It is always the same old complaint about the Montreal Police

SPVM, Montreal’s police force

For the last 2 decades, every time I called the Police in Montreal , they first tell me they are really busy and cannot come shortly and when they do come they find false  reasons why it  is not their job, they pass the buck, and say that is the courts jurisdiction, that is  your Bank Manager'”s. Rental Board concern, your property manager’s  problem, etc, including even my complaints  my identity theft, phone harassments, etc,

The RCMP, Montreal police and Sûreté du Québec have allegedly become reluctant to investigate stolen vehicles found by Canada Border Services Agency officers at the port of Montreal, effectively allowing them to be exported overseas by crimes group., as the   police have argued  that costly, time-consuming investigations   and they had more pressing priorities. The Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal said the RCMP was responsible for investigating federal crimes at the port.

Maybe It’s Time to Hold Montreal Police more Accountable personally

In Quebec, the Police are too political—and that’s a big problem as well

Police unacceptable surveillance of journalists in Canada

The mayor pf Montreal , embarrassed by police leaks to the media, calls the police chief. A police investigation ensues, during which a journalist has his phone tracked. There are few citizens in this city who have the police chief on speed dial; fewer still who sit on the municipal bodies that oversee the force.  Not one but nine journalists were spied upon — a consensus broadened among politicians that police may have overstepped their boundaries.   The bad city hall managers hire bad cops starting with the bad police chief now too.. as simple as that. Police surveillance scandal:   Montreal’s public safety commission will study the issue of police spying on journalists. The future of the city’s police chief will also be determined by the commission. Montreal’s police brotherhood called on Philippe Pichet to resign as head of the city’s police force after it was revealed that the cellphones of at least four journalists including La Presse columnist Patrick Lagacé were being monitored by police, who were listening in to calls and tracking their location.  Néron, a justice reporter at 98.5 FM since 2013, told the Montreal Gazette she had been tipped off months ago that her phone might be tapped by police. After she produced a column in June criticizing SPVM management for “muzzling” longtime police communications director Ian Lafrenière by transferring him to a new job, sources contacted her to warn her her phone might be tapped.Coderre’s “political meddling in the operational affairs of a police force” was an affront to press freedom and the police response was excessive

Nearly three-quarters of Quebecers, or 72 per cent, believed it was unacceptable to monitor the cellphone of a journalist to obtain information about their sources. The poll also found 74 per cent of Quebecers believed there should be an independent inquiry into police methods with respect to journalists.  The leaders of the city’s major newsrooms called the spying an attack on the freedom of the press. The head of the Montreal police union said police Chief Philippe Pichet should be fired for allowing his officers to spy on journalists, calling the decision to track the cellphones of La Presse columnist Patrick Lagacé and at least three other reporters “unforgivable.” He has lost all credibility and legitimacy.” They published an open letter calling on Pichet to reveal which other journalists have been or are being spied on by police. ”  The police surveillance of Lagacé “constitutes a serious infringement of constitutional guarantees.”

The SPVM is the second largest police service in Quebec and the fifth largest municipal force in North America, so we need a strong leader.” The courts have already established the principle that surveillance operations on journalists should be as rare as those on lawyers and judges, and can only be justified in cases involving serious crimes, when all other methods have been exhausted. With the Quebec premier saying journalistic freedom is a fundamental right, the provincial government is tightening the rules that allow police to obtain warrants to conduct surveillance of reporters. Public Security Minister Martin Coiteux has ordered inspections of Quebec’s main police forces including Montreal’s and the Sûreté du Québec to verify their investigation practices. Pichet’s future is also chiefly the responsibility of Montreal and its executive committee. Mayor Denis Coderre’s reaction to Monday’s revelation that Montreal police, with the approval of Quebec court judges, electronically monitored a journalist was unacceptable.  Government responses to police spying on Montreal journalist fall short If Quebec is serious about preserving democracy and freedom of press, it will set up an impartial investigative body to shed light on the Lagacé and Nguyen affairs, independent of the province’s police forces and the government. It will also hold decision-makers in these cases accountable. Any public official — politician, prosecutor, judge or cop — who authorized or carried out the surveillance of journalists, or even remained silent as it was happening, is not deserving of the public’s confidence. We’re spied on more often than you think, journalists groups say. “This is just one case, but I guarantee there are dozens of others,” The bad city hall managers hire bad cops Canada wide still too

