Pretentious, Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets. It is well known that Quebec’s health care system already has long been considered quite poor. Quebec has no GPs, or real triage nurses, has disgusting waiting lists for diagnosis and/or treatment of life-threatening illnesses, falsely refuses some costly treatments, while the hospitals all over the province are in shambles. More Front line nurses are often wanted mostly for the pretentious CLSC where Quebec spends a lot of resources on pregnant women to build up Quebec’s dwindling population, but now what about the much need better supervision  of the existing nurses in Quebec firstly?  Both the French and English speaking Montreal hospitals are undeniably  too often pretentious, inadequate and mismanaged still too, all as simple as that too.  Self regulation by doctors is just more unacceptable masturbation too..  Medicare in Canada, Quebec is too often a joke.. This Conservative government’s blind spot ironically is even law and order — or more accurately, crime and punishment of the bad RCMP, bad police, too often bad civil and public servants or it’s own bad guys. Bad guys and gals  for them is who they define as bad guys only and not the real bad guys. Diane Ablonczy   Minister of State (Seniors) a member of the Evangelical Missionary Church in Canada. She is a typical perverse evangelical, so heavenly minded that she is still not a true servant of the people, she rather is no earthly good, self centered, who still never replies to any of my letters so I write many many more for all to read world wide the truth still. The federal health Minister, Leona Aglukkaq she is no better too. Now yes we all do seem also  to know that too many of our civil and public servants, even many of their managers, and also  politicians, and municipalities, provinces now as well unacceptable, wrongfully do not hesitate to cheat, lie, steal, and do too often divert  the designated federal, provincial money elsewhere too so that there is a need of putting them all, note all of them not just one or two,  into jail which is the sole solution to the problem. Sadly what happens in real life it seems they the Police do periodically  arrest, catch one bad guy or gal, and next they say they now have done their job and they do wrongfully seem to forget about the rest of them. Not good enough!
 
Now suddenly at the beginning of this year 2010 I was personally forced to take management of my elderly father’s health, banking services, social and health  services, family affairs  and what do I encounter now even  here in Quebec too many still bad people who think they could go on even being bad with even me and my father even at the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General Hospital, Maison Herron Convalescent home, Montreal Verdun Hospital, Manoir Verdun,  the Royal Bank, Members, even too many  bad members of   the legislatures, bad  cabinet ministers, bad police, bad Quebec’s civil an public servants even now too. With the foreknowledge, suggestion  of the Liberal Quebec Premier Jean Charest”s Government, I have also now firstly, firsthand rightfully  detailed from the start of this year, to major news editors, Ministers, elected representatives as well as posting it on the internet,  to the consternation of many my own much too mammy personal experiences of the unacceptable, too often pretentious, poor  services towards a senior person being provided in the major English speaking Montreal hospitals such as the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal General Hospital, Montreal Verdun Hospita.l and the Montreal West Island Lakeshore Hospital. plus the services at the Convalescent Hospital at Dorval, Quebec Maison Herron, and Montreal  Manoir Verdun.  I rightfully do still readily do demand the prosecution of all these persons  clearly as detailed to you too  guilty of abuses that I witnessed, detailed many times too  including   their neglect  to now provide adequate medical service  to my father , their neglect  is the failure to provide adequate social services, police services, food, medicine, medical care, personal care, or other necessities to an elderly person even one who is a ward of the Quebec state  or someone else too is still a criminal act too. It is an undeniable legal fact that the abuse. including theft, frauds,  of a senior person, a person 65 years or over by anyone is a criminal act in Canada and in Quebec now. But how long does it still take the Montreal police to deal with the matter especially when the evidence is irrefutable! Only one place, Montreal Verdun Manoir tried to make serious changes when I  had complained to them but what about the others?
 
On top of this this is all a  very simple open and shut case of  seniors too common abuse, theft, fraud, lies, tax evasions and what the government and police cannot still handle it properly? Then what other cases do they even not handle  now ineffectively? Likley all of them!! My elderly father who is a pretty good judge of characters, now rightfully calls all of our bad civil and public servants. hospital workers and administrators,  and many others he had recently this year encountered , even his bad  relatives he calls  them pretenders, parasites, thieves, liars, prostitutes who should be now punished accordingly as well
 
It is amazing that the Quebec health and social services minister,  especially even my local Lieberal elected member of the Quebec Legislature now too as well as the Justice Minister and the police too they all  has still to properly act on the matters even to reply adequately, properly to one  of my many letters to them  and when will they?

