What you should know about C. diff, the shit disease

Canada’s Police   sponsored by the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police and Transport Canada.   in a police initiative designed to save lives and reduce injuries on Canada’s roadways are  focusing on   “Four Big Killers” – impaired driving, failure to wear seatbelts, distracted driving and aggressive  driving but they still neglect the Biggest Killer and why?   Hospital  deaths due to infections, uncleanliness, errors.. Traffic tickets generate more money revenue for them as well

Infection Highlights

  • More than 200,000 patients get infections every year while receiving healthcare in Canada; more than 8,000 of these patients die as a result.
  • Mortality rates attributable to Clostridium difficile infection have more than tripled in Canada since 1997.
  • The healthcare-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection rate increased more than 1,000% from 1995 to 2009.
  • About 80% of common infections are spread by healthcare workers, patients and visitors.
  • Proper hand hygiene can significantly reduce the spread of infection.
  • Best practices in preventing infection can reduce the risk of some infections to close to zero.
Too many Canadian professionals, workers next  become too lax when they do think they have attained some kind of job security and fail to do their duties fully too, towards all others.
IMAGINE THIS TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL DYING FROM THIS DECADES OLD  C. diff, the shit disease  where  contracting the superbug C. difficile in the hospital often is fatal or at least increases a patient’s stay by an average of six days, putting serious financial strain on Canada’s health-care system. A study by Quebec’s public health research institute (INSPQ) shows deaths related to clostridium difficile infections in 2010-2011 were the highest they’ve been since 2004. A total of 619 Quebecers died from C. difficile over the course of 2010 and 2011. And one death is always still one too many here too.. C. difficile is most often acquired in hospital, and  the disease is highly contagious.
We do not live in the dark ages for shit Disease is caused by poor cleanliness, poor hygiene, poor sanitation at the Hospital, who have been hiring NOT ONLY LAZY BAD employees but they have FOR AN UNACCEPTABLE DECADE NOW TOO   MANY THEY been cutting back on their MAINTENANCE COSTS and this has been unacceptable CLEARLY LEADING TO their criminal murderous acts OF THE CITIZENS.
Seniors and Children are more seriously affected, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure
Like most C. diff patients symptoms began with severe diarrhea as the  intestines were shutting down and the colon becomes swollen that it pushed pressure up to the lungs, making it difficult to breathe.  In serious cases a  fecal transplant can often be used successfully here..
“ A USA TODAY investigation shows that is far more prevalent than federal reports suggest. The bacteria is linked in hospital records to more than 30,000 deaths a year in the United States— about twice federal estimates and rivaling the 32,000 killed in traffic accidents.  It strikes about a half-million Americans a year. Yet despite a decade of rising C. diff rates, health care providers and the government agencies that oversee them have been slow to adopt proven strategies to reduce the infections, resulting in tens of thousands of deaths and illnesses that could have been prevented, the investigation shows. Far more could be done to stop the deadly bacteria C. diff .  “I wish doctors were more forthcoming. … You don’t learn about it until after it’s too late.” The big challenge in curbing C. diff is getting everyone  to work together — from health care administrators and the government regulators  to doctors and nurses and the housekeeping staffs . “
“Hospital billing data collected by the US federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality shows that more than 9% of C. diff-related hospitalizations end in death — nearly five times the rate for other hospital stays.   Hundreds of Thousands more of unnumbered patients are treated in nursing homes, clinics and doctors’ offices.”
C. diff is “a big concern. And  C. diff infection can also now strike individuals at any age. The use of certain antibiotics can further  allow C. diff to thrive  Most medical staff and even citizens do not yet know,m realize how serious the diseases, prblme is cause they have not even been told about any of it.  Too many People are thus now dying needlessly. Deaths and illnesses are much higher than those disclosed also  since the bad doctors on their death certificates,  often don’t list the infection when patients die from complications, C. diff ,   kidney failure. It’s unacceptable and outrageous that C. diff hovers at all-time highs and the barrier is often cover ups and hospital costs plus  unacceptable medical practices. The news media and studies show that emergency rooms, patients’ rooms, washrooms, operating rooms too still often aren’t cleaned sufficiently.
In 2009, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services launched an “action plan” to reduce six high-priority Hopsital, seniors, old age homes infections, including C. diff. Infection rates for five of those have dropped significantly, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA but not  C. diff infections
In 2003 the  US Environmental Protection Agency, which regulates hospital disinfectants, learned that none of its approved products actually killed C. diff spores — though many claimed on their labels that they were effective against the bacteria so  the agency ordered manufacturers to remove the claims and began to identify new disinfectants that work.
Steps have already been taken in Canada in major hospitals to try to reduce C. Diff infections. Much more needs still to be done ti insure better quality medical care and patient safety. Nurses, doctors,  pharmacists , therapists that provide hands-on treatment, cleaning technicians  still all do  need to be out there and do much more to keep all rooms clean and  hospital infection rates down  The government should require all hospitals to mandatorily and not optional  report all C. diff cases.
They must also meet targets for reducing C. diff.. in hospitals, nursing homes and other care settings, 30% reduction per year, and there must  be a real penalty under Medicare and Medicaid for facilities that have allowed high C. diff rates. All nursing homes  hospitals must publically publicly report their rates of infections, qne include C. diff.
Standing in the way to reduce C. Diff infections still  are the false Hospital, old age homes concerns about the costs, staffing and the complexity of creating and implementing new procedures that require interdisciplinary teams to work together as even many homes,  Hospitals have cut housekeeping budgets in recent years, so many hospitals spend too little minutes cleaning all the rooms room.
As hospitals and nursing homes struggle with tight budgets and limited staffing, patient advocates say its critical that the public become more engaged in minimizing infection risks. Not all Hospitals don’t want to tell others,  patients the hospital  might be contaminated,” or to tell  the patients too the steps patients can take to minimize infection risks. Old age homes, Healthcare facilities  often lie, do not disclose the truth cause the “care about their reputation.”
Most hospitals still are slow to admit that they have infection related problems because admitting those problems, opens them up to lawsuits, and is admitting guilt prior to going to trial. It’s all about insurance (money) and lawyers. Things which should have nothing to do with keeping us healthy.
There is also limited tracking of antibiotics usages. In 2010, about 42% of infection control specialists nationwide said their facility had no antibiotic stewardship program, based on a survey by the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Such programs typically track the use of antibiotics to ensure proper use, which can reduce opportunities for infection.
The challenge of reducing C. Diff is also now still needed in nursing homes, where antibiotics are prolific, staffing often is too  thin and it’s tougher to isolate patients.
“How to attack the problem. There’s no mystery to cutting C. diff rates. The spore-forming bacteria exists throughout the environment: water, soil, human and animal feces. It typically sickens people taking certain stomach medicines or antibiotics, which diminish healthy bacteria in the gut as they attack infections. When levels of healthy bacteria get low, C. diff can take over, producing toxins that cause intense diarrhea, often with grave complications. The germ thrives in settings where antibiotics are in wide use, and its proliferation has accelerated as a new, hyper-virulent strain has emerged over the past decade. C. diff spores spread through fecal contamination: They get on people’s hands, often from bathroom fixtures, and move to other surfaces by touch, from light switches to bed rails to tables and trays. The tough-to-kill spores resist many disinfectants and can survive for months. Once they’re on patients’ hands, it’s a short trip to their mouths — and their intestines.”
The challenge is twofold:
Control the use of antibiotics that allow C. diff to flourish,
and prevent the bacteria’s spread from infected patients via dirty hands, dirty rooms or dirty equipment.”
The British experience “has shown that substantial C. diff reductions are possible,” including changes in room-cleaning procedures, antibiotic controls and testing protocols for patients showing C. diff symptoms.
Many other health care infections have been stemmed by ensuring that certain medical procedures are done properly. That the Catheter-related infections were eliminated by getting doctors to change protocols for installing the devices. Infections linked to surgical incisions and ventilators can be reduced by getting doctors and nurses to alter practices and  more staff are  needed.
Many US hospitals also  have confronted those challenges head-on:
“•In Cincinnati, The Jewish Hospital-Mercy Health slashed its high C. diff rate by half in less than a year by adopting stricter antibiotic controls and new room-cleaning protocols. The program costs the 209-bed hospital about $10,000 a year.
•In Pittsburgh, the 792-bed UPMC Presbyterian cut C. diff 71% from 2000 to 2006 with new cleaning protocols, better identification and isolation of infected patients, and antibiotic controls.
•In Oak Lawn, Ill., the 695-bed Advocate Christ Medical Center reduced C. diff cases 55% by retraining housekeepers, coordinating care with infection prevention specialists, and adopting new disinfection standards for high-touch areas.”
But if you’re having one case of any health care infections a year, that’s still a problem and all unacceptable.

