PM Stephen Harper’s Patronistic Appointments

PM Stephen Harper promised in his election campaign to never appoint senators – zero senators. Since his promise, he appointed 59 senators – the likes of Patrick Brazeau, Duffy, and Walin in exchange for political favors. On that one promise alone, he lied 59 times!

Don Meredith, appointed to the Senate by Prime Minister Stephen Harper in 2010, has been kicked out of the Conservative caucus, Meredith, 50, is  an ordained minister at a Pentecostal church in Vaughan, Ont. He ran unsuccessfully for the Tories in Toronto Centre in a 2008 by-election. The development comes as the Toronto Star reported Wednesday night that an 18-year-old woman alleged she had an inappropriate sexual relationship with Meredith, which began when she was 16.

Mint chairman Jim Love expensed luxury trips with wife to global conferences.  Toronto lawyer Jim Love flew business class with his wife, slept at Hyatt and Four Seasons hotels, and spent a day on a boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef and a night having dinner at a crocodile farm, according to travel receipts and conference programs.. Love, appointed chair of the mint’s board of directors in 2009 by the Conservative government, billed the mint $44,566 for his and his wife’s flights, hotels, taxis and meals for the two trips. His term ended last year.   They were joined by the mint’s then-CEO, Ian Bennett, and his wife, who also enrolled in the tour — at a further cost to the Canadian Mint.  Two years later, it was more of the same: Love and his wife attended the next Mint Directors Conference, in Vienna in 2012. They again went on the post-conference tour, a voyage by train through the Austrian countryside followed by a couple nights in Salzburg. The total bill for their business-class airfares and hotel stays during the conference: $21,967. Under PM Stephen Harper overstuffed piggies at the public trough. We have a huge deficit that has ballooned under the Harper government. Tax breaks for the wealthy on the backs of the middle classes taxpayer, so  cut the outrageous expense accounts of the ‘appointed’ ones.  It is the responsibility of government to fill positions. However, a responsible government would select someone who  is decent.

The RCMP  wants to review findings on all 30 senators flagged for questionable expenses should start of with it’s own personnel as well.

I am not guilty is what most people say when they are accused of wrong doings.. even convicted felons.. Look undeniably now 2/3 of Canadians think that Wallin, Duffy are also now guilty of abusing the taxpayer’s money in the Senate, of living high on the Hog at the taxpayer’s expenses.. Expense reporting the policy is clear. All fraud, cheating, lying, stealing is wrong.. Nigel Wright and Mike Duffy, etc., acted on their own volition and like it or not, they are alone firstly responsible, guilty, accountable .How much common sense does it now take that Cheating, lying, committing frauds, abusing your expense account is wrong now? Not why cannot some see this? they love the rewards their stealing brings them.

What has these people going  clearly is their false love of money.. what it can buy for them.. Face it their being threatened with expulsion from the Senate and the related  loss of the pay cheques is really what has brought on their false rages.. outbursts, denials.

It is ironic that  Prime Minister Stephen Harper well known for his own past dislike of the sensate and it’s members next appointed some of the worst senators himself.. Wallin is being investigated by the RCMP . Stephen Harper campaigned on reforming the senate  and promised not to appoint any senators. Once he  achieved power, he has done the opposite. He has  appointed more senators than any other prime minister in our history.  Harper has made 59 appointments (including Nancy Greene Raine) – here’s a list:

Mike Duffy, a partisan Conservative operative,  facing Mr. Duffy himself is  facing alleged   accusations   embezzlements relating to expense accounts  and Of course, it’s   the morality, the integrity of the Conservative Party hierarchy, that is now also on trial. With the pay, perks and pensions  of a Senate appointment, one would think that Pamela Wallin, Mike Duffy, et al would be satisfied too…

Harper appointed Duffy to the Senate in late 2008, despite the fact Duffy had lived in the Ottawa area for decades. Duffy was a well-known former TV broadcaster who went on to be featured prominently at Conservative events and in promotional materials. Prime Minister Stephen Harper distanced his party from Sen. Pamela Wallin — who was once a top Conservative fundraiser — after the RCMP alleged in court documents that she defrauded taxpayers for at least one partisan fundraiser.

Court documents made public  showed one of the 150 expense claims that caught the RCMP’s attention included a trip to Burlington, Ont., on Sept. 16, 2010, for an event for Conservative MP Mike Wallace. When asked by Deloitte auditors whether it was a fundraiser, Wallin allegedly replied that “she assumed ‘people paid for dinner,’” RCMP Cpl. Rudy Exantus wrote in the court documents, adding that the event was a fundraiser to “amass funds for the next election.” The RCMP allege this claim, along with 24 others, are evidence of fraud and breach of trust.  The RCMP alleged Wallin charged the Senate for travel related to her work on the board of directors for Porter Airlines and wealth management firm Gluskin Sheff & Associates. The Mounties also allege that on some trips to Toronto, Wallin took care of her personal affairs, pointing to notes in her calendar for medical and dental appointments, birthday parties, a book launch, hair appointments, dry cleaning, and “picking up candle holders.”

The RCMP also alleged that Wallin “misrepresented” some of her events to Deloitte auditors. In once case, Wallin told auditors she met with Barrick Gold founder Peter Munk in March 2010. Munk told the RCMP he was in Switzerland at the time. “Upon discovering that (Wallin’s expenses) were not proper and correct, this party has taken the appropriate action,” Harper said. “Ms. Wallin has not been a member of this caucus for two years and she is going to face full accountability for her actions.” Wallin remains suspended without pay from the Senate, and was booted from the Conservative caucus in May 2013, one day after Sen. Mike Duffy left the Tory fold

Mr. Harper could try to claim he is not responsible for any of their actions, but  he cannot denied he appointed them.. “More serious for the Conservatives is that the Senate scandal might reopen the vault on the larger abuse-of-power narrative that has dogged the Harper government. It may be seen as a microcosm of the serial breaches of the public trust: the undercover dirty tricks, the smear campaigns against opponents, the altering of official documents, the democracy-shredding omnibus bills. If you wanted to go into detail, you could fill an entire page of news print with the ethical transgressions of this government that have undermined the democratic process.  They’ve become so common they hardly make news any more.”  On the moral bankruptcy charts, this same Party government is leagues ahead of its forerunners. had promised to be different than all the others even.

So go ahead Mike AND Pamela, ETC. continue to make yourself Canada’s biggest laughing stock.. a big joke,  a con, and do find out some more the hard way that a good name is worth more over all the money one can steal..

Now we had the cases of the clear  breach of trust and fraud investigation in Quebec City halls that  and mostly still all those bad people had refused to admit they had stolen taxpayers money, yes even all  those crooked Montreal City hall workers, and the city of Laval,  leaders now too. And  there now are too many more persons  like that now..

“Going all the way back to the 1950s, ethics has been a major player in the fate of our governments. A prime reason for the defeat of the Liberals in 1957 was the defiant invoking of closure by the Louis St. Laurent government in the TransCanada Pipeline debate. A series of scandals involving his Quebec ministers were instrumental in preventing Lester Pearson from ever winning a majority. In 1984, Pierre Trudeau saddled successor John Turner with a tawdry list of patronage appointments. They hung over Mr. Turner like a dead skunk in his subsequent demolition at the hands of Brian Mulroney.

The Mulroney government’s reputation was then damaged by ministerial scandals. Sleaze, real or imagined, tarred Mr. Mulroney’s own reputation, contributing to his decision to step down in 1993 when his popularity was below sea level. And we all know the impact of the sponsorship scandal on the Liberals of Mr. Chrétien and Paul Martin.”

