Many persons who are fed up with the APPARENT INADEQUACIES even in the socialized medicine would like us to believe that a private medical system is better… and that is mere wishful thinking.. for even in a private system there are too often the same inadequacies, even for the same reasons, the apparent lack of supervision of medical personnel and services, and   Profit-hungry hospitals are also overcharging consumers an estimated $10 billion a year in the US. The cost of the operation was $25,000.   Knowing that her family would have to pay a percentage of the costs, she requested an itemized bill. $129 for a box of tissues. “Like the charge for newborn blood tests and a crib mobile. That stopped me in my tracks,” recalls Johnson. “As far as I know, my husband never had a baby.”  But making sure that you are charged correctly can be a daunting task. “That’s what Richard Clarke found out firsthand shortly after his father died in 2000. Despite the fact that he is a former hospital chief financial officer, Clarke admits, sorting through the bills took him a year. In the end he found $2,000 in errors. And, according to a 1998 study of hospital billing procedures, they go to extraordinary lengths to discourage patients from delving too deeply into their bills.”

 

Yes, you can buy medical insurance to protect yourselves financially against medical emergencies. But will the services, coverage be there when you need it? Nevertheless, experts still do next say reviewing your bill for overcharges is vital. “For one thing, if you are required to pay some of your hospital expenses, either as a deductible or a co-payment, overcharges will come out of your pocket.   What’s more, most insurance plans have a cap, meaning, “Money siphoned off by errors or fraud can chip away at your lifetime total,” says Tom Brennan, Blue Cross/Blue Shield’s director of special investigations. Now  we all have heard the phrase “here to serve”.. but dream on if you are dumb enough to believe that.. most people still are self serving to start of with.. The world is full of self serving persons and  Liars, who even  often lie to themselves too, there are too many persons  with a hidden agenda, sometimes not too hidden ones, such as self promotion, financial gains are too often amongst the top of their goals still. SO WHO, WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF OUR INADEQUATE MEDICARE (CANADA) and what are the solutions.. from the sole called experts.. more money? REALLY you got to be kidding now…  Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, THEY ALL DO need to be supervised, even Professionals, cops, civil and public servants too now,  and corruption still exists in construction, universities, Hospitals, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well  WHEN IT COMES TO MY PERSONAL HEALTH OR ANYONE’S I RIGHTFULLY DO NOT ACCEPT PRETENTIOUS, INADEQUATE MEDICAL SERVICES. Or any neglect, abuses! 

 

ABUSES EXISTS. If they were hiring appropriately trained staff and providing ongoing staff training and support, including criminal PROSECUTIONS AS WELL  they are not going to have this many  reported incidents  IN HOSPITALS, OLD AGE HOMES. Many abuses, errors, deaths, bad   incidents are still undeniably unreported. Ask me about it I saw too many.  When a Montreal Verdun Hospital doctors, nurse often says to the  patients as I have witnessed   I cannot do anything  to help you, go to your own doctor when you go home and tell him about it, that is not providing adequate medical aid.   Just the tip of the iceberg.. and bad Hospitals, bad doctors, bad administrators like this one abound in Canada in reality.. unacceptable. One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves.  One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a  person is really like, is work with him  just for one whole day,.. and   what   you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..

1 We can all easily know that Canada has a Medicare system that is now supposed to provide free, full medical services Canada wide to all persons irrespective of age, gender, position in life. In reality now this pretentious Medicare system firstly does not deliver it’s responsibilities Canada wide.. 

 

2 Secondly no one in reality enforces the health act, not the federal government, not the provincial governments.

3 Thirdly the Medical professionals themselves here do act as God and they are the ones solely who decide who lives and who dies, and who gets treated and who does not as well.

4 Fourthly generally no one gets punished for not delivering the health act, or for their wrong doings here too.

 

5 It is amazing that the Quebec health and social services minister,  especially even my local Lieberal elected member of the Quebec Legislature now too as well as the Justice Minister and the police too they all  have still to properly act on the matters even to reply adequately, properly to one of one of my many letters to them  and  when will they?  It is still a criminal act now for any doctor, nurse, hospital administrators, medical supervisor not to provide medical care to any seniors. How many have been prosecuted for this in the last year?

