He has been a constable in the RCMP for about 16 years, according to RCMP, and has been on medical leave since the first incident. and has been an Alcoholic now for how many years as well? and his supervisors now as well?

When the too often immoral, lying RCMP Public relationship department tells the public that there are on the average only 3 alcoholic RCMP offices in Canada per year and we have had more than that Number RCMP officers caught drunk driving this year.. We have had news media report of some Police officers in BC now getting drunk often after work even in the Police stations and likely driving home as well. It is an undeniable fact that Police taverns are often filled with police officer after the shift has ended, and likely many of them drive home drunk.. but it is the citizens that seem to mostly end up on drunk charges in the court and mostly natives now as well..

Certainly do not believe that all justice is even best carried out, being done in the Queen’s courts, or by the too often rigged Commissions, masturbating self regulating societies? How often do you even see bad lawyers, bad cops, bad RCMP, bad professionals, bad Politicians, bad alcoholics IN CANADA get their rightful dues now? Very rarely!!

Vancouver Mountie faces second impaired driving charge in two months The Canadian Press VANCOUVER, BC – A Mountie in Vancouver is facing his second impaired driving charge in two months. Vancouver police say they pulled the off-duty officer over Saturday morning and breath samples showed he was over the legal limit for blood alcohol. The 55-year-old officer, whose name has not been released, (But yours likely would be posted) already had a court date from a previous impaired driving charge and was prohibited from driving for 90 days. He’s now been charged with driving while prohibited, impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. ( He likely also is still getting paid as a Mounties too) He is the latest in a number of Metro Vancouver police officers who have faced impaired driving charges in the last two years, including a Mountie charged in a Delta, B.C., crash that killed a 21-year-old motorcyclist in October 2008. The officer in that case, Cpl. Benjamin Monty Robertson, was the one who gave the order to use a Taser on Robert Dziekanski before the Polish man died at Vancouver airport in October 2007.

RCMP officer arrested 2nd time for drunk driving in Vancouver CBC.ca The off-duty Mountie was arrested Saturday morning after a Vancouver police officer watched a man urinate in the Spanish Banks parking lot on N.W. Marine Drive and then get into a vehicle and attempt to drive away.After the Vancouver officer stopped the vehicle and identified the man as an RCMP officer, the man failed to pass a breathalyzer test, said police. Vancouver police are recommending he face charges of driving while prohibited, impaired driving and driving with blood-alcohol exceeding 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 8. The 55-year-old officer, assigned to RCMP’s E Division headquarters, was previously arrested Oct. 3 after an accident on the Second Narrows Bridge, said police. In that incident, police suspended his licence and recommended charges of impaired driving. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 20 in that case. The officer’s name has not yet been released because the Crown counsel has not yet approved a criminal charge from either of the two incidents, ( because Crown counsel is also an acoholic?) but police did say the man has been a member of RCMP for 16 years and has been on medical leave since the October incident. Impaired driving is the No.1 criminal cause of death in Canada ( note not speeding) . “As police officers, we have seen first-hand the carnage and death caused by this irresponsible behaviour. This makes it all the more difficult when an incident involves one of our own.” ( and it occurs too often now too) -Go to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Pull his Licence. Take his badge end of story. These types of police officers bring a bad image to the rest of the force, which as a whole, does a very good job. So this suspended officer, has been caught again, and then he is released, and after having an accident in the first incidence. This person should be held in custody, he is obviously a danger to the public and to himself. Are there two sets of laws? What a shame, however, he MUST be held to the same standard as any other person in Canada. Peace Officers need to be beyond reproach, and in the case of the RCMP as of late, even more so. I also would like to know why no charges have been filed from the first incident??? Seems odd to me. Twice eh? Wonder if the Crown will approve the charges? If it was me, Im sure charges will already be laid and my name all over the local papers. Medical leave my arse,…. what his medical condition….hungover?

Hey, RCMP officers, when will you wake up from drunkenness? The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), colloquially known as Mounties, is the national police force of Canada. RCMP officers should be the representatives of responsibility, dignity, honesty, and honour. Some BC Lower Mainland’s police officers really smeared the image of RCMP in people’s minds. In two years, five Lower Mainland RCMP officers faced charges of drunk driving. On Oct. 4, 2009, Sunday, around 4:20 a.m., the fifth officer, who works at the RCMP’s Vancouver headquarters, was arrested for impaired driving after his car hit a cement barrier near the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge. Two passengers on his car were sent to hospital and the driver failed the alcohol test on the scene. He was off-duty that time. The other four drunk driving cases the Lower Mainland RCMP officers involved in were: On Sept. 25, an officer from Coquitlam of BC was charged with impaired driving after being stopped by policemen of his own police bureau. Last November, one of the four officers involved in Robert Dziekanski’s stun-gun case was arrested for drunk driving after he hit and killed a young motorcyclist in Delta of BC. Near the end of 2007, Cpl. Darren Baker and Const. Kulwant Singh Malhi were charged with impaired driving in West Vancouver and Richmond of BC respectively. What’s wrong with the RCMP officers of BC Lower Mainland? Come on. Please don’t ruin people’s trust anymore.

Charges have been stayed for an RCMP officer accused of driving drunk and fleeing after a fender-bender three years ago. Const. Kulwant Singh Malhi, 43, was charged in 2008 with failure to stop at an accident, impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. The charges were stayed by a judge in B.C. Provincial Court in Richmond Thursday on the third and final day of Malhi’s trial. Malhi remains suspended with pay and a Code of Conduct investigation is under way.

OTTAWA – Michael Ignatieff remains a blank slate for most members of the public who don’t yet know what to make of the Liberal leader, a new poll suggests. By contrast, Prime Minister Stephen Harper is a polarizing figure who evokes strong opinions from both supporters and detractors, according to the survey done by Nanos Research and provided exclusively to The Canadian Press. What the polling suggests is that Michael Ignatieff is only a name at this point,” said pollster Nik Nanos. The poll asked respondents to explain what they like or dislike about both Ignatieff and Harper. The good news for the Liberal chief was that 64 per cent couldn’t think of anything they dislike about him. People had a much better idea of where they stood on Harper.. Thirty per cent said there isn’t anything they like about the prime minister, compared with 15 per cent who said there isn’t anything they dislike. When it came to specifics five per cent said he’s honest, four per cent like his policies and four per cent said he gets things done. So 95 percent seem to think he is a bad leader.. 11 per cent said the didn’t like the fact that he breaks promises, eight per cent called him arrogant, six per cent said he’s too controlling or power-hungry, and five per cent said they just don’t like his attitude. Harper’s scores on all the leading indicators of personal dislike were worse in the latest poll than they were when the same questions were asked in Nov. 2007. The total numbers of people expressing displeasure at any one trait may be modest, but Nanos said the underlying trend is clear. He’s taken a personal hit on his image . . . which will next be refelcted in any future election too.. The people that don’t like the prime minister are much more passionate than the people who like him.” The telephone survey of 1,003 Canadian aged 18 or older was conducted between Jan. 3 and Jan. 7 and is considered accurate within plus or minus 3.19 per cent 19 times in 20. the same poll found, as previously reported, that the Liberals and Conservatives were in a statistical dead heat in terms of voter preference.

