People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

The self serving political watchdogs, the police forces in Canada  in reality they  still do too  often lie when they say they serve the citizen’s, public best interests..

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views.

Police managers continue to lie with their own promises of the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retraining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it?

Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year..

Alcoholic Anonymous  helps  alcoholics  AND EVEN HOSPITALS ARE FOR ALL PERSONS. I was once talking to deputy Minister Ken Kowalski of Alberta about this as to why and he replied cause in Alberta they do not pay the taxes. When the too often immoral, lying RCMP Public relationship department tells the public that there are on the average only 3 alcoholic RCMP offices in Canada per year and we have had more than that Number RCMP officers caught drunk driving this year.. We have had news media report of some Police officers in BC now getting drunk often after work even in the Police stations and likely driving home as well. It is an undeniable fact that Police taverns are often filled with police officer after the shift has ended, and likely many of them drive home drunk.. but it is the citizens that seem to mostly end up on drunk charges in the court and mostly natives now as well.. 

 

 Certainly do not believe that all justice  is even best carried out, being done in the Queen’s courts, or by the too often  rigged Commissions, masturbating self regulating societies? How often do you even see bad lawyers, bad cops, bad RCMP, bad professionals, bad Politicians, bad alcoholics IN CANADA get their rightful dues now? Very rarely!!  

  

Vancouver Mountie faces second impaired driving charge in two months The Canadian Press  VANCOUVER, BC – A Mountie in Vancouver is facing his second impaired driving charge in two months. Vancouver police say they pulled the off-duty officer over Saturday morning and breath samples showed he was over the legal limit for blood alcohol. The 55-year-old officer, whose name has not been released, (But yours likely would be posted) already had a court date from a previous impaired driving charge and was prohibited from driving for 90 days. He’s now been charged with driving while prohibited, impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. ( He likely also is still getting paid as a Mounties too) He is the latest in a number of Metro Vancouver police officers who have faced impaired driving charges in the last two years, including a Mountie charged in a Delta, B.C., crash that killed a 21-year-old motorcyclist in October 2008. The officer in that case, Cpl. Benjamin Monty Robertson, was the one who gave the order to use a Taser on Robert Dziekanski before the Polish man died at Vancouver airport in October 2007.

 

RCMP officer arrested 2nd time for drunk driving in Vancouver CBC.ca  The off-duty Mountie was arrested Saturday morning after a Vancouver police officer watched a man urinate in the Spanish Banks parking lot on N.W. Marine Drive and then get into a vehicle and attempt to drive away.After the Vancouver officer stopped the vehicle and identified the man as an RCMP officer, the man failed to pass a breathalyzer test, said police. Vancouver police are recommending he face charges of driving while prohibited, impaired driving and driving with blood-alcohol exceeding 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 8. The 55-year-old officer, assigned to RCMP’s E Division headquarters, was previously arrested Oct. 3 after an accident on the Second Narrows Bridge, said police. In that incident, police suspended his licence and recommended charges of impaired driving. He was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 20 in that case. The officer’s name has not yet been released because the Crown counsel has not yet approved a criminal charge from either of the two incidents, ( because Crown counsel is also an acoholic?)  but police did say the man has been a member of RCMP for 16 years and has been on medical leave since the October incident. Impaired driving is the No.1 criminal cause of death in Canada ( note not speeding) . “As police officers, we have seen first-hand the carnage and death caused by this irresponsible behaviour. This makes it all the more difficult when an incident involves one of our own.” ( and it occurs too often now too) -Go to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Pull his Licence. Take his badge end of story.   These types of police officers bring a bad image to the rest of the force, which as a whole, does a very good job. So this suspended officer, has been caught again, and then he is released, and after having an accident in the first incidence. This person should be held in custody, he is obviously a danger to the public and to himself. Are there two sets of laws? What a shame, however, he MUST be held to the same standard as any other person in Canada. Peace Officers need to be beyond reproach, and in the case of the RCMP as of late, even more so.  I also would like to know why no charges have been filed from the first incident??? Seems odd to me. Twice eh? Wonder if the Crown will approve the charges? If it was me, Im sure charges will already be laid and my name all over the local papers. Medical leave my arse,…. what his medical condition….hungover?

Hey, RCMP officers, when will you wake up from drunkenness? The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), colloquially known as Mounties, is the national police force of Canada. RCMP officers should be the representatives of responsibility, dignity, honesty, and honour. Some BC Lower Mainland’s police officers really smeared the image of RCMP in people’s minds. In two years, five Lower Mainland RCMP officers faced charges of drunk driving. On Oct. 4, 2009, Sunday, around 4:20 a.m., the fifth officer, who works at the RCMP’s Vancouver headquarters, was arrested for impaired driving after his car hit a cement barrier near the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge. Two passengers on his car were sent to hospital and the driver failed the alcohol test on the scene. He was off-duty that time. The other four drunk driving cases the Lower Mainland RCMP officers involved in were: On Sept. 25, an officer from Coquitlam of BC was charged with impaired driving after being stopped by policemen of his own police bureau. Last November, one of the four officers involved in Robert Dziekanski’s stun-gun case was arrested for drunk driving after he hit and killed a young motorcyclist in Delta of BC. Near the end of 2007, Cpl. Darren Baker and Const. Kulwant Singh Malhi were charged with impaired driving in West Vancouver and Richmond of BC respectively. What’s wrong with the RCMP officers of BC Lower Mainland? Come on. Please don’t ruin people’s trust anymore.

Charges have been stayed for an RCMP officer accused of driving drunk and fleeing after a fender-bender three years ago. Const. Kulwant Singh Malhi, 43, was charged in 2008 with failure to stop at an accident, impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.  The charges were stayed by a judge in B.C. Provincial Court in Richmond Thursday on the third and final day of Malhi’s trial. Malhi remains suspended with pay and a Code of Conduct investigation is under way.

Too many Canadian medical experts say the goverments do not address a major public-health problem: the overprescribing of opioids that has led to an epidemic of drug abuse and overdose deaths. Canada ranks as the world’s second-highest per capita consumer of opioids. In Ontario alone, more than 500 people die each year from opioids, exceeding motor vehicle deaths, according to the provincial coroner’s office.

About the bad drivers.. Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said.  But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Alberta drug and alcohol deaths have doubled in the past decade  Edmonton Sun  CALGARY — The number of recorded drug and alcohol deaths in Alberta has more than doubled in the past decade, says the province’s chief medical examiner. From 1998 to 2008, Alberta’s population has grown by only 13% while the annual number of non-suicide deaths attributable to intoxicants has leaped to 437 from 210. Kim Borden, research officer with the chief medical examiner’s office, was at a loss to explain why the number would so far exceed the province’s population increase. “But I do know drugs and drug-related deaths are a huge problem — it’s right up there with car crash fatalities,” she said. “It’s growing every year.” , the figures for deaths caused by drugs are likely much higher because the number of autopsies are so limited.

