The crime that is repeated in every Canadian city

CASH GRAB

The first revelation of all crooked politicians comes from follow the Money trail.. does he or she abuse the tax payer’s money..

00 TRUDEAU

Over a two-year period, the City of Montreal spent nearly $120,000 on travel for support staff, on top of the $200,000 spent on trips by the mayor and elected councilors. Employees such as the mayor’s chief-of-staff, press attachés and advisors accompanied either the mayor or other city councillors on 64 separate trips in 2014 and 2015. Earlier this month, CBC reported the city’s elected officials spent $200,000 on 86 trips over two years. This comes to a total of $320,000 for travel since November 2013. Staffers went as far as Argentina, Italy, South Korea, Japan, China, Haiti, Tunisia, and India.

JUSTINS PLAN

The crime that is repeated in every Canadian city, the non essential out of town trips, joy rides, vacations . We know or should know about the too common grotesque abuse of the taxpayers in all governments.  where even the supervisors now can be part of the abuse.. and we need to continually be vigilant here. It was recently revealed in Alberta that the man who was hired, ironically, to keep a watch on the  expenses and costs of others, was living high on the hog with taxpayers’ money   Follow the money.. include the bad employees severance pay, costs of  re-hiring and pension payouts. Fire all those persons who have or do approve any outrageous expense claims, like lavish meals, gasoline, car allowance, car washes, car insurance, a new  windshield for his Mercedes and some six packs of beer for “meals at home.” .

.

Undeniably still too many cops, civil and public servants, employees of crown corporations, politicians and their aides, wives as well, do still  like to make unnecessary out of town trips, eat fine food, stay in nice hotels all wrongfully paid for at the taxpayer’s expense and none, none of it is acceptable. This is still a criminal act of theft.
.
The general public also sees much of the so called employee  incentive programs as a matter of theft, tax evasion, not just a flagrant waste on the part of mismanaged civil and public servants too. Many persons now also have paid  taxes toward a federal, provincial Pension Plan that might not be fully available when they  retire because much of the money has been abused by the federal, provincial, municipal governments.
currupt
.

Sadly the Tax payers are still to often abused. And here I am not just talking about the long costly almost daily entertainment lunches with Wine and Beverages, and  those too often out of town, even out of the country mostly personal trips charged to the taxpayers. Or the city hall employee who while on paid services goes to the airport to pick up his mother in law, or the employee who takes the cultivated flowers from city hall for his own use in his own yard.  We need to call into question the sick spending practices of current  and former and the current   service executives, managers, supervisors civil servants, cops too. Even the posting of all   expense records for all, board members, executive members, is not enough for the  Posting of the expenses of direct reports to all of executives is also now very important, since without that, some unscrupulous executives could ask their assistants to pick up the tab to be approved by them later.  Critics are calling for tighter oversight on how cabinet ministers submit their  expenses, saying they should at least be held to the same standards as MPs. The system in place for ministers is too lax, they say, and allows for  too many questionable expenses to slip through.” We’ve had a number of  spending scandals with ministers, so you’d expect the red flag to be raised and  have some measure of accountability,” But it seems to go on and on and on.” ” it sometimes seems as if minister’s expense sheets receive the rubber stamp. A taxpayer watchdog group says MPs should be forced to publish spending details online .Current rules outlined by the House of Commons Board of Internal Economy enable MPs to spend 3% of their budgets, or up to $10,734, on hospitality. Details of MP spending is not publicly available.

The city of Montreal hired d a friend of Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre to work as a $670-a-day labour negotiation consultant during the same week in late November that he hired a former underling to work for the city as an $1,800-a-day refugee coordinator.  The city was to be billed $22,827 by Robert Bouvier, who was until last year the national president of the Teamsters Canada union and a previous contributor to Coderre’s campaigns while Coderre was a Liberal MP in Ottawa. The pay was for “participating in negotiating sessions” as the employer’s representative across from the union representing Montreal police officers.  Bouvier’s contract from the city for that work,   took effect in late November and expired a month later, on Dec. 31. The contract paid up to $24,999 to represent the city in negotiations with the Montreal Police Brotherhood. Bouvier’s fees were payable at a half-day rate of $335, and up to $670 per day. Quebec law allows municipalities to award consulting contracts worth up to $24,999.99 through one-on-one negotiation with a supplier. Above that amount, a municipality has to invite bids from at least two suppliers.  Because Bouvier’s contract is under $25,000, it didn’t have to go to the city executive committee for approval, where it would have been easy to detect on its meeting agenda .  http://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/canada/coderre-hired-pal-at-dollar670-a-day-to-work-for-city/ar

.

