CRTC delays usage-based internet billing

 0BELL INTERNET

CRTC delays usage-based internet billing .  The CRTC is holding off on implementing an order that would allow Bell Canada to charge smaller internet service providers based on how much their customers download each month.  The regulator on Wednesday ALSO announced that ISPs would only be able to use network management measures such as traffic shaping and slowing if economic measures, such as infrastructure investment and usage limits, failed to curtail congestion. The regulator on Wednesday said it needs more time to consider comments submitted by Bell, MTS Allstream and a group of smaller ISPs on its earlier provisional ruling, made in August. That order was supposed to take effect Nov. 10, but will be delayed until the regulator has had a chance to assess all the comments. The CRTC did not say when it expects to make a final decision.  Bell is without a doubt the worst company I have ever seen. I will never do business with them. Voice your opposition to the CRTC’s net neutrality ruling allowing traffic shaping.   http://www.consumersforinternetcompetition.com/  I agree , get rid of the CRTC, what a money hole! lets just allow Bell (and Rogers for that matter) to charge us more instead of trying to improve our internet service. I read that report ranking countries and their internet service….Canada didn’t do very good, and this kinda thing isn’t going to make it any better.  When is Canada going to get legit internet, cable and mobel phone competition and end this monopoly?  http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/10/20/usage-based-billing-bell-mts-isp.html

BELL-canada-corrupt

Top 10 reasons why Ottawa must reverse the CRTC decision:

  1. Bell, Telus and the large cable companies now control 94% of the residential internet services market in Canada. This dominance stands in stark contrast to the competitive dynamic and choice that existed when internet access was first emerging. In 1998 competitors had 47% of the residential market however as high speed began to emerge competitors’ market share began to drop dramatically and is now virtually non-existent because the former monopolies have denied competitors fair economic wholesale access.
  2. In the late 90s Canada was also leading the world in broadband deployment and state-of-the-art networks. Now Canadians pay more than all other G8 countries and get less.
  3. Canada needs the latest and best technology solutions in order to stay competitive. If we allow more monopolization and less competition, there will be no pressure to innovate, and the Canadian economy will suffer.
  4. Bell and Telus were subsidized by taxpayers to build their networks, and we all did that because we wanted the networks to help serve the public interest, not just the private interests of the telephone companies. The networks should continue to be regulated to ensure they serve the public interest, since we helped foot the bill to construct them.
  5. Canada should be leading the world and Canadians should be receiving the innovation and choice that vibrant broadband competition would bring. This will not be achieved by allowing, as the CRTC is doing, the unregulated former monopolies charge retail customers what they want and to use their network dominance to eliminate competitors.
  6. The evidence is clear from the past….when we have competition in broadcast and telecom markets, consumers get more and better services, at lower prices. Turning back the clock would produce exactly the opposite effect.
  7. The US tried the approach the CRTC is advocating and it was a disaster. Estimates are that the cost to the US economy were $66 billion and 234,000 jobs.
  8. If the federal government lets Bell and Telus have the power to harm competitors, smaller towns and rural Canada will suffer most. We need to stand up for all parts of Canada.
  9. Bell and Telus, like most companies, offer more attentive service and more attractive offers when they know you have a choice.
  10. The past rules have not harmed Bell and Telus on the contrary, they are among the largest and most profitable companies in Canada.

STOP THE CROOKS IN THE GOVERNMENTS

0con

Feds Under Stephen Harper’s conservatives had spent thousands on golf balls, candy, toys  OTTAWA – They spent thousands of dollars last year on golf balls, candy, flowers, tickets to gala events and coupons for Tim Hortons. And you paid for it. Documents tabled in the House of Commons this week reveal that while Canadians were tightening their belt and bracing for the recession, many civil servants were continuing to spend thousands of dollars of taxpayers money on frills and small perks of the job. Moreover, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Politics/2009/09/16/10943871-sun.html

THERE IS MUCH TOO MANY CIVIL AND PUBLIC SERVANTS STILL ABUSING OUR TAXPAYER’S MONEY

Former Quebec lieutenant-governor Lise Thibault will face six criminal charges in connection with her expense accounts. Not surprised at all… they should audit every single expense claim by people in such positions. Most civil and public servants do it but some do it on a larger scale. TYPICAL!! Politicians all think they have a right to the taxpayers money!!! Criminals is what they are.!!! Throw the book at this BI@#$!!! and put her in jail. The law should provide for double criminal penalties for anyone in elected office and quadruple criminal penalties for anyone in appointed office. To that, of course, seizure of assets to compensate not only the malfeasance, but offset the cost of prosecution and incarceration.  http://www.cbc.ca/canada/montreal/story/2009/09/25/thibault-charges.html

Skype, Magic Jack

skype_1-266x400

Skype finally hits iPhones in Canada.  Skype is finally releasing a downloadable application for Apple’s popular iPhone in Canada,   Iphone and iPod Touch owners will be able to download it to their device for free, whereupon they can use Skype’s internet-based calling service. This is the beginning of the end for the telcos. Sell your Rogers, Bell, Telus stock today. As free WiFi continues to spread there will be no need for voice or data plans. Who is going to drop 100/month when the exact same service is available free? see   http://www.iphoneincanada.ca/tips-tricks/how-to-make-unlimited-calls-to-canadausa-with-skype-on-the-iphone-for-3month/  “Wireless carriers have so far prohibited the application from using the iPhone’s cellular internet connection to make calls, because doing so means customers could drop their voice plans altogether.” The companies want control, control, control. The (very bad) CRTC will stand up for the rights of all big businesses to push consumers around and deliberately remove features that people want, leaving no alternative.. I took a MagicJack * option and for about $100.00 I have no more phone bills for any calls in North America for six years and that included the hardware as well.  With an American number (mine is out of Seattle) and wireless connectivity everywhere and anywhere in the world there is an open network; MagicJack is not subject to the same whims and requirements of the myopic Canadian regulators… let alone the needs of law enforcement.  Plug any phone into MagicJack Never pay a monthly phone bill again! Free local and long distance calling in the USA and Canada. 100% Risk Free 30 Day Trial ) http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/09/08/skype-iphone.html?ref=rss

Skype for iPhone is now available in Canada :)  and download it now (opens in iTunes/App Store).  Skype released an upgrade version 1.2 for the iPhone last Friday that added features such as call forwarding, the ability to send SMS (short message service) messages and improved quality of computer-to-computer calls, which are free. Skype [free – iTunes link],  is finally available for iPhone and iPod touch users in Canada.  http://www.theiphoneblog.com/2009/09/09/skype-iphone-canada/

For iPhones right out of the box you can…
-Sign up for SkypeOut credit to make Canadian/USA long distance calls for 2 cents/minute.
Sign up for a Skype subscription plan and make unlimited calls to Canada/USA for $3/month.
-Download Skype from Canadian iTunes instead of going through US iTunes

Skype – Make free calls and great value calls on the internet With Skype you can make free calls over the internet to other people on Skype for as long as you like, to wherever you like. It is free to download, Skype (pronounced /ˈskaɪp/) is a software application that allows users to make voice calls over the Internet. Skype-to-Skype calls, video calls and instant messaging are free, any time of the day or night, anywhere in the world. Call phones from Skype Save money when you call landlines and cell phones around the world at low, per-minute rates. Or, buy a subscription for unlimited calls.* Download Skype to get started You need Windows 2000, XP or Vista to run Skype. Skype is costing money to run,  in much the same way that YouTube has become a financial burden for Google. Both companies have wrestled long and hard to monetise these businesses to a point where they become cash flow positive. There is no question that Skype is a popular service and that it offers a great set of features to users. It also has great appeal to small businesses and sole traders, allowing users to run their entire business from a laptop. Skype is not a replacement for your traditional telephone service and cannot be used for emergency calling. http://www.skype.com/intl/en/getconnected/

* Magic Jack – Not A Bad Gadget for Free Calling But Forget About Customer Service if a Billing Error is Made  All the Clear Calls You Want – But Little Customer Support on Mistakes They Make in Charges, just like most firms it seems anyway.. Magic Jack is a tiny gadget that plugs into the USB port of your PC. Any phone can then be connected to Magic Jack, and – voila – all the free domestic calls you want (and prepaid International calls can be made for .02 a minute). When purchased by calling the number shown in the infomercial Magic Jack, itself, costs $39.99.  System requirements include Apple/Mac, Windows XP or Vista, as well as a high-speed Internet connection. I do not recommend ordering the device over their automated phone order-processing. It is too easy to have an error occur at the end, when they ask if you want priority shipping, the second year, and any additional devices. They do have their website, where orders can be placed and where, perhaps,  errors may be less likely to occur. MagicJack is now being sold at a number of retailers (which is very different than when I purchased mine).  In view of the guarantee on the device, I, personally, don’t see how anyone can go too wrong with it.

Telus unable to sign new mobile customers… “poor customer service from telus is news?  That’s a “Mickey Mouse” Provider anyway.  Am I am supposed to feel sorry for them? Does this warrant coverage? Karma someone said.. Wait, people are still signing up for Teuls? You can’t speak to anyone……and when you do it’s like talking to your dog…….the only difference is you get a responce from your dog. .. their high speed internet services are also terrible. Poor customer relations as well as trouble getting thru technical support.  Telus probably went over thier bandwith cap or even better..they are throttled… by Bell or Rogers?  Maybe telus should find a better service provider. Telus uses a lot of Dell equipment which should be all you need to know.  this couldn’t happen to a better gouging, money hungry corp. Their record of poor service and arbitrary contract fees, etc has finally caught up with them. My most common telemarketing call: Telus, of course. Desperate fools, I’m NEVER coming back. I’ve had satellite with Bell (terrible service), I’ve had a cell phone through Rogers (nightmare) and both internet and landline through telus (clunky incompetent service)… None can I say went smoothly.  Is anyone happy with any Canadian provider? ” http://www.cbc.ca/consumer/story/2009/09/09/telus-new-customers-outage.html

I really do love to read the news comments at the CBC or the Globe & Mail.. they are very hilarious too.

Phone companies internet at disadvantage

LAPTOP

Telling the truth to all is the best way to deal with any matters now still too.. bad customer services included now.

Internet Cable can be modified cheaper and faster to attain higher speeds over the phone lines

Now “The cable providers have a significant speed advantage over most of Canada’s major phone companies, which provide internet connections over phone lines. Bell and Telus, the two biggest phone companies, are offering speeds with a current maximum of about 15 megabits at a cost of $60 and $53 per month, respectively. In Quebec, Bell has been hemorrhaging phone and internet customers to Videotron, which offers better speeds and prices.

Many of the cable companies are using a network technology known as DOCSIS 3.0, which actually lets them offer speeds higher than 50 megabits.

Canadian internet providers have been criticized for being too slow in rolling out next-generation super-fast internet speeds, and for charging too much for existing services.

A study last week by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development found Canada had the second-highest rates for high-speed internet services ranging between 12 and 32 megabits per second, next to only the Slovak Republic. In Japan, ultra-fast connections of 100 megabits per second are being sold for just over $50 Canadian.

Rogers, Cogeco and Videotron are, however, offering faster speeds than just about every American internet provider.  Rogers Communications is boosting internet speeds in the Toronto area, but will charge a premium for the service. The company announced its new Ultimate High-Speed Internet service with a top download speed of 50 megabits per second, up from 18, and a monthly usage allowance of 175 gigabytes in select parts of the Greater Toronto Area. Customers who currently subscribe to the 18-megabit service will see their speed automatically boosted to 25 megabits at no extra charge, Rogers said.

The new service is considerably faster than the best offered by Rogers’ chief rival Bell Canada, which has a maximum speed of 16 megabits per second, but at $150 a month it is also more expensive than comparable services offered elsewhere in the country.”

” Probably the fastest in Canada? It’s also probably one of the most expensive and slowest compared to other countries. “

“More ISP/Telco lies.  What they are saying is “up to 50MB” and then they’ll throttle your apps to 30k. “NetNeutrality.ca

“a monthly usage allowance of 175 gigabytes” At the speed of 50Mbit/sec you would use up the 175 GB of allowance in just over 9 hours for downloading…” and what do you do the rest of the month?”

” I think it is misleading for the article to talk about these speeds without pointing out that they are all theoretical and that they have nothing to do with the actual speeds that you will get. It doesn’t matter if Rogers has equipment that is capable of a zillion Mbps if they over-subscribe so you only get a trickle during busy periods.”
“The headline should really read “Rogers Offers 50MB Download and Will Finally Deliver the 10 You’ve Been Paying for All Along”  I have never seen my connection at the full amount I’m paying for. I don’t care how fast they *say* it can go, I care how fast it *actually* goes.”

” Why bother upgrading to 50Mbps when u cap, & throttle us we pay for 50mbps u give us 70kbps /sec on our torrents, rogers, bell, aliant & telus u can go …”
“In Stockholm you can get a 100Mbps symmetrical connection (upload and download at 100 at the same time) for about $12 a month.”
” So they throttle their users, steal back bandwidth so they can offer a premium service their customers will never see…. These guys are so badly over-subscribed I’d be amazed if users saw a quarter of that speed.”  http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/08/18/rogers-internet-speed-boost.html

The Liberals are just as bad as the Conservatives in not dealing in Canada  with the lying, price gouging communication firms..  The federal, provincial governments, the CRTC, Conservatives, Liberals  unfairly maintaining  archaic, monopolistic telecommunication firms, that are often   bloated, cost ineffective, incompetent, over staffed, un-competitively managed as well is the main reasons consumer costs falsely keep on going up now.

In its first year, 2007-08,  CCTS was still unable able to resolve about 40  per cent, of the complaints according to its own website. What a very high failure rate.  About one-third of the complaints were related to wireless services. 40  per cent, that is about the number of unhappy Customers with Bell’s Internet services too https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/02/commissioner-for-complaints-for-telecommunications-services/

Subject: Re: CCTS #02010400029439
Thank you for your poor reply, lies, buck passing. But my complaint is still only with one specific firm Bell Canada that I have had a contract for many years and Bell had breached falsely my contract and falsely had disconnected my internet services and I am asking 2500 dollars in damages FROM BELL FOR THEIR INADEQUATE SERVICES HERE  TOO.. NOW  DO FULLY DEAL WITH IT AND THANK YOU.
Yes it is true that Bell Telephone is still  always seeking news ways by hook or crook as well  to make more money cause it undeniably still loses it’s dissatisfied customers faster than it can gain them.  Bell itself now is always lying for years has always told me it is someone else’s fault for the internet problem and not Bell’s. “Do note that my Bell internet services profile, download speeds  varies, varied from 1 megs, 2 megs, 5 megs, 6 megs, 7 megs, depending on the weather, the day of the week, etc.,  and now all  contrary to Bell’s promises, advertisement of a steady High speed system too, etc., or Bell’s past advertisement that ” Bell delivers reliable Internet access, assuring consumers that they can get on the  Net when they want to and stay there as long as they need”…is also clearly a lie….” Bell’s advertised “Choice of consistent super fast speed” is also a lie for the speed undeniably was slow and varied and too often…  Bell’s advertised “Best price” is also a lie.. and please all do  still deal with Bell’s false capping of my bit torrent too.. on my unlimited download Bell account in Canada.”  Bell for certainty cannot be trusted, it can only be trusted to lie, Bell along with many DSL ISP undeniably lied in their past Internet  ADDS for many years about the advantages of  the internet DSL over Cable too. “The speed advantage of DSL over cable is much higher”, ” DSL-based services results in the ability to guarantee the bandwidth provided by the high-speed DSL connection” ” Cable service providers usually don’t quote absolute performance numbers like the DSL vendors” In real fact Major Canadian DSL vendors like Bell never met their promised speed CONTINUOUSLY or reliably now too anyway and most of the time they were far short of it tooThere was, also is a need for regulatory Government intervention of Bell, ISP providers practices, advertisements too. There has been a lot of evidence, allegations about Bell’s bad  managerial practices,  and it’s motives. It’s mostly been  warranted. Bell  wrongfully sees itself as the sole judge of disputes in their contract obligations too. ..  Sadly AT&T for a start is not the only carrier that doesn’t have presently  adequate  existing bandwidth to support all of their customers, iPhone users  using  an “unlimited” data plan  and that would now include Rogers and Bell? who are clearly already capping their existing customers and others to over come this serious shortcoming,   and in spite of what they do all  promise now they might have in the future I really rightfully do not believe them.  I TOO NOW have been discussing, detailing on the net Bell’s inadequate pretentious, poor services, internet and customer services, specifics included now for many many months.. even in October 2007 http://thenonconformer.blogspot.com/2007/10/choosing-cable-or-dsl-internet-service.html

What started as a simple phone call by me in January 2007 to Bell tech help line to determine why my internet services were so slow and sluggish next had  become a major farce, cover-up on the part of Bell Sympatico. I was next lied to for months as to the real reasons Bell they rather had offered me their poor internet services to me and  to many others in my city for years now too.. and then Bell had even  lied to me some more, had also breached their contractual obligations to me many times too, had allowed me even to be slandered, abused on the Bell customer forums now too.. and why? so  that clearly greedy Bell can continue stay in business to make more money.. and so who really cares now about the customer’s good welfare in reality? now? What not Bell itself, not the CRTC, not the federal government, not our Prime Minister Stephen Harper, not  the the federal Minister of Consumer Affairs, Jim Prentice..  not  any provincial consumer affairs Minister, but only the citizens, the news media, and the NDP party care about the citizens  good welfare really it seems. Not acceptable for sure too!   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/04/27/basic-contract-law/

Imagine that Bell has been in Business for many years and is still guilty now clearly of misleading advertisements, fraudulent and unacceptable business practices, not living up to their contractual obligations, as I now have PERSONALLY WITNESSED, EXPERIENCED  and undeniably detailed to even Bell and many others many times too now . I Paid for a high speed unlimited download service but that is not what I got next. I got low internet speed at a high price. With Bell you have to check your actual delivered speeds , “internet download and upload speed test” cause Bell seems to change it to suit themselves..  ( Acanac Inc. http://www.acanac.ca  , and do  see their speed test ). BELL EXECUTIVES HAVE BEEN  TOO CHEAP, AND STINGY TO SPEND THE NECESSARY MONEY TO DO THE MUCH NEEDY UPDATES TO BELL’S INTERNET WHICH DO LACK FULL CAPACITIES TO SERVICE ALL THE PRESENT CUSTOMERS, NEVER MIND ALL THE FUTURE ONES, SO THEY HAVE TO THROTTLE THEIR SERVICES

More and more, Bell, Sympatico Internet users are finding Web browsing a lot less fun these days for  it took a little time to load the pages, there is continual internet connectivity problems for their Bell ISP provider is totally unreliable, dishonest, inadequate too.