VICTORIA — Alcohol consumption has increased almost twice as much in British Columbia as it has in the rest of the country, according to a new study. Researchers at the University of Victoria Centre for Addictions Research say British Columbians’ alcohol consumption has risen 16 per cent since 1998. Saskatchewan has introduced the toughest repeat drunk-driving sentencing policy in Canada, just in time for the holiday party season. As of Friday in Saskatchewan, there will be a minimum mandatory 30-day jail sentence for repeat offenders who have had one prior conviction in the past five years or two convictions in the past ten years.  Further, if a convicted drunk driver has two convictions in the past five years or three in the past ten years, the mandatory jail sentence will be 120 days.  These sentences will be more severe if the drunk driving offences have caused bodily harm or if the offender is found to be driving while disqualified. http://www.torontosun.com/news/canada/2009/12/09/12098391.html

False image of racing.. On Sept. 4, 2009 Ontario Justice G. J. Griffin overturned an earlier guilty verdict on a grandmother caught doing more than 50 km/h over the posted limit of 80 km/h on a stretch of Highway 7 near Kaladar. At the time, Jane Raham, 62, was overtaking a truck. Among many other opinions, Justice Griffin said Raham certainly didn’t conjure up the image of a stunt driver. Griffin’s ruling means convicting someone on excessive speeding alone under the street racing law is now considered unconstitutional.  That makes some common sense. And it doesn’t mean reckless street racers who swerve in and out of lanes endangering others won’t face the strict penalties under the street racing law. Those penalties include having your car impounded as soon as you’re charged and a $2,000 to $10,000 fine. Some may say driving more than 50 kilometres over the posted speed limit is dangerous so it should fall under the stunt driving law. But there are already sufficient fines and penalties, not to mention insurance ramifications, to deter driving at such a high speed. Impounding someone’s car at the scene in a simple case of speeding does seem somewhat onerous. Jailing them – although up to the discretion of a judge – would still be outrageous.

After all speeding is not the major cause of vehicular accidents, what you did not know that yet? and the police Chief himself did not tell you?

What is then the cause of major car accidents? Drunk driving, road rage, impaired driving, distracted while driving…. and what the revenue generating traffic division has not gone after all this mostly instead yet too? and why Not?

The Cops becoming judge and jury, now taking the law into their own hands  even when they still say ” In most cases, our cops are the best to judge if stunt driving is really stunt driving. Or, is it simply speeding. If that is the case, they should charge accordingly or face more legal challenges.”

 In regard also to the  Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points which was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. New road safety measures come into force in Québec on April 1, 2008: The use of hand-held cell phones will be banned from then on .Tougher penalties will be imposed on drivers guilty of excessive speeding  Some of the motives for the false, partial restive applications, implantation of these laws can certainly now still be questioned as well. The oppressive police enforcement of revenue generating speeding tickets enforcement is still  basically economically beneficial   to a very small, isolated segment of society, the related cops, judges, lawyers, and it is false  job security approach for them even in Alberta. While the government of Alberta fails to often still to  deal with the still much too many bad managers, bad civil and public servants abusing tax payers money, even stealing,  not doing their jobs properly, unnecessarily taking out of town trips and charging it to the job still, Alberta today  is putting 15 new sheriffs on the road in Alberta. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.

Police often do calls for tougher rules on others but not upon themselves. Such real hypocrites now still too. .   Do what I say over do what I do is part of the hypocrisy now existing too often too at all levels, federal, provincial, municipal, in cops as well and not just in many preacher’s lives now as well..

As a citizen I too find it very dangerous when drivers do not stop at the stop signs, run through read lights, speed in residential areas, use a phone in a car and do their drive cars rather now now as well.. so we should ban now all car drivers firstly, practically now.  This is no more absurd than the New Project that hopes to slash the  actual  Edmonton residential car speed limits .  The speed limit will plunge as low as 30 km/h in some Edmonton neighborhoods next year as the city continues to wage its war on all lead-footed drivers.  A committee of council members  gave administration the green light to get to work on the pilot project. It will see the top speed hopefully lowered to between 30 km/h and 40 km/h on residential streets in three to five neighborhoods for a period of six months  for some people  the current 50 km/h top speed is too high for their neighborhood streets, It’s a mostly a quality of life issue for the people. The People want to feel safe.  A quality of life issue mostly  and not really a safety issue. It is cheaper to buy then some medical pills to help them to feel better though.   The reduced speed would not apply to major arterial roadways for now ?.

Note AGAIN this important  brief introduction to road safety .. Yes  you always do have to drive safely, in control, not impaired as well and yes there are many, many different factors that now can cause a vehicular, automotive  accident, including but not limited to the actual daily road conditions, even the type of tires you have .. for  it is a fact that good tires lead to a safer drive, and so does a 4 wheel drive.  Next when you start to first drive at any day do first immediately test the road condition by coming to a planned sudden stop at a slow speed too, and see firsthand how your car reacts accordingly.. then next do use this experience to set how you will drive the rest of the day too. And no matter what car, or tires you have, or who is the driver, if you do hit a patch of black ice, due clearly to the failure of others to apply salt and gravel on the icy / snowy road,  it can be very, very hazardous now too. Give them a fine, ticket, they firstly do deserve it too.  And  hypothetical if you do not drive at all you are less likely   to have an   accident, assuming another driver does not hit you while walking.. The insurance industry itself too  often sleeps with legislators, cops because it wants to make loads of money by finding out reasons not to pay out as well.. they support traffic tickets even though they do not reduce the car accidents significantly cause it gives more money to the insurance firms,  this is immoral gouging of consumers too often rather too.. now what about having some honest watchdogs and legislators rather. The current top speed is unacceptable to some local people, especially when the  police generally don’t start issuing tickets until a motorist is driving at least 10 km/h above the posted limit.  “We need to do something to catch people’s attention,”  But  still the upfront cost of lowering the limit on all neighborhood streets would be in the millions of dollars, yes “a staggering amount.” That would include the cost of new signs, photo enforcement equipment, municipal, court overheads.  Most if not all of the costs may be offset by increased ticket revenue. Don’t forget the freebie, the increase of profits for the insurance firms with every police traffic ticket now issued as well. These  desired residential speed reductions are not effective unless they are enforced. Edmonton Police Chief Mike Boyd recently vowed to devote all possible resources to crack down on excessive speeding in the city after officers issued an average of almost one ticket per minute in their latest 24-hour speeding blitz. Generating thousands of dollars. It is still better and cheaper to buy the complaining residents some medical pills to help them to “feel better” though.

Real Justice in Canada too

 Forbidding any other inquiries cause there is one in the courts is ALSO STILL really absurd. Court delaying tactics that could be easily used thus  next insuring  that real justice is not even carried out in the courts. Often more than one inquiries are required as a balance or check.  Anyone who trusts an often  politically appointed judge is a fool rather for how often do we see now still see the provincial and federal courts contradicting each others too? Certainly do not believe that all justice  is even best carried out, being done in the Queen’s courts, or by the too often  rigged Commissions, masturbating self regulating societies? How often do you even see bad lawyers, bad cops, bad RCMP, bad professionals, bad Politicians, bad alcholics IN CANADA get their rightful dues now? Very rarely!!

