WE DO IN THE NEWS RIGHTFULLY HAVE CONTINUAL NEWS REVELATIONS OF CORRUPTIONS, TAX PAYER’S MONEY ABUSES BY GOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYEES, HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATORS,  PROFESSIONALS, CLERGY,   OTHERS AND THE POLICE NOW AS WELL. EXPOSURE AS WELL AS PUBLIC PROSECUTION OF THE GUILTY SERVES EVERYONE’S BEST INTERESTS.. BUT THE RIGHTFUL PROSECUTIONS SEEMS TO BE SERIOUSLY LACKING STILL

and while he the mayor had denied it I said it was obvious corruption was being allowed.. and now many other Municipalities and Provinces and Hospitals too now still do the same thing and no one goes to jail for it?

Wrongful inactions, Cover ups, False denial of bad politicians, bad cops, bad persons, false pastors, false priests are much too common but nevertheless they do get exposed, revealed to all as to what they are often now like  too, and get what they deserve, and not the first or last time

Lying, thieving, alcoholic, abusive persons, priests, pastors, Ministers, Leaders, Presidents, premiers, prime Ministers, Police who cannot even change themselves for the good are of no use to anyone as well. Minister whose lifestyle does not match his preaching words to others he rightfully cannot be trusted at all.. he is a false preacher himself.. some how most of them now wrongfully are like that too.

The Conservative federal government EVEN NOW clearly also has a FALSE double standard when it comes to holding their own, cabinet ministers included, accountable for breaking the rules AND SO DO MANY OTHER POLITICAL LEADERS..

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included are always to be exemplary in behavior, conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary judged, prosecuted for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. RCMP and Cops included now.

This is getting ridiculous. When it comes to punishment for criminal, unacceptable bad acts Canada for the last 50 years even has double standards, one for the ordinary Joe Blow and one for the Professionals, the Professionals – Doctors and Nurses, CEO’s, Managers, Accountants, Police they all tend to get off Scott free, rewarded even..

Irving Oil and its Quebec manager are facing criminal charges over the alleged  price-fixing of gasoline in Victoriaville, Thetford Mines and Sherbrooke ANDthe outcome of a major investigation made public by the Bureau in 2008,  a long time ago too. So far, only 39 people and 15 companies have faced charges as part of the  investigation. Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay whose police station is across from his city hall  only now is demanding that new Quebec Government rapidly enact new measures to battle corruption in the awarding of municipal contracts. Even though previously Major Tremblay under the previous Liberal government had apparently said he had it all under control, it was not that bad. Mayor Tremblay now claims he was was shocked by recent RCMP public testimony at the Charbonneau Commission which shed more light on alleged bid rigging that has taken place in Montreal in more recent years. Tremblay mow has also expressed anger at the ineffective Royal Canadian Mounted Police, who had sat on the information without passing it along to his staff.

The governments now also do say that they they are not to blame for the fact that the clearly incompetent pretentious police are more effective in prosecuting successfully money generating traffic tickets over the significantly more important conviction of drunk, impaired drivers… In 2010, according to the report, 915 people were charged with drug-impaired driving nationwide, representing only 1.4 per cent of the total number of impaired-driving charges laid.