All unacceptable!

 

 

Now who enforces the Health law in reality, and who rather  tries to pass the buck.. who buck passes? Health Canada and who else?

Today’s Jews are are too quick to associate  with the Promised Land of Joshua’s time.  I  conclude that God never uses the word chosen to refer to Israel IN THE NEW TESTAMENT and how do you define chosen? chosen for what? The Christians in the New Testament have replaced the chosen Jews of the Old Testament in reality NOW TOO. WHAT SOME THEY STILL  CANNOT UNDERSTAND, SEE THIS AND WHY? .. It may surprise you to discover that the New Testament never uses the term ‘chosen’ to describe the Jewish people. It is only used of those who follow Jesus  I  conclude that God never uses the word chosen to refer to Israel and the reference was the new testament..  but that is not the same as the old testament.. the Bible is composed of both books or what you do not know this?

so what does the word chosen mean in the Bible and Chosen for what? For a job? a .purpose? for suffering? to bear fruit? as a witness?

READ THE BIBLE FOR YOURSELF AND FIND OUT THE MEANING OF THE WORD CHOSEN.. the Old Testament refers to the Jews as chosen but not the New Testament and we all do know why that was, they the Jews rejected God, the Messiah, Jesus Christ.

The only main portion of the Bible that you really need to read, to follow  is the New Testament because we are no longer under Old Testament covenant, law  –  essentially the New Covenant, the New Testament replaces the basic requirements of the  Old Law and the Prophets of the Old Testament.  All Believers should still embrace the whole Word of God is written by God but now they do not follow the non applicable Old Testament laws, rituals. The Old Testament has now been superseded by the New Testament. We are not under the Old Testament laws but under those laws  solely in the new testament… the law of the spirit..(Rom 8:2 KJV)  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

The sole basis of the Christian faith today, which is why it is also called the New Testament as well, is not at all the Old Testament Judaism but the New Testament Jesus. The true Christians since Jesus Christ next always left their old Jewish Synagogues all together… and all Christian Jews, Messianic Jews too need to do this today as well, also they are supposed to give up their Jewish roots, Jewish culture, Jewish religion when they accept Jesus Christ as their master, lord and savior . But the old covenant “laws” themselves were only valid until the coming of Christ firstly. True Christians do not mix the Old and New Covenants “laws”, laws as defined by the New testament, nor do they rightfully now support any of the Judaizers and their “laws”, all those persons who want to keep the Torah “laws” and just add Jesus to it. Today the entire Old Covenant “laws” was to be casted out by the Christian but we must all still follow His new teachings that are valid in the New Covenant as per (Galatians 4:21-31). The New Covenant teachings of Jesus did not include Sabbath-keeping “laws”and many other “laws”of the now obsolete Torah. True Christians believe that the “laws” has been completely abrogated and replaced with the Law of Christ.; Messianic Jews and the Seventh day Adventists, Judaizers do still try to uphold invalid laws, part of the Bible   falsely do draw people away from the truth of Christ.

ABOUT THOSE PEOPLE IN DENIAL WHO CANNOT ADMIT EVEN ANY Jewish WRONG DOINGS, SINS NOW THEY ARE IN A FALSE DENIAL STILL TOO

Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants, but I have never seem so many lying, mental people in one place like I have amongst the medical workers I have dealt with this year in  in Hospitals, convalescent, old age homes who really do delude themselves too often about their self importance and the positive role they are functioning in.  When a  professional cannot see what they are doing now is simply  so wrong they themselves do now need real professional help too.

 .

The People who lie often, the  professionals now included, they tend to have severe personal,  mental disorders next cause one tends to eventually believe next ones lies as being the truth, and they can no  longer differentiate their own lies from reality, the truth.

