another gross act of immorality

Government resources, those resources of taxpayers, of the agencies, boards and commissions of the government are not to be used for political fundraising. That practice is wrong, it is totally unacceptable, it is totally inappropriate and that has been communicated in no uncertain terms,” Transport Minister John Baird, but who in realty  actually ENFORCES it now? The Conservative federal government clearly also has a double standard when it comes to holding their own, cabinet ministers included, accountable for breaking the rules.

OTTAWA–Natural Resources Minister Lisa Raitt was under fire Thursday in the House of Commons in light of a Star story about a political fundraiser for her that was organized out of the Toronto Port Authority, a federal agency she once ran. Critics called for an investigation by ethics commissioner Mary Dawson over whether Raitt breached the rules when the Sept. 24 $250-a-head Toronto fundraiser was run out of the office of the president of the port authority. New Democrat MP Olivia Chow (Trinity-Spadina) said: “I’m sure you will agree that this story raised real concerns about the conduct of the minister involved as well as the impartiality of the TPA’s board, management and staff.” Janet MacDonald, executive assistant to acting president Alan Paul, sent an invitation to the fundraiser on port authority email. MacDonald was formerly Raitt’s assistant at the agency. Registered lobbyist Michael Sweeney, vice-president industry affairs of the Cement Association of Canada, was also involved in helping organizing the event. His association lobbied the government eight times from March to August, including Raitt and Prime Minister Stephen Harper. “This is a severe breach of ethics by Minister Raitt,” Liberal MP Paul Szabo, chair of the parliamentary ethics committee also said .

OTTAWA — The Conservative government now is flatly denying any involvement in a new Olympic apparel logo that bears an uncanny resemblance to the party’s own moniker. Liberal MP Hedy Fry had suggested Thursday that “crass politics” was behind the striking similarity to the governing party, calling it “embarrassing” in the House of Commons. “Canada’s Olympic Games belong to all Canadians. While it is clear that the Conservative government’s multi-million dollar infrastructure campaign is crassly partisan, can the Prime Minister at least stop trying to politicize the Canadian Winter Olympics?” she had fumed. NDP MP Charlie Angus also weighed in, accusing PM Stephen Harper of peddling political logos “on the backs of our athletes.” Now it does bear a resemblance the Conservative party logo, and there is “No such thing as a coincidence”. You can’t though trust any Conservaves to tell the truth here too.

Ontario’s Auditor General Jim McCarter will release a report next week on his investigation into the untendered contracts and expense abuses at eHealth Ontario.  At issue is a $30 million untendered contract given to IBM for a new computer system at eHealth Ontario that was approved by a   committee of the Liberal cabinet. Even the Ontario Liberals clearly do not want to see any cabinet ministers held accountable for breaking the rules. “The government was ready to turn a blind eye to some of these breaches of policies and procedures and they only say they’re sorry when they are found out and then the change the policies,” “They just don’t care about the use of taxpayers’ money.”

Ontario health minister resigns ahead of report on eHealth spending abusesTORONTO – Ontario’s health minister bowed to months of opposition pressure and tendered his resignation Tuesday on the eve of a report into how the province spent $1 billion over 10 years to create electronic health records.

Quebec trust fund boss Vincent Lacroix sentenced to 13 years in prison MONTREAL – Ex-Norbourg boss Vincent Lacroix was sentenced to 13 years in prison on Friday for bilking clients out of more than $100 million.

“The Alberta premier Stelmach is talking about fiscal restraint and telling others to tighten their belts, but it doesn’t apply to select people in his government. … How can you tell seniors to pay more for prescriptions, force Albertans to wait longer for health care and claw back money from school boards and allow these bonuses to be paid out? “The provincial government paid out nearly $44 million in controversial “achievement bonuses” earlier this year, with Alberta Justice, Service Alberta and Employment and Immigration leading the way. Justice handed out more than $6.7 million in bonuses to civil servants, a figure equal to roughly 1.2 per cent of its total expenses for 2008-9. Service Alberta was second, doling out $2.8 million in bonuses, followed by Employment and Immigration with $2.6 million. The provincial Executive Council gave out $1.4 million and the Treasury Board handed out $2.1 million –amounts equal to about five per cent of their total annual expenses. On average, departments gave out $1.9 million, equal to about 0.7 per cent of their total expenses for the year. Bonuses went to roughly 6,000 civil servants and ranged from zero to 30 per cent of each recipient’s salary. “Taxpayers must be astonished that in this difficult time the government still sees fit to continue with this lavish bonus program,” Liberal finance critic Hugh MacDonald. Alberta Justice spokesman David Dear said  “We are the second-largest department in government with over 3,000 people–the only one larger is the Solicitor General–and perhaps more importantly, a very large percentage of our staff are lawyers,  .” “It’s easy to understand the reaction that some people might have when they look at the number. It is worth noting (that) … every time a rapist is sent to jail, or a drunk driver is sent to prison is because of a lot of hard work by prosecutors and support staff,” he said. The department of the Solicitor General and Public Security gave out $2 million in bonuses, an amount equal to 0.1 per cent of its annual expenses. It is not the rapists, drunk drivers that mostly  fill the courts calendars, docks it is mostly the revenue generating traffic tickets..

EDMONTON – Senior executives of now-dismantled Alberta health boards collected excessive salaries, pensions and bonuses with little oversight, provincial auditor general Fred Dunn said in a report Friday. Thirty executives shared $18 million in severance,, the auditor’s report suggests widespread incompetence within Alberta’s Tory government. “This is another example of pork-barrelling, handing out payments and perks to friends of the Tories,” A former deputy minister who helped create Alberta Health Services, then ran part of it for nine months, walked away from the cash-strapped department with a $257,500 bonus as part of her severance package. The severance deal for Paddy Meade, whose position with Alberta Health Services ended after about nine months, included two years’ worth of salary (about $1 million), and a $257,500 bonus, the maximum amount possible in her contract. “Taxpayers should be outraged,”

WE HAVE CONTINUAL NEWS REVELATIONS OF CORRUPTIONS, TAX PAYER’S MONEY ABUSES BY ONTARIO GOVERNMENT WORKERS, FEDERAL WORKERS, CITY OF TORONTO WORKERS, CITY OF MONTREAL WORKERS, CLERGY, TEACHERS, OTHERS AND THE POLICE AS WELL.

Justice – Crooks, liars, thieves, abusers, slanderers, now I have often wondered how, even how some relatives of mine now too, had become so crooked.. some people say it is in the gene, sin is hereditary, everyone has got this gene.. but I am more convinced more than ever it is mainly a personal choice.. no one basically forced them to do something they basically did not want to do, and often their main motive was the love of money, trying to get rich at any costs.. and that is why we continue to see corruptions in the governments even by too many of the civil and public servants. All it takes for evil to prosper is for the good people to do nothing about it, to take an ostrich approach.

Corruptions, it goes beyond that to a practice that has been common place.. even because the supervisors themselves are likely corrupt

Starting rightfully first at the top public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant guilty persons serves everyone best interest.. but also taking away the rewards received by the immoral acts, restitution included. But taking all the criminal proceeds and giving it to the police is mainly another gross act of immorality too.

A relative of mine did not start to be a big criminal, he started small by lying, stealing on his expense account. This seems to be the starting point of of many of our civil and public servants now as well and is a real good reasons why the expense accounts need to be monitored as well.. he next went on to major tax evasion now as well, handing out bribes, unfair and restrictive trade business practices too,  and went next into much more corruptions too, lies, abuses, cover-ups..

Bad persons, bad clergy, bad  pastors, bad elders, bad cops, bad politicians  continue to exist  cause likely their supporters are  bad too.  (Jer 5:31 KJV)  The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?

Former N.S. bishop charged with possession of child porn.  Raymond Lahey, the former bishop of the diocese of Antigonish, is known as the man who oversaw a $15-million settlement with people who said they had been sexually abused by priests in the diocese dating back to 1950. He was arrested at the Ottawa Airport last week after members of the Canada Border Services Agency performed a random check of his laptop computer. Lahey has been charged with distributing and selling child pornography.  On Saturday, Lahey, 69, announced his resignation as bishop of the Antigonish diocese. In a letter to parishioners, he said he needed time for “personal renewal.” http://www.cbc.ca/canada/nova-scotia/story/2009/09/30/ns-bishop-charged.html    Roman Catholic bishop  Raymond Lahey computer was seized in September at the Ottawa airport after the former priest got off a flight from Britain. The images recovered from the laptop allegedly include lewd sexual pictures of children. A warrant for Lahey’s arrest had been issued by Ottawa police. He was in Ottawa court, where  the justice of the peace  granted his release on $9,000 cash bail and imposed several strict conditions. Under his conditions, Lahey may not possess pornographic material and may not possess or use a computer or any device that can access the Internet, such as cellphones with browsing capabilities. He is barred from Internet cafés or anywhere that Internet services can be obtained for a fee or free of charge.Lahey is prohibited from using or possessing a web cam or external hard drive, and may not use any online chat lines, including MSN and Twitter, or file transferring services and e-mail. He cannot possess any software that would allow data to be hidden or erased, or any items that can store digital media, such as thumb drives.Lahey was ordered not to attend any public park, library or place that may be frequented by people under age 18. He must not be alone with anyone younger than 18 unless the young person’s parent is present. http://www.ottawacitizen.com/news/Images+focus+investigation/2055707/story.html

Former N.L. politician Wally Andersen gets 15 months for expenses fraud ST. JOHN’S – A former Newfoundland politician has been sentenced to 15 months in jail for his role in the province’s legislature expenses scandal. Is that all? Wally Andersen has admitted to forging $59,000 in expense claims and filing excess claims for another $30,000 while he was Liberal member for Torngat Mountains. Is that all he got now too?

Toronto man charged in connection with online child-porn ring Globe and Mail –   A 28-year-old Toronto man convicted four years ago of possessing child pornography is back before the courts again on similar charges, this time in connection with what police describe as an international online child-porn exchange ring.

Bishop says church, police may have failed man who alleged priest had porn  HALIFAX, N.S. – The archbishop of St. John’s says police and the Roman Catholic Church may have failed a Newfoundland man who alleged two decades ago that he found pornographic images of children in the house of a priest who later became a bishop and now faces child pornography charges in Ottawa.

Ex-NHLer Theo Fleury says he was sexually abused by junior hockey coach The Canadian Press –  EDMONTON – Former NHL star Theo Fleury says he was sexually abused by his junior hockey coach, Graham James.