This is not the first time the Mayor has hired Liberal  friends. It’s immoral  with public dollars to hire people who are close to the Mayor  to do a job that we have scores of people (at the city)  who could do that.

.

Now we already do know from the past Liberal sponsorship they like to give taxpayer s money to their friends.  The sponsorship scandal, “AdScam” or Sponsorgate, is a scandal that came as a result of a  Liberal    Canadian federal governmentsponsorship program” in the province of Quebec and involving the Liberal Party of Canada, which was in power from 1993 to 2006. The Liberal program was originally established as an effort to raise awareness of the Government of Canada‘s contributions to Quebec industries and other activities in order to counter the actions of the Parti Québécois government of the province that worked to promote Quebec independence. The Liberal program ran from 1996 until 2004, when broad corruption was discovered in its operations and the program was discontinued. Illicit and even illegal activities within the administration of the program were revealed, involving misuse and misdirection of public funds intended for government advertising in Quebec. Such misdirections included sponsorship money awarded to Liberal Party-linked ad firms in return for little or no work, in which firms maintained Liberal organizers or fundraisers on their payrolls or donated back part of the money to the Liberal Party. The resulting investigations and scandal affected the Liberal Party of Canada and the then-Liberal government of Prime Minister Paul Martin.

It was an ongoing affair for years, but rose to national prominence in early 2004 after the program was examined by Sheila Fraser, the federal auditor general.    Martin and the Liberals were adversely affected by a report from Auditor General Sheila Fraser on February 9, 2004, indicating that sponsorship contracts designed to increase the federal government’s status in Quebec resulted in little to no work done. Many of the agencies had Liberal ties, and roughly $100 million of the $250 million in program spending went missing. Two weeks after Fraser’s report was released, Martin suspended the heads of three Crown corporations: Michel Vennat, president of the Business Development Bank of Canada, Via Rail president Marc LeFranois and Canada Post president André Ouellet. All three men would eventually be fired.  The scandal hurt Martin’s popularity, especially in Quebec, where Bloc Québécois leader Gilles Duceppe even accused Martin of planning to widen the St. Lawrence seaway to benefit his own Canada Steamship Lines.

The scandal also cast skepticism on Liberal Paul Martin’s recommendations for Cabinet appointments, prompting speculation Martin was simply ridding the government of Chrétien’s supporters to distance the Liberals from the scandal.  The sponsorship scandal tainted members of the Liberal Party and politics in Quebec. In its aftermath, there have sadly been a few convictions and in Parliament, there came a call for the politicians to find ways to govern with accountability.  The same the issue dogged the Liberals, costing them a majority government when Martin eked out a minority in the 2004 election before losing to Stephen Harper’s Conservatives in 2006.

It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly were not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..

.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau   to respond to an onslaught of bad economic news with a bad plan to spur job creation and long-term productivity growth. Trudeau and his key ministers are holding fast to their claim that the Liberal platform — and its pledge of $60 billion in new infrastructure spending over 10 years — but how much of that money will the citizens benefit with?  The infrastructure investment — a major Liberal campaign promise touted as a fiscal jump-starter. Trudeau described investing in infrastructure as “the key” to helping lift Canada out of a slumping economy .  The infrastructure investments that the  politicians are counting on are a problem   that Canada has been facing before, corruptions. Can we trust the Lieberals as to who will get  the money again?

.

Hypocritical Police  want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets ehh

.

FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL,  ALL OF THE QUEBEC CORRUPTION MESS IS STILL JUST THE TIP OF A BIG ICEBERG TOO.. AND CORRUPTION EXISTS IN OTHER PLACES, OTHER CITIES  SUCH AS IN THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENTS, AND WHAT HAS ALSO BEEN JUST AS DEPRESSING IS HOW LITTLE THE LAST 50 YEARS NOW TOO THE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENTS, THE POLICE, THE RCMP THEY ALL MOSTLY STILL  DID NOTHING GOOD ABOUT IT ALL TOO.. THEY ALL SEEM TO HAVE THEIR SHARE OF CORRUPTIONS , EXPENSE ACCOUNTS ABUSES.

