MANY PEOPLE, HOSPITALS WORKERS THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, AFTER THEY GO TO THE TOILET STILL.. AND THIS IS NOT THE DARK AGES NOW! IN THIS MODERN DAY AND AGE .

THE CHANCES ARE STILL QUITE GOOD EVEN IN CANADA THAT IF YOU ARE ADMITTED TO A HOSPITAL YOU WILL GET A HOSPITAL ACQUIRED SICKNESS AND SOME OF YOU WILL DIE AS A RESULT TOO! WHY?? CAUSE NO ONE PUNISHES BAD DOCTORS AND BAD NURSES FOR A START.

IMAGINE THAT YOU WILL DIE DUE SOMEONE ELSE’S FAULT AND NO ONE WILL GET EVEN PUNISHED FOR IT STILL. BEING A PROFESSIONAL IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS A SERIOUS JOB AND IT ALWAYS SHOULD HAVE SERIOUS PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TOO.. SO WHERE IS IT?

Doctors, nurses falling short on hand hygiene, report says Nearly one third of hospital workers in British Columbia are not washing their hands regularly, despite strong evidence that it is one of the primary ways to prevent the spread of infection in hospitals.

The “senior doctors at the hospital made public a letter that said not enough was being done to combat the rampant outbreak of the superbug, adding that it had led to 84 deaths over the past 2½ years.”Fraser Health said the number of deaths that may have had a C. difficile infection as a contributing factor was closer to 30 over the past two years. Both Webb and Murray said the rate of infection has dropped 40 per cent over that time period.The other recommendations include stepped-up hand hygiene for workers and improved cleaning protocols.“All health-care providers have a role to play in preventing infection,” said Murray. “My expectation is that all health-care professionals will commit fully to hand hygiene practices and the properties of hand antibiotics.”Fraser Health Region audits of acute-care facilities in 2010-11 revealed hand-cleaning compliance among hospital staff to be 38 per cent, from 26 per cent in 2009-10 http://www.theprovince.com/health/Health+authority+hires+expert+combat/6248119/story.html

Contracting the superbug C. difficile in the hospital increases a patient’s stay by an average of six days, putting serious financial strain on Canada’s health-care system, a new study shows. Never mind the fact it kills a lot of people

C. difficile is a bacteria found in feces that causes severe diarrhea. It’s extremely common in hospitals because people usually contract it after taking antibiotics, which can kill good bowel bacteria and allow C. difficile to grow. What’s more, the bacteria can spread through surfaces like toilets, handles and bedpans, and hospital staff can spread it by not wearing gloves or washing their hands. It’s the most common cause of infectious diarrhea in hospitals, and one in 10 patients who get it will die, regardless of how sick they were beforehand. And according to the study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, it’s filling up already-crowded hospitals and draining the health-care system. Some things seem to never change, such as cold calloused, pretentious governmental Ministers, Health Ministers and their subordinates especially included, mostly all who really do not care if the others live or die, as long as they alone survive it seems still too.

We do not live in the dark ages for shit Diseases is caused by poor cleanliness, poor hygiene, poor sanitation at the Hospital, who have been hiring NOT ONLY LAZY BAD employees but they have FOR AN UNACCEPTABLE DECADE NOW TOO AND MANY THEY been cutting back on their MAINTENANCE COSTS and this has been unacceptable CLEARLY LEADING TO their criminal murderous acts OF THE CITIZENS.

DO TAKE ALL OF THE HEALTH MINISTERS NOW BEFORE A FIRING SQUAD AND SHOOT THEM, for THAT WOULD BE A RIGHT START TOO. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CITIZENS WELL BIENG BUT STILL TAKE THE PAY FOR IT.
