Chiefs: asked for toilets, got pails

..They asked for bathrooms, or at least porta-potties, and they got five-gallon pails.
Chiefs representing First Nations from the Island Lake area of northern Manitoba held a press conference Thursday to lament Ottawa’s response to immediate, short-term help while they discuss how to hook the communities up with running water and proper sewage in the long term.
“They agreed to help us with short-term solutions. Their solutions are slop pails and 45-gallon drums. That’s not acceptable,” said Chief Dino Flett, of the Garden Hill First Nation. “In some houses, 15 people have to use that slop pail. That’s not safe. That’s not healthy.”
Chiefs from the Island Lake area bands met with Indian and Northern Affairs Canada last December to discuss ways of addressing the lack of water and sewage infrastructure in their remote communities.
Among the chiefs’ immediate, short-term solutions were plans for porta-potty style biffies with holding tanks that could be emptied, or alternatively centralized, communal washrooms, showers and laundry facilities.
What INAC sent was 999 slop pails — five-gallon pails that are meant to be makeshift indoor toilets — as well as about 800 water barrels, and a water and sewage truck for each community, although with no permanent provision for maintenance, operating costs or fuel for the trucks.

Mountie faces second impaired driving charge

but the RCMP had said there are no RCMP alcholics, or less than a handful?

He has been a constable in the RCMP for about 16 years, according to RCMP, and has been on medical leave since the first incident. and has been an Alcoholic now for how many years as well? and his supervisors now as well?

RCMP officer charged with impaired driving Vancouver Sun
CTV British Columbia – The Province – News1130
When the too often immoral, lying RCMP Public relationship department tells the public that there are on the average only 3 alcoholic RCMP offices in Canada per year and we have had more than that Number RCMP officers caught drunk driving this year.. We have had news media report of some Police officers in BC now getting drunk often after work even in the Police stations and likely driving home as well. It is an undeniable fact that Police taverns are often filled with police officer after the shift has ended, and likely many of them drive home drunk.. but it is the citizens that seem to mostly end up on drunk charges in the court and mostly natives now as well..
Certainly do not believe that all justice  is even best carried out, being done in the Queen’s courts, or by the too often  rigged Commissions, masturbating self regulating societies? How often do you even see bad lawyers, bad cops, bad RCMP, bad professionals, bad Politicians, bad alcoholics IN CANADA get their rightful dues now? Very rarely!!

Vancouver Mountie faces second impaired driving charge in two months The Canadian Press  VANCOUVER, BC – A Mountie in Vancouver is facing his second impaired driving charge in two months. Vancouver police say they pulled the off-duty officer over Saturday morning and breath samples showed he was over the legal limit for blood alcohol. The 55-year-old officer, whose name has not been released, (But yours likely would be posted) already had a court date from a previous impaired driving charge and was prohibited from driving for 90 days. He’s now been charged with driving while prohibited, impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. ( He likely also is still getting paid as a Mounties too) He is the latest in a number of Metro Vancouver police officers who have faced impaired driving charges in the last two years, including a Mountie charged in a Delta, B.C., crash that killed a 21-year-old motorcyclist in October 2008. The officer in that case, Cpl. Benjamin Monty Robertson, was the one who gave the order to use a Taser on Robert Dziekanski before the Polish man died at Vancouver airport in October 2007.

