, the Conservatives finally outnumber the Liberals in the upper chamber, although they are still just short of an absolute majority. That new dominance, the Harper government asserted, will finally enable the Tories to speed their tough-on-crime agenda through the Senate and make Canada a safer place.  Then again, maybe not.  Records compiled by the Liberals suggest the Senate has not actually posed a big obstacle to the Harper government. Indeed, Harper himself has done far more to delay his own crime legislation, by proroguing Parliament and other stalling tactics, than Liberal senators have ever done. FEDERAL CONSERVATIVE LIARS -ROB NICHOLSON  AND STEPHEN HARPER   During the last session of Parliament, the government introduced 19 criminal justice bills, 11 of which were still wending their way through the House of Commons when Harper suspended Parliament on Dec. 30, essentially wiping the legislative slate clean.  Technically, those bills could be reinstated where they left off, but only if the opposition parties consent. They appear to be in no mood to co-operate given the partisan beating inflicted by the Tories.  Of the eight bills that actually made it as far as the Senate, four were passed by the then-Liberal dominated chamber.  Two were still being debated or studied at committee at the time of prorogation. And another – a bill orginating in the Senate to scrap the long-gun registry – was being deliberately held back by the government, which has opted instead to back an MP’s private member’s bill that would accomplish the same goal.  One other bill – C-15, which would impose minimum mandatory sentences on those running marijuana grow-ops – was passed by the Senate but with amendments that would leave some judicial discretion in cases involving fewer than 200 plants. The government claimed the amendments would gut the bill, an impasse that was unresolved at the time of prorogation.  At a celebratory news conference Friday, accompanied by two of the new senators, Justice Minister Rob Nicholson was asked repeatedly how he can blame Liberal senators for holding up his law and order agenda when the prime minister is the one who actually wiped out the bulk of it with his decision to prorogue.  Nicholson insisted the record shows “the Liberals are soft on crime.” He accused Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff of making a show of supporting tough legislation in the Commons but then allowing Liberal senators to “obstruct, delay and gut some of our most important measures.”  But he could point to only three specific bills: C-15; C-26, a bill to crack down on auto thefts; and C-25, a bill to end the practice of crediting convicts with two days of time served for each day spent behind bars before trial.   C-25 is not, perhaps, the best example for the government to dredge up. After a mere 19 days in the upper chamber (compared to 36 days in the Commons), the so-called “Truth in Sentencing” act was in fact passed by senators last Oct. 21. It received royal assent the following day.  Yet, after all the badgering of supposedly foot-dragging senators, cabinet decided it could wait four months – until Feb. 22 – to actually bring the law into force.  “They could’ve made it effective the next day,” Liberal Senate leader James Cowan said in an interview.  “If ever there was an example of the facts differing from their rhetoric, that’s a pretty good one.”  On C-26, Nicholson complained the bill has been “stuck” in the Senate for six months.  But the six-month tally doesn’t take into account the fact that the bill was handed over to the Senate just before Parliament broke for the summer. By the Liberals’ count, the bill had actually been before the Senate for 38 working days by the time of prorogation – four days fewer than it took to get through the Commons.  Indeed, the Senate has regularly spent far less time examining and voting on bills than the House of Commons, which has taken as much as 95 days on some crime legislation that never got beyond second reading debate.  Given the government’s own foot-dragging, Cowan questions whether Harper is really serious about passing his criminal justice agenda, or simply wants an excuse to keep reintroducing measures that allow him to bash the Senate and accuse the Liberals of being “soft on crime.”  “It makes you wonder if they’d rather talk about it than actually do it.” http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100129/national/senate_reality_check

Being nice to the con guys, the bad people is a complete waste of time, unless they do first experience real negative personal consequences they will have no valid reasons to change their past, present  bad behaviors, and they too like all the rest do next find out that a good name was,  is worth more than all the silver gold, prestige, power you can acquire.. and don’t you hate it too when you know everyone else is rather mostly talking bad about you, despising you and there is nothing you can do about it too.. nor can you change it.. take it all back.

and how many lying broken and unkept promises is PM Stephen Harper himself now guilty of  and the best he can do is lie, slander, divert it to the bad liberals.. and how much better is he really now.. not at all! https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/12/04/a-very-sick-harper/

Salary for a senator (non-hockey playing) is $133,000 per annum. The average gross salary for Canada is around $41,000. Prime Minister Stephen Harper has just appointed five new Conservative Senators, something he said he’d never do during his campaign. Baloney! PM Harper’s government record on everything women including equality is very poor

RED NECKED CANADIAN PRIME MINISTER  STEPHEN HARPER SEEMS TO LIKE TO KEEP OUR WOMEN PREGNANT AND BARE FOOTED..

Our prime Minister Stephen Harper plans to help women only as baby-makers while ignoring all the other Millennium Goals to end Poverty by 2015 on the international agenda, including “environmental sustainability.” Harper does not  mention anything about women getting educations or achieving economic parity.   “None of the spectrum of women’s rights and issues is encompassed ”  Stephen Lewis It doesn’t include sexual violence, child marriage, sexual trafficking, female genital mutilation, economic autonomy, political representation, land rights or inheritance rights. It includes none of the panoply of women’s issues which consign women to subordinate positions around the world.” Hardly surprising considering Harper’s government record on everything  women  including equality. http://www.thestar.com/living/article/757286–harper-s-plan-helps-women-only-as-baby-makers

“I almost choked on my breakfast when I read Stephen Harper’s pronouncement that Canada would be championing the cause of women and poverty around the world. Aboriginal Canadians have an infant mortality rate three times that of other Canadian babies. They suffer from tuberculosis infections four times more than their fellow Canadians. With women’s rights being systematically eroded under his watch and an unemployment program whose motto runs something akin to “Get a job!” Harper’s statements only serve to underscore his dismissal of women and the poor here at home. ” David Kemker, Janetville,  http://www.thestar.com/opinion/article/757937–women-s-causes-ignored-here

And it is true that the Conservatives under Harper have failed over the years to attract a majority of female voters. So it is hardly surprising that the Conservatives want to appear to be championing the cause of women. What a bunch of lying pretenders they still are rather..

Speaking of Women, more and more elderly persons are facing the prospect of living in an old age home alone, men and women, likely though the women will outnumber the men cause the north American women tend to live longer over men. One of the most tragic things I have seen is elderly persons sitting in their rooms, corridors, at the elevators, recreation rooms waiting for a visit from a loved ones.. which mostly never happens these days too.. But thank God for all those Volunteers, who are mostly women who help in Hospitals, convalescent and old age homes, who brighten up the elderly persons lives

And I have often seen it myself, too many nurses and doctors wrongfully in no hurry to help the really sick persons. Now some of these clearly bad persons  who still cannot face the negative reality about themselves, the ongoing especially bad nurses and doctors, lie and try to divert my  truth by saying I hate doctors and nurses, so well let me make it very clear I do rightfully hate all bad, pretentious, lazy, no good doctors and nurses who are not doing their jobs properly and  are causing other people to continue to suffer   as a result.. so should we all..   and they should always be fired ASAP.. Hospital administrators included. Is that clear enough for them now? That includes now also all bad cops, bad politicians, bad church pastors now  too..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/02/even-many-doctors-are-mainly-selfish-self-centered-want-to-get-rich-fast-too/

My favorite Canadian Political cartoons

Compared to Europeans speeds Canadian ISP are slow..  we’re still way behind most civilized nations when it comes to connectivity pricing and infrastructure.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/01/18/so-much-for-any-promised-consumer-protecton/

Canada’s telcos such as Bell  are at a clear disadvantage in the battle with the cable companies, for internet speeds as well, cable firms  have modern coaxial cable networks that support greater bandwidth use than the phone companies’ too common mostly copper wire and so in overcoming this Bell resorts to lies, false misleading advertisements for years now too.

Bell’s misleading spin advertising of their new diet is high in fibre  is still mere scrap bones to the dogs cause it does not apply to the majority of users.. not for even a decade.. they are promising to serve better their new customers while they are seriously bleeding away still their old customers.. Bell is always a misleading advertising  approach. In Ontario, Bell is also feeling pressure from rival Rogers, which has been offering 50-megabit download speeds and  in Quebec   cable provider Videotron began offering download speeds of 50 megabits two years ago. Videotron has 100 Mb/s speed almost everywhere(95-99%) on its network  Since 2006, Vidéotron has added more TV and broadband subscribers in Quebec than Bell; and since it launched residential phone service through its cable connections in 2005, it has gained 30 per cent of that market, Bell has to do a lot of work on its infrastructure. Do you know that there are residents withing 50 km of Ottawa, supposedly our nations capital and Canada’s Silicone Valley, that do not have access to high speed internet service. I can only imagine what it is like in a truly rural setting.

