Subject: I have said for decade now seniors are being murdered in Canada’s hospitals
So you think you may enjoy your retirement  instead of being ”  MURDERED IN HOSPITALS “
ESTHER 4: 13 And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. 14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

In Canada, especially in Ontario and Ontario, we have  a very great undeniable, false problem of neglect in the treatment of older patients in the hospital and in old age homes’

Upon admission to the hospital you are requested to sign a form declaring whether you wish to be revived in case of emergency, or not. This document is called a D. N. R. or Do Not Resuscitate form. They give you two choices.
The first choice, you are told is to accept being kept alive as a living vegetable, completely insensane.  The second you are told is to let nature take its course. Then these utterly helpful people will even sign the form for you. All nice and neat.

However this is the biggest song and dance act to be put over the public since Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. What you are actually agreeing to is for the Hospital to totally neglect you or even pump you full of enough morphine to overdose a football stadium of people.
Our health care system and old age homes seems perpetuates the belief that a person who is over the age of sixty-five has somehow managed to reach their lifetime expiry date, a best before date if you will for people. And now that these old people are in the hospital using up resources and funds best reserved for younger people, now well you can’t really expect for the hospital to fix them back up, can you?
After all as far as many of the hospital staff is concerned this old person has managed somehow to have a long life already and that is enough of that now.
You really can’t be expecting the hospital staff to put themselves out and actually care for these old people, too, can you? I mean why give an older person in the hospital a blanket when you might have to wash it then, or food when that will just encourage him to stick around. And if they have anything close to a complex condition, well there is that neat little DNR now isn’t there? You don’t really have to work to fix up these people when that signature gives you an out for some very bad behavior indeed.

The problem with this whole attitude ( besides giving me nightmares of genocidal dictators) is that it completely negates the concept of ” best practice”. loving one another ,

Best practice is the long and firmly held belief that there is only ONE way to treat EVERYBODY. Not when you feel like it or just when you really want to or when someone gives you more money to behave better. Every time for everybody. Because when you start to slack or fail to preform, its just too easy to keep on giving less then your best.

If you take a gander at the rising medical malpractice deaths in hospital across the country and through the United States, you will soon realize that the concept of best practice has gone the way of the proverbial washed baby with the dirty bathwater.

Now Hospitals when they are being asked to put forward their best game have no best game left. Only the same sloppy seconds they choose to inflict upon older people. Not keeping sterile technique. Not caring for basic needs ( feeding washing having water and blankets for the bed available). Not being concerned about basic medical protocols.

For example twisting the patient while shifting them in bed even though the patient is suffering from a shattered pelvis which has not been casted ( because it is just too hard to do with those old bones, you see).
Then using drugs upon that patient which go against the  doctors and specialists orders for that patient, (because that’s the way the hospital usually does it). Such as give that broken bone patient blood thinners which absolutely stop any bone repair from being made( one of the functions of blood thinners are to stop the clotting process, bone healing is in itself a clotting process).   And then refusing to give the patient bone building vitamin supplements that the doctor has ordered under the reasoning of the staff that vitamins and minerals aren’t really a serious medicine and so it doesn’t matter whether or not it has been given.

Hospitals can get away with this heinous behavior because it mostly affects the older more vulnerable sections of our society.
You see hospitals understand that they can indulge themselves with this sort of ageist behavior because we the people are still watching that Fred and Ginger song and dance act that they bedazzled us with in the first place.
The ageist behavior of the hospitals has lead us to believe rightfully that when old people go into hospital there are automatically at risk of dying.

But this only comes to pass because of the hospitals actions or mainly bad in-actions. Not because of theme now being any more innate vulnerability in the average mature person then there is in a preteen child.  Both groups Children and Seniors still do need a certain amount of care taken. But older persons are given far less care over the children .

“I have personally come up against this exact sort of ageism, many times hearing that  sixty is a good long time to have lived. This behavior not only diminishes all of us, separating us from our true humanity, our beliefs in charity and that older adults are precious contributors to our own lives and not to be diminished by these vultures upon the vulnerable.”

What they do so many now do inflicts harm upon all of us seniors? It is a spreading epidemic of ill will cast out upon those who only seek to enjoy  their golden years without the machinations of their caretakers contributing to their  early exit. Or shall I be more plain spoken and say what it is indeed, an execution. At what cost do we allow this to happen?

The insurance company too are doubly hit by this, first with the hospital costs and then with the life policy payout.
The stores and service sectors that older people patronize lose out.  Real Estate suffers because that extra condo is never purchased.  Younger families looking for affordable housing cannot move into established neighborhoods because to make the most of the estate, it is sold to developers.   And those young people if they get sick can not count upon the care of the hospitals because the staff are too jaded with their good enough practices that they become unable to set right your average medical situation.  Not being able to do CPR. Not recognizing the signs of poisoning, heart attack drug toxicity or allergic reaction. They only move now upon the threat of being sued, and even that last resort of public outrage is hamstrung with government legislation. All in an attitude of don’t do what’s best, only protect your butt.

This whole situation is an attack directed at  the Zoomers age group. This D.N.R. nonsense has to be rewritten re-regulated and completely re-thoughtout. It only acts as a legal sop to cover the actual act of involuntary euthanasia upon our senior persons. This has built to the point where we must act if not for ourselves then for everything we hold dear.  Our families and our liberties are threatened by this madness.  Should we not take this task to hand one day it will be your children in the hospital facing these torturers, Facing their own unsought for demise. And then who will stand for them?”
and the governments falsely do nothing about it.. why?

They are covering up for their own again
VICTORIA – A retired B.C. judge has ruled two Victoria police officers abused their authority when they left a teenaged girl tethered in a jail cell for several hours five years ago. Allan Filmer, who headed a public hearing into the incident, has ordered written reprimands be given to constables Ryan O’Neil and Brian Asmussen. Fifteen-year-old Willow Kinloch was arrested in 2005 for being drunk in public and placed in a cell, where police claimed she became verbally abusive and combative. Video from her cell shows her being wrestled to the floor by two officers, tied up and then tethered for four hours to the door of the padded cell. Kinloch was awarded $60,000 after a civil trial, although Victoria police and the City of Victoria appealed, eventually leading to an out-of-court settlement. The public hearing was ordered by the Office of the B.C. Police Complaint Commissioner after a Victoria Police Department investigation and separate review found the allegations against the two officers were unsubstantiated. (CFAX)  and yeah we all do seem to know what Police reviews are like.. masturbations..
You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors,  police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers, bad PERSONS   who STILL DO say that ALL OF  bad people, INCLUDING the ALCOHOLICS, the bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. Bad solicitor generals as well should be fired ASAP.

BCCLA supports RCMP complaints body that RCMP not self-investigate The BCCLA endorsed a key recommendation that the RCMP no longer investigate itself in today’s report by the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP (CPC) into the death of Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver International Airport.  “The report finds that the investigation was flawed in many respects, including that the supervising officer at the scene of the death was present at the briefing of the investigative team,” said Robert Holmes, President of the BCCLA. “With these kinds of persistent and obvious problems with RCMP investigations, it would be difficult for the CPC to come to any other recommendation.”  The CPC, the police chiefs of British Columbia, and the B.C. Civil Liberties Association and other key police accountability organizations now all agree that the RCMP, along with municipal police forces in B.C., can no longer investigate themselves and at the same time maintain public confidence in their work.   “The ‘integrated’ team that investigated the Dziekanski death were all RCMP officers,” said Holmes. “This is the team that was called in to show the independence of the investigative process when someone dies in RCMP custody. The government needs to act now to ensure that there are no more flawed investigations when people die at the hands of the police, and that these obvious conflicts of interest are addressed.”

BCCLA calls for independent review of three police deaths in ten months The BCCLA is seeking an independent review into how three men could die in a period of just ten months in police cells in Saskatoon, a city of 257,000 residents. In comparison, Vancouver, which is twice as large as Saskatoon, has had no deaths in its cells to the knowledge of the Association since the death of Daniel Serbeh on December 7, 2007.  “If three men die in ten months at any facility whose mandate is not primary health care, the government should demand answers,” said Jason Gratl, Vice-President of the BCCLA. “If the Saskatoon police can’t keep their charges alive, Saskatoon residents deserve an independent review that explains why people in custody keep dying and how Police can put a stop to it.”  Christopher Jason Hiebert (September 9, 2009), Brandon Travis Daniels (July 2, 2010), and a man whose name was not released (July 16, 2010) died in Saskatchewan Police Service custody between September 2009 and July 2010. Daniels, the most recent death, was a 19-year-old first nations man arrested while visiting friends in Saskatoon.  According to media reports, the Saskatoon Police Service recently ordered an internal review of its detention practices in the wake of Daniels’ death.  “All deaths in police custody have a public dimension, but three deaths in the space of less than a year is a public emergency,” says Gratl.  “This problem should not be under wraps.” Read the BCCLA’s letter to the Saskatchewan Public Complaints Commission here >>

Conflict between RCMP and aboriginal community in Williams Lake must be investigated and resolved, says BCCLA The B.C. Civil Liberties Association is pointing to three videos of problematic encounters between aboriginal people and Williams Lake RCMP, a local business owner’s complaint about racism that was apparently never investigated, and the actions of the detachment head in cutting off a local media outlet that tried to tell a story about the issue as evidence of a major problem in the community. “We’re seeing video of aboriginal people tied to a chair for hours, tackled when sitting on a bench by multiple RCMP officers, including the head of the detachment, and being punched for refusing to immediately respond to commands. We’re hearing that media outlets that try to report on RCMP and aboriginal relationships are being cut off from receiving press releases. A business owner said RCMP officers were harassing his aboriginal customers and apparently nobody investigated that allegation. Something is really, really wrong in Williams Lake,” says Robert Holmes, President of the BCCLA.  The BCCLA has written a letter to the Chair of the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP, the Solicitor General of B.C. and the head of the RCMP in B.C., Gary Bass to ask them to act immediately to replace the detachment head in Williams Lake and begin repairing community relations there. Williams Lake was the subject of a provincial inquiry called the Cariboo-Chilcotin Justice Inquiry in 1993 that made extensive recommendations around reforming policing and police/aboriginal relationships in the area. “In 1993, Judge Anthony Sarich presented his final report of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Justice Inquiry. The Inquiry explored the relationship with Indigenous Peoples of the Cariboo-Chilcotin and the B.C. justice system.  Judge Sarich noted that at the first meeting with Chiefs and community members, he was challenged with the question ‘Why should we trust you?’ All these years later, the question still resonates,” said Grand Chief Stewart Phillip President of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs.  “When officers entrusted with the safety of all conduct themselves in the manner displayed in the Gilbert and Billy videos, the work of the Cariboo-Chilcotin Justice Inquiry did not change the justice system in Williams Lake. The Indigenous leadership will not stand idly by and watch justice be denied. BCCLA letter to Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP and Deputy Commissioner Bass >>

RCMP must fix women’s rights violations in Kamloops jail Following news of allegations of voyeuristic activities by male RCMP and civilian guards at the RCMP lockup in Kamloops, the BCCLA is calling for improved conditions in the women’s cells in the city, including basic things like female guards for female prisoners and access to showers. The group says the conditions in the cells are discriminatory, as male prisoners have access to these basic services and women don’t. “When we were on our northern tour, we heard about abysmal conditions for women in RCMP cells in Kamloops,” said David Eby, Executive Director of the BCCLA. “No showers, no visitors other than lawyers, no toothbrushing for up to five days in RCMP cells. Men get daily showers, family visits and visits from advocacy groups in a fully equipped facility. We were going to wait for our final report to raise this issue, but given these new developments, we expect the RCMP to act now to at least provide women equal access to services.”  The BCCLA says that during its visit in Kamloops this past month, local non-profit service providers told the Association that women are regularly watched by men even while using the washroom. The BCCLA also heard that service providers are routinely barred from bringing women feminine hygiene supplies and new clothes for court. The service providers also told the Association that because there is no women’s remand facility in the city, and that the closest full remand facility for women is in Prince George or Surrey, women prisoners only get access to showers one day per week.  “There is no excuse for having exclusively male guards guarding female prisoners, or that women can’t shower or brush their teeth for five days, or that women can’t make themselves presentable for court, or that men aren’t treated in the same way,” said Eby. “The RCMP should have seen issues like this most recent one coming a mile away, and we hope they make the general conditions for women in cells in Kamloops a priority in their current investigation.”

