The Ostrich RCMP is not the only one with a bad memory

The Oliphant inquiry is looking into the relationship between Mulroney and businessman Karlheinz Schreiber.

0evil

What Brian Mulroney had taken a very very large gift, alleged bribe, hundreds of thousands of Dollars from Karlheinz Schreiber and Mulroney had forgotten to declare it as an income on his income tax?  Now other people associated with Brian Mulroney also have memory problems relating to vast amount of money they too had received.. and why is that???  I do get a big kick out of these inquiry watching how the weasels try to lie their way out of the apparent wrong doings they are being charged with.. Denials, denials, denials..

Fred Doucet “A former senior adviser to Brian Mulroney said he can’t remember writing three letters or receiving a fax regarding the purchase and delivery of Airbus planes to Air Canada. Fred Doucet, testifying at the federal inquiry into the business dealings between Karlheinz Schreiber and the former prime minister, said he had no recollection of any of the correspondence relating to Airbus that took place between 1992 and 1994. Of particular note is a fax that was sent to Doucet from Denis Biro, then Air Canada’s manager of investor relations, and a letter written by Doucet to Schreiber. Both are dated April 27, 1993, the same date that Mulroney received his first cash envelope from Schreiber at a hotel in Mirabel airport.  Earlier, Doucet testified that he also can’t remember why he received $90,000 to lobby on behalf of a company controlled by Schreiber in 1988, more than a month after he had left government. Doucet also said he also couldn’t recall the details of requesting a waiver from the government that would allow him to engage in lobbying before the mandatory one-year cooling-off period for former government employees. Doucet had been employed by Schreiber to lobby the government on behalf of the Bear Head project — a plan for a light-armoured vehicle plant in Nova Scotia. Wolson asked Doucet about an invoice for “professional services” to Schreiber’s company Bitucan Holdings dated Nov. 2 1988. “What are you invoicing him for?” Wolson asked. Invoices followed by $90,000 cheques“. I have no recollection of the invoice. My presumption is that it was for services pursuant to the project,” he said. But Wolson pointed out that around the same time, invoices were sent to Bitucan Holdings in the exact same amount from: former Newfoundland premier Frank Moores, Gerry Doucet, Fred Doucet’s brother, and Gary Ouellet, a former chief of staff to a Conservative transport minister.“ Is that just a coincidence that everyone sends an invoice, within a few weeks of one another and cheques [are] issued for $90,000?” Wolson asked.“ I would have had no knowledge of when they were sending invoices or for what purpose, or for what amounts,” Doucet said.“And it just happens to be, of all numbers, it’s the same number that you send an invoice for. Everyone does,” Wolson said.  Wolson also told the inquiry about a waiver Doucet received that allowed him to lobby the government shortly after he left.He would normally have been subject to a one-year cooling off period before being allowed to lobby any departments he had dealings with while in government. But Doucet had obtained an unusual waiver of the cooling-off provision in the federal ethics code at the time.“You asked for that waiver. It was one of the requests you had made,” Wolson said.“I have no recollection of asking for that,” Doucet said, adding that it’s possible he may have.Wolson suggested that had officials known Doucet “was involved with the Bear Head project in government that that waiver may not have occurred.“I don’t know that,” Doucet said.  http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2009/04/27/doucet-inquiry.html

Mulroney denies wrongdoing | Canada | News | but  no matter how he spins the recent polls show that it most people, 95 percent  do not believe Mulroney and still believe he is one of Canada’s biggest crooks as bad as the RCMP and Harper and his bad boys   Yeah we STILL ALL DO NEED HELP WE NEED SOMEONE TO DEAL WITH THE DIRTY RCMP,  and the dirty lying Albertan justice minister  WHO said that many of the citizens did not complain about the bad RCMP and their unneeded use of the Taser.. he is a liar like the RCMP,   Top RCMP officer gives a cheap apologize  for airport Taser death while “a lot of the criminals are already going free, the four officers involved in this latest RCMP mess for example. Oh and interesting that you bring up drunk driving causing death because only one segment of our population seems to get away with it repeatedly. Off Duty officers.”  “When an organization looks after themselves more than who they are put in place to care for, it’s time to rethink at the roots.   ”  “Fancy that, It only took the top cop 1 year and 7 months to give his  half-assed apology that they were more or less forced to give. (Public  outcry). Now if they put some of them in jail, it might show their sincere.  We know that won’t happen though, their infallible.  http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2009/05/11/bc-rcmp-apology-taser.html   http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2009/05/12/bc-taser-inquiry-wilson-dziekanski.html

Taser inquiry leaves RCMP image in  tatters By Don Martin, Calgary Herald April 24, 2009  The retired police officer thought  he’d seen the worst possible case of cop rot when he helped drag an RCMP  commissioner before Parliament to face cover-up perjury accusations.  But  what’s surfacing daily on the witness stand at the Braidwood Inquiry into the  Taser-triggered death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski has even Ron Lewis  mortified at the reputation ruination of Canada’s iconic police force.   In performing its duty to document the truth internally, properly brief the  public externally and testify to the facts accurately, this inquiry has become  a nightmarish example of a force that is not always with us. He admits the  force got a black eye from a prolonged pension scandal featuring nepotism,  contract irregularities and a blind-eye refusal by senior officers to enforce  the rules.  But the parade of fibbing Vancouver airport officers who  zapped a confused and unarmed immigrant five times, restraining him on the  floor until he died while a civilian’s video camera rolled from the far side  of the glass, is now giving way to evidence of a higher-level communications  whitewash where critical information was ignored, suppressed or manipulated.  In vintage Watergatish style, the cover-up is becoming worse than the  crime.  “The investigators must’ve known immediately they had a huge  problem, but didn’t handle it well out of a sense of self-preservation,” Lewis  told me. “Now they’re locked on a global stage and they can’t get off. This is  not a localized event people will easily forget. It’s going to take a  generation for a lot of this to go away.” But the problem for the force goes  beyond using excessive force against a frightened immigrant trapped alone in a  situation he could not comprehend and waving around a stapler for protection.  The pension plan fiasco was confined to the top level of the police force.  This inquiry-probing incident started at the lowest level of policing, but is  now creeping up the chain of command. http://www.edmontonjournal.com/Business/Taser+inquiry+leaves+RCMP+image+tatters/1529001/story.html

It’s not a knock on Kenney to say that he’s a complete political animal; there are lots of those in government, and always have been. But the question is whether he can keep distance between two jobs that should not be held by the same person. You can’t be simultaneously in charge of the country’s immigration policy and your own party’s efforts to recruit ethnic voters without facing a potential conflict of interest on a daily basis – especially if you’re a win-at-all-costs type of politician, as Kenney certainly is. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20090512.WBwbradwanski20090512122149/WBStory/WBwbradwanski/

WHY IS IT THAT THE CONSERVATIVE MINISTERS ARE SO POWER HUNGRY WHEN IT IS NOW TOO OBVIOUS TO MOST PEOPLE THEY ARE FIRSTLY STILL TOO INCOMPETENT TO HANDLE IT.

Every day police officers leave their homes and families and put their lives on the line for a salary, cause this is what they are being paid for, hired for and this does not mean that they are now even free of any negative criticism while they are doing their paid  duties, especially when there are so many outstanding questions regarding their    inappropriate use of authority, force by too many police officers,  plus the unacceptable false  cover ups of their wrong doings and their unacceptable lying now  too.  Plus basically  nothing has even changed in the Vancouver airport customs area since the RCMP’s death of the police immigrant Dziekanski. And there are still concerns about Liberal candidate Kash Heed and his former role as West Vancouver police chief and his unexpected retirement from the force less than two years into his contract, “There’s still a lot of anger about a $40,000 severance payout even though he voluntarily quit in February, leaving many unanswered questions about his status on the force,”  to supposedly avoid legal prosecution too. “The cops have a responsibility to follow moral leadership and let me tell you, the cops do not have that here [in Abbotsford] “NDP candidate for Abbotsford South, Bonnie Rai. These are all valid issues, concerns too.

“The Liberals have only one person to thank for their good fortune – Stephen Harper. “If Harper hadn’t tried to put the Liberals out of business, by ending public subsidies to political parties in last fall’s economic update, the Liberals might have done it to themselves. “Instead, Ignatieff leads a united party to Vancouver at month’s end, to a convention that’s been transformed into a coronation. And a party that would have been drained financially by the fundraising demands of several leadership camps is instead raising millions toward the next election. The Liberals are also going to Vancouver resurgent in the polls, particularly in Ontario and Quebec, the two keystone provinces of Liberal dynasties since Laurier’s time. … “Looking back on the seven-day parliamentary crisis, the question is why Harper risked so much when the Liberals were already broke and in disarray. Quite apart from rescuing the Liberals from the incompetent Dion, and sparing them a divisive leadership campaign, Harper’s actions renewed suspicions in the country of a certain meanness of spirit, to say nothing of hidden agenda.” http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20090406.WBwbradwanski20090406125520/WBStory/WBwbradwanski

There’s plenty of head-scratching speculation as to why Prime Minister Stephen Harper suddenly took leave of his media-averse senses to seek the spotlight of international television news.– Stephen Harper could be sending out job applications. His being an economist these days isn’t exactly a profession worthy of a prime ministerial retirement given that  Mr. Harper, didn’t see this recession coming….  against the backdrop of a resurging Liberal party and a recession blame game that may stick to the Conservatives if there’s no rebound before the next election, there’s little sign of a Tory majority in the future.. a power-seeker like Stephen Joseph Harper. But it’s almost as uncharacteristic as his sudden affinity for international media attention — which does little to impress U. S. or U. K. television viewers, but sure polishes Mr. Harper’s resume for future foreign considerations. http://www.calgaryherald.com/entertainment/Could+polishing+resume/1467732/story.html

People need to stop lying, to others, themselves

and Coke, sex, adultery, divorce, Coca-Cola, wine, alcohol, beer or what ever they they are  not the answer to having a happy life! Following after Jesus Christ alone is!

Why are so many people still obsessed with  fantasy, romance, divorce,  drugs, alcohol, even TV, movies, sex, pleasure, pornography.. for most of them personally it is an initial lazy,  false escapism approach from the too often real negative aspects of life that we firstly all tend to have, particularly due to our own unrepentant sins and due to  Satan’s buffeting, harassment of them.. the grass may appear greener in the neighbors yard cause you do not know what hardships they are facing now, the supposedly rich persons included. While God for his faithful few give them the grace to endure hardships and even to overcome them, we are all nevertheless bound to have trails and tribulations, hardships, all of us..  Instead of personally first learning how to use the Bible to oppose Satan, obtain peace in their own life, too many persons turn to the flesh.. The problem also  with the common graphic misrepresentation of the pleasure of sex but the reality is that even the Gays, lesbians, adulterers tend to have even more negative consequences, oppressions in their life to force them into deeper bondage with Satan.. Jesus sets us free from all that.

(Gal 5:16 KJV)
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

(Gal 5:17 KJV)  For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

(Eccl 7:8 KJV)  Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.

(Eccl 7:9 KJV)  Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.

(Eccl 7:10 KJV)  Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not inquire wisely concerning this.

(Eccl 7:11 KJV)  Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.

(Eccl 7:12 KJV)  For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.

(Eccl 7:13 KJV)  Consider the work of God: for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked?

(Eccl 7:14 KJV)  In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.

