Wireless complaints on the rise for two of Canada’s top three telecoms “According to Canada’s Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services 2011-2012 report, wireless services topped the complaints list. In the rising flood, Telus was the only company among Canada’s big three that had a drop in complaints — 13 per cent. A step in the right direction in Quebec now too

 Everyone can and should be held accountable even for their acts and their words now too.. no matter who you are too. We all tend to know by now that the crooks on their own do falsely  deny any guilt or wrong doings now  too. Water unrestrained runs down hill, so do self supervised Professionals, Doctors, Nurses, Cops, Mayors, Civil and Public Servants, RCMP,  Business persons  now too..  and self supervision does not work as  it tends to be only masturbation and not the real thing still too. Bell’s objection to the CRTC decision will not work.   The PM and the RCMP even here  should be forced to step in and setup a team of investigators, and deal with all the corruptions, criminals now too. get a false denial, remark in response  like you are crazy, you need professional help. They still really  cannot face the reality there are things in their life that need serious, drastic changes. These people in denial are the ones who often need professional help for their own short comings, sickness. Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about their own unacceptable acts.  Corruptions occurs now Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants.

This is what they call improved Medical Care?

The Montreal Notre Dame and St Luc Hospitals have severely degenerated in the last year as I have witnessed myself. They have become too high and  mighty, falsely indifferent to real patient  care too now..  the medical personnel , resources are not being properly managed and no one falsely cares to do anything about it. Severe budget cuts here would drastically improve their overall performances now firstly, get their attention .. ..

Here also is what I know for sure as well, too many people especialy the health care Ministers  are still liars, pretenders and lazy too, so good Medicare does not come along automatically, as promised rather too often you have to falsely still in Canada fight for it, persevere for it too.  It seems also that too many of the rather still bad Administrators in the Hospitals still do think their job falsely is to let the medical workers have a easier job, let them have a great special time, and they all seem to forget that Hospitals man reasons for existence is to help and to deal firstly with the sick.. any propsoed medical  program insuring that more citizens can get access to either more nurses, doctors, clinics that still does not insure they get the immediate medical help they need!   How do I know that? I have written about it on the net the last 20 years at least my experiences with even  about 100 different Montreal Doctors… Myself, my senior father and my senior Mother I have spent the last 20 years visiting about a dozen hospitals trying to get the medical services I wanted, needed too..And Pharmacies and family doctor are all still very useless when you have a major sickness, which most people will eventually have too, .. even if you visit 5 different ones now, like many people do.. as they can only help you if you have a visible minor medical problem.. and not any major unknown problems.. or they are of help when you know what you want them to do such as give you a referral to a specific doctor.. the rest of the time they are useless cause they do not have access to the high tech medical equipment need to solve my health problems.  Only the larger emergency room hospitals do..

Here are just some of the very serious  Medical deficiencies that  I encountered in Montreal  that were still not adequately solved firstly even by my family doctors..

– Emergency room doctors and a family doctor gave me a complete good bill of health and could not see I had water on the lungs, had congestive heart failure.. even twice now..

– An emergency triage nurse at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital firstly was unable to realize that I needed Quintuplet heart Bypass surgery till I next had persisted with them for 6 weeks..

– My mother was sick, she kept on falling down,  and no one admitted, recognized that she had Gastritis even when I had told them that was the problem..

– I had major skin diseases on my foot for 2 years that 6 doctors,   not one  Triage or family doctors, even a dermatologists  were able to recognize and to deal properly with it too..

One of the best Medical service  approach for dealing now with almost all major sickness is either

1: Expanding the Hospitals Emergency services departments…

2: Moving the family Doctors themselves  to the local Hospitals where they can get access to the medical testing equipment..

Both approaches now  would required expanding the basic medical services so they work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a week.. and not merely 9-5 Monday to Friday, Closed on Holidays as the essential doctors are all gone on Vacation..

Instead of realy improvising the medical care they had falsely spent the taxpayers money totally renovating the now even the still money losing, not used adequately Cafeteria at the Montreal Notre Dame Hospital cause their food is both tasteless and over priced. Price Gouging the Citizens Is a standard typical and still immoral practice in this Hospital now as well even through their costly vending machines. Unacceptable.. They need better administrators here too. A costly cafeteria does not help the medical staff it was mainly designed for nor next the citizens..

Face a family doctor is never enough.. especially when you get old you start to develop serious illnesses that takes now not only real medical knowledge, experiences to deal with it but it takes expensive, costly medical equipment that most doctors do not have access too and that is generally found in hospitals only so that is why many people rightfully do have to go to the Hospital emergency department too even if the LAZY employees there too do not like it!

