Funny the Canadian News media did not mention this.

Australia, Canada and Japan vs Russia

Australia, Canada and Japan were unexpectedly  blocked by the Russians  from attending a diplomatic summit in Vienna last week which laid the groundwork for a possible future UN Security Council resolution, ceasefire and transition government in Syria,   blocked from attending a diplomatic summit  due to  their one sided support of a US vs Russia power  play. A proxy state of war between America and Russia now exists. So far, Putin has now  outwitted Obama in Syria.
 .
Australia has also  been critical of Russia’s handling of the MH17 disaster. The former prime minister, Tony Abbott, took a hard line against Russia after the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine last year, illustrated by his threat to “shirtfront” the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, at the G20 meeting in Brisbane. Australian fighter jets have been carrying out airstrikes against Isis targets in Iraq since late last year. Peter Tesch, a former ambassador to Germany, is to  become Australia’s top diplomat in Russia from January. The appointment comes  “at a challenging juncture in Russia’s relations with Australia  seeks to resolve the conflict in eastern Ukraine and Syria and pursue justice for the victims of MH17”.
.
Syria was excluded from discussing its own status and future. It has still a  final say on anything agreed on.
 .

The majority of Canadians oppose the government’s plan to resettle 25,000 Syrian refugees  as most of them are still Muslims.

.

Why the Islamic wars today?

About 1,300 years ago after the death of the Prophet Muhammad, a succession crisis divided Muslims; and the widening schism continues to play out today. The dispute over how to replace Muhammad as the leader of the Muslim world after his death in 632 — and increasingly after the deaths of subsequent leaders — led to competing iterations of the Islamic faith, diverting followers into two major branches — the Sunni and the Shia with doctrinal distinctions created the schism. In History we also did have the non violent Catholics and the Orthodox split.

.

The Islamic split began very early history of Islam. Those pushing for selecting successors as caliph of the Islamic State and as the religious authority only from among the family of Muhammad became known as the Shia, from the Arabic for “the followers of Ali,” a reference to Muhammad’s son-in-law, Ali ibn Abi Talib. Those pushing for a selective process based on seeking the most qualified from the wider tribal context became known as the Sunni, from the Arabic for “people of the tradition.” This was really a political dispute, but that political dispute early on over who should continued over centuries and a theological sectarian split. A study in 2009 by the Pew Research Center says there were more than 1.57 billion Muslims around the world, about 23% of the world’s population. Of those, 10 to 13 percent were Shia and 87-90 percent were Sunni. It is largely where those Shia live that has become important. The majority of Shias (between 68 to 80 percent) live in just four countries: Iran, Pakistan, India and Iraq. In many other countries in the Persian Gulf, Shia remain a minority within Sunni dominated states. That makes theology increasingly also  political.

.

The Islamic State, also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), follows a distinctive variety of their own Islam whose beliefs do differ from the regional Sunni-Shiite tensions They literally want to over throw the world and replace it with their own Islamic view of the future.  In 2014, after taking control of territory in the Sunni heartland of Iraq, ISIL proclaimed itself a caliphate, calling other states illegitimate and placing itself as the exclusive authority over the Islamic world, as if the world was the same as it was 1,300 years ago. ISIL targets Shia Muslims as well as the West as it imposes its strict interpretations within territory it controls. ISIL wants to convince everyone the struggle is one epic clash of civilizations between the false Western religions and the Islamic World — with themselves as the true  representative of the world’s Muslims and as their religious authority — their caliph, the scholars said. The ISIL also carves its bloody notion of a new Islamic State world wide  lashing out at targets both within the Muslim world and in the West. They claim they do  have restored the Islamic empire called the caliphate as they believe that the caliphate is required in order to properly implement Islamic law and Islamic governance. They consider other systems of governance, even if there’s a Muslim sitting at the top, as illegitimate as long as the caliphate is absent. Members of the two branches if Islam, Sunni and the Shia had originally lived together peacefully and intermarried, but this highly politicized, the divide also becomes next “very heated” and now lead to calls for excommunication from the Islamic faith. In the current context of the self-declared Islamic State, that means death to all, even the Sunni and the Shia Islamists

The notion of Shia now  being the dangerous iteration shifted through fundamentalist Sunni groups such as the Taliban, al Qaeda and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also referred to as ISIS). For a while, exploiting the Sunni-Shia split served the interests of nations controlled by either branch. Saudi Arabia, is also guilty of forcefully exportating it’s Sunni Islamist ideology. The ISIL, Shia-Sunni split is  important when the major backers of each branch are dominating influences in the same, sensitive region: Middle East, Iran and Saudi Arabia. The ISIL, Iran and Saudi Arabia has  aquired  loads of money and are  now also able to acquire, and to finance many ISIL recruits.

Canada’s Justice system is fooling few persons

rcmp (000)

A disoriented Robert Dziekanski died after being Tasered and restrained by four members of the RCMP on Oct. 14, 2007 at the Vancouver International Airport. The incident has become a permanent  blight on the entire RCMP and public perception of the force hit an all time low.  The RCMP were fighting a losing battle, especially as the public has seen a witness video of the incident. It didn’t help the RCMP that they initially confiscated the video belonging to that witness, Paul Pritchard. The police later relented and gave Pritchard back the video. He made it public Nov. 14, 2007, so members of the public could draw their own conclusions. There were many discrepancies regarding officers’ statements concerning what happened, made immediately after Dziekanski’s death, compared with what Pritchard’s video revealed. The video shows Robert Dziekanski falling to the ground immediately after the first Taser shot. The officers at the scene claimed he remained standing for at least two Taser charges. The Braidwood inquiry gave the officers a chance to explain these discrepancies. They could not.

rcmp ()

You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors, from police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers  who say that bad people, bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. The hypocrItical police tend not to believe that bad cons can be helped only bad cops… and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/03/25/liars-mounties-misleading-everyone/

Const. Kwesi Millington, the RCMP officer who fired a Taser the night Robert Dziekanski died at Vancouver International Airport, has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for perjury and colluding with his fellow officers at an inquiry into the death. All four officers were charged with perjury following the inquiry into Dziekanski’s death, for testimony inquiry commissioner Thomas Braidwood called “patently unbelievable.” Millington and former RCMP corporal Monty Robinson were convicted of perjury; the other officers, Const. Bill Bentley and Const. Gerry Rundel, were acquitted.

.

A trinket to pretend justice is served.   It won’t bring back Robert Dziekanski , but a small bit of justice finally administered..

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/22/unacceptable-rcmp-coverup-of-the-killing-of-robert-dziekanski/

.

All of the RCMP involved should be in jail.  Rasicm  is alive and well in our Canadian Justice system”   Under this regime, Black and First Nations don’t just go to the back of the bus, they go under it.” Only the non-white officers are held accountable. The white RCMP officers get off scot-free, even though they did exactly the same thing as their less white colleagues.  killed Robert Dziekanski

.