At least in some cases there is Justice

“Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment. The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC). Harper’s record for associating with  undesireables just keeps getting better and better. Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment.  The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC).Less than two years later, Porter found himself chair of our spy services oversight committee, a position in which he had access to all of Canada’s intelligence secrets. He was appointed to the Board of Air Canada and made a Queen’s Privy Councillor.  Porter also was connected to self-described arms-dealer and former (alleged) Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe. The two were involved in a dubious business deal involving a $120 million investment by Russia in “port development” in Africa.  It turned out that Porter was also claiming to be ambassador plenipotentiary of Sierra Leone, one of the most corrupt countries on earth — an obvious conflict with his SIRC role.”

Quebec’s anti-corruption task force suspects Porter and four high-profile  executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital  were part of a massive fraud conspiracy.UPAC issued arrest warrants Wednesday morning for Arthur Porter, Pierre  Duhaime, Riadh Ben Aissa, Yanai Elbaz , Jeremy Morris. UPAC confirmed  Wednesday that Elbaz – the former associate director general of the MUHC – is in  custody and will be charged Thursday. Duhaime — the former CEO of SNC-Lavalin – will turn himself in to Surete du  Quebec headquarters Thursday morning, He has already been charged with fraud. Ben  Aissa — another former executive at SNC-Lavalin — has already been arrested  and questioned by police for his possible role in other plots. All five are wanted for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and related charges.

Quebec’s police task force on corruption is probing the billion-dollar contract for McGill Montreal mega-hospital awarded to a consortium led by Montreal engineering giant SNC Lavalin Group Inc. SNC-led consortium had won the McGill University Health Centre contract. Police raid the McGill University Health Centre . Up until six months ago, the hospital project had been overseen by Riadh Ben Aissa, a former head of SNC’s construction division, and also a central figure in an ongoing scandal. One of SNC’s original subcontractors in the project was a company controlled by construction magnate Antonio (Tony) Accurso – a controversial figure who now is also facing fraud and corruption charges. The hospital deal was put together under the watch of the previous chief executive of the health centre, Arthur Porter who left his own job under a cloud late last year. Arthur Porter had been appointed chair of the federal government’s security-intelligence watchdog agency, when his African business dealings with an arms dealer were revealed. Dr. Porter stepped down from both jobs. The Quebec government has earmarked $2.35-billion for an effort to reconstruct Montreal hospitals, the lion’s share going to the McGill University Health Centre campus. “Quebec’s anti-corruption unit has put several high-profile figures in its crosshairs since being established last year. It has arrested construction magnates such as Mr. Accurso and Paolo Catania, as well as Frank Zampino, a former city councillor who was the right-hand man of Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay.”

Not much of a surprise? The tip of the iceberg is being revealed only as  the overall depth of corruption will take much more time apparently to uncover, corruptions that likley permeates the whole project. Birds of feathers tend to flock together. And no one should tell us that  these initial suspected persons, now  were even  just isolated individuals acting on their own without the vast help and knowledge of any others now too. Higher education never insures one’s good moral standings.

