CLSC

.
The CLSC’s are an integral part of the Quebec  health and social service centres  (CSSSs).
.
They provide Free health and social services on their premises, but also in schools, at work and at home. The Quebec CLSC services for the people within the CLSC’s territory include:
  • routine health and social services (nursing care, blood tests, vaccinations, morning-after contraception, etc.)
  • preventive or medical services (medical consultations with or without an appointment)
  • rehabilitation and reintegration services; and
  • public health activities.

Sadly not all the CLSC’s are managed the same, as there are some that are very poorly managed and very inadequate still.  That is the same fact with the Hospitals in Montreal too.

.

This CLSC in Rosemount, Montreal has undeniably been the best, they have provided excellent services for my aged mother and many others for many years too but in the end even their serviceses had degenerated.

I  had posted here  my views of the Rosemount CLSC   nurses..

Subsequent to this one of the CLSC  nurses in my home had asked me to lobby to get more money for the Nurses.. This is not a normal request and not a rightful  demand by any CLSC nurse.  Let her stay with her job solely. And  it is not the Nurses Job also now  to act as a Doctor, to question what the Doctor has told me personally to do in regard to my own diabetes control ,  that of myself or of my  mother.. rather she can contact the doctor herself.. and learn from him..
.
Note Insulin recommendations levels   given by Doctors  given   by needles are not like Pills where you make just them. Needle based insulin has to be adjusted  by all diabetes patients too according to the persons sugar level and also adjusted  to how the patient   actually eats.. I follow the Doctors specific instructions now and not the Nurses..
.
Please note the same nurse  had often complained to me she is overworked and understaffed.. so what have I do do with that? Maybe she is trying to be a doctor and not a Nurse

It is still a criminal act now – ABUSING THE CITIZENS

A good name is worth more over any amount of silver or Gold you can acquire too.

Immoral and absurd Health ministers seriously need  to be ASAP criminal prosecuted since the too often neglect of the citizens good welfare, by bad medical services   violates Canada’s health act.. decency too.  People are sick 24 hours every day but pretentious hospitals, doctors want to work 9-5 and  week days only.. get real… https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/08/03/the-adequate-treatment-for-canadas-failing-health-system/

Pretentious, Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets. It is well known that Quebec’s health care system already has long been considered quite poor. Quebec has no GPs, or real triage nurses, has disgusting waiting lists for diagnosis and/or treatment of life-threatening illnesses, falsely refuses some costly treatments, while the hospitals all over the province are in shambles. More Front line nurses are often wanted mostly for the pretentious CLSC where Quebec spends a lot of resources on pregnant women to build up Quebec’s dwindling population, but now what about the much need better supervision  of the existing nurses in Quebec firstly?  Both the French and English speaking Montreal hospitals are undeniably  too often pretentious, inadequate and mismanaged still too, all as simple as that too.  Self regulation by doctors is just more unacceptable masturbation too..  Medicare in Canada, Quebec is too often a joke.. Pretentious..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/06/14/professionals-what-a-joke/

This Conservative government’s blind spot ironically is even law and order — or more accurately, crime and punishment of the bad RCMP, bad police, too often bad civil and public servants or it’s own bad guys. Bad guys and gals  for them is who they define as bad guys only and not the real bad guys. Diane Ablonczy   Minister of State (Seniors) a member of the Evangelical Missionary Church in Canada. She is a typical perverse evangelical, so heavenly minded that she is still not a true servant of the people, she rather is no earthly good, self centered, who still never replies to any of my letters so I write many many more for all to read world wide the truth still. The federal health Minister, Leona Aglukkaq she is no better too. Now yes we all do seem also  to know that too many of our civil and public servants, even many of their managers, and also  politicians, and municipalities, provinces now as well unacceptable, wrongfully do not hesitate to cheat, lie, steal, and do too often divert  the designated federal, provincial money elsewhere too so that there is a need of putting them all, note all of them not just one or two,  into jail which is the sole solution to the problem. Sadly what happens in real life it seems they the Police do periodically  arrest, catch one bad guy or gal, and next they say they now have done their job and they do wrongfully seem to forget about the rest of them. Not good enough!