Bell has always had it’s spin doctors spin, lying..  Now this Mis-advertisement of the actual speeds attained  also reflects the common  problem we tend to  have also in Canada with the false, misleading advertising, trade practices by Bell, Rogers, Videotron in regard to the speeds of their iPhone and DSL, ADSL, cable internet services. These Communication, ISP firms amongst others are known to inflate, advertise substantially higher speeds than the consumer will actual get next get on the average, and the  next related internet congestion cause web connectivity problems, and also reductions of the downloads speeds too..

Bell firstly has also not been transparency about it’s internet capping as well now..  Major Canadian DSL service providers commonly employ bandwidth / speed caps for residential customers. Bandwidth caps place an artificial limit on the maximum speed a customer can achieve by monitoring their indCOMPENSATION as soon as possible.ividual traffic flow and throttling network packets .Providers concerned about the capacity limits of their network  implement a cap so that they can accommodate more customers, and make more money and undeniably  do not do this for the sole benefit of the consumer but mainly their own. But I have said much of this before for many months now too already even that Bell will lie, divert the truth and basically try to say that the customers are all still stupid, and the customer’s own computer’(s) are at fault,, they are lacking sufficient processing power or memory, cache and they  cannot keep pace with a high-speed Internet connection. Or the spyware, viruses on the computer when that rarely is the case now too for the slow internet speed,s but rather it is mainly due to Bell’s own faulty, and poorly maintained and poorly serviced equipment…  Bell is one of he biggest liar that I have personally dealt with too..  I had written 300 letters to Bell trying to get simple, straightforward satisfaction, appropriate payment,  answers from them and of course they dishonestly refused to provide any answers.. all they Sasha Rollins,  did eventually is double bill me and next cut of my internet for complaining too much to them.. real perverse people. Nevertheless I posted a full log for about 2 years on the net, too all of the major news editors, major politicians now too  for all to read, and Bell undeniably now did not try to deny it too, as to how crooked they were and how poorly they had actually responded to their false breach of my internet contract too. I now do realize that I have been told many times now by Bell on the phone, on the net that my internet account matter now has been escalated to the Highest level at Bell, specially Bell executive care services, and that as usual I  have been lied too. Bell should pay for internet throttling, Breach of contract too. Telus says Bell should pay for internet throttling dispute: Telus Corp. is supporting consumer groups and small service providers in seeking legal costs from Bell Canada Inc. in a dispute over the throttling of internet speeds. Telus had said it agrees with the Public Interest Advocacy Centre and the Canadian Association of Internet Providers, who say that because Bell started the whole argument over throttling, the company should be liable for all the costs whether it wins or loses the dispute. http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2008/09/19/tech-bell.html http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/08/14/telecom-complaints-ccts-bell-rogers-telus.html

Bell Sympatico now even  wanted an extra payment of 75 dollars if I do not return ASAP their high speed modem as soon as possible, conveniently forgetting that they themselves had wrongfully had breached my ISP contract, and also that they had falsely refused to refund me for an  overcharge of an  extra 55 dollars, to me for this  high speed modem that I had never even requested from Bell Sympatico in the first place, and they too easily seem to forget that  fact they Bell Sympatico had falsely also now tried 4 times to withdraw, steal my  money from my bank account even during the time I as supposed to have  free 6 months high speed unlimited internet as well. An agreement they too had falsely breached now too. Now Bell Sympatico’s executive care  Sasha Rollins had  complained to me in writing 3 times back that in the last 18 months I have written 280 letters of rightful complaints to Bell about their inadequate, pretentious, services, even their false breach of their contract obligations. Me I am even next still even rightfully complaining to Bell Sympatico now that I had even firstly to to write any of these 280 letters of complaints to Bell Sympatico, and I as a direct result do even rightfully still do demand full payment of 2500 dollars from Bell Sympatico NOW  for all my wasted time in even having now to do so now as well, plus further payment for the many years I had paid for a high speed internet services but never got one from Bell Sympatico as well. And I rightfully still expect this rightful  2500 dollars payment to me now from Bell Sympatico ASAP AS WELL , and  so also  NEXT  I too will demand an extra 250 dollars in payment  if they do not pay me my 2500 dollars

Online Petition Stirs Commentary with Calls for End of CRTC mediacaster A petition calling for the dissolution of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, (CRTC) says the regulator has become a burden on the Canadian public, and should be replaced with a new regulator

Dissolve the CRTC ! p2pnet.net

Toronto Star – Neoseeker – Macleans.ca – Dslreports

Dear Minister of Industry,

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) was created for the purpose of ensuring broadcasting and telecommunications systems serve the Canadian public and ensure that Canadians have a wide variety of options to create and view works of media or communicate across the country and the entire world.

We, the undersigned, believe that the CRTC has become a burden on the Canadian public and are failing to perform their duties in the interest of the Canadian public and that of a fair and unbiased telecom policy.

Scrap the CRTC, petition urges  An online petition to dissolve the CRTC  . The petition, at http://dissolvethecrtc.ca/   and on   Facebook and Twitter,  was started Saturday by Mike Lerner, a 23-year-old Ottawa software company employee, who was frustrated by a decision to allow Bell Canada to institute usage-based billing on its wholesale internet customers. The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission last week provisionally approved Bell’s request to require independent companies such as TekSavvy and Acanac, which rent parts of its network to supply their own services, to charge customers by how much they download.Independent providers typically offer customers hundreds of gigabytes of usage where Bell’s most popular service allows only 50 gigabytes a month. Smaller providers now say they have just under three months to migrate their customers on to similar usage models. Once those plans are implemented, they say, their services will be indistinguishable from Bell’s.  The CRTC, the petition says, is failing in its mandate to protect competition and look out for the interest of Canadian consumers and has for the past three years shown “undue preference in the interest of commercial entities and their preference for traditional business models over competing models that would create competition.” “We, the undersigned, believe that the CRTC has become a burden on the Canadian public and are failing to perform their duties in the interest of the Canadian public and that of a fair and unbiased telecom policy,” it says.Lerner told CBC News the government needs to replace the current regulator with a body that is staffed by people who are in touch with the new technology and competition models being introduced by the internet.”You need some people who have experience with telecom but you also need some people who understand the new types of competition. They just don’t have any experience in that field,” he says.  http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/08/19/crtc-petition-dissolve.html?ref=rss

This is all really unacceptable. Monopolistic, big bad Bell is allowed to violate basic  contract laws as well again.

“Want to know why this happens?  Wander around the building in Gatineau where the CRTC offices are. Nothing but hundreds of middle aged women who have never used bittorrent, never downloaded a software update, and never used an open source application.  People completely out of touch how technology is used today!   What DO they care about? Their Big Pension Countdown!”

If the CRTC isn’t going to do their job, then we at least need to examine Bell’s anti-competitive practices under consumer protection laws. They all need to be brought down a few notches. I’m convinced the CRTC is hindering the advance of technology and broadcasting in this country.”

The CRTC’s time has come! Enough pandering to big business interests. I urge all Canadians to support this initiative. The consequences of not supporting this and net neutrality will diminish the online experience for all Canadians for years to come. ”

Rogers, Bell, Videotron, Shaw, Telus  all only care about one thing.. maximum profits.. motivated by maximum greed.. finding an excuse to charge the customer for more.. and that they have done with their regulating, capping… and no one cares about what the consumer thinks, the CRTC or the federal Conservatives as well included. This consumer price gouging perversity has got to stop. I asked the Liberals and Iggy to rightfully speak out against this, and I am  still waiting to hear from them? Why are they not talking about this as well?

Sadly to many of us are like sheep, we do what we are told, because we are fearful of negative consequences, sheep are often afraid of their own shadows as well.. but unfortunately we do not have the luxury of being abused, whether it is verbally, physically, mentally, or what ever.. cause the abusers tend not to stop their abuses upon us unless they themselves do feel some real , personal negative consequences in reality. I too have found when being abused that screaming rape in a loud voice in public, full public exposure and calling the police, demanding the appropriate rightfully prosecution works the best.. sadly the too often lazy, pretentious, inadequate police, watchdogs  themselves can be a real part of the problem and not the solution, so I next expose the bad cops and all the bad watchdogs, politicians  readily as well.

“Bell to charge small ISPs by usage

Last Updated: Thursday, August 13, 2009 | 11:45 AM ET  By Peter Nowak, CBC News

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has approved a request by Bell Canada to implement usage-based billing for its wholesale internet customers.

The decision, made on an interim basis, could result in lower download limits for customers of smaller companies such as Teksavvy and Acanac that rent portions of Bell’s network to provide their own internet services.

Smaller ISPs, which typically allow customers to download hundreds of gigabytes a month, may be forced to lower their limits to Bell levels. Bell’s most popular plan allows customers to download 50 gigabytes a month.

The CRTC on Wednesday also approved a request from Bell that will allow the company to charge small ISPs 75 cents for every gigabyte over 300 that their customers use.

Smaller ISPs had fought the requests and said if granted, their services would become indistinguishable from Bell’s. The CRTC last year also allowed Bell to extend its traffic management practices, where certain uses of the internet such as peer-to-peer file-sharing are slowed or “throttled,” to smaller ISPs.

Independent companies are therefore required to throttle their own customers as well.

Although the CRTC ruled in favour of Bell during the throttling dispute, it also launched an inquiry into the larger issue of net neutrality, or how much control internet providers should have over the connections they provide to customers. The regulator is expected to make a ruling on net neutrality by the end of the year.

Consumer concern

Internet experts said that with usage-based billing, the CRTC has once again ruled in favour of Bell at the expense of consumers.

“It raises significant competition concerns since it suggests that independent ISPs will further lose their ability to differentiate their services,” University of Ottawa internet law professor Michael Geist said.

“It also calls into question Bell’s claims during the traffic management hearing that they can’t differentiate between providers since the implementation of [usage-based billing] would mean much more detailed info about end users.”

Mirko Bibic, head of regulatory affairs for Bell, said the company’s network-management technology is capable of differentiating between wholesale customers for accounting and usage-based billing purposes but not for traffic shaping, a fact that was made clear in its filings during the CRTC hearing.

“Our statements to the CRTC were and have always been accurate,” he said.

Bell stopped offering unlimited downloading to its own retail customers a few years ago. Throttling and usage-based billing are key parts of its strategy to fight congestion on its network. Critics, however, have said that Bell has so far failed to prove its network is congested.

Rocky Gaudrault, head of Teksavvy, was angry with the CRTC’s decision and said it will limit his company’s ability to offer new services such as television over the internet and could see an increase to customers’ bills of $10 to $20.

“Today’s decision has to send a clear picture to those the CRTC have to answer to,” he said.

“Someone needs to step in and audit how these lawmakers come to their conclusions as predatory tactics, which last I checked were not allowed in Canada, are being allowed to march through the regulatory gates without any resistance, all while laughing in the face of both Joe competitor and Joe public.”

The CRTC has given small ISPs 90 days to prepare for the implementation of Bell’s usage-based billing.”

” Today the CRTC just proved they are corrupt. Only a person of an IQ of less then 80 could not tell this is bad for consumers, Indy ISP’s and small home run businesses.  One of the board members of the CRTC is a former bell and rogers employee, I wonder how much he is taking under the table in cash or stocks.”

“Unbelievable! The CRTC should be dismantled immediately and/or there should be an inquiry into it’s board members. The CRTC does not represent or protect the best interests of Canadians or any company other than the already established monopoly.”

“The CRTC screws Canadians.. AGAIN. This agency is rapidly wearing out its welcome. When Bell is wholesaling access to its system it has NO BUSINESS even knowing anything about the usage of individual customers of another company! It need only know the total usage by Teksavvy (or whoever else) and bill accordingly. Even the wording used by the CBC in this article is slanted. By expressing the issue this way “Smaller ISPs, which typically allow customers to download hundreds of gigabytes a month, may be forced to lower their limits to Bell levels. Bell’s most popular plan allows customers to download 50 gigabytes a month.” CBC is taking sides in a much more complex issue than this paragraph describes. Net neutrality NOW. “

” “Someone needs to step in and audit how these lawmakers come to their conclusions as predatory tactics, which last I checked were not allowed in Canada, are being allowed to march through the regulatory gates without any resistance, all while laughing in the face of both Joe competitor and Joe public.” Brilliantly put. Our internet privileges are slowly being stripped away from us for more and more profit, and the CRTC hasn’t done a thing about it.  Crooks.”

” I find it incredibly ludicrous that the CRTC is made up of ex-Bell cronies! How in the heck is THAT fair and unbiased? Whatever Rocky has been cooking up to deal with the throttling fiasco, he had better shift into high gear and really start researching his options on a fail-safe plan to rid the TekSavvy name from Bell’s medusian gaze forever. Or its out of business for his family for GOOD.  Bell doesnt want you using Usenet, P2P, Torrents, FTP, VOIP or YouTube HD without forking over 50% of your paycheck. Who else in this world has those kind of markups? Answer: The Mafia.  Time to change tactics with Bell. Writing angry letters is not going to cut it anymore.”

“The members CRTC should be investigated. These bunch of crooks are really the public enemies.” ” Canadian Regulators Send Another ( Pornographic) Love Letter To Bell”

http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/08/12/bell-crtc-internet-usage.html?ref=rss

I have just renewed a one year unlimited download contract with Accanac/Bell.. I rightfully oppose to Bell. CRTC putting any caps on my downloads. My tracking number is: 0010400029439    http://www.ccts-cprst.ca/en/

CBC had said “ Bell stopped offering unlimited downloading to its own retail customers a few years ago. Throttling and usage-based billing are key parts of its strategy to fight congestion on its network. Critics, however, have said that Bell has so far failed to prove its network is congested. ” SPECIFICALLY AS OF AN 1,2008 THAT IS NOT REALLY A FEW YEARS AGO BUT ABOUT 1.7 YEARS AGO..  and the move was clearly made to allow Bell to offer rental of  it’s own movies, to provide internet phone for iphones, and to encourage people to get Bell TV  as well

Bell is always seeking news ways by hook or crook as well  to make more money cause it undeniably still loses it’s dissatisfied customers faster than it can gain them

PS   Australia biggest ISP admits to lying Wednesday, August 12, 2009 | 11:15 AM ET CBCNews.ca. Last week saw an interesting revelation from Telstra, Australia’s biggest phone and internet provider. New CEO David Thodey admitted to a court that Telstra had lied to block rival internet service providers from accessing its network. Under previous CEO Sol Trujillo, an American, Telstra had told other ISPs that several of its downtown telephone exchanges were full so they couldn’t install their own equipment and thereby provide customers with their own services. There was, in fact, plenty of space but Telstra was playing dirty tricks to cut its competitors off at the knees.