RCMP officer arrested 2nd time for drunk driving in Vancouver  The off-duty Mountie was arrested Saturday morning after a Vancouver police officer watched a man urinate in the Spanish Banks parking lot on N.W. Marine Drive and then get into a vehicle and attempt to drive away. After the Vancouver officer stopped the vehicle and identified the man as an RCMP officer, the man failed to pass a breathalyzer test, said police. Vancouver police are recommending he face charges of driving while prohibited, impaired driving and driving with blood-alcohol exceeding 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 8. The 55-year-old officer, assigned to RCMP’s E Division headquarters, was previously arrested Oct. 3 after an accident on the Second Narrows Bridge, said police. In that incident, police suspended his licence and recommended charges of impaired driving. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 20 in that case. The officer’s name has not yet been released because the Crown counsel has not yet approved a criminal charge from either of the two incidents, ( because Crown counsel is also an acoholic?)  but police did say the man has been a member of RCMP for 16 years and has been on medical leave since the October incident. Impaired driving is the No.1 criminal cause of death in Canada ( note not speeding) . “As police officers, we have seen first-hand the carnage and death caused by this irresponsible behaviour. This makes it all the more difficult when an incident involves one of our own.” ( and it occurs too often now too) -Go to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Pull his Licence. Take his badge end of story.   These types of police officers bring a bad image to the rest of the force, which as a whole, does a very good job. So this suspended officer, has been caught again, and then he is released, and after having an accident in the first incidence. This person should be held in custody, he is obviously a danger to the public and to himself. Are there two sets of laws? What a shame, however, he MUST be held to the same standard as any other person in Canada. Peace Officers need to be beyond reproach, and in the case of the RCMP as of late, even more so.  I also would like to know why no charges have been filed from the first incident??? Seems odd to me. Twice eh? Wonder if the Crown will approve the charges? If it was me, Im sure charges will already be laid and my name all over the local papers. Medical leave my arse,…. what his medical condition….hungover?

Hey, RCMP officers, when will you wake up from drunkenness? The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), colloquially known as Mounties, is the national police force of Canada. RCMP officers should be the representatives of responsibility, dignity, honesty, and honour. Some BC Lower Mainland’s police officers really smeared the image of RCMP in people’s minds. In two years, five Lower Mainland RCMP officers faced charges of drunk driving. On Oct. 4, 2009, Sunday, around 4:20 a.m., the fifth officer, who works at the RCMP’s Vancouver headquarters, was arrested for impaired driving after his car hit a cement barrier near the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge. Two passengers on his car were sent to hospital and the driver failed the alcohol test on the scene. He was off-duty that time. The other four drunk driving cases the Lower Mainland RCMP officers involved in were: On Sept. 25, an officer from Coquitlam of BC was charged with impaired driving after being stopped by policemen of his own police bureau. Last November, one of the four officers involved in Robert Dziekanski’s stun-gun case was arrested for drunk driving after he hit and killed a young motorcyclist in Delta of BC. Near the end of 2007, Cpl. Darren Baker and Const. Kulwant Singh Malhi were charged with impaired driving in West Vancouver and Richmond of BC respectively. What’s wrong with the RCMP officers of BC Lower Mainland? Come on. Please don’t ruin people’s trust anymore.
Charges have been stayed for an RCMP officer accused of driving drunk and fleeing after a fender-bender three years ago. Const. Kulwant Singh Malhi, 43, was charged in 2008 with failure to stop at an accident, impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.  The charges were stayed by a judge in B.C. Provincial Court in Richmond Thursday on the third and final day of Malhi’s trial. Malhi remains suspended with pay and a Code of Conduct investigation is under way.

Unacceptable still

Our federal ,  provincial,  municipal  governments unacceptably  seem to  work slow, if at all,  when it comes to looking after the citizens good welfare..
OTTAWA — Rapid contractions of both the Canadian economy and the job market eclipsed the Harper government’s stimulus package before the first dollar was dispensed, an economic think-tank says in study to be released Monday. The study by the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives says the stimulus package laid out in the Jan. 27 budget was too small, too late and failed to direct the money where Canadians would get the most bang for their buck. “The size of the federal government’s stimulus package is out of proportion to the threat that Canadians are currently facing and have already ensured,” says the report, entitled Too Little Too Late. Written by CCPA economist David Macdonald, the study urged Prime Minister Stephen Harper to increase the stimulus effort. The government ‘s    $29-billion stimulus package .. the economic impact of the stimulus package was “exhausted” by the end of December, almost one month before the government introduced the package, CCPA said. The study faults the government’s infrastructure program for relying too heavily on matching funds from cash-strapped provinces and municipalities, saying it will almost inevitably mean a delay in the flow of money.
– Health Canada’s poor concern for the citizens good welfare is still unacceptable..
Revise listeriosis report, feds tell Ontario official Thu Apr 23, 7:24 PM OTTAWA – The heads of three federal agencies pivotal to last summer’s listeriosis crisis want a damning report by Ontario’s top public health official “clarified and corrected.” The most senior officials at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada demanded the revisions in a recent letter to Dr. David Williams, Ontario’s acting chief medical officer of health. Williams’ report, released last Friday, rapped the knuckles of federal and provincial health authorities for failing to work together during the outbreak.  Twenty-two people died and hundreds more fell ill after eating contaminated deli meats from a Maple Leaf Foods plant in Toronto.  The letter says Toronto public health officials hampered the investigation by not including enough identifying information on food samples collected from Toronto hospitals and nursing homes that tested positive for Listeria. Williams’ report likewise singles out the Public Health Agency for not playing a leadership role during the outbreak.

