The way normal Governmental business is supposedly being carried out in Canada

Predictably too now  since neither main parties tend to still look after the real good welfare of all Canadians but tend still to mainly look after their own good welfare mostly.. OTTAWA – Canadians are looking more favourably at the NDP as they become increasingly disenchanted with the two main political parties, a new poll suggests. The Canadian Press Harris-Decima survey indicates support for Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Conservatives slipped to 29 per cent amid the furor over the Guergis-Jaffer affair. That’s the first time in a year that the governing party has dipped below the 30 per cent threshold. But the beneficiary this time was not the Liberals — who usually gain when Tories lose ground and vice versa. Indeed, the Liberals were stalled at 27 per cent. Rather, it was the New Democrats who rose three points to 20 per cent — a level of support the party hasn’t enjoyed since shortly after the last election in October 2008. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100426/national/poll_tories

Too many persons are complaining even on the net that there seems to be Abundance of Liars, Imposters, Pretenders in our governments, civil and public services too.. and thus it is no wonder no federal political party can even expect to have a majority.. even because of the too many really bad justice ministers.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/04/09/canadas-too-often-bad-justice-ministers/

I really do love now all my wordpress blogs for they not only do  they allow me to exercise my own right of free speech, and allow my right to be heard by others too now!  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/02/04/our-politicians-file-excessive-and-unreasonable-claims-canada-wide-now-too/

So the  Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s partner on the project is Canada’s International Development Research Centre, a federally funded agency whose chairman is former Tory external affairs minister Barbara McDougall. When the Gates group now found out that Ms. McDougall was until last month on the board of directors of Imperial Tobacco Canada Ltd., it promptly pulled the remaining funds from its initial $5.2-million (U.S.) grant. The foundation said in a statement that it is “deeply disappointed” that Ms. McDougall held both roles, and “this conflict is unacceptable as we work to support meaningful tobacco control programs in Africa.” Barbara McDougall another Coinservative Con job and one of PM Stephen Harper’s own job appointees too.

The way normal business is supposedly being carried on also by by the Liberals in Quebec, is no wonder my local Liberal MLA and the others too never write  back to me or acknowledge  any of my serious, critical, important letters  to them still. So what I  too do now have to first give a large donation to the Liberal party before my MLA will next consider reading any of my complaints?  It sure seems so!!!

MONTREAL – A former Quebec justice minister has levelled a stream of bombshell allegations against Premier Jean Charest’s government, accusing it of serious ethics violations. Marc Bellemare says the Liberal premier was well aware of them.  Bellemare suggested the governing Liberals routinely flouted fundraising laws and also took orders from party bagmen on whom to appoint as judges.  He says he was pressured, on three occasions, to name a judge requested by influential donors. Bellemare also says stacks of cash were forked over by construction company bosses and funnelled into party coffers.  In the interview, Bellemare never used the word ‘illegal’ to describe the practices, preferring to describe them as ‘irregular.’ But Quebec’s landmark fundraising law, introduced by Rene Levesque’s Parti Quebecois government in the 1970s, forbids donations over $3,000.  Bellemare says he warned the premier after witnessing those big cash transactions – and says he was ignored.  He says he also confronted the premier twice – in the fall of 2003 and the spring of 2004 – when pressured by influential financiers to make appointments, including judgeships.  “I asked, ‘Who names judges? The justice minister – or this guy and that guy who’d raised lots of money,”‘ Bellemare said in the interview.  He says he ultimately wound up naming those judges.  “Because it was an order by the big moneymen of the party – and the premier was in agreement with it,” he said.  “I complained to the premier. But that, apparently, was the way things went.”

In yet another allegation, Bellemare says even the government’s legislative agenda was shaped by its fundraisers. He says certain bills were killed at their request.  Bellemare says influential moneymen “expected payback” for all the cash they pumped into the Liberal party. The premier’s popularity has plummeted spectacularly in recent months, partly due to allegations of ethics violations.

An unpopular budget loaded with tax hikes compounded those problems, with tens of thousands of protesters now regularly taking to the streets. Two newspapers had front-page pictures Monday of protesters holding up signs saying, “Damned liar.”  One poll listed dissatisfaction with the Charest government at a whopping 77 per cent. Just a few months ago, Charest was seemingly on cruise control, basking in the height of his popularity and frequently being cited as a possible future prime minister of Canada. That was before the first controversies broke. The troubles began with a scandal about Mafia involvement in the construction industry, and that industry’s influence over political fundraising at the Montreal municipal level. Radio-Canada reported that construction companies colluded to jack up the cost of public works contracts, shared their profits with the Mob, and intimidated rivals. Word that those same construction companies had helped raise money for political parties rocked Montreal’s mayoral race last fall. But Charest steadfastly refused demands for a public inquiry, when almost every major player in the province was asking for one.

Bellemare left politics only one year after the Charest Liberals were first elected. He says his abrupt exit stemmed from those ethics violations. “It disgusted me – and that’s why I left in the spring of 2004.” As for rampant rumours that construction bosses illegally pumped cash into Liberal party coffers, Bellemare says the allegations are true. The premier shouldn’t feign surprise today at word of fundraising irregularities, Bellemare said. “I can tell you he (Charest) was very well informed.”  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100412/national/charest_scandal

Even  Ignatieff flip-flops on health-care user fees amid Liberal grassroots revolt The  brewing liberal young people grassroots revolt prompted an abrupt about-face from Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff on Quebec’s proposal to impose health-care user fees. After first declaring Quebec’s plan legal, Ignatieff has reaffirmed the long-standing Liberal position that user fees are a violation of the Canada Health Act. “I want to make it very clear that our party, and I personally, am a passionate defender of the Canada Health Act,”  “If the government of any province were to introduce user fees, it is our belief that that would be in contravention to the Canada Health Act and we would oppose it.” Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff. The act now  something of a sacred cow for Liberals since it was introduced by the Trudeau government in 1984 does explicitly prohibits user fees and empowers the federal government to financially penalize provinces that impose them. Ignatieff’s about face comments were in stark contrast to the initial thumbs up the Liberal leader appeared to give Quebec’s plan to charge $25 for each visit to a doctor’s office.  His response  infuriated many rank and file Liberals . Samuel Lavoie, president of the Young Liberals, fired off a letter to party president Alf Apps, expressing his “shock” and “disappointment” over the leader’s embrace of the “obscene” user fee proposal.and he said that    the proposed fee amounts to an “utterly immoral” tax on disease. He said it would unfairly penalize the poor and chronically ill and potentially risk the lives of those who put off seeing a doctor to avoid paying the fee.  Moreover, Lavoie noted that support for Premier Jean Charest’s government has nose-dived since the budget was unveiled. He questioned why the federal Liberal party would want to embrace “the most unpopular measure of a very unpopular budget,”   Lavoie spearheaded a motion, approved unanimously Tuesday by the Young Liberals’ national executive, urging the party to “vigorously oppose health care user fees and any other actions which violate the law, purpose and spirit of the Canada Health Act.” The same motion was adopted Tuesday night by the executive of the British Columbia wing of the party and various other party groups were considering following suit.  http://www.google.com/hostednews/canadianpress/article/ALeqM5jOJpStNCtxlE-6xwcTZzmaSs0Kzw

Isn’t nice that according to the Canadian Charter of rights I too now can write to absolutely now any one I want to  still, all news editors, all politicians too,  and that if they  do not want to read my emails they  can just delete them too.. or they  can first take their  email of the net and stop requesting people to write to them. I would have thought that they too  knew that by now too.. funny.. What do any of them still think they or you are the only one who can tell, write and post the truths even on the net still? and the rest of us cannot?  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/07/07/control-freaks

It seems you cannot trust the federal or the provincial, municipal  governments in Canada still..  do  we all do these days too do keep on getting media revelations of abuses, corruptions, lies etc.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/02/11/toronto-councillor-adam-giambrone-lies/

I do also  have to say I was amazed so readily myself. How in my last few decades of Canadian experiences how quickly the too apparent crooks it seems are the first ones who threaten to or do  sue, even how they do try to shut up the truth from the public exposure, a subject that I  have often written about..

Free speech is still only mostly available to the BIG crooks or the the people with loads of money, influential  friends, or the persons who hold a political office  it seems, and for the cops as well.. and by the way for all the liars as well it seems..

Our governments and the courts clearly are firstly very slow to enforce prosecutions of the really clearly bad persons such as the bad cops, bad civil and public servants, too many tax evaders, thieves, tax payer’s money abusers    and undeniably as well but what the very apparent crooks can too readily sue the others.. ..  falsely can attempt to suppress, obstruct  justice from being carried out?

And there are  still too many for my liking in Canada  crooked professionals such as even crooked realtors, bad Real estate firms, bad Accountants, bad lawyers, bad Pastors and priests now too, bad cops, bad medical workers, bad civil and public servants, too many tax evaders, even too many  bad telecommunication, internet firms guilty of false, misleading advertising and customer abuses too such as Bell..

When the bad guys generally in a state of denial, shock at the public exposure of their wrong doings cannot face the truth now they next do try to resort to false suppression, false personal attacks on the author, put unnatural pressure on persons around him and so forth, all showing still their own incomplete repentance, and their false reactions.  Police falsely still like to investigate first their accusers, and/or delete their blogs.. RCMP included.