Narcissistic, selfish, self centered  Mental Disorders too evident now even in many of the so called medical Professionals leads  these persons to  dwell in self-absorption, fantasy, illusion, where she or he has exaggerated claims to talents, importance, or specialness,  manifesting evidence  of a need for constant admiration from others,  a lack of empathy for all others, persistent in this too,  have rigid personality traits and coping styles, clearly  inflexible, do show a  hypersensitivity to any criticism , defeat or  negative realities thus they rather  are pathological in  denial by the their falsity, contrived replacement of the truths which they still must  face eventually .  These SEVERE PERSONALITY disorders are generally personally ongoing too leading to more impaired social and/or occupational functioning and can make it difficult to pinpoint a clear dividing line between their  pathology and their so called normality. Most of these people with their personality disorders may not perceive that there is anything wrong with their behavior and thus they are not motivated to change it. It is important to note that these  personality disorders are considered to have their onset in late adolescence or early adulthood and they alone are responsible for it too.

Denial, it is very  common when many an individual, even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included,  are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they  often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as   ”you are crazy”.  “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.”  Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though.  Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.”    It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart. Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction  for persons now  facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. Denial too often can be  further disastrous upon themselves and others.. for denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption  of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. Illustrated fully by the story of the Emperor with new clothes.

The subject may now deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether (simple denial), admit the fact but deny its seriousness (minimization) or admit both the fact and seriousness but deny responsibility (transference). The concept of denial is particularly related to the denial of one’s addiction to alcohol for example, or to one slandering others, abusing them stealing, lying.. their denial or their  minimization of their own wrong doings is the  essential part of what enables them next to to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, that is   overwhelming.   “The American Heart Association cites denial as a principal reason that treatment of a heart attack is delayed. Because the symptoms are so varied, and often have other potential explanations, the opportunity exists for the patient to deny the emergency, often with fatal consequences. It is common for patients to delay mammograms or other tests because of a fear of cancer, even though this is clearly maladaptive.”

Types of Denial include now the Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying.   Denial of responsibility:  Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others.  Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality.  Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated. Denial of denial:  This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional..

There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of denial. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

HALIFAX – NS Health Minister Maureen MacDonald,  ” frankly, any incident of abuse is one too many, and we need to consistently continue to monitor and do what’s necessary to protect people who are vulnerable.”  “Now there were 20 incidents of abuse — including 15 involving staff — at nursing homes from Oct. 1, 2008 until this June. In all, Health Department investigators probed 61 complaints of abuse. The cases include physical, emotional, sexual and financial abuse. ABUSES EXISTS. If they were hiring appropriately trained staff and providing ongoing staff training and support, including criminal PROSECUTIONS AS WELL  you’re not going to have this many  reported incidents  IN HOSPITALS, OLD AGE HOMES. The Ontario Excellent Care for All Act,  requires that all errors be reported directly to hospital administrators. in Hospital acquired sicknesses, Deaths as well. The review found.. Surprise, surprise Professionals do lie, cover up, make false denials still! serious concerns with the hospital’s error reporting policy.     

 

Many abuses, errors, deaths, bad   incidents are still undeniably unreported. Ask me about it I saw too many.  When a Montreal Verdun Hospital doctors, nurse often says to the  patients as I have witnessed   I cannot do anything  to help you, go to your own doctor when you go home and tell him about it, that is not providing adequate medical aid.   Just the tip of the iceberg.. and bad Hospitals, bad doctors, bad administrators like this one abound in Canada in reality.. unacceptable. Ontario pathology overhaul ordered.  Recommendations flow from report into surgical errors in Windsor.  The review was particularly critical of the work of one pathologist in particular, Dr. Olive Williams Dr. Barbara Heartwell, removed the breast of a woman who did not have cancer. Heartwell blamed the mistaken mastectomy on an error in Williams’s pathology report. In this case, the pathologist was incompetent and produced false or misleading reports. Dr. Heartwell was unfortunately a victim of a media frenzy, but I am glad she can continue her good work for the community –