Wife pleads guilty to laundering money for former spy watchdog Arthur Porter

The wife of Arthur Porter, the accused fraudster and former head of the federal spy watchdog, has admitted to laundering millions of dollars stolen from the public purse. I know this firsthand for they had visited my home least 6 times in objection to my public computer posts, they do not have to visit my home as all I write about them is openly found in federal and provincial cabinet minster’s offices, on the net, and in the Canadian news media departments.. and when they first do say they want to talk to me I openly do tell them I will insist that the news media be present at any and all such discussions, and they readily leave me alone. The “Niagara Regional Police are investigating a few of their own officers for smuggling cheese into Canada.. The alleged scam involves jamming cases of “brick” cheese — used as a common pizza topping — into their vehicles to smuggle across the border. With U.S. cheese being as little as a third the price it is in Canada, drivers are making $1,000 to $2,000 a trip, according to numerous sources…  Canada Border Services Agency officials say anyone — officer or civilian — caught smuggling large shipments of cheese into Canada would be in violation of the Customs Act for failing to declare, and pay duties on, the controlled goods…   As well, CBSA says it would be a violation for failing to have proper permits and licences from both the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade… The accused officers either face police act charges (internal discipline) for either discreditable conduct or neglect of duty or Criminal Code charges of breach of trust if any were found to have intentionally plotted to avoid customs and duties ….   charges are expected soon against a few officers who are alleged to have been involved in the movement of caseloads of cheese from the U.S. to sell to Canadian pizzerias and restaurants…  The cheese-smuggling investigation stems from information gathered from a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) arrest in April of Niagara Regional Police Service Const. Geoffrey Purdie in Buffalo on charges of conspiracy to smuggle more than half a million dollars in anabolic steroids and other drugs into Canada. Jeff McGuire, Niagara’s new police chief, has  only confirmed the suspension of Const. A southern Ontario police force has charged one current and one former officer in a “large-scale” scheme to smuggle cheese and other food items into Canada. Niagara Regional Police say cases of cheese and other foods were purchased in the U.S. and smuggled into Canada, without declaring the items or paying duty.The items were then prepared for distribution to restaurants in southern Ontario. Police say the investigation revealed over $200,000 worth of cheese and other products were purchased and distributed for an estimated profit of more than $165,000. Niagara police Const. Scott Heron, 39, faces charges that include conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, false or deceptive statements, and acquiring or disposing of illegally imported goods.Police say Casey Langelaan, 48, who was a police officer at the time of the alleged offences, faces counts that include conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, and various Customs Act charges including smuggling.A third man, Bernie Pollino, 44, faces similar charges to Heron and Langelaan. All three suspects are from Fort Erie, Ont. Niagara chief Jeffrey McGuire suspended Heron and Langelaan from duty on July 26 in accordance with the Police Services Act.

Marois scraps tuition fee hikes first day on the job Her first day on the job and Premier Pauline Marois didn’t lose any time scrapping former Liberal government policies: University tuition fee hikes were cancelled, a law restricting public demonstrations was repealed.  The elimination of tuition hikes marked a historic day for the province’s student movement. Also Quebec’s new Natural Resources Minister has signalled she will move to ban hydraulic fracturing even as she ordered a new inquiry into the practice, a position that puts development of the province’s   resources of natural gas in doubt. “I cannot see the day when the extraction of natural gas by the fracking method can be done in a safe way,” said Martine Ouellet, a   former Hydro-Québec engineer and long-time defender of the province’s water reserves.  “We will impose a sweeping moratorium, both on exploration and on extraction of shale gas,” she said.   During the campaign, the PQ promised to reform the mining regime, which would be costlier to the industry, and to cancel the $58-million loan that the Liberals offered to the Jeffrey asbestos mine. Quebec’s police task force on corruption is probing the billion-dollar contract for McGill Montreal mega-hospital awarded to a consortium led by Montreal engineering giant SNC Lavalin Group Inc. SNC-led consortium had won the McGill University Health Centre contract. Police raid the McGill University Health Centre . Up until six months ago, the hospital project had been overseen by Riadh Ben Aissa, a former head of SNC’s construction division, and also a central figure in an ongoing scandal. One of SNC’s original subcontractors in the project was a company controlled by construction magnate Antonio (Tony) Accurso – a controversial figure who now is also facing fraud and corruption charges. The hospital deal was put together under the watch of the previous chief executive of the health centre, Arthur Porter who left his own job under a cloud late last year. Arthur Porter had been appointed chair of the federal government’s security-intelligence watchdog agency, when his African business dealings with an arms dealer were revealed. Dr. Porter stepped down from both jobs. The Quebec government has earmarked $2.35-billion for an effort to reconstruct Montreal hospitals, the lion’s share going to the McGill University Health Centre campus. “Quebec’s anti-corruption unit has put several high-profile figures in its crosshairs since being established last year. MONTREAL – A second investigation has been launched stemming from the Police raids at the MUHC’s headquarters. According to a search warrant filed with the Quebec  courts, there are allegations  that former MUHC Director Stella Lopreste may have defrauded the McGill  University Health Centre out of as much as $1.6 million over 10 years.It is alleged that the money was used for the purchase of personal  items. Kuwait deal uses MUHC doctors and nurses  A private Montreal company with close ties to the McGill University Health Centre signed a five-year, $86-million hospital-services agreement with the government of Kuwait in 2010, a deal that makes regular use of MUHC doctors and nurses.. Under the deal, the MUHC is to be paid by the private company, Montreal Medical  International Inc. (MMI). However, an accounting of those funds has never  appeared on any MUHC annual reports or other public document. The Régie de l’assurance-maladie du Québec is investigating the business model  of Medical Second Opinion to determine if it confirms with the Quebec medicare  law, as MUHC doctors are providing therapeutic advice to patients who have  private insurance.

