PQ’s proposed Charter of Quebec Value

So you think that the Jews are nice people and they can do what they want, but the Quebecers who oppose religious symbols are the bad people? Video of Jews attacking Christian Women for wearing a cross

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is one of the world’s major sources of instability.
1 Israel currently has 262 Jewish-only settlements and ‘outposts’ built on confiscated Palestinian land. Palestinians do not have any settlements on Israeli land.
2 The Israeli unemployment rate is 5.8%, while the Palestinian unemployment in the West Bank is 22.5% and 41% in Gaza.
133 Israeli children have been killed by Palestinians and 2,060 Palestinian children have been killed by Israelis since September 29, 2000
1,195 Israelis and at least 9,826 Palestinians have been killed since September 29, 2000.
11,018 Israelis and 71,841 Palestinians have been injured since September 29, 2000.
6  During Fiscal Year 2014, the U.S. is providing Israel with at least $8.5 million per day in military aid and $0 in military aid to the Palestinians.
7  Israel has been targeted by at least 77 UN resolutions and the Palestinians have been targeted by 1
8  0 Israelis are being held prisoner by Palestinians, while 6,500 Palestinians are currently imprisoned by Israel.
0 Israeli homes have been demolished by Palestinians and at least 28,000 Palestinian homes have been demolished by Israel since 1967

A pair of suicide bombers blew themselves up outside a 130-year-old church in Pakistan after Sunday Mass, killing at least 81 people in the deadliest attack on Christians in the predominantly Muslim South Asian country.

The attack on the All Saints Church in the city of Peshawar, which also wounded over 140 people, occurred as worshippers were leaving after services to get a free meal of rice offered on the front lawn. A wing of the Pakistani Taliban quickly claimed responsibility for the bombing, Angry Christians   demanded government protection for the members of the Christian minority. Christians are a minority in Pakistan, where roughly 96 per cent of the country’s 180 million people is Muslim. The rest belong to other religions, including Christianity. Christians have often been attacked by Sunni Muslim militants, who view them as enemies of Islam because of their faith. Christians are also in a precarious position in Pakistan. While many Pakistanis condemned the Sunday bombings, Christians have often faced discrimination across the country. They often find it difficult to get access to education or better jobs and are known for having to contend with menial labour such as garbage collecting or street cleaning. .

Now the majority of Canadians view non-Christian religions with uncertainty and dislike.  What’s more surprising is that Canadians’ opinions of religions like Islam, Sikhism, and Hinduism have actually worsened since the last time Angus Reid conducted this survey in 2009. ‘s interesting to compare these numbers to similar polls conducted in the United States. In 2010, CBS Polling found that 53 per cent of Americans had an unfavourable view of Islam. A 2009 Gallup survey indicated that 35 per cent of Americans had an unfavourable opinion of Buddhism while 56 per cent were uncertain of Judaism.

Religious populations in Canada (Source: Statistics Canada):

Christian: 22,102,745

No religious affiliation: 7,850,605

Islam/Muslim: 1,053,945

Hindu: 497,960

Sikh: 454,965

Buddhist: 366,830

Jewish  329,500 ( Most Jews do not disclose they are Jews)

Quebec divided along linguistic lines, poll shows-Overall, 46 per cent of Quebecers said they favour the values charter, up from 43 per cent in September; 41 per cent oppose it, compared with 42 per cent who were against it in September.