It is not a coincident that today even  Half of my most popular posts are about the much too many  bad cops also in Canada..

Former CSIS watchdog Arthur Porter arrested in Panama .Arthur Porter, the well-connected oncologist and hospital administer whom Prime Minister Stephen Harper appointed three years ago to oversee Canada’s spy agency, was arrested with his wife in Panama on charges including fraud against the Quebec government relating to his alleged role in the handling of a $1.3-billion Montreal hospital construction and maintenance contract, awarded three years ago to scandal-plagued engineering giant SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. The head of Quebec’s anti-corruption task force made the announcement Monday evening. In a written statement, Robert Lafreniere said the arrest was conducted after an investigation — code name Project Lauréat — by the Sureté du Québec, the RCMP and the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).Dr. Porter and his wife, Pamela Porter, are in police custody. Mrs. Porter is accused of handling the products of crime and con   Efforts are being made to extradite the couple to Canada, according to the statement.

We all know that Divorce destroys the family

I am sure many of us had a shock when we heard the first time that someone was filing for divorce, but most of us fail to understand the real reasons for the divorce..

Those whom I love I also do chasten and rebuke. For  if a wife does evil and not rather good do expect her to reap her consequences..  husbands too.

1 Cor  7:25    Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be faithful.26 I suppose therefore that this is good for the present distress, I say, that it is good for a man so to be.27 Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife.28 But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.29 But this I say, brethren, the time is short: it remaineth, that both they that have wives be as though they had none;30 And they that weep, as though they wept not; and they that rejoice, as though they rejoiced not; and they that buy, as though they possessed not;31 And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away.32 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord:33 But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife.34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.35 And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction.

How many of you do now know that Politicians, not just many people, can be really stupid, they can offer stupid advice in reality.. such as go on with your life..

Well the so called cold, indifferent experts now say have an easy  divorce and just move on.. but the too often grim reality in the news  is not so.. for when one spouse unexpectedly files for divorce the other one often can get violent, as well as the spouse who does not like the future as she sees it.. and next the damage done before anyone can deal with it .. a more  easy divorce will not help here.

Most marriages tend to end up in divorce because of one spouses inability to forgive, laziness, unrealistic expectations, uncontrolled sexual lust amongst many other things.

Really is being someone’s wife and someone’s mother  really worth the  full investment of a life? Does it take preparation of skills,  concentration of energies, and the commitment of both to keep a happy home? Can  she even have a significant input , contribution into her husband and her  children now too? and here too one will reap what one  has sown here as well..

Watch out for the money making speed traps..

So have you noticed that car insurance rates do not decrease even when less people have been killed on the road? when there have been less accidents.. they only go up and not down..

Watch out for the RCMP speed trap in Canmore , Alberta as you leave Banff park.. it generates the RCMP millions and millions of dollars per year.

( Revenue generating ) “Speed limits in the mountain parks are set with an eye toward preventing collisions with wildlife.” ( and how often does that occur? once a year?)

Police do love to lie and say that all accidents are mostly speed related, to justify their fat cow cash grabs, especially in Alberta and in Ontario now too.. they lump all of their homemade statistics as the accidents, deaths related all to speeding.. but not in reality to drunk driver, bad drivers, road rage, poor roads, bad snow cleaning..  This is also still simply not acceptable. There is a direct link between DRIVING and collisions. The MORE you drive, the more likely you are to be involved in a collision and the more likely you are to get seriously hurt . So the police will now give tickets to all drivers .

Now   if the cops are here just to collect speeding tickets and not to catch the real bad guys than merely do get rid of them.. speeding is not the main factor in accidents firstly.. but impaired, drunk drivers, road rage are..   The police can get promoted for getting more cash, giving out more tickets too.. self serving or really serving the public interest? Now we all know the police love to drink, love to speed,  and how many cops get pulled over?

“As Alberta grows, drivers are causing more problems, he said: “A lot of people are impatient, there’s road rage like never before, an increase of vehicles on our roadways, With booming populations, there’s an increase in collisions.” wow those are very smart observations, even such as traffic tickets are good cash cows too,  and what all the people who speed are guilty of road rage? or is there a separate ticket being issued to road ragers? just as there is to drunk drivers? Anyone who thinks the cops here are being honest, serving the public is a fool.

Here is what I found amazing and worth while examining now  in much more detail.. insurance companies in Canada do not mind gouging Canadian consumers in their greed to make more profits..  and we all know that accumulating speeding , traffic infractions, will cause your car insurance costs to go up significantly…

and yet here is what I find surprising, neither the insurance companies, the provincial government, nor the federal government, the police have real, valid detailed statistics on the causes of traffic accidents: such as how many were caused my alcoholic drivers, how many were caused by speeding, how many were caused by poor road conditions, lousy snow clearing as well, etc not even in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, BC as well.. …

so what do the insurance companies do with all the extra money they collect, certainly they of all persons should have firstly the best statistics on traffic accidents now in the first place, or how do they determine their rates??? Even Canada’s police chiefs have to rely on accident statistics from other countries, such as Australia, Great Britain, the US..

And while car death rates have fallen, the ubiquitous use of cell phones and BlackBerrys while driving pose a serious  danger to drivers.

Note the RCMP who is so ready to monitor others cannot monitor itself properly

The RCMP like to give speed tickets when you are leaving the park, not entering it too.. and I got 2 speeding tickets on the same spot in Canmore ten years apart too… and the second time I went to court and rightfully fought the dirty RCMP too.      It’s all very simple: obey the laws.  You broke the law, accept the consequences, and if that hypocritical, absurd, extreme statement was the reality, the truth, everyone would next be in jail, all of the politicians, civil and public servants, cops firstly.