The Competition Bureau is suing Canada’s three biggest wireless carriers and  an industry association for allegedly misleading consumers about the cost of  premium texting services.

The watchdog accuses Bell (TSX:BCE), Rogers (TSX:RCI.B) and Telus (TSX:T),  along with the industry group that represents them, of enabling third parties to  sell trivia questions, ringtones and other services without adequately  disclosing the cost.

Those can cost up to $10 per transaction and up to $40 for a monthly  subscription over and above standard texting plans, the bureau said in a release  Friday.

“Our investigation revealed that consumers were under the false impression  that certain texts and apps were free,” said bureau commissioner Melanie  Aitken.

“Unfortunately, in far too many cases, consumers only became aware of  unexpected and unauthorized charges on their mobile phone bills.”

Sarandos minced no words when speaking of Canada’s ISPs, stating: “It’s almost a human rights violation, what they’re charging for internet access in Canada.”and he is right. Canada’s internet access  is”third world”, and  Netflix business in the country has suffered as a result too. Organizations like OpenMedia have been rightfuly  battling for Internet openness and fairness to consumers for years. And, of course, Bell, Telus  or Rogers have been named the worst throttler in the world. 10% of Canadians use Netflix But Netflix’s Ted Sarandos thinks that number would be a lot higher if it wasn’t for Canadian ISPs. So could likely many others.