“We are against multiculturalism,”Most Canadians and Quebecers are still  blaming the heathen multiculturalism of the Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus, Jews for the continual social unrest, and bombs, as  even the  news daily indicates, confirms and thus they want not any affiliations with any of these groups now too.70 percent of Quebecers would not allow their sons or daughters to marry a Jew or a Muslim.
Our women were molested. People were cut into pieces.”The people of the twin villages of Kutbi and Kutba are among more than 40,000 Muslims forced from their homes in some of the worst Hindu-Muslim violence in western Uttar Pradesh for decades. A smaller number of Hindus have also fled and at least 48 people have died
Powerful explosions sent thick smoke billowing from the Nairobi mall where militants from Somalia’s al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab group threatened to kill hostages on the third day of a raid in which at least 59 non Muslims have already died.. Muslim al Shabaab,  has demanded Kenya pull its troops out of neighboring Somalia, warned they would kill hostages if Kenyan security forces, who are being assisted by Western and Israeli experts, tried to storm their positions: . .
India deployed hundreds of police and army troops to Uttar Pradesh in northern India on Monday, after weekend confrontations between Hindus and Muslims killed at least 28 people and gravely injured many more, according to the police.
A standoff between the Filipino government troops and Muslim rebels from the Moro National Liberation Front on the southern island of Mindanao has left at least eight dead, 200 civilians trapped and thousands displaced  .
Kenya terrorist attack started after gunmen told Muslims to leave upscale mall: witness NAIROBI, Kenya — Gunmen threw grenades and opened fire Saturday killing at least 30 people in an attack targeting non-Muslims at an upscale mall in Kenya’s capital that was hosting a children’s day event, a Red Cross official and witnesses said.
Evidently too many Islamists even now are  using falsely God and Islam to justify their murderous rampage they must be widely condemned by all Muslims around the world but that is not the case…  Not enough is even  being done in Islamic countries to protect their Christian minorities and the other targets of these Islamic murderers,  killers.
In exercising his fundamental freedoms and rights, a person shall maintain a proper regard for democratic values, public order,  safety and the general well-being, preferences, of the citizens of Québec.
Particularly since Quebec  was a clearly Christian Catholic nation from it’s beginning.
The majority of   Quebecers as the polls show, they do support the proposed Parti Québécois ban on such religious symbols as the Muslim hijab,  Jewish kippa, and the Sikh’s turbans and knifes, Kirpans  most anywhere .
The issue of “reasonable accommodations” has long been a hot-button topic in Canada, but particularly in Quebec.
While the Liberals officially proclaimed multiculturalism as a national policy since the early 1970s it does not mean the rest of Canada now has.
It is undeniable  Canada is a professing Christian nation so it would be foolish, however, to think that Canada officially supports heathen multiculturalism, or that the other nine provinces and three territories have seriously moved past skirmishes over freedom of religion, which is enshrined in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
When it comes to the Quebec proposal, at least 42 per cent of Canadians overall said they were in favor of it, according to a recent poll.
Most Canadians, Quebecers do not insist that religious differences ought to be accommodated and even welcomed in Canada, never mind in public life .
There is no doubt that Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Jews are now even terrified about the  proposed revisions to the Quebec Charter of human rights and freedoms  and the lack of multiculturalism support  in Quebec. This handwriting on the wall is frightening to them as History repeats itself.  But if they do not like it let them go back to their old countries where they came from.
Inflammatory Remarks like Quebec charter of values divisive, discriminatory and unlikely to withstand legal challenges, would not likely withstand a constitutional challenge still  will do nothing to change the attitudes still of most Canadian’s or the Quebecer’s towards the heathen multiculturalism.

Here are five things the charter would do,  .

