People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

The self serving political watchdogs, the police forces in Canada  in reality they  still do too  often lie when they say they serve the citizen’s, public best interests..

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views.

Police managers continue to lie with their own promises of the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retraining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it?

I was once talking to deputy Minister Ken Kowalski of Alberta about this as to why and he replied cause in Alberta they do not pay the taxes. About the bad drivers.. Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said.  But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well?

Alberta drug and alcohol deaths have doubled in the past decade  Edmonton Sun  CALGARY — The number of recorded drug and alcohol deaths in Alberta has more than doubled in the past decade, says the province’s chief medical examiner. From 1998 to 2008, Alberta’s population has grown by only 13% while the annual number of non-suicide deaths attributable to intoxicants has leaped to 437 from 210. Kim Borden, research officer with the chief medical examiner’s office, was at a loss to explain why the number would so far exceed the province’s population increase. “But I do know drugs and drug-related deaths are a huge problem — it’s right up there with car crash fatalities,” she said. “It’s growing every year.” , the figures for deaths caused by drugs are likely much higher because the number of autopsies are so limited.

VICTORIA — Alcohol consumption has increased almost twice as much in British Columbia as it has in the rest of the country, according to a new study. Researchers at the University of Victoria Centre for Addictions Research say British Columbians’ alcohol consumption has risen 16 per cent since 1998. Saskatchewan has introduced the toughest repeat drunk-driving sentencing policy in Canada, just in time for the holiday party season. As of Friday in Saskatchewan, there will be a minimum mandatory 30-day jail sentence for repeat offenders who have had one prior conviction in the past five years or two convictions in the past ten years.  Further, if a convicted drunk driver has two convictions in the past five years or three in the past ten years, the mandatory jail sentence will be 120 days.  These sentences will be more severe if the drunk driving offences have caused bodily harm or if the offender is found to be driving while disqualified. http://www.torontosun.com/news/canada/2009/12/09/12098391.html

Yet  ex Ontario OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino called it “the Lord’s work arresting anyone except the cops for speeding, thus ” “Saving lives“. The devil disguised as an angel of light again. He said his officers will “make no apologies” for continuing to enforce a law that gives police the power to impound vehicles, suspend licences, and slap high fines against drivers before the driver has a chance to appear in court. False image of racing.. On Sept. 4, 2009 Ontario Justice G. J. Griffin overturned an earlier guilty verdict on a grandmother caught doing more than 50 km/h over the posted limit of 80 km/h on a stretch of Highway 7 near Kaladar. At the time, Jane Raham, 62, was overtaking a truck. Among many other opinions, Justice Griffin said Raham certainly didn’t conjure up the image of a stunt driver. Griffin’s ruling means convicting someone on excessive speeding alone under the street racing law is now considered unconstitutional.  That makes some common sense. And it doesn’t mean reckless street racers who swerve in and out of lanes endangering others won’t face the strict penalties under the street racing law. Those penalties include having your car impounded as soon as you’re charged and a $2,000 to $10,000 fine. Some may say driving more than 50 kilometres over the posted speed limit is dangerous so it should fall under the stunt driving law. But there are already sufficient fines and penalties, not to mention insurance ramifications, to deter driving at such a high speed. Impounding someone’s car at the scene in a simple case of speeding does seem somewhat onerous. Jailing them – although up to the discretion of a judge – would still be outrageous.

It’s all very simple: obey the laws.  You broke the law, accept the consequences, and if that hypocritical, absurd, extreme statement was the reality, the truth, everyone would next be in jail, all of the politicians, civil and public servants, cops firstly..

 In regard also to the  Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points which was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. New road safety measures come into force in Québec on April 1, 2008: The use of hand-held cell phones will be banned from then on .Tougher penalties will be imposed on drivers guilty of excessive speeding  Some of the motives for the false, partial restive applications, implantation of these laws can certainly now still be questioned as well. The oppressive police enforcement of revenue generating speeding tickets enforcement is still  basically economically beneficial   to a very small, isolated segment of society, the related cops, judges, lawyers, and it is false  job security approach for them even in Alberta. While the government of Alberta fails to often still to  deal with the still much too many bad managers, bad civil and public servants abusing tax payers money, even stealing,  not doing their jobs properly, unnecessarily taking out of town trips and charging it to the job still, Alberta today  is putting 15 new sheriffs on the road in Alberta. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.

Police often do calls for tougher rules on others but not upon themselves. Such real hypocrites now still too. .   Do what I say over do what I do is part of the hypocrisy now existing too often too at all levels, federal, provincial, municipal, in cops as well and not just in many preacher’s lives now as well..

Wrongful inactions, Cover ups, False denial of bad politicians, bad cops, bad persons, false pastors, false priests are much too common in Canada too.

As a citizen I too find it very dangerous when drivers do not stop at the stop signs, run through read lights, speed in residential areas, use a phone in a car and do their drive cars rather now now as well.. so we should ban now all car drivers firstly, practically now.  This is no more absurd than the New Project that hopes to slash the  actual  Edmonton residential car speed limits .  The speed limit will plunge as low as 30 km/h in some Edmonton neighborhoods next year as the city continues to wage its war on all lead-footed drivers.  A committee of council members  gave administration the green light to get to work on the pilot project. It will see the top speed hopefully lowered to between 30 km/h and 40 km/h on residential streets in three to five neighborhoods for a period of six months  for some people  the current 50 km/h top speed is too high for their neighborhood streets, It’s a mostly a quality of life issue for the people. The People want to feel safe.  A quality of life issue mostly  and not really a safety issue. It is cheaper to buy then some medical pills to help them to feel better though.   The reduced speed would not apply to major arterial roadways for now ?.

