About time the RCMP reaps what is sowed
Off-duty RCMP officer arrested for River Heights break-in CTV.ca – An off-duty RCMP officer was arrested for allegedly breaking into a River Heights home while intoxicated on Thursday, said Winnipeg police. An investigation determined that a suspect in an intoxicated state broke in through the front door to a stranger’s residence in River Heights and woke up a person inside, said officers. A neighbour told CTV News the suspect fell asleep on a couch inside the home. The neighbour said the suspect believed he was at a hotel and even left his shoes at the door before falling asleep on the couch. Winnipeg police responded and took the suspect into custody. The 30-year-old male suspect faces a charge for forcible entry and has been released on a court appearance notice. His name has not been released.
Alberta should not renew RCMP contract
“And the RCMP has changed, for the worse. At the headquarters level there hasn’t been a good report in years. Various inquiries have found incompetence, poor training, poor discipline, poor co-ordination and communication, and outright dishonesty. Those inquiries have used phrases like “horribly broken,” “often flawed,” “not justified” and so on.
News reports made it clear that RCMP investigations into embarrassing and fatal actions of their own members were inadequate to the point of being a coverup. At the field level there were many reports of highly dubious shootings by RCMP members, and criminal investigations into the conduct of members when off duty. Former RCMP Commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli resigned in disgrace after giving conflicting statements to a Parliamentary committee. ” http://www.calgaryherald.com/opinion/Alberta+should+renew+RCMP+contract/3498184/story.html?cid=megadrop_story
This is not a new revelation I myself now had detailed to you about 25 years ago my own experience in Canmore Alberta with the perverse RCMP where I got 2 speeding tickets on the same spot years apart and how the RCMP next also had covered up for it’s pervere buddies, and I had also entered my complaint about their perverse acts into the Canmore Queens court record as well now.One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a cop is really like, is work with him just for one whole day,.. and what you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/11/11/no-rcmp-alcoholics-it-seems/

THE RCMP ARE GUILTY!
– Manslaughter
– Criminal Negligence Causing Death
– Obstruction of Justice
– Criminal Mischief
– Perjury
– The facts are not that the RCMP wrongfully did not hesitate to abuse a person Robert Dziekanski at the airport, and the fact they had clearly lied to try to justify it, but the sad fact also is that the RCMP bosses, managers were also accomplices in the whole despicable affair with their own follow up lies and cover up and they too should be all prosecuted, dismissed, fired now too.
.
The RCMP’s personnel and their management cover up, immoral conduct following the death plus the Criminal Justice Branch’s decision a year later that no charges were warranted against the Mounties involved were also an unacceptable subsequent “unprofessional” conducts, acts that compounded the rightful revulsion on the part of the citizens towards the whole affair, justice system, RCMP too. The problem with the RCMP begins right at the top Vancouver Sun If the RCMP had promptly disciplined officers who used excessive force, including unnecessary use of the Taser, then many lives might have been saved, not just Dziekanski’s. The RCMP needs reform at the top.

Special prosecutor to reopen Dziekanski investigation
Globe and Mail – Vancouver – From Wednesday’s Globe and Mail Published on Tuesday, Jun. 29, 2010 7:31PM EDT Last updated on Tuesday, Jun. 29, 2010 10:17PM EDT A special prosecutor is reopening the question of whether criminal charges should be laid in the death of …
New evidence enough to reopen Dziekanski case CTV.ca