Free speech too often is a right mainly for the rich, the bad guys, crooks, not the decent folks. I also do I know that bad guys and gals such as the crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked politicians,  crooked anyone do not like me to use my right of free speech.. too bad for them.. Clearly just  because some thing someone writes offends someone else does not mean firstly that it is even “hate”, immediately prosecutable by law, the courts or the Human Rights Commission. There is still a separation between appropriate speech and inappropriate speech, a separation between freedom of speech, expressing one’s views, opinions and the delivered, deliberate conscious propagation of hatred towards a specific group or person.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/06/15/bullies-free-speech/

Mon May 3, 7:57 PM CALGARY (CBC) – An appointee to an Alberta advisory committee on health has stepped down following revelations she is a registered lobbyist for drug company, Eli Lilly.  On April 29, the province announced the start of consultation on the province’s new Alberta Health Act and named the nine advisory committee members who would assist the chairman, Fred Horne, a Edmonton Progressive Conservative MLA. In the news release, Patricia Bayne was identified as a “community member” but did not disclose that she is the senior manager for policy and government affairs with Eli Lilly. Last Thursday, the Alberta NDP announced it had also found Bayne’s name on the province’s lobbyist website. On Monday, the party took credit for forcing her to resign. Mason called the government “deceptive” for not disclosing Bayne’s affiliation and said her inclusion was part of a push to privatize the province’s health care system. Bayne was also a member of the Minister’s Advisory Committee on Health last fall. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100503/canada/canada_edmonton_edmonton_ndp_advisory_committee_resign

Poor people and the unemploynment rate in Alberta

What happened in Alberta is no surprise to the honest, decent folks. Socialists elected in Canada’s oil patch.    A study says shrinking budgets in the oil and gas industry could lead to as many as 185,000 direct and indirect job losses this year in Canada.  In the one horse province  Alberta would be the hardest hit .  Loonie plunges as oil’s slide continues; One-in-four oil, gas jobs could be lost in 2015 but for decades the Politicians did not plan ahead for the rainy days..  Bleak numbers showing that Canada’s economy shrank in the first three months of 2015 have already created a torrent of downgraded economic projections on how the rest of the year will unfold.

Alberta unemployment rate highest in 14 years CBC – Sat Apr 10, 7:03 PM EDMONTON (CBC) – Alberta’s unemployment rate ( falsely adjusted too – it is a lot higher now for the true rate would have  included all people out of work, those who had as a result left the province, and those persons now on social aid too) rose to 7.5 per cent in March, the highest level since 1996, according to figures released Friday by Statistics Canada. The rate climbed 0.6 percentage points from February. The federal agency attributed the increase to a higher number of people entering the work force an increase of 9,700 in Alberta. “The main reason for what we’re seeing is the fact that we are still not fully recovered from recession,” said Thomas Lukaszuk, Alberta’s minister of employment and immigration.

System failing city’s poor, critics say The Ottawa Sun – Sat Apr 10, 9:04 PM  For those fighting poverty in the city, the outlook is bleak.  Fractured families, unemployment, minimum-wage jobs and a tide of immigrants lacking language skills threaten to further inflate the already staggering numbers of people wrestling with the question of whether to buy food or pay rent. Single parents  83% of them women  now lead one in every four families in Ottawa. Because they rely on a single income, these families tend to earn the least and experience higher levels of poverty than two-parent families. Worse, many working women with children have jobs that are precarious, with irregular or part-time hours, lower wages and limited benefits. A recent report from the Social Planning Council of Ottawa illustrates a disturbing trend. Households and Families in Ottawa — which is based on 2006 census data  warns of increasing child poverty and immigrant unemployment that could continue for generations to come. In 2006, 32,853 children under 18 in Ottawa lived below the poverty line.  “That was in 2006 and before the recent economic crisis hit,” said poverty council research director Clara Jimeno. “And immigrant women with children younger than six had an unemployment rate of 30% before the recession as well.”  The Overbrook-Forbes Community Resource Centre is one of the organizations that stands on the front lines in the war on poverty, with 14 branches servicing low-income communities across the city. Anti-poverty community co-ordinator Dominique Paris-MacKay said the situation has become dire.  “The gap between the rich and poor is growing, and that’s because the poor are getting poorer. Food banks don’t have enough food and the fact we have them at all is a failure of our system.”
These 2 items were, are related
Alberta and it’s past premier were  known for it’s despisements  of all of the  poor people, those persons on social aid.. so it is not surprisingly they have to also now next walk in the footstep of the poor so next time that can manifest now more real, valid  compassion

The rest of Canada would take heed to this too less they also experience the same thing.. “Poverty is not a choice that people make and it can happen to anybody. One economic downturn can turn someone who was stable to someone who’s homeless.”

Good news the oppressive bad cops in Alberta are  likely to face more lay offs.. Imagine this job creation absurdity, one third of the annual Calgary city hall budget is used to support the police services.. fire 85 percent of them for they are too often slackers, pretenders anyway

(Rom 12:3 KJV)  For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

(Prov 20:26 KJV)  A wise king scattereth the wicked, and bringeth the wheel over them.

(Prov 28:15 KJV)  As a roaring lion, and a ranging bear; so is a wicked ruler over the poor people.

The popularity of Robin Hood even centuries later personifies some great simple truths about what bad rulers do and do not do.. at both the federal and provincial levels. A good ruler runs the wheel over the wicked persons, even bad cops, those who abuse their offices, who live high on the hog too,  but also does  care  about the welfare of all the persons, the poor included.. Interesting that not only the Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper but now also the Liberal premier of three Provinces BC, Quebec and Ontario, and the Conservative Premier of Alberta  clearly are unpopular these days with the citizens cause they fall short in this areas

(Job 15:31 KJV)  Let not him that is deceived trust in vanity: for vanity shall be his recompense.

Canada’s too often bad Justice Ministers

Tell the too often rather lying spin doctors, Conservatives, Liberals, all of  the Justice ministers and special prosecutors that they do  need to avoid all appearance of evil, not just evil itself still.

Over and over again and one too many of Canada’s Justice ministers have been forced to resign from their offices, likley cause they were really bad cops and bad  lawyers now too..

NB justice minister resigns over privacy issue CBC.ca  Justice Minsiter Bernard LeBlanc resigned Thursday after being accused of violating the privacy rights of a Fredericton-area woman. There have in the last few months been too many other NB cabinet Minister’s resignations now as well.. LeBlanc is the fourth minister to step down in the last seven months.  Former justice minister Michael Murphy and former environment minister T.J. Burke have also left the Liberal cabinet.

It is sad that too many lawyers hoping to become judges next do now  make political contributions to the party in power too… and it seems to work?

Election financing allegations force B.C.’s top cop to quit cabinet The Canadian Press –  VANCOUVER, B.C. – British Columbia’s top cop has found himself on the other side of the criminal justice system, facing an RCMP investigation that has forced him to resign from his post as solicitor general. Kash Heed, a former police chief and star Liberal candidate in the May 2009 vote, announced his resignation Friday, citing allegations that his campaign office violated advertising and finance rules in the Elections Act. RCMP confirmed a commercial crimes unit investigation and the criminal justice branch announced a special prosecutor has been appointed to oversee the case. Heed said he has no idea what allegations prompted investigation, but he was adamant that, whatever they are, he had nothing to do with it.”I am absolutely confident that I’ve done nothing wrong, that’s why I’m going to fully co-operate with the RCMP and it is that reason that I’m stepping aside to maintain the integrity of this office and to maintain my integrity,” he said at a hastily called news conference at his constituency office in Vancouver on Friday afternoon.”I have no idea what this is about, but I can tell you again, I have done nothing wrong.” Neither Heed nor the RCMP are revealing many details.Heed said he first learned about the probe at the end of March, from RCMP. But he said they originally told him he was not being investigated. That changed earlier this week when he said he was told the RCMP were now looking into whether he had any role in the allegations, and on Wednesday he learned a special prosecutor had been appointed to the case.In fact, Terrence L. Robertson was appointed special prosecutor in January, and the RCMP started their investigation within weeks of last May’s election, which returned the Liberals to power for a third term.Insp. Tim Shields said the investigation was prompted by a complaint to the province’s chief electoral officer, who forwarded the allegation to RCMP last June.Shields said a report to Crown counsel will be complete by June, noting a one-year statue of limitations on Election Act violations.”The allegations are concerning the campaign office of Minister Kash Heed, and although there’s more than one person who can potentially be involved, we’re not going to be naming names,” Shields told reporters.”It’s a very sensitive investigation, and the priority of police is to get to the truth and discover the facts.”Shields said several people from Heed’s campaign office are under investigation, but declined to elaborate.

Heed is the third Liberal solicitor general forced to resign amid allegations of wrongdoing in the past two years.

John Les resigned from the post in March 2008 after it was revealed he was part of an RCMP investigation that alleged he improperly benefited from land deals while he was serving as mayor of Chilliwack.