Some do even say :The Gomery inquiry into the Liberals’ “Adscam” sponsorship program scandal, the Mulroney-Schreiber inquiry, and other recent investigative hearings by federal parliamentary committees have revealed that when it comes to discovering the truth of many situations of alleged wrongdoing, the federal government’s inquiry system is broken. While parliamentary committees have the power to subpoena witnesses and evidence, and while many opposition party supporters may delight in the hearings that have been held examining questionable ruling party activities in the past few years, during which we have had a minority federal government, these committees’ overall record is not good. Not surprisingly, the MPs on the committees usually have represented their political parties’ interests in these hearings, in votes concerning whether to hold hearings, and what witnesses to call. The recent hearing into the federal Conservatives’ questionable election spending scheme is only the latest example of an ineffective committee investigation (especially given that a civil court case, and a quasi-criminal investigation, are currently examining the same scheme in a much more fact-based, fair and impartial way). At the same time, the federal cabinet’s power to establish a commission of inquiry under the Inquiries Act also deserves to be questioned, given the record over the past couple of decades. Justice John Gomery, who was appointed by Paul Martin’s cabinet, has been found by a Federal Court judge to have acted in a manner biased against former Prime Minister Jean Chretien and his chief of staff Jean Pelletier, while other Gomery Commission watchers have also noted how Gomery’s final report ignored clear evidence of then-Finance Minister Martin’s knowledge of, and intervention in, the sponsorship program. Conservative Prime Minister Harper and his cabinet have made every decision about the inquiry into the actions of former Conservative Prime Minister Brian Mulroney’s relations with Karlheinz Schreiber, even though Mr. Harper’s own actions are in question, which has resulted in an inquiry that will not examine many significant questions about the situation. Several years ago, then-Prime Minister Chretien’s cabinet and majority government shut down the inquiry into the armed forces scandal in Somalia when it headed in a direction it didn’t like, and restricted the scope of the inquiry into the tainted blood scandal.  And then, of course, there are all the inquiries that were called for by opposition parties or political commentators that didn’t occur during the past 20 years. That was when the Conservatives or Liberals had a majority government and therefore, controlled all parliamentary committees. In other words, whether an inquiry is launched into allegations of wrongdoing by anyone in the federal government, and whether the inquiry is fair and based on evidence, is determined by the whims of either the leaders and MPs of the ruling party, or of the opposition parties. Fortunately, there are two simple solutions to this unethical, ineffective mess that could be made by the opposition parties very quickly this fall (given that they control a majority of seats in the House of Commons and Senate). First, the Inquiries Act should be changed to require approval of a majority of the federal party leaders in the House of Commons to initiate and set the terms of reference for an inquiry, and approval of all party leaders to choose the inquiry commissioner(s) after nominees are screened by the Public Appointments Commission. This change would very likely lead to more inquiries being launched with the support of only opposition parties, but each would be overseen by a qualified person who would be chosen by consensus of all party leaders, not hearings held by unqualified partisan MPs. Opposition parties would pay a political cost if they launched frivolous inquiries that waste the public’s money. A key part of this change is the establishment of the Public Appointments Commission to ensure that inquiry commissioners are qualified. The Conservatives’ Federal Accountability Act allows, but does not require, cabinet to create the commission, and Prime Minister Harper and his cabinet have so far failed to set it up. Second, the Parliament of Canada Act should be changed to prohibit committee hearings on matters being dealt with by an inquiry or a court, until the inquiry or court case is over. This would stop committees from holding redundant, kangaroo-court hearings into subjects that are being examined through judicial processes. Federal party leaders may not agree with these specific proposed solutions, but all should recognize that a so-called mature democracy such as Canada’s should have a mature system that ensures fair investigations of alleged wrongdoing by anyone in the federal government, and that Canadians deserve better than the current system which is riddled with conflicts of interest. CP OTTAWA – ‘It appears Prime Minister Stephen Harper has failed to meet his own conflict-of-interest rules for declaring gifts received.  Harper has not publicly declared a gift since February, despite being required to do so within 30 days under new guidelines introduced by his minority Conservative government.  However, an official insisted the prime minister is in compliance with the rules because all gifts are in the “process” of being disclosed or still being appraised to establish their value.  “All items are either disclosed properly or are in the process of being disclosed,” said the official, who asked not to be identified.  “Certain items have taken in excess of 30 days due to the time required for proper appraisal.”  Under the new conflict rules in the Conservatives’ public accountability legislation of 2006, all gifts Harper and his cabinet ministers receive valued over $200 must be reported within 30 days.  A compliance manager for Ethics Commissioner Mary Dawson told The Canadian Press the office has not received notice of gifts received by Harper since his last report on Feb. 2. The last gift on that disclosure was a framed photo Harper received during a visit to Churchill, Man., in October 2007.  Previous gifts in that report include a desk decorated with antlers Harper received from U.S. President George Bush at a summit in Montebello, Que., Cuban cigars from the Cuban ambassador in Ottawa, and a New York Rangers jersey signed by Mark Messier.  Other gifts on Harper’s list included presents from corporate gift-givers, including a Christmas hamper in 2006 from the chairman of Reimer World Corporation and a Christmas gift from the president of Nestle Canada.  The conflict of interest act carries an “administrative monetary penalty” not exceeding $500 for public office holders who fail to comply with the gift disclosure  requirements of the act, and other provisions.  Opposition MPs blasted Harper.  “They came out with all that rhetoric about being the white knights on accountability but when it comes time, they’re missing in action,” said New Democrat MP Pat Martin, adding the prime minister has an obligation to lead by example.  “These little things are important symbolically and a cavalier attitude toward reporting sends a terrible message.”  Liberal MP Mark Holland accused Harper of violating his own legislation.  The new act took effect in July 2007. ”

As far as Stephen Harper’s pre- election promises, lies to make his government hold himself, all others more accountable, it too was just another big typical lie to get elected, once elected promises are not kept by a clearly  another  immoral politician name Stephen Harper

Dirty Bell yes you are right I am having problems too . I TRIED A FAX, BUT THEY WOULDN’T GIVE ME A REPLY. I Sent all my info to their office registered do you think I get a reply.No! My service was down june 9/08 they sent me a letter of cancellation and then decided I was still activated and they want more money. I said I am not paying for service I don’t have. No contract? they say yes but i say no. I do not have time for this crap. I only ever had one so called contract that was fullfilled the rest were oferrs unfulfilled, really no contracts. I will leave Bell completely if I have to and there are other companies around for phone service. Bell they keep adding money to my bill for internet service I do not have. This is how they make money by stealing from people. If we did that we would go to jail. Sympatico can put it all where the sun dont shine. All Bell employees clearly seem wrongfully concerned only about keeping their jobs, by insuring that the customer pays their Bills, but still they do not care about solving the problems the customers are having, even because they have no authority, to deal with the customer’s problems.. I have dealt with them now for 18 months complaining, wrote 300 letters but when it comes to serving, helping the customers they act still like they are all idiots, fools.. they all do need to fired now, not just the managers..