The small tip of a big iceberg

When Harper first came to power, his most vocal critics were groups that were ideologically predisposed to hate the Conservatives on sight or who had irreconcilable policy differences with them. But, since then, the circle has been expanding to include academics, scientists, economists and even business leaders and, increasingly, it is the basic competence of the government that is becoming the top-of-mind issue. Chantal Hébert  http://www.thestar.com/Canada/Columnist/article/605360

Indeed, Harper these days sounds so casual about the spending of public money that Finance Minister Jim Flaherty mused last week that some stimulus money is bound to be misspent in the rush to get cash out the door.

Flaherty spruces up office  Flaherty leading by example For the past few weeks, Finance Minister Jim Flaherty has been encouraging Canadians to renovate Transportation Minister Jim Bradley makes announcement on proposed legislation to protect young and novice drivers and get dangerous drivers off roads. For the past few weeks, Finance Minister Jim Flaherty has been encouraging Canadians to renovate, saying that’s just what is needed to kickstart Canada’s flagging economy. Now, it turns out, Flaherty is leading by example, ordering renovations to his own office on Parliament Hill. While Flaherty vacations with his family during Parliament’s break week, workers are patching and repainting his fourth floor offices. They’re also patching his carpet to repair damaged portions and installing new curtains, said Chisholm Pothier, spokesman for Flaherty. Meanwhile, most of the contents of Flaherty’s office are sitting in the corridor, just a few doors down from the offices of Liberal Opposition Leader Michael Ignatieff. House of Commons officials were unable to say yesterday just how much the renovations will cost. But they aren’t likely to boost the deficit or kickstart the economy. The government pays for the paint, the carpeting and the curtains, but the work itself is being done by House of Commons employees already on the payroll. The opposition was quick to paint Flaherty’s renovations in the worst possible light. “For the thousands of Canadians who are waiting for their employment insurance cheques, the first thing that pops into the finance minister’s head is ‘time to redecorate,’ ” said Liberal MP Scott Brison. email elizabeth.thompson@sunmedia.ca

The sad part this is not even the tip of the iceberg of the taxpayer’s money abuse we can expect now again..

Federal NDP leader Jack Layton continued to criticize Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s handling of the economic crisis. The depth of the economic crisis is much deeper than the government acknowledges. “I believe the prime minister is still wearing those rose-coloured glasses and that’s getting in the way of him seeing clearly the impact on people,” he said. “ People are really suffering. People literally can’t afford their housing. We’re hearing literally about the death of a homeless person last night and folks who’ve lost their jobs and can’t afford the medications their families need.” In other countries, governments are investing in the new energy economy, training a new workforce, providing child care and supporting small business, Layton said.  It’s infuriating to see hundreds of millions of dollars of government money go to large American companies that build cars and are losing money when the government could be helping small businesses,  improve drug benefits and fund child care.

third Police vehicle impounded under hypocritical speeding legislation

speeding1

It is here a gross distortion by the revenue generating  traffic police to say that all the fatalities, accidents were caused by speeding alone, but yes it is true if no one was driving there would be no car accidents too, and no need for the police at all..

Deerfoot blitz catches speeders  Calgary Herald January 27, 2009 Calgary police are warning motorists to slow down on Deerfoot Trail after handing out nearly 200 traffic tickets during a weekend crackdown on the freeway. The fastest speeder was clocked at 158 km/h and several were stopped doing 130-140 km/h. Two 24-hour licence suspensions were handed out, both before 10 a.m. Police say the drivers were likely still intoxicated from the night before. “I expected the numbers to be high, but 195 summonses by four officers is a lot,” said Sgt. Paul Sieracki with the traffic section. Sieracki said he oversaw the blitz with the four traffic officers. They spent about six hours each day enforcing traffic laws on Deerfoot Saturday and Sunday. The point was to highlight dangerous driving habits. “Every year, we lose 50 to 60 people due to motor vehicle collisions (throughout the city),” said Sieracki. “These are need-less deaths that can be prevented.” Traffic officers also saw several instances of aggressive driving and changing lanes without signalling. “It doesn’t surprise me at all police were able to charge that many people,”said Ald. Andre Chabot. “Deerfoot has been referred to as the Deerfoot 500 for a reason, a lot of people tend to speed on it.” A safety audit conducted on Deerfoot by the province with the co-operation of the city came up with a recommendation to dedicate a squad of officers — possibly a combination of city police and Alberta traffic sheriffs–to enforce the traffic laws on the busy highway… http://www.canada.com/news/Deerfoot+blitz+catches+speeders/1222299/story.html

and you allow  him  to  to drink alcohol, allow him to own  a   fast car,  build  a six lane highway, and then you hypocrticaly give him  also a speeding ticket?

0opprevenueThe Ontario Provincial Police has impounded one of its own cars and suspended an officer under the province’s year-old street racing legislation.  The OPP intelligence officer, driving an unmarked OPP car, was stopped by a fellow officer on Highway 403 near Brantford for travelling 65 km/h above the posted 100 km/h limit, according to the OPP. The subsequent investigation found the officer was not within the lawful execution of her duties at the time.  In accordance with so-called street racing rules under the Highway Traffic Act — defined as driving 50 km/h over the limit — Detective Const. Heidi Fischer had her driver’s licence suspended and the police car was impounded, both for seven days.  This is the third OPP vehicle impounded under the legislation. A fire truck has also been impounded. http://www.canada.com/news/Police+impounded+after+female+officer+allegedly+clocked/1277638/story.html

This news item substantiates something I have said for decades, police often love to speed, and secondly they also do own some of the hottest, fastest cars as well.. obvioulsy many cops themselves do not believe in drastic speed control..

but here I have to say as well that speeding is only 15 percent of the reasons people have car accidents, whereas drunk drivers cause 3 times as much car accidents, 45 percent of accidents , and yet the police do not go after drunk drivers enough  or all the year rather too.. and why is that too now?

I’ve already heard of someone who was pulled over because his car “looked like it was in bad condition.” With poor  Department of Motor Vehicles to inspect the cars, no kind of real governmental  or police accountability or even a fully honest, decent functioning system of justice, our police officers seem to have the landed the most lucrative job  in town: as government thugs.

10 Pleas To British Traffic Police

Dear British Traffic Police Officers and Managers

(1) Please avoid treating motorists as cash cows;

(2) If you cannot do (1), please make mobile speed control devices quite visible;

(3) If you cannot do (2), please hang the device outside a clean, unsuspiciously-looking car;

(4) If you cannot do (3), please use a car with no blackened-out windows;

(5) If you cannot do (4), please stop your car away from a bus stop;

(6) If you cannot do (5), please move away immediately when a passenger gets off the bus;

(7) If you cannot do (6), please behave as normal in the car instead of sliding down on the seat in the vain attempt at not being seen;

(8) If you cannot do (7), please drive away or stay where you are, rather than move just a few houses down the road;

(9) And if you cannot do (8), please make it so that whoever answers the phone at the Police Station, can immediately confirm it is officers on duty that are in the car, rather than who knows what kind of nasty people.

(10) And mostly, if you really cannot do any of the points above, please make the most you can in order not to scare law-abiding citizens in their own homes

Common sales lies – Canadian Real estate market blossoms ( Misleading)

In spite of real estate ethics codes, self regulation, the realtors I had  worked with were some of the biggest liars still.  Typical lying spins- Prices lower than last year- New listings continue to decline –  A buyer’s and seller’s market – Home sales set  record – well-priced listings and lower to mid-range priced properties remain in the highest demand –

Canada’s real estate market began cooling off in the second half of 2008 and the statistics coming out in the first few months of 2009 strongly suggested that the trend would continue. http://www.cbc.ca/consumer/story/2008/11/14/f-realestatemap.html

During this year’s recession it is been a very good times to compare the various news media, institutions  and  to see how they lie, spin the truth to get more suckers to buy a home now..

CALGARY – Retail sales in Alberta rebounded in January from December, according to data released Friday by Statistics Canada. The federal agency said sales rose by 1.6 per cent on a monthly basis to nearly $4.8 billion, but remained down by 7.3 per cent compared with January 2008.  Nationally, retail sales rose 1.9 per cent in January to $33.7 billion after declining 5.2 per cent in December, which was the largest monthly decline in more than 15 years.

It’s becoming easier to carry the costs of home ownership in Canada, but a survey by RBC Economics on housing affordability suggests this may be as good as it’s going to get. ” This is the same guy who failed to predict any downward movement on house prices. RBC was, just 18 months ago, predicting price growth in all markets. Well, prices in some markets went down 30% before starting to come back. Oops…     The thing to remember is that any “bank economist” is just someone hired to put out maximum positive spin on the housing market. Why the media prints the opinions of “bank economists”, when they are usually wrong and so obviously just spinning news for their own gain, is the bigger question.” These bank shysters are only going to say this in order to get more gullible people to bite off more than they can chew. Affordable, my axx. With this unstable job market we now have and the cost of everyday needs, who can ‘afford’ to buy now? Yeah. Try telling this to the hundreds of thousands of people forced into working in McJobs because their REAL jobs went bye-bye. There aren’t enough hours in a day for people to work so they can make their crazy mortgage payments, so they often have to sell at a loss, but by golly, keep spewing this garbage so the prices don’t fall TOO far. Can’t have that in the new era of corporate capitalism, can we? ” ” Unlike past years, in Ontario, only 1 in 6 houses are inspected, and there are little or no real recourse for people who buy bad houses.  It’s a big profit business, with no responsibility, little regulation and numbered Ontario corporations that disappear overnight. Horror stories number in the thousands around the GTA.”    http://www.cbc.ca/money/story/2009/09/09/housing-affordability.html

Face it banks, Trusts, money lenders, News media, Realtors  often still exaggerate, spin, lie to get you to buy a home, it is always a good time for them mostly  if you do, for they get a commission, interests etc…  now most people missed the best buy for the present major real estate selling season is over for the year.. now all that is mostly left is all the rejects, over priced listings left to sell.  News media often also spread the  lies cause that is what they are paid for through the newspaper adds..

A sharp deterioration in this country’s real-estate market that began last year is showing signs of tapering off?” “New listings, which had been growing at a double-digit pace when the market was strong, have been shrinking”. MAYBE CAUSE HOME OWNERS DO NOT  WANT TO TAKE SUCH A BIG SALES PROFIT LOSS AT THIS TIME?   Nevertheless “This is going to remain a buyers’ market for some months to come,” I get a chuckle when I see the regular lies, or spins that Realtors use to try to get you to buy a home, it is always a good time for you to buy a home, good for them cause they get a commission..  it’s normal for Home/house sales to pick up as spring approaches.  You sell your house, you buy a home is the realtor spin as well.

