Hoodwinked

000 1t1

PM Justin Trudeau back tracks on pledge to balance the federal government’s books before the next election, eliminating Canada’s deficit by 2019. The  Liberal campaign promise, to put Ottawa’s books in balance by 2019, is no longer operative.

We are too embarressed to admit that we have been lied to, taken as suckers, hood winked by  the new  federal Liberalgovernment and their now clearly empty promises.. After the election day, all those  liberal promises began to quickly broken. The Liberal party of Canada won a majority in parliament after the longest election campaign in modern Canadian history. Prime Minister elect Justin Trudeau with his lies, false promises was able to come back from a third place in polls at the beginning of the race to a win that seemed unlikely given the 2011 elections that left the party decimated. The Liberal platform was built on false promises of  working fiscal stimulus 0canada-2

The economic recovery in Canada was to be the main empahsis, and they now admit they do not know how to deal worth it. You could have elected anyone  for that job..

Canadians have lost faith in the economy in the wake of the oil price dropping some more so the economy is facing “real challenges.”   The price of oil, a major Canadian export, has fallen more than 70 percent since mid-2014.    A large part of Canada’s US dollar income comes from the sale of energy-based goods to the rest of the world and to the USA in particular. and the US has loads of oil.

Over the last 30 years, the Canadian dollar had  fallen below US$0.70 only once, from 1998 to 2002.

Also the   the real concern and the real story is going to be what’s going on in the global economy as the world economy is weak. Japan is struggling, as are parts of Europe. The European, Chinese and the Russian  economies are slowing. But we knew all that before the Liberal election.

The Trudeau government’s promised $60-billion infrastructure program will not, even solve Canada’s growth problems as it only will help the  selected rich to get richer.   It also will not Canada’s record-high household debt load   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2016/01/19/the-crime-that-is-repeated-in-every-canadian-city/

canada

And in the near-term, a small risk of a deeper  recession  still can not even be ruled ou. The past  low borrowing costs have already nearly doubled house prices over the past decade eliciting warnings of a housing crash .

Canada’s economic uncertainty is real but it’s leaders are not… The Canadian economy is facing real multiple headwinds.

Canada has ‘no intention’ to cancel $15bn arms deal with Saudi Arabia.

0canada-2
On the latest  Saudi arms deal, the new Liberal boss in Ottawa Canada is just like the old Con boss and Liberal Foreign Affairs Minister Stéphane Dion’s approval the bulk of the Saudi arms deal could have been written by former Conservative prime minister Stephen Harper. Well. If further proof was needed that the sunny new regime in Ottawa is perfectly capable of behaving just like the un-sunny previous regime, we now have it, in a memo that was stamped “Secret,” then rather inconveniently laid bare in the Federal Court of Canada. Foreign Affairs Minister Stéphane Dion,  wilful blindness and justification for selling billions worth of fighting vehicles and weaponry to Saudi Arabia, one of the most oppressive regimes on Earth.is still unacceptable.  Dion explicitly endorses Saudi Arabia’s ruinous military campaign in Yemen, the victims of which, according to the United Nations, are overwhelmingly civilian. Sadly Saudi Arabia’s fundamentalist Sunni regime is grimly determined to suppress, by any means  any demands for autonomy by Shia populations living on the Arabian peninsula. When Shia demonstrations erupted in Bahrain during the so-called Arab Spring, Saudi Arabia sent armoured columns across the causeway linking it to the Sunni-ruled island, which proceeded to pitilessly crush the dissent, imprisoning and killing and torturing and demolishing Shia mosques. The kingdom was also an eager and early bankroller of the Sunni rebels in Syria. That some of those groups were affiliated with al-Qaeda is relevant to Riyadh. Then there is the little matter of how the Saudis treat their own citizens. They have a hideous record of torture, oppression, arbitrary arrest and mistreatment of detainees, suppression of speech and religion, and institutional misogyny.  Bur when the Liberals were in opposition: “Principled foreign policy indeed.”Once in government,   moral outrage is a less affordable luxury.  Canada is not  any more hypocritical than other countries that shill vigorously for their arms manufacturers.  Talking out of the sides of their mouths is the Canadian way. Also, it’s not like the Saudis are killing their own. Mostly poor foreign “jackals” and no bodies so who cares…right?  You wanna know why they don’t care about the Saudis attitudes. The affluent are incapable of caring. Incapable.  Elite: a group of persons exercising the major share of authority or influence within a larger group. Everything after election including lies, fraud is legal. for the Lieberals too.  The  majority of the electorate made it fairly clear that they  wanted change. They have been screwed again.  Don’t look for positve change under any Canadian regime as even  the Liberals have no courage, brains or backbone to make their own decisions.   Canada   supporting a country that abuses human rights and importing their oil making them richer and richer  and how much more hypocritical can they get… The liberals “change” was just a haircut… When it comes to war, surveillance state and pocket book issues neo-liberals and neocons are twins. Most are sheep led by corporate media

.

Growing anxiety about weapons sales to Saudi Arabia is prompting the European Parliament is  urging a ban on arms exports to the Mideast country. The European Parliament called on the European Union to impose an arms embargo against Saudi Arabia on Thursday, saying Britain, France and other EU governments should no longer sell weapons to a country accused of targeting civilians in Yemen. EU lawmakers, who voted overwhelmingly in favor of an embargo, said Britain had licensed more than $3 billion of arms sales to Saudi Arabia since Saudi-led forces began military operations in Yemen in March last year. Nearly 6,000 people have been killed since the coalition entered the conflict, almost half of them civilians, according to the United Nations, and the European Parliament said it was acting on humanitarian grounds.”This is about Yemen. The human rights violations have reached a level that means Europe is obliged to act and to end arms sales to Saudi Arabia,”Saudi Arabia, a country with an abysmal human-rights record .

.

International concern is mounting about Canada supplying arms to the Saudis as the Canadian government waits for production to begin of weaponized armoured vehicles that Ottawa is selling to Riyadh in a $15-billion transaction – the biggest manufacturing export deal ever struck in Canada.

.

The passage of the resolution in the European Parliament would not be binding but would be a moral censure of trade with Saudi Arabia and put further pressure on the Trudeau government to reconsider Canada’s role in equipping the Saudi military.

2A PRAYERS

.

Protesters in the Canadian capital of Ottawa demanded the cancellation of an arms deal with Riyadh, worth some $15 billion, after Saudi Arabia executed dozens of prisoners..

.