Decades and decades later the police are still  covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments…

When it comes to dealing with the rightful needs, complaints of the ordinary citizens our Canadian civil and public servants, politicians and their representatives too, and most church pastors now too, they are still mostly unacceptable liars and  PRETENDERS, LAZY, GOOD FOR NOTHING PERSONS,  and that has been mostly my undeniable experiences the last 4 decades now too..  How about having now some real professionalism.
What should not come as a surprise to anyone in Canada is how many of the cops still do  drink and drive drunk next still.. RCMP included, and why so many cops do not prosecute any other drunk drivers even all year.. and what else in the unacceptable perversties?
OTTAWA – The RCMP has been sitting on a pile of complaint findings for months, sparking concern about timely justice for those who have grievances against the national police force. The Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP says that as of last week it had been waiting 300 days or more for final signoff from the Mounties on 11 complaint investigations. Among them was a high-profile probe into the case of Robert Dziekanski, who died after being stunned with a Taser at Vancouver airport in October 2007. Another 11 reports have been on the RCMP’s desk for between 180 and 300 days, while a further 22 were sent to the force between 30 and 180 days ago. The Mounties say they’ve simply been too busy with the Olympics and international leaders’ summits to keep up.

Among the other reports awaiting an RCMP response are the commission’s probes of:

– The RCMP arrest of Robert Knipstrom of Chilliwack, B.C., who died in hospital in November 2007 days after being Tasered, pepper sprayed and hit with a baton;

– The Mounties’ investigation into how a Conservative MP listened in on a 2008 conference call of the federal NDP caucus

.. the lack of legislated time limits for the RCMP to respond to interim complaint findings was “an intolerable situation.”

RCMP discipline process can drag on for years, documents show.  OTTAWA — The longest wait, right now, is six years.  The country’s storied national police force is slowly processing internal affairs cases, considered serious and disgraceful, against more than 110 RCMP officers, some of whom have waited a long time to defend themselves at formal disciplinary hearings.  In fact, 107 of the internal disciplinary cases against RCMP officers have not even been scheduled to be heard, according to documents obtained by the Ottawa Citizen. The allegations include accusations of using the RCMP database to spy on an ex-girlfriend’s new lover, assaulting a pregnant woman, drugging and raping a woman, groping fellow Mounties and reckless use of force. Although the formal disciplinary hearings are public, the Mounties do not, as a matter of course, publicize the allegations until a hearing, presided over by senior officers, is convened. There are at least 47 RCMP officers on suspension with pay awaiting their fate — including some who collect their salaries even though they have already admitted gross misconduct. Some RCMP officers, for various reasons, have been waiting up to six years for their disciplinary hearings to be held. Earlier this year, RCMP Commissioner William Elliott told an Ottawa Citizen editorial board that internal discipline moves at a “glacial” pace.  Elliott, the force’s first civilian commissioner, said the process is too slow, cumbersome and “far too legalistic.”  The commissioner also said the force needs to revise the array of sanctions.  As it stands now, the RCMP brass, by law, can punish its bad-apple officers by docking them 10 days pay. Short of dismissal, that’s the harshest penalty.

EDMONTON (CBC) – Alberta’s Law Enforcement Review Board has ordered Edmonton’s police chief to charge an officer with using excessive force for deploying a stun gun on a man four times during an arrest in December 2003. The ruling, released Tuesday, directs Chief Mike Boyd to charge Const. Aubrey Zalaski with unlawful or unnecessary exercise of authority under the Police Service Regulation. The ruling came after the board heard a complaint from Timothy Ferguson filed after a 2008 internal police investigation found there wasn’t enough evidence to convict any of the officers involved in his arrest. The board also found the police internal investigation into the matter to be inadequate

Likley not the first time too.. Not charged for drunk driving, and why was that?? How many more get away with it too?

NOVA. SCOTIA (CBC) – An investigation into a complaint laid in July regarding a strip search at the RCMP detachment in Port Hawkesbury, N.S., is still ongoing.  Patricia Bernard alleges that on May 26 she was strip searched three times by a female officer with male officers present.

EDMONTON (CBC) – A veteran Edmonton police sergeant was demoted a rank Tuesday after he was found guilty of discreditable conduct for drinking and driving and then lying to his superior about it. Randy Goss was demoted to constable at a disciplinary hearing Tuesday. The punishment will last for two years and amounts to a $30,000 loss in pay. But the fact is he was not charged with impaired driving here” The police association is looking at its options for appealing the sentence
How long does it take to look into a simple matter, as long as the police do hope everyone will forget about it..
NOW WHY IS IT BAD PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE NEXT BESIDE THE FACT THE LIKE TO DO BAD THINGS, IT IS ALSO CAUSE THEY FALSELY  REFUSE TO ADMIT THE THINGS THEY DO ARE BAD.

My many experiences with this pretentious board is that it itself covers up too often for the bad cops..  The police are not the only ones who stall and wrongfully cover-up for their buddies..  Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.

Wed Apr 21, 7:42 PM  By The Canadian Press   OTTAWA – The House of Commons has overwhelmingly voted down a bid to legalize euthanasia and assisted suicide. MPs of all party stripes voted 228-59 against a private member’s bill, sponsored by Bloc Quebecois MP Francine Lalonde.

As  I have detailed to all of Canada’s major news media,  Members of the legislature as well I still never got this year adequate replay, actions about the much too many bad medical services, bad doctors and nurses, bad social workers  I had witnessed, rightfully complained about at the Montreal West Island General Hospital and this is still unacceptable.
The clear fact is that the Canadian federal government, federal Member parliament had voted unanimously this year  against allowing euthanasia, the Killing of anyone by even medical persons but who enforces it in Quebec. The clear fact is that the Canadian federal government, federal Member parliament had voted unanimously this year  against allowing euthanasia, the Killing of anyone by even medical persons and that now included as have also now complained in writing about my own witness of the unnecessary death of Mr. Ploufe  at the Montreal West Island Lakeshore Hospital . In my father’s case the medical personnel had not done all they could to save my father’s life the last 7 months before  his death and their unacceptable neglect of his medical conditions by too many medical staff caused some persons wrongfully to allow his early death.
While Automobile traffic accidents are the number one cause of death for Americans, Canadians  ages 3 to 33 ad while Automobile traffic accidents are the most common source of personal injury the real  Statistics still indicate that hospital deaths due to hospital acquired sickness, medical errors, medical negligence exceedingly surpass all of these numbers. And yet here not enough is being done about this and why is that?
I have also now done my own undeniable witness, studies in Montreal Hospitals, old age homes for at least six months and detailed it and no one can deny it as to the actual cause of deaths.
A: And do you know how freaked out, upset new immigrants really now are when they are told that the government is studying allowing euthanasia? they fully and strongly oppose it cause they think they will be the one killed while the rich and powerful will get their medical help alone.  It is the same law that has been in the Bible the last thousands of years now too.. though slat not murder that you are trying to put a different name and justification for it too….
B: And do you know how freaked out, upset most Canadians find out that medical help is not available equally to all Canadians , but the doctors and nurse and the governments themselves do decide who they will help and will not help for this was not what they were led to believe medical aid was about for a stat. they believe everyone has full , equal access to it and now they find out it is not so.
They are all mostly upset as to how poorly managed it is and the fact the bad doctor and bad nurses generally  like the cops, bad civil and public servants, are not held accountable, not punished for their inadequacy, wrong doings.  Local Doctors and Hospital seem to to have an absolute minimal supervision, management, and certainly are not cost effective, and then you wonder why some stupid provincial government that is pouring money into pails full of holes complains the cost  of Medicare is going up significantly. They can blame their own lack of supervision , even doctors, nurses, hospitals, civil and public servants, politicians, police, governments, others all still need to be monitored, supervised in reality. A poorly managed Hospital and personnel is still always rightfully unacceptable even if it is McGill. I have often been wondering why the Montreal McGill Hospitals tend to provide the basic , or pretentious services, it is cause the real doctors, professionals, self serving, greedy,  money hungry doctors  now are trying to make a buck in the private sector and are generally not available to all, even though Canada supposedly only has a fully public accessible Medicare system, and the Hospital directors who generally are doctors too go along with this too.. conflicting self interest and we pay for the majority of their education costs so they can screw us, abuse us next still too? Many persons who are fed up with the APPARENT INADEQUACIES even in the socialized medicine would like us to believe that a private medical system is better… and that is mere wishful thinking.. for even in a private system there are too often the same inadequacies, even for the same reasons, the apparent lack of supervision of medical personnel and services,
Often again I saw patients who come in alone they tend to be neglected, NOT GIVEN PAIN KILLERS ON TIME, SOILED DIAPERS NOT CHANGED  … not taken to washrooms, not given adequate medical care even in the emergency department now too.
So does the Quebec and federal health Ministers still want me to write all this up to the Hospital ombudsman, etc.,  while they still  gets paid for doing nothing here too? The governments have basically passed down the responsibility of the management of the health care systems to the individual hospitals, who basically have no  interest in seeing, managing medical  costs reductions, or improving their medical performances, rather it is to their sole interest that the gravy train flows abundantly, after all more patients, means more money for Hospital administrators, ombudsmen doctors and nurses and more job guarantees for them too.
One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves.  One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a  person is really like, is work with him  just for one whole day,.. and   what   you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..
MORE Realities:
-Doctors and nurse falsely  are not generally fully, ADEQUATELY MANAGED  supervised, or held accountable for their wrong doings in Canada
MORE TAXPAYERS MONEY ARE USED ON REVENUE GENERATING SPEEDING TICKETS RATHER instead of putting bad doctors and bad nurse in jail and this also is really unacceptable ..
Quebec’s totally still unacceptable Medicare services, Pretentious, inadequate Ombudsman was, is never acceptable.  Punish rightfully all of the guilty persons now here too and do not rather cover up for them. DO SEE ALSO..
Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.
People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.
One rotten apple spoils the whole basket.. let us all deal with it..  Now let also again it be clear I have written many many times my complaints to the Ombudsmen, ministers and I have yet to get one decent review on these matters this year.. and I still do want to know what rightfully and specially was done about each one of all of these past rightful complaints. Let them all doctors, nurse, managers, administers, ombudsmen do the adequate work there are all now being paid to do as well or be immediately and rightfully fired.

Much too many still immoral, incompetent, no good even Quebec medical doctors still wrongfully now want a legal right to bury their sins, errors, murders and face no lawsuits, negative consequences! The Public, citizens are being duped about the real issues involved here. We all can ALSO readily know that  know that too many of our politicians too often do  lie and spin the truths and now so do the  Doctors and their representatives with their hidden agendas as well.  Doctors now say they want to help others.. but do dream on for still they always are firstly   helping themselves in reality!!!! Their Suicide bill  bill would give doctors a license to kill.
Now I have been spending a lot of time in hospitals lately and I have seen 6 elderly persons die in the last month, 6 more than I have seen in my whole life time.. and some of these persons too sadly  were falsely being allowed to starve to death in Canadian Hospitals too. Drugs kill so do lazy, no good doctors and nurses , they even wrongfully starve patients to death.