The whole world sadly too often still lies in control of the devil and his followers, so I rightfully along with many people do not believe everything I heard, read in the newspapers, surveys, polls, statistics, for my real encounters in Canada with crooked cops, bad church pastors, immoral realtors and lawyers too, lying corporations and politicians too shows there are much too many professionals who are bad persons, liars, prostitutes who sold themselves to the highest bidders. I consider most polling polls firms in the same category generally now as well.. bad persons who sell lies to the highest bidders. and any day of the week you can find news stories that differ, but also contradict the others, especially if you compare the Calgary Herald with the Toronto Globe & Mail.. and the accuracy of a poll differs greatly if you take the same poll in Montreal, Toronto versus Edmonton, or Calgary, likely they will be often the opposites results. I have already had bad experiences dealing now also with Nik Nanos as I have detailed to many, on the web, and it seems his polls favor the Liberals.. compared to others who falsely favor the Conservatives.. But I really now do have to admit this latest Poll to me was very shocking.. Imagine that according to the polls 95 percent of persons do not trust the professing Christian evangelical Prime Minister of Canada, they not think he is honest.. but rightfully neither do I too, and it all now sure does not say much good about his own personal Christian witness. Mind you some people told me why should I be dismayed at this for all politicians are supposedly big liars.. all of the liars are still unacceptable still even if they are politicians, pastors, lawyers, etc.. Get rid of them Fire them immediately too.

Michael Geist, Canada Research Chair of Internet and E-commerce law at the University of Ottawa added: “The bigger issue here is it places the spotlight on these long-term contracts, which are becoming enormously problematic . . . Forbidding any other inquiries cause there is one in the courts is ALSO STILL really absurd. Court delaying tactics that could be easily used thus next insuring that real justice is not even carried out in the courts. Often more than one inquiries are required as a balance or check. Anyone who trusts an often politically appointed judge is a fool rather for how often do we see now still see the provincial and federal courts contradicting each others too? Groups boycott B.C. police complaint system, call on government for reform 1VANCOUVER – An anti-poverty group and the B.C. Civil Liberties Association say they will boycott the provincial police complaint system until the government makes “urgently needed” changes.

Some do even say :The Gomery inquiry into the Liberals’ “Adscam” sponsorship program scandal, the Mulroney-Schreiber inquiry, and other recent investigative hearings by federal parliamentary committees have revealed that when it comes to discovering the truth of many situations of alleged wrongdoing, the federal government’s inquiry system is broken. While parliamentary committees have the power to subpoena witnesses and evidence, and while many opposition party supporters may delight in the hearings that have been held examining questionable ruling party activities in the past few years, during which we have had a minority federal government, these committees’ overall record is not good. Not surprisingly, the MPs on the committees usually have represented their political parties’ interests in these hearings, in votes concerning whether to hold hearings, and what witnesses to call. The recent hearing into the federal Conservatives’ questionable election spending scheme is only the latest example of an ineffective committee investigation (especially given that a civil court case, and a quasi-criminal investigation, are currently examining the same scheme in a much more fact-based, fair and impartial way). At the same time, the federal cabinet’s power to establish a commission of inquiry under the Inquiries Act also deserves to be questioned, given the record over the past couple of decades. Justice John Gomery, who was appointed by Paul Martin’s cabinet, has been found by a Federal Court judge to have acted in a manner biased against former Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his chief of staff Jean Pelletier, while other Gomery Commission watchers have also noted how Gomery’s final report ignored clear evidence of then-Finance Minister Martin’s knowledge of, and intervention in, the sponsorship program. Conservative Prime Minister Harper and his cabinet have made every decision about the inquiry into the actions of former Conservative Prime Minister Brian Mulroney’s relations with Karlheinz Schreiber, even though Mr. Harper’s own actions are in question, which has resulted in an inquiry that will not examine many significant questions about the situation. Several years ago, then-Prime Minister Chretien’s cabinet and majority government shut down the inquiry into the armed forces scandal in Somalia when it headed in a direction it didn’t like, and restricted the scope of the inquiry into the tainted blood scandal. And then, of course, there are all the inquiries that were called for by opposition parties or political commentators that didn’t occur during the past 20 years. That was when the Conservatives or Liberals had a majority government and therefore, controlled all parliamentary committees. In other words, whether an inquiry is launched into allegations of wrongdoing by anyone in the federal government, and whether the inquiry is fair and based on evidence, is determined by the whims of either the leaders and MPs of the ruling party, or of the opposition parties. Fortunately, there are two simple solutions to this unethical, ineffective mess that could be made by the opposition parties very quickly this fall (given that they control a majority of seats in the House of Commons and Senate). First, the Inquiries Act should be changed to require approval of a majority of the federal party leaders in the House of Commons to initiate and set the terms of reference for an inquiry, and approval of all party leaders to choose the inquiry commissioner(s) after nominees are screened by the Public Appointments Commission. This change would very likely lead to more inquiries being launched with the support of only opposition parties, but each would be overseen by a qualified person who would be chosen by consensus of all party leaders, not hearings held by unqualified partisan MPs. Opposition parties would pay a political cost if they launched frivolous inquiries that waste the public’s money. A key part of this change is the establishment of the Public Appointments Commission to ensure that inquiry commissioners are qualified. The Conservatives’ Federal Accountability Act allows, but does not require, cabinet to create the commission, and Prime Minister Harper and his cabinet have so far failed to set it up. Second, the Parliament of Canada Act should be changed to prohibit committee hearings on matters being dealt with by an inquiry or a court, until the inquiry or court case is over. This would stop committees from holding redundant, kangaroo-court hearings into subjects that are being examined through judicial processes. Federal party leaders may not agree with these specific proposed solutions, but all should recognize that a so-called mature democracy such as Canada’s should have a mature system that ensures fair investigations of alleged wrongdoing by anyone in the federal government, and that Canadians deserve better than the current system which is riddled with conflicts of interest. CP OTTAWA – ‘It appears Prime Minister Stephen Harper has failed to meet his own conflict-of-interest rules for declaring gifts received. Harper has not publicly declared a gift since February, despite being required to do so within 30 days under new guidelines introduced by his minority Conservative government. However, an official insisted the prime minister is in compliance with the rules because all gifts are in the “process” of being disclosed or still being appraised to establish their value. “All items are either disclosed properly or are in the process of being disclosed,” said the official, who asked not to be identified. “Certain items have taken in excess of 30 days due to the time required for proper appraisal.” Under the new conflict rules in the Conservatives’ public accountability legislation of 2006, all gifts Harper and his cabinet ministers receive valued over $200 must be reported within 30 days. A compliance manager for Ethics Commissioner Mary Dawson told The Canadian Press the office has not received notice of gifts received by Harper since his last report on Feb. 2. The last gift on that disclosure was a framed photo Harper received during a visit to Churchill, Man., in October 2007. Previous gifts in that report include a desk decorated with antlers Harper received from U.S. President George Bush at a summit in Montebello, Que., Cuban cigars from the Cuban ambassador in Ottawa, and a New York Rangers jersey signed by Mark Messier. Other gifts on Harper’s list included presents from corporate gift-givers, including a Christmas hamper in 2006 from the chairman of Reimer World Corporation and a Christmas gift from the president of Nestle Canada. The conflict of interest act carries an “administrative monetary penalty” not exceeding $500 for public office holders who fail to comply with the gift disclosure requirements of the act, and other provisions. Opposition MPs blasted Harper. “They came out with all that rhetoric about being the white knights on accountability but when it comes time, they’re missing in action,” said New Democrat MP Pat Martin, adding the prime minister has an obligation to lead by example. “These little things are important symbolically and a cavalier attitude toward reporting sends a terrible message.” Liberal MP Mark Holland accused Harper of violating his own legislation. The new act took effect in July 2007. ”

Dirty Bell yes you are right I am having problems too . I TRIED A FAX, BUT THEY WOULDN’T GIVE ME A REPLY. I Sent all my info to their office registered do you think I get a reply.No! My service was down june 9/08 they sent me a letter of cancellation and then decided I was still activated and they want more money. I said I am not paying for service I don’t have. No contract? they say yes but i say no. I do not have time for this crap. I only ever had one so called contract that was fullfilled the rest were oferrs unfulfilled, really no contracts. I will leave Bell completely if I have to and there are other companies around for phone service. Bell they keep adding money to my bill for internet service I do not have. All Bell employees clearly seem wrongfully concerned only about keeping their jobs, by insuring that the customer pays their Bills, but still they do not care about solving the problems the customers are having, even because they have no authority, to deal with the customer’s problems.. I have dealt with them now for 18 months complaining, wrote 300 letters but when it comes to serving, helping the customers they act still like they are all idiots, fools.. they all do need to fired now, not just the managers..