And John van Dongen resigned as solicitor general in April 2009 after it was revealed he lost his driver’s licence for numerous speeding tickets. He was serving as Superintendent of Motor Vehicles at the time.

Attorney General Mike de Jong will fill the position for now, although Heed said he plans to return to his cabinet post once his name is cleared. He will continue to represent his riding in the meantime.

Heed’s profile rose while he was an RCMP district commander with a view to reducing property crime in south Vancouver. He spearheaded the creation of the gang violence task force, and is credited with reducing gang-related violence by more than 40 per cent, according to his website. He became chief of the West Vancouver Police in 2007.But since announcing his entry into political life last year, Heed has been dogged by a defamation suit filed by a former West Vancouver officer.Heed has spent his time in cabinet championing increased accountability for the RCMP, demanding the force change the way it investigate itself or risk losing its contract for provincial policing in B.C.Jane Thornthwaite acknowledged in February she made a mistake after she was stopped by police for drunk driving.

Mon May 3, 8:29 PM  By The Canadian Press VANCOUVER – Former solicitor general Kash Heed took a giant step towards returning to the B.C. cabinet Monday after being cleared of wrongdoing in an investigation that resulted in numerous Criminal Code charges and Election Act violations against three of his former campaign workers. Heed, insisting he did nothing wrong, hinted broadly he would like to get back to his cabinet duties. He resigned last month after announcing he was part of an RCMP investigation involving irregularities dating back to the May 2009 B.C. election. Heed, a former West Vancouver police chief and a first-time candidate who was personally recruited by Premier Gordon Campbell, won the Vancouver-Fraserview riding and was appointed to cabinet heading the law-and-order posts of Public Safety and Solicitor General. “It’s up to the premier to decide what he wants to do,” said Heed. “I’m serving the people of the province of British Columbia.” The charges are related to election pamphlets distributed during the provincial election last spring, as well as an election financing report filed on Heed’s behalf. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100503/national/solicitor_general_resigns_charges

Tue May 4, 8:38 PM  VANCOUVER (CBC) – The special prosecutor who cleared newly reinstated solicitor general Kash Heed of wrongdoing has resigned. Terrence Robertson quit the job on Tuesday, saying his law firm, Harper Grey LLP, donated $1,000 to Heed’s political campaign. The news came just hours after B.C. Premier Gordon Campbell announced Heed had been reinstated as solicitor general. On Monday, it was announced that Robertson’s investigation into Heed’s 2009 election campaign cleared Heed of any wrongdoing. Heed had stepped down from office in April when it was revealed the RCMP was conducting an investigation into his campaign in the Vancouver-Fraserview riding. The investigation was related to an unregistered election campaign brochure, which accused the NDP of planning to legalize heroin and cocaine and said the party would consider instituting an inheritance tax. Two of Heed’s campaign workers were charged with a variety of offences, but it was determined Heed had no prior knowledge of the pamphlets. In a letter outlining the reasons for his resignation, Robertson said he was aware of the contribution before taking on the investigation, but said he “did not believe that it was a conflict of interest” that would preclude him from acting as special prosecutor. Robertson said that upon further reflection, he has concluded that continuing as special prosecutor would provoke “comment from the public and the media” as to whether he is sufficiently independent.  … Speaking at a news conference Tuesday evening, the newly reinstated Heed indicated he would retain his post as solicitor general. Heed said he has done nothing wrong. “It was reviewed by an independent special prosecutor. The findings exonerated me and I’m living by that right now and we are ready to move forward.” Heed said he has never met Robertson or had any dealings with his law firm.  Attorney General Mike de Jong told reporters he was disappointed by Robertson’s resignation. “It’s frustrating, you know? I’m angry,” he said. “We have an independent process that everyone relies upon the public relies on it, the government relies upon it, and then something like this happens.” De Jong said a new prosecutor would be appointed in the case. Meanwhile, New Democrat MLA Mike Farnworth said he was shocked when he heard the news. “I was speechless, I was stunned and at first I thought, ‘This is a joke.'”Farnworth said both Heed’s exoneration and the criminal charges laid against his campaign workers are “tainted.” “As far as I’m concerned, the premier has no choice but to reverse his decision and Mr. Heed must be out of cabinet immediately … [Heed] has no credibility staying on as solicitor general,” he said. “The fact of the matter is that the special prosecutor who exonerated him is a donor to the B.C. Liberal Party and the idea that that was not disclosed at the beginning or that somehow that could not be seen as a conflict I find unbelievable.” Farnworth is calling for a complete review of the investigation. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100504/canada/canada_britishcolumbia_bc_heed_special_prosecutor_resigns

and the mad BC Liberal, justice circus of improprieties goes on and one.. Anyone who is honest doubts the finding when he finds out this overall was not a   independent review basically, but a Liberal one.. Can  we really thus trust this government to top produce any  kind of decent justice?

So here is the obvious.. we need now 2 independent investigators to investigate the original independent investigator now as well  and to find out how long did he know that his firm supported the Liberals and that they had donated the money to the Liberals as well? before he was appointed too? Is anyone there honest, not crooked now too?

B.C. solicitor general steps down… again The Canadian Press – Thu May 6, 12:45 AM   VICTORIA – The circus is back in town in British Columbia with the star attraction being former solicitor general Kash Heed performing a manoeuvre of high difficulty, the triple political flip flop. In less than a month, the former West Vancouver police chief and star Liberal recruit resigned his cabinet post, was briefly reinstated, only to quit again the next day. Heed, on the backbenches Wednesday after less than a day back in cabinet, said he felt jubilation when Premier Gordon Campbell reinstated him after a police investigation cleared him of any wrongdoing in the scandal that resulted in charges against three of his campaign officials. But the triumph sank to desperation after the man that cleared him, independent special prosecutor Terrence Robertson, quit the case after acknowledging he himself may have the appearance of a conflict of interest because his law firm donated $1,000 to Heed’s campaign.

VANCOUVER – They’re supposed to be the buffer between government and any appearance of conflict of interest. But when the special prosecutor who cleared British Columbia’s solicitor general of election wrongdoing stepped down this week, he did just the opposite. Terrance Robertson resigned and revealed that his law firm had donated to Heed’s campaign. Yet the names of at least 15 of the 35 lawyers on the list of potential special prosecutors or their firms are also on Liberal party donation lists. This includes lawyers involved in some of the province’s most high-profile cases, including the legislature raid case and a lawyer who has been appointed to argue against Canada’s polygamy laws.  The revelations give at least the appearance of conflict of interest and fuel distrust among the public, legal observers say. Stephen Owen, a former provincial ombudsman and former deputy attorney general who was involved in setting up B.C.’s special prosecutor system in the early 1990s, said the controversy highlights the need for more vigilant vetting.  In the Heed case, Owen said the province should appoint a new special prosecutor to start the process from the beginning, rather than simply picking up where Robertson left off.  “They need to appoint another special prosecutor . . . to redo the whole investigation to see if charges should be laid, including against Mr. Heed,” said Owen, who now works for the University of British Columbia. “The public should have full confidence that there are no such conflicts. And it’s only fair to Mr. Heed, because there will be a cloud over the fact that he wasn’t charged.” http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100506/national/special_prosecutors_conflict

I HAVE HEARD NOW FOR YEARS TONES OF PEOPLE WHO OPENLY BOAST TO ME THAT THEY ARE EVEN COMMITTING TAX EVASIONS including businessmen, tax accountants, pastors, elders, church secretaries, relatives.. etc., and the federal tax man, justice ministers too do  not even bother to acknowledge still my letters of complaints.

The Conservative Party that firstly promised to be different 2010

Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper is not a real Evangelical Christian

The Conservative C what it now stands for Cons or Corruption still?
Rahim Jaffer removes party logo from website amid influence allegations
Helena Guergis claims shoes, clothing, jogging outfits as campaign expenses

The corruption even of false influence peddling. It is a fact of life that too many immoral people do try to short circuit the existing  system of decency and honesty and they falsely do try to push their way forward into the waiting lines even in politics, not just in banks, bus stops.. some persons now  do try to buy their way forward too.. and there is those immoral persons who do try to help them now to do it as well. Corrupted politics is nothing new but is still never acceptable now too even in the case where the former Canadian MP Rahim Jaffer, whose acquittal for cocaine possession last month led to a political uproar in Canada, has next also created a fresh controversy for the Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper by Rahim Jaffer’s alleged shady business dealings where Jaffer now was supposedly promising to get business deals done through his influence with the prime minister’s office and who knows what else now too, what other corruptions for  in for a inch often means in for a mile now too. What has also been clearly noticeable is also the recent  questionable behaviors of decency by his wife who is still an MP too a cabinet minister for woman affairs, Helena Guergis. Jaffer, who is an Ismaili Muslim of Gujarati origin, became Canada’s youngest non-white MP at the age of 25 in 1997. He served four terms till his loss in the 2008 parliamentary elections. This  38-year-old former MP is married to 41-year-old women affairs minister Helena Guergis who herself is in the thick controversies for various reasons. Status of Women Minister Helena Guergis is facing a call for her resignation after she allowed her husband Rahim Jaffer to use a House of Commons BlackBerry and a parliamentary e-mail address linked to her account. Both apples seem to be coming from the same bad tree.  According to the Toronto Star investigative report, Jaffer was now also using his minister wife’s office email address to conduct his private business and still handing out his parliamentary business cards despite ceasing to be an MP.  A QMI study last fall of MP spending on telephone and wireless devices found that Guergis was the 17th highest spender, with her office racking up a bill of $18,931. The  Conservative Party now has also asked Jaffer to remove its logo from his personal website which he currently uses to promote his new consulting firm Green Power Generation Corporation.