Suspended BC RCMP officers being paid up to $1.3 million a year The Province – There are now 16 BC RCMP members on paid suspension for alleged misconduct in BC. Officers can remain suspended with pay for years – even receiving annual raises …  “It’s a reward for engaging in inappropriate conduct,” said Simon Fraser University criminologist Robert Gordon. “This just shows a fundamental lack of accountability to taxpayers,” said Maureen Bader, spokeswoman for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.  Across Canada, 47 Mounties were on paid suspension as of March 31, the Ottawa Citizen’s Chris Cobb reports.
VANCOUVER – Rookie RCMP Const. Chris Christinger has been docked 10 days’ pay after a day of partying at the Bella Coola Rodeo that included drinking before his shift, sneaking an 18-year-old girl into a beer garden and driving a police truck while under the influence of alcohol. Christinger, an officer in Alexis Creek, was sent to Bella Coola to help police the community’s annual rodeo.Christinger arrived in Bella Coola several hours before his 4:30 p.m. shift began. So he went to the rodeo grounds, where he drank four bottles of Smirnoff Ice before heading back to his hotel, getting changed into his RCMP uniform and driving to the Bella Coola detachment. RCMP spokeswoman Const. Annie Linteau noted that, under the RCMP Act, 10 days’ lost pay is the maximum financial penalty an officer can receive short of being fired
RCMP needs to ASAP to revamp its disciplinary system, which currently prescribes no punishment between a two-week suspension and dismissal.

About time the RCMP reaps what is sowed

Off-duty RCMP officer arrested for River Heights break-in –  An off-duty RCMP officer was arrested for allegedly breaking into a River Heights home while intoxicated on Thursday, said Winnipeg police. An investigation determined that a suspect in an intoxicated state broke in through the front door to a stranger’s residence in River Heights and woke up a person inside, said officers. A neighbour told CTV News the suspect fell asleep on a couch inside the home. The neighbour said the suspect believed he was at a hotel and even left his shoes at the door before falling asleep on the couch. Winnipeg police responded and took the suspect into custody.  The 30-year-old male suspect faces a charge for forcible entry and has been released on a court appearance notice. His name has not been released.

Alberta should not renew RCMP contract

“And the RCMP has changed, for the worse. At the headquarters level there hasn’t been a good report in years. Various inquiries have found incompetence, poor training, poor discipline, poor co-ordination and communication, and outright dishonesty. Those inquiries have used phrases like “horribly broken,” “often flawed,” “not justified” and so on.

News reports made it clear that RCMP investigations into embarrassing and fatal actions of their own members were inadequate to the point of being a coverup. At the field level there were many reports of highly dubious shootings by RCMP members, and criminal investigations into the conduct of members when off duty. Former RCMP Commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli resigned in disgrace after giving conflicting statements to a Parliamentary committee. ”

This is not a new revelation I myself now had detailed to you about 25 years ago my own experience in Canmore Alberta with the perverse RCMP where I got 2 speeding tickets on the same spot years apart and how the RCMP next also had covered up for it’s pervere buddies, and I had also entered my complaint about their perverse acts into the Canmore Queens court record as well now.
One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a cop  is really like, is work with him  just for one whole day,.. and   what   you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..

Drunk cop busted Winnipeg Sun Drunken RCMP officer charged with forcible entry in Winnipeg Oye! Times (blog)

Global Winnipeg
VANCOUVER – A public inquiry into Robert Dziekanski’s death revealed new evidence and the investigation into the actions of the four RCMP officers involved should be reopened, says a special prosecutor appointed following a damning report from the inquiry. The province named Richard Peck as special prosecutor after the report released earlier this month concluded the four officers used too much force when they stunned Dziekanski with a Taser at Vancouver’s airport, and then misled investigators looking into his death.

The RCMP published values are: Integrity, honesty, professionalism, compassion, respect and accountability. How many of these values were transgressed?

– Manslaughter
– Criminal Negligence Causing Death
– Obstruction of Justice
– Criminal Mischief
– Perjury

– The facts are not that the RCMP wrongfully did not hesitate to abuse a person Robert Dziekanski at the airport, and the fact they had clearly lied to try to justify it, but the sad fact also is that the RCMP bosses, managers were also accomplices in the whole despicable affair with their own follow up lies and cover up and they too should be all prosecuted, dismissed, fired now too.

The RCMP’s personnel and their management cover up, immoral conduct following the death plus the Criminal Justice Branch’s decision a year later that no charges were warranted against the Mounties involved were also  an unacceptable subsequent “unprofessional” conducts, acts  that compounded the rightful revulsion on the part of the citizens towards the whole affair, justice system, RCMP too.  The problem with the RCMP begins right at the top Vancouver Sun  If the RCMP had promptly disciplined officers who used excessive force, including unnecessary use of the Taser, then many lives might have been saved, not just Dziekanski’s. The RCMP needs reform at the top.

In the view of retired chief justice Thomas Braidwood, RCMP officers had  made statements under oath that were “deliberate misrepresentations, made for the purpose of justifying their actions.”  I can assure you this practice is decades old too. Make sure it stops now.

Special prosecutor to reopen Dziekanski investigation

Globe and Mail – Vancouver – From Wednesday’s Globe and Mail Published on Tuesday, Jun. 29, 2010 7:31PM EDT Last updated on Tuesday, Jun. 29, 2010 10:17PM EDT A special prosecutor is reopening the question of whether criminal charges should be laid in the death of

New evidence enough to reopen Dziekanski case

Note this undeniable fact if a police officer takes drugs, is an alcoholic, an adulterer, a liar, he likely also steals, makes false expense account statements, commits tax evasion and definitely makes a bad cop.

Our falsely claiming to be now open, accountable honest, decent,  law and order supposedly rather clearly lying  Conservative Stephen Harper Canadian government has been clearly sleeping with these bad cops, defending them.. and likley will not do much good in reality about them too. Last Monday, the government introduced a bill to boost the independent civilian review and public complaints scheme that governs the Mounties without waiting, as it promised, for the Air India inquiry. The bill doesn’t go nearly as far to empower an independent RCMP watchdog as is needed. It’s riddled with loopholes that still protect “privileged” information, including anything to do with “national security.” “This is crazy,  Where’s the transparency there?” Prime Minister Stephen Harper   expects to “push-back” to many of the changes proposed to deal positively with the RCMP–mounties-battered-by-more-bad-reviews.

VANCOUVER – The B.C. government will immediately appoint a special prosecutor to review the possibility of charges against four RCMP officers involved in Robert Dziekanski’s death, in light of a public inquiry report that delivers a searing indictment of their actions. B.C. Attorney General Mike de Jong said the matter should be reviewed following an inquiry report released Friday that concluded the officers were not justified in using their Taser, and their explanations of the events that unfolded the night Dziekanski died were “patently unbelievable.” Contrary to their testimony at the inquiry, commissioner Thomas Braidwood said the officers could not have reasonably perceived Dziekanski was a threat when he picked up a stapler during the confrontation at Vancouver’s airport in October 2007. The report by the former B.C. judge is riddled with terms like “untrue,” misleading,” “misrepresented,” and “overstated,” to describe the testimony of the four RCMP officers involved. De Jong said it is essential that a special prosecutor will be appointed immediately, given the information in the report. “The special prosecutor will assess whether there is any additional evidence or grounds upon which to reconsider the earlier decision around criminal prosecution,” de Jong said. RCMP commissioner William Elliot acknowledged that the force failed at many levels in this case, and said investigations of incidents involving RCMP officers will be turned over to B.C.’s civilian oversight body. “It is clear that our policies and training in place at the time were deficient,” Elliot said  “We acknowledge that the actions of our members who dealt with Mr. Dziekanski also fell short, including the fact that our officers did not take enough time to try and de-escalate the situation and did not provide an appropriate level of care to Mr. Dziekanski.” Dziekanski, who didn’t speak English, arrived in Vancouver after a long flight from Poland and spent 10 hours in the airport before he eventually cleared customs. Unable to find his mother or communicate with anyone, Dziekanski began throwing furniture in the airport’s international terminal. Several onlookers called 911 and one witness started filming the scene on his video camera. The four RCMP officers were told by a 911 operator to expect a drunk suspect. Within seconds of their arrival, one of them fired the Taser, pulling the trigger five times in total, mostly after Dziekanski had fallen to the ground. Dziekanski’s mother filed a wrongful death lawsuit last year against the RCMP and others, but settled the case this past April after receiving a public apology from the force and an undisclosed financial settlement.

RCMP admits mistakes in Dziekanski case The head of the RCMP acknowledged for the first time on Friday that the organization mishandled the situation that lead to the death of Robert Dziekanski more than two years ago.

Canada’s two tiered justice system opposed

Have you also noticed how the Canadian Federal Conservative government even  and it’s watch dog the RCMP are undeniably hesitant to prosecute their provincial counterparts for wrong doings? Tax evasions, citizen abuse, tax payer’s money abuses
Montreal city hall for example has been filled with corruptions, tac evasions the last 50 years and even though the police station is acrooss the street too few croooks have been aressted and why is that.. the past Quebec and even Conservative federal governments have wrongfullybeen too soft on white collared crime as well.. much too many alocholics there too.. I have had many experiences in laying simple complaints against bad cops, bad professionals, bad civil and public servants  that never got anywhere cause the investigators were clearly pretenders.. in Contrast the investigations of all citizens clearly would not take so long..
Corruption inquiry probes meetings at exclusive Montreal club and the exposed corruption gets bigger and bigger. Let us face it the bad politicians tend to do the same thing that the other bad guys do. cheat, lies, steal,  and even go to the same clubs too ehhh and that is why they falsely are very hesitant to prosecute  the bad guys, cause next they likely would be prosecuted as well.. THE CON FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED ONGOING CORRUPTIONS. Politicians, city officials  with Quebec construction ate in the same pigs pen so what does that tell you  Sen. Leo Housakos  of Canada’s Senate  fundraiser for the federal Conservative party scrutinized. Tory senator says he surprised his name mentioned at inquiry into Quebec construction industry with  his bad friends and what even the Quebec Premier Pauline Marois, who has occasionally benefited from  Club 357c, what they all still claim to be good people getting to be really Ridiculous..  A person is known by the company they keep..  tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who you are now-crimminal  so now when did you ever hear even a crooked Con politician  even say she or he was guilty now? Two former Liberals were just the tip of the iceberg of persons named at the Quebec CORRUPTION hearings.. Ex provincial cabinet ministers in ex-premier Jean’s Charest government Beauchamp, Tomassi named at CORRUPTION hearings. When even the Liberals, the PQ has more important things to do such as arresting the bad persons  and how many of them were alcoholics now too?  Even in Corruption in Quebec has been at the highest levels for decades too now sadly, and where were any of the cops in all of this?–corruption-inquiry-well-known-names-appear-on-registry-of-ritzy-montreal-club

Canadian Justice is too often an empty one. The establishment cover ups for it’s own and prevails.

Undeiably the governments have failed to look after their own subordinates, our civil and public servants,  and to look adequately after all of us in Canada. unacceptable.

When it comes to punishment for criminal, unacceptable bad  acts Canada for the last 50 years even has double standards, one for the ordinary Joe Blow and one for the Professionals, the  Professionals – Doctors and Nurses, CEO’s, Managers, Accountants, Police they  all  tend to get off Scott free, rewarded even..

Biking advocates and friends of Darcy Allan Sheppard were outraged to learn charges were dropped against Michael Bryant. Marli Epp, the spokesman for the Toronto Bike Messenger Association, told the Sun the justice system has failed. Cycling advocates decry decision to drop Bryant’s charges It is hard to believe that  Darcy Allan Sheppard death was solely unpreventable and that Michael Bryant did not in any way help to contribute to it.

Police and the justice system seem to take the easy way out and clearly will not oppose the political establishment that sets it’s budgets and raises now too.

Police do not mind harassing stil the ordinary folks with traffic, parking, speeding tickets though! Anyway a poor man’s death does not matter?