Verbal abuse is a kind of battering which doesn’t leave evidence like physical abuse does. However, it can be just as painful, and recovery can take much longer. The victim of abuse lives in a gradually more confusing realm. In public she is with one man, in private he becomes another. Often, for the verbally abused woman (man), there is no witness to her reality and no one to understand her experiences. Friends and family continue to see her ex, the abuser, as a really good guy and, certainly, he agrees with them. The verbal abuser, while maintaining his charm with others, always takes his abuse behind closed doors. It is a means of holding power over his wife( husband) /partner.. Many women and some men leave a marriage and come back into the singles’ world with the diminished self-esteem that comes from a verbally abusive relationship. The fact that many of these women (men) have never even realized that they were being abused, makes it easy for them to enter another abusive relationship. A verbal abuser is an insecure person and immature person who is looking for power and control over another.In order to help you recognize abuse, remember that all forms of verbal abuse are methods of manipulating you for the purpose of establishing power over you. The following are some of the forms of verbal abuse the author helps you recognize.

Withholding: a purposeful, silent treatment.
Countering: a countering of your ideas, feelings, and perceptions, even going so far as to refute what he misconstrues you to have said.
Discounting–a putdown of you or something you hold dear.
Blocking and diverting–this is a sneaky, covert way of violating your dignity.
Accusation and blame: generally involves lies about the partner’s intentions, attitudes, and motives. The author states that accusation and blame is present in all verbally abusive relationships.
Judging and criticizing: lies about your personal qualities and performance.
Trivializing and undermining: abusive behavior which makes light of your work, your efforts, your interests, or your concerns. The abuser attempts to dilute meaning and value in your life. Undermining might occur when your partner laughs at you, for example, when you burn yourself cooking. It is also jokes at your expense. Undermining is occurring when you feel a “so-called joke” is mean rather than funny.
Name calling: no one has a right to call you degrading names. Name calling is verbal abuse.
Ordering: Telling you to do something, rather than asking, or making decisions for you or for the two of you without your input.
Forgetting and denial: the trickiest form of denial is forgetting. Become aware that forgetting is a form of denial that shifts all responsibility from the abuser to some “weakness of mind.”
Abusive anger: this seems to be closely linked to the need to “blow up,” to dominate, to control, to go one up, and to put down. Any time you are snapped at or yelled at, you are being abused.

Threatening: Physical threats and sexual threats aside, verbal threats are an effort at manipulation. For example, a threat to leave, stay out all night, or take you home immediately is a manipulation for power. The threat of “pending disaster” is designed to shatter the partner’s serenity as well as her boundaries.

If you counter the abuser or attempt to explain yourself, you will probably be met with such statements as, “I don’t want to hear it, get out of my face” or “Woman you don’t have the brains“, “B” You shouldn’t have said that to me“.

If you are in a brand-new relationship and see warning signs of verbal abuse, the author suggests you might be wise to let the relationship go. It is not likely that a man (woman) who needs to dominate and control will change easily, if at all. It is also likely that when the newness of the relationship wears off, he will become more abusive. Verbal abuse can become physical in time and physical abuse is always preceded by verbal abuse, according to Evans.If you are in a long-term relationship, you can respond to the abuser as the book suggests and soon discover for yourself whether or not your mate is willing to change and stop his abusive behavior.

“If you have been verbally abused in your relationship, you may have discovered that explaining and trying to understand have not improved your relationship. Therefore, I recommend that you respond in a new way–a way that will make an emotional, psychological, and intellectual impact upon your mate.”

The abuser in your relationship may change when he finds that you do know when you are being abused, that you have set limits, that you mean what you say, and that you will not take behavior you don’t like.

If the man ( or sadly too often now a women) in your relationship remains abusive, it is not only not your fault,” it is your responsibility to deal with it, make it public, call the police too.

Any person cannot still fight with you of you leave his or her presences, even forever.. and there is still a good life after a failed marriage now too. I practise what I preach and often now too.

The first spouse, love seems is always the best one in our false pride.. and I know what that is like too.. WE SEEM ALL TO REPEAT OUR BAD TASTE, VALUES.. When they let a person out a prison they generally have a rule not to let them return to his old environment, past home, for five years.. otherwise they will be under the same old bad habits, dispositions too..

NOTE I lost once everything I had owned.. still next I replaced it all with the same things, even though I never used most of them, old habits and bad tastes DO die hard still too for almost all of us..

Now still reporting publically the abusers, and calling the POLICE TOO most often solves the abuse problem the best.. for if the evil persons do not feel real negative personal consequences, REAL negative public exposures, they really have no reasons to change their bad habits next and likely then never will.

I rightfully too tend to openly expose all abusers, all bad people, all bad churches, all bad politicians, all bad corporations that I come across, and often and I also do do call the police, regulating authorities often and demand they all be fired, be put in jail too.

There are yes too many false sheep who worship those crooked leaders, shepherds, pastors dressed in nice suits. Not trying to impress anyone, or showing off I next went to a new church dressed in my clean, regular daily clothes. I next too was surprised when now one said hello to me nor did they great me, and a few services later this continued to happen. So I prayed about it and to my surprise God said they were harlots, prostitutes. Embarrassed at this revelation I decided I would fully proof for myself this was true. So next Sunday I put on a white shirt, tie, nice black pants, and a white sports jacket and most everyone said hello to me. Incidentally the same thing happens to me on the bus as well.. Why? Also the very same pastor of this professing Christian church dressed there in a nice suit who also did not talk to me as well was next charged with abuse, slander, lying, misappropriation of church funds, and was eventually fired. Now these days when I see these peacock members, deacons, ushers strutting around church in their fancy suits trying to impress the others , it causes me to be sick to my stomach still. It would be better if they used the money rather to help the poor and needy in their own church.

Big bad bullies have too often threathen to take me to court, bad cops now too, I often tell them next to go ahead for we all do need the publicity, public exposure and they tend to back off.

It is still up to the courts or the Human Rights commissions firstly to confirm, to define what is actually libelous, slanderous, a hate email message.. and someone’s else’s statement and opinions on the subject does not count. But to be on the safe side if you want to avoid court costs, ligation, if you are unsure if what you write is libel, slanderous, prosecutable better not post it on the net. Wrongfully accusing someone of posting a hate message or being a racists clearly can be challenged in courts as a hate message itself and prosecutable.