A Peruvian court has sentenced former President Alberto Fujimori to six years in prison after he pleaded guilty to authorizing wiretaps and bribes to politicians, journalists and businessmen. “ And just think, all our ex-prime ministers – Mulroney, Chretien, etc. – are all still runing around scott free! No such thing as justice in Canada– at least, not as far as our politicians are concerned. Polls clearly indicate that half of those birds should be in jail and the other half deported to Bangladesh on the eve of its next cyclone ”   http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2009/09/30/peru-fujimori-bribe-wiretap-sentence.html

Lying, thieving, alcoholic, abusive persons,  priests, pastors, Ministers who cannot even change themselves for the good are of no use to anyone as well. I do not have to accept any of those lying hypocrites who say to me you cannot judge me for I am a good person .. dream on.. I can. Clearly to me a preacher. Minister  whose lifestyle does not match his preaching words to others he rightfully cannot be trusted at all.. he is a false preacher himself.. some how most of them now wrongfully are like that too. Wrongful inactions, Cover ups, False denial of bad politicians, bad cops, bad persons, false pastors, false priests are much too common but nevertheless they do get exposed, revealed to all as to what they are often now like  too, and get what they deserve, and not the first or last time.

Former customs agent found guilty of taking bribes from drug smugglers Wed Sep 30, MONTREAL – A former customs agent at Montreal’s Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport has been found guilty of taking bribes from a drug-smuggling ring.

Workplace Safety and Insurance Board spent tax dollars in a lavish style. WSIB chair Steven Mahoney alleged to have billed $140,000 in expenses . “The position of WSIB chair is supposed to be a part-time position with a per diem of $550 per day,”  “Mahoney has somehow managed to bill the taxpayer for $141,328.79 in 2008. Based on the WSIB per diem — this means that the ‘part-time’ WSIB chair collected 257 per diems — more per diems, in fact, than there are working days in the year.” ”another example of the rot in the [Premier Dalton] McGuinty [Liberal] government.” ”[He filed expenses for ] Meals where he had no meetings, and travel to China, Australia, Hong Kong and elsewhere. He travelled so much, he got lost in Myrtle Beach, where he billed four days for one day of meetings, and then expensed a GPS system,”  This is disgusting.   Another day, another political scandal. I wish that all levels of government were more accountable to the public that elects them and is forced to put trust in them.  Everytime I read one of these stories, the anger inside me swells;knowing that my taxes and expenses keep increasing while these irresponsible public servants take advantage of their position. Legal Robbery! Enough is ENOUGH! Criminal charges should be laid!    http://www.cbc.ca/canada/toronto/story/2009/10/01/wsib-expenses.html

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty still serves as a rightful deterrent example to all and is still one of the best approaches on how to deal with the evil persons. Even the Bible records openly the unrepentant sins of many persons and their real  negative consequences.

FOR WE ALL TEND TO KNOW THAT THEY THE CROOKS, ABUSERS TOO,  NOW ARE NOT ABOUT TO STOP THEIR WRONG DOINGS. RATHER THEY WILL NEXT EVEN ESCALATE, CONTINUE IN THEM. AND THAT IS ANOTHER VALID REASON  THEY DO NEED TO BE EXPOSED, PROSECUTED AND STOPPED. EVEN FOR THE GOOD OF US ALL.

And once exposed most people do not accept, support  a crook, even if it is a Minister now too.

Most people still rightfully do blame the governments, politicians, bad cops and bad judges, for the existence of much too many crooked civil and public servants, crooked business persons, crooked persons in Canada.  More Laws that are unenforced also tend to be still mostly useless too. Let’s simply just agree the whole system is often corrupt, eh?

We need better Policing and “Tougher penalties for sure!” You will get a longer jail sentence for robbing a convenience store of $50 than fleecing consumers,  investors for millions (billions) or stealing any of the tax payer’s money.    Put all of the criminals in jail, and their bad supervisors now too,  where they belong, and always do  take way from them all that they have stolen now as well..  Restitution of all items stolen should be in the criminal sentencing now as well..  Until people start getting fired and criminal charges are laid, the bad acts of theirs will continue. And do amend the criminal code to include a mandatory 5 year minimum jail sentence and a fine not less than 10 times the money involved, for breach of public trust. This amendment would cover all forms of corruption from conflict of interest to false accounting. By the time the first dozen or so of these crooks have been banged up – the rest won’t find a bad public office so attractive once they know they can’t abuse,  fleece the citizens, consumers, taxpayer.

David Letterman admits to affairs with employees – “Sinning with Bathsheba”.. Now if he Letterman was a politician that would be something else.. “It may seem a bit apples-and-oranges to compare Letterman with politicians, who are vulnerable because there is a moral high ground inherent in their position as government officials, particularly if they are conservatives who have espoused family values but now if Letterman again  goes after others who have sinned when we know the same of him, his humor will smack of hypocrisy. David Letterman affair is no joke for the talk show host’s revelation that he had relationships with female employees has already sparked many  impassioned discussion about his hypocrisy and sex in the workplace. After years of mocking other public figures for their sexual indiscretions, Letterman, 62, is facing scrutiny for behavior that is verboten in many workplaces. Many observers were taken aback by the casual tone Letterman used to describe his sexual relationships with female employees. Letterman  did not express any contrition for cheating on his wife, Regina Lasko, whom he dated for 23 years before their marriage in March.  He was married earlier this year to his long-term partner and is father to six-year-old Harry; Conservative critics, in particular, expressed disgust with the comedian, whose frequent potshots at former GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin — including a crude joke he made in June about her daughter — have infuriated many on the right. ” He seemed ignorant of the issue of sexual harassment. These women worked for him.” Nor too concerned as to how many others now will ridicule him in reality  and the negative effect it will have also on him.. Still, one false move now still risks even more personal ruin. Letterman’s extended run-in with Sarah Palin over the summer over some ill-conceived japes at her daughter’s expense indicated he can be a bit tone deaf as to how he is being perceived. “  Nevertheless he Letterman  now faces being scorned by others for a bad reputation…     If you live by the sword, you die by the sword. Certainly that adage has proved true for the beleaguered talkshow host David Letterman this weekend as he faced a barrage of mockery from his acid-tongued rivals. The sharp-witted late-night TV star, who regularly skewers the foibles of other celebrities, found himself on the end of the same treatment after being at the centre of a bizarre blackmail plot over the sexual affairs he had with younger female staff members.  The ribbing and jibing will be a bitter experience for Letterman. Though he announced the news of his affairs and the blackmail plot on his own show – and has joked about it himself – the news has stunned America.  Now he finds himself at the centre of a media storm that  has made him the butt of water-cooler jokes and gossip across the nation. What a bad reputation to live down too. Too many will see the latest episode as some sort of karmic revenge for Letterman’s often merciless take on the moral lapses of others.http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2009/oct/04/david-letterman-affairs-blackmail-jokes

Toronto teacher faces child-sex charges CBC.ca –  A Grade 10 teacher at Toronto’s Jarvis Collegiate high school has been charged with trying to allegedly  initiate sexual contact with two teenaged boys. David Dewees, 32, was arrested and charged Thursday with two counts of invitation to sexual touching, as well as two counts of luring, Toronto police said. Dewees is accused of making “inappropriate contact” with the boys online. Dewees is alleged to have committed those offences at the Ontario Pioneer Camp in Port Sydney, Ont., between July 2008 and July 2009. He’s been a volunteer counsellor at the Christian camp since 1997. David Dewees  the high school teacher and former day camp counsellor charged with sexual offences involving boys under 16 killed himself at High Park subway station next. Toronto Police sources confirmed Jarvis Collegiate teacher David Dewees apparently lay down on the tracks as a Metro train approached around 8 a.m. as horrified witnesses watched.

(Prov 22:1 KJV)  A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold. (Eccl 7:1 KJV)  A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one’s birth.  (Prov 22:14 KJV)  The mouth of strange women is a deep pit: he that is abhorred of the LORD shall fall therein.

WHEN DEALING WITH A BAD POLITICIAN I OFTEN DO FIRST START TO LOOK FOR THE MAIN THINGS THAT SOCIETY AS A WHOLE WILL STILL NOT ACCEPT – SUCH AS:
1: Stealing money, abusing their expense account
2: Adultery, extra marital affairs
3: Alcoholism, bad drugs usage, indication of loss of self control
4: The false, always unacceptable Physical, verbal abuses, Bullying  of others ( SUCH AS DONE OFTEN NOW BY BELL THE BULLY, LIAR TOO)
5: Other serious MORAL wrong doings

While  most people do not practice morality but they still do think it is important values to have in our leaders now too..

A brother of mine had written to me some interesting comments about the need to deal with hireling type preachers and it should include their restitutions as well.. Would be nice if everyone practiced it now too. The persons emphasizing restitution too.

Funny some people claim they are God inspired when they continually do point out the sins of other pastors, but when I also next do  point out their own unacceptable, unrepentant of sins, hypocrisy they next often falsely say I myself am merely being bitter.. how doubled standard they personally now are as well.  Now to me what I hear from them it is still often just mere hypocrisy, coming from them.  I would be lying to you if I thought they now were actually honest and believable, for the last many decades now too sadly.. Really sorry too  but in sincerity for me now sadly still  I do not believe most of what they do  say is even being done in real truth, in real Christian love,  not even about the need of Christian restitution.. ..Rather sadly these critics or rather bashers, I have also often seen firsthand how some of these critics have lied to me, others, to themselves, and distorted the truths for  hidden personal agendas, hopeful  personal gains.. I also have seen  how they do  bully, abuse others, lie about them too, me included, to me they just always wanted to become someone important, to make themselves   more  important over others,  they are still the  false slave driver, and they are not important at all.. To me they are still the kettle calling the pot black.. and for me anyone it seems even you can be a so called Christian critic too these days and even claim to be God inspired, a prophet of the Lord too. For they often for sure are not Christians.. they are still trying to serve self and God at the same time..  it cannot be done. I measure how genuine they firstly are in the real evidence of their love too..

(Gal 6:1 KJV)  Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.  LK 17:3 “Take heed to yourselves. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. if he repents, seems we do not see that firstly even from most governmental criminals these days too never mind the rest..