Also “For the Conservatives, the danger is in evidence that suggests the government was trying to protect a political asset. Mr. Duffy was a valuable celebrity fundraiser who raked in cash for the party through recorded messages and events, and played host to the Prime Minister for fake interviews at what the Tories like to call “message events.”  And when Mr. Duffy’s expense scandal first blew up, when allegations emerged that he claimed a housing allowance for his home in Ottawa although he had lived in the city for decades, the Conservatives’ first instinct was to protect him.  Mr. Duffy has in the past said his partisan work is relevant: he asked the Conservative Party to pay his questioned Senate expenses, saying he incurred them doing party business. The PMO responded by trying to get Mr. Duffy out of trouble.”

In spite of past promises Harper unleashes flood of patronage   Stephen Harper once said he had no plans to stack the Senate with unelected representatives, suggesting it was “a dumping ground for the favoured cronies of the prime minister.” Next when he’s actually a prime minister, he’s done exactly what he said he wouldn’t do. The Harper cabinet unleashes flood of patronage The rush of appointments followed a little-noticed series of judicial appointments to superior courts across the country in July. That round brought the total number of superior court judges appointed by the Harper government to 201 since 2006. It also further fuelled opposition claims that the prime minister has abandoned election promises of transparency and merit-based public-service and judicial appointments. Conservative appointments to courts, boards, quasi-judicial tribunals and Crown corporations now total an estimated 3,000 since Harper became prime minister. The Tories are also closing in on the Liberals in the Senate after Harper’s appointment of nine senators Thursday, including at least two close advisers. Several of the earlier judicial posts went to lawyers with Tory connections.

Self serving sadly seems to describe too many of our politicians, ministers, civil and public servants

A professing Canadian Christian, of the bad Christian Missionary Alliance church, a  loser, the Prime Minister Stephen Harper did next again what he said he would not do before, he appointed 18 Conservatives to the Senate had even  lied to us, he next did not keep his promises of full transparency, or full accountability, and even that he would stop the perverse patronage hiring system, deal adequately with a bad lobbying system, and what else? After insisting he would never appoint people to an un-elected Senate, the prime minister sent a staggering 18 curly-tailed snorters to the Red Room, confirming his election pledges aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.  Harper talks a good talk when it comes to populace issues like balancing the books, Senate reform and fixed election dates.  But when it comes time to stand up and defend those principles in the real world of governing, Harper turns into a mashed potato.

Harper’s own recent appointment of senators indicates clearly still that Harper  cannot be trusted to work with the opposition parties as a minority government. Harper had once sold himself to Canadians as a different kind of politician, one who’d refrain from using patronage appointments to the Senate. A man who could be trusted to keep that and other promises.. Instead, Harper has fast become the kind of governing politician he once professed to abhor — one who routinely breaks his word.

“Other examples include the $300-million fall election call, which broke Harper’s promise to stick to his own fixed election law and failed to deliver the majority he’d gambled on; Harper also reneged on his pledge not to impose new taxes on income trusts and his vow to exclude nonrenewable natural resources like oil and natural gas from the equalization formula — a decision critics say has cost Saskatchewan $800 million a year. All Canadians saw again now was  yet another prime minister rewarding mostly partisan party loyalists with a plum $130,000-a-year job and lavish perks.

Yes  Stephen Harper the Prime Minister he too now has showed us all he really was a liar, no better than the rest, and he has continued wrongfully too to hire more of his conservative friends into good government jobs.. so now do rightfully fire him.

The New Conservatives are just as disgusting as the bad Liberals they had replaced..  MONTREAL — A little more than a year ago, Saulie Zajdel joined Stephen  Harper for a happy-hour pub stop in Montreal as perhaps the Conservatives’ best  hope to win their first seat in this city in a quarter-century. Today, Zajdel is under arrest.

Politicians, civil and Public servants Pigging out, living high on the hog, or getting drunk and patronistic hiring practices, are clearly an unacceptable abuse.   A Liberal  alcoholic politician is now just as bad as a   Conservative alcoholic politician firstly.. and lies just as much..

The whole truth comes out why you hired bad people  or about the drunk drivers,  poor now removal, road accidents, recession, Stephen Harper, city halls corruptions.. but first can you tell me why the poor managers allow all these civil bad public servants, senators, aides, MPs, MLA’s, MPP’s  in municipalities, provinces, Canada wide, fly all over the country, world wide, eat   fine food, drink alcohol,  in fine restaurants at taxpayer’s expense while the country is in a big recession? The sad Unacceptable taxpayer’s money abuses.

The continual mismanagement, budget deficit, tax payer money abuses and has there been even any changes in all this really? We all  really still do need still a full  review of the waste, fraud, and abuse that has plagued governmental efforts. What is also needed is a enforced, real program to remove public officials from office that take our money and abuse it, spend it on their own false pet projects while many of our people still are not getting the help that they need. You also did notice the cops do too often still  not  practice what they preach to others they themselves still do like to speed, and how many like to drink and drive still too?

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. So where is it?

What at the Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s residence ?

OTTAWA – An intoxicated 18-year-old woman was taken to hospital early Sunday morning, Easter Morning,  after she was found on the driveway at 24 Sussex Dr. The RCMP say paramedics were called to the prime minister’s official residence on the weekend in response to a medical call. The call came in the “early morning hours” of Sunday, April 20. So the woman had been attending a party at 24 Sussex that night?

Report says underage woman treated for potential alcohol poisoning

The Prime Minister Stephen Harper had   professed to be an evangelical Christian, and evangelical Christians they do not serve or drink Alcohol..

The Prime Minister’s Office refused to state whether Stephen or Laureen Harper were present during the party, and whether this was a celebration of Ben’s 18th birthday.

Look how many of the Canadian News Media lies and spins the story, many try to say that the girl was not in the Home, residence.. but  the RCMP guards the gate to the property so they knew she was there.. so  is this how the Prime Minister’s Christian family celebrates Easter, having a drunken orgy?

Does MP Dian Ablonczy also drink alcohol? She is a professing Christian evangelical now too.. do other evangelical Conservatives MPs drink Alcohol?

Want to know why Harper appointed so many bad senators too? He often had initial meetings with them at the Happy hour, bar

Wow! A judge disagrees with the RCMP’s own findings

A Saanich, B.C., police officer was “grossly negligent” in the shooting death of a Victoria man, a B.C. Supreme Court judge has ruled in awarding the man’s family $354,000 in damages.

Saanich Const. Kristopher Dukeshire shot Majencio Camaso, 33, three times as he charged at the officer carrying a steel pipe and crowbar in July 2004.

Dukeshire had arrived at the man’s home in the community near Victoria in response to a 911 call from his wife, Theresa Camaso, who told police that her mentally ill husband had threatened to set their apartment on fire.

An external RCMP investigation of the shooting found the use of force reasonable and no criminal charges were laid against Dukeshire.

Theresa Camaso launched a lawsuit against the three Saanich police officers who had responded to her 911 call, former police chief Derek Egan, the District of Saanich and a paramedic at the scene.

Justice Grant Burnyeat disagreed with the conclusions of the RCMP probe, writing in his ruling that, “Dukeshire breached the duty of care owed to Mr. Camaso when he did not use the least amount of force necessary to carry out his duties.”

Burnyeat said he found Dukeshire’s actions “grossly negligent.”

“The Conservatives meanwhile have put forward an invasive, anti-Internet set of “Lawful Access” policies that would have Internet providers collect our personal information without court oversight. If this goes through, officials will have real-time access to our online information. To stop this in its tracks, as many of us as possible need to send pro-Internet letters to candidates now..