Note AGAIN this important  brief introduction to road safety .. Yes  you always do have to drive safely, in control, not impaired as well and yes there are many, many different factors that now can cause a vehicular, automotive  accident, including but not limited to the actual daily road conditions, even the type of tires you have .. for  it is a fact that good tires lead to a safer drive, and so does a 4 wheel drive.  Next when you start to first drive at any day do first immediately test the road condition by coming to a planned sudden stop at a slow speed too, and see firsthand how your car reacts accordingly.. then next do use this experience to set how you will drive the rest of the day too. And no matter what car, or tires you have, or who is the driver, if you do hit a patch of black ice, due clearly to the failure of others to apply salt and gravel on the icy / snowy road,  it can be very, very hazardous now too. Give them a fine, ticket, they firstly do deserve it too.  And  hypothetical if you do not drive at all you are less likely   to have an   accident, assuming another driver does not hit you while walking.. The insurance industry itself too  often sleeps with legislators, cops because it wants to make loads of money by finding out reasons not to pay out as well.. they support traffic tickets even though they do not reduce the car accidents significantly cause it gives more money to the insurance firms,  this is immoral gouging of consumers too often rather too.. now what about having some honest watchdogs and legislators rather. Go after the drunk drivers, raise the price of the booze firstly..

At least 40% of crashes are caused by speeding in poor conditions and not paying attention, Fantino said. (His  unofficial, unreliable statistics, remark NOW  refers to a small period of accidents and not RATHER  the  true statistics for the whole year firstly  since most accidents are caused by rage, impaired driving, poor drivers, vehciles and driver errors). The Highway Traffic Act already has provisions and penalties for speeding and careless driving. “CP TORONTO – The head of the Ontario Provincial Police says drivers who crash in bad weather because of their own negligence should have to pay the bill.  Commissioner Julian Fantino will propose absolute liability legislation today under the Highway Traffic Act to hold irresponsible drivers accountable. This essentially means making drivers pay for accidents in which they were driving aggressively in poor weather, not insurance companies  Fantino says at least 40 per cent of crashes are caused because people are going too fast in poor conditions and not paying attention.  He says his proposal targets people “who could care less” about how they are driving when the roads are bad.   Fantino says his proposal mirrors laws currently on the books in almost every state in the U.S.” The fact that many of these road accidents had occurred in reality, honesty due to the cutbacks of the snow cleaning, removal  services is ommitted wrongfully.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/12/22/cops-lie-too/

The current top speed is unacceptable to some local people, especially when the  police generally don’t start issuing tickets until a motorist is driving at least 10 km/h above the posted limit.  “We need to do something to catch people’s attention,”  But  still the upfront cost of lowering the limit on all neighborhood streets would be in the millions of dollars, yes “a staggering amount.” That would include the cost of new signs, photo enforcement equipment, municipal, court overheads.  Most if not all of the costs may be offset by increased ticket revenue. Don’t forget the freebie, the increase of profits for the insurance firms with every police traffic ticket now issued as well. These  desired residential speed reductions are not effective unless they are enforced. Edmonton Police Chief Mike Boyd recently vowed to devote all possible resources to crack down on excessive speeding in the city after officers issued an average of almost one ticket per minute in their latest 24-hour speeding blitz. Generating thousands of dollars. It is still better and cheaper to buy the complaining residents some medical pills to help them to “feel better” though.

Majority of accidents are caused by the drunk drivers firstly still. Harper’s  definition of freedom seems to be a religious police state,  and it does not matter if you cheat, lie, steal, abuse others, are an alcoholic as long as you are married. It also it seems does not matter if you practice your religion too, as long as you have one..

Verbal abuse is a kind of battering which doesn’t leave evidence like physical abuse does. However, it can be just as painful, and recovery can take much longer. The victim of abuse lives in a gradually more confusing realm. In public she is with one man, in private he becomes another. Often, for the verbally abused woman (man), there is no witness to her reality and no one to understand her experiences. Friends and family continue to see her ex, the abuser, as a really good guy and, certainly, he agrees with them. The verbal abuser, while maintaining his charm with others, always takes his abuse behind closed doors. It is a means of holding power over his wife( husband) /partner.. Many women and some men leave a marriage and come back into the singles’ world with the diminished self-esteem that comes from a verbally abusive relationship. The fact that many of these women (men) have never even realized that they were being abused, makes it easy for them to enter another abusive relationship. A verbal abuser is an insecure person and immature person who is looking for power and control over another.In order to help you recognize abuse, remember that all forms of verbal abuse are methods of manipulating you for the purpose of establishing power over you. The following are some of the forms of verbal abuse the author helps you recognize.