From decades of experience I too have learned that there is no such thing as a little bit pregnant, and perverse people unchecked, unstopped  tend to go to extreme next as well.. they are immoral in many other areas and thus often resort to lying, stealing, tax evasion, abuse of others..

News Editors Canada, Bell sympatico

bell-internet-isp

Bell Sympatico had  falsely suspended my Internet contract recently to likely avoid a lawful  lawsuit from me. Instead now I find it ironic that Bell is being sued, Bell is facing a class action suit,  about the same time they Bell had falsely cut of my internet services,  with a Bell false excuse as well, Bell is being sued  by the others and they are asking for the same amount of money, damages that I  am personally asking them rightfully for too, about 2500 dollars specifically for Bell Sympatico’s  unacceptable breaches of my ISP contract obligations the last many years.. See my post, notes on Contract law.
https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/04/27/basic-contract-law/

Me I am still always rightfully actively resistant  to all of the  abusers, bullies, liars, even to the Church, GOVERNMENTAL, CORPORATE, POLICE  oppressions. etc., still too.

I clearly do believe in the right of everyone to speak, to speak out as well,  and to be equally heard by all, so we can all judge what has been said if it is appropriate and we can next corresponding act upon it, even in the church, in the government, on the internet now too. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers help to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this.. Do it as well…

Do even write about bad cops, bad pastors, the usless CRTC, and usles federal Minister of Industries, Consumer Affairs.

When I go public I often get threats of a lawsuit, not just the politicians sending the police to my door, but I do not back off, and I always seem to tell them to go ahead.. the lawsuit will give the matter more publicity too.. and they back off.

Can anyone sue for defamation of character/libel/slander for PERSONAL statements made even on the Internet? But if it’s true there is no CASE for defamation or slander. And if it is NOT true they still will have to show specific, related proof of actual damages, not just some supposed potential damages. Furthermore the law still requires that they do reply to all allegations in the manner they had firstly have received them immediately too, within a reasonable period of time, and if they have not bothered to deny, reply to, to object any of the charges of wrong doings, allegations initially, after a reasonable period of time, a maximum of 6 months they not longer can do so, for now it is accepted they are true.

Do ALL stop being sue crazy or nicky picky too.

Because even many managers in Canada, the government too  are not honest, do not tell the truth, they often also do lie as to the actual reasons their product prices are going up, and/or the quality of their services are going down, thus they are still helping to put themselves out of work, out of business eventually and to be rightfully dismissed too.

Class action suit against Bell Sympatico

Bell_Logo_2

Bell Sympatico had  falsely suspended my Internet contract recently to likley avoid a lawful  lawsuit from me. Instead now I find it ironic that Bell is being sued, is facing a class action suit,  about the same time they Bell had falsely cut of my internet services,  with a Bell false excuse as well, Bell is being sued  by the others and they are asking for the same amount of money, damages that I  am personally asking them rightfully for too, about 2500 dollars specifcally for Bell Sympatico’s  unacceptable breaches of my ISP contract obligations the last many years.. See my post, notes on Contract law. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/04/27/basic-contract-law/

.

“Corporations like Bell Sympatico neglects its customers in order to attain better profit for itself and the shareholder and they should be held liable for making false claims about their services and breaking the law!! Why should they be allowed to get away with this;” Many  Consumers are realy not happy about Bell and it’s capping too.
http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20080602-new-filings-reveal-extent-damage-of-bell-canada-throttling.html  http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2008/06/02/tech-quebec.html
.
I have lived with Bell Sympatico DSL throttling for the past year. EVERY day from between 5pm and 2am these bastards throttled all P2P traffic ( including valid VPN apps, and other legit P2P, not just downloading random bit torrents etc. ) to 20 KBps max. Yes, that’s right, 20 to 30 KBps max for 9 hours every single day without fail. I could time when 2:02 am hit, then it would jump right back up to 500 KBps max downloading on my torrents.   Why didnt I switch ISP’s before this? Cuz my landlords paid a full year in advance for Sympatico DSL service to get “no monthly download caps”. So now the year is up, we have switched to www.yak.com, not only is it cheaper, it is truly unlimited with no monthly download caps. Now that Sympatico/Bell has been FORCED to stop throttling P2P/encrypted traffic with this class action lawsuit, all 3rd party ISP’s that buy off Bell’s DSL backbone no longer have problems with their damn throttling either!! $35/month including DSL modem rental, monthly fee ( you dont have to sign up for 1 , 2, or 3 year contract like you do with Sympatico ), so $10 cheaper and no over usage download fees..    I friggin HATE Sympatico, and to a lesser extent Rogers.. although Rogers learned their lesson and doesnt throttle torrents anymore.. my buddy gets 800 KBps P2P download speed all the time lately… good…”  http://www.xbitlabs.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=201335&sid=3acea536c8fac131f24d931f49295da5
 .
L’Union des Consommateurs and a Quebec consumer have launched a class action lawsuit against Bell Canada over its throttling practices.  The suit, which is seeking certification on behalf of all provincial subscribers, argues that the practices deliberately slowed consumer services and raises privacy issues.  It seeks a refund of 80 percent of the monthly subscription price, in line with the reduction in advertised speeds.  It further seeks $600 per subscriber to compensate for false advertising and $1500 for privacy rights violations. A Quebec group called L’Union des consommateurs, along with Bell customer Myrna Raphael, are accusing Bell of false advertising, as a result of its practice of throttling traffic at peak hours. Raphael is said to have signed a three-year ADSL contract in 2006, partly on the basis of Bell’s claim of “constant speed” at all times; by enabling throttling last fall, says Raphael, Bell broke its agreement.  Bell is further accused of violating users’ privacy, by using a technology called deep packet inspection (DPI) as part of the throttling process. Although DPI may be used for beneficial purposes, such as the control of spam, viruses and hacking, it has also been implicated in more sinister uses such as censorship, net neutrality violations, and government spying in countries like China and the  US

.
Consumers have come together in Canada in a class action lawsuit against Bell Canada for the company’s practice of throttling traffic. There are two charges involved in the lawsuit. The first is for false advertising; the company had advertised the offer of a constant speed at all times which isn’t true if throttling is going on. And the second is for violating users’ privacy through the use of deep packet inspection. Those filing the suit say that the ISP throttles about eighty percent of the time and they are therefore seeking a return of eighty percent of the customers’ monthly subscriptions along with additional fees for each of the two violations. It’s only in Quebec, because it’s a Civil case, which is not possible outside of Quebec in Canada.  Quebec has a completely different legal system than the rest of Canada and the US. Only for civil cases, not criminal cases. Criminal code is uniform throughout Canada   The rest of Canada and the United States is derived from English Common Law. Quebec is derived from Code Napoleon. This is the same province who’s judges just re-wrote the interpretation of law (in the opinion of the majority of legal opinions) with the court of appeal’s overturning of a lower court ruling about BCE bondholders and the pending takeover of the company by OTPP. We’ll see how the Supreme Court goes on that one, but never underestimate the Quebec court system’s ability to interpret the law in new and interesting ways –About Class Action Lawsuits in Canada  A class action allows one person, called a representative plaintiff, to start a lawsuit on behalf of himself/herself as well as all others who fit into the defined class, subject to the rights of class members to withdraw or opt-out. This means that a single person can commence a class action on behalf of hundreds or thousands of people. Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland are the only five provinces in Canada with Class Action Legislation in effect. The Supreme Court of Canada has recently ruled that court procedures allowing representative actions can be interpreted so as to allow for class actions.   Class action legislation in Canada allows greater access to justice by permitting groups of people who are similarly affected to join together in commencing legal action.  »www.avalanchesearch.com/classactionlaw/
.
I am not the only one asking Bell Sympatico to pay me back for my breach of their internet services.
.
Bell is not the only internet service provider to throttle customers speeds, as Toronto-based Rogers Communications Inc. has acknowledged doing so. A spokesman for Bell’s main competitor in Quebec, Montreal-based cable provider Vidéotron Ltée, said it does not throttle its customers. The union, however, also launched a class-action lawsuit against Vidéotron last year for forcing download limits on internet customers in the middle of their contracts. The company said it was not violating the terms of those contracts as it gave customers two months warning. The CRTC has given interested parties until June 12 to make their submissions on the throttling issue. Bell will then have until June 19 to reply to those submissions, while CAIP will have until June 26. The CRTC said it will then make a ruling by September. Aside from the Quebec consumers’ lawsuit and the CRTC probe, Bell also has to deal with a complaint filed with the federal privacy commissioner by the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic, a University of Ottawa legal clinic specializing in internet and other technology-related law. In its complaint filed in May, the clinic said Bell’s DPI was invading users’ privacy by reading what sort of data – known as packets – they were transmitting. http://technology.sympatico.msn.cbc.ca/news/contentposting?newsitemid=tech-quebec&feedname=cbc-tech-science-v3&show=false&number=0&showbyline=true&subtitle=&detect=&abc=abc&date=true&pagenumber=3

Dirty Dirty Bell Sympatico

Bell Sympatico wrongfully had cut of my internet services last month cause they had wrongfully objected to my rightful complaints and me also going public about it world wide.. I next got a cheaper service at 1/5 the cost from Bell from another firm, that ironically still gives me the same service even from Bell that I had before.. so they Bell  had meant it for evil but it next had caused me to save loads of money instead.