Canada a Police state?  and who says it is not? The dictatorial Politicians who send their watchdogs against the citizens. Do not have a false impression that the Police are here to serve their masters, the citizens in Canada, for firstly they serve themselves and next they solely serve their political masters who make their police budgets .

Fact! Free speech right in Canada is controlled and is mainly for the cops and the establishment and  if you did not know that already too,

Police state is in, freedom went out as even Toronto, Canada went  into the  police state security modes. Did we really need all those cops there now? What could they not have done it all as well with half the numbers? Just cause there are a few bad guys amongst the citizens too, not just in the civil and public services, it  is still not a  false excuse to now again oppress, deny the citizens their nights..

The false abuse of a minority rights is an unacceptable rightfully majority rights abuse still.
You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors,  police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers, bad PERSONS   who STILL DO say that ALL OF  bad people, INCLUDING the ALCOHOLICS, the bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. Bad solicitor generals as well should be fired ASAP.

Bad cops at it again..  THERE ARE MUCH TOO MANY BAD COPS IN CANADA -FIRE THEM ALL NOW  No cop is above the law. Too bad for them they are paid to work still too. Police still fail to catch most of the real criminals including the car thieves, and the Fraud perpetrated over the Internet which still is a growing citizen concern in Canada and throughout the world. The police always claim they lack resources, they will never have enough resources if they reuse to do a decent days work for their pay.

So for decades even the Alberta police forces already have had a file on me and likley you as well if you complain about the bad guys, the police and the bad politicians  included. Canada wide Police brutality, suppression of rights,   or the excessive force against non white males, females is also not new.

Needless to say police resources are often misused where even the mayors do instruct the police to find out all they can about their opposition members too.  ” and it all is still unacceptable! Free speech is a right for bullies, crooks, abusers only it still seems in Canada now. Police already have arrested me for complaining about the Calgary Police in the Calgary Police chief office even.. the charge was talking out loud in a public place.. Many people are shocked to discover free speech is not being allowed too often in many places in Canada,  on the net, in churches, letters to governments, to the news editors too… the police have visited me or objected now at least 7 times in response to my writings.. still decades later I  am still rightfully openly complaining about the much too many bad police supervisors and the too many bad acts of the so called professionals, the police included. The abuse of the citizens is not acceptable anywhere.

“A new Alberta police database will track citizen’s every interaction with police, and it can be used without a warrant or even a supervisor’s permission”.. they had an old system already do doing this too..

“The federal Conservatives plan to introduce a bill this week that would oblige Internet service providers to report all suspected child pornography to police.
In no way do I wish to support those who deal in child pornography and exploitation, but this bill ALSO represents a serious change in the relationship between ISPs and privacy laws. I’m concerned that the Conservatives are using a non-debatable issue like child pornography to pave the way for stricter anti-piracy laws like those we’ve seen proposed in England.
Child porn law a small help  The Cape Breton Post.,  Critics of the federal Conservative government tend to take a skeptical view of its war on crime, interpreting much it as a political play for easy applause, claiming exorbitant credit for measures that will have modest effect. A new bill aimed at tightening the rules on Internet traffic in child pornography is susceptible to the same criticism but Canadians are likely to overlook this and approve any useful step to impede of a heinous trade.

The new law, introduced in Parliament on Tuesday, will require Internet companies – Internet service and email providers, as well as content hosting and social networking sites – to report to a designated agency tips they receive about child porn activities through their facilities and to notify police when they believe criminal traffic in child porn is occurring. They will be required to preserve evidence as well. There’s already a voluntary system like this in place among major Internet service providers in Canada but this makes the practices mandatory for all. Internet service providers don’t monitor the content of traffic so the system will continue to rely on tips and complaints. This in itself won’t make a big dent in the torrent of child porn swill available worldwide but it will give police and anti-child porn agencies such as some more chances to pick up the threads of networks and rings, and possibly even to rescue a few more children from horrific situations. The Internet has transformed modern life in many positive ways. The explosion of electronic child porn is the outstanding example of the cost of this. If some principles of privacy and freedom have to be qualified to reduce that cost to the children of the world, so be it.

Federal government introduces mandatory child porn reporting legislation  By Michael Geist

Justice Minister Rob Nicholson today tabled the Child Protection Act (Online Sexual Exploitation). As widely reported, Bill C-58 creates a mandatory disclosure requirement on Internet providers where they become aware of child pornography websites or have reason to believe a subscriber is using their service to violate child pornography laws. Where an Internet provider submits a report on a user, they must preserve the relevant computer data for 21 days and they are prohibited from disclosing the disclosure to the customer. Failure to report may result in fines or imprisonment and providers are granted immunity from liability for reporting the activity. The definition of Internet provider is broad, extending beyond just ISPs to include those providing Internet access, hosting, or email services. In other words, services like Google, Hotmail, and Facebook are all covered.

The bill shares similarities with provincial laws (ie. Ontario) and those that report under the provincial law are exempt from the federal version. While few will criticize a bill targeting child pornography – everyone agrees that child pornography is abhorrent and we need to ensure that we have laws to deal with the problem – it is hard to see what this bill actually accomplishes. Canada already has:

• an online child pornography tip service that receives thousands of tips

• ISPs that block access to child pornography images

• some of the toughest child pornography laws in the world

numerous examples of child pornography arrests

• law enforcement focused on child pornography virtually to the exclusion of all other online issues

Further, while there are reports that Canada is a source of child pornography websites, a major European-based study concluded that focusing on the World Wide Web and blocking content makes little sense in trying to combat child pornography (the same report found that image blocking initiatives like the Canadian Project Cleanfeed are ineffective). Instead, the real problems lies in dissemination of child pornography in newsgroups, private groups, and other private spaces that fall largely outside the potential for tips envisioned by Bill C-58 or Canada’s Project Cleanfeed.

Michael Geist is a law professor and the Canada Research Chair in Internet and e-commerce law at the University of Ottawa.

Giving more money to the police does not increase justice rather it tends to make a police state instead..

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc
By the way how much did the Police, politicians, themselves now steal from the security budgets, an undeniable too common Canadian practice it seems as well,

Did Tory G8/G20 report try to mislead on budget watchdog’s quote, too? National Post – The remark by budget watchdog Kevin Page was contained in a June report entitled Assessment of Planned Security Costs for the 2010 G8 and G20 Summits, under the section headlined ‘Transparency.’ In the Conservative supplementary report,

Don’t be stupid and try pot or decriminalize marijuana

Marijuana is the most widely used illegal drug in the North America

Besides the undeniable fact that the person who  tend to use alcohol, marijuana are eventually brain damaged, health impaired , they do manifest a poor work productivity, a slow down of their reasoning process, difficulty in thinking and problem solving, problems with memory and learning, loss of coordination, distorted perception they ALSO   tend to be also involved in  criminal acts SUCH  as theft, tax evasions, fraud, etc.

  • Marijuana is the most commonly used illegal drug in Canada.
  • Almost half (44%) of Canadians say they have used marijuana at least once in their lifetime.
  • In 2005, just over one-quarter (26.5%) of Ontario students (grades 7–12) said they had used marijuana in the past year, and one-third (31%) reported trying it at least once in their lifetime.
  • In Ontario, male students are more likely to use marijuana than females (28% versus 25%).
  • Students’ rates of marijuana use vary across Ontario: Toronto students are less likely to use it (20%) than students in the north (33%) or west (29%).
  • Three per cent of Grade 7 students have tried marijuana in the past year.
  • By the time they have reached Grade 12, nearly half (46%) of Ontario students have used marijuana in the past year.
  • About one in eight students (12%) who use marijuana use it every day. This is about three per cent of all grade 7 to 12 students in Ontario (about 33,200 students).