Many continue to question the tactics used by Montreal police after it was revealed they obtained warrants to spy on a Montreal journalist. The fact that Montreal police chose to spy on Lagacé in the first place   points to “the cultures that have been built up within policing or security services,” Montreal police Chief Philippe Pichet resists calls to step down.  “Public confidence has been shaken in the SPVM [Montreal police service] as the result of this espionage. We find it … hard to understand how such espionage could help the SPVM solve allegations that a police officer fabricated evidence – which is the underlying criminal allegation in this case.” We’re spied on more often than you think, journalists groups say , the revelation that Montreal police had been spying on La Presse columnist Patrick Lagacé for six months is just the latest in a worrisome pattern.  The Sûreté du Québec seized Journal de Montréal reporter Michael Nguyen’s computer in September after he reported on a Quebec judge’s questionable behaviour after a Christmas party.

Police in Quebec may be battling perceptions that their surveillance campaigns have run amok.  Canada’s prime minister Justin Trudeau says police surveillance of journalists on Quebec ‘troubling’ in any  free democracy. Trudeau’s remarks came as the Quebec government called an inquiry into a growing scandal over police spying  on  journalists.  Montreal’s Mayor Denis Coderre as also troubled by news police were tracking journalist

UNPROSECUTED BAD CRIMMINALS ABOUND IN QUEBEC  CAUSE CLEARLY OUR BAD LEADERS, ADMINSTRATORS THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROSECUTE THEIR BAD ASSOCIATES. Ongoing Montreal Corruptions while the Police , RCMP and the Federal, Quebec Governments all still did nothing about it.. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too. HOUSE CLEANING IS STILL VERY MUCH IN ORDER.

Two police forces in the provinces have admitted to telephone surveillance of reporters.  Police with the backing of a Canadian judge tracked a prominent Montreal journalist’s movements and communications over several months, hoping to identify his sources . Montreal police spying on journalists through their phone in an intense way for the particular reason, a specified reason of uncovering sources behind their journalism, is a radical attack on journalism of the free press,” Revelations this week that two Quebec police forces spied on journalists by secretly monitoring their smartphones was widely condemned in Canada and abroad as an outrageous attack on press freedom.

Montreal police department’s spying on a La Presse journalist through his cellphone is  a violation of freedom of the press and is  an “extraordinary example of overreach” by the authorities.  The Montreal police department’s ill-fated spying on journalist Patrick Lagacé came to light after La Presse stumbled upon warrants allowing investigators to track Lagacé’s iPhone calls, texts and location.

Regardless of the laws the police used to justify requesting the warrants, a justice of the peace falsely approved them. Usually police know which justice to go see .  We are all being watched, regardless of whether we are doing anything right or wrong. Unlawful use of authority, obstruction of justice, home visits, bullying, false intimidation   by the politician’s watch dogs the police is nothing new. But what is more troublesome,  is that judges responsible for protecting Quebecers’ charter rights to privacy and freedom of expression have approved the related  warrants — in Lagacé’s case, 24 times. “As the Supreme Court has said over and over again: a free press is a fundamental characteristic of a democratic society. Once we start infringing on freedom of the press, we’re infringing on democracy.”

One thing you learn in Canada is there is no right of free speech here, especially if you exposes the sins of the  cops. The police do too often lie, abuse their positions, authority, misrepresent themselves and try to stop you from posting the truth, the bad things about them..  they get especially upset when they find out you have been sending letters to the elected representatives about how bad the cops really  are and they falsely try to intimidate you. But the Police are not the only one who hate public exposures of their wrong doings, so do some bad mayors, bad politicians, bad judges, bad guys, crooks, bad corporations.

The same police can’t catch all of the social welfare frauds, drug pushers, drug users, real bad guys, tax evaders, child molesters, citizen abusers, crooked cops, drunk drivers, crooked civil and public servants, bad politicians but they found time to harass , to unlawfully use their authorities, those writing openly about the crooked too often cops too  and the need of  their rightful prosecutions..