We just have to accept that they know what they are doing. If we find out they were wrong, they just blame it on the tests. Never their fault. Do you know what they call a med student that graduates at the bottom of their class? Doctor. People in the lowest positions are expected to perform usually without mistakes e.g. take Wal-Mart staff who make mistakes are routinely fired for these mistakes and some are minor while surgeons who are supposed to be the near peak of our professionals make tragic errors and very little punishment follows them. Professionals are paid extremely well while lowly labor staff are paid a fraction but expected to perform at higher levels. This is from my experience working in over 20 types of industry. Canada  health-care system is a wholly public one,  but in reality the majority of Hospital medical system is administered mostly privately by doctors, medical professionals   and most medical services are delivered privately  where most    doctors for example, are essentially independent contractors and many of the Nurses are agency nurses now too. .  Also  “New governance models should be considered to improve both system effectiveness and accountability.” Most  Doctors tend to make very  poor managers themselves so I do not respect most of their related recommendations or that of their societies. One of the favourite approaches   of too many of our politicians in our country is to lie, become indifferent, pretentious  to the people who elected them, but also to say one thing to the news media in English and another in French. Also if we can’t count on doctors to give us the straight goods even  when it comes to health care, on whom can we count?   No one but ourselves.

 There are also serious gaps in the continuum,  particularly in the lack of prescription drug coverage for those without private insurance or who are ineligible for public programs, inadequate mental health services and a lack of continuing care which includes long-term care faculties and home care. Yes despite the millions of dollars that are spent on health-care every year, the system is under-performing in key areas such as timely access, and that it is “not delivering value for the money spent.”

 

All Canadians are not getting value for their tax money placed in the health-care system and the health-care system  needs to be “massively transformed,” as  the underlying principles of the Canada Health Act ” which include universality and accessibility ” are not being met since they are not enforced by the federal or provincial governments. “Our system of publicly funded health care is founded on the promise that all Canadians will receive needed medical care when and where they need it. Far too often the promise falls short,”   Especially  with its shortcomings, the present system will not be able to meet future needs.

 

We always do need a sustainable health-care system  now and  the most vulnerable populations are least able to access and navigate the systems  especially where there is uneven coverage of health services outside of the hospital setting. for overall, accessibility of services is still a major problem because many Canadians don’t have a competent , adequate family doctor and are waiting far too long for procedures once they next have entered the system.

Yes  “absolutely” the wait time targets should reach beyond a handful of priority surgical procedures such as cancer, heart attacks…The Canada Health Act is meant to ensure that patients have access to medically necessary physician and hospital services but  the provinces do falsely by their poor management of Medicare, doctors, nurses too  fail to live up to their responsibilities here.

 Putting money into pails full of holes, paying pretentious and too often useless medical workers is a waste of time. Privatization of the system will not help since the problem always has been the clearly, inadequate, lack of supervision of the medical workers. Masturbating self regulating of the medical professional is ludicrous for almost no  medical personal still do  feel real negative consequences for their poor inputs, and where all tend to  still get paid for their bad works too.

A Quebec hospital is investigating the death of a diabetic man who died while sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room at a Montreal emergency department.  André Desjardins, 64, went to the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital on Sept. 30 by ambulance after complaining of severe pain. He already suffered from high blood pressure and was a heavy smoker, in addition to having diabetes. A doctor at the hospital saw him but Desjardins was sent back to the waiting area. As his pain worsened, family members pleaded with staff to let him lie down on a stretcher, but none was provided. Instead, hospital staff put him in a wheelchair, where he spent an estimated seven hours waiting for futher care before he died, said his relatives. Making anyone in a medical crisis wait for care in an ER makes no sense at all, and reflects Quebec’s chronic problem with emergency care, said patients’ rights advocate Paul Brunet. “We had the ultimate failure of the system with the death of this guy. We shouldn’t have to wait in an emergency ward. We should stop accepting that,” said Brunet, who heads Quebec’s Conseil de protection des malades. “Evidently that patient was gravely ill, and certainly should have been taken care of more seriously than he was.” The hospital has apologized to Desjardins’ family but won’t comment further until its internal investigation is complete. Quebec Health Minister Yves Bolduc said Tuesday that Desjardins’ death is unacceptable and regrettable, but denied that it had anything to do with the hospital operating at over-capacity. It’s not the first time a patient has died waiting in the Maisonneuve-Rosemont ER. Last February, an elderly woman suffering from Alzheimer’s disease died after waiting two hours on a stretcher in the Maisonneuve-Rosemont ER. COVER UP-B.C. federal tax collector implicated in charity tax fraud scheme

