OTTAWA — Rapid contractions of both the Canadian economy and the job market eclipsed the Harper government’s stimulus package before the first dollar was dispensed, an economic think-tank says in study to be released Monday. The study by the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives says the stimulus package laid out in the Jan. 27 budget was too small, too late and failed to direct the money where Canadians would get the most bang for their buck. “The size of the federal government’s stimulus package is out of proportion to the threat that Canadians are currently facing and have already ensured,” says the report, entitled Too Little Too Late. Written by CCPA economist David Macdonald, the study urged Prime Minister Stephen Harper to increase the stimulus effort. The government ‘s $29-billion stimulus package .. the economic impact of the stimulus package was “exhausted” by the end of December, almost one month before the government introduced the package, CCPA said. Revise listeriosis report, feds tell Ontario official Thu Apr 23, 7:24 PM OTTAWA – The heads of three federal agencies pivotal to last summer’s listeriosis crisis want a damning report by Ontario’s top public health official “clarified and corrected.” The most senior officials at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada demanded the revisions in a recent letter to Dr. David Williams, Ontario’s acting chief medical officer of health. Williams’ report, released last Friday, rapped the knuckles of federal and provincial health authorities for failing to work together during the outbreak. Twenty-two people died and hundreds more fell ill after eating contaminated deli meats from a Maple Leaf Foods plant in Toronto. The letter says Toronto public health officials hampered the investigation by not including enough identifying information on food samples collected from Toronto hospitals and nursing homes that tested positive for Listeria. Williams’ report likewise singles out the Public Health Agency for not playing a leadership role during the outbreak.

The RCMP made a mistake by waiting 14 months before correcting misinformation about a fatal incident involving four Mounties at Vancouver’s airport, a media relations officer said Wednesday at the Braidwood inquiry. Cpl. This was no mistake, this was an unacceptable blatant lie where real, serious punishment should be applied to all the RCMP personnel involved.
The inquiry heard last month that in the first two days after Dziekanski died on Oct. 14, 2007, the RCMP’s public statements on the incident contained false information about how many officers were involved, how many times Dziekanski was stunned and what state Dziekanski was in when approached by officers.
Inquiry commissioner Thomas Braidwood ruled that Supt. Wayne Rideout could only address his decisions about what RCMP media spokespeople had told the public following Dziekanski’s death — despite a request by the lawyer for the Polish government to expand the scope of questions Rideout can be asked when he returns. Don Rosenbloom wanted to question Rideout about why the RCMP fought to withhold amateur video of the Taser incident, and why investigators failed to question the four Mounties who were deployed to handle Dziekanski when discrepancies were discovered in their statements.
Every day police officers leave their homes and families and put their lives on the line for a salary, cause this is what they are being paid for, hired for and this does not mean that they are now even free of any negative criticism while they are doing their paid duties, especially when there are so many outstanding questions regarding their inappropriate use of authority, force by too many police officers, plus the unacceptable false cover ups of their wrong doings and their unacceptable lying now too. I am often still surprised also to how supposedly professing Christian Churches, persons do wrongfully still do deviate from what the Bible says, these often mere parrots tend to follow some of their past leaders doctrinal statements and not the Bible too.. I know that they do have a hidden agenda and that they are twisting their messages to suit it.. thus not giving honest Biblical answers.
Sadly one of the typical evidence of false teaching is how overboard a teacher is by their inconsistencies with, distortions related to the whole scripture… all of related Bible’s teaching too now that they had now left out..
It is absurd for any person to even imply there is no sin, or that God now, next punishes no one here on earth, or after for any of their sins, or to say that that they the sinners are merely punishing themselves, God does have higher laws too, the laws he has designed with negative consequences for their violations undeniably as well. The negative Consequences are not by chance, or unrelated to God. Even the new Testament still says people reap here on earth what they have sowed and God punishes people for their unrepentant sins. The Bible also says that Adultery is God’s trap, punishment for those whom he is upset at.. and the same Bible says that God does still punishes some people even for their sins even if they have been forgiven as a deterrent even for them not to sin anymore. Yes there is still really unacceptable sins, negative consequences for sins and the liars now too, and yes there is a real hell as well. an initial place of separation from God and a final place, a permanent separation from God. When you sin and you do not repent you start to be separated from God.. and you might end up there permanently by your own acts, free will too.

Self regulation is another bad word for masturbation and it is not the real thing
So still now what really is needed firstly is not more CHEAP, PRETENTIOUS self regulations, the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their education, but real INSPECTIONS, EFFECTIVENESS , competency testing.
For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in tendency still to be denied, suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective .
There in reality is the main one important step that all consumers can take to protect themselves from any unscrupulous persons and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body, and so now how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Ministers as well? None? and why not?
Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police forces, ALL GOVERNMENTS as well it seems too.

THE NEW TESTAMENT IS CLEAR HOW TO DEAL WITH IT.. COMMUNICATION – AND YOU DON’T FIRST POST IT ALL ON THE NET.
First you merely ask the guilty, bad persons personally to repent twice, the first time without a witness, the second time with witnesses THAT you have asked them to repent.. and proof, substantiation is NOT required.. after you have done that you can next post it openly on the net, tell all the others.
Next God is fully free to deal with the unrepentant guilty offenders and believe me he will.. I have now been doing for decades too..
I SIMPLY SEND AN EMAIL, I PUT IT INTO CLEARLY WRITING, SO THE GUILTY PARTY CANNOT SAY I DID NOT ASK HIM OR HER TO REPENT.
WHETHER THEY ACKNOWLEDGE IT OR NOT TO GOD DOES NOT MATTER.