1. Withholding: a purposeful, silent treatment.
2. Countering: a countering of your ideas, feelings, and perceptions, even going so far as to refute what he misconstrues you to have said.
3. Discounting–a putdown of you or something you hold dear.
4. Blocking and diverting–this is a sneaky, covert way of violating your dignity.
5. Accusation and blame: generally involves lies about the partner’s intentions, attitudes, and motives. The author states that accusation and blame is present in all verbally abusive relationships.
6. Judging and criticizing: lies about your personal qualities and performance.
7. Trivializing and undermining: abusive behavior which makes light of your work, your efforts, your interests, or your concerns. The abuser attempts to dilute meaning and value in your life. Undermining might occur when your partner laughs at you, for example, when you burn yourself cooking. It is also jokes at your expense. Undermining is occurring when you feel a “so-called joke” is mean rather than funny.
8. Name calling: no one has a right to call you degrading names. Name calling is verbal abuse.
9. Ordering: Telling you to do something, rather than asking, or making decisions for you or for the two of you without your input.
10. Forgetting and denial: the trickiest form of denial is forgetting. Become aware that forgetting is a form of denial that shifts all responsibility from the abuser to some “weakness of mind.”
11. Abusive anger: this seems to be closely linked to the need to “blow up,” to dominate, to control, to go one up, and to put down. Any time you are snapped at or yelled at, you are being abused.

Threatening: Physical threats and sexual threats aside, verbal threats are an effort at manipulation. For example, a threat to leave, stay out all night, or take you home immediately is a manipulation for power. The threat of “pending disaster” is designed to shatter the partner’s serenity as well as her boundaries.

If you counter the abuser or attempt to explain yourself, you will probably be met with such statements as, “I don’t want to hear it, get out of my face” or “Woman you don’t have the brains“, “B” You shouldn’t have said that to me“.

If you are in a brand-new relationship and see warning signs of verbal abuse, the author suggests you might be wise to let the relationship go. It is not likely that a man (woman) who needs to dominate and control will change easily, if at all. It is also likely that when the newness of the relationship wears off, he will become more abusive. Verbal abuse can become physical in time and physical abuse is always preceded by verbal abuse, according to Evans.If you are in a long-term relationship, you can respond to the abuser as the book suggests and soon discover for yourself whether or not your mate is willing to change and stop his abusive behavior.

Therefore, I recommend that you respond in a new way–a way that will make an emotional, psychological, and intellectual impact upon your mate.”

The abuser in your relationship may change when he finds that you do know when you are being abused, that you have set limits, that you mean what you say, and that you will not take behavior you don’t like. 

If the man ( or sadly too often now a women) in your relationship remains abusive, it is not only not your fault,” it is  your responsibility to deal with it, make it public, call the police too.

Any person cannot still fight with you of you leave his or her presences, even forever.. and there is still a good life after a failed marriage now too. I practise what I preach and often now too.

The first spouse, love seems  is always the best one in our false pride.. and I know what that is like too.. WE SEEM ALL TO REPEAT OUR BAD TASTE, VALUES.. When they let a person out a prison they generally have a rule not to let them return to his old environment, past home, for five years.. otherwise they will be under the same old bad habits, dispositions too..

NOTE I lost once everything I had owned.. still next I replaced it all with the same things, even though I never used most of them, old habits and bad tastes DO die hard still too for almost all of us.. 

Now still reporting publically the abusers, and calling the POLICE TOO most often solves the abuse problem the best.. for if the evil persons do not feel real negative personal consequences, REAL negative public exposures, they really have no reasons to change their bad habits next and likely then never will.

I rightfully too tend to openly expose all abusers, all bad people, all bad churches, all bad politicians, all bad corporations that I come across, and  often and I  also do do call the police, regulating authorities  often and demand they all be fired,   be put in jail too.

There are yes too many  false sheep who worship those crooked leaders, shepherds, pastors dressed in nice suits. Not trying to impress anyone, or showing off I next went to a new church dressed in my clean, regular daily clothes. I next too was surprised when now one said hello to me nor did they great me, and a few services later this continued to happen. So I prayed about it and to my surprise God said they were harlots, prostitutes. Embarrassed at this revelation I decided I would fully proof for myself this was true. So next Sunday I put on a white shirt, tie, nice black pants, and a white sports jacket and most everyone said hello  to me. Incidentally the same thing happens to me on the bus as well.. Why?  Also the very same pastor of this professing Christian church dressed there in a nice suit who also did not talk to me as well was next charged with abuse, slander, lying, misappropriation of church funds, and was eventually fired. Now these days when I see these peacock members, deacons, ushers  strutting around church in their fancy suits trying to impress the others , it causes me to be sick to my stomach still. It would be better if they used the money rather to help the poor and needy in their own church.

Big bad bullies have too often threathen to take me to court, bad cops now too, I often tell them next to go ahead  for we all do need the publicity, public exposure and they tend to back off.

It is still up to the courts or the Human Rights commissions  firstly to confirm, to define what is actually libelous, slanderous, a hate email message..  and someone’s else’s  statement and opinions  on the subject does not count. But to be on the safe side if you want to avoid court costs, ligation, if you are unsure if what you write is libel, slanderous, prosecutable better not post it on the net. Wrongfully accusing someone of posting a hate message or being a racists clearly can  be challenged in courts as a hate message itself and prosecutable.