The main mind-altering (psychoactive) ingredient in marijuana is THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol), but more than 400 other chemicals also are in the plant. A marijuana “joint” (cigarette) is made from the dried particles of the plant. The amount of THC in the marijuana determines how strong its effects will be. The type of plant, the weather, the soil, the time of harvest, and other factors determine the strength of marijuana. The strength of today’s marijuana is as much as ten times greater than the marijuana used in the early 1970s. This more potent marijuana increases physical and mental effects and the possibility of health problems for the user. Hashish, or hash, is made by taking the resin from the leaves and flowers of the marijuana plant and pressing it into cakes or slabs. Hash is usually stronger than crude marijuana and may contain five to ten times as much THC. Research shows that the earlier people start using drugs, the more likely they are to go on to experiment with other drugs Driving experiments show that marijuana affects a wide range of skills needed for safe driving — thinking and reflexes are slowed, making it hard for drivers to respond to sudden, unexpected events. Also, a driver’s ability to “track” (stay in lane) through curves, to brake quickly, and to maintain speed and the proper distance between cars is affected. Research shows that these skills are impaired for at least 4-6 hours after smoking a single marijuana cigarette, long after the “high” is gone. If a person drinks alcohol, along with using marijuana, the risk of an accident greatly increases. Marijuana presents a definite danger on the road. Marijuana use increases the heart rate as much as 50 percent, depending on the amount of THC. It can cause chest pain in people who have a poor blood supply to the heart – and it produces these effects more rapidly than tobacco smoke does.  Marijuana smoke has been found to contain more cancer-causing agents than is found in tobacco smoke. Young people who smoke marijuana heavily over long periods of time can become dull, slow moving, and inattentive. These “burned-out” users are sometimes so unaware of their surroundings that they do not respond when friends speak to them, and they do not realize they have a problem.

Signs of Marijuana Abuse

Some noticeable signs of Marijuana abuse include:

– Rapid, loud talking and bursts of laughter in early stages of intoxication.
– Sleepy or stuporous in the later stages.
– Lack of concentration and coordination.
– Forgetfulness in conversation.
– Inflammation in whites of eyes.
– Odor similar to burnt rope on clothing or breath.
– Distorted sense of time passage – tendency to overestimate time intervals.
– Craving for sweets.
– Increased appetite.
– Use or possession of paraphernalia including roach clip, packs of rolling papers, pipes or bongs.

New Conservatives use RCMP to keep put undesirable observers but fail to keep out the undesirable criminal

Conservative leader Stephen Harper now  is guilty of running a police state,  he is a power mad dictator  who tries to win at all costs and who disregarded the  type of bad associates he has, had now even falsely takes it out on others too. The same Stephen Harper’s Conservative government now fell  on a charge of contempt of Parliament which is a first in Canada’s 144year history.
Prime Minister’s Stepehen Harper’ bad  associates, and Harper’s s new New Conservatives wrongfully even use the RCMP to keep put undesirable observers but they all do fail to keep out the undesirable criminal.
The RCMP conceded Wednesday that some of its officers were involved in a campaign incident in which a university student was thrown out of a Conservative rally in London, Ont.
Several of the people who were booted from Conservative rallies  by the bad RCMP too have said they simply wanted to use their democratic right to hear Harper’s messages.
19-year-old Awish Aslam — who reportedly broke into tears after she and her friend had their name tags torn up before they were escorted out — it was because of a photo on her Facebook page that featured a grinning Ignatieff. The prime minister’s spokesperson apologized for that incident. Thethe Liberals ridiculed their rivals as democracy-stifling control freaks in a spoof ad likening Harper to a Facebook stalker.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police admitted  that officers assigned as the Prime Minister’s bodyguards overstepped their bounds to enforce access to a Conservative rally. The  related  abuse of police power by the new Consdervative is always still unacceptable”  “The RCMP assisted the party organizers in restricting access to persons not registered for the private eventthis was not in accordance with the RCMP’s mandate” All RCMP members nned to be reminded of their full  responsibilities. Now the   “RCMP members assigned to the security details for party leaders have been reminded of their responsibilities,” said the note from spokesman Sgt. Greg Cox. The RCMP’s mandate does not include managing public access to private events, Cox noted.
But the same RCMP  force pointedly refused to say whether it was involved in the pre-screening of all those who were registered to attend the conservative  rallies, as at least one ejected rally-goer was explicitly told.
Earlier Wednesday, in a statement issued to some media outlets, Cox went further, confirming the RCMP had assisted party organizers in restricting access to an event.t’s not the first time the Harper Tories have used police to keep journalists, photographers and some members of the general public at bay during an election campaign. In 2008, a Harper aide ordered the Mounties to move reporters away when they tried asking him questions at a vineyard photo op. ”
Ignatieff also now slams Harper over Harper’ bad  associate, ex-aide’s Bruce Carson criminal convictions for they do even raise a “fundamental question” over whether Canadians can trust the Conservative leader. Harper was aware former senior adviser.Carson had “difficulties with the law  Carson’s sordid tale, which includes: multiple counts of fraud, a relationship with a 22-year-old former escort, and lobbying the federal government. Really Harper should have been  far more concerned of Carson’s past. Liberals criticize the PM, saying he calls for a crackdown on crime out of one side of his mouth, and hires criminals in senior political roles on the other side
Bruce Carson was the Prime Minister’s point man on Canada’s mission in Afghanistan and was provided sensitive information about the military mission .  Bruce Carson was convicted of three counts of fraud and ordered to undergo a psychiatric treatment in 1990.   A CBC report Tuesday night suggested that   RCMP Commissioner William Elliott was involved in the screening process of Bruce Carson who worked in the Prime Minister’s Office. The PMO asked the same RCMP last month to investigate Carson after a probe by the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network alleged the 65-year-old may have illegally lobbied the federal government on behalf of a company that employed his girlfriend, a 22-year-old one-time escort.
Furthere more many Advocacy groups are calling on all of the federal party leaders to talk about the state of Canada’s access-to-information law, which they say is in chaos. Also the Harper Tories have ignored fiscal conservative policies like they’ve been going out of style.  They’ve even wasted billions of dollars in meaningless infrastructure programs that  Their dual promises   are nice but meaningless, since they’ll only come into effect after  the federal budget has been balanced.

Canada’s Prime Minister Stephen Harper is not a real Evangelical Christian

Canada”s Prime Minister Stephen Harper is also certainly not a Christian leader role model that I would follow .

Fundamentals evangelists have been proven right, Alcohol is dangerous, leads also to cancer.

1 Peter 5 :8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your  adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may  devour:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions  are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.10 But the God of all  grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye  have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 11 To  him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Finance Minister Jim Flaherty joined   brewery manager Colin O’Brien, and supply director Paul Armstrong at the Guinness brew house.
For all you naive, seduced born again evangelicals who do still think that Stephen Harper is an evangelical Christian, most of you real Evangelicals do agree that drinking beer is  an unacceptable sin but Stephen Harper offers a pint of beer he poured at the Red Stag tavern during a campaign stop in Halifax, Thursday March 31, 2011”.
… Harper flunked the Christianity test even..

The MUCH TOO MANY consumer abuses by   Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Telus etc. they all should be an election issue.. Majority of Canadians they just want  all pricing to be fair — and Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw and Videtron etc., so far have been anything but. Bell , Rogers, etc are, after all, mostly federally unregulated companies,.. and these bad big businesses get the corporate tax breaks from the Conservatives too.. they should rather pay a higher tax..