VANCOUVER – The B.C. government will immediately appoint a special prosecutor to review the possibility of charges against four RCMP officers involved in Robert Dziekanski’s death, in light of a public inquiry report that delivers a searing indictment of their actions. B.C. Attorney General Mike de Jong said the matter should be reviewed following an inquiry report released Friday that concluded the officers were not justified in using their Taser, and their explanations of the events that unfolded the night Dziekanski died were “patently unbelievable.” Contrary to their testimony at the inquiry, commissioner Thomas Braidwood said the officers could not have reasonably perceived Dziekanski was a threat when he picked up a stapler during the confrontation at Vancouver’s airport in October 2007. The report by the former B.C. judge is riddled with terms like “untrue,” misleading,” “misrepresented,” and “overstated,” to describe the testimony of the four RCMP officers involved. De Jong said it is essential that a special prosecutor will be appointed immediately, given the information in the report. “The special prosecutor will assess whether there is any additional evidence or grounds upon which to reconsider the earlier decision around criminal prosecution,” de Jong said. RCMP commissioner William Elliot acknowledged that the force failed at many levels in this case, and said investigations of incidents involving RCMP officers will be turned over to B.C.’s civilian oversight body. “It is clear that our policies and training in place at the time were deficient,” Elliot said “We acknowledge that the actions of our members who dealt with Mr. Dziekanski also fell short, including the fact that our officers did not take enough time to try and de-escalate the situation and did not provide an appropriate level of care to Mr. Dziekanski.” Dziekanski, who didn’t speak English, arrived in Vancouver after a long flight from Poland and spent 10 hours in the airport before he eventually cleared customs. Unable to find his mother or communicate with anyone, Dziekanski began throwing furniture in the airport’s international terminal. Several onlookers called 911 and one witness started filming the scene on his video camera. The four RCMP officers were told by a 911 operator to expect a drunk suspect. Within seconds of their arrival, one of them fired the Taser, pulling the trigger five times in total, mostly after Dziekanski had fallen to the ground. Dziekanski’s mother filed a wrongful death lawsuit last year against the RCMP and others, but settled the case this past April after receiving a public apology from the force and an undisclosed financial settlement. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100618/national/taser_inquiry

We need full ACCOUNTABILITY , TRANSPARENCY, AUDITS
We need full ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY especially from this Canadian Conservative Government. This is tax payer’s money, not a general slush fund for the elected, hired. Where are the full audits on any and also on all of the really big Governmental spending that Canadians mostly aren’t allowed to know about from their own governments? Federal, provincial and Municipal as well, And now do the ‘whole’ job . DO ALL receipts and all expenses, or get out of the way! Audit the MP’s, audit the Fake lake, the $1.2 Billion summit fiasco in the armed camp, do really audit any and all of the BIG SPENDING Harper Government on the $100’ Billions they’ve also likley wasted over the last 4 1/2 years. All THIS sis still not good enough. There needs to be provisions to allow for a forensic audit of individual MPs if anything suspicious comes about from the performance audit. We also all do want real accountability. We do also like to see people go to jail if they misused any money. Good members should all anyway voluntarily submit to an audit. The names of those who do not should be published and reviewed in full. All this now should be common place and accepted Parliamentary procedure too. So where is it?
People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included are always to be exemplary in behavior, conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary judged, prosecuted for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

We do have a right to know. We demand it rightfully too now. And what does the con Harper have to hide that his government will not allow it? He asked the same thing of the previous Lieberal government. Imagine that – the Cons the MP’s now are blocking the FEDERAL AUDITOR GENERAL from looking at individual MP’s expenses. Are they afraid that the AUDITOR GENERAL will find something untoward in her audit. Whatever happened to “transparency” and “openness”? That was just a line of BULL that these parliamentarians give in order to get elected, but rarely do, did they allow “transparency” and “openness” as we know, see.
2. If the expenses are valid, there’s nothing to worry about.
“I would have a simple website where you could click on the name & face of each and every MP and have a page that lists all their claimed & approved expenses refunded with out tax dollars. If they are avoiding putting the expenses out in the open, then there is obviously something they do not want the general populace to know. “
Canada’s immigration system
Why does it take a half a century to fix the systems that many of us rightfully already do know needs major repairs. Major inadequacies, problems here now have been happening for decades. Demand a fix to the Canadian immigration laws too and all the bad related personnel!! “So we have a government-approved loop hole to let dishonest people into the country and ensures we keep them here. Three cheers for our bad Canadian Immigration!! A ministry that never fails to disappoint.” Now what is needed is an expeditious way to deal with people that come here under false pretences. They should be made to board the very next flight back to where ever they came from and put on a list of people not eligible to immigrate to Canada from that point forward. We also need an enforced way to deal with all, any of the bad lawyers, immigration consultants who make an industry out of helping false claimants milk our system.

WHAT THE LIEBERALS, CANADIAN CONSERVATIVES DO NOT SAY ABOUT ISRAEL
Even the apostolic fathers of the first and second century believed and taught “replacement theology”:

8,864 Israelis and 39,019 Palestinians have been injured since September 29, 2000.
Fiscal Year 2009
During Fiscal Year 2009, the U.S. is providing Israel with at least $7.0 million per day in military aid and $0 in military aid to the Palestinians.