“Conservative MPs should not be permitted to spend “in-and-out” rebates July 17, 2008    

 

OTTAWA – Conservative candidates who may have received inflated rebates before Elections Canada discovered the “in-and-out” scheme should be required to put the money in a trust fund until the Federal Court rules if they are entitled to it, Liberal Justice Critic Dominic LeBlanc said today.  

“I am calling on Prime Minister Stephen Harper to ensure that all of his candidates who received potentially inflated rebates due to the “in-and-out” scheme put these funds in a trust fund pending the Federal Court’s review,” said Mr. LeBlanc. “No candidate should have a political advantage by being able to spend funds they received as a result of a scheme which Elections Canada says may not comply with the Elections Act.”

Mr. LeBlanc noted Elections Canada has ruled that certain rebates may be higher than should have been allowed under the Elections Act. We learned yesterday that 17 Conservative candidates got taxpayer-funded cheques before Elections Canada discovered the “in-and-out” scheme.

“I’m sure Canadian voters would be concerned if the Conservatives permitted these candidates, who we now learn include three members of cabinet, from using these funds, while the Federal Court is reviewing Elections Canada’s ruling that the Conservatives had no right to claim this money,” he said.
Mr. LeBlanc noted that in media reports today, Elections Canada has for the first time revealed that 11 sitting Conservative MPs are among the candidates who may have taken part in the “in-and-out” scheme and have already received rebates. They include Transport Minister Lawrence Cannon, Heritage Minister Josée Verner and Chief Government Whip Jay Hill. Calculating the 60 percent rebate that each of these MPs would have received on the additional advertising expenses that Elections Canada has ruled ineligible, reveals that the Conservative MPs alone would have received over $100,000 in inflated rebates.

Mr. LeBlanc noted that the “in-and-out” scheme centres around allegations that the Conservatives attempted to put over $1.3 million in national advertising spending on the books of 67 of their local candidates, allowing these candidates to claim over three-quarters of million dollars in inflated, taxpayer-funded rebates. The independent Elections Commissioner is currently conducting an investigation and if the ad costs are assigned to the national Conservative Party, it will have exceeded the $18.3 million spending cap by over one million dollars and the party and its officials may face serious consequences including fines and jail time.

Conservatives Attempt to Stifle Democracy

The Conservative government is further trying to stifle democracy by attempting to muzzle Officers of Parliament, the Liberal Opposition said 

“The Auditor General of Canada has been forced to defend her independence from the government’s attempt to vet her communications with Canadians,” said Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion. “Why is the Conservative government at war with Canada’s democratic institutions?”

Mr. Dion was referring to Auditor-General Sheila Fraser’s testimony yesterday at the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee, where she denounced the Conservative government’s proposal to review public statements of Officers of Parliament before they are released.

Deputy Leader Michael Ignatieff said that the Conservative government has a track record of showing disregard for independent regulative authorities.

In particular, he pointed to the recent controversy between it and Elections Canada, an independent institution respected around the world.

“Elections Canada is an institution that’s earned the respect and confidence of the entire world,” said Mr. Ignatieff. “It has provided electoral assistance in a hundred countries. It has organized missions in over a hundred countries, including recent elections in Afghanistan and Haiti.

“But on Tuesday, we learned that there’s one government, this government, that no longer has confidence in Elections Canada.

“How can this government possibly explain that to Canadians and to the world?
Why does this government no longer have confidence in Elections Canada?”

Considering the Conservative Party ran on transparency and accountability during the last election, it is increasingly clear that this government doesn’t practice what it preaches.

Verbal abuse is a kind of battering which doesn’t leave evidence like physical abuse does. However, it can be just as painful, and recovery can take much longer. The victim of abuse lives in a gradually more confusing realm. In public she is with one man, in private he becomes another. Often, for the verbally abused woman (man), there is no witness to her reality and no one to understand her experiences. Friends and family continue to see her ex, the abuser, as a really good guy and, certainly, he agrees with them. The verbal abuser, while maintaining his charm with others, always takes his abuse behind closed doors. It is a means of holding power over his wife( husband) /partner.. Many women and some men leave a marriage and come back into the singles’ world with the diminished self-esteem that comes from a verbally abusive relationship. The fact that many of these women (men) have never even realized that they were being abused, makes it easy for them to enter another abusive relationship. A verbal abuser is an insecure person and immature person who is looking for power and control over another.In order to help you recognize abuse, remember that all forms of verbal abuse are methods of manipulating you for the purpose of establishing power over you. The following are some of the forms of verbal abuse the author helps you recognize.

1. Withholding: a purposeful, silent treatment.
2. Countering: a countering of your ideas, feelings, and perceptions, even going so far as to refute what he misconstrues you to have said.
3. Discounting–a putdown of you or something you hold dear.
4. Blocking and diverting–this is a sneaky, covert way of violating your dignity.
5. Accusation and blame: generally involves lies about the partner’s intentions, attitudes, and motives. The author states that accusation and blame is present in all verbally abusive relationships.
6. Judging and criticizing: lies about your personal qualities and performance.
7. Trivializing and undermining: abusive behavior which makes light of your work, your efforts, your interests, or your concerns. The abuser attempts to dilute meaning and value in your life. Undermining might occur when your partner laughs at you, for example, when you burn yourself cooking. It is also jokes at your expense. Undermining is occurring when you feel a “so-called joke” is mean rather than funny.
8. Name calling: no one has a right to call you degrading names. Name calling is verbal abuse.
9. Ordering: Telling you to do something, rather than asking, or making decisions for you or for the two of you without your input.
10. Forgetting and denial: the trickiest form of denial is forgetting. Become aware that forgetting is a form of denial that shifts all responsibility from the abuser to some “weakness of mind.”
11. Abusive anger: this seems to be closely linked to the need to “blow up,” to dominate, to control, to go one up, and to put down. Any time you are snapped at or yelled at, you are being abused.

Threatening: Physical threats and sexual threats aside, verbal threats are an effort at manipulation. For example, a threat to leave, stay out all night, or take you home immediately is a manipulation for power. The threat of “pending disaster” is designed to shatter the partner’s serenity as well as her boundaries.

If you counter the abuser or attempt to explain yourself, you will probably be met with such statements as, “I don’t want to hear it, get out of my face” or “Woman you don’t have the brains“, “B” You shouldn’t have said that to me“.

If you are in a brand-new relationship and see warning signs of verbal abuse, the author suggests you might be wise to let the relationship go. It is not likely that a man (woman) who needs to dominate and control will change easily, if at all. It is also likely that when the newness of the relationship wears off, he will become more abusive. Verbal abuse can become physical in time and physical abuse is always preceded by verbal abuse, according to Evans.If you are in a long-term relationship, you can respond to the abuser as the book suggests and soon discover for yourself whether or not your mate is willing to change and stop his abusive behavior.

