Bad Dr Porter’s relationship with Dr. P. I am not a politician, but as an ordinary Citizen I knew that Dr Porter was likely clearly corrupt, the MUHC corrupted, and the city of Montreal as well and I had objected to it. And if Pauline Marois and her separatist  party fail to address the corruptions now properly, instead of sweeping it under the table as has been done wrongfully  for decades, they too  do not deserve to be a governing party ever Both the Liberals and the PQ parties had failed to properly deal with English language laws already too..

As president of the FMSQ from 2010 to 2014, Barrette had defended the agreement before changing his tone when he became minister of health.

Now he is calling for a delay of the pay raise as part of the Couillard government’s promise to plug the provincial deficit by 2016. The value of the pay hike has been estimated to be anywhere between $900 million and $1.2 billion. Doctors’ salaries account for 62 per cent of the Régie assurance maladie du Québec’s yearly budget, amounting to $6.5 billion.

Nearly 40 per cent of hospital infection control experts believe their hospital is not clean enough to prevent spread of the toxic gut infection C. difficile and other potentially lethal organisms, a national survey has found.

About one-quarter million Canadians will be sickened this year with an infection they pick up in hospital, and death rates from highly drug-resistant microbes are rising.

Yet the new survey found that just 62 per cent of lead infection control staff believe their hospital is sufficiently clean.

“We’re just not achieving the results we need,” said the study’s lead author, Dr. Dick Zoutman, an infectious disease specialist and professor in the school of medicine at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ont.

C. diff is “a big concern. And  C. diff infection can also now strike individuals at any age. The use of certain antibiotics can further  allow C. diff to thrive  Most medical staff and even citizens do not yet know,m realize how serious the diseases, prblme is cause they have not even been told about any of it.  Too many People are thus now dying needlessly. Deaths and illnesses are much higher than those disclosed also  since the bad doctors on their death certificates,  often don’t list the infection when patients die from complications, C. diff ,   kidney failure. It’s unacceptable and outrageous that C. diff hovers at all-time highs and the barrier is often cover ups and hospital costs plus  unacceptable medical practices. The news media and studies show that emergency rooms, patients’ rooms, washrooms, operating rooms too still often aren’t cleaned sufficiently.

 In 2009, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services launched an “action plan” to reduce six high-priority Hopsital, seniors, old age homes infections, including C. diff. Infection rates for five of those have dropped significantly, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA but not  C. diff infections

.

In 2003 the  US Environmental Protection Agency, which regulates hospital disinfectants, learned that none of its approved products actually killed C. diff spores — though many claimed on their labels that they were effective against the bacteria so  the agency ordered manufacturers to remove the claims and began to identify new disinfectants that work.

.

Steps have already been taken in Canada in major hospitals to try to reduce C. Diff infections. Much more needs still to be done ti insure better quality medical care and patient safety. Nurses, doctors,  pharmacists , therapists that provide hands-on treatment, cleaning technicians  still all do  need to be out there and do much more to keep all rooms clean and  hospital infection rates down  The government should require all hospitals to mandatorily and not optional  report all C. diff cases.

They must also meet targets for reducing C. diff.. in hospitals, nursing homes and other care settings, 30% reduction per year, and there must  be a real penalty under Medicare and Medicaid for facilities that have allowed high C. diff rates. All nursing homes  hospitals must publically publicly report their rates of infections, qne include C. diff.

.

Standing in the way to reduce C. Diff infections still  are the false Hospital, old age homes concerns about the costs, staffing and the complexity of creating and implementing new procedures that require interdisciplinary teams to work together as even many homes,  Hospitals have cut housekeeping budgets in recent years, so many hospitals spend too little minutes cleaning all the rooms room.

As hospitals and nursing homes struggle with tight budgets and limited staffing, patient advocates say its critical that the public become more engaged in minimizing infection risks. Not all Hospitals don’t want to tell others,  patients the hospital  might be contaminated,” or to tell  the patients too the steps patients can take to minimize infection risks. Old age homes, Healthcare facilities  often lie, do not disclose the truth cause the “care about their reputation.”

