ONCE AGAIN ALBERTA HEADS INTO A DEPRESSION

ALBERTA’S GREED DID NOT PAY OFF AS EXPECTED AGAIN AND AGAIN
.
Never mind what the spin doctors will say about Alberta’s future, the present reality is  Alberta is mainly, oil and gas, tourists, dependent on its resource sector and  the province has long relied on both the economic activity and the direct revenue from royalties and land sales to underpin government budgets but now this bubble has burst again,  the Oil’s price plunge means a bumpy ride in  all  sales, the economy in Alberta.   ‘Oil Prices are not going to bounce back:’ Prentice gloomy about quick oil recovery. Oil’s price collapse sends shiver across Alberta’s real estate market. Home prices fall also  in Calgary as real estate chill deepens.  Sales are down 7.5 per cent versus a year ago, while the  new listings have   “gushed” 42 per cent higher.  The Bank of Canada’s decision this week to slash its trend-setting interest rate a quarter of a percentage point to 0.75 per cent will not help to pay the high home mortgages many have there. You also cannot borrow more money, or buy more when facing a job cut.  School fees in Alberta triple in five years.   The out-of-pocket cost of sending a child to public schools in Alberta nearly tripled in five years as boards became increasingly dependent on fees to meet their budgets, and the Edmonton police are focusing more energy on   property crimes which  have climbed significantly. There have been 23 break and enters, 28 thefts from vehicles, and 20 thefts of vehicles in the area during the first few weeks of 2015. That is double number of property crimes the neighbourhood experienced at the same time in 2014 .  “The fact that these school fees have increased during a period when this province had record revenues is just not fair to the average Alberta family,”
.
While the Alberta Premier Jim Prentice says there’s no chance that the province can “ride things out” while waiting for a rebound in oil prices. Prentice admits  that a full discussion must be held with Albertans to find a way to deal even tax increases, with a decline of $7 billion in resource revenues triggered by a fall in world oil prices to below US$50 a barrel. Alberta’s prideful boast of being the only jurisdiction in Canada without a provincial sales tax will likely soon be history. The province, with a $40-billion budget, expects to take in only $17 billion in combined corporate and personal income tax this year. Prentice also said that public-sector workers are among the best paid in Canada and will need to step up in tough times. Dream on..Alberta Premier Jim Prentice says there are no simple solutions for the revenue shortfall that will be coming from plummeting oil prices and Albertans will feel the consequences.  Alberta can’t just wait for high prices to return: there has to be a focus on cost-cutting while at the same time providing necessary cash for the also significantly reduced  core services. On top of day-to-day deficits, the province also owes $11 billion for borrowing to pay for past capital projects.  Alberta has to  to do a lot more than pray for another oil boom to come along and to presently pay the Bills..The oils sands  too are not the big miracle Alberta had dreamed on.

CANADA’S PRIME MINISTER’S Stephen Harper bad policy on Oil and Putin, where he says Russia has failed on many  fronts and has had no positive gains NEEDS A Re Adjustment. As in his own province things look really bleaker now too. Prime Minister Stephen Harper was openly  punishing Russia but seems to have inflicted more pain on his own people instead. THE OIL PRICE DROP HAS HIT  CANADA  SEVERELY
.
CALGARY – Suncor Energy Inc. slashed $1-billion from its 2015 budget, with oil sands and East Coast projects getting deferred and 1,000 jobs eliminated. That was a day after Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. lopped $2.4-billion from its previously announced 2015 plan  and In oil boom town Fort McMurray, ‘it’s like the place has gone dead’ .  The  Plunging oil prices will cost Canada’s drilling industry close to 23,000 direct and indirect jobs this year, more than were lost during the 2009 downturn, according to updated forecast Thursday by the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling. Oil-patch spending cuts  have escalated well into the billions of dollars represent money that won’t go to the Albertan workers. The drillers and oil-field service providers involved in fracking,  maintaining old wells and hauling gear around are just  the thin edge of the wedge in the oil-price collapse as the companies in that sector make even larger cuts to their work forces in the coming months. What a costly Harper fight with Russia for all Canadians.
.

Further more a surge of light oil from North Dakota and Texas is cutting into the earnings of Canadians who turn heavy oil sands into a lighter crude that fetches more from refiners. Producers in Alberta, home of the country’s greatest reserves, upgraded 20 percent less of the region’s crude in October than four years earlier, according to the province’s energy regulator. Two of five plants under construction were canceled and the province’s upgrading and refining capacity fell in 2013 for the first time in three decades. Companies are now sending record amounts of the heavy stuff on pipelines and trains to refineries in the U.S. Midwest and Gulf Coast, Projects including Suncor Energy Inc. (SU)’s Voyageur joint venture with France’s Total SA (FP) and Value Creation Inc.’s BA Energy Heartland were abandoned. Global oil prices, down by more than 50 percent since June, will make upgrading projects even more challenging because the price difference between heavy and light crude is narrower, U.S. output has risen 70 percent in the past five years as producers used horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing to tap into previously inaccessible shale rock layers thousands of feet below the Earth’s surface. Most of the increase has been in light, sweet crude, similar quality Alberta upgraders get from processing heavy, thick oil sands. The rising flows south of Canadian crude are drawing a backlash in Alberta from labor groups, who say jobs, not just oil, are being exported. Alberta’s 4.6 percent unemployment rate, second lowest in Canada after Saskatchewan, may increase after oil’s 55 percent drop in six months prompted some producers to curtail future investment. “Building upgraders in Alberta is seen by the industry as uneconomic,” Dinara Millington, a vice president at the Canadian Energy Research Institute, said in an e-mail Jan. 13. “The U.S. refining market is being flooded with the light crude and they wouldn’t necessarily want our light stuff.”

http://www.businessweek.com/news/2015-01-20/shale-oil-growth-in-u-dot-s-dot-hurts-canadians-as-well-as-opec

.

“Canada, the oil sands’ poor image isn’t just a question of bad PR.  Anti-oil sands sentiment has made it nearly impossible to build the necessary pipeline connections producers need to get all that oil to market. TransCanada Corp.’s crossborder Keystone XL pipeline is in danger of being axed by U.S. President Barack Obama. The industry’s backup plan, Enbridge Inc.’s Northern Gateway pipelineto shipping terminals on the B.C. coast, has become bogged down in political and environmental controversy. Even TransCanada’s Energy East proposal, a sort of backup for the backup, has encountered unexpected political resistance in Ontario and Quebec—two provinces the diluted bitumen must transit through on its way to refineries in New Brunswick.”

.

Canadian exporters now also have also been stung by Russia’s currency crisis and its retaliatory sanctions against the West over the crisis in Ukraine.   Companies from farm-equipment manufacturers to pork producers are affected.  The Russian market bought 563-million dollars worth of Canada’s agricultural exports in 2012 Richard Davies, a vice-president at pork and poultry processor in Caaaanada Olymel,  said the fallout from the Ukraine crisis has had a significant effect. Russia has struck back by slapping a ban on meat, seafood, milk and dairy products, fruit and vegetables from Canada, the U.S., the European Union, and other countries.  The Russian government has also limited subsidies, particularly to its agricultural sector.

Cost of power line between Calgary, Edmonton doubles, electrical costs increases

   alberta

With all that supposedly extra surplus income as advertised in  Alberta the local citizens were now to live better off than elsewhere, instead of now continually being gouged with extra costs, and the hidden taxes.. the electrical costs now included..  for Alberta really does not have cheap hydro generated electricity but relies mainly on polluting coal fired generating plants..  and what else next? The city of Calgary, Edmonton too,  will be gouging its citizens. No discount on the downtown parking. The Big spenders at City hall need to keep the tax increases up after they spend the kitty, some of it for their useless out of town travelling expenses too.