“Those heading up our national police force must be so glad people have other things on their minds these days. Otherwise, Canadians might be howling about the Mounties’ latest antics and demanding our political leaders hold them accountable. Because, as we know, our elected officials refuse to utter the least critical word about the RCMP unless there is public pressure or they fear electoral ramifications.”

Most reasonable and reasoning people have seen the folly of speed cameras for decades now too.

The ” official statistics showed that only five per cent of crashes are caused by drivers breaking the speed limit. Drivers who let their attention wander cause more than six times as many accidents.” Driver error accounted for 66 per cent of accidents.. and add the road rage, impaired, drunk drivers, bad poorly maintained vehicles to that too

In reality the too often self serving, money hungry, promotional and empire oriented police, and their superiors, bad justice ministers, bad politicians  really do not care about the citizens good welfare but only their own. The police TRAFFIC program brings in hundreds of thousands of dollars but the police, city runs the program as revenue neutral. Profits are put back into more supposedly good  traffic safety initiatives,  but mainly into the police  empire building, so it really IS NOT THE CITIZENS GOOD WELFARE THEY FIRSTLY DO ALL CARE ABOUT.

And next so still do lay off all those people at city hall who are used to the “unacceptable culture of corruption and entitlement”. cut in half their expense accounts, and cut off all of the out of town trips too

And  No  matter how that dirty RCMP weasel spins the facts, tries to weasel out of the truth, the RCMP was clearly wrong on many counts in the Taser death of a polish immigrant at the Vancouver airport.. they were uncompassionate, inconsiderate, used more restraining force than was necessary, and they next also clearly lied to cover-up their own immoral acts, and many times as well, They slander a good man in the process as well.. and so none of this was, is acceptable or forgivable.. none  of it.

Remember that one of the first RCMP outpost in Canada historcially was in Calgary, Alberta the major home of crooks, thieves, cattle rustlers. Now it is the home of not just the abusers, drug pushers, car thieves, white collar criminals but the bad RCMP as well.

The CLSC’s are an integral part of the Quebec  health and social service centres  (CSSSs).
They provide Free health and social services on their premises, but also in schools, at work and at home. The Quebec CLSC services for the people within the CLSC’s territory include:
  • routine health and social services (nursing care, blood tests, vaccinations, morning-after contraception, etc.)
  • preventive or medical services (medical consultations with or without an appointment)
  • rehabilitation and reintegration services; and
  • public health activities.

Sadly not all the CLSC’s are managed the same, as there are some that are very poorly managed and very inadequate still.  That is the same fact with the Hospitals in Montreal too.

This CLSC in Rosemount, Montreal has undeniably been the best, they have provided excellent services for my aged mother and many others for many years too but in the end even their serviceses had degenerated.

I  had posted here  my views of the Rosemount CLSC   nurses..

Subsequent to this one of the CLSC  nurses in my home had asked me to lobby to get more money for the Nurses.. This is not a normal request and not a rightful  demand by any CLSC nurse.  Let her stay with her job solely. And  it is not the Nurses Job also now  to act as a Doctor, to question what the Doctor has told me personally to do in regard to my own diabetes control ,  that of myself or of my  mother.. rather she can contact the doctor herself.. and learn from him..
Note Insulin recommendations levels   given by Doctors  given   by needles are not like Pills where you make just them. Needle based insulin has to be adjusted  by all diabetes patients too according to the persons sugar level and also adjusted  to how the patient   actually eats.. I follow the Doctors specific instructions now and not the Nurses..
Please note the same nurse  had often complained to me she is overworked and understaffed.. so what have I do do with that? Maybe she is trying to be a doctor and not a Nurse

Pub meetings?

The three worst months ever for the Harper government for the Conservatives, it was the session from hell.

Here are ten things that wrong for the Tories’ this session.

1. The beginning of the Justin Trudeau era

A Forum Research poll released late last month suggested Justin Trudeau has won the hearts and minds of a lot of Canadians: the pollster predicted that the Trudeau-led Liberals are on their way to a commanding majority government in the next election.

2. Bye bye Penashue

On May 13, Peter Penashue — the former cabinet minister forced to resign after it was learned that he accepted ineligible campaign donations — lost his byelection in Labrador to Liberal Yvonne Jones.

3. Brent Rathgeber and the backbench revolt

A month after rumblings of a backbench revolt, Brent Rathgeber resigned from the Tory caucus after his Conservative colleagues watered down his private member’s bill — Bill C-461 — meant to shine a light on public sector salaries. He didn’t go quietly, however, suggesting that backbenchers in the Tory caucus were a bunch of trained seals.

4. So, where’s that $3.1 billion?

The Conservative Party’s ‘fiscally responsible’ brand took a hit in May when the auditor general’s report slammed the government for losing track of $3.1 billion that was supposed to be earmarked for national security.  What no one in government can explain exactly where the money went.

5. Senate shenanigans

The Senate expense scandal continued and intensified during the spring session of Parliament.

The expense claims of Senators Mike Duffy and Patrick Brazeau — both handpicked by Stephen Harper — are under RCMP investigation, or at least review. Meanwhile Senator Pamela Wallin’s travel expenses are still being audited by Deloitte.

6. Harper says goodbye to a friend (aka former chief of staff Nigel Wright)

During this session of Parliament, Prime Minister Harper was forced to accept the resignation of his right hand man and now former chief of staff Nigel Wright.

Wright’s maleficence was a personal cheque of $90,000 to Senator Mike Duffy so that Duffy could repay his improperly claimed expenses. That transfer of funds is now under investigation by the RCMP.

7. A battle with Elections Canada

At least three Tory MPs were embroiled in very public disputes with Elections Canada during this parliamentary session.

In a letter, Elections Canada advised Speaker Andrew Scheer that MPs Shelly Glover and James Bezan be suspended from Parliament because of their failure to comply with the Elections Act with regard to their 2011 election campaign returns.

Glover has since filed an amended return. Bezan will take his case to court while a House committee will decide his fate in Parliament.