“Oh, more lies and imaginary figures put out by an agency that has everything to gain by lying and fudging the numbers. Let’s see those reports and stats all in paperwork. This is nothing but BS trying to trick potential buyers into buying now while the prices are STILL way inflated. People never learn.” http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2009/08/05/bc-real-estate-numbers-july.html#socialcomments

Real estate market blossoms, Calgary realtors see 1,392 homes sold last month  compared to 928 units sold in January, says data released yesterday by the Canadian Real Estate Association. but what that is not the real news? Spring is in the air in Calgary as the city’s real estate market appears to have stopped temporarily hibernating. Homes tend to sell 3 months of the year only, the spring months before the summer moving, possession dates.  In fact, sales were more brisk across the entire country, as 28,669 homes changed hands in February, an increase of about 9% over January levels but wait that is not the true news as well. The president of the Calgary Real Estate Board said sales tend to pick up after January and to gradually increase until June and the start of the summer holiday season.  And then they are normally mostly dead the rest of the year and   despite the spring realtor’s seasonal sales spins, overall sales are still significantly lower than one year ago, even though mortgage rates are decreasing and homes are cheaper than in 2008.  In Calgary, the number of unit sales was trailing year-ago levels by 36% in February, while the average MLS residential price of $370,198 was 11% lower than one year ago.  This means Calgary is still is among those cities that are continuing to see the most rapid deflation in the real estate market in Canada.  Nationally, unit sales dropped 30% in February compared to one year ago, and average prices were 8% lower at $308,142. Meanwhile the Unit sales in Greater Vancouver plunged 45% in February compared to one year ago, the steepest of any Canadian city, followed closely by Saskatoon, which saw sales fall 43%.  The hardest-hit cities over the past year are in Windsor, where prices are down 16 per cent, along with Vancouver, down 13 per cent, and Calgary, down 11 per cent.Among Canada’s major cities, Montreal, with prices up two per cent from last year and Quebec City, up nine per cent, are among the few to be spared significant drops, although there is evidence that Montreal prices have eased in recent months.

Is it a  Home buyers’ market conditions that takes THE OSTRICH APPROACH FOR  the absence of all new bad news – when homes may continue to drop or prices remain low for another decade too? I was a ReMax realtor but I did not tell the common real estate lies, false spins, I  don’t sell my soul to the devil to get a commission. I would still wait a few years before I would buy a home to see how the home market trend goes.News media love to put a postive spin, not likley a true one, on negative news still too…

DID YOU KNOW THAT 20  PERCENT OF THE REALTORS SELL 80 PERCENT OF THE HOMES. AND WHAT DO THE REST OF THE REALTORS DO? THEY DO NOTHING? SO REGISTER YOUR HOME WITH A TOP SELLER ALWAYS, FOR IT IS THE SAME PRICE. ASK YOUR OWN  REALTOR TO GIVE YOU A WEEKLY REPORT AS TO WHAT HE OR SHE IS DOING TO SELL YOUR HOME, BESIDES THE TOO OFTEN USELESS OPEN HOMES. ASK FOR AND  GET A COPY OF THE WEEKLY NEWSPAPER ADDS THAT TEND TO BE THE BEST MARKETING SALES APPROACH NOW TOO..

and the computer evalutions can still be misleading, a realtor can set false parameters in their general evaluations..

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/10/liberals-politicians-do-lie-too/ so do many Pastors, so why not everyone else?

Ever notice how the average person lies once every 5 minutes at least, so imagine what the big liars do, how often the politicians, and some news media, realtors lie.. signifcantly a lot more.. Even “Some people say that the recession is over but try telling that to the unemployed and their families”  Now the jobless are being driven onto the welfare rolls (the responsibility of provinces and municipalities) or   forcing  them to plunder their assets such as homes and retirement savings, maximizing their credit car debts. Neither option is pleasant. The given Canadian  government Unemployment figures always have been big lies cause they are adjusted figures of people receiving UIC cheques, they do not actually sate all of the people unemployed who do not qualify for UIC, have been forced to go onto social welfare or have to get part time jobs with no fringe benefits or have become self employed which is a costly undertaking. Notice how often news media do not agree on the same news story, facts and how they lie about the real estate news, generally encouraging people to buy a new home of course.. get more debts.. In Toronto “New home sales jumped to 3,782 in June 2009 from 3,544 last June, a 7 per cent increase, and total sales hit 10,951 from 8,596 – a 27 per cent hike. But housing starts declined to 1,395 from 2,567 in the same period, a 46 per cent drop, and new listings declined to 13,357 from 16,068, a 17 per cent fall-off.”  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/21/canadas-unemployment-figures-lie/

I can quickly sum up my political experiences in Canada.. for decades now most people in Canada  seem to elect liars and alcoholics for politicians, and we have had now much too many of them elected as well.. Of course  it seems natural for alcoholics to lie, they seen to often lie that it is is ok to drink alcohol in the first place, and it seems natural for many lawyers who run for political offices, and many want to be politicians to lie to get elected.. Yes most people elect liars who tell them the things they want to hear.. we all know that had Stephen Harper told the truth that Canada was going into a major depression next, he very likely would have never got elected. so he said there was going to be no election or recession, he clearly lied. After he was elected he admits Canada was facing a big recession of course, how could he deny otherwise. I openly express the truth that we should stop electing any liars and alcoholics, even in the police forces, civil and public services now too,  and when it is confirmed that they are thieves, cheats,  liars or alcoholics they should be immediately fired, recalled.. as simple as that too. Some professing ostrich evangelical totally deny that the professing Christians drink alcohol, they have a problem with the alcoholics rather and not me I merely reported the truth, facts, that many professing Christians drink alcohol and falsely try to justify it as well.. Alcohol does a lot of brain damages, negatively affects your ability to work, to live normal, alcohol is a major cause of car accidents, tends to destroy your family life, so of course I have no use for alcohol or alcoholics anywhere. Neither should any of us not just MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. and a  bad immoral Conservatives is not better than a bad immoral Liberal, especially firstly the alcoholic ones.

and consumer protection  is another big government farce now too..

 https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/07/07/crtc-farcical-hearings-on-internet-speed-control/

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/04/15/consumers-affairs/

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/31/federal-consumer-protection-ha-ha-ha/

Now face the reality. Do not believe everything you hear. Do not believe one persons, check the facts out with many other persons. Too often the term Professional in Canada means Professional liars.. Lying spin doctors are a common fact of life in Canada.. Politicians and lawyers often lie, pastors lie, RCMP and cops lie, accountants lie, doctors and nurses lie, news reporters, bank managers, loan managers and so do corporations, advertisers, civil and public servants, realtors and their bosses  as well.

http://postedat.wordpress.com/2009/03/06/don%e2%80%99t-believe-everything-you-read-or-see/

Now a home should be generally a good investment, and when you buy a home you should make sure that you have not overpaid for the home, or bought a poor investment, even one that will not appreciate much in value next.

When you are buying a home you need to know what makes it a good value, a good buy

1 The area the home is located in: including the proximity to high schools, public schools, hospitals, churches, shopping centers, metro

2: The specific home model: some homes are more popular over others and have a higher resale values.. the most popular ones are Bungalows, two stories, split levels with at least 3 bedrooms, a two car garage and finished family room, fireplace..

When you are trying to sell a home remember most realtors do not sell, or advertise your home, they hope someone else does, they merely take a listing from you and tend not to do you much good.. it does not costs anything more but always ask a local Real estate manager such as Re/Max to give you the name of his or her  two    best selling Realtors.. and hire the send best one who will work hard now, Insure that in writing he or she guarantees to advertise regularly your home in a local newspaper for that is likely where it will attract the best buyers too.

PM Stephen Harper is doing whatever he can to stay in power,

crtn-6

Self centered PM Stephen Harper is doing whatever he can to stay in power, and still really is not looking after all of Canadian’s good welfare, to me sadly typifies what a Conservative really is, Conservatives basically they don’t care about anyone else but themselves. The word liberal in contrast means to give generously to others in real need.

“Henry Mintzberg, who teaches at McGill University, has published an article, America’s Monumental Failure of Management, that wipes the floor with the elites of management and business. For starters, Mintzberg calls taxpayer-funded bailouts for companies such as the Detroit Three automakers “cash for trash”: “We hear now about ’too big to fail.’ ’Too big to succeed’ is more like it. General Motors has been going slowly and painfully bankrupt for decades, managerially as well as financially. The new money will only put off its demise. Canadians and Americans will have to face this reality sooner or later.”

Harper’s attempt to stay in power is costing   the Canadian taxpayer’s billions and billions of dollars.. ” It’s generally conceded that Stephen Harper lost his chance for a majority government by alienating Quebec with a $45 million arts cut. Seen there as a glimpse into the Conservative soul, that petty parsimony restored the flagging Bloc, costing the ruling party badly needed seats. Now this  Harsh political and economic realities is  forcing minority Conservatives into decisions inconsistent with their past ideology. Rescuing corporate failures, picking industrial winners and protecting losers from creative economic destruction are not policies Conservatives would normally support. Harper facing an early election against a more credible Liberal leader and with two of the Big Three automakers in Canada in imminent danger, Harper faced brutally difficult choices… toss many billions at General Motors and Chrysler, praying they don’t fail, or come back for more before the next federal lections. Or he can stand back while the shrinking auto giants restructure under bankruptcy protection, risking a broader collapse carrying away dependent parts suppliers and even more jobs, particularly in vote-sensitive Ontario and Quebec.” Of all appeals for public support, Chrysler’s is most instructive. Controlled by a private equity firm, the company is essentially begging taxpayers to take a risk it won’t ask of its investors. That pokes a gaping hole in the argument that Chrysler, along with the rest of the industry, just needs some time and money to weather the current crisis, while raising serious doubts about how much long-term protection public money will provide for auto jobs. In a different political environment a majority government, Conservative or Liberal, with a four-year mandate, would have been be inclined to look harder at other more practical  solutions. Instead of falling back on bailouts,  It would focus spending on stimulating vital demand, not specific rescues, and on retraining workers for the jobs that will exist in five or 20 years. Either way, that $45 million in arts cuts now looks like the most costly money the federal Conservatives ever promised not to spend… James Travers Toronto  Star http://www.thestar.com/Canada/Columnist/article/603366

PS  THE BIG BAD WOLF HARPER IS STILL OUT TO GET THE 3 PIGS

March 16, 2009

QUEBEC the second largest PROVINCE in Canada holds 75 seats AND cannot be ignored.

Jean Charest the bad Quebec Premier did not listen to good advice so he lost his relection, and even lost his own seat.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/09/05/quebecs-liberals-gambled-sadly-instead-of-providing-good-leadership/

Too many people are ignorant about the truth in Quebec especially those outside of the province it seems. The truth about Quebec..

I do  write many letters openly Canada wide  to our elected officials, and to say that I get effective replies from them would be mostly a lie… I am lucky if 2 persons out of 1000 MPs, MLA , Aldermen would reply to them. They only take a superficial   at best  interest in us only at election times. But I have to say I have been surprised that the province that responds the least is Quebec. These Quebec officials, Ostriches in denial, are very sensitive to any criticism, and they really cannot handle it at all.

Quebec  is a nice place to live in, Montreal is a clean city now too.. Better over a lot of other cities in North America too.. They do not lie about the true state of their economy like they tend to do in Alberta. They tell you their is money to be made in Alberta. Then they show you a both working couple with 3 children on the news who now realty cannot afford to live in Calgary, due to the extremely high cost of living there too.

No I do not believe that the corruption in Quebec is worst over any other provinces.. Ontario or Alberta, BC included now.. it likely is all the same. Quebecers also now are friendly when they get their way like anywhere else in Canada. Our government administration in Quebec is no better.. and our Medicare also here needs serious improvement still too. Quebec is soft on crime, white collared ones included now but so is Ontario, Alberta, BC… https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/10/17/there-is-no-new-thing-under-the-sun/

CANADA’S PRIME MINISTER STEPHEN HARPER HAS A DIFFICULT BALANCING ACT TO DO.. HE HAS TO PLEASE also BC, NATIVES, ESKIMOS, THE WEST, ONTARIO, QUEBEC, AND THE MARITIMES, INCLUDING NEWFOUNDLAND TOO. HE PLEASES ONE AND IT TEND TO MAKE SOMEONE ELSEWHERE UPSET. SO HE WRONGFULLY FAILS TO ACT PROPERLY TOO OFTEN.