The leader of Canada’s official opposition party Michael Ignatieff said, “These are very serious allegations that go to the heart of the integrity of the Conservative Party government. The question is, ‘Who did Mr. Jaffer see in the Conservative government, what promises did Mr. Jaffer make, what did he propose to deliver to his clients?” How many more persons now are like him in the Conservative Party that was firstly promised to be different from the other parties now too?

Helena Guergis, the minister of state for the status of women, may face new political peril after revelations emerged Thursday that her husband, former Conservative MP Rahim Jaffer, was using one of her taxpayer-funded parliamentary BlackBerrys and that he had boasted of his connections to Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s office to further his private business interests. Harper believes Guergis is doing “a good job” in her role as minister. But a growing number of Conservatives are now saying privately that Harper will have difficulty sustaining that view. “It’s no longer about her judgment anymore. It’s now about the prime minister’s judgment,” ..it came to light that Guergis is attempting to claim shoes, clothing and jogging outfits as personal campaign expenses for the 2008 election. Guergis’s campaign return is still being reviewed by Elections Canada auditors, but if they accept her claims for $977 in the “other” category of candidate personal expenses, taxpayers will pay 60 per cent of the cost http://www.ottawacitizen.com/allegations+final+straw+embattled+junior+minister/2780541/story.html

Guergis made headlines earlier this year when she apologized for comments made during an alleged temper tantrum at the Charlottetown airport.

Guergis scandal explodes: Harper calls in Mounties, turfs her from caucus The Canadian Press – Fri Apr 9, 6:23 PM  OTTAWA – What kind of allegation would spur a prime minister to call in the Mounties on one of his own cabinet ministers and immediately turf her from caucus?

Ottawa glamour couple Guergis and Jaffer plummet into PM’s purgatory The Canadian Press –  OTTAWA – What’s next, a reality TV appearance? Helena Guergis and Rahim Jaffer, once one of Ottawa’s most glamorous, up-and-coming political couples, have tumbled so far and so fast in the capital’s nebulous influence index that a date on Wife Swap would not seem outside their current trajectory. It’s a stunning fall from grace.

The two Rahim Jaffer and Helena Guergis appeared to be the quintessential political power couple How did they sink from their status as the Harper government’s golden couple to problem couple in just a few years? She was one of the few women to make it past the backbenches, securing her first junior cabinet post in January 2007, entitling her to perks and profile that few women on the hill enjoy. But it was her personal life, her reputation as a brittle boss, and her gaffe-prone nature that trumped her professional accomplishments. But she was also known for her bristly nature, and she was voted in a Hill Times poll as one of the “biggest scrooges” to work for on Parliament Hill. http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Guergis+known+political+family+brittle+personality/2784636/story.html

If the Star’s ace reporter, Kevin Donovan, was able to find out all he did about events surrounding Mr. Jaffer’s arrest and “business” dealings, why couldn’t the government? Wouldn’t you think that government lawyers or even some of that huge communications bureau in the PMO would high-tail it down to Southern Ontario and ask some questions of their own? Like — “Is there anything here that could hurt the government?” It has been seven or so months since Jaffer’s arrest. Couldn’t someone have taken some time out of all that recalibrating, proroguing, etc. to see whether institutional interests had been compromised? It all begs the larger question of due diligence from a government that has constantly shown an obsession with controlling the message — at least superficially. Someone, though, was clearly too preoccupied or maybe too confident in PMO spin abilities to seriously look into matters in this affair that had direct bearing on the government. Or maybe they’ve forgotten the first rule of politics — it isn’t your enemies who will do you in, it’s your friends. http://thestar.blogs.com/politics/2010/04/what-took-so-long-.html

Old news RCMP still boozing and driving too..

Alcohol is more dangerous than illegal drugs like heroin and crack cocaine, according to a new study.Heroin, crack cocaine and methamphetamine, or crystal meth, were the most lethal to individuals. When considering their wider social effects, alcohol, heroin and crack cocaine were the deadliest. But overall, alcohol outranked all other substances, followed by heroin and crack cocaine. Experts said alcohol scored so high because it is so widely used and has devastating consequences not only for drinkers but for those around them. When drunk in excess, alcohol damages nearly all organ systems. It is also connected to higher death rates and is involved in a greater percentage of crime than most other drugs, including heroin. All governments should consider more education programs and raising the price of alcohol so it isn’t as widely available.    “What governments decide is illegal is not always based on science,”  for monetary considerations about revenue and taxation, like those garnered from the alcohol and tobacco industries, may influence decisions about which substances to regulate or outlaw. “Drugs that are legal cause at least as much damage, if not more, than drugs that are illicit,”   http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/101031/health/health_eu_med_dangerous_alcohol
Provincial Governments, cops too  do not want to reduce gambling or alcohol consumption for it is a great money maker for them, and too many Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze..

Kamloops Mountie faces impaired charges CBC – Tue Apr 6, 10:27 PM A nine-year veteran RCMP officer faces impaired driving charges after a car flipped over in a crash near Kamloops early Saturday morning. “It appeared, from the preliminary investigation of the incident, that the lone occupant of the vehicle had driven off the road and hit protection poles surrounding a hydro box,” Const. Cheryl Bush said in a release Tuesday. “The vehicle then flipped onto its roof. The driver sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.” Investigators at the scene asked the officer, 29, for a breath sample and later said they would recommend charges to the Crown, police said. The identity of the officer, currently posted in Kamloops, has not been made public. The officer has been reassigned to administrative duties and will make his first court appearance on April 26 in Kamloops, Bush said

Obviously, except for the politicians of Canada, there needs to be a better screening device for those accepted into the RCMP.  Oh boy…here we go again. And how will they wash this one away?  MADD never seems to have anything to say when a cop is charged with DUI.  I wonder why?  What great role models the various members are presenting to the youth of this Country. We spend millions trying to educate people to not drink and drive and the people who enforce the law, are breaking that very law.  Looks like drinking isn’t just a RCMP problem it is spread into every police force around the world. The problem definitely needs to be researched.  I am starting to feel like the RCMP is almost as bad as the scum they are hired to protect us from http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2010/04/06/bc-kamloops-rcmp-impaired.html
Politicians, RCMP’s new image as being too often liars, drunk seems to be consistent.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/11/11/no-rcmp-alcoholics-it-seems/

Top Mounties failing in leadership role, watchdog says Globe and Mail –   RCMP brass are failing to live up to the legendary can-do spirit of the Mounties and are undermining the efforts of provincial divisions that are striving to modernize the force, watchdog Paul Kennedy said Wednesday.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/13/but-we-knew-all-that-already-about-the-rcmp/

Why do the police not prosecute the drunk drivers all year more consistently now too? “Of the 645 sexual assaults that were reported to our service in 2009, more than 40 per cent were alcohol-facilitated sexual assaults,” A sexual assault is never the fault of the victim. She said no means no the first time, and another drink can’t change that.“ We need people to understand that consent cannot be given if the person is impaired by alcohol: If they’re passed out, if they’re unconscious, if they’re sleeping,”  Supt. Danielle Campbell,   head of the Edmonton Police Criminal Investigations Division. It seems most alcohol-facilitated sexual assault doesn’t seem to be about miscommunication, or misconceptions of consent.  Rather, it is about men who use alcohol to incapacitate women for the purpose of raping them, and who do it over and over again like they know what they ‘re doing and are doing it on purpose. Do even the police do the same thing as well?