Canada’s Supreme Court throws out libel case against outspoken B.C. talk show host VANCOUVER — The country’s top court has absolved former Vancouver radio personality Rafe Mair of defamation for a commentary. The Supreme Court of Canada decision in the defamation suit also broadened a key defence often used by journalists to ward off libel actions. In a 9-0 judgment Friday, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that Mair was engaging in fair comment in the 1999 radio editorial that was critical of Kari Simpson, a high-profile player in a campaign opposing the use of teaching materials about gay lifestyles in local schools. In the course of the editorial, the controversial former radio commentator made references to the Klan, Hitler and skinheads, although he claimed he wasn’t saying that Simpson actually advocated violence against gays. The judge went on, however, to say that Mair wasn’t liable for damages because he held an honest belief in the views he expressed – one of the traditional elements in the legal defence long known as fair comment. The Supreme Court, in Friday’s judgment went on to rewrite the legal test for such a defence. There was no proof that Mair’s dominant motive was personal malice, and thus “his expression of opinion, however, exaggerated, was protected by the law. “We live in a free country where people have as much right to express outrageous and ridiculous opinions as moderate ones.” A key component of the fair comment defence has long been that the person making the comment must sincerely believe in it. In the course of the ruling, however, the high court modified that test. Commentary must still have a factual basis, be made without malice and be in the public interest, said Binnie. But the test of honest belief is not whether the specific person holding the opinion believed it. The yardstick is whether any person might honestly hold the view based on the facts at issue. Binnie acknowledged that is “not a high threshold” for any defendant to met. But neither is it appropriate to rule out “a piece of devil’s advocacy” in any debate on a matter of public importance. Too many people still do believe in their own sole right of free speech still but they do next try to deny these same right of others by even threatening to sue them for libel, slander.. sound Familiar Mr Stephen Harper PM of Canada? or Bell Sympatico? or the Toronto Airport Fellowship Church pastors? Now in Canada even I am very used to people the much too many Bullies who try to falsely dominate you, and these bullies go overboard in their reactions when you expose the truth about them and others especially when their pet idols, or careers are threatened. Me I am still rightfully actively resistant to all of the abusers, bullies, liars, even to the Church, GOVERNMENTAL, CORPORATE, POLICE oppressions still too. Even those persons who falsely try to send lawyers or the police to my home to harass me, to try to intimidate me, to shut me up...

The pastors of the Toronto airport fellowship Church and many other pastors, Christians groups on the net had asked me in writing not to write to them, and what they can preach about the sins of others but I can’t do that to them? What hypocrisy on their parts now still too. Even in the churches, evangelical pastoral sections there are much too many really bad unacceptable apples still out there. Too often now our personal rights in this country are now slowly being forcibly demanded to ne sidetracked to accommodate others wishes … Imagine what Canada would be like if any of the church pastors, government forcibly told the citizens, the columnists, editors, commentators what they could and could not publish. Imagine if we had something like a Ministry of Truth, a Ministry of the Media, a Ministry of Thought. If that doesn’t scare you then you rightfully scare me. These bullying groups appear to be using any angle within the law, courts, or their influence to try and become our ’superiors’ in some way. It’s about time that truths that are unpalatable to certain sections of our society be allowed to be expressed. We live in a free country, with the right to freedom of expression and speech. Telling the facts does not constitute a ‘hate’ crime now as well. Only those people who want to curtail or own freedoms while they use theirs would call this a hate crime. If these various groups or people cannot tolerate anyone’s free speech, or debate, why in the world are they living in the west? If you don’t like the freedoms that are enjoyed by ALL citizens here, then go live in a country where theirs and your freedom now is denied. Without freedom of speech, and the freedom of the press we can no longer claim to be a democratic country. No one has the right to stifle the free dispensing of valuable information. Not even Evangelical pastors. We must all be be vigilant against any attempts of demonic enslavement of us and the false hindrances of our own rights. “Those that try to silence honest, open, and free speech are a danger to this country. I clearly do believe in the right of everyone to speak, to speak out as well, and to be equally heard by all, so we can all judge what has been said if it is appropriate and we can next corresponding act upon it, even in the church, in the government, on the Internet now too. Clearly some people falsely DO DISALLOW THIS RIGHT… the bad persons especially as even I know this for sure. They respond with a personal attack, inquisition, censorship, lies, slanders, diversions, distortions, instead of facing, dealing with the facts, truths being presented. Confirming to many what they still are really like, immoral, abusive bullies.

I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS, OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws… those very same persons who so readily tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons who expect all of the others to falsely obey the rules even now all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the very same persons to break most of the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause they do preach them to others.What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too? These same persons who too readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites. Even the Insurance companies do love excessive rules, and next have people break them so that way they can make more money next too. Seems you cannot trust anyone, any group, and yes they all have to regulated, reviewed, and that is why too many OF THE BAD PERSONS THERE they seem not to love our free speech and try falsely to oppress it.

Another great example was big brother Bell Sympatico originally done in secret capping of the internet downloads which as you still can read about in full too in many places on the net was apparently caused by their very questionable motives, even a distorted, false excuse to charge more money to customers, a greedy attempt to make internet users buy and download rather Bell movies, an attempt to put Bell’s sub ISPs out of business, and much more.. so Bell Sympatico rightfully is now even facing a class action lawsuit in this regard too… and bad negative publicity, exposure too.

Law and order enforcement starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too, but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders. civil and public servants, PROFESSIONALS. managers, executives too NOW not only per their past words, promises, acts, but also by a higher exemplary standard, BEHAVIOR now as well especially when they profess to be Christians, or rather as often in reality so called “Christian alcoholics”, or hypocrites .. which is rather an UNACCEPTABLE oxymoron.

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well.

Or the supposedly evangelical Baptist pastor who had said in the pulpit that he could not understand what Hitler did that was so bad, I helped to fire him , he now sells life insurance instead..

( I heard a Muslim recently say the same thing to me, and so I asked him what he thought next if I will post a cartoon with the picture of his so called prophet saying the same thing.. he next quickly got red and objected to it..)

or next even take the matter further to the news media, or before the provincial Human Right Commissions, and others too..

When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think I am their false slave and that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?

CALGARY – An employee with the Calgary Police Service has been arrested in a drug trafficking operation and a Calgary Policeman was arrested for drunk driving that caused an accident.. I rightfully do see cops mostly as bullies.. not as professionals.

Free speech too often seems to be expected as only is a right mainly for the rich, the bad guys, crooks, not the decent folks. I also do I know that bad guys and gals such as the crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked politicians, crooked anyone do not like me to use my right of free speech.. but too bad for them.. I have to admit it came to me as a shock firstly when I started to attend evangelical, Baptist, Pentecostal churches in Canada now as an adult that that same right to be respect, to speak, and to be heard, not to be bullied, falsely oppressed, the Legal and Human rights that I had before, often now did not exist in the churches surprisingly now of all places. Never saw so many control freaks, human rights abusers in my whole life next to the too often bad cops now too. 30 percent of the people I meet daily in real life are the bad guys that jails exist for still too.. and they should be put in there often too. I clearly do believe in the right of everyone to speak, to speak out as well, and to be equally heard by all, so we can all judge what has been said if it is appropriate and we can next corresponding act upon it, even in the church, in the government, on the internet now too. Clearly some people falsely DO DISALLOW THIS RIGHT… the bad persons especially as even I know this for sure. They respond with a personal attack, inquisition, censorship, lies, slanders, diversions, distortions, instead of facing, dealing with the facts, truths being presented. Confirming to many what they still are really like, immoral, abusive bullies.

Speaking of free speech… Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said. But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well?

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points whicj was adopted on December 19, 2007. The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h. The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. Speaking about perverse law enforcement, whether it applies to the transit cops, or the RCMP, other cops too, the OLD wording ‘non-compliant’ no longer applies, in response to concerns raised by the public. The NEW use-of-Taser usage criteria is ‘actively resistant’, and the too often aggressive executive managers of the police enforcement, or the dictatorial ISP, internet service providers , it now seems that are all going crazy trying so hard to earn more money by means of a hopeful personal promotion too. And so they see anyone who is a threat to their survival, potential promotion is a serious persons to be next shot, killed or tasered, removed?