  1. Bar public sector employees — including everyone from civil servants to teachers, provincial court judges, daycare workers, police, health-care personnel, municipal employees and university staff — from wearing a hijab, turban, kippa, large visible crucifix or other “ostentatious” religious symbols while on the job.
  2. Allow five-year opt-outs from the ban for certain organizations, but not daycare workers or elementary school teachers.
  3. Require that those receiving or providing government services uncover their faces.
  4. Exempt elected members of the Quebec legislature from the regulations.
  5. Amend Quebec’s human rights legislation, the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, to specify limits on when someone can stake a claim for religious accommodation.
While 75% of respondents agreed that immigration made the province “strong,” half of Quebecers disagreed with the concept of multiculturalism, calling for new immigrants in the province to abandon their native custom and dress in an attempt to become “more like Quebecers.” Just less than half of the respondents shared the belief that multiculturalism breeds strife…
World wide Muslims are continually finding themselves these days now forced to leave the intelligent countries, Europe, Russia, Canada, USA, etc where theynmow do lose their good jobs, cannot find work and have to go back to their own Muslims world where they likely will be killed, jailed etc..No fun being a Muslim for sure.. “Muslim Badia Senouci told: ‘change your religion’.. Woman alleges she and family were verbally assaulted and spit on while shopping” Senouci was shopping two weeks ago in Ste-Foy with her son and husband when an older woman approached them and began insulting their religion. The woman insisted that Senouci remove her hijab, and then told her the government would soon be forcing her to remove her headscarf anyway. Senouci says that when her 18-year-old son Ahmed intervened and asked the woman to stop harassing his mother, she spit in his face. The son pushed the older woman in reaction. She in turn hit Senouci’s son, and then the husband when he acted to separate them, with her bag. Senouci and her family are originally from Algeria 14 years ago.. She says this incident, and another one from earlier in the day where she was insulted while her car stopped at a light, are recent events where she has been a target while living here. The family says the Quebec charter has already radically changed Quebecers. She feels the charter and the controversy it has caused has made it socially acceptable to single out people like her.” Not really Muslims were never welcomed in Canada..
“I think people have a hard time understanding how a Jewish doctor wearing a kippa or a hospital worker wearing a turban gets in the way of their work, their responsibilities or dealing with the public,”Jason Kenney MP
Now over a year ago I wrote to Jason Kenney as well , obviously you do not read important letters, saying that I was hospitalized with congestive heart failure at the Montreal , Quebec Notre Dame hospital where I then had witnessed first hand a trouble making veiled Muslim nurse causing unrest by advocating the other Muslims in the hospitals not eat the same food we were offered but for them to demand to  be given their own separate food… this religious fanatic missionary came to our Christian country, Canada to cause trouble and not to settle down in peace obviously.. so what you approve of this?
Now the secular, Jewish News media and others falsely believe  thy can now easily change the minds of Quebecers.. really they can change  generations of values that easily? Dream on..

Over 1,100 Quebecers were asked a series of questions related to the debate brewing across the province on the subject of religion by SOM Research.

When they were asked whether they would be comfortable if their child’s daycare worker wore a cross, hijab, turban or kippa, 79 per cent of respondents said a cross would be fine.

Meanwhile, only 49 per cent of people said they were comfortable with the hijab, 46 per cent with the turban and 41 per cent with the kippa.

Elsewhere, 90 per cent of Quebecers said they’d be at ease with a doctor wearing a cross, while only 65 per cent of them said they’d be equally at ease with a doctor wearing a kippa.