There were, are four criminals involved here. Not just the one who used the Taser. All four are equally guilty  bad men…  All Police force members are to held accountable for their actions on the job. And  Members of the Police forces  should be held to a higher standard when it comes to the law because of the trust we put in them to enforce the law. They should get severely punished for their failure to do so, especially in circumstances where they abuse their position to try and cover up their very poor behaviour.  Abuse of authority and  Manipulation of the truth is well worthy of jail time for all bad police officers too.

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2015/04/22/one-of-the-most-read-topics-here-is-the-subject-of-bad-police-officers-in-Canada/

.

Now why are the clearly foolish Canadian  justice ministers, cops, so foolish still  that they do now even think that they can turn the clock backwards and continue again doing the very same bad things now that they all have even been exposed for what they really are world wide even.. they are bad people who abuse citizens and obstruct justice and do need to be put into prison themselves. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/11/30/25147/

.

It would be easy to form the impression that the four Richmond RCMP officers involved were the only ones to blame for the tragedy at Vancouver International Airport on Oct. 14, 2007. But as the lawyer for Dziekanski’s mother has astutely observed, that’s only because the RCMP’s spectacularly bad PR has stolen the spotlight. RCMP brass and the federal government could have pre-empted a damning report from Thomas Braidwood by stepping up with a genuine mea culpa and an announcement that a major overhaul of the RCMP and CBSA was already in the works. That hasn’t happened. Now, given how much has been exposed in this inquiry, it is hard to believe a few people won’t be held to account. http://www2.canada.com/burnabynow/news/community/story.html?id=8d1d3edf-7582-4031-93f0-d6efddf13a8d

And that includes the and justice ministers, solicitor generals at the federal and provincial levels now too and who is going to hold them all accountable? not the bad PM for sure.

.

Robert Dziekanski would likely still be alive if he hadn’t been stunned multiple times with a Taser and restrained on the floor of Vancouver’s airport by four RCMP officers, said  an expert pathologist

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/03/11/unwanted-rcmp/

.

It has been obvious from the beginning when the RCMP had refused to return to the owner the tape OF Robert Dziekanski’s death  that the RCMP was guilty of cover-up, obstruction of justice, guilty of perversity in their behavior.. AND THROUGH OUT THE HEARING THAT HAS BEEN AN UNDENIABLE, UNACCEPTABLE CONTINUED FACT OF LIFE AS WELL. Now in reality an RCMP  cleansing is needed and heads should roll, the heads of the RCMP officers at the scenes, their immediate supervisors, and all the top brass related to the cover-up, inadequate proper actions in these matters, and the sooner the better for the benefit of the whole RCMP, and all Canadians now as well who rightfully  have LOST A  SERIOUS TRUST INTO THIS RCMP INSTITUTION.

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/07/16/the-serious-loss-of-trust-into-the-rcmp/

.

The Braidwood Inquiry into the Taser-related death of Robert Dziekanski has been blown up and left in ruins by the revelation a key RCMP e-mail was withheld from the commission. After months of outrage about the conduct of the four Mounties who responded to Vancouver Airport Oct. 14, 2007, who can believe that at the last minute, a federal lawyer would produce what many would consider a smoking gun — an e-mail saying the officers decided to use the Taser before confronting the Polish immigrant?

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/06/16/no-confidence/

.

Many years later the RCMP officer who stunned Robert Dziekanski with a Taser at Vancouver’s airport lied at a public inquiry into the Polish immigrant’s death, a judge ruled. Const. Kwesi Millington fired his Taser multiple times after he and three other officers were summoned to Vancouver’s airport in October 2007. Dziekanski, who spoke no English, had been throwing furniture in the international terminal.  Millington’s verdict marks the first time a judge has concluded that one of the officers lied. Another Mountie, Const. Bill Bentley, was acquitted in 2013, while two other cases have not yet concluded.  The Crown alleged the officers colluded on a story to tell homicide investigators and write in their police notes in an attempt to heighten the threat that Dziekianski posed. Prosecutors argued the officers’ statements and notes all contained similar errors, proving they worked together. The Crown further alleged the officers met in the Vancouver area in the days or weeks before testifying at the inquiry in early 2009 to plan their testimony. A witness, whose ex-husband is Bentley’s cousin, told the court the officers met at her home, but the defence presented telephone records, credit card receipts and other evidence to cast doubt on her testimony. The judge  noted that the officer’s errors all exaggerated the threat Dziekanski posed.

.

There is “no denying” aboriginals in Canada are overrepresented in the country’s penal system, says Justice Minister Peter MacKay. “This is a tragedy that we have to come to grips with,” The  Justice System Encourages the Continuation of Injustice.   Aboriginal prisoners are overrepresented in Canada’s federal prisons and waiting longer for parole, according to new numbers from the Public Safety Ministry, which is responsible for corrections. Aboriginal inmates less likely to get early release from prison.  Statistically, aboriginal offenders are more likely to go right to the end of their sentence date. Nearly 85 per cent of aboriginal offenders are detained in federal prisons until they have served two-thirds of their sentences, at which time most offenders are entitled to statutory release, compared to 69 per cent of non-aboriginal offenders.  Under federal law, inmates must be released, under supervision, at the two-thirds point of their sentence, unless authorities believe there is a high likelihood those offenders will commit a violent crime. For non-aboriginal inmates, the corresponding figure is 69.3 per cent.   A disproportionate number of aboriginal people arrive in federal prison each year, despite a federal sentencing law that requires judges to consider alternatives to custody for native people. Aboriginal people make up 23.2 per cent of federal inmates, but only about 4 per cent of the Canadian population.

.

The number of aboriginal women in Canadian prisons is also on the rise. Aboriginal women represent about four per cent of the general population . Women of aboriginal descent now make up more than 35 per cent of the female prison population. ”

.

” By a wide range of measures, aboriginal offenders fare worse in prison than others. Arriving at an earlier age (48.8 per cent of those entering in 2013-14 were under 30, compared with 36 per cent of non-aboriginal inmates), they tend to be held in segregation more frequently and to be held in custody longer till their first release. They also make up 42.3 per cent of offenders held past their statutory release date, right to the end of their sentence, because of fears they will be violent, the report said. And once released, whether on parole or statutory release, they have their release suspended or revoked more frequently than others. ”  I think Aboriginal people are easy targets. They tend to be marginalized and tend to have limited resources,”  “It’s just a perfect storm for people who don’t have the resources to stick up for themselves.” Saskatoon defence lawyer James Scott has long believed Aboriginal people faced a bias in the judiciary . He Calls for public inquiry into Saskatchewan’s over incarceration of Aboriginal people.  This   disparity between native and non-native parole rates  prove that the justice system, including the parole board, is somehow stacked against natives.

.