Now suddenly at the beginning of this year 2010 I was personally forced to take management of my elderly father’s health, banking services, social and health  services, family affairs  and what do I encounter now even  here in Quebec too many still bad people who think they could go on even being bad with even me and my father even at the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General Hospital, Maison Herron Convalescent home, Montreal Verdun Hospital, Manoir Verdun,  the Royal Bank, Members, even too many  bad members of   the legislatures, bad  cabinet ministers, bad police, bad Quebec’s civil an public servants even now too. With the foreknowledge, suggestion  of the Liberal Quebec Premier Jean Charest”s Government, I have also now firstly, firsthand rightfully  detailed from the start of this year, to major news editors, Ministers, elected representatives as well as posting it on the internet,  to the consternation of many my own much too mammy personal experiences of the unacceptable, too often pretentious, poor  services towards a senior person being provided in the major English speaking Montreal hospitals such as the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal General Hospital, Montreal Verdun Hospita.l and the Montreal West Island Lakeshore Hospital. plus the services at the Convalescent Hospital at Dorval, Quebec Maison Herron, and Montreal  Manoir Verdun.  I rightfully do still readily do demand the prosecution of all these persons  clearly as detailed to you too  guilty of abuses that I witnessed, detailed many times too  including   their neglect  to now provide adequate medical service  to my father , their neglect  is the failure to provide adequate social services, police services, food, medicine, medical care, personal care, or other necessities to an elderly person even one who is a ward of the Quebec state  or someone else too is still a criminal act too. It is an undeniable legal fact that the abuse. including theft, frauds,  of a senior person, a person 65 years or over by anyone is a criminal act in Canada and in Quebec now. But how long does it still take the Montreal police to deal with the matter especially when the evidence is irrefutable! Only one place, Montreal Verdun Manoir tried to make serious changes when I  had complained to them but what about the others?

On top of this this is all a  very simple open and shut case of  seniors too common abuse, theft, fraud, lies, tax evasions and what the government and police cannot still handle it properly? Then what other cases do they even not handle  now ineffectively? Likley all of them!! My elderly father who is a pretty good judge of characters, now rightfully calls all of our bad civil and public servants. hospital workers and administrators,  and many others he had recently this year encountered , even his bad  relatives he calls  them pretenders, parasites, thieves, liars, prostitutes who should be now punished accordingly as well

It is amazing that the Quebec health and social services minister,  especially even my local Lieberal elected member of the Quebec Legislature now too as well as the Justice Minister and the police too they all  has still to properly act on the matters even to reply adequately, properly to one  of my many letters to them  and when will they?

It is still a criminal act now for any doctor, nurse, hospital administrators, medical supervisor not to provide medical care to any seniors. How many have been prosecuted for this in the last year? https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/05/06/thenonconformer%e2%80%99s-canadian-blog/

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, Hospitals, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/08/03/the-adequate-treatment-for-canadas-failing-health-system/

Public exposure and rightful prosecution of the bad, guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest, the bad persons included. You can run but you really cannot hide from your past wrongs.. Police, Politicians, civil and public servants included. Here is what I also do know for sure, being kind, nice, pretentious with any of the bad guys and gals is a complete waste of time, energy, money and resources for if the wicked persons are not made to feel real personal appropriate  negative consequences, they have no reasons to stop doing their wrongs, to change..  It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/18/we-all-do-know-it-is-merely-the-tip-of-a-large-iceberg/

Pretentious Ministers, Health Ministers, medical heart tests too

Some things seem to never change, such as cold calloused, pretentious Ministers, Health Ministers included who really do not care if the others live or die, as long as they alone survive  it seems still too. I could not help but notice and read the great newspaper articles about heart care tips.. but what about all of those people where these tips are too late and the mostly pretentious health care is not there for them.. face it to get get real health care you have to get the attention of the emergency department, triage  care givers, that is if you can get past those preeminent security guards there, too often pretentious triage nurses, who screen all the patients firstly. and if you still are not dumb to recognize that now hiring 12 nurses who get the same pay as one doctor cannot, do not make up, compose one qualified medical doctor firstly as well. Nurses have 2 years of training while doctors have at least a decade, so they the real doctors do have both a deeper and wider applicable   knowledge base too.