Most hospitals still are slow to admit that they have infection related problems because admitting those problems, opens them up to lawsuits, and is admitting guilt prior to going to trial. It’s all about insurance (money) and lawyers. Things which should have nothing to do with keeping us healthy.

There is also limited tracking of antibiotics usages. In 2010, about 42% of infection control specialists nationwide said their facility had no antibiotic stewardship program, based on a survey by the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Such programs typically track the use of antibiotics to ensure proper use, which can reduce opportunities for infection.

The challenge of reducing C. Diff is also now still needed in nursing homes, where antibiotics are prolific, staffing often is too  thin and it’s tougher to isolate patients.

“How to attack the problem.There’s no mystery to cutting C. diff rates. The spore-forming bacteria exists throughout the environment: water, soil, human and animal feces. It typically sickens people taking certain stomach medicines or antibiotics, which diminish healthy bacteria in the gut as they attack infections. When levels of healthy bacteria get low, C. diff can take over, producing toxins that cause intense diarrhea, often with grave complications.The germ thrives in settings where antibiotics are in wide use, and its proliferation has accelerated as a new, hyper-virulent strain has emerged over the past decade. C. diff spores spread through fecal contamination: They get on people’s hands, often from bathroom fixtures, and move to other surfaces by touch, from light switches to bed rails to tables and trays. The tough-to-kill spores resist many disinfectants and can survive for months. Once they’re on patients’ hands, it’s a short trip to their mouths — and their intestines.”

The challenge is twofold:

Control the use of antibiotics that allow C. diff to flourish,

and prevent the bacteria’s spread from infected patients via dirty hands, dirty rooms or dirty equipment.”

The British experience “has shown that substantial C. diff reductions are possible,” including changes in room-cleaning procedures, antibiotic controls and testing protocols for patients showing C. diff symptoms. 

.

Many other health care infections have been stemmed by ensuring that certain medical procedures are done properly. That the Catheter-related infections were eliminated by getting doctors to change protocols for installing the devices. Infections linked to surgical incisions and ventilators can be reduced by getting doctors and nurses to alter practices and  more staff are  needed.

.

Many US hospitals also  have confronted those challenges head-on:

“•In Cincinnati, The Jewish Hospital-Mercy Health slashed its high C. diff rate by half in less than a year by adopting stricter antibiotic controls and new room-cleaning protocols. The program costs the 209-bed hospital about $10,000 a year.

•In Pittsburgh, the 792-bed UPMC Presbyterian cut C. diff 71% from 2000 to 2006 with new cleaning protocols, better identification and isolation of infected patients, and antibiotic controls.

•In Oak Lawn, Ill., the 695-bed Advocate Christ Medical Center reduced C. diff cases 55% by retraining housekeepers, coordinating care with infection prevention specialists, and adopting new disinfection standards for high-touch areas.”

But if you’re having one case of any health care infections a year, that’s still a problem and all unacceptable.

Preventing the spread of diseases, deaths due to Superbugs even

An ounce of prevention is still worth more than a pound of cure.. It is also your life, as bad practices, and bad history repeats itself even in Hospitals.. even amongst the medical staff too.  You may become next one of those terrible, mortal statistics now too..

To prevent spread of infection, Good medical; practices and having good health it is still always  recommended that all of the patients , hospital personnel, even visitors  follow the strict hygiene procedures, such as hand-washing and wearing hospital gowns and gloves and  to enforce this is still very mandatory.

.

All hospitals need to get on board with serious continual disinfection too  of the hospitals . Now some may hate you for speaking your mind about all of this  so what its your life and you health as stake here too so do speak up. Do not be embarrassed, even do yell at the doctor, medical workers, nurses and  make them also now  wash their  hands  They should know better! It is about your good health now too.

Here’s a great thought unless your sick stay away from hospitals for you may get a Hospital acquired disease!   Many persons have also acquired the shit disease as a result,  C-Diff you can die or it can  reappear  like a bomb that goes off and makes one so weak,   really sick,   take a very long while to get   back to being ok,  and next can be a life-long problem.

Tips for avoiding these serious illnesses caused by bacteria:

1. Wash your hands frequently and with lots of soap and hot water. Wash for 20 seconds before rinsing. Wash whenever you come home from being out in public areas, like stores, churches, school, or public transportation.