.

Majority of Quebecers now are still good persons. Corruption in Quebec is often  no worse over the corruptions being allowed in many other provinces, places, even like Alberta, but the Quebec politicians, bad cops  have for decades even now gone out of their way not to do much good about it. Obviously they profited from the corruptions?

.

No one can deny it now: Quebec is still facing a corruption crisis.. The “Rapport de la Commission d’enquête sur l’octroi et la gestion des contrats publics dans l’industrie de la construction” (“Report of the commission of inquiry on the granting and managing of public contracts in the construction industry”),  cast an unblinking gaze on Quebec’s demonstrably corrupt political culture.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2014/01/31/the-last-50-years-quebec-is-falsely-soft-on-white-collared-crimminals/

.

La  Presse reported on Oct. 1 that police are investigating whether SNC-Lavalin  made an irregular payment of $22.5 million to get the contract in 2010;   the head of the  MUHC

.

RCMP’s poor handling of PAST file calls into question clearly whether it can be trusted on bigger issues – including the current Senate investigation of improper expense claims

.

Mean while   receiving hundreds of millions of federal dollars for infrastructure since 2006, southern Alberta’s flood-battered communities focused on building highways, leisure centres and event facilities rather than flood protection.

The oppressive police enforcement of revenue generating speeding tickets enforcement is still  basically economically beneficial   to a very small, isolated segment of society, the related cops, judges, lawyers, and it is false  job security approach for them even in Alberta. While the government of Alberta fails to often still to  deal with the still much too many bad managers, bad civil and public servants abusing tax payers money, even stealing,  not doing their jobs properly, unnecessarily taking out of town trips and charging it to the job still, Alberta today  is putting 15 new sheriffs on the road in Alberta. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.  Police often do calls for tougher rules on others but not upon themselves. Such real hypocrites now still too. .  So how many cops are arrested for drunk driving, speeding?
.
Do what I say over do what I do is part of the hypocrisy now existing too often too at all levels, federal, provincial, municipal, in cops as well and not just in many preacher’s lives now as well..
.
After all ALL THOSE PEOPLE LIVING HIGH ON THE HOG AT THE CITY HALLS ARE NOT ABOUT TO GIVE UP THEIR EMPIRE BUILDING, LAVISH LIFESTYLES, EXOTIC BENEFITS, MOSTLY UNNECESSARY OUT OFF TOWN TRIPS.. and we have seen this already being carried out in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and now in Montreal.

.
Imagine this that you a proven liar, criminal can steal over one hundred thousand dollars, and as long as the amount likley equals the cost of keeping you in jail, if you are a politician , you can rather be freed. and not do your time. Now what kind of exemplary punishment is this, and so also do the police, civil servants   will get equally special treatment over the ordinary citizens, criminals. No restitution of stolen funds is  included here too?
.
Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.
 .
For decades I too  have rightfully opposed to all  the extravagant, wasteful spending of the city’s , tax payers money by civil, public servants because it is next the programs to the poor people that are cut first when financial problems occur…
recovery (1)
.
The continual mismanagement, budget deficit, tax payer money abuses and has there been even any changes in all this really? We all  really still do need still a full  review of the waste, fraud, and abuse that has plagued governmental efforts. What is also needed is a enforced, real program to remove public officials from office that take our money and abuse it, spend it on their own false pet projects while many of our people still are not getting the help that they need.
.
January 2004 was the start of my recent rash of my written correspondences mainly on the unacceptable  tax payers money abuses, injustices at the federal, provincial municipal levels too, as well, and it all  has specifically initially started because I had strongly, rightfully objected to anyone in the province of BC being kicked of social welfare, even if they are alcoholics, drug users… I still do rightfully and loudly  object to anyone being kicked of social welfare even in BC or elsewhere and this is still never acceptable.
.
The Civil and public servants, politicians, need to be regularly supervised too. That is why we need and have the auditors, News media, Opposition parties, concerned citizens to do this too.. and it still generally is not enough as we can see.
.
TWO OF MY PAST NEIGHBORS, MANAGERS,  WHO WORKED FOR CITY HALL OPENLY BOASTED TO ME, AND DEMONSTRATED TO ME FOR YEARS THE COMMON CORRUPTION IN THE LOCAL CITY HALL, DONE BY THEM AND MANY OF THEIR COLLEAGUES. This included their unnecessary out of town trips, their taking stuff, computer accessories,  home from the office for their own personal use, boasted of  their lavish expense accounts, of their doing personal work at the office, and much more. Why did they think that me a tax payer would approve any of such wrong doings was their error. I reported their wrong doings rightfully rather. OTHER MANAGERS OF CROWN CORPORATIONS HAD ALSO OFTEN BOASTED TO ME OF THEM DOING SIMILAR THEFTS  AS WELL..
.
The fish stinks from the head but many cut the tail of first..  Reducing, cutting of the programs to the poor and needy persons for  that seems how the governments wrongfully still do wrongfully  respond to budget cut backs,  deficits, and to the poor and needy people too now, rather than dealing still firstly with the major crooks, tax payer’s money abusers too in the government and elsewhere.
.
How many people in reality even in the civil, public services governments now  have been arrested all together  for tax evasions and tax payers money abuse now last year? How many? Anyone care to answer the question? And speaking of the related  federal review as well, who are the high spenders last year in the federal government.. who ate at the best restaurants, traveled the most at the tax payers restaurants.. who were the drunks now too..  Politicians, and civil and public servants now included too..
.
(Luke 6:43 KJV)  For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Our politicians file “excessive and unreasonable” claims Canada wide now too?