It seems if the OPP and commissioner Julian Fantino are involved things tend to be sour

One a rotten apple always a rotten apple.. Again a serious public rage directed toward Veterans Affairs Minister Julian Fantino.. Veteran Affairs minister 70-minute delay was ‘due to cabinet meeting that ran long’ cause the citizens and veterans are not important enough but veterans who spoke with CBC News are still angry with the cabinet minister, who wound up meeting only briefly with the vets..”What the minister did yesterday was disgraceful. The only thing we want is a commitment to keep open the eight offices and reopen the Prince George office. Veterans have earned that respect,” said a joint statement from veterans Ron Clarke, Bruce Moncur

Fantino was first elected to the House of Commons in a 2010 byelection. He was appointed to cabinet in 2011 and has also served as minister of international co-operation, minister of state for seniors and associate minister of defence.  Fantino had a long career in policing before entering federal politics, including serving as chief of the Toronto Police Service and commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police.

Next Julian Fantino is out as the federal Veterans Affairs  minister  too.. Jan 5, 2015. He becomes associate minister for national defence.  Julian Fantino  had  become a political vulnerability for the Conservative government in recent months. ” The Conservatives’ troubles on the veterans’ file started a year ago when some former military personnel objected to the closing of several Veterans Affairs offices across Canada. There has also been anger over layoffs and the department returning more than $1 billion to the federal treasury since 2006. In addition, Auditor General Michael Ferguson released a stinging report on wait times for mental health services in November, while the government was accused of trickery after it was revealed $200 million in new funding for mental-health services for veterans was to be spread out over 50 years.”

I never did like Fantino or Canada’s police forces..

Ex OPP police chief Julian Fantino  caught my attention when he clearly lied about the causes of car accidents in southern, he lied when he had said speeding is the main cause of car accidents in Ontario , he should have known better, distracted, drunk and impaired drivers, road ragers rather are the main cause of car accidents..  so next it came as no surprise to me when the Devil PM Stephen Harper himself asked Julian Fantino to become a Conservative federal MP candidate He should be right at home with the too may liars we have elected.. it seems we like to continue to elect Liars.

TORONTO (CBC) – Ontario Attorney General Chris Bentley is defending the removal of four government lawyers from a case involving the province’s Special Investigations Unit, the Ontario Provincial Police, and the force’s commissioner, Julian Fantino.  Just hours before the court case began Thursday in Toronto, the government lawyers from the Ministry of the Attorney General withdrew their representation for the SIU, which has alleged that Fantino and OPP officers violated the Police Act regarding SIU investigations. Earlier this week, it came to light that Ian Scott, the director of the SIU, together with the signed backing of the four provincial government lawyers, had taken the unprecedented step of siding with a pair of grieving families of two men shot and killed last summer by OPP officers.  New Democrat MPP Peter Kormos noted other government lawyers are still working on the case, representing Fantino. The SIU has accused Fantino and a number of his officers of breaking the law by failing to properly co-operate with probes into the shootings. The watchdog has accused Fantino of failing to ensure officers promptly notified the SIU of one case last June. In a second incident, Scott has accused Fantino of failing to ensure officers were properly segregated by allowing them to consult the same lawyer and to prepare two sets of notes only submitting a final version of events vetted by their lawyer. The SIU had the four Ministry of the Attorney General lawyers draft its legal position and sign the statement of facts prepared for Thursday morning’s court hearing. In court Thursday. Also in court were about 25 family members and friends of the two dead men Doug Minty and Levi Schaeffer. Minty, a 59-year-old with a mental disability, was shot five times on June 22, 2009, by an OPP officer. Minty had become agitated as the result of a visit from a door-to-door salesman, and police were called to the house. “I want answers to Doug’s death,” said his mother, Evelyn Minty. “It should never have happened.” John Minty, a brother of Doug, said he was astounded at how many police organizations were in court. “I guess if I was in any way cynical, I’d believe they are trying essentially to spend us out of the case, that we’ll run out of money before they will,” he said. Schaeffer, 30, of Peterborough, Ont., suffered from schizoaffective panic and personality disorder. On June 24, 2009, Schaeffer was camping near Osnaburgh Lake when he got into an altercation with the OPP, which resulted in an officer shooting twice and killing him.  The hearing is to continue Friday.

TORONTO – Families of two men shot dead by police in Ontario squared off against police groups Thursday in a court battle over how officers prepare notes of such incidents and deal with civilian investigators afterward.  Outside court, emotional family members said they were simply looking to find out exactly what happened to their loved ones. “I don’t want mothers to go through what I’m going through,” said Evelyn Minty, mother of Doug Minty, 59, who was shot dead in June last year. “It’s a year. I can’t forget it. I can’t sleep nights.” The families, through their lawyer Julian Falconer, are asking the courts for a declaration the officers violated the law around how police co-operated with the province’s Special Investigations Unit after the killings. They assert, among other things, that allowing the officer who pulled the trigger and officers who witnessed the incident to consult the same lawyer effectively amounts to collusion. They also say the officers first provided notes to their lawyer, before turning them over to the civilian investigators. SIU investigators expressed concern about police “tampering” with evidence, and the agency’s director, Ian Scott, said he could not determine what had happened because he could not rely on the officers’ notes. “I don’t know what to believe about the circumstances of my son’s death,” said Ruth Schaeffer, mother of Levi Schaeffer, 30, whom police killed in a separate shooting also last June. “I am hoping this may throw some light on it or at least change the situation where the police write their notes in a timely fashion and not two days after the fact, and also that they write their notes before meeting with counsel.”  The proceedings became murkier after the province’s Ministry of the Attorney General, of which the SIU is part, withdrew from the hearing, leaving Scott to find his own lawyer. Attorney General Chris Bentley’s hints at some kind of conflict of interest prompted the opposition New Democrats and Minty’s relatives to accuse him of succumbing to police-union bullying. “In this most peculiar, this bizarre, this astounding turn of events, the attorney general responds to police pressure and this alleged conflict by pulling his lawyers from representing its own agency,” New Democrat Peter Kormos said outside the legislature.  Outside court, Doug Minty’s sister, Diane Pinder, said it appeared the police unions had scared Bentley. “The SIU had backed us, and now they’ve pulled out,” Pinder said. “They’re intimidated by the police union.” Minty, of Elmvale, Ont., who was mentally challenged, was shot five times outside his home, apparently after threatening the officer with a small utility knife. Two days later, Schaeffer, of Peterborough, Ont., who had mental-health issues, was shot dead at a remote lake in northern Ontario following an altercation with two officers.

Canadian Mortality rate – Death -Health – Heart disease – Cancer

It seems now also very funny to me that valid recent statistic on the number of people dying in Canada annually with cancer, heart attack, alcoholism, drug abuse, hospital acquired infections, etc are not available readily indicating that the governments don’t really care about the citizens good welfare.
Too many news reporters now STILL do fail to say that   half of those diagnosed with cancer now will eventually die of the disease or one of its complications, most journalists do still  like to spin the positive and prefer the  stories that ignore the hard reality of the various diseases. They are not doing anyone a service by their lies..
Sadly still too many lost sheep, distorters, positive spin doctors too now have even now tried to point out that  the Bible as being itself all good news, when in fact it also now  has many, many negative references as any actual Bible readers do easily  find out.
One of the negative facts in the Bible is that it states in the last days many of men’s hearts will fail, and sickness will plague the earth even. “Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.” (Luke 21:26 KJV)
Most of the spin doctors, false scribes are not too eager now to rock the politically correct boat of the supposedly established ”truths”.
“There’s been a tremendous growth in options available to physicians and over those last 10 years, they have  been successful in making sure the treatments that are beneficial are being used by more people,” But still not enough is being done here too.
Don’t get the false impression that all doctors now in Canada are motivated enough by money to help you with your  sickness and your pain. My medical services undeniably exponentially improved from my own doctor next when I had informed him I was keeping the health ministry abreast in writing next of the actual health services I was getting.
The health of Saskatchewan residents doesn’t measure up well against the rest of the country, says the most recent report from the Canadian Institute for Health Information. “Although, surprising some related information can be found here it is still rare.
Many many people in Canada, young and old  too do live daily in unresolved fears, and also do now  lack adequate sleep both issues that severely affects their personal health now too.
Not to downplay  the impact of specific health strategies like smoking bans and food labeling initiatives,  such polices likely do now play  a really big role in the Heart and cancer disease’s decline still now one’s unresolved negative personal stress, one’s fear of war and many other facts do affect one’ heart health clearly too.
“I think we all should reinforce all  patients that just as they should be taking the medications and undergoing the procedures that are evidence-based and recommended by their physician, that next they should not fall into this false sense of security,”   “Exercising, watching their diet to ensure diabetes doesn’t come on and (watching) their cholesterol, all of those are vitally important also as important as (medical or drug) treatments.”
“Too many major studies of the cause of death seem to have mainly a pharmaceutical approach agenda, solution still too. With their truckloads of money, made from the top selling synthetic chemical pharmaceutical next of course.  Of note, they have correctly excluded Coumadin/Warfarin (rat poison) from their apparent analysis, since there is no credible evidence that these chemical “drugs” extend human life. This death -health study nevertheless  is just an attempt still to deceive readers into believing satins extend life, which is totally false, but very profitable.  According to a UK study statin drugs may add a total of two days to a person’s life at a cost to the Healthcare System that runs in the billions. Their only effect may be anti inflammatory, which an Aspirin will do too. When inflammation in your system goes down so does your LDL level. Basically Cholesterol does not cause heart problems, never has, never will. Basically it seems statin drugs  are not only useless but dangerous. The steady stream of pharmaceutical recalls often definitely shows, means that their claim of science is pure deception.  Their basic Obscene profit motivation has nothing good to do with really helping human health. Too many of them it seems that they are still  fraudsters  downplaying falsely eating healthy foods,  or  blood pressure control and the two most likely major heart death factors; diet and exercise. “
“As per diabetes type 2  nobody should have that disease and it is, in most cases when not too advanced completely curable by cutting out all refined carbs and changing back to a healthy diet of veggies and meat and fat. Yes, animal fat. Did you know that lard is for the greater part mono unsaturated fat (oleic acid, same as olive oil). “
I too do have to say I too still get tired of the news and medical crap I do read, the distortions, especially when it comes to the leading causes of deaths in Canada.. cancer and heart attacks are the leading causes of death supposedly.. somehow the reasons often now given for one dying seem to exclude the basics.. such as many people who get a second free disease  while in a hospital, and besides as to how many people get sick or killed due  to alcohol, unresolved negative personal stress, eating cheap, bad foods. Not just deaths due to a lack of exercise or being overweight.
All the health studies seem to have a false hidden agenda, sponsored by someone and are not fully honest still it seem. I have for my liking now also met  too many bad doctors and nurses in my life in reality too  Even Doctors who had abused their research grants now too.
The numbers of new Cancer, Heart cases and deaths are continuing to rise in many parts of Canada even. When it comes to Cancer only about 25 percent  of the deaths now are unavoidable and the balance could have been likley prevented with better education, preventative measure, applicable now to heart deaths as well, all which clearly means our governments, Health Ministers they  are not still doing enough to look after the good welfare of all Canadians these days too. Help for sick, and the dying  is insufficient still. The statistics also suggest 40% of men and 45% of Canadian women will develop cancer during their lifetime. This year, an estimated 173,800 Canadians will be diagnosed with some form of cancer, up by 2,800 over 2009; 76,200 are predicted to die from the disease, an increase of 900 compared to last year. Now prostate cancer,  is the second largest cancer killer of men, just behind lung cancer. The five-year for survival rate for all cancers combined is only 59 per cent.  An estimated 173,800 new cases of cancer will be diagnosed in Canada in 2010, according to the latest projections. (This does not include 75,500 cases of non-melanoma skin cancer.)   The leading cancer killer, by far, remains lung cancer, which will take an estimated 20,600 lives this year. Next is colorectal cancer (9,100 deaths), then breast cancer (5,400) and prostate cancer (4,300).
“In Canada cancer is the country’s biggest killer, and one in nine women in Canada will get breast cancer.  Even Breast cancer sufferers desperately need more generous employment insurance and other benefits as they grapple with the steep economic costs of their illness, a new Canadian study concludes\nx   it’s not just the disease that can cause cause stress for women. The financial burden is also significant In an online survey of 446 cancer survivors, 44% reported using their own savings to cover medical expenses and lost income. More than one-quarter were forced into debt. As well, about one in six of those who had been employed full-time when diagnosed lost their jobs. About one-fifth were forced to go back to work before they felt ready due to financial pressure. “Many respondents were unaware of the high cost of the disease until they began to get treatment. Like many Canadians, they had assumed that public health care would cover most of their costs,” the study says. “The economic reality came as a shock.” Much of the financial burden can be attributed to the fact Employment Insurance covers only 15 weeks of the 38-week treatment. Two-thirds of respondents were off work for at least 16 weeks. Patients who had chemotherapy had the greatest drop in family income, took more time off work and were more likely to quit their jobs. While provincial governments pay for many drugs, the patient commonly pays for some others, special foods as well as medical supplies and prosthetics – such as wigs or special bras – out-of-pocket. Travel costs to obtain treatment – a particular problem for those outside cities – aren’t covered. Patients who exercise every day and eat a healthy diet while getting treated for breast cancer and prostate cancer can improve their entire health. The Breast Cancer Network’s survey estimated the average household income dropped $12,000 following diagnosis of breast cancer. In fact, the study concluded breast cancer survivors “often found the financial burden to be as stressful as the disease and that the financial impact was sometimes longer lasting than the disease itself.” The study focused solely on breast cancer, the most common cancer in women; one in nine women will get it in their lifetime. Each year, among both men and women, about 22,900 new  breast cancer  cases are diagnosed. Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, but men are not immune, either. In 2009, 22700 Canadian women and 180 Canadian men were diagnosed with this form of the disease, with 5400 women and 50 men dying of it. But the network stressed that financial problems and difficulties re-entering the labour force are significant issues among sufferers of all cancers. “We would argue that many of the experiences described in this report are likely shared by the more than 700,000 Canadians living with all types of cancer.
Prenatal exposure to BPA, DES may boost breast cancer risk Fetuses exposed to chemicals like Bisphenol-A (BPA) and Diethylstilbestrol (DES) in the womb may have a higher risk of developing breast cancer in their adulthood, BPA is a weak estrogen and DES is a strong estrogen, yet our study shows both have a profound effect on gene expression in the mammary gland — breast — throughout life,” A review article published online May 25 in Nature Reviews Endocrinology finds that endocrine-disrupting chemicals like bisphenol A found in plastic pose cancer risk in adults. Bisphenol A is commonly present in household products including plastic bottles, reusable food containers, and food cans. “All estrogens, even ‘weak’ ones can alter the development of the breast and ultimately place adult women who were exposed to them prenatally at risk of breast cancer.” DES was also used as a growth hormone in the beef and poultry industry in the 60s. It was phased out in the late 1970s after the chemical was found to cause cancer.

