RCMP Officers perjury trial timeline frustrates justice and mother

.4 years have passed and another 2 or more to go.. for real justice here..

The mother of Robert Dziekanski says delays in prosecuting the RCMP police officers involved in her son’s death are prolonging her suffering. The Polish man trying to visit his Mom  died after four Mounties used a Taser stun gun to subdue him at Vancouver International Airport in October 2007. Last year, a public inquiry found much of the RCMP  officers’ testimony wasn’t credible, but it will be up to two more years before the four stand trial for perjury. RCMP Constables Bill Bentley, Kwesi Millington and Gerry Rundel, and Cpl. Benjamin (Monty) Robinson are facing the charges regarding their testimony during the inquiry. Thomas Braidwood, the retired judge who headed the inquiry, described some of the Mounties’ testimony as shameful and said they had made “deliberate misrepresentations for the purpose of justifying their action.” That was 2010. It took another year for a special prosecutor to lay perjury charges. Only last week were trial dates confirmed for all four RCMP officers. Mother says 2-year wait ‘is too long’ Each will be tried separately, the first next October, the last a year later, in 2013. Two years is too long to wait. I have to do something again,” Dziekanski’s mother, Zofia Cisowski, told CBC News. Cisowski also said she has had no peace since her son’s fatal confrontation with the RCMP. David Eby, executive director of the B.C. National Post  OTTAWA – A Mountie whose blog was shut down by the national police force earlier this year for calling aspiring models “second-class, working whores” and “skanks” has been docked 10 days pay after admitting to assaulting two inmates in a cell block. It’s not the first time Kropielniski lost his cool on an accused in the cellblock.…

The punishement was absurd.. he should be fired from his job as well as all of his poor superiors.. a repeat offender

A former RCMP officer who claims to have faced racism and bullying in the police force says she was not the only aboriginal Mountie to have experienced discrimination.Marge Hudson, who was Manitoba’s first female aboriginal RCMP officer when she joined the force in 1979, says she quit in 2009 as a result of years of harassment, bullying and racism in the workplace.But Hudson says she was not alone, as almost every aboriginal RCMP officer she knows has experienced some kind of racial discrimination and harassment on the job. Contracting the superbug C. difficile in the hospital increases a patient’s stay by an average of six days, putting serious financial strain on Canada’s health-care system, a new study shows.

C. difficile is a bacteria found in feces that causes severe diarrhea. It’s extremely common in hospitals because people usually contract it after taking antibiotics, which can kill good bowel bacteria and allow C. difficile to grow. What’s more, the bacteria can spread through surfaces like toilets, handles and bedpans, and hospital staff can spread it by not wearing gloves or washing their hands. It’s the most common cause of infectious diarrhea in hospitals, and one in 10 patients who get it will die, regardless of how sick they were beforehand. And according to the study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, it’s filling up already-crowded hospitals and draining the health-care system. “The B.C. Civil Liberties Association has filed a complaint against the RCMP, charging that the force delays revealing its files to the public. The association said in a release yesterday that it has been waiting for information about an investigation about the police-involved death of Clayton Alvin Willey and was informed by the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP that RCMP “has been withholding the file from the public . . . for more than a year.” The BCCLA said the commissioner has “no ability to force the RCMP” to make that file or others like it public. The RCMP is concealing some of their most potentially embarrassing investigation results by refusing to return them,” BCCLA spokesman Robert Holmes said. He asked the federal government to intervene. The complaint, to the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP, alleges 22 complaints have been held up for six months or longer and three have been withheld more than a year. Commission spokeswoman Laura Colella confirmed the commission received a complaint from the BCCLA. The next step is to submit it to the RCMP for an investigation, she said. Colella doesn’t dispute that there have been delays in the returns of interim reports, but said the RCMP isn’t legally mandated to return the files within a time frame. The charge card happy local family doctor

Medicare is not the place to help doctors make more money but  a place to help the sick citizens

Look I am getting realy tired of those too many bad pretentious family doctors, charge card happy quacks is what I call them. Those especially pretentious doctors who especially  get a kickback from the local pharmacy that gives them a subsidized rent, and more  kickbacks  even on how much drug they had  prescribed. The doctors even get a report from the pharmacy telling the doctor when the patients prescriptions  are about to expire so they the Doctors  can call their patients. Then these same doctor make money from the referral fees to other doctors and yes to the private clinics..All this would not be do disastrously immoral if the doctor could have helped me in the first place, but rather mostly  too often the doctor did not know what was wrong with me  and he or she wanted to do a series of test at a the private clinic, most test were not needed even, tests done mainly to increase his or her earnings, test not realy to help me, when rather next all I had  to realy do  was go to  good triage at the  local hospital and they did it all one place now too. I have said it before if you have an abnormal, serious medical problem do not waste your time going to the local family doctor, charge card happy doctor for sure. No wonder medicare is so costly these days..

THIS SAME CLEARLY PRETENTIOUS QUACK EVEN MISSED IT BY A WHOLE MILE.. HE WAS EXAMINING MY FOOD CONSUMPTION TRACTS WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS INSTEAD A CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. AS THE HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY DISCOVERED IT