Now putting more money into a pail full of holes is still bad management

(Ezek 34:4 KJV)  The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

Some Liberals now have urged their leader to champion politically risky health-care overhaul since the union representing some 58,000 public health-care workers in Quebec has walked away from the negotiating table. Negotiations faltered late Friday over working conditions, including a cut backs on sick days and overtime pay. Quebec is taking increasing heat from its public sector workers but even more now from the citizens who think the unions have too much bargaining power for their workers who too often do too little too. In Quebec the rather self regulating doctors, nurses, hospital workers, police etc., are not supervised adequately or regularly . Federal Liberals are receiving some very controversial and  explosive advice to try to   overhaul of one of Canada’s most cherished national programs: Medicare. Claims of mismanagement of health care doctors, medical services  is being raised since  soaring health-care costs are rapidly escalating   as the country’s aging population requires ever more   medical services. Clearly still now putting more money into a pail full of holes is still bad-management. It is unbelievable that after I had written about it for many years later 15 years even  I can go to most local Hospitals or Convalescent homes and there too easily see the typical and mostly poorly supervised doctors, nurse, medical care workers. All civil and public servants, leaders, professionals included now  must be allowed to face scrutiny from the governments, press and the citizens, and their costs effectiveness must be fully dealt with now as well.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/02/23/and-now-how-many-more-are-there-like-him/

The Inadequate McGill West Island Pointe Claire Lakeshore General hospital. For months I write to LGH and next to you  and I get  nothing? this is acceptable? Dream on!!!  Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s best . It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. The related and too often bad, pretentious, inadequate social workers, doctors, nurses, medical workers, house cleaning persons have still been allowed to do what ever they want, they have been allowed to be unsupervised, poorly, poorly managed, and then everyone complains about the costly typical, expensive Medicare system or the many people dying because of the ongoing recurring hospital bred sicknesses, deaths too  and then the Hospital managers they do  lie and say that the public itself was the one mainly responsible for bringing the sickness to the hospital because they continue to deny their own bad contribution. Now I had already also had said to you all even in writing that this Hospital director herself  according to another  Hospital director, doctor   likes to put on a false image to all that  that it is a fully staffed, fully equipped, fully serviced,  big time hospital when in reality it is merely another small local hospital that is still under equipped, under staffed, poorly managed, and like it seems too many other typically bad hospitals now as well.. They now also are doing no one a service by their lies and false denials  here too.. and I am still waiting for them all to repent of their unacceptable wrong doings.. and what I can dream on here too? Now is it because they the Hospital managers now are are just plain obstinate, dumb or really stupid?  All civil and public servants, Leaders, professionals included now  must be allowed to face scrutiny from press and the citizens. I too now can easily spot the good workers and easily differentiate them form the bad workers who tend to be often in groups talking to each other, socializing, aimlessly walking around. Too many nurses, hospital workers, civil and public servants are depressed cause they think even they are underpaid.. rather they are mostly depressed cause they are robbing us citizens by not doing an honest day’s work. They can stop lying to me, for I have worked, supervised workers in Canada and know how to easily recognize the good and bad workers.. especially the lazy, no good liars, pretenders who while they are on the job dream of being elsewhere, and do not too too much good on the job that they are being paid for still too.. I still see too many of these bad  people daily at the LGH emergency department too.
Does this below all meet your prior approvals? Well I got news for you it does not matter to me, I still can rightfully  write for myself to anyone I want too. No matter how embarrassing it is now for your so called professionals now too.

Isn’t it nice that under the Canadian Charter of rights we both have free speech and I can write to or still talk to even anyone I want as well still now too.

Subject: Re Your letter to me dated March 18, 2010
Get it very clear that I am no doctor so I can freely too complain very loudly to all persons, anyone I want too about anything I want to, even about any of the bad professionals, bad doctors and nurses, and hospital administrators, bad social services, and I do that, and I continue will do that for  the good of us all too. Better act properly on the matter before it gets worse and I escalate my complaints to all too.. and really you should have known that by now even too.

It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. The related and too often bad, pretentious, inadequate social workers, doctors, nurses, medical workers, house cleaning persons have still been allowed to do what ever they want, they have been allowed to be unsupervised, poorly, poorly managed, and then everyone complains about the costly typical, expensive Medicare system or the many people dying because of the ongoing recurring hospital bred sicknesses, deaths too

Many people openly tell me that I am to be personally  commended for trying to clean about the much too many pretentious , bad doctors, bad nurses, medical care givers, really bad social workers now too   in Montreal.. they encourage me to keep up the good work.

So where are the visible, real real results to all of my complaints? This one included.

I write to the LGH Ombudsman who supposedly is representing the citizens complaints, but she is wrongfully clearly looking after the doctors, nurses, hospitals best interest,  for she even complains to me I have done a lot of damage to the LGH hospital reputation.. and she only acknowledges that  she got one of my many emails, of a dozen now  too that ihad rightfully sent,  even cause I see no changes and no positive results in regard to my valid complaints,  and she even tells me next on the phone she does not bother to read my emails when I phone her about them, but now she writes back and gets upset  when I write to her and continue to rightfully complain  about the poor LGH medical services, social services too with copies to others.

It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. The related and too often bad, pretentious, inadequate social workers, doctors, nurses, medical workers, house cleaning persons have still been allowed to do what ever they want, they have been allowed to be unsupervised, poorly, poorly managed, and then everyone complains about the costly typical, expensive Medicare system or the many people dying because of the ongoing recurring hospital bred sicknesses, deaths too  Now is it because they the Hospital managers now are are just plain obstinate, dumb or really stupid?  For  example I had directly complained face to face to the janitor, housekeeping, about the men’s bathroom next to the cafeteria about the  plugged, where the dirty contaminated water that  was being allowed to remain in the plugged sink. And when I came back weeks later to the very same place not only was the problem not rectified, but now another adjacent  sink was plugged as well.. and another further place now of in house sickness breeding..  and then the Hospital managers they do  lie and say that the public itself was the one mainly responsible for bringing the sickness to the hospital because they continue to deny their own bad contribution.”

My having spend 2 months visiting in  a newer even hospital, and having spent 2 weeks in their emergency ward, and having spent 1 month also in a Convalescent home I have rightfully concluded that putting more money into a pail full of holes, hiring architects engineers, contractors to build new and larger Hospitals will no do much good when the same old root problems exists.. the main unacceptable root problems that Doctors and nurse, hospital medical workers, floor cleaner, janitors are generally not supervised.. My dad was admitted to the emergency ward and a new doctor assigned to his case came and said she would have some x-rays made and then she would review and look at them next.. and to which I had replied and why would you do that when the good doctor Dr Dumont already had the x-rays made 2 hours ago, the reference file is already on your computer.. embarrassed she left and was next replaced from being my Father’s doctor, Dr Dumont took over rightfully..

Next I inspected the filthy washrooms on the emergency ward even.. where undeniably too many people even had thrown up, deposited refuse on the floor and no one dealt with it. Mind you I had seen the  janitors walking along the halls doing nothing often, and one in partially I know quite well too sitting on the bench having a good time often talking to the younger aged men. So no wonder the shit diseases, C difficile and Gastrointestinal Virus is often rampage still at LGH, Neither of these sickness are pleasant ones, they are painful, with serious side effects too.

I next could not help but notice as to how empty the main cafeteria, Emergency room waiting area, and the triage itself was so I had asked the staff what had happened had they now all become so efficient.. and not one of the nursing staff I encountered there had had now told me the truth it was cause of the Gastrointestinal Virus (stomach virus, “stomach flu”, viral gastroenteritis).A virus, such as Norovirus, is a likely cause of the symptoms. Symptoms (can last 24-60 hours)
nausea/vomiting
fever
diarrhea
headache
abdominal cramping
fatigue

Norovirus is contained in stool and vomit of a sick person and might be shed in the stool for as many as three weeks even though symptoms are gone. The virus enters the mouth of the well person by:
touching surfaces or objects contaminated with virus and bringing hand to mouth
.consuming foods or drinks contaminated with virus
.direct contact with vomit or stool of ill person when caring for them
.drinking after ill person
.immediate contact with aerosol of vomiting person

Next I had witnessed a son looking for his father, whose father  was dying of cancer and the father was admitted to the emergency ward, the son was searching for his father and he opened a wrong door and a very touch, short, blonde nurse had now in my presence too had demanded that he the son be arrested, evicted form the hospital, and hat was she hiding, so afraid off? 3 of your security guards came rushing to arrest a patient for making a mistake and opening a wrong door in the emergency ward . So I had asked firsthand one of the guards was he going to now arrest a visitor for opening the wrong door and he laughed at it, he thought is was a very funny matter. I thought I was more of LGH absurdities.

Now it seems they can prepare the food in the home, hospital but they can’t seem to deliver the food on time, even almost the whole week..   making the patients to wait for 30 to 45 minutes before the food is next delivered too often is not good at all still too.  They do   have some really good workers and some really bad workers.. too many of the medical support staff,  Personnel socializing, fraternizing, too often now having a good time with each other, even at the receptionist desk, or in the hallways  and all at the patients expense is still even now also unacceptable..

And that reminds me my dad got a new social worker a few weeks ago and neither he or nor I have met her.. Many other patients told me the same thing about this now too. My senior dad and I says they take a percentage of the money but do very little good for it still too..

I too now can easily spot the good workers and easily differentiate them from the bad workers who tend to be often in groups talking to each other, socializing, aimlessly walking around. All of us seem to spend a lot of time trying to find our personal happiness in life, and many seem to fail at it, so we then tend to try to blame our failure here next on being the fault of others..  The problem firstly now here often starts with one’s false definition of happiness. Happiness generally, firstly is doing a job well that you like to do and so  many people are unhappy cause they are also unrealistic, and lazy.  Most persons also next do not become deliberately despots or perverts in life from birth, it is a decision they generally do on their own make later in life.. Our self-worth, self esteem is a direct result of the good things you do , have done.. do the bad things and you will have a low self worth, poor self acceptance, and it is a waste of time thus to blame it mostly on the others.

A patient  in front of my father’s Convalescent room was calling loudly often for a nurse, so a worker comes by and says to him, “I am now going for lunch and someone else will eventually come and help you”.. wow.. and what a cold calloused, unacceptable , indifferent approach..

Now I too often do see the Workers too often now rather pretending to sweep, clean the floors, rooms which now is  also very unacceptable.