“Canada opposes the death penalty and decries the execution of 47 individuals in one day in Saudi Arabia on January 2, 2016.”  The Saudi regime has a history of locking up bloggers, executing critics and cracking down on dissent. “In the wake of these executions, we reiterate our call to the Government of Saudi Arabia to protect human rights.” in Canada Conservatives and now effectively under the Liberals: backing the Saudi regime despite its poor human-rights record. That is U.S. policy, and it has been Canadian policy, too, Conservatives and now effectively under the Liberals: backing the Saudi regime despite its poor human-rights record. That is U.S. policy, and it has also been a Canadian policy, too

.

“The Canadian light armoured vehicles, or LAVs, that will be sold to Saudi Arabia are not  mere jeeps. They are   armoured vehicles with gun turrets on top. And they are being sold to an internal security force, not Saudi Arabia’s regular army. That force, the Saudi Arabian National Guard, is tasked with protecting the royal family. It deploys its armoured vehicles at protests. There can be no assurance they will never be used against Saudi civilians.” Some of the armoured combat vehicles Canada is selling to Saudi Arabia in a controversial $15-billion arms deal will feature medium- or high-calibre weapons supplied by a European subcontractor – such as a powerful cannon designed to shoot anti-tank missiles.  This contradicts Justin Trudeau’s assertion during the federal election campaign that the deal brokered by the Canadian government was merely for what amount to “jeeps.”

.

Canada’s condemnation of the most recent gross human-rights violations by the Saudi regime rings   hollow . Prime Minister Justin Trudeau intends to play an activist role in promoting Canadian business and investment with a major trade mission to China who is another major human rights violator, China’s treatment of Tibetans , the Chinese  they are also guilty of spying in Canada. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Liberals clearly now are guilty of dual standards, hypocrisy when it come to making money and human rights concerns. Money comes first to them too.

.

While  Stéphane Dion, Canada’s foreign affairs minister called on the Saudi’s to “protect human rights, respect peaceful expressions of dissent and ensure fairness in judicial proceedings”, Canada is particularly concerned that the kingdom’s execution of Sheikh Nimr which could “further inflame” sectarian tensions in the Middle East.   The move was condemned as a violation of human rights across the globe.

.

Still Canada has ‘no intention’ to cancel $15 bn arms deal with Saudi Arabia   despite Canada now condemning the executions of 47 prisoners in Saudi Arabia as the deal is the largest military exports contract in Canadian history. The biggest Saudi mass execution in decades – delivered by beheading and in a few cases firing squad – is  falsely not moving Ottawa to reconsider a massive deal to supply the Mideast country with armoured fighting vehicles. The transaction will support about 3,000 jobs in Canada for 14 years.  Activists allege Saudi Arabia sent Canadian-made fighting vehicles into Bahrain in 2011 to help quell a democratic uprising. The Canadian government does not deny this happened.  Critics including Project Ploughshares and Amnesty International have cited Riyadh’s abysmal human-rights record

.

The federal rules oblige Ottawa to examine whether arms shipment to countries with poor human rights records would endanger the local population.   Amnesty International has cited the kingdom’s “abysmal human rights record” and said the Canadian transaction would appear to violate their export-control regime. The Liberal government’s support for the Saudi deal comes even though they have pledged to sign the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, which regulates the flow of conventional weapons.

.

Canada and the US are falsely taking side with Saudi Arabia over Iran. The Justin Trudeau Liberal government are not the peace makers they had  lied and said they were during the elections. Relations between Sunni-ruled Saudi Arabia and Shiite-dominated Iran have been strained for decades. The oil-rich foes have also been divided over the nearly five-year war in Syria, where Iran is backing the regime, and the conflict in Yemen where a Saudi-led coalition is battling Shiite rebels. Saudi Arabia has one of the worst human rights records in the world today.

.

Why the increase of Islamic wars today?

About 1,300 years ago after the death of the Prophet Muhammad, a succession crisis divided Muslims; and the widening schism continues to play out today. The dispute over how to replace Muhammad as the leader of the Muslim world after his death in 632 — and increasingly after the deaths of subsequent leaders — led to competing iterations of the Islamic faith, diverting followers into two major branches — the Sunni and the Shia with doctrinal distinctions created the schism. In History we also did have the non violent Catholics and the Orthodox split.

.

The Islamic split began very early history of Islam. Those pushing for selecting successors as caliph of the Islamic State and as the religious authority only from among the family of Muhammad became known as the Shia, from the Arabic for “the followers of Ali,” a reference to Muhammad’s son-in-law, Ali ibn Abi Talib. Those pushing for a selective process based on seeking the most qualified from the wider tribal context became known as the Sunni, from the Arabic for “people of the tradition.” This was really a political dispute, but that political dispute early on over who should continued over centuries and a theological sectarian split. A study in 2009 by the Pew Research Center says there were more than 1.57 billion Muslims around the world, about 23% of the world’s population. Of those, 10 to 13 percent were Shia and 87-90 percent were Sunni. It is largely where those Shia live that has become important. The majority of Shias (between 68 to 80 percent) live in just four countries: Iran, Pakistan, India and Iraq. In many other countries in the Persian Gulf, Shia remain a minority within Sunni dominated states. That makes theology increasingly also  political.

.

The Islamic State, also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), follows a distinctive variety of thirir own Islam whose beliefs do differ from the regional Sunni-Shiite tensions They literally want to overthrowthe world and replace it with thei own Islamic view of the future.  In 2014, after taking control of territory in the Sunni heartland of Iraq, ISIL proclaimed itself a caliphate, calling other states illegitimate and placing itself as the exclusive authority over the Islamic world, as if the world was the same as it was 1,300 years ago. SIL targets Shia Muslims as well as the West as it imposes its strict interpretations within territory it controls. ISIL wants to convince everyone the struggle is one epic clash of civilizations between the false Western religions and the Islamic World — with themselves as the true  representative of the world’s Muslims and as their religious authority — their caliph, the scholars said. The ISIL also carves its bloody notion of a new Islamic State world wide  lashing out at targets both within the Muslim world and in the West. They claim they do  have restored the Islamic empire called the caliphate as they believe that the caliphate is required in order to properly implement Islamic law and Islamic governance. They consider other systems of governance, even if there’s a Muslim sitting at the top, as illegitimate as long as the caliphate is absent. Members of the two branches if Islam, Sunni and the Shia had originally lived together peacefully and intermarried, but this highly politicized, the divide also becomes next “very heated” and now lead to calls for excommunication from the Islamic faith. In the current context of the self-declared Islamic State, that means death to all, even the.Sunni and the Shia Islamists

.