Calgary and Edmonton are the two  main and  largest cities, both nearly the same size too,  in the Province of Alberta, Canada.  There are no other significantly large towns in this province as well. The main economy of Alberta is cattle farming and the oil industry. The provincial government has never been able to diversify the economy. Oil which was first discovered in Alberta in 1902   did not become a significant industry in the province until 1947 Alberta’s  quickly found itself at the centre of the ensuing oil boom and grew when oil prices increased with the Arab Oil Embargo of 1973. The population increased significantly  in the years between 1971 and today. Mainly bcause of the governmental  misleading spins that Alberta was a place to get rich fast, but this is not at all true. Few people got rich in Alberta, many went broke though.  Alberta’s economy is so closely tied to the oil industry that the  subsequent drop in oil prices were cited by industry as reasons for a collapse in the oil industry and consequently the overall Alberta, Calgary and Edmonton  economy.  This is still mainly a one horse economy, province.

The rapid population growth associated with the oil boom meant a need to build new houses and roads, and related services.. these were costly undertakings which  explains why the land, homes, taxes are so high even now as well. The cost of living has increased more rapidly than the wage increase  in the last few decades too causing a lot of discomfort, personal stress as well which continues until today. The lack of local industries even presently necessitates most items to be imported from else where adding to the products costs .. Even the electrical energy costs are especially high as electricity has to be manly generated by expensive coal  firing plants. Because of the high costs of living in Alberta has had a real problem in both even attracting, and keeping competent, professional technical support personnel in all areas. Many of the new job  arrivals are not adequately still qualified in fact. This is not the land of paradise it is often falsely made out to be, not at all.. The high costs of living too explains also why the divorce rate, drug abuse, and domestic  violence, road rage is so high too. It will be that way for a few decades next too.

HEY I ONCE HAD WRITTEN A LONG TIME AGO THAT THE TOO OFTEN SELF CENTERED, PROUD PEOPLE OF ALBERTA DO REALLY NEED TO STOP BASHING THE POOR PEOPLE, AND THOSE ON SOCIAL AID, FOR A DAY WILL COME THAT THEY TOO WILL BE NEEDING SOCIAL AID AND THAT DAY HAS COME.. USAGE OF THE ALBERTA FOOD BANK IS UP 20 PERCENT ALONE.

The government of Alberta tries to maximize  profit from the energy shortage, electrical included,  in the US, and makes the Albertan citizens pay for it.. since the Albertan government has to sell  energy to the US at the same costs it sells to it’s citizens too, unfortunately this all backfires cause the high costs of electrical electrical energy in Alberta further discourages many new industries from moving into Alberta?

“sounds pretty simple, Alberta companies want to export power to the USA but they don’t want to pay to create the power lines needed.  an 8 billion dollar gift sounds pretty nice to me, what ever happened to utility companies? “

” These lines ought to be funded by the people that will be receiving the electricity. I hope us Albertans get outraged over being taken advantage of all the time, personally I can see we get taxed too much. Its because of these kinds of projects.

” You morons had many opportunities during the last four years while we were swimming in cash as a province to pay for this with our surpluses. Now we are temporally sucking the hind teat economically and it’s “NOW” you want us to pay for it on our monthly bill for the next 40 years. Are you insane? You have squandered our surpluses and our chance to use these surpluses to pay for this.”

“De-regulation of Power (Utilities)  Albertans were told de-regulation would bring down the power rates in the future.  Did our Alberta Government tell us lies?,  Ralph Klein certainly did “

“I always thought that the fairy tale about the “Golden Goose” was just fantasy – but apparently we ( Albertans) are the golden goose and every company in this country and those from abroad also see us ( consumers) as the golden goose – they keep coming back to us year after year and demanding even more from us – enough is enough – start to find your extra money from within your corporations – start with your over paid CEO’s and their salaries and bonuses- why are we dedicating so much money to an old technology while the rest of the world is using and developing new forms of energy production and distribution.”

“Sell the power to the US? Are you kidding? We don’t generate enough power to support our own province right now, we have to buy power to supplement what we generate. This extra power has to come over a single line out of Montana and 1-2 lines out of BC, when we need 2-3x that much. Even moving it around the province is a challenge right now. That being said, there is a way for the transmission and power companies to recoup the cost, rather than having taxpayers cover the bill: charge the power consumers more. In that way, people who use more power pay more, and those who use less pay less (and those who use none don’t have to pay at all). The power consumers won’t pay more? Then I guess we continue to live with brownouts and the occasional blackout because we can’t get the power to where its needed.”

THE FACT THE GOVERNMENTS DO NOT ENCOURAGE  HOME AND INDUSTRIAL building improvements to reduce energy use OR SUBSIDIES  for the higher capitilization costs of more solar, wind powered  electricity is that all of this  is most attractive to the rather smallest electricity users and not to the major industrial users, commercial power producers. THUS IT IS THESE LATTER  PEOPLE WHO DEFINATELY DO DESIRE THE NEW ELECTRICAL LINES AND WHO SHOULD PAY FOR IT TOO..

It is a fact the Alberta government helped to mislead the false notion that Alberta was A PLACE TO GET RICH, THAT WORKERS AND BUSINESS PERSONS CAN MAKE AN EASY QUICK FAST BUCK THERE, especially since there are no provincial sales. THE HIGH COST OF LIVING STILL MAKES ALBERTA AN UNDESIRABLE PLACE TO GO TO ANYWAYTHE ALBERTA NEWS MEDIA AND THE GOVERNMENTS OF ALBERTA DO NOT LIKE TO DISCLOSE THE REALITY OF THE MANY HIDDEN TAXES, HIDDEN EXTRA COSTS IN ALBERTA. Yes you do not pay any provincial taxes there.. but that is where the economic benefit of living there stops.. the costs of land, homes, apartments, food, ELECTRICTY, maintenace, services, education etc., are much higher than in Quebec for a start but the average salaries in Alberta generally are not any signifcantly higher, OR ADEQUATE TO PAY THE EXTRA COSTS..

May I remind you that Calgary and Edmonton had expanded so fast that they took over all of the suburbs and there is no real estate available outside of the main cities.. and especially no water… and the remaing extremely small Towns like High River , Canmore, Okatoks, have already long been engulfed in the over pricing of the homes too..

Anyway the wise people knew that this day of the Albertan recession was coming, when the oil prices would drop again, for history repeats itself, even like it did in the 80’s in Alberta too.

In spite of the spins PM Stephen Harper is not the only one facing an eviction notice these days.

“It’s hard to believe, but Alberta, the Wonderland of Canada — with its oil sands, no sales tax and debt-free balance sheet — has pissed away another oil boom.” Albertans are wondering what hit them. Two things: Collapse of world oil prices, and a decade of profligate over-spending by a government that was supposed to be committed to conservative values. It reminds me that conservative parties, be they the PCs or the Conservatives in Canada or the Republicans in the U.S., have been guilty of the most invidious betrayal of their promises. Plus, conservative governments in the U.S. and Canada have wrecked the public treasuries through indiscriminate and unaffordable tax cuts.  Case in point: the Alberta Heritage Fund. When Premier Peter Lougheed set it up in 1976, the idea was to stuff it with 30% of the province’s resource revenues. By 1982 they’d cut that in half and were taking out the profits.  In the past year, not a nickel’s gone into the Heritage Fund. It’s worth about $16 billion now. If the government had kept its original commitment and put in 30% of resource revenues while taking nothing out, the Fund would be worth $164 billion today. More than enough to see Alberta through the deepest of recessions.  Where did the money go? Expenditures, and Taxpayer perks, mainly. At the peak of the boom, Ralph Klein wrote $400 checks for every Albertan, at a time when few really needed them. Government spending has gone up by 9.6% a year over the past three years.   http://wildaboutwriting.com/2009/02/22/blowing-the-bankroll-alberta-style/

Calgary only has 60,000 more residents than Edmonton (1,124,163) and it makes a lot of false noise in that fact too cause it wants to attract much needed capital investors for non existing industrial, commercial aspects.. There basically are only 2 large cities in Alberta, Calgary and Alberta, and a handful of smaller towns.. Alberta has some of the biggest liars, spin doctors in Canada for the main cities are desperately seeking more revenues, and capital investors and anyway they can get them now too even by lies, distortions. There is not much industrial, Manufacturing business in Alberta due to the shortage of labor and skilled persons, and high operating costs. People in Calgary and Alberta do often dream of becoming rich , but it is a far away dream when you consider the high costs of living there and the uncertainty of holding onto a job too.