  1. It has also been decades of my own experiences in rightfully complain about unacceptable negatives that still a written letter sent to the right party works best, a letter sent to the the people who have the power to make changes, and that includes all of the news editors and the elected representatives too, for that public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest. I am a prolific writer who has now for decades written a wide range of social, moral, political issues but I too was surprised as to how much attention comparatively the the Bell posts are getting now. But for some reasons Bell still is not getting enough attention by the government.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com

  2. Paul Kambulow Says: May 16th, 2008 at 2:39 am >>the latest customer service mail out today from Bell: “Download movies at warp speed. Nothing is more important than speed when it comes to downloading movies and music. Don’t let viruses, Trojans and worms slow down your computer. We have tips to put your PC in overdrive.” as if it were viruses, Trojans and worms who were slowing down music and movie downloads…not only is this a typical Bell misdirection, another false Bell diversion but it is a misleading Bell ploy merely to earn more money by selling more of Bell services, for Bell they really do care about the customer’s best interest firstly but only their own… as we Bell customers all seem to know firsthand too.
  3. Paul Kambulow Says:  June 11th, 2008 at 5:00 pm I have openly rightfully shared with the Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper’s office that Bell Sympatico undeniably is one of the most dirty, immoral, abusive Corporation, firm I have dealt in Canada in my lifetime. One that even falsely suppressed my complaints against it, my right of free speech as well.Because Bell Sympatico has UNACCEPTABLY TOO often HAD breached my ISP contractual agreement and NEXT Bell Sympatico had forcibly falsely disconnected my ISP service with them too thus next I have been forced to switch over to the Canadian www.acanac.ca/ -Residential High Speed ADSL without any Limits and No Blocked Ports or Traffic Shapping, plus Unlimited Downloading 100 GB of Online Storage Up to 5 Mbps Download and 800 Kbps Upload $18.95 per month This offer is available on a 1 year term and the first year of service. www.acanac.ca/Webhosting.html Call Tel: 1-866-281-3538 , 1-416-849-8520 On top of that I repeatedly do ask why Bell is now so expensive in comparisons to it’s competitor that uses the same TROUBLED EVEN Bell internet lines..I also find it really hypocritical, how basically unfair, totally unacceptable, one sided too it still is that that Bell Sympatico very loudly still demands full payments for their supposed services from all of their customers, when they Bell Sympatico clearly too often and unacceptably Bell Sympatico did not meet it contractual obligations to many of it’s customers, even when Bell Sympatico have not only provided a very poor, inadequate, incomplete services to many of their net customers, but in the process Bell Sympatico had also lied to, and had abused their customers. It is undeniably also that rather than initially honestly admitting the truth in Canada that Bell Sympatico lacked their advertised capabilities to provide adequate ISP, actually high speed internet services. Bell Sympatico when confronted with their failure to deliver the speeds as promsied to it’s cusomers had instead resorted to misleading statements, and lying to too many of the customers. Bell Sympatico had abused them further by falsely and lying in Canada diverting the blame on the customers own equipment, local connections, and the customer’s operating software as well. And finally when confronted by technical knowledgeable, competent persons with the undeniable proof that Bell Sympatico had been guilty of false, misleading business practices, Bell Sympatico next tries to screw the customers some more by Bell Sympatico trying next to charge them extra monies for the services they Bell Sympatico had promised long time ago to start of with too and had not delivered, their high speed downloads sites and adequate support services now too.. You can readily check your actual downloads speeds at http://2wire.com/bandwidth/ or many other similar sites too. Such witnessed by even me immoral acts, behaviors by Bell Sympatico has never been denied back to me and is never acceptable now still too and Bell needs to be fully regulated by the federal Consumer Affairs Ministers, even confronted, punished appropriately by the justice ministers as well for it’s much too many unacceptable bad, immoral acts too.Bell Sympatico now even wants an extra payment of 75 dollars if I do not return ASAP their high speed modem as soon as possible, conveniently forgetting that they themselves had wrongfully had breached my ISP contract, and also that they had falsely refused to refund me for an overcharge of an extra 55 dollars, to me for this high speed modem that I had never even requested from Bell Sympatico in the first place, and they too easily seem to forget that fact they Bell Sympatico had falsely also now tried 4 times to withdraw, steal my money from my bank account even during the time I as supposed to have free 6 months high speed unlimited internet as well. An agreement they too had falsely breached now.Now Bell Sympatico’s executive care Sasha Rollins had complained to me in writing 3 times back that in the last 18 months I have written 280 letters of rightful complaints to Bell about their inadequate, pretentious, services, even their false breach of their contract obligations. Me I am even next still even rightfully complaining to Bell Sympatico now that I had even firstly to to write any of these 280 letters of complaints to Bell Sympatico, and I as a direct result do even rightfully still do demand full payment of 2500 dollars from Bell Sympatico NOW for all my wasted time in even having now to do so now as well, plus further payment for the many years I had paid for a high speed internet services but never got one from Bell Sympatico as well. And I rightfully still expect this rightful 2500 dollars payment to me now from Bell Sympatico ASAP AS WELL , and so also NEXT I too will demand an extra 250 dollars in payment if they do not pay me my 2500 dollars COMPENSATION as soon as possible. And so the Circus with Bell Sympatico continues..
  4. Reader’s Write Says:Your comment is awaiting moderation.
June 11th, 2008 at 6:43 pm For the record, most of what Paul Kambulow has to say is bullsh*t.In addition after spamming bell, and members of parliament, he was warned that his service would be terminated due to harrassment. It got to the point that Paul Kambulow had the cops visit his place no less than 4 times for what he had to say to members of parliament (threats?).Paul, go away and take your bullsh*t with you.
  5. Paul Kambulow Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation.
June 14th, 2008 at 12:50 pm Reference my rightful Bell Sympatico complaintsThe above reader’s write as I can see by his posts now clearly works for the devil, and Bell likely.. Dirty slander and personal attacks clearly is the another bad Bell way of operation, he firstly needs to get all his facts straight.. No cop ever had ever visited my home because of any threats to any MPs any politician for that matter ever.. My public exposure in writing so effective alone.. thus the above write is a slanderer and a liar. He likely does work for Bell executive services, and his name likely is Sasha Rollins too again. Cause Bell Sympatico has before this already slandered me and I had objected to this rightfully too to all, on the net too before, as I have rightfully complained to all about this as to how dirty Bell they really are when you make a valid complaint to them. Real dirty, Big liars too, incompetent too. . The reader should prove to all now the fact I had threatened any politician for the record, for the pen is mightier than the sword, ,do tell him give us all a copy of specific police reports he lying refers to firstly or to shut up this still Big liar.. But yes Sasha Rollins from Bell he did not want to talk to me on the phone now we will let the whole world read about it still in full.. and who will hire him after he gets does next laid off for failing to deal adequately. dealing poorly with a Bell Sympatico customer clearly now too. http://www.google.com/search?q=Bell+Sympatico+complaints+kambulow&rls=com.microsoft:en-us&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&startIndex=&startPage=1 The CBC market place confirms how bad bell is and not appreciated by many customers now too.. 2 million past Bell customers have left them even.. more more are leaving Bell too.A Prime Minister, a Ontario Premier and a Mayor had sent the police to my home in reply to my emails to them 6 times, because I wrote to them and also with a copy to the news editors, other MPs , and they really did not like it.. too bad for them.. and too bad for Bell too.. the ex premier of Ontario Ernie Ewes lost the election immediately next, so gone are are the bad liberal PMs Jean Chretien, Paul Martin and the bad Alberta mayor too.. even the other alcoholic Premier, Progressive Conservative politician Ralph Klein, the laughed at clown by the rest Canada, but hey I am still writing my email, internet posts for decades too eh.. My most popular recent posts read by thousands world wide too are about Bell, the Pentecostals, and evangelical pastors, the bad Christian Missionary alliance church, even about the bad cops, the bad RCMP and the unacceptable alcoholics now too..But this Bell Sympatico corruption, abuses are not a simple matter .. Sure Bell does wants me to go away, but do dream on.. I and many others do have hundreds of posted rightfully undeniable complaints about the bad Bell from out witness, experiences and about the the bad Conservatives who work on behalf of the crooked corporations that everyone can read, and many already have now too. Some persons had even phoned me at home about them. I told Bell Sympatico and Bell’s Sasha Rollins long time ago when he had threatened to take me to court to go ahead, I need the good publicity, andnext I will enter all my 280 past complaint letters to Bell into the court’s permanent records too. I also do have a anckldgement reply from Jim Prentice minister of Consumer affairs to my letters, and two replies from the Prime Minister’s office on these Sympatico matters and they are also posted on the net.Immoral, lying Bell Sympatico does not deny it did not honour it’s contract agreement with me but looked for some false excuse to try to shut me up, and did it work, of course not.. once my emails letters are sent they cannot be taken back by anyone, the damage to bell is rightfully done too as a result now..Hey Paul was supposedly warned by Bell about harassment???? but firstly that is totally an inside Bell privacy matter.. a violation of the customer’s privacy firstly and the CRTC should look into this in full now as well. How will others feel when they read how Bell wrongfully violates their customers privacy now too? AS per my right of free speech I can write to anyone worldwide and I do even about bell now.. The 3 Bell letters and they are posted on the net too had said a warning that I could not sent any more letters of complaints to Bell, or post any complaints on the net, or talk to any Bell employee, or to the RCMP as well even about how bad Bell was, or Sasha Rollins of bell executive care was, Sasha Rollins had my filed transferred to him alone and he would would not return any of my phone calls, and did not deny my my charges of his wrong doings posted also on the web and now it is too late to do so as well.. and he Sasha Rollins or his Bell subordinates would not send me any official signed ISP payment invoices for the last 6 months, he or his subordinates added extra charges to my unlimited 6 meg download account this year too, he or his subordinates charged me extra for a new modem I never requested, he and his subordinate falsified the fact I had renewed my bell Sympatico contract in 2008, and he would not send me a copy of this new 2008 contract as well.. Bell had lied they were proving me high speed system for years but when I did a speed test I found this was big lie.. and I proved it as well to all. All THIS I WRITE AGAIN IS ALL UNDENIABLE TOO.. AND all the major news editors got copies of these charges, so did they key Mps, others, and they are posted on the web for all to read still to date. BELL UNACCEPTABLY PLAYS A DIRTY GAME FOR A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE NOW.

Recent discussions by both Bell and Rogers on their Corporate need  to get more and more money, with even any excuse, still out of consumers, and to throttle the downloads,  only all clearly confirms the reality as to how poorly managed these same companies in realty are still.. They too now have been wrongfully over subsidized by the CRTC, the Canadian  federal governments now too… now it is rather time the citizens got the break, protection.

But Acanac offers a solution to this community.acanac.com Forum Index » Common DSL Problems » Official workaround to the Bell throttle: Utorrent )

Here is 2 very popular past helpful posts of mine you may find useful to consumers.. Many Consumers do not know how to choose firstly an ISP provider, and what their options are too.

Free speech and whistle blowers help to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this

Subject: ACN

Hi Paul, As I mentioned to you, I’m an independent representative with ACN, the world’s largest direct selling telecommunications service provider. ACN reigns as a global corporation providing telecommunications services to customers in 19 countries spanning North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific. We are partnered with some of the most well-known names in telecommunications such as Bell Canada, Telus Mobility, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Nextel, Alltel, Comcast and Disney Mobil. Within the next five years ACN anticipates that they will be operating in 80 countries worldwide.