Final medical  care throughout the nation , the attention paid to it, and the help provided for dying at home is not up to the mark and is unacceptably deficient Canada wide too.  “A variety of benefits and services are available when a new life enters the world. We should be providing just as much support when someone is dying,”
Despite years of many persons complaints now, end-of-life care remains an inadequate, unacceptable  patchwork of help too often and where other related services do exist, the patients too often now are referred to palliative care much too late. . When I do read many news media accounts of the events surrounding all Canadians it seems like the news written applies to another planet, and not the one we are living on herein Canada. The news spins and desertions are grossly immoral as well. For example take the recent media spins on Cancer and on palliative care of dying patients as well  One person’s death that could be prevented and one less person  dying in pain and suffering is never to be considered as unimportant even in the overall picture. Even one person needlessly suffering an agonizing death in pains because they were not given adequate medication, pain killer is also now totally unacceptable.  There’s some real big, major gaps and inconsistencies, governmental and medical cruelty even on how one’s end-of-life care is delivered. Not only is the available   number of hospice beds and quantity of home care   insufficient, even  in the hospitals, but the problem will only get worse as more seniors, almost double the number, next  will retire within the next decade .
And even the professional counseling ,depression services,  end-of-life discussions are significantly missing among the medical  staff and the  families next as well. Social Services in Canada tends to be of any at at a crude, bare simple basic, pre historic, dinosaur age level.  Most families often don’t use them because they don’t know what supports are available or how to access them. Doctors and the nurses they too often tell you tell you nothing of what you  do need to know still. Too many persons will die first while waiting for either a quality end-of-life care or an adequate place in a medically equipped convalescent old age home.  Too many sick persons die waiting for either a quality end-of-life care or an adequate place in a medically equipped convalescent old age home. Imagine this cruelty, absurdity now as well an overnight palliative care was being stopped because it  exceeded the two-week limit in place.  Now it’s a disgrace that anyone ox subjected to  this during their final days. Many many persons now would in Canada still benefit from a decent end-of-life care but often still don’t get it, in our rather still uncivilized society. Inadequate Services Offered for  “End-of-life”, No Improvement Even  Years  After.  The  special Senate committee had reported uneven access to palliative care in 1995 and a 2005 follow up found little progress now in Canada showing us all how little our politicians do really care about others death, pain, suffering in reality. Mostly lying Health Ministers  say they now are  doing everything they can to help ensure excellence in cancer care for all.. No one should be foolish enough to believe this at any time too. In reality the way the end-of-life care, seniors cares are  now being  delivered clearly shows that there is a need of real federal and provincial management and adequate regulations.
“It is absolutely OFFENSIVE that the government is still feeding off cigarette tax dollars while making marijuana illegal.  My mother is dying slowly from cancer because of cigarette smoking. All my childhood friends have someone in the family who has died in a similar horrible fashion. When will the Canadian government do what is morally right and make cigarettes illegal? The government makes roughly 6-7 billion dollars in taxing tobacco. Not to mention sales and service taxes.   That money supposedly  goes towards our healthcare as well.”
“What is the correlation between the incidence of high blood pressure and high personal indebtedness in this country?” ”  Did the Canadian causes of death study  take into account how many people had moved to Alberta but died of heart attacks once they saw the cost of LIVING housing and health care in reality once they arrived there?”
Notice the spin doctors do not deal truthfully or specially with how many people who have been diagnosed with serious heart problems got treated within 6 months to 2 years at the most and why was that? Reality heart treatment is done at major hospitals only who do not get paid on a per patient basis, but only get an annual budget to work with, a budget which varies with each city,  province now too, so they firstly do not treat all the serious heart patients.

Heart attack rates vary by province, researchers find  Globe and Mail -When it comes to heart attacks, where you live and how much you earn seem to matter more than how you live.

Those with low incomes have high heart attack risk Toronto Sun The report, Health indicators 2010, says 67,000 Canadians were hospitalized for a heart attack in 2008-09 Breaking down the population into five income levels, the study found that Canadians living in the least affluent neighborhoods were 37% more likely to suffer a heart attack than those in more affluent areas. Heart attack patients from richer neighborhoods were 7% more likely to get a revascularization procedure, such as angioplasty or bypass surgery, than those from lower-income areas. “While a person’s socio-economic status affects the risk of having a heart attack, it appears that where you live in Canada makes a bigger difference,” Eugene Wen, manager of health indicators at CIHI, said. “Regions with higher heart attack rates also tend to have higher rates of hypertension, diabetes, smoking and other cardiac risk factors.”

In B.C., the heart-attack rate was 169 for every 100,000 people, said a report, which used data from 2008 and 2009. In Newfoundland and Labrador, it was 347 for every 100,000 people. Heart attack rates highest in Newfoundland and Labrador: The same province  where the premier himself did not do his best to improve health care for all. “,it’s surprising and concerning that depending on where you live in Canada, your risk for heart attack is different,”  “If you can’t afford to buy healthy and nutritious foods, your risk factors for heart attack are more common,”   “If you don’t have the time or the funds to make a healthy (food) choice, that’s a problem. .  This report suggests that it does translate into an increased risk for heart attack.” The federal government and the provinces now needs to legislate policies aimed at encouraging healthy eating, adequate medical care so that they reach all Canadians.

“Is it possible that the majority of heart deaths in Canada are caused by one virus or another, Virus spread from infected animals, gum diseases, etc., ? Why is here  too no mention of this by our news media or medical community? Does the medical community basically still not want to tell you how these viruses are caused, spread? I think, they know, a lot more then they are telling, or the media is telling. Although, surprising some related information can be found here it is still rare. “
Let’s first be fair to ourselves and others and note that no one thing specifically causes all the cancers, diabetic sick persons, heart problems in the world, rather it is a combination of several different factors starting with our personal ignorance, and the false neglect of the our Bodies.
To Help with many person’s medical symptoms of their diseases often we may still  have to deal with the root causes of their sicknesses too.. including their stress, anxieties, their wrong doings too. Hypertension is another  main, leading personal cause of heart attacks, strokes and other major medical problems. For most North Americans even if you don’t have high blood pressure now, you need to make a serious lifestyle, food  adjustments now to avoid personal health problems, especially Cancer and Heart diseases next in one’s future. A person is considered hypertensive with a blood-pressure reading of 140/90 millimetres of mercury (mmHg) or higher. Healthy adults should have a blood pressure in the range of 120/80 mmHg, although that target varies with age and other health conditions. There are many DIFFERENT factors that contribute to high blood pressure, including first the type of one’s food consumption, too much read meat, not enough fruit and vegetables,  being overweight, a lack of physical activity, excessive sodium consumption and aging. Hypertension, while it has few obvious symptoms, is a leading risk factor for heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease.
While clearly the medical advances against even the more serious sickness have taken gigantic leaps now these days, I sadly too often these  days have to tell the truth to the sick persons that next the patients themselves are now more often to blame for their sudden deaths,  their illness degenerating mostly too even by reaping what they sowed, by their own neglect of basic laws reaping relating to the to human anatomy too, a) by their own failure to insure  healthy eating, b) their own  failure to get  proper sleep, c) and their own failure to handle, resolve unbeneficial stress adequately.
Many people do not understand also what a  depression or a mid life crisis is.. it is that void,, the emptiness that you do have when you lost somethinng that once was important to you.. solution to depressions are good music, good sleep, good food, having good friends and not rather bad ones.
Majority of patients still lie to themselves when they do now falsely think they will not reap what they have personally sowed and thus they are committing personal suicide as a result.
Lack of sleep is still a killer.. so is not eating properly.. so is unresolved stress…
God is a God of love and he really does not want us to suffer needlessly so he is willing to help us if we meet his conditions as defined also  in the Bible. (1 Cor 10:21 KJV)  Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.
Absurd TD health study calls for health  new health tax. To focus medical practitioners on the most effective treatments, it says the province should set up a “commission on quality and value for health care.” It would assess the best and most cost-effective medical treatments for specific conditions, and evaluate new drugs and treatments, and let medical practitioners know the results says TD’s chief economist, Don Drummond. The TD report also says doctors should be paid differently, getting a blend of salary and payment for the volume of patients and treatments.  Public health care is unsustainable if spending continues unchecked, Left unchecked, health-care spending is set to rise to 80 per cent of total program spending.  Here is the important main root, real problem the same report does not face firstly. In reality the  Doctors are God. You cannot touch them or deal with them. The medical society itself forbids the criticism of any doctor, by any doctor or anyone else for that matter. for only lenthly self regulation can review any criticism of a bad doctors performances. The same fact generally applies to the unionized  nurse and hospital workers and so no work improvement, cost effectiveness can be attained,   thus having any possible effective cost or quality supervisors is also impossible. Our medical services always tend to be unsupervised, uncontrolled  with about 50 percent of the existing workers being pretentious, incompetent, inadequate, and so of course putting more money into a pail full of holes like this is an ever increasing  waste of money.  Solution? a cheap one too, Do merely  start the exposure exemplary firing all bad doctors, bad nurses, bad civil and bad public servants as well.   Start firing the bad hospital managers.
The largest contract in Montreal, in the city’s history was fraught by a lack of supervision of contracts at city hall, and ethically questionable relations between former city officials and companies seeking deals. After Montreal’s auditor-general confirmed the paper’s findings, Mayor GÈrald Tremblay cancelled the deal and two top city officials were fired
Interesting points, questions, concerns now too.