History as usual repeats itself even in Alberta. Predicable, cyclic Bust takes still Alberta by surprise today ? “ There’s a tiny park in downtown Calgary that is a stark reminder of everything that went wrong in Alberta after the boom of the 1980s and seems to be happening all over again. The park is right next to the Bank of Montreal’s 41-storey office tower. It was supposed to be the site of a second tower that was cancelled when the bank realized the boom was over and it wouldn’t need all those offices in Western Canada after all. Twenty years later, the price of oil and gas has nosedived again and major projects are about to be cancelled or capped. Just last week, developers of what is slated to be the tallest building in Western Canada declared that they need $1.1 billion to keep the project going. There is already a square-block hole in the ground and a forest of girders and cranes on-site in the heart of downtown Calgary, but the future home of EnCana Corporation is desperately trying to arrange construction financing in a tight credit market. Building permits on five other large projects are set to expire because of inactivity. In some cases, the city has had to seal empty construction pits because the developers have pulled the plug. You would think that in a city, and a province, that has experienced more than a few booms and busts over the past 80 years some sort of common sense would have evolved about how to thrive over the long term in such an economy. But it seems both the private sector and the government are easily blinded by their wishful thinking: this boom will last forever and the money will keep rolling in, they keep telling themselves and everyone else. But it never does. So in the same week that the city’s largest construction project was revealed to be in trouble, the finance minister and the premier announced more bad news. The provincial treasury’s projected surplus for 2008-2009 dwindled from $8.5 billion to $2 billion because of declining oil and gas prices and will likely dwindle even further. Plans for new roads, schools and hospitals are now on hold. Premier Ed Stelmach also revealed that he is deferring a new royalty regime – which was have to added more than $1.4 billion a year to provincial coffers – because it’s simply the wrong time to increase taxes and risk a further slowdown of the petroleum industry. No doubt he wishes former premier Ralph Klein had increased royalties years ago when the industry was awash in profits. None of this would really matter if the provincial government had actually prepared for the bust during the boom by saving some of its billions of dollars in bounty. But it didn’t. Instead it spent billions on infrastructure when the cost of labour and materials was skyrocketing; at one point it issued $400 cheques to every man, woman and child in Alberta, a $1.4 billion giveaway; and it cut taxes or kept them low. Alberta still has The Heritage Savings Trust Fund established by former premier Peter Lougheed but it is only worth $15.8 billion. Norway, by contrast, has managed to squirrel away $350 billion since 1991. Stephen Harper’s Conservatives have also managed to whittle away billion dollar surpluses. Perhaps they also thought the boom would last forever. Or perhaps all those Alberta Conservatives simply forgot about the famous bumper sticker from the 1980s that read: “Please God, let there be another oil boom. I promise not to piss it away this time.” ” http://www.thestar.com/comment/article/541627

In an article published Wednesday, the international financing agency’s chief economist says the recession has drained government treasuries to such an extent that “in nearly all countries … higher taxation is inevitable. “All this means that we may not go back to the old growth path, that potential output may be lower than it was before the crisis.” ”   http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2009/08/19/imf-recession.html

So higher taxation is inevitable. watch out especially for more cash crabs by the municipalities too, much much  higher prices for revenue generating speeding, parking tickets and by law violations too.

After all all THOSE PEOPLE LIVING HIGH ON THE HOG AT THE CITY HALLS ARE NOT ABOUT TO GIVE UP THEIR EMPIRE BUILDING, LAVISH LIFESTYLES, EXOTIC BENEFITS, MOSTLY UNNECESSARY OUT OFF TOWN TRIPS.. and we have seen this already being carried out in Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and now in Montreal.

For decades I too  have rightfully opposed to all  the extravagant, wasteful spending of the city’s , tax payers money by civil, public servants because it is next the programs to the poor people that are cut first when financial problems occur… The continual mismanagement, budget deficit, tax payer money abuses and has there been even any changes in all this really? We all  really still do need still a full  review of the waste, fraud, and abuse that has plagued governmental efforts. What is also needed is a enforced, real program to remove public officials from office that take our money and abuse it, spend it on their own false pet projects while many of our people still are not getting the help that they need.  January 2004 was the start of my recent rash of my written correspondences mainly on the unacceptable  tax payers money abuses, injustices at the federal, provincial municipal levels too, as well, and it all  has specifically initially started because I had strongly, rightfully objected to anyone in the province of BC being kicked of social welfare, even if they are alcoholics, drug users… I still do rightfully and loudly  object to anyone being kicked of social welfare even in BC or elsewhere and this is still never acceptable. They all Civil and public servants, politicians, need to be regularly supervised too. That is why we need and have the auditors, News media, Opposition parties, concerned citizens to do this too.. and it still generally is not enough as we can see. TWO OF MY PAST NEIGHBORS, MANAGERS,  WHO WORKED FOR CITY HALL OPENLY BOASTED TO ME, AND DEMONSTRATED TO ME FOR YEARS THE COMMON CORRUPTION IN THE LOCAL CITY HALL, DONE BY THEM AND MANY OF THEIR COLLEAGUES. This included their unnecessary out of town trips, their taking stuff, computer accessories,  home from the office for their own personal use, boasted of  their lavish expense accounts, of their doing personal work at the office, and much more. Why did they think that me a tax payer would approve any of such wrong doings was their error. I reported their wrong doings rightfully rather. OTHER MANAGERS OF CROWN CORPORATIONS HAD ALSO OFTEN BOASTED TO ME OF THEM DOING SIMILAR THEFTS  AS WELL.. The fish stinks from the head but many cut the tail of first..  Reducing, cutting of the programs to the poor and needy persons for  that seems how the governments wrongfully still do wrongfully  respond to budget cut backs,  deficits, and to the poor and needy people too now, rather than dealing still firstly with the major crooks, tax payer’s money abusers too in the government and elsewhere,  How many people in reality even in the civil, public services governments now  have been arrested all together  for tax evasions and tax payers money abuse now last year? How many? Anyone care to answer the question? And speaking of the related  federal review as well, who are the high spenders last year in the federal government.. who ate at the best restaurants, traveled the most at the tax payers restaurants.. who were the drunks now too..  Politicians, and civil and public servants now included too..  (Luke 6:43 KJV)  For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Even in our governments, history tends to repeat itself, including thefts, waste and mismanagement, deficits, and they tend not to rather get better and why?