“Canada’s Worst Cell Phone Bill” BELONGS TO BELL but it seems the other phone interent companies are not much better..

Virgin Mobile Canada As I have found many times in March 2011 even even weekly firsthand there is no reality between the cheap mere words of Virgin’s advertised statement for caring about the customer and next still the actual  very unsatisfactory poor Virgin Mobile Canada  customer service   provided when it comes to dealing even with a valid Virgin customer complaints.. next in six weeks now they all I had talked to at Virgin still were unable to cancel the original request of mine to my cell phone service or even to  give me a proper Virgin  finalized statement of account. and instead the Virgin customer care, the Virgin Billing and accounting departments  continued to bill me for my phone services and to disregard my requests and all of Virgin had even failed to correct their inadequacies towards me even  many times…

Virgin is clearly a  bunch of crappy BELL  liars and are all incompetent, pretenders, for  talked to their phone support by phone 5 days and all they did was, do lie.. they instead of cancelling my phone insisted on trying to make more money by not cancelling it.  I was promised last week by Virgin on the phone i would get my updated balance statement and the refund for my cell phone overpayment,  as well in the mail immediately mail by next week and so far I got neither.. You Virgin do all lie when you say you care about the customer and that you will service them properly even..
So I now again phoned Virgin and Virgin now says in contrast that it will take up to 90 days for me to get my money back.  Virgin is stealing my money by not giving it back to me… next Virgin again promises by next week to have all of this issue resolved. Can you belive any of what they say for I do not..

Virgin Mobile Canada  screws up a simple cell phone and the related cell phone number cancellation procedure. Virgin Mobile Canada Customer services again  told me  today by phone that they have no power, control over the Virgin Mobile Canada billing , account procedures. statements. refunds, departments.. Now even months later from Feb 15, 2010 Virgin Mobile Canada  has not even kept any of their many last Virgin Mobile Canada promises to escalate my Virgin Mobile Canada billing statement, money refund  and on April 13, 2011 Virgin Mobile Canada BECAUSE  clearly is so incompetent they Virgin Mobile Canada that they do continually   do on the phone make useless Virgin Mobile Canada promises . Next Virgin Mobile Canada again informed me that  there is nothing else they can now even do for me cause they are the  Virgin Mobile Canada customer billing  inquiry representative and they are are only a basically useless, powerless Virgin Mobile Canada Customer billing, phone representative, and so they  Virgin Mobile Canada do not know when I will next get my due Virgin Mobile Canada credit,  my money,  my Virgin Mobile Canada cheque, my Virgin Mobile Canada final bill  in the mail, they Virgin Mobile Canada do continue to send me for moths the wrong bills, and it takes Virgin Mobile Canada 4 to 6  weeks to next  correct them so, but over 2 months had passed and they Virgin Mobile Canada have missed their original promised deadline too to do so.. so  they Virgin Mobile Canada continue to lie to me all the time.. they Virgin Mobile Canada do in writing promise you a good Virgin Mobile Canada customer service, they Virgin Mobile Canada claim they have got an award for 5 years for the best customers services, but the reality as I see it differs now  .. Now I get a new Virgin Mobile Canada promise i will get my Virgin Mobile Canada cheque 3 to six weeks from the first  week of April 2011 when my Virgin Mobile Canada account was now supposedly closed.. Virgin Mobile Canada they cannot  DO ANYTHING GOOD FOR ME HERE..The next  Virgin Mobile Canada final statement will only be billed to me on the 16 of April, plus it will take at least another 5 to 9 days and then it may be shipped to me? The Virgin Mobile Canada customer service by Virgin was, is stated to me today as being  the best in the world according to the last 5 years but my own undeniable witness and reality is that Virgin Mobile Canada statement itself as well is all crap. stating lies,  mere  useless words.. having to me no evidence of such a fact.

About those selfish alcoholic drunks who falsely continue to justify their immoral acts

Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Finance Minister Jim Flaherty joined   brewery manager Colin O’Brien, and supply director Paul Armstrong at the Guinness brew house.

Amen.

Drunk drivers who hurt others.. There’s just no cure for drunks.  I bet he’s a repeat offender.  There is no need to send it to court. Merely Ban the idiot from driving for the next 100 years and throw him in jail for five years. If proven to be impaired, the driver will be without insurance. they also will sue him to recover their losses, garnish his wages and put a lien on his house and anything else he owns. But he or she will continue likley to drink and drive.

Kind of foolish encouraging people to become alcoholics at taxpayers expense, for while a few corporations will get richer in the process, the Canadian government will not, cause the costs due to job dismissals and related tax losses, Medicare cost increase, car accidents, policing, domestic violence, all associated with alcoholism is extremely costly.. No taxpayer’s money should ever  be used to buy alcohol  at any federal, provincial, municipal government functions nor enourage any alcoholism too. Really!

Ever notice that if you watch the movies or the TV they give you a really lying, distorted image of alcohol drinkers where they are all smiling, happy faces too.. unlike the real taverns, bar scenes ehh.. where people cause trouble, are depressed, etc.,,

Prime Minister Stephen Harper today recognized the contributions made by Her Excellency the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean during her tenure as Canada’s 27th Governor General.  The Government of Canada will be providing $3 million in support of the Michaëlle Jean Foundation, a non-profit organization that will promote citizen engagement through the arts and creativity, with a special emphasis on youth from underprivileged, rural and northern communities in Canada.  The Government will also match funds raised privately by the foundation, to a maximum of $7 million over a ten-year period. Since the 1960s, the Government of Canada has honoured former Governors General by helping them contribute to Canadian society by supporting the initiatives they pursued while in office.
When I see in comparison TO THESE MERE 3 MILLION DOLLARS NOW  as to how much the government of Canada now still spends on entertainment booze, alcohol I can see where their wrong priorities now still is.. and cops falsely are still mainly going after the car speeders, the money making generating revenues and not the drunk drivers who cause the majority of the accidents too.. EVEN COPS, RCMP DRIVE WHEN DRUNK THESE DAYS IN CANADA
has co-authored a new study in the B.C. Medical Journal  which shows that because of legal challenges police face when trying to collect evidence like blood alcohol readings from injured, impaired drivers, only seven to 11 per cent of them are eventually convicted of impaired driving.
Even worse, a review of B.C. accidents from 1999 to 2003 showed that nearly a third of such impaired drivers faced more drunk driving charges, even after they killed or maimed others in 84 per cent of the initial accidents.“Follow-up over a 4.5 year period indicated that 30.7 per cent of the injured impaired drivers were engaged in subsequent impaired driving, notwithstanding that they injured or killed someone in more than 84 per cent of initial crashes. These studies suggest that our emergency departments may have become safe havens for the worst drinking drivers, those drivers who are involved in fatal or personal injury crashes. They recover, get out of hospital, drive drunk again, and escape prosecution and conviction. It doesn’t take them long which is exactly why the conviction rate has to go up. There needs to be more intervention to get them off the roads,” Purssell said.