“I used to pay for 6 Mb/s on Sympatico HSE, and firstly got  about 350kb/s, and  I could write a book on my dealings with bad lying Bell in this regard”… Bell now Fibe is fiber to your neighbourhood node, then VDSL2 to your house. It offers download speeds of 25Mps maximum, but is more often 5 to 10Mps. Your still paying Bell for what was promised but not being delivered to you mostly. Bell, of the 4 major providers, is typically the slowest of the bunch as it is. So by & large, they’re likely only to be matching the speeds of their other competitors rather than making any significant headway above the crowd.  “Now the only thing moving faster at Bell is rate increases, customer dissatisfaction, and throttling, you know that little thing that has you pay for high speed Internet, and delivers dial up speed, all with the Canadian governments blessing. ABB (Anything But Bell)”

A comparison of Quebec market share between Vidéotron Ltée and Bell (including Aliant)

Quebec TV market: Vidéotron 62 per cent; Bell 21 per cent.

Residential broadband

Internet: Vidéotron 51 per cent; Bell 38 per cent

Residential telephone:

Vidéotron 30 per cent; Bell 62 per cent

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/technology/bce-digs-in-to-win-quebec-customers/article1456916/

Vancouver-based internet provider Novus Entertainment also announced on Thursday it was boosting speeds, up to a whopping 200 megabits.

I hate Bell almost as much as I hate Rogers and Telus What good is a higher bandwidth when the companies cap the amount you’re allowed to download?  All the “theoretical” speed in the world means squat when they throttle it all to hell anyways. Oh and don’t forget the 60 gig cap … so … you can blow through your monthly limit in an hour or so …   it doesn’t mean squat when you cant even max it out for more than an hour before you hit your unbelievably download limit and have to pay an arm and a leg for what the rest of the world gets for free. If your also not within 300 meters of the remote that offers these speeds than your back to 7 meg (though your paying for 20) I really wish the competition bureau would say something about this illegal advertising   Remember, you can’t spell Bell without bill and you can’t spell hell without Bell ;  And those fake “fibre” services are only in certain areas from Bell right now. If you don’t live in an area over 1 mill your back to world lagging best effort 3 meg service. Now  most Bell internet customers have a theoretical speed of 7 megabits. Actually customer speeds are “up to 7 megabits”, and usually far less than 1 megabit. And, don’t forget about throttling that Bell engages in.I avoid Bell at every opportunity. The questionable business practices and the call centre in New Delhi are two good reasons to avoid these clowns.  I abandoned Bell 3 years ago – they have lost a customer in internet, TV, cell phone and landline service – after horrendous customer service. May they perish!   http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2010/02/04/bell-broadband-internet-speeds.html

PM STEPHEN HARPER Stop posing for photo ops and just get on with the business of helping ALL CANADIANS and let me get one thing striaght a Bad Politician  is still always unacceptable even if he may be Conservative, Liberal, NDP or whatever and all bad Corporations, bad Cops, bad professionals, Bad Hospitals  are still also unacceptable

Under the Canadian Federal Conservative Government’s nose.. Sears Holdings Corp. is selling most of its stake in its Canadian unit to raise as much as US$380 million and increase its cash holdings.. while Staples Canada closed 15 of its 331 stores in Canada at the end of September, Rivals such as Grand & Toy and Office Depot are also closing retail stores due to the ongoing depressing economy in Canada..  Rising costs, high taxes, high gas prices,  rising unemployment, and fears about their job prospects are keeping many away from major department stores.

HERE IS THE UNBELIEVABLE REALITY

Now isn’t nice that in Canada I can do whatever I want, and I  am no one’s slave too.

THE UNBELIEVABLE REALITY. To many self centered persons can only count the money in their own pockets, and dream of how they can use others for their own benefit..

Hey I often have met people who think only of their own self importance, professionals and politicians, cops now included, and who think that no one can touch them, they cannot be made to face any negative consequences for their immoral acts, lies, tax evasions, abuse of others, and boy they quickly do turn even white with fear, pale pale, are shocked, when real negative things happen to them such as public exposures, job dismissals too.

I once had a livid dream, where I was sleeping in my bed, and two snakes walked into my room, visible to me as a fat mother and a skinny daughter snakes.. and this daughter was ready to strike at me.. but the old fat mother snake said leave him alone, he is too strong, too dangerous. And they retreated..

Now next over the years in real life I had too often  witnessed the reality of these snakes, even Cinderella’s manipulative, conniving, scheming wicked step wife and step sisters were real after all.

Such dominating enslavers, control freaks, greedy, immoral, self centered power hungry persons who have unrealistic expectations, even what others will do for them, cause they are mostly lazy still too, have gone now overboard with their fantasies, and are naively believing them still are in for a rude awakening..

I am nobody’s slave for start, and I do not have to obey them now too or submit to any of their false demands, which is only the beginning of their perverse hopeful enslavement of all others too…

But is is not just mother in laws, sister in laws, brother in laws, step mothers, step sisters, that can be now so perverse, evil but sometimes also next even our own brothers and sisters, and also bad cops, bad pastors, bad civil and public servants, neighbors too.

Now they can all Dream on… but still they are all headed for a big fall even into the pits of Hell next too..

Canada’s Food Safety System F grade, not just our Healthcare system

Canada’s Food Safety System Fails International Comparisons, Expert Argues ScienceDaily (Jan. 25, 2010) — Canada’s food safety system is reactive, lags behind other countries, and investment is needed to ensure it can adequately protect Canadians, states an article in CMAJ (Canadian Medical Association Journal).

Foodborne illness surveillance is needed to ensure safety from gastrointestinal infections caused by bacteria such as toxigenic E.coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter and Listeria. As there is no national foodborne illness surveillance program in Canada, the estimated 11 million cases of foodborne illness every year are based on surveys of self-reported gastrointestinal illness. More accurate data are needed to execute meaningful intervention.

European Union countries, the US and Australia have surveillance systems that allow them to collect information on food vehicles and organisms that cause foodborne illness, something Canada cannot currently do. Canada’s multi-government system with national, provincial and local governments that share responsibility for health, as well as monitor the safety and quality of food are key reasons that we have a fragmented system with poor focus. The US suffers from the same problem, yet does a better (though not perfect) job.

“Multijurisdictional fragmentation of both food inspection and foodborne illness surveillance are obstacles to safe food that can be overcome with determination and commitment,” writes Dr. Richard A Holley from the Department of Food Science at the University of Manitoba.

While Canada does have a single national food inspection authority, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, it shares responsibility for food inspection with provincial and municipal governments.

“The large size of the country, regional differences in population density and availability of infrastructure complicate attempts to implement and administer both foodborne illness surveillance and uniform food inspection programs,” writes the author.

Government must invest to develop a proactively cooperative foodborne illness surveillance system and use the data to establish insightful, uniform, risk- and science-based food safety policy across the country.  http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/01/100125123225.htm   http://www.cmaj.ca/

Government gets failing grade on food safety from union, consumers’ group The Canadian Press  OTTAWA – The government hasn’t improved the food-safety system six months after the fatal listeriosis outbreak, food inspectors and a consumers group said Wednesday.  Option Consommateurs, the country’s largest consumer organization, and the union representing the inspectors said the government has yet to determine how many people it needs to ensure safe food and to figure out if a new inspection system actually works. They said the government has yet to act on the key recommendations produced by a special investigation into the tainted-meat crisis – a charged denied by Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz. Ritz said the government has given more resources to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and “put more inspectors on the ground than ever before” since the listeriosis crisis. The outbreak, traced to contaminated cold cuts from a Maple Leaf Foods plant, killed 22 people and sickened many more. Sheila Weatherill, who was appointed to investigate the tragedy, called for a tough evaluation of the system. That hasn’t happened, the union says. “Six months after Sheila Weatherill’s report, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency efforts to improve have been hamstrung by the absence of political will and commitment to improve on the part of the federal government,” said Bob Kingston, president of the Agriculture Union of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, representing food inspectors. Anu Bose of Option Consommateurs said the outbreak shook consumer confidence in food safety: “The absence of any visible action six months after the Weatherill report will do nothing to repair this.”

You did note that even though it was requested  many times that  still to date neither my father nor I never got form the McGill Hospital, Doctors a list of medication he was or is being given presently and what they are afraid I will check the validity of the medication on the internet and they  all will be sued next as well?

AS USUAL I OFTEN ALSO DO ENCOUNTER THE CANADIAN OSTRICHES WHO SAY PUT YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND, DON’T WORRY EVERYTHING WILL TURN OUT FINE. DREAM ON.. ALL IT TAKES FOR EVIL PERSONS TO CONTINUE DOING EVIL IS FOR THE GOOD PEOPLE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

NOW I ALSO WAS CONTEMPLATING ABOUT THE REALITY THAT WE ALL DO NEED SOME MEDICINE SOONER OR LATER AND THE REALITY NOW TOO THAT HOW WE CANNOT REALLY LIVE HEALTHY WITHOUT MEDICINE.  BUT IF I WERE YOU I WOULD SERIOUSLY CHECK THE SIDE EFFECT, AS WELL AS THE SUITABILITY OF THE MEDICINE THAT OUR DOCTOR IS PRESCRIBING FOR YOU AND/OR  YOUR LOVED ONES. I HAVE LEARNED FIRSTHAND MANY TIMES THAT DOCTORS DO EVEN PRESCRIBE BAD, UNSUITABLE  MEDICINE, AND HAVE EVEN MADE MISTAKES IN THE AMOUNT AS WELL..