The notion of Shia now  being the dangerous iteration shifted through fundamentalist Sunni groups such as the Taliban, al Qaeda and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also referred to as ISIS). For a while, exploiting the Sunni-Shia split served the interests of nations controlled by either branch. Saudi Arabia, is also guilty of forcefully exportating it’s Suuni Islamist ideology. The ISIL, Shia-Sunni split is terribaly important when the major backers of each branch are dominating influences in the same, sensitive region: Middle East, Iran and Saudi Arabia. The ISIL, Iran and Saudi Arabia has aquired loads of money and are  now also able to acquire, and to finance many  Their recruits, many ISIL recruits too..

.

Saudi Arabia under King Salman is rejecting U.S. and European calls for human-rights reforms, King Salman surprised observers last year by moving quickly to position the kingdom even closer to the xenophobic Wahhabi religious establishment. These clerical leaders preach an intolerant form of Sunni Islam that denounces Shiites and other so-called heretics.

.

The source of Islamic extremism that promotes the sort of ugly brutality that is carried out by the so-called Islamic State (ISIS) lies also  with the fanatical Wahhabi strain of Islam,   rooted in Saudi Arabia.

.

Saudi Arabia and Qatar are the only countries in the world where Wahhabi Salafism is the state religion. However, this agenda does not stay in these states because it is actively propagated throughout the Muslim world. Over the last few decades, billions of dollars have been pumped into a huge campaign aimed at eroding the more moderate strains of Islam and replace them with the more extremist variety. If the West really wants to crack down on ISIS and make inroads into reducing the funding for the promotion of such violent extremism, then this means confronting Saudi Arabia, rather than continuing to bury heads in the sand.

.

The policy of Saudi Arabia is in total contradiction to the interests of the West”

.

And the war in Syria, being waged by Saudi-backed rebels against the Iranian-backed regime of Bashar al-Assad, has begun in the past few weeks to go Iran’s way, thanks to the intervention of Russian forces last fall in support of the Assad regime. Meanwhile the citizens of Saudi Arabia  o are beginning to feel the pinch from the deflated price of oil. Saudi subsidies that often are doled out to win popular support are being withdrawn and taxes are being raised to try to address the shortfall in available public funds.

.

The Western allies have increased their military campaigns against the terrorist group, those in neighbouring Arab nations, seemingly better-placed to weed them out,  have been mostly indifferent and why?   it basically comes down to Iran. “Iran and Saudi Arabia underpin everything going on,”  “The reality is that Islamic State is seen in the region as less of a problem than the prospect of an ascendant Iran,” The prospect of any meaningful military activity on the strength of 34 co-operating Islamic nations against the IS   here is thus still null.  “And there are certain countries that would like to see IS thrive as long as they don’t come and take their territory. Some are  even funding IS so it’s a real   can of worms.”   “Their concern about IS, while a real concern, will continue to take a back seat until such time they have reduced the threat of Iran by removing it as a principle player in the region, and by removing the Assad regime in Syria, providing that Islamic State forces do not overthrow the government in Baghdad.. ”

Germany said it would “critically review” its future arms exports to Saudi Arabia,  Germany now has  warned Saudi Arabia  that  Berlin would review military exports to the oil-rich nation in light of Riyadh’s mass executions of prisoners two days earlier. Germany has  already refrained from selling the Heckler & Koch G36 assault rifles, battle tanks,  and other offensive military weapons to Saudi Arabia.   In the first six months of 2015, Germany permitted the export of arms worth over 178 million euros ($192.56 million) to Saudi Arabia. Germany is the world’s fourth-largest arms exporter, with sales valued at roughly $4 billion in the first half of 2015.  Exports to Saudi Arabia last year included patrol boats, all-terrain vehicles, aerial refuelling equipment, drones and parts for combat aircraft and armoured vehicles. “A moratorium on arms exports would be the right signal now – business as usual is not an option,” CDU politician Michael Hennrich, who is head of the German-Arabic parliamentarian group .

.

PRESSURE is also now building on Britain to halt all weapons sales to Saudi Arabia after Germany pledged to “review” its trade links with the kingdom. Amnesty International estimates arms worth £1.75bn were sold to the kingdom in the first half of 2015 alone.  Britain has long been accused of fuelling that conflict by trading weapons and machinery with the Arab kingdom.  Saudi Arabia has been a major buyer of UK weapons since the 1960s, with around 240 UK Ministry of Defence civil servants and military personnel working in the UK and Saudi Arabia to support contracts between the two countries. “UK bombs and fighter jets have been central to the destruction of Yemen. As long as Saudi enjoys the political and military support of the most powerful Western nations, then it will continue oppressing its own population and those of neighbouring states.” As  the continued sale of arms from the UK to Saudi Arabia is illegal, immoral and indefensible.   “Thousands of civilians have been killed in Saudi-led airstrikes, and there’s a real risk that misery was ‘made in Britain’. The UK must halt these arms sales immediately.”

France has now also condemned Saudi Arabia’s execution of 47 prisoners, including a Shiite cleric, and voiced concerns about growing tensions in the Middle East following riots in Shiite-dominated Iran. France opposes the death penalty “in all places and circumstances.

In Belgium, the  Minister-President Geert Bourgeois, announced  that he has refused an application for an export licence to ship weapons to Saudi Arabia.

THEY SAY ANYTHING TO GET ELECTED, LIES TOO

1YES NO

Ottawa  the nation’s capital is home to a Liberal government of Promise Breakers. You’d think politicians would think twice about violating their election pledges, with this  a 24/7 news cycle, constant updates on Internet media sites and the unrelenting deluge on the interent  . But that hasn’t stopped them — either because they really have nothing but contempt for the public’s intelligence and memory, or they would not get elected if they would not lie..  Trudeau  failure to deliver is  based not just on individual promises but a leadership potential that was rooted in misplaced expectations and an  false constructed image .Many now see how real shallow, incometent he real is. His entire campaign was rooted in a dubious premise. Trudeau  had insisted throughout his campaign he was going to “save” the economy through “modest” deficits and a “middle class” tax cut combined with an increase to make the rich “pay their fair share.” it is gullible to believe that Trudeau was really going to produce deficits that hardly mattered while bringing tax relief to Canada’s vast middle class. It is  transparent that Trudeau is preparing for not modest but robust deficits and only a fraction of the real middle class will benefit from tax cuts.

.

JUSTIN TRUDEAU

Where else is Trudeau coming unglued?

.

He promised to restore Canada Post home delivery for all Canadians without thinking that one through and looks like he’s prepared to entertain the status quo.

.