I do also understand it is next to impossible   for a new temporary  agency nurse  to get all the medication right for all the new patients, when she does not even know where all the medication is, or now even  the faces of the patients .. so my father often did not get all of his need mediation as a result because there seemed to be always a new nurse . Not acceptable.

They do have there also some good doctors, great nurses and good workers, not just some bad ones.

Having been a real Professional myself for many years, even had supervised many of them too, dealt with many crooked contractors now too as a projects manager, now  you really should know by now I do not think that any of your  so called professionals are invincible, unaccountable  gods who do not give an account to any one for their actions, including the citizens, courts and also the medical professional  insurance agents.. and all justice is not in the courts or in the regulating societies now too. For months I write to LGH and next I get  nothing? this is acceptable? Dream on!!!

Clearly now I got really tired of being lied to and abused by much too many professional bullies, perverts that I encounter too often in life now still,  so I next started to openly, personally expose them and to make them reap real personal negative consequences rightfully here too..   I do expect seriously, full appropriate actions on the matter of all of my complaints,  and so I do send copies of all of my complaints to key members of Parliament to all of  Canada’s major news editors as well now for their further notice and appropriate actions too.

THE RIGHT OF SCRUTINY, ACCOUNTABILITY, THE EXISTENCE OF THE OPPOSITION PARTIES AS WELL, NOW IS AN HISTORIC UNDENIABLE FACT, A RIGHT OF ALL CANADIANS, CANADIAN  GOVERNMENTAL, AND ALSO A CRITICAL ROLE FOR ALL  OPPOSITION PARTIES, ALL INDIVIDUAL CANADIANS..

All civil and public servants, Leaders, professionals included now  must be allowed to face scrutiny from press and the citizens.

Now I  I still do  demand the full prosecution of all wrong doers that  I do encounter, even any abuse of me or ANY ELDERLY PERSONS, my father included. I rightfully do assume the bad guys and their supporters do not appreciate it and that is why they do not get back to me and that is why they falsely threaten to evict me, or have me arrested too, like your own  boss had falsely done to me in front of witnesses now too today. Yes it  is the sad reality, when you confront the wicked unrepentant abusers, they do too often play dead, hard to get, they try to hide like ostriches, hoping that by ignoring   me that the matters will go away.. but they can dream on. I am persistent.. relentless.. I do not allow abusers to get away.. all it takes for the wicked to keep on doing bad things is for the good person to do nothing about it. It all next makes very interesting reading on the internet for the whole world now to read about it as well.. AND I AM NOT ABOUT NOW TO GO AWAY.. Many people have EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE  learned from my postings on how to deal with the very similar situations they have encountered with other abused elderly persons now too.

NOW ABOUT THE BAD ACTS OF THE SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS..

Fri Mar 26, 12:05 PM  MONTREAL (CBC) – Quebec cardiologist Guy Turcotte will stand trial in April on two counts of first-degree murder in the violent deaths of his toddlers last year.  Turcotte’s preliminary hearing wrapped up late Thursday afternoon at the St-Jérome courthouse north of Montreal, just kilometres away from his country home in Piedmont, where authorities had found his two children stabbed to death. Anne-Sophie, 3, and Olivier, 5, were in Turcotte’s custody when they died on Feb. 21, 2009. Turcotte, 37, had recently separated from his wife, a fellow physician who practised emergency medicine at a local hospital

And Canada’s poorly managed, abusive police fiascos, hospitals too go on?

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well

VICTORIA, B.C. – The Victoria Police Department is investigating its own officers after a violent arrest was caught on camera and posted to YouTube. Police spokesman Sgt. Grant Hamilton says officers responded to a fight involving eight males early Sunday morning. He says when police arrived on the scene, they found one man being kicked in the head and ended up taking six others into custody. But the 56-second YouTube clip appears to show one officer repeatedly kicking a man who’s already been restrained. The officer then yells at another male to get down on the ground and when the man complies, the officer and a fellow policeman allegedly kick him in the stomach and back. Hamilton says the office of the police complaint commissioner has been notified and is monitoring the investigation, which will be led by the force’s professional standards section. Hamilton says the man who was kicked in the head was taken to hospital but has since been released and is not co-operating with police.  and what here too our too often inadequate, pretentious PM Harper’s   supposedly a law and order government, justice ministers or pretenders  turn a blind eye again and again while it likes to prosecute more   severely the criminal citizens only?

AND WHAT ABOUT  THE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL MINISTERS NOW NOW AS WELL?

Tax payer’s money abuses, false expense account statements, stealing, tax evasions,   obstruction of justice, cheating, lying,  drunkenness, impaired driving, pornography,  Adultery, VERBAL, PHYSICAL ABUSES, are all ESPECIALLY unacceptable for any civil and public servants. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year

Number of   tickets given to cops for drunk driving thmelves. abuse of citizens does not change.. but the Number of speeding tickets way up Fri Mar 26, 7:27 AM  PRINCE.EDWARD.ISLAND (CBC) – A crackdown on speeders in Charlottetown, which began in the fall of 2008, has led to a huge increase in the number of tickets issued for speeding and other traffic violations. In September 2008 city police increased the number of officers on the street at any given time from six to ten, and those officers are expected to spend time focusing on traffic violations every day. Sgt. Tom Clow told CBC News Thursday in addition to more tickets issued, there has been a difference in the number of serious accidents. “Our major accidents have been reduced by 40 per cent in the year 2009, so that’s significant. We’re not talking about the fender benders and minor crashes we’re talking about significant injury accidents,” said Clow. “[It’s] a great statistic for us because it tells us that people are more aware that there’s more police on the street and are following the rules.” Const. Mike Chaloner was working traffic detail on Riverside Dr. Thursday. “Generally on a road like this, on average, I would say you can see people doing anywhere between 25 to 35 kilometers over the speed limit,” said Chaloner. Speeders end up with fines of about $100, or more if they are well over the limit. The excuses offered are predictable, and generally ineffective. “[From] the speedometer’s broken on the vehicle to they don’t usually travel that road so they’re not sure what the speed limit was,” Chaloner said. “Just generally being late for anything, any type of appointment or work.” Clow said police have also been working to follow up on tips coming in from the public, setting up patrols in problem areas. “You’re always going to get people out there that are going through stop signs or driving in an erratic manner, so we encourage the public to call us and when you call us we’ll address that issue,” he said

Even though drunk drivers firstly themselves cause the more serious traffic accidents, it is always the revenue generating speeding tickets that occupy to police forces resources and and manpower, attention..

Edmonton officer who shot man should be charged: lawyer CBC – Fri Mar 26, 10:09 PM  An Edmonton police officer who shot at a fleeing suspect seven times should be charged with attempted murder, criminal defence lawyer Tom Engel said a day after the judge in the case said the officer’s actions constituted police misconduct.

The Inadequate McGill West Island Pointe Claire Lakeshore hospital. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s best . It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. And when I came back weeks later to the very same place not only was the problem not rectified, but now another adjacent  sink was plugged as well.. and another further place now of in house sickness breeding..  and then the Hospital managers they do  lie and say that the public itself was the one mainly responsible for bringing the sickness to the hospital because they continue to deny their own bad contribution. They now also are doing no one a service by their lies and false denials  here too.. and I am still waiting for them all to repent of their unacceptable wrong doings.. and what I can dream on here too?

and are they next merely also going to put another false spin on all of this too?

Clearly now I got really tired of being lied to and abused by much too many professional bullies, perverts that I encounter too often in life now still,  so I next started to openly, personally expose them and to make them reap real personal negative consequences rightfully here too..  Here is another simple fact of undeniable truth of life..

Too many bad nurses, hospital workers, civil and public servants are depressed cause they think even they are underpaid.. rather they are mostly depressed cause they are robbing us citizens by not doing an honest day’s work. They can stop lying to me, for I have worked, supervised workers in Canada and know how to easily recognize the good and bad workers.. especially the lazy, no good liars, pretenders who while they are on the job dream of being elsewhere, and do not too too much good on the job that they are being paid for still too.. I still see too many of these bad  people daily.

PM Harper’s better Conservative government hits another low point

Alberta ATCO unit got an  untendered Haiti project. New aid project in Haiti will be carried out by a company with ties to the Conservative Party after being awarded the multimillion-dollar contract without a public bidding process. Naturally a subsidiary of Calgary-based ATCO Ltd., which has three Conservative donors on its board of directors, was handed the $12-million contract to build temporary offices in Port-au-Prince for the Haitian government. The project was  announced by Prime Minister Stephen Harper.  The immoral federal government opted to bypass procurement guidelines that usually require government contracts of more than $25,000 to be submitted to a public tendering process. It also chose not to post an advance contract award notice, which in cases where there is no tendering process normally gives rival businesses an opportunity to submit counter-proposals. And this is what the Conservatives meant when they said they would provide a visibly better, more responsible, uncorrupted  government now unlike all the others. Hard to see any difference.

“I thought that with a Tory government this kind of thing would NEVER happen again. Mr. Harper promised to bring transparency to government and that there would never be any more” short cuts” How very disappointing! The payoffs just keep coming for the fortunate ones. there is an unpleasant odor attached to this one.”