Now a huge economic prosperity gap remains between First Nations and non-aboriginal populations in B.C. and across the country, especially for those living on First Nations on reserves.“ The gaps between aboriginal and non-aboriginal Canadians remain large,” There were 1,400,685 people classified as aboriginal in 2011, according to the report — 851,560 First Nations, 59,440 Inuit, and 451,800 self-identified as Métis, meaning they are of mixed First Nation-European heritage. In B.C. there were 155,020 First Nations people (103,975 living off-reserve, the remaining 51,045 on-reserve), 1,570 Inuit and 69,475 Métis. Left alone, the situation will worsen. The first place it will become apparent will be in Canada’s prisons.

.

The number of black inmates sent to solitary confinement in federal prisons has doubled in the last decade, according to new figures that have prompted Canada’s correctional watchdog to declare the use of solitary “out of control.” In a 2013 report on the black inmate experience, the Correctional Investigator found that all black inmates were viewed as having gang affiliations by correctional staff, even where the label was demonstrably false. Investigators also learned that correctional programs contain little material reflecting black knowledge, culture or traditions . “From our perspective, this speaks to the general trend of anti-black racism that flows throughout the criminal justice system,” said Anthony Morgan, policy and research lawyer at the African Canadian Legal Clinic. “We strongly feel these numbers scream for the necessity to do a review of systemic racism within the criminal justice system.”

.

Our Conservative government believes that criminals belong behind bars.: Hesitate to prosecute their own white people for any wrong doings though.

.

Aboriginal inmates in Canada make up too high a percentage of Canada’s prison population and tend to get harsher sentences and less programming, a report from the country’s prison watchdog

This week in Stephen Harper’s Canada

canada-corrupted-conservatives

This week  in Prime Minister’s Stephen Harper’s Canada; the economy shrank, 30 cases of fraud and breach of trust were found in the Senate, and Canada Post pushed ahead with unnecessary and ill-advised cuts to home mail delivery.  Harper is out of the country.

.

” Canada is on the verge of a new recession. The first quarter GDP numbers were released by the Bank of Canada and they showed that the economy shrank by 0.6% between January and April. The report was full of bad news and showed that economic growth in March was weaker than February and growth in February was weaker than January. This shows that the negative effects of the oil price collapse are accelerating and voiding any positive benefit we may be seeing from lower gas prices. –

.

Canada’s Auditor general cites lack of oversight for Senate spending mess.   A fishing trip, contracts for professional services and one senator’s own 50th wedding anniversary celebration are some of the ineligible expenses filed under the guise of parliamentary business,  Auditor general Michael Ferguson’s comprehensive audit of Senate expenses,  spans a two-year period and names 30 senators, including nine whose files are being recommended for referral to the RCMP.  Members of Canada’s Senate improperly spent almost C$1 million ($810,000) in just two years, according to a report released on Tuesday. Ferguson’s investigation uncovered C$992,663 in irregular spending and expense claims made by 30 current and former senators. Eight of those senators were appointed by Harper too.   Ferguson said he was “struck by the overall lack of transparency and accountability” exercised both by the institution as a whole and by some individual senators.  80,000 claims investigated at a cost taxpayers $23.5 million .

.

Harper is a very poor  manager.  We can  all realize that the emperor has no clothes. Two of the 30 senators in question are Leo Housakos, speaker of the chamber, and Claude Carignan, government leader in the Senate. Both are Harper appointees, as is Senator Mike Duffy, who is on trial facing charges of bribery and improper spending.  One of the two sitting senators whose cases will be examined by police is Harper appointee Pierre-Hugues Boisvenu. This scandal makes a mockery of the promise Harper made when he took power in 2006 of more honesty, transparency, to increase accountability and clean up the Senate. “The responsibility for this scandal continues to go back to the prime minister of this country who promised reform … We deserve better,”

List of senators named in expenses audit and money that’s in dispute  http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/2015/06/05/list-of-senators-named-in-expenses-audit-and-money-thats-in-dispute.html

.

“Massive cuts to Canada Post are set to hit home as the Crown Corporation has announced plans to end home mail delivery to all residences and businesses with postal codes beginning with P7A, P7B, P7C and P7E early in 2016.  , Canada Post is a national institution that has generated a profit of $951 million for the federal government between 2005 and 2014. Yet, for some reason, and in spite of its significant yearly profits, the Harper Conservatives plan to make Canada the only G7 country without home mail delivery. ”

.

Stephen ‎Harper  again  renews  his attack on Russia’s Vladimir Putin. “Harper ‎said the Russian economy has little in common with western ones.” In reality the biggest threat to Canada and the Canadian way of life is firstly is Harper not Putin.   The more he articulates it, the more Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s speaks  on Russian President Vladimir Putin the more Harper is weird.  Harper now  why do you want to keep poking the big Russian bear with a small  stick?

,

Harper gains no kudos from me for stealing money from the poor native Canadians and then handing that money out to the billionaire oligarchs in the Ukraine. It is quite telling that Harper seems focused on denouncing Russia’s economy and claims they are not the same as “Western values”.   What is a “western value” economic system, Mr Harper?  gays?   “Mr. Putin runs an entirely different system … he runs an economy that is dominated by oligarchs and criminal syndicates.”  Strange comment from Harper. It’s very good description of North American “systems,” too .  Harper,  he is trying to deflect the media away from covering the Auditor General’s findings, the economy, the Duffy trial, his vacating Ministers… In short, everything that is important to Canada.  Which is why he is, was on the other side of the world…hiding!  He should return to Canada and deal with all the problems we do have at home. Until Harper learns how to keep his own house clean, he has no business criticizing Russia. There is nothing Harper will not politicize to get a vote. What a sad and pathetic sense of leadership. Harper is the last person who should be bad mouthing Putin as  a Dictator.   All coming from the man who wrecked Canada. Harper doesn’t have a clue about Ukraine, or much else:

.

“I just can’t get past the elections fraud and bribery.”  Mr. Harper and Co. have stolen the half billion or more of the former Canadian Wheat Board which rightfully belong to farmers. He is in the process of giving (not selling) these assets to the Saudi Arabians who are anything but democratic. Harper have spent $578 million on Ukraine so far, $400 million of it are loans that he knows Ukraine will never repay. Now it looks like Harper closed our veterans offices in order to pay for the Ukraine neo-Nazi government that is waging war against its own people.

.

Harper is an embarrassment to Canada. Who likes to keep his dealings and negotiations with China and other foreign interests secret. Who uses public service institutions, like CRA to intimidate opposing voices. . Harper thinks attacking Putin is a sure vote-getter, instead it just makes him look like a hypocritical fool. All I can say is Mr. Harper, will you please shut up!  The last ten years at the helm Harper has only been   plotting on  how to stay in power. Harper is as bad as Brian Mulroney.  Interesting how Israel is accomplishing their goals through Canada/Harper. If you also do think Harper is a Christian, then I’m an alien from outer space!!  Harper has no values.  He’s just a hypocrite spewing talking points .