” These things ARE happening, perhaps not to the extent of demolishing bathrooms, but the lying about full areas definitely occurs. In fact, some small ISPs have had such problems with this that they advise potential new customers to sign up with Bell for a month (no contract) and then migrate over to the wholesaler. This is because when wholesalers put in the line request, they are often told that the customer can not receive DSL or that the customer will receive a much lower speed profile.

In regards to the Competition Bureau, our Bureau consciously ignores all anti-competitive behaviour from Bell. When Bell started throttling its retail customers, they lost a large number of subscribers to DSL wholesalers. Bell then unilaterally and magically decided that their network was congested because of wholesaler traffic and started throttling their wholesalers. This was an unbelievably anti-competitive move. However, how did the Competition Bureau respond? They referred all complaints to the CRTC, claiming that all telecommunications issues were the responsibility of the CRTC. Fast forward a few months. An association of small Canadian internet providers, the CAIP, files a tariff application with the CRTC asking for access to Bell’s new upgraded network. The CRTC agrees and gives Bell notice to submit their expected costs from this move. What does Bell do? Bell ignores the CRTC order and instead submits a proposal to impose Usage-Based-Billing on all wholesalers, with absolutely ridiculous overage fees of nearly $1 per GB, with no maximum penalty. The CRTC recently granted this proposal on an “interim” basis. This, despite the overwhelming submission of comments against the proposal. The CRTC even acknowledges that the proposal discriminates against wholesalers, but claims that it is not “unjust discrimination”? Huh? It is worthy to note that Bell Retail is NOT included in this proposal, and Bell only just today added a new $5 for 40GB insurance plan to its offered internet services. Smells like anti-competitive behaviour to me.”  http://www.cbc.ca/technology/technology-blog/2009/08/australia_biggest_isp_admits_t.html?loomia_si=t0:a16:g12:r5:c0.0952911:b27157388

 A few moments to read..

No 1 Best Seller? Sleeping Pills amongst many other things!

As posted on the net the truth is that Canadians warming to minority rule: poll ???? HA HA HA

and everyone in  Politics these days is sadly still a big liar it seems too.. at the federal and at the provincial levels,, they lie to get reelected  and THEY LIE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE HERE TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO LOOK AFTER THE GOOD CITIZENS OF CANADA IS BASICALLY THE REASON WE PREFER MINORITY GOVERNMENTS CAUSE WE DO NOT TRUST ANY MAJORITY PARTY. We need to and want to stop electing all liars into any government job, political office, newspapers, news media as well.   There are yes too many  false sheep who worship those crooked leaders, shepherds, pastors dressed in nice suits. Not trying to impress anyone, or showing off I next went to a new church dressed in my clean, regular daily clothes. I next too was surprised when now one said hello to me nor did they great me, and a few services later this continued to happen. So I prayed about it and to my surprise God said they were harlots, prostitutes. Embarrassed at this revelation I decided I would fully proof for myself this was true. So next Sunday I put on a white shirt, tie, nice black pants, and a white sports jacket and most everyone said hello  to me. Incidentally the same thing happens to me on the bus as well.. Why?  Also the very same pastor of this professing Christian church dressed there in a nice suit who also did not talk to me as well was next charged with abuse, slander, lying, misappropriation of church funds, and was eventually fired. Now these days when I see these peacock members, deacons, ushers  strutting around church in their fancy suits trying to impress the others , it causes me to be sick to my stomach still. It would be better if they used the money rather to help the poor and needy in their own church.  Evangelical Prime Minister Stephen Harper now included. The Canadian new Conservative party -wolves in sheep clothing

MY DAD USED TO TRY TO CONVINCE ME THAT THE CROOKS ARE STILL NOT REALLY BASICALLY BOTHERED BY PUBLIC APPROVAL, EXPOSURES, NEGATIVE REVELATIONS, GUILT, but I knew already that was not true by the number of sleeping pills they all seem to have to take to try to get some rest, sleep. My dad next finally admitted that most people would be bothered by a poor public image of them, for a good reputation is worth more than any amount of silver and gold in reality.. Canada’s ex Prime Minister Brian Mulroney admitted he was very was bothered that in his retirement years when he should have been glorying in his past positive accomplishments instead he now was being stressfully troubled, embarrassed by much of  the negative, unpleasant  public dredging of his past poor acts. SOMETHING HE RATHER WOULD HAVE NEVER FACED TOO. AND IN MOST CASES IT TENDED TO SOLIDIFY HIS GENERALLY ALREADY POOR PAST REPUTATION HELD BY MANY PERSONS.  Some people with a troubled conscience will next go to a very  drastic measures to get sleep.  We all even recently heard of the drastic steps that the rock star Michael Jackson himself used to take to try to get some decent sleep and in the process it seems killed himself?  Do see also http://wittnessed.wordpress.com/2009/08/26/dementia-and-the-past/

This is not the kind of leadership most Canadians would accept from a Prime Minister, particularly conflicts with the standard of an professing evangelical Christian. A total inability to get along with all of the others or to forgive any of them. Explains why Harper is so unpopular in the  Polls and why he fails  to reach the a majority government too.. people out of touch with reality tend to justify such a negative  approach as well.. The  way he treats the media is clearly seen by many also as how bad also he would treat now most anyone too.

Behind PM’s war with media 18, 2009 04:30 AM  Two years ago, Calgary television journalist Lynn Raineault completed a Master’s thesis that explored Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s ongoing battles with the Parliamentary Press Gallery.  As part of her research, Raineault conducted interviews with seven prominent Conservatives, including Preston Manning and Geoff Norquay, a former director of communications for Harper when he was opposition leader. To her surprise, she found that most of those Conservatives believed Harper was his own worst enemy when it came to getting favourable media coverage.  They cited two main factors in the ongoing conflicts between the PMO and the press: Harper’s deep-seated belief that journalists in the press gallery are ideologically opposed to Conservative governments; and Harper’s character, which was described during various interviews as introverted, stubborn, impatient and controlling. Manning said Harper is “not the kind of person to forget slights.”  According to these insiders, Harper views the press gallery as a nest of liberals who are unwilling to give Conservatives a fair shake. But most of the Conservatives didn’t see it that way at all. They acknowledged that at its core the press gallery is a liberal-leaning institution, but five of the seven Conservatives also reported that journalists for the most part do provide balanced coverage, even if the Prime Minister doesn’t see it that way.  Tom Flanagan, former chief of staff in Harper’s office, said he doesn’t believe journalists in Ottawa are driven by ideology, as Harper does, but by career ambitions and a certain group-think that can take over the press gallery.  Flanagan also said that Harper’s “strong, silent-type approach,” is inadequate when it comes to explaining complicated policies such as the decision on income trusts in 2006.  Of all the Conservatives interviewed, only Ezra Levant, former communications director for Stockwell Day when he was opposition leader, seemed to delight in what he described as Harper’s “marginalization” of the press gallery. Levant believes there will be little or no political cost to the government for Harper’s attitude toward journalists because most Canadians hold to the same view.  Apparently, Harper’s stance toward the news media arose out of his experience as opposition leader, when he concluded he could not get his message to the public through the bubble of the Parliamentary Press Gallery. So the Conservative press office was instructed to find ways around the gallery and eventually turned to direct distribution of “news” to radio, smaller local newspapers, weeklies and free community papers. In essence, it set up a parallel news service.  The insiders also spoke of Harper’s “gamble” with the press gallery. They said he was engaged in a high-stakes game to eviscerate the press gallery because he perceives it as a potential obstacle to his winning a majority government. They said Harper had already decisively reined in the other possible impediments to achieving his goal: his cabinet and his caucus. Harper’s communication strategy doesn’t seem to be working very well. He has difficulty convincing almost anyone but himself that heavy-handed control is the way to go; two more key communications personnel left the PMO’s office earlier this summer and have yet to be replaced. The majority government he so badly wanted eluded him in 2008 and according to recent polls still looks to be out of reach. But perhaps his biggest mistake is underestimating Canadians’ distaste for a leader who looks more like a puppet master than a prime minister.  Gillian Steward is a Calgary writer and journalist.  No matter what the much too many lying Conservative spin doctors now do try to say to us all I rightfully no longer believe anything automatically that any Canadian  Conservative Cabinet Minister or Conservative member of parliament says, especially when they now do  lie to us and say that they are looking equally, and fairly after all the citizens of Canada, the Canadian persons of all race, nationality, all ages, all sex now too.. We already have ample proof that the Conservative Job creation program has been guilty of false partiality towards Conservative ridings.

I also do do not believe them rightfully and especially when they say the big recession is ending shortly when these same fools initially would not even firstly admit that Canada was facing a recession now too.. they the Conservatives clearly and simply  cannot be trusted at all based on their poor performances to date. And I would not believe them just as much as I would not believe the much too often lying RCMP, Police Commissions now as well.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/06/searched-for-and-read-the-most/

I can quickly sum up my political experiences in Canada.. for decades now most people in Canada  seem to elect liars and alcoholics for politicians, and we have had now much too many of them elected as well.. Of course  it seems natural for alcoholics to lie, they seen to often lie that it is is ok to drink alcohol in the first place, and it seems natural for many lawyers who run for political offices, and many want to be politicians to lie to get elected.. Yes most people elect liars who tell them the things they want to hear.. we all know that had Stephen Harper told the truth that Canada was going into a major depression next, he very likely would have never got elected. so he said there was going to be no election or recession, he clearly lied. After he was elected he admits Canada was facing a big recession of course, how could he deny otherwise. I openly express the truth that we should stop electing any liars and alcoholics, even in the police forces, civil and public services now too,  and when it is confirmed that they are thieves, cheats,  liars or alcoholics they should be immediately fired, recalled.. as simple as that too. Some professing ostrich evangelical totally deny that the professing Christians drink alcohol, they have a problem with the alcoholics rather and not me I merely reported the truth, facts, that many professing Christians drink alcohol and falsely try to justify it as well.. Alcohol does a lot of brain damages, negatively affects your ability to work, to live normal, alcohol is a major cause of car accidents, tends to destroy your family life, so of course I have no use for alcohol or alcoholics anywhere. Neither should any of us not just MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. and a  bad immoral Conservatives is not better than a bad immoral Liberal, especially firstly the alcoholic ones.

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that TOO MANY people are not to be trusted, they always do need to be supervised, and major corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, and amongst the professionals and politicians as well. Such is real life.

The ongoing lessons of life even in Canada will be and are these: One cannot abuse others and get away with it forever. Laws, government institutions now are made for the good of all persons  too. Even in Canada proper policing, management ,  supervision  human rights commissions are a real fact of life, society, in schools, life,  in churches, governments, commerce, institutions, civil and public services, professional services too,  and elsewhere, even on the net,  for you will always have those 30 percent at least of the persons who will try to cheat, lie  , steal, bend the rules, falsely believe they are above the laws, Self  regulation alone is too often pretentious, farcical, often not applied as well. That applies especially to the professionals, civil and public services, police, municipalities, politicians and even in the churches now now as well..

Self regulation of all organizations, personnel tends to be mostly still just immoral masturbation.. lawyers, pastors, doctors and nurses included. Public exposure and real prosecutions of the really guilty persons does work now a lot better.

Also if all of the evil persons, politicians included, are not also punished, made to face negative personal consequences themselves they really will not next stop their wrong doings. (Eph 4:28 KJV)  Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. (1 Cor 11:31 KJV)  For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

Sadly too many of us are still like sheep, we do what we are told, because we are fearfull of negative consequences, the sheep are often afraid of their own shadows as well.. but unfortunately we do not have the luxury of continaully now being abused, whether it is verbally, physically, mentally, or what ever.. even cause the abusers tend not to stop their abuses upon us unless they themselves do feel some real, personal, negative consequences in reality. I too have found when I am being abused that screaming rape in a loud voice in public, full public exposure and calling the police, demanding the appropriate rightfully prosecution works the best still.. sadly the too often lazy, pretentious, inadequate, no good, usless  police themselves can be a real part of the problem and not the solution, so I next do also expose the bad cops readily as well.

APPROPRIATE  PUBLIC EXPOSURE AND THE APPROPRIATE PROSECUTION OF THE GUILTY SERVES EVERYONE’S BEST INTEREST

FOR A GOOD NAME IS WORTH MUCH MORE THAN ANY AMOUNT OF SILVER OR GOLD AND A TARNISHED ONE IS WORTHLESS.

(Prov 22:1 KJV)  A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.

(Eccl 7:1 KJV)  A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one’s birth.

Hey we all seem to know there are too many crooked politicians, cops, professionals,  civil and public servants, RCMP too  around these days, even in Canada well let me let you know  again about  a non loudly advertised fact, reality- that we do not have to accept any of it , or put up with it..  for we all can firstly expose them for what they are now, the alcoholics, drug abusers, cheaters, liars, crooks, tax evaders, imposters, pretenders, hypocrites … and secondly we must demand their rightful job dismissals and even their crimminal prosecutions too..  and now that is what I also do for the good of us all..  for my blog is full of pages of the media detailed personal inadequacies of the much too many bad persons in the police, governments, civil and public services, etc., all exposed bad acts now that we do not have to accept at all.

The RCMP acts make for bad reading..

Prime Minister Mr. Harper let him now first get back at trying to govern Canada instead of being a hypocrite to all that he had one preached to others..Also the Federal funds to battle pine beetle have disappeared, Hundreds of millions earmarked to clear deadwood used elsewhere. The federal government has been busy backing away from providing millions of dollars to reduce the threat of pine-beetle-killed wood.  The federal money could have been used to help clear the dead wood, providing firebreaks that could have prevented fires from coming within hundreds of metres of communities, B.C. First Nations Forestry Council vice- president Bill Williams said. But hundreds of millions of dollars earmarked for the pine-beetle program disappeared from this year’s federal budget, replaced by an economic stimulus plan that barely mentions the beetle crisis. In 2005, as opposition leader, Stephen Harper promised that a Conservative government would provide $1 billion over 10 years to control the mountain pine beetle.  But the 2009-10 federal budget merely mentioned pine-beetle infestation as part of the economic stimulus plan and did not specify a dollar figure.  Asked how much of the federal funding has been spent and whether the $1-billion program had been cut,  “That’s a question that would be more appropriately asked of a federal representative.” Harper’s office did not return calls Thursday. rdalton@vancouversun.com http://www.vancouversun.com/news/Federal+funds+battle+pine+beetle+have+disappeared/1891993/story.html

Canada’s Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper instead of governing properly now has spent the summer travelling across Canada trying to buy taxpayers’ money left and right ,in his case, mostly right, doing hypocritically something that while he was an opposition leader he condemned the governing Liberals for doing and said he would not do it, but now he is doing it as well.  Harper counting  that for all the money he’s liberally spending – about $23 billion in 63 days — voters will support him on election day.  Harper calls it “stimulating the economy.” Pierre Trudeau used to call it “passing out the candies.” Same thing. Often it has been the very same thing. The $90 million Pitt Meadows Bridge in B.C. was first announced in 2005 as part of the Liberal government’s Pacific Gateway Strategy.  Harper went there this month to re-announce it. He jumped up and down on the bridge to announce the same construction over again.

Let’s face it: The stronger the Dippers and the more they eat into the Liberal vote, the greater the chances that Stephen Harper and his family will continue to enjoy their chef’s fine food and that great view overlooking the Ottawa River after the next election, notwithstanding the Conservatives being supported by a mere 36 per cent or so of Canadians. Plus he’ll have the power to name senators and judges and fly around the world in his own jet meeting interesting folks like Barack Obama,  Sure, Mr. Harper will not achieve a majority Conservative government; as long as the Bloc remains strong in Québec, no party will. Still, being in power atop three successive minority governments has its rewards:  unless he comes up with a new game plan, it’s looking less and likely that Michael Ignatieff will ever get the chance to show whether he can measure up to that standard  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/blogs/spector-vision/harpers-great-white-hope/article1253405/

Thank God for the BQ, they serve a useful purpose after all, they do keep the really bad leaders from getting full power.

US President Obama had one of the highest pre-election support of any past American presidents, and  next very high expectations of him doing good  for all of the American people were also associated with him.. but the reality has after the election has turned sour, many of his supporters are not going along with him, and he is finding out that he alone cannot help, run the country.. nor improve the Medicare systems  too.