“No one is above the law. No one can spend public money without accountability,”  First major casualty of the NS spending scandal. A member of the Nova Scotia legislature  Richard Hurlburt who became a central figure in a spending allowance scandal has resigned his seat for the riding of Yarmouth on Tuesday.   Richard Hurlburt  served the province,  the people of Yarmouth  over the past 10 years.

HALIFAX, N.S. – Clearly now Very Likely Guilty of wrong doings themselves the Leaders of Nova Scotia’s opposition parties, including the Conservatives  say it’s not their duty to identify members of their caucus whose expenses were deemed inappropriate or excessive by the province’s auditor general. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100204/national/ns_spending_scandal

Look it is very clear to most Canadians that crooked Politicians  should be forced to resign and face criminal charges, as well as returning the stolen, abused tax payer’s money.. a hypocritical excuse, apology, returning the money is not at all enough, satisfactory. In the private sector they would have been fired at least.   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/11/12/i-am-amazed-how-many-readers-do-read-the-very-same-articles-i-feel-continually-so-strongly-about/

Nova Scotia’s auditor general slammed the province’s expense system Wednesday and said  some politicians had filed “excessive and unreasonable” claims, in part because of inadequate spending controls. Nova Scotia MLAs are entitled to spend $45,000 a year in payments that require no receipts. Some examples of excessive spending include $13,445 for custom-made office furniture, $2,499 for a television and $738 for an espresso coffee machine. Nova Scotia Liberal Premier Darrell Dexter  was among those singled out by Lapointe for his spending practices. The office of Premier Darrell Dexter spent   $2,150   on a digital camera and $5,501 for two laptops also items that Lapointe only now had agreed, said were excessive. Natural Resources Minister John MacDonell,  agreed with the report’s conclusion that spending over $13,000 on custom-made office furniture was excessive. He said he had paid back the money for the furniture.  MacDonell also spent $2,600 on an office printer had purchased the “Cadillac of printers.”  Certainly is guilty of incompetence and mismanagement now too in other areas. And they for sure even would have not admitted, revealed their mismanagement, crimes if the report had not come out.  Nova Scotia’s deputy premier Frank Corbett  speaking out as a legislative member and not on behalf of the government said   he is sorry for inappropriate and excessive spending, wasting the taxpayer’s money, by other politicians flagged in a report by the provincial auditor general  while the rest of Nova Scotia’s public is being asked to do “hard things” as the province struggles with a $525-million deficit.  “It’s one of those things that whenever tax dollars’ money is not used wisely” but absurdly even.