8. Robocall scandal not going away

In late May, in a court action brought forward by the left-leaning Council of Canadians, Federal Court Judge Richard Mosley ruled that the “Conservative Party of Canada or any CPC candidates” were not directly involved in any campaign to mislead voters during the 2011 election campaign.

But — and this is a big but — he also said that “the most likely source of the information used to make the misleading calls was the CIMS database maintained and controlled by the [Conservative Party].”

As Elections Canada continues their investigation into misleading calls in Guelph, this is a story that will certainly dog the Tories in future sessions.

9. Another Conservative rising star becomes a falling star

On Monday, Saulie Zajdel — a former Tory candidate and “regional advisor” for Heritage Minister James Moore — was arrested in Montreal and now faces a cadre of charges linked to the city’s ongoing corruption probe.

By itself, this story doesn’t do any damage to the Conservative’  brand. But put with the other Conservative appointees — Bruce Carson, Arthur Porter and Senators Patrick Brazeau, Mike Duffy and Pamela Wallin — it tarnishes the public’s opinion of Stephen Harper’s judgement.

10. MP Eve Adams, her hair, nail appointments and her cell phone

Earlier this month, Tory MP Eve Adams was forced to defend herself over allegations that she broke Elections Canada rules for claiming over $2,777 in “personal expenses” during the 2011 election, on things such visits to hair and nail salons, mouthwash and whitening toothpaste. She embarrassed herself again, this week, when it was learned that she received a $155 traffic citation for talking on her cell phone while driving on Parliament Hill.

MONTREAL — A little more than a year ago, Saulie Zajdel joined Stephen  Harper for a happy-hour pub stop in Montreal as perhaps the Conservatives’ best  hope to win their first seat in this city in a quarter-century. Today, Zajdel is under arrest.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Finance Minister Jim Flaherty joined   brewery manager Colin O’Brien, and supply director Paul Armstrong at the Guinness brew house.

Our Canadian Christian evangelical Prime Minister Stephen Harper makes an essential stop at the Irish Guinness brewery, he sure has fooled all those fundamental western Christians who voted from him cause they had been lied to that he was a  Christian evangelical abstainer

Mike) Duffy affair.”  On Wednesday, a Nanos Research poll conducted for the CBC found that 72 per  cent of Canadians said they were dissatisfied or somewhat dissatisfied with  Stephen Harper’s explanation of what he knew about the $90,000 personal cheque  written by the prime minister’s chief of staff to cover Duffy’s inappropriate  expenses. Only 27 per cent of those polled were satisfied or somewhat satisfied, which  indicates that since 40 per cent of voters cast a ballot for the Tories in May  2011, a large number of Tory partisans are not happy with this whole affair.”

Liberal MP Ralph Goodale recited a laundry list of PM Stephen Harper.s Conservative government appointees that have gone bad.

The growing list is staggering.

There’s Senators Patrick Brazeau, Pamela Wallin and Mike Duffy who are all under investigation and/or review for improperly claimed benefits.

There’s Nigel Wright, the prime minister’s former chief of staff, who gifted Duffy $90,000 — the RCMP is investigating this transfer.

There’s ex-Harper aide Bruce Carson who is currently facing charges of influence peddling.

Dr Arthur Porter was the head of Canada’s spy agency watchdog and is now wanted by Quebec police in relation to the province’s corruption scandals.

There’s former Labrador MP Peter Penashue who was put into cabinet by Harper but forced to resign after it was learned that he accepted ineligible donations during the 2011 election campaign.

And, on Monday, Postmedia News reported that Montreal RCMP are investigating a former Conservative Senate staffer and ex-candidate with a regard to a corruption probe into a “Parliament Hill renovation project.”
and there is more…

Stephen Harper had said his party would be better over the others,, we certainly did not think that mean he would have more bad gals and guys…

THE BAD senate Senate choices are revolting,  Harper handing Liberals more ammunition by his patronage appointment of senators. There are those like me who think the Upper House is nothing more than a high-priced retirement home for political hacks. it will cost hard-pressed Canadian taxpayers a fortune. Each senator makes $134,000 a year, or far, far more than the average person who toils at a real job. But wait that is just the beginning, add on their paid overseas  trips, expense accounts, etc. This was more about saving his government supporters than anything else.  Harper would have had a lot more credibility if he’d left the positions open and kept pushing for reform. “Harper’s own recent bad  appointment of senators indicates clearly still that Harper  cannot be trusted to work with the opposition parties as a minority government. Harper had once sold himself to Canadians as a different kind of politician, one who’d refrain from using patronage appointments to the Senate. A man who could be trusted to keep that and other promises.. Instead, Harper has fast become the kind of governing politician he once professed to abhor — one who routinely breaks his word. After insisting he would never appoint people to an un-elected Senate, the prime minister sent a staggering 18 curly-tailed snorters to the Red Room, confirming his election pledges aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.  Harper talks a good talk when it comes reality he has another side.. the one that shows up in the pub

Yes  Stephen Harper the Prime Minister he too now has showed us all he really was a liar, no better than the rest, and he has continued wrongfully too to hire more of his conservative friends into good government jobs.. so now do rightfully fire him TOO.