Children who are more reactive to stress are more likely to thrive when raised in supportive parental environments, according to a new report. Lead author of the report, published in the journal Child Development, Jelena Obradovic has argued that kids’ biological reactions to stressful situations were more affected by family settings.   “Parents and teachers may find that sensitive children, like orchids, are more challenging to raise and care for, but they can bloom into individuals of exceptional ability and strength when reared in a supportive, nurturing, and encouraging environment.”  Parenting and childcare experts advise that family dynamics and relationships play a crucial role in a child’s early development, laying the foundations for social skills and behaviour in later life. One may not notice it at a young age but the end effect of stress, anxiety clearly often reveal themselves in elderly patients.

ELDERLY PERSONS BREATHING PROBLEMS. The basic function of the lungs is to take oxygen out of the air we breathe in exchange for the carbon dioxide dissolved in the blood. This exchange takes place across a very thin membrane that separates the blood in the lungs from the air we inhale. As we age, the lungs become stiffer and less elastic, the airways shrink, and the chest muscles weaken. These and other changes cause the total flow of air into and out of the lungs to decrease. Difficult or labored breathing refers to shortness of breath after only a small amount of activity. Depending on the underlying problem, this can range from being out of breath after mild exercise to being unable to get out of a chair without gasping for air.  Breathing problems that involve difficulty in exhaling or breathing air out of the lungs are referred to as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Distinguishing between specific conditions that cause COPD can be difficult in older adults. People with COPD usually become short of breath on exertion and cough frequently, bringing up phlegm. These symptoms develop gradually over time, so that breathing problems may not be noticed until another illness (eg, flu) adds to the burden on the respiratory system. Drug treatment can make breathing easier and can reduce wheezing, cough, and phlegm. The main drugs used to treat COPD include the class of drugs known as beta-agonists and another drug called ipratropium bromide. Beta-agonists and ipratropium are often used in combination and are inhaled to help expand the airways. Pulmonary rehabilitation in the form of exercise training, respiratory therapy, and education may also help people with COPD. Exercise has many health benefits, including reducing depression and anxiety. Clinical depression  and anxiety  are common problems for people with COPD. Anxiety attacks often result in hospitalization that can be possibly avoided with proper treatment and education. Symptoms usually begin gradually, but always progress. Patients can feel an unpleasant shortness of breath, increased tiredness in the chest muscles, a panicky feeling of being smothered, or tightness and cramping in the chest wall. Experiencing a REALTED panic attack has been said to be one of the most intensely frightening, upsetting and uncomfortable experiences of a person’s life.  When panic attacks occur, you might think you’re losing control, having a heart attack or even dying. A panic attack is a response of the sympathetic nervous system (SNS). The most common symptoms may include trembling, dyspnea (shortness of breath), heart palpitations, chest pain (or chest tightness), hot flashes, cold flashes, burning sensations (particularly in the facial or neck area), sweating, nausea, dizziness (or slight vertigo), light-headedness, hyperventilation, paresthesias (tingling sensations), sensations of choking or smothering, and derealization. Panic attacks are distinguished from other forms of anxiety by their intensity and their sudden, episodic nature  They are often experienced in conjunction with anxiety disorders and  panic attacks are not always indicative of a mental disorder. Panic attacks were once dismissed as nerves or stress, but they’re now recognized as a real medical condition. Although panic attacks can significantly affect your quality of life, treatment — including medications, psychotherapy and relaxation techniques to help prevent or control panic attacks — is very effective. the symptoms of a panic attack appear suddenly, without any apparent cause. They may include

•racing or pounding heartbeat (palpitations);
•chest pains;
•stomach upset;
•dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea;
•difficulty breathing, a sense of feeling smothered;
•tingling or numbness in the hands;
•hot flashes or chills;
•dreamlike sensations or perceptual distortions;
•terror: a sense that something unimaginably horrible is about to occur and one is powerless to prevent it;
•a need to escape;
•fear of losing control and doing something embarrassing; and
•fear of dying.

A panic attack typically lasts for several minutes, is one of the most distressing conditions that a person can experience, and its symptoms can closely mimic those of a heart attack.

Elderely persons need more special care cause they do tend to lack  the basic vitamins found in our common foods that help also to reduce one’s personal stress and anxiety.. for a hungry persons tends to be continually stressed and anxious and also do often   manifest  depression as well.. and what the classic treatment for depression is time, healing, by giving them proper nourishment, and proper rest and sleep.. in this case supplemented by proper pain killers, not improper pain killers  and/or merely  given proper sleeping pills too.   It seems that appropriate medication given by a face  mask if done immediately can alleviate further his panic and related breathing difficulties.. not just sleeping pills, or good food..

Now if you were real , caring decent ministers in the federal government, then you and your provincial counterparts would supplement additional revenue to feed the elderly patients, who are being starved even murdered undeniably in old age homes, convalescent homes, hospitals in Canada, not just in 3rd world countries..

HOSPITALS are filled with infection-causing bacteria that cannot be found anywhere else. Hospitals, which often house very large numbers of sick people, are the ideal breeding environment for the sometimes deadly bugs. Hospital patients generally have a lower level of immunity and offer little or no resistance to them. The hospital staff, due to constant exposure to the bugs, are fairly immune to them, but may pass them on to patients by touching them or their food, bedding, clothing, or medications. * Contrary to common belief, hospitals are among the most contaminated places in the world. In fact  it does not take much dirt to become a breeding place for billions of deadly infectious bacteria.

* Doctors can be the worst transmitters of disease in hospitals. Most doctors do not wash their hands except before an operation, when they wear sterilized gloves and gowns anyway. They may sometimes touch many dozens of patients within several hours, one after the other, without washing their hands even once. Even the doctor’s white gown is not as clean as it looks. It is only clean if it is washed every single day, which rarely happens. .

* Bed sheets may be clean, but mattresses and pillows are not. The chance of being infected by bugs living in them is 1 in 20.

* A hospital patient may receive up to 12 different kinds of medication, all of which produce side effects, SOME  that can lead to serious complications and even death. AND SOME MEDICATIONS GIVEN ARE GIVEN IN ERROR AS WELL

NOT SURPRISING TO MANY PERSONS hospitals PATIENTS OFTEN  are suffering from malnutrition due to a poor hospital diet OR BUDGET CONSTRAINTS. Malnutrition, even starvation was found to be the major cause of death among older people in hospitals.

Add the toxic side effects of the drugs, the presence of deadly bugs, as well as the stress and anxiety that accompany an illness and a stay in a hospital, and a poorly nourished elderly person NOW EVEN has very little chance of surviving

Anxiety stress relief vitamins and minerals work in different ways by providing nutrients which control the metabolism rate and the hormone levels within our bodies. By keeping these two things stable we can provide a better mechanism to cope with stress and anxiety inducing situations. Most of the recommended anxiety stress relief vitamins and minerals can be found in the foods that we eat and can simply be attained by eating a healthy and balanced diet covering all the major food groups. And that is why eating proper foods is important.

Since I visit my father 3 times a week at the LGH 4TH FLOOR I too now have noticed that it is the Nurses and Doctors on his floor  that tend to be the lazy, careless, indifferent ones, but  the general support staff are not.. for they do go the extra effort.

The Pointe Claire Lakeshore General Hospital 4th floor North has severely sick patients, who now are seriously sick 24 hours per day.. and yet this same floor undeniably  is not staffed with fully competent mature nurses  even 24 hours  day , seven days a week and now why is that?

MY  FATHER HAS NOW  HAD 3 OTHER PATIENTS IN HIS ROOM AND SO FAR  2 OF THEM HAVE DIED ONE WEEK ALONE IN THE SAME HOSPITAL ROOM  DUE TO UNNATURAL DEATHS, FOR THE DOCTOR  HAD OPENLY DECIDED TO LET THEM DIE. THE DOCTOR HAD PRIOR TOLD ME AND THE OTHERS HE  WOULD LET NATURE TAKE IT’S COURSE.

ONE GREEK PATIENT   HAD RECEIVED 2 HEART STOKES IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER BEING ADMITTED EVEN, IMAGINE THAT HEART STROKES, BECAUSE NO ONE HAD BOTHER TO GIVE HIM ANY BLOOD THINNERS.. SO HE FINALLY GOT A FATAL STOKE AND DIED. THE UPSET PATIENTS DAUGHTER NOW BLAMED THE INEFFECTIVE NURSES FOR HIS BAD CARE AND HIS DEATH. NURSES FIRSTLY TAKE ORDERS FROM DOCTORS AND CANNOT PRESCRIBE  MEDICINE ON THEIR OWN..