The Quebec government has given the body looking into the police surveillance of journalists the power of a commission of inquiry, including the ability to call witnesses and hold public audiences. The announcement was followed Thursday by new revelations in the ever-widening scandal, when Quebec provincial police confirmed to Radio-Canada journalist Alain Gravel, former host of the network’s investigative program Enquête, that his cell phone call logs had been monitored for five years straight, from Nov. 1, 2008 to Oct. 1, 2013.

Two members of the Montreal police department’s anti-gang squad are  already facing criminal charges after an internal investigation alleged they lied to get search warrants and one of them traded for sexual favours.

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. “In the case of police, it is in everyone’s best interest that there is full, effective, independent, transparent and objective oversight. It goes without saying that an absence of effective oversight will inevitably result in the erosion of the community’s confidence in the police.” “To many police officer abuse the power given them by “we the people.”

Needless to say police resources are often misused where even the mayors do instruct the police to find out all they can about their opposition members too.  ” and it all is still unacceptable! Free speech is a right for bullies, crooks, abusers only it still seems in Canada now. LAZY, INDIFFERENT, IMMORAL, BAD POLICE, BAD JUSTICE MINSTERS, BAD SOLICITOR GENERALS  is not a new aspect in Ottawa, Ontario and in the rest of Canada. SO NEVER  EXPECT A FULL HONEST INVESTIGATION WHEN CLEARY THE RESULTS WILL SHOW BAD COPS, BAD ATTORNEY GENERALS, BAD MINISTERS WHO HAVE NOT BEING DOING A GOOD JOB. ALL UNACCEPTABLE.

I was told years ago by a lawyer reporting directly to a municipal mayor that  ot is was  a normal practise  of a mayor to use the police to investigate all potential opposition  members.
For decades the police have had a file on me and likely you as well  especially if you write letters of complaint about city hall, police..  . All it takes for the bad guys to continue to do bad things is for the others wrongfully  to do nothing about it.
It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. The police themselves now rather too often are  the bad guys where too many persons now  they have more to fear from the police than from criminals! Why?  Too many  cops hired these days it seems are now still the bad  guys, and  not   rather the citizens themselves.
Police  Managers, Politicians,  Police  Unions, the Police themselves are  Facing  Nation Wide Outrage , Public Anger, as  Canada wide there is an UNDENIABLE  problem in how the police do their jobs

Montreal bagpiper Jeff McCarthy ticketed  by police for wearing a knife, an accessory for men in traditional Scottish garb. The 48-year-old bagpiper was slapped with a $221 ticket and his knife was confiscated. Members of the local Scottish cultural groups were outraged by the ticketing of McCarthy.“There is no religious significance to the knife, but there is a cultural significance. I think that needs to be respected,” “Seriously, with all the crime and corruption rampant in Montreal, is this the best that our police can do?” “Next, will they be closing the Black Watch Armory, cancelling the Scottish games, stopping the Burns Suppers, etc. that require men to wear traditional Scottish highland dress?” Are they going to set up a paddy wagon in front of the Highland Games? “Are they going to be bring in the task force when they hold the annual St. Andrew’s Ball in a couple of weeks? Let me tell you, there are lot of people there wearing a sgian-dubh.”McCarthy, whose grandmother was Scottish, said he felt his ancestry was being targeted by police. “It’s sort of like crushing a culture, and it’s disrespecting a culture,”

The police forces are horribly corrupt and tainted with  lies, criminality and scandals. The related Judges should be removed from the bench for signing the warrants  , The Montreal police Chief, the other decision makers within the police,  the judges who authorized the surveillance , plus   the related police involved need to be dismissed and criminal charges need to be brought against them all. Canadians simply cannot be confident that security intelligence agencies are safeguarding and respecting our rights and freedoms.Canadians simply cannot be confident that security intelligence agencies are safeguarding and respecting our rights and freedoms. We need Elections and term limits for Police Chiefs, Crown Prosecutors and Judges too.

NO MORE police surveillance powers

The Harper government intends to make it easier for police to monitor Canadians’ Internet and smartphone activity – but Canada’s privacy commissioner Jennifer Stoddart says she has “deep concerns” about potential legislation that would boost police surveillance powers and access to private information. Stoddart expressed particular concerns about a proposal in the previous legislation that would have required internet service providers to give subscriber data to police and national security agencies without a warrant, including names, unlisted phone numbers and IP addresses. “Canadian authorities have yet to provide the public with evidence to suggest that CSIS or Canadian police cannot perform their duties under the current regime,” she wrote.