The whole truth comes out why you hired bad people  or about the drunk drivers,  poor now removal, road accidents, recession, Stephen Harper, city halls corruptions.. but first can you tell me why the poor managers allow all these civil bad public servants, senators, aides, MPs, MLA’s, MPP’s  in municipalities, provinces, Canada wide, fly all over the country, world wide, eat   fine food, drink alcohol,  in fine restaurants at taxpayer’s expense while the country is in a big recession? The sad Unacceptable taxpayer’s money abuses.
The continual mismanagement, budget deficit, tax payer money abuses and has there been even any changes in all this really? We all  really still do need still a full  review of the waste, fraud, and abuse that has plagued governmental efforts. What is also needed is a enforced, real program to remove public officials from office that take our money and abuse it, spend it on their own false pet projects while many of our people still are not getting the help that they need. You also did notice the cops do too often still  not  practice what they preach to others they themselves still do like to speed, and how many like to drink and drive still too?
We need to also stop electing liars and alcoholics too.. be for certain there is no such thing as a little bit pregnant, and that there is a direct correlation between the people who are heavy alcohol users.. that they are the same persons who will also take bad drugs… and they will also be the same persons who also now do cheat , lie, steal, commit tax evasions.. as they have no solid morality
(Gal 5:19 KJV) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
If you drink 2 martinis at lunch time or supper time  for a start  you are definitely an alcoholic. Now the Provincial Governments, tend to now want to to reduce gambling or alcohol consumption for it is a great money maker for them, and too many Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze.. The problem with the Police or Politicians consuming too much alcohol, is that alcohol not only makes you a mental retard cause it does now kills your brain cell, alcohol also kills your emotions of compassion, and reasoning ability now as well..

Let us all also be clear about it too, pigging out, living high on the hog, or patronistic hiring practices is clearly an unacceptable  abuse, theft of the tax payer s money for certainty, taxpayer’s money were never, never even intended out for this mater.

A Liberal  alcoholic politician is now just as bad as a   Conservative alcoholic politician firstly.. and lies just as much..

It seems we have too many cheats, thieves, liars, alcoholics, adulterers for cops and for politicians still in Canada. and in the US..  the Obama included.. . for basically there is no such thing as a little bit pregnant, it seems you are basically honest or merely another crook…

These days it is too hard to tell the difference between secular persons and  the professing Christians . Genuine Born Again Evangelical Christians are total abstainers from smoking, drugs, alcohol, cheating, lying, stealing, tax evasions, pornography, or rather all personal vices, Impairments Alcoholics now are also the  bad people but so are the drug users. They trend to cost significant expenditures for the taxpayers as well..

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. So where is it?

“Obama smokes too much, and he needs to moderate his alcohol consumption.  I know I’m being subjective, but something about Obama’s facial expressions have looked a little off, particularly a tendency to smile or almost smile at inappropriate times. I had thought this was an example of the way liars smile when they think they are getting away with a lie. However, his expressions could also indicate he is being affected by alcohol. At a time when the nation faces significant economic and foreign problems, would any president who wasn’t an alcoholic brag about setting up his own brewery? Obama’s decision to brew his own beer indicates alcohol plays a major role in his life. Working class individuals might brew their own beer because they don’t get a feeling of personal accomplishment from their jobs. Obama is President of the United States. He shouldn’t need to brew his own beer to feel he’s accomplishing anything. A beer summit involving Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates and Cambridge police Sergeant Jim Crowley provides an example of how alcoholics think alcohol is a solution to problems. The beer summit isn’t the only time Obama has invited someone to the White House for a drink. Obama admitted in his autobiography that he drank heavily when he was young and he even took bad drugs.. There’s a strong possibility that Obama is an alcoholic like his father Barack Obama, Sr., and his half brother George Obama. Susceptibility to alcoholism is hereditary. As a nephew of a few alcoholics, I know that the only way alcoholics can avoid the negative affects of alcoholism is to not drink alcohol. Moderate use is not an option for alcoholics.  Could alcohol consumption combined with the high altitude explain his poor performance? This is most likely an indication that the O-man is seriously in over his head.Yes unlike his predecessor, former President George W. Bush, who refrained from cracking open a cold one in or out of the White House, Obama has enjoyed many a tasty beverage  even since moving into the Executive Mansion On a date night with the first lady in New York at Blue Hill, a West Village eatery, Obama opted for a wine that accompanied the five-course tasting menu, while Michelle sipped on two martinis. On the night he won the presidential election, Obama cracked open a bottle of Graham Beck Brut NV, a sparkling wine from South Africa. And just before he was sworn into office, Obama stopped by one of his favorite Chicago haunts, Topolobampo, and ordered wine pairings with the $90 “celebration” tasting menu. But, restaurant manager Kevin Casey says, Obama and the first lady have a history of ordering up a round of margaritas at the restaurant. “People are losing 5, 10, 20,000 dollars a day in the stock market, and he’s sitting there drinking a beer,” one caller said. “It’s insulting. There’s a lot of people suffering.” Another caller complained, “The president is the president 24 hours a day. I don’t think he should drink on the job.”  Obama could be a “high functioning alcoholic” (HFA). They usually don’t give obvious signs of being affected by alcohol and can function without those around them noticing any adverse affects on judgment or behavior. Sandra Rose believes that alcoholism would be consistent with Obama’s narcissist personality. She agrees that a recommendation of moderation wouldn’t be needed if a patient was already drinking in moderation. The fact that those around Obama praise everything he does would reinforce any feelings Obama has that his drinking isn’t adversely affecting him. Their tendency to idolize him would blind them to any indications he had a problem with alcohol” An alcoholic Obama could appear to be functioning normally but still have impaired judgment that would affect decision making. He  And what you now here too will your ignorance here too of all this now?  the tip of the iceberg of his bad morality too..  A Duke University study lists President Richard Nixon as one of our previous alcoholic presidents. He was forced to resign from office because of poor decisions associated with the Watergate scandal. President Ulysses S.Grant who was an alcoholic is considered to have had one of the most corrupt administrations.

Provincial governments in Canada are making record breaking profits by encouraging the citizens to consume even more  alcohol, beer and are making even  more even by the  taxation of these products. They should not be encouraging the citizens to do so.
This continues for years to be one of my most popular posts too.

Private data is being collected and stored, in Canada, why?

You probably saw on the news that a U.S. government agency has been caught secretly spying on the private communications of millions of people like you – through their cell phones,1 and through popular online services like Google, Facebook, and Skype.2

Now, The Globe And Mail is reporting that Canada has its own agency operating in near-total secrecy that appears to be doing the same thing – recklessly collecting and storing our most sensitive private information in giant databases.3

This is important: We need to know what sensitive private data is being collected and stored, and why. Call on the government to tell us the truth about their reckless online spying program immediately.