NEXT A  FRENCH CANADIAN PATIENT  , HIS SON ALSO HAD CAME TO THE HOSPITAL TO  VISIT HIM, AND THE SON IMMEDIATELY WENT TO LOOK FOR HIS FATHER’S CLOTHES THAT HAS BEEN MISPLACED. THE FATHER SAID TO HIS SON WHEN CAN I GO HOME AND THE SON SAID YOU ARE NOT COMING HOME I AM PLACING YOU IN AN OLD AGE HOME. THE NEXT DEPRESSED FATHER STOPPED EATING HIS FOODS. THE  NURSES WHO BROUGHT THE FOOD TO HIM SAID IF HE WS NOT GOING TO EAT THE FOOD THEY WERE NOT GOING TO FEED HIM CAUSE THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO DO SO, AND THEY DID NOT FEED HIM THEY JUST TOOK AWAY THE TRAYS OF UNEATEN FOOD . FIVE DAYS LATER THE PATIENT NOW STARVED TO DEATH   DIED EVEN WHILE I WAS THERE TODAY. THE SON WAS TOLD HIS FATHER DIED, HE CAME MERELY LOOKED AT HIS FATHER AND IMMEDIATELY WENT AND TOOK HIS CLOTHES AND LEFT.  WHY BOTHER ABOUT THE CLOTHES EVEN?

I also do know that there are even two ways at looking at reality, the wrong way, and the right way.. and the wrong way is too often still clouded by deceit, fraud, falsehoods, lies, selfishness, false denials too.. which often catch up with the person conveying them still too..   Doctors and nurses also still do lie in the performances of their duties and severely, seriously compromise the health of patients. One thing is generally obvious and is a reasons that patients often do suffer, and that is too save money, professionals , like doctors and nurses are unsupervised, they are unacceptably trusted too much, left on their own to carry out their duties.

For example: A new patient  admitted to the convalescent hospital was suffering from respiratory pain.. When the senior nurse on duty was asked about his medication she said to the patient that the pharmaceutical department had not delivered the  list of the medication  prescriptions yet including a specific medication to ease the patient’s breathing.. It in reality it next  turns out a special breathing apparatus was needed by the convalescent home  to administer the medication, by means of a face mask, and which the convalescent home had only one, and it was now defective, the simple electric on-off switch was not working on it, it was defective and it had yet still not been repaired yet, thus the senior  nurse she knew that, and so instead of admitting the truth to all she lied and had said that she  DID NOT HAVE THE RELATED APPROPRIATE MEDICATION list. Her supervsiors needs to be fired ASAP..

Doctors, Nurses, medical support staff  are human, they too sometimes try sometimes to get by with a minimal amount of personal effort, and so as result patients do not always get their proper medical care. A very good rule is never to go to a hospital alone, doctors are  afraid of loud mouthed witnesses who can cause them to be sued for mal  practice and cause their mal practice insurance rates to go up significantly.. so sick people with close family members who talk to the doctor tend to get better care.

Cop already convicted of assault faces new allegation

Veteran Victoria policeman who is brother of MLA Ida Chong suspended with pay while being investigated over assault of prisoner, the same Cop already convicted of assault faces new on the job allegation should have been terminated, fired the first time firstly..  Last March, Sgt. Chong received a written reprimand from Victoria police after he pleaded guilty to assaulting Randy Kerr, a pedestrian. The court gave Sgt. Chong a conditional discharge and nine months probation and ordered him to undergo anger management counseling. What is this  with the cops when cops do something they wrong, they get suspended.. WITH pay? “its bloody ridiculous, its like there getting a vacation for failing to be the one we should trust for public safety. pretty ridiculous if you ask me.”  Bad Cops should be exemplarily prosecuted now and immediately jailed as well.. Unlawful use of authority, obstruction of justice, home visits, bullying, false intimidations   by the politician’s watch dogs is nothing new to me as well…

We  also do still need real civilian oversight – distinct from our police officers (not retirees) that has the power to punish criminal activities within all of our forces. Police investigating Police leads to lies, cover-ups and an enormous amount of public concern

.

“If I don’t see jail time for that “cop” I have no belief in Canadian justice, or the police…  Anyone else charged with assault would be arrested and detained to appear for a bail hearing. They would also most likely lose their job, whatever it is. It is truly disturbing that a police officer does not seem to be treated the same way when it comes to committing an obvious crime.  Surprise , surprise another dirty cop in our country, how shocking. I would be surprised if their are any good ones or if their are dont they know that silence in the face of evil is consent. Better speak up if you exist cause this is getting ridiculous, cant turn on a radio or tv without hearing about more dirty police, Harper have you left this country or are you afraid to brace those maniacs. Someone needs to but guess it wont be the conservative govt, they are all for law and order , just their brand tho guilty if the cops say so”
 .
I AM ALSO RIGHTFULLY FULLY CONVINCED THAT IF JESUS HIMSELF TODAY  WAS TO COME TO SOME OF THESE SAME PLACES THAT I GO TO HE WOULD COME WITH A WHIP AND NEXT BEAT THEM.

 .
In reality the too often self serving, money hungry, promotional and empire oriented police, and their superiors, bad justice ministers, bad politicians really do not care about the citizens good welfare but only their ownNow even since I was about 8 years old I had learned that the Cops were not to be trusted, when my neighbor was a cop,  and I saw firsthand what he was really like.. and decades later that has still been true as well in my unwanted police encounters, RCMP included now … but rightfully now I don’t even trust the pastors, lawyers, realtors, accountants as well.. It has always confounded me as to why the crooks, abusers too often do still do think they can get away with now, next and forever. Unlawful use of authority, obstruction of justice, home visits, bullying, false intimidations by the politician’s watch dogs, the cops is nothing new to me and I still rightfully have been often bluntly truthful , even that while 70 percent of the citizens are average good people, 30 percent are liars, thugs, criminals and you can find them at work, school, hospitals, real estate, police stations, politics, churches too, and these bad people they do belong in jail, jail is what they deserve.
 ..
I myself have often been threatened by lawsuits from clearly bad or crooked bad Corporations like Bell, Royal LePage, and falsely intimated by even bad cops, RCMP, and even politically biased news editors, as well as bad church pastors…

Protest AGAINST THE proroguing of Parliament

We now  know all persons can easily tell that our Parliament is closed for a holiday because the New federal Conservative Canadian  Government even their local constituent offices do not bother to acknowledge emails, letters send to them including  calgary@ablonczy.com ; Aglukkaq.L@parl.gc.ca ;  Day.S@parl.gc.ca ; Toews.V@parl.gc.ca ; all while they all still do even get paid for it too.. or what they too do need PM Stephen Harper’s permission to do so as well?

With at least 1.6 million Canadians still out of work, or even much more in reality, Stephen Harper has decided that Members of Parliament shouldn’t work either. While it’s clear that Conservatives don’t think MPs should be doing their jobs helping the unemployed even   in Ottawa, and what they still haven’t explained is why too? Since Harper’s announcement in December, Conservatives now have offered over half a dozen pitiful reasons for shutting down the House of Commons all paid by the taxpayers still for the next five weeks..

A recent poll suggests Canadians weren’t buying Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s contention that his government is working hard despite the suspension of Parliament.  The Canadian Press Harris-Decima survey indicates 39 per cent of respondents believed the government had been not at all active or hardworking since Harper prorogued Parliament, which is not due back until March 3. That’s more than triple the 12 per cent who said the government has been very active and hardworking.

