At least in some cases there is Justice

“Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment. The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC). Harper’s record for associating with  undesireables just keeps getting better and better. Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment.  The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC).Less than two years later, Porter found himself chair of our spy services oversight committee, a position in which he had access to all of Canada’s intelligence secrets. He was appointed to the Board of Air Canada and made a Queen’s Privy Councillor.  Porter also was connected to self-described arms-dealer and former (alleged) Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe. The two were involved in a dubious business deal involving a $120 million investment by Russia in “port development” in Africa.  It turned out that Porter was also claiming to be ambassador plenipotentiary of Sierra Leone, one of the most corrupt countries on earth — an obvious conflict with his SIRC role.”
.

Quebec’s anti-corruption task force suspects Porter and four high-profile  executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital  were part of a massive fraud conspiracy.UPAC issued arrest warrants Wednesday morning for Arthur Porter, Pierre  Duhaime, Riadh Ben Aissa, Yanai Elbaz , Jeremy Morris. UPAC confirmed  Wednesday that Elbaz – the former associate director general of the MUHC – is in  custody and will be charged Thursday. Duhaime — the former CEO of SNC-Lavalin – will turn himself in to Surete du  Quebec headquarters Thursday morning, He has already been charged with fraud. Ben  Aissa — another former executive at SNC-Lavalin — has already been arrested  and questioned by police for his possible role in other plots. All five are wanted for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and related charges.   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/27/high-profile-executives-involved-in-the-construction-of-the-mcgill-university-superhospital-are-charged/

.

Quebec’s police task force on corruption is probing the billion-dollar contract for McGill Montreal mega-hospital awarded to a consortium led by Montreal engineering giant SNC Lavalin Group Inc. SNC-led consortium had won the McGill University Health Centre contract. Police raid the McGill University Health Centre . Up until six months ago, the hospital project had been overseen by Riadh Ben Aissa, a former head of SNC’s construction division, and also a central figure in an ongoing scandal. One of SNC’s original subcontractors in the project was a company controlled by construction magnate Antonio (Tony) Accurso – a controversial figure who now is also facing fraud and corruption charges. The hospital deal was put together under the watch of the previous chief executive of the health centre, Arthur Porter who left his own job under a cloud late last year. Arthur Porter had been appointed chair of the federal government’s security-intelligence watchdog agency, when his African business dealings with an arms dealer were revealed. Dr. Porter stepped down from both jobs. The Quebec government has earmarked $2.35-billion for an effort to reconstruct Montreal hospitals, the lion’s share going to the McGill University Health Centre campus. “Quebec’s anti-corruption unit has put several high-profile figures in its crosshairs since being established last year. It has arrested construction magnates such as Mr. Accurso and Paolo Catania, as well as Frank Zampino, a former city councillor who was the right-hand man of Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay.”

.

Not much of a surprise? The tip of the iceberg is being revealed only as  the overall depth of corruption will take much more time apparently to uncover, corruptions that likley permeates the whole project. Birds of feathers tend to flock together. And no one should tell us that  these initial suspected persons, now  were even  just isolated individuals acting on their own without the vast help and knowledge of any others now too. Higher education never insures one’s good moral standings.

Former CSIS watchdog Arthur Porter arrested in Panama .Arthur Porter, the well-connected oncologist and hospital administer whom Prime Minister Stephen Harper appointed three years ago to oversee Canada’s spy agency, was arrested with his wife in Panama on charges including fraud against the Quebec government relating to his alleged role in the handling of a $1.3-billion Montreal hospital construction and maintenance contract, awarded three years ago to scandal-plagued engineering giant SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. The head of Quebec’s anti-corruption task force made the announcement Monday evening. In a written statement, Robert Lafreniere said the arrest was conducted after an investigation — code name Project Lauréat — by the Sureté du Québec, the RCMP and the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).Dr. Porter and his wife, Pamela Porter, are in police custody. Mrs. Porter is accused of handling the products of crime and con   Efforts are being made to extradite the couple to Canada, according to the statement.  http://news.nationalpost.com/2013/05/27/arthur-porter-arrested-in-panama/

Pub meetings?

The three worst months ever for the Harper government for the Conservatives, it was the session from hell.

Here are ten things that wrong for the Tories’ this session.

1. The beginning of the Justin Trudeau era

A Forum Research poll released late last month suggested Justin Trudeau has won the hearts and minds of a lot of Canadians: the pollster predicted that the Trudeau-led Liberals are on their way to a commanding majority government in the next election.

2. Bye bye Penashue

On May 13, Peter Penashue — the former cabinet minister forced to resign after it was learned that he accepted ineligible campaign donations — lost his byelection in Labrador to Liberal Yvonne Jones.

3. Brent Rathgeber and the backbench revolt

A month after rumblings of a backbench revolt, Brent Rathgeber resigned from the Tory caucus after his Conservative colleagues watered down his private member’s bill — Bill C-461 — meant to shine a light on public sector salaries. He didn’t go quietly, however, suggesting that backbenchers in the Tory caucus were a bunch of trained seals.

4. So, where’s that $3.1 billion?

The Conservative Party’s ‘fiscally responsible’ brand took a hit in May when the auditor general’s report slammed the government for losing track of $3.1 billion that was supposed to be earmarked for national security.  What no one in government can explain exactly where the money went.

5. Senate shenanigans

The Senate expense scandal continued and intensified during the spring session of Parliament.

The expense claims of Senators Mike Duffy and Patrick Brazeau — both handpicked by Stephen Harper — are under RCMP investigation, or at least review. Meanwhile Senator Pamela Wallin’s travel expenses are still being audited by Deloitte.

6. Harper says goodbye to a friend (aka former chief of staff Nigel Wright)

During this session of Parliament, Prime Minister Harper was forced to accept the resignation of his right hand man and now former chief of staff Nigel Wright.

Wright’s maleficence was a personal cheque of $90,000 to Senator Mike Duffy so that Duffy could repay his improperly claimed expenses. That transfer of funds is now under investigation by the RCMP.

7. A battle with Elections Canada

At least three Tory MPs were embroiled in very public disputes with Elections Canada during this parliamentary session.

In a letter, Elections Canada advised Speaker Andrew Scheer that MPs Shelly Glover and James Bezan be suspended from Parliament because of their failure to comply with the Elections Act with regard to their 2011 election campaign returns.

Glover has since filed an amended return. Bezan will take his case to court while a House committee will decide his fate in Parliament.

8. Robocall scandal not going away

In late May, in a court action brought forward by the left-leaning Council of Canadians, Federal Court Judge Richard Mosley ruled that the “Conservative Party of Canada or any CPC candidates” were not directly involved in any campaign to mislead voters during the 2011 election campaign.

But — and this is a big but — he also said that “the most likely source of the information used to make the misleading calls was the CIMS database maintained and controlled by the [Conservative Party].”

As Elections Canada continues their investigation into misleading calls in Guelph, this is a story that will certainly dog the Tories in future sessions.

9. Another Conservative rising star becomes a falling star

On Monday, Saulie Zajdel — a former Tory candidate and “regional advisor” for Heritage Minister James Moore — was arrested in Montreal and now faces a cadre of charges linked to the city’s ongoing corruption probe.

By itself, this story doesn’t do any damage to the Conservative’  brand. But put with the other Conservative appointees — Bruce Carson, Arthur Porter and Senators Patrick Brazeau, Mike Duffy and Pamela Wallin — it tarnishes the public’s opinion of Stephen Harper’s judgement.

10. MP Eve Adams, her hair, nail appointments and her cell phone

Earlier this month, Tory MP Eve Adams was forced to defend herself over allegations that she broke Elections Canada rules for claiming over $2,777 in “personal expenses” during the 2011 election, on things such visits to hair and nail salons, mouthwash and whitening toothpaste. She embarrassed herself again, this week, when it was learned that she received a $155 traffic citation for talking on her cell phone while driving on Parliament Hill.

MONTREAL — A little more than a year ago, Saulie Zajdel joined Stephen  Harper for a happy-hour pub stop in Montreal as perhaps the Conservatives’ best  hope to win their first seat in this city in a quarter-century. Today, Zajdel is under arrest.  http://montreal.ctvnews.ca/saulie-zajdel-once-the-tories-best-hope-to-finally-win-montreal-seat-arrested-1.1329047#ixzz2WXCOtu59

Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Finance Minister Jim Flaherty joined   brewery manager Colin O’Brien, and supply director Paul Armstrong at the Guinness brew house. http://www.canada.com/Stephen+Harper+Irish+adventures/8532787/story.html

harper_guiness

.
Our Canadian Christian evangelical Prime Minister Stephen Harper makes an essential stop at the Irish Guinness brewery, he sure has fooled all those fundamental western Christians who voted from him cause they had been lied to that he was a  Christian evangelical abstainer    http://www.irishtimes.com/news/canada-pm-arrives-in-dublin-ahead-of-g8-summit-1.1430527
.
1 Peter 5 :8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your  adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may  devour:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions  are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.10 But the God of all  grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye  have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 11 To  him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.  http://kambulow.blogspot.ca/2013/06/the-possession.html
.

A professing Canadian Christian, of the bad Christian Missionary Alliance church, ( Stephen Harper)  lied to us, he next did not keep his promises of full transparency, or full accountability, and even that he would stop the perverse patronage hiring  system, deal adequately with a bad lobbying system, and what else?  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/06/03/harpers-patronage-hirings-alcoholics/

.

Calgary Conservative Convention coming where there will be plenty of booze, balloons, pancake breakfasts, bucking broncs and more bull. That’s all pretty standard fare even for a Christian evangelical Prime Minister. “There is some grumbling about how poorly the Prime Minister’s Office has  handled the whole (Sen. Mike) Duffy affair.”  On Wednesday, a Nanos Research poll conducted for the CBC found that 72 per  cent of Canadians said they were dissatisfied or somewhat dissatisfied with  Stephen Harper’s explanation of what he knew about the $90,000 personal cheque  written by the prime minister’s chief of staff to cover Duffy’s inappropriate  expenses. Only 27 per cent of those polled were satisfied or somewhat satisfied, which  indicates that since 40 per cent of voters cast a ballot for the Tories in May  2011, a large number of Tory partisans are not happy with this whole affair.”