There are also plenty of places to try to save the tax payer’s money but starting to save the tax payer’s money at the expense of the poor people and their welfare programs is not the best  way to do this, not at all the way to do it!   The governments firstly should though clearly manage better it’s civil and public servants.. and the capital expenditures. Why? Well I do also know from real  experiences that it is also the services to the poor and needy persons, those who can afford it the least, that are wrongfully cut to make up for the past budget mismanagement by Ministers, managers of the civil and public servants too in Canada’s Provinces, Municipalities too. Rather than cutting back on the governmental aid, programs to  the poor and needy persons even next  because of the government’s own unacceptable past mismanagement we all do now too need to really take another continual look at how effective our tax dollars are always all of being used by the civil and public servants, and their managers, politicians now too. Cutting back on the Corporate welfare also is what the government still does also needs to deal with and not cutting firstly the Social welfare. The Corporations got what Billions  in social welfare from the tax payers? and we do not have money for the poor people? or for proper medical care, or for proper Justice, police, consumer protection  too? It never surprises me anymore when the superiors, Managers even  at City hall as well can also still  find money for new furniture, more staff, larger personal expense accounts but cannot find  the money to help the ordinary, poor and needy people during the good and bad times now too. Unacceptable. We all need to care about the unemployed and the poor people, Elected officials now included. It also  seems even  the governments and it’s managers are too often rather still just for sale to the highest bidder… and it doesn’t care who they are involved with or what they are up to or what it looks like as long as they are rewarding themselves or  their friends, and thus they wrongfully and too tend  not too  really look after all of the good ordinary citizens welfare..  this is still never acceptable. They all Civil and public servants, politicians, need to be regularly supervised too. That is why we need and have the auditors, News media, Opposition parties, concerned citizens to do this too.. and it still generally is not enough as we can see. The fish stinks from the head but many cut the tail of first..  That seems how the governments wrongfully does  respond to money and the poor people too now rather than firstly with the major crooks, the real tax abusers too..

“ Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.(Galatians 2:10 KJV)  ”
Making all of the poor people, social welfare recipients, those who can afford it the least, to pay for the sins of others is an immoral and  criminal act still.

Furthermore here are thee, 3 things I know for sure in Canada the last 35 years

– It is not the poor people who have  mismanaged the majority of the tax payer’s money… but they do pay for it the most, those who can afford it the least

– if the public and civil servants had better managed the tax payer’s money there still would not  have been likely more money for the poor people cause the rich people would still try to steal it for themselves. I have met even covetous, greedy middle class and rich persons now too.

Thirdly  if all persons paid their taxes, and did not commit tax evasions, an ongoing major unacceptable sin that still do needs to be prosecuted there would be plenty of money for the poor people  assuming it could get to them without being stolen, intercepted again.

Even in my local evangelical church the pastor is also now was wrongfully  being  paid too an astronomical price for his poor services, his poor neglect of the poor people too, and I rightfully also do not agree with this  and say so as well. Jesus himself and the Apostles did not have a fixed salary nor a high paying one

(Isa 10:1 KJV)  Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; 2  To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless! 3  And what will ye do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which shall come from far? to whom will ye flee for help? and where will ye leave your glory? 4  Without me they shall bow down under the prisoners, and they shall fall under the slain. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

(Mat 7:3 KJV)  And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

“Albertans First” is just another one of those typical bad politicians cons to make people Born in Alberta falsely believe they are being properly looked after, and are better of than the rest of Canada too, all very contrary to the actual reality. It is clearly the politicians and civil and public servants who are firstly looking after themselves mainly here too..

Alberta’s Manure Pile

A bad image problem  is not the only main problem for Alberta even in July 2013..

Many of those affected by the recent flooding in Canmore,  Calgary, Exshaw, high River, etc,  are now looking back on the month that was and are starting to rebuild.

.

Flood info sessions planned. Provincial experts on flood mapping and the disaster recovery program will be available in communities affected by the floods at upcoming public information sessions.

.

The province is mandating that homeowners who live in the flood way can choose to rebuild and repair, or leave. If they choose to relocate, the province will assist them — in some cases, that means purchasing land. Residents living in flood fringe areas must flood-proof their homes if they want to eligible for flood relief in the future. The first information session was held in High River tonight. There are sessions planned in Medicine Hat, Calgary, Canmore, Lethbridge, Bragg Creek and Turner Valley. Many Albertans still do say they’re having a tough time finding contractors and equipment and others are still waiting for word on compensation from insurance companies and the province. The provincial government announced its long-term flood recovery and said “We know this work will take years — not weeks or months — and we will be there to support communities in their renewal efforts over the long term,” said Premier Alison Redford in a release. Prepared by the Flood Recovery Task Force, the plan looks to focus on four areas: financial support, repairing infrastructure, mitigating long-term environmental impacts and nurturing economic growth through reinvestments.

The sudden collapse in Oil Prices and subsequent revenue to the Province can’t be magically replaced by sound budget planning. Ostriches in denial would spin like this..in reality History repeats itself.. remember the 1980’s. 2009-10 when Jobs were lost, homes went into foreclosures, property values went down due the flood of homes for sale on the market. divorce increased.. Sadly they in Alberta do not learn not the first, second or the third time. When they were rich, proud and arrogant the Conservative leaders of Alberta were too proud to heed to others, to take advice… but now that they are facing serious ,drastic economic downturn they merely pretend they are ready to listen.. and how long will that next last? Instead of saving , planning effectively for a rain days the politicians of Alberta were living high on the hog, spending the citizens money, and not really caring about the citizens own good welfare. ” The Alberta government didn’t have a plan unless you consider shovelling money out the back door as fast as it came in the front to be a plan. “Making use of the revenues” meant spending the revenues. When times were good it outspent every other province in the country on a per-capita basis. It may have been a Conservative government in name, but its spending was liberal, in every sense of the word. Many Albertans told them to save more, even the Liberals. Various groups, including one of the government’s own creations called the Financial Management Commission, were telling the government as far back as 2002 it had to save more money during the good times. Granted, Ralph Klein was in charge back then and he responded by ratcheting up spending and giving away $1.4 billion in Ralphbucks. To emphasize its pessimistic message, the government is no longer rejecting out of hand the notion of a provincial sales tax ” Alberta the two horse town, Oil and beef, needed to diversify but now is too late.. it’s electrical costs are much too high, and it’s cost of living as well, high cost labour now too… many hidden costly taxes, and add to that the many technical incompetents existing in this province and you got nothing but mostly a bunch of whiners and losers.. But now they can all put their seat belts on it is going to be a rough recession ride, about 15- 20 times worse than what Alberta had experienced in the 80’s too and alot of Albertan homes went into foreclosures. It might be hard for many Canadians, particularly in hard-hit Ontario, to feel much sympathy for this western province. After all, there was a distinct cockiness in the way “The New West” asserted its newfound position of fiscal superiority this decade over Central Canada in particular.” They had often rubbed it all proudly in our face, Alberta’s wealth, it’s importance, no taxes, a great future, and what ever before that.. Because too many Albertans were openly bashing the poor people for decades as well, now they too do have to walk in a poor man’s shoes themselves.. I REMEMBER WHEN MANY ARROGANT ALBERTANS, POLITICIANS USED TO FALSELY BOAST ON THE NET ABOUT THEIR PROSPERITY.. and I would reply they need to be really now more considerate of the poor people and the rest of Canada for they too will ONE DAY be on social aid, EVEN asking other Canadians to help them.. it is funny how reality comes to pass with time even in Alberta.

.

Alberta’s surprise recession is not much of a surprise to the wise… for false pride still comes before a great fall.. lay off the too many abusive cops, bad city hall employees as well in Alberta and save the money now too. You have to be rather kind, nice to everyone, even the Albertans now too, cause you do not know to whom you will go begging for help next as well.

.

Alberta now faces two possible outcomes: The foolish one where it falsely gambles on good luck – a quick turnaround in oil and gas prices as the world economy recovers which is very very unlikely… any recession turnaround will still take decades to occur.. so the second alternative besides their aggressive budget slashing not unlike the wholesale cuts is social welfare, asking the federal government for money.. which they have started to do.. and many Albertan now before all this had called people on welfare as being bums or Communists, and how do they now see themselves now? https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/02/20/pride-comes-before-a-fall-in-alberta-too/

.