I have found it very surprising that Most Canadians are still really ignorant of what Quebecers, Quebec is really like, and they do falsely rely on distorted third party information, myths, and most, actually the majority of English speaking Canadians have not spend a significant time ever in Quebec. To learn more : Culture Québec, A culture that travels the world, from the ministère de la Culture et des Communications. I was surprised how my Quebecers refuse to speak English but have no problem speaking it in the United sates when many go there for their vacations..

About Canada’s constitution A poll showed that 73 per cent of Quebeckers would like to see the recognition of Quebec as a nation in the Canadian Constitution, while only 17 per cent of respondents in the rest of Canada agree. There are twice as many Quebeckers (82 per cent) as people in other provinces (39 per cent) who favour a new round of constitutional negotiations designed to get Quebec’s signature on the Constitution. In addition, 90 per cent of Quebeckers feel that the province’s language law should be enforced in federal institutions in the province, against only 26 per cent in the rest of Canada. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/poll-shows-continuing-divide-between-views-in-quebec-rest-of-canada/article1561317/

Intro to Quebec, Quebec outwardly is fairly typical of most Western societies in many regards, with, however, a few significant particularities of its own. A French Language, most Quebecers even younger ones do not still speak English , and a Culture of it’s own that has been very significantly influenced by the Catholic Church beliefs.. The influence of the Catholic Church has decreased significantly but has not been removed. While Montreal was once the centre of Jewish culture in Canada this is no longer true, nor visible as much too. Quebec was a major Roman Catholic society until recent years. The Church has maintained itself the protector of the French language and culture. Archbishops of large cities once were very influential at all government levels. In small towns, the influence of the priest was often equal or superior to that of the town’s mayor. Before any political decision could be made, politicians made sure that it would be in accordance with Catholic belief and attitudes. Congregations of nuns controlled and managed the province’s education, social and medical service. Simply put, Quebec was one of the world’s Catholic strongholds. Since the Quiet Revolution of the 1960s, Quebec has become much more secular. Nonetheless about 90% of the population still claims to be Catholic, but few regularly attend services or pay the tithe ** ( See note below) which the faithful are supposed to give to the Church. The strong Consumer protection and close social aspect of the French speaking mostly persons is also very evident , Quebec has the highest percentage of unionized workers in North America. Half of Quebecers do also have strong adversarial relationships with residents of neighbouring English-speaking provinces as well as Quebec’s own Anglophones because they rightfully sense no serious attempt has been made to understand, appreciate or to integrate into the French Quebec culture . Such an attitude stems mainly up to 20th century, when the Anglophones dominated the spheres of industry , commerce, ownership and management and they the Anglophones had falsely tended to favour their own for promotion to management-level positions. EVEN TODAY MOST CANADIAN Anglophones, AND NOTE THIS Francophones as well outside of Quebec are generally STILL INDIFFERENT AND VERY UNFRIENDLY TO THE FRENCH SPEAKING QUEBECERS. One notable vestige of the Catholic Church’s influence of Quebec culture is that francophone curses and expletives are nearly entirely composed of religious references and vocabulary. While the majority of Quebecers still have not been to the rest of Canada, starting probably in the late 1940s and reaching its apogee in the 1970s, many Quebec residents have been known to vacation or spend the whole winter months in southeast Florida, and in Cuba as well. And many Quebecers have obtained jobs in the US and also had moved there as well.. There are as many ex Quebecers in the US as there are presently in Quebec. But in a direct contrast Quebecers have not moved to the other parts of Canada because they have not been treated very nice there as they have been in the United States..

Racial profiling also is a serious problem in Quebec and like in the rest of Canada too much more needs to be done to address it, even the province’s human rights commission said. A recent investigation, focusing mainly on young people’s experiences, was launched after the commission said it had received 100 complaints involving allegations of racial profiling since 2005. More than half of the cases involved police – and seven of those are currently before the province’s Human Rights Tribunal. Yes the MUC cops are too often bigots. . https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/07/a-serious-warning-for-quebecs-premier-jean-charest-too/

The Canadian federal Parliament formally recognized Quebecers as a “nation united within Canada” but often fails to act accordingly still too.

OTTAWA, March 17 2009 (UPI) — Canada’s Conservative Party, which leads a minority government, has a 35-31 percent popularity edge over opposition Liberals, a poll released Tuesday indicated. The Angus Reid nationwide online poll of 1,002 adults last week for the Toronto Star said Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Conservatives had lost 3 percentage points since January. Opposition leader Michael Ignatieff’s Liberals gained 2 percentage points during the same time period, the report said. The socialist New Democratic Party posted 16 percent support and the Green Party had 7 percent, the poll indicated. The balance was scattered among the separatist Bloc Quebecois or others. The poll had a 3.1-percentage-point margin of error, the report said. The findings are similar to a poll of 2,002 voters published by the Canwest News Service March 10, in which Conservatives led the Liberals 37-33 percent. That poll suggested Conservative support was steady, while the Liberals gained 2 percent support. This was not unexpected since Harper’s recent negative acts, policies have again continued to alienate a lot of people, especially Quebecers. Hold on – politicians are always saying the only polls that count are the ones on election day, so maybe we shouldn’t put too much stock in this report. Or maybe we should? The Conservatives are definitely losing serious ground..

” Whatever love existed between Quebec and the Tories has turned sour. Last week, two different polls showed the Conservatives are in dire straits in the province they used to count on to gain a majority government. Everything is in the numbers. A province that is the second largest in Canada and holds the key to 75 seats cannot be ignored… Of course, from the beginning the Tories were poorly equipped to deal with Quebec. They had a mediocre roster of candidates and a dramatic lack of articulate local leaders – that’s still the case.,,Mr. Harper’s closest adviser on Quebec and spokesperson for Quebec affairs is Dimitri Soudas. Mr. Soudas’s only connections are with the Action Démocratique du Québec, a small right-wing party that is becoming more and more insignificant. (The ADQ received 16.3 per cent of the vote in the last provincial election and its leader, Mario Dumont, the only Quebec politician Mr. Harper was on good terms with, has resigned from politics.) The Prime Minister wasn’t even able to find a high-profile Quebecker to appoint to the Senate. And since the Conservatives didn’t win any seats in the Montreal area, it’s a young neophyte MP from Mégantic-L’Érable, Christian Paradis, who’s in charge of the metropolitan area. Mégantic is 300 kilometres east of Montreal, and Mr. Paradis candidly admits he hasn’t visited Montreal more than a few times in his life.

Instead of looking for a strong, well-connected lieutenant and broadening his circle of Quebec advisers, Mr. Harper naively thought he could handle Quebec himself and that his goodwill gestures toward the province would do the rest. He’s now reaping the results of his own delusion.” http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20090313.wcogagnon16/BNStory/specialComment/home

Harper certainly will never get the support of Quebecer by STILL falsely bashing them for a start. Yes Quebecers ARE VERY different, AND they are a separate WHOLE community and they are NOT just more North Americans who speak French. They have a catholic and not a protestant background too, and they clearly do believe in the spirit of the law over the letter of the law, and they are not easily fooled like the Anglophones often are.

PROUD HARPER, AND THE WEST WRONGFULLY CANNOT UNDERSTAND STILL THAT IF YOU DESPISE, ABUSE QUEBECERS THERE NEXT IS A SERIOUS PRICE TO PAY FOR IT.. A REAL SERIOUS PRICE.. AND NO ONE CAN HAVE A MAJORITY CANADIAN GOVERNMENT WITHOUT THE QUEBEC VOTE.

Harper is losing it also in Ontario now too. Mar 21, 2009 04:30 AM Liberal support in Ontario clocked in at 44 per cent while the Conservatives have 31 per cent and the NDP 14 per cent, according to the poll, done for the Star and La Presse by Nanos Research.http://www.thestar.com/News/Canada/article/606075

The Conservatives are down and out in Quebec – and know it Globe and Mail – While Prime Minister Stephen Harper made the spot decision to recognize the Québécois as a “nation” within a united Canada. They betrayed the Harperites’ lack of touch when dealing with Quebec sensitivities, Then came Mr. Harper’s bad attack on “separatists” during the coalition acts last December …  jsimpson@globeandmail.com

Other Canadians merely in ignorance Bashing Quebec makes the bashers even bigger losers next still too.

MOST QUEBECERS CLAIM A RELGIOUS AFFILIATION http://www.montrealgazette.com/Life/United+church+converts+French/1497838/story.html

How Quebecers differ from the rest of Canada in their views..

http://www2.macleans.ca/2009/04/28/what-canadians-think-of-sikhs-jews-christians-muslims/

Three-quarters of Canadian voters who attend evangelical churches (such as Baptist, Mennonite and Pentecostal) opted for the Conservative Party of Canada. In general Protestants, who nominally make up 30 per cent of the population, tend to split their vote between the two major parties.

Even though a majority of Quebecers don’t attend church on a regular basis, more than 95 per cent still claim some sort of formal religious affiliation.

Following are the latest figures for Quebec, for selected religions. They were collected during the 2001 federal census. Although the last census was held in 2006, questions about religious affiliation are asked only every second census. The next census will be in 2011.

Roman Catholics 5.9 million

Protestants 335,595

Muslims 108,620

Jews 89,920

Buddhists 41,375

Jehovah’s Witnesses 29,040

Hindus 24,530

No religious affiliation 413,185

Note: Among Protestants in Quebec, Anglicans were the most numerous, with 85,475 adherents; members of the United Church came second, with 52,950. For Canada as a whole, the United Church was the leading Protestant denomination, with 2.83 million members to the Anglican Church’s 2.03 million.

The April 2009 poll, by Angus Reid Strategies for Maclean’s, surveyed 1,002 randomly selected Canadians on religion.

RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE: POLL HIGHLIGHTS

– 70% of Canadians hold a positive view of Christianity

– 41% hold a positive view of Hinduism

– 30% hold a positive view of Sikhism

– 45% believe mainstream Islam encourages violence

– 44% Nationally would not want their child to marry a person of Jewish faith. Even fewer would be comfortable with a Sikh or a Muslim. In Quebec, that number rises

– 62% Nationally think laws and norms should not be modified to accommodate minorities. In Quebec, that number rises to 74%.

Across Canada, 72 per cent said they have a “generally favourable opinion” of Christianity. At the other end of the spectrum, Islam scored the lowest favourability rating, just 28 per cent. Sikhism didn’t fare much better at 30 per cent, and Hinduism was rated favourably by 41 per cent. Both Buddhism, at 57 per cent, and Judaism, 53 per cent, were rated favourably by more than half the population

A mere 17 per cent of Quebecers said they have a favourable opinion of Islam, and just 15 per cent view Sikhism favourably. Only 36 per cent of Quebecers said they hold a favourable opinion of Judaism, far below the national average, and in sharp contrast to neighbouring Ontario, where 59 per cent expressed a favourable view of the Jewish religion. ” .., all religions were regarded less positively in Quebec than in Canada as a whole, including Christianity, which 67 per cent of Quebecers view favourably, five points below the Canadian average. Buddhism’s favourability rating of 57 per cent is four points higher than Judaism, . Buddhism was the only religion, including Christianity, for which more than half of people who said they don’t have a friend of that faith held a favourable opinion of it anyway.