.

The only difference between Russian ‘Democracy’ and that of the ‘Western democratic world’ is that in Russia, Putin controls the Oligarchs. In the west, the Oligarchs own and control the politicians/puppets. Harper should apologize to Putin and then go on medical leave for professional help.  Harper is an embarrassment to Canada and a danger to world peace.  Harper a US, NATO, Jewish  puppet . Stephen Harper has Russaphobia.   What he’s really trying to cover up is that after using the cease-fire to once more regroup, rearm, resupply, and train new fighters, assisted by the US and its co-conspirators, his regime is preparing to undertake another expanded, US-backed military campaign to eliminate the Ukrainians opposed to what’s happened since the Ukrainian coup,.. Their first act upon seizing power in the coup was to eliminate russian language rights (the language of most of the eastern provinces of Ukraine).  .  The western oligarches  still do own  the media.  https://putin1hero.wordpress.com/

.

Are these the bad Western Values Harper Supports
https://consortiumnews.com/2015/06/02/neocon-fugitive-given-ukraine-province/
http://www.democracynow.org/2015/5/19/headlines/new_ukrainian_law_honors_nationalist_groups_that_aided_nazis

.

The bad guys can keep Harper,  as decent Canadians  do not  want him back as PM.   He has now a reputation of being a big liar.  PM Harper lies and lies . I heard firsthand one teenager saying to another teenager , “I cannot trust you, you lie to me all the time” and this next had made me reflect upon the reality that the average person lies 3 times in every ten minutes of conversation . It seems that spin doctoring, misleading, lying to others is a very major part of not just the lawyers, used car salesmen, but a regular part of the sales, advertising, corporate way of doing business with consumers these days Canada wide now as well.  http://blog.blazingangles.net/whatsthis/2007/09/the-art-of-lying-1.html

.

What are Harper’s MAJOR accomplishments for Canada…. a strong oil sector with pipelines to market? a strong diversified economy? record job growth & low youth unemployment? a strong auto sector? better health care? a cleaner environment? senate reform? a democratic beacon for the world? improvements for First Nations? NONE of the above?..

canada 50

.

Harper is a threat to Canadian democracy.   Harper’s talks tough, then hides in closets when the firing starts.   A peacekeepers job is to get both sides in Ukraine to agree..  Yet, the small minority of  Jewish backed troublemakers  including Harper  is blocking this cause.. Not to mention the fact that even highly respected scholars say that the USA  and Canada under Harper, since he’s really a GOP puppet are oligarchies.  Harper has indeed humiliated Canada and made us irrelevant. We were once respected , Having Harper next to our Flag is a Disgrace and a Disrespect to our Flag.  Only the Canadian Media gave him any notice, coverage at the G6 too. No one else world wide did. Not even the US.

.

The Conservatives  like the Liberals have both shown what they are capable of and it wasn’t pretty. , not nice…  Most Voters no longer trust the Conservatives or the Liberals

.

The NDP   Thomas Mulcair is  poised for clear shot at becoming prime minister as NDP surges in polls ..  All of this follows in the wake of the latest good news for the official Opposition: a Corporate Research Associates poll that shows the New Democrats resurgent in Atlantic Canada – from 14 per cent to 29 per cent in the past three months – at the expense of Justin Trudeau’s Liberals, who sagged from 56 per cent to 43 per cent.  But what really matters is Quebec, where there are strong signs that Mr. Mulcair may be able to repeat the late Jack Layton’s miraculous breakthrough of 2011. An Ipsos poll released last week has the NDP at 41 per cent in Quebec, with the Liberals far behind at 25 per cent.

You all can easily know that I have said before here that one the things that makes any health care system bad is the much too many  money hungry doctors..

Too many Doctors are mainly selfish, self centered, want to get rich fast

Meanwhile  Quebec’s anti-corruption task force suspects Porter and four high-profile  executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital  were part of a massive fraud conspiracy.UPAC issued arrest warrants Wednesday morning for Arthur Porter, Pierre  Duhaime, Riadh Ben Aissa, Yanai Elbaz , Jeremy Morris. UPAC confirmed  Wednesday that Elbaz – the former associate director general of the MUHC – is in  custody and will be charged Thursday. Duhaime — the former CEO of SNC-Lavalin – will turn himself in to Surete du  Quebec headquarters Thursday morning, He has already been charged with fraud. Ben  Aissa — another former executive at SNC-Lavalin — has already been arrested  and questioned by police for his possible role in other plots. All five are wanted for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and related charges.   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/27/high-profile-executives-involved-in-the-construction-of-the-mcgill-university-superhospital-are-charged/

Now Some medical pot producers paying fees to MDs for patient referrals: company, A major producer of medical marijuana says doctors and specialized clinics are receiving kickbacks from some licensed pot producers in exchange for sending them patients, a practice the company calls unethical and a violation of professional.. Where else  are they receiving falsely  kickbacks now too?

They lied, Mislead about the internet speeds one gets at home

bell A 2013 study by the Ottawa-based Public Interest Advocacy Centre found that most Canadians think they can expect to receive the maximum speed advertised for the internet package they subscribe to.

.

However, the study also found that internet service providers didn’t know what speeds customers actually get and there is much  evidence that the maximum speeds customers get are much  lower than advertised. So who does anything good about this in reality and how often?   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2015/01/26/useless-crtc/

.

I heard firsthand one teenager saying to another teenager yesterday, “I cannot trust you, you lie to me all the time” and this next had made me reflect upon the reality that the average person lies 3 times in every ten minutes of conversation . It seems that spin doctoring, misleading, lying to others is a very major part of not just the lawyers, used car salesmen, but a regular part of the sales, advertising, corporate way of doing business with consumers these days Canada wide now as well.  http://blog.blazingangles.net/whatsthis/2007/09/the-art-of-lying-1.html

.

Imagine that Bell has been in Business for many years and is still guilty now clearly of misleading advertisements, fraudulent and unacceptable business practices, not living up to their contractual obligations, as I now have PERSONALLY WITNESSED, EXPERIENCED  and undeniably detailed to even Bell and many others many times too now . I Paid for a high speed unlimited download service but that is not what I got next. I got low internet speed at a high price. With Bell you have to check your actual delivered speeds , “internet download and upload speed test” cause Bell seems to change it to suit themselves..    Dealing with Bell is absurdity filled with problems. In spite of their adds, promises Bell  services are all mostly very poor, they also mostly break their promises to me too and they too Cleary do not honor their contract obligations, their own 2 days respond promises now too. As I have detailed many times elsewhere they Bell have never given me my one year reliable, steady, continuous high speed internet services too, have never kept their contract obligations . Bell’s bad acts are Not acceptable. I too at least am known for telling the truth and that is worth much too… Bell is a known liar and that is not worth much..