Sadly our Canadian President, excuse me Prime Minister Mr. Harper who thinks, acts like a president, he too has tried to mostly do things all alone.. and as we have seen his popularity, perception  rating is not that great. Yeah I know Harper says he does not care what the poll say, or it seems what the people think of him and his  GOVERNMENT, AND THAT IS WHY HE IS ALREADY A 3 TIMES LOSER, A MINORITY LEADER

by the way I support more refugees being allowed to come to Canada..

James Bissett: Why our refugee system stays broken –  Canada’s refugee policy has been driven and monopolized by special interest groups. All of the parties know the refugee system is dysfunctional. All of them know reform is essential. But none of them have been willing to do anything about the problem. Our flawed refugee policy has caused our southern border to become effectively militarized. It has damaged bilateral relations with friendly nations, and has hurt our international trade and tourist industry. It has thrown our ability to secure our borders and function as a sovereign nation into question. We are one of the few countries in the world that allows anyone from any country to enter simply because they claim to be persecuted… full-time refugee-industry advocates…  immigration lawyers and consultants — who make thousands of dollars defending asylum seekers… .. supported by a multitude of NGOs, which receive millions of dollars in government funding to care for and help asylum seekers… have a stake in making sure the system remains bloated and dysfunctional.. The determination of whether a claimant is a real refugee is decided by an impartial Refugee Board. During the adjudication process (which can take years), however, those who arrive receive generous welfare payments, housing, free medical care and free legal representation. The Immigration Department estimates that one asylum seeker costs the Canadian taxpayer roughly $30,000 dollars per year; and by far the majority of asylum seekers remain in Canada for several years. Should their claim be refused, there is little likelihood they will be sent home. They can seek leave to appeal to the Federal Court; and if refused, there are a number of further reviews and delays that can be exercised. The result is that the HIGH number of rejected asylum seekers end up settling in Canada… Yet any attempt to reform the system,   is met with a storm of protest..  http://network.nationalpost.com/np/blogs/fullcomment/archive/2009/08/26/james-bissett-why-our-refugee-system-stays-broken.aspx

AND WHAT NOBODY MENTIONS FIRSTLY THE  VAST, COSTLY MOSTLY USELESS,   DYSFUNCTIONAL, PRETENTIOUS  FEDERAL  IMMIGRATION AND REFUGEE PUBLIC  SERVANTS THAT WE HAVE HAD NOW ALSO FOR DECADES TOO BEHIND ALL OF THIS? JUST MORE OF THE UNNECESSARY GOVERNMENT WASTE OF MONEY LIKE IT SEEMS  OUR SENATORS ARE NOW TOO. TELL HIM ALSO MR STEPHEN HARPER IF HE ALSO THINKS THE VERY EXPENSIVE SENATORS NOW ARE SO BAD WHY DOES HE KEEP ON APPOINT MORE OF THEM TOO. HYPOCRITE

No Surprise here self centered Stephen Harper and the Conservative clearly, often do not care about the good welfare of anyone but themselves.. Feds lack urgency in face of isotope crisis, MD says

The research studies are  in and they’re saying texting while driving is not only illegal — it’s really dangerous, distracting to good and safe driving .Texting, also known as SMS (short message service), refers to the 160-character messages sent and received on modern mobile phones. Distracted drivers are too often the cause of road accidents all the time, many of which lead to serious injury, even death. A recent study has shown texting while driving is proven to increase your likelihood of having an accident while drive by more than 23 times.  Now no matter what age, even while using a phone familiar to them, and with no traffic, road signals, or pedestrians, drivers are seriously distracted when they are typing out a tiny 160-character message. Texting while driving is a distraction,  so is eating the lunch you just grabbed from the drive-through, reading, checking navigation systems or making CD changes. The list is also limitless. It’s up to us all to serioulsy recognize what we should and shouldn’t be doing while we are driving. Along with a year around ban on driving and texting, drunk  driving too, must come education. Much the way “don’t drink and drive” has become a phrase everyone knows, “don’t text and drive” needs to be just as well versed. At the very least, when texting is the cause of an accident the case should be prosecuted criminally, much the way a DUI case is handled.

Nicholson, the member of Parliament for Niagara Falls and a senior Conservative cabinet minister, sent brochures out to hometown voters boasting his government’s response to the global economic crisis is “today’s plan for tomorrow’s success.”  Impeccable timing. These flyers, extolling the successes of the Conservative government, always seem to land in mailboxes just as election talk heats up. This time, Nicholson cites the International Monetary Fund saying “your Conservative government acted early to tackle the global economic crisis; delivered the right stimulus at the right time.”  Interesting spin, but most Canadians will recall Conservative Finance Minister Jim Flaherty introduced stimulus spending with a political gun to his head.  http://www.niagarafallsreview.ca/ArticleDisplay.aspx?e=1695923

Oh, the irony: Nicholson and Harper, champions of stimulus – A typical lying lawyer’s spin and I was once naïve to believe that Justice Ministers especially were honest persons who did not lie.. but no longer naïve, we need now to appoint a new honest justice minister for sure.

A white policeman  falsely  arrested  the renowned black scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. in his home  Massachusetts.  Gov. Deval Patrick, once the top civil rights official in the Clinton administration and now, like Obama, the first black to hold his job, labeled Gates’s false arrest as “every black man’s nightmare.”  This also happens to many white men who oppose police brutality and injustice though, me included now, The governor told reporters: “You ought to be able to raise your voice in your own house without risk of arrest.”  and you can add to that the Natives now as well… EVEN IN Canada. Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. had just returned from a trip overseas and, upon arriving at the property with a driver, found his front door jammed and had to force it open. By the time police arrived at the house, he and the driver had managed to get inside the property. According to police, Prof Gates shouted at the officer and accused him of racial bias. Police Officers were called to Prof Gates’s house after a woman reported seeing two black males – the professor and his driver – trying to force entry.  Prof Gates was still falsely arrested outside his home after providing the officer with identification. As the court records will show I also was arrested and fined in the Calgary Chief of police office cause I had said out loud rightfully you cops are crooked..  In reality too Cops are not the only one who resort to violence when their authority is threatened, so do some bad pastors now too..   as I do also know. …  and we all should by now know the RCMP also do lie.. the actual number of unsolved criminal cases would be a lot higher if the police actually investigated all the citizen report they do receive. I have sat in police stations and watched the police lie and refuse complaints brought to them by the other citizens too… never mind those phoned in.   I think only one of over 5 criminal  complaints about the criminal abuse of me or others was ever reviewed with even, and even that one took months of complaining to the police.. and that was the charge of physical assault of me by  a rogue Pentecostal pastor who punched me , in front of a witness, cause I had refused to go to his church.

At the RCMP too, the thin blue line is alive and well as the Robert Dziekanski case  best still  exemplifies it. this poor, abused  Robert Dziekanski, who died, or rather was murdered,  after a continual Tasering by four RCMP officers in the Vancouver airport in 2007. Next  the evidenced to all perverse RCMP lineup at the inquiry was a study in rehearsed. lying fabrication supported by also perverse senior brass, including a false police-testimony soundtrack completely out of sync with the reality of what was happening, all done  in spite of the evidence of  the famous video of the RCMP Dziekanski takedown. Certainly now without that video of the same  Polish immigrant’s death, any internal RCMP investigation would undoubtedly continued to  have determined to all that this matter again too  was a another justified police response instead of the now much too  obvious case of RCMP incompetence, and overkill. And   despite the undeniable need, logic now of putting all of serious RCMP allegations under independent investigations to ensure, enhance the reliability of real Justice, RCMP  findings and to improve its transparency, the false, perverse  RCMP foot dragging now continues but also not one of the Dziekanski murders, and accomplices have yet been convicted of any criminal wrongdoings as well. Now how much more perverse can this all get now too still all while the also perverse federal justice Ministers sit on their hands and do noting again about it all?

EDMONTON – Alberta is to announce new rules on when police can use conducted energy weapons such as Tasers. Solicitor General Department spokeswoman Michelle Davio says the changes will include setting up tighter boundaries on when Tasers can be used and the need for ongoing testing of the weapons – which deliver an intense electric shock. Davio says the changes expected to be announced later this week by Solicitor General Fred Lindsay will apply to all police in the province, including RCMP. Last week the B.C. government ordered all police in that province to severely restrict the use of the stun guns following the release of the Braidwood Inquiry report. The report, which looked into the death of a Polish man in Vancouver in 2007 after tussling with four RCMP, says that 25 Canadians have died after encounters with Tasers. Saskatchewan’s Police Commission says it is considering the Braidwood report as it completes its own Taser review and will decide this fall whether to change its policies.
CALGARY – Tasers in Alberta will be tested annually under new guidelines released by the provincial government.  Police officers will only be allowed to use the conducted energy weapons under certain circumstances set out by the document. It also says an officer who believes a suspect may cause injury to him or herself or a bystander can use a Taser, but someone who is simply running away isn’t enough of a reason.  A use-of-force report must also be written every time one of the weapons is deployed.  Alberta has been reviewing its Taser policy and also looked at the report into the 2007 death of Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver International Airport after he was repeatedly zapped by a Taser.  The B.C. government responded to the report by ordering all police to restrict the use of stun guns.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090731/national/tasers_police_policy

Aug. 11 — Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec, Canada’s biggest pension-fund manager, had an unrealized first-half loss of C$5.7 billion ($5.2 billion) on real estate, wiping out a 5 percent gain by other investments.  The Caisse’s real estate debt holdings declined to C$8.6 billion on June 30 from C$10.8 billion at the end of 2008. The fund lost a record 25 percent in 2008.   The Caisse had unrealized losses of C$2.2 billion on real estate debt, C$1.8 billion on declining values on properties, C$1.3 billion related to private equity and infrastructure, and C$400 million on asset-backed commercial paper. Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec had C$120.1 billion in assets on Dec. 31.  Last year, the Caisse lost $39.8-billion or 25 per cent of its assets, making it among the worst performing pension funds in the country. The pension fund stubbornly refused to release its financial results, despite numerous reports of its losses, and the Caisse’s performance became a hot-issue  in Quebec political circles and the province’s election campaign. No wonder the ex Quebec Liberal finance Minister Monique Forget resigned suddenly and unexpectedly

“The job market is nowhere close to swinging back into the positive and Alberta and B. C. are among the worst,” Canada is seeing many good jobs replaced with costly self-employment part-time work lacking the full time dental, health benefits too and face it these people will pay a lot less federal taxes and dig deeper into their savings,  or  DEBTS.. and you can for sure include  the associated rising health costs, as many person’s health will also worsen by the related job, family stress now too.  Canada lost three times as many jobs as economists expected last month, led by construction and tourism-related businesses, signaling the country’s recovery from a recession may be slow.

Liberals continue to enjoy wide support in Atlantic Canada and Quebec, while the Tories have a commanding lead in the Prairies. The two parties are more or less neck-to-neck in Ontario and British Columbia.

Canada lost 45000 jobs in July: Statistics Canada

Calgary’s last-minute strategy to challenge Edmonton for Expo 2017 is beyond the pale, beyond rude and beyond belief. The political gambit is so offside–so off the decency dial!

“Prime Minister Stephen Harper attended the recent G8 meetings in L’Aquila, Italy. He spoke with reporters following the meetings and openly admitted he favours a one-world government. He joins many other heads of countries voicing the same slogan and implementing policies to force us in that direction. Oh, to be sure, he tried to pre-qualify the statement, saying each nation would remain sovereign, but arguing there is a need for “global governance,” a nice, soft word meaning one-world government. Wake up, Canada. This is like being just a little bit pregnant — either you are or you are not.  Either we are sovereign or we are not. By the actions of this and former Canadian governments, one can only conclude the latter. Harper, his Conservative government and the rest of the actors in Ottawa continue to commit treason. I call for his immediate resignation.  Harper and almost every other MP, regardless of political party, are facilitating the demise of Canada. Whatever happened to personal integrity?” G.McIntosh Ashcroft   http://www.bclocalnews.com/opinion/51233282.html

Harper, Ignatieff reach deal to avert summer election  OTTAWA – CANADA’S Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff have reached a deal to avert an election – at least until the fall.

Now it is no secret that most of Stephen Harper support comes form Alberta and not at all from central or eastern Canada… and it is no secret that when they were not in power the hypocrtical Conservatives had said elect us into power and we will be different, we will be a better government, but now once elected they repeated most of the bad things the other parties did, such as lying, putting their friends into good paying governmental jobs, discrimination, partiality, giving more money to the Conservative ridings but what is surprising is that the hypocritical Conservative supporters who now are silent on all of this, still falsely approve of their rather non Conservative government and leader Stephen Harper.. who even now still does not have a democratic federal government, a majority government, cause he did not get 51 percent of the votes even..”More important still, the increasingly entrenched notion that Canadian prime ministers, more or less like U.S. presidents, draw their power directly from the people would have been exposed as what it is: A self-serving fraud.” And more LIES AND FRAUD TO STAY IN POWER ARE  MORE CORRUPTIONS.

“Of course, the Harper Conservatives came to power decrying the abuses of previous Liberal governments and promising a new era of openness. But in office Harper has undermined the democratic process in alarming ways. He has imposed a culture of secrecy and virtual one-man rule that makes a mockery of our parliamentary system. This is not what Canadians voted for. Instead of greater transparency, there is opacity. Rather than MPs being empowered, lobbyists are being enriched. In power, the Conservatives promptly made a mockery of Parliament’s committee system by compiling a secret playbook for blocking opposition MPs who might want to examine government operations. Out of a pathological fear of cabinet ministers or public officials going off script, the Harper PMO has also stifled individual ministers and senior bureaucrats. Departments such as Foreign Affairs, once quick to share news with the public, have gone into a deep freeze. ” http://www.thestar.com/comment/article/656851

“MPs, for too long, have used tax money as a means of distributing ingratiating largesse to their “favourites.” The public can’t afford such lax and despotic control over their hard earned taxes any more.” and “Where MPs got the idea they are above submitting details of all their spending of taxpayer money, is unknown. MPs are our servants. It is not for them to tell the taxpayers to go “fly a kite.” It is for the taxpayers to direct the MPs to divulge details of all expenditure of tax monies.”http://www.thestar.com/comment/article/656798

Prime Minister Stephen Harper seems contemptuous at worst and indifferent at best to the role of Parliament. We all need to be Concerned about the federal government’s ability to manage the economy too. The Conservatives have had it wrong from the start when they said there wouldn’t be a recession and that there would be a surplus. Today we have a recession and an ever-increasing $50-billion deficit. A different reality indeed.  The Conservatives  had promised to get money flowing for jobs within 120 days of the budget.  The deadline has come and gone, with not much to show for it.   The Conservatives   had  DONE LITTLE. Instead we’ve lost over 350,000 jobs while infrastructure money from last year’s budget that could have stimulated growth and created jobs  never made it out the door. Adding insult to injury is that their stimulus plan is not working. Their infrastructure program is paralyzed and hundreds of thousands of jobs have been lost. The Conservatives still have no plan to restore fiscal responsibility. Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff blamed the Conservative government for promising to help municipalities and the economy with infrastructure money and then not coming through with it in time to fund most projects for this summer.

Mayors say construction season slipping away with no sign of stimulus cash Thu Jun 4,  WHISTLER, B.C. – Canada’s big city mayors say this summer’s construction season is slipping away with no sign of the economic stimulus cash promised by the federal government.

A trade war between Canada and the United States over “Buy American” policies would hurt both countries, Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff said Sunday, a day after Canadian municipalities passed a resolution that could shut out U.S. bidders from city contracts. At the annual general meeting of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities narrowly passed a motion on Saturday to bar bids from companies whose countries impose trade restrictions with Canada. Ignatieff said he’s not in favour of retaliatory action to shut American companies out of the multibillion-dollar municipal and provincial procurement market,  “A war over access to procurement at the state and local government level on both sides of the border is bad for Canada and bad for the United States,” said Ignatieff.  AND WHERE IS OUR USELESS PM STEPHEN  HARPER IN ALL OF THIS?

In general in the more  liberal society of Canada both the wife and the children tend to have much more freedom, rights, make their own decisions,  over many other countries , Such as central and eastern Europe, Russia, Asia, Africa  and as a result the culture shock after moving to Canada can be  a very real problem for some new immigrant husbands  where the husband sees his family role as being obeyed, and being the sole head of the home.   Thus  it’s not altogether uncommon for some of the new Canadian immigrant  home situations to become  unacceptably violent when the dominate husband feels his authority is being undermined.  Wife beatings as a result are common, and children who witness it are severely traumatized, can develop both bitterness and hatred. And it tends to make  the home matters worse where the husband now is also an alcoholic on top of all that.   In reality too Cops are not the only one who resort to violence when their authority is threatened, so do some bad pastors now too..