Canada’s  Supreme Court throws out libel case against outspoken B.C. talk show host   VANCOUVER — The country’s top court has absolved former Vancouver radio personality Rafe Mair of defamation for a commentary.   The Supreme Court of Canada decision in the defamation suit also broadened a key defence often used by journalists to ward off libel actions. In a 9-0 judgment Friday, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that Mair was engaging in fair comment in the 1999 radio editorial that was critical of Kari Simpson, a high-profile player in a campaign opposing the use of teaching materials about gay lifestyles in local schools. In the course of the editorial, the controversial former radio commentator made references to the Klan, Hitler and skinheads, although he claimed he wasn’t saying that Simpson actually advocated violence against gays. The judge went on, however, to say that Mair wasn’t liable for damages because he held an honest belief in the views he expressed – one of the traditional elements in the legal defence long known as fair comment. The Supreme Court, in Friday’s judgment   went on to rewrite the legal test for such a defence.  There was no proof that Mair’s dominant motive was personal malice,   and thus “his expression of opinion, however, exaggerated, was protected by the law. “We live in a free country where people have as much right to express outrageous and ridiculous opinions as moderate ones.” A key component of the fair comment defence has long been that the person making the comment must sincerely believe in it. In the course of the ruling, however, the high court modified that test. Commentary must still have a factual basis, be made without malice and be in the public interest, said Binnie. But the test of honest belief is not whether the specific person holding the opinion believed it. The yardstick is whether any person might honestly hold the view based on the facts at issue. Binnie acknowledged that is “not a high threshold” for any defendant to met. The pastors of the Toronto airport fellowship Church and many other pastors, Christians groups on the net  had asked me in writing not to write to them, and what they can preach about the sins of others but I can’t do that to them? What hypocrisy on their parts now still too.  Even in the churches, evangelical pastoral sections there are much too many really bad unacceptable apples still out there. Too often now our personal rights in this country are now slowly being forcibly demanded to ne sidetracked to accommodate others wishes … Imagine what Canada would be like if any of the church pastors, government forcibly told the citizens, the columnists, editors, commentators what they could and could not publish. Imagine if we had something like a Ministry of Truth, a Ministry of the Media, a Ministry of Thought. If that doesn’t scare you then you rightfully  scare me. These bullying groups appear to be using any angle within the law, courts,  or their influence to try and become our ’superiors’ in some way. It’s about time that truths that are unpalatable to certain sections of our society be allowed to be expressed. We live in a free country, with the right to freedom of expression and speech. Telling the facts does not constitute a ‘hate’ crime now as well. Only those people who want to curtail or own freedoms while they use theirs  would call this a hate crime. Law and order enforcement  starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. Free speech too often seems to be expected as only is a right mainly for the rich, the bad guys, crooks, not the decent folks. I also do I know that bad guys and gals such as the crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked politicians, crooked anyone do not like me to use my right of free speech.. but too bad for them.. Some people especially Jews it seems tend to label something that they do not like as hate speech, Clearly just because some thing someone writes offends someone else does not mean firstly that it is even “hate”, and is immediately prosecutable by law, the courts or the Human Rights Commission. Speaking of free speech…  Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said.  But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. When I was busy working as a professional engineer  I personally  had no  time for or a real concept on how bad the real world is with much too many liars, thugs, bullies, abusers, distorters, racists , thieves, now too.. and someone how next I could not help but encountered many of them, but by I had by now learned how to best deal with them.  It is a two fold approach, first the Public exposure, the pen is mightier than the sword, and a good name is worth more than any silver and gold. PS Only 4 persons had showed up to pray against the then Prime Minister Paul Martin MP and he Paul Martin unexpectedly, unbelievably shortly after that had lost his office of Prime Minister, and why did so many people show up in the first place? There are yes too many  false sheep who worship those crooked shpherds, leaders, professionals, pastors dressed in nice suits. Not trying to impress anyone, or showing off I next went to a new church dressed in my clean, regular daily clothes. I next too was surprised when now one said hello to me nor did they great me, and a few services later this continued to happen. So I prayed about it and to my surprise God said they were harlots, prostitutes. Embarrassed at this revelation I decided I would fully proof for myself this was true. So next Sunday I put on a white shirt, tie, nice black pants, and a white sports jacket and most everyone said hello  to me. Incidentally the same thing happens to me on the bus as well.. Why?  Also the very same pastor of this professing Christian church dressed there in a nice suit who also did not talk to me as well was next charged with abuse, slander, lying, misappropriation of church funds, and was eventually fired. Now these days when I see these peacock members, deacons, ushers  strutting around church in their fancy suits trying to impress the others , it causes me to be sick to my stomach still. It would be better if they used the money rather to help the poor and needy in their own church.

Open rebuke is better than secret love. Those who sin rebuke before all, doing nothing by partiality, and those whom I love I chasten and rebuke before all as well. I   post  much of these facts, truths openly to all presently so they will all even repent today.  I rightfully  do not put up with any crooked cops, bad pastors, crooks and  I readily call the police, expose them , demand openly their full prosecution, dismissal too. Speaking of free speech…  Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that supposedly has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said. The police chief even lies, for he has no proof the accidents were mainly caused by the speed, but yes accidents occured because people use vehicles but that is not a reason to ban even all driving.. How does he even know that speed was the killer and not in reality the impaired, drunk drivers, road age, poor drivers, distracted drivers firstly too? He really does not for the lazy, incompetent police do not do a detail accident report, analysis.

 

  

Honking, fist-shaking, screaming, obnoxious drivers: the symptoms of road rage.    Insurance Corporation of British Columbia  Psychologist John Vavrik, who studies driving behaviour for ICBC, says road rage can be better understood as “aggressive driving spectrum disorder.” According to Vavrik, road rage can take many forms.  “There’s not a clean definition of it. It’s basically an aggressive act aimed at hurting somebody or sending a message to somebody,” Vavrik said.  “The people most at risk of engaging in these behaviours are the least likely to control their behaviour,” he said. “They have low emotional intelligence. They don’t have the tools or skills or strategy to manage their emotions.  “In those extreme cases, we’re talking about sociopathic issues. The driver’s a walking time bomb.”  According to Vavrik, “road-ragers” are generally underachievers, individuals who lack assertiveness and control, and do not have the status in life they desire.  He said the “depersonalized space” of a vehicle is a trigger to road rage, as is an unexpected traffic delay, such as that caused by a slow driver, or being stuck behind an idle bus.