When asked if they thought “the mainstream beliefs” of the major religions “encourage violence or are mostly peaceful,” only 10 per cent said they thought Christianity teaches violence. But fully 45 per cent said they believe Islam does, and a sizable 26 per cent saw Sikhism as encouraging violence. By comparison, just 13 per cent perceived violence in Hindu teachings and 14 per cent in Jewish religion. A tiny four per cent said they think of Buddhism as encouraging violence. By far the highest percentage who viewed Islam as encouraging violence was found in Quebec, 57 per cent. Sikh doctrine is mostly likely to be viewed as violent in the province where about half of Canadian Sikhs live: 30 per cent of British Columbians said they think Sikhism encourages violence.

Angus Reid also took that debate national, asking how far governments should go to accommodate minorities. A strong majority of 62 per cent agree with the statement, “Laws and norms should not be modified to accommodate minorities.” A minority, 29 per cent, agreed with the alternative statement, “On some occasions, it makes sense to modify specific laws and norms to accommodate minorities.” Another nine per cent weren’t sure. In Quebec, 74 per cent were against changing laws or norms, the highest negative response rate on the accommodation question in the country

The Angus Reid poll found 51 per cent oppose funding of Christian schools, and the level of opposition soars from 68 per cent to 75 per cent for all other religions. On even hotter-button religious issues, opposition is overwhelming. Only 23 per cent would allow veiled voting, and just three per cent Islamic sharia law-an even lower level of support than the eight per cent who would allow polygamy. There’s substantial sympathy for recognizing religious holidays, 45 per cent, but a solid majority still opposes the idea.

** Still today Quebec’s official welcome to non-Catholic immigrants in addition to the huge crucifix atop Mount Royal in Montreal are wall mounted crucifix and their public prayers.

Quebec’s Catholics special religious rights goes back to the Quebec Act of 1774, and is central to the asymmetrical features of Confederation in the British North America Act of 1867. This The Quebec Act explicitly guaranteed the freedom to practice the Catholic faith. It also restored French civil law alongside the British common law even till today. Furthermore, the Quebec Act allowed Catholics to hold public office, and removed a reference to the Protestant denomination in the office holders’ oath of allegiance to the king of England. It also allowed the Catholic church to collect the religious tax known as the tithe. http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2009/05/28/the-not-so-secret/

The Catholic church collects tithes, but so do many evangelical churches, and some cults too.. even though tithes is applicable only in the Old Testament and to the Jewish persons only too. The Tithe in the new Testament is voluntary, non compulsive.. but the problem also today still is that many of the people who collect the tithe, violate often the OT laws on tithing and do steal from the tithe as well.. the OT had specified 1/7 of the tithe had to be given to the poor.. something the present tithe collectors do not mention, do not preach nor practice wrongfully in reality.. http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2008/05/29/the-ttihe/

Quebecers alone in wanting to save gun registry: Poll Wed Nov 11, 12:47 PM OTTAWA – A new poll suggests Quebecers are alone in wanting to save the long-gun registry. This is because Quebecers actually are more peace loving persons over those in the rest of Canada, and the Catholic region tends to preach pacifism, love and forgiveness over war mongering.

Harper recent win in one riding in Quebec. It’s an exception to conventional wisdom that by-election results can’t be extrapolated into a broader trend. Stephen Harper’s first attempt to woo small-town, rural Québécois voters was only a partial success. He then stabbed himself and his party in the chest during the 2008 election with maladroit policies on cuts to arts funding and tough youth-crime measures. Since the setback, his Conservatives have offered rural, small-town Quebec a much warmer and tangible second French kiss. Will it be reciprocated? Yes: There’s more than enough circumstantial evidence to conclude his second gambit might do the trick. The Conservatives have reached out with bags of taxpayers’ stimulus cash, as well as more pandering on the language front. Will this let them rout the Bloc in rural, small-town Quebec to help win a majority? It depends on if and how Gilles Duceppe can counter the steady flow of hard cash in rural constituencies that have fallen on hard times. Neither the Liberals nor NDP can challenge the Bloc or the Conservatives in rural Quebec. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/opinions/letters-to-the-editor/a-second-french-kiss/article1360304/

Face it like anywhere in Canada, even in Alberta many people can be bought with cash.. something Harper knows and practices now even though he had first lied and said he never would.. the Liberals also used it successfully for years..

Quebec is “the most corrupt province in Canada when it comes to stealing, tax evasions, bad business practises?

MONTREAL – The Quebec government demanded an apology from Maclean’s magazine on Friday . This week’s cover calls Quebec “the most corrupt province in Canada,” The opposition Parti Quebecois has, in fact, protested the cover. But it also says the current Charest government makes it pretty hard for it to defend Quebec, given of its plethora of political scandals. But Maclean’s wasn’t apologizing…. the magazine said, “but we think that the articles should be read and judged based on their own merits of fair and credible journalism.” Two articles in the magazine’s Oct. 4 edition aim to answer the question of why so many political scandals originate from Quebec – looking at a lengthy list of issues that have dogged the Charest government in recent years and also examining provincial scandals since the 1930s. The article makes brief references to the three B.C. premiers who were turfed by scandal within a decade, and to the dozen members of Saskatchewan’s Devine government who were charged in an expense-account scam in the 1990s. But it offers a far more detailed examination of Quebec’s various scandals while pondering the question of why corruption should be so ingrained in one political culture. The article examines the Duplessis reign, the construction scams of the 1970s, the Mulroney era, and the federal sponsorship scandal. It also points to more recent allegations of corruption at Montreal city hall and the current Bastarache inquiry investigating allegations of impropriety in the naming of Quebec judges. “The slew of dodgy business is only the most recent in a long line of made-in-Quebec corruption that has affected the province’s political culture at every level,” Maclean’s Martin Patriquin writes. “It raises an uncomfortable question: why is it that politics in Canada’s bete noire province seem perpetually rife with scandal?” http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100924/national/macleans_bashes_quebec

Well I know that the Governments in Alberta, Calgary are genereally not any better over those in Quebec, Montreal.. but I do prefer Montreal a lot more.. like in most provinces in Canada both of the police forces are iandeqaute still too.

My local Quebec MLA’s seem to be so busy chasing the mighty dollar they say they are too busy to talk to me and seem too often to forget about me often, they had not even replied to any of my last letter to them the whole last year now too..

SEE ALSO https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/01/18/the-montreal-beauracrats/

Firstly all of the governments needs to allot a lot more money for Medicare, heart and leg surgery and for decades now too as well .. and likely this money will be partially abused again as well.. some thing I still do see too often now too.. doctors and nurses even not properly supervised..

Quebec to address heart surgery delays Quebec Health Minister Yves Bolduc is promising to reduce the waiting list for heart surgery in the province after a 65-year-old patient died while on the waiting list for a relatively straightforward procedure. Jean-Guy Pitre, a retired police officer, died Friday after waiting more than five months for the operation to repair a blocked aorta, which was to take place at Montreals Hotel Dieu hospital. Officials at the University of Montreal Health Centre (CHUM), said it was forced to postpone Pitres surgery because of a lack of beds in the intensive care unit

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100308/canada/canada_montreal_mtl_quebec_heart_surgery_wait

While Automobile traffic accidents are the number one cause of death for Americans, Canadians ages 3 to 33 ad while Automobile traffic accidents are the most common source of personal injury the real Statistics still indicate that hospital deaths due to hospital acquired sickness, medical errors, medical negligence exceedingly surpass all of these numbers. And yet here not enough is being done about this and why is that?

Anyone stupid to say that the main Medicare problem also in QUEBEC is due to the lack of nurses is a fool.. for the root problem is the fact the Hospitals have a limited annual budget for heart surgery teams overall and for decades now as well, and not just in Quebec. heart surgery at $50,000 plus is a costly undertaking.. so only about 10 percent of the people who need it get it.. and I have been writing that truth now for 15 years now too. In Quebec and in many of the other provinces they do often practice pretentious, token Medicare.. they in the pretentious McGill West Island Health Social Services Centre, McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) and in the University of Montreal Health Centre (CHUM), allow the public to think they have adequate medical services only.. but do not have the staff, equipment, resources for it.. especially now for both heart and leg surgeries now.. and as the population in Canada gets older this is becoming even more obvious too.

The police are not the only ones who stall and wrongfully cover-up for their buddies..

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.

As I have detailed to all of Canada’s major news media, Members of the legislature as well I still never got this year adequate replay, actions about the much too many bad medical services, bad doctors and nurses, bad social workers I had witnessed, rightfully complained about at the Montreal West Island General Hospital and this is still unacceptable.

The clear fact is that the Canadian federal government, federal Member parliament had voted unanimously this year against allowing euthanasia, the Killing of anyone by even medical persons but who enforces it in Quebec. The clear fact is that the Canadian federal government, federal Member parliament had voted unanimously this year against allowing euthanasia, the Killing of anyone by even medical persons and that now included as have also now complained in writing about my own witness of the unnecessary death of Mr. Ploufe at the Montreal West Island Lakeshore Hospital . In my father’s case the medical personnel had not done all they could to save my father’s life the last 7 months before his death and their unacceptable neglect of his medical conditions by too many medical staff caused some persons wrongfully to allow his early death.

My local Quebec MLA’s seem to be so busy chasing the mighty dollar they say they are too busy to talk to me and seem too often to forget about me often, they had not even replied my last letter to them about bad Bell Canada now too, and in the process they now had by their poor management even lost 30 percent of the Quebecers pension fund.

It is unbelievable that after I had written about it now to our Quebec even Health Ministers, Premiers, major news media too, too even for many years later 15 years even I can go to most local Hospitals or Convalescent homes in Montreal Quebec and there too easily see the typical and mostly poorly supervised doctors, nurse, medical care workers and when I write to you my own member of the legislature too about it, ( hand delivered it as well) what neither you or your staff now do not even bother to acknowledge my emails, correspondences, never mind act upon it and why is that? She was today again too busy to talk to me.. my local MLA’s representative

Do I really now have to write to everyone, all the news editors too, about his next too and post it it on the net before I will now get a satisfactory result too from you? RSVP

And when the citizens ask the politicians to do their jobs better where are they? My very useless Lieberal local Quebec MLA Clement Gignac and his representative Luciana.Evangelista@mdeie.gouv.qc.ca they had not even acknowledged or replied even to my last 2 letter to them for they seem to be so busy chasing the mighty dollar, to make up for losing 30% of the Quebecers pension funds they lost. Now they even do say they are too busy to talk me and so they do forget about me, and all of the elderly persons now too it seems.

Now no one by now, absolutely still no one should underestimate me or get complacent with me as I do not hesitate to fully expose to all, to demand full prosecution of all the guilty absolves persons I do run into still to all. I do not accept inappropriate actions lightly too.. It should be obvious to all also that I merely do not write to you too now for the fun of it and not only do I also post my unresolved complaints eventually on the internet even for the whole world to read, and I have been doing this for the last few decades too. I do expect seriously, full appropriate actions on the matter of all of my complaints, and so I do send copies of all of my complaints to key members of Parliament to all of Canada’s major news editors as well now for their further notice and appropriate actions too.

Attention Quebec, Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux Alain Poirier

Both the French and English speaking Montreal hospitals are undeniably too often pretentious, inadequate and mismanaged still too, all as simple as that too. Self regulation by doctors is just more unacceptable masturbation too..

Harper attacks Liberals, Obama in ‘private’ speech to conservatives –http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090313/national/harper_conservative_speech

OTTAWA – Stephen Harper made two very different sales pitches for his economic plan this week: one a public pep talk to jittery Canadians, the other a private smoothing-of-the-feathers for uneasy conservatives.