Monday June 15,2009 Canadian Press  VANCOUVER — A judge has decided the inquiry into the death of Robert Dziekanski will be allowed to make findings of misconduct against the four RCMP officers involved. The officers who stunned Dziekanski with a Taser at Vancouver’s airport challenged Commissioner Thomas Braidwood’s authority to make findings of misconduct against them. Braidwood had warned the officers he would consider allegations made at the inquiry — that they acted improperly and then lied to cover up their actions. The officers claimed those allegations amount to criminal offences, which public inquiries can’t do. They also argued that federal police officers are outside the jurisdiction of a provincial inquiry. But Justice Arne Silverman rejected those arguments, which means the inquiry can resume as scheduled this Friday with closing submissions.

What kind of Judicial Banana Republic is the R.C.M.P. hoping for? The finding of Self-serving testimony is sure a nice way of saying perjury. When an organization limits judicial findings, or tries to stifle it, that organization has to be dismantled. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2009/06/08/bc-taser-inquiry-notices.html

Mother of man shocked by RCMP Taser wants Poland to investigate son’s death Sun May 31, 9:38 PM VANCOUVER, B.C. – If she can’t see justice done in Canada – the mother of a man killed after being shocked by a police Taser wants Poland to dispense justice to  responsible RCMP.

CANADA  WHERE THERE IS A SEPARATE JUSTICE, TAX SYSTEMS FOR THE RICH AND POWERFUL SUCH AS BRIAN MULRONEY, CONRAD BLACK.  INCIDENTALLY THE RCMP CLEARLY FAILED ALSO TO GET ANY OF THESE BAD GUYS TOO.  Now a good name is worth more than silver or gold and these men’s reputation has gone down the drain and their money will not next buy it back too.. they are the laughing stock of many Canadians now and that is life. The RCMP included now. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/04/09/the-mulroney-schreiber-affair/

HEY I ONCE HAD WRITTEN A LONG TIME AGO THAT THE TOO OFTEN SELF CENTERED, PROUD PEOPLE OF ALBERTA DO REALLY NEED TO STOP BASHING THE POOR PEOPLE, AND THOSE ON SOCIAL AID, FOR A DAY WILL COME THAT THEY TOO WILL BE NEEDING SOCIAL AID AND THAT DAY HAS COME..

Here is a basic simple introduction to the context of many of my messages, in Canada there are much too many liars, crooks, cheats, perverts, ungodly persons everywhere, in the church, police stations, in politics,  and elsewhere. There are too many also who are disguised as wolves in sheep clothing, including crooked, dishonest professionals, doctors, lawyers, accountants, business persons, cops, RCMP, pastors, priests as well.. dream on if any of them wrongfully do think I will accept their evil deeds quietly.. Exposure and prosecution of the bad, guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/05/21/why-many-businesses-fail/

Clearly Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper  is still popular in the West, cause he pretends to be a Westerner, advocating  independence, family, relgious, moral, democratic,  fisical restraint values, and he was supposedly a non Liberal too.

but Harper is despised now  in  Quebec because he clearly seen as just another Anglophone out to get what he can for himself and  who to me would likley rob his own mother to get richer.

You need also to get used to this fact  people lie, and often too, so does our PM stephen Harper, so do  many of the politicians, ministers, civil servants and cops, RCMP  now too as well as you do know.. so do the statistics, polls as well.. and when you read about 10 percent uemploynment presently , 10 percent of reduction in manufacturing in  Canada this year, thus  you  now can easily, safely double those figures and that is how bad the Canadian situation really is too..

VANCOUVER, British Columbia (Reuters) – Canada’s Liberal Party, which has been climbing in recent opinion polls, is also regaining its financial footing and the political unity it needs to fight a new election, leader Michael Ignatieff said on Thursday. But Ignatieff added he was still in no rush to force an election so soon after last October’s vote, and told party activists they still had hard work to do to regain the Liberals’ standing as a “national institution” that could elect candidates in all parts of the country..”We have a unified party. We have a party out of debt. And we have a party basically ready to fight an election,” he told reporters in Vancouver at the start of the Liberal’s Party national convention.

Bashing the Americans may get some Canadian  politicians elected or re-elected, for it may appeal to the people who love to hate others, especially any  Americans but the sad truth, reality is that it will not bring more food to the Canadian tables but it will only make matters worse for all Canadians.

The House of Commons should spend the next couple of months focusing on reforms to employment insurance and pensions, not electioneering, says NDP Leader Jack Leader.

little doubt that we remain deep in the heart of the recession, but didn’t our Prime Minister Stephen Harper say not long ago there wasn’t a recession and the Canadian economy was strong?

Every day police officers leave their homes and families and put their lives on the line for a salary, cause this is what they are being paid for, hired for and this does not mean that they are now even free of any negative criticism while they are doing their paid  duties, especially when there are so many outstanding questions regarding their    inappropriate use of authority, force by too many police officers,  plus the unacceptable false  cover ups of their wrong doings and their unacceptable lying now  too.  Plus basically  nothing has even changed in the Vancouver airport customs area since the RCMP’s death of the police immigrant Dziekanski. And there are still concerns about Liberal candidate Kash Heed and his former role as West Vancouver police chief and his unexpected retirement from the force less than two years into his contract, “There’s still a lot of anger about a $40,000 severance payout even though he voluntarily quit in February, leaving many unanswered questions about his status on the force,”  to supposedly avoid legal prosecution too. “The cops have a responsibility to follow moral leadership and let me tell you, the cops do not have that here [in Abbotsford] “NDP candidate for Abbotsford South, Bonnie Rai. These are all valid issues, concerns too.

If what we have been told about the fatal shooting of a Vancouver man by a female police officer is true, it appears front-line cops have learned little from the Robert Dziekanski incident at Vancouver International Airport in 2007.

It is ironic this happened just days before the Braidwood inquiry resumed with testimony from the RCMP officer in charge the night Dziekanski died. There are striking similarities to both incidents.   In both cases, we have a witness who disputes the official police version of what happened. And in both cases, a witness apparently caught the incident on camera. Adam Smolcic claims police seized the cellphone he used to record the fatal shooting. He also alleges that police deleted the video capture. In the Dziekanski incident, Paul Pritchard also had his video camera seized by police, and only got it back after he threatened a lawsuit. (Police say they needed to hang onto it until all other evidence they were looking for was in their possession.) Smolcic is making some pretty serious allegations: that police shot and killed someone who could have been subdued with pepper spray or a baton, and that police then tried to cover their backsides by tampering with evidence.
  00trust2
Abbotsford Police have now been tasked with investigating the shooting. That investigation should also delve into Smolcic’s allegations. Smolcic is reported to be a marijuana activist. In the past, the word of a pot advocate wouldn’t have counted for much when weighed against the word of a police officer. Sadly, it may be easier for the public to believe Smolcic than the police. That’s how badly the Dziekanski incident has shaken the public’s trust in the police. http://www2.canada.com/surreynow/news/viewpoint/story.html?id=64e57161-c603-4208-b83e-b712c4ac1558

” I noticed that some Americans have two traits. One is gullibility, they believe everything newspapers, radio, and TV news Medias tell them, and some even hold the media more sacred than the Bible and the word of God. Others are incapable of keeping an open mind, or in having the interest to investigate further if what they are being told is true. Secondly, there are some that don’t like to hear the truths. There is that famous Jack Nicholson’s movie line in A Few Good Men, “You don’t want the truths, and you can’t handle the truths!” But maybe, is it because the truth hurts and that’s why some people stick their heads in the sand?” Like so many Canadians now too.. even the evangelical ones..

As I have already posted on the net many times my own direct personal fellowship, undeniable witness in Calgary , Alberta   with key conservative, evangelical pastors , leaders  of the Calgary Christian Center, Bearspaw House of prayer, Calgary First Alliance Church, Salvation, Evangelical free church, Bowness Full Gospel Church, FGBMFI, Don Ross Ministries, and others …, was that many of them did not hesitate to cheat, lie, steal, slander, or to put their family members on the church payroll, or even to abuse  others and they also did  much more bad things. So why would I be surprised if Stephen Harper and his colleagues now are unacceptably not much better?

Canadian “Christians constitute less than half of the proportion of the population that their counterparts represent in the U.S. Even at their best organized, therefore, they could never match the strength of the American Christian Right. Nevertheless, the battles over lesbian/gay rights, particularly from the mid-1980s on, and even more so from the mid-2000s, very much energized the political voices of conservative Christianity – Protestant and Catholic. The capacity of the Christian right to mobilize constituents, largely through the willingness of clerics to encourage followers to contact politicians, has no real parallel in other social movements, and can provide a wave of public response intimidating to politicians of various stripes. The real strength of Christian mobilizing at this time was the capacity and willingness of local church leaders, particularly on the Protestant side, to mobilize a religious flock that met weekly in worship. At the federal and provincial level, they were able to mobilize letters, petitions, phone calls, and personal visits to politicians in unprecedented numbers. These organizations have grown significantly not only in the resources they can marshall for applying political pressure, but also in the sophistication of their approach. In a parliamentary system, they recognize the huge significance of having a government in power that is open to their concerns.  ” and what would that mean now if they were misled by a wolf in sheep clothing such as Harper.. too?

Imagine that now our Canadian Conservative  Prime Minister Stephen Harper who could not foresee, predict the recession, has his own opinion on what had caused it, and why should any of us believe him now too?

Conservative’s one sided  attack on others, by Harper as well are most unfair. Telling the truth about the Conservatives immoral, bad acts is often falsely rejected as being hateful.. but it is not hate when the Conservatives do it???  The ” people who act irresponsibly in the name of freedom are almost never willing to take responsibility for their actions.” – Prime Minister Stephen Harper, who now also should apply this firstly still to himself and his own Conservative party and not merely preach it to others. It absolutely amazes me still as to how Stephen Harper and the Conservatives are so ready to preach about, to see the supposed sins of the Liberals, and yet they cannot firstly see their own sins, when they do the very same thing that they are accusing the liberals, others of doing.. and now why is that?

Note FIRST to the evangelical ostriches who deny back to me  the negative reality, as per the  witness at the Western  Standard blog who had REPORTED in Writing AS WELL ON this event below  sponsered by Preston Manning, and Stephen Harper as the surprise speaker,  some of the people present there were now Getting DRUNK ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. This was NO CHRISTIAN, CHURCH GATHERING for sure, but a main political event. How dumb evangelcial Conservatives can believe any of these two guys are now supposedly Christian is beyond me.

“March 13 (Bloomberg) — Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said in a speech yesterday that Wall Street, consumers and homeowners caused the global recession, the National Post reported, without saying where it obtained the text. Harper said the belief that people could live beyond their means led to the recession, the Post said. Harper was speaking in Ottawa at an event organized by the Manning Centre for Building Democracy, an Alberta-based research institute. Harper’s office declined to provide a copy of his remarks when contacted by Bloomberg. ” Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper should look into his own backyard. It was the price gouging oil companies who caused the recession, forced 50 percent of our American consumers, car exports, to stop buying.. because it was too costly to own a car.. so how come he cannot see the truth.. he is in the pocket of the oil companies still too?

I have also  clearly said that to many Conservative party supporters, the professing Christian ones included now  are big  liars, hypocrites, and that is undeniable now as well for decades too especially in the West and elsewhere. Canadian Conservatives loudly they claim they believe in democracy, their  rights, their freedom of speech, their own right to be heard, their right to govern, but they next do too often do rather deny me my own right of free speech, my rebuttal of their lies, my detail post of their immoral acts, on the net and elsewhere openly under some false excuse, and that evidently to all now makes them liars. They also to often tend not to hesitate to abuse me, slander me, bully me, and that makes them perverts too. They really do not care about the truth, other people’s rights but mainly and solely their own it seems for sure.  I too have now learned along time ago that the bad men and bad women like to disguise themselves as good persons too and they like to ,  want to have all the sole rights, the rights to do all the talking as well, and all it takes for these evil persons to continue to prosper is for the good persons to do nothing, well real  life does not work that well, I thus do not mind, do not hesitate to tell the truth, even if they falsely label is hate, vile, and I do not mind to expose the liars, cheats, thieves, con men, imposters and to rightfully demand their persecution and incarceration too, no matter who they they they are, or how important they now do think they are.

Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff says Ottawa hasn’t been upfront with Canadians when it comes to unemployment and the crumbling economy. ” Prime Minister Stephen Harper is misleading, LYING TO  Canadians on the real scope of the economic recession, Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff said. Contrary to Harper’s claim Canada is better off than the United States, 300,000 jobs have been lost here since October 2008.  Mr. Harper is telling the country that we are in less worse shape than the Americans. We know, in fact, that for every 10 jobs lost in the United States per capita, 15 are being lost in Canada. Bottom line, Canada is losing jobs faster at the moment than the United States.” Ignatieff added, the Liberals opposition recently discovered the Conservative government had budgeted an additional $3 billion in infrastructure spending in last year’s budget but never got around to spending it. “Who knows what the number of lost construction jobs would have been this month but it would not have been 42,000, I can tell you, it would have been lower,” Ignatieff said. the Liberal leader believes Canada likely wouldn’t have shed as many jobs as it has if the Tories had spent that money. New figures show Canada lost another 82,600 jobs in February, pushing the unemployment rate to 7.7 per cent, its highest level in more than five years. Speaking in Montreal following a meeting with the city’s mayor, Ignatieff said the Conservatives have also failed to “deliver the merchandise” when it comes to municipal infrastructure spending.

Prime Minister Harper’s view that Canada will pull out of a recession faster than other countries  have been greeted with skepticism by many forecasters, who think he may be far too optimistic OR WORSE UNREALISTIC. Although Mr. Harper made it clear that Canada will not turn the corner until the U.S. banking crisis is fixed, he did say “we will come out of this faster than anyone and stronger than ever.” But many economists are leery of the view that Canada will turn around more quickly than the United States. FACTS ARE WHAT IS NEEDED NOT MERE SPINS, FALSE SPECULATIONS..

PS anyone who is naive to say to me from Alberta now too  that a professing Christians do not drink alcohol, get drunk just should read all the letters I often do get from professing Christian pastors acknowledging they drink wine, alcohol and trying to justify it.. I have often written about this too

http://postedat.wordpress.com/2008/11/04/politics-political-corruptions-inducements-christians-alcoholics
https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/19/the-time-has-come-to-end-glamourising-alcohol-sponsorship/

We can and must uphold biblical values upon all persons like the ten commandments only  but Let me be clear there is no Biblical injunction that a political ruler,  leader must be a Christian, and secondly you cannot force a person to become a Christian, he or she  has to do that  using his own free will, choice, voluntarily submitting to God. Church Pastors need to set exemplary behavior firstly as well.

The other  significance of our pretentious, hypocritical, imposter Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s speech last week to hard-line conservatives was he was revealing his true colours.. his hatred of others included.

last week when Harper delivered a speech to a gathering of true blue conservatives at a fundraising event for the Manning Institute for Democracy, a think tank headed up by Preston Manning, founder of the Reform party.

The press was not given notice of the speech in advance, so it went mostly uncovered, which may explain why the Prime Minister sounded more like the Harper of old. His speech was highly partisan and littered with snide references to the “left-wing fringe groups” and the “liberal left.” Others targeted by the prime minister include:

  • The Senate, the judiciary, and “countless other federal institutions and agencies,” which are filled with “Liberal insiders and ideologues.”
  • The Obama administration in the United States. “Unlike our friends to the south, we are cutting taxes, not raising them.”
  • Wall Street financiers and individual homeowners and consumers, who caused the economic meltdown because they “bought into a very unconservative idea that they could live beyond their means.”
  • The CBC. “We as Conservatives inherit an incredible legacy, (although) you would forget this sometimes listening to the CBC.”
  • Parliament. “I would never use Parliament and reality in the same sentence.” The opposition parties were described as “that toxic coalition brew of Liberals, socialists and separatists.”
  • The United Nations. “Instead of polling the General Assembly of the United Nations, we are taking principled, unequivocal positions.”