Congestive heart failure, Coronary artery disease, Hypertension ,Mitral valve collapse, Arrhythmias, Atrial fibrillation , Angina,  Cardiomyopathy, Heart attacks, Strokes, High cholesterol all likely can be effectively treated if we had a more competent, compassionated medical care system firstly..

Secondly most of the initial doctor  prescribed medical test for potentially serious  heart problems are really pretentious, cheap, ineffective, basically  all useless, and are mostly now used because the real valid medical tests such as the Echocardiogram   are mostly unavailable and too costly to be used immediatley too, for most people who reallly do need them.  see https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/27/why-heart-attacks-often-kill-still/

“Some noninvasive Heart tests, and not all of them are fully effective even.. most tests still do require professional diagnostic experiences solely by quailfied cardiologists.
  • Resting electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG)
  • Signal-averaged electrocardiogram (SAECG)
  • Chest X-ray
  • Holter monitor (ambulatory electrocardiogram)

  • Echocardiogram
  • Exercise stress test
  • Computed tomography (CT) scan
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
  • Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA
The  echocardiogram is a test in which ultrasound is used to examine the heart. The equipment is far superior to that used by fishermen. In addition to providing single-dimension images, known as M-mode echo that allows accurate measurement of the heart chambers, the echocardiogram also offers far more sophisticated and advanced imaging. The first test that should be done for most people with potential heart problems often seems rather firstly reserved for the pregnant mothers rather still too.” http://www.heartsite.com/html/echocardiogram.html

Based on that above  facts alone a triage Medical  doctor said today to me that he would love to hire me to help out in his emergency clinic, since few people do now even have that essential medical heart problem grasp, and what about you?  http://stayinhealth.wordpress.com

Or are you another one of those people who will let most of the really sick and needy  heart patients die next needlessly too by doing nothing good about it too?

“CP Despite political focus post-SARS, hospital infection rates continued to rise   TORONTO — Toronto’s SARS crisis and Quebec’s C. difficile nightmare drew political attention – and additional funding – to the problem of hospital-acquired infections. But despite that, rates of these infections continued to rise in the years immediately following the outbreaks, a new study reveals. Rates of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus – known as MRSA – more than doubled in the period from 1999 to 2005, said the study, which was based on a survey of Canadian hospitals with more 80 or more patient beds.  Clostridium difficile infections ( shit  disease ) also rose over that period and the number of hospitals reporting new cases of infection with vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus climbed 77 per cent over the period. “Despite the two major communicable diseases – SARS and C. difficile – despite the emphasis by the Canadian Public Safety Institute on safer health care, despite all those things, our institutional approaches to infection control have changed remarkably little,” said Dr. Andrew Simor, head of microbiology at Toronto’s Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Simor was not involved in the study. “And the outcomes, as a result, have gone in the wrong direction.” The survey was conducted in 2006 by researchers from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ont., and was a follow-up to an earlier survey conducted in 1999. Both were funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada. The results, which will be published in the December issue of the American Journal of Infection Control, showed that while hospitals reported an increase in staff devoted to infection control, increasing numbers of patients fell prey to hospital-acquired infections. There were 5.2 cases of MRSA per 1,000 hospital admissions in 2005, up from two per 1,000 in 1999. There was also an upward trend in C. difficile infections, and the number of hospitals reporting new cases of infection with VRE soared. “We have to roll up our sleeves,” said lead author Dr. Dick Zoutman, head of infection control at Kingston General Hospital. But while the numbers don’t look good, the director of infectious disease prevention and control with Ontario’s public health agency raised a couple of important caveats. Dr. Michael Gardam suggested hiring new infection control staff is only one step in improving a hospital’s infection control performance. Real improvement requires a commitment and effort from all those involved in patient care in an institution, he said – and that takes time. “Rome wasn’t built in a day,” Gardam said. “You need to have more infection control practitioners. And you need to bring about culture change. And just doing the resources side of things I don’t believe will actually get you there.” Gardam also suggested the numbers might have been worse but for the injection of resources that followed the 2003 SARS outbreak and the C. difficile crisis, which first came to light in 2004. “Probably we are having an impact, we are slowing the increase,” said Gardam, who was not involved in the study. “But we’re not actually achieving a real steady state and we’re not actually seeing a decrease.” That’s especially worrying given the current state of the economy, said both Zoutman and Simor, who noted that infection control efforts are an easy target when hospitals are trying to cut costs. “I’m concerned now that it’s more challenging economic times … that we don’t lose (sight of) this,” said Zoutman. “Because it’s a false economy. It’s penny wise, pound foolish.” “