Sadly there are many people in this world who are hatred mongers, they have a false persistent agendas against some others, and they for many wrong reasons now wrongfully pursue much of their time in these matters now too foolishly and unwisely. Too often they the bad people firstly proclaim themselves as angels of lights, good Samaritans try to help others, but rather it too often seems they are merely trying to gain an advantage over others, and to promote themselves in some powerful, key job, economic, superior positions under these false agendas, disguise’s in all kinds of social groups now too, the religious, political, cultural, governmental. Now I really hate these types of snakes and I rightfully do not hesitate to expose them once I encounter them.

PS Only 4 persons had showed up to pray against the then Prime Minister Paul Martin MP and he Paul Martin unexpectedly, unbelievably shortly after that had lost his office of Prime Minister, and why did so many people show up in the first place? God only needed 2 persons to agree in prayer on this in Jesus name and he would have acted upon it as well. The prayer meetings had fizzled out? you now got to be joking.. they had did their job.

APPROPRIATE PUBLIC EXPOSURE AND THE APPROPRIATE PROSECUTION OF THE GUILTY SERVES EVERYONE’S BEST INTEREST

FOR A GOOD NAME IS WORTH MUCH MORE THAN ANY AMOUNT OF SILVER OR GOLD AND A TARNISHED ONE IS WORTHLESS.

There are yes too many false sheep who worship those crooked shpherds, leaders, professionals, pastors dressed in nice suits. Not trying to impress anyone, or showing off I next went to a new church dressed in my clean, regular daily clothes. I next too was surprised when now one said hello to me nor did they great me, and a few services later this continued to happen. So I prayed about it and to my surprise God said they were harlots, prostitutes. Embarrassed at this revelation I decided I would fully proof for myself this was true. So next Sunday I put on a white shirt, tie, nice black pants, and a white sports jacket and most everyone said hello to me. Incidentally the same thing happens to me on the bus as well.. Why? Also the very same pastor of this professing Christian church dressed there in a nice suit who also did not talk to me as well was next charged with abuse, slander, lying, misappropriation of church funds, and was eventually fired. Now these days when I see these peacock members, deacons, ushers strutting around church in their fancy suits trying to impress the others , it causes me to be sick to my stomach still. It would be better if they used the money rather to help the poor and needy in their own church.

Open rebuke is better than secret love. Those who sin rebuke before all, doing nothing by partiality, and those whom I love I chasten and rebuke before all as well. I post much of these facts, truths openly to all presently so they will all even repent today. I rightfully do not put up with any crooked cops, bad pastors, crooks and I readily call the police, expose them , demand openly their full prosecution, dismissal too. Originally I gave many of them the doubt, but now I am convinced that most of them are deliberate, conscious crooks, specifically “hirelings” who should be fired, dismissed

I think we can agree that people world wide will read these posts, and that they will be upset by it and prosperity and properly respond to it too in Jesus name..

I also had sent my complaint to major news editors, major MPs, all the members of the legislatures in 4 major provinces now as well asking the government to deal with the false solicitation of funds, tithes under lies by any of the crooked evangelical pastors too.

Now at lest even the bad pastors also least cannot deny the fact they were given a chance to repent.. for it is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God. I have fired many pastors, seen the white terror on their wives faces when they also do see me.. they have the holy shakes, a spirit of holy fear.. the present public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s’ best interest still.

Isn’t nice that according to the Canadian Charter of rights I too now can write to absolutely now any one I want to still, all news editors, all politicians too, and that if they do not want to read my emails they can just delete them too.. or they can first take their email of the net and stop requesting people to write to them. I would have thought that they too knew that by now too.. funny.. What do any of them still think they or you are the only one who can tell, write and post the truths even on the net still? and the rest of us cannot?

I do also have to say I was amazed so readily myself. How in my last few decades of Canadian experiences how quickly the too apparent crooks it seems are the first ones who threaten to or do sue, even how they do try to shut up the truth from the public exposure, a subject that I have often written about..

Our governments and the courts clearly are firstly very slow to enforce prosecutions of the really clearly bad persons such as the bad cops, bad civil and public servants, too many tax evaders, thieves, tax payer’s money abusers and undeniably as well but what the very apparent crooks can too readily sue the others.. .. falsely can attempt to suppress, obstruct justice from being carried out?

And there are still too many for my liking in Canada crooked professionals such as even crooked realtors, bad Real estate firms, bad Accountants, bad lawyers, bad Pastors and priests now too, bad cops, bad medical workers, bad civil and public servants, too many tax evaders, even too many bad telecommunication, internet firms guilty of false, misleading advertising and customer abuses too such as Bell..

While Automobile traffic accidents are the number one cause of death for Americans, Canadians ages 3 to 33 ad while Automobile traffic accidents are the most common source of personal injury the real Statistics still indicate that hospital deaths due to hospital acquired sickness, medical errors, medical negligence exceedingly surpass all of these numbers. Now in Canada even I am very used to people the much too many Bullies who try to falsely dominate you, and these bullies go overboard in their reactions when you expose the truth about them and others especially when their pet idols, or careers are threatened. Me I am still rightfully actively resistant to all of the abusers, bullies, liars, even IN the Church, GOVERNMENTAL, CORPORATE, POLICE AND TO ALL oppressions still too.

I clearly do believe in the right of everyone to speak, to speak out as well, and to be equally heard by all, so we can all judge what has been said if it is appropriate and we can next corresponding act upon it, even in the church, in the government, on the internet now too. Clearly some people falsely DO DISALLOW THIS RIGHT… the bad persons especially as even I know this for sure. They respond with a personal attack, inquisition, censorship, lies, slanders, diversions, distortions, instead of facing, dealing with the facts, truths being presented. Confirming to many what they still are really like, immoral, abusive bullies.

Speaking of free speech… Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly this year, and much of that supposedly has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said. The police chief even lies, for he has no proof the accidents were mainly caused by the speed, but yes accidents occured because people use vehicles but that is not a reason to ban even all driving.. How does he even know that speed was the killer and not in reality the impaired, drunk drivers, road age, poor drivers, distracted drivers firstly too? He really does not for the lazy, incompetent police do not do a detail accident report, analysis.

Honking, fist-shaking, screaming, obnoxious drivers: the symptoms of road rage. Insurance Corporation of British Columbia Psychologist John Vavrik, who studies driving behaviour for ICBC, says road rage can be better understood as “aggressive driving spectrum disorder.” According to Vavrik, road rage can take many forms. “There’s not a clean definition of it. It’s basically an aggressive act aimed at hurting somebody or sending a message to somebody,” Vavrik said. “The people most at risk of engaging in these behaviours are the least likely to control their behaviour,” he said. “They have low emotional intelligence. They don’t have the tools or skills or strategy to manage their emotions. “In those extreme cases, we’re talking about sociopathic issues. The driver’s a walking time bomb.” According to Vavrik, “road-ragers” are generally underachievers, individuals who lack assertiveness and control, and do not have the status in life they desire. He said the “depersonalized space” of a vehicle is a trigger to road rage, as is an unexpected traffic delay, such as that caused by a slow driver, or being stuck behind an idle bus.

But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well?

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points which was adopted on December 19, 2007. The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h. The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS, OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws… those very same persons who so readily tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons who expect all of the others to falsely obey the rules even now all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the very same persons to break most of the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause they do preach them to others.