We had waited 12 hours in the emergency waiting room at the Montreal Notre Dame Hospital to get a doctor’s results, waiting amongst the other sick patients, a place to easily acquire a hospital disease, only to be told to come back the next day again, along with 7 other persons, meanwhile there was some medical waste left on on the waiting room floor and when we came back the next day it still was there.. there was no decent house cleaning now done there as well.. the money for it was likley all spent on useless  renovations of the Triage waiting room and the Cafeteria....

In the last few years, decade at least going to the Emergency department myself, with my elderly father or with my elderly mother I have been to at least ten hospitals in Montreal and while each one claims to be doing the same thing each one seems to run by a different standard, and uses a different approach too..I could not belive that there is still undeniably not even one decent proven, effective standard working triage program for all Hospitals. They all are dictatorial and they still seem to have major patient neglect, and much too many incompetent, pretentious doctors and nurses too..And I used to falsely believe that the medical service was here to help the sick persons in Quebec rather it is the type of medical services you would expect to find in a third worked country and not in Quebec Canada.

NOW IN ONE HOSPITAL’S TRIAGE 5 DOCTORS GAVE ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS AS TO THE CAUSE OF MY MEDICAL PROBLEMS. IN ONE TRIAGE THE DOCTOR LIED AS TO HIS ACTUAL QUALIFICATIONS, HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT SKIN DISEASES. IN ANOTHER HOSPITAL USELESS DOCTOR DEATH WOULD SEND MOST OF THE ELDERLY SENIORS NOW AS BEING WELL. IN AN ANOTHER HOSPITAL THE DOCTOR COULD ONLY SEND THE SICK PATIENT TO A PRIVATE CLINIC FOR FURTHER REFERRAL.IN ANOTHER HOSPITAL THE USELESS DOCTOR WOULD PRESCRIBED AN ANTI DEPRESSANT FOR THE PATIENT CAUSE HE COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT HELP THE SICK PATIENT.

The Quebec Liberals and City of Montreal now had the police looking in the wrong place too

Now  this year, the City of Montreal revealed, through an access to information request, that the student protests had cost the city more than $11.6 million in overtime just in the Month  of Aug. All this wasted expenditure  while major rampant corruption was being carried out next to the Justice center, police station all  unstopped and unchecked, the foxes in the Montreal City Hall were continuing to steal money from the taxpayers and City Hall executives, personnel falsely went along with it?

Experts for years have been warning about the possible problems with centralized mega slaughterhouses and packing plants, and self regulation in this industry.  Despite this fact, the Conservatives have forged ahead supporting those in Alberta who would create such centralized mega operations and did even let them have legalized self regulation. Now we see the results of such short sighthed Conservtive thinking at the Alberta XL Plant. . At the outbreak of Ecoli at the pXL plant  XL foods itself now did not follow at least six safety protocols. One dealt with E. coli controls in the plant, and the others focused on plant sanitation and maintenance issues.. Were else will the Conservative approach cause unnecessary death, pain and misery now too? The U.S. closed its border to shipments from the XL Foods plant in Brooks, Alta. after discovering E. coli in two samples of beef. It’s going to affect the whole beef industry.

The Conservative government said it had enough inspectors at the XL site but now it turns out that our federal Food safety agency can’t compel records from the companies so our Canadian Food Inspection Agency had long delays in getting records in this XL E. coli case . The Canadian Food Inspection Agency officials had asked the XL Foods plant in Brooks, Alta., for distribution information and test results for all products made on the same days as E. coli-tainted samples but only got some of these results days later.. they couldn’t get them right away. On Sept. 13, the CFIA banned XL Foods from shipping any more meat to the U.S. but wrongfully they didn’t alert the Canadian public until Sept. 16. The governments were even  too quick to assure Canadians their food was safe, in the face next of a major meat recall. Canada’s food safety regime failed us.  Across the land Canadians are scrambling to empty store shelves and fridges of beef products in one of the biggest E. coli recall scares ever. Not just ground beef, but steaks, roasts, ribs, stewing beef, sausage — the list seems endless. More than 1.5 million pounds of the stuff has been recalled.Given the scope of the scare, Agriculture Minister Gerry Ritz’s claim that Canada’s food inspection system has done a “tremendous job” grows hollower by the day. The recall list has now swelled to include 1,100 products, and the number of cases of suspected food poisoning, while fortunately small, has also been growing. This is the minister who at one point thought that no potentially tainted beef had made it to store shelves. It did, all across North America, and now there’s worry in every province and territory and many states. “How did our food safety system fail so dramatically in this case?” “Why did it take so long for Ritz to warn Canadians and issue a recall? How have recent cuts to food inspectors affected Canada’s ability to avert such a crisis? Suit filed against XL Foods An Edmonton man allegedly sickened by an E. coli-tainted steak has filed a class-action lawsuit against Alberta’s XL Foods, the beef manufacturer at the centre of the massive meat recalls across the country. The  lawsuit alleges that XL Foods processed beef products knowing it had poor quality control systems and that it put profits above the safety of consumers