The Liberal government has broken a promise to immediately implement firearm-marking regulations to help police trace guns used in crime, the pledge had not been fulfilled. The regulations would require that specific, identifiable markings be stamped on firearms and had been slated to take effect Dec. 1 of last year. n their election platform, the Liberals said they would “immediately” implement gun-marking regulations. The party also promised other, longer-term measures aimed at making it harder for criminals to get and use handguns and assault weapons. The long-planned regulations would require domestically manufactured firearms to bear the name of the manufacturer, serial number, and “Canada” or “CA.” Imported guns would have to carry the “Canada” or “CA” designation along with the last two digits of the year of import. The measures would help Canada meet the requirements of the United Nations Firearms Protocol and a convention of the Organization of American States.

.

He also had  criticized the Conservatives for rendering the Temporary Foreign Worker program ineffective but is now taking a rigid Canada first line about Canadians filling jobs they refuse to do. Like his predecessors he hashed the existing government but next did the same things

.

Trudeau has not yet pulled our CF-18s out of theatre — as he said he was going to do immediately after being sworn in as PM.

.

CANADA ARMED FORCES

PM Justin Trudeau had promised to end bombing runs in Canada’s Syria mission. But whether Trudeau will be able to stand by his campaign commitment to refocus Canada’s role in the war-torn region is  still  the question in the aftermath of his election now. Trudeau likes to say Canada is back, but the military is void, broked, needs  loads of money not available.
.
Once in power, however, Liberals concede  that they will not keep all of their election promises.
.

A bad Liberal is equal to a bad Conservative.

CANADA ELECTION 2015 (4)

Canadian participation in the fighting came as the new Liberal government was  once  considering when to withdraw its six CF-18s from combat and how to beef up the ground training mission of local forces Trudeau has pledged a more robust training presence in Iraq,   but he had planned  to end Canada’s  air force’s role in the U.S.-led coalition bombing campaign.

He insists Canada will still be a “substantial military contributor to the military efforts against ISIS,” but his government’s inability to define and articulate what that will look like carries now a mounting political cost for the Liberals. But Canada’s  defence minister has said that the air combat mission, including CF-18 bombing sorties, will continue well into next year, and perhaps beyond the parliamentary authorization.” Trudeau now has been  less adept at explaining why he intends to withdraw the six Canadian fighter jets from the airstrikes against ISIS targets in Iraq, in favour of increasing the number of military trainers in the region. However, it does represent the latest example of the Liberal government, which had promised to do politics differently, either breaking or backing off a promise made during the election.

.

The Liberal government has  already failed to deliver its promise to resettle 10,000 Syrian refugees by the end of 2015 3,700 fewer Syrian refugees landed in Canada than promised by Trudeau. Liberals fall short of year-end goal for refugee resettlement . Canada’s Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister John McCallum announced Thursday that just over 6,000 refugees, most of them privately sponsored, will have arrived in Canada by the end of the day on Dec. 31. That’s far short of his party’s election pledge to bring in 25,000 government sponsored refugees before the New Year and also well shy of the revised goal of 10,000, set in early December when it became clear the first promise was not to be met,the Liberals have clearly broken an important election promise that they knew they could never meet.

The NDP also sharply criticized the Liberal government’s missed targets. “Not only did this minister irrefutably fail to live up to the promise Liberals made to Canadians in the last election but he even failed to meet his own lowered expectations,”

CANADA ELECTION 2015

The government’s failure to keep even its own scaled-back promise is obvious . But  it does represent another black mark for a government that is only a few months into its mandate.

.

And what other LiEberal  Election promises are going to be broken next?

.

Trudeau’s  immoral  pledge to legalize marijuana seems to be  be overruled by international conventions. Justin Trudeau, the Liberal prime minister  ,  ran in part on a promise to legalize marijuana, and said he was going to ” get started on that right away,” but now, Trudeau has said his efforts have hit a snag—international treaties. They were, uh, there during the election campaign, even if they were left unmentioned by the candidate himself.   Now Liberal government will have to do substantial work on the international stage before it can follow through on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s promise to legalize marijuana, new documents suggest. That work  includes figuring out how Canada would comply with three international treaties to which the country is a party, all of which criminalize the possession and production of marijuana. Trudeau’s plan to legalize, regulate and restrict access to marijuana is also proving a complicated and controversial undertaking on the domestic front, in part because it requires working with the provinces.

The treaties—the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs , the Convention on Psychotropic Substances and the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances—date back to the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Groups fight retroactive Conservative firearms data law. A retroactive Conservative law buried in last spring’s omnibus budget bill fundamentally undermines the rule of law and government access-to-information systems across Canada, according to court submissions in a paused constitutional challenge.  Twelve of Canada’s 13 provincial and territorial information commissioners, as well as the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, are seeking intervener status in the case, which challenges the former government’s unprecedented rewrite of an old law to get the RCMP and any other government official off the hook for illegally destroying long gun registry records.  “Should this legislation withstand this challenge, it would have far-reaching implications for criminal law principles,” Provincial and territorial information commissioners say they share “profound concern” over questions of “fundamental importance,” including “immunizing public officials from liability and prosecution.” Legislation retroactively removing the right of access and oversight mechanisms in their entirety, or government action destroying the records, is a particularly egregious infringement,” of the constitutionally protected right to access government information,  “Put simply, citizens must expect that when they break the law, they are subject to investigation, proceeding and sanction even if the government subsequently repeals the law that was contravened,” says the CLA submission. “This is fundamental to the rule of law: a citizen is forbidden from breaking the law that exists at the time of their action.”

Funny the Canadian News media did not mention this.

Australia, Canada and Japan vs Russia

Australia, Canada and Japan were unexpectedly  blocked by the Russians  from attending a diplomatic summit in Vienna last week which laid the groundwork for a possible future UN Security Council resolution, ceasefire and transition government in Syria,   blocked from attending a diplomatic summit  due to  their one sided support of a US vs Russia power  play. A proxy state of war between America and Russia now exists. So far, Putin has now  outwitted Obama in Syria.
 .
Australia has also  been critical of Russia’s handling of the MH17 disaster. The former prime minister, Tony Abbott, took a hard line against Russia after the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine last year, illustrated by his threat to “shirtfront” the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, at the G20 meeting in Brisbane. Australian fighter jets have been carrying out airstrikes against Isis targets in Iraq since late last year. Peter Tesch, a former ambassador to Germany, is to  become Australia’s top diplomat in Russia from January. The appointment comes  “at a challenging juncture in Russia’s relations with Australia  seeks to resolve the conflict in eastern Ukraine and Syria and pursue justice for the victims of MH17”.
.
Syria was excluded from discussing its own status and future. It has still a  final say on anything agreed on.
 .