In addition to the provision allowing police to obtain internet subscriber information without a warrant, the previous lawful access bills also would have:

-Forced internet providers and other makers of technology to provide a “back door” to make communications accessible to police.

-Allowed police to get warrants to obtain information transmitted over the internet and data related to its transmission, including locations of individuals and transactions.

-Allowed courts to compel other parties to preserve electronic evidence.

Don’t get the wrong idea we can trust the police in Canada, or trust the police too often masturbating reviews of wrong doings by the police which mostly still tends to find the cops innocent of any wrong doings.

SQ wraps probe into bystander police shooting – Quebec provincial police have completed their probe of a Montreal police shooting that left two people dead last June, including an innocent bystander. In a case that made national headlines and prompted an angry anti-police march in Montreal, local officers shot a homeless man during a public disturbance and their gunfire also struck a man who was arriving for work at a nearby hospital. Provincial police said in a statement released Wednesday that the file has been handed over to Quebec’s director of criminal prosecutions. It will be up to that office to determine whether charges are laid against the police officers.

The June 7 shooting was one of a number of serious incidents involving police last summer, and reignited the debate surrounding how those incidents are investigated in Quebec. Currently, when members of a police force kill or injure citizens, another force takes over the investigation. In the days and weeks following the deaths opponents of that system renewed their calls for the creation of a civilian review board to handle such cases, saying it’s the only way to eliminate bias and ensure the credibility of the final reports.

It is still a criminal act now – ABUSING THE CITIZENS

A good name is worth more over any amount of silver or Gold you can acquire too.
Immoral and absurd Health ministers seriously need  to be ASAP criminal prosecuted since the too often neglect of the citizens good welfare, by bad medical services   violates Canada’s health act.. decency too.  People are sick 24 hours every day but pretentious hospitals, doctors want to work 9-5 and  week days only.. get real…