Harper also took a stab at defining conservatism. ” “I like to summarize my idea of conservatism in three Fs – freedom, family and faith.. ”

but when we are clearly head for a church, Harper  induced Police  state where is the real freedom

PM Stephen Harper has been accused of abandoning basic Conservative values. I maintain that he and his cabinet never had any, for  they are still sleeping in their stone age caves practicing the survival of the fittest..

I was really saddened to note

art (13)

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.

Here still  is what I cannot understand about the federal job creation programs carried out under both the liberal and conservative governments, is the necessity it seems to give money firstly to the municipalities, as though they have a direct effect on voters.. Nothing can be farther from the truth for  neither the police themselves, nor the municipalities have a significant vote as to how the citizens will vote on election days. The only group  that can likely have any effect on the voters are the news media, pastors, and priests in fact.

Here is what I know for sure in Canada proper policing, management ,  supervision  human rights commissions are a real fact of life, society, in schools, life,  in churches, governments, commerce, institutions, civil and public services, professional services too,  and elsewhere, even on the net,  for you will always have those 30 percent at least of the persons who will try to cheat, lie  , steal, bend the rules, falsely believe they are above the laws, Self  regulation alone is too often pretentious, farcical, often not applied as well. That applies especially to the professionals, civil and public services, police, municipalities, politicians now as well..

Now as I was reflecting about my many past posts on the net  in the last few years I was really saddened to note that too many of them were about bad , greedy people trying to steal , trying to get other people’s money for themselves, stealing the money, or getting  it under false pretences. The love of more money is still the basis of what many of the wrong doings is, was all about..(Eccl 8:11 KJV)  Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

MONTREAL – The alleged victims of Montreal financial adviser Earl Jones plan to rally in the city today to demand stiffer penalties for white collar crimes.

Here is the basic Problem I still do have with too many of the elected politicians, besides the fact they tend to lie like   so many of the rest of us, also do commit  tax evasions, steal as well, the main problem is that they do not tend to do the job they were hired for, rather they take their offices and positions, resources and use it for something else, like instead of looking after all of the citizens good welfare they are working hard instead trying to build up the Conservative political party instead… undeniably using their constituent office now falsely for that as well. And don’t any lie to me and say that our PM Stephen Harper is different now as well. Now if I hired gardener to cut the grass and he cut the neighbor’s grass instead I would have rightfully fired him immediately and that is now what we should do with  any of the politicians who abuse our resources, clearly do fail to do their jobs.

“After three-plus years in power, Stephen Harper’s party is more proficient at politics than policy. Whether waiting patiently for a majority to impose core beliefs or accepting compromise as the price of power, the result is the same. Decisions that change the country for better or worse are influenced more by the search for partisan advantage than the public good… Prime Minister is rushing public billions to the rescue of the multinational auto giants while making it easy for foreigners to buy what’s left of Canadian icon Nortel…a foreign firm, with $300 million in help from Export Development Corp., is allowed to own Nortel’s most valuable wireless assets.    ”  James Travers  http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/article/672694

Canada economy may be on the mend very shortly according to the too often lying spin doctors, but in reality, in fact it will not be so in the province of  Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, New Brunswick,  Nova Scotia  or in Ontario?  for even many reasons.. firstly the price of oil and gas  is not rising significantly nor is it predicted to raise much in the near future, but the price of the gas pumps will always rise though due to greedy firms.. Next the problem of the border crossing and US protectionism policies seriously has negatively affected Canada’s trade and this is not about to go away, plus Canada’s rising dollar value will not help matters.

The federal Conservatives should need no lessons on the dangers of pouring public money into local festivals and parades, given that their 2006 election victory resulted to a significant degree from public disgust at the Liberal sponsorship scandal. But Stephen Harper’s government chose to ignore that example and, as a result, finds itself caught once again in a political bind of its own making.  The recurring nature of this brand of teapot tempest should be enough to make our government rethink the very idea of event subsidies. A fundamental failing of such government giveaways is that political gains from recipients are almost always outweighed by the resentment of those who are refused. No matter how big the budget, there will never be enough money to satisfy all the demands, and any group left off the gravy train will interpret it as evidence of political bias rather than the pressures of a limited budget.  By trying to buy popularity in Ontario and Quebec, Mr. Harper has slighted the rest of the country and fuelled the usual charges of favouritism. He has offended supporters of Ms. Ablonczy, and provided ammunition to critics who view every action of his government through a political lens. Does this sound like a good use of a taxpayer-funded slush fund aimed at pumping up national morale and civic engagement?  http://network.nationalpost.com/np/blogs/fullcomment/archive/2009/07/24/national-post-editorial-board-a-government-that-refuses-to-learn.aspx

Catholics, REAL Women of Canada, Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC) are key supporters of Stephen Harper and his Conservative Government and why? Besides expecting governmental grants?

REAL Women of Canada (Realistic, Equal, Active, for Life) is a non-partisan, non-denominational organization of independant women which was federally incorporated in 1983. ” We come from all walks of life, occupations, social and economic backgrounds. Some members work full or part time outside the home, while some mainly work in the home. We represent a broad spectrum of Canadian women who, until our formation, did not have a public forum in which to express their views.”

“Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC). A national church agency founded in 1964 to foster co-operation among evangelical Christian denominations and individuals. With headquarters in Markham, Ontario, and an office in Ottawa, this group includes affiliate denominations, ministry organizations, post-secondary educational institutions and individual congregations. The largest affiliate church denomination is the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. Others include the SALVATION ARMY, the Mennonite Brethren Church, Canadian Baptist Ministries, Christian Reformed Church, Christian and Missionary Alliance, and the Fellowship of Evangelical Baptist Churches.  Bruce J. Clemenger took up the position of president of The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada on June 1, 2003. He has served with EFC since 1992. In 1996 he established the EFC’s Ottawa office and became the founding director of the EFC’s Centre for Faith and Public Life. He has served on the board of the Salvation Army Ethics Centre in Winnipeg, as an adjunct faculty member of Tyndale University College and Seminary in Toronto, and at Trinity Western University in Langley, B.C.”

SADLY anyone who thinks OUR Stephen Harper and his Conservatives are any kind of Christians was or  is blind.. FROM DAY ONE, in fact this party is becoming more non Christian everyday..  now all the money, energy supporting this party has certainly gone done the drain.. I would have thought all you guys and  gals were a lot smarter than that too.

“Like many Conservative party supporters, I have been contributing to the Harper political party for a number of years.  However, with the recent revelation that our government has been granting large sums of taxpayers’ money to fund indecent expositions like “pride” parades across the country, I will no longer send donations to this political party.  Such misuse of taxes shows a serious lack of leadership or a deliberate statement of policy by our prime minister and his associates.  Indeed, promoting such parades “for tourism” confirms for Canadians that there’s little difference between a PC government and what would happen under a Liberal or NDP regime. Mark B. Toth”  http://www.bclocalnews.com/opinion/letters/51057607.html  First he  Stephen Harper offends evangelicals by giving out alcoholic drinks.. next he supports the gays.. and next he endorses the catholic pope of all things.. he is losing more and more evangelical supporters every day it seems..

By the way I am no fan of the Salvation  Army in Canada they are too crooked for my liking in Canada, they tend to be hirelings and not real Christians..

I AM NOT A RACIST  AND  I HAVE DEALT WITH HUNDREDS OF REFUGEES AND THE CROOKED ONES HAD TOLD ME YEARS AGO THAT ONE WAY TO GET INTO CANADA IS TO PAY BRIBES TO THE IMMIGRATION OFFICIALS IN MEXICO.. MAYBE THEY SHOULD DEAL WITH THE CROOKED OFFICIALS NOW AND THE MUCH TOO MANY CROOKED IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS WE SEEM TO HAVE IN CANADA NOW TOO INSTEAD..

Telling lies, half truths is too  too difficult, for you have to remember the lies you had said, and the truth as well, and most people cannot do that , thus they rather do as a result go crazy.. So Me I do not write to please men or women, to be politically correct, and I prefer the truth to deal with, write the simple truths, I also do readily share the good things I have learned freely.

crime down in Canada – report

  00TRUST

While crime is down in Canada police report – at a loss to explain why western Canadian cities have ranked highest …

Careful lying spin doctors at work..  road rage, DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ABUSE ARE RISING STILL, SO SHOULD THE RELATED CRIMES IN FACT..

…for the most part Calgarians are safe but not all… Calgary’s violent crime severity index score was lower than Winnipeg (162.5), Edmonton (131.4), Vancouver (125.0), Montreal (106.0)and Toronto (95.8). The only western Canadian city with a lower rate than Calgary was Victoria at 79.6.Regina had a score of 169.9 while Saskatoon sat at 164.8.  John Turner, chief of the policing services program for Statistics Canada, said the nationwide survey found crime is decreasing across the country. He is at a loss to explain why western Canadian cities have ranked highest in the country for some time.” People have been asking that question for years; it seems it has always been that way,” said Turner. Brookwell attributes it to western prosperity. “That tends to draw the attention of illegal activity, organized crime, that go to where the money is or where there is more disposable income,” he said.http://www.calgaryherald.com/news/Violent+crime+falls+Calgary/1815312/story.html

“or where there is more disposable income” this is the biggest pile of manure, crap I have read in a long time… DON’T EVEN THINK FALSELY FOR ONE SECOND that the provincial and municipal  Governments in Alberta have not lied often about the true state   of Alberta’s economy.

  00cops (3)

and what too ignorant or fearful to admit that also  the cost of living is higher in the western cities, the rate of divorce is higher, more eastern  rejects do go west, and people in the western cities have tended  leave their relatives, families, morality in other places, the west do have MORE INCOMPETENT COPS TOO.. RCMP included now..

I guess many of you have not had any real experiences with dealing with liars, or the incompetent, pretentious  too often police in Canada because in daily reality and often the police as well now  do  lie on their reports, even in regards to   the actual number of criminal complaints, as witnesses , or in the cause of vehicular accidents.. and we all should by now know the RCMP lie.. the actual number of unsolved criminal cases would be a lot higher if the police actually investigated all the citizen report they do receive.

I also had reported to the police that two middle age men had tried to break into my house, in the front door in the afternoon when I was at home, and the detective’s conclusion was this was likely a drug deal gone bad and I owed them money.. me a preacher, an abstainer now as well.. how absurd and ridiculous

Now I have had the police false reject, with false reasons my other complaints.. such it is not in their jurisdiction, or I did not have enough proof, and they would not go looking for it.. or whatever!

and we all do know or should by know that spouses in court,  lawyers, police, and statistic Canada lies, and so do samplers and their polls.. statistic Canada  also never shows the true state of the unemployment or the inflation rate too.. for lie is a daily ongoing fact of life by many in Canada… which leads to lying news reporters too.,, and many Canadians have many complaints now about that too.

“OTTAWA – Most Canadians support the idea of Internet traffic management as long as all users are treated fairly, a new poll suggests.”

Meaning that Most Canadians would support the ISP, internet service providers breaking their promises, contracts as long as they do the same thing to everyone else… wow, that is a complete absurdity.. get real… and if that is how THEY all now conduct their  dishonest polls then no wonder so many people think THEY are con men, liars  rather.. In reality even here unless you know and fully understand firstly the exact questions being asked. The Poll wording itself can very much influence the outcome, example do you still beat your wife, yes or no? This even falsely implies everyone bats their wife. That’s a crude example, but it makes the point. ” What “60% of Canadians” think is completely immaterial, about as significant as what I think about the arrangements of the airbags in a Rolls Royce. What counts is, what the paying customers think of cartel like arrangements by the providers of having their services “throttled”.” Will give you a very different Poll answer.. Amazing how many non technical Canadian news reporters skirt the truth and distort it here too.  And the American public is likely similarly confused on the topic. Valid Education on the issue is a problem.  Over 54 percent of Canadians had  said that they did not understand the topic and how the issue affected their use.  Only 15 percent said that they understood that were affected (or would be affected) by such actions. 22 percent voiced strong opposition, saying such practices were wrong regardless and if you mention internet throttling on a P2P forum that is generally composed of more technically minded computer nerds and you’ll instantly evoke  strong emotion opposition. The Survey  shows public’s overall ignorance of the effects of traffic management on their connections for the majority of average Joe or Jane in the public, the issue is poorly understood and falsely not a worry at all.

AND WHAT DID BELL, Rogers AND THE OTHER BIG CORPORATE INTERNET GIANTS  PAY THEM  ALL TO LIE  HERE TOO?

NOTE: This really is a hypocritical and dishonest poll firstly  again.. for the basic truth, reality is that most Canadians firstly still do not EVEN yet know for sure if they are actuality getting their promised internet upload and downloads speeds FROM THEIR ISP..  even because they still  firstly do not even  know how to measure the speed.. so  now their polled opinion realtedly does not count much when their real ignorance FACTOR IS TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. Here is what you all do need to first do to to check the computer’s network speed at http://www.acanac.ca/speedtest/

And after that ONLY THEN YOU CAN ASK MOST CANADIANS WHAT INTERNET SPEED THEY WERE PROMISED BY THEIR ISP COMPARED TO WHAT   THEY ARE ACTUALLY NOW REGULARLY, CONSISTENTLY   GETTING ..

THEN ONE IN A VALID POLL CAN NOW HONESTLY ASK THEM ALL IF THEY ARE SATISFIED WITH THE INTERNET TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OF THEIR SPEEDS .. and give me, us all an honest poll. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/07/15/i-cannot-trust-you-for-you-lie-to-me-all-the-time/

The RCMP should be out of politics, out of Cabinet, accountable to civilian oversight, and investigated by other forces, perhaps international forces arranged by treaty. Failing that, this anachronistic institution should be mothballed or sold to Disney Corp . http://network.nationalpost.com/np/blogs/fullcomment/archive/2009/08/12/don-martin-at-the-rcmp-the-thin-blue-line-is-alive-and-well.aspx

(1 Tim 1:9 KJV)  Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10    For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for men stealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;

(Rev 21:8 KJV)  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

The only group  that can likely have any effect on the voters are pastors, and priests in fact.

That applies especially to the professionals, civil and public services, police, municipalities, politicians, corporations now as well..

UBC Hospital patient awarded $5M compensation

  Logo.BC.liars

“UBC Hospital must pay a Richmond man about $5 million for losing track of a CT scan and failing to diagnose his debilitating condition in time, the B.C. Supreme Court has ruled. When Shawn Kahlon went to his general practitioner 10 years ago reporting back pain, he was referred to a specialist at UBC Hospital where a CT scan was done.  But the CT scan was misfiled and never followed up on. The court ruled the scan should have triggered an investigation that would have led to a diagnosis of spinal TB meningitis. Treatment would then have been ordered, and Kahlon would likely have made a full recovery, the ruling said.  The CT scan was eventually recovered in 2000 but by then, his condition had gotten worse. Kahlon, now 42, is incapacitated, unemployable and in need of round-the-clock care, according to the ruling.  The B.C. Supreme Court exonerated Kahlon’s family doctor and the specialists who saw him and found Kahlon 30 per cent liable for ignoring a request for a follow up exam.  But the court found UBC Hospital 70 per cent liable for misfiling his original CT scan and failing to inform his doctors that no followup test was done. The $5 million estimate is based on a life expectancy for Kahlon of age 60.”  CBC

The  ‘lack of personal responsibility’ is always inexcusable.  I know from first hand experience that the  patient  firstly also has to be involved  to make the health care system work for them. One merely being too lazy and Relying on the supposed professionalism, help of doctors, and any others to now next take control of dealing fully with your own health problems does not insure, guarantee  success… rather this bad approach  may not get much good done for you.

It is important to not only to get a  good  Doctor referrals, to tell the doctor what you think is wrong, and to ask the Doctor the right questions, but it is also important that  that you persist until you get acquire, satisfactory answers, and to insure that you do get all of the necessary follow-up appointments. THIS MAY MEAN VISITING MORE THAN ONE DOCTOR NOW AS WELL.

Many people complain about the health care system when they themselves now have not done all that they should do to insure they get, got a good medical service.

Firstly NOW it a real bad advice to even visit a doctor alone, for the doctors are the most afraid of a pending lawsuit, so always do also take a loud mouthed witness with you when you got to the Hospital, or  to any doctor’s visits.

Secondly on your first visit you cannot  just tell your doctor that it is his job alone to find out what is wrong with you, or that  ‘something is wrong with me’ merely , and next expect even then  to be fully taken care of.  You have to help the doctor to find out what is wrong with you by telling him what the pain symptoms are.

Doctors  too often are often busy persons in our poorly managed health care system so it is very easy for your health needs to slip through the cracks like this poor fellow above.