The Canadian Press   TORONTO – In a display that was anything but apathetic, thousands of Canadians of varying political stripes clogged city streets across Canada demanding Prime Minister Stephen Harper reopen Parliament and get back to work.  Hordes of protesters crammed Toronto’s downtown square, cradling signs denouncing the Prime Minister’s decision to suspend Parliament until early March.  Crowd estimates widely varied, but thousands of people closed down a busy section of Yonge Street to sing, march and chant anti-Harper slogans.  “These demonstrations that are happening all over the country are Canadians’ way of saying ‘you are wrong, you are completely wrong about us. You pushed us, you pushed us and now we’re mad,” said an impassioned Andrea Dale, 46, who works in the financial sector.  Thousands also turned up on the lawn of Parliament Hill in Ottawa.  Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff and NDP leader Jack Layton offered up lively speeches that blasted Harper’s decision to shut down the House of Commons.  “Mr. Harper unlock these doors,” Layton told the crowd. “Mr Harper unlock the doors of the people’s house it’s not your house.”  Layton told the crowd the NDP favours the creation of a new law that would prevent the prime minister from proroguing Parliament unless he had the support of the majority of the House of Commons.  “My fellow Canadians, we say to Mr. Harper, it’s not too late to recall Parliament. It’s prorogued but you can call us back to work simply by picking up the phone and calling the Governor General,” Layton said.  Layton said the prorogued Parliament has stalled important legislation on pensions, stifled debate on the war in Afghanistan and shut down all discussion of the way forward on tackling climate change. Ignatieff said Liberal MPs planned to return to work on Parliament Hill, as scheduled, on Monday morning.  “This is a demonstration that shows that Canadians understand their democracy, care for their democracy and if necessary, will fight for their democracy,” Ignatieff told the crowd, drawing a loud roar from the crowd.  In Montreal, hundreds stood in the streets and listened as speakers discussed the international response to the democracy debate in Canada.  “We no longer want to be the laughing stock that gets told by The Economist that we don’t know how to run a democracy,” university professor Daniel Weinstock told the cheering crowd, recalling a recent article in the British journal critical of the suspension of Canada’s Parliament.  Canadian, Quebec and sovereingist flags flapped behind Weinstock as he spoke. Behind him stood Bloc Quebecois Leader Gilles Duceppe, Liberal MPs Marc Garneau and Justin Trudeau and Green Party deputy Jacques Rivard.  Former Nova Scotia NDP leader Robert Chisholm was at a rally in Halifax.”I feel what the prime minister has done by closing the House … he’s shutting down democracy and that’s wrong,” Chisholm said in an interview as the rally began.  In Edmonton, about 250 people stood in -7 temperatures and ankle-deep snow in a park just off a popular shopping street to make their point, many chanting “Yes to perogies, no to prorogation!”  Those gathered at the Vancouver Art Gallery handed out buttons and carried hand-painted signs that said, “Prorogue the Conservatives.” Grassroots organizers in Vancouver passed out hand-painted signs and buttons to more than 600 people who bopped to the beat of a funk band playing next to the Olympic countdown clock before marching through the city.  Kathleen Glynn-Morris said she’s embarrassed by a government that seems to be using the upcoming Games as an excuse.  “I think it’s nonsense. They’re public servants. We pay for them to do a job,” she said. “The rest of us can’t say ‘Oh well, now the Olympics are here people aren’t interested in our job, what we’re doing.”  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100123/national/parliament_prorogue_protests

OTTAWA – Canada’s swift response to the tragedy in Haiti hasn’t boosted the federal government’s popularity among voters, a new poll suggests. Voters apparently remain unhappy about Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s unpopular decision to prorogue Parliament and aren’t swayed by the popular effort to help Haiti, said pollster Allan Gregg. The latest Canadian Press Harris-Decima survey suggests the Conservatives and Liberals are in a statistical dead heat, with 32 per cent supporting the Tories and 31 per cent for the Liberals. ALBERTA TODAY IS BROKE

A bad image problem  is not the only main problem for Alberta even in July 2013..

Many of those affected by the recent flooding in Canmore,  Calgary, Exshaw, high River, etc,  are now looking back on the month that was and are starting to rebuild.

Flood info sessions planned. Provincial experts on flood mapping and the disaster recovery program will be available in communities affected by the floods at upcoming public information sessions.

The province is mandating that homeowners who live in the floodway can choose to rebuild and repair, or leave. If they choose to relocate, the province will assist them — in some cases, that means purchasing land. Residents living in flood fringe areas must flood-proof their homes if they want to eligible for flood relief in the future. The first information session was held in High River tonight. There are sessions planned in Medicine Hat, Calgary, Canmore, Lethbridge, Bragg Creek and Turner Valley. Many Albertans still do say they’re having a tough time finding contractors and equipment and others are still waiting for word on compensation from insurance companies and the province. The provincial government announced its long-term flood recovery and said “We know this work will take years — not weeks or months — and we will be there to support communities in their renewal efforts over the long term,” said Premier Alison Redford in a release. Prepared by the Flood Recovery Task Force, the plan looks to focus on four areas: financial support, repairing infrastructure, mitigating long-term environmental impacts and nurturing economic growth through reinvestments.

“The Alberta government’s decision to reconsider the closure of about 350 acute-care beds in Calgary and Edmonton has divided health-care professionals. The decision to close the beds was made last fall by Ron Leipert, the former health minister, in an attempt to save the health-care system $50 million a year. Reviewing the decision might give the health-care system time to catch its breath and come up with a realistic long-term plan, said Karen Craik, spokeswoman for the United Nurses of Alberta.”

“They will take out hospital beds and turn the rooms into offices for more paper pushers as they have done in Sask. We don’t have nurses to care for patients as they are pushing paper, this seems to be far more important in our free health care system than actually healing the sick. Our free health care system which we pay for dearly is good as long as you don’t get sick, then you have to go to the US to get help.”

“Just plain bad management on the part of government.  No plan. No compassion. People come last. Why did anyone vote for these fools? Uneducated, no talent, and arrogant. The perfect mix.”.  ” You know, I just do not get it! We have built all these huge hospitals—Royal Alex, University, Misercordia, and filled them with the latest in new technology but now we are starting to close down BEDS? What the he!! is going on here? Is anyone noticing the absurdity? Cutting corners in the most ridiculous places! STOP PAYING OUT BONUSES TO HATCHET MEN! There will be a start!”  ”  why did they stop chiropractic care off of ahc ? there are lots of people who need chiropractic care , including myself , I have severe back problems due to car accidents (not my fault ) , I  didn’t cause the accidents and I  didn’t ask to get hit , but without the visits to the chiropractor , I  can barely function with the pain I  endure daily . but yet , if i decide to get a sex change , they will cover the costs , what idiot decided that ?” http://www.cbc.ca/canada/edmonton/story/2010/01/22/calgary-hospital-beds-reconsider.html

“What kind of ‘idiots’ are running Alberta anyway?  Why would the people of Alberta keep voting for such an incompetent Party?   It is so obvious that the priorities of the Alberta ‘Conservative’ government are xxxx backwards. They need to be removed!!!!” “It’s pathetic. So sad to see how this government wastes money and props up their buddies leaving Albertans with a depleted Heritage fund, no money for infrastructure, and poor health care after 16 years of “boom” time. Can’t wait til the time is up for these clowns and their corruption is properly exposed. It’ll make the sponsorship scandal look like peanuts.” “This Stelmach Government has gone nuts.   No wonder Alberta’s deficit is $7 billion dollars but is exected to top $8 billion dollars.  Stelmach must be forced to resign.” ” It’s WAY past time that Slow Eddie and his gang of arrogant, self-entitled incompetents were shown the door by voters.   Albertans deserve intelligent, ethical leaders who are committed to democratic principles of transparency, openness, and public service. This Conservative bunch, like fish that’s stayed out of the fridge longer than it should, need to be escorted to the trash bin. Their knuckle-dragging ideology is far past its best-before date.” “I suggest to Mr. Liepert that he should offer voluntary retirement packages to himself and the rest of his crew before cutting funding to health care. These serverence packages are ludicrous and outrageous.” http://www.cbc.ca/canada/edmonton/story/2009/09/02/edmonton-severance-health-care.html

Emergency room waits up: report CBC – Mon Jan 25, 10:10 PM  Wait times in Alberta’s emergency wards have gone up over the past few years in spite of efforts to deal with the issue, according to a report released by the Health Quality Council of Alberta.  The survey also indicated an overall care rating related to a range of factors such as cleanliness, respect and discharge information was virtually unchanged in the two-year period.

Now many of us already do now about the all too-common Medical  PATIENT killers like:
-MEDICATION MISTAKES. Wrong pills! Wrong blood transfusions! Wrong intravenous drips! Don’t bother even  to guessing how often this happens.  It’s worse than your wildest nightmares. Unsupervised Doctors and Hospitals make many mistakes like these every hour.
-DOCTORS’ DIRTY HANDS. Incredibly, recent surveys show that doctors wash their hands between patients only half the time… and nearly 90% of stethoscopes harbor staph bacteria.
-UNNEEDED SURGERY.  Surgeons could have used many less costly approaches THAT WOULD HAVE LESS NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS AND QUICKER HEALING TOO   choose instead to do the costly surgery
– DOCTORS FAIL TO PRESCRIBE PROPER MEDICAL TEST . Medical Technicians have to be told what specific blood tests also have to be done first.. they do not automatically check for every possible sickness or diseases thus.
AND MANY MORE

Alberta’s health care has been poorly managed, by health Ministers and Premiers too. Bad manager, Ex Premier of Alberta Ralph Klein gave in and gave a generous pay raise to the doctors, and this is what predictably  happened next! Ralph got what he deserved, he got booted out.