” So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” (Revelation  3:16 KJV)

.

Politicians are paid by the tax payers to look after the good welfare of all citizens and sadly this has not been even  the case the last 20 years even in the federal cabinet. It should be still the case. As usual the  governments, representatives, Ministers included  also do try  to do as little work as possible, to spend as little money directly on the good welfare of the citizens themselves

.

What is the major problem with still allowing our civil and public servants, mangers, supervisors, Ministers abusing the tax payer’s money? Well simply next it is the governmental services to the poor and needy persons, those who can afford it the least, that are too often cut, including Health Services too.. It also generally leads to the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer too. That all is all really unacceptable and immoral too..

.

There are in reality two personnel, resources management approaches we need all to use and related messages we give out .. “Rewards and punishment”..  one is positive and the other  one is negative.. both are the needed  reality  now for all as well .. an  ostrich approach to the negative or even the critical messages is wrong and does not cause positive changes  now as well.. the one sided positive messages,  management style approach  are mere lies.. for in reality those whom  I love I also do chasten and rebuke as well..

.

Now in 1982 I drove to Edmonton Alberta and sat directly in the Albertan Minister of economic development, and Albertan Minister of Manpower, Career development, and I had asked them what they were doing specially to diversify Alberta’s economy and help to create more  jobs for Albertan.. these useless twits still did did nothing, and both lost their reelections, their workers too had  let the party caucus decide what to do and Alberta is in a real big big mess today.. home prices are dropping,, home sales are going doing, people getting laid off, and their Alberta  government revenue is going down too. They were another bunch of know it all who did not want to listen to any one else.. and such History repeats itself.
.
Now less than a hundred Canadians will die in one year due to car accidents, but thousands will die due to a hospital acquired infection? So why has not the Conservative government done too much here? they do not care about Canadian lives still? No one is immune to danger, or death, not even you, your loved ones now too. It can happen where you live.. AND IT DOES NOW TOO. It is not a pleasant site, sight, a person was alive and a few minutes later they are dead and next are being wheeled down the hall to the morgue, COVERED UP ALL IN A WHITE SHEET.. the nursing, support staff are clearly upset, the strain of helplessness gripping many of them too.. urine containers are still being left alone, allowed to be scattered on the floors in the patients rooms.. some how some of the medical personnel, support staff they  wrongfully still cannot believe that the fatal diseases are caused by poor hygiene.. after all they have been personally neglecting the hygiene aspect for a long time too..  Now about 225,000 Canadian patients a year suffer from hospital-acquired infections that substantially extend their stays, and between 8,000 and 12,000 people die annually as a result of  infection with common but dangerous infections – C. difficile, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE) – The infections   C. difficile, MRSA and VRE – are not airborne, but spread by contact. yet the police make a lot of noise about number of   deaths caused by speeding..  The police would be better used in Hospital it seems..
 .
Yes likely reason that roommates increase the risk of infection is that patients share a washroom. (The mantra in infection control is: One bum per toilet.) Another likely explanation involves inadequate handwashing by patients and health professionals alike; doctors and nurses sometimes don’t wash their hands between patient visits in a single room. in the meantime, there are things we can do: We should be cleaning our hands, and we should really scrutinize how we clean our hospitals.   http://www.theglobeandmail.com/life/private-hospital-rooms-lower-risk-of-c-difficile/article1420448/
.
Now what are you all now really doing about many people dying in all Hospitals unnecessarily these days too? Actions speak louder over mere words
.

ALBERTA THAT  HAS A NATIONWIDE REPUTATION FOR DESPISING OTHERS.. WILL ONLY LEARN THE HARD WAY THAT IT NEEDS THE SUPPORT OF OTHERS. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/25/the-alberta-way/

.

Government of Alberta deliberately indifferent towards others.  I was horrified to find out still even in 2004 that the Alberta Government takes a very unChristian approach towards other persons. The Alberta Government, it’s Premier, Minister, Members of the legislature do take an active, deliberate approach of not replying to any letters from a person, not living in Alberta and some in the government they have  even clearly told me that they do not have any responsibilities towards helping persons not born in Alberta.

.

No one can deny my personal witness and experience now as well.

.

There are plenty of places to try to save money but starting with the expense of the poor people is not one way,  The Civil and public servants can back on their first class travel, traveling abroad, free lunches for themselves and their friends  their long breaks while they do their own business at the tax payer’s expenses as well for a start, Abuse the poor people and  you will see God cause your finances to dry up in other areas. It has often happened in Alberta and in Ontario now as well who were  also known for their false mistreatment, despising of the poor persons.  Cut back on the programs to the rich as well now firstly. It never surprises me anymore when the superiors, Managers even  at City hall as well can also still  find money for new furniture, more staff, larger personal expense accounts but not the money to help the poor people during the good and bad times now too.

Making all of the poor people, social welfare recipients, those who can afford it the least, to pay for the sins of others is an immoral and  criminal act still.

.

Thirdly  if all persons paid their taxes, and did not commit tax evasions, an ongoing major unacceptable sin that still do needs to be prosecuted there would be plenty of money for the poor people  assuming it could get to them without being stolen, intercepted again.

.

I can also add that if the civil and public servant managers and their subordinates would stop their white collared crimes, would stealing. stealing even computers, software, supplies from their workplace there would be more money for the poor people, the social welfare  recipient’s. What only about 20 percent of the people do steal form their work place? I heard firsthand one secretary boast to me that she used her work business charge card for office supplies to buy personal items for her home use and she did not consider that wrong now as well. A vice president of CN Railway used to steal his snow shovels from his work place by having one of the shop foreman’s in the yard donate it to him. Now really don’t tell me that is rare.. Executives, Accounting Purchasing and Engineering managers home computers and software, disks, etc., often come from their office ( TransAlta now included) .. and how many social welfare recipients have been equally supplied with Home computers. NONE!

.

How many of the civil and public servants, RCMP officer included now, in the last year have been rightfully arrested for stealing and.or abusing tax payer’s money? Now please don’t tell me they don’t do things like that.   And what about the elected politician who uses the staff and resources not to help his constituent members but even to solicit funds from individuals and corporations, for his reelection campaign, at the tax payer’s;  wrong expense.

.

The third thing I would do was I would follow the budget money, I would really find out exactly how much was designated and where all of the budget money goes. To see how much of it actually, directly goes to help the social welfare recipients. You see I too have learned long time ago that even city hall itself, and many others do similar things, they do charge items to the budget, that do not belong there, they even do transfer the budget money elsewhere. Yes at city hall as well. And that should be a criminal act prosecuted by law. I mean that as well rightfully.

.

Anyone who tells me that all of the Governments and their resources, personnel are always or generally effectively managed  are part of the ostrich liars I seem too often to encounter, and I do not put up with the liars quietly anymore.   So I find it ridiculous that the very still confused, Conservative, Alliance, Reform party would be stupidly trying to tell the rest of Canada how the country should be run,.. when their own backyard still stinks the most to me. Everything generally was poorly managed in Calgary, Hospitals, Schools, University, Police, Personnel, industries, Civil and Public servants especially too but one thing for sure the “easterners” falsely firstly got bashed because clearly the gutless Albertans were to hypocritical to admit to, to deal with their own sins.  and major shortcomings, false pride too. The supposedly good managers of Calgary city Hall often have wrongfully had to have the government of Alberta bail them out financially as well.   Make no mistake about it God clearly distinguishes between the good and  the bad persons here on earth even by their own  personal acts   They the Ministers of Alberta today are the unacceptable Pharisees who do walk across the street when the see a poor wounded stranger, person lying on the street. Today yet the Albertans would run to the US and even beg now  asking for help to sell their beef and ask for more financial investors into the province of Alberta . Do they deserve any of it? not really!   Things really have not change for the better even the last 20 years in Albert but they seem to be  even socially,  morally  bad as I have known them personally to be there still. That is how I see it. This behavior of theirs in Alberta  is still really unacceptable. They now do not deserve to get away with it.