2. Teach your children and spouse to do the same.

3. Learn not to touch your face, eyes, nose or mouth with your hands unless you are doing it on purpose with newly washed hands.

4. Wash after using the toilet, at home as well as in public places.

5. Do not pick at sores or any skin breaks. Use antibiotic ointment and do use a bandaid until they are healed over.

6. If you do have to go to the hospital, keep your stay as short as possible; be certain that everyone who comes in to your room washes his or her hands, doctors, nurses, cleaning people, people who bring food, EVERYONE. This is your right as a patient and your responsibility.

Also this world needs to stop having random sex! We are all now next still paying for this risky behavior! And the use of condoms does not eliminate the risk of contracting STDs. Any condoms DO NOT protect you from any STD. The only thing condoms do prevent is pregnancy, and sometimes you can get pregnant while wearing one.

It’s really not okay to have random sex  or continue in smoking, and to dabble in drugs n such.. also included is alcohol and there are much too many more people still now dying because of alcohol over any other drug. They not only kill themselves but other people especially  in auto wrecks. .

As I had here seen it firsthand.. It also pops up whenever a house cleaning isn’t rigorous. The causes are are well known. There is a false reluctance to prevent it’s spread by doing more active cleaning as it costs money to do this.

The reality  among cancer researchers is that they’ve cured cancer thousands of times—in mice. But when it comes to ridding humans of the devastating illness, it’s a far different story. It takes much more trial and money too especially if you are not a part of the old Boy’s club.. Back in 2007, Dr. Evangelos Michelakis, a professor at the University of Alberta  department of medicine, discovered along with and colleagues that DCA might help  slow cancer growth.  DCA is a common compound that has been used for years to treat children with  inborn mitochondrial diseases, by “boosting” and normalizing their mitochondria.  Michelakis wondered whether DCA could also help repair the damage cancer causes  to mitochondria. In test of lab rats, his team found that DCA did help reprogram cancer cell  mitochondria, thereby stunting the growth of lung, breast and brain tumours in  both rats and in human tissue samples. What’s more, the drug left healthy cells healthy, unlike other cancer  treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation. Because healthy cells don’t have  the same mitochondrial changes as cancer cells, the DCA left them unchanged.  This  inexpensive drug already in use for other diseases might hold the key to a  completely new way of treating cancers — not by killing off cancer cells, but  by simply reprogramming them.  The finding comes from some exciting Canadian research on patients with brain  tumours. The study found that DCA — or dichloroacetate — can shrink the  tumours by altering a cancer cell’s metabolism. While the study was small — just five patients were studied — the  researchers say their findings are “proof in principle” that the treatment  approach works. Dr. Evangelos Michelakis notes that all of the studies they’ve undertaken thus far on DCA have  come with the support of the University of Alberta and public donations. An old drug once routinely used as a treatment for schizophrenia appears to  have a hidden talent, Canadian researchers have discovered: neutralizing cancer  stem cells while leaving healthy cells intact. The discovery is an important one, since traditional chemotherapy and  radiation often fail to eradicate cancer stem cells, which are cells  that can lurk in the body, replicating themselves over and over, causing  certain kinds of cancer to return.  But a team of scientists at McMaster University has discovered that  thioridazine, a medication used as the antipsychotic and to treat  Parkinson’s disease, can target cancer stem cells and change them into  cells that are non-cancerous. The next step is to test thioridazine in clinical trials on cancer patients. The  first study will focus on 30 patients with acute myeloid leukemia, or AML, whose  disease has relapsed after chemotherapy.

Why the ONGOING obsessesion with political CORRUPTIONS, fraud, ETC.?

Articulating what the Bible teaches about SIN no more constitutes unscriptural judging than does articulating what the Bible teaches about lying, stealing, idolatry, blasphemy, or adultery.

THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, MAYORS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO  IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS CROOKS. SO WE ALL NEED TO DEAL WITH IT MORE EFFECTIVELY NOW TOO.