Bell Canada, Bell Aliant and Télébec, dominant phone, pay phone providers throughout Ontario, Atlantic Canada and  Quebec, all have applied to double the cost of a pay phone call—from 50 cents to a dollar. The cost of using a prepaid debit card would rise to $2 a call. These prices were even previously doubled five years ago.  And where else can uou see such a great rater of price increases, inflation under any exuse now to? And is this still  a really big issue.. when you consider that the telecomunications firms are not only known big advertsing  liars, making loads of money in the processs but they falsely also tend to use a bait and switch policy.. they tend to advertise great, compartive rates but you likley will find next escalting, greedy, price gouging price increases on their servcies with plenty of extra charges,   known reasons why they are also hated so much by so many Canadians ..  and explaining  still simply why they are also making so much money and have become rich, and all this is never acceptable still. It is all sad when you do consider even that Canada drops entirely out of the top 10 when it comes to cellphones,  internet infrastructure. Canada’s British Columbia’s new agency the Independent Investigations  for investigating incidents of death and serious harm involving police is now up and running. Under an agreement with B.C. police services, including the RCMP, the IIO will be called when incidents occur and will dispatch investigators to the scene. The investigators are a mix of former police officers from Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and London, U.K., among other locations. Only officers who have not policed in B.C. for at least five years were considered. Four front-line investigators are formerly from the B.C. Coroner’s Service.  Richard Rosenthal, the chief civilian director for the office who comes to the post from police oversight positions in Portland and Denver, has  said his team is about 50-50 split between former police officers and investigators with civilian experience. Now a Judge sides with Quebec in long-gun registry battle.The federal government’s plan to destroy data from its long-gun registry is unconstitutional, a judge has ruled, siding with the Quebec government’s bid to keep information for its own firearms registry. How Did the American Christians Become Warmongers?; I too do think I learned a thing or two about evangelical/fundamentalist Christianity in America. So , I’m here to tell you: I don’t like what I see happening these days.Historically, the majority of Christians have always attempted to be–and have always publicly taught the importance of being–peacemakers. Have not Christians preached–and tried to practice–love and brotherhood? The early church was born in a baptism of love and unity. Oh sure, there were always individual misunderstandings and differences, but, on the whole, the church was a loving, caring, compassionate ecclesia. The vast majority of Christian believers understood the Biblical, Natural Law principle of self-defense. But believing in the right of lawful, God-ordained self-defense was never to be confused with warmongering. Bit now it seems he biggest cheerleaders for the unprovoked, unconstitutional, pre-emptive attack and invasion of Iraq were the American evangelical Christians. Ditto for the war in Afghanistan, the bombing of Libya, the attacks in Yemen, drone attacks in Pakistan, etc. Who is calling for the bombing of Iran? American Evangelical Christians. Who cheers for sending more and more troops all over the world to maim and kill more and more people (including innocents)? American Evangelical Christians.  Yes the Evangelical Christians and not the Pentecostal or the Catholic Christians . And where are today’s evangelical Christians giving a second thought regarding their fellow Christian brothers and sisters in many of these Middle Eastern countries that are being persecuted, imprisoned, tortured, and killed by Israel, and by  the puppet regimes being put in power by the US government–at US taxpayer (including Christian taxpayer) expense? And don’t forget that it was the US government that was responsible for putting Saddam Hussein in power to begin with. The US government had also set up Osama bin Laden, too. In addition to the “white” wars (the ones everyone knows about), the US government authorizes some 70 black ops commando raids in some 120 countries EVERY DAY. In fact, the secret, black ops military of the US is so large today it now totals more personnel than the ENTIRE MILITARY OF CANADA!

The disciples of our Lord were called “Christians” first by the Gentiles of Antioch, because of the manner in which the disciples reminded them of Christ’s nature and teachings. I never thought I would hear myself say what I’m about to say, but the truth is, the term “Christian” today in America signifies anything but Christ-like. To many people today, “Christian” refers to some warmongering, mean-spirited, throw-anyone-to-the-wolves-who-crosses-them person, who then has the audacity to look down their nose in contempt against anyone who disagrees with them for even the smallest reason. And the word American “church” has the stigma of being simply an enclave of warmongers to many people today. And that, my friends, is one reason so many people are turned off with today’s Christianity. And I can’t say that I blame them. I’m turned off too!

Now  this blind support for illegal, immoral, unconstitutional American wars is anything but Christian. Not only is it turning people against our country among people abroad, it is turning our own countrymen against the Christ the American  Christians claim to love right here at home. Now  the modern Warfare State would grind to a screeching halt tomorrow if the American evangelical Christians would simply stop supporting it!   American evangelicals as they had  supported G.W. Bush’s unconstitutional, unprovoked, preemptive wars of aggression, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocents. And, by the way, that President Obama continues to escalate America’s wars in the Middle East is the one thing that evangelicals LIKE about him. In fact, it was Ron Paul’s opposition to the wars of aggression in the Middle East that was the chief reason why evangelicals rejected him. Yes, between a war-mongering socialist such as Barack Obama, and a peace-loving freedomist such as Ron Paul, the average evangelical would choose the warmonger. Wow.

Christianity is growing fastest within the Muslim world today. There are many Palestinian and Arab Christians.  And every day many of these innocent brothers and sisters of ours are being maimed and killed by the relentless missile attacks and countless wars being perpetrated by the US government. So, pray tell, how can we claim to be Christians on the one hand and be so callused to the suffering and death of our Christian brothers and sisters on the other hand?  No one can. No man is exempt from the moral laws of God. Especially not from murder.  No man! The Federal and the Quebec governments are undeniably soft on crime, social welfare abusers, tax evaders, new arrivals..