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/07/15/i-cannot-trust-you-for-you-lie-to-me-all-the-time/

.

The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA), which manages the .ca domain, already has an internet speed-testing project underway to gauge internet performance across the country. Canadians can run the test anonymously by visiting a website the organization has set up.  http://cira.ca/performance .

.

My download 7.6 Mbps  was  not the   10.6 Mbps promised speed .

.

The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is looking for volunteers to participate in a project to measure the performance of home broadband internet services offered by 10 internet service providers partnering in the project. It says the results will tell Canadians their “actual connection speeds” and whether the services are “delivering speeds as advertised.” The data could also help the CRTC improve its broadband policy-making, it said in a news release. The measurements will be conducted by SamKnows, a company that specializes in testing broadband speeds. Up to 6,200 participants will receive a device called a Whitebox that they can connect to their modem or router. The device periodically measure the speed of their internet connection while it isn’t actively in use.   http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/home-accueil.htm http://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=977489 .

one of the most read topics here is the subject of bad police officers in Canada

All Police force members are to held accountable for their actions on the job. And  Members of the Police forces  should be held to a higher standard when it comes to the law because of the trust we put in them to enforce the law. They should get severely punished for their failure to do so, especially in circumstances where they abuse their position to try and cover up their very poor behaviour.  Abuse of authority and  Manipulation of the truth is well worthy of jail time for all bad police officers too.

.

A democratic, free nation never needs to fear any oppression, perversity  intimidation even  by police or the state.  Free speech is still a valid right for all too, not just for the bad persons, cops.. escalating violence by anyone leads to more violence.  The use of police force — against minorities and whites alike — is so poorly monitored that there is no precise accounting of how many citizens are abused, killed by officers, much less  the RELATED crucial details which tend to be  manifested only by the fact that citizens are posting unsettling cellphone Police videos and pictures of police brutality and because  of the many the records  are visible mostly from news media reports, some crucial details. Still details of  the race of officers and suspects, often are missing.  But still Canada has an ugly history of police abuses now too. The Police can do their part to repair their tarnished  images by firstly to acknowledging that  the person ‘s  rights, as an equal  the one right in front of them a person that the Police  force is supposed to  be  serving and protecting. even  to protect  people under arrest. And  people around the world are demanding more accountability from the  Governments , Civil and public servants, Police and all professionals too

.

J36 .

Few bad  police  officers are ever charged and found guilty.. Less than one percent..  Face it one of the most read topics here is the subject of bad police officers in Canada which clearly indicates the citizens concern on this topic too. . The Police in Canada as well do owe a “special duty” to the “justice system,”, “Citizens” and all members of the police owe a special duty to be faithful to the justice system and the  taxpayers .

.

“When the perpetrators of any crime are police officers sworn to uphold the law, the objective of their denunciation also has heightened significance. “Public confidence in the honesty of the police is fundamental to the integrity of the criminal justice system.”. .

. 2 .

All persons in leadership office do also now have to face higher penalties as an example standard now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most  people is that all persons  in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included are always to be exemplary in behavior, conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, and thus to do so they now are also to be exemplary judged, prosecuted for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. . 281 . Unacceptably too many officers facing criminal or police act charges remain suspended for years, using loopholes and stall tactics to stay on the payroll as long as possible before resigning or retiring. Officers convicted criminally are still paid, unless they are incarcerated and can’t report for duty, because only a police act conviction can lead to termination. Many officers facing criminal or police act charges remain suspended for years, using loopholes and stall tactics to stay on the payroll as long as possible before resigning or retiring. Officers convicted criminally are still paid, unless they are incarcerated and can’t report for duty, because only a police act conviction can lead to termination. .

.

Yes now what also has already raised the ire of the Citizens is that taxpayer’s cover costs for officers who are charged, but not convicted, of a criminal or disciplinary offence especially at a time when there is some criticism about the ever-increasing police budget. It is absurd that police are suspended with full pay while the local authorities, the Justice Department investigate , the court as well, all which can take years even. Paid leaves are unacceptable. The manner in which the administrations, criminal justice system handles cases involving police officers is driven by anything but the principle hat we are all equal in the eyes of the law.. Yes when the Police or the senior public officials are under investigation by the police, they should, at the very least be suspended at least with half-pay until the investigation concludes, to maintain public confidence in the system. . .

Four years after one of Hamilton’s highest-ranking police officers was suspended with pay, he has collected more than half a million dollars in salary and is eligible to retire without ever answering to his police act charges. Due to legal delay tactics and a controversial ruling by an adjudicator, are paving the way for Inspector David Doel to stave off his hearing until he can retire . If that happens, he will get his full retirement package, keep the money he “earned” while suspended and the 13 charges he faces — including having pornography on his police computer, having sex on duty and using police equipment to spy on an alleged former lover — will vanish. http://www.thespec.com/news-story/4232642-handcuffed-how-accused-cops-avoid-a-date-with-discipline/

.

After almost $600,000 in salary paid to him during more than four years of suspension, disgraced Hamilton police inspector David Doel is … comfortably retired. http://www.thespec.com/news-story/4442557-clairmont-retirement-saves-disgraced-hamilton-cop-from-charges/

.

And what constitutes even for the RCMP “gross misconduct” and a firing offence? Sexual incidents involving members are not tolerated. Neither, for that matter, are most cases of drunk driving and assault. But criminal convictions do not always lead to dismissals, and internal RCMP sanctions, if they result at all, can be weak. Serious cases of RCMP misconduct are not unusual, particularly, it seems, in B.C., where court documents outline serious indiscretions and allegations. Reporters have also obtained lists of RCMP adjudication board decisions that describe shocking behaviour and admissions by officers on active duty http://www.bcpolicecomplaints.org/bc_police_complaint_commissioner_stan_lowe_rollie_woods_coverup_vancouver_vpd_taylor_robinson_brutality.html . .

The Police Managers, Politicians, Police Unions, the Police themselves are Facing Nation Wide Outrage , Public Anger  Canada wide   is an UNDENIABLE problem in how the police do their jobs. . So how do the administrators  deal with it? They threaten laws suits against those who try to complain..

.

All Police officers do not only need to maintain the respect and good will of citizens to do their job effectively, they also depend on that good will in their salary, pensions and benefits, in which they have been even far more successful than other public employees in recent years. . The undeniable present lack of trust of police by the minority community is also unacceptable. .

.

When Police enforcement goes bad, the police and the police unions historically close ranks around suspect officers Police PR and these Police cover-ups will not do. . It is important for the police unions, Police managers to become honestly self-critical about police conduct and to not blindly defend each and every egregious incident by officers.

.

And the criminal justice system should be doing what it was supposed to do, carry out real, valid   justice against the police now too. . These total ongoing increasing costs in defending bad officers which will also next result in fewer officers on the street . All Police criminal trials can be expensive. A multimillion-dollar legal bill for five former Toronto police drug squad officers is absurd. John Schertzer and four other officers were convicted in June of attempting to obstruct justice. Three of the officers were also convicted of perjury…

.