 But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well? 

 

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points which was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. New road safety measures come into force in Québec on April 1, 2008: The use of hand-held cell phones will be banned from then on .Tougher penalties will be imposed on drivers guilty of excessive speeding  Some of the motives for the false, partial restive applications, implantation of these laws can certainly now still be questioned as well. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.

 

Speaking about perverse law enforcement, whether it applies to the transit cops, or the RCMP, other cops too,  the OLD wording ‘non-compliant’ no longer applies, in response to concerns raised by the public. The  NEW  use-of-Taser usage criteria is ‘actively resistant’, and the  too often aggressive executive managers of the police enforcement, or the dictatorial ISP, internet service providers , it now seems that are all going crazy  trying so hard to earn more money by means of a hopeful personal  promotion too. And so they see anyone who is a threat to their survival, potential promotion is a serious  persons to be next shot, killed or tasered, removed?

What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too?  These same persons  who too  readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they  cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites.  Even the Insurance companies do love excessive rules, and next have people break them so that way they can make more money next too.  Seems you cannot trust anyone, any group, and yes  they all have to regulated, reviewed, and that is why too many OF THE BAD PERSONS THERE they seem not to love our free speech and try falsely to oppress it.

For  just cause  someone, a lawyer now too even,  some one made up some set of rules it still does  not mean they are all valid, or legitimately  enforceable now too!  I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Another great example was big brother Bell Sympatico originally done  in secret capping of the internet downloads which as you still can read about   in full too in many places on the net was apparently caused by their  very questionable motives, even a distorted, false excuse to charge more money to customers, a greedy  attempt to make internet users buy and download rather  Bell movies, an attempt to put Bell’s  sub ISPs out of business, and much more.. so Bell Sympatico rightfully  is now even facing a class action  lawsuit in this regard too… and bad negative publicity, exposure too.

 

Law and order enforcement  starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too,  but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders. civil and public servants, PROFESSIONALS. managers, executives too  NOW  not only per their past words, promises, acts,  but also by a higher exemplary standard, BEHAVIOR now as well especially when they profess to be Christians, or rather as often in reality so called “Christian alcoholics”, or hypocrites .. which is rather an UNACCEPTABLE oxymoron.

 

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well.

 

Thanks to the ex Albertan Conservative premier Ralph Klein who increased the number of beer, alcohol outlets, Alberta will have serious problems down the road as well with alcoholics, drunk drivers, and an increased burdened on the costs as well of the Alberta health care systems now too.

 

A research report providing results from a survey of adult drinking in Northern Ireland has been published . How does the related Alberta survey compare?

The survey, conducted on behalf of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, examines the amount people drink, when, where and what they drink and who they drink with.

 It also examines how drinking behaviours vary across different sections of the public, the proportion of people who binge drink, problem drinking, and perceptions of drinking.

Key Findings

The key findings relating to the Adult Drinking Patterns Survey in Northern Ireland 2008 are:

* More than seven in ten (72%) adults drink alcohol.

* A larger proportion of males (74%) than females (70%) drink alcohol.

* Most drinking occurs over the weekend and peaks on Saturdays.

* The most common drink consumed is wine (50%), closely followed by beer (48%).

* Most of those who drank in the week prior to the survey had consumed alcohol at home (64%), and nearly one quarter (24%) had consumed alcohol in a pub.

* More than four in five (81%) respondents had exceeded the recommended daily limits during the week prior to the survey.

* Approximately four in five males (79%) and females (83%) exceed their recommended daily limits during the week prior to the survey.

* Nearly one quarter (24%) of respondents drank above the weekly sensible levels.

* Over one quarter (26%) of male respondents and over one fifth (22%) of female respondents drank above the weekly sensible levels in the week prior to the survey.

* Nearly a third (32%) of those who drank in the week before the survey had engaged in at least one binge drinking session.

* Males (35%) were more likely than females (29%) to binge drink.

* Over half (54%) of drinkers aged 18-29 years engaged in at least one binge drinking session in the week prior to the survey, and they are more likely to binge drink than respondents in the older groups.

* One in 10 respondents (10%) of those who drank in the week prior to the survey are highly likely to have a problem with alcohol, according to the CAGE analysis.

* Over half (56%) of those who consumed alcohol in the week prior to the survey considered themselves to be light drinkers, two in five (40%) considered themselves to be moderate drinkers and 4% considered themselves to be heavy drinkers.

Comparisons between 2005 and 2008 are:

* The proportion of adults who drank above the weekly sensible levels in the week prior to the survey significantly decreased from 29% in 2005 to 24% in 2008.

Reality too many of the binge drinkers., if not already are likely to become hard core alcoholics.

The truth is the Police do not bother with the small crimes, except revenue generating traffic tickets. POLICE ABUSE THE  the peanuts citizens, for  they tend to like pretend they go after the big crimes where they can get noticed and promoted instead..  BUT they are not successful in catching the big criminals THOUGH.