.

Liberal MP Ralph Goodale recited a laundry list of PM Stephen Harper.s Conservative government appointees that have gone bad.

The growing list is staggering.

There’s Senators Patrick Brazeau, Pamela Wallin and Mike Duffy who are all under investigation and/or review for improperly claimed benefits.

There’s Nigel Wright, the prime minister’s former chief of staff, who gifted Duffy $90,000 — the RCMP is investigating this transfer.

There’s ex-Harper aide Bruce Carson who is currently facing charges of influence peddling.

Dr Arthur Porter was the head of Canada’s spy agency watchdog and is now wanted by Quebec police in relation to the province’s corruption scandals.

There’s former Labrador MP Peter Penashue who was put into cabinet by Harper but forced to resign after it was learned that he accepted ineligible donations during the 2011 election campaign.

And, on Monday, Postmedia News reported that Montreal RCMP are investigating a former Conservative Senate staffer and ex-candidate with a regard to a corruption probe into a “Parliament Hill renovation project.”
and there is more…

Stephen Harper had said his party would be better over the others,, we certainly did not think that mean he would have more bad gals and guys…

.

THE BAD senate Senate choices are revolting,  Harper handing Liberals more ammunition by his patronage appointment of senators. There are those like me who think the Upper House is nothing more than a high-priced retirement home for political hacks. it will cost hard-pressed Canadian taxpayers a fortune. Each senator makes $134,000 a year, or far, far more than the average person who toils at a real job. But wait that is just the beginning, add on their paid overseas  trips, expense accounts, etc. This was more about saving his government supporters than anything else.  Harper would have had a lot more credibility if he’d left the positions open and kept pushing for reform. “Harper’s own recent bad  appointment of senators indicates clearly still that Harper  cannot be trusted to work with the opposition parties as a minority government. Harper had once sold himself to Canadians as a different kind of politician, one who’d refrain from using patronage appointments to the Senate. A man who could be trusted to keep that and other promises.. Instead, Harper has fast become the kind of governing politician he once professed to abhor — one who routinely breaks his word. After insisting he would never appoint people to an un-elected Senate, the prime minister sent a staggering 18 curly-tailed snorters to the Red Room, confirming his election pledges aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.  Harper talks a good talk when it comes reality he has another side.. the one that shows up in the pub

.

Yes  Stephen Harper the Prime Minister he too now has showed us all he really was a liar, no better than the rest, and he has continued wrongfully too to hire more of his conservative friends into good government jobs.. so now do rightfully fire him TOO. http://thenonconformer.blogspot.com/2008/01/canadian-citizens-point-of-view.html

.
The whole truth comes out why you hired bad people  or about the drunk drivers,  poor now removal, road accidents, recession, Stephen Harper, city halls corruptions.. but first can you tell me why the poor managers allow all these civil bad public servants, senators, aides, MPs, MLA’s, MPP’s  in municipalities, provinces, Canada wide, fly all over the country, world wide, eat   fine food, drink alcohol,  in fine restaurants at taxpayer’s expense while the country is in a big recession? The sad Unacceptable taxpayer’s money abuses.   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/14/clearly-an-unacceptable-abuse/
.
The continual mismanagement, budget deficit, tax payer money abuses and has there been even any changes in all this really? We all  really still do need still a full  review of the waste, fraud, and abuse that has plagued governmental efforts. What is also needed is a enforced, real program to remove public officials from office that take our money and abuse it, spend it on their own false pet projects while many of our people still are not getting the help that they need. You also did notice the cops do too often still  not  practice what they preach to others they themselves still do like to speed, and how many like to drink and drive still too? https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/11/the-whole-truth-comes-out/
.
We need to also stop electing liars and alcoholics too.. be for certain there is no such thing as a little bit pregnant, and that there is a direct correlation between the people who are heavy alcohol users.. that they are the same persons who will also take bad drugs… and they will also be the same persons who also now do cheat , lie, steal, commit tax evasions.. as they have no solid morality
.
(Gal 5:19 KJV) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/12/prime-minister-stephen-harper-let-me-repeat-myself/
.
If you drink 2 martinis at lunch time or supper time  for a start  you are definitely an alcoholic. Now the Provincial Governments, tend to now want to to reduce gambling or alcohol consumption for it is a great money maker for them, and too many Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze.. The problem with the Police or Politicians consuming too much alcohol, is that alcohol not only makes you a mental retard cause it does now kills your brain cell, alcohol also kills your emotions of compassion, and reasoning ability now as well..
https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/10/17/there-is-no-new-thing-under-the-sun/
.

Let us all also be clear about it too, pigging out, living high on the hog, or patronistic hiring practices is clearly an unacceptable  abuse, theft of the tax payer s money for certainty, taxpayer’s money were never, never even intended out for this mater. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/14/clearly-an-unacceptable-abuse/

.

A Liberal  alcoholic politician is now just as bad as a   Conservative alcoholic politician firstly.. and lies just as much..

.

It seems we have too many cheats, thieves, liars, alcoholics, adulterers for cops and for politicians still in Canada. and in the US..  the Obama included.. . for basically there is no such thing as a little bit pregnant, it seems you are basically honest or merely another crook…  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/10/01/let-us-all-stop-electing-liars-or-the-alcoholics/

.

These days it is too hard to tell the difference between secular persons and  the professing Christians . Genuine Born Again Evangelical Christians are total abstainers from smoking, drugs, alcohol, cheating, lying, stealing, tax evasions, pornography, or rather all personal vices, Impairments Alcoholics now are also the  bad people but so are the drug users. They trend to cost significant expenditures for the taxpayers as well..

.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. So where is it?

.

“Obama smokes too much, and he needs to moderate his alcohol consumption.  I know I’m being subjective, but something about Obama’s facial expressions have looked a little off, particularly a tendency to smile or almost smile at inappropriate times. I had thought this was an example of the way liars smile when they think they are getting away with a lie. However, his expressions could also indicate he is being affected by alcohol. At a time when the nation faces significant economic and foreign problems, would any president who wasn’t an alcoholic brag about setting up his own brewery? Obama’s decision to brew his own beer indicates alcohol plays a major role in his life. Working class individuals might brew their own beer because they don’t get a feeling of personal accomplishment from their jobs. Obama is President of the United States. He shouldn’t need to brew his own beer to feel he’s accomplishing anything. A beer summit involving Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates and Cambridge police Sergeant Jim Crowley provides an example of how alcoholics think alcohol is a solution to problems. The beer summit isn’t the only time Obama has invited someone to the White House for a drink. Obama admitted in his autobiography that he drank heavily when he was young and he even took bad drugs.. There’s a strong possibility that Obama is an alcoholic like his father Barack Obama, Sr., and his half brother George Obama. Susceptibility to alcoholism is hereditary. As a nephew of a few alcoholics, I know that the only way alcoholics can avoid the negative affects of alcoholism is to not drink alcohol. Moderate use is not an option for alcoholics.  Could alcohol consumption combined with the high altitude explain his poor performance? This is most likely an indication that the O-man is seriously in over his head.Yes unlike his predecessor, former President George W. Bush, who refrained from cracking open a cold one in or out of the White House, Obama has enjoyed many a tasty beverage  even since moving into the Executive Mansion On a date night with the first lady in New York at Blue Hill, a West Village eatery, Obama opted for a wine that accompanied the five-course tasting menu, while Michelle sipped on two martinis. On the night he won the presidential election, Obama cracked open a bottle of Graham Beck Brut NV, a sparkling wine from South Africa. And just before he was sworn into office, Obama stopped by one of his favorite Chicago haunts, Topolobampo, and ordered wine pairings with the $90 “celebration” tasting menu. But, restaurant manager Kevin Casey says, Obama and the first lady have a history of ordering up a round of margaritas at the restaurant. “People are losing 5, 10, 20,000 dollars a day in the stock market, and he’s sitting there drinking a beer,” one caller said. “It’s insulting. There’s a lot of people suffering.” Another caller complained, “The president is the president 24 hours a day. I don’t think he should drink on the job.”  Obama could be a “high functioning alcoholic” (HFA). They usually don’t give obvious signs of being affected by alcohol and can function without those around them noticing any adverse affects on judgment or behavior. Sandra Rose believes that alcoholism would be consistent with Obama’s narcissist personality. She agrees that a recommendation of moderation wouldn’t be needed if a patient was already drinking in moderation. The fact that those around Obama praise everything he does would reinforce any feelings Obama has that his drinking isn’t adversely affecting him. Their tendency to idolize him would blind them to any indications he had a problem with alcohol” An alcoholic Obama could appear to be functioning normally but still have impaired judgment that would affect decision making. He  And what you now here too will your ignorance here too of all this now?  the tip of the iceberg of his bad morality too..  A Duke University study lists President Richard Nixon as one of our previous alcoholic presidents. He was forced to resign from office because of poor decisions associated with the Watergate scandal. President Ulysses S.Grant who was an alcoholic is considered to have had one of the most corrupt administrations.

.

NOW ABOUT ANY OF THE ALCOHOLICS  RIGHTFULLY FIRE THEM FROM THEIR JOBS IMMEDIATELY FIRSTLY, THEN PUT THEM INTO JAIL..   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/16/a-professing-christian-prime-minister-of-canada/

Private data is being collected and stored, in Canada, why?

You probably saw on the news that a U.S. government agency has been caught secretly spying on the private communications of millions of people like you – through their cell phones,1 and through popular online services like Google, Facebook, and Skype.2

Now, The Globe And Mail is reporting that Canada has its own agency operating in near-total secrecy that appears to be doing the same thing – recklessly collecting and storing our most sensitive private information in giant databases.3

This is important: We need to know what sensitive private data is being collected and stored, and why. Call on the government to tell us the truth about their reckless online spying program immediately.