Steve and Lindsey, on behalf of your team

P.S. Fighting for our right to privacy has been a long haul, but we’re proud to have Canadians counting on us to keep our ears to the ground, and to keep amplifying your voices when it counts. It would mean a lot to our small team if you could chip what you can now. If you really believe in our work, please consider supporting our ongoing campaigns by making regular contributions as a special Ally.

P.P.S. This is an international issue. OpenMedia is also joining with other groups to call on the U.S. government to stop its spying on the online activity of people around the world, including Canadians. Once you’ve raised your voice in Canada we hope you’ll also join the international campaign.

Quebec French Hospital CHUM also under review for money abuse

The Treasury wants to end an “allowance of attraction” Annual nearly $ 100 000 paid to the Director General of the Hospital of the University of Montreal (CHUM), Christian Paire.  This additional recurring compensation granted by the Board of Directors of the CHUM, was negotiated in 2009, when the CEO came to office. The Treasury now wants to abolish the term of office in June 2013, as told to the La Presse Newspaper.
“In June 2009, Treasury Board authorized the Board of CHUM to pay additional recurring remuneration up to $ 101,000 to its CEO,” says Jo-Annie Larocque, Press Secretary of the President of the Treasury Board, Stéphane Bédard.
Recently, the Treasury Board has, however, indicated the administration of CHUM they do  not want this allocation   renewed after the agreement in June 2013. This additional compensation varied years since it was included in the total compensation of Mr. Pair, whose ceiling was set at $ 350,000 by the government. In 2011, it reached  $ 294, 100 while it was $ 93,196 this year.
Secret salary
This is the first time that the veil was  lifted on the wage conditions of Christian Paire. To date, the CHUM has always falsely refused to disclose the content of the contract between the director general, even under the Law on Access to Information.
The head of communications at the CHUM, Isabelle Lavigne, has also refused to comment on the compensation of Mr. Pair and allocation of attraction that is paid.
It was finally  thanks to  the Ministry of Health and Social Services, it was possible to learn that the total compensation fixed at $ 350,000, excluding the compensation from third parties.
This salary includes a premium of 7% because the Director General shall be available at all times, as well as allocation of school management to academic vocation and an additional remuneration (allocation of attraction) requested by the CHUM.
In the past, the CHUM has already sent to the Ministry of Health for an “additional lump sum”, which was refused.
By comparison, the former CEO of CHUM, Dr. Denis Roy, for his part received a fee of $ 189,000 with paid   $56 .700.
In Ontario, the salary of CEOs is higher, as the remuneration of doctors and nurses, and it is not uncommon that exceeds $ 350,000.
Additional income
La Presse has also learned that the Director General of the CHUM, Christian Paire, also received a salary as an annual lump sum from the University of Montreal (UdeM) without having worked there. This additional compensation was paid in 2010 and 2011 and added to the $ 350,000 received from the CHUM .
Following an agreement with the University, Mr. Pair was hired as an assistant clinical professor at the end of 2009, confirms spokesman UdeM, Mathieu Filion.
A review of the contracts was made in summer 2011. “It was noted that the contract was problematic. There was no provision of work, “says Filion acknowledging that” the case
Mr. Pair is quite unique. “
A letter was sent to Mr. Pair in November 2011, telling her that the contract was broken. After this mailing, eight hours of work have been completed.
According to various sources, this compensation reached $ 80,000 annually. A share of $ 50,000 was paid by the University. The remaining amount of $ 30,000, came from the Fondation du CHUM, which is illegal, according to the Ministry of Health.
so what is the Useless RCMP doing about this.. nothing again?

The Permanent Anti-Corruption Unit (UPAC) must address the issue of CHUM believes Québec solidaire (QS). The spokesman QS, Françoise David, and the member for Mercier, Amir Khadir, surrendered Monday morning at the offices of the UPAC to file a request to investigate the awarding of contracts for the implementation of the CHUM and its research center.

According to QS, these records contain many elements that raise doubts and justify an inquiry.
During a press conference Monday morning, Françoise David and Amir Khadir noted the lack of competition in the bidding process leading to the award of the contract CHUM formed consortium of Dalkia, Innisfree and OHL and contract research Center (CHUM Research Centre) Access to Health consortium CHUM. Québec solidaire advances that  several companies involved in the tender process have a history of known collusion. Members also questioned the choice of Quebec to opt for a public-private partnership (PPP) for these two projects whose costs have increased from 1.4 to nearly 2.6 billion.

No doubt about it.. the RCMP is a big joke, laughing stock

Undeniably the governments have failed to look after their own subordinates, our civil and public servants,  and to look adequately after all of us in Canada. unacceptable. There was the Ongoing Montreal Corruptions while the Police , RCMP and the Federal, Quebec Governments did nothing about it.. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

PR (103)

Imagine this you a proven liar, criminal can steal over one hundred thousand dollars, and as long as the amount likley equals the cost of keeping you in jail if you are a politician  you can rather be freed. and not do your time. Now what kind of exemplary punishment is this, note this the law  and order Conservatives -Liberals, and so the police, civil servants do, will get equally special treatment over the ordinary citizens, criminals. No restitution of stolen funds was included here too? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

IT seems all the RCMP Canada wide can do is to collect revenue generating traffic tickets as it fails to catch the real criminals mostly still too.. why is that? It undeniably has really bad managers still..

The PRETENTIOUS TOO OFTEN Police really cannot CATCH  the crimminals so they go after the car speeders instead..