More Canadians on the Internet even abusing others too

Many experts say that  Canada needs the existing  laws enforced in reality by the Police to protect others from Internet Abusers.  Bad persons, firms, companies  they now need to  taken to Federal Courts. Police need to  monitor all the site content, and the related internet crime would quickly grind to a halt. Now we all already do know that even under the Conservative law and order supposedly government  CANADA NOW AGAIN IS STILL BECOMING A LEADER IS SCAMMING MANY AMERICANS WITH FALSE -MISLEADING  INTERNET ADDS, FALSE SERVICES AND AS USUAL THE POLICE IN CANADA, RCMP INLUDED  WILL CLAIM INCOMPETENCE TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUES AND THEY WILL EVEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY AND PERSONNEL. JUST WHAT WE NEED MORE ABUSE BY THE POLICE IN CANADA  NOW AS WELL.

Too many Bad persons, Internet companies also do exist, whose apparent “business model” is the exploitation of consumer trust and ignorance, are sneaking their spyware, virus systems into other’s machines for their own purposes. A German company Lavasoft  furthered the OptOut concept, creating the excellent and completely FREE “Ad-Aware” spyware detection and removal utility. And  if you don’t yet know about the free Ad-Aware spyware detection and removal utility be sure to check out Lavasoft’s Ad-Aware. Now with all the security software too you have a good excuse to buy  a faster computer with more memory.   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/04/09/the-average-illiterate-computer-users-are-taking-a-great-risk/

More Canadians on the Internet than watch TV each week, says Ipsos-Reid poll

MONTREAL – The Ipsos Reid polling company says that for the first time ever, Canadians are spending more time each week online than watching television.Monday’s finding comes from the Inter(at)ctive Reid Report, an Ipsos Reid study that tracks online Canadians usage of the Internet. The report finds that overall, Canadians are now spending more than 18 hours a week online, compared with 16.9 hours watching television.Internet usage is up from 14.9 hours last year. The number of hours watching television also rose in the last year, from 15.8 hours in 2009. And  younger Canadians generally spend more time online than those over 55.

Some industry watchers have noted that the cost of watching TV is rising as cable TV companies and satellite operators raise the monthly cost of service. As that happens more people are watching TV online for free. In breaking down its survey, Ipsos-Reid noted that males are spending significantly more time online than females – 20 hours compared with 16. In addition, 18-34 year olds are spending 20 hours a week online on average, compared with 18 hours for those over 35. ‘The data indicates that not only are people of all ages spending more and more time online, but it also points to a shift in how online Canadians are consuming media and where they are spending their free time.’Today, online Canadians are finding a myriad of entertainment options available to them within the walls of their homes. While some entertainment content has simply shifted from television to online, the Internet is also providing new content to Canadians.”   http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100322/national/consumer_tv_habits

It is only all common sense and was predicted to happen many years ago.. VALID good reasons that TV, radio, Newspapers now even have lost loads of advertisers to Google now as well, and Google  in the process has gotten bigger and rich too.

Quebecers least susceptible to cyber crime, Burlington, Ont., worst: study  In terms of the cities with the highest incidents of actual cyber crimes, Burlington and Victoria were followed by Langley, Port Coquitlam, Kelowna, Kitchener, Thunder Bay, Ont., Fredericton, Vancouver and Windsor, Ont.

Burlington had the worst rates of: computers infected by malware programs, attempted infections, and rates of computers being hijacked to send out spam. Burlington was second worst behind Victoria, B.C., in the fourth category: having a computer co-opted into a so-called botnet, a global network of computers that carries out attacks.

and many of my bad relatives seem to live in that Burlington area too..

There are still much too many persons with a big bad mouth even  in my own related families, who got so used to wagging  their big bad  tongues, telling their lies about others, that next  they had falsely started to think they can and will get away with it for ever.. and they are next shocked when they are rightfully not only rebuked, but fully exposed to all as to who they are really .. slanderers, liars and human rights abusers..

THE RIGHT OF SCRUTINY, ACCOUNTABILITY, OPPOSITION PARTIES IS A HISTORIC UNDENIABLE FACT,

THE RIGHT OF SCRUTINY, ACCOUNTABILITY, OPPOSITION PARTIES IS A HISTORIC UNDENIABLE FACT, RIGHT OF THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT, AND ALSO A CRITICAL ROLE BY ALL OPPOSITION PARTIES..

All civil and public servants Leaders must be allowed to face scrutiny from press and the citizens

FACE IT A BAD LYING NO GOOD CONSERVATIVE MP, PRIME MINISTER ARE  NOT ANY BETTER THAN A BAD LIBERAL, NDP, BQ OR WHATEVER.

AND  NO Judge has no right to decide what parliamentarians can see Judge has no right to decide what parliamentarians can see ALSO ALL Leaders must face scrutiny from press The “Conservative war against the media is ultimately an assault on democracy. In order for government to be held accountable, its leaders and actions must face scrutiny from the press. When a fascist or communist government comes to power, it will take control of the media to suppress criticism and opposition. The Conservative plot against the media, although indirect, appears to have the same goal. ”  ” This Conservative war against the media is ultimately an assault on democracy. When a fascist or communist government comes to power, it will take control of the media to suppress criticism and opposition. The Conservative plot against the media, although indirect, appears to have the same goal. The end result is the negation of open, transparent and accountable government that Harper promised.”

Many people openly tell me that I am to be personally  commended for trying to clean about the much too many pretentious , bad doctors, bad nurses, medical care givers, really bad social workers now too  in Montreal.. they encourage me to keep up the good work.

I rightfully assume the bad guys and their supporters do not appreciate it and that is why they do not get back to me.

Here is the sad reality, when you confront the wicked unrepentant abusers, they do too often play dead, hard to get, they try to hide like ostriches, hoping that by ignoring you and me that the matter will go away.. but they can dream on. I am persistent.. relentless.. I do not allow abusers to get away.. all it takes for the wicked to keep on doing bad things is for the good person to do nothing about it.

Just when I thought I had seen it all, I by now seen all of life’s perversities and corruptions  I now this week do discover what I am also now often told by many people, nurses, medical workers, the common attempt of monetary theft   when any person is near death, by the relatives who do come out of the wood work to fight over the money never mind   now even waiting first for him to die.

And sadly in the process now  many other feminist supporters of her falsely had supported her in doing this here including  social workers, a head nurse, a local bank manager now too. And true to form, they are all being RIGHTFULLY full exposed embarrassingly by me in the process too.

Full public exposure and prosecution of the guilty still does serve  everyone best interest.

It all next makes very interesting reading on the internet for the whole world now to read about it as well..

Get it very clear that I am no doctor so I can freely too complain very loudly to all persons, anyone I want too about anything I want to, even about any of the bad professionals, bad doctors and nurses, and hospital administrators, bad social services, and I do that and I continue will do that do the good of us all too. Better act properly on the matter before it gets worse and I escalate my complaints to all too.. and really you should have known that by now even too.

Does this below all meet your prior approvals? Well I got news for you it does not matter to me, I still can rightfully  write for myself to anyone I want too. No matter how embarrassing it is now for your so called professionals now too.

The public is also invited to share with the police anything they know about corruptions, abuses

QUEBEC – The Quebec elections chief wants to hear from a former justice minister who claims to have embarrassing information about fundraising within Premier Jean Charest’s Liberal party.  Marc Bellemare, who served in the Charest cabinet, has declared in media interviews that the governing party received generous donations from construction companies.  Corporate donations are illegal in Quebec, the construction industry has been inundated with allegations of corruption, and demands for a public inquiry are rampant.  But Charest has repeatedly refused requests for an inquiry.    Bellemare has declared in separate interviews that construction companies made major donations to the Liberals, and that he had information that could embarrass the government.  He has refused to elaborate further.  The office of Quebec’s director general of elections now says it will invite the former justice minister to share additional details. Premier Jean Charest rightfully denies any corruptions  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100317/national/20100317_que_construction_donations

The public is also invited to share with the police anything they know about corruptions, abuses. Now as you and your loved ones get older you too will spend more time in Doctor’s offices, Hospitals, and convalescent, old age homes and will have wished that you and I had done something more about it all before too..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/02/23/and-now-how-many-more-are-there-like-him/

It is clearly absurd to say all Canadian  doctors are bad or they are all good. “Complaints about Alberta MDs jumped in 2009  according to the province’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. About 41 per cent of complaints were about the quality of care and another 37 per cent arose from how doctors manage their practices. Most complaints are handled by what the college calls an informal resolution process.Of these, last year 34 per cent were remedied through resolution and 61 per cent were closed because the doctor was found to be right or there wasn’t enough information to continue. The remaining complaints were either withdrawn by the patients or referred to others. ”  “Am I the only one that can smell ‘white-wash’ “the college then determines if the complaint merits more investigation.” Does anyone else see a problem with the profession investigating itself??! Have we learned anything from the recent incidents involving the RCMP?  It sounds to me that patients with valid complaints need an organization dedicated to representing them rather than relying on ‘self policing’ by physicians and their colleagues.    “Doctors in ALBERTA? I thought they were Dentists. SHEEESH !” Most people complain about an MD because they are incompetent, rude, impatient, and do not listen to people..  people complain about certain doctors because they are bad doctors and they become WORSE as a result of improper resources and the situation is made worse by improper resources but even in the best of times, some MDs need an attitude adjustment….not all, some, and seemingly more and more everyday….