“Alcohol and speed were factors in a single-vehicle crash west of Red Deer on Saturday night that killed the driver, police say.A 43-year-old woman from Ashmont, Alta., was pronounced dead at the scene. The sole passenger, a 51-year-old man Eckville man, was taken to the Red Deer Hospital”
About those self centered, clearly self oriented, selfish, immoral weasels who with the help of ostriches, snakes do  try to falsely continue to justify their immoral acts of drunkenness.. even while they themselves escalated  their hurts upon others and have also increased the  taxpayers costs, I do not care to listen to their lies, false justifications distortions over the reality. The reality is that innocent people do suffer too often as a result of the alcoholic drunks and they the drunks wrongfully continue to bring a vast amount of pain, suffering to others.
Alcoholism is not just too often a supposed sickness but it is violence, and murder.. Now about the police rightfully going after drunks all year, not just mainly the car speeders.. Oh I forgot the police are too often drunks themselves, and drink and drive too.. Alcoholics do not need a reason or a season to get drunk,  on the job or off the job, including many civil and public servants now too, for they do it all year. They also still  need to be jailed, fired and not rather neglected.
For the record alcoholism is also not the only vice the drunks  tend to indulge in vastly as well.
OTTAWA – Courts, police forces and jails could be overwhelmed if the federal government ever lowered the criminal drunk-driving threshold, says an internal study by the federal Justice Department. Cutting blood-alcohol limits for Canadian drivers to the level established in many other countries would likely double the number of cases in a justice system already struggling with the current caseload, it warns”. the study neglects the financial and negative personal impacts on others the drunks make.
A spokesman for Mothers Against Drunk Driving was dismissive of the claim Canada’s justice system cannot absorb a surge of new charges under a tougher threshold, noting that many other countries are able to enforce higher standards.

The Conservative government has taken other tough measures against impaired driving through its Tackling Violent Crime Act, which closed some legal loopholes, increased maximum sentences and imposed mandatory penalties.

Alcohol is more dangerous than illegal drugs like heroin and crack cocaine, according to a new study.Heroin, crack cocaine and methamphetamine, or crystal meth, were the most lethal to individuals. When considering their wider social effects, alcohol, heroin and crack cocaine were the deadliest. But overall, alcohol outranked all other substances, followed by heroin and crack cocaine. Experts said alcohol scored so high because it is so widely used and has devastating consequences not only for drinkers but for those around them. When drunk in excess, alcohol damages nearly all organ systems. It is also connected to higher death rates and is involved in a greater percentage of crime than most other drugs, including heroin. All governments should consider more education programs and raising the price of alcohol so it isn’t as widely available.    “What governments decide is illegal is not always based on science,”  for monetary considerations about revenue and taxation, like those garnered from the alcohol and tobacco industries, may influence decisions about which substances to regulate or outlaw. “Drugs that are legal cause at least as much damage, if not more, than drugs that are illicit,”
Provincial Governments, cops too  do not want to reduce gambling or alcohol consumption for it is a great money maker for them, and too many Canadian politicians and cops do like to booze..
The problem with the Police or Politicians consuming alcohol, is that alcohol not only makes you a mental retard cause it does now kills your brain cell, alcohol also kills your emotions of compassion, and  reasoning ability now as well.. We all also tend to know how many cops and others do often despise others, mock the skid row persons, native alcoholic, drunks and yet hypocritically they do the same thing, even their peers.. consuming a vast amount of alcohol and they cannot see what negative effect it has on their personal life.
Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it
Tax payer’s money abuses, false expense account statements, stealing, tax evasions,   obstruction of justice, cheating, lying,  drunkenness, impaired driving, pornography,  Adultery, VERBAL, PHYSICAL ABUSES, are all ESPECIALLY unacceptable for any civil and public servants. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.
Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.  “In the case of police, it is in everyone’s best interest that there is full, effective, independent, transparent and objective oversight. It goes without saying that an absence of effective oversight will inevitably result in the erosion of the community’s confidence in the police.”
OTTAWA—High-flying bureaucrats expecting Canadians to pick up their bar tabs at conferences and social get-togethers are being reined in as part of federal government’s effort to trim Canada’s whopping $45.5 billion deficit. Treasury Board president Stockwell Day said Wednesday that for the first time these kinds of expenses will be made public along with new guidelines about where and when public servants can tipple on the taxpayer’s dime, among other things. “We want to control expenses related to hospitality, conferencing and travelling,” Day told reporters, noting it was Auditor General Sheila Fraser who shone a light on hospitality expenses. “Travel is necessary, hospitality costs are necessary and conferences are necessary, but we want to make sure only the ones that are truly necessary are moving forward,” said Day Now, the purchase of alcohol on the public purse is limited to situations such as those involving diplomats or “appropriate business with outside stakeholders.” The new guidelines will not affect MPs, who can still stick taxpayers with their booze bills under the guise of hospitality.Day said Fraser found examples of a reception that cost $31,500 or more than $100 a head; dinners that cost more than $1,500 for only 10 to 12 people and a farewell for a public servant that cost $7,200 The new cost cutting measures include: Ensuring that department spending on travel, hospitality and conferences is reported each year; Ensuring that annual budgets in these area are approved by deputy ministers; and Restricting all spending on alcohol to situations necessary for protocol, diplomacy or appropriate business with outside stakeholders. Day acknowledged that up until now there was no one in the various government departments to authorize hospitality, conferences or travel “and now there will be specific accountabilities assigned to individuals.”These same guidelines will apply to ministers’ offices as well, he said.–no-more-booze-for-bureaucrats-ottawa

Politicains make decisions that affect millions of people, therefore I think it should be zero tolerance for politicians and alcohol. Everyday they do far more damage than some guy in his car or on his motorcycle at .05. Oh, and mandatory helmets on the golf course, you never know when you might take one to the melon and cost the healthcare system some money. If it just saves one life!

Booze rules are needed for the alcoholics called MPs and Senators. This group of officials spends SO MUCH money on alcohol, and this needs to stop. It seems that this line of work attracts a very big number of alcoholics who figure out that they can sustain their addiction with out blowing their salaries on it. Sound like a very good deal except for the suckers called tax payers.  When are we going to stand up and stop the abuse of our money? Why do we continue to allow the government to misuse our hard earned money; after all none of us would get away with this type of behavior in our private lives? Also none of us who work for the private sector would get a way with squandering the company’s money the way the government treasury does.  How can I explain to my teenage son and/or daughter to not squander her/his money on none sense when our government is doing exactly that during these tough economic times. I would like to know how much money does the government, House of Commons and the Senate spends on alcohol, lunches, dinner and receptions? I would like to recommend that for every dollar spent on the above mentioned activities that we the tax payers get a dollar returned to us, and at the end we’ll see if there is a deficit from this exchange.  The government has the audacity to collect taxes from poor people who earn less than $10,000/yr. while they spend all that tax money the collected from the poor person on alcohol, lunches, dinners and receptions and god knows what other luxuries and or immoral activities are they spending it on.
A local taxi driver complained to me how significantly he has seen his taxes go up even on his home in the last 30 years.. he attributes it all to government wastes, thefts, ineffective and wasteful civil and public servants living high on the hog.. it had to stop now a long time ago as well..
Secondly besides the negative effect of alcohol in the private sector they do not booze it up as much as our civil and public servants, politicians  have and do for sure.

Old news RCMP still boozing and driving too..

Kamloops Mountie faces impaired charges CBC – Tue Apr 6, 10:27 PM A nine-year veteran RCMP officer faces impaired driving charges after a car flipped over in a crash near Kamloops early Saturday morning. “It appeared, from the preliminary investigation of the incident, that the lone occupant of the vehicle had driven off the road and hit protection poles surrounding a hydro box,” Const. Cheryl Bush said in a release Tuesday. “The vehicle then flipped onto its roof. The driver sustained no injuries as a result of this incident.” Investigators at the scene asked the officer, 29, for a breath sample and later said they would recommend charges to the Crown, police said. The identity of the officer, currently posted in Kamloops, has not been made public. The officer has been reassigned to administrative duties and will make his first court appearance on April 26 in Kamloops, Bush said

Obviously, except for the politicians of Canada, there needs to be a better screening device for those accepted into the RCMP.  Oh boy…here we go again. And how will they wash this one away?  MADD never seems to have anything to say when a cop is charged with DUI.  I wonder why?  What great role models the various members are presenting to the youth of this Country. We spend millions trying to educate people to not drink and drive and the people who enforce the law, are breaking that very law.  Looks like drinking isn’t just a RCMP problem it is spread into every police force around the world. The problem definitely needs to be researched.  I am starting to feel like the RCMP is almost as bad as the scum they are hired to protect us from
Politicians, RCMP’s new image as being too often liars, drunk seems to be consistent..
Top Mounties failing in leadership role, watchdog says Globe and Mail –   RCMP brass are failing to live up to the legendary can-do spirit of the Mounties and are undermining the efforts of provincial divisions that are striving to modernize the force, watchdog Paul Kennedy said Wednesday.