    Thenonconformer’s Canadian blog

We all in Canada do pay millions and millions, billions of dollars in taxes to our federal, provincial, municipal pretentious governments where too many civil and public servants, politicians in Canada undeniably seem too ready to abuse them, to cheat, lie, steal , pass the buck and to not help us the citizens rather. I do often write. send thousands of letters on justifiable, valid causes to them and I have often not seen one decent reply, acknowledgment, never mind any good actions on them as well from these still mostly pretenders, liars who tell more and more lies. They do the same thing mostly to all other Canadians now as well and none of that is acceptable still too.
Tax payer’s money abuses, false expense account statements, stealing, tax evasions, obstruction of justice, cheating, lying, drunkenness, impaired driving, pornography, Adultery, VERBAL, PHYSICAL ABUSES, are all ESPECIALLY unacceptable for any civil and public servants.
Not by my choice I have been in Hospitals, emergency wards, convalescent homes with my father too many times this year and I can say without a doubt that many of the hospitals, most that I have been to in Montreal, Calgary are liars, pretenders, imposters, really do not provide full adequate medical services to all, especially to seniors. Unacceptable.
In case you did not notice it too often KNOW IT ALL Nurses have a hard time following orders still and toooften and patients do sufer as a result. A patient at the convalescent home Montreal Manoir Verdun is in severe pain, and is allowed to take pain medication as needed, the nurse is told of his need, but the cold, calloused, indifferent nurse she replies she is on her one hour lunch break and she openly refuses to give it to him, another nurse is summoned by a nursing assistant from another floor to come and give him his pain pill. This is not the first time she neglects the patient’s needs, rather it has been a too often occurrence with her.
In the Montreal Verdun hospital the patients ward does not have air conditioning but where the nurses work it is air conditioned by room window units. Visit the 3 floor for a great example. A sick elderly patient who is often cold, catches a cold easily too, was in one of these rooms for a blood transfusion and the nurse in charge was asked to temporary close the air conditioning for a few hours, but the selfish, self centered nurse next refused to do so because she would have to work under warm conditions. Whose welfare was more important? The Patient got sicker as a direct result too. How will the clearly pretentious, useless Ombudsman reply here?
I can say that for many decades in Canada too many bad, unrepentant persons, big bad crooks, liars, thieves, abusers have often taken the ostrich approach of my revelations of their wrong doings on the internet, figuring if they ignore it, so will everyone else and I will disappear, go away.. how naive. Here I am decades later still rightfully complaining they should be fired, put in jail even. And do tell me again what the difference is between a too often bad liberal or a bad, no good conservative is!
Over the last Half of century I have met and have personally dealt with many elected ministers, pastors, politicians, administrators and they tend to be generally in 2 separate camps, the good and the bad
Now close to 65% of the country had voted for political parties other then Conservatives and that they now also should have some serious say in the workings of the federal government. Now why would I be falsely impressed, satisfied now with anyone doing merely a pretentious, inadequate job even if they can be cute, good looking or whatever too? Bad managers, bad management, resulting chaos, abuses are far too common in our governments, and Medicare as well. The sole fact that I do have to post these well known truths for all to read now is an absurdity, absurd in that the governments paid members do still hesitate to do anything about it already cause they do not care, for they are over paid clearly.

Canadian health care ranks second to last compared with seven industrialized nations, according to a recent report by a private U.S. foundation that monitors and researches international health-care systems. The Commonwealth Fund studied the health-care systems of Canada, the U.S., Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand and the U.K., and found that only the American system ranks lower than Canada’s.
It is still a criminal act now for any doctor, nurse, hospital administrators, medical supervisor not to provide medical care to any seniors. How many have been prosecuted for this in the last year?
Still mostly pretentious Governments health administrators are still themselves too often ignorant of what it means to work in a hospitals, even about the medical and personnel inadequacies and the staff, patient’s related stresses now too, and what it takes even to eliminate unnecessary waits for all types of medical care in the last many decades too. Provincial governments. Hospitals too are not only too often pretentious but too often still do lie when they claim to be fully equipped to handle readily all medical problems in Montreal too. All provincial governments must “meaningfully address” procedures falling outside the five priority areas of diagnostic imaging, sight restoration, joint replacement, cancer radiology and cardiac care for far too many Canadians still experience long waits for their needed medical care and they often are kept in the dark about the wait they can expect to face. Emergency centers now at Hospitals are geared to check for heart problems and cancer mostly, immediately through blood tests, medical tests but not much else it seems. Hospitals rely on even too often pretentious, incompetent nurses, medical students, interns mostly for the initial screenings it seems rather than on the senior, experienced doctors too. And more more than half of all patients wait longer over medically acceptable times for other non major medical problems as well, even before anyone even starts an acceptable treatment. Major strides are still very much needed to be made overall not just in the five priority health-care areas including a broader range of specialties.
My very senior father has an incurable, painful disease and he needs proper pain management in Hospitals, old age homes and rather often he still does not get it. Now today I was lied to again by a Nurse. She lied she had given him his pain medication even when I was with him during the supposed event. I am too often lied to by the Nurses who seem to have a need to be shown as always being right, that they have done the right thing. When you consider most of us lie every ten minutes, it should be no surprise that too many nurses now are also major liars. Unacceptable.
It is also really really unacceptable that Personal Cleanliness in Hospitals and Hospital food, medical services isn’t always that great still too.. VISIT A HOSPITAL AND INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF DYING TOO. Study shows sharing a hospital room increases your risk of picking up infections. SHARING A BATHROOM WITH A SICK PERSON IS REALLY, REALLY DANGEROUS.. NOT JUST SHARING THE ROOM… Some nursing staff next says that 45 patients for a dozen Nurses is too much too handle, for an incompetent pretentious nurse, one patient is too much. And please do note this reality the biggest hospital complaint of really sick patients is the lack of competent nurses on duty 24 hours per day.. Now less than a hundred Canadians will die in one year due to car accidents, but thousands will die due to a hospital acquired infection? Hospitals provide babysitting services and not rather real medical care it seems too often.. wait till you get to the hospital and find out next firsthand what it is really like too.

“Thursday, January 07, 2010 10:26 PM My elderly father age 88, who today is in the LGH says to me today even that he is under great pains in chest continually , especially when he tries to walk to the bathroom even.. but the same Hospital, Doctors, nursing staff do often refuse to give him adequate pain pills cause they are supposedly too costly and the Quebec Government does not pay for it too? And what this also is Medicare is really like now? pretentious care, a mere baby sitting service? Unacceptable still too. “
JAN 18,2010 I would gladly keep you regularly informed ABOUT HOW THEY ARE TREATING MY FATHER AND ALSO THE ELDERLY PATIENTS AT THE LAKESHORE GENERAL HOSPITAL IN MY OWN WITNESS NOW TOO. I waited for weeks for the ombudsman to call me back at the LGH, and she did not, so I next called her.. she next had promised to address these concerns.. seeing is believing. I await her results. I care about the good welfare of all Canadians now.. do you? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons works best and serves everyone the best, that means going after the bad Hospital directors, bad doctors, bad supervisors, bad ombudsman, bad, lazy, no good hospital staff now too, bad politicians, bad civil and public servants.. Doctors, Nurses, medical support staff are human, they too sometimes try sometimes to get by with a minimal amount of personal effort, and so as result patients do not always get their proper medical care. A very good rule is never to go to a hospital alone, doctors are afraid of loud mouthed witnesses who can cause them to be sued for mal practice and cause their mal practice insurance rates to go up significantly.. so sick people with close family members who talk to the doctor tend to get better care.

To say that my elderly father has been rather getting poor medical treatment at the McGill, Montreal West Lakeshore General and Verdun Hospitals is a completely undeniable understatement! In both of these hospitals the nurses often had failed to give my father proper pain medication on time now but guess what? they did not hestitate to drug him even to sleep with moraphine when they had a heavy work load.. so he would not be a bother to them

I can say without a doubt that if you want to receive better over the common just poor medical services in Canada you do now have to fight for it, you have to complain loudly about the poor services you got. Unfortunately complaining about the bad governmental or police services does not help for it seems they are permanently corrupt, inadequate.
Bad behaviour by many Canadian politicians is turning off voters. Bad behaviour by too many bad Canadian police is also turning off many Canadians. Now add to that bad civil and public servants rather too often pretentious outputs. Include the bad doctors and Nurses who do not provide adequate medical services to all citizens, seniors included. Next realize the fact that serious patient’s pains are not even being properly managed in hospitals, elsewhere. Leads us all to conclude they really still do not care about the citizens concerns, needs. I know for an absolute fact that my own Liberal Members of the Legislature, and Member of Parliament are pretentious, inadequate for a decade now too. The federal and provincial cabinet ministers tend not to be any better, for they all seem to be mainly still looking after their own false interests at the tax payer’s expenses still.
Canada is definitely not one big Country, but consists of many little countries, or regions that seem to have their own provincial, territorial laws, priorities, their own hidden agendas. The West, the Maritimes, Quebec, Ontario included. The federal government itself rarely it seems takes the proper lead, leadership now too.
Yes some of the Canadian concerns Canada wide are very similar:

    – Follow the money trail, one of the oldest rules of good journalism, it will tell you how effective the ministers now really are too. How do they abuse your tax money?
    – For example Consumer protection including the cost of housing, the cost of living, food and clothing included, the cost of insurance, Phone Bills, and the costs of transportation, gas, heating.
    – Next there is the continually serious concern about the actual availability of Medicare, and hospitals as well especially when you are seriously ill, plus the valid concerns of having the adequate convalescent homes for the elderly, sick.
    – Then there is the cost of taxes, in reality and too often everyone pay taxes, and yes they are still too often wasted, and that includes too many hidden taxes now too. Public and Civil servants are rarely known for being well managed, or cost effective, rather they are known as being troublesome, wasteful, expensive, over indulged as well. Especially even the Police, RCMP it seems.
    – Then there is the problem of too many crimes, that one tends to be concerned only when one encounters it, abuses, illicit drugs, thefts, stolen cars, white collar crimes, frauds, identity theft. Here one finds out how too often inadequate, pretentious are the justice ministers and justice systems are now too. Too many crimes exists cause there are still also unacceptably too many bad cops with thier too many bad managers now too.
    – The physical, mental, verbal, medical abuse, or neglect of any person, minors or elders included, is still a a criminal act and more criminals would find themselves now next in Jail if more people did know the laws on the subject now as well. Elder abuse is physical or psychological mistreatment, medical neglect, or financial exploitation of the elderly intentional or unintentional. Abuse usually becomes more frequent and severe over time. Any Neglect that results in physical or psychological harm is considered an abuse

Now enough is enough.. we always still do need proper governments, proper ministers, proper civil and public servants doing their jobs in all areas. It seems now also very funny to me that valid recent statistic on the number of people dying in Canada annually with cancer, heart attack, alcoholism, drug abuse, hospital acquired infections, etc are not available readily indicating that the governments don’t really care about the citizens good welfare.

Speaking of the too often bad civil and public servants in Canada… On a September day in 2001, Paul Norman Delorme, then 37 and a known child molester with a predilection for little girls, followed a 7-year-old girl into the women’s washroom of a Tim Hortons in this city, where he did exactly what his sexual deviancy made him prone to do. What made the case particularly outrageous ? and later the focus of a $3.6-million lawsuit by the girl’s family ? was that Delorme was allowed to enter the restaurant unescorted, along with three other psychiatric patients, while Brockville Psychiatric staff waited outside in their vehicle.

Do I really believe that the right of free speech, to now complain in public exists readily, easily in Canada? Not on your life! I already firsthand do know for for decades that the bad cops do not like me to use my right of free speech, neither the bad Premiers, bad Prime Ministers, bad pastors, crooks, etc., and yes now still they will falsely oppose it. That is an undeniable historic fact too.