The marquee speech Canadians saw on television Tuesday or read about the next day was about how the economy would recover swiftly and strongly through targeted spending in the budget.

The other was behind closed doors Thursday evening to a group of key conservatives – sharply partisan remarks that ripped into the Liberals, libertarians, the Obama administration’s tax policies and Wall Street.

The prime minister spoke at a conference sponsored by the Manning Centre for Building Democracy, a conservative think-tank run by former Reform Party leader Preston Manning.

The prime minister’s office did not signal beforehand that he was giving the speech, and refused to make his remarks available afterward.

In a recording obtained by The Canadian Press, Harper goes after the Liberals in a election-campaign style attack, saying the current situation would be much worse had they been in power.

“Imagine the stance Canada would have taken when Hezbollah and Hamas terrorists attacked Israel. Imagine how many Liberal insiders and ideologues would be now in the Senate, the courts and countless other federal institutions and agencies – I should say, how many more,” Harper said to laughter.

“Imagine the costs of going through with the Kyoto and Kelowna accords with no plan to actually achieve anything on either the environment or aboriginal affairs. Imagine what a carbon tax would be doing to our economy in the middle of a global recession.”

He twice pointed disdainfully to tax hikes U.S. President Barack Obama introduced for the highest tax brackets.

Harper urged the crowd not to “forget that Conservatives being in power has made an enormous difference.”

The prime minister has been criticized in some conservative circles for allowing the government to go into deficit with spending programs designed to stimulate the economy. At the conference, which continued Friday, some high-profile conservatives warned against watering down conservative ideas to win votes.

“Conservatives should stop having the internal debate in their head and all the philosophical arguments, and talk about hard specific ideas that make a difference in people’s lives, have the courage to stand up and fight for the things we know are right,” said Tom Long, a former leadership candidate for the Canadian Alliance.

“We have tried going out and selling things we don’t believe in – how’s that working?”

Said Michel Kelly Gagnon of the Montreal Economic Institute: “If you want to vote for a centrist party, you can vote for the Liberal party of Canada. They’re very good at that.”

But Harper vigorously defended his policies, arguing that compromises had to be made to face the economic reality.

“I’m talking about compromises that address the reality of the lives of real people.”

He went on to deride the spendthrift culture in the United States and the recklessness of Wall Street. Harper, who has been described as a libertarian in the past, surprised some in the audience by critiquing those same ideals.

“The libertarian says, ‘Let individuals exercise full freedom and take full responsibility for their actions.’ The problem with this notion is that people who act irresponsibly in the name of freedom are almost never willing to take responsibility for their actions.”

Mike Brock, a Conservative blogger who attended the conference, called the speech bewildering.

“The treatment to classical liberals and libertarians – of which I consider myself – was nothing short of stunning,” he wrote.

“The condescension was literally dripping from his mouth. Was this his response to the disillusionment that libertarians across the country have had to his government and its policies of late?

“If it was, it did not build any bridges. Rather, it burnt them right down.”

The biggest threat to families in Canada does not come from gay marriage, or abortion, or any of the other traditional social-conservative hobby-horses. It comes from divorce, since in Alberta there is no legal separation.. note this fact 30 percent of evangelical Christians practice divorce even cause many  pastors counsel it often, they are sex maniacs who like to keep their options open, even though God hates divorce.

Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper is not a real Evangelical Christian

Fundamentals evangelists have been proven right, Alcohol is dangerous, leads also to cancer. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/02/drink-alcohol-and-die/

1 Peter 5 :8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your  adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may  devour:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions  are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.10 But the God of all  grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye  have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 11 To  him be glory and dominion for ever and ever.   Stephen Harper once said he had no plans to stack the Senate with unelected representatives, suggesting it was “a dumping ground for the favoured cronies of the prime minister.” Next when he’s actually a prime minister, he’s done exactly what he said he wouldn’t do. And falsely Harper still blames the Liberals for his lies, poor acts, or whatever but clearly he Harper lacks integrity too and thus patronage and croneyism continues to rule the day in Canadian politics and taxpayers are still the big losers. Conservative supporters  go along with Harper’s lies again too.
.

The intention of the Conservative Party to run attack ads on Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff clearly demonstrates that Stephen Harper remains what he has always been: blindly partisan, mean-spirited, and willing to say or do anything, even at the expense of the truth, to gain or maintain power. What a contrast in style to President Barack Obama. Obama generates hope — Harper generates cynicism. Obama inspires citizens to be positive — Harper’s style is all negative, all the time. Harper is desperate to change the channel, to get Canadians to focus on matters other than his government’s dismal record of financial mismanagement and broken promises. Harper, you remember, wasn’t going to tax income trusts, wasn’t going to appoint senators, wasn’t going to force an election unless he lost a vote in Parliament, wasn’t going to run a deficit.  Our Prime Minister changes policy on the fly and hopes we won’t notice the inconsistencies, the broken promises, the irrational shifts in his thinking. http://www.brantfordexpositor.ca/ArticleDisplay.aspx?e=1479728

“Is Stephen Harper the Three Faces of Eve or just another two faced politician? I often wonder if he really believes what he is saying and if his party supports him just to keep a job or if they actually believe in their leader? I wonder if all the classroom giggles that went on in Question Period this past week from the Conservatives whenever Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff stood up to pose serious questions on our state of the economy, was ordered by the Prime Minister himself in one of their closed door meetings or if the entire seating of Conservatives are that childish and teach their children when in school and someone you don’t like is called on to ask a question, just giggle to try and make them look stupid. The only one that came out this week looking that way was the entire Conservative party and further proof of their two faced ways  speaking to the Canadian people how great their party is and how they are the one’s to save the Canadian economy from downfall as the world thinks they’re number one, that’s quite the ego trip. Prime Minister Harper still playing his political games and not wanting transparency of the truth gave two different sales pitches of his economic plan this week in Brampton, one to gain the confidence of Canadians that the economic downswing will soon rise up in a timely manner through spending of his budget and another ripping through the Liberals behind closed doors including the Obama administration’s tax policies and Wall Street at a conference sponsored by The Manning Centre for Building Democracy run by the former Reform Party leader Preston Manning stating at one point that the Conservatives have made an enormous difference and urged all at the conference to keep that in mind. What I keep in mind with the difference the Conservative party has made since in office comes in a different form and one all should keep in mind whenever they hear Prime Minister Stephen Harper or Minister Flaherty speak in the coming months or years. The Conservatives first budget in 2006 certainly did not meet the needs of residents of Mississauga-Brampton South or any citizen of Canada that didn’t meet his standard of living as he raised taxes for lower income families and did not address transit, childcare, or post-secondary education adequately. The Conservative party have done nothing but proved again and again they cannot be trusted in the good times and are oblivious to governing properly in the bad times, in the end the conservatives will only hurt Canadians more as the three faces of Steve continually resurface one day at a time.  ” http://news.nabweekly.ca/?p=297

Conservative’s one sided  attack on others, by Harper as well are most unfair. Telling the truth about the Conservatives immoral, bad acts is often falsely rejected as being hateful.. but it is not hate when the Conservatives do it??? The “ people who act irresponsibly in the name of freedom are almost never willing to take responsibility for their actions.” – Prime Minister Stephen Harper, who now also should apply this firstly still to himself and his own Conservative party and not merely preach it to others.  It absolutely amazes me still as to how Stephen Harper and the Conservatives are so ready to preach about, to see the supposed sins of the Liberals, and yet they cannot firstly see their own sins, when they do the very same thing that they are accusing the liberals, others of doing.. and now why is that?
 .
Not just Stephen Harper, but too many Evangelicals, Catholics too,  tend to be amongst the alcoholics too, some of the biggest liars that I know of cause they lie to themselves that they end up to be practicing Christians. Lip service Christianity is still not acceptable. Ongoing continual personal repentance  for sins  is also not optional..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/03/10/actions-real-concrete-type-speak-louder-over-cheap-words-lies-spins/
 .
Prime Minister Stephen Harper has many strengths? but communicating well with the Canadians who don’t share his political views is not one of them. By comparison, Harper’s strength as a communicator was in bringing the different conservative factions together to form one united party. The prime minister’s inability to connect with non-partisan Canadians was apparent this week when he spoke to a business audience in Brampton. Harper used the occasion to predict that Canada would be the first country to emerge from the recession and that it would be in a stronger position than ever. That sounds like wishful thinking. It is wishful thinking.  There is nothing wrong with wishful thinking providing it is labelled as such. No one could fault the prime minister for saying he hopes Canada emerges from the recession more swiftly than any other country. Every Canadian wishes that. Harper, however, despite having easy access to finance department projections, seems to have no better view of the future economy than many other thoughtful Canadians. The truth is that no one can predict with confidence exactly when or how this current recession will end.” But it is still another thing to lie and to spin.   ” It’s one thing for a leader to convey a long-term belief in the future — U.S. president Franklin Roosevelt did that successfully during the Depression — but it’s quite another to make predictions about which country will emerge first from a recession. That’s the type of subject better left to bookies. To be fair to Harper, other comments he made in his speech were much more perceptive. He said, for example, our fortunes depend on those of the United States. He’s right. Nothing would improve the Canadian economy as much as an improvement in the U.S. economy. We are an exporting nation, and a lot of our exports go south of the border. When the Americans aren’t buying, we have trouble selling. What Canadians want from the prime minister is straight talk that neither minimizes our problems nor leaves the impression the recession will never end. Surely Harper could find a speech writer who can help him convey this message.”  but since most conservatives are still too often liars that is unlikely..   http://news.therecord.com/Opinions/article/501917
.
And you already do know that the devil is the father of all lies, behind all the lies, God and Jesus do not lie ever..

Harper did not explain how the opposition could be expected to approve spending that the government had not yet presented to Parliament for approval. On Friday, he addressed a closed-door conference organized by a right-wing lobby, the Manning Institute for Building Democracy, and the Good Harper was nowhere to be seen. The Prime Minister attacked the Liberal party, saying it could not be trusted to run Canada again; he complained that the courts and public service are full of liberals; and he even criticized his new friend and ally Barack Obama for pursuing liberal economic policies. The trouble with the two-mask approach to leadership is that the message gets hopelessly confused. The public doesn’t know which version to believe. Does Canada support President Obama or doesn’t it? Should Canadians trust the Good Harper or the Bad Harper – or neither? Interestingly, someone in the Prime Minister’s Office decided it would be prudent not to release a text or transcript of Harper’s comments to the Manning Institute (reporters did manage to get hold of a recording). Was the PMO afraid that the Bad Harper would embarrass the Good Harper? In Washington perhaps? Geoffrey Stevens,  geoffstevens@sympatico.ca

I have clearly said that to many Conservative party supporters, the professing Christian ones included now  that they are big  liars, hypocrites, and that is undeniable now as well for decades too especially in the West and elsewhere. Canadian Conservatives loudly they claim they believe in democracy, their  rights, their freedom of speech, their own right to be heard, their right to govern, but they next do too often do rather deny me my own right of free speech, my rebuttal of their lies, my detail post of their immoral acts, on the net and elsewhere openly under some false excuse, and that evidently to all now makes them liars. They also to often tend not to hesitate to abuse me, slander me, bully me and that makes them perverts too. They really do not care about the truth, other people’s rights but mainly and solely their own it seems for sure.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/19/the-time-has-come-to-end-glamourising-alcohol-sponsorship/
.