.

IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE THAT THE BAD GUYS DO NOT LIKE THE TABLE TURNED AGAINST THEM.. TO BAD FOR THEM.. I myself am rightfully not impressed by mere political words by anyone, real actions to me always speak louder than words firstly.

.

And I also still do know firsthand that citizens, that consumers get wrongfully abused still and too often by even price gouging. poorly managed corporations, civil and public servants in Canada now as well.   This all reminds me of that past crooked MLA of mine, a lawyer who was stupid enough to thinks she could abuse me and become a Premier of Alberta next too.. or of my past too ambitious MP Jim Hawkes who got a heart attack instead.. or my other MP’s they did not make it to the higher level and nor did that very crooked Church elder Harvey from the ex Calgary Christian Center who ran to be a PC MLA in Silver springs and lost his money.. not before  the news media got my account of what he was really like, nor did his church now even get away with their wrong doings, and nor did the bad pastor of South Calgary Community Church Dr. Frank Berg who resigned to become a insurance salesman after I had openly exposed him for  wrongly counseling divorce. These items have often been for years read now on the world wide net too now, and  all of Canada’s Major news editors got copies of it too.  Yes the pen is mightier than the sword still.

.

The Ontario Progressive Conservative past leadership platform included the lie that they were a “family oriented government”, a lie that Mike Harris and Ernie Eves themselves visibly lied about when they too personally lived a sex hog life in reality with  divorcees, unwed persons…. Ex Premier Ontario Ernie Eves also had said  that Marriage was a solely a permanent relation between a man and a woman, and that Ontario  was a good place to raise your family, but in reality it seems that in Ontario next the perverse lawyers and perverse, hypocritical  politicians will next also help to break it up as we can clearly see by their own inaction, poor actions and from how they live their lives and marriages too. It should be by now very clear to all  that the past Ontario PC Premiers were immoral Sex Hogs that did  not value the traditional concept of marriage and by this they have set a very poor examples for others and they next should not be allowed to return to a major political office! Furthermore it does not at all mean that I have to or I will accept, put up with such behavior or them even allowing me to be abused now as well.

.

I never get over the  the shock of the Police in Canada coming to my home cause some politician or even a policeman had objected to what I had written about them.. never. It has only happened to me at least 5 times in Canada. I always have rightfully perceived it all as  obstruction of justice, a false attempt to deny my own right of free speech. Did you yet still figure out why the now ex Premier of Ontario Ernie Ewes had wrongfully sent the police to my home, what truths he did not want me sharing in my first letter to him now with any others? or for that matter ex mayor Al Duerr now as well? For the record the major  news editor and all of the major cabinet ministers have gotten a copy of all of my concerns., and I rightfully have even posted my issues in detail on the Internet too.  Now about the Calgary police who at the politicians instructions keep a file on me as well.. that is an immoral act still.

.

Self regulation of all organizations, personnel tends to be mostly still just immoral masturbation.. lawyers, pastors, doctors and nurses included. Public exposure and real prosecutions of the really guilty persons does work better.   I keep on sending my nasty letters to my still mostly bad employees but they wrongfully still do their own thing.. I even have helped to fire many of them, there has to be better approach to get them rightfully motivated, working really for the taxpayers, not mostly themselves and charging it wrongfully still to us.  The ongoing lessons of life even in Canada will be and are these: One cannot abuse others and get away with it forever. Laws, government institutions now are made for the good of all persons  too. Also if all of the evil persons, politicians included, are not also punished, made to face negative personal consequences themselves they really will not next stop their wrong doings.   Mind you there are some good politicians too.. I was real shocked when an MP Dr. L Kinder asked to personally to meet me, the independent Calgary NE MP kicked out of the Progressive Conservative party, and I was even more shocked to see firsthand  that he had a full staff actually working on behalf of the concerns of the citizens in his riding. This was unlike the many fderal Progressive Conservative Calgary MPs , their staff, and their riding offices I had been too. Yes all the same  ones who lost unexpectedly under Brian Mulroney next lost  the federal elections to the Liberals or the Reform party.   That is why I still do rightfully ask the whole matter be reviewed still and properly dealt with even   Taken from http://mywebpage.netscape.com/InfoNw4/alberta.html

.

(Eph 4:28 KJV)  Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. (1 Cor 11:31 KJV)  For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

.

If we were honest we can admit that one of the main reasons for the recession in the US was a corrupted business and management practice. If we want to be sure that this type of recessions does not  repeat itself again and again we need to learn how to deal with it.. Ineffective employees and the related wasteful employee costs is one of the biggest reason for any firms economic loses, recessions in the private or public, governmental  sectors now too

.

There is always a positive management style and a very negative management style too.  Putting more money into pails full of holes still is a very unacceptable negative management style. I  too have worked with the Municipalities as a projects engineer, with engineering fabrication and construction firms now as well, thus I am firsthand familiar with crooked contractors, inadequate city hall inspectors, inadequate city hall managers and inadequate workers,  firsthand too.. Everyone wants more money but fine what about the proper fiscal management of it firstly that is still too often needed in reality.. in the city of Calgary, or in  the city of Montreal as well.. no I do not trust the Aldermen and rightfully as well to even properly manage it. Nor can we even clearly trust the RCMP to do this.. sad isn’t it..

.

You also do know firstly Garbage in, means garbage out, applies to the personnel now hired for any job now Alberta or Canada wide, even at the taxpayer’s costs, expense. Now if you hired a bad person, especially your bad friends now,  for the job,  you will get bad results.. one’s covering it up now  makes matters worse as next is often the case still too everywhere in private corporations, enterprises, medical care systems, civil and public services too. .   Now putting more of the taxpayers money into the  Police, RCMP, Municipalities, or even into the overall Medical care system, building new Hospital too often still does not deal with this real need, problem of having adequate medical personnel management, or the clearly bad existing medical managers that have been hired or the public representatives elected. Just look at the Alberta Heatherington affair. “Heatherington story sparked doubts, court told It began with a friendly, anonymous after-hours call to Dar Heatherington’s aldermanic office but soon escalated into sexually explicit letters to her home that prompted police to fear her entire family was in danger. But that concern quickly turned into cynicism and then eventually into a criminal charge after police surveillance video of Heatherington’s home turned up nothing and the alderwoman was seen at the library poring over books on stalking. .

.

Most persons rightfully still have the lowest opinion of municipal politicians. civil and public servants  even compared to the federal or provincial ones. Now any one who has dealt with civil and public servants like I  have,  would certainly note that the least cost effective employees are the Municipal workers.. a significant savings of tax payers money can be made here by their better management.    Now I have been myself a close personal friend with a prominent manager at the city of Calgary, who lied on his resume to get the job too, he showed me the various different types of lying resumes he had prepared.   I had   become personal friends with two managers at the Calgary City hall, persons who even boasted wrongfully to me that they had used their positions at city hall to travel abroad and visit their relatives, even England and India. I too often saw firsthand how really ineffective he and his subordinates were too, even how they had often directly abused tax payers moneys, even by taking unnecessary trips at tax payer’s expenses outside of the country.  They would have never got away with it in the private sector.I personally witnessed one of them stealing office supplies at the city hall, by placing them into an envelope one weekend and next openly walking past the City Hall security guards with them.. he a by law enforcement lawyer too also charged to the city Hall the high quality VCR tapes he had purchased elsewhere that he used to tape his own favorite TV programs, claiming he was suing these tapes for seminars to native by law enforcement police officers. I was there when he bought them and in his home as well when he used them for that purpose too. Did I also tell you about my experiences with the clearly inadequate, pretentious Calgary city hall Building inspectors now as well and how a poorly designed chimney, gas exhausts caused flue gas to enter back into my Dalhousie apartment building.