The Israeli unemployment rate is 6.1%, while the Palestinian unemployment in the West Bank is 16.3% and 41.3% in Gaza.
Israel currently has 223 Jewish-only settlements and ‘outposts’ built on confiscated Palestinian land. Palestinians do not have any settlements on Israeli land.

Israeli troops raid aid flotilla headed for Gaza, killing nine
While Israel says there is no humanitarian crisis in Gaza, in reality there is a known catastrophe. Spare medical parts and replacements are, in practice, barred from entry into Gaza,by Israel or only arrive “after great delays,” The blockade Israel has imposed on the territory for the past three years is affecting the functioning of medical equipment threefold, with prohibitions, delays, and lack of qualified service personnel and power cuts/surges damaging delicate machines. .
As the world often sees it, many see it, clearly selfish, self centered Israel generally is a bully. This Bully country Israel has been often seen as the plague in the Middle East. Israel propagandists are falsely Making the Bully Israel the Victim. Israel has never done everything in its power to avoid civilian deaths in Gaza or elsewhere. When this Bully Israel is on a war, revenge rampage, nobody can stop him. The world is sick and tired of this bully Israel and it’s bad acts. Enough is enough. The self centered, despotic “Neighborhood Bully” Israel too often still cannot see it’s own faults, falsely tries to paint the picture as everyone else rather being the aggressor, abuser, bully. These shameful approaches by this Bully Israel who has a clear arrogance of all others personal rights falsely cannot tolerate any dissension, anti-Israel protestors, possible loss of any domination power. Israel falsely, too often sees the world as being itself all wrong. Israel and Israel’s systematic bullying must be dealt with as one would deal with any other bully. The neighborhood bully Israel has almost already been driven out of every land it had. Israel seriously continually needs to overcome being a Bully, needs to lose most of its drunken power swagger, and Israel needs now to recover the desperately needed personal, real humanity and compassion. Serious negative repercussions need to be carried out on Israel. Or once again the Bully Israel must be taught a hard lesson and removed from it’s land as in the past.

PROFESSIONALS.. WHAT A JOKE.. Lazy, indifferent, Incompetent is more likley
A very sick and likley dying grumpy old man lying in a hospital bed today in the Montreal Verdun Hospital was asking me what the loud noise in the Hospital hallway was all about, it was the Hospital ward, working floor social club having a good time flirting with each other, talking, joking around with each other in fact. No wonder hospital employees tend to be too often so ineffective still.
In 2009, The New England Journal of Medicine reported “one in five Medicare patients returns to the hospital within 30 days of being discharged.” Dr. Mark V. Williams, who worked on this study, suggests that part of the issue is due to the fact that doctors place much of their focus on the admission process, when the patient is most sick. When the patient leaves the hospital, they often have more medications and treatments to worry about than when they first entered. Some doctors suggest that this problem may also occur because it may benefit the hospital financially for patients to be readmitted.
Types of Denial include now the Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying. Denial of responsibility: Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others. Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality. Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated. Denial of denial: This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional..
There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of denial. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.
Too many police officers even are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner, a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/20/canadas-police-forces/.

Liberal Ontario Government allowed the mismanagement of money again..
Senior managers living high on the hog on other people’s money is too common practice still.. TORONTO – Executives at Ontario’s scandal-plagued lottery and gaming corporation racked up millions of dollars in expenses for meetings, hotel rooms and meals — often with no explanation and few or no receipts, the province’s auditor revealed Tuesday. The agency furnished expensive foreign-made cars for its senior ranks, bought season’s tickets to sporting events to woo lottery retailers and held company meetings on boat cruises — all at taxpayers’ expense, auditor general Jim McCarter found. Rank-and-file employees at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. themsrlves mainly followed the rules, McCarter said. Most of the questionable billing was traced back to senior managers who had more discretion with their expenses. They included leasing a fleet of vehicles for 26 senior employees, most of which were foreign made, between $41,519 to $57,512 each, and giving another 16 executives car allowances of up to $24,000 a year. Questions remain about why it took so long to tackle dodgy spending at OLG. The agency has been under fire for years over insider wins, botched scratch-and-win tickets, even buying foreign cars as casino prizes at a time when thousands of Ontario auto workers were losing their jobs. Opposition Leader Tim Hudak called it the latest example of “runaway expenses” at provincial agencies under Premier Dalton McGuinty’s watch http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100601/national/olg_expenses