All police divisions need to hire, train, supervise, retain, to property train and/or supervise officers and to conduct a fair and impartial investigation even against police officers, . Any Police officers can even be charged for “unlawful detention,   battery, false arrest and unreasonable search and seizure,  the use of excessive and deadly unjustified, unreasonable, and illegal use of excessive force, including deadly force .

.

About the money. Looking more at concerns that many citizens have raised in recent years about police practices, many are about money and police departments’ roles in collecting it—whether to supplement their own or their municipality’s budget. Even there is a concern about the usage of radars, automated speed cameras and whether their use was being driven by public safety goals or a desire to maximize revenue and not  reducing  the deaths of citizens in car accidents. The re is  serious concerns about the immoral  behavior by the Police department and court system aimed at advancing revenue collection rather than public safety—and that fact that too many of those efforts were managed to ensure that the Police department was “bringing in revenue at the desired rate.” Creating a way for police activities to become partially self-funding, and setting them up in that way that as rather “criminals” seems to be politically attractive and has the approval  of the Police itself.

.

It is too common for small towns even like Canmore Alberta  to falsely raise revenues from traffic enforcement..

.

Watch out for the RCMP speed trap in Canmore , Alberta as you leave Banff park.. it generates the RCMP millions and millions of dollars per year.  ( Revenue generating ) “Speed limits in the mountain parks are set with an eye toward preventing collisions with wildlife.” ( and how often does that occur? once a year?).

.

Canmore  the home of the perverse Canmore Traffic court, and RCMP  traffic ticket revenue generation as I have already written about.

.

Police do love to lie and say that all accidents are mostly speed related, to justify their fat cow cash grabs, especially in Alberta and in Ontario now too.. they lump all of their homemade statistics as the accidents, deaths related all to speeding.. but not in reality to drunk driver, bad drivers, road rage, poor roads, bad snow cleaning..  This is also still simply not acceptable. There is a direct link between DRIVING and collisions. The MORE you drive, the more likely you are to be involved in a collision and the more likely you are to get seriously hurt . So the police will now give tickets to all drivers   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/06/20/watch-out-for-the-money-making-speed-traps/ .

.

About the municipalities and their false collection of revenue through traffic fines these municipalities “victimize those whom they are designed to protect.” and these practices are “immoral.”  The additional taxation of the citizens through traffic enforcement is unacceptable even if it s falsely being carried out Canada wide. What’s the point of fining people for violating the rules of the road? Surely it is to ensure motorists are driving safely and not endangering others. That obvious point, it seems, is lost on Canada’s municipal and provincial governments, which are increasingly treating traffic tickets as just another source of revenue http://news.nationalpost.com/full-comment/national-post-view-raising-revenue-on-the-roads .

.

About 10 years ago, police charged an Alberta driver with careless driving for flashing his headlights at oncoming drivers to warn them of a speed trap ahead. The driver fought the ticket. At trial, the Crown argued that flashing high beams was dangerous because it might startle other drivers thereby distracting them and causing accidents. The judge wasn’t buying that. He ruled that drivers flashed their lights at one another for plenty of reasons, some of which enhanced safety — such as reminding another motorist to dim his brights. Besides, the judge added, the government’s principal purpose in setting up speed traps was to ensure drivers operated their vehicles at a safe rate of speed. It was not to raise money through fines. So since light-flashing motorists served the same purpose as government speed traps — keeping traffic within the speed limit — the government had no authority to end the practice of one driver giving another a heads-up. http://www.edmontonsun.com/2014/10/23/revenue-crucial-for-photo-radar-gunter

.

Speeding is not a major cause of  vehicular  accidents  but drunk driving rather is. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/?s=speeding

.

Winnipeg residents are up in arms because the city has been collecting record amounts of money from fines on drivers who break the rules, in part because it has refused to let drivers know what the rules actually are. Revenue received from photo-radar tickets increased 25 per cent between 2013 and 2014, generating $14.6 million last year — the equivalent of a $22-a-year tax for every resident. The city also took in $4.5 million from other types of traffic tickets. Part of the increase was due to the introduction of new rules lowering the speed limit in school zones and doubling fines in construction zones. http://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/winnipeg-traffic-tickets

.

Photo radar’s real goal..  Are motorists school-zone scoff laws or haplessly feeding a cash cow? http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/opinion/analysis/photo-radars-real-goal-299297351.html . .

Even the RCMP are known to be unprofessional as well as  cost ineffective.. even alcoholics and so are many other police forces in Canada now too. I have dealt with the RCMP 6 times and rigthfully have no respect left  for the incompetent,  lying , pretentious RCMP. In fact I  had been abused  by the RCMP in Canmore Alberta  twice and next I saw firsthand how the RCMP  lied, covered up their own.. Say no to an RCMP police State  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/11/10/rcmp-managers-abuse-their-employees-and-get-a-ridiculous-punishment-for-it-next-too/ .

.

The per versed  municipal courts too often do lie at the heart of this corrupted police, justice system now too.. Their  criminals out of citizens who want to abide by law and then they the citizens  can’t get jobs that would bring in taxes clearly has the devil’s support. . These municipal officials need to be charged with corruption and racketeering. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/07/15/they-often-do-steal-the-designated-monies/ .

.

While the goal of having every call for Police service fast and effectively, actively engaging diverse communities, preparing for security threats like terrorism, and responding to societal problems as varied as drug abuse, mental illness, youth violence and human trafficking, having discretionary resources to allow the police flexibility in their efforts to do all those different tasks seems to be a viable goal, the devil is always in the false diversions, Promotions and empire building. These are certainly competing goals here. If the Police Management, officers start getting overly rewarded for how much revenue they bring in, the legitimate  concern becomes whether their law enforcement action will become driven more by the goal of revenue and less by the goal of public safety, service as is too often the case. They should not be forced to think more like a sales person than a public servant. . It shouldn’t be a surprise that the prospect of police departments generating revenue would seem like a great idea to municipal leaders and to the police leadership. As the ability to achieve promotional goals is significantly driven by having the monetary resources available to do so.

.

During the financial crisis, Provincial, federal and local budgets are hit hard. The pain of tight budgets has been felt across the board in many jurisdictions and the resources available to police departments fell, requiring changes like service and staff cuts.”

.