.

No one is doing a friend a favour by lying, covering-up for him.. open rebuke is better than secret love for them too… those whom I love I chasten and rebuke too.. but there are still too many ostriches even in the churches.. one church in Calgary next took 5 years to see the pastor’s unacceptable sins that I saw in the first month, before they next had did what I would have done immediately too.. they fired him! A church Pastor in Calgary had asked me for donations cause he had wanted a get bus to transport Spanish speaking persons to his evangelical church. I was able to have a maxi wagon donated to the church thus. The pastor next had requested of me a loan to fix the bus’s transmission, the pastor had wrongfully converted the bus to a vacation camper for his family usage and the transmission had broken on the first weekend he used it. The pretentious and very inadequate Pastor of Calgary Christian Centre Dave Lagore had asked some members and adherents to collect money door to door in Calgary to keep a teen halfway house Open. The same pastor next had openly admitted he had no intention even of doing so. After the team had acquired 15,500 dollars the pastor closed the center, and transferred the funds to his own account, to even help pay the significant debit he has incurred. Unacceptable the same teen halfway center, along with a regular bus load of street people were being used to do the weekly church maintenance even freely.

.

The Laws, government institutions now are now made for the good of all persons  too. Also if all of the evil persons anywhere, politicians included, are not also punished, made to face real appropriate personal negative personal consequences themselves they really will not next stop their wrong doings in reality.  lawyers, pastors, doctors and nurses included. Self regulation of any and all organizations, personnel tends to be mostly still just immoral masturbation. Real Public exposure and real prosecutions of the really guilty persons does work better. Now even if few subordinate now still like it  all good bad bad people need to be effectively, continually supervised, managed, and not left totally on their own, and that includes now pastors, cops, politicians, doctors, nurses, professionals, etc., for self regulation is merely another world for me for masturbation.. not effective management There’s no question these prosecutorial, supervisory  aspects, facts can be disruptive to the personal life, values of some of the negative participants, but I think even you have to live with the consequences of your own poor decisions, choices. Existing Laws, regulations now still need still  to be drastically enforced daily, continual , effectively for in real life there are always immoral persons who do not respect the laws otherwise. Justice Ministers too now as well to change and they do need to treat everyone failure, honestly, equally, and start to prosecute all of the   types of criminals, professional or unprofessional persons too, white collared and blue collared criminals, rich or poor persons now as well for their unacceptable wrong doings in reality. Furthermore exemplary punishing the bad guys even next by firing them, starting with the top managers works best, as we saw partially being done with Bell, BCE, Sympatico after their recent takeover now too.. Even the Canadian Pentecostal evangelist  was eventually fired now too. Rev Todd Bentley was fired but not before as once again even the too often false and typical cover  ups firstly undertaken.. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons in all areas now too  really does serves everyone’s best deterrent

.

Now I have been complaining  giving a lot of thought as to why so many professionals, professional bodies, police, civil and public servants  are inadequate in Canada for decades now too and why we have not seen much improvement in this area now too. Ever since i graduated from university and became a professional, I too had observed the undeniable fact now too which included my need to supervise my own subordinates. I have Cleary note that even amongst the professionals, up to 25 percent of the employees are dishonest, unethical, lazy, liars, pretentious and the fact they do need continual real daily supervision now as well..   When I had a full time Job as a mechanical design engineer, projects engineer I was too busy working to note what was really happening in the  real world around me, especially in Canada. It was in the 1980’s next when some crooked, bad cops, bad pastors, bad lawyers, started to meddle into my personal affairs, even into my own marriage that I started to take a real interest in their poor acts and into their mostly masturbating, poorly self regulating societies, control boards. . for by then I could not help but notice how bad the judges were even in Canadian provincial courts, family courts, even as to how really bad the Police really were, the RCMP included, how bad especially the federal and provincial  justice Ministers were.

.
Now   as if you all did not know that already that the Local and the national police cannot be respected to do a decent inquiry into the alleged wrong doings of any police officers, cause we can seem all to know that the accused police do not hesitate to lie, to cover-up the reality… now self regulation  of the police force, is just useless self masturbation always it seems, thus we need independent  reviews of all police complaints for all of the police forces too in Canada, with real negative consequences on the guilty persons now too and it is  as simple as that   The truth, real acts, real facts speak louder than the too often, false, cheap words now too still. Police unions, Police Public relationships departments now too  would have us all believe that the police is supposedly now aggressively tackling crime, criminals, injustice in Canada. Even a according to the RCMP Public relationship propaganda department too,  because if they the RCMP now did not write a report about it,  it all now still would not be obvious to most people who wonder what the cops are even doing now most of the time, besides giving out money generating traffic traffic tickets,  the report does not  indicate the number of  bad people actually successfully prosecuted each year for the millions of dollars already spend on the related police man-hours now too? nor  does the same RCMP report indicate the cost of the useless police enforcement per year in comparison now to the actual successful prosecutions?   The police Canada wide now also would like you to believe that less people are getting caught for drunk driving now as well,  even though the number of people getting drunk, becoming impaired is increasing each year too, but the accuracy of the police report now itself depends on whether the police do even bother to try to catch  the drunk drivers  or where they still  they are too busy writing the traffic tickets for speeding. even though speeding still is not a major cause of car accidents to start of with too.  Calling the police can too often be a waste of time cause they the police too often still are even falsely selective as to the type of work next that they are willing to undertake    and they might  next ask you to freely   help to  do their own paid Jobs, and yes  the same that they are being paid for !

,

I have also now in writing clearly now even since 911 said the RCMP should be  firstly disbanded and replaced with a new national, competent police force for the RCMP is a Mickey mouse force composed of much too many rotten bad apples in there.. the RCMP supervisors and the RCMP Public Complaints Review board , a masturbation board rather included. Too late to still try to improve this police force, a waste of money to do so as well.  Rather you can still use the RCMP for parking tickets for which they are mostly good at. Now what about getting a real good police force and a really acceptable governments, Justice system in Canada. for all of us, me included.

.