And Melamine is sometimes illegally added to food products in order to increase the apparent protein content. Manufacturers knowingly and intentionally mix Melamine, which has some rather nasty ingredients, in our milk. To mix this product, they needed the use of formaldehyde, which is a very toxic and nasty ingredient in itself. Where has the integrity of our products gone? It seems like in the venture of profit many companies will trick and deceive customers into believing whatever they are ingesting is good for them. One important matter though is that, it is not only China who is doing such acts. Many companies everywhere are also putting toxic ingredients in our food and beverages without exactly telling us about it. http://augustafreepress.com/2008/10/13/haresh-daswani-watching-what-you-eat/

Report card: Canada’s hospitals and Health Ministers

In Canada, many people, citizens  are needlessly dying because the hospital infection rates continued to rise  and all of the Health Ministers should be hung for this now immediately too, for murder, and I have been now saying that rightfully and openly for years now too.. do immediately deal with it. Attention Health Ministers, Ministers of Consumer protection

Note that the Diabetes glucose test strips also  can be defective and may have to   be replaced too. They are also a  sensitive piece of medical equipment that can be damaged as well. These strips need to be kept clean, protected,  stored in a dry place. Also everyone one must insure one has already washed, and has  clean dry fingers, alcohol free too, before one test for the sugar levels with a test strip. Test strips and test solutions do have expiry dates now as well. Note them

It is amazing that Bayer’s phone line for such a critical disease as diabetes  now too is only 9 to 9 and 7 week days while their competitor offers 24 hours services seven days a week.  For 100 dollars per month per customer for their test strips  you would think they all could give a good support service too?

On top of that firstly falsely to save money many firms  wrongfully fail to see that most people after the age of 45 start to tend  have serious eye sight problem, they even with glasses cannot at all read the too often small, reduced prints, labels  including with the medical products now too. Wow

By also not sharing our serious, real concerns, and also insights, gains we are falsely contributing , participating in the deaths of others too it seems. With the valid comfort, help , advice, instructions that we even do receive from others, we next are also able to help, share this with others, for sadly  many people die needlessly as a result of their own ignorance, and ignorance still too often is not a valid excuse too.

General Recommendations for People with Diabetes

  • Enjoy a variety of foods.
  • Choose whole grain bread and cereals over white bread and processed cereals
  • Include vegetables and fruits in your daily diet

  • Choose lower-fat dairy products, leaner meats, and foods prepared with little or no fat
  • Achieve and maintain a healthy body weight by enjoying regular physical activity  and healthy eating
  • Limit salt, alcohol, and caffeine

On top of that most people should, admit, that diabetes and heart problems are related, and when one has one one tends to eventually have the others, and they now should try to stop that from happen ing by eating proper meals,  proper foods, getting proper exercises and learning how to deal beneficially with encountered stress as well as getting daily enough proper sleep.