– The poor attitude that too many persons have towards our natives especially in the governments, public and civil servants is unacceptable

Case of missing Quebec teens highlights lax attitude to native disappearances Thu Apr 23, 7:11 PM MONTREAL – The mysterious disappearance of two teens from a northwestern Quebec town and the lack of exposure that has followed is symptomatic of a double standard toward missing native women, rights’ advocates say.

RCMP Taser trainees told jolts don’t hurt heart or respiration, inquiry hears Thu Apr 23, 8:16 PM  VANCOUVER, B.C. – The Mounties who confronted Robert Dziekanski and stunned him with a Taser were told in training there’s no medical evidence the high-voltage device disrupts breathing or the heart, says the officer who trained them..  The veteran officer, who also teaches other Mounties to be Taser instructors, revealed he has never seen the infamous video of Dziekanski’s final moments that in part sparked this inquiry.  “You would wonder how the use-of-force expert for the province of British Columbia for the RCMP would not have taken the opportunity to review a Tasering event that has attracted worldwide attention,” said Walter Kosteckyj, lawyer for Dziekanski’s mother Zofia Cisowski.  Campaigning B.C. Green party leader Jane Sterk took advantage of the inquiry to call for banning Taser use and replacing the RCMP with a provincial police force.

-These stinky cops have no empathy nor sympathy for the average citizen except their own behinds, all the officers involved in Mr. Dziekanski murder should have been shot by .. .
-nothing the RCMP has to say has merit
-maybe one Taser wont do anything to you but 4 or 5 Tasers right after another probably will…get those trainee back in class and shoot them 4 or 5 times…lets see there reaction….i felt a Taser and that fun thing gave my heart a jump start…so i can imagine what 4 or 5 right after another will do….id rather be shot then tazered,id have a better chance for survival.
-charge the 4 officers with murder enough is enough to stand by and watch these 4 idiots and the upper echelon of the police make a mockery of the inquiry process with their continuing lies
-The R.C.M.P. and the government have made a farce of this inquiry……………. ..remember this the next time you vote, eh………………

The RCMP made a mistake by waiting 14 months before correcting misinformation about a fatal incident involving four Mounties at Vancouver’s airport, a media relations officer said Wednesday at the Braidwood inquiry.  Cpl. Dale Carr told the inquiry, which is probing the death of Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver International Airport after he was Tasered five times at about 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2007.   that the misinformation initially put out by the RCMP could have compromised the investigation

This was no mistake, this was an unacceptable blatant lie  where real, serious punishment should be applied to all the RCMP personnel  involved.

The inquiry heard last month that in the first two days after Dziekanski died on Oct. 14, 2007, the RCMP’s public statements on the incident contained false information about how many officers were involved, how many times Dziekanski was stunned and what state Dziekanski was in when approached by officers.

Inquiry commissioner Thomas Braidwood ruled that Supt. Wayne Rideout could only address his decisions about what RCMP media spokespeople had told the public following Dziekanski’s death — despite a request by the lawyer for the Polish government to expand the scope of questions Rideout can be asked when he returns. Don Rosenbloom wanted to question Rideout about why the RCMP fought to withhold amateur video of the Taser incident, and why investigators failed to question the four Mounties who were deployed to handle Dziekanski when discrepancies were discovered in their statements.