Now we all do really have freedom of religion, freedom of choice, freedom of speech, the right to be heard now as well..– Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s best interest. … Starting at the top is always the best way now too …I clearly do believe in the right of everyone to speak, to speak out as well, and to be equally heard by all, so we can all judge what has been said if it is appropriate and we can next corresponding act upon it, even in the church, in the government, on the internet now too. It is a false statement that if one makes any negative statement about anyone, Professionals, Pastors, or even Jews, Muslims, Arabs, white or black, Asian people, natives , etc., that one is  a racist or promoting hatred.. maybe one is merely  exercising one’s appropriate right of free speech,  honestly critiquing  NOW certain individuals for their own unacceptable bad acts which  is not always HATE. .

Clearly some bad people falsely still DO DISALLOW THIS RIGHT… the realy bad persons especially as even I know this for sure as they falsely refuse the whole to be shared even as as to who they are firstly. They respond with a personal attack, inquisition, censorship, lies, slanders, diversions, distortions, instead of facing, dealing with the facts, truths being presented. Confirming to many what they still are really like, immoral, abusive bullies. Now we all do really have freedom of religion, freedom of choice, freedom of speech, the right to be heard now as well.. The Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant guilty persons also now serves everyone’s best interest

It is also COMMON fact of life, particularly amongst the young, inexperienced, realy bad persons who realy hate the truth or they cannot handle serious , heavy negative realties that false denial, ostrich approach is a serious part of their make up, and their related defense protection when you cannot discredit the facts, you make a false personal attack on the writer, persons instead. 

The Hallmark of a democratic society is unregulated press and the right of free speech of all persons citizens, without any of them being bullied , lied about, slandered but unfortunately tis is not always the case not even on the Internet, not even especially in the Christian Internet where your post can be twisted, lied about distorted, censored or yourself banned from making posts, likley by the same religious control freaks who would kill Jesus Christ today as well.

They even try to tell us what to write.. How all now absurd. When most aNy person no matter who he says he is too now does tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect their man made rules over God’s rules firstly? What makes them now also think I have to be now their false slave too? And as to why do they think I am their false slave and that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters? 

These same bad persons who tend to too readily judge others, and who to often falsely demand, want to enforce their one side rules upon the others, they themselves are now also the lying hypocrites. We all have a right to be heard, to speak, on the net as well.. 30 percent of the people I meet daily in real life are the bad guys that jails exist for still too.. and they should be put in there often too.

The critics as well CAN SPEAK but THEY still cannot call us all the bad names they want or bully us though.

So overall still now  what really is needed  firstly is not more CHEAP, PRETENTIOUS  self regulations,   the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their education, but real INSPECTIONS, EFFECTIVENESS , competency testing. For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in  tendency still to be denied,   suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective . 

There in reality is the main one important step that all consumers can take to protect themselves from any unscrupulous persons  and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body,  and so now how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Ministers as well?  None? and why not?

Here is what I know for sure in Canada proper policing, management ,  supervision  human rights commissions are a real fact of life, society, in schools, life,  in churches, governments, commerce, institutions, civil and public services, professional services too,  and elsewhere, even on the net,  for you will always have those 30 percent at least of the persons who will try to cheat, lie  , steal, bend the rules, falsely believe they are above the laws, Self  regulation alone is too often pretentious, farcical, often not applied as well. That applies especially to the professionals, civil and public services, police, municipalities, politicians now as well..

We need to also stop electing liars and alcoholics too.. be for certain there is no such thing as a little bit pregnant, and that there is a direct correlation between the people who are heavy alcohol users.. that they are the same persons who will also take bad drugs… and they will also be the same persons who also now do cheat , lie, steal, commit tax evasions.. as they have no solid morality

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included are always to be exemplary in behavior, conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary judged, prosecuted for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. “In the case of police, it is in everyone’s best interest that there is full, effective, independent, transparent and objective oversight. It goes without saying that an absence of effective oversight will inevitably result in the erosion of the community’s confidence .

For the civil and public servants all you have to do is look at their expenses accounts, see how much they charged us for booze and that will quickly show us all whether they really are alcoholics or not for a start. Few alcoholics will admit they are alcoholics just as few persons will admit they practice tax evasion as well. Drunk drivers still cause most of the car accidents but the police prefer to go after speeding tickets, it is easier to to get the speeders.. and very profitable, sadly it also ties up our courts with the mostly unnecessary cases too.