Yes the citizens rightfully do the government, police, courts, to be effective at minimal cost, thereby limiting the burden of taxes on the public. But Citizens “wouldn’t expect other public mission agencies—the public health department, for example—to become profit centers, and we shouldn’t expect that from law enforcement.” . A Perceptions of police officers as merely collection agents rather than public protectors cannot help but undermine that legitimacy and trust. Too many citizens have lost confidence in the police amd the justice systems. . . Amongst the major Citizens concerns are all of the related taxpayer’s is the high legal costs of the lawyers with their high lawyer. rates for a start , example of $470 per hour and hourly rates of $275 for a lawyer with six years experience, $260 for a first-year lawyer, $230 for an articling student and $235 for a law clerk should make us more costs conscious as well . Among the absurd legal fees approved this year was a bill of $280,000 for the successful defence in provincial court of a constable charged with assault bodily harm during the arrest of a suspected drug dealer. “The fees were substantial due to the protracted period of time it took to conclude the matter,” . And even if acquitted of criminal charges, all charged police officers accused of wrongdoing should be the focus of a coroner’s inquiry, a civil suit or a complaint to a civilian review agency. . see also https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/01/21/so-who-realy-protects-the-canadian-citizens-from-the-too-often-bad-cops-bad-rcmp/ .

.

Needless to say police resources are often misused where even the mayors do instruct the police to find out all they can about their opposition members too.  ” and it all is still unacceptable! Free speech is a right for bullies, crooks, abusers only it still seems in Canada now. Police already have arrested me for complaining about the Calgary Police in the Calgary Police chief office even.. the charge was talking out loud in a public place.. Many people are shocked to discover free speech is not being allowed too often in many places in Canada,  on the net, in churches, letters to governments, to the news editors too… the police have visited me or objected now at least 7 times in response to my writings.. still decades later I  am still rightfully openly complaining about the much too many bad police supervisors and the too many bad acts of the so called professionals, the police included. The abuse of the citizens is not acceptable anywhere. . .

THERE ARE MUCH TOO MANY BAD COPS IN CANADA -FIRE THEM ALL NOW

.

No cop is above the law. Too bad for them they are paid to work still too.

.

Police still fail to catch most of the real criminals including the car thieves, and the Fraud perpetrated over the Internet which still is a growing citizen concern in Canada and throughout the world. The police always claim they lack resources, they will never have enough resources if they reuse to do a decent days work for their pay. http://postedat.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/the-police-cannot-get-the-crimminals/  .

.

“A new Alberta police database will track citizen’s every interaction with police, and it can be used without a warrant or even a supervisor’s permission”.. they had an old system already do doing this too..   the police falsely too often do not observe the laws..   . The Alberta government has passed new legislation designed to reduce the number of  complaints against police officers. The changes, which include new restrictions on who can launch a complaint, more powers to dismiss frivolous complaints and provisions to shorten appeals, are Unacceptable. .

.

Alberta is clearly another  police state.. where I got arrested for failing to pay a speeding ticket, 3 tickets from the same cop in Alberta even, and twice on the same spot in Canmore, Alberta by the RCMP, I next got no tickets for decades in Quebec and elsewhere. Ironically the same Conservatives who preach the letter of the law approach on others, tend not to practise it too often themselves, tend to feel falsely they are above the law.. the law of personal accountability.  I even got arrested in the Calgary Chief of police office for talking too loud, I had said you cops are crooked  while trying to file my rightful   police complaint. http://postedat.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/the-police-cannot-get-the-crimminals/
.

LAZY, INDIFFERENT, IMMORAL, BAD POLICE, BAD JUSTICE MINSTERS, BAD SOLICITOR GENERALS  is not a new aspect in Ottawa, Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, BC,  and in the rest of Canada.  A useless , no good, bad Conservative politician  is not any better for any of us over a useless , no good, bad Liberal  politician in Canada now too.
.

SO NEVER  EXPECT A FULL HONEST INVESTIGATION WHEN CLEARY THE RESULTS WILL SHOW BAD COPS, BAD ATTORNEY GENERALS, BAD MINISTERS WHO HAVE NOT BEING DOING A GOOD JOB. ALL UNACCEPTABLE.  NOW WHY IS IT BAD PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE NEXT BESIDE THE FACT THEY LIKE TO DO BAD THINGS, IT IS ALSO CAUSE THEY FALSELY  REFUSE TO ADMIT THE THINGS THEY DO ARE BAD.

.

You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors,  police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers, bad PERSONS   who STILL DO say that ALL OF  bad people, INCLUDING the ALCOHOLICS, the bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse..
.
NOW WHY IS IT BAD PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE NEXT BESIDE THE FACT THEY LIKE TO DO BAD THINGS, IT IS ALSO CAUSE THEY FALSELY  REFUSE TO ADMIT THE THINGS THEY DO ARE BAD.
.

The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. Bad solicitor generals and bad Justice Ministers, bad Premiers, bad Prime Ministers as well should all be fired ASAP.  The Canadian Justice is too often an empty one. The establishment cover ups for it’s own and prevails.   Imagine that we have liars for justice Ministers and cops too.

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/05/25/canadas-two-tiered-justice-system-opposed/

.

DON’T BE STUPID AND BELIEVE ALL THE LYING SPINS AS TO WHY IT TAKES SO LONG TO INVESTIGATE THE BAD COPS.. I have had many experiences in laying simple complaints against bad cops that never got anywhere cause the investigators were clearly pretenders.. in Contrast the investigations of all citizens clearly would not take so long..
 .
Decades and decades later the police are still  covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments… When it comes to dealing with the rightful needs, complaints of the ordinary citizens our Canadian civil and public servants, politicians and their representatives too, and most church pastors now too, they are still mostly unacceptable liars and  PRETENDERS, LAZY, GOOD FOR NOTHING PERSONS,  and that has been mostly my undeniable experiences the last 4 decades now too..  How about having now some real professionalism.
.

They the police are an essential part of our community for sure, but they all also do need to be fiscally responsible . . We do till do need to Manage EVEN the RCMP more effectively. There are about 19,200 regular members and another 3,760 civilians in the RCMP. RCMP racks up $800M in overtime in 5 years The total does not include extra duty pay for standby or operational readiness. http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/story/2012/12/04/rcmp-overtime-costs-harris.html

. .

Now “it’s also true that the police costs in general, and the related police salaries in particular, are now out of control. My very contacts with the police for decades have also left me seriously wondering what these people do. As far as I am concerned they are all already overpaid. . Most police officers are very well compensated overall, with too many making well over $100K per year, and they still do get a very generous pensions and many paid days off. Right now they are also paying retired officers, who are collecting their full pensions, $75 an hour to walk around the airport and babysit crime scenes. That’s all thus the equivalent of $150K per year. . The total spending on police services nationally has doubled since 1997, is reaching $12-billion. While the average Canadian income has grown by 11 per cent over the past decade, the average police salary has grown by 40 per cent. . The cost of Policing is doing to municipal budgets what health care is doing to provincial budgets: threatening to consume them.” Both systems do need better cost control management too..

.