What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too? These same persons who too readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites. Even the Insurance companies do love excessive rules, and next have people break them so that way they can make more money next too. Seems you cannot trust anyone, any group, and yes they all have to regulated, reviewed, and that is why too many OF THE BAD PERSONS THERE they seem not to love our free speech and try falsely to oppress it.

When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think I am their false slave and that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?

For just cause someone, a lawyer now too even, some one made up some set of rules it still does not mean they are all valid, or legitimately enforceable now too! I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen’s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too.

Thanks to the ex Albertan Conservative premier Ralph Klein who increased the number of beer, alcohol outlets, Alberta will have serious problems down the road as well with alcoholics, drunk drivers, and an increased burdened on the costs as well of the Alberta health care systems now too.

A research report providing results from a survey of adult drinking in Northern Ireland has been published . How does the related Alberta survey compare?

The survey, conducted on behalf of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, examines the amount people drink, when, where and what they drink and who they drink with.

It also examines how drinking behaviours vary across different sections of the public, the proportion of people who binge drink, problem drinking, and perceptions of drinking.

Key Findings

The key findings relating to the Adult Drinking Patterns Survey in Northern Ireland 2008 are:

* More than seven in ten (72%) adults drink alcohol.

* A larger proportion of males (74%) than females (70%) drink alcohol.

* Most drinking occurs over the weekend and peaks on Saturdays.

* The most common drink consumed is wine (50%), closely followed by beer (48%).

* Most of those who drank in the week prior to the survey had consumed alcohol at home (64%), and nearly one quarter (24%) had consumed alcohol in a pub.

* More than four in five (81%) respondents had exceeded the recommended daily limits during the week prior to the survey.

* Approximately four in five males (79%) and females (83%) exceed their recommended daily limits during the week prior to the survey.

* Nearly one quarter (24%) of respondents drank above the weekly sensible levels.

* Over one quarter (26%) of male respondents and over one fifth (22%) of female respondents drank above the weekly sensible levels in the week prior to the survey.

* Nearly a third (32%) of those who drank in the week before the survey had engaged in at least one binge drinking session.

* Males (35%) were more likely than females (29%) to binge drink.

* Over half (54%) of drinkers aged 18-29 years engaged in at least one binge drinking session in the week prior to the survey, and they are more likely to binge drink than respondents in the older groups.

* One in 10 respondents (10%) of those who drank in the week prior to the survey are highly likely to have a problem with alcohol, according to the CAGE analysis.

Comparisons between 2005 and 2008 are:

The truth is the Police do not bother with the small crimes, except revenue generating traffic tickets. POLICE ABUSE THE the peanuts citizens, for they tend to like pretend they go after the big crimes where they can get noticed and promoted instead.. As a citizen I too find it very dangerous when drivers do not stop at the stop signs, run through read lights, speed in residential areas, use a phone in a car and do their drive cars rather now now as well.. so we should ban now all car drivers firstly, practically now.

This is no more absurd than the New Project that hopes to slash the actual Edmonton residential car speed limits . The speed limit will plunge as low as 30 km/h in some Edmonton neighborhoods next year as the city continues to wage its war on all lead-footed drivers. A committee of council members gave administration the green light to get to work on the pilot project. It will see the top speed hopefully lowered to between 30 km/h and 40 km/h on residential streets in three to five neighborhoods for a period of six months for some people the current 50 km/h top speed is too high for their neighborhood streets, It’s a mostly a quality of life issue for the people. The People want to feel safe. A quality of life issue mostly and not really a safety issue. It is cheaper to buy then some medical pills to help them to feel better though. The reduced speed would not apply to major arterial roadways for now ?. The current top speed is unacceptable to some local people, especially when the police generally don’t start issuing tickets until a motorist is driving at least 10 km/h above the posted limit. “We need to do something to catch people’s attention,” But still the upfront cost of lowering the limit on all neighborhood streets would be in the millions of dollars, yes “a staggering amount.” That would include the cost of new signs, photo enforcement equipment, municipal, court overheads. Most if not all of the costs may be offset by increased ticket revenue. Don’t forget the freebie, the increase of profits for the insurance firms with every police traffic ticket now issued as well. These desired residential speed reductions are not effective unless they are enforced. Edmonton Police Chief Mike Boyd recently vowed to devote all possible resources to crack down on excessive speeding in the city after officers issued an average of almost one ticket per minute in their latest 24-hour speeding blitz. Generating thousands of dollars. It is still better and cheaper to buy the complaining residents some medical pills to help them to “feel better” though.

Bad Cops in BC

Since Roberts Dziekanski tasering at Vancouver International Airport, light has been recently spilled on how the police conduct internal investigations in BC. When an inquiry against a police officer is called the investigation is conducted by officers from the same department. Naturally this creates a bias in our current police internal investigation system which was set up to maintain the people’s confidence in our police services. B.C is also the only province to have this system; Quebec, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan all have independent civilian review boards set up so as to remove any bias in internal police investigations.

Self regulation tends to be immoral masturbation..

I admit I have been really surprised for decades in Canada as to how crooked too many non profitable, religious, charitable organizations now are , as well as the professionals themselves such as lawyers, accountants, realtors, pastors, cops and I have said that now many times too.

Anyone still wonder why the Conservatives cannot get out of their minority government slump? Over and over again I have the citizens say the same thing even face to face today.. “the politicians do nothing about the immoral, lying, stealing, no good, abusive Corporations in Canada like Bell Sympatico because they too often do the same thing. In reality too many people left on their own will continue to cheat, lies, steal, abuse others, the pastors and cops, politicians included now. They all need to be regulated, supervised by the governments and some now rightfully even arrested too. A man’s enemies, bullies and thieves will be those persons even from his own family are still a reality too.

The really bad persons unless they are exposed, punished will likely never change for the good on their own in fact? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty works best for everyone. Now I have been writing letters to news editors, governments. for that is part of their job now too, and I have helped in exposing the bad guys and the bad corporations for decades too and thus rightfully helping to get rightfully deal with some of the really unacceptable bad guys and so should we all..

And Jesus never sold one Sermon of his, nor the Apostles… so I rightfully cannot stand those greedy, money lusting charlatans who clearly try to make money by selling Christian literature, tapes, music, or what ever on the subject of Prophecy, healing, etc., .. and no matter what their excuses are now too.. Jesus said as you have freely received so freely give. And that is what I have done the last 4 decades too… and so should we all, trusting in the Faith for God to supply our needs, not begging for money, or wrongfully stealing by pretending to be a non profitable tax exempt corporation, organization basically so not to pay taxes as well.. How greedy can you get and pretend it to be Christian now too is the game many wrongfully play too even pastors….

Now there is another common scam I do not like, groups, churches who often choose a valid cause, since the best way to catch fish, suckers is with live bait, and then do next do ask for related donations, money.. this advertised cause tends to be rather an inefficient self employment creation, and is not a real public services.. for to get most complaints, issues handled properly all you do generally have to do is to post it firstly on the net, and also write to the News media with copies to the

The simple Questions that I really rightfully now do still have is how stupid now do those people at the CRTC now think we the citizens now are, and how really stupid is the CRTC too? How is it they the CRTC falsely cannot see how bad and unacceptably now Bell once again really is?

Now you all do know I am transparently honest, consistent, persistent too, and I have plenty of time and resources on my hand to pursue any subject too.. such as Bell Sympatico..

There was, is a need for regulatory Government intervention of Bell, ISP providers practices, advertisements too. There has been a lot of evidence, allegations about Bell managerial practices, and it’s motives. It’s mostly been warranted.