When  you get tests or scans done make sure your doctor not only sees them and reviews them but that he gives you some real feedback. Ask him what the results showed. See if he really looked at them.

Something as important as your  good health it is never  adequate enough to leave  completely in the hands of others,  what ever experts though they may claim to be.

I know firsthand there are good and bad doctors, and good and poorly, badly managed Hospitals now as well.

For a few years I was not getting enough looking after from the local medical establishment, while they were busy charging with their services with my health card. So I next had merely informed my main doctor that I was writing a report to the federal and provincial health minister of how I was being treated by him, and well next the doctor started to take his work seriously and to give me adequate care..

By the way the government of British Columbia, Canada   is already well known for not caring about the poor people, the citizens good welfare or legal, human rights.. they seem to be self centered, selfish  and crappy.

CRTC’s Farcical hearings on Internet speed control

 my-computer

Ten things your internet provider does not want you to know.
First  test your Internet connection. http://measurementlab.net/measurement-lab-tools

The smartphones demand  has clearly surged, but they use as much as 30 times as much bandwidth as regular mobile phones to run the applications, or “apps,” that make them so popular. This  surge in traffic triggered by video and other apps has led to more dropped calls and choppy service. As video on smartphones becomes more popular, it is leading to more congestion, and forcing the reluctant carriers to spend billions to upgrade their antiquated networks and also to  buy more wireless spectrum. Kind explains why Bell also had to dishonestly cap the regular downloads capabilities on it’s networks to make way for the smart phones. And why Apple’s phones, ipods  are reluctant to  to use video, cameras ..  Just cause you got a Smartphone does not mean it is going to work properly. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/04/19/just-cause-you-got-a-smartphone/

Many Other citizens have agreed with the truths that I have written even  that the ISP providers themselves are the main reasons the internet is congested and that they the ISPs are also guilty of false, misleading advertising to get customers too.   “They would rather lower your speeds than spend the cash to upgrade their crappy networks and just bank the cash as profit.” I have often wondered as to why so many communication corporations are so stupid unrealistically gambling, thinking they can abuse their customers and they will come back for more? Believe me most customers will do without next or look for a better alternative instead.

Ministers ignoring the near-monopoly state of the market. Where customers rarely have more than one or two choices, ISPs can behave with impunity, raising rates, providing lousy support, and — yes — discriminating against content they disfavor. After all, consumers have nowhere else to turn. Only rigorous government intervention can ensure that Internet service providers serve the public good by maintaining the Internet as a free-flowing marketplace of ideas. And only a free and open Internet can protect our democracy in an age of frightening media consolidation.  http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/05/28/AR2010052804515.html?nav=rss_opinion/columns/

WHAT ABOUT LOOKING FIRST AFTER THE WHOLE GOOD INTEREST OF ALL THE CITIZENS AND RIGHTFULLY NOW TOO

Harper’s staff, civil and public servants do not reply to the citizens letters any better over the lieberals too. Prior to the introduction of the copyrights bill, there was already substantial public consultations about copyright issues but the bill Moore introduced ignored many of the public’s stated concerns and why was that? No Doubt whose bed the Minister is sleeping in.. Asking for Consolations when it is quite clear he has already made up his mind where it will go is ludicrous approach, a big lie still.. ” He basically chucks out the result of public consultations in favor of a bill written by the entertainment industry, and he calls OTHERS absolutists” Useless, pretentious Minister Minister James Moore’s remarks demonstrate yet again the Harper government’s disdain for the Citizens of Canada. The Lieberals are not any better. It is the same reasons the telecommunications services are poor, and the prices are high in Canada, they all favour big business being allowed to be greedy, over valid consumer protection, concerns. Such immoral, double standard, law and order concerned MPs hypocritically of course would also not want, allow their expense account checked for the lies, dishonesty. By the way Hollywood who is asking for protection is already known for it’s tax evasions but who cares what they do? No political parties in Canada thus will have a majority government if they continue to cleanly show their lack of concerns for the citizens over and over again too. http://www.cbc.ca/arts/story/2010/06/23/moore-copyright-opposition.html https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/07/15/i-cannot-trust-you-for-you-lie-to-me-all-the-time/   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/05/26/parliament-snubbed-by-the-conservatives-again/

While the pretentious Canadian Liberal and Conservatives governments, are presently engulfed in the  Quebec mafia scandals too, hiding the MP expenses,  while they  clearly do not care about the average citizens, about their consumer protection, yes the ordinary citizens  concerns too, but they all  wrongfully it seems to care only about big businesses making  more money at any costs, the reality of this is all  evident by the fact this  page has become the most read post of mine.. and do see also https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/10/03/insuring-adequate-consumer-protection/

Canada must follow Europe’s example and implement open-access rules that will force internet network owners to share their infrastructure with smaller competitors if the country is to compete in the digital age and greedy, immoral, lying, price gouging Bell itself must be forced to diverge itself of any of  the internet business which is clearly a conflict of interest here too.  Their infrastructure was paid for by the taxpayers through government subsidies and grants. In other words, they are a PUBLIC UTILITY and must be shared freely for everyone’s benefit. And  it’s really sad that Estonia has better digital infrastructure than we do.  Read more: http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2010/06/16/digital-strategy-senate-report.html#

Canadian broadband blasted by Harvard study CBC.ca – Canada has some of the poorest high-speed internet service in the developed world and is an example of what not to do from a policy perspective, according to a study by Harvard University.   Canada was 22nd overall out of 30 countries surveyed by Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society. Canada ranked 16th on broadband adoption, 20th on speed and capacity, and 25th on price. Japan, Sweden and South Korea headed up Harvard’s rankings, while the United States placed above Canada at 13th overall… we have been paying the big ISPs “boat loads” of money for a decade, yet they have spent little on upgrading and maintaining their networks. with rogers i paid about $50 a month for a 5MB down 800KB up connection which was then traffic shaped down to a 200KB down 50KB up connection; you don’t see a problem with this? this is because rogers, bell, etc. have spent only a fraction of their profits on upgrading their networks. they pocket most of the profits and spend the rest on massive advertising campaigns telling us how great they are. this lack of investment on infrastructure means they are unable to actually provide the speeds which they advertise, hence traffic shaping must be employed… And I always thought that the CRTC was adopted to protect Canadians. I guess the truth is finally coming out. Finally, confirmation that all Canadians are being screwed by the CRTC, cable companies and telco’s. No competition, no choice from tv signal service providers (DTV), dictatorial CRTC regulators, throttled networks and ridiculous pricing is screwed the Canadian consumer out of $$ billions $$ of dollars every year. Excuse me, I have to go now and watch the 500th re-run of Top Gun and Tommy Boy now. Nothing else on. Canadians are being charged for the same unimmaginative repetitious programming over and over and over again. It’s sad, corrupt and theft as far as I’m concerned. Bell Canada bribes customers who threaten to leave.  Bell Canada throttles customers (their own AND the Indie ISPs customers).  CRTC gave Bell Canada permission to implement Usage Based Billing, not just on their own customers, but on the customers of the Independents.  This means the Independent ISPs will only be able to offer Bell Canada pricing. The same service we get now will cost about double when UBB is implemented. Canada will lead the world with the highest priced service.  http://stopusagebasedbilling.wordpress.com/

FCC Study: Open Access Spurs Broadband Growth eWeek

WHO REALLY LOOKS AFTER ALL OF THE CITIZENS BEST INTEREST IN REALITY.. CERTAINLY NOT HARPER AND HIS CROONIES!   Canada is  far behind the rest of the world in providing affordable broadband to the majority of its populace and here the definition of affordable depends solely on the greedy big 5 Shaw, Rogers, Telus, Bell,  Videotron, and it still  does not relate to the internet actual service or actual speed now as well.  The false, misleading advertised internet service and speeds  are still never attained in fact firstly. Canada  lags in broadband innovation because the Corporate shareholders  are greedy for profits.  While the wire line, wireless and satellite broadband is available to  most of the country and most subscribers have a choice of only a few providers the prices are clearly rigged, fixed, colluded for they are all nearly the same high prices with the same extras too. They all sleep in the same bed, pig stall, and all try to gouge the customer for all  they can   Only 70 per cent of households are signed up for broadband. and 30 per cent of Canadian households not on the Internet? Price Affordability…

AS TO WHAT BELL DOES NOT TELL YOU WHEN IT LIES WHEN THEY TRY TO SELL YOU THEIR SERVICES.  “Canada has some of the poorest-quality broadband among advanced countries, according to a study of global internet infrastructure. Canada placed 25th out of 34 countries in the University of Oxford’s ranking of innovation economies, far behind top-rated South Korea and just ahead of Australia and the United States. This is because the Companies (Bell & Rogers) are far more interested in profit than service to their CUSTOMERS.  No kidding and the CRTC hasn’t been any help whatsoever so what are they there for when they have impeded the country in becoming wired.” This is what happens when something as vital as communication is left to the private sector with it interest in high profits rather than service. A Canada wide hi speed broad band network should be considered in our national interest!  Both the Liberals and Conservatives have dropped the ball on this one http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/10/01/broadband-study-oxford-canada-lags.html

Canadian broadband  : ISP-funded report. I can not  believe the report from the people who cannot straighten out my cable bill after over a *year* of repeated phone calls and escalations and also the people who think it’s OK to charge for incoming text messages, think that system access fees are fair and that 100GB internet usage per month is terribly  excessive. This is quite a pathetic attempt to counter the non-biased  study done by Oxford. Who do they think is going to fall for this one? “About 30 per cent of households still have not chosen to take up  broadband, a phenomenon that the report says cannot be fully explained as of yet.” They can explain it, they just don’t want to say that prices are too high for the crap service they give. If these internet providers  had “world-class broadband” there would be no need for their ridiculous  traffic shaping practices. So which is it?  ‘ll bet the CRTC is backing this study too. We pay more than most other countries for service that  doesn’t begin to reach the same speeds. Yea, Rogers started offering 100  MBPS, but actual line tests really provide only 40 MBPS, and the cost is  nearly $150/month. Same service in the US is almost half that price. We need some regulation in the market to stop the 2 ISP’s in Canada from continuing to rip us off. In other news…  Major IPS  firms say Canada  is doing very well in broadband availability,  AND Tobacco companies say  smoking is good for you! THEY BOTH ARE KNOWN TO BE LIARS   www.dissolvethecrtc.ca/

http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/10/07/broadband-report-isp-bell-rogers-shaw-telus.html

First check your actual ISP speed http://www.acanac.ca/speedtest/  check for the blatant theft-corruption on a daily basis and complain to your ISP

Rogers, Bell, Videotron, Shaw, Telus all only care about one thing.. maximum profits.. motivated by maximum greed.. finding an excuse to charge the customer for more.. and that they have done with their regulating, capping… and no one cares about what the consumer thinks, the Conservatives, Liberals, the CRTC included.  Do send a copy to PM@gc.ca

The truth the news media does not publish. A few years ago, Canada was ahead in the internet field. Then Bell and the CRTC sat back and let the world pass us by, while the Conservatives lacked the will, vision to notice, admit  this was even a problem. Harper’s Conservatives, DO NOTHING!
CAN CP

Canadians are also now still paying some of the most expensive internet prices in the world. We should be in the Guinness book of records for internet fees. Many  say let American companies provide full, unlimited internet services in Canada for under $25.00 a month, provide real competition in this country. We pay way to much for all telecommunications here compared to Europe or almost anywhere. Many see very little difference between the government, CRTC, Bell, Rogers, Telus and organized crime still! “these flipping companies are the same ones who also monopolize telephone, mobile, and television services, and they make BILLIONS a year on them.  It’s clear Bell and Telus have friends in the government and CRTC.” Bell I hope all of people now can see how poorly in reality you care about your customers, consumers.   There are only 3 general options available from them all  to customers , and they’ve all made their plans/deals nearly the same. Yes the same services, same price. That is called price rigging, restricted and unfair  business practices, price gouging.   Collusion and bribery are only a crimes in other countries; but in Canada, it seems it is considered good business practice in Canada by our law and order federal Conservative government now too. Who is being fooled by all of this now too? Not many Canadians. ”If it wasn’t for the fact I have no choice (either deal with them or be without the services I need) I would have jumped ship quite some time ago. Somebody needs to dismantle these huge corporations who’s monopolies span over SEVERAL INDUSTRIES in order for this to stop. Bell owns TV, Satellite, Mobile, AND internet. And so does Telus in the west.” Do get real competition in Canada now here too. “Get rid of the pimp CRTC who are there only to protect the large telecoms/cable companies not the people.”

Many many people who use computers heavily now are upset, not the politicians though and why is that? Many people are upset that there email has slowed down, their downloads have also slowed down, but not most of the politicians now and why is that still too? They mostly still don’t use the computer, all they care about wrongfully is their money, their income it seems. They the politicians tell you they care about you only at election time and in reality really act like they do not give a dam about you the rest of the time. That is why this post is so popular  cause it tells the whole truth to all. All the federal government does is fight amongst themselves about meaningless smear campaigns while the REAL issues of this country, the citizens and their concerns  are ignored.

We need “legitimate” regulations.  It is pathetic that  the likes of Bell, Rogers & Telus only want de-regulation as long as the rules are only in their favour and not rather  the citizens, consumers favour.

Australia to split up phone giant Telstra but here in Canada we prop up monopolies. This should have been done with Bell, Roger’s and Telus years ago.  Australians are ripped off blind, left right and centre by “Telstra” and it comes from a monopoly who uses police like powers to charge exorbitant rates. Australians are charged outrageous amounts for internet and mobile phone.   – the government of Australia exists to benefit the people of Australia, not shareholders of some monopoly. Yes, ending monopolies hurts rich people who benefit from them, so what? That’s not a compelling argument against breaking up the monopoly.,,, imagine if the government legislated Bell, Rogers and Telus into separately owned phone, cell phone, Internet and cable operations?   http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/09/15/australia-government-splitting-telstra.html

MTS Allstream is petitioning the CRTC to scrap an order that will allow Bell Canada to bill internet customers based on how much they download each month. Rogers already does this. I was charged extra for downloading too much on my “Unlimited” account.

MTS, small ISP take internet fight with Bell to court CBC.ca – MTS Allstream and independent broadband provider Acanac are asking a court to overturn a CRTC decision that grants Bell Canada the right to impose new internet charges on wholesale customers. MTS Allstream says the CRTC made an error in law by allowing Bell to charge wholesale internet customers by how much bandwidth they use. In their filing, MTS and Acanac say the CRTC is bound by the Telecommunications Act to ensure that rates for services it regulates are just and reasonable at all times. But since Bell doesn’t have to pay itself those rates, the filing says, they are in fact unfair.  MTS and Acanac are part of a campaign started last week to overturn another CRTC decision, which limits wholesale competitors’ access to the broadband infrastructure owned by the likes of Bell and Telus. MTS is looking to have that decision, which the CRTC made last December, overturned by cabinet. The Coalition for Competitive Broadband seeks to muster public support for the appeal, which cabinet must act on by Dec. 11. The government can overturn the CRTC’s decision, and send it back to the regulator for a review, or reject the appeal… The CRTC is beyond corrupt and the Harper government is in the back pocket of the Telcos. Bring on the election so we can take back Canada for the people instead of corporate industry. Harper’s government with the corrupt Tony Clement as Industry Minister is destroying Canada for Canadians. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again!Make this an Election Issue ! sign the petition  http://dissolvethecrtc.ca/node/1

Many many people who use computers heavily now are upset, not the government though and why is that? Citizens are naturally here to be abused? Canadians are also now still paying some of the most expensive internet prices in the world. It is unbelievable how the CRTC tries to increase a monopolistic corporate  service, rather with a no win solution..

The government of Australia works to split up phone giant Telstra but here in Canada we prop up monopolies. A split up in Canada  should have been done with Bell, Roger’s and Telus years ago.  yes the government  exists to benefit the people and  not shareholders of some monopoly. Yes, ending the monopolies hurts solely the rich people who benefit from them, so what? That’s not a compelling argument against breaking up the monopoly.  Imagine if the government now had rightfully legislated Bell, Rogers and Telus into separately owned phone, cell phone, Internet and cable operations?

That  is the negative realty of these relationships as well MTS Allstream and independent broadband provider Acanac cannot provide real positive services to the consumer in the first place, cause they are at the mercy of Bell or Telus. Any customer of ACANAC has to still deal with Bell and Bell can still lie again, by saying  the whole problem is in Acanac’s supplied  modem, when it is not for sure.. Bell now  itself had previously changed my modem 8 times and I still had bad download capacity , and so Bell also  refuses falsely  to deal with the problem, and basically all ACANAC can do now mainly is still nothing? Just like big bad Bell mostly did as well..