I had also had helped to fire a pretentious previous Albertan health Minister Gary Marr who used outside consultants to do his work that he was paid for doing.. Another Albertan Con artist

A presentation made by Alberta Health Services in October suggests the province’s health-care deficit could grow by as much as $1 billion next year. In an online document called “The Great Alberta Experiment: First Hundred Days,” three top representatives from Alberta Health Services outlined how the province will face an additional deficit of $500 million to $1 billion in 2010-11 before any cost-cutting measures are taken into account.Yet Alberta Health Services will actually run out of cash in February 2010 before the province releases its spring budget, according to the document presented to the HealthCare Leaders’ Association of B.C. http://www.vancouversun.com/health/Health+system+quickly+going+broke/2288601/story.html
Health Minister Ron Liepert must resign his cabinet post. He has lost the confidence of Albertans with his botched handling of the H1N1 vaccine program. The buck ultimately stops with Liepert, who sent Albertans grievously mixed messages, and deflected the blame for the long lineups and this week’s clinic closures, while backtracking and flip-flopping on policy statements. He even pointed an accusing finger at the media for chronicling the confusion he is ultimately responsible for. http://www.calgaryherald.com/opinion/editorials/Health+minister+must+resign/2174525/story.html

Hospitals Staff stress ‘unsustainable’: and what about the Patient’s stresses

In the Montreal   Verdun hospital the patients ward does not have air conditioning but where the nurses work it is air conditioned by room window units. Visit the 3 floor for a great example. A sick elderly patient who is often cold, catches a cold easily too, was in one of these rooms for a blood transfusion and the nurse in charge was asked to temporary close the air conditioning for a few hours, but the selfish, self centered nurse next refused to do so because she would have to work under warm conditions. Whose welfare was more important? The Patient got sicker as a direct result too. How will the clearly pretentious, useless Ombudsman reply here? https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/05/06/thenonconformer%e2%80%99s-canadian-blog/

The chicken or the egg  which came first . Now for a few years I have been going to a McGill Hospital and going also to his  McGill Family doctor to try to get much need medical  help for my father but we were unable till  he finally ended up hospitalized in a McGill Hospital for the same OLD problem.. Some people say that our Medicare systems problems  are compounded  by too many sick people, while others say there now are too many sick people cause the  doctors have not  yet even helped them, but now both groups are also hindered for certainty  by bad medical beauracrats.. bad Hospital managers..

Many persons who are fed up with the APPARENT INADEQUACIES even in the socialized medicine would like us to believe that a private medical system is better… and that is mere wishful thinking.. for even in a private system there are too often the same inadequacies, even for the same reasons, the apparent lack of supervision of medical personnel and services, https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/08/14/the-great-debate-private-or-socialized-medicare/

MY PERSONAL MONTHS OF DIRECT OBSERVATION ABOUT THE MEDICAL WORKERS WHO COMPLAIN THAT TOO MANY ERRORS ARE CAUSED BY THE WORK OVERLOAD ACTUALLY TEND TO MEAN, COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING  TO DO ANY WORK AT ALL, FOR THEY TOO OFTEN DO THINK THEY MERELY SHOULD BE PAID EVEN MORE FOR COMING TO WORK. THESE SAME RATHER TOO OFTEN INCOMPETENT, UNQUALIFIED, PRETENTIONS WORKERS , THESE BAD PERSONS STILL  SEEM TO HAVE THE ENERGY TO SOCIALIZE WITH THEIR COLLEAGUES, TAKE LONG COFFEE AND LONG BREAKS, TO DO THEIR OWN BUSINESS ON THE SIDE.

These people, the same persons and the bad persons, managers  who now hired them too firstly now still are are all career incompatible and they should be clearly encouraged to find work elsewhere, to find work they like to do, such as being on social aid?

Recently a supervisor went for a month long holiday and the medical workers all stopped working hard, started to play around, started to waste their time as I saw firsthand. That was the bad effect of having no good supervisor in place to to replace  him too.

One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves.  One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a  person is really like, is work with him  just for one whole day,.. and   what   you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..

These people, the same persons and the bad persons, managers  who now hired them too firstly now still are are all career incompatible and they should be clearly encouraged to find work elsewhere, to find work they like to do, such as being on social aid?

The lack of  DECENT OUTPUT is too often a false excuse for the whole system’s malaise the  mostly bad, pretentious supervisors.

NOW I HAVE HEARD ALL KIND OF REASONS WHY THE BAD EMPLOYEES WERE, ARE SUPPOSEDLY JUSTIFIED IN NOT DOING THEIR WORK PROPERLY BUT SOME HOW THE EXCUSES ALL APPEAR VOID WHEN COMPARED WITH THE OUTPUT OF THE GOOD WORKERS.

Staff stress at Ottawa hospitals ‘unsustainable’: report  Ottawa Citizen –  Workers at Ottawa’s four hospitals are suffering “unsustainable” levels of stress and overload just as they face threatened funding freezes, bed closings and layoffs, says a new study on …

Ottawa hospital workers face ‘unsustainable’

One of the real sad fact of real life is those minority group of perverted persons, the people abusers who see others as an object to be used to advance themselves, to make money from or to profit from, and once they see that you are of no use to them they immediately do dump you, do not use you anymore,  and that includes not just many of the business persons, realtors, landlords, news reporters, editors, salesmen, consultants, professionals, neighbours, acquaintances  cops, civil and public servants, pastors, politicians, doctors and  medical staff now as well.. I usually do refer to them as prostitutes, gigalos,  pimps  or slave drivers. So when these same people next often get depressed, do face major negative setbacks.. my heart now basically does not bleed for them..

Hospitals Staff stress being now  ‘unsustainable’ is a 50 year old problem even in Canada and is directly related to the individual poor hospital managers:  Medicine often today mean the doctors and  unions own the health care delivery system. No one can basically be fired even, no matter how uninterested  they appear or how incompetent they are. And it is clearly illegal to try and deliver a better product because someone one else on the floor will object to it. Nice racket.

Now from decades of personal experiences I have written many times that if you are SERIOUSLY ILL YOUR LOCAL FAMILY DOCTOR WILL BE OF NO USE TO YOU, YOU NEED TO GO TO A HOSPITAL TRIAGE CLINIC WHERE THEY ALSO HAVE THE PROPER  TESTING EQUIPMENT AND STAFF AS WELL HOPEFULLY.  I have been to a good local hospital the LaSalle Angrignon Hospital for example, that provides excellent care, but they are humble enough to send sick patients elsewhere for proper diagnosis if they are unable to recognize the sickness, problem.. SADLY SOME POORLY EQUIPPED AND STILL POORLY STAFFED HOSPITALS DO NOW REFUSE TO SENT MANY OF THEIR SICK PATIENTS ELSEWHERE FOR A PROPER DIAGNOSIS BUT RATHER  DO TRY TO HELP THEM LOCALLY with even the not fully trained, or not fully developed, still incompetent, family doctors AND THIS PERVERSITY IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Meanwhile a 30 years experienced teaching  nursing supervisor came yesterday to ask the patient if he would allow her students, nurses assistants in training to come and observe the other nurses tomorrow. They will be at the LGH Hospital for 2 months practical training. Next  the patient’s nurse asked this supervisor to take the patient’s pulse and temperature while I was sitting there. She the nursing supervsiror  did not know where to stick the thermometer and how to put the pressure cuff on the patients arm cause she said she had not done it for a long time.. she apologized for this.. and I was wondering what she had taught her students before this?

My being nice to even one bad person is still a major waste of time, and even to any bad Hospital managers, for too many Hospital managers and bad Hospital employees REALLY STILL do not care at all about the patient’s good welfare, sickness, problems, but only their own GOOD WELFARE. For  all they the staff they seem mainly do care about is keeping their own jobs,  getting a raise, promotion and doing the minimum amount of work possible too, because only the fear of firing can cause any hospital employee to do a better job.  So really now start by firing now all of the the bad Hospital managers, ( also all Bad School mangers, etc..), the bad Health (and education  Ministers) firstly as well. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/06/11/emergency-wards-hospitals-health-ministers/

Alberta MP Diane Ablonczy  minister of state for seniors do note that care for seniors in our Geriatric Hospitals now as well suffer.

IT IS A RIOT TO ME HOW PEOPLE HAVE GENERAL SOLUTIONS TO DEALING WITH THE MEDICAL INADEQUACIES AND AVOID THE LOCAL SPECIFIC SOLUTIONS. And what is the specific local solutions? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons works best and serves everyone the best, that means going after the bad Hospital directors, bad doctors, bad supervisors, bad ombudsman, bad, lazy, no good  hospital staff now too.

Doctors, Nurses, medical support staff  are human, they too sometimes try sometimes to get by with a minimal amount of personal effort, and so as result patients do not always get their proper medical care. A very good rule is never to go to a hospital alone, doctors are  afraid of loud mouthed witnesses who can cause them to be sued for mal  practice and cause their mal practice insurance rates to go up significantly.. so sick people with close family members who talk to the doctor tend to get better care.  http://angerblog.wordpress.com/2008/01/13/angry-physicians-are-a-liability/

The worst kept secret in hospitals nationwide is the widespread tension and conflict between physicians, nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, administrators and other ancillary staff such as inhalation therapists and nurse anesticists. Even due to selfishness, self centeredness, money conflicts, their clear lack of love for patients and others, overly ambitious persons, many of whom are in the wrong profession and should be fired, get a job elsewhere too.