Historical Chronology of my real dealings with Bell Sympatico, by phone and in WRITING. And you all got email copies of all of my related major BELL CORRESPONDENCES HERE IN THE LAST 10 MONTHS NOW TOO. And many of them are posted on the net now to.

-January too I phone Bell Sympatico stenchy technical support to find out why my unlimited high speed internet, is turtle slow. and Bell lies to me for the next 6 months.

-July 2007 I measure the actual downloads speeds supplied to me my Bell and firsthand discover I do not have a High speed internet services. So next

I talk to an expert, an IBM engineer to find out why, and he explains it to me, Bell has no high speed services to my area. Bell has lied, was guilty of false, misleading advertisings too.

– August 2007 I start to talk directly to the President office at Bell Sympatico executive care as to what I have undeniably found.

– August 2007 Bell installs a High fiber optical line to my area

-September 2007 Bell wants more money for the extra high speed supplied and I rightfully refuse it.. so Bell starts to reduce my speeds, even internet capping included..

– November 2007 Bell threatens to cut of both my phone services and internet if I reveal to anyone else what I have discovered about Bell’s DSL services, high speed services. Dictatorial Bell is guilty of obstruction of Justice here, false suppression of free speech.

– December 2007 Things come to a critical head, when I contact the news media, CBC, CJAD, Gazette so Bell , President office Sasha Rollins negotiates with me and offers credit for 6 months of high speed internet. I talk for about 6 hours on the phone with him and we discuss all kind of related things, such as the future of Bell Sympatico internet services, what the competition DSL and Cable offers too. Bell’s false misleading advertising about their DSL high-speed unlimited services too, and their false capping.

– February 2008 Bell decides to make permanent changes to their services offered and Bell starts to discontinue their high speed unlimited internet services, unofficially and also works on preventing Bell customers switching over to the competition.. this means capping the other ISP providers too. Bell gets a mad customer backlash on this. 40 percent of Bell’s customers are dissatisfied with Bell, it services, approach, etc.

Next I rightfully do charge Bell with denial of free speech, privacy invasion in their capping attempts as well, etc.,

– March 2008 Bell refuses to give me signed official statement of my Billing and my new contract as well

– April 2008 Bell falsely bans me of their customer forums for my revealing to others what bell is really like and was doing, it’s poor services.

– April 2008 I even do reveal in writing that Bell will likely win the CAIP – CRTC hearing * cause Bell has someone inside the CRTC on the take..

– May 2008 Bell does not like the exposure I give them and they threatened to discontinue for the 3rd time my Internet contract with them and do not give me my requested contract, detail signed billings too.

As I had posted on the net too.. ” I was once naive about Bell Sympatico. I had originally thought that when I had originally subscribed to Bell Sympatico’s High speed unlimited internet services, that Bell next could be trusted to keep their contractual obligations, but when time had started to pass, and I started in July 2007 to actually regularly measure Bell Sympatico’s performances, I had confirmed that Bell Sympatico undeniably, clearly was not keeping it’s promised, contractual obligations, and next they still also had not done so as well. Next Bell Sympatico trough it’s many overall bad reps, support personnel continued to behave immorally in these matters by firstly, falsely not disclosing the full real reasons that Bell now had not been delivering their contractual, promises to me and many others too now, and Bell Sympatico falsely continued also in even allowing all of the customers to be abused further by falsely implying the customer themselves were rather the ones now at fault originally now too in the reasons for Bell’s poor services and the false Bell capping diversions reasons given out. In the last 16 months I too had witnessed and detailed that Bell Sympatico’s whole behavior and service performances has been totally inacceptable. Cleary even Greedy Bell Sympatico had wrongfully gave even me a lot of grief, pain, problems, wasted my time the last 16 months too and Bell they should now still even pay me more for it too.

Now beyond a shadow of a doubt I have by my own witness, details I undeniably illustrated to all how dirty the President office of Bell , Bell Sympatico has even played with me, all customers too

Bell this year uses a billing system based on usage instead of speed. And as of June 30, Bell next is lifting its $30 monthly cap on over-usage charges.

I despise how 2 of the ISP’s I’ve used, failed to provide the bandwidth I paid for. I still pay for the premium package of 10 Mb/s and often only get 3 or 4 Mb/s. What a rip off – they oversell the bandwidth and cheat their customers. I have to test my bandwidth all the time and continually complain or just get cheated. The government should be operating the net within Canada as an independent Board of Authority on a not for profit basis, and benchmarked to other ISP’s to stay cost effective.
In general: In an open society, ALL communication must have no restriction. Even more so in the Information Age. Internet communication is a necessary component to compete globally.

How would Bell like it if I paid up to 50 dollars a month depending on what actual Bell Internet speed they had delivered me, or I had said I would do my best to pay them? Absurd they would reply. Well it is unacceptable how they had lied about their unlimited high speed internet, being the fastest too in the country, when for a start their phone lines, equipment in many areas cannot handle it even.. they Bell are just con artists, liars, guilty of false, misleading practices who should go to jail directly now for it rightfully as well.. Unlimited is an oxymoron, how can you cap an unlimited account the customer had agreed to and paid now as well.

No one should have the right to be able to dictate which internet traffic is “important” and which internet traffic is not “important”. Traffic that may not seem to be so important to one person or entity could be extremely important to someone else. The internet must be maintained as a level playing field for all.
The CRTC must preserve net neutrality for the Canadian people by preventing the manipulation of our internet access by Internet service providers.

In Canada the bullies, even the corporate , political ones, and governmental ones too, have clearly gone overboard with suppressing our right of free speech as citizens and with invading the citizens internet privacy. I also do not feel sorry for the cops as well who are some of the biggest bullies now too, especially the RCMP. Also an executive with Bell had unacceptable shared my personal info with others on the net too, even before it next was confirmed with me. The future is wireless, some would say and the past way they have mismanaged their past land line, ISP services too, clearly indicates they will do it also next with the wireless services too at the users, customers expenses…

Recent discussions by both Bell and Rogers on their Corporate need to get more and more money, with even any excuse, still out of consumers, and to throttle the downloads, only all clearly confirms the reality as to how poorly managed these same companies in reality are still.. They too now have been wrongfully over subsidized by the CRTC, the Canadian federal governments now too… now it is rather time the citizens got the break, protection.

But the way the Bell customer support services tended to poorly handle my rightful complaints was ridiculous next as well. They had mislead me often as to what the real problem was, it was bad poor Bell itself, their inabilities to meet theor own promised contract terms. (Prov 27:2 KJV) Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.

Bell Sympatico undeniably clearly had beforehand promised me verbally a “high speed unlimited, uncapped, reliable, continual download services, and not they will try to next to offer me this, submit their best service but they had, have to deliver to my next what was promised. In reality they had clearly failed to live up to their own advertisement, promises because of their in incapableness now to do so to me and often as I had witnessed even for 24 months and rightfully detailed, had complained to them too. Bell, their false pride of self importance has gone to their head and has allowed also the employees, even the president of Bell, vice president of Bell Sympatico to wrongfully now be abusive to me , to wrongfully think that they can dictate their own contract obligations, terms now to others, to wrongfully make their own self evaluations too, and that the others, like me, have no choice but to comply even to their clearly lies, distortions, perversities. The Bell president himself now also needs to be reminded that a contract is a joint agreement amongst two equal, mutually submissive parties, and that both parties have to respect the contract agreement, and each other, meaning definitely that Bell has to respect the customer now too.. When this immoral Bell perverts now even writes to me and says according to our own records we have adequately supplied your our services, that is a disserted one sided fact, not necessarily or rightfully shared by the customer now, me. I have dealt with another ISP and they were more honest as to what they had promised me and next delivered in comparisons to Bell Sympatico now too. The Bell competitors download speeds are significantly higher all the time as well, with no capping too and even cheaper too.