‘The most moral army in the world’ killed civilians without cause’ JERUSALEM–Israeli soldiers killed unarmed Palestinian civilians without provocation or warning and vandalized their property during this country’s January offensive in Gaza, say some of the soldiers who fought there. In one incident, Israeli soldiers apparently herded a Palestinian family into a single room of their house and left them there, while the troops took positions upstairs and also set up a sniper’s post on the roof. Several days later, soldiers instructed the family to leave the house, directing them to depart the area by heading to the right. They neglected to inform the sharpshooter on the roof what they were doing. One mother and her two children mistakenly turned to the left and were promptly shot dead by the rooftop sniper. “He shot them straight away,” the squad leader said during the college discussion. “I don’t think he felt too bad about it, because, after all, as far as he was concerned, he did his job according to the orders he was given.” The same squad leader reported a general attitude of contempt for Palestinian civilians, a mindset that enabled Israeli soldiers to engage in callous or sometimes lethal behaviour. “I don’t know how to describe it,” he said. “The lives of Palestinians, let’s say, is something very, very less important than the lives of our soldiers.  “So, as far as they are concerned, they can justify it that way.”  In another incident, a company commander is said to have ordered his troops to shoot and kill an elderly woman walking past them at a distance of about 100 metres.  You do not get the impression from the officers that there is any logic to it – to write `Death to the Arabs’ on the walls, to take family pictures and spit on them, just because you can,” said a squad leader who opposed the order.  Oher soldiers described widespread abuses of property. “We would throw everything out the windows to make room and order,” said one soldier.  Everything in the house was tossed out the windows – refrigerators, plates, furniture. The Palestinian Center for Human Rights, which conducted a survey of casualties, says a total of 1,417 people were killed, including 926 civilians during the 22-day offensive. “Shoot and don’t worry about the consequences,” was the message from the top commanders, he said. Speaking of a lieutenant colonel who briefed the troops, Mr. Marmor said, “His whole demeanor was extremely gung ho. This is very, very different from my usual experience. I have been doing reserve duty for 12 years, and it was always an issue how to avoid causing civilian injuries. He said in this operation we are not taking any chances. Morality aside, we have to do our job. So still now  what really is needed  firstly is not more CHEAP, PRETENTIOUS  self regulations,   the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their education, but real INSPECTIONS, EFFECTIVENESS , competency testing. 

 For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in  tendency still to be denied,   suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective .  

 There in reality is the main  one important step that all consumers can take to protect themselves from any unscrupulous persons  and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body,  and so now how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Ministers as well?  None? and why not?   

 

Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

First you merely ask the guilty, bad persons personally to repent twice, the first time without a witness, the second time with witnesses THAT you have asked them to repent.. and   proof, substantiation is NOT required.. after you have done that you can next post it openly on the net, tell all the others.

 

Next God is fully free to deal with the unrepentant guilty offenders and believe me he will.. I have now been doing for decades too..

We ALSO do  still need to understand, define what UNACCEPTABLE abuse and what UNACCEPTABLE hate is, and unacceptable abuse is to  deny a person’s legal, human rights, and hate is the clear opposite of love, meaning an unloving act.. Hate and  Verbal abuse unrestrained often next do lead to physical abuse in reality too.  And both hate and verbal, physical abuses are  all unacceptable at all times too no matter who you are or who you think you are too. .

 

but honestly critiquing  NOW certain individuals for their own unacceptable bad act is not always HATE. .

 

It is a false statement that if one makes any negative statement about anyone, Jews, Muslims, Arabs, white or black, Asian people, natives , etc., that one is  a racist or promoting hatred.. maybe one is merely exercising one’s appropriate right of free speech, thought..