Most people are Ostriches, they have  glamorous versions of the reality, a disserted one, a spin, one they use to make themselves not to deal with it or to think about it negatively.. not surprisingly since  the average person now  lies 3 times every 10 minutes..

.

But let me tell you 2 things about telling lies:

a: we tend to believe our own lies, funny how that is, say it often enough and you yourself start to be live the lie as the truth when it is still a lie.. and

b: the more you do now lie to yourself the crazier, the more insane you yourself do  become even if you may not admit it, or now  be aware of it. eventually you become totally loony as a result, a far grasp from reality. I have seen many a persons go there now too.

(James 1:26 KJV)  If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.

(James 1:17 KJV)  Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

(Col 3:9 KJV)  Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;

(1 Tim 1:9 KJV)  Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10    For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
(Titus 1:12 KJV)  One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.
(Rev 2:2 KJV)  I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
(Rev 21:8 KJV)  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

(1 John 1:9 KJV)  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10    If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
(Isa 28:17 KJV)  Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
(Hosea 10:13 KJV)  Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.
(Nahum 3:1 KJV)  Woe to the bloody city! it is all full of lies and robbery; the prey departeth not;
(Hab 2:18 KJV)  What profiteth the graven image that the maker thereof hath graven it; the molten image, and a teacher of lies, that the maker of his work trusteth therein, to make dumb idols?
(John 8:44 KJV)  Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
(John 8:45 KJV)  And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

Half million Canadians to lose jobs this year, TD Bank says OTTAWA – Canada is suffering through one of the worst recessions in decades, one that will see more than half a million people thrown out of work, corporate profits tumble and household wealth decline sharply, says the Toronto-Dominion Bank.

Economy sheds another 82,600 jobs in February; jobless rate jumps to 7.7 per cent OTTAWA – Canadian workers are taking the full brunt of the deepening recession as another 82,600 lost their jobs in February, boosting the country’s unemployment rate a half-point to the highest level in more than five years.

.

Prime minister Stephen Harper puts a positive spin on the economy.. do now lay him off now and let him face the reality himself.

While in fact, in truth also our different  political leaders like our Prime Minister Stephen Harper may,  may sound to some persons to be  sincere, even claiming to be Christian now too, he is  all now still mostly an immoral person, liar,    crafty, divisive, disrespectful, doing his own work, a work    in the flesh, seeking after more false followers too,  all cause he still   does not have the personal knowledge of God.. he and his followers  mainly do live in a different world, are in  a different league of fellowship  from   the real Christians..
.
(Eph 4:14 KJV)  That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15  But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16  From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. 17  This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, 18  Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: 19  Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
 .
(Note FIRST to the evangelical ostriches who write to me and  deny the negative reality, as per the a witness at the Western  Standard blog who had REPORTED In Writing AS WELL ON this event , some of the People Present there when Stephen Harper and Preston Manning were present, and Harper spoke,  they Were now Getting DRUNK ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. This too now Was NO CHRISTIAN, CHURCH GATHERING for sure, but  political events. Some people here say that no Christians drink alcohol.. yes, no real Christians do, but there are many false ones.. The news media have openly written about too many of the poltical events being even sponsered by the alchol  makers too. So wake up evangelical Christian ostriches..)
.

A Christian radio station in Red Deer Alberta , from Alberta’s once Bible belt too, wrote to me today and said they deny that Stephen Harper and his colleagues do , drinks beer, wine, alcohol, and that  Harper even  distributes any of it to others, cause real the Christians do not do this. Are they right or wrong about you to? Do openly tell us all. Some think you are a real Christian, are you deliberate now misleading them here too again? I am an abstainer and I do not give out any smokes,  playboy or wine too at any of my events.. what about you Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Preston Manning too? I do not believe rightfully either of you are real Christians.. for many good reasons now too. Nor do many others.

 .
And what is the secret part of it? That too many Evangelicals are ashamed of him for drinking alcohol? Many EVANGELICAL Fundamentalist believe that all true professing evangelical Christians are total abstainers from alcohol, and IN A FALSE DENIAL, A FALSE UNBELIEF they refuse to admit the reality that some professing Christians, Christian leaders still do get drunk, drink alcohol. Why? the shock they have been lied too is too much for a start..  ..Insiders knew that the Latter rain Canadian evangelist in Lakeland Florida Rev Todd Bentley had gone of the deep end a long time ago much time before it became public, as usual too..  but they could not hide it forever.. the associated public tended to deny the reality once it was next revealed..
.

According to the pastor Harper was a good christian. The  hypocritical, pretentious fundamental right winged evangelical pastor of New Life Beginings in LaSalle, Quebec  Preaches next openly today now  for us not to have anything to do with a person who drinks wine, and to stand up against all people who do any wrong, to openly speak to them, and lies and says come and talk to me your pastor after church. I am always really interested to hear from you about all of your concerns but  in reality when you do try to talk to him..  I thus told him Harper drinks beer.. but since he himself cannot handle negative truths, he the ostrich no good pastor refuses to talk with me  and  says I am tired now, I refuse to hear any of that, I refuse to believe any of that, that is all gossip,  slanders, and we do not allow anyone who causes disturbance, problems, gives any criticism in our church, so please leave now. So much for their false professing Christian love, brotherly love, their openness now, free speech too.. The same pastor says he does not believe anything the news media writes at all. So who does he believe? only himself it seems.

For the record, Stephen Harper Prime Minister of Canada himself now did  not even deny to me that he drinks beers and/or alcohol, or that he even gives presents of alcohol to others as well. So why do any of the others?

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/01/23/alcoholic/

 .
Yes too many Conservatives still also lie and say you can be a good family man and be an alcoholic as well..

the sad reality contradicts it often..  the broken next  homes..

and no man can serve two masters, for he will love one and hate the other..

.

PS anyone who is naive to say that professing Christians do not drink alcohol, get drunk just should read all the letters I often do get from professing Christian pastors acknowledging they drink wine, alcohol and trying to justify it.. I have often written about this too http://postedat.wordpress.com/2008/11/04/politics-political-corruptions-inducements-christians-alcoholics/
.

For all the fundamental evangelical Christians who  LIE AND say PM Stephen Harper DOES NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.. HERE IS THE REALITY
 .
“VANCOUVER, B.C. – It seems U.S. President Barack Obama owes Prime Minister Stephen Harper a few cold ones. The two leaders had a friendly bet on the outcome of Sunday’s gold-medal Olympic hockey game.   Team Canada came out on top, so Obama will have to pick up a 24-pack of Molson Canadian for the prime minister. Harper would have had to buy Obama a case of Yuengling beer if the U.S. had taken the top honour at the tournament. Team USA beat Team Canada in the first match-up between the two countries in the preliminary rounds, but Canada came out on top in a heart-stopping overtime round on Sunday. Harper was at the game in Vancouver but Obama did not make an appearance at the Olympics. The prime minister met with the gold medal winners in the locker room after the game to congratulate them. ”

Out of town

investigate

The RCMP like to eat well and who pays for it? taxpayers?

Calgary – Chef Rocco Terrigno has cooked for celebrities before, but not until yesterday did the Secret Service show up in advance of his most famous customer of all. When George W. Bush arrived with an entourage of RCMP and Secret Service agents last night to dine at Osteria de Medici, the popular Italian restaurant in Kensington, his arrival shut down the neighbourhood.  Terrigno didn’t know who his customer was until an hour and a half before the 43rd president, in town to give a talk in Calgary, arrived for dinner. “We knew it was going to be someone important,” said Terrigno this morning as he sat in the spot where Bush sat in the private dining room. “Sometimes you get RCMP come by and you know that person is very important, but this time, there was RCMP and the Secret Service.”

http://www.thestar.com/News/Canada/article/603754

It is interesting that that famous historical painter Michaelangelo had painted the last supper painting  he supposedly had used the very same person for the portraits of Apostle John the youngest of the Jesus disciple, the one Jesus loved the most,  and next even for Apostle Judas, the next very bad person who had betrayed, sold out Jesus to death. The passage of time had changed the same model in appearance, character as well.  Better to look at the end of of something than solely looking at it’s mere beginnings.

As it is common in life I have often been separated in distance, contact, from some persons for decades and when I met someone of them they have not changed much, whereas others have changed drastically, some even very disturbingly too. I knew of one person when he was a sincere, energetic young man and decades later when I had met the same person when was become in behavior like a mafia godfather, cold, murderous, ruthless. This same person  did not change negatively now overnight, his negative changes had  started by his own choice now as well with something small even, first at stealing in work expense account firstly, and going on.. escalating to other bad matters.

Often I hear police  expressions like we have found no evidence of wrong doings, sadly too that often means they did not look hard enough, it does not mean the person was not guilty of any wrong doing in reality..

It is also   no more prudent for taxpayers to leave politicians or the RCMP now too  alone with buckets of cash than it’s wise for parents to leave children home alone with the full  cookie jar.

No one seems to thinks they have enough money. Many  are  even obsessed by the need for more it, the love the things money buys for them too and they do not care how they get it…

Undeniably still too many cops, civil and public servants, employees of crown corporations, politicians and their aides, wives as well, do still  like to make unnecessary out of town trips, eat fine food, stay in nice hotels all wrongfully paid for at the taxpayer’s expense and none, none of it is acceptable. This is still a criminal act of theft.

The general public also sees much of the so called employee  incentive programs as a matter of theft, tax evasion, not just a flagrant waste on the part of mismanaged civil and public servants too. Many persons now also have paid  taxes toward a federal, provincial Pension Plan that might not be fully available when they  retire because much of the money has been abused by the federal, provincial, municipal governments.

“I’m sick and tired of picking up the newspaper and reading about another idiotic abuse of taxpayer money while our country is on the brink,” said the US Senator John Kerry. “It’s an embarrassment that this legislation is necessary, but some companies clearly need a reality check to get their priorities straight.”

” TACOMA, Wash. — As a technician with the Federal Aviation Administration, Steven B. Smith was paid to work on equipment used to keep the flying public safe.  Federal prosecutors contend the Southern California resident also used his position to steal nearly $3 million in public property, including a 50-foot yacht, a Cessna airplane and a 44-foot yawl once used by Navy ROTC students at the University of Washington.  A federal grand jury in Tacoma indicted Smith and his half-brother, Bradley A.G. Garner, earlier this month on one count of wire fraud and theft of honest services.”

While the God given Jewish old testament Law of Moses is made up of over 600 rules that are mostly inapplicable today , the Ten Commandments were a succinct list of rules from which some of the main ones were developed. They are recorded in two chapters of the Hebrew Scriptures (specifically the Pentateuch): Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5. When Jesus was asked, “What must I do to inherit eternal life?”, he replied: “You know the Commandments, keep these and you will live.”  Jesus attests to the importance of the Ten Commandments. This is why Christians still accept them.

The Commandment

The Call

Action

1

I am the LORD your God, you shall have no other gods before me.

Faith (Trust in God)

All faith in God, freedom from lesser gods: wealth, sex, power, popularity.

2

You shall not take the Name of the LORD your God in vain.

Respect

Holiness

Respect for God and the things of God: prayer, worship, religion.

3

Keep holy the Sabbath day.

Renewal

Not just the day of rest, but setting aside time for prayer, good recreation, quiet reflection.

4

Honor your father and your mother.

Family

Loving care and respect for all family members, elders and younger siblings, too. Respect for elders in general.

5

You shall not kill.

Respect For Life

Courtesy to all, speaking respectfully to all, seeking the best for all. Respecting others’ freedom while still defending all human life.

6

You shall not commit adultery.