Pretentious, Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets. It is well known that Quebec’s health care system already has long been considered quite poor. Quebec has no GPs, or real triage nurses, has disgusting waiting lists for diagnosis and/or treatment of life-threatening illnesses, falsely refuses some costly treatments, while the hospitals all over the province are in shambles. More Front line nurses are often wanted mostly for the pretentious CLSC where Quebec spends a lot of resources on pregnant women to build up Quebec’s dwindling population, but now what about the much need better supervision  of the existing nurses in Quebec firstly?  Both the French and English speaking Montreal hospitals are undeniably  too often pretentious, inadequate and mismanaged still too, all as simple as that too.  Self regulation by doctors is just more unacceptable masturbation too..  Medicare in Canada, Quebec is too often a joke.. Pretentious..
This Conservative government’s blind spot ironically is even law and order — or more accurately, crime and punishment of the bad RCMP, bad police, too often bad civil and public servants or it’s own bad guys. Bad guys and gals  for them is who they define as bad guys only and not the real bad guys. Diane Ablonczy   Minister of State (Seniors) a member of the Evangelical Missionary Church in Canada. She is a typical perverse evangelical, so heavenly minded that she is still not a true servant of the people, she rather is no earthly good, self centered, who still never replies to any of my letters so I write many many more for all to read world wide the truth still. The federal health Minister, Leona Aglukkaq she is no better too. Now yes we all do seem also  to know that too many of our civil and public servants, even many of their managers, and also  politicians, and municipalities, provinces now as well unacceptable, wrongfully do not hesitate to cheat, lie, steal, and do too often divert  the designated federal, provincial money elsewhere too so that there is a need of putting them all, note all of them not just one or two,  into jail which is the sole solution to the problem. Sadly what happens in real life it seems they the Police do periodically  arrest, catch one bad guy or gal, and next they say they now have done their job and they do wrongfully seem to forget about the rest of them. Not good enough!
Now suddenly at the beginning of this year 2010 I was personally forced to take management of my elderly father’s health, banking services, social and health  services, family affairs  and what do I encounter now even  here in Quebec too many still bad people who think they could go on even being bad with even me and my father even at the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General Hospital, Maison Herron Convalescent home, Montreal Verdun Hospital, Manoir Verdun,  the Royal Bank, Members, even too many  bad members of   the legislatures, bad  cabinet ministers, bad police, bad Quebec’s civil an public servants even now too. With the foreknowledge, suggestion  of the Liberal Quebec Premier Jean Charest”s Government, I have also now firstly, firsthand rightfully  detailed from the start of this year, to major news editors, Ministers, elected representatives as well as posting it on the internet,  to the consternation of many my own much too mammy personal experiences of the unacceptable, too often pretentious, poor  services towards a senior person being provided in the major English speaking Montreal hospitals such as the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal General Hospital, Montreal Verdun Hospita.l and the Montreal West Island Lakeshore Hospital. plus the services at the Convalescent Hospital at Dorval, Quebec Maison Herron, and Montreal  Manoir Verdun.  I rightfully do still readily do demand the prosecution of all these persons  clearly as detailed to you too  guilty of abuses that I witnessed, detailed many times too  including   their neglect  to now provide adequate medical service  to my father , their neglect  is the failure to provide adequate social services, police services, food, medicine, medical care, personal care, or other necessities to an elderly person even one who is a ward of the Quebec state  or someone else too is still a criminal act too. It is an undeniable legal fact that the abuse. including theft, frauds,  of a senior person, a person 65 years or over by anyone is a criminal act in Canada and in Quebec now. But how long does it still take the Montreal police to deal with the matter especially when the evidence is irrefutable! Only one place, Montreal Verdun Manoir tried to make serious changes when I  had complained to them but what about the others?
On top of this this is all a  very simple open and shut case of  seniors too common abuse, theft, fraud, lies, tax evasions and what the government and police cannot still handle it properly? Then what other cases do they even not handle  now ineffectively? Likley all of them!! My elderly father who is a pretty good judge of characters, now rightfully calls all of our bad civil and public servants. hospital workers and administrators,  and many others he had recently this year encountered , even his bad  relatives he calls  them pretenders, parasites, thieves, liars, prostitutes who should be now punished accordingly as well
It is amazing that the Quebec health and social services minister,  especially even my local Lieberal elected member of the Quebec Legislature now too as well as the Justice Minister and the police too they all  has still to properly act on the matters even to reply adequately, properly to one  of my many letters to them  and when will they?
It is still a criminal act now for any doctor, nurse, hospital administrators, medical supervisor not to provide medical care to any seniors. How many have been prosecuted for this in the last year?

Public exposure and rightful prosecution of the bad, guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest, the bad persons included. You can run but you really cannot hide from your past wrongs.. Police, Politicians, civil and public servants included. Here is what I also do know for sure, being kind, nice, pretentious with any of the bad guys and gals is a complete waste of time, energy, money and resources for if the wicked persons are not made to feel real personal appropriate  negative consequences, they have no reasons to stop doing their wrongs, to change..