 

Now I had witnessed a Person committing immoral, illegal acts many times and when I rightfully reported it next to to the proper authorities, the clearly  guilty  person next  had distorted the truths and lying had said I was promoting hatred towards him and his family, which clearly now was not so. I was a witness of the immoral acts still, unacceptable wrong doings. 

 

Also I do not believe that everyone sets out to be a deliberate racist, it seems to be often merely a poorly thought out stupid mistake for 70 percent of the persons who do it, and many people once they realize what they have done next do even admit their errors and stop it, unfortunately there are the remaining few hate mongers who still do get carried away with their hatred, sins, who need to be incarcerated for their crimes so they can stop and learn not to do it..

Deerfoot blitz catches speeders  Calgary Herald January 27, 2009 Calgary police are warning motorists to slow down on Deerfoot Trail after handing out nearly 200 traffic tickets during a weekend crackdown on the freeway. The fastest speeder was clocked at 158 km/h and several were stopped doing 130-140 km/h. Two 24-hour licence suspensions were handed out, both before 10 a.m. Police say the drivers were likely still intoxicated from the night before. “I expected the numbers to be high, but 195 summonses by four officers is a lot,” said Sgt. Paul Sieracki with the traffic section. Sieracki said he oversaw the blitz with the four traffic officers.They spent about six hours each day enforcing traffic laws on Deerfoot Saturday and Sunday. The point was to highlight dangerous driving habits. “Every year, we lose 50 to 60 people due to motor vehicle collisions (throughout the city),” said Sieracki. “These are need-less deaths that can be prevented.” Traffic officers also saw several instances of aggressive driving and changing lanes without signalling. “It doesn’t surprise me at all police were able to charge that many people,”said Ald.  and you allow  him  to  to drink alcohol, allow him to own  a   fast car,  build  a six lane highway, and then you hypocrticaly give him  also a speeding ticket?

The Ontario Provincial Police has impounded one of its own cars and suspended an officer under the province’s year-old street racing legislation.  The OPP intelligence officer, driving an unmarked OPP car, was stopped by a fellow officer on Highway 403 near Brantford for travelling 65 km/h above the posted 100 km/h limit, according to the OPP. The subsequent investigation found the officer was not within the lawful execution of her duties at the time.  In accordance with so-called street racing rules under the Highway Traffic Act — defined as driving 50 km/h over the limit — Detective Const. Heidi Fischer had her driver’s licence suspended and the police car was impounded, both for seven days.  This is the third OPP vehicle impounded under the legislation. This news item substantiates something I have said for decades, police often love to speed, and secondly they also do own some of the hottest, fastest cars as well.. obvioulsy many cops themselves do not believe in drastic speed control..

but here I have to say as well that speeding is only 15 percent of the reasons people have car accidents, whereas drunk drivers cause 3 times as much car accidents, 45 percent of accidents , and yet the police do not go after drunk drivers enough  or all the year rather too.. and why is that too now?  

 

 

I’ve already heard of someone who was pulled over because his car “looked like it was in bad condition.” With poor  Department of Motor Vehicles to inspect the cars, no kind of real governmental  or police accountability or even a fully honest, decent functioning system of justice, our police officers seem to have the landed the most lucrative job  in town: as government thugs.

Dear British Traffic Police Officers and Managers

(1) Please avoid treating motorists as cash cows;

(2) If you cannot do (1), please make mobile speed control devices quite visible;

(3) If you cannot do (2), please hang the device outside a clean, unsuspiciously-looking car;

(4) If you cannot do (3), please use a car with no blackened-out windows;

(5) If you cannot do (4), please stop your car away from a bus stop;

(6) If you cannot do (5), please move away immediately when a passenger gets off the bus;

(7) If you cannot do (6), please behave as normal in the car instead of sliding down on the seat in the vain attempt at not being seen;

(8) If you cannot do (7), please drive away or stay where you are, rather than move just a few houses down the road;

(9) And if you cannot do (8), please make it so that whoever answers the phone at the Police Station, can immediately confirm it is officers on duty that are in the car, rather than who knows what kind of nasty people.

(10) And mostly, if you really cannot do any of the points above, please make the most you can in order not to scare law-abiding citizens in their own homes