Canada’s Police Among the Best Paid in the World. While the volume and severity of crime in Canada have been steadily declining for the last decade, police strength has gone in the other direction. There are now 200 officers for every 100,000 people – an increase of 9 per cent since 2001, though homicides rates are at their lowest in more than 30 years. Some high-crime cities, such as Regina and Winnipeg, have high police strength, but so, too, do cities such as Toronto and Montreal, which rank low on the crime-severity index. The number of Criminal Code incidents per officer has declined steadily since peaking 20 years ago . Unlike other public-sector employees, many municipal police forces continue to receive annual raises that outpace inflation. From 2009 to 2011, expenditures on police salaries and benefits increased by 5 per cent across the country, while other police operating expenditures fell 4 per cent, Statistics Canada reports.

.

A first-class officer in Canada’s big cities now earns $80,000-$90,000 a year on average – before overtime and benefits. That makes them among the most generously compensated police in the world. During this year of hard-pressed public finances, the Toronto Police Association negotiated an 11.5-per-cent pay increase over the next four years for its members. Officers get 18 annual days of sick leave, and can bank unused leave, half of which can then be paid out in salary. They can retire at 50, with full pensions, after 30 years of service. http://terrywhitehead.ca/canadas-police-among-the-best-paid-in-the-world/

 .

The cost of policing cannot continue to rise indefinitely in Canada, or cities will end up bankrupt. Pools, camps, parks and libraries will have to close. There are other municipalities with the largest police officers per 100,000 population and they have still some of the worse crime statistics. Adding more police officers especially bad ones does not necessarily guarantee that we yield better results. .

,

LAZY, INDIFFERENT, IMMORAL, BAD POLICE, BAD JUSTICE MINSTERS, BAD SOLICITOR GENERALS  is not a new aspect in Ottawa, Ontario and in the rest of Canada. SO NEVER  EXPECT A FULL HONEST INVESTIGATION WHEN CLEARY THE RESULTS WILL SHOW BAD COPS, BAD ATTORNEY GENERALS, BAD MINISTERS WHO HAVE NOT BEING DOING A GOOD JOB. ALL UNACCEPTABLE.

.

The sad truth about how many  Canadian cops get convicted for on-duty shootings? None.. says it all too..

Self serving sadly seems to describe too many of our politicians, ministers, civil and public servants

0liars-abusers

Good Intentions  in reality Aren’t Always Good!  It is an unacceptable reality that many persons, civil and public servants,  politicians, Nurses, Doctors, pastors, take the Money but few next do the work promised so they are liars.

.

(Proverbs 22:1 KJV)  A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold. (Ecclesiastes 7:1 KJV)  A good name is better than precious ointment; and the Day of death than the day of one’s birth. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/08/most-politicians-civil-and-public-servants-think-the-rules-dont-apply-to-them/

.

A bad reputation even brings one great personal sorrow..  It now does not take anyone too long time to realize how many of our mostly self serving politicians, ministers, civil and public servants are big liars while they claim they are there to work on our behalf.. Their high, above average  salaries confirm this truth too.

.

1 Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of   For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
 .

Matthew 6:24
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

.

1 But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. 2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;  5  Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 2 Timothy 3

.

The fault itself does not lie in the money, but in them that desire  it. How they sell their souls  at all costs to get the money. Now  the road to righteousness is paved with the love of humanity. The road to Hell,  arrogance is paved with an attitude of-

God’s warning  The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions!

.

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness'” (Matt. 7:21-23).

Luke 18:9-14 – And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

Mark 7:20-23  And he said, “What comes out of a person is what defiles him. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”

What at the Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s residence ?

alcohol-10a

OTTAWA – An intoxicated 18-year-old woman was taken to hospital early Sunday morning, Easter Morning,  after she was found on the driveway at 24 Sussex Dr. The RCMP say paramedics were called to the prime minister’s official residence on the weekend in response to a medical call. The call came in the “early morning hours” of Sunday, April 20. So the woman had been attending a party at 24 Sussex that night?

Report says underage woman treated for potential alcohol poisoning

The Prime Minister Stephen Harper had   professed to be an evangelical Christian, and evangelical Christians they do not serve or drink Alcohol..

The Prime Minister’s Office refused to state whether Stephen or Laureen Harper were present during the party, and whether this was a celebration of Ben’s 18th birthday.

Look how many of the Canadian News Media lies and spins the story, many try to say that the girl was not in the Home, residence.. but  the RCMP guards the gate to the property so they knew she was there.. so  is this how the Prime Minister’s Christian family celebrates Easter, having a drunken orgy?

Does MP Dian Ablonczy also drink alcohol? She is a professing Christian evangelical now too.. do other evangelical Conservatives MPs drink Alcohol?

.

Want to know why Harper appointed so many bad senators too? He often had initial meetings with them at the Happy hour, bar

So who realy protects the Canadian citizens from the too often bad cops, bad RCMP

Not only is there rarely any justice when it comes to holding the much too many  bad cops to accountiablity but if there is any it takes years to do so.. and then not much good  tends to happen

.

Vancouver police are caught in an embarrassing situation in which they’re accused of beating up a man who they thought was a bank robber. Not only was he not the right guy — it turned out no bank had been robbed. Manjit Singh says he had just taken his garbage out the curb of his home near Joyce Street and Kingsway when a police approached him. “He pushed me on the fence,” said Singh, 51. “He said, ‘RCMP, RCMP.’” Other officers then swarmed him and started beating him up, Singh said. “One guy put the knee on my neck, one guy put the knee on my legs,” “They start kicking me … powerful kicks. Left, right, left, right.”

The case appears to be similar to an incident in 2010 when South Vancouver resident Yao Wei Wu was pulled out of his home and roughed up by two plainclothes officers who mistook him for another man who had allegedly assaulted his wife.

“I need justice now,” said Singh, who suffered cuts, bruises and apparent trauma. “Why they attack on one innocent guy?

Ha ha ha what else is new… bad unions and police protecting their own is sad..

Living high on the hog while paid by the taxpayers

Ottawa. The federal staff under the Conservative government are living high on the hog, having a good time on the taxpayers money, even flying around the world to learn about administration. This is no surprise since so many Conservative Ministers, senators, even the RCMP apparently do the same thing often. Meanwhile Quebecers also this year will pay more taxes to the governments. The RCMP also is known to be costly, cost ineffective already.

NDP MP Alexandre Boulerice said s that the federal government’s $2.2 million per year Advanced Leadership Program, which funds international trips for bureaucrats, is “too expensive,” especially at a time when taxpayers are being called to make financial “sacrifices.”

In 2009, the program had several participants visiting 35 different countries around the world including India, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, the U.S. and the Northwest Territories,  “Senior bureaucrats are flying around the world on lavish multi-destination trips on the taxpayer dime, all under the guise of ‘leadership training,’ and seeing how bureaucrats handle their jobs in other countries,”  This is not new for too many Civil servants in too any municipal and provincial governments did, do the same thing, even in Calgary Alberta.

Much too many liars, theives, bad managers.. no wonder they cannot even manage properly our heath care systems now too..
