Unprepared, a wake up call

.

It does not take a report written a year later to confirm I was right  about the bad RCMP, Security in Canada.     Fire the bad cops And don’t try to give us all  the crap that any  bad police officers can be next still retrained, reformed .. the police themselves tend not to believe that any of the bad guys can be reformed    “The RCMP they are gaining a reputation for being more incompetent each day. What is  meant is that they are losing credibility as a police agency.   They should be called the RCIP, Royal Canadian Incompetent Police”  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/11/27/the-pretentious-useless-cost-ineffective-rcmp/

.

RCMP officers missed an opportunity to stop gunman Michael Zehaf-Bibeau before he entered Parliament because a radioed warning of his approach came out “garbled,” RCMP Assistant-Commissioner Gilles Michaud said Jun 03, 2015 after the release of four reports into the Oct. 22 attack.  The report on the RCMP’s deployment on Parliament Hill, conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police, also cites a lack of “operational preparedness,” including planning, training and resources.  The report stresses the approach to security and protection on the Hill is “highly inadequate” and concludes the shooting was a “grim reminder that Canada ad the RCMP itself s ill-prepared to prevent and respond to such attacks.” The reports come as the cost ineffective  RCMP is set to assume control of a new Parliamentary Protective Service and take over sole responsibility for security in and around Parliament Hill.

The RCMP is warning both police and military to keep an eye out for terrorists following a threat from Islamic State (ISIS)  Police and military were told to exercise vigilance and caution upon starting their shifts this week. Time for the Police  to lay off the Booze…

.

OTTAWA – Canada’s spy agency and national police force are so constrained by a lack of resources that they can’t keep close track of all the Islamic extremists who may be a potential threat at home and they have also had to abandon some counter-espionage work and criminal investigations ..  http://www.torontosun.com/2014/10/31/canada-struggles-with-extremist-threat-resources-gap   this is not news to me as I  have said so for decades even..  Revenue generating Parking and speeding  tickets is still their main occupation..

The 2 serious  ‘brutal and violent attack’ on armed forces members,   in which an armed attacker shot and fatally wounded a Canadian Forces member at the National War Memorial before being shot dead in Parliament’s Centre Block  by Michael Zehaf-Bibeau . and Martin “Ahmad” Rouleau, 25,   attack on two soldiers in Quebec,  who was arrested last summer when he tried to leave the country, but the RCMP did not have enough evidence to charge him with any crime,  rammed two Canadian Forces members with a car near Montreal Monday before being shot dead by police, and he  was  “radicalized”  to carry out a terrorist attack, the Prime Minister’s Office said .   Both events have shown us all how the Police services and the Armed forces   generally overall were now even unprepared , but thanks to the heroic  actions of individual police officers the unexpected, negative situations were contained

.

Face it also that the lying spin doctors, politically correct stooges, will not admit the reality but falsely rather do  try to play down the seriousness of the reality of the Holy War, Jihad, by labeling the Islamist Terrorists as isolated terrorists, Yeah all still deluded and isolated from reality, the media liars, posters liars included..

The father of Martin Couture-Rouleau says Ottawa needs to strengthen its security laws to deal with cases like his troubled son, a 25-year-old who fell under the influence of radical Islam and killed a Canadian soldier last week. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/father-of-couture-rouleau-says-government-must-strengthen-security-laws/article21308978/

The security forces protecting Parliament must be better integrated, Public Safety Minister Steven Blaney said .Concerns have been raised repeatedly over the years about the different silos in which law enforcement and security officials operate on and around Parliament Hill, “the silos we have today are not adequate. Security inside Parliament must be integrated with outside security forces. In addition Blaney said the federal government will also introduce further anti-terrorism measures.   ”  http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/ottawa-shooting-rcmp-house-security-radios-on-different-frequencies-1.2814315

The RCMP itself are the tip of a big iceberg of bad cops, all having also to do with the bad managers who hired them firstly.  The RCMP received almost 13,000 formal public complaints since 2010, but its complaints board rejected 90% of them, QMI Agency has learned.  A force of 28 thousand and almost 12 thousand complaints. There is something rotten BC has long been known as the dumping ground for RCMP trash. No wonder there are so many complaints there. ..

Canada’s bad police officers

.

Alcohol is a serious problem even  among our police officers too

Drink Alcohol and Die

.

Canadian sailors will no longer be able to drink aboard ships, unless the vessel is tied up or an exception has been made for a special occasion such as Christmas or a barbecue.

The order was made today by navy commander Vice-Admiral Mark Norman, and it follows an order in July for HMCS Whitehorse to abandon an exercise in San Diego and return to port in Canada following three allegations of drunken misconduct.

Norman said the policy change will help prevent instances of alcohol-fuelled misconduct.

“Alcohol is always a factor that we cannot ignore, but this is not about alcohol,” said Norman.

“This is about the conduct of our people and unfortunately alcohol does contribute to misconduct and has done in the past. And we just want to try and regulate that as best we can going forward.”

The order will forbid the long-standing practice of easy and cheap access to beer and wine aboard navy vessels.  Before today, sailors were allowed to drink while at sea, provided they were not on duty in less than six hours. Beer was available in pop machines on some vessels.

The Royal Canadian Navy on Friday posted an executive summary of the report into the incident online.  http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/hmcs-whitehorse-incident-results-in-drinking-ban-on-navy-ships-1.2871521

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.  People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty

“We cannot trust the RCMP, or the Military too now?