The dictatorial RCMP and Conservative Government’s typical unacceptable malaise

The no longer creditable RCMP are defending the arrest and detention of Alberta environmental activist Wiebo Ludwig in connection with a series of natural gas pipeline bombings in B.C. even though no charges have been laid a month after the arrest.
First do get real and tell me how you would feel if the Law now falsely said it could put a poisons gas  pipe directly into your bathroom, that could maybe sometimes kill your wife, children, etc, and next would you now fully  object, get angry, or resort to violence even to try to stop it? or would you merely now allow it, just turn your cheek? The  police drama now unfolding in the rich natural gas and oil fields of Western Canada has as much to say about the  the corrupt state of the nation’s extreme resource development, Provincial governments and the RCMP . It also offers a Canadian window into the state’s over wrought preoccupation with making money at all costs, disregarding the citizen’s concerns too.
Sadly Like too many political parties it seems the  citizens mainly do not count, or their views or needs, desires for  they only count on election days. I was once talking to deputy Minister Ken Kowalski of Alberta about this as to why and he replied cause in Alberta they do not pay the taxes. But rather the real reason  is the clear too often lack of respect for the all of citizens still by most civil and public servants, LEADERS, political parties, SOME CORPORATIONS NOW TOO,  Canada wide. This is also especially true of the RCMP, COPS  unacceptable, poor  attitudes towards most of the citizens now as well and I have often dealt with them face to face too.. I rightfully do not accept such bad attitudes.
CALGARY – An aboriginal group in British Columbia is fighting the development of a crude oil pipeline from Alberta’s oilsands to the West Coast.  The natural resource manager of the Wet’suwet’en First Nation says construction on Enbridge Inc.’s (TSX:ENB) Northern Gateway Pipeline would threaten his community’s traditional way of life.  David deWit also says the regulatory process does not recognize his community’s right to make decisions on its own territory.
For nearly a year now, the 250 useless members of the RCMP and the Integrated National Security Enforcement Teams (INSET) have been searching for the author or authors of six highly calculated yet minor bombings targeted solely against the gas facilities owned by Encana, the continent’s largest gas producer. Now they are embarrassed that they have nothing to show for it report to desperate cover up acts..
In a scene chock full of déjà vu, notorious malcontent Reverend Wiebo Ludwig was arrested in Grande Prairie, A.B.. on Friday, Jan. 8, 2010 in connection with the bombing of EnCana pipelines in northern British Columbia, and promptly released without charge the next morning. Ludwig, who is the head of a large, religious family who live communally on a farm near Hythe, Alberta, is no stranger to RCMP in the region. In the late 1990s, he spent 19 months in jail on charges related to vandalism and bombing of oil and gas operations in the area, which he staunchly maintains are detrimental to the health and well being of his family and the environment as a whole. Still others look to him for guidance in dealing with the Goliath industry that EnCana represents.
Some economically self   interested rednecked persons do also emotionaly oppose anything Reverend Wiebo Ludwig stands for AND ARE TOO READY TO TAKE OUT THE TOOTH PICK IN OTHER’S EYES BUT THEY CANNOT SEE THE BEAMS STILL IN THEIR OWN.   No doubt this whole issue presently  cause some persons to go crazy about Reverend Wiebo Ludwig in the gas, oil industries, the RCMP included and makes me wonder how morally stable now they themselves really are too? for they themselves now are not great living examples of decency for sure,   being ready to hang a person without fully established  present direct evidence of being guilty is a really immoral act still too. We all by now should know that firstly even a  RCMP officer’s word is not longer to be trusted as necessarily even being the truth, or the reality.. and that is why we have courts to decide guilt.. Now anyone who thinks that all employees of all of the oil companies or of the RCMP now are all angels is a fool. NOW I DO NOT APPROVE OF  ANY VIOLENCE, DEATH, KILLING, MURDER, BOMBING BUT I DO NOT APPROVE OF TURNING ONE’S CHEEK TO ANY OF  THE IMMORAL GAS OR OIL FIRMS OR ANY INCOMPETENT, PRETENTIOUS, DICTATORIAL RCMP, etc.,
So the  frustrated teams of red-faced policemen now have interrogated hundreds of rural Canadians as far afield as Rosebud and Vulcan, Alberta. They’ve barged into homes demanding DNA samples and fingerprints. In restaurants and coffee huts they’ve publicly accused businessmen and Cree living near Dawson Creek and Tomslake of being “domestic terrorists.” Any family that has expressed concern about the pace or regulation of industrial development has received more than two police visits. With visions of Encana’s million-dollar reward dancing in their heads, industry snitches have informed on citizens — in Tim Hortons no less. But by treating rural citizens like Taliban suspects, authorities have demonstrated a profound ignorance of the basic tenets of counter-insurgency: you can’t catch a fish by unsettling the entire sea.  This desperate investigation, in turn, reflects the political value of natural gas in British Columbia’s economy. The province no longer runs on trees, but on natural gas dollars generated by unconventional shale gas plays that consume huge amounts of energy and water. In 2008 the highly subsidized industry accounted for 10 per cent of the province’s revenue and exports. In a pre-emptive strike to spare the Olympics any unsightly controversies before the international media, the RCMP then fingered the notorious 68-year-old grandfather as their man last week but failed produce enough evidence for an extortion charge. The force then went on a grand fishing expedition on his farm.  And what does this say about the rule of law in Canada? To generate revenue to pay for an international event, an urban-based government will install deadly sour gas wells near rural schools. When regulators become facilitators, bombers create violence which, in turn, only begets silence. Under Olympic deadlines and in the name of “public security” a sullied federal police will treat fellow Canadians like Afghan detainees. In this bizarre story a convicted felon and sarcastic preacher becomes a convenient fall guy for all sorts of bad behavior.  All in all it remains an ugly spectacle of uncommon corruption and uncivil conduct befitting a third world nation.