Steve and Lindsey, on behalf of your OpenMedia.ca team

P.S. Fighting for our right to privacy has been a long haul, but we’re proud to have Canadians counting on us to keep our ears to the ground, and to keep amplifying your voices when it counts. It would mean a lot to our small team if you could chip what you can now. If you really believe in our work, please consider supporting our ongoing campaigns by making regular contributions as a special OpenMedia.ca Ally.

P.P.S. This is an international issue. OpenMedia is also joining with other groups to call on the U.S. government to stop its spying on the online activity of people around the world, including Canadians. Once you’ve raised your voice in Canada we hope you’ll also join the international campaign.

No doubt about it.. the RCMP is a big joke, laughing stock

RCMP

INADEQUACIES, AND UNPROSECUTED BAD CRIMINALS ABOUND  CAUSE CLEARLY OUR BAD LEADERS, ADMINISTRATORS THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROSECUTE THEIR BAD ASSOCIATES CAUSE EVEN THEY LIKElY WOULD HAVE TO PROSECUTE THEMSELVES CAUSE THEY ARE EQUALLY BAD..

.

Undeniably the governments have failed to look after their own subordinates, our civil and public servants,  and to look adequately after all of us in Canada. unacceptable. There was the Ongoing Montreal Corruptions while the Police , RCMP and the Federal, Quebec Governments did nothing about it.. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/11/04/cnadian-governments-ignorance/

PR (103)

Imagine this you a proven liar, criminal can steal over one hundred thousand dollars, and as long as the amount likley equals the cost of keeping you in jail if you are a politician  you can rather be freed. and not do your time. Now what kind of exemplary punishment is this, note this the law  and order Conservatives -Liberals, and so the police, civil servants do, will get equally special treatment over the ordinary citizens, criminals. No restitution of stolen funds was included here too? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

IT seems all the RCMP Canada wide can do is to collect revenue generating traffic tickets as it fails to catch the real criminals mostly still too.. why is that? It undeniably has really bad managers still..

cash-cow

The PRETENTIOUS TOO OFTEN Police really cannot CATCH  the crimminals so they go after the car speeders instead..

.

A Hundred years too late the  Assistant RCMP Commissioner Michaud said that the new National Division will provide “more focus” to the RCMP’s investigations into allegations of corruption or fraud, such as the Senate spending scandal. But when any of this may happen next only God knows, the cost ineffective, mismanaged RCMP is still mostly useless even here. The RCMP is doing the same thin the citizens are doing they are looking into Senate expenses scandal, but no real criminal  investigation  yet.  Assistant Commissioner Gilles Michaud said the police force is still engaged in a document review and meeting potential witnesses. Asked if a formal investigation has started, he said: “No” He also had refused to speculate on the time that it will take to come to a conclusion on the matter in terms of launching a probe or closing the file. His guess is a good as mine if history repeats itself.. never..  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/rcmp-looking-into-senate-expenses-scandal-but-no-investigation-yet/article12306612/

rcmp

Look the RCMP even had known   for years specifics details by wire tapping about the Corruption in the Quebec city halls and they next still did nothing good about it..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/?s=rcmp

.

Sadly and wrongfully RCMP itself has still  overlooks the bad behaviour of the RCMP in many instances even since 2007 including the new Commissioner Elliot, for example during the entire Dzeikanski taser killing probe for Elliot, like the rest of the RCMP continued to deny everything until they undeniably were backed into a corner. It would seem the RCMP and Ellliot contributed to further cover-ups and did not humbly accept shortcoming or being accountable. Perversely the RCMP AND ELLIOT saw what was recorded on video and proof that was documented in the opposite way that  most of the entire rather honest Canadian population saw ! Yes  the   RCMP again  have lost much more respect over the past two years as well as embarrassing Canada again world-wide. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/20/canadas-police-forces/

Decades and decades later the police are still  even covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments…https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/10/12/rcmp-warned/

.

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retraining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year .. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/18/we-all-do-know-it-is-merely-the-tip-of-a-large-iceberg/

.

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets ehh

.

Now  this year, the City of Montreal revealed, through an access to information request, that the student protests had cost the city more than $11.6 million in overtime just in the Month  of Aug. All this wasted expenditure  while major rampant corruption was being carried out next to the Justice center, police station all  unstopped and unchecked, the foxes in the Montreal City Hall were continuing to steal money from the taxpayers and City Hall executives, personnel falsely went along with it?

danger

It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

Major Canadian telecommunications firms still unacceptably tend to lie

smartphones
.
There is also now  some seriously stiff competition out there when it comes to smartphones these days. Choosing your phone is becoming just about as tough as deciding between various telecommunications firms or between choosing to buy laptops or tablets. Samsung S4 or iPhone 5 or HTC One now  are the most popular, but still this doesn’t make even now  choosing between them an easy task.  Never take anything for granted, get it in writing first.
 .
The Major Canadian telecommunications firms even Bell and Rogers still unacceptably   tend to falsely lie to you when you  first approach them and you do  ask for their cost of your new  cellphone Monthly service? as I discovered last week firsthand too. For they generally hesitatingly too do not answer you directly as to what the costs. hidden costs too,  are but instead  like Bell does often they do falsely try to divert the answer by asking you rather as to what  want with to do with your cell phone, or how do you want to use it?
 .
Secondly  they still do not indicate generally upfront  all of the costs, sim card cost, installation fees, monthly costs, limitations, cancellation fees, contract terms, contract period,  and if you ask them for a list of all their plans and costs, detail available as  they seem not to have it.  Very much unlike the European services where costs are competitive and fully detailed. Verizon and Videotron seem to be an exception here.
.
Smartphones are phones that make life easy with their add-on features like camera, instant connect, video calling, email, social media, games, news, entertainment etc..  So firstly how is their battery lives? Can they be readily replaced, and where? The more expensive Apple iPhone5 has half the Battery life of the Samsung S4? wow.. in the long run it will costs you much more to own an Apple iPhone5..
,
Some of the things you might also  want to review first include  Length-  size , Material-, outer cover ,looks and weight. Processor and RAM- ,  storage memory-expandable?. Battery Life-   2,600mAh or 1,440mAh  or?, Camera-  Amount of MP rear and MP front ?

It is not true, it is a lie, a falsehood, it is crazy

Our Canadian Christian evangelical Prime Minister Stephen Harper makes an essential stop at the Irish Guinness brewery, he sure has fooled all those fundamental western Christians who voted from him cause they had been lied to that he was a Christian evangelical abstainer    http://www.irishtimes.com/news/canada-pm-arrives-in-dublin-ahead-of-g8-summit-1.1430527

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford denies drug-video allegations . Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is denying allegations that he appears in a video using crack cocaine. “It’s just ridiculous,” he said as he left his home in Etobicoke on Friday morning and got into his black SUV. “It’s another Toronto Star…”, he said before shutting his car door and driving away.  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/toronto/toronto-mayor-rob-ford-denies-drug-video-allegations/article11987543/

.

Rob Ford crack scandal: Toronto mayor refuses to discuss specifics of video  Mayor Rob Ford turned down three chances on Friday to address the specifics of media reports about a video in which he appears to smoke crack cocaine and utter an anti-gay slur.   As the reports by the      Star  and the website Gawker rocketed around the world and councillors of all stripes implored Ford to discuss them in detail, the mayor quietly told reporters in his Etobicoke driveway that unspecified allegations were “absolutely not true” and “ridiculous.” At city hall later, he emerged from his office to offer only a brief statement. “Anyways, like I said this morning, these allegations are ridiculous, another story with respect to the Toronto Star going after me, and that’s all I have to say,” he said. And he did not respond when asked twice whether he smokes crack. http://www.thestar.com/news/city_hall/2013/05/17/rob_ford_crack_scandal_mayor_must_respond_councillor_says.html

I am not guilty is what most people say when they are accused of wrong doings.. even convicted felons..  Hey I saw for over 40 years 2 separate persons continually steal, commit  thefts.. and  just cause they were never actually   convicted by a court of law did not mean they did not steal. Now when I confronted these persons many times about their stealing, they denied it.. they lied.. now the problem about these ostriches in false denial,  about their  lying is that they had next started to believe their own  lies, you become now a mental, a basket case.. even if you are a Senator now too. There is a real absurd argument now being presented by many that a  boss, employer cannot fire  a bad employee with a criminal charge, conviction  first made by the courts..   In the real world employees get fired all the  time without the courts.. The senate can fire these bad persons now on behalf of  the citizens without the courts.  Senators Wallin, Duffy, Brazeua, Harb, etc can now  SEE OTHER PEOPLE’S SINS NOW BUT NOT THEIR OWN? HOW COME?  This current Senate court involving Pamela Wallin, Mike Duffy, Patrick Brazeau is not the false diversion of the non ethical leadership by the Prime Minister Stephen Harper who directly appointed these three individuals even if  for purely partisan reasons. they these now hired to be matured persons but now  mere ostriches who falsely cannot face negative realities about themselves .
.

Provincial governments in Canada are making record breaking profits by encouraging the citizens to consume even more  alcohol, beer and are making even  more even by the  taxation of these products. They should not be  encouraging the citizens to do so.

And   many more persons now..

gallows

Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s chief of staff Nigel Wright has resigned in the wake of a growing expense scandal involving Sen. Mike Duffy.

False Denial as to who they really are now by the people who really do delude themselves too often about their self importance and the positive role they are functioning in is very common, a daily occurrence. We read about it often in the news when some politician or cops, professionals, pastors too is charged with Corruption and they lie and say I am not guilty, the facts are untrue, this is absurd, crazy nuts, as too  often they still cannot deny the reality especially after they are exposed for what they really are too. The find out the hard way that a good name was, is worth more over  any silver or gold acquired too.. a bad reputation is worthless.

Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

There are so many childish, unloving, dogmatic, slanderous person, arrogant, pretend Christians who take one truth and now falsely do try to push it down other people’s throats, and they do falsely believe they are better than other persons now cause they have hold of one truth. Now if you do not agree with them, dare to oppose them they will go crazy on you. calling you slanderous names, insulting you, falsely attacking you personally, trying to attack you as being immoral, demonic, an antichrist or what ever as they are in false denial to the real truth and why? their pride will not let them admit they have been deceivers and have been deceived.. .. these bad, ignorant clearly unloving, Holy Spirit ignorant too persons they really should not even be on the net preaching to others till they get matured, wiser.

When you criticize openly some of these very the bad persons one tends to get a false denial, a remark in response like you are crazy, you need professional help. They still really cannot face the reality there are things in their life that need serious, drastic changes. These people in denial are the ones who often need professional help for their own short comings, sickness. Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about their own unacceptable acts. Corruptions occurs now Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants. These People in the state of false denials, clearly also who lie often, they do now also tend to have severe personal, mental disorders next even cause one tends to eventually believe next ones own lies as being the truth, and they can no no longer differentiate their own lies from reality, the truth. By their false denials Who is fooling whom? You cannot fool all the people all the time and now matter how smart you are there is still someone more wiser who can see the truth still too..

Narcissistic, selfish, self centered Mental Disorders too evident now even in many of the so called Professionals even bad pastors, leaders leads these persons to dwell in self-absorption, fantasy, illusion, where she or he has exaggerated claims to talents, importance, or specialness, manifesting evidence of a need for constant admiration from others, a lack of empathy for all others, persistent in this too, have rigid personality traits and coping styles, clearly inflexible, do show a hypersensitivity to any criticism , defeat or negative realities thus they rather are pathological in denial by the their falsity, contrived replacement of the truths which they still must face eventually . These SEVERE PERSONALITY disorders are generally personally ongoing too leading to more impaired social and/or occupational functioning and can make it difficult to pinpoint a clear dividing line between their pathology and their so called normality. Most of these people with their personality disorders may not perceive that there is anything wrong with their behavior and thus they are not motivated to change it. It is important to note that these personality disorders are considered to have their onset in late adolescence or early adulthood and they alone are responsible for it too.

Again false Denial, it is very very common when many an individual, even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included, are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as ”you are crazy”. “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.” Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though. Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.” It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart. Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction for persons now facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. Denial too often can be further disastrous upon themselves and others.. for denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. Illustrated fully by the story of the Emperor with new clothes.

False Denial (also called abnegation) is a often defense mechanism in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence, a mechanism of the immature mind that conflicts with the ability to learn from and cope with reality. The subject may now deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether (simple denial), admit the fact but deny its seriousness (minimization) or admit both the fact and seriousness but deny responsibility (transference). The concept of denial is particularly related to the denial of one’s addiction to alcohol for example, or to one slandering others, abusing them stealing, lying.. their denial or their minimization of their own wrong doings is the essential part of what enables them next to to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, that is overwhelming. “The American Heart Association cites denial as a principal reason that treatment of a heart attack is delayed. Because the symptoms are so varied, and often have other potential explanations, the opportunity exists for the patient to deny the emergency, often with fatal consequences. It is common for patients to delay mammograms or other tests because of a fear of cancer, even though this is clearly maladaptive.”

Types of Denial include now
Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying.
Denial of responsibility: Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others.
Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality.
Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated.
Denial of denial: This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional..

There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of anyone’s false denial. The Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

It is also a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants and all Christians they who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality. God said so.

The Governments lie when they say they care about real justice

It is not a coincident that today even  Half of my most popular posts are about the much too many  bad cops also in Canada..

The children of four missing women whose remains were found on serial killer Robert Pickton’s farm have launched legal action looking for compensation. The daughters and sons of Dianne Rock, Sarah de Vries, Cynthia Feliks and Yvonne Boen have filed separate lawsuits in B.C. Supreme Court, targeting the provincial government, the City of Vancouver, Robert Pickton and his brother Dave and their sister Linda.  The statements of claim alleges numerous failures on the part of Vancouver police, RCMP and Crown prosecutors, including that police didn’t warn women in the Downtown Eastside that a serial killer may have been targeting women in the area. The lawsuits, which contain unproven allegations, also complain about the way the Vancouver police and RCMP informed the women’s families about the Pickton connection, including Boen’s children, who found out through news reports. A public inquiry into the Pickton case found numerous failures by the police, and commissioner Wally Oppal recommended compensation for the women’s children and a “healing fund” for their families.  The Federal Conservative government itself is finally much too late is throwing its support behind the creation of a new committee on missing and murdered aboriginal women one day after the release of a scathing human-rights report documenting allegations of abuse and neglect by the RCMP. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/british-columbia/families-of-four-missing-women-file-lawsuit-against-pickton-police-government/article11831693/

We are all rightfully upset and not just “frustrated” with seeing the bad Police officers in Canada who are charged criminally or under the Police Services Act pocket a paycheque, bad cops temporarily being suspended with pay and receiving $100,000 a year to sit at home as they drag out the process for years — at times into retirement and escaping punishment —

Now this has been going on for decades, Canada wide and no one has done anything about it and why?

“I don’t know of any other company, or corporation, that is obligated to pay employees to stay home.” Durham Regional Police Chief Mike Ewles. “Why should taxpayers have to pay for them to sit around doing nothing?”  http://www.sunnewsnetwork.ca/archives/sunnews/canada/2013/04/20130425-215215.html

And when they do get found to be guilty now all they the bad police do often  get is merely a slap on the wrist.

AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT Former Montreal mayor says Montreal police chief nixed demand to investigate City hall corruptions, extortion. Gerald Tremblay told the Charbonneau Commission Thursday that he repeatedly  pleaded with police chief Yvan Delorme to investigate an alleged $1 million  extortion demand made by his finance director Bernard Trepanier, but that the  police chief refused to act.

Ongoing Montreal Corruptions while the Police , RCMP and the Federal, Quebec Governments all still did nothing about it.. Mike Duffy  and Sen. Pamela Wallin as they all rightfully  also should be held to a higher standard than anyone else too .And they the bad senator snow they too  should be punished by being dismissed from the Senate and losing their  pension like it happens to bad cops even.

Alcohol consumption is still one of Canada’s biggest problem

inluded (1)

Alcohol is a poison that is detrimental to one’s health and all persons who take bad drugs and alcohol suffer undeniably irreversible brain damage, death of brain cells, become more and more mentally  retarded
.
Poison is a good choice of words, particularly when the substance is in the hands of young people who often think themselves immune from the dangers around them Drinking even one alcoholic beverage while soaking in the sun can increases skin cancer risk by 20 percent while drinking more than four glasses increases this risk by 55 percent, a new study finds . It’s estimated that  roughly 13% of those watching the  watching Super Bowl  will consume alcoholic beverages. Too many deaths are also  linked to energy drinks being mixed with alcohol. This is a dangerous combination . And it’s just a matter of time before new regulations start to surface here too.  Unfortunately, the vast majority of people impaired by these products are young, often those not yet of legal drinking age. They mix it with juices and stimulant drinks that enhance the poisonous effects. According to the American Cancer Society, cancers linked to alcohol use include mouth, throat, voice box, esophagus, liver, colon and rectum, breasts, and even pancreatic cancer. For each of these cancers, the risk increases with the amount of alcohol consumed.
00 drunk (3)
.
Heavy drinking can cause cancer, heart disease, stroke, liver failure and other diseases, and drinkers are more likely to die in accidents or to be murdered. And people who drink and smoke together raise their serious health disease risk even more.
.
Alcohol is still an  ‘important  cause’  of premature death .  Overall, most deaths were due to liver disease (63 per cent) and neuropsychiatric disorders (32 per cent). Excessive alcohol use can cause or exacerbate disorders such as alcohol dependence syndrome, depression, anxiety and psychotic episodes.  In Canada, the U.S., Argentina and Costa Rica, Cuba, the highest mortality rates were seen among those aged 50 to 69  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2014/01/04/the-problem-of-doing-your-own-thing/

.

Even light and moderate drinking – up to one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men – could increase the risk of cancer, say researchers.

For women, the researchers observed, the risk of alcohol-related cancers – mainly breast cancer – increased even after one alcoholic drink a day One alcoholic drink a day is enough to increase a woman’s risk of breast cancer,

All people with a family history of cancer should also consider reducing their intake to below recommended limits or even abstaining altogether, “given the now well-established link between moderate drinking and alcohol-related cancers.”
.
The risks

  • Alcohol is linked to an increased risk of mouth, throat, gullet, bowel, liver and breast cancer
  • Smoking and drinking together further increases cancer risk
  • All types of alcohol increase cancer risk
  • The more you drink, the higher the risk
  • Cutting down on alcohol can reduce cancer risk

One in two people who smoke will die of a smoking related illness…

BOOZE (2)

People can spend 20 years drinking alcohol and not feel any of the effects this is doing to them. Eventually you reap what you sowed and the damage  shows up.
.
Pancreatitis – Alcohol is the second highest cause of pancreatitis. This is an inflammation of your pancreas, an organ that makes enzymes for digestion, and causes pain just below your ribs. If you’ve overdone it you may feel this pain for a few days. In some cases it can become severe and persistent. This is called acute pancreatitis and can be life threatening..Liver disease is the term used to describe damage to the liver and there are two types. Acute is when liver problems develop over a few months and chronic is damage over a number of years..
,

Scientists are not sure exactly why drinking too much alcohol can damage your liver but the reasons include:

  1. Oxidative stress. When our liver tries to break down alcohol, the resulting chemical reaction  can damage its cells. This damage  can lead to inflammation and scarring as the liver tries to repair itself.
  2. Toxins in gut bacteria. Alcohol can damage our intestine which lets toxins from our gut bacteria get into the liver. These toxins can also lead to inflammation and scarring.

.

Early symptoms of liver disease can include:

  • abdominal pains

.

And liver damage symptoms   can include  bleeding in the gut

.