 

Federal tax collector from B.C. is one of the people implicated in a multi-million-dollar charity fraud tax scheme recently busted by the Canada Revenue Agency, according to internal government documents obtained obtained by The Vancouver Sun. On April 8, the CRA sent out a news release announcing that, as a result of its investigation, three people from Victoria were being charged with tax evasion after allegedly selling $7.6 million in charity receipts for as little as one-tenth of their face value.What the agency didn’t mention is that one of the people who bought those fake charity receipts was a CRA employee.  … three months before the CRA announced the charges, it discovered one of its B.C. tax collectors was a participant in the scheme who  worked in a CRA tax office in B.C.  When interviewed by CRA investigators, the employee originally denied being a part of the scheme, saying her only involvement with the charities was donating a few used items to them. “However, the investigation revealed that she provided the organizer/promoter with a cheque that was cashed,” the report states. Further investigation determined that, from 2004 to 2006, the woman claimed $35,000 in fake donations on her tax returns. The current mayor of Dawson City, Yukon, says he believes former mayor Glen Everitt’s 12-month conditional sentence for misappropriating town funds is too light.  The charge is connected to a total of $38,300 he admitted to have fraudulently spent when he was mayor between 1996 and 2004. Territorial court Judge Heino Lilles sentenced Everitt to 12 months of house arrest and ordered him to pay the $38,300 back to the town. Dawson City’s current mayor, Peter Jenkins, said everyone he’s talked to believes Everitt got off lightly. The Crown had called for a 15-month jail term. Most Police personnel caught drunk driving are falsely are not charged as well. “  Questions are being raised about why an RCMP sergeant in Saskatchewan who rolled his vehicle after having at least five alcoholic drinks was not charged with impaired driving.  So, if the government wants to crack down on drinking and driving, it should target all of the problem drivers. It’s not just about age, it’s about impaired drivers, cops included now too.  Many cops still drive home drunk from the police taverns after work

All licenced drivers in Ontario  who have any alcohol at all in their system should face the prospect of losing their licence immediately for 24 hours is what the law should read… The new law is in addition to existing legislation under the Graduated Licensing System that requires all novice drivers, regardless of age, to be alcohol free at all times while driving.  Any individual convicted of violating the new law faces a fine ranging from $60 to $500 and a 30-day licence suspension, police said in a release Friday.  As of Aug. 1, novice drivers caught with any amount of alcohol in their blood will receive an immediate 24-hour roadside driver’s licence suspension.  Statistics show DRUNK drivers ARE ALL VERY likely to be involved in drinking and driving fatal and injury crashes.

 

As well, the Reduced Suspension with Ignition Interlock Conduct Review Program goes into effect . The program is intended to increase the number of driver interlock devices in vehicles of people convicted of impaired driving or failing a breath test.  The interlock device requires the driver to blow into the machine, which then determines if they have recently consumed alcohol.  If they have, the device prevents the vehicle from being started. tHIS DEVICE CAN BE EASILY BY PASSED BY HAVING SOMEONE ELSE START THE CAR FOR YOU.

The new law will also allow eligible drivers convicted for the first time of an alcohol-impaired driving offence to time their licence is suspended from the present one year, to a new minimum of three months if they meet specific requirements that include the installation of the ignition interlock device for a minimum of nine months, in their vehicle.
 

Research shows up to 75% of suspended drivers continue to drive despite the disqualification. 

  

Kevin Wiener, a 20-year-old Toronto resident, says he’ll fight the Ontario government’s new booze ban for young drivers. Wiener says the ban, which came into effect Sunday, is unconstitutional, and he’s filing an application in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice challenging it. The ban is based on age, instead of experience, he says. The law prohibits drivers under the age of 22 from having any trace of alcohol in their system when operating a motor vehicle. Wiener says new drivers who are older do not face the same restrictions as young drivers — even though some younger drivers may have more experience on the road. Zero Tolerance Law Takes Effect For Young Drivers

Why do the police now do not go after the drunk drivers all the time and more effectively when it is the impaired drivers andnot the speeders who cause most of the car accidents, deaths still too.