Canadian Citizens themselves do now elect the federal, provincial, municipal elected members and so next what do too many of our elected members falsely, willfully do, they use the tax payers money, the constituent resources mainly to promote themselves, their party, and big business not rather to mostly help all of the citizens now themselves and this is really always unacceptable. They try to help the big business directly hoping to get a large bribe, donation from them of course too.

The police, the courts and the Governments these days are not very popular in Canada, at the federal, provincial, municipal levels, for they tend to be pretentious, wasteful, costly, too expensive it seems. Mismanagement, bad management of personnel resources is clearly still a key factor now too. If you do read my posts, and I do know that many news reporters and politicians do so now, you will see that I am very consistent, I tend to reflect the views of the typical Canadian citizens who are fed up with the too often bad pretentious governments at the federal, provincial and municipal levels, and their also related bad civil and public servants, all who too often seem still to wrongfully abuse our tax dollars en masse. So I am also very much openly upset with the too often bad pretentious cops, justice ministers and judges , the bad pretentious health ministers and consumer affairs ministers, politicians etc, and I do even express it rightfully clearly and loudly to all and even why!

So called Christians even TOO often now as well still do practice tax evasions, fraud, not just some of our elected members. Not wanting to pay any death estate taxes, they do often transfer, sell the properties, money to their sons and daughters before their retirements, death. Mere hypocritical practice of their religion now as well. Jesus himself had said we need to pay taxes.

But so called Christians are not the only one who play dirty now..Liberal MP Judy Sgro received taxpayer funds to rent an apartment that was owned by her children. Judy Sgro , a Toronto MP and a former cabinet minister, had transferred ownership of the condominium she owned to her three adult children in 2006. The York West MP Judy Sgro has acknowledged paying $22000 to rent a downtown Ottawa condominium from her children. The paid rent was increased tp give her children more money too. The Liberal MP has surely proved members of Parliament should allow auditor general Sheila Fraser to review all of their expenditures. By paying rent instead of taking about $10,000 a year in “secondary residence expenses,” she was able to get about $12,000 more a year from taxpayers. Common rules forbid MPs from entering into contracts with members of their immediate families or parents.

Too many building property managers still do hire persons for cash, are being paid under the table, to do their building maintenance works too.

Col. Williams being sued by alleged victim The Canadian Press – BELLEVILLE, Ont. An eastern Ontario woman is suing Col. Russell Williams for an alleged sexual attack. The 21-year-old plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, claims she has been suicidal and dealing with drug and alcohol dependencies since being attacked in her home on Sept. 17, 2009 She says in the suit she was terrified Williams would kill her or her infant daughter when Williams allegedly broke into her Tweed, Ont.-area home and tied her up, blindfolded her, forced into sexual acts and photographed her over two hours. The $2.45-million lawsuit also alleges Williams’ wife was involved in the fraudulent transfer of Ottawa real estate in a effort to defeat Jane Doe’s claim against Williams. The suit alleges the real estate transaction took place on March 26 — some six weeks after Williams was criminally charged in two sex assaults and the killings of two other women.

OTTAWA – MPs are refusing to let the auditor general have a look at their expenses. The Board of Internal Economy — Parliament’s secretive management body — issued a rare news release today stating that $533 million in annual spending will remain hidden from public view. MPs from all parties sit on the board. Auditor General Sheila Fraser asked almost a year ago if her office could be allowed to take a peek at all expenses claimed by MPs and senators. Recent examinations of politicians’ spending habits in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Britain have exposed some sensational examples of waste and greed. Access-to-information laws don’t apply to MP budgets and their expenses are only subject to a financial audit that doesn’t show what money is being spent on.

Face it AS WELL 60 percent of the persons who go to the hospital get another free disease in Canada and yes thousands, many next do die from it.. Now it is not the patient’s deaths who disturb the doctors and nurse now.. they have grown cold and callous to it.. but they hate the people who shit in their bed.. it is a big dirty job to clean it up.. it is real work they do not like. It seems that is what most civil and public servants, politicians do not like, doing real work.. they always do try to avoid it if they can.

Face it if your own mother was depressed and / OR she now did not want to eat, the Hospital and/or Convalescent staff would let her die, for they are under orders by the Quebec government not to feed her or help her.
Since I clearly, openly do not write to win political or any popularity support I know you will also find some shocking truths in my expose of Canadian Life in reality even how the immoral, cheap Quebec government wrongfully allows elderly patients to die by not force feeding them or providing them any depression counseling OR ADEQUATE MEDICAL HELP
Here is what I find amazing, I live in one of the largest cities in Canada and in the local hospitals I still rarely can find, and talk to a really competent dietician or pharmacist. TOO MANY GENERAL PRACTITIONERS DOCTORS ARE NOT COMPETENT DRUG DOCTORS, OR DOCTORS OF INTERNAL MEDICINE. Convalescent homes tend daily now to dispose loads of pills to their seniors and yet they tend to not have an adequate pharmacist or doctor on their staff to check the pills side effect, as I have recently even found out firsthand too.
Imagine that the paid RCMP openly admits now that for decades too it is pretentious, inadequate, incompetent, insufficient police force , when it comes to dealing with basic white collared crimes such as : Mortgage fraud, or Stock fraud, stealing from seniors. All it the RCMP is qualified to do it give out speeding, parking tickets and to kill persons with the laser after all . It all is especially hard for the clearly bad, inexperienced RCMP cause it takes real work. So how are they the bad RCMP also dealing with computer fraud, money laundering by crooks, terrorists banking now too? they do not for they expect others to do such as the banks investigators now again too? Bad RCMP management cannot hire competent persons for the RCMP cause it uses the RCMP Budget money to give itself useless bonuses, expense accounts, etc?

EDMONTON (CBC) – Mortgage fraud is one of the toughest to spot and investigate, an RCMP officer with experience in the field says. Sgt. Conal Archer of the RCMP’s commercial crime unit says “I think they’re very challenging [cases],” “We have a number of issues. First of all, we have real estate agents to interview, mortgage brokers to interview, bankers to interview. And then we have a mortgage file to review and it’s a huge documentary evidence file that we have to review and it can take years to investigate.” or to learn how to do it… so why is it the same RCMP in Montreal can do it but not the RCMP in the West again? Let me hear again the false excuses, lies..

Montreal man charged in $5M mortgage fraud CBC – Thu May 13, 9:18 PM RCMP have arrested a Montreal businessman they say may have been responsible for mortgage fraud totalling more than $5 million. Robert Manuel Moniz, 37, was arrested Thursday morning and faces 53 charges, including fraud, forgery and uttering forged documents. Moniz is alleged to have persuaded his victims to lend him their names to help him buy properties in the Montreal and Laval areas in return for a few thousand dollars and a promise he could boost their credit ratings. So far, police said, they have identified 19 fraudulent transactions. They said they are looking into almost 100 others that occurred between March 1, 2007 and July 12, 2008/

Useless also as well Calgary Police say they haven’t decided whether a criminal investigation is warranted into allegations of one of the biggest mortgage frauds in Canadian history. Police do not want to work too hard, for too often they have very simple minds and prefer the simple cases. Or rather no work at all.
The Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals said perhaps stricter laws and better data would allow the industry to determine just how big the problem is.” Mortgage fraud is not a common type of crime but when it does happen, it can be for significant amounts,” said Jim Murphy, president and CEO of the CAAMP, “Unfortunately what does happen, particularly in the fraud-for-profit, is that it can be very, very sophisticated.” Murphy said there are two types of fraud: fraud-for-shelter, where an individual misrepresents income to qualify for a mortgage. But fraud-for-profit, which has been in the spotlight recently, is often far more complex. The association wrote to Justice Minister Rob Nicholson asking for the Criminal Code to be amended to include stiffer laws, but the federal government hasn’t shown much interest in updating the code
RCMP computer report ‘designed to hide,’ Liberal MP says
    – Ah yes .. restoring our faith and trust in the RCMP. And we need to give Vic Toews, Peter Van Loan and Stockwell Day all a big “high-five” for their prudent oversight of this department.
    – Sigh .. the incompetence we see exposed every day now just seems to defy credibility. And the spectacle of the G-8/20 is still to unfold. Sorry to repeat, but .. sigh.
    – Perfectly in line with the Harper “hide it at all costs” approach !
    – It’s a shame, really, to see a police force that was once so respected to become the obnoxious, wasteful, and arrogant beast it is today. I respected the RCMP as a youth, but that is no longer the case.
    – RCMP you can apologize every time but we know u don’t mean it.
-This is an example of a police force gone wild. It is answerable to no one. It is about time we bring these police forces under control. They seem to want more powers by the day. No way. If they got their way there would be a curfew from dawn to dusk and we would be asked at every turn “your papers please”Read more:
and the RCMP was no better under the Liberals for decades now too…

In case you did not notice it I do not accept any physical, verbal, mental, human rights abuses by anyone of anyone and I rightfully do instead demand their full, open exposure and public prosecution now as well and no matter who they are, Prime Minister, Premier, MP, MNA, MLA, MPP, Doctors, lawyers, cops, pastors, etc.. Public exposure and prosecution of the major bad unrepentant persons serves every one’s best interest for if the evil persons are not punished, they now do not feel personal negative repercussions for their own bad acts towards others they for certainty will not stop their wrong doings still. In reality many persons too often need to be shepherded like the goats, sheep, ostriches , bulls, and them now being overly assertive, aggressive is just as bad as being overly submissive, slave. or imbalanced, extreme, As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent..(Revelation 3:19 KJV)

Now as you all do know there are always good and bad churches too. Now why is it too often that I have observed that when the local politicians are obviously crooked en masse so are the local churches.. is it due to the fact a crooked church has no influence on the others?

Let me here also say that my posts do often make a great difference, not only does it give many news reporters topics to further dwell on, and they tend to be proof that I at least had given the wicked persons beforehand a chance to repent.

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner, a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still will not bring the much needed justice. Also all of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can punish them for their racists acts, views. Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it?

Bell IT SEEMS is still undeniable guilty of bait and switch, false misleading trade, advertising practices.

One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves. That also includes the too many bad cops we seem to have now too, and bad civil and public servants too, bad politicians..
One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a person is really like, is work with him just for one whole day,.. and what you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..

in regard to toughest impaired-driving laws in the country

New laws target drinking drivers Victoria Times Colonist -Victoria, BC – The BC government moved Tuesday to establish what it says are the toughest impaired-driving laws in the country. Under legislation that critics say will “decriminalize” drunk driving, police will have new discretion to immediately ban a person from driving and impose a fine — even if their blood-alcohol level doesn’t break any criminal laws. People who blow a “warn” on a roadside screening device will face a $200 fine and a three-day driving ban. At present, they would only receive a 24-hour suspension for registering a blood-alcohol level between .05 and .08 per cent, the level at which it becomes a criminal offence to get behind the wheel. The new penalties escalate to a $300 fine and a seven-day ban for the second “warn” in five years, and $400 and a 30-day ban for the third.  Those drivers who “fail” a roadside test because their blood-alcohol level is over .08 could now receive an immediate 90-day driving ban and a $500 fine in addition to any criminal charges. There is currently no administrative penalty and the driving ban doesn’t take effect for three weeks.

and why is there here too no single cohesive drunk driving law for all of Canada, not just piece meal laws in every different province? A national approach  would be much more effective than 10 provinces all trying to cut their own laws.  The federal government has been strangely quiet on this subject too. It’s time that changed. Tell them so now too.
Majority of accidents are caused by the drunk drivers firstly still. Police do not regularly, actively, year around purse them and why?  More people die from alcohol, drugs, hospital neglect, and yet more money is being paid on catching mainly the  speeders.. Police do not mind harassing still the ordinary folks with revenue generating  traffic, parking, speeding tickets though

Even why up to 30 Somalis murdered in Alberta

Alberta has become the devil’s belt and it is no longer the Bible Belt or God’s country, already has long been known to be a racist, red necked province that too readily hates others.. it also still has a high misrepresentation of natives arrested now as well.. It’s letter of the law oriented  law enforcement community, justice systems  are known to be bigoted as well even in my own direct experiences.  Incompetent, want-a-be Police rejects looking for a raise, promotion is too typical of the bad police enforcements in Alberta.. and so many of them too.. Stay away from Alberta!!!