The majority of Canadians oppose the government’s plan to resettle 25,000 Syrian refugees  as most of them are still Muslims.

.

Why the Islamic wars today?

About 1,300 years ago after the death of the Prophet Muhammad, a succession crisis divided Muslims; and the widening schism continues to play out today. The dispute over how to replace Muhammad as the leader of the Muslim world after his death in 632 — and increasingly after the deaths of subsequent leaders — led to competing iterations of the Islamic faith, diverting followers into two major branches — the Sunni and the Shia with doctrinal distinctions created the schism. That makes theology increasingly also  political.

.

The Islamic State, also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), follows a distinctive variety of their own Islam whose beliefs do differ from the regional Sunni-Shiite tensions They literally want to over throw the world and replace it with their own Islamic view of the future.  In 2014, after taking control of territory in the Sunni heartland of Iraq, ISIL proclaimed itself a caliphate, calling other states illegitimate and placing itself as the exclusive authority over the Islamic world, as if the world was the same as it was 1,300 years ago. ISIL targets Shia Muslims as well as the West as it imposes its strict interpretations within territory it controls. In the current context of the self-declared Islamic State, that means death to all, even the Sunni and the Shia Islamists

Saudi Arabia, is also guilty of forcefully exportating it’s Sunni Islamist ideology. The ISIL, Shia-Sunni split is  important when the major backers of each branch are dominating influences in the same, sensitive region: Middle East, Iran and Saudi Arabia. The ISIL, Iran and Saudi Arabia has  aquired  loads of money and are  now also able to acquire, and to finance many ISIL recruits.

MEDICARE- DO YOU CARE OR DO THEY NOW CARE IF YOU LIVE OR DIE?

CANADA MEDICARE (2)

Quebec promises of more palliative care is that they will kill OR murder more people in hopspitals. This government will now invest at least $10 million a year over the next five years to help people die in dignity. Quebec has a right to-die legislation, The law, which was adopted in June 2014, offers people who are terminally ill and suffering from unbearable physical or psychological pain, etc.,  the possibility of requesting the  doctor’s help to die or not to live.. Not having access to proper Medical c are would force falsely some people to end their lives prematurely especially as this government is reluctant to pay for the expensive pain killers, medical treatments.

Congratulations Justin Trudeau PM

Parliament, Ottawa, Canada –

Justin Trudeau as the son of the man who led the country for almost 16 years, Trudeau has more experience in the upper echelons of Canadian political power than most rookie PMs — certainly more than Stephen Harper did when he became prime minister in 2006. Justin likely learned the value of discipline and respect for dissenting opinions under his father’s long tutelage .  When Justin Trudeau officially assumes the top post on Nov. 4, it will be 47 years after his father first became prime minister..  “All his life, he’s lived in a world where he could think of world leaders as actual people,”.  Justin Trudeau acknowledged that being on planes with his dad and his closest advisers gave him an insight into how policy was made Justin Trudeau, AND  wife, Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau, both of them ARE bilingual in English and French,

CANADA IN PERSPECTIVE

September 13, 2015

The causes of the refugees in Syria

DAMASCUS, Syria (AP) — Syria’s information minister says Europe should bear full responsibility for the flood of Syrian refugees streaming into the continent. The minister, Omran al-Zoubi, says that the migrants are mostly fleeing from areas held by rivals of President Bashar Assad’s government, including the Islamic State group.   European countries, “which sent terrorists” to Syria and imposed economic sanctions on the Syrian people, must take responsibility for their anti-Syria policies.. European countries have been harsh critics of Assad’s government and thousands of Islamic fighters from around the world, including Europe, have come to Syria to fight in extremist groups such as the IS against the  Syrian government forces.

Syria is a relatively new country: Its borders were constructed by European powers in the 1920s, mashing together several ethnic and religious groups.   Five years ago, Syria was the most stable country in the most turbulent region in the world. It had been so for decades This regime appeared stable, but when the false Islamic  Arab Spring protests began in 2011, it turned out not to be. The Sunni extremist group known as al-Qaeda in Iraq, which had been mostly defeated in 2007, was rebuilding itself. It grew strong fighting against Assad in Syria, and later swept northern Iraq under the new name ISIS. The United States should not have gone to war years ago to intervene forcefully in the Syrian civil war as  there should not be any external interference in the internal affairs of a country like Syria . And  there’s no bad terrorism and good terrorism. There’s only terrorism. We should all join hands together to fight terrorism.  Four years of civil war has turned Syria into a humanitarian tragedy. Tens of thousands of Syrians have lost their lives and millions have been rendered refugees. The chaos created by the war has helped the rise of terrorist groups such as the Islamic State. The war is not over yet. You lose some ground in certain battles to win bigger ones. The reality is that nobody is fighting the IS but the Syrian Army.

While the desperate flight of Syrians from their country’s war was dominating news bulletins this summer, the yet another diplomatic push to end the four-year-old conflict  is at a dead end and there is no solution in sight.  President Bashar al-Assad’s of Syria  appears confident of survival with backing from his Russian and Iranian allies.

Saudi Arabia and the other Sunni Muslim Gulf states , UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. have reaffirmed their opposition to Assad, whom who has the support of Shi’ite in Iran, but have not said publicly how they intend to deal with the arrival of the Russian forces. The Gulf Arab states fund the Syrian rebels In Syria.

The election of Faisal bin Hassan Trad to chair a panel of independent experts on the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) follows a barrage of criticism aimed at the Saudi regime over its treatment of minorities and its apparent fondness for capital punishment. Mr Trad, Saudi Arabia’s ambassador at the UN in Geneva, was appointed to the role in June – shortly after the kingdom posted an advert for eight new executioners.  “Saudi Arabia has arguably the worst record in the world when it comes to religious freedom and women’s rights, and continues to imprison the innocent blogger Raif Badawi.”  Mr Badawi’s wife, Ensaf Haidar, who has been leading a campaign to free her husband, said the move gave Saudi Arabia “a green light to start flogging [him] again”. A 2015 Human Rights Watch report accused the Saudis of “systematic discrimination against women and religious minorities” and claimed “authorities subjected hundreds of people to unfair trials and arbitrary detention”.
In the first six months of 2015, Saudi Arabia beheaded more than 100 people. Decapitations, whippings and mutilations are common punishments for crimes.  A year ago the world witnessed a new phenomenon  the Arab Spring . Instead of asserting democracy and protecting the rights of the minority, major attempts were being made to depose an enemy violently  and to stage a coup, which tended only to result in the replacement of one dominant force with another, even a  more aggressive religious force, or Muslim terrorists.. The Arab Spring has graphically demonstrated their Islamic religious bias .