Diabetes – People who drink  beer, alcohol are often overweight – and as a result, can go on to develop diabetes

A sobering new study  finds that alcohol consumption in American states rises as the population’s politics becomes more liberal. The study shows a direct correlation between political beliefs and the demand for alcohol. The study compares sales of alcoholic beverages against the political leanings of a state’s members of Congress, as ranked by liberal organizations Americans for Democratic Action (ADA) and the AFL-CIO Committee on Political Education (COPE).The research reveals that states with more liberal representatives like Nevada tend to consume up to three times more alcohol per head than more politically conservative states like Arkansas and Utah

.

Most headlines about moderate alcohol consumption are still misleading ones —such as a drink or two a day is good for your heart, your soul, and may even extend your lifespan! But a  new study finds that regularly consuming even moderate amounts of alcohol can cause a decrease in brain plasticity, or the brain’s ability to generate new cells.  It rather kills even existing brain cells..

Once the alcohol is absorbed into the tissue, it affects your mind and body.  Blood alcohol concentration can rise up to 20 minutes after having a drink. After alcohol is absorbed it leaves the body in three ways: the kidneys, lungs, and liver. Alcohol is not a stimulant, it is actually a sedative-depressant of the central nervous-system, it is capable of rupturing blood capillaries and veins, it does not warm you up; in fact it makes you colder by increasing perspiration and causing body heat loss, it damages the branched end of nerve cells that bring messages into the cell, causing disruptions to brain function. It depletes the body of many essential nutrients such as all the B vitamins, especially B1, B2, B3,B6, B12, folic acid, vitamins C and K, zinc, magnesium and potassium. It can hamper the liver’s ability to process fat. It can lead to liver toxicity and disease. The high sugar content of alcoholic drinks can lead to hypoglycemia and predispose to diabetes. Drinking alcohol regularly can lead to its dependence. Drinking alcohol damages the liver, kidneys, and lungs

Alcohol consumption has previously been linked to a reduced bone mineral density (BMD), or osteoporosis, and increases the risk of fractures especially since  bone fractures can be the result of falls, and   one in three adults over 65 will experience a fall each year, this is a serious issue. And too much booze can cause people to age prematurely. It impairs your driving now too no matter how old you are.  Some of the wider known effects of alcohol include diminished performance, mental impairment, possible addiction, diabetes and liver disease. Now  there   a very few people, though, who can  have one small drink  too.. Yes too many have ended up dying from alcohol abuse, and as well there are those whose alcoholism led them to stop taking care of themselves.  Alcoholism certainly can increase the risk of many different diseases occurring, especially as an individual grows older, and most of   the negative effects are irreversible as well.

“As alcohol is a by-product of yeast digestion, it can have an irritating effect on the lining of the stomach and gradually weaken the kidneys and liver, leading to serious health problems and can prove fatal in extreme cases. When the stomach is weakened it becomes less efficient at digesting food, which inevitably interferes with a healthy metabolism and positive weight loss. Also, after alcohol is consumed it is then the first energy supply to be used up by your body when combined with carbohydrates, proteins and fats, which postpone the fat-burning process. As a result this can lead to greater fat storage, meaning that whenever you drink you will not be burning away your fat stores in the near future. Another shocking fact is that alcohol supplies almost twice as many calories as proteins and carbohydrates, seven calories per gram! And as all of these extra calories you are getting from alcohol contain zero nutrients, they accelerate fat storage while also having a negative effect on a healthy metabolism.”

Statistics which show an increase of in the number of people   binge drinking, getting drunk  and that the statistics also show that we still have a long way to deal with this major problem. 81% of people who choose to drink are still exceeding the recommended daily limits. The cost of alcohol misuse to our society is very real. In just over 10 years, there has been a startling 86% increase in the numbers of people dying due to alcohol related harm. The harsh reality is that although alcohol misuse is known to be damaging and harmful to health and well-being, many people still drink to excess. This must change,

If you drink 2 martinis at lunch time or supper time  for a start  you are definitely an alcoholic. Now besides the negative effect of alcohol in the private sector they do not booze it up as much as our civil and public servants, politicians  have and do for sure. Politicians, civil and there  Public servants Pigging out, living high on the hog, or getting drunk, and patronistic hiring practices, are clearly an unacceptable abuse.

.

“One of the risks to seniors of drinking alcohol is that as human bodies age, they lose muscle mass and their body functions slow down, meaning it takes less alcohol for them to become more intoxicated or suffer other ill effects, such as bone loss or cerebral atrophy.  Another problem  that alcohol often  interacts negatively with medication, which older people too often are be taking a significant amount of, depending on their health.” Alcohol may seriously increase your risk of health problems and even seriously now damage your heart.  Although some would say it may offer some very marginal health benefits,  for your heart. Are you willing to take the risks  of bad health associated with the consumption of alcohol still then?

.

Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze.. 70 percent of Canadians drink alcohol, 15 percent Canadians are alcoholic, binge drinkers so of course alcohol is associated now with politics, Christian politicians as well. Alcohol is more dangerous than illegal drugs like heroin and crack cocaine, according to a new study. Heroin, crack cocaine and methamphetamine, or crystal meth, were the most lethal to individuals. When considering their wider social effects, alcohol, heroin and crack cocaine were the deadliest. But overall, alcohol outranked all other substances, followed by heroin and crack cocaine. Experts said alcohol scored so high because it is so widely used and has devastating consequences not only for drinkers but for those around them. When drunk in excess, alcohol damages nearly all organ systems. It is also connected to higher death rates and is involved in a greater percentage of crime than most other drugs, including heroin. All governments should consider more education programs and raising the price of alcohol so it isn’t as widely available.

“What governments decide is illegal is not always based on science,”  for monetary considerations about revenue and taxation, like those garnered from the alcohol and tobacco industries, may influence decisions about which substances to regulate or outlaw. “Drugs that are legal cause at least as much damage, if not more, than drugs that are illicit,”

IN ONE YEAR 60% of fatally injured drivers in Canada had a positive reading for blood alcohol and 160,000 people were convicted of impaired   driving .  IMPAIRED DRIVING CONVICTIONS ARE MAINLY ENFORCED 2 MONTHS OF THE YEAR FIRSTLY, AND ARE NOT DONE THE WHOLE YEAR.  generally alcohol-related driving offences account for approximately 25% of all Criminal Code prosecutions. ” If you drink and drive, it’s everybody’s business” still. In an average year in Canada, impaired driving killed 1,212 persons, injured 71,532, and caused damage to 236,375 vehicles, translating into 1,010 fatal crashes, 48,890 injury-only crashes and 155,510 property-damage only (PDO) crashes, totaling an average of 205,410 crashes in all. In turn, on average, this cost Canadians between $1.90 billion (Real Dollar Estimate model) and $11.28 billion (Willingness to Pay model) dollars, depending on the costing model and assumptions used. To put this another way, that represents a cost of between about $59.00 and $341.00 per Canadian. EXCLUDING THE EXTRA COSTS FOR INSURANCE NOW TOO..

Ever notice that if you watch the movies or the TV they give you a really lying, distorted image of alcohol drinkers where they are all smiling, happy faces too.. unlike the real taverns, bar scenes ehh.. where people cause trouble, are depressed, etc.,,   Drinking alcohol cause permanent brain damage, it also causes a significant deterioration of one’s mental capabilities, deterioration of one’s inter personal relationship skills, it also causes more car accidents than speeding or not having adequate winter tires, it also reduces significantly one’s work productivity as well undeniably too. It has ruined many families as well. There are about 5,000 alcohol-related crashes in B.C., Canada  every year, causing about 155 deaths and 3,000 injuries, according to the Insurance Corp. of B.C. – ICBC’s website. In BC alcohol revenues provide the government with $1 billion annually.

Provincial Governments, cops too  do not want to reduce gambling or alcohol consumption for it is a great money maker for them, and too many Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze..   But health and enforcement costs related to alcohol were $57 million higher than revenue generated by alcohol sales. Alcohol consumption has increased almost twice as much in British Columbia as it has in the rest of the country, according to a new study.

.

Researchers at the University of Victoria Centre for Addictions Research say British Columbians’ alcohol consumption has risen 16 per cent since 1998. That’s almost twice the nine per cent increase seen in the rest of Canada. and if that is true now there should be twice as much arrests for drunk driving and twice as much prison incarceration for drunk driving too? is there or why not? Kind of foolish encouraging people to become alcoholics at taxpayers expense, for while a few corporations will get richer in the process.

.

Also a review of B.C. accidents from 1999 to 2003 showed that nearly a third of such impaired drivers faced more drunk driving charges, even after they killed or maimed others in 84 per cent of the initial accidents.“Follow-up over a 4.5 year period indicated that 30.7 per cent of the injured impaired drivers were engaged in subsequent impaired driving, notwithstanding that they injured or killed someone in more than 84 per cent of initial crashes. These studies suggest that our emergency departments may have become safe havens for the worst drinking drivers, those drivers who are involved in fatal or personal injury crashes. They recover, get out of hospital, drive drunk again, and escape prosecution and conviction. It doesn’t take them long which is exactly why the conviction rate has to go up. There needs to be more intervention to get them off the roads,” Booze, gambling revenues now worth more than the oil- gas royalties to Alberta  government all thanks to a past  alcoholic premier there.

About those self centered, clearly self oriented, selfish, immoral weasels who with the help of ostriches, snakes do  try to falsely continue to justify their immoral acts of drunkenness.. even while they themselves escalated  their hurts upon others and have also increased the  taxpayers costs, I do not care to listen to their lies, false justifications distortions over the reality. The reality is that innocent people do suffer too often as a result of the alcoholic drunks and they the drunks wrongfully continue to bring a vast amount of pain, suffering to others.   Drunk drivers   hurt others.. There’s just no cure for drunks except Jesus.  I bet he’s a repeat offender.  There is no need to send it to court. Merely Ban the idiot from driving for the next 100 years and throw him in jail for five years. If proven to be impaired, the driver will be without insurance. they also will sue him to recover their losses, garnish his wages and put a lien on his house and anything else he owns. But he or she will continue likely to drink and drive. Alcoholism is not just too often a supposed sickness but it is violence, and murder..