“If you have been verbally abused in your relationship, you may have discovered that explaining and trying to understand have not improved your relationship. Therefore, I recommend that you respond in a new way–a way that will make an emotional, psychological, and intellectual impact upon your mate.”

The abuser in your relationship may change when he finds that you do know when you are being abused, that you have set limits, that you mean what you say, and that you will not take behavior you don’t like. 

If the man ( or sadly too often now a women) in your relationship remains abusive, it is not only not your fault,” it is  your responsibility to deal with it, make it public, call the police too.

Any person cannot still fight with you of you leave his or her presences, even forever.. and there is still a good life after a failed marriage now too. I practise what I preach and often now too.

The first spouse, love seems  is always the best one in our false pride.. and I know what that is like too.. WE SEEM ALL TO REPEAT OUR BAD TASTE, VALUES.. When they let a person out a prison they generally have a rule not to let them return to his old environment, past home, for five years.. otherwise they will be under the same old bad habits, dispositions too..

NOTE I lost once everything I had owned.. still next I replaced it all with the same things, even though I never used most of them, old habits and bad tastes DO die hard still too for almost all of us.. 

Now still reporting publically the abusers, and calling the POLICE TOO most often solves the abuse problem the best.. for if the evil persons do not feel real negative personal consequences, REAL negative public exposures, they really have no reasons to change their bad habits next and likely then never will.

I rightfully too tend to openly expose all abusers, all bad people, all bad churches, all bad politicians, all bad corporations that I come across, and  often and I  also do do call the police, regulating authorities  often and demand they all be fired,   be put in jail too.

There are yes too many  false sheep who worship those crooked leaders, shepherds, pastors dressed in nice suits. Not trying to impress anyone, or showing off I next went to a new church dressed in my clean, regular daily clothes. I next too was surprised when now one said hello to me nor did they great me, and a few services later this continued to happen. So I prayed about it and to my surprise God said they were harlots, prostitutes. Embarrassed at this revelation I decided I would fully proof for myself this was true. So next Sunday I put on a white shirt, tie, nice black pants, and a white sports jacket and most everyone said hello  to me. Incidentally the same thing happens to me on the bus as well.. Why?  Also the very same pastor of this professing Christian church dressed there in a nice suit who also did not talk to me as well was next charged with abuse, slander, lying, misappropriation of church funds, and was eventually fired. Now these days when I see these peacock members, deacons, ushers  strutting around church in their fancy suits trying to impress the others , it causes me to be sick to my stomach still. It would be better if they used the money rather to help the poor and needy in their own church.

Big bad bullies have too often threathen to take me to court, bad cops now too, I often tell them next to go ahead  for we all do need the publicity, public exposure and they tend to back off.

It is still up to the courts or the Human Rights commissions  firstly to confirm, to define what is actually libelous, slanderous, a hate email message..  and someone’s else’s  statement and opinions  on the subject does not count. But to be on the safe side if you want to avoid court costs, ligation, if you are unsure if what you write is libel, slanderous, prosecutable better not post it on the net. Wrongfully accusing someone of posting a hate message or being a racists clearly can  be challenged in courts as a hate message itself and prosecutable.

Canada’s  Supreme Court throws out libel case against outspoken B.C. talk show host   VANCOUVER — The country’s top court has absolved former Vancouver radio personality Rafe Mair of defamation for a commentary.   The Supreme Court of Canada decision in the defamation suit also broadened a key defence often used by journalists to ward off libel actions. In a 9-0 judgment Friday, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that Mair was engaging in fair comment in the 1999 radio editorial that was critical of Kari Simpson, a high-profile player in a campaign opposing the use of teaching materials about gay lifestyles in local schools. In the course of the editorial, the controversial former radio commentator made references to the Klan, Hitler and skinheads, although he claimed he wasn’t saying that Simpson actually advocated violence against gays. The judge went on, however, to say that Mair wasn’t liable for damages because he held an honest belief in the views he expressed – one of the traditional elements in the legal defence long known as fair comment. The Supreme Court, in Friday’s judgment   went on to rewrite the legal test for such a defence.  There was no proof that Mair’s dominant motive was personal malice,   and thus “his expression of opinion, however, exaggerated, was protected by the law. “We live in a free country where people have as much right to express outrageous and ridiculous opinions as moderate ones.” A key component of the fair comment defence has long been that the person making the comment must sincerely believe in it. In the course of the ruling, however, the high court modified that test. Commentary must still have a factual basis, be made without malice and be in the public interest, said Binnie. But the test of honest belief is not whether the specific person holding the opinion believed it. The yardstick is whether any person might honestly hold the view based on the facts at issue. Binnie acknowledged that is “not a high threshold” for any defendant to met. The pastors of the Toronto airport fellowship Church and many other pastors, Christians groups on the net  had asked me in writing not to write to them, and what they can preach about the sins of others but I can’t do that to them? What hypocrisy on their parts now still too.  Even in the churches, evangelical pastoral sections there are much too many really bad unacceptable apples still out there. Too often now our personal rights in this country are now slowly being forcibly demanded to ne sidetracked to accommodate others wishes … Imagine what Canada would be like if any of the church pastors, government forcibly told the citizens, the columnists, editors, commentators what they could and could not publish. Imagine if we had something like a Ministry of Truth, a Ministry of the Media, a Ministry of Thought. If that doesn’t scare you then you rightfully  scare me. These bullying groups appear to be using any angle within the law, courts,  or their influence to try and become our ’superiors’ in some way. It’s about time that truths that are unpalatable to certain sections of our society be allowed to be expressed. We live in a free country, with the right to freedom of expression and speech. Telling the facts does not constitute a ‘hate’ crime now as well. Only those people who want to curtail or own freedoms while they use theirs  would call this a hate crime. If these various groups or people cannot tolerate anyone’s free speech, or debate, why in the world are they living in the west?  If you don’t like the freedoms that are enjoyed by ALL citizens here, then go live in a country where theirs and your freedom  now is denied.  Without freedom of speech, and the freedom of the press we can no longer claim to be a democratic country. No one has the right to stifle the free dispensing of valuable information. Not even Evangelical pastors.  We must all be be vigilant against any attempts of demonic enslavement of us and the  false hindrances of our own rights.  “Those that try to silence honest, open, and free speech are a danger to this country. I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS,  OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws…  those very  same persons who so readily  tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons  who  expect all of the others to falsely obey  the rules even now  all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the  very same persons to break most of  the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also  falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause  they do preach them  to others.What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too?  These same persons  who too  readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they  cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites.  Even the Insurance companies do love excessive rules, and next have people break them so that way they can make more money next too.  Seems you cannot trust anyone, any group, and yes  they all have to regulated, reviewed, and that is why too many OF THE BAD PERSONS THERE they seem not to love our free speech and try falsely to oppress it.