I presently personally know and so do many others of a person, a new arrival too,  who lives in a Quebec subsidized housing, receives a pension supplemental aid, but she also owns property, a home with a garage, that she rents it out to others and did not declare her assets, income to the government

Now the main perpetrators of residency fraud are wealthy or middle class immigrants who desire, for one reason or another, such as our free medicare services, free money, free pensions, a Canadian passport.

For  Canadian citizenship an applicant must be free of a criminal record, have a workable knowledge of Canada, be able to communicate in one of our official languages and have lived for at least three of the last four years in the country after becoming a permanent resident. None of the above persons can  even speak English or French.

A government representative told me there were much to many such   new arrival  persons too for the governments to be able to deal with them all.. what an absurdity..

Certainly the Canada immigration system, it’s supervisors too just like the justice system, Medicare, the civil and public servants all do desperately needs a major shakeup and updated with decent, moral, good persons too the last 40 years. The useless pretentious Conservatives that have promised to update the related justice. accountability, transparency … seem to make matters worse in reality by doing a very small, partial adjustment only. Why does it take a half a century to fix the systems  that many of us rightfully already do know needs major repairs. Major inadequacies, problems here now have been happening for decades. Demand a fix to the Canadian immigration laws too and all the bad related personnel!! “So we have a government-approved loop hole to let dishonest people into the country and ensures we keep them here. Three cheers for our bad Canadian Immigration!! A ministry that never fails to disappoint.” Now what is needed is an expeditious way to deal with people that come here under false pretenses. They should be made to board the very next flight back to where ever they came from and put on a list of people not eligible to immigrate to Canada from that point forward. We also need an enforced way to deal with all, any of the bad lawyers, immigration consultants who make an industry out of helping false claimants milk our System.

While  Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has  introduced a new regulatory body for immigration consultants that may actually have some teeth to punish crooked-consultants.  To the protest of doctors and refugee advocates, CIC has restricted refugee claimants’ health benefits and proposed tougher spousal sponsor rules in order to reduce marriage fraud and  Canada is also now strictly enforcing residency requirements for permanent residents,  the overall progress is slow and pretentious too often still, but Kenney he says”We are moving towards a fast immigration system which will allow us to do [a] much better job of selecting people likely to succeed in Canada’s economy [and] likely to integrate quickly and successfully.”

Parallel to all this is the major tax evasions, frauds being done by too many of these same bad persons too.. and what realy now has been done about this now too? Most refugees are still only economic ones now too..

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney says Immigration officials are also working with the Canada Border Services Agency and the RCMP, to investigate “nearly 11,000 individuals from more than 100 countries for attempting to cheat.” his department has begun the process of revoking citizenship from up to 3,100 individuals, as investigators probe nearly 11,000 people suspected of misrepresenting themselves in their quest to become citizens of Canada.   Kenney said the government is targeting those individuals in order “to protect the value of Canadian citizenship.” Nearly 5,000 individuals who are yet to become Canadian citizens have been “flagged for additional security,” Kenney said, explaining that they are either known to be or suspected of trying to defraud the system.Typically, Kenney said, immigration fraud is perpetrated by unscrupulous consultants who advise would-be Canadians on the best ways to skirt the system. Kenney’s department is working closely with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).. and what about the others? Undeniable to many old and new comer crooks, bad canadians now too   all get it easy. Even social assistance, supplemental pensions, while they work under the table and do not declare their income, and still do not declare their income, even  from abroad, and some they even own nice cars and take vacations abroad often as I know, have witnessed it..   There are much too many more liars, tax evaders and abusers.. and too many useless civil  servants it seems too.. 1 Now  a person from Ontario complained to me directly that an insurance for an older car is significantly , significantly much higher, exponentially higher,  in Ontario over that for the same car in Quebec? Now why is that?  is the government of Ontario trying to help Ontario citizens or rip them off?