This misleading add by a clearly disreputable company has now refused to acknowledge  my emails, claiming they likely were accidently deleted, and has refused to answer any of my   related. questions to them  and  note any of them with a reply of “I am sorry but I cannot help you here”.

My questions was how many other Bayer Customers also have defective Bayer diabetes meters, how many of them have also been recalled, and how many of then are defective? and why is that?

THEY COULD NOT ANSWER ONE QUESTION OF MINE.

HOW MANY OTHER DIABETES PATIENTS NOW GET THE UNACCEPTABLE SAME POOR SERVICES THAT I HAVE NOW WITNESSED TOO and the answer is?

These diabetes gluecose meters are distributed in Hospitals by working nurses at the hospitals, clearly on the TAKE from Bayer, pushing the Bayer products, and by drug stores.

I talked face to face with my family doctor at the Hospital who said Bayer’s diabetes glucose meters are known to be often defective.

But some how they fail to tell the public and their users that info,

Why?

When I asked Bayers support services by Phone as to how my 2 Bayers glucose meters can be both so wrong.. I take the even  same blood sample.. I next get different results from the same meter even..  On the competitor meter   it says 6.8 firstly and next it says 9.8 in a matter of seconds too (The Ultra meter lets you make a metter adjustement for the type of  test  strips that you get monthl, and it get, solves this Problemed) . While the Bayer meters  say 13.4, and even 22.4.. when it should have said 7.5, and while  the Bayer company says they test  all their glucose meters before delivery.. but what provision do they have now  for testing the after next when being used by the patients rather? If your meter is defective they will replace it.. how in the world are you supposed to know it is really defective in the first place? I found out over 6 months later they were defective the hard way too.. Bayers say their meters are very popular and I said to them that was cause most people wrongfully do not know how crappy their meters are are and Bayer’s follow services now too..

Because Canada’s Bayer ascensia.ca would not give me  REPLY  by phone or email I contacted them also in the UK

Thank you for your enquiry. This has been forwarded to a member of staff who will contact you as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Customer Services
They have yet to get back to me

When I  also do see a note likes this,” Due to recent high volume of e-mail messages, your response may be delayed.” It still generally means their equipment, services are unreliable and they have loads of customer complaints. I have often got it from the bad service department at  Bell Sympatico.

For 100 dollars per month per customer for thier test strips  you would think they all could give a good support service too?
To  date no one from Bayer got back to me yet about any of this. Why?

I had also contacted their competitor too, but  their phone lines were too busy and they next promised to return my calls which they did at least a few hours later and  they clearly told me that using the meters and test strips was not a simple event, some  real reading, maximizing oneself,  following  their manual instructions, was required

I have switched over to Ultra – Life Scan who are the Number one in Canada and in the US.. Their services in comparison to Bayer now in my real experiences is like heaven compared to hell. They gave me an additional new meter, they gave me free cable to connect their ultra meters to the computer, and software to measure my test results, within 4 days too, all free, and they were kind on the phone always, called me back and talk to me. They have the additional aspect of anyone at home now being able to test the accuracy of the meters supplied with their Ultra meters too. That is the kind of real support I expected from Bayer and all others here too.

Understandably since my past disastrous   unacceptable problems with Bayer glucose meters, twice bitten now I am even  more cautious,   I next get different   results from the  Life Scan Ultra meters even..  where  it said  6.8 firstly and   next it said  9.8  using the same blood, and the test was one a few seconds apart. Fortunately  Life Scan Ultra though provides a control, test solution Life Scan is committed to providing customers with quality products and caring service and life scan has done so too. I contacted then  directly by phone next and they   had next effectively took all the necessary steps to rectify  the problems.. replacing the defective strips.. for  it seems the test strip batch themselves now were defective and I understand such things can happen.. it was great that Life Scan has a test procedure to measure the meters effectiveness periodically, and has also the adequate follow up services too. The whole experience was great for me I learned how to check the meters accuracy results too.  All Much much appreciated. .