“the only conclusion one can draw is that the entire farce was a cynical and grotesque animal act, combining the flimsiest of fishing expeditions with a taxpayer-funded dog-and-pony show..  – that the search and arrest smacks of an elaborate stunt to produce the semblance of progress in the pipeline case with the purpose of allaying image concerns of domestic terrorism before the Olympics and obscure the subsequent drain of police resources towards the lower mainland that event will inevitably produce – will acquire distressing weight”. RCMP and their   RCMP’s sins the clearly funny  big top circus ring on display again!

The day after police officers finished scouring his property, Wiebo Ludwig was acting as gracious host, showing journalists around the homes and outbuildings where investigators searched for evidence related to a string of bomb blasts in nearby British Columbia. Mr. Ludwig, 68, who presides over a community of about 50 people, congenially pointed out which buildings had been searched first and listed some items that had been collected, including a computer, pens, some documents and even some jack knives belonging to his grandchildren. He also said he’d given police a DNA sample. Mr. Ludwig didn’t know everything the police were searching for, he said, but “didn’t think it was anything indictable.” Asked why the RCMP said his arrest was related to public safety concerns, Mr. Ludwig – who was convicted and jailed for bombing attacks against the Alberta oil and gas industry in the 1990s – shrugged.“It doesn’t make sense because I can go wherever I like,” Mr. Ludwig said Tuesday at his farm near Hythe, Alta. He was arrested Friday and released Saturday without charges. Police obtained a five-day warrant and wrapped up their search of the site on Monday afternoon. “If I’m the dangerous one, what kind of public safety is involved in that?” A polarizing figure, Mr. Ludwig is known for waging a bitter war against oil and gas companies around his home in rural Alberta and, to some, as a champion for the rights of rural citizens against unchecked industrial development. He has long blamed the proximity of gas pipelines and sour gas leaks to such health concerns as asthma, cancer and fetal development. Mr. Ludwig and the RCMP have a history. The RCMP used an undercover operation to investigate Mr. Ludwig’s role in the Alberta sabotage. This time around, the agency said in October, 2008, Mr. Ludwig was not a suspect. At various occasions over the past year, Mr. Ludwig said, he met with RCMP to talk about possibly helping in the investigation, perhaps through “profiling” the individual who was responsible for the attacks. Mr. Ludwig also wrote an open letter to the bomber. Then, this past Friday, a meeting with an RCMP officer at a hotel in Grande Prairie turned into his arrest. Mr. Ludwig says he was questioned for 10 hours, grilled about any knowledge of the bombings and told that investigators had DNA evidence against him. Free once more on his bucolic farm, Mr. Ludwig serenely says the recent focus on him, and the Tomslake bombings, should get people thinking about their dependence on fossil fuels, the collapse of the family unit and the need to seek out better ways of living. “The RCMP has said it’s common to make an arrest in a major investigation without pressing charges.” This precisely why binding civilian oversight of the RCMP is required. Arrest without charges – that is, throwing people in jail without being accused of a crime – should never ever be common place.   Wiebo wobbled but the Mounties fell down.
Rural Albertans show sympathy for Ludwig   Canwest News Service   Tuesday, January 12, 2010   EDMONTON — The arrest of a convicted oil patch bomber last Friday stirred up some empathy among residents living near sour gas developments in Alberta. Wiebo Ludwig was released after 24 hours without being charged, as RCMP officials continue to investigate six bombings of EnCana facilities near the B.C.-Alberta border. Some in the Tomslake area of northeastern B.C., where the bombs were set off, said the bomber gets all the attention while not enough effort is spent to reduce the environmental and safety threats posed by poisonous sour gas. “My heart goes out to them,” Anita Berger said of the people in Tomslake. “I get why they’re frustrated.” Ms. Berger lives in Tomahawk, a community about 100 kilometres southwest of Edmonton. She was part of a group that opposed the drilling of sour gas wells near the community, and in particular near the school that two of her children attend. “I’m not condoning any sort of behaviour like that,” she said of the bombings. “But I think people who have had to deal with oil companies and the regulators get to a point where they’re so frustrated . . . and don’t know what to do next. And sometimes that sort of behaviour unfortunately is looked at as an option.” Ms. Berger and her fellow opponents lost their battle, but the company ended up abandoning the plan after drilling two unsuccessful wells. Margaret Crowhurst also opposed the Alberta wells. She has some sympathy for Mr. Ludwig’s ongoing assertion that the sour gas industry doesn’t face enough scrutiny. “I think people should wake up and realize that he’s trying to point out to us what is happening to our province.” She thinks the oilpatch in general is being developed too quickly. “I think there’s too much of a rush, that it should be regulated more and that not so many wells should be drilled. There’s tomorrow as well as today. They’re hell bent to drill as much as they can while they can.”  “I cut a deal with the oil company and I said, ‘I’m not having any more wells in the area unless I’ve got an air  monitor,’ ” for protection against the sour gas flares..