Attention Quebec Premier Jean Charest. I had written to you many times before now on this subject, NEXT  You had wanted me to do the Quebec’s health Minister’s job while our health Ministers got paid for it, dealing with the bad McGill Hospitals in Montreal.. well in that case I do now also keep informed by email all of Canada’s major news editors, and Canada’s elected representatives, all 1000 of them,  so we can all learn and deal with the unacceptable common doctors abuses. And I do let the whole world read what I have undeniable found, saw.

The west island Montreal medical amalgamation of medical services, doctors, by the Quebec government and the actual results.  The Lakeshore General Hospital, LGH,  managers now they have called too many rather poorly supervised, poorly supervised, poorly supervised, poorly supervised,  and even  incompetent pretentious private practice doctors  to forcibly service the LGH, Hospital patients.  The mere even tip of the icebergs as to why the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General Hospital , LGH,  is still a FARCICAL ZOO.  Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons works best and serves everyone the best, that means going after the bad Hospital directors, bad doctors, bad supervisors, bad ombudsman, bad, lazy, no good  hospital staff now too. as also posted on the internet now by me.  The Quebec government recently had clearly amalgamated the west island medical services, even the related resultant private  local doctors under one head, control that is now  located also in the west island Lakeshore General Hospital 5th floor.    And in this forced Quebec government amalgamation of medical services and professionals the too often still  charge card happy, and pretentious  doctors who now were forced unwillingly to do compulsory short term medical services at this LGH, hospital, forced medical conscription services do often a bad job.. These now even too often quacks, obsolete doctors, even with medical degrees  are not any real specific medical experts, but now even rather still mere unacceptable pretenders working, and WERE NOW EVEN learning  forcibly in the hospital wards. It does not take a medical degree to recognize a clearly pretentious, stupid doctor now too. And that clearly was why it became so obvious to me and so many other patients, family members as well how dumb they rather were and why there was so many complaints about bad medical care… I alone had encountered in the last 2 weeks 4 lying, no good, pretending doctors in my father room and when I often  had asked them specific  medical questions next all they did generally  was to give me inadequate , false, evasive answers, and how dumb and stupid now did they think I myself  really was.. Next it seems all the doctors could do was to prescribe a  morphine patch to many patients  while they falsely allowed them to suffer and even die.. waiting for someone more competent than them to come up with the much needed  medical adequacies, treatment.. It now all explains the ongoing high rate of sick people in the 4th floor geriatric wards who do not get much better, rather more sicker and many die instead.. None, None of this is still acceptable.

So much for any promised Consumer protection.. Advertising Standards Canada

Even Bell has been clearly  guilty of false misleading adverting with regard to their network reliability and speed the last decade and what only know it is coming to the surface, and why did it takes so long even?

The Advertising Standards Canada

It clearly now seems the Advertising Standards Canada itself is guilty of false, misleading advertising when it promises to deal adequately, quickly with the complaints presented to them.

WHAT EVERYONE IS AFRAID TO TAKE ON BIG BAD BELL?  WHY?

 http://picasaweb.google.com/anonconformer/Thenonconformer#

Compared to Europeans speeds Canadian ISP are slow..  we’re still way behind most civilized nations when it comes to connectivity pricing and infrastructure.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/01/18/so-much-for-any-promised-consumer-protecton/

Bell Sympatico AND Why I Quit Them Posted on January 17, 2010 by Gregory West  Do yourself a favour and switch to Cable Internet RIGHT NOW…I was an original Bell Sympatico High Speed customer from DAY ONE, well in excess of a decade. Two months ago I finally had enough of their TECH HELP employees guessing, lying and hanging up on me. But the most important reason I quit Bell is that they kept lowering my High Speed (throttling down is the term). They said the didn’t do it but when I phoned (several times on the same issue) and complained that my Internet connection was soooooooooooo sloooooooooow…They said they would boost it up and it would take 24 hours…Guess what? As soon as I hung up my Internet speed was back up to the regular speed of Bell. It was my son-in-law (who works for a local cable Internet company) who suggested I test drive cable Internet…Guess what? I found that cable Internet is 3 times faster than Bell and I have yet to have ANY problems with the cable company.  http://en.wordpress.com/tag/bell-canada/

an Abusive Relationship, or, Why I Hate Bell Canada I had a very tiny question to ask Bell Canada last week — I mean really trivial. My phone number had changed because of some harassing calls and I was unclear whether this would affect how I paid my Bell bill over the Internet. Easy question. One that you would think is actually fairly common. So I called Customer Service, which in the land of Bell Canada, means a journey down some dark and twisty roads. First off: put on hold, which is never promising. And then after speaking with five agents, being dropped not once but twice, and wasting 65 minutes of my life, not to mention the emotional trauma of becoming volcanically angry, I got an answer to my friggin’ question. A bit of context. In the decades I have dealt with Bell Canada, I have called Customer Service maybe five times. And every time it has been the same story of ignorance, evasion and nonanswers. I cannot remember a pleasant, easy conservation with any Bell Canada service agent. I’m positive Bell Canada pisses off hundreds of customers daily. For how many is speaking to Customer Service agents the end of the line, so to speak ? For me it was. Bell Canada, I have put up with your condescension, your arrogance and your crap for 27 years. I kept thinking it would get better, but it hasn’t. And then I finally figured it out. We do not have a relationship of mutual respect. Our relationship consists of you abusing me, and me taking it and coming back asking for more. It is the classic relationship of the abuser and abused. And guess what, Bell Canada? You aren’t a monopoly anymore. I don’t have to take it. I quit. I quit you and all your works. I know you don’t care if I go over to the competition. There are plenty more sheep. But I hope other people do in thousands and hundreds of thousands until you get the message: your customers need to be treated with respect. Because we won’t keep coming back. http://torontoemerg.wordpress.com/2009/10/24/ending-an-abusive-relationship-or-why-i-hate-bell-canada/Hubby

and I finally did it – we cancelled our satellite subscription. November 18h to be exact. Our 3 year mandatory term was up and with much research we knew we could save a few bucks each month by switching to cable. We also knew that our reception would be so much better – no interference, disruptions and total blackouts whenever a snow storm was about or, in fact, right in our own backyard. Not to mention cleaning off black ice from our receiver in the wee hours of the evening! Our account with Bell Satellite would end on the 4th of December but with 30 days notice we would be disconnected on December 18th. During our research we had also realized that our Bell account (satellite, internet and home phone) had increased $20.00 a month over this past year alone.   Trust me, that telephone call with Bell was like pulling teeth in trying to get them to reduce or delete one of their “theme packages”. We were at least able to reduce our monthly bill by about $13.00 and more than willing to take what we could get.   http://canyadigit.wordpress.com/2009/11/25/please-ma-bell-when-will-it-end/

Telus, Rogers and Bell: Are You Listening?  15 01 2010  From MacRumors: Responding to price cuts from Verizon, AT&T today rolled out new unlimited plans for all devices on its network, including the iPhone. Under the new plans taking effect on Monday, iPhone customers can sign up for unlimited voice and data for $99.99 per month, although texting packages remain separate for an additional fee. The unlimited voice and data plan represents a $30 discount from the previous unlimited plan for the iPhone. All smartphone customers, including iPhone customers, may now buy unlimited voice and data for $99.99. For smartphone customers with Family Talk plans (prices assume 2 smartphones), unlimited voice and data is now available for $179.99. Texting plans remain unchanged at $20 for unlimited plans for individuals, $30 for Family Talk Plans. Existing customers will be permitted to change to the new plans as of Monday via AT&T’s website, with no monetary penalty or extension to contract terms. It is unclear at this time whether there will be any adjustment to AT&T’s non-unlimited plans to reposition its pricing tiers in relation to the new, lower unlimited price. http://thisdayinfuturehistory.wordpress.com/2010/01/15/telus-rogers-and-bell-are-you-listening/

It is ironic that the courts were asked by Telus to do it to Rogers and that a few days after the negative decision evidenced above, Rogers undertook a suit against such claims by Bell Canada. Does this mean that the telecom companies in Canada know that they are all second class, like the Berkman report clearly proved! http://robertg69.wordpress.com/2009/12/03/and-its-about-time-that-rogers-wireless-should-be-taken-down-a-notch-or-2/

Does Bell Canada still pay news reporters and lawyers to lie about how good Bell is?