Why do the police not prosecute the drunk drivers all year more consistently now too? “Of the 645 sexual assaults that were reported to our service in 2009, more than 40 per cent were alcohol-facilitated sexual assaults,” A sexual assault is never the fault of the victim. She said no means no the first time, and another drink can’t change that.“ We need people to understand that consent cannot be given if the person is impaired by alcohol: If they’re passed out, if they’re unconscious, if they’re sleeping,”  Supt. Danielle Campbell,   head of the Edmonton Police Criminal Investigations Division. It seems most alcohol-facilitated sexual assault doesn’t seem to be about miscommunication, or misconceptions of consent.  Rather, it is about men who use alcohol to incapacitate women for the purpose of raping them, and who do it over and over again like they know what they ‘re doing and are doing it on purpose. Do even the police do the same thing as well?

PM Harper’s better Conservative government hits another low point

Alberta ATCO unit got an  untendered Haiti project. New aid project in Haiti will be carried out by a company with ties to the Conservative Party after being awarded the multimillion-dollar contract without a public bidding process. Naturally a subsidiary of Calgary-based ATCO Ltd., which has three Conservative donors on its board of directors, was handed the $12-million contract to build temporary offices in Port-au-Prince for the Haitian government. The project was  announced by Prime Minister Stephen Harper.  The immoral federal government opted to bypass procurement guidelines that usually require government contracts of more than $25,000 to be submitted to a public tendering process. It also chose not to post an advance contract award notice, which in cases where there is no tendering process normally gives rival businesses an opportunity to submit counter-proposals. And this is what the Conservatives meant when they said they would provide a visibly better, more responsible, uncorrupted  government now unlike all the others. Hard to see any difference.

“I thought that with a Tory government this kind of thing would NEVER happen again. Mr. Harper promised to bring transparency to government and that there would never be any more” short cuts” How very disappointing! The payoffs just keep coming for the fortunate ones. there is an unpleasant odor attached to this one.”

More Canadians on the Internet even abusing others too

Many experts say that  Canada needs the existing  laws enforced in reality by the Police to protect others from Internet Abusers.  Bad persons, firms, companies  they now need to  taken to Federal Courts. Police need to  monitor all the site content, and the related internet crime would quickly grind to a halt. Now we all already do know that even under the Conservative law and order supposedly government  CANADA NOW AGAIN IS STILL BECOMING A LEADER IS SCAMMING MANY AMERICANS WITH FALSE -MISLEADING  INTERNET ADDS, FALSE SERVICES AND AS USUAL THE POLICE IN CANADA, RCMP INLUDED  WILL CLAIM INCOMPETENCE TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUES AND THEY WILL EVEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY AND PERSONNEL. JUST WHAT WE NEED MORE ABUSE BY THE POLICE IN CANADA  NOW AS WELL.
Too many Bad persons, Internet companies also do exist, whose apparent “business model” is the exploitation of consumer trust and ignorance, are sneaking their spyware, virus systems into other’s machines for their own purposes. A German company Lavasoft  furthered the OptOut concept, creating the excellent and completely FREE “Ad-Aware” spyware detection and removal utility. And  if you don’t yet know about the free Ad-Aware spyware detection and removal utility be sure to check out Lavasoft’s Ad-Aware. Now with all the security software too you have a good excuse to buy  a faster computer with more memory.
More Canadians on the Internet than watch TV each week, says Ipsos-Reid poll

MONTREAL – The Ipsos Reid polling company says that for the first time ever, Canadians are spending more time each week online than watching television.Monday’s finding comes from the Inter(at)ctive Reid Report, an Ipsos Reid study that tracks online Canadians usage of the Internet. The report finds that overall, Canadians are now spending more than 18 hours a week online, compared with 16.9 hours watching television.Internet usage is up from 14.9 hours last year. The number of hours watching television also rose in the last year, from 15.8 hours in 2009. And  younger Canadians generally spend more time online than those over 55.

Some industry watchers have noted that the cost of watching TV is rising as cable TV companies and satellite operators raise the monthly cost of service. As that happens more people are watching TV online for free. In breaking down its survey, Ipsos-Reid noted that males are spending significantly more time online than females – 20 hours compared with 16. In addition, 18-34 year olds are spending 20 hours a week online on average, compared with 18 hours for those over 35. ‘The data indicates that not only are people of all ages spending more and more time online, but it also points to a shift in how online Canadians are consuming media and where they are spending their free time.’Today, online Canadians are finding a myriad of entertainment options available to them within the walls of their homes. While some entertainment content has simply shifted from television to online, the Internet is also providing new content to Canadians.”

It is only all common sense and was predicted to happen many years ago.. VALID good reasons that TV, radio, Newspapers now even have lost loads of advertisers to Google now as well, and Google  in the process has gotten bigger and rich too.

Quebecers least susceptible to cyber crime, Burlington, Ont., worst: study  In terms of the cities with the highest incidents of actual cyber crimes, Burlington and Victoria were followed by Langley, Port Coquitlam, Kelowna, Kitchener, Thunder Bay, Ont., Fredericton, Vancouver and Windsor, Ont.

Burlington had the worst rates of: computers infected by malware programs, attempted infections, and rates of computers being hijacked to send out spam. Burlington was second worst behind Victoria, B.C., in the fourth category: having a computer co-opted into a so-called botnet, a global network of computers that carries out attacks.

and many of my bad relatives seem to live in that Burlington area too..

Clearly now I got really tired of being lied to and abused by much too many professional bullies, perverts that I encounter too often in life now still,  so I next started to openly, personally expose them and to make them reap real personal negative consequences rightfully here too..  Here is another simple fact of undeniable truth of life.. All of us seem to spend a lot of time trying to find our personal happiness in life, and many seem to fail at it, so we then tend to try to blame our failure here next on being the fault of others..  The problem firstly now here often starts with one’s false definition of happiness. Happiness generally, firstly is doing a job well that you like to do and so  many people are unhappy cause they are also unrealistic, and lazy.  Most persons also next do not become deliberately despots or perverts in life from birth, it is a decision they generally do on their own make later in life.. Our self-worth, self esteem is a direct result of the good things you do , have done.. do the bad things and you will have a low self worth, poor self acceptance, and it is a waste of time thus to blame it mostly on the others.
(Isa 54:17 KJV)  No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
There are still much too many persons with a big bad mouth even  in my own related families, who got so used to wagging  their big bad  tongues, telling their lies about others, that next  they had falsely started to think they can and will get away with it for ever.. and they are next shocked when they are rightfully not only rebuked, but fully exposed to all as to who they are really .. slanderers, liars and human rights abusers..