 

 

As a citizen I too find it very dangerous when drivers do not stop at the stop signs, run through read lights, speed in residential areas, use a phone in a car and do their drive cars rather now now as well.. so we should ban now all car drivers firstly, practically now. 

This is no more absurd than the New Project that hopes to slash the  actual  Edmonton residential car speed limits .  The speed limit will plunge as low as 30 km/h in some Edmonton neighborhoods next year as the city continues to wage its war on all lead-footed drivers.  A committee of council members  gave administration the green light to get to work on the pilot project. It will see the top speed hopefully lowered to between 30 km/h and 40 km/h on residential streets in three to five neighborhoods for a period of six months  for some people  the current 50 km/h top speed is too high for their neighborhood streets, It’s a mostly a quality of life issue for the people. The People want to feel safe.  A quality of life issue mostly  and not really a safety issue. It is cheaper to buy then some medical pills to help them to feel better though.   The reduced speed would not apply to major arterial roadways for now ?. The current top speed is unacceptable to some local people, especially when the  police generally don’t start issuing tickets until a motorist is driving at least 10 km/h above the posted limit.  “We need to do something to catch people’s attention,”  But  still the upfront cost of lowering the limit on all neighborhood streets would be in the millions of dollars, yes “a staggering amount.” That would include the cost of new signs, photo enforcement equipment, municipal, court overheads.  Most if not all of the costs may be offset by increased ticket revenue. Don’t forget the freebie, the increase of profits for the insurance firms with every police traffic ticket now issued as well. These  desired residential speed reductions are not effective unless they are enforced. Edmonton Police Chief Mike Boyd recently vowed to devote all possible resources to crack down on excessive speeding in the city after officers issued an average of almost one ticket per minute in their latest 24-hour speeding blitz. Generating thousands of dollars. It is still better and cheaper to buy the complaining residents some medical pills to help them to “feel better” though.

Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said. 
  
But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not?

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points whicj was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. New road safety measures come into force in Québec on April 1, 2008: The use of hand-held cell phones will be banned from then on .Tougher penalties will be imposed on drivers guilty of excessive speeding  Some of the motives for the false, partial restive applications, implantation of these laws can certainly now still be questioned as well. I as a Sympatico customer that does have a contract with Bell, a mutual contract they Bell now also have to respect and that contract now does not make me their slave, subordinate, and them my master, but they are still my legal equals in the matters. “We’re all for anything that can reduce the amount and severity of car crashes,”  and next will increase the amount of revenue to the insurance companies, after all each traffic  ticket helps to raise their insurance costs..  to make the insurance companies richer and their shareholders, but we make get a severe backlash when the citizens car  insurance rates rise dramatically next though.

 

This is also still simply not acceptable. There is a direct link between DRIVING and collisions. The MORE you drive, the more likely you are to be involved in a collision and the more likely you are to get seriously hurt . So the police will now give tickets to all drivers . 

 

The police TRAFFIC program brings in hundreds of thousands of dollars but the police, city runs the program as revenue neutral. Profits are put back into more supposedly good  traffic safety initiatives,  but mainly into the police  empire building, so it really IS NOT THE CITIZENS GOOD WELFARE THEY FIRSTLY DO ALL CARE ABOUT.

 

Now in 2008, according to police statistics, there were 3,019 injury accidents in Calgary and 38 traffic fatalities.

 

And why is it also no one will answer the question? How many people are now are actually injured due to speeding over how many persons now are insured due to drunk drivers? 15 percent are injured due to speeding? and 45 percent due to drunk drivers? so how much resources are proportional giving by the police overall  to catching drunk drivers over the car speeders? proportionally?

 

The intersection cameras are being applauded by Alberta Health Services because “there is no doubt that collisions impact our health services,” said Nancy Staniland, manager of Injury Prevention & Control Services for Alberta Health.

 

“This is not only an obvious cash grab but they are putting our safety at risk to increase their revenues. For it is a known fact that the City of Calgary had  shortened the amount of time lights stay at yellow when they brought in red light cameras. In many cases you have no choice but to floor it to beat a red light. But now your choice will be between speeding up to avoid going through a red light or getting rear ended. If you get rear ended there’s a good chance you get end up with whiplash. Really makes you wonder just how far those in power will go to rob us.”

 

“As Alberta grows, drivers are causing more problems, he said: “A lot of people are impatient, there’s road rage like never before, an increase of vehicles on our roadways, With booming populations, there’s an increase in collisions.” wow those are smart observations, such as traffic tickets are good cash cows too,  

 

and what all the people who speed are guilty of road rage? or is there a separate ticket being issued to road ragers? just as there is to drunk drivers? 

“We’re all for anything that can reduce the amount and severity of car crashes,”  and next will increase the amount of revenue to the insurance companies, after all each traffic  ticket helps to raise their insurance costs..  to make the insurance companies richer and their shareholders, but we make get a severe backlash when the citizens car  insurance rates rise dramatically next though.

AND WHERE DO IN REALTY THE POLICE OFFICERS GET ALL OF THEIR  COMMON SENSE STATISTICS? SUPPORTED BY THE FIGMENTS OF ONE’S  IMAGINATION AND THE NEED TO JUSTIFY THEIR JOBS.. CAN I SEE THEIR DETAIL SUPPORT  STATISTICS, POLICE TRAFFIC TICKETS REPORTS  IN PRINT? NO? AND WHY NOT?

 

So why are Calgary drivers such chronic lead-foots? or is the question why is it the Calgary city fathers are so money hungry? The  police services are  implementing the   speed cameras as a way of adding to their coffers..