Through relationship promotion (eliminating the high cost of traditional marketing methods) ACN offers consumers a better choice and greater value on the essential services they already use every day like local and long distance calling, internet, wireless services and satellite TV (coming to Canada in 2008) – plus leading edge services like digital phone service with video phones.

ACN has been featured in USA Today, Fortune Magazine, Direct Selling News, U.S. Business Review, Inc. Magazine, The Globe & Mail, Success Magazine, Success from Home Magazine, to name a few. ACN is publicly endorsed by multi-billionaire Mr. Donald Trump. It is the only company that he has ever endorsed that he does not own.

Our services are routinely less expensive than Bell, Rogers or Cogeco. Our customer service is outstanding, personal and professional. We provide customer care 24/7 365, (a real person, no Emily) and we speak English! For Canada, we are headquartered in Montreal. We hire Canadians and we do not out-source to India.

As we dscussed, I have sent you two links to look at if you would like to consider ACN as your telecommincations provider. One link http://www.acncanada.ca will take you to the public site and the other http://www.yourdigitalfuture.acnrep.com will take you to my website on ACN.

I have openly rightfully shared with the Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper’s office that Bell Sympatico undeniably is one of the most dirty, immoral, abusive Corporation, firm I have dealt in Canada  in my lifetime. One that even falsely   suppressed my complaints against it, my right of free speech as well.

Because Bell Sympatico has UNACCEPTABLY TOO often HAD breached my ISP contractual agreement  and  NEXT Bell Sympatico had forcibly falsely disconnected my ISP service with them too thus next  I have been forced to switch over to the Canadian   www.acanac.ca/  -Residential High Speed ADSL without any Limits and  No Blocked Ports or Traffic Shapping, plus Unlimited Downloading 100 GB of Online Storage Up to 5 Mbps Download and 800 Kbps Upload  $18.95 per month  This offer is available on a 1 year term and the first year of service. www.acanac.ca/Webhosting.html Call Tel:  1-866-281-3538 ,  1-416-849-8520 On top of that I repeatedly do ask why Bell is now so expensive in comparisons to it’s competitor that uses the same TROUBLED EVEN Bell internet lines..
(   Acanac is an independent subcontractor of Bell so Bell will still cap the bitterest downloads during peak hours, something Bell does not readily advertise to all customers. But Acanac offers a solution to this community.acanac.com Forum Index » Common DSL Problems » Official workaround to the Bell throttle: Utorrent  )

I also find it really hypocritical, how basically unfair, totally unacceptable, one sided  too it still is that that Bell Sympatico very loudly still demands full payments for their supposed services from all of their customers, when they Bell Sympatico clearly too often and unacceptably Bell Sympatico  did not meet it contractual obligations to many of it’s customers, even when Bell Sympatico have not only provided a very poor, inadequate, incomplete  services to many of their net customers, but in the process Bell Sympatico had also lied to, and had abused their customers.

You can readily check your actual downloads speeds at http://2wire.com/bandwidth/ or many other similar sites too http://www.speedtest.net/ . Such witnessed by even me immoral acts, behaviors by Bell Sympatico has never been denied back to me and is never acceptable now still too and Bell needs to be fully regulated by the federal Consumer Affairs Ministers, even confronted, punished appropriately by the justice ministers as well for it’s much too many unacceptable bad, immoral acts too.

Bell Sympatico now even  wants an extra payment of 75 dollars if I do not return ASAP their high speed modem as soon as possible, conveniently forgetting that they themselves had wrongfully had breached my ISP contract, and also that they had falsely refused to refund me for an  overcharge of an  extra 55 dollars, to me for this  high speed modem that I had never even requested from Bell Sympatico in the first place, and they too easily seem to forget that  fact they Bell Sympatico had falsely also now tried 4 times to withdraw, steal my  money from my bank account even during the time I as supposed to have  free 6 months high speed unlimited internet as well. An agreement they too had falsely breached now.

Now Bell Sympatico’s executive care  Sasha Rollins had  complained to me in writing 3 times back that in the last 18 months I have written 280 letters of rightful complaints to Bell about their inadequate, pretentious, services, even their false breach of their contract obligations.

Filed under: News and politics  Tags: abusers, Bell, Contract, liars, Sympatico Why does it take months to reply to me on my simple issues too.  I keep on getting transferred also to invalid persons, telephone numbers at Bell even today.. Mrs Fernandez  RSVP ASAP

I HAVE HAD IN CANADA IN THE LAST 25 YEARS WHICH IS OFTEN A POLICE STATE THE POLICE COME TO MY HOME 6 TIMES BECAUSE OF SOMETHING I HAD WRITTEN TO THE NEWS EDITORS WITH A COPY TO THE MAYOR, PREMIER, PRIME MINISTER, AND IT WAS ALL A FALSE, CLEAR ATTEMPT TO OF OBSTRUCTION FO JUSTICE, FALSE SUPPRESSIONS  AND HARASSMENT, BUT I AM STILL OPENLY WRITING TOO. all it takes for the evil persons to persons is for the good person to falsely give in to the wicked, who do not like their negative truth exposed of course.. and crooked pastor snow are no different.. 3 separate bad pastors have tried to kick me out of their churches and WERE AS A DIRECT RESULT FORCED TO RESIGN NEXT STILL TOO. Now I am dealing with a very crooked corporation bell Sympatico who now also had  tried to suppress me telling everyone the truth as to what they are really like in my experiences as well. So what else is new? Public exposure and prosecution of the major bad guys serves everyone’s best interest still too and emails and the net is great for that too..

Hey here is what I have also  noticed Bell sends me by mail many times false invoices for their past internet services, but these invoices are unsigned and not official even thus.

Bell’s executive care Useless Supervisor Mrs Fernandez of Bell’s useless Sasha Rollins also needs to be replaced now too Immediately..The also clearly  useless 1-866 317 3382 Bell Sympatico care department too. Dealing with Bell Sympatico is one of the biggest crap in the  world.. for they mostly give you useless information, useless replies, useless phone numbers too, and that is why I send copies of my letters to Bell to everyone..

I have a civil engineering degree, Concordia University , Montreal 1968, and I had worked as a ReMax Realtor in Calgary too but in my decades of real life experiences in Canada the existing laws, regulating societies, governments clearly did not stop many Realtors,  lawyers or even now Bell Sympatico from telling lies to the customers, others.  http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2008/07/13/misapplications-of-the-laws-in-canada/

Imagine that Bell has been in Business for many years and is still guilty now clearly of misleading advertisements, fraudulent and unacceptable business practices, not living up to their contractual obligations, as I now have PERSONALLY WITNESSED, EXPERIENCED  and undeniably detailed to even Bell and many others many times too now . I Paid for a high speed unlimited download service but that is not what I got next. I got low internet speed at a high price. With Bell you have to check your actual delivered speeds , “internet download and upload speed test” cause Bell seems to change it to suit themselves..  (Presently I am with Acanac Inc. http://www.acanac.ca 1-866-281-3538, and do  see their speed test too).

ISP false, misleading adds

Stop now today,  the unacceptable,  misleading Rogers, Bell, Videotron  ISP adds about having the  fastest internet connection or the most powerfull  that firstly  do not mention their download cappings now too!!

Rogers and Bell Sympatico has each announced super fast internet service, Everyone is misleading the customers in Canada, DSL and Cable ISP  that they are providing the fastest internet speeds, but there is a catch, this is not their basic common services offered..

but also  that should be available from Rogers even only by the end of the year 2008.  More bad news is that it won’t be cheap! Customers can expect to pay about $100 per month plus taxes in order to have the fastest internet connection on their block

Bell and Rogers present adds are misleading about their speeds which are Not available in most parts   of Canada firstly too

Rogers Cable Communications today announced plans to launch an even faster   internet service, which will offer customers the fastest residential service. rogers Yahoo! Hi-Speed Elite will provide a speed of up to 18 megabits per. Rogers Cable announced Elite high speed internet (HSI) service that it says will provide download speeds of up to 18 megabits per second. The company did not announce upload speeds.

Bell Canada today announced the availability of Sympatico Optimax   which promises maximum download speeds of 16 megabits per second (Mbps). Sympatico will offer two levels of service . A 10 Mbps service for $70 per month and a 16 Mps service for $100 per month. Both services will have a 75 GB bandwith cap.  The company did not announce download speeds, however, it is expected to be the same as the Sympatico Optimax service in Montreal which has an upload speed of 1 Mbps.

Do rightfully Make them all more honest, more transparent about the type of services, speeds they do offer now and where as well..

Bell and  Rogers throttles BitTorrent to hell and back. The only workaround some say is  is to use port 1720, which is a temporary solution only. Because Rogers throttles BitTorrent and other P2P, and they’re not gonna leave port 1720 unthrottled forever. cap your upload to 75-80% of your actual maximum (in KiB/s).. there are other options.. merely leave Bell and Rogers..

Capping: The Criminal Code of Canada’s section 184.2.c.i-ii DOES NOT warrant them to do packet sniffing. It allows them to ONLY ‘sample’ traffic for quality reasons. You need to remember that these rules were drafted to stop people making their own wire taps on phone technology. What the statement is saying is that: If I am a phone tech I am allowed to connect to the line to check for hums/crackels/dead-service and then do my job to fix it. With Internet traffic you may not capture a person’s traffic unless a court order is issued to do so. The subject of traffic shaping is very different…They are looking into packet headers and making changes that are not a privacy issue…

Net neutrality bill hits House

Amazing one of the most active complaint issues by the citizens on Canada’s interent and the major political parties in Canada  still have no comment? Why?

“Net neutrality bill hits House of Commons

The NDP has followed through with its promise to introduce legislation to the House of Commons that seeks to keep the internet open and free from control by service providers.

“This bill is about fairness to consumers,” said Charlie Angus, the NDP’s digital spokesman, in the House of Commons on Wednesday. “The internet is a critical piece of infrastructure not just for Canada but for the world … this bill protects the innovation agenda of Canada.”

The private member’s bill, C-552, is in reaction to moves by some of Canada’s largest internet service providers (ISPs), including Bell Canada Inc. and Rogers Communications Inc., to limit their customers’ uses of the internet. Bell, Rogers and a few others say a small percentage of customers have been congesting their networks by using peer-to-peer applications such as BitTorrent, so they have slowed the internet down at peak times of the day.