Chastity

Faithfulness (Fidelity)

Faithful actions beyond just abstaining from sexual contact outside of marriage. Respect for sex and marriage.

7

You shall not steal.

Justice (Honesty)

Concern for the rights of others, especially when they get in the way of what we desire. A commitment to fairness and a willingness to suffer loss rather than depriving another.

8

You shall not bear false witness.

Truth

A dedication to what is real and true, even if that reality is against our interests.

9

You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife.

Purity

A desire to want only what God wills. A single-hearted devotion to God’s way.

10

You shall not covet your neighbor’s goods.

Generosity

A cooperation in God’s own generosity that sees all goods as belonging to God and freely given for the good of all.

When Jesus was asked, “What is the greatest commandment?” he responded with two:

Love God and love your neighbor. (cf. Mark 12:28-31)

In accord with this, we see the first three commandments as directed toward the first of these (love of God),

and the last seven as relating to the second: love of neighbor.

It is interesting how many people tend to deviate from these basic commandments that they tend to  break many of God’s commandments not just one..

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Dziekanski would still be alive if not for RCMP confrontation: said a pathologist.  Robert Dziekanski would likely still be alive if he hadn’t been stunned multiple times with a Taser and restrained on the floor of Vancouver’s airport by four RCMP officers, said  an expert pathologist.   Dr. John Butt, who has served as chief medical examiner in Alberta and Nova Scotia, told a public inquiry into Dziekanski’s death that the stress of the confrontation – including the use of the Taser – likely caused the Polish man’s heart to stop.  He said it was a death that could have been avoided.  “Is it fair to say that, in your opinion, had Mr. Dziekanski not been Tasered, not been restrained on the floor, that he would still be alive today?” asked Walter Kosteckyj, the lawyer for Dziekanski’s mother.  “I suspect that, yes,” Butt replied during his testimony Wednesday. “Is that a strong opinion?” asked Kosteckyj.  “Yes,” replied Butt.  he said he could find no evidence that Dziekanski’s heart was damaged due to chronic alcoholism. That’s a contributing factor listed in the autopsy report.  Butt said  . “I don’t think there is alcoholic heart disease so I don’t think that it has any role (in Dziekanski’s death).” A lawyer for the federal government told the inquiry Dziekanski may have been on heart medication, however Butt said there was no indication of that in his medical records, including from a mandatory health exam required to immigrate to Canada. Butt, who worked on a report about Tasers for the B.C. Police Complaints Commission four years ago, said he was also concerned the autopsy report barely mentions the fact that Dziekanski was stunned with a Taser. Dr. Charles Lee, who conducted the autopsy, told the inquiry earlier in the week that the Taser may have contributed to Dziekanski’s death. But his report makes one mention of the weapon, only to explain marks on Dziekanski’s body. “I don’t see how one could possibly not mention the Taser in the commentary in this case,” said Butt. “Whether or not that’s going to say that it’s hugely relevant to the cause of death, it’s enormously relevant to the events in this case.”  Lee has told the inquiry that while he knew Dziekanski had been shocked by a Taser, he was not aware he was shocked multiple times.    http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090429/national/taser_inquiry

Inquiry zaps RCMP credibility  I honestly thought we’d hear something mitigating from those Richmond, BC Mounties — at least a few words to cast a shred of doubt on the

THERE APPEAR TO BE THREE MAIN REASONS any so called professionals, the RCMP now too,  have  DEGENERATED IN EFFECTIVENESS  SO VISIBLY. THE SAME REASONS THAT WOULD BE APPLICABLE TO MOST PROFESSIONAL BODIES NOW AS WELL..
-The first is the  initial employee, managements hiring,  selection process. Police forces tend to have common criteria of personnel selections.
– The second clearly is  promotional mechanisms within  the force.. which seems too often to reward AND promote incompetency.. TO ME THIS EXPLAINS WHY POLICE CHIEFS, MANAGERS TEND OFTEN NOW  TO LACK MORALITY, CREDIBILITY, ETHICS TOO.
– The third is the internal self regulating aspects

So still now  what is needed  firstly is not more self regulations,   the supposed discipline of its members , or their ensuring the education, competency testing.  For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in  tendency still to be denied,   suppressed, minimized in reality .  There in reality is the  one important step that all consumers can take to protect themselves from any unscrupulous persons  and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body,  and so now how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Ministers as well?  None? and why not?

Here I would note also  that one of the main instigators of the professional Doctors carrying out their duties more effectively was not only the threat of discipline by their self regulating body, but the threat of an external, public  lawsuit itself.. something that is generally drastically missing in the police forces now..

Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces  as well it seems too.

Robert Dziekanski’s death at Vancouver’s airport has eroded public confidence in the RCMP among Canadians who feel four officers used too much force when they shocked the Polish immigrant with a Taser, a new survey suggests in B.C., where 73 per cent said the officers used too much force, and 54 per cent said they now have less confidence in the RCMP.

Now   as if you all did not know that already that the Local and the national police cannot be respected to do a decent inquiry into the alleged wrong doings of any police officers, cause we can seem all to know that the accused police officers do not hesitate to lie, to cover-up the reality… now self regulation  of the police force, is just useless self masturbation always it seems, thus we need independent  reviews of all police complaints for all of the police forces too in Canada, with real negative consequences on the guilty persons now too and it is  as simple as that.. too often Self regulation is another bad word for masturbation and it is not the real thing..

B.C. freezing death report calls for police to stop investigating themselves Thu Mar 12, 6:56 PM VANCOUVER, B.C. – A homeless alcoholic who died cold and alone in a Vancouver alley was a victim of indifference and callousness, compounded by a botched police investigation into his death, says a former judge who presided over an inquiry into the man’s death.  William Davies released a highly critical report  . Davies told a news conference the Vancouver Police Department’s investigation of the two officers involved in Paul’s death was flawed and the system needs a radical overhaul.  “These systemic flaws are grounded in conflict of interest – police investigating themselves,” he said.   Davies’s recommendation IS that a civilian body, not another police department, should investigate police-related deaths.
Believe other people’s lies, spins or
be  truly  informed or be ignorant and  it is still your choice too..

5 to 15 percent of all accidents and related deaths  are caused by speeding, so who deals with the remaining 85 percent in reality? No one! Even though most accidents are still caused by the other  revenue generating traffic offences such as drunk, impaired driving, bad drivers, distracted drivers, road rage, and unsafe vehicles.

Our RCMP members, sheriffs and other agencies, bottom line is they have a zero-tolerance policy in effect.”

DOES A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY APPLY TO DRUNK DRIVING, SPEEDING, CITIZEN ABUSES TO THE  RCMP members, sheriffs and other agencies, OR IS IT STILL A ONE WAY STREET…  I UNDERSTAND THAT MANY COPS STILL DO  DRIVE HOME drunk FROM THE POLICE UNION TAVERN..

We also still do  need better police managers, better Justice Ministers Canada wide too.

In busy Toronto, police say  Drunk driving and careless turning are the main culprits for serious accidents in intersections and red light cameras are not used because of the fear of public backlash..  So why are Calgary drivers such chronic lead-foots? or is the question why is it the Calgary city fathers are so money hungry? The  police services are  implementing the   speed cameras as a way of adding to their coffers.. ‘Speed on green’ cameras linked to rear-end crashes.  Arizona cities, one of the first cities to bring in such technology says the cameras decrease speeding and dangerous collisions, but can increase the number of rear-end crashes. But of course the money hungry police of Calgary had denied this.

ANOTHER CASH GRAB.. The Calgary Parking Authority is expanding its hold on the inner city by starting to charge for parking on more than 20 blocks of the Beltline.

CALGARY AND EDMONTON POLICE ISSUE MORE TRAFFIC TICKETS OVER ANY OTHER CITIES  IN CANADA AND  FOR DECADES NOW TOO!

Anyone who thinks the cops here are being honest, serving the public is a fool..

No  matter how that dirty RCMP weasel spins the facts, tries to weasel out of the truth, the RCMP was clearly wrong on many counts in the Taser death of a polish immigrant at the Vancouver airport.. they were uncompassionate, inconsiderate, used more restraining force than was necessary, and they next also clearly lied to cover-up their own immoral acts, and many times as well, They slander a good man in the process as well.. and so none of this was, is acceptable or forgivable.. none  of it.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/04/21/the-mickey-mouse-rcmp-in-canada

Now the RCMP is so ready to monitor others it firstly cannot monitor itself.. how absurd and hypocritical still too

Most reasonable and reasoning people have seen the folly of speed cameras for decades now too.

Here is what I found amazing and worth while examining now  in much more detail.. insurance companies in Canada do not mind gouging Canadian consumers in their greed to make more profits..  and we all know that accumulating speeding , traffic infractions, will cause your car insurance costs to go up significantly…   and yet here is what I find surprising, neither the insurance companies, the provincial government, nor the federal government, the police have real, valid detailed statistics on the causes of traffic accidents: such as how many were caused my alcoholic drivers, how many were caused by speeding, how many were caused by poor road conditions, lousy snow clearing as well, etc not even in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, BC as well.. …. so what do the insurance companies do with all the extra money they collect, certainly they of all persons should have firstly the best statistics on traffic accidents now in the first place, or how do they determine their rates??? Even Canada’s police chiefs have to rely on accident statistics from other countries, such as Australia, Great Britain, the US..

“And the RCMP has changed, for the worse. At the headquarters level there hasn’t been a good report in years. Various inquiries have found incompetence, poor training, poor discipline, poor co-ordination and communication, and outright dishonesty. Those inquiries have used phrases like “horribly broken,” “often flawed,” “not justified” and so on.

News reports made it clear that RCMP investigations into embarrassing and fatal actions of their own members were inadequate to the point of being a coverup. At the field level there were many reports of highly dubious shootings by RCMP members, and criminal investigations into the conduct of members when off duty. Former RCMP Commissioner Giuliano Zaccardelli resigned in disgrace after giving conflicting statements to a Parliamentary committee. ” http://www.calgaryherald.com/opinion/Alberta+should+renew+RCMP+contract/3498184/story.html?cid=megadrop_story

This is not a new revelation I myself now had detailed to you about 25 years ago my own experience in Canmore Alberta with the perverse RCMP where I got 2 speeding tickets on the same spot years apart and how the RCMP next also had covered up for it’s pervere buddies, and I had also entered my complaint about their perverse acts into the Canmore Queens court record as well now.

One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a cop  is really like, is work with him  just for one whole day,.. and   what   you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/11/11/no-rcmp-alcoholics-it-seems/

You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors,  police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers, bad PERSONS   who STILL DO say that ALL OF  bad people, INCLUDING the ALCOHOLICS, the bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. Bad solicitor generals as well should be fired ASAP.

NOW WHY IS IT BAD PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE NEXT BESIDE THE FACT THEY LIKE TO DO BAD THINGS, IT IS ALSO CAUSE THEY FALSELY  REFUSE TO ADMIT THE THINGS THEY DO ARE BAD.

Subject: And tell the RCMP to leave my web pages alone
Almost since my first job after graduating from university in Montreal I had next learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists Canada wide too in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.

And hey I really rightfully do get upset with the bad people who cover up for the  bad pastors, bad civil and public servants, bad cops.. and those who try to obstruct justice by trying to get rid of my posts like the bad RCMP too.

And tell the RCMP to leave my web pages alone.. I have about 30 internet sites and the internet pages that are troubled are the ones solely about the bad  RCMP or have cartoons about the bad RCMP    https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/09/23/thenonconformer/