Montreal Police Accountability

The Montreal police officer who shot and killed 18-year-old Fredy Villanueva in Montreal, his version of accounts has not been collaborated by independent witnesses. Lapointe’s report, as well as the one written by his partner, Const. Stéphthe officer drove up to a group of five individuals gathered in Henri-Bourassa Park. The officer said he “saw very distinctly” that the men were playing dice, contrary to a municipal bylaw.Among them, Lapointe said he saw Jeffrey Sagor Mettellus, a known member of the Bloods street gang, as well as another man that he also recognized as a street-gang member.anie Pilotte.  After stopping his car and calling the men over, Lapointe said all of them obeyed his order except one: Villanueva’s older brother, Danny, who walked away.Lapointe said he then got out of his cruiser and ordered the man to identify himself. When the elder Villanueva refused, Lapointe tried to take him into custody. He said he was concerned Villanueva was armed. Lapointe said Villanueva fought back, forcing the officer to push him to the ground. A crime scene technician’s photo shows injuries to Const. Jean-Loup Lapointe’s arm. (Robert Fortin/Quebec Provincial Police)He described how Villanueva kicked Pilotte several times as they tried to restrain him. Lapointe said Villanueva even managed to free his hands and “hit me with his right fist straight in the face, on the jaw.” Then, Lapointe said he noticed the other four men moving in on him. Two seemed to be stretching out their hands toward his neck and his belt, where he carried his gun. When one of them grabbed his neck, Lapointe said he realized his partner “was not in a position to come to [his] defence … and [he] was not physically capable of overcoming these men.” After the men ignored his order to back up, Lapointe said he “saw no other alternative than to fire immediately.”    Lapointe said he was so concerned about the threat of being disarmed by the men that he shot his gun “three or four times,” without even removing it from the holster. Lapointe’s gunshots struck and killed Fredy Villanueva. Sagor Metellus and another man, Denis Méas, were also injured. In her report submitted Aug. 15, 2008, Pilotte said that while trying to restrain Danny Villanueva she was so “focused on the lower part of his body” as he kicked that she “had no knowledge of what was going on around.” “I can’t even say what was the precise position of my partner on the ground,” wrote Pilotte, who had graduated from the province’s police academy 18 months before the shooting. The two reports provide a similar version of the events that Saturday afternoon But we have seen the same thing in Vancouver RCMP where it next became clear to many that the Police lied. The shooting sparked violent riots in the multi-ethnic working class community of Montreal North. Quebec’s Liberal government ordered a coroner’s inquest amid pressure from the Villanueva’s family, friends and community.
UNDENIABLY TOO MANY MONTREAL POLICE OFFICERS ARE ALREADY KNOWN TO BE BULLIES, RACISTS, SEPARATISTS TOO. Excuse me they do not do racial profiling? They are only bigots – a prejudiced person who is intolerant of any opinions differing from his own.. one who is strongly partial to one’s own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ.. the shoe fits.
Some say that the cops were already  looking to beat up someone merely, they falsely escalated the issue, for they could have called for local Police reinforcement beforehand if they knew who these persons now really were like, bad.    Villanaueva did not have previous criminal record nor a gun.  The charter of rights and freedoms does not give police the right to detain for arbitrary reasons.   “Anyone like myself who has Ontario plates on their car and been pulled over by the Montreal police knows they do profile people.. no matter what race you are.” As many local natives, blacks  have also found out now.   If the cop was killed instead, the news media would be flooded with “my condolences to the family of the fallen officer”. Why is it that when a cop kills someone, many people instantly assume immediately that it was a “justifiable” action?  “One less gang member on the street, both police officers who were doing THEIR JOB go home safe. Great ending.” what THE POLICE CAN NOW shoot all gang members on sight  too? The police in Canada now have become judge and jury? Unaccountable to no one?  But not all cops are good Angels for sure now too.
Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well
Tax payer’s money abuses, false expense account statements, stealing, tax evasions,   obstruction of justice, cheating, lying,  drunkenness, impaired driving, pornography,  Adultery, VERBAL, PHYSICAL ABUSES, are all ESPECIALLY unacceptable for any civil and public servants. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.
Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.
People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year
And what next more More planned killings?  “It is billed by the London Police Department Chief as “the best (shooting) range in Ontario.” At $22 million, it is certainly modern but one of the features might sit poorly with judges and civil libertarians.  While police can shoot a fleeing suspect that presents an imminent threat to the public, it is relatively rare in most crimes and raises obvious questions under Tennessee v. Garner. The entire project will ultimately cost $32 million and the facility’s gun range is billed as training officers to do a range of shooting”

Meanwhile  a Toronto doctor is facing a disciplinary hearing over allegations he approved special meal allowances for people on welfare and disability programs according to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.  Dr. Roland Wong,  said he continues to approve applications for the special diet but only if he believes patients have an underlying medical condition that qualifies them for the financial supplement.  “Today, I signed maybe five, four,” he said. “Sometimes more, depends.”  He accused the auditor general of having a very “slanted view” of the program, and suggested he should be looking instead at the woefully inadequate support payments paid to people in need.  Wong said he wasn’t overly concerned about the disciplinary hearing because it was based on a complaint laid against him by a municipal councillor.  “This is a case of politicians against a physician, not the patient against the physician,” he said.  The Special Diet Allowance provides up to $250 per month to a person on social assistance who requires special foods for such conditions as diabetes.  Councillor Doug Holyday said  . “This can’t go on.”     Quebec and other provinces have no such adequate help program and why?

Next we will shoot any person on social welfare as well? the sick too? CANADA WIDE? WHAT THEY HAVE ALREADY?