FORT MCMURRAY, Alta. – Alberta’s Somali community is which is mostly Muslim is  accusing the province’s justice minister of playing political games by refusing to set up a task force to find out why so many young Somali-Canadians have died violently in the province. A 19-year-old who was facing drug charges became the latest Somali murder victim on the weekend in the oilsands town of Fort McMurray, a hotbed for the illegal drug trade.  Abdinasir Ali had moved to the province from Toronto to find work in the oilpatch. Police have identified him by a different name: Abdinasir Abdulkadir Dirie. The Canadian Somali Congress has partnered with Edmonton’s Alberta Somali Community Centre to push for a province-led task force to investigate up to 30 Somali deaths in Alberta since 2005. But Mahamad Accord, director of the Somali Community Centre, says  “How much are the lives of 30 people worth?” “There is a political game being played here.”  plans to continue a campaign to pressure the Alberta government to change its position. So far, 1,500 signatures have been collected on a petition calling for a task force and Accord says demonstrations and legal action are also being considered.    A second part of their petition demands that more police and judicial resources be put towards solving “all the outstanding cases before they turn cold. Community members say that not all of the people slain had criminal connections, though drugs are suspected to be at the root of some of the slayings. Over and over again, Canadians of Somali descent have ended up dead in Alberta as a result of violence. The fact that most of these persons of Somali descent are also Muslims may have a bearing on it too..   Freedom of religion does not apply to Islam, cause it is a cult, it demands blind loyalty, obedience to it’s false teachings. FORT McMURRAY, Alta used to be one of the friendliest  places in Canada, I know as I  had worked there too..

“what do expect from Texas oil country north, a land that has lost most of its social fabric to greed and individual pursuit of a God given right to profiteer from the Earth. Same government tried to denounce a doctor concerned about high rare cancer rates north of the tar sands in Fort Chip”

So vehicular  speeding is no the major cause of accidents, deaths but drugs and impaired driving and yet the Alberta police like to go after speeders, over the drunk drivers still and why was that?

The spate of  several allegations over potentially illegal fundraising dogging the Charest government, allvery embarrassing scandals has already   sent the Liberal Quebec Premier Jean Charest’s popularity spiraling downward in recent months. The opposition  want a public inquiry that would examine the fundraising of a governing Liberal party they call corrupt. They also want more details on the $75,000 separate salary that the Liberal party has paid Charest for years, including information about how that money is raised. The Opposition says the premier should earn his living from the government alone – and not from party donors. One reporter, during a news conference  , asked what the difference was between the Quebec family minister  MNA Tony Tomassi using a corporate credit card and Charest collecting a separate salary that the Liberal party raises from donors.
Embattled Quebec Premier Jean Charest and his bad government are embroiled in a series of controversies over influence-peddling now have held a rare all smoke and mirrors Sunday cabinet meeting to officially adopt a  false austerity measures, even to clearly try shift debate away from the too many  scandals that have plagued this Quebec government . By 2013-2014. the government said it will cut operations and administrative costs by 10 per cent in departments and agencies. It will also immediately slash advertising, training and travel costs by 25 per cent. The meeting took place amid rumours of an impending cabinet shuffle. The also still useless province’s economic development minister Clement Gignac, my own local MLA has yet to even reply to a single related mail of mine.. Several recent polls have shown the Quebec’s government’s approval ratings rigthfully as hitting  rock bottom, due  also to  the allegations by former justice minister Marc Bellemare that Liberal fundraisers had a say in nominating provincial judges and Jean Charest ‘s  party’s bad  ties to the construction industry scandals, corruptions still and the Quebec’s government’s allocation of subsidized day-care spots, which the Opposition claims tends to favour Liberal donors. Immoral Quebec Liberal Finance Minister Raymond Bachand has promised the Quebec government will be raising revenues through a series of tax and fee hikes, including a $200 annual health deductible making the poor people pay heavily for this Government’s ministers poor acts, incompetence.
Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year
Besides the interns, medical doctors and nurses in training the rest of the doctors and nurses are never supervised, they tend to be free to do what they want and are rarely held accountable or cost effective by the hospital administrators themselves who do too readily give themselves even large raises and perks, nice offices.. and then the government says it is concerned about the rising health care costs, that are for sure running away, when the clearly still useless Health Minister, in Quebec as well,  all he can do, suggest is to raise taxes again and again.. AND this is what is definitely known as really bad management, the governments putting more money into pail full of holes still!

MONTREAL – A police probe into Quebec’s construction industry has made its biggest arrests so far. Three people were detained today — including the former mayor of the Montreal borough of Outremont. The accused face a variety of charges including fraud, breach of trust, falsifying documents and conspiracy. Among them is Stephane Harbour who resigned as Outremont’s mayor in 2007 after a spending scandal. Police say the alleged crimes occurred between 2005 and 2008.The accused must appear in court March 6. Quebec has been rocked by allegations of criminal collusion in a scandal that involves the construction industry, politicians, and the Mafia.Premier Jean Charest’s refusal to call a public inquiry is one of the reasons his popularity has taken a beating.

Since I clearly, openly do not write to win political or any popularity support I know you will also  find some shocking truths in my expose of Canadian Life in reality even how the immoral, cheap  Quebec government wrongfully  allows elderly patients to die by not force feeding them or providing them any depression counseling.
I personally in Montreal Quebec now  have the last 4 months dealt directly with the Quebec social service workers, in regard to even my elderly senior father and real workers and you cannot call them that at all, try useless functionaries, fraud artists, incompetents, pretenders..

“Shortly before her death in 2004, retired music teacher and Richmond resident Phyllis Taylor had Lawyer David William Blinkhorn draw up a will to distribute her $260,000 estate.A niece was supposed to get $5,000, while a second person, a young woman, was to benefit from a $25,000 education trust fund. The rest of the money was to be shared between the Richmond Hospital Foundation, the SPCA, the Salvation Army and a scholarship fund for students “of British, Scottish or Irish descent who reside in Richmond. ”The Phyllis Taylor Scholarship Fund, as it was to be named, was supposed to be funded with a minimum of $100,000 from the estate. Instead, according to the audit, most of the money ended up in Blinkhorn’s own bank accounts. The two people named in her will got what they were entitled to and the hospital foundation received $25,000. However, it appears there was no money for the scholarship fund, the SPCA or the Salvation Army. By January of 2006, there was only $6.62 left in the Taylor trust account. When a divorcing couple deposited $58,000 from the sale of the family home in a trust fund controlled by Blinkhorn, he used the money to pay himself and other clients instead.  A teenager who suffered disfiguring scars in a motor vehicle accident never got the $21,000 in ICBC settlement money from a Blinkhorn-controlled trust fund.  Blinkhorn also took money from a visually impaired client, $9,000 that was supposed to help pay a loan for renovations to make the client’s home safer for a blind person.”
Lawyer David William Blinkhorn,   has been disbarred,  banned from being a lawyer and fined $37,000 for professional misconduct, taking money,   stealing from clients,  from HIS client accounts AND for  lying. tHE  Law Society of B.C., the body that regulates and licenses all lawyers in the province, calls Blinkhorn’s conduct “disgraceful and dishonourable.” The law society panel  also said Blinkhorn admitted he knew what he was doing when he did it, and that he knew it was wrong.Over a period of seven years from 1999 to 2006, Blinkhorn moved money from client bank accounts without telling them and without keeping records of the transactions, the society ruling report says.    A forensic accounting audit ordered by the society shows several client accounts were repeatedly raided by Blinkhorn. “…stealing and lying is exactly what he did, repetitively, for an extended period of time,” BUT DID HE STILL RETURN THE STOLEN MONEY?
AND WHAT ABOUT THE HEALTH MINISTERS, PREMIERS WHO DO ALSO Allow our taxpayer’s money to be abused still AND should they not be banned too ASAP? WELL?

Two more arrests in corruption probe  Montreal Gazette – A police task force probing corruption in the province yesterday arrested two Montreal-area businessmen who are alleged to have tried to bribe a city worker to grant construction permits.

Charest Liberals now face fundraising probes
Quebec’s Public Security Minister Jacques Dupuis trying to fight off the attacks of the Parti Québécois and the Action démocratique du Québec opposition over the opposition accusations of him interfering with provincial police , allegations he helped a generous Liberal Party contributor, BCIA Inc., the private security, to  acquire a firearms licence by agreeing to meet the BCIA  owner Luigi Coretti after the Sûreté du Québec refused Coretti a permit to carry a handgun in 2008. Coretti gave about $8,000 to the Liberals in recent years.  After a meeting with Dupuis, then with the minister’s chief of staff Jocelyn Turcotte, and a phone call from Turcotte to the provincial police force, Coretti did get his handgun permit.  Dupuis said that as minister of public security,  he did not know Coretti had government contracts and didn’t know why Coretti wanted to meet with him. Sounds like a very poor security minister even. As I know firsthand even my local Quebec Liberal MNA often gives priority to the  business persons too.. The disgraced former Quebec Liberal minister Tony Tomassi  himself was fired by Charest for using a credit card furnished by the BCIA security firm. Police are now investigating whether Mr. Tomassi received an allowance from the National Assembly for travel expenses while at the same time having the expenses covered by the BCIA-owned credit card.  BCIA filed for bankruptcy last month. It had received several million dollars in government agency contracts and subsidies since 2008.
Finance Minister Raymond Bachand found himself answering questions about his hard-to-miss appearance at Monday night’s Canadiens-Penguins nail-biter playoff game. Bachand was right behind the Habs bench, a guest of club president Pierre Boivin. Seated beside Bachand, who is minister responsible for Montreal, was one of the country’s most influential bankers, BMO president Jacques Ménard. It seemed the whole world noticed
HOW MUCH OF A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION DO I first still now HAVE TO MAKE TO THE LIBERAL PARTY FIRST FOR THEM MY MNA Clément Gignac also now as well as the justice minister TO REPLY TO ME? and to adequately deal with the issues detailed to him? As I know firsthand even my local Quebec Liberal MNA often gives priority to the  business persons too..

Cash grab and not a serious attempt on improving safety on the road

There should be a uniform national Canadian standard on road safety and related laws  including DRUNK DRIVING and CELLPHONES. Impaired driving, and also Talking on the phone while driving creates a condition known as “inattention blindness,” meaning drivers “see things before them, but it won’t register that they’re a danger.”, “studies show no difference between the distraction presented by a hands-free cellphone compared to a hand-held one.” Both are leading causes of vehicular accidents now too.. “It’s the conversation that’s the distracter. And the conversation with the passenger is actually very different than the conversation you’re having with someone that doesn’t see the traffic conditions you’re in,”  Dr. Louis Francescutti, a professor in the department of Public Health Sciences at the University of Alberta. The legislation should have included higher fines, demerit points and a ban on hands-free cellphone use, he said. “If the province is actually going to expect that there’s going to be less collisions by doing this, studies tell us that there’s not going to be less collisions. You need a total ban.”  Cellphone usage wile driving fines without a demerit points are merely just a cash grab and not a serious attempt on improving safety on the road.

According to the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC), people who talk on cell phones and drive are six times more likely to be involved in an accident than the average driver. That rate goes up to 23 times more likely for those who text and drive.

Drink Alcohol and Die « The non conformer’s Canadian Weblog   Drink Alcohol and Die or Kill is fast becoming Canada’s preoccupation, main goal, slogan.. Alcohol and alcoholics the unacceptable main cause of vehicular  accidents, domestic violence, and so many other ills… DRUNK DRIVING  KILLS AT LEAST 5 TIMES MORE PERSONS OVER SPEEDING FIRSTLY  Most deaths and accidents are caused by drunk driving, and followed by cell phone usages.. Drunk driving is not monitored all year by the police, only duing 2 months.. Unacceptable