Officer was right to ticket speeding surgeon, police say National Post –  Toronto Police say an officer did the right thing in pulling over a surgeon who was speeding on his way to perform emergency surgery on Saturday.

But when the police break the law for whatever reasons it tends to be acceptable.. the cop should have rather given the doctor a police escort to the hospital.

Supreme Court creates new public interest Free Speech, libel defence for press and bloggers

I am glad you have agreed that the Charter of right forbids personal discrimination and allows any person to write to any news editor and to any elected official any concerns, but yes you all do still have the right not to read the material and the right to  delete it. If you as a news editor or a politician do not want to receive any emails from others still , please do take your name off the internet, and do stop asking people to contact you, to write to you.. and no one can bother you. Well at least next you cannot say before God you were not warned, did not receive the material too.  And yeah I do get rightfully upset when the Hypocrites, Pastors, Church Elders, Catholics, Evangelicals, Protestants, News editors, Jews, Conservatives, red necks, liberals, bad guys, bad cops too now  want the courts to insure their rigth of free speech protected but they do not allow other people the same right , a too common Canadian event still too..
Supreme Court creates new public interest libel defence for press and bloggers  OTTAWA – The Supreme Court of Canada offered journalists and bloggers a new defence against libel Tuesday in a pair of rulings that were hailed as a landmark victory for free speech.  The rulings effectively exonerated the Toronto Star and Ottawa Citizen newspapers and created the new “responsible journalism” defence that will give reporters more leeway to pursue controversial stories as long as they are deemed to be in the public interest.  Media lawyers hailed the creation of the new defence as a major step towards reducing so-called libel chill, which prompts journalists to back away from contentious stories for fear of being sued, often by powerful interests with deep pockets to pay their lawyers.  The rulings also saved the two newspapers from paying out more than $1.5 million in damages, including $1 million for punitive damages against the Star, one of the largest such awards in Canadian libel history.  The Star story in question was about controversial plans for a golf course, while the Citizen’s articles scrutinized the activities of a former police officer.  The rulings mean journalists can make factual errors, but as long as they take a series of steps to ensure fairness in stories that are deemed to be in the public interest, they cannot be successfully sued for libel.  Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin, writing for the unanimous 9-0 court, said the existing libel defences were too restrictive and contrary to the free expression guarantees in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  “To insist on court-established certainty in reporting on matters of public interest may have the effect not only of preventing communication of facts which a reasonable person would accept as reliable and which are relevant and important to public debate, but also of inhibiting political discourse and debate on matters of public importance, and impeding the cut and thrust of discussion necessary to discovery of the truth.”  The rulings were hailed by media lawyers and journalism organizations as a major step towards modernizing Canada’s archaic defamation law, bringing it in line with other jurisdictions such as the United Kingdom and Australia.  A broad coalition of organizations, including PEN Canada, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, the CBC, the Globe and Mail newspaper and others supported the high court appeal by the Star and the Citizen.  “It’s probably the most important decision the Supreme Court’s ever decided on the law of libel. It modernizes our laws to better reflect freedom of speech and that’s in the public interest,” said Paul Schabas, the Star lawyer, who represented the newspaper in the defamation case brought by Ontario businessman Peter Grant.  “It means that the media and anybody else who’s acting responsibly can put something out for public debate and not be chilled because they can’t ultimately prove that it’s true in a court of law years later.”  “There’s now room been made under the Charter of Rights for freedom of expression, that if you don’t prove every fact true in a court of law there’s still room that your public interest story, done responsibly, is protected and you can’t get sued for libel,”  Dearden.
Good news: Adults diagnosed with diabetes in Ontario are living longer as death rates have fallen by more than 30% in the last decade, a study shows.
Bad News: Nurse shortage hits St. Amant Centre  in Winnipeg, and many other places still?
Here is some more free speech of mine…
In accordance with my rights of free speech too … Anyone who has read my blogs I rightfully still do not give an unconditional support for Israel’s past, present, future actions or reactions and I am not an anti Semite and you can tell that to Prime Minister Stephen Harper now too
What about the CANADIAN charter right OF FREE SPEECH, to speak, to be heard in reality include  now all Canadians and not JUST  the selected few.
(Titus 2:15 KJV)  These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
Jason Bain I find it strange that 1 or 2 person alone of the thousands of email I send to all the major news editors, provincial members of the legislatures object to receiving email that they had asked others to write to them.. I often conclude they now rather are lazy, pretentious, control freaks or have some other issues that I too would be glad to fully discuss and help them now freely too..
(1 Cor 14:29 KJV)  Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
(Col 3:15 KJV)  And let the peace of God rule in your hearts,