The ISPs’ actions have provoked outrage from internet users, with about 300 protesters taking to the steps of Parliament Hill on Tuesday. Critics have said the targeting of peer-to-peer applications is just the tip of the iceberg. If ISPs are allowed to decide which internet applications can and can’t be used, innovative new companies that were born from experimentation — such as Google, Amazon and eBay — may not happen in the future.

“Net neutrality affects everybody, every person, every business, every hospital, every institution is involved in the exchange of information over the internet,” Angus told CBCnews.ca. “This shouldn’t be about party lines.”

The four-page bill seeks to amend the Telecommunications Act and “prohibit network operators from engaging in network management practices that favour, degrade or prioritize any content, application or service transmitted over a broadband network based on its source, ownership or destination, subject to certain exceptions.”

It also looks to prohibit “network operators from preventing a user from attaching any device to their network and requires network operators to make information about the user’s access to the internet available to the user.”

The proposed bill makes exception for ISPs to manage traffic in reasonable cases, Angus said, such as providing stable speeds for applications such as gaming or video conferencing.

“There are areas where telecoms have to be able to exercise rights, but that doesn’t give them the ability to arbitrarily interfere or discriminate,” Angus said.

Section 27 (2) of the Telecommunications Act says: “No Canadian carrier shall, in relation to the provision of a telecommunications service or the charging of a rate for it, unjustly discriminate or give an undue or unreasonable preference toward any person, including itself, or subject any person to an undue or unreasonable disadvantage.”

The CRTC certainly shows no signs of protecting consumers, nor do the Conservatives and Libersls; they are much more likely to protect the interests of corporations when it comes to an issue such as this..

Officials at Bell and Rogers did not immediately return requests for comment.

A spokesperson for Minister of Industry Jim Prentice also did not immediately return a request for comment. The spokesperson also did not reply to requests for comment on the net neutrality rally.

Liberal industry critic Scott Brison has not weighed in on the issue, despite having held meetings with Bell, Rogers and several smaller ISPs a few weeks ago. His spokesman did not reply to a request for comment on Wednesday.

The CRTC can’t impose fines for companies violating the Telecommunications Act? Then what is the point of the act?

Section 36 also says: “Except where the commission approves otherwise, a Canadian carrier shall not control the content or influence the meaning or purpose of telecommunications carried by it for the public.”

Despite those two sections, Angus said CRTC chairman Konrad von Finckenstein told the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage two weeks ago that the regulator did not have sufficient means to punish ISPs violating the rules. Finckenstein said the CRTC needs the ability to impose monetary penalties for violating both the Telecommunications and Broadcasting Acts.

The Canadian government, courts and Bell

Anyone still wonder why the Conservatives cannot get out of their minority government slump? Over and over again I have the citizens say the same thing even face to face today.. “the politicians do nothing about the immoral, lying, stealing, no good, abusive Corporations in Canada like Bell Sympatico  because they too often do the same thing. The Conservatives included.” Bell Sympatico complaints

Canadians are fighting back against Bell Canada’s traffic shaping  by organizing a rally in support of network neutrality. The rally is being backed by a long list of organizations including Google, two major political parties, three ISPs, and two major unions. It was set for today May 27, 2007 Tuesday at 11:30 am on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The only question that remains is, will the government listen?”

“The federal New Democrats will introduce a private member’s bill on Wednesday that would entrench the principle of “net neutrality” and enact rules to keep the internet free from interference by service providers, an NDP MP told a rally Tuesday in Ottawa.Parliament Hill was beset by about 300 people impassioned by an issue not usually associated with protest marches: internet access. “Save the internet,” read one angry placard. “Say no to Big Brother watching you,” said another. The New Democratic Party’s Charlie Angus told the cheering crowd that the private member’s bill would protect Canadian consumers from having their internet speeds “throttled” by service providers.”You are citizens of a digital realm and you have rights,” he said. The protesters, some of whom boarded buses in the early morning hours to get to the rally, are supporters of net neutrality, a movement urging the government to enact rules that prevent large internet service providers (ISPs) from interfering with the free flow of information over the internet. “Our net not for sale,” they chanted, as well as, “Whose net? Our net.”At issue in the net neutrality debate are the actions of big ISPs that have been slowing down the internet speeds of customers who use certain types of applications, such as peer-to-peer software used for file sharing.Bell Canada Inc. and Rogers Communications Inc., Canada’s two largest ISPs, as well as a few others including Videotron Ltée. and Cogeco Inc., have for some time been engaging in a practice known as “traffic shaping” or “throttling,” where speeds of certain types of internet applications are slowed at certain times of the day. The main targets have been peer-to-peer applications such as BitTorrent, which have emerged as efficient ways of transferring large files like videos. The ISPs say they are throttling such applications because a small percentage of customers are creating network congestion through constant use, which is slowing down connection speeds for the majority.Angus took a swipe at the Liberals, who have been largely silent on the issue of net neutrality. Industry critic Scott Brison met with Bell, Rogers and other independent ISPs weeks ago, but has still not formed a position.”This is not a partisan issue, but we’re hearing radio silence,” Angus told CBCNews.ca. “Where are the Liberals?”Mauril Bélanger, Liberal MP for Ottawa-Vanier, also addressed the crowd and agreed that control of the internet must be kept out of the hands of vested interests. He said the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) already has the power to do this with the Telecommunications Act and refused to support the NDP’s billProtesters at the rally said the ISPs have not only failed to prove their claims regarding the need for throttling, they also have no right to pick and choose which internet applications run faster than others.”When did Bell deign to say what’s good and what’s bad?” said Gatsby Wong, 32, a computer technician who got on a bus in Toronto at 4 a.m. in order to get to the rally. “Who gave them that right?”Protesters also said the practices are anticompetitive, since internet-based phone or video sales services run up against the ISPs’ own existing business lines.”They say they have a congestion problem, but where’s the proof?” said Mark Farr, 49, a renovations worker who made the trip from Welland, Ont., to attend the rally. “They say I’m the problem, but they’re the problem.”Spokespeople for Bell and Rogers did not return requests for comment.Rally leaders urged Minister of Industry Jim Prentice and the CRTC to enact rules enshrining the rights of internet users. Net neutrality isn’t just an issue for technical geeks, they said, it is vital for maintaining freedom of speech and for keeping the innovation that has resulted in the birth and growth of such revolutionary companies as Google, Amazon and eBay.”We need to protect the internet from being hijacked by vested interests,” said Phillipa Lawson, director of the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC), at the University of Ottawa. ” If market forces could solve this problem we wouldn’t be here today.”Rocky Gaudrault, the rally’s main organizer and chief executive officer of TekSavvy Solutions Inc., told protesters that net neutrality is comprised of three basic principles: competition, innovation and consumer rights. “I’m sorry, but none of those are for sale.”
Smaller ISPs such as TekSavvy, as well as more than 50 others represented at the rally by the Canadian Association of Internet Providers (CAIP), are taking particular exception with Bell’s traffic-shaping practices. Because it has a taxpayer-funded monopoly over phone-cable infrastructure in much of Canada, Bell — as well as other phone companies — is mandated by the CRTC to rent portions of its network to CAIP members so they can provide services to their own customers.

It has already been openly alleged that Bell has somone at the CRTC in their back pocket.

Bell, BCE

Bell, BCE shares plunge 12% after court ruling still needs to see how it’s customers do see Bell too…

Why is it that even so many managers and their subordinates too  falsely believe they will not reap what they sow now, the bad things they do included?
Bell is well over its glory days, and comparing to other operators around the world, it is a mediocre buy at that price. they have been caught sleeping at the wheel too often and not being fair to its customers too often too. They should do their homework first, build on solid ‘sound’ principles first and then see if somebody is willing to put money into it. For now it is simply a purchase of a skeleton out of tune with the industry and a history of burning up good Canadian talent at the expense of the shareholders, and at contempt for the bona fide user. Bell go back to your core business and do a good job and then its time will come. I am glad I own no teachers fund equity.”

“I see Bell Canada as an out-of-date behemoth. I recently paid my last ever bill to Bell Canada something I vowed to do in 1999 after realizing just how bad my Bell Canada abuse their land line customers. Recently, at long last, my internet provide, a cable co. began to offer phone over cable in my area. ‘

Bell have two very odd charges that add up to a lot of money. And at that, they are of course taxed making it worse:1) Network Access Fee. What is this? Why do we have to pay a fee to access the service that is offered as the landline. This is simply a naked cash grab.2) Touch Tone fee of $2.80. Bell Canada’s switches have been “modernized” for over 20 years where the switch circuit can equally take pulse (rotary dial) and tone dialing. Whether you operate a touchtone phone or a rotary dial, it makes absolutely no cost difference to Bell Canada. However, where about 13 M Canadian lines are paying touch-tone service, this amounts to a naked cash grab of $500M per year for Bell Canada. My Bell Canada landline was $28.69 with Bell Canada. My Videotron cable phone is $16.95 for identical level of service. That works out to a hair under $160/year with taxes.

Over 2M Canadians now have cable based phone. Most of those were former Bell Canada customers.

I will not miss Bell Canada at all. The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund should look very carefully at what it is that they are buying.”

Undeniably  a lot of people hate do Bell, many past dissatisfied customers who also do undeniably also vent their anger at the government’s, CRTC past poor inactions here too.

When Bell misleads,  lies and says it has the fastest internet speed in Canada that does not mean every home has that speed firstly, or continually for that matter too. Also be honest and fair when Bell lies and distorts it’s advertised internet downloads speed as being up to  7 megs,  maximum, rather Bell should honestly say it’s downloads speeds are a minimum of 1.1 megs or more.

These comments above by others even do confirm what I have openly said before too that Bell has not only abused their past land line customers, and their internet customers because Bell still has much too many unacceptable poor executives, managers who do falsely abuse their customers, and Bell does try to make any false cash grabs from the customers, or rather plain  old fashion thefts from the customers, that they can and much too often? I have also clearly said before too that Bell cannot be trusted. Bell  needs to be fully regulated. And I have also rightly said someone should tell the Ontario school teachers’ what a bad deal  buying Bell is and that is now being done too.

BCE now looking to the Supreme Court for help instead of looking at itself, it’s poor mangers  is another absurdity or Bell threatening to sue me, cutting of my Sympatico internet  for telling the truth about Bell to others too is another unacceptable absurdity now too!!

Bell has only itself to blame for all of this, not anyone else, especially not the users, customers.