  

Another great example was big brother Bell Sympatico originally done  in secret capping of the internet downloads which as you still can read about   in full too in many places on the net was apparently caused by their  very questionable motives, even a distorted, false excuse to charge more money to customers, a greedy  attempt to make internet users buy and download rather  Bell movies, an attempt to put Bell’s  sub ISPs out of business, and much more.. so Bell Sympatico rightfully  is now even facing a class action  lawsuit in this regard too… and bad negative publicity, exposure too.

  

Law and order enforcement  starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too,  but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders. civil and public servants, PROFESSIONALS. managers, executives too  NOW  not only per their past words, promises, acts,  but also by a higher exemplary standard, BEHAVIOR now as well especially when they profess to be Christians, or rather as often in reality so called “Christian alcoholics”, or hypocrites .. which is rather an UNACCEPTABLE oxymoron.

 

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well.

Or the supposedly evangelical Baptist pastor who had said in the pulpit that he could not understand what Hitler did that was so bad, I helped to fire him , he now sells life insurance instead..

( I heard a Muslim recently say the same thing to me, and so I asked him what he thought next if I will post a cartoon with the picture of his so called prophet saying the same thing.. he next quickly got red and objected to it..)

When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the  man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think I am their false slave and that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?

For  just cause  someone, a lawyer now too even,  some one made up some set of rules it still does  not mean they are all valid, or legitimately  enforceable now too!  I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen’s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too.

CALGARY – An employee with the Calgary Police Service has been arrested in a drug trafficking operation and a Calgary Policeman was arrested for drunk driving that caused an accident.. I rightfully do see cops mostly as bullies.. not as professionals.

Bullies, free speech

 

Free speech too often seems to be expected as only is a right mainly for the rich, the bad guys, crooks, not the decent folks. I also do I know that bad guys and gals such as the crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked politicians, crooked anyone do not like me to use my right of free speech.. but too bad for them.. Some people especially Jews it seems tend to label something that they do not like as hate speech, Clearly just because some thing someone writes offends someone else does not mean firstly that it is even “hate”, and is immediately prosecutable by law, the courts or the Human Rights Commission. Speaking of free speech…  Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said.  But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well?

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points whicj was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. New road safety measures come into force in Québec on April 1, 2008: The use of hand-held cell phones will be banned from then on .Tougher penalties will be imposed on drivers guilty of excessive speeding  Some of the motives for the false, partial restive applications, implantation of these laws can certainly now still be questioned as well.  The oppressive police enforcement of revenue generating speeding tickets enforcement is still  basically economically beneficially   hopefully  to a very small, isolated segment of society, the related cops, judges, lawyers, and it is false  job security approach for them even in Alberta. While the government of Alberta fails to often still to  deal with the still much too many bad managers, bad civil and public servants abusing tax payers money, even stealing,  not doing their jobs properly, unnecessarily taking out of town trips and charging it to the job still, Alberta today  is putting 15 new sheriffs on the road in Alberta. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.

Speaking about perverse law enforcement, whether it applies to the transit cops, or the RCMP, other cops too,  the OLD wording ‘non-compliant’ no longer applies, in response to concerns raised by the public. The  NEW  use-of-Taser usage criteria is ‘actively resistant’, and the  too often aggressive executive managers of the police enforcement, or the dictatorial ISP, internet service providers , it now seems that are all going crazy  trying so hard to earn more money by means of a hopeful personal  promotion too. And so they see anyone who is a threat to their survival, potential promotion is a serious  persons to be next shot, killed or tasered, removed?

When I was busy working as a professional engineer  I personally  had no  time for or a real concept on how bad the real world is with much too many liars, thugs, bullies, abusers, distorters, racists , thieves, now too.. and someone how next I could not help but encountered many of them, but by I had by now learned how to best deal with them.  It is a two fold approach, first the Public exposure, the pen is mightier than the sword, and a good name is worth more than any silver and gold. But next also there is rightful demand, a need  for their  termination of employment, their real prosecution of the guilty, bad persons.  Both of these approaches personally so works best, for everyone’s’ betterment. Ideally and rightfully I  do not hesitate to recommend any crook, bad minister, bad pastor, bad news reporter as well to be fired , terminated from his our her  job.  Sadly there are many people in this world who are hatred mongers, they have a false persistent agendas against some others, and they for many wrong reasons now wrongfully pursue much of their time in these matters now too foolishly and unwisely. Too often they the bad people firstly proclaim themselves as angels of lights, good Samaritans try to help others, but rather it too often seems they are merely trying to gain an advantage over others, and to promote themselves in some powerful, key job, economic, superior positions under these false agendas, disguise’s in all kinds of social groups now too, the religious, political, cultural, governmental. Now I really hate these types of snakes and I rightfully do not hesitate to expose them once I encounter them.

Now we all know that in north America we all do really have freedom of religion, freedom of choice, freedom of speech, the right to be hard now as well.. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. PS Only 4 persons had showed up to pray against the then Prime Minister Paul Martin MP and he Paul Martin unexpectedly, unbelievably shortly after that had lost his office of Prime Minister, and why did so many people show up in the first place? There are yes too many  false sheep who worship those crooked shpherds, leaders, professionals, pastors dressed in nice suits. Not trying to impress anyone, or showing off I next went to a new church dressed in my clean, regular daily clothes. I next too was surprised when now one said hello to me nor did they great me, and a few services later this continued to happen. So I prayed about it and to my surprise God said they were harlots, prostitutes. Embarrassed at this revelation I decided I would fully proof for myself this was true. So next Sunday I put on a white shirt, tie, nice black pants, and a white sports jacket and most everyone said hello  to me. Incidentally the same thing happens to me on the bus as well.. Why?  Also the very same pastor of this professing Christian church dressed there in a nice suit who also did not talk to me as well was next charged with abuse, slander, lying, misappropriation of church funds, and was eventually fired. Now these days when I see these peacock members, deacons, ushers  strutting around church in their fancy suits trying to impress the others , it causes me to be sick to my stomach still. It would be better if they used the money rather to help the poor and needy in their own church.

Open rebuke is better than secret love. Those who sin rebuke before all, doing nothing by partiality, and those whom I love I chasten and rebuke before all as well. I   post  much of these facts, truths openly to all presently so they will all even repent today.  I rightfully  do not put up with any crooked cops, bad pastors, crooks and  I readily call the police, expose them , demand openly their full prosecution, dismissal too. Speaking of free speech…  Now Speed-related highway fatalities are down some 42 per cent in Ontario supposedly  this year, and much of that supposedly has to do with the new laws enacted last spring, Ontario Provincial Police commissioner Julian Fantino said. The police chief even lies, for he has no proof the accidents were mainly caused by the speed, but yes accidents occured because people use vehicles but that is not a reason to ban even all driving.. How does he even know that speed was the killer and not in reality the impaired, drunk drivers, road age, poor drivers, distracted drivers firstly too? He really does not for the lazy, incompetent police do not do a detail accident report, analysis.