I know that a minority group wants LIKES to talk and be heard all the time, like the Toronto Star, and a few others, such as the National Post, Global, CTV, even the CBC, .. and when you write a letter to them they even often ask you not to write back to them, they do not want it or appreciate others  USING THEIR RIGHT OF FREE SPEECH..

It has always confounded me as to why the crooks, abusers  too often do still do think they can get away with now, next and forever.  Unlawful use of authority, obstruction of justice, home visits, bullying, false intimidations  by even the politician’s watch dogs, the cops  is nothing new to me.
I have been often bluntly truthful , even that while 70 percent of the citizens are average good people, 30 percent are liars, thugs, criminals and you can find them at work, school, hospitals, real estate, police stations, politics, churches too, and these bad people they do belong in jail, jail is what they deserve. I myself have often been threatened by lawsuits from clearly bad or crooked bad Corporations like Bell, Royal LePage, and falsely intimated by even bad  cops, RCMP, and even politically biased  news editors, as well as bad church pastors…
While God loves all of his children equally and fairly and does not show partiality, Stephen Harper the evangelical, as we  all should know by now he does not, he discriminates and shows false partiality. Cause he really is still a phony Christian
I have to say there so many hypocrites in Canada.. the major media deleted the bloggers personal comment about a Gay Mp.. so much for free speech in Canada.. Gays want acceptance, THEIR RIGHT TO SPEAK AND TO B HEARD NOW AS WELL  but they and the news editors, news media do not allow other person’s free speech? Such hypocrisy

Merry Christmas, Happy New year

A very Merry Christmas amd a Happy New Year is my wish for each and everyone of you.
PS for all you RCMP fans

Wishing for Peace on earth still too.

Don’t drink and walk, doctor urges  Metro Canada – Toronto –  Alcohol impairs many of the faculties that normally keep you safe, says trauma surgeon Dr. Thomas Esposito at Loyola University in Chicago. So do not do also  the bad drugs now too.. they life you are  saving now is even your own. And stop killing your brain cells now too..