Just a reminder. There are many basic reasons for a Corporation’s downfall. Besides having selected bad, over paid or underpaid executives, managers, employees firstly there is the management style itself., which can include  theft and/or abusing the customers too, over pricing too. Now I am not alone, just one of many in these observations too. A firms starts to abuse the customers. so it’s sales volume and profitability reduces, so to compensate they often do a false survey, generally false cause they have no intention of facing up to their own negative contributions, basic truths, and/or  the blame it on others, unions, interest rates, banks, courts even.. sound recently familiar? So what do they generally do, well they tighten their belts, get rid of some of the employees, the fish begins to rots from the head, but they tend to cut of the tail first, and it still really does not help. So the bad Corporation managers they  tighten the belt some more, they now offer less services to the customers, and increase the pricing too? Sound familiar? Look at how Bell Sympatico had responded to their competitors, their internet services this year and the significant negative feedback, reaction they got too from their customers. The fact that Bell Sympatico, and Rogers too now in the last year have been the most hated, the most negatively discussed topic, corporations on Canada’s internet is undeniable too. Just also look at Bell’s higher pricing over the competition, and it now still also explains why Bell is at war also with it’s competitors and not just the customers too, and why Bell has undeniably so many dissatisfied customers now too. So the Corporations common solution of jacking up the prices, cutting back on the customer services of course predictably next it even leads to a more dramatic economic loss, loss of their customers,  and do you really think they amongst many others executive managers would learn from any of this? Management still had to cut off it’s own head, the bad exemplary  executive managers? The Corporation next had kept on   on tightening the belt so much that they next choked themselves to death, have come to an irreversible place. All simple too. I have seen the same thing been done by computer resellers, and also by large grocery corporations, such as Super C, Provigo, some managers still never do learn from their mistakes and the whole firm  suffers for it, especially next the shareholders.

Bell Sympatico next as per the last letter to me, contrary to my rightful objection is falsely going to disconnect my internet services with them as of May 31, 2008 to try to shut me up, they are going to breach my contract with me, and Jim Prentice, Consumer Affairs,  did, do not help in these matters to date. I got a useless reply from the federal consumer’s office too before , even from  Dussault.Madeleine@cb-bc.gc.ca,  l;ike i had said  they  did  not do much good in these matters too to date. How many more citizens will have to wrongfully suffer because of the detail, witnessed  Bell’s immoral management before the federal consumer affairs department and CRTC deals with it all adequately and fully now too?

Cult (totalistic type): A group or movement exhibiting a great or excessive devotion or dedication to some person, idea, or thing and employing unethically manipulative techniques of persuasion and control (e.g. isolation from former friends and family, debilitation, use of special methods to heighten suggestibility and subservience, powerful group pressures, information management, suspension of individuality or critical judgment, promotion of total dependency on the group and fear of leaving it, etc.), designed to advance the goals of the group’s leaders, to the actual or possible detriment of members, their families, or the community. (West & Langone, 1986, pp. 119-120) and funny how that describes the past reactions of Both Bell and the CRTC to my post as well.. they also both banned me from their own internet sites for my posting the negative truths they do not want others to read..

Poor quality of Sympatico internet service

The similar bad experience of others too..

1: Poor quality of Sympatico internet service

“Poor quality of Sympatico internet service -I have been a Sympatico customer for about 10 months now and haven’t had any problems up until the beginning of December.
Up until that point I was able to access any web pages I wished with no lag or problems and I was also able to download files with no problems at a good speed.
I then started noticing that my web pages were taking a long time to load and that files were taking a long time to download so I decided to to a speed test. The results of the speed test revealed that my download rate was below 200 kbps and my upload speeds were double my download speed. I tried this on my second computer and got the same results.
I knew right away that there was a problem after seeing this so I called the Sympatico tech support. They had me do all sorts of different things on my computer to see if they could get it back to speed and nothing helped.

After over an hour of doing everything they asked of me they told me that there must be a problem with my computer.

As a computer technician myself I told them that nothing was wrong and that I had already checked the computer for any possible viruses, adware, spyware, etc.

The tech put me on hold for about 15 minutes and came back and said that they tested my line and they have a crystal clear connection so I should be getting around 2.4 Mbps download speeds and since I’m not it has to be a problem with my computer. I told them that that is unlikely since I have 2 computers and the results are the same on both. The tech told me that there was nothing else they could do and insisted that nothing was wrong on their end. I was extremely frustrated since I spent about an hour and a half on the phone with them and got no where . Frustrated with their answer I decided to get a laptop from work and did the speed test on it, and I was not surprised to see the same results. A friend of mine also had a spare DSL modem so I borrowed it to see if it was a problem with my modem and his modem didn’t change anything either. I called tech support a second time and explained that I have tried 3 different computers and and a different modem I get the same results with all of them. They put me on hold again and said that everything tests out ok and that I am getting a connection speed of 2.4 Mbps. No matter what I told the tech on the phone he insisted that I was getting that speed and that there was something wrong on my end. I was getting more and more frustrated the more I spoke to the tech so I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor told me that he was going to run some tests on my line and call me back the next business day. The supervisor called me back later that day and left me a message that he made some changes to the line and that he would still call me back to see if it helped. I did the speed test again and nothing was changed. I called them back a few days later since the supervisor didn’t call and when I called again I got the same story again about there being nothing wrong from their side. They had me do the same tests for the 3rd time and in the end they once again said there was nothing wrong. Frustrated again I asked to talk to a supervisor and after spending about a half hour talking to this supervisor he decided to send me a new modem even after I told him I tried that. When the new modem arrived I tried it out and did the speed test and just as I suspected got the same results. I called tech support again and explained that it has been 3 weeks now and I’ve tried everything I can so it has to be something to do with them. They told me there was nothing wrong so for a 3rd time I spoke to a supervisor and he said everything was fine and that there was nothing they could do (sounds like a broke record doesn’t it?) . A friend of a mine upon speaking to one his friends that owns an ISP in our city, he found out that he has been fighting with Bell to fix the exact same problem in my area which had something to do with Bell’s equipment. By this point after calling Bell 6 times and getting nowhere I have had enough and called to cancel my account with them. They told me I was in a contract and that I would have to pay a $200 penalty to get out of the contract. I explained the whole situation and why I wanted to cancel and they told me that I had to exhaust one last before they can waive the $200 fee. They said I had to call the “Get connected” team and that a group of experts would have to look at it and if they couldn’t fix it then they would waive the fee. I called this so called team of experts and found out that they are the same people I have been calling all along so they deemed my problem unrepairable and that they would put that in the ticket but since the business office was closed that I would have to call back the next day to cancel my account. The next day I called and the person I spoke to said that I can’t cancel since I was in a contract. I explained to them what the person said the previous day and they told me that that person shouldn’t have said that. I told him that I would have no problems staying in the contract if they would offer the service they said they would when I signed it. They told me that they don’t guarantee any download speeds all they guarantee is that I have a connection which I did. Steaming mad at this point I told them to send out a technician to my house because there was something wrong that they needed to fix. After putting me on hold again for 15 minutes they told me they were going to send out a tech. That night just to be sure I took my computer over to a friends house that also has sympatico and I was able to get full download speeds on his connection so I was sure it wasn’t my computer. I again tried it on my connection when I got my computer back home and had slow speeds as usual. The next morning I tried it again and surprisingly it was fixed!!!! I spoke to my friend and he informed me that his friend that owned the ISP said that Bell had fixed a problem with one of their switches and in turn that fixed my problem. I wasn’t surprised to hear that something that Bell fixed with their equipment fixed my problem since that is what I had been telling them all along. I spent well over 8 hours calling Bell, working on my computer, checking cables, and testing and 4 weeks of poor quality internet service to find out what I had been telling them all along, that it was a problem they had to fix.

All I can say that when my contract is over I’m done with Bell, they have not respect for their customers and until they do I don’t want to do business with them.
If you only read one line of this I hope that its this: DON’T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH BELL UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!! THEY DON’T VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHAT SO EVER.

“Bell Sympatico High Speed Internet
Bell Sympatico
CA
I have been with Sympatico for about 7 years, and I went up the line from dial up to high speed and up until Aug. 07, everything was great! I was billed as High Speed (not Ultra) with Unlimited up and download, well, they fixed that, prime time, I was only getting a max of 30 Kbs/per sec. But for those that are up nights the service would be great because about midnight you would get the speed you paid for. I understand that one day there is going to be a back log in service, but don’t have innocent people lie to their customers saying its the customers computer and have them spend hours unplugging this and that, try this and that! Don’t call tech support! The only thing they support is the Author of the instruction manual they are reading from! I have paid since Aug. 07 for a service I was promised and never received and if I had the nerve…I’d take them to Small Claims Court to get my money back!
For those of you looking for a service, choose wisely (I now have cable high speed)! For those of you that ONLY HAVE ONE CHOICE…GOOD LUCK WITH IT! Don’t be shy, complaining WILL get you SOME satisfaction.”

Subject: and how really stupid is the CRTC too? for Bell is clearly immoral too.
Attention Prime Minister, Government of Canada, CRTC, Federal Minister of Consumer affairs. May 14, 2008

The simple Questions that I really rightfully now do  still have is how stupid now do those people at the CRTC now think we the citizens now are, and how really stupid is the CRTC too? How is it they the CRTC  falsely cannot see how bad and unacceptably now Bell once again really is?

Now you all do know I am transparently honest, consistent, persistent too, and I have plenty of time and resources on my hand to pursue any subject too.. such as Bell Sympatico..

There was, is a need for regulatory Government intervention of Bell, ISP providers practices, advertisements too. There has been a lot of evidence, allegations about Bell managerial practices,  and it’s motives. It’s mostly been  warranted.

Historical Chronology of my  real dealings with Bell Sympatico, by phone and in WRITING. And you all got email copies of all of my related major BELL CORRESPONDENCES HERE IN THE LAST 10 MONTHS NOW TOO. And many of them are posted on the net now to.