A new study suggests Canadians are thirstier than ever as sales of wine, beer  and spirits are on track to setting a record high. Increasing indulgence  has been a trend all year long with Canadians spending close to half a billion  dollars more on alcohol in the first nine months of 2012 than in 2011, and if this growth holds up through the holiday season, that would set the stage for  record retail sales of more than $19 billion in 2012. Whether it is family get-togethers,  holiday parties or just drinking to stay warm, liquor sales typically surge by  over 40 per cent of the monthly average in December, the study  suggests. Drink Alcohol and Die or Kill is fast becoming Canada’s preoccupation, main goal, slogan.. The problem with the Police or Politicians consuming alcohol, is that alcohol not only makes you a mental retard cause it does now kills your brain cell, alcohol also kills your emotions of compassion, and  reasoning ability now as well..Alcohol and alcoholics the unacceptable main cause of vehicular  accidents, domestic violence, and so many other ills…It is not the rapists, drunk drivers that mostly  fill the courts calendars, docks it is mostly the revenue generating traffic tickets.. if the government wants to get tough on crime, as it purports, it should go after the real criminals. .

Now we know that more people have accident due to road rage, impaired driving, driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol  over speeding too and we still do need to review how much time and resources do the police deal with that speeding and neglect the drunk drivers firstly?  “An Australian study estimates that about half of all traffic accidents in Australia may be due to road rage and most of the others related to alcohol, impaired driving and yet the police falsely tend to pursue revenue generating speeding traffic tickets still and why?   Road rage is a relatively serious act; it can  be seen as a violation of human and property rights , an endangerment of  other’s personal well being, security. Women tend to be a higher risk for drunk driving than men. Why you might ask? It is due to the fact that women tend to have more passengers in the car or are more likely to be distracted or have small children present. Men are more likely to be driving alone or less distracted by what is going on around them

Canadians are spending hundreds of millions of dollars every year self-medicating their insomnia with alcohol, a  study suggests alcohol has a very negative effect on your sleep. It deprives you of any of the deep stages of sleep“We were very surprised to see that so many people use alcohol as a way to promote sleep, particularly because it has more detrimental than beneficial effects on sleep,” Overall, eight per cent of the sample reported using alcohol as a sleep aid. Among people with insomnia, 28 per cent reported self-medicating with alcohol. “We know insomnia is a very prevalent problem, it has a very negative impact on people’s quality of SLEEP: it’s 10 times more costly not to treat insomnia because of its impact on absenteeism from work and reduced productivity than it is to treat it, why aren’t we treating it more often?” Part of the problem is that so few people seek help. Now some people take sleeping pills, that can also affect their brain cells negatively “but there are many more who self-medicate with over-the-counter products or, worse, with alcohol.” The   money spent on the use of booze as a sleep aid far exceeds costs associated with visits to doctors and the use of prescription pills and over-the-counter products from antihistamines to herbal teas.

Less than two drinks a day can increase the risk of developing cancer, doctors have warned, after finding that even moderate consumption was linked to almost a third of alcohol-related cancers.

The majority of deaths due to alcohol consumption seemed to occur among people who consumed more than three  alcoholic drinks a day, but those who consumed 1.5 beverages daily may account  for up to a third of those deaths, the researchers found

16    This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17    For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.  18    But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19    Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20    Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21    Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.  22    But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,  23    Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24    And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
25    If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26    Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.  (Gal. 5:19-26).

9    Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Drunkenness (and/or alcoholism) is a very serious problem in our society. The statistics associated with drinking alcohol are both alarming and disturbing, especially from a Christian point of view:
.
It is apparent that a wide variety of temporal problems stem from drinking alcohol, as just shown. The above cited dangers and sufferings for the drunk, however, are inconsequential and almost not even worth mentioning compared to the greatest danger in the entire universe—that of being thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, which is forever.
.
Furthermore, there is no such thing as a Christian alcoholic since drunkards will not inherit the kingdom of God.
.
Jesus similarly taught about drunkenness:
But suppose the servant says to himself, “My master is taking a long time in coming,” and he then begins to beat the menservants and maidservants and to eat and drink and get drunk. The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers (Luke 12:45, 46).
.
The physical dangers of alcohol consumption include:
● Liver damage especially, but also brain, heart, bone marrow and gastrointestinal tract. Such can lead to cancer, high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, cirrhosis, nerve problems, etc. When the liver is affected nutrition is also adversely impacted which will hurt the entire body.
● Becoming overweight. One glass of wine daily can add 10 pounds a year to your weight.;

Four More Facts About Drunkenness
(1) It leads to debauchery:
Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit (Eph. 5:18).
(2) It brings woe, sorrow, strife, complaints, needless bruises and bloodshot eyes:
Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? Who has complaints? Who has needless bruises? Who has bloodshot eyes? Those who linger over wine, who go to sample bowls of mixed wine. Do not gaze at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly! In the end it bites like a snake and poisons like a viper. Your eyes will see strange sights and your mind imagine confusing things. You will be like one sleeping on the high seas, lying on top of the rigging. “They hit me,” you will say, “but I’m not hurt! They beat me, but I don’t feel it!  When will I wake up so I can find another drink?” (Prov. 23:29-35)
(3) It reveals those who do get drunk as unwise:
Wine is a mocker and beer a brawler; whoever is led astray by them is not wise (Prov. 20:1).
(4) It disqualifies a person from spiritual leadership:

(1 Tim 3:1 KJV) This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. 2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 4  One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

.

1 Tim 3:2 Now a bishop (superintendent, overseer) must give no grounds for accusation {but} must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, circumspect {and} temperate {and} self-controlled ( Sober) ; [he must be] sensible {and} well behaved {and} dignified and lead an orderly (disciplined) life; [he must be] hospitable [showing love for and being a friend to the believers, especially strangers or foreigners, and be] a capable {and} qualified teacher,

Since an overseer is entrusted with God’s work, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain (Titus 1:7).
.
Woe to those who rise early in the morning to run after their drinks, who stay up late at night till they are inflamed with wine. They have harps and lyres at their banquets, tambourines and flutes and wine, but they have no regard for the deeds of the LORD, no respect for the work of his hands (Isa. 5:11,12).
.
Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature (Rom. 13:13,14).
.
It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother to fall (Rom. 14:21).
.

(1 Cor 11:28 KJV) But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. 30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

.

(Prov 3:33 KJV) The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.

.

Jesus himself had said that professing to be a Christian is not enough,

Matt 3:8 Bring forth fruit that is consistent with repentance [let your lives prove your change of heart];

Gal 5:23 Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law

Matt 7:16 You will fully recognize them by their fruits. Do people pick grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?17 Even so, every healthy (sound) tree bears good fruit [worthy of admiration], but the sickly (decaying, worthless) tree bears bad (worthless) fruit. 18 A good (healthy) tree cannot bear bad (worthless) fruit, nor can a bad (diseased) tree bear excellent fruit [worthy of admiration]. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire. 20 Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits.

Taking a Nazarite vow makes one a true Nazarite. A Nazarite should also abstain from strong drink (wine containing alcohol). It is possible for Jesus to have been a Nazarite, due to the fact that he did abstain from drinking strong drink (wine containing alcohol). , which he would have to do in order to keep an Nazarite vow and he also would be not to put a razor to his head. Do Jesus would have long hair. then Elizabeth, John the Baptist’s mother was cautioned by an angel, as was Samson’s mother told to abstain from certain dietary no-no’s namely strong fermented grape juice and unclean meats. During the Jewish wedding, He Jesus had turned water into wine (pure grape juice-without fermentation). Yes we can be assured the Jesus still never ever consumed any alcohol even if Jesus did make the best wine in those days but it was a pure fresh grape juice , non alcoholic, it was unfermented,.

Ephesians 5: And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

.no 22

.. the latest studies show you can get almost all the same benefits from grape juice. The reason Purple grape juice contains the same powerful disease fighting antioxidants, called flavonoids, that are believed to give wine many of its heart friendly benefits. .. but watch the sugar content or your juice supplier or you  might get diabetes.. It seems that Jesus and the Apostles knew the benefits of grape juice, when they drank new wine, the unfermented wine..
.
“Do not drink wine nor strong drink, …when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations: And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean;”  (Leviticus 10:9,10)(Isa 28:1 KJV)  Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine! (Eph 5:18 KJV)  And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
.
(Gal 5:19 KJV)  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20   Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21   Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
.
(Col 3:5 KJV)  Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6   For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
.

.

No man should adduce t  in favour of drinking wine unless he can prove that the wine Jesus made in the” water-pots” of Cana was just like the wine which he proposes to drink. There are ample Greek literary texts which negate the narrow definition of oinos as denoting only fermented wine as it did not have the taste or the intoxicating effect of ordinary wine, God did not make fermented juice.. New wine would be grape juice (or a grapeade) mode from grape syrup while old wine would be 2 to 3 years old Suffice it to say, the “better” wine of course does not in any way imply or demand a more alcoholic, or even an alcoholic, wine at all, there is not the slightest evidence that the word so used would have conveyed any idea but that of the pure juice of the grape,

.

John the Baptist did not drink wine or any other form of alcohol because Scripture prophesied that he wouldn’t (Luke 1:15). Most people don’t know where to draw the line between temperance and excess. Such people better abstain totally until they know they can “be temperate in all things.”

.

John 210 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

,

John 210 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

/

And the word used twice  for “good” wine is a Greek word which refers to something or someone morally excellent or intrinsically good, rather It was Christ who in the Old Testament gave the warning to Israel, that “Wine is a mocker,” so why would he make fermented grape juice? by creating alcoholic wine, Jesus would have been promoting drunkenness, which the Bible clearly identifies as sinful.

,

Next you will say Jesus would have also distributed Playboy magazines.

,

If Jesus made fermented wine, then the fact that the guests had become”well drunk” would have meant that Jesus endorsed excessive drinking. Therefore, either Jesus endorsed excessive drinking of alcohol or the wine was unfermented grape juice! Obviously, then, the wine that Jesus made was unfermented grape juice.