Chrismas Wine list long, but beer offerings slim at Canadian Embassy in Washington – Yahoo! Canada News  The Canadian Press  WASHINGTON – Canada has a reputation for producing a wide variety of excellent beers, but tipplers visiting the Canadian Embassy had just three choices of brews recently – Molson Canadian, Alexander Keith’s Ale or Blue Light,   the gleaming embassy on iconic Pennsylvania Avenue offers up a long list of Canadian wines to visitors, among them pinot noirs, merlots, Gewurztraminers and rieslings from an array of vineyards across the country.
Kind of foolish encouraging people to become alcoholics at taxpayers expense, for while a few corporations will get richer in the process, the Canadian government will not, cause the costs due to job dismissals and related tax losses, Medicare cost increase, car accidents, policing, domestic violence, all associated with alcoholism is extremely costly.. No taxpayer’s money should ever  be used to buy alcohol  at any federal, provincial, municipal government functions nor enourage any alcoholism too. Really!
How does this all sit with Stephen Harpers’ professing hypocritical evangelical religion, beliefs still too?
Wishing you peace on earth, good will towards all men, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and all of your loves ones, friends, nieghbours too.
Islam is not a religion of peace but one of Holy wars..
Psalm NIV  78:56 But they put God to the test and rebelled against the Most High;  they did not keep his statutes. 57 Like their fathers they were disloyal and faithless,  as unreliable as a faulty bow. 58 They angered him with their high places; they aroused his jealousy with their idols. 59 When God heard them, he was very angry; he rejected Israel completely. 60 He abandoned the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent he had set up among men. 61 He sent the ark of his might into captivity, his splendor into the hands of the enemy. 62 He gave his people over to the sword ;he was very angry with his inheritance. 63 Fire consumed their young men, and their maidens had no wedding songs; 64 their priests were put to the sword, and their widows could not weep.
Now what right can Israel today use to claim again their God promised land when they have as in time pasts also openly, undeniably rejected God, even Jesus Christ as their  their God, Messiah, King, Savior, Healer, Lord, and the same Jesus who clearly predicted the expulsion of the Jews from Israel under the Romans next did not spell out the date of their return

India’s Singh Seeks Tougher Terrorism Law After Mumbai Attacks  Nov. 30 (Bloomberg) — Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is seeking support for a crime-fighting agency modeled on the FBI and tougher laws against terrorism after the deadliest attacks in 15 years killed at least 195 in Mumbai, the financial capital.  Singh called a meeting for today in New Delhi with all the political parties in Parliament to discuss the measures. In Washington yesterday, President George W. Bush pledged U.S. help to investigate the assault by 10 gunmen on the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower and Oberoi-Trident hotels, a Jewish center and restaurant.   The 60-hour siege puts a spotlight on security in the Hindu-dominated nation, where about 300 people died this year in attacks on markets, mosques and theaters before the attacks in Mumbai that ended early yesterday. P.R.S. Oberoi, chairman of the Oberoi Group that owns one of the hotels, urged the government to let businesses defend themselves.  “Their intention was to kill as many people as possible and do as much damage as possible,” Oberoi said of the terrorists. “It takes a long, long time for even one person to be armed. I wanted a security person for me, and it took nearly a year.”
KFAR CHABAD, Israel: Rabbi Gavriel Noach Holtzberg and his wife Rivkah had no fear when they embarked on their mission to open a Jewish center in the Indian city of Mumbai, her brother said Saturday night as relatives in Israel prepared to bury the couple slain in a three-day terror spree. The 29-year-old rabbi, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen, and his 28-year-old Israeli wife were among nine killed in the center run by the ultra-orthodox Chabad-Lubavitch sect and nearly 200 dead in the 60-hour rampage by suspected Muslim militants. The carnage ended earlier Saturday. “She went with courage to this mission in India,” Rivkah’s brother Shmuel Rosenberg told The Associated Press after the end of the Jewish Sabbath. He described her as a strong, industrious and intelligent woman with a nuanced mind. “She had no fear,” and neither did her husband, he said. On the streets of Jerusalem, residents were aghast at the crime but all too accustomed to the pattern. “It was a horrendous and horrible perpetration of malice and barbarism,” said Michael Bregman, 42, of Jerusalem. But “it comes as no surprise” because militant groups have announced they are “going to target Jews wherever they are,” he added.