Again let me be clear I have my own   father’s  undeniable and full consent,  permissions to expose, demand the full prosecution of any, all of my father’s past, present abusers, even in Hospitals, Social services, Convalescent homes, Banks, etc.  I also do have the support of Quebec’s Premier Jean Charest as well here, and also the good staff of my Local Quebec Liberal MLA, as well as even the support of a local news media reporter.. all who do say to me keep up the good work, do continue to deal with all those bad persons.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/11/hospital-deaths-account-for-half-of-deaths-annually/

In reality we all do know there are good and bad people in real life, sadly too many bad persons, that includes bad professionals, the bad lawyers, bad doctors, bad nurses, bad hospital administrators, bad cops., bad RCMP., bad  corporations and bad business persons now too and not just too many bad, unacceptable Politicians, ministers too now. and bad hospitals even ..  I am really rightfully disgusted as to how too many of the so called Canadian Professionals such as cops, RCMP officers, doctors, nurses, pastors tend to be bullies, abusers of others and too often now… they seem to falsely think they are above the law cause they hold an important job. I also do rightfully  not hesitate to talk often also with the news media and to use my right of free speech about any abuses I encounter such as the false abuses of patients is see in Hospitals too often these days too. http://postedat.wordpress.com/2010/02/17/local-medical-services-fall-drastically-short-of-what-it-should-be/

I am still awaiting the full reply, actions,  services towards my father and also towards me. And not replying, dealing  adequately to my email, demands does not make my complaints go away and you  already by now know that . http://postedat.wordpress.com/2010/03/16/maisson-herron/

2 Mounties always get their man, or a woman in this case..the RCMP Farce

.
How is our law and order Conservative government, Prime Minister Stephen Harper now in reality dealing with the too often bad, immoral RCMP too?  PM Stephen Harper DOES DRINK ALCOHOL
.

Imagine my shock when I was in a constituency office and the experienced worker says to me it is so common for the politicians to commit adultery, it is a way of life… they all do it she says.. and they also cheat, lie, steal, make false expense accounts reports, commit tax evasions, get drunk as well it seems too.. exposed, they lose the news media support as a result too.. tend not to get reelected.. Toronto Councillor Adam Giambrone lies
.

Alleged victim testifies in RCMP sex-assault trial A Yukon Supreme Court judge has heard testimony from a woman who claims two off-duty RCMP officers raped her a year ago.   The woman, who cannot be identified under a publication ban, has testified that constables Graham Belak, 30, and Shawn McLaughlin, 33, sexually assaulted her in the early-morning hours of March 8, 2009, in the southern Yukon town of Watson Lake. Belak and McLaughlin were both suspended from the RCMP with pay after the charges were laid. They have since moved out of Watson Lake, as has the woman. … the woman said she met the off-duty officers at a house party. The three went back to Belak’s house, where, the woman alleged, McLaughlin held her down on the floor while Belak raped her. The woman said she could not move or speak during the alleged assault and that she blacked out a couple times before she woke up around 6 a.m. to find she was naked from the waist down http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100310/canada/canada_north_yukon_sex_assault

Officer tells court his version of events As his pregnant wife and two-year-old son slept at home, RCMP Const. Shawn McLaughlin engaged in three-way sex with a married woman and Const. Graham Belak, according to McLaughlin’s testimony in Yukon Supreme Court The intercourse he had with a woman after a party in Watson Lake last March was consensual, RCMP Const. Graham Belak told a Whitehorse courtroom.  Yukon RCMP officer told a judge Thursday he did not sexually assault a woman in Watson Lake last year while off-duty, although he admitted he did act inappropriately. Crown prosecutor Robert Beck described the two RCMP officers on trial for sexual assault as opportunists targeting a vulnerable woman who was new to Watson Lake, where the alleged crime is to have occurred. The husband of a woman who claims two off-duty RCMP officers sexually assaulted her has told a Yukon Supreme Court judge that he regrets not accompanying his wife to the party where she met the Mounties. The reality, moral of this news  story is that you cannot trust the RCMP even at a Party

2 Yukon Mounties acquitted of sexual assault Two RCMP officers have been acquitted of sexually assaulting a woman in the Yukon town of Watson Lake.
.
Yukon Mounties acquitted in sex assault case now face discipline hearing  The Canadian Press – Wed Mar 17, 11:47 PM   Sgt. Don Rogers confirms Belak and McLaughlin will be face an internal review process Rogers says the officers will appear before an adjudication board, which can hear testimony and review evidence before making a decision. He says the two officers will have the opportunity to defend themselves and cross-examine any witnesses that are called. No date for the hearing has been set.  Rogers says the men could face a range of penalties, from a written reprimand to dismissal from the force.

A pretend slap on the wrists is what they likely will get for showing the whole world that the Mounties cannot be trusted at parties, or when it comes to having sex  with another man’s wife.

RCMP drops Wagmatcook-shooting probe CBC – Fri Mar 12, 4:56 AM  RCMP went to John Simon’s home on the Cape Breton First Nations reserve in 2008 in response to a call that he was suicidal. An officer entered the home without orders and shot Simon, helped him to die at no extra charge.. just what Simon wanted too.. The racists RCMP will not take disciplinary action against an officer who fatally shot a Wagmatcook, N.S., man because the force took too long to start its investigation, an ongoing unacceptable fact especially when the natives are involved . Naturally the bad police farce still do cover up for their own Canada wide too..

.
A Nova Scotia First Nation is renewing its call for a public inquiry into a fatal shooting by an RCMP officer, saying the investigation that cleared the Mountie was deeply flawed.      RCMP Const. Jeremy Frenette was called to Simon’s home on Dec. 2, 2008. He climbed through a window to deal with an allegedly drunk, suicidal and armed Simon ignoring a supervisor’s directive to stay put and ended up killing  him.  Patsy MacKay urged the RCMP to “wait John out” because she believed he would simply fall asleep. In addition, the fact that Simon had an unloaded rifle in his hands when he was shot.  Patsy MacKay left the house when her common-law husband started drinking and took a rifle with her. There was no confrontation between the two, the band states in its report.  Also, MacKay wasn’t drunk,  the band maintains.  “All they [RCMP] had to do was own up. People do make mistakes. But they just wouldn’t, they the RCMP just refused to take responsibility and I don’t know why that is,” she said. “Only a public inquiry will answer those questions, not only for this community but for others across the country because so many are in the same position because of the policing structure, but also in a very specific way heal the community because the concluding report was an insult,” Gary Richard, the band’s lawyer.  HALIFAX, N.S. – The watchdog agency for the RCMP says rising public concern has prompted it to take the rare step of launching its own probe into the fatal shooting of a Nova Scotia man in his home by a police officer.  Ian McPhail, acting chairman of the RCMP complaints commission, announced Tuesday he has decided to proceed with an inquiry into the conduct of the RCMP in the Dec. 2, 2008, shooting death of John Simon.  McPhail said the probe – known as a “public interest investigation” under the RCMP Act – is of his own initiative rather than as a result of outside complaints.  “There are sufficient concerns related to this case which merit a public interest investigation,” McPhail said in an email.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100316/national/ns_rcmp_shooting

Maniac killed a good cop.. WINGHAM, Ont. – The retired logger and avid hunter accused of gunning down an Ontario Provincial Police officer earlier this week died Thursday from wounds he received in a gunfight with police, as the officer’s family prepared to lay him to rest with full police honours.  Const. Vu Pham was shot and killed Monday after pulling over a pickup truck on a rural southwestern Ontario road. Fred Preston was then shot in an exchange of gunfire after another officer got to the scene near Wingham, Ont., north of London.  Preston was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder in the death of Pham and attempted murder relating to the other officer.  The 70-year-old former reeve of Joly township in northern Ontario had been in critical condition in hospital since Monday. But on Thursday night he was taken off life support, said a family member who did not want to be identified.  The province’s Special Investigations Unit confirmed the death.  Meanwhile, hundreds of people who knew Pham at various stages of his life – as a young boy newly arrived in Canada, to his years as a dedicated father and police officer – flocked to a funeral home Thursday to pay their respects.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100311/national/officer_shot

DO ALSO NOTE THAT  I REALLY NOW DO NOT TRY TO PLEASE EVERYONE, I DO NOT DEPEND ON ADVERTISERS FOR NONE OF MY INCOME, SINCE I ALSO DO NOT WORRY ABOUT BEING FIRED OR NOW PLEASING ANY BOSSES I NOW CAN WRITE AND DEAL WITH THE TRUTH. SO I DO NOT HAVE TO RESORT TO LIES, OMISSIONS, SPINS AS WE SEE SO MANY BAD NEWS REPORTERS NOW EVEN DO AS WELL.

I am really rightfully disgusted as to how too many of the so called Canadian Professionals such as cops, RCMP officers, doctors, nurses, pastors tend to be bullies, abusers of others and too often now… they seem to falsely think they are above the law cause they hold an important job.