 

In busy Toronto, police say  Drunk driving and careless turning are the main culprits for serious accidents in intersections and red light cameras are not used because of the fear of public backlash..

 

‘Speed on green’ cameras linked to rear-end crashes.  Arizona cities, one of the first cities to bring in such technology says the cameras decrease speeding and dangerous collisions, but can increase the number of rear-end crashes. But of course the money hungry police of Calgary had denied this.

 

ANOTHER CASH GRAB.. The Calgary Parking Authority is expanding its hold on the inner city by starting to charge for parking on more than 20 blocks of the Beltline.

Here is what I found amazing and worth while examining now  in much more detail.. insurance companies in Canada do not mind gouging Canadian consumers in their greed to make more profits..  and we all know that accumulating speeding , traffic infractions, will cause your car insurance costs to go up significantly…   and yet here is what I find surprising, neither the insurance companies, the provincial government, nor the federal government, the police have real, valid detailed statistics on the causes of traffic accidents: such as how many were caused my alcoholic drivers, how many were caused by speeding, how many were caused by poor road conditions, lousy snow clearing as well, etc not even in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, BC as well.. …. so what do the insurance companies do with all the extra money they collect, certainly they of all persons should have firstly the best statistics on traffic accidents now in the first place, or how do they determine their rates??? Even Canada’s police chiefs have to rely on accident statistics from other countries, such as Australia, Great Britain, the US..

 

Speaking about perverse law enforcement, whether it applies to the transit cops, or the RCMP, other cops too,  the OLD wording ‘non-compliant’ no longer applies, in response to concerns raised by the public. The  NEW  use-of-Taser usage criteria is ‘actively resistant’, and the  too often aggressive executive managers of the police enforcement, or the dictatorial ISP, internet service providers , it now seems that are all going crazy  trying so hard to earn more money by means of a hopeful personal  promotion too. And so they see anyone who is a threat to their survival, potential promotion is a serious  persons to be next shot, killed or tasered, removed?

 

Are also next  Bell Sympatico’s  executive care Sasha Rollins or the Conservative Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper now himself, others  next going to taser me because ‘Me I am rightfully ‘actively resistant’ to the Church, GOVERNMENTAL  or corporate, police  oppressions still too?  ? Even  because I too am rightfully still not compliant to carrying out their too often despotic, invalid  orders, so I am rightfully non submissive to their too much too many false demands, too?

 

Another great example was big brother Bell Sympatico originally done  in secret capping of the internet downloads which as you still can read about   in full too in many places on the net was apparently caused by their  very questionable motives, even a distorted, false excuse to charge more money to customers, a greedy  attempt to make internet users buy and download rather  Bell movies, an attempt to put Bell’s  sub ISPs out of business, and much more.. so Bell Sympatico rightfully  is now even facing a class action  lawsuit in this regard too… and bad negative publicity, exposure too.

 

Law and order enforcement  starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too,  but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders. civil and public servants, PROFESSIONALS. managers, executives too  NOW  not only per their past words, promises, acts,  but also by a higher exemplary standard, BEHAVIOR now as well especially when they profess to be Christians, or rather as often in reality so called “Christian alcoholics”, or hypocrites .. which is rather an UNACCEPTABLE oxymoron.

 

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well..

Canada’s New Conservatives

“The minority Conservative government’s approach to multiculturalism will get an airing in a speech by Secretary of State Jason Kenney at the Brant riding association’s annual general meeting on Thursday. The Evangelical Christian PM Stephen Harper should also note that the New Conservatives themselves now tend to be just as much alcoholics as the Liberals. Any false preconceived notions that they generally are not is clearly a myth.

 

Even our professing Canadian Christian Evangelical prime Minister Stephen Harper, and others, still should  note that there are several basic, ground rules in proper Bible interpretation that must be followed before anyone even attempts to fully study the Holy Scripture. Here are a few important ones.The first rule is pray and ask the Holy spirit to guide you, to teach you.. not rather self, mere men or women.. we should seek first and not last the Holy Spirit for illumination. The Holy Spirit wants to share the treasures of God’s Word with those who rightfully do esteem Him. The most important principle to remember in studying God’s Word is that it can only be understood with the help of the Holy Spirit.  Those who approach the Bible without the Holy Spirit to teach them, may gain some insight into truths, their lives, but also  will receive no definite, permanent, important life-changing revelation.  Bible Commentaries should be used only very sparingly if at  all. Even the most anointed man or woman, preacher  of God clearly still can be wrong, biased, have a hidden agenda, limited, (or just shallow) in their understanding or interpretation of certain Bible topics, subjects. Do not believe any man or women, rather solely Take God’s word for it.      

Interpretation of the Scripture should also be done in the light of certain basic principles of Bible interpretations. Thus an other important golden rule is: “In what sense am I interpreting a particular verse?” Is it to be taken literally, or figuratively, or is it a parable?   We must also interpret any scripture by other scriptures. This means, that by referring to other Bible verses about the same subject, that next we can get a more complete picture of that subject.

The next important related rule is: “Context, context, context.” Never take one verse out of context in order to try to “prove” a point. This is the one rule that is broken most often   “A text taken out of contest is a pretext, and nothing more”. Verses taken out of context can be made to look like what the detractor is trying to “prove”. Remember this axiom, “A text without a context is a pretext”.