The main objective of Syria’s enemies from day one of the crisis was regime change and destabilisation of the country. That’s part of the reasons that  we have this humanitarian refugee situation now  The solution to the refugees is very simple. Stop arming the rebels, mercenaries, close the borders and there should be an international will to fight all terrorism. Unless and until you close the border and remove the terror infrastructure, you can’t defeat them. So you also must put pressure on those countries supporting and sponsoring terrorism, specially  the US, Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The U.S. sends food and medical supplies —  weapons — to Syrian rebels.   The USA has been systematically destroying Syria , bombing infrastructure which has left people with no water, electricity or means to provide food. This made life impossible, so they had to leave. Now Europe has to pay. Obama is disguisting and inhumane! He should be tried for crimes against humanity for his bombing campaign in Syria

Also there’s no solution to the current Syrian crisis without the current Syrian president and the Syrian government.  France  has refused to carry out strikes in Syria on fears that foreign intervention will escalate the refugee problems.. France’s priority remains finding a credible political alternative to escaltaing the war in Syria.

For more see: The causes of the refugees in Syria

The majority of Canadians oppose the government’s plan to resettle 25,000 Syrian refugees in the next six weeks, and the most common complaint is that there isn’t enough time, a new poll shows.

More than half of Canadians (54 per cent) either moderately or strongly oppose Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s plan to bring 25,000 refugees over by Jan. 1, 2016. Meanwhile, 42 per cent moderately or strongly support the plan, according to an Angus Reid Institute poll conducted three days after terrorist attacks killed 129 people in Paris.

Of those who oppose the Liberal government’s refugee plan, the majority (53 per cent) cite tight timelines as their main concern, saying they fear it’s too short to allow for appropriate security checks. Another ten per cent think 25,000 refugees is just too many, while eight per cent say the plan is too expensive. The Liberal government has not released details of their plan, including how they will get all the refugees to Canada and how much it will cost.

Almost one-third (29 per cent) of those who oppose the Liberal plan say Canada should not take in any refugees from the war-torn region. That means about 16 per cent of all poll respondents (those who support and oppose the plan) want to close the nation’s borders to Syrians.

Opposition is highest in Alberta (62 per cent) and lowest in Atlantic Canada (46 per cent).

The poll suggests that Premier Brad Wall is on the right side of public opinion in Saskatchewan.

Stephen Harper’s Undeniable Acts

stephen_harper

In 2006, Conservative Party leader Stephen Harper came to power on the promise of transparency, accountability,a better and more open, honest government following the bad Liberal government’s past sponsorship scandal, which involved the awarding of government contracts to Liberal-friendly advertising firms in the wake of the 1995 referendum on Quebec separation.

No such promises next were kept by Prime Minister Stephen Harper..Rather under Prime Minister Stephen Harper the flow of information has dried up, elected MPs have become mere votes to be counted and the upper chamber has been set alight by an expenses-and-ethics scandal

Prime Minister Stephen Harper has instituted unprecedented controls over the flow of public information, including requests under the federal Access-to-Information Act, the muzzling of government scientists and responses to requests from journalists seeking comment from the government

Prime Minister Stephen Harper turned Ottawa into an immoral lying Senate, Government, a partisan swamp and Prime Minister Stephen Harper has led the most secretive, divisive and hyper-partisan government in Canada’s history. Prime Minister Stephen Harper subordinates were just as bad as all the other parties too

This week in Stephen Harper’s Canada

canada-corrupted-conservatives

This week  in Prime Minister’s Stephen Harper’s Canada; the economy shrank, 30 cases of fraud and breach of trust were found in the Senate, and Canada Post pushed ahead with unnecessary and ill-advised cuts to home mail delivery.  Harper is out of the country.

.

” Canada is on the verge of a new recession. The first quarter GDP numbers were released by the Bank of Canada and they showed that the economy shrank by 0.6% between January and April. The report was full of bad news and showed that economic growth in March was weaker than February and growth in February was weaker than January. This shows that the negative effects of the oil price collapse are accelerating and voiding any positive benefit we may be seeing from lower gas prices. –

.

Canada’s Auditor general cites lack of oversight for Senate spending mess.   A fishing trip, contracts for professional services and one senator’s own 50th wedding anniversary celebration are some of the ineligible expenses filed under the guise of parliamentary business,  Auditor general Michael Ferguson’s comprehensive audit of Senate expenses,  spans a two-year period and names 30 senators, including nine whose files are being recommended for referral to the RCMP.  Members of Canada’s Senate improperly spent almost C$1 million ($810,000) in just two years, according to a report released on Tuesday. Ferguson’s investigation uncovered C$992,663 in irregular spending and expense claims made by 30 current and former senators. Eight of those senators were appointed by Harper too.   Ferguson said he was “struck by the overall lack of transparency and accountability” exercised both by the institution as a whole and by some individual senators.  80,000 claims investigated at a cost taxpayers $23.5 million .

.

Harper is a very poor  manager.  We can  all realize that the emperor has no clothes. Two of the 30 senators in question are Leo Housakos, speaker of the chamber, and Claude Carignan, government leader in the Senate. Both are Harper appointees, as is Senator Mike Duffy, who is on trial facing charges of bribery and improper spending.  One of the two sitting senators whose cases will be examined by police is Harper appointee Pierre-Hugues Boisvenu. This scandal makes a mockery of the promise Harper made when he took power in 2006 of more honesty, transparency, to increase accountability and clean up the Senate. “The responsibility for this scandal continues to go back to the prime minister of this country who promised reform … We deserve better,”

.

“Massive cuts to Canada Post are set to hit home as the Crown Corporation has announced plans to end home mail delivery to all residences and businesses with postal codes beginning with P7A, P7B, P7C and P7E early in 2016.  , Canada Post is a national institution that has generated a profit of $951 million for the federal government between 2005 and 2014. Yet, for some reason, and in spite of its significant yearly profits, the Harper Conservatives plan to make Canada the only G7 country without home mail delivery. ”

.

Stephen ‎Harper  again  renews  his attack on Russia’s Vladimir Putin. “Harper ‎said the Russian economy has little in common with western ones.” In reality the biggest threat to Canada and the Canadian way of life is firstly is Harper not Putin.   The more he articulates it, the more Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s speaks  on Russian President Vladimir Putin the more Harper is weird.  Harper now  why do you want to keep poking the big Russian bear with a small  stick?