Enforced Law and order starts in the leader’s own life, but RARELY IS THAT TRUE.. HYPOCRITES..

I too as some would falsely say that I am a suppossed liberal who hates all conservatives… more likley I rightfully hate all bad politicians, bad managers, bad cops, bad civil and public servants, bad pastors too.

I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too, but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders not only per their past words, promises, acts, but also by a higher exemplary standard now as well

I have not been partial too or any more severe with the Conservative PM Stephen Harper, Brian Mulroney and their mostly bad federal cabinet than I have been with the Liberal PM Paul Martin and his bad cabinet, Jean Chretien and his bad cabinets.. nor do I try even kiss the butts of any of Canada’s premiers now too, for they too get a kick in the but from me when they rightfully deserve it, on behalf of all Canadians now too, Liberal, NDP, and Conservatives ones too. http://groups.msn.com/CanadaToday6

Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said.

But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not?

Subject: Speed-on-green cameras in Calgary, Edmonton today – all getting to be really ludicrous, absurd..

It’s all very simple: obey the laws. You broke the law, accept the consequences, and if that hypocritical, absurd, extreme statement was the reality, the truth, everyone would next be in jail, all of the politicians, civil and public servants, cops firstly.. Also Bell Sympatico is getting carried away with their much too many, unenforceable, exotic, extreme, man made rules now, but they breached my contract still much to often and that itself is really inacceptable still too. Clearly Bell and their executive power has falsely now gone to their heads when they even do think they can abuse any others, an ordinary citizen now too. I as a Sympatico customer that does have a contract with Bell, a mutual contract they Bell now also have to respect and that contract now does not make me their slave, subordinate, and them my master, but they are still my legal equals in the matters. They have to respect my contract side now too. Do remind them all of that too at Bell.

I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS, OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws… those very same persons who so readily tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons who expect all of the others to falsely obey the rules even now all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the very same persons to break most of the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause they do preach them to others.

What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too? These same persons who too readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites. Even the Insurance companies do love excessive rules, and next have people break them so that way they can make more money next too. Seems you cannot trust anyone, any group, and yes they all have to regulated, reviewed, and that is why too many OF THE BAD PERSONS THERE they seem not to love our free speech and try falsely to oppress it.

When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think I am their false slave and that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?

For just cause someone, a lawyer now too even, some one made up some set of rules it still does not mean they are all valid, or legitimately enforceable now too! I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen’s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too.

Here’s great example of bullying Hypocrisy now too. CALGARY – An employee with the Calgary Police Service has been arrested in a drug trafficking operation and a Calgary Policeman was arrested for drunk driving that caused an accident..

“We’re all for anything that can reduce the amount and severity of car crashes,” and next will increase the amount of revenue to the insurance companies, after all each traffic ticket helps to raise their insurance costs.. to make the insurance companies richer and their shareholders, but we make get a severe backlash when the citizens car insurance rates rise dramatically next though.

This is also still simply not acceptable. There is a direct link between DRIVING and collisions. The MORE you drive, the more likely you are to be involved in a collision and the more likely you are to get seriously hurt . So the police will now give tickets to all drivers .

The police TRAFFIC program brings in hundreds of thousands of dollars but the police, city runs the program as revenue neutral. Profits are put back into more supposedly good traffic safety initiatives, but mainly into the police empire building, so it really IS NOT THE CITIZENS GOOD WELFARE THEY FIRSTLY DO ALL CARE ABOUT.

Now in 2008, according to police statistics, there were 3,019 injury accidents in Calgary and 38 traffic fatalities.

And why is it also no one will answer the question? How many people are now are actually injured due to speeding over how many persons now are insured due to drunk drivers? 15 percent are injured due to speeding? and 45 percent due to drunk drivers? so how much resources are proportional giving by the police overall to catching drunk drivers over the car speeders? proportionally?

The intersection cameras are being applauded by Alberta Health Services because “there is no doubt that collisions impact our health services,” said Nancy Staniland, manager of Injury Prevention & Control Services for Alberta Health.

“This is not only an obvious cash grab but they are putting our safety at risk to increase their revenues. For it is a known fact that the City of Calgary had shortened the amount of time lights stay at yellow when they brought in red light cameras. In many cases you have no choice but to floor it to beat a red light. But now your choice will be between speeding up to avoid going through a red light or getting rear ended. If you get rear ended there’s a good chance you get end up with whiplash. Really makes you wonder just how far those in power will go to rob us.”

“As Alberta grows, drivers are causing more problems, he said: “A lot of people are impatient, there’s road rage like never before, an increase of vehicles on our roadways, With booming populations, there’s an increase in collisions.” wow those are smart observations, such as traffic tickets are good cash cows too,

and what all the people who speed are guilty of road rage? or is there a separate ticket being issued to road ragers? just as there is to drunk drivers?

“In my perfect world, we are out of work. We’re not going to 80 or 90 injury collisions a year. We’re not investigating 30 or 40 fatalities a year, I’m not seeing thousands of (cases of) impaired driving a year. A lot of our intersection crashes are related to speed. There’s in-deed a problem here at some locations, and now we can address both,” said acting Sgt. Aubrey Zalaski of Edmonton’s specialized traffic unit. The police can get promoted for getting more cash, giving out more tickets too.. self serving or really serving the public interest?

AND WHERE DO IN REALTY THE POLICE OFFICERS GET ALL OF THEIR COMMON SENSE STATISTICS? SUPPORTED BY THE FIGMENTS OF ONE’S IMAGINATION AND THE NEED TO JUSTIFY THEIR JOBS.. CAN I SEE THEIR DETAIL SUPPORT STATISTICS, POLICE TRAFFIC TICKETS REPORTS IN PRINT? NO? AND WHY NOT?

So why are Calgary drivers such chronic lead-foots? or is the question why is it the Calgary city fathers are so money hungry? The police services are implementing the speed cameras as a way of adding to their coffers..

In busy Toronto, police say Drunk driving and careless turning are the main culprits for serious accidents in intersections and red light cameras are not used because of the fear of public backlash..

‘Speed on green’ cameras linked to rear-end crashes. Arizona cities, one of the first cities to bring in such technology says the cameras decrease speeding and dangerous collisions, but can increase the number of rear-end crashes. But of course the money hungry police of Calgary had denied this.

ANOTHER CASH GRAB.. The Calgary Parking Authority is expanding its hold on the inner city by starting to charge for parking on more than 20 blocks of the Beltline.

Here is what I found amazing and worth while examining now in much more detail.. insurance companies in Canada do not mind gouging Canadian consumers in their greed to make more profits.. and we all know that accumulating speeding , traffic infractions, will cause your car insurance costs to go up significantly… and yet here is what I find surprising, neither the insurance companies, the provincial government, nor the federal government, the police have real, valid detailed statistics on the causes of traffic accidents: such as how many were caused my alcoholic drivers, how many were caused by speeding, how many were caused by poor road conditions, lousy snow clearing as well, etc not even in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, BC as well.. …. so what do the insurance companies do with all the extra money they collect, certainly they of all persons should have firstly the best statistics on traffic accidents now in the first place, or how do they determine their rates??? Even Canada’s police chiefs have to rely on accident statistics from other countries, such as Australia, Great Britain, the US..