It’s basically an aggressive act aimed at hurting somebody or sending a message to somebody,” Vavrik said.  “The people most at risk of engaging in these behaviours are the least likely to control their behaviour,” he said. “They have low emotional intelligence. They don’t have the tools or skills or strategy to manage their emotions.  “In those extreme cases, we’re talking about sociopathic issues. The driver’s a walking time bomb.”  According to Vavrik, “road-ragers” are generally underachievers, individuals who lack assertiveness and control, and do not have the status in life they desire.  He said the “depersonalized space” of a vehicle is a trigger to road rage, as is an unexpected traffic delay, such as that caused by a slow driver, or being stuck behind an idle bus.

 But since speeding causes apparently less than 15 percent of the overall accidents, and bad cars, bad vehicles, road rage, drunk drivers, impaired drivers, talking on the phone causes the majority of the accidents still so how much did the police help now to  reduce these more important statistics? Nothing again? and why not? and why is it too often unacceptably the bad cops are never found guilty as well? 

 

In regard also to the The Quebec bill to amend the Highway Safety Code and the Regulation respecting demerit points which was adopted on December 19, 2007.  The rules and measures adopted mainly concern drinking and driving, speeding, photo radars and red-light cameras, driving courses, the use of cell phones while driving, and over-speed governors for certain heavy vehicles. This legislation introduces more severe penalties for repeat offenders of impaired driving and excessive speeding. It allows for the implementation of a photo radar and red-light camera pilot project providing for three photo radar locations and the installation of red-light cameras at two intersections in each of the three pilot regions. These fifteen locations will be announced at a later date. The law also provides for the institution of mandatory driving courses for new drivers and imposes probationary driver’s licenses on all new drivers, including new drivers of 25+ years of age, as well as gradual access to demerit points for new drivers under 25. A driving course will also be mandatory for mopeds. it will henceforth be forbidden for drivers to use a hand-held cell phone while driving but the person can still do text messaging, and what an contradictory absurdity too.. The activation of over-speed governors is now mandatory for certain heavy vehicles, and the maximum speed for these vehicles must be set at 105 km/h.  The law also provides for the obligation to equip vehicles with winter tires from November 15 to April 1, greater latitude for municipalities that regulate speed limits on their territory and the possibility to carry out pilot projects, in particular for new types of vehicles. While the government of Alberta fails to often still to  deal with the still much too many bad managers, bad civil and public servants abusing tax payers money, even stealing,  not doing their jobs properly, unnecessarily taking out of town trips and charging it to the job still, Alberta today  is putting 15 new sheriffs on the road in Alberta. Alberta for decades, and the police  has been falsely preoccupied with putting every person in jail in Calgary, and Edmonton, all of  Alberta for speeding,  it seems and was another main reasons they spent so much money on building new court facilities in Alberta too… this is even all being done while statistics, experiences confirms that speeding does not kill, or cause the majority of accidents, but only drunk or drug impaired drivers, bad drivers, and road rage cause the majority of the accidents the government still wants to purse now mostly  the speeders more aggressively in Alberta.

 

Speaking about perverse law enforcement, whether it applies to the transit cops, or the RCMP, other cops too,  the OLD wording ‘non-compliant’ no longer applies, in response to concerns raised by the public. The  NEW  use-of-Taser usage criteria is ‘actively resistant’, and the  too often aggressive executive managers of the police enforcement, or the dictatorial ISP, internet service providers , it now seems that are all going crazy  trying so hard to earn more money by means of a hopeful personal  promotion too. And so they see anyone who is a threat to their survival, potential promotion is a serious  persons to be next shot, killed or tasered, removed?

 

Are also next  Bell Sympatico’s  executive care Sasha Rollins or the Conservative Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper now himself, others  next going to taser me because ‘Me I am rightfully ‘actively resistant’ to the Church, GOVERNMENTAL  or corporate, police  oppressions still too?  ? Even  because I too am rightfully still not compliant to carrying out their too often despotic, invalid  orders, so I am rightfully non submissive to their too much too many false demands, too?

I KNOW FROM DECADES OF FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCES IN MY ENCOUNTERS WITH COPS, LAWYERS, PASTORS, SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS,  OTHERS TOO, that most often now in reality the very same people who do tend to preach to others that we all must not steal, tell lies, drive drunk, that we must respect other person’s rights, all the laws…  those very  same persons who so readily  tend to preach the rules to others, those very same persons  who  expect all of the others to falsely obey  the rules even now  all the while they most often tend to be the firstly the  very same persons to break most of  the rules themselves, they themselves they do not keep them, and they still also  falsely believe they personally are exempt from living the rules cause  they do preach them  to others.
 
What you had never encountered crooked cops, crooked pastors, crooked lawyers, crooked managers, bad executives, lying no good politicians too?  These same persons  who too  readily judge others, and who demand, want to enforce the rules upon the others, they  cannot see the truth as to who they are firstly, they themselves are now the lying hypocrites.  Even the Insurance companies do love excessive rules, and next have people break them so that way they can make more money next too.  Seems you cannot trust anyone, any group, and yes  they all have to regulated, reviewed, and that is why too many OF THE BAD PERSONS THERE they seem not to love our free speech and try falsely to oppress it.
 
When most a person tries to enforce any rule upon me I immediate rightfully do next often do ask them who they think they are that they think I now have to respect the  man made rules firstly? What makes them think I have to be now their false slave too? And why do they think I am their false slave and that they are any kind of boss over me in these matters?
 
For  just cause  someone, a lawyer now too even,  some one made up some set of rules it still does  not mean they are all valid, or legitimately  enforceable now too!  I still have even my right of free speech and I still can say what I want, write what I want too.. even about them now too. Not all man made rules, regulations even in writing are rightfully valid still in reality, and just ask any decent judge on the court of the Queen’s judge and he or she can tell you the same thing too.
 
Here’s great example of bullying Hypocrisy now too. CALGARY – An employee with the Calgary Police Service has been arrested in a drug trafficking operation and a Calgary Policeman was arrested for drunk driving that caused an accident..

 

Another great example was big brother Bell Sympatico originally done  in secret capping of the internet downloads which as you still can read about   in full too in many places on the net was apparently caused by their  very questionable motives, even a distorted, false excuse to charge more money to customers, a greedy  attempt to make internet users buy and download rather  Bell movies, an attempt to put Bell’s  sub ISPs out of business, and much more.. so Bell Sympatico rightfully  is now even facing a class action  lawsuit in this regard too… and bad negative publicity, exposure too.

 

Law and order enforcement  starts firstly in the leaders own life. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of these real bad guys serves as a best deterrent to all too. Free speech and whistle blowers hell to make this happen too and bad guys wrongfully do not like this.. to bad for the bad guys.. and doing nothing about bad guys helps to makes it all worse.. so do something, write to the news editors, elected officials now too even if the bad guys do not like this. I am not only transparently honest, straight forward, and rightfully too,  but I rightfully do still judge any of our leaders. civil and public servants, PROFESSIONALS. managers, executives too  NOW  not only per their past words, promises, acts,  but also by a higher exemplary standard, BEHAVIOR now as well especially when they profess to be Christians, or rather as often in reality so called “Christian alcoholics”, or hypocrites .. which is rather an UNACCEPTABLE oxymoron.