2 Mounties always get their man, or a woman in this case..the RCMP Farce

How is our law and order Conservative government, Prime Minister Stephen Harper now in reality dealing with the too often bad, immoral RCMP too?  PM Stephen Harper DOES DRINK ALCOHOL

Imagine my shock when I was in a constituency office and the experienced worker says to me it is so common for the politicians to commit adultery, it is a way of life… they all do it she says.. and they also cheat, lie, steal, make false expense accounts reports, commit tax evasions, get drunk as well it seems too.. exposed, they lose the news media support as a result too.. tend not to get reelected.. Toronto Councillor Adam Giambrone lies

Alleged victim testifies in RCMP sex-assault trial A Yukon Supreme Court judge has heard testimony from a woman who claims two off-duty RCMP officers raped her a year ago.   The woman, who cannot be identified under a publication ban, has testified that constables Graham Belak, 30, and Shawn McLaughlin, 33, sexually assaulted her in the early-morning hours of March 8, 2009, in the southern Yukon town of Watson Lake.Belak and McLaughlin were both suspended from the RCMP with pay after the charges were laid. They have since moved out of Watson Lake, as has the woman. … the woman said she met the off-duty officers at a house party. The three went back to Belak’s house, where, the woman alleged, McLaughlin held her down on the floor while Belak raped her. The woman said she could not move or speak during the alleged assault and that she blacked out a couple times before she woke up around 6 a.m. to find she was naked from the waist down

Officer tells court his version of events As his pregnant wife and two-year-old son slept at home, RCMP Const. Shawn McLaughlin engaged in three-way sex with a married woman and Const. Graham Belak, according to McLaughlin’s testimony in Yukon Supreme Court The intercourse he had with a woman after a party in Watson Lake last March was consensual, RCMP Const. Graham Belak told a Whitehorse courtroom.  Yukon RCMP officer told a judge Thursday he did not sexually assault a woman in Watson Lake last year while off-duty, although he admitted he did act inappropriately. Crown prosecutor Robert Beck described the two RCMP officers on trial for sexual assault as opportunists targeting a vulnerable woman who was new to Watson Lake, where the alleged crime is to have occurred. The husband of a woman who claims two off-duty RCMP officers sexually assaulted her has told a Yukon Supreme Court judge that he regrets not accompanying his wife to the party where she met the Mounties. The reality, moral of this news  story is that you cannot trust the RCMP even at a Party
2 Yukon Mounties acquitted of sexual assault Two RCMP officers have been acquitted of sexually assaulting a woman in the Yukon town of Watson Lake.
Yukon Mounties acquitted in sex assault case now face discipline hearing  The Canadian Press – Wed Mar 17, 11:47 PM   Sgt. Don Rogers confirms Belak and McLaughlin will be face an internal review process Rogers says the officers will appear before an adjudication board, which can hear testimony and review evidence before making a decision. He says the two officers will have the opportunity to defend themselves and cross-examine any witnesses that are called. No date for the hearing has been set.  Rogers says the men could face a range of penalties, from a written reprimand to dismissal from the force.
A pretend slp on the wrists is what they likely will get for showing the whole world that the Mounties cannot be trusted at parties, or when it comes to having sex  with another man’s wife.

RCMP drops Wagmatcook-shooting probe CBC – Fri Mar 12, 4:56 AM  RCMP went to John Simon’s home on the Cape Breton First Nations reserve in 2008 in response to a call that he was suicidal. An officer entered the home without orders and shot Simon, helped him to die at no extra charge.. just what Simon wanted too.. The racists RCMP will not take disciplinary action against an officer who fatally shot a Wagmatcook, N.S., man because the force took too long to start its investigation, an ongoing unacceptable fact especially when the natives are involved . Naturally the bad police farce still do cover up for their own Canada wide too..

A Nova Scotia First Nation is renewing its call for a public inquiry into a fatal shooting by an RCMP officer, saying the investigation that cleared the Mountie was deeply flawed.      RCMP Const. Jeremy Frenette was called to Simon’s home on Dec. 2, 2008. He climbed through a window to deal with an allegedly drunk, suicidal and armed Simon ignoring a supervisor’s directive to stay put and ended up killing  him.  Patsy MacKay urged the RCMP to “wait John out” because she believed he would simply fall asleep. In addition, the fact that Simon had an unloaded rifle in his hands when he was shot.  Patsy MacKay left the house when her common-law husband started drinking and took a rifle with her. There was no confrontation between the two, the band states in its report.  Also, MacKay wasn’t drunk,  the band maintains.  “All they [RCMP] had to do was own up. People do make mistakes. But they just wouldn’t, they the RCMP just refused to take responsibility and I don’t know why that is,” she said. “Only a public inquiry will answer those questions, not only for this community but for others across the country because so many are in the same position because of the policing structure, but also in a very specific way heal the community because the concluding report was an insult,” Gary Richard, the band’s lawyer. The band concludes Simon’s death was preventable and that it was caused by mistakes by the RCMP and their flawed command and control structure.

HALIFAX, N.S. – The watchdog agency for the RCMP says rising public concern has prompted it to take the rare step of launching its own probe into the fatal shooting of a Nova Scotia man in his home by a police officer.  Ian McPhail, acting chairman of the RCMP complaints commission, announced Tuesday he has decided to proceed with an inquiry into the conduct of the RCMP in the Dec. 2, 2008, shooting death of John Simon.  McPhail said the probe – known as a “public interest investigation” under the RCMP Act – is of his own initiative rather than as a result of outside complaints.  “There are sufficient concerns related to this case which merit a public interest investigation,” McPhail said in an email.

VANCOUVER (CBC) -The Victoria police department revealed Wednesday that two of its officers have been charged with assault. The alleged assault occurred during transport of people in custody to the police station and later in the police cell block. The two officers will face their charges in court next month.

Maniac killed a good cop.. WINGHAM, Ont. – The retired logger and avid hunter accused of gunning down an Ontario Provincial Police officer earlier this week died Thursday from wounds he received in a gunfight with police, as the officer’s family prepared to lay him to rest with full police honours.  Const. Vu Pham was shot and killed Monday after pulling over a pickup truck on a rural southwestern Ontario road. Fred Preston was then shot in an exchange of gunfire after another officer got to the scene near Wingham, Ont., north of London.  Preston was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder in the death of Pham and attempted murder relating to the other officer.  The 70-year-old former reeve of Joly township in northern Ontario had been in critical condition in hospital since Monday. But on Thursday night he was taken off life support, said a family member who did not want to be identified.  The province’s Special Investigations Unit confirmed the death.  Meanwhile, hundreds of people who knew Pham at various stages of his life – as a young boy newly arrived in Canada, to his years as a dedicated father and police officer – flocked to a funeral home Thursday to pay their respects.

I am really rightfully disgusted as to how too many of the so called Canadian Professionals such as cops, RCMP officers, doctors, nurses, pastors tend to be bullies, abusers of others and too often now… they seem to falsely think they are above the law cause they hold an important job.

Nunavut RCMP officer charged after domestic assault The Canadian Press – Tue Mar 16, 10:13 PM IQALUIT, Nunavut – An RCMP officer in the tiny Baffin Island community of Pond Inlet has been charged with assault after a domestic disturbance. Const. Eric Ootoovak was locked up Sunday after fellow officers responded to a complaint from a home in the largely Inuit community. Ootoovak was on paternity leave at the time . An RCMP spokesman says it appears to have been a domestic incident, although the name of the victim hasn’t been released. Ootoovak, who has been released from custody, will appear in court on two counts of assault on June 1 in Pond Inlet

In reality we all do know there are good and bad people in real life, sadly too many bad persons, that includes bad professionals, the bad lawyers, bad doctors, bad nurses, bad hospital administrators, bad cops., bad RCMP., bad  corporations and bad business persons now too and not just too many bad, unacceptable Politicians, ministers too now. and bad hospitals even ..