Any buck passing, false diversionary proposed solutions by anyone in reality have clearly nothing to do with the clearly evident, stated problem of Bell’s oresent traffic shaping and Traffic capping..

My related years of experience tells me that again too.. posting my complaint in full next on the net for all to read seems to work better  next.. some how this always gets them all motivated to actually deal with it.. funny!   A bad usless Conservative MP now is no use to us anymore than a bad usless  Liberal MP too..

CRTC not enforcing internet ruling A CRTC order issued nine months ago that requires phone companies to give wholesale customers access to faster internet speeds is in limbo as the regulator is still puzzling out whether or not it should be enforced.  The order, issued on Dec. 11, 2008 in response to a complaint from Cybersurf, a small internet provider based in Calgary, required big phone firms such as Bell and Telus to make all the internet speeds they offer to retail customers available to wholesale companies as well, if requested.  Those wholesale companies, which are typically smaller internet providers such as Cybersurf, Teksavvy and Acanac, rent parts of the phone firms’ networks to provide their own customers with service.  The CRTC gave the phone firms 45 days from the issuing of that order to file the fees they intended to charge wholesale companies for the faster speeds. The prices were to reflect the actual cost of the service, plus a reasonable markup.  The CRTC has received at least two separate requests to obtain a court order to enforce its decision and is effectively giving Bell and Telus a free pass, he added. The regulator, however, doesn’t want to take the matter to the courts until it rules on requests from Bell and Telus for a stay on the order. “We’d rather deal with the stay before going into enforcement,” Carmel said.  Chris Peirce, head of regulatory affairs for MTS, said the CRTC is showing a pattern of giving in to “bullying” from the likes of Bell and Telus.   This is simply one more proof that CRTC is a complete failure.   Telco’s that won’t supply equal speeds for resellers should be sued. There’s no need for a CRTC ruling.  The CRTC seems woefully technically incapable of understanding the very industry they are regulating. This leaves them open to the usual snowjob by big telco. One more reason that some radical but necessary change is required at this commission. Solution is simple. Write the rules of the game (price with corresponding service value) and enforce them by reasonable date: January 01, March 31 or June 30, 2010.  Claim by Bell and Telus that destruction of small ISP’s is required in order to compete with Cable companies may be true if not for a fact that Cable companies also must provide access to their networks to small ISP’s.  Destroying small ISP’s will only slow the development of new technologies and would surely lead to increase of prices to the end user.  Australia just forced Telstra (their equivalent of Bell) to break up its wholesale and retail operations to stop exactly this kind of bullsh*t. We should do the same. Oh, and Rogers too. CRTC’s role as a regulator looking out for the public’s interest, but that support is now fading fast.  Right now, you are giving Bell the opportunity to use predatory tactics to protect its de facto monopoly, you seem to have no respect for the standard of net neutrality (with your support of throttling practices), and you are allowing mobile phone companies to charge the highest rates in the world. What is the CRTC doing to help the Canadian Public? Nothing!  Why make rules if they are not enforced?  Disband the CRTC now. It does absolutely nothing in the way of helping consumers.   http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/09/16/crtc-internet-matching-speeds-bell-telus.html

The Conservative Government and the CRTC has obviously lost touch with the people they’re supposed to represent and the people they’re supposed to regulate. They are clearly in Bell’s pocket and likely just as much in Rogers’ pocket. They not only need to be knocked down a peg, but removed entirely from the equation.  Do these Bell crooks expect us to forget that the TAXPAYER paid for this infrastructure ages ago, only to have the big business flunkies in gov’t sell it to private interest for a song? Do they also think we are so stupid not to know that most of problems we’re having now stem from spending money on shareholder profits INSTEAD of upgrading said infrastructure?  Upcoming election who and what now? Which one of the candidates is making a stand on this?

Canada is one of the most expensive place on the planet for cell phone and internet access. this must change. The solution:  1. Regulate internet access price  2. Nationalize ALL telcom infrastructure (phone line and cable)  3. Resell access to ISP, everyone gets a competetive  price

Five Questions to Ask Your ISP
1.) What is the contention ratio in my neighborhood?

2.) Does your ISP’s exchange point with other providers get saturated?

3.) Does your provider give preferential treatment to speed test sites?

4.) Are file-sharing queries confined to your provider network?

5.) Does your provider perform any usage-based throttling?

Ottawa, Ontario Cop Charged in Airport Assault Tuesday, June 23, 2009  An Ottawa Police officer has been charged with assault causing bodily harm after an incident at the Ottawa Airport last month. Ontario’s Special Investigation’s Unit has determined there is “reasonable grounds” to charge the officer. 35-year-old Const. Shyldon Safruk has been charged with assault causing bodily harm. The SIU says on May 11th, an off-duty officer became involved in a physical altercation with a cab driver in a parking lot at the airport. The driver, Sami Aldobini, was injured in the incident. Ottawa Police say Safruk is now on fully paid administrative police duties.

I am always amazed how I tend to be the very same person no matter where I go in Canada, in whatever city, church now too and yet I next often tend to be treated very differently in different places, and this is more reflective of now not of who I am but of the character of the persons I am now facing, dealing with. In one place I tend to be accepted, received courtesy and in other place I am made to feel unwanted , despised.. Mind you Jesus himself and all the apostles received various treatments now as well from different cities, different people as well.

I AM ALSO RIGHTFULLY FULLY CONVINCED THAT IF JESUS HIMSELF TODAY  WAS TO COME TO SOME OF THESE SAME PLACES THAT I GO TO HE WOULD COME WITH A WHIP AND NEXT BEAT THEM.

“Only in Canada, EH!    If I don’t see jail time for that “cop” I have no belief in Canadian justice, or the police…  Anyone else charged with assault would be arrested and detained to appear for a bail hearing. They would also most likely lose their job, whatever it is. It is truly disturbing that a police officer does not seem to be treated the same way when it comes to committing an obvious crime. He was not even on duty when this happened! The cop should be suspended without pay until the trial is over, if one ever actually happens. I have serious doubts that anything will come of this charge… Surprise , surprise another dirty cop in our country, how shocking. I would be surprised if their are any good ones or if their are dont they know that silence in the face of evil is consent. Better speak up if you exist cause this is getting ridiculous, cant turn on a radio or tv without hearing about more dirty police, Harper have you left this country or are you afraid to brace those maniacs. Someone needs to but guess it wont be the conservative govt, they are all for law and order , just their brand tho guilty if the cops say so … Hope you people in Ottawa get the same treatment you are dealing the public someday and just know eventually the cops will… It would be interesting to see what would have happened if the cab driver had fought back and punched the policeman out and broken bones on him, who would have been charged then, after all the cab driver would have been defending himself…… What about the 2 officers who drove off with him? Were they cleared of wrong doing?  What I really want to hear about though is what kind of disciplinary action is being taken against the officers who gave Safruk special kid gloves treatment. In my opinion what they did is even worse in terms of undermining trust in the police and the judicial system than the actions of an off-duty police thug.”  http://www.cbc.ca/canada/ottawa/story/2009/06/23/ottawa-police-cabbie-assault.html

Disabled man dead after confrontation with OPP THE TORONTO STAR   Jun 23, 2009 03:38 PM  ELMVALE – A woman who last night witnessed an OPP officer shoot a mentally disabled man to death in his driveway in this quiet farming community northwest of Barrie, says she didn’t see anything in the man’s hands during the confrontation. The woman, a next-door neighbour of Doug Minty, 59, of Lawson Ave., said it’s possible he was holding something that she couldn’t see. Another witness, who was across the street, thinks she saw something fly out of Minty’s hands when he fell but it may have just been his glasses. Eight investigators from the provincial Special Investigations Unit — which probes incidents in which police officers seriously injure or kill people — are probing the killing.  This town of 1,700 people is reeling, saying Minty, whom they described as fully able but “slow,” was a harmless, friendly man who did odd jobs for neighbours. They said he must be have been scared or confused to confront a police officer. The OPP has said they were called to the home after a confrontation between Minty and a door-to-door salesman.

0REVENUES

Tanya Russell said she was outside talking to a neighbour while her 7-year-old son and a neighbour’s son played when she heard the gunfire at Doug Minty’s home on Lawson Ave. just after 8 p.m. “I heard, ‘Lay on the ground,’ then boom, boom, boom, we heard gunshots,” Russell said. Her neighbour ran down the street and came back moments later shouting, “It’s Doug, it’s Doug,” she said.  “He said, ‘A police officer shot Doug.’ ” She ran down the street and saw Minty lying outside his small bungalow. “The police were there,” Russell said. “But it was neighbours doing CPR.” Witnesses said today that Minty and the police officer were facing each other on the driveway and when Minty started walking forward, the officer started walking backwards, ordering him to lie down. When they got to the bottom of the driveway, the officer fired. Minty was taken to Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, about 20 kilometres away, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy is to be performed tomorrow in Toronto. Neighbour Mabel Morrison said last might that Minty would frequently help residents with household tasks. “He never bothered anybody.”  http://www.thestar.com/News/GTA/article/655356

 UNTOUCHEBLES2

“The RCMP, the police in general as well as all government bureaucracies are answerable only to themselves. The Toronto Fire dept was asked why its response times are the worst in the country by a local newspaper. The reply, from the chief, was that we are not supposed to ask these type of questions. The rot and corruption is pervasive. “

The only group  that can likely have any effect on the voters are pastors, and priests in fact.

Bad Policing… add  lotto 649 to the list…  Lotto  649 Saturday June 20, 2009  of course no one won it was rigged again to build up the jack pot to at least 20 million.. lotto 649 up to the same old tricks a consecutive 4, 5 and 10 numbers withdrawn.. 40 to 49 and they  all let it happen .. They are as crooked as the RCMP and eHealth consultants..  How come no one is not brave enough to deal with lotto 649 immoral acts and you let them steal the citizens money.. For you did notice that on last Saturday’s draw where someone won  there were no consecutive numbers and all 50 numbers were available. On Wednesday June 17 2009 Predictably well now that it is time to start the jackpot from start lotto 649 made sure no one won in a random draw they have consecutive numbers 4, 5 and have removed numbers 20 to 39 as well insuring none one won last Wednesday.. back up to their old tricks. they likely will use consecutive numbers and removing available numbers until the jackpot reaches about 20 million .. On Wednesday  lotto 649 made sure no one won in a random draw they do have rigged consecutive numbers 4, 5 and on Saturday June 20, 2009 they also do have rigged consecutive numbers 4, 5  and do you realize the statistical improbability of this even happening now as well?  this is all past too common to be random draw now as well.. this is fixing, rigging.. immoral act. and no one cares  to deal with it too?? http://diffusion.loto-quebec.com/sw3/res/asp/index.asp?l=1&pRequest=2&cProduit=4

(Ezek 3: 16 KJV)   And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 17  Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. 18  When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 19  Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. 20  Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 21  Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul. 22  And the hand of the LORD was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with thee.  23  Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the glory of the LORD stood there, as the glory which I saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face. 24  Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house. 25  But thou, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among them: 26  And I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover: for they are a rebellious house. 27  But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.

My own mission in life has been made very perfectly clear to me   and it continually involves even exposing sins to many persons, on the net too, and asking these others to repent both locally and nationally.. that includes pastors, individual persons, professionals, civil and public servants, politicians as well. After all John the Baptist, Jesus, the Apostles and the prophets all did that as well.

At least as an experienced, honest, mature person  I am very consistent the last 3 decades now too.  I am a normal, typical  Canadian who also really still dislikes the much too many crooked persons, bad politicians, bad civil and public servants, bad cops, bad pastors, bad lawyers, bad professionals, bad Canadian corporations and their related bad managers, and yes I consistently do try to do something good about it on the net as well. The Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant  guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest

It is also  COMMON  fact of life, particularly amongst the young, inexperienced who cannot handle serious , heavy negative realties that false denial, ostrich approach is a serious part of their make up, and their related defense protection when you cannot discredit the facts, they do  make a false personal attack on the writer, persons instead. It just was too hard for THEM to grasp for example as to why seriously the RCMP tend to be such a bad police force in Canada… but it did not change the reality that they tended to be a bad force. So because I rightfully tend to expose crooks, my writings tend to also deal with negative aspects, and some people who cannot handle the truth had falsely tried to label me as solely as an angry person.. well the reality is that God himself is angry with the wicked person every day, so now how could I be different here as well?

So overall still now  what really is needed  firstly is not more pretentious as well internal corporate, pastoral, governmental self regulations,   the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their further education, but also now their real competency testing.  For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in  tendency still to be denied,   suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective .   There in reality is the main  one important step that  to protect us all from  from any unscrupulous persons  and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body,  and so now in reality how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Canadian Ministers as well?  Mostly None? and why not?  Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant guilty serves very ones best interest… which too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

More effectively dealing with  the DRUNKS, LIARS, THIEVES, ABUSERS, bullies, thugs, proud oppressors, war mongers. THERE IS A  VERY BASIC COMMON MISCONCEPTION ON HOW TO DEAL WITH ANY PERCEIVED EVEN INJUSTICES, ABUSES, ANYWHERE, IN THE CHURCH AS WELL, BESIDES IMMEDIATELY CALLING THE LOCAL  POLICE.. THE NEW TESTAMENT IS CLEAR HOW TO DEAL WITH IT.. COMMUNICATION – AND YOU DON’T FIRST POST IT ALL ON THE NET.

First you merely ask the guilty, bad persons personally to repent twice, the first time without a witness, the second time with witnesses THAT you have asked them to repent.. and   proof, substantiation is NOT required.. after you have done that you can next post it openly on the net, tell all the others.

Next God is fully free to deal with the unrepentant guilty offenders and believe me he will.. I have now been doing for decades too..

I thus often these days too SIMPLY SEND AN PERSONAL  EMAIL, I PUT THEIR WRONG DOINGS   CLEARLY IN WRITING TO AND MY REQUEST ASKING THEM TO CHANGE, TO MAKE APPROXIMATE RESTITUTIONS AS WELL, SO THE GUILTY PARTY CANNOT SAY I DID NOT ASK HIM OR HER TO REPENT FIRSTLY.
WHETHER THEY ACKNOWLEDGE IT OR NOT NEXT TO GOD DOES NOT MATTER.

IN CANADA THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO  IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ADULTERERS, ALCOHOLICS, ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS, CROOKS TAX EVADERS. THAT IS A SAD COMMON REALITY IN CANADA.

We   do  still need to understand, define what UNACCEPTABLE abuse and what UNACCEPTABLE hate is, and unacceptable abuse is to  deny a person’s legal, human rights, and hate is the clear opposite of love, meaning an unloving act.. Hate and  Verbal abuse unrestrained often next do lead to physical abuse in reality too.  And both hate and verbal, physical abuses are  all unacceptable at all times too no matter who you are or who you think you are too. .  but honestly critiquing  NOW certain individuals for their own unacceptable bad act is not always HATE. .

It is a false statement that if one makes any negative statement about anyone, that one is  a racist or promoting hatred.. maybe one is merely exercising one’s appropriate right of free speech, thought.. Now I had witnessed a Person committing immoral, illegal acts many times and when I rightfully reported it next to to the proper authorities, the clearly  guilty  person next  had distorted the truths and lying had said I was promoting hatred towards him and his family, which clearly now was not so. I was a witness of the immoral acts still, unacceptable wrong doings.

Also I do not believe that everyone sets out to be a deliberate racist, it seems to be often merely a poorly thought out OR stupid mistake for 70 percent of the persons who do it, and many people once they realize what they have done next do even admit their errors and stop it, unfortunately there are the remaining few hate mongers who still do get carried away with their hatred, sins, who need to be incarcerated for their crimes so they can stop and learn not to do it..

(Rev 2:4 KJV)  Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

(Rev 3:19 KJV)  As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

and  thou shall  love thy nieghbour as thyself always..

Lawyer wants Polish courts to use officers’ testimony at inquiry  VANCOUVER, B.C. – A lawyer acting for Robert Dziekanski’s mother in Poland says the testimony of four RCMP officers at a public inquiry should be used by courts in that country.

Canada a top producer of ecstasy, methamphetamine, says UN WASHINGTON – Canada is the leading supplier of ecstasy in North America and a growing producer of methamphetamine for markets around the world, a new United Nations report has found.

Don’t tell me that the police, the RCMP  can’t catch all of these bad guys.. they do not want too rather firstly… they prefer to go after revenue generating traffic tickets or abuse helpless, innocent citizens..