,

Harper gains no kudos from me for stealing money from the poor native Canadians and then handing that money out to the billionaire oligarchs in the Ukraine. It is quite telling that Harper seems focused on denouncing Russia’s economy and claims they are not the same as “Western values”.   What is a “western value” economic system, Mr Harper?  gays?   “Mr. Putin runs an entirely different system … he runs an economy that is dominated by oligarchs and criminal syndicates.”  Strange comment from Harper. It’s very good description of North American “systems,” too .  Harper,  he is trying to deflect the media away from covering the Auditor General’s findings, the economy, the Duffy trial, his vacating Ministers… In short, everything that is important to Canada.  Which is why he is, was on the other side of the world…hiding!  He should return to Canada and deal with all the problems we do have at home. Until Harper learns how to keep his own house clean, he has no business criticizing Russia. There is nothing Harper will not politicize to get a vote. What a sad and pathetic sense of leadership. Harper is the last person who should be bad mouthing Putin as  a Dictator.   All coming from the man who wrecked Canada. Harper doesn’t have a clue about Ukraine, or much else:

.

“I just can’t get past the elections fraud and bribery.”  Mr. Harper and Co. have stolen the half billion or more of the former Canadian Wheat Board which rightfully belong to farmers. He is in the process of giving (not selling) these assets to the Saudi Arabians who are anything but democratic. Harper have spent $578 million on Ukraine so far, $400 million of it are loans that he knows Ukraine will never repay. Now it looks like Harper closed our veterans offices in order to pay for the Ukraine neo-Nazi government that is waging war against its own people.

.

Harper is an embarrassment to Canada. Who likes to keep his dealings and negotiations with China and other foreign interests secret. Who uses public service institutions, like CRA to intimidate opposing voices. . Harper thinks attacking Putin is a sure vote-getter, instead it just makes him look like a hypocritical fool. All I can say is Mr. Harper, will you please shut up!  The last ten years at the helm Harper has only been   plotting on  how to stay in power. Harper is as bad as Brian Mulroney.  Interesting how Israel is accomplishing their goals through Canada/Harper. If you also do think Harper is a Christian, then I’m an alien from outer space!!  Harper has no values.  He’s just a hypocrite spewing talking points .

.

The only difference between Russian ‘Democracy’ and that of the ‘Western democratic world’ is that in Russia, Putin controls the Oligarchs. In the west, the Oligarchs own and control the politicians/puppets. Harper should apologize to Putin and then go on medical leave for professional help.  Harper is an embarrassment to Canada and a danger to world peace.  Harper a US, NATO, Jewish  puppet . Stephen Harper has Russaphobia.   What he’s really trying to cover up is that after using the cease-fire to once more regroup, rearm, resupply, and train new fighters, assisted by the US and its co-conspirators, his regime is preparing to undertake another expanded, US-backed military campaign to eliminate the Ukrainians opposed to what’s happened since the Ukrainian coup,.. Their first act upon seizing power in the coup was to eliminate russian language rights (the language of most of the eastern provinces of Ukraine).  .  The western oligarches  still do own  the media.  https://putin1hero.wordpress.com/

.

Are these the bad Western Values Harper Supports
https://consortiumnews.com/2015/06/02/neocon-fugitive-given-ukraine-province/
http://www.democracynow.org/2015/5/19/headlines/new_ukrainian_law_honors_nationalist_groups_that_aided_nazis

.

The bad guys can keep Harper,  as decent Canadians  do not  want him back as PM.   He has now a reputation of being a big liar.  PM Harper lies and lies . I heard firsthand one teenager saying to another teenager , “I cannot trust you, you lie to me all the time” and this next had made me reflect upon the reality that the average person lies 3 times in every ten minutes of conversation . It seems that spin doctoring, misleading, lying to others is a very major part of not just the lawyers, used car salesmen, but a regular part of the sales, advertising, corporate way of doing business with consumers these days Canada wide now as well.  http://blog.blazingangles.net/whatsthis/2007/09/the-art-of-lying-1.html

.

What are Harper’s MAJOR accomplishments for Canada…. a strong oil sector with pipelines to market? a strong diversified economy? record job growth & low youth unemployment? a strong auto sector? better health care? a cleaner environment? senate reform? a democratic beacon for the world? improvements for First Nations? NONE of the above?..

canada 50

.

Harper is a threat to Canadian democracy.   Harper’s talks tough, then hides in closets when the firing starts.   A peacekeepers job is to get both sides in Ukraine to agree..  Yet, the small minority of  Jewish backed troublemakers  including Harper  is blocking this cause.. Not to mention the fact that even highly respected scholars say that the USA  and Canada under Harper, since he’s really a GOP puppet are oligarchies.  Harper has indeed humiliated Canada and made us irrelevant. We were once respected , Having Harper next to our Flag is a Disgrace and a Disrespect to our Flag.  Only the Canadian Media gave him any notice, coverage at the G6 too. No one else world wide did. Not even the US.

.

The Conservatives  like the Liberals have both shown what they are capable of and it wasn’t pretty. , not nice…  Most Voters no longer trust the Conservatives or the Liberals

.

The NDP   Thomas Mulcair is  poised for clear shot at becoming prime minister as NDP surges in polls ..  All of this follows in the wake of the latest good news for the official Opposition: a Corporate Research Associates poll that shows the New Democrats resurgent in Atlantic Canada – from 14 per cent to 29 per cent in the past three months – at the expense of Justin Trudeau’s Liberals, who sagged from 56 per cent to 43 per cent.  But what really matters is Quebec, where there are strong signs that Mr. Mulcair may be able to repeat the late Jack Layton’s miraculous breakthrough of 2011. An Ipsos poll released last week has the NDP at 41 per cent in Quebec, with the Liberals far behind at 25 per cent.

What happened in Alberta is no surprise to the honest, decent folks. Socialists elected in Canada’s oil patch.

Alberta Today (1)

A study says shrinking budgets in the oil and gas industry could lead to as many as 185,000 direct and indirect job losses this year in Canada.  In the one horse province  Alberta would be the hardest hit .  Loonie plunges as oil’s slide continues; One-in-four oil, gas jobs could be lost in 2015 but for decades the Politicians did not plan ahead for the rainy days..  Bleak numbers showing that Canada’s economy shrank in the first three months of 2015 have already created a torrent of downgraded economic projections on how the rest of the year will unfold.

.

