Biking advocates and friends of Darcy Allan Sheppard were outraged to learn charges were dropped against Michael Bryant. Police and the justice system seem to take the easy way out and clearly will not oppose the political establishment that sets it’s budgets and raises now too.
Police do not mind harassing stil the ordinary folks with traffic, parking, speeding tickets though! Anyway a poor man’s death does not matter?