Based on their past treatment, rather abuse of me Bayers  are dreaming if I will recommend their  products, rather I talk to pharmacy managers directly and tell them what my doctors told me, Contour is known to give often defective readings..

The Bible Prohibits Affirmative Action?

http://healtheland.wordpress.com/2008/09/10/the-bible-prohibits-affirmative-action/ supposedly…

How some people even professing Christains falsely, deliberately do still  overlook that Jesus came to help the poor and needy persons is way beyond me!

Hey we seem all to be able read into the Bible anything you want but the reality, for all of the people who collect the tithe, the poor and priests now they  were all on Biblical social welfare, and they were not allowed to own property just as much as  anyone on social aid today too.. 1/7 of the tithe was to be given to the poor, and the role of deacons was to help poor people with social aid..

Just wait till many of you guys get to be over 45 and get cancer, diabetes, heart attacks and cannot work and how gladly you will go on social aid..

So do not bash poor people for you will walk in their footsteps next to learn compassion.. I personally in my life now have seen many Christians in churches go that route next .Once  Proud Bullies, bashers, abusers included..

Emergency Wards, Hospitals, Health Ministers

The Health Ministers and Hospitals now have come a long way in treating better the causes and preventing the spreading of of the too often fatal shit disease, C- difficile   in Canada but that now it all still is not enough.. and we all are not in the dark ages, in the era of the back death in Europe,  that we all should be so stupid too think that shit diseases, transmitted by unwashed hands after urinating, going to the toilet cannot still kill people.. yes it does.. many such diseases are often spread by hands, door knobs as well as we thus  all should know.. better and more regular hospital cleanings required still at every Hospital in Canada.

Do also still deal with the he still unacceptable  waiting in the local emergency ward(s)..

Isn’t it nice that some things do not change, they are so dependable, such as the inefficient usage of the local Hospital facilities, and medical personnel , staff as well? Wrong! Some things are never acceptable. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/01/20/hospitals-staff-stress-unsustainable/

I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SIT FOR  A FEW HOURS WITH MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR AT THE LOCAL EMERGENCY WARD IN THE LASALLE ANGRIGNON-MONTREAL HOSPITAL, AGAIN.

So I had to hear all the complaining firsthand from the sick patients about the poor services again too. If the Health Minister was not such a pretender, coward too, now  he would try that himself. And learn a few things. Such as having only one medical  doctor on duty is guarantee way to insure major unacceptable slow down in the emergency department. On top of that as I know first hand and often, the quality of services you get THERE TOO depends on the quality of the doctor himself, and half of them, the clearly really poor ones should be employed for a start elsewhere, and have half of their salary cut as well next rightfully too.

Now from years of experience  already too I do also next a Hospital tour. I walk around the hospitals and observe how many hospital employees I can see talking in a group, or just floor walking, and  how many of the hospital staff are not at their desks, offices, ( you all should try this in governmental offices, especially in city hall now too),  and I had now clearly observed firstly as a result  that this local hospital was not even being utilized to a 50 percent capacity, never mind now 75 percent. Clearly the  bad hospital mangers are responsible for this and there is  now rightfully is a significant room, area for improvement.

My being nice to even one bad person is still a major waste of time, and even to any bad Hospital managers, for too many Hospital managers and bad Hospital employees REALLY STILL do not care at all about the patient’s good welfare, sickness, problems, but only their own GOOD WELFARE. For  all they the staff they seem mainly do care about is keeping their own jobs,  getting a raise, promotion and doing the minimum amount of work possible too, because only the fear of firing can cause any hospital employee to do a better job.  So really now start by firing now all of the the bad Hospital managers, ( also all Bad School mangers, etc..), the bad Health (and education  Ministers) firstly as well.

Now rightfully all of you allso do fix the Emergency room waiting problem  and immediately too.

and don’t you dare get sick and go to a Hospital you might have to find out what the doctors, nurses, hospital and Medicare are really like now too

Emergency  Wards in Hospitals can be a deadly place.. many people pick up all kinds of sicknesses there too.. shit disease included..