First it was the mad cow disease in Alberta next also  the Public Health Agency of Canada is investigating 41 cases of human illness in Western Canada that are believed to be tied to a single, undisclosed, Alberta poultry supplier. According to the Public Health Agency of Canada, the patients became ill between April 5 and May 23, 2015 after purchasing live poultry from the Miller Hatcheries or Rochester Hatchery catalogues, through mail-order or from the store fronts. The two hatcheries receive their live poultry from the same supplier. Customers who placed poultry orders with the hatcheries during the suspected infection period have been contacted and supplied with salmonella information packages.  Investigations are underway in connection to 41 suspected salmonella cases including:

  • Alberta (22 cases)
  • British Columbia (14 cases)
  • Saskatchewan (4 cases)
  • Manitoba (1 case)

PC Premier Jim Prentice boldly predicted another Tory majority while NDP Leader Rachel Notley insisted Alberta is ready for a new premier. “It’s time to choose an Alberta where tomorrow is better than yesterday,” “We’re going to build Alberta. We’re going to represent the best interests of Albertans she said.  “Jim Prentice simply doesn’t get it,” Notley said. “By now it’s clear that Jim Prentice is not the leader Alberta needs.” .  ONCE AGAIN ALBERTA HEADS INTO A DEPRESSION https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2015/01/24/once-again-alberta-heads-into-a-depression/ .

.

IMAGINE THE UNINMAGINEABLE. . The NDP wins a majority government in Alberta, ending a Progressive Conservative dynasty in power for more than four decades.  Well those socialists, the NDP   finally took over from the Conservative, capitalists  .The NDP won 53 seats — nine more than needed for a majority in the 87-seat legislature..  With the NDP running on a platform of increasing funding for the province’s schools and hospitals in the midst of low oil prices and plunging tax revenues. The PC Leader and former premier Jim Prentice immediately announced his resignation even as an MLA.

.

All Albertans got their  hammer and sickle and not just a broom, to the dismay, anger of the Conservatives. THE NDP made  a promise to raise the corporate tax rate to 12 per cent from 10 per cent, increase taxes on the highest-income Albertans and review the royalties that oil companies pay to the province. The Wildrose Party was poised to become the Official Opposition with about 21 seats while the Progressive Conservatives were crushed with about only 11 seats.  The election results were   the ultimate anti-incumbent protests,  rebuke  to the past endemic PC scandals and cronyism. with accountability and trust already at a  sore point .   OBJECTION to a government ruled by a tiny clique .

.

How the once mighty have fallen from such a great height.  Clearly the PC supporters were so angry at the perception that their party had lost touch with Albertans that they switched loyalties and put the NDP in their place.  Canada’s  right is in mourning that the NDP won a majority in  the latest Alberta election. The past NDP, Social Credit Party (based loosely on the ideas of C. H. Douglas) was a right-wing populist party that arose in response to the Great Depression. It held the governments of Alberta and British Columbia at various times. Preston Manning’s father, Ernest C. Manning, was the long-time Social Credit Premier of Alberta.

.

All political parties  have differences of views   in the objective of leading  society for the better and  they even differ how to implement this. The difference between conservatism(right-wing) and socialism(left-wing),  is that conservatism unrealistically  holds that all  individuals are typically  capable, healthy  people who should solely  work out their own problems for themselves. Socialism, imo, holds that not all  individuals tend  to be able to stand on their own, but rather many do need a strong government to  help them.  While normal levels of self-worth, self-confidence and self-value are all essential for all people who want to be fully functioning, there is a line between these characteristics and being arrogant.  Most of the time, arrogance can indicate an excessive need for self-importance and wanting to be the center of attention. In its extreme form, it can turn into narcissism. It could be the root of many problems, from anxiety to depression to the inability to sustain healthy and fulfilling relationships. Liberals and Conservatives tend to be  self centered, greedy, materialistic oriented persons. Their universe is usually small. self centered, superficial . Research has indicated that the  materialism  drive are due to a high neuroticism and low agreeableness.  They feel incomplete. That is why they use other people to fill up the inner gap. . They are intolerant of differences. They devalue others and put them at a lesser position. It is hard for self-centered people to have a real sense of empathy. Even if they do, it is usually conditional, depending on what they are receiving from the source they are empathizing with. They expect too much for what they are willing to give. Yes when you go deep inside, their real feeling of inadequacy reveals itself.  Don’t buy into their arrogance, don’t feed their excessive sense of self-importance. Don’t be their door mat. Have compassion for them since they  falsely have  created a wrong type of self-protection mode for them.  Beyond the fact of their self-delusion is the related  inability to admit to their own basic motivations . Neglect the poor and you will walk in their does next.

It is really sad  and that’s what you get when lying people bury their heads in the sand and still keep saying things are just great in Alberta. Is towns while the reality paints a different picture. . It’s not a surprise that now many families are packing up and evacuating this wild west  and moving back to civilization. Can you blame them. crime is out of control.  Yes   the last boom brought   sky-high prices for everything, made a lot of angry unhappy people. And the last oil boom attracted a lot of gangs and organized crime to  Alberta  that made things much worse.  Cost ineffective useless mostly police does not help much.

.

Basic public services are also affected negatively  because of the downturn,  for example    Calgary could cover its  major Bus transit shortages across the entire city by adding 980,000 bus service hours, but it, lacks the revenue , cost  of the  fuel.. The city would need to add that number of hours to cover 95 per cent of Calgary’s residential hours with baseline bus service running at least every 30 minutes. Presently  229,000 residents, or 18 per cent of the city’s population and 58,000 jobs, don’t enjoy a base level of bus service.

.

Calgary saw a break-in per hour in 2015 as property crime surged   Some say that “They’re doing this, generally, to support their drug habit, or alcohol addiction, or some other addiction.”  The clearance rate on break and enter crimes was just 11.5 per cent last year, down from 14.1 per cent in 2014. This seems to he the way things go when  a person’s  loses the  way to make money honestly and provide for their families, still no excuses.

.

The Governments, Politicians supposedly caring  about own good welfare firstly, is the best joke of the year too, in reality rather they are working realy hard everyday too looking first after themselves , and undeniably clearly living high on the hog at our expense, and that even includes too many of our bad civil and public servants too now.. WHERE ARE THE POLICE HERE TOO WHEN YOU NEED THEM??? And accountability, openness, transparency are more Stephen Harper’s conservative government lies that need to be prosecuted as well.. Under the new  federal Conservatives the civil an public servants are not being managed any better and they still too often waste, abuse our tax dollars and this is unacceptable. Mostly Pretentious and  useless RCMP,  Consumer Protection, Health Canada, and Revenue Canada need to really shape up still now too.

.

And what about still dealing with our elected political members, civil and public servants who too often have abused the tax payers generosity now as well, they also seem still to get away with it.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/04/17/the-governments-politicians-cares-about-or-own-good-welfare-firstly-the-best-joke-of-the-year-too/ .