,

Too many have assumed that the Hebrew and Greek words translated as “wine” must have the same meaning that the modern usage meaning of the English word “wine” does. In the English language, the word “wine” originally was used to denote the juice of grapes, whether in a fermented or unfermented state. Long ago, of course, that word has taken on the usage meaning of only grape juice in its fermented state. That’s why today we distinguish the two drinks by using the terms “wine” and “grape juice.”

.

Exodus 12:15 and 13:7 forbid the very presence of “leaven” anywhere in the homes during Passover. The New Testament–in Matthew 16:12 and I Corinthians 5:7-8–provide the explanation by declaring that leaven is a symbol of evil. Leaven is a yeast, so the leavening process is parallel to the process of fermentation. In the light of these facts, plus Jesus’ statement in the disputed passages that the “fruit of the vine”represented His own saving blood, we must surely conclude that the communion cup did, and should always, contain unfermented (ie., uncorrupted) grape juice. The following Old Testament texts show God’s disapproval of wine, as “yayin:” Genesis 9:21; 19:32; Leviticus10:9-11; Deuteronomy 32:33; Psalm 60:3; Proverbs 4:17; 20:1; 23:20, 29-35;31:4-5; Isaiah 5:11-12; 28:7; Ezekiel 44:21; and Hosea 7:5. Proverbs 23:31-35–Again, the very nature of fermented wine is categorically condemned as a “serpent” and an “adder” that bites and stings.

.

The Bible condemns the use itself of all alcoholic beverages and highly recommends unfermented grape juice!  The only exception to this consistent rule in Scripture is Proverbs 31: 6-7, which commands that alcoholic beverages be given to those who are dying or cowards.

.

The assumption made by proponents of the moderate use of alcoholic beverages that the ancient peoples did not know how to preserve the juice of the grape in an unfermented state, and that therefore, virtually every instance of wine mentioned in the Bible must be to fermented wine. This assumption is totally false as the ancient historical records are abundantly clear that there were several major methods of preserving grape juice in its natural, unfermented state.

.

Scriptures clearly teach that the very nature of alcoholic beverages is that which brings spiritual apostasy and otherwise affects the mind (and body too) of whomever drinks it. In other words, it is not excessive drinking only that the Bible condemns, but the beverage itself and its consumption in any amount. Since most people and Christians do not know or study the Bible today they are easily deceived.

.

As it is abundantly clear that the Bible condemns the use of alcohol in any amounts, Persons that are simply rationalizing what they want to do regardless of the facts or the consequences to their spiritual, or physical, natures are led to do so by the demons.

It seems every major city has really bad cops mostly on the force.

.

It is unacceptable the False cover-ups, clearly Canada’s police still get preferential treatment,  and so do many bad civil and public servants .  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/21/and-the-quebec-corruption-gravy-train-went-on-and-on/

.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

.

THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, MAYORS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO  IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS CROOKS. SO WE ALL NEED TO DEAL WITH IT MORE EFFECTIVELY NOW TOO. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/11/10/why-the-ongoing-obsessesion-with-political-corruptions-fraud-etc/

.

Again all Cops need to be judged with a higher standard cause they are also to be exemplary.. it seems they are very slow learners here too. All Law Enforcement officers are held to a higher standard of character and moral judgment and they all should live up to it or quit, get fired get another job.   When they fall short of any standards they should be fired and prosecuted, not suspended or given probation or moved to another desk. They cannot be retrained now too.  They should also have their “peace officer license” taken away.  Wrongfully too it’s not hard for a police officer who has a tarnished record to move to another town or even to another place to be a police officer

.

3 types of cops, politicians, civil and public servants, Professionals   that to all are still really a unacceptable- the drunks, the money stealers, the adulterers.. and they too often come as a package
.

It seems every major city has real bad cops mostly on the force and the main reason for this it seems garbage in, means garbage out, the RCMP included, they had hired poor personnel as cops managers, in the first place so what good can you rather expect next.. and they tend to wrongfully be falsely very hesitant to fire the bad cops, cause the police managers are corrupted themselves, gutless, incompetent too. It seems few Judges and Politicians will go against the bad cops cause they too are big sinners still

All Cops need to go after real criminals still. The too often self serving political watchdogs, the police forces in Canada  in reality they  still do too  often lie when they say they serve the citizen’s, public best interests..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/11/23/all-cops-need-to-go-after-real-criminals-still/

.

We need to restore police accountability, build public trust in law enforcement and promote public safety in communities throughout Canada too. When a police officer breaks the law the majority of the time they get off too easy, usually just getting a small slap on the wrist even  for such abuses, crimes as DWI, child porn, stalking, sexual harassment and spousal abuse, etc.   No one can or should be above the law! Cops included

.

It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/13/time-for-us-all-to-fight-to-lower-police-costs-canada-wide-rcmp-included/

.

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/07/new-opp-commissioner-announced/

.

The RCMP PR department in the past had also now lied about the number of drunk RCMP officers.  We can all also too readily know that too many RCMP officers wrongfully do lie, their bad managers included.. sadly they the RCMP and many cops  are also unacceptable hypocrites as they arrest others for drunk driving while many of them do the same thing too when they drive home drunk form the police taverns too ..

.

Furthermore  the punishment for an RCMP who is caught drunk is absurd,, alcoholics tend not to change.. rather they get worse.. all cops who drive or work while they are drunk should be fired from their job period!  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/10/25/canadas-bad-police-officers/

Dr. Nataros  claims that members of the McGill Faculty of Medicine are attempting to defame his name  because he reported an incident in which serious errors were made by senior doctors. Nataros says that the incident, which took place in November 2012, and is still under investigation by an independent ombudsmen, had near fatal consequences. “It was more than just the wrong treatment, there was a missed diagnosis that made it infinitely worse and the patient almost died,” said Nataros. “It was only very quick treatment and a transfer to a tertiary care centre that saved that patient’s life.” According to Dr. Nataros, his decision to report the errors made by senior physicians prompted these doctors to target him with a barrage of personal attacks. He notes that in a meeting last December, two of the physicians arrived with numerous letters collected from different doctors stating that they found it difficult to work with Dr. Nataros. “The accusations were that ‘Alex is challenging; ‘Alex is argumentative;’ ‘Alex does not respect authority,’” said Dr. Nataros. “But, there has never been an issue with my clinical competency or my patient care.”

All five are wanted for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and related charges. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/27/high-profile-executives-involved-in-the-construction-of-the-mcgill-university-superhospital-are-charged/

.

MONTREAL — A phone conversation involving a senior executive at engineering  giant SNC-Lavalin provided one of the first clues that Montreal’s new McGill  University Health Centre superhospital was at the centre of an intricate bribery  scheme.   During the taped conversation, Ben Aïssa — then the head of SNC-Lavalin’s  construction division — was also heard referencing the use of a “contract” to  disguise money transfers involving the Canadian hospital. That contract, which  involved a Bahamas-based company called Sierra Asset Management, was worth $30  million. Ben Aïssa was allegedly recorded saying that “only 22 (million) was  paid.”  “It has been shown that this money, attributed in (company) accounts to a gas  project in Algeria, served materially to influence Quebec bureaucrats with a  view to awarding the contract for the modernization of the MUHC to SNC-Lavalin,”  wrote Sûreté du Québec Sgt. Jean-Frédérick Gagnon http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Phone+conversation+tipped+authorities+MUHC+bribery+affidavit/8582210/story.html#ixzz2XT7OxVpYhttp://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Phone+conversation+tipped+authorities+MUHC+bribery+affidavit/8582210/story.html

.

MONTREAL —Arthur Porter’s arrest in Panama was the main topic of discussion at MUHC  hospitals  again. Maybe  the arrest  of the former boss will finally clear up unanswered questions about the  financial mismanagement at the MUHC and the alleged fraud in the awarding of the  superhospital contract.  Many nurses blame Porter, the former CEO of the MUHC, for the financial mess  that has resulted in budget cuts, job losses and bumping, which has been  terrible for morale,  http://www.montrealgazette.com/health/Lack+confidence+MUHC+Arthur+Porter+wake/8446669/story.html

.MUHC

“I work at the McGill General – the administrative staff is a NIGHTMARE – they run the  hospital. They run the nurses, the support staff, the DOCTORS. Why? Because they  have a strong union. You say one negative comment their way and all of a sudden  you are sitting with a lawyer, a union rep, and they have disappeared for 3  months of “burnout leave”.. they have no idea what a real burnout is.  Everyone,  including doctors, are afraid to say the wrong word in the fear of losing their  job, their license, their reputation as medical PROFESSIONALS.  And it’s these  same secretaries who will tell their patients the “stupid doctor is an hour  late” … when in fact the doctor just ran out of an emergency case cause their  was no doctor available there and the secretary was too lazy to find out where  the doctor actually was.  I could give many a horror story.”

.

“It’s the McGll pencil pushers who are deciding where to cut and obviously each and  every one of them is necessary to deliver health care; at least in their oun  minds. Perhaps it’s time the government hired a good management consultant  company to look at all non-medical positions at hospitals and see if they are  really necessary. There could be great savings to be poured back in to real  health care.’ “Now rather get rid of 18 administrative pencil pushers instead of the nurses.  Nurses are  needed more than the administrative pencil pushers  and the administrator earn  more than the nurses… .this is a HOSPITAL,  we need nurses  ! ! ! ”   “It’s a huge shame that in the end, it’s the lower employees who suffer, and  most importantly, the patients are paying for it.” “Fire the administrators responsible for this mess, not nurses who actually do  useful work.”

The least needed remain untouched while the most needed are cut. McGll’s Mr Rinfret has  been at Porter elbow through this whole mess making sure the right people were  met and the right doors opened, how he is still there(or actually promoted) is  amazing!

I’ve never felt more sick about living in Montreal, than I do. While healthcare  (and education) are seriously underfunded, we are overtaxed. While the average  citizen suffers, the corrupt politicians, the engineers, the city bureaucrats  and the mob prosper. Taxpayer money ends up stuffed in political party safes, in  off-shore accounts and mafia coffers. I only wish that the Harper Feds would  step in and seize control of Quebec and Montreal. Our municipal and provincial  leaders have sold us down the drain and we have let them get away with this.  Quebec has more similarities with a third world country than it does with the  Western world and I doubt it will ever change. I just want to get out of here  and never come back, even to visit.