The Golden Law,  Rule of Bible Interpretation is to DO A WORD STUDY,  firstly define each of the specific words used and it also includes the following: WHEN THE PLAIN SENSE OF SCRIPTURE MAKES COMMON SENSE, SEEK NO OTHER SENSE; THEREFORE, TAKE EVERY WORD AT ITS PRIMARY, ORDINARY, USUAL, LITERAL MEANING UNLESS THE FACTS OF THE IMMEDIATE CONTEXT, STUDIED IN THE LIGHT OF ALL RELATED PASSAGES, REFERENCES  AND AXIOMATIC AND FUNDAMENTAL TRUTHS INDICATE CLEARLY OTHERWISE.  A good Bible concordance from a vlaid transaltion too  is a great help in studying the Bible, and a very   important tool.  (A concordance is a listing of where all the same words appear throughout the Bible.  For instance, if you wanted to study the topic of “wisdom” or “sin” you would also now refer to your Bible  concordance and find also every verse where that word or phrase is listed in the Bible).   

  

The next also similarly  important  rule is   “The Law of First Mention.” When something is mentioned in Scripture the first time, the same meaning for that verse holds true for subsequent verses. An example of this law is in Genesis 17:5, where GOD gave authority to Abram by changing his name to Abraham, and making him “The Father of a Multitude of Nations”.  Next is in Genesis 17:15-16, where GOD gave authority to Sarai, by changing her name to Sarah, and making her “The Mother of all Nations”.  Then there is Matthew 16:18. GOD changed the name of Simon to Peter, and gave to him a basic role to look after  the Church of God , and not a false supremacy over all of the other Apostles. The “Law of First Mention” functions here, to show the redefined role that is given when the persons name was changed by GOD. And always watch out for the too many persons even in the ministry  who distort, mislead, add to the word of God that which was not specially said.The “law of first-mention” is the principle in the interpretation of Scripture which states that the first mention or occurrence of a subject in Scripture establishes an unchangeable pattern, with that subject remaining unchanged in the mind of God throughout Scripture. This law or the rule of   the first mention of something in the Scriptures, the Bible  is now especially significant and sets the stage for how it is to be understood in the rest of the Word. There naturally is  special significance, defining moment  with how something is introduced in the Word! will serve as an unfailing guide as to the actual mind of God as contained therein. The first mention of a thing, the very first words of any subject of which the Holy Spirit is going to treat, is the keystone of the whole matter.  To carry the maximum significance, the first mention should be where possible now even traced to the Book of Origins itself – Genesis. However it is still should be sued a with a more detailed word study in the Bible, can be wrong try to use this principle  to deviate or also now to    applied solely  this fact of   initial isolation without the  confirming additional references in the the rest of Scripture, thus next to even try to to give clearly any false,  distorted emphasis to the  verse of first mention, and to make it mean something that is not substantiated borne out also  by all of the progressive revelation of Scripture in details on this subject.The law of first mention may be said to be the principle that requires one to go to that portion of the Scriptures where even a doctrine is first mentioned for the first time and to study the first occurrence of the same in order to get the fundamental, consistent  inherent latter meaning of that doctrine. When we thus see the first appearance, which is usually in the simplest form, we can then examine the doctrine in other portions of the Word that were given later as well. We shall see that the fundamental concept in the first occurrence remains dominant as a rule, and colors all later additions to that same doctrine. In view of this fact, it becomes imperative that we understand the law of first mention. The book of Genesis has Properly been called the “seed-plot” or  “pilot series” of the Bible. The word, Genesis, comes from the Greek expression which in its verbal form means to begin, or, to come into existence. This first book of the revelation of God is properly called, therefore,  “the book of beginnings.” Man himself is not the center of the universe, the Bible, but God rather is. The devil who likes to distort the scripture tries to hide these laws existence too.   

Another principle of interpretation  is to also try to establish any fact or truths in the mouth of at least two or three different Biblical references, witnesses in referring to a Scripture doctrine. This means there should be at least two or three scriptures verifying most  doctrine, or Biblical principle (Deuteronomy 17:6, 19:15; Matthew 18:16; 2 Corinthians 13:1; 1 Timothy 5:19; Hebrews 10:28). It generally takes more than one scripture to prove a doctrine, a point, or a principle. There are essential doctrines with only one reference in the Bible also.   

 

Often, Biblical passages will have more than one meaning–a literal meaning or fulfillment, as well as a personally applicable one, spiritual one.  We should seek the Lord for the full Holy Spirit revelation on any particular Bible passage

 And “You must take into account the meaning of the words, in the Bible context solely as defined  written by the Holy spirit inspired authors , and not wrongfully use any of the the present English dictionary definitions, or even any of the newer Bible translation of them today.” We all do know that the word gay has deviated in it’s original English Bible usage,  meaning now too for example.

1. Let Scripture interpret Scripture.
2. TRY TO Prove an interpretation also in the mouth of two or three witnesses.
3. Find the first time a certain subject is mentioned in Scripture and study that for its fuller meaning (the law of first mention).
4. Take the Bible literally wherever possible and as it makes sense. Consider it from the standpoint of God’s power, ability, and character AND NOT YOUR OWN
5. continue TO Gain familiarity with the Bible as a whole. In other words, get to know the “forest,” not just what some individual “trees” look like.
6. unacceptably STILL D o not handle the Word of God deceitfully (2 Corinthians 4:2). In other words, we should not make it say just what we want it to or what someone else has told us it says.