-January too I phone Bell Sympatico stenchy technical  support to find out why my unlimited high speed internet, is  turtle slow. and Bell lies to me for the next 6 months.
-July 2007 I measure the actual downloads speeds supplied to me my Bell and firsthand discover I do not have a High speed internet services. So next
I talk to an expert, an IBM engineer to find out why, and he explains it to me, Bell has no high speed services to my area. Bell has lied, was guilty of false, misleading advertisings too.
– August 2007 I start to talk directly to the President office at Bell Sympatico executive care as to what I have undeniably found.
– August 2007 Bell installs a High fiber optical line to my area
-September 2007 Bell wants more money for the extra high speed supplied and I rightfully refuse it.. so Bell starts to reduce my speeds, even internet capping included..
– November 2007 Bell threatens to cut of both my phone services and internet if I reveal to anyone else what I have discovered about Bell’s DSL services, high speed services. Dictatorial Bell is guilty of obstruction of Justice here, false suppression of free speech.
– December 2007 Things come to a critical head, when I contact the news media, CBC, CJAD, Gazette so Bell , President office Sasha Rollins negotiates with me and offers credit for 6 months of high speed internet. I talk for about 6 hours on the phone with him and we discuss all kind of related things, such as the future of Bell Sympatico internet services, what the competition DSL and Cable offers too. Bell’s false misleading advertising about their DSL high-speed unlimited services too, and their false capping.
– February  2008 Bell decides to make permanent changes to their services offered and Bell starts to discontinue their high speed unlimited internet services, unofficially and also works on preventing Bell customers switching over to the competition.. this means capping the other ISP providers too. Bell gets a mad customer backlash on this. 40 percent of Bell’s customers are dissatisfied with Bell, it services, approach, etc.
Next I rightfully do charge Bell with denial of free speech, privacy invasion in their capping attempts as well, etc.,
– March 2008 Bell refuses to give me signed official statement of my Billing and my new contract as well
– April 2008  Bell falsely  bans me of their customer forums for my revealing to others what bell is really like and was doing, it’s poor services.
– April 2008 I even do reveal in writing that Bell will likely win the CAIP – CRTC hearing * cause Bell has someone inside the CRTC on the take..
– May 2008 Bell does not like the exposure I give them and they threatened to discontinue for the 3rd time my Internet contract with them and do not give me my requested contract, detail signed billings too.
As I had posted on the net too.. ” I was  once naive about Bell Sympatico. I had originally thought that when I had originally subscribed to Bell Sympatico’s High speed unlimited internet   services, that Bell next  could be trusted to keep their contractual obligations, but when time had started to pass, and I started in July 2007 to actually regularly  measure Bell Sympatico’s performances,  I had confirmed that Bell Sympatico undeniably,  clearly was not  keeping it’s promised,  contractual obligations, and next they still also had not done so as well. Next  Bell Sympatico  trough it’s many overall bad reps, support personnel continued to behave immorally in these matters by firstly, falsely not disclosing the full real reasons that  Bell now  had not been delivering their contractual, promises  to me and many others too now,    and Bell Sympatico  falsely continued also in even allowing all of the customers to be abused further by falsely implying the customer themselves were rather the ones now at fault originally now too in the reasons for Bell’s poor services and the  false Bell capping diversions reasons given out. In the last 16 months I too had witnessed and detailed that Bell Sympatico’s whole behavior and service performances   has been totally inacceptable. Cleary even Greedy Bell Sympatico  had wrongfully  gave even me a lot of grief, pain, problems, wasted my time the last 16 months too and Bell  they should now still even pay me more  for it too.

Now beyond a shadow of a doubt I have by my own witness, details I undeniably illustrated to all how dirty the President office of  Bell , Bell Sympatico has even played with me, all customers too

*Bell wins first round in throttling complaint Canada.com –   OTTAWA – Bell Canada won a reprieve at the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission on Wednesday when the regulator ruled against smaller Internet Service Providers seeking to immediately stop the company from the downgrading of web

“While the CRTC today ruled that CAIP did not meet the standard for interim relief it also recognized that Bell’s throttling of internet speeds was a serious issue. Internet law expert Michael Geist was not surprised by the decision but was also encouraged that the regulator is prepared to conduct a more substantive probe into the issue. ” “But Bell is not in the clear, the regulator ruled. The company’s practice of downgrading the Internet services of heavy bandwidth users of its competitors is a “serious question” that must be investigated. “

“The commission is satisfied that CAIP has demonstrated that there is a serious issue to be determined regarding whether Bell Canada’s practice of throttling Internet traffic carried by CAIP’s members subscribing to the Gateway Access Service tariff is in according with the requirements of the Telecommunications Act.” Thursday, the regulator will set out the process to be followed to determine whether Bell can continue to throttle Internet. CAIP alleges Bell has fabricated a bogus argument about a congestion problem to eliminate an incentive for its customers to switch to smaller ISPs, which continue to offer unlimited usage plans for customers. Bell this year uses a billing system based on usage instead of speed. And as of June 30, Bell next is lifting its $30 monthly cap on over-usage charges.

I despise how 2 of the ISP’s I’ve used, failed to provide the bandwidth I paid for. I still pay for the premium package of 10 Mb/s and often only get 3 or 4 Mb/s. What a rip off – they oversell the bandwidth and cheat their customers. I have to test my bandwidth all the time and continually complain or just get cheated. The government should be operating the net within Canada as an independent Board of Authority on a not for profit basis, and benchmarked to other ISP’s to stay cost effective.
In general: In an open society, ALL communication must have no restriction. Even more so in the Information Age. Internet communication is a necessary component to compete globally.

How would Bell like it if I paid up to 50 dollars a month depending on what actual Bell Internet speed they had delivered me, or I had said I would do my best to pay them? Absurd they would reply. Well it is unacceptable how they had lied about their unlimited high speed internet, being the fastest too in the country, when for a start their phone lines, equipment in many areas cannot handle it even.. they Bell are just con artists, liars, guilty of false, misleading practices who should go to jail directly now for it rightfully as well.. Unlimited is an oxymoron, how can you cap an unlimited account the customer had agreed to and paid now as well.

No one should have the right to be able to dictate which internet traffic is “important” and which internet traffic is not “important”. Traffic that may not seem to be so important to one person or entity could be extremely important to someone else. The internet must be maintained as a level playing field for all.
The CRTC must preserve net neutrality for the Canadian people by preventing the manipulation of our internet access by Internet service providers.

I agree.. No one should be the false big brother.. especially Bell…
Bell’s Big brother’s false regulations, supervision is just another dirty word for Bell just screwing someone some more in the interest of making more money, more profits for the Bell corporation and is always still contrary to the laws on free speech, our Charter of human rights too. Only the much too many clear fools and idiots at the CRTC, in the Conservative and Liberal governments sre the ones who cannot see this now too. Simple too.

I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS,  OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws…  those very  same persons who so readily  tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons  who  expect all of the others to falsely obey  the rules even now  all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the  very same persons to break most of  the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also  falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause  they do preach them  to others.

What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicianss too?  These same persons  who too  readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they  cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites.

When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the  man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?

For  just cause  someone, a lawyer now too even,  some one made up some set of rules it still does  not mean they are all valid, or legitimately  enforceable now too!  I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen’s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too.

CALGARY – An employee with the Calgary Police Service has been arrested in a drug trafficking operation and Calgary Policeman was arrested for drunk driving that caused an accident..

Bell’s invasion, abuse of my privacy is unacceptable too..   Move to protect Canadians’ privacy on Net irritates police, attracts others especialy while Bell and CRTC have reached a cult status

Subject: Move to protect Canadians’ privacy on Net irritates police, attracts others
In Canada the bullies, even the  corporate , political ones, and governmental ones too,  have clearly gone overboard with suppressing our right of free speech as citizens and with invading the citizens internet privacy. I also do not feel sorry for the cops as well  who are some of the biggest bullies now too, especially the RCMP. Also an executive with Bell had unacceptable shared my personal info with others on the net too, even before it next was confirmed with me.  (It was posted on the Bell’s own site,  customer discussion forum,  by someone else,  that I was going to be next removed from Bell, before I got the official Bell  letter next) Bell Sympatico still is one of the biggest unacceptable privacy invaders, bullies too.

Subject: Bell and CRTC have reached a cult status

and funny how that describes the past reactions of Both Bell and the CRTC to my post as well.. they also both next had banned me from their own internet sites for my posting the negative truths they do not want others to read..
“If you were half as good at running a company as you were at lobbying, maybe you’d have a better network,”  Quebecor executive vice-president Luc Lavoie who took a shot at the quality of Bell Canada’s cellphone service: . http://news.aol.ca/article/telecom-summit/258999/

The future is wireless, some would say  and the  past way they have mismanaged their past land line, ISP services too,  clearly indicates they will do it also next with the wireless services too at the users, customers expenses…

Recent discussions by both Bell and Rogers on their Corporate need  to get more and more money, with even any excuse, still out of consumers, and to throttle the downloads,  only all clearly confirms the reality as to how poorly managed these same companies in reality are still.. They too now have been wrongfully over subsidized by the CRTC, the Canadian  federal governments now too… now it is rather time the citizens got the break, protection.

But the way the Bell customer support services tended to poorly handle my rightful complaints was ridiculous next as well. They had mislead me often as to what the real problem was, it was bad poor Bell itself, their inabilities  to meet theor own  promised contract terms. (Prov 27:2 KJV)  Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.

Bell Sympatico undeniably clearly had beforehand promised me verbally a “high speed unlimited, uncapped, reliable, continual download services,  and not they will try to next to  offer me this, submit  their best service but they had, have  to deliver to my next what was promised.  In reality they had clearly failed to live up to their own advertisement, promises because of their in incapableness now to do so to me and often as I had witnessed even for 24 months and rightfully detailed, had complained to them too.  Bell, their false pride of self importance has gone to their head and has allowed also the employees, even the president of Bell, vice president of Bell Sympatico to wrongfully now be abusive to  me ,  to wrongfully think that they can dictate their  own contract obligations, terms now to others, to wrongfully make their own self evaluations too, and that the others, like me, have no choice but to comply even to their clearly lies, distortions, perversities. The Bell president himself now also needs to be reminded that a contract is a joint agreement amongst two equal, mutually submissive  parties, and that both parties have to respect the contract agreement, and each other, meaning definitely that Bell has to respect the customer now too.. When this immoral Bell perverts now even writes to me and says according to our own records we have adequately supplied your our services, that is a disserted one sided fact, not necessarily or rightfully shared by the customer now, me. I have dealt with another ISP and they were more honest as to what they had promised me and next delivered in comparisons to Bell Sympatico  now too. The Bell competitors  download speeds are significantly higher all the time as well,  with no capping too  and even cheaper too.

Reality- Dirty Dirty Bell Sympatico …the most abusive Corporation, firm I have dealt in Canada in my lifetime. Paul Kambulow