2 In regard to our too often 2 tiered justice systems I already know how crooked the police rather are too often even in Ontario, and even the  municipalities now undeniably are as well, both falsely living high on the hog, with their  ridiculous overtime and absurd expense account approvals, plus questionable purchasing practices…  and also their inacceptable abuses of the ordinarily citizens wrongfully, while wrongfully few cops ever get arrested for speeding or drunk driving now too.

Quebec’s Liberals gambled sadly instead of providing good leadership

Sep 5, 2012 Shocking news. Montreal, Quebec, Man apperantly tries to  tried to kill also the newly elected first female   Party Quebecois Premier  Pauline Marois, who is  to become Quebec’s 1st female premier ,  Pauline Marois and the Parti Québécois during her election rally victory speech. Quebec premier-designate was hustled off stage, just before 1 a.m.. A man in his 40s was shot dead an another critically wounded near where Pauline Marois was giving her victory speech to supporters before midnight Tuesday, prompting a swift response from the Parti Québécois leader’s security team and an evacuation of the downtown Montreal concert hall. A man was swiftly arrested by the police present and a rifle seized. A second man was critically injured in the incident, according to Montreal police. The Gun death marrs the narrow win by the Quebec separatists. The party won a minority government with a weaker-than-desired result, of 54 seats won out of 125, that could severely limit its ability to pursue its independence agenda and likley lead to new elections with the NDP to be fully  involved next as well.The PQ’s 54 seats,fell nine short of the 63 needed for a majority in the 125-seat legislature. The  Liberals had a far better-than-expected result and won 50 ridings, holding onto official Opposition status.  Quebec solidaire won two seats. It was certainly the most tragic, and least jubilant, election win in the PQ’s long history. The PQ’s score in the popular vote was lower than any time it has ever governed, with just 32 per cent. That was just one percentage point more than the governing Liberals, who staved off the electoral annihilation many had predicted. The new Coalition party had 27 per cent.

The stupid, immoral Gamble that did not pay off.. Quebec Liberal  Party leader  Jean Charest placed a big bet and loss his own political seat even in the Quebec provincial election. With all the ridings counted, the Liberals were at 50 to the Parti Québécois’s 54 and the Coalition Avenir Québec party’s 19. Québec Solidaire held the remaining two, the Liberals slid to second place in Quebec’s national assembly, and Charest lost his own seat. PQ Pauline Marois to lead as Quebec’s 1st female premier . Oppostion leader  Pauline Marois and the Parti Québécois claimed victory over the incumbent Liberals Tuesday night, winning a minority government in the provicial election.

But before his big false gamble the clearly  Bad premier of Quebec Jean Charest had falsely abused his own Quebec University students… and he now had  paid the big price for it too.

The former Quebec provincial student movement leader Léo Bureau-Blouin who had  become a PQ candidate in the Laval riding hadhas   defeated the Liberal junior finance minister Alain Paquet and next  Léo Bureau-Blouin vowed that his  victorious Parti Québécois will   will revoke the tuition hike imposed by the Liberals that sparked the province’s months of student unrest, and will repeal Bill 78 (also known as Law 12), the contentious legislation that restricts protest.”It shows that when youth mobilize, we can do big things,” Bureau-Blouin said of his victory. Bureau-Blouin was a leader of the Quebec student protest movement until his term as president of the FECQ, the federation of Quebec college students, came to an end June 1.

MONTREAL – A PQ ministerial decree cancelling tuition hikes, taken barely 24  hours after Pauline Marois was elected premier, is being hailed as a victory by  the Quebec Federation of University Students (FEUQ). FEUQ President Martine Desjardins considers the decree to be the symbolic  end of a two-year battle but she vows that the work is not yet finished, as the  group intends to make other proposals at the upcoming summit of higher education  promised by the Parti Quebecois.