HALIFAX, N.S. – Richard Hurlburt a Conservative member of the Nova Scotia legislature who apologized last week for spending nearly $8,000 on a generator also charged taxpayers over $3,000 for the purchase and installation of a television.  No such thing as a little bit pregnant here too. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100208/national/ns_spending_scandal

N.S. deputy premier apology to taxpayers for excessive spending by it’s piggish members  is meaningless and so was the auditor general’s report.. The immoral and stupid auditor general Jacques Lapointe said he  he found no criminal wrongdoing was focusing on the need for better rules and accounting procedures. How stupid does he think all of the people now still are. Abuse of tax payer’s money is still theft, and theft is always  criminal offence!

And where else has the Premier and the rest of them now  gone overboard with the abuse of the tax payer’s money spending now as well? He clearly needs to be closely watched, better monitored as well.. It seems they all need to be better controlled, serioulsy monitored now!

And where are the RCMP, too often still, useless  bad cops when you need them here too?

Two tier Justice.  Imagine that NS  MLAs are entitled to spend $45,000 a year,  tax free income too, in payments that require no receipts while the average Joe Blow is late on his phone bill payment,  tax payment, traffic ticket  is financially penalized immediately or even jailed quickly..

Clearly all of this is just part of the unacceptable tip of the iceberg revelations, corruptions.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/01/06/amen-to-that-a-politician-jailed/

Do  consider  the odds of the bad, crooked, politicians being exposed or stopped by the others who seem to also do it often now too,  so it very obvious to most people that when you do read or hear about it in the news it is very  likely also only the tip of the iceberg..

NB justice minister resigns over privacy issue CBC.ca  Justice Minsiter Bernard LeBlanc resigned Thursday after being accused of violating the privacy rights of a Fredericton-area woman. There have in the last few months been too many other NB cabinet Minister’s resignations now as well.. LeBlanc is the fourth minister to step down in the last seven months.  Former justice minister Michael Murphy and former environment minister T.J. Burke have also left the Liberal cabinet.

Meanwhile

Liberals defend handling of N.B. bridge contract  CBC – Thu Feb 4, 7:05 AM   A Quebec-based consortium a joint venture between Frank Catania Construction and Structal-Bridges told CBC News last week that it was unfairly disqualified in the bidding even though its bid was the lowest and was unconditional.  The Department of Transportation is again defending how it handled a contract for renovations to Fredericton’s Princess Margaret Bridge.  Progressive Conservative MLA Claude Williams demanded why Britt Dysart, the president of the New Brunswick Liberal party, was working as the government’s lawyer in the bidding process. I am concerned, as New Brunswickers should be, because there were no lawyers from the Department of Justice at that meeting. That is strange

B.C. Liberal government accused of secrecy and stonewalling  CBC – Thu Feb 4, 6:29 AM VANCOUVER (CBC) – Critics are airing complaints of provincial government secrecy and stonewalling at hearings this week looking into B.C.’s Freedom of Information Act. “I want to speak to you about a culture of secrecy and a culture of denial,” anti-abortion activist Ted Gerk said at the hearing Wednesday. Despite repeated attempts, he could not get information about the number of abortions performed in B.C. hospitals, Gerk said.

“When the Queen of the North Ferry sunk, the families of the two who went down with the ship couldn’t sue because BC ferries is sponsored by the govt (but keeps all the profit). The two citizens couldn’t afford to sue because they would have to pay for everything (at least until the case was over). They would of had to pay for witnesses, lawyers, etc. Meanwhile BC ferries has all fees paid for by taxpayers (including the two who should have sued).  Funny how a corporation has all the same rights as a human being, but does not have to follow the same moral and ethical obligations the rest of us do. ” If you are in the “right”, the party at “fault” should be responsible for your costs. The way things are now, companies and associations and governments can easily win in court by “outlasting” the other person by delaying and appealing till the person runs out of money… Just goes to show that our “rights” only go so far as our bank accounts can pay for them. Makes sense, deny a man his civil rights and then make him pay to reclaim them. Clearly ‘supreme’ is not making reference to the court’s intelligence.
Canadian Citizens are facing Police fines for using their phones while driving while Bus drivers often drive a bus and talk on the Phone in Montreal, Quebec and elsewhere. I saw one yesterday even doing a crossword puzzle while driving passengers . Montreal west island Bus Route 202

Fire all the expense account abusers. Jesus himself now how said that if a person  cannot manage effectively a small amount of money then how can they even next be really trusted with any large amounts. So when they abuse their expense accounts they show to all they need to be fired, dismissed, removed from the job for they are clearly very incompetent at any money management now still too.