Canada should retain the services of even more federal meat and food inspectors Canada wide in order to elevate  the quality of our food safety systems, arguing that this is only way to  effectively reduce the number of future Problems. The CFIA does not have the authority to compel the speedy  delivery of information from industry during an outbreak. Its only power is to  revoke a licence outright, which is what happened with XL Foods, in which the  CFIA clearly felt the information provided by XL Foods was unsatisfactory. Industry should be more forthcoming so the CFIA can properly manage risks to  safeguard the integrity of our food safety program. Denial of the reality, of the truth, of one’s exposure it is very very common even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included, when many an individual are asked to repent of their own wrong disclosed doings. One’s false denial here can be a very false disregard for facts and circumstances and a more subtle expression of ones unreal personal preferences, their now very much delusional world of fantasy. These people in false denial are the ones who often need professional help for their sickness even because they do falsely refuse to admit, to see their own bad points, and they wrongfully, clearly down to let all other persons falsely to believe they are some kind of gods, perfectionists, even persons who themselves cannot be challenged, questioned. This is more absurdity on their parts. There is no such thing as living in a world in which individuals are not being judged by others for the actions that they take or what they say or who they associate with too. Making a statement such as “you cannot judge me” is ludicrous.

“The owner Lino Zambito, former head of bankrupt Infrabec construction, a now-defunct construction company has singled out one of the most powerful officials in Montreal city hall as being on the take said that former director general Robert Abdallah may have been receiving kickbacks.

Zambito said that when Infrabec was repairing sewer systems on Sherbrooke St., Abdallah ordered him to buy pipes he did not need from Tremca Group, or else he would lose the contract. Zambito argued that it was cheaper and more effective to pour concrete directly on location, but in the end agreed to buy the expensive pre-fabricated pipes, as long as Infrabec was paid extra for the unnecessary work and supplies. “If you want the project to go ahead, the pipes have to be bought form Tremca at the price you were told,” said Zambito. “We will pay you and the difference of $300,000 in the pipes, it’s the amount the men from Tremca, Mr. Caron, will have to pay Mr. Abdallah so that the project is approved by the City of Montreal.” Abdallah was center of federal scandal Abdallah resigned from his post in 2006 under a cloud of suspicion. The Federal Government, and Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s former Director of Communications, Dmitri Soudas, tried to have Abdallah hired as president of the Port of Montreal in 2007. Audio recordings obtained by the Globe and Mail and Radio-Canada showed construction company leaders Antonio ‘Tony’ Accurso and Bernard Poulin saying that Soudas was “the real boss of Quebec” and could get Abdallah named to the post. Abdallah was eventually hired by Gastier Construction, another firm owned by Accurso.

The sheer scope of the power once held by Mafia boss Vito Rizzuto has been hinted at in testimony at Quebec’s corruption inquiry. According to the testimony  he once helped decide who built the roads in Quebec. A construction boss says that when there was a dispute over who should win a certain bid for roadwork, he was invited to a restaurant owned by his competitor. Sitting there, acting as mediator: the head of Canada’s Cosa Nostra.

Rizzuto was also an arbitrator Zambito also said that in many cases, Vito Rizzuto had acted as a dispute-settler between construction firms, at one point telling Zambito that his company lacked the experience necessary to rebuild Acadie Circle. Antonio Accurso, whose company won the Transport Quebec bid to rebuild the Acadie Circle, issued a written statement denying all of Zambito’s allegations. Accurso said that he never had any disagreement with Zambito, that he never asked Rizzuto to intervene on any aspect of the Acadie Circle bid, and that he never had a meeting with Rizzuto and Zambito. The Acadie Circle has flooded half a dozen times since it was rebuilt in 2004.

At the Charbonneau Commission Zambito has testified that many people working in Montreal’s City Hall were corrupt, with senior employees demanding a cut of municipal contracts. Zambito testified on Monday that he had paid $400,000 to two people as part of the price necessary to win municipal contracts. On Tuesday the Commission said it will analyze 70 separate contracts awarded by the city of Montreal.