A Hundred years too late the  Assistant RCMP Commissioner Michaud said that the new National Division will provide “more focus” to the RCMP’s investigations into allegations of corruption or fraud, such as the Senate spending scandal. But when any of this may happen next only God knows, the cost ineffective, mismanaged RCMP is still mostly useless even here. The RCMP is doing the same thin the citizens are doing they are looking into Senate expenses scandal, but no real criminal  investigation  yet.  Assistant Commissioner Gilles Michaud said the police force is still engaged in a document review and meeting potential witnesses. Asked if a formal investigation has started, he said: “No” He also had refused to speculate on the time that it will take to come to a conclusion on the matter in terms of launching a probe or closing the file. His guess is a good as mine if history repeats itself.. never..

Look the RCMP even had known   for years specifics details by wire tapping about the Corruption in the Quebec city halls and they next still did nothing good about it..

Sadly and wrongfully RCMP itself has still  overlooks the bad behaviour of the RCMP in many instances even since 2007 including the new Commissioner Elliot, for example during the entire Dzeikanski taser killing probe for Elliot, like the rest of the RCMP continued to deny everything until they undeniably were backed into a corner. It would seem the RCMP and Ellliot contributed to further cover-ups and did not humbly accept shortcoming or being accountable. Perversely the RCMP AND ELLIOT saw what was recorded on video and proof that was documented in the opposite way that  most of the entire rather honest Canadian population saw ! Yes  the   RCMP again  have lost much more respect over the past two years as well as embarrassing Canada again world-wide.

Decades and decades later the police are still  even covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments…

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retraining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year ..

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets ehh

Now  this year, the City of Montreal revealed, through an access to information request, that the student protests had cost the city more than $11.6 million in overtime just in the Month  of Aug. All this wasted expenditure  while major rampant corruption was being carried out next to the Justice center, police station all  unstopped and unchecked, the foxes in the Montreal City Hall were continuing to steal money from the taxpayers and City Hall executives, personnel falsely went along with it?

It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

Reasons Your House Isn’t Selling

Spring is finished, Summer is here Housing Sales is back. Most  People want a home for July 1st Possession too
“The market is starting to hum again—even roar in some areas, with demand outstripping supply.” as the realtor  would lie to you..  A new report  an Association of Realtors shows that sales of existing homes   saw the most growth in years”
When you are buying it is called a Home,. and when you are selling it is called a house deliberately so you will not get attached to it. It is always House selling market?????
According to the Realtor it is always a good time to sell your House or to buy a Home.. especially for them, as they earn a commission hopefully.. so most of them it seems will even lie to get your listing, lie as to what they will do, and lie about the reasons still most houses do not sell within the listing period..
And what you did not know everyone lies, but some tell much bigger lies, more unacceptably too. By the way self regulation of professionals tends not to work, it is just another word for masturbation.. and politicians are reluctant to do much good about this anyway.

But still a stronger Real Estate market still  isn’t a guarantee that you can even sell your house. There will always be reasons Realtors have not sold your home and reasons some people won’t buy what you’re offering.

Having trouble attracting a buyer?
How to overcome some common obstacles to a home sale
If you chose a bad real estate firm and even worse now chose a bad incompetent, lying Realtor you are already facing a great set back.. Hiring the wrong agent. If you’re selling your home you need to choose a real estate agent that not only knows the area and the housing market well, but has the marketing skills to make your home stand out. You just cannot go with any old firm or agent, or with what your friends tell you to do, you have to do some real work, research firstly here too  Looking to chose a Realtor.. call a local firm a, talk to the manager and ask for his best Realtor, ask him how many homes he sold in the last year too..  But wait after you chose the best Realtor, he more she might be selling homes faster cause they are giving them away, lowering  prices to a fire sale.. you do not need a Realtor now to give your home away.. Some Realtor try to lower you selling price so they can buy your home and sell at a large profit… even 30 to 50 percent;

If you’ve really been having bad luck with Realtors and  bad on the market, you may want to visit with your neighbours and take a take a good, long look as to what their homes are like. According to numerous housing experts, the most common reasons your house isn’t selling are the following.

1. You’re pricing it too high or unrealistic for the area, model of home, local amenities . “Without question, the No. 1 reason a home doesn’t sell is price, is it has not been properly valued.. ”   “Sellers want to have as mooch income form their house and tend not to objective about the realistic value.”

2. Your house is kind of run-down and needs to be spruced up.. Repaint the whole hose inside and outside, and throw out a lot of that cluttering junk you collected over the years, empty your garages.. “Most times  it’s as easy as doing some fresh landscaping and a  fresh coat of paint ,”  Most  buyers are busy are lazy, are looking for properties where they can ‘unpack’ without doing a lot in renovations or decorating. Most home owners still families would prefer to spend their weekend relaxing rather than redecorating.

3. Your house isn’t run-down, but it looks like it might be, it shows there is major repair need, . “ The signs of water damage, roof or wall leaks, roof repairs and other areas clearly needing repairs,, busted screen doors, needing repair  will be a huge turn-off to potential buyers.

4. The realtors says You are inflexible not just in your pricing but you are showing your house off enough?  Great looking homes tend to sell within a week, and not amount of extra Open Houses, homes visits will sell a poor home, rather they offer the Realtor an opportunity to aquire more contacts for themselves only. Unless there’s a good reason, don’t ask your agent to be present for all home tours. It makes scheduling hard and many agents prefer to have privacy with their buyers as they look through a house.

5. The Realtor isn’t  advertising your house properly. It costs money to advertise in the newspapers, the place most people go to buy a home still, and the Realtors’ boss refuses to give him or her money to advertise in the newspapers.. so you lose.. limiting your house’s listing  on websites takes a lot longer to sell ..

6. Your house is poorly located ? No Problem. tell all your neighbors you are selling your house, ask them to see your home, they can tell their friends who may want to move into the area  about your home..

Like I said there is no easy short cut to selling a House quickly.. it takes real work.. Do not trust anyone.. check it out for yourself too.. It is true that most people will not buy a home directly but only from a Realtor as they prefer a professional third party negotiator.