 

If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men. We know that being an alcoholic is a terrible sin that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well.

 

Thanks to the ex Albertan Conservative premier Ralph Klein who increased the number of beer, alcohol outlets, Alberta will have serious problems down the road as well with alcoholics, drunk drivers, and an increased burdened on the costs as well of the Alberta health care systems now too.

 

A research report providing results from a survey of adult drinking in Northern Ireland has been published . How does the related Alberta survey compare?

The survey, conducted on behalf of the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, examines the amount people drink, when, where and what they drink and who they drink with.

 It also examines how drinking behaviours vary across different sections of the public, the proportion of people who binge drink, problem drinking, and perceptions of drinking.

Key Findings

The key findings relating to the Adult Drinking Patterns Survey in Northern Ireland 2008 are:

* More than seven in ten (72%) adults drink alcohol.

* A larger proportion of males (74%) than females (70%) drink alcohol.

* Most drinking occurs over the weekend and peaks on Saturdays.

* The most common drink consumed is wine (50%), closely followed by beer (48%).

* Most of those who drank in the week prior to the survey had consumed alcohol at home (64%), and nearly one quarter (24%) had consumed alcohol in a pub.

* More than four in five (81%) respondents had exceeded the recommended daily limits during the week prior to the survey.

* Approximately four in five males (79%) and females (83%) exceed their recommended daily limits during the week prior to the survey.

* Nearly one quarter (24%) of respondents drank above the weekly sensible levels.

* Over one quarter (26%) of male respondents and over one fifth (22%) of female respondents drank above the weekly sensible levels in the week prior to the survey.

* Nearly a third (32%) of those who drank in the week before the survey had engaged in at least one binge drinking session.

* Males (35%) were more likely than females (29%) to binge drink.

* Over half (54%) of drinkers aged 18-29 years engaged in at least one binge drinking session in the week prior to the survey, and they are more likely to binge drink than respondents in the older groups.

* One in 10 respondents (10%) of those who drank in the week prior to the survey are highly likely to have a problem with alcohol, according to the CAGE analysis.

* Over half (56%) of those who consumed alcohol in the week prior to the survey considered themselves to be light drinkers, two in five (40%) considered themselves to be moderate drinkers and 4% considered themselves to be heavy drinkers.

Comparisons between 2005 and 2008 are:

* The proportion of adults who drank above the weekly sensible levels in the week prior to the survey significantly decreased from 29% in 2005 to 24% in 2008.

* The proportion of adults who engaged in at least one binge drinking session in the week prior to the survey significantly decreased from 38% in 2005 to 32% in 2008.

Reality too many of the binge drinkers., if not already are likely to become hard core alcoholics.

 

  It is not the rapists, drunk drivers that mostly  fill the courts calendars, docks it is mostly the revenue generating traffic tickets.. if the government wants to get tough on crime, as it purports, it should go after the real criminals. Drunk, impaired drivers too.  NOT RATHER PERSONS LIKE Jane Raham. She was the 62-year-old grandmother convicted of stunt driving near Kingston last year after trying to pass a tractor-trailer. “If one were to describe a stunt driver, the appellant would not immediately spring to mind,” the judge said. Yet Raham, who faced the possibility of up to six months in jail, was considered guilty regardless of mitigating circumstances and had no chance to defend herself in court because stunt driving is an “absolute liability” offence. This was, is uancceptable police state  justice

The truth is the Police do not bother with the small crimes, except revenue generating traffic tickets. POLICE ABUSE THE  the peanuts citizens, for  they tend to like pretend they go after the big crimes where they can get noticed and promoted instead..  BUT they are not successful in catching the big criminals THOUGH.

 

 

As a citizen I too find it very dangerous when drivers do not stop at the stop signs, run through read lights, speed in residential areas, use a phone in a car and do their drive cars rather now now as well.. so we should ban now all car drivers firstly, practically now. 

This is no more absurd than the New Project that hopes to slash the  actual  Edmonton residential car speed limits .  The speed limit will plunge as low as 30 km/h in some Edmonton neighborhoods next year as the city continues to wage its war on all lead-footed drivers.  A committee of council members  gave administration the green light to get to work on the pilot project. It will see the top speed hopefully lowered to between 30 km/h and 40 km/h on residential streets in three to five neighborhoods for a period of six months  for some people  the current 50 km/h top speed is too high for their neighborhood streets, It’s a mostly a quality of life issue for the people. The People want to feel safe.  A quality of life issue mostly  and not really a safety issue. It is cheaper to buy then some medical pills to help them to feel better though.   The reduced speed would not apply to major arterial roadways for now ?. The current top speed is unacceptable to some local people, especially when the  police generally don’t start issuing tickets until a motorist is driving at least 10 km/h above the posted limit.  “We need to do something to catch people’s attention,”  But  still the upfront cost of lowering the limit on all neighborhood streets would be in the millions of dollars, yes “a staggering amount.” That would include the cost of new signs, photo enforcement equipment, municipal, court overheads.  Most if not all of the costs may be offset by increased ticket revenue. Don’t forget the freebie, the increase of profits for the insurance firms with every police traffic ticket now issued as well. These  desired residential speed reductions are not effective unless they are enforced. Edmonton Police Chief Mike Boyd recently vowed to devote all possible resources to crack down on excessive speeding in the city after officers issued an average of almost one ticket per minute in their latest 24-hour speeding blitz. Generating thousands of dollars. It is still better and cheaper to buy the complaining residents some medical pills to help them to “feel better” though.

Most accidents are caused by drunk driving and the doctor does not mention this still?? what was that? he was paid by the liquor industry not to? or was PAID BY MONEY MAKING REVENUE COPS TO SAY SPEED ALONE MAINLY KILLS.. AND WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THE ACCIDENTS? THE 85 PERCENT.. it SEEMS THE DOCTORS IN UNITED KINGDOM CONTRADICT THIS CANADIAN DOCTOR IN THEIR TRAFFIC ACCIDENT STUDIES TOO.. SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW?  Preposterous COOKED results.. NOW get real..

 

Oppressions

 

30 percent at least of all of the persons world wide now are bullies, abusers, crooks, thugs, criminals, Oppressors who try too have things their way and when they cannot they resort to immoral acts, abusing others, in reality. 

 

Some people think that all persons who profess to be religious are now solely the  bad persons,  but  in reality there are good and bad persons now,  including  bad, hypocritical, pretentious persons in every segment  of society, religious or non religious, and many of these bad persons  now  can be simply recognized specially because they do not allow the free speech of others and  why? They really do not want negative truth to be made known by others so they next falsely try oppressions, to bully any oppositions into a false submission to them.  Confirming to all as to how bad they still really are too.

 

Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.