Every day police officers leave their homes and families and put their lives on the line for a salary, cause this is what they are being paid for, hired for and this does not mean that they are now even free of any negative criticism while they are doing their paid  duties, especially when there are so many outstanding questions regarding their    inappropriate use of authority, force by too many police officers,  plus the unacceptable false  cover ups of their wrong doings and their unacceptable lying now  too.  Plus basically  nothing has even changed in the Vancouver airport customs area since the RCMP’s death of the police immigrant Dziekanski. And there are still concerns about Liberal candidate Kash Heed and his former role as West Vancouver police chief and his unexpected retirement from the force less than two years into his contract, “There’s still a lot of anger about a $40,000 severance payout even though he voluntarily quit in February, leaving many unanswered questions about his status on the force,”  to supposedly avoid legal prosecution too. “The cops have a responsibility to follow moral leadership and let me tell you, the cops do not have that here [in Abbotsford] “NDP candidate for Abbotsford South, Bonnie Rai. These are all valid issues, concerns too.

Mulroney didn’t want cash made public, probe told  Toronto Star –  OTTAWA–Author William Kaplan said yesterday Brian Mulroney repeatedly tried to stop him from making public that the former prime minister took cash from arms dealer Karlheinz Schreiber.

I am often still surprised also to  how supposedly professing Christian Churches, persons do wrongfully still do deviate from what the Bible says, these often mere parrots tend to follow some of their past leaders doctrinal statements and not the Bible too.. I know that they do  have a hidden agenda and that they  are twisting their messages   to suit it.. thus not giving honest Biblical answers.
Sadly one of the typical evidence of false teaching is how overboard a teacher is by their inconsistencies with, distortions related to  the whole scripture… all of related Bible’s teaching too now that they  had now left out..
It is absurd for any person to even imply there is no sin, or  that God now, next punishes no one here on earth, or after for any of their sins,   or to say that that they the sinners are merely punishing themselves, God does have  higher laws too, the  laws he has designed with  negative consequences for their violations undeniably as well. The negative Consequences are not by chance, or unrelated to God. Even the new Testament still says people reap here on earth what they have sowed and God punishes people for their unrepentant  sins. The Bible also says that Adultery is God’s trap, punishment for those whom he is upset at.. and the same Bible says that God does still punishes some people even for their sins even if they have been forgiven as a deterrent even for them not to sin anymore. Yes there is still really unacceptable sins, negative consequences for sins and the liars now too, and yes there is a real hell as well. an  initial place of separation from God and a final place, a permanent separation from God. When you sin and you do not repent you start to be separated from God.. and you might end up there permanently by your own acts,  free will too.
(Gal 6:7 KJV)  Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
(Gal 6:8 KJV)  For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
About those too often professing Christian liars, rather Ostriches, who twist, or add on to the Bible with their hidden agendas who  play on words, change the Bible to suit their own views, desires, refer even to what the supposedly the Greek says.. they should note that I have the Holy Spirit to lead me and to guided me in all truth still.. they all really need to get back to the word of God(Isa 55:1)  Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. (Isa 55:2)  Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness. (Isa 55:3)  Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. (Isa 55:6)  Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: (Isa 55:7)  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. (Isa 55:8)  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. (Isa 55:9)  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isa 55:10)  For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: (Isa 55:11)  So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Self regulation is another bad word for masturbation and it is not the real thing0drowning32

So still now  what really is needed  firstly is not more CHEAP, PRETENTIOUS  self regulations,   the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their education, but real INSPECTIONS, EFFECTIVENESS , competency testing.

For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in  tendency still to be denied,   suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective .

There in reality is the main  one important step that all consumers can take to protect themselves from any unscrupulous persons  and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body,  and so now how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Ministers as well?  None? and why not?
Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

“about the ABUSERS, bullies, thugs, proud oppressors, war mongers “

First you merely ask the guilty, bad persons personally to repent twice, the first time without a witness, the second time with witnesses THAT you have asked them to repent.. and   proof, substantiation is NOT required.. after you have done that you can next post it openly on the net, tell all the others.
Next God is fully free to deal with the unrepentant guilty offenders and believe me he will.. I have now been doing for decades too..