PRINCE.EDWARD.ISLAND (CBC) – Bell Aliant is squaring off against Rogers Communications Inc. in a New Brunswick court over what it says are misleading advertisements touting the speed and reliability of Rogers internet service.  Bell Aliant filed a claim Monday in the New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench in Fredericton alleging that Rogers’s assertion that its internet service is faster and more reliable than that of other providers is false. Bell Aliant, which operates in the Atlantic provinces and parts of Ontario and Quebec, is asking the court for an immediate injunction to stop Rogers from making those claims in its advertisements. Last year, Bell Aliant announced it would spend $60 million to outfit 70,000 homes and businesses in Fredericton and Saint John with fibre optic technology by mid-2010. In 1996, New Brunswick was where Bell Aliant tested its high-speed internet service before rolling it out elsewhere. Regardless of what the ads say, everyone has their own preference when it comes to internet providers. Bell Aliant customer Oliver Dueck said he’s tried both Bell and Rogers. “Previously, I was a Rogers customer for a while, and then when I moved to my new home, I switched to Bell Aliant simply because it was faster,” he said. Matthew Valentini, a computer consultant in Fredericton, said the war of words between Bell and Rogers is just that. “Both companies are currently selling internet connections that are faster than their networks in New Brunswick can support. So, they’re just using that number to entice you into purchasing their services,” Valentini said. “The latest claim is that Rogers no longer has the fastest and most reliable network. In fact, I would think both companies’ reliability is well up to consumer standards, and I would not see that as something to worry about.” Bell Aliant isn’t the first to take on Rogers over advertising claims. Telus sued Rogers in a similar case recently and won. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100216/canada/canada_newbrunswick_nb_bell_aliant_rogers_internet

THE MONTREAL BEAURACRATS

Mostly still Useless Bad Ministers, government officials, bad Police Chiefs, bad Hospital administrators and bad Ombudsmen, they all  still tend  to falsely, mostly deny, bury all of the  sins, wrong doings even in their own areas of managements, cause they know they rightfully will be blamed for it an should be fired for it.
.
Yeah crooks like to say you can be sued for libel even if you tell the truth.. so what.. I tell them to go ahead.. they will not like the publicity but I will.. Now let me be very clear about it crooks do tend to believe that they can get away with it, hide behind their bad organization, jobs now too and they do tend like to quote the rules and regulations and demand that you play by the rules, even their modified rules.. you cannot ever win with them if you let them dictate what you yourself can and cannot do.. the rules I play by are simple. I ask the crook to change, repent, and if he or she does not I merely post their wrongs on the net so next we can all see it and deal with it.. and the crooks go into a shock often as a result. I had given them a chance to change, deal with my complaint already, firstly so they have no one to blame but themselves for the public exposure of their wrong doings.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/05/06/9004/

If I write an email saying how good a Hospital is, or a political party, or an elected official they now are now , I will get an immediate reply, acknowledgements, even as of lately, yet if I do send the same people a valid letter of complaint detailing the unacceptable local inadequacies, I mostly do not even get an acknowledgement, never mind a decent reply.. such really big unacceptable hypocrites, ostriches they mostly still are.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/06/11/emergency-wards-hospitals-health-ministers/

INSTEAD OF RIGHTFULLY FIRSTLY SAVING TAXPAYER’S MONEY  FIRING SOME DEFINITE BAD CIVIL AND PUBLIC SERVANTS, CROOKS  EVEN THE MONTREAL BEAURACRATS  PERVERSELY TRY TO  DEAL  WITH   IT BY HIRING  MORE PEOPLE TO LOOK AT IT.  THIS REALLY ABSURD . FIRE, GET RID OF ALL THE BAD PEOPLE FIRST. http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/City+hall+earmarks+fight+municipal+corruption/2443248/story.html

NOW YESTERDAY IN ONE ROOM THERE WERE FOUR ENGLISH SPEAKING CANADIAN PATIENTS,  IN THE MONTREAL WEST ISLAND LAKESHORE GENERAL HOSPITAL. A REALY BAD PRETENTIOUS, UNDER STAFFED,  THERE A NEW NURSE ON DUTY THAT I HAVE NOT SEEN IN  OVER TWO WEEKS INTRODUCES HERSELF AS A PERSON  WHO IS FRENCH CANADIAN AND STATES TO US ALL THAT SHE WAS BORN IN QUEBEC AND THUS SHE REFUSES TO SPEAK ENGLISH ON THE 4TH FLOOR NORTH WARD, THE GERIATRIC SECTION..
NOW WHAT HAS THIS FRENCH ONLY  SEPARATIST’S POLITICS TO DO WITH NURSING CARE ON MONTREAL PREDOMINANTLY ENGLISH WEST ISLAND COMMUNITY NOW TOO? THEY ALL THE DOCTORS, NURSES, HOSPITAL ADMINSTRATORS, GOVERNMENT OFFICALS THEY DO NEED TO FIRSTLY PROVIDE BETTER MEDICAL CARE ON THAT FLOOR. FOR IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS ALONE I SAW 4 PEOPLE WHO HAD DIED ON THE FLOOR ALREADY.. AND TWO OF THE DEATHS  WERE NOT NATURAL OLD AGE DEATHS FOR SURE..

Doctors, Nurses, medical support staff  are human, they too sometimes try sometimes to get by with a minimal amount of personal effort, and so as result patients do not always get their proper medical care.
.
A very good rule is never to go to a hospital alone, doctors are  afraid of loud mouthed witnesses who can cause them to be sued for mal  practice and cause their mal practice insurance rates to go up significantly.. so sick people with close family members who talk to the doctor tend to get better care.

The pretentious hospital chaplains.. While visiting my father in the hospital In one week I next  saw three fly by church Priests come to visits the sick patients in the hospitals, and they  spend a minute or two with them,  and they really, basically did not much good to any of the patients they had visited. One of these clearly visibly useless  priests visiting a sick patient did not even recognize another member of his own congregation in the same room, and of course he did not even know his name. How the church MOSTLY has become an impersonalized show, merely a financial business it seems today.

Now the Doctors are still often asked to cure sick person  patients symptoms  whose original cause they are basically unaware off.  A decent, good, chaplain can maybe help in this matter by first even  taking the time to know, listen, hear the patient’s original concerns.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/11/hospital-deaths-account-for-half-of-deaths-annually/

On this same LGH floor  most of the sick people are under the same personal strain, stress, not knowing where they will need  up next or what will happen to them next.. it is part of the pain   their personal reaction TO THE problems they face now. No one AT THIS Hospital talks to them about this.. not the chaplains even or the bad, pretentious social workers.. someone realy does needs to counsel  them now and compassionately as well.

Many staff have talked to now  also complain about the existing Hospital management clear conflict of personal interest, where the Board of directors of this too typical McGill Hospital are doctors, who seem mostly tend to mainly insure more money is made available to other doctors and not even to the working staff. Patients still do not  seem to be their top priorities. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/02/even-many-doctors-are-mainly-selfish-self-centered-want-to-get-rich-fast-too/

Now we know how bad many of the MUHC- McGill Hospitals are managed by many News media reports too. Verdun Hospital is one of the worst too. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/27/high-profile-executives-involved-in-the-construction-of-the-mcgill-university-superhospital-are-charged/

An elderly polish persons on the LGH geriatric hospital floor takes her clothes off, shits in bed, rambles, is incoherent.. and the medical staff say it is none of my business cause I am not her son or a Family member. But what here is what totally had surprised me.. when her son and nephew, nieces came to see her, she was totally coherent, recognized them, spoke to them in English, she was completely sane, and she asked them to be taken home.. but when they left she went to be crazy person again.. she needs, needed not just medical care but a decent social worker to help her.

The Hospital clearing, staff’s concern about spreading shit diseases rather  has been reduced in the last week too  and they are doing less about it..

Mostly still Useless government officials, Police Chiefs, Hospital administrators and Ombudsmen, they all  still tend  to falsely, mostly deny, bury all of the  sins, wrong doings even in their own areas of managements, cause they know they rightfully will be blamed for it an should be fired for it.
I was yesterday talking to a Hospital staff and she said wise people can easily see, the staff included who the no good, lazy, inadequate, pretentious..
I waited for weeks for the ombudsman to call me back at the LGH, and she did not, so I next called her.. she next had  promised to address these concerns.. seeing is believing. I await her results. Never got them.

Now as I have detailed to Canada’s major news editors they still do pretend to be doing their work looking after sick elderly patients, while they are also murdering them.  And what you think the doctors and nurse behave differently in the prairies, orin Calgary? where they face even more severe budget restrictions.. I know from experience medical care in Alberta was ten times worse over that in Quebec.. but I rightfully care about the good welfare of all Canadians now.. do you?

This time they are not getting away with it if I can helpit for I am telling the truth to everyone what is still happening.

In the health field, improving access to health services remains the top priority with 71 per cent of those polled saying it is very important. That is followed closely by patient safety (69 per cent), controlling healthcare costs (61 per cent) and increasing support for health research (40 per cent).

I  AM SURE THE SAME PEOPLE WOULD ALSO STILL LIKE US TO HAVE BETTER CONTROL OF HOW THE MONEY IS BEING SPENT FOR I MYSELF HAVE DEFINITELY EVEN WITNESSED RESEARCH MONEY BEING STOLEN BY MEDICAL DOCTORS FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL HOME USE..