Look I had said it a long time ago here in writing that McGill administrators likley run their hospitals the same way  It seems all the McGill adminstrators, negotiators can do is to make problems worse or call the Police The McGill administrators in reality very likley run their hospitals and patients the same way.. very poorly and inadequate.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/01/26/education-does-not-insure-morality-nor-are-professionals-better-persons/

MONTREAL — Six Montreal physicians and professors of medicine are speaking out against the way the McGill University Health Centre is run, charging that the MUHC has become “dysfunctional,” that its academic teaching mission is being given short shrift and that the superhospital planning is a mess. Dissident group notes that the $1.3-billion super hospital under construction in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce will not be equipped with teaching rooms or an auditorium for medical students and, as a result, “teaching facilities may have to be rented to give lectures.”

“Furthermore, it is clear that the superhospital will be a smaller building with fewer beds and resources,” the group adds. “Many services have been abandoned, outpatient facilities will be minimal and many medical units still have no idea of how they will be accommodated in the new hospital. The health implications of these changes in hospital function have not yet been addressed.”

Dr. David Morris, a professor of medicine, obstetrics and gynecology at McGill  said in an interview. “These disasters do not occur overnight.” Dr. Andrey Cybulsky, chief of nephrology at the MUHC, said he decided to sign the comment piece because he objects to the MUHC’s “top-down planning process without really much consultation.” its.

Gwendolyn Nacos, a member of the board of directors who was elected by the population, declined to comment on the letter, saying the policy of the board does not allow for individual members to comment to the news media.

The other signatories to the open letter are Dr. Barry Posner, director of the polypeptide hormone laboratory at McGill; Dr. Mark Sherman, interim director of endocrinology at the MUHC; and Dr. Walter Gregory; a senior physician at the MUHC.

Not much of a surprise? The tip of the iceberg is being revealed only as  the overall depth of corruption will take much more time apparently to uncover, corruptions that likely permeates the whole project. Birds of feathers tend to flock together. And no one should tell us that  these initial suspected persons, now  were even  just isolated individuals acting on their own without the vast help and knowledge of any others now too. Higher education never insures one’s good moral standings.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/10/26/mcgill-administrators-likley-run-their-hospitals-the-same-way/

Premier P Marois,  Quebec government’s proposal  to create a new watchdog to oversee universities  and Hospitals now as well is valid, natural..  as some of the biggest crooks are even the educated folks..  and our Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals and the Police, RCMP are also now very poorly managed too ALL AT THE TAXPAYER’S EXPENSES.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/01/26/education-does-not-insure-morality-nor-are-professionals-better-persons/

” What is important here is that he testified that same schemes of illegal political financing, collusion, bid rigging, fraud , breach of trust, price fixing, were also going on on Federal level!          So this means that probably millions of federal tax dollars were also stolen and that illegal donations were also practiced on federal level at the time!!!! Where is the RCMP? “

.

The already proven cost ineffective RCMP likely or clearly has also abused often taxpayer’s funds itself so it is, was in no position to investigate others.. these corruptions have been on going the last 50 years with the useless Montreal, Quebec and the RCMP police likely part of the problem.. sleeping with the enemy.

.

But do note this the bad Police are still very capable of arresting the poor helpless, defenceless students.. this week 60 arrested in Montreal as tuition protests resume .. so it is no wonder  students despise the police and governments.

Most politicians, civil and public servants think the rules don’t apply to them.

Public exposure , exemplary prosecutions, and real jail time  for the bad persons, criminals serves as the best   deterrent to all, the guilty offenders and all the accomplices included

.

OTTAWA – Federal procurement watchdog finds more evidence of rigged contracts. A federal watchdog is blowing the whistle again on a series of  cooked contracts. Frank Brunetta, the procurement ombudsman, says he found more evidence that  the Canada School of Public Service rigged contracts to make sure they went to  favoured suppliers.Today’s report looked into the way contracts were awarded to six  consultants, altogether worth more than a million dollars. Now how many of the crooks will actually go to jail and why not? So, why aren’t we all  still now seeing the Quebec, Federal governments, police laying now more and more criminal charges especially to all the corrupted  persons in the businesses and the governments and also suing all of  these corrupted officials, persons, construction and engineering companies millions of dollars in compensation and penalties? and for their  tax evasions too.. why should any of them now   even be allowed to keep any of the profits of corruptions?

.

Yes, we all can easily know that corruption has even plagued Quebec ( not just Ontario too)  at multi levels in City Halls. Hospitals, etc., from the top down to the bottom and for a very long time over 50 years.. Obviously nothing has changed.. because the watchdogs did nothing good about it.. the police, RCMP included also were, are themselves as bad as ever here.. the fiascos go on and on.. Money generating Speeding and parking tickets were their main Police occupations it seems.   It is sad that Job preservation was too often the false reason why most of the ostrich  employees also had went along with the vast corruptions instead of opposing it.. all it took for evil to triumph was for the good people to do nothing about it.

” Turns out that every aspect of Quebec public service is completely corrupt. Unfortunately, it is not just the city of Montreal that needs more investigation, it is:

– the SQ for giving themselves illegal bonuses and shutting down investigations that touch the “gouvernement national”.

– The MUC police force, and their contracts between Yvan Delorme and BCIA

– Union Montreal. It appears that at their fundraisers, they sometimes keep part or all of the money.

– We can look forward to “the corruption float” this Sunday which will be led by Montreal’s new mayor mayor Michael “I swear I am not under investigation” Applebaum.

PS: Merci to the SQ for tipping off the mayor about current UPAQ investigations.  Obviously nothing has changed..”

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating allegations of corruption and conflict of interest levelled against elected officials in the town of Collingwood, a popular ski and summer destination northwest of Toronto. A number of citizens have formally complained to the OPP about what they say is a lack of transparency involving a number of town deals — and the relationship some elected officials have with a prominent local lobbyist and consultant, former Liberal MP Paul Bonwick Bonwick is the mayor’s brother. He is also close family friends with the deputy mayor. As well, sitting councillor Ian Chadwick works as a contract employee for Bonwick’s lobbying and consulting firm, Compenso Communications. The complaints to police include concern that Bonwick was hired to represent a local group looking to bring a slot machine facility to town. The citizens also complained that he worked for PowerStream, which last year successfully bought a 50 per cent stake in Collingwood’s public utility company Collus. They are upset that no one on council disclosed Bonwick’s business involvement; nor did anyone on council declare any potential conflicts of interest. Read More

A Radio-Canada report suggests Lee Lalli, who owned a site at Côte St. Luc Rd. and Décarie Blvd., profited from rezoning that saw the sale price of the land soar from $50,000 in 2003 to $4.5 million in 2007. Lalli said the dinner, to which he invited local construction entrepreneurs, garnered cheques for Union Montreal from 20 guests.   It was one of two $1,000-a-head fundraising events Lalli organized for Union Montreal, which lost its majority on city council in November after its leader, Gérald Tremblay, resigned as mayor. The first fundraiser, also attended by 20 people, was held in August 2003 at La Cantina restaurant on St. Laurent Blvd, Lalli said. Union Montreal reported in its financial statements that year that it sold 12 tickets to the event for a take of $12,500. Daily on the news we all now do read about perversity done by perverse, corrupted politicians, civil and public servants, cops and now even professionals – Doctors and Engineers. “Developers, politicians, lawyers, civil servants and throw in the Police for good measure. If that isn’t a sure recipe for corruption I don’t know what is?”

It is not just in Quebec that we have now had corrupted officials for decades. it is still a Canada wide event, it even happens cause “they see Conservatives getting away with this stuff every day of the week” ” We have had this conflict of interests, corruptions in every city/town in Ontario… it is just too often that the insiders who know about it, none feels safe so that they can say much about it as they could lose their job and/or live in fear of verbal or physical reprisal, both in in the large towns. “I would like to see the OPP start at the top with the Ontario Liberals, then work their way down and I would like to see the same with the RCMP with our federal government.” But are there enough ‘honest’ and integrity bound’ cops able to do this honest, decent investigation? as sadly it seems that they too have their own corruptions..
.
When next even found rarely guilty the offenders tend to get a mere slap on the wrist falsely and why? Rather” If found guilty put the offenders in jail. No more gentle wrist rapping for corruption in government and politics.”

Cleaning one’s own house first is in order even here too..  Too many McGill administrators, doctors are already known to be bad managers, money hungry while the university too readily takes our tax dollars now too and too allow falsely often abuses us too.. McGill is already very unpopular amongst the majority of Quebec French speaking persons. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/03/02/mcgill-university-montreal/

The McGill administrators in reality very likely run their hospitals and patients the same way.. very poorly and inadequate. At least that has been my own rightful complaints often here too https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/10/26/mcgill-administrators-likley-run-their-hospitals-the-same-way/

It turned out that Porter was also claiming to be ambassador plenipotentiary of Sierra Leone, one of the most corrupt countries on earth — an obvious conflict with his SIRC role.”  http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/story/2013/02/27/mtl-mcgill-hospital-arthur-porter-arrest-warrant.html

And former adviser to PM Stephen Harper  had “grave doubts about putting people in jail” because of  child pornography    http://www.calgaryherald.com/Wildrose+dumps+campaign+manager+Flanagan+over+child+pornography+comments/8029677/story.html …

Politicians who land in hot water need help managing the crisis and protecting their reputations. Lucky for them, the Conservative Sen. Mike Duffy ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE TOO MANY BAD APPOINTMENTS OF PM STEPHEN HARPER, Duffy over the past several weeks, offered a master class in how to get through the worst of it AND NOT IN A NICE WAY TOO.  Lie, Belittle, Blame. Dodge, Deflect, Flee, Admit very little..  as clearly he is learning from his boss the PM.. And were all previously promised a better Government and this now is it?