In most of Canada too the Police Department’s disciplinary system remains “fundamentally ineffective” and should be taken over by an outside agency, I have rightfully too concluded that was true as well.   The RCMP own self regulations now had falsely, clearly failed to deal with the inadequate Vancouver airport RCMP officers The RCMP’s reputation too next faced a serious degenerating  beating at Braidwood inquiry in   2009     You’ll remember that shortly after Robert Dziekanski was Tasered and died in Vancouver International Airport, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said it would not be returning a videotape of the incident to its rightful owner for one or two years, because it might taint witness testimony. Well, the tape has certainly had a negative effect, but what it has tainted is the reputation of the RCMP. And it, along with other evidence from the Braidwood inquiry into Dziekanski’s death, reveals that the RCMP and police forces across the country have a lot of work to do to regain the public’s trust. In fact, the tape reveals what could be construed as a practice of using Tasers first and asking questions later, and worse, it reveals that the attending officers couldn’t even trust the notes they made shortly after the incident.  Millington Tasered Dziekanski a total of five times, even after Dziekanski had fallen to the ground and after the officers had applied pressure to his back. Now it’s awfully hard to understand how the officers could still have been frightened of Dziekanski, but that’s still not the worst of it. No, the worst thing is that if the videotape didn’t exist, one would have to rely on Millington’s notes about the incident, notes that Millington was forced to repeatedly admit were wrong. In fact, confronted by videotape evidence about the number of times Dziekanski was Tasered, Millington had to confess that one would get a “distorted view” of the incident by reading his notesThis is a devastating admission because, in most cases of Tasering, the officer’s testimony is all we have to rely on. Also   now   as if you all did not know that already   the local and the national police cannot be respected to do a decent inquiry into the alleged wrong doings of most  police officers, cause we can seem all to know that the accused police and their supervisors, examining boards, really  do not hesitate to lie, to cover-up the reality… now self regulation  of the police force, is just useless self masturbation always it seems, thus we need independent  reviews of all police complaints for all of the police forces too in Canada, with real negative consequences on the guilty persons now too and it is  as simple as that.   “OTTAWA — The RCMP lost track of millions of dollars’ worth of items purchased for the G-8 summit in Alberta, a newly released report reveals. An internal review team found the Mounties were left scratching their heads about what they actually bought for the June 2002 event, how much they had, and in some cases where it was.  “We have identified several weaknesses with respect to the management and tracking of the inventory during the G-8 summit in Kananaskis,” the audit report says. ”   Tough new legislation Bill C-45, Bill C-46   may put white-collar offenders into prison or may be not? Rather we have seen a serious erosion in the federal and provincial governments concerns about consumer protection, the still  too often price gouging, price fixings,  and citizen abuse by money hungry businesses in Canada unacceptable already. Furthermore Canada’s long needed white collar crime legislation will suffer because the federal government is too cheap, too incompetent to really enforce this legislation still by allowing the existence of the Mickey mouse,  bad RCMP too.   The RCMP was, is falsely  millions of dollars money making pit catching tourists leaving Banff Park .  The RCMP Public complaints Commission in Calgary next wrongfully did very little good in regard to this my specific complaint. Do see the Canmore Alberta Queen’s court transcripts for the details now too. I am not ashamed of the whole  truth.   Did I also tell you that the poor  manager of purchasing the computers at the Montreal CBC that I met firsthand too was an ex RCMP officer himself who also had a relative working for the bad RCMP in Canmore Alberta? I got three tickets in a row from the same Traffic cop in Calgary, note in reality abusive and bad quota cop, and I next went to the Calgary’s mayor Al Duerr’s office to rightfully object, and I face to face  told the mayor’s secretary I was going also next across the street to the Calgary Police chief to complain about it too. I walked into the police office and told the secretary I want to see the chief of police and I said you “cops are crooked? A sergeant asked me to leave or he would have me arrested. I told him I was not going to leave till I talked to the Police chief so the sergeant had me arrested for talking out loud in a public place. The same sergeant that was the liaison officer at the Calgary Multicultural center, the one I as a patron member of the Calgary Multicultural center had complained to him face to face at the center to previously how racial abusive the Calgary cops were just a few months ago. When the officer had arrested me I told him I knew him and  who I was and then he recognized me and he said to the other police men present that they had made a mistake and to let me go.. I was next allowed to leave the jail by the back door into the rear lane exit but the Police charges against me wrongfully were not dropped. And if that was how they treated me how do you think they treat any others? just as bad. In court next the Police security present next testified that she new me, that this was not the first time I was complaining about bad Calgary cops. The judge admitted that my right of free speech was being clearly violated but I was still guilty and I was fined $250.00 which I paid under duress. You can see this for yourself in the Calgary Court records if they have not hid it or lost it again..

.

The RCMP commercial crime division, as well that of the local  police commercial crime division tend  do not care to worry about white collared business crimes, they do rather sympathize with it, they even told me so,  in my own real experiences, dealings with them too.

.

I have rightfully no respect for the RCMP commercial crime Division from my own real personal experiences. A few years ago while I was living in Calgary my own relatives  participated in unfair and restrictive computer sales  trade practices with the Montreal west CBC purchasing department including my relative  giving a loan of $7,500 to the CBC purchasing manager personnel. You can explain to me how my realtive was able to sell hundreds of thousands dollars annually of computers to the CBC from the basement of his home otherwise. My relative told me about it and   I saw the cheque myself that was cashed in the bank by the CBC personnel and I reported it face to face to the RCMP  commercial crime division in Westmount Quebec  and they did nothing about it. So I detailed it in writing to all of the federal cabinet Ministers on Ottawa. The feds they  next laid of most of the personnel about 180 of them at the CBC Montreal west. The RCMP did nothing. Yes some cities do need more money that others.. but still putting more taxpayer’s money into pails with big holes in it is ridiculous.   Hey we have loads of example of how ruthless, crooked the cops are now in Canada.. their self regulation does not work, and Canada wide now  too. None of this is acceptable. and the overall justice system, Justice Ministers are already known world wide to be really bad too.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/08/23/mickey-mouse-rcmp-police-canada/

.

THERE APPEAR TO BE THREE MAIN REASONS any so called professionals, the RCMP now too,  have  DEGENERATED IN EFFECTIVENESS  SO VISIBLY. THE SAME REASONS THAT WOULD BE APPLICABLE TO MOST PROFESSIONAL BODIES NOW AS WELL:
-The first is the  initial employee, managements hiring,  selection process. Police forces tend to have common criteria of personnel selections.
– The second clearly is  promotional mechanisms within  the force.. which seems too often to reward AND promote incompetency.. TO ME THIS EXPLAINS WHY POLICE CHIEFS, MANGERS TEND OFTEN NOW  TO LACK MORALITY, CREDIBILITY, ETHICS TOO.
– The third is the internal self regulating aspects

.

Here I would note also  that one of the main instigators of the professional Doctors carrying out their duties more effectively was not only the threat of discipline by their self regulating body, but the threat of an external, public  lawsuit itself.. something that is generally drastically missing in the police forces now..

.

Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces  as well it seems too.

.
Recently we have been reading, hearing about bad food, contaminated food. We were supposed to have a federal department looking after our welfare, food inspections, health matters, but we find out too often instead that it is another typical  back passing, pretentious department, that is willing to take their pay home but not willing to work for it. Now most of the problems that arise through food contamination are raised by the importers or manufacturers themselves and then a voluntary arrangement is usually made with the company to remove those goods from the marketplace and shelves. “This has not always been successful.” We need real, enforced regulations.   Immigration Minister Jason Kenney also issued a warning about immigration consultants, saying they don’t get you in faster, and if you hire one it had better be from the government’s approved list. Kenney’s political opponents say unscrupulous consultants are the real problem – and that the scams will persist until the government starts regulating that industry. For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in  tendency still to be denied,   suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective .  Mr. Jason  Kenney, Minister, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, and the federal government need still to focus on this important issue of the need to  protect all of the present prospective, and past  immigrants from the serious problem of existence of the much too many existing unscrupulous, unethical  immigration agents, consultants offering their immigration services firstly is not more self regulations,   I had now complained about this in writing to all years ago even to Jason Kenney MP too and no one did anything about it then!  So what has basically changed now SINCE  THEN?  basically nothing..

,

THE POLITICIANS  ARE STILL INEFFECTIVE AND THEY DO lao STILL LIE AND SO STILL  THE CONSULTANTS  AND  THEIR GOVERNING BODIES TOO..

.

Let me say it again and again that Self regulation is an unacceptable form of masturbation  rather too often. That applies to Professionals, importer, manufacturers, corporations, the police, civil and public servants.   There in reality is the main  one important step that all governments, consumers can take to protect themselves from any unscrupulous persons  and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body,  and so now how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Ministers as well?  None? and why not?

.
My writing letters firstly directly to them did not help at all they were too crooked to worry about my letters. So I started to write to the truth to all who would listen, to news editors too, to Ministers, premiers, politicians, what my real and unacceptable experiences were with them starting with the bad cops, bad evangelical pastors, bad judges, bad lawyers, bad law society  too in Calgary Alberta.. and the bad politicians  in Ottawa too, but I did write to many persons, I do  not end there.     Here is what I know for sure in Canada proper policing, management ,  supervision  human rights commissions are a real fact of life, society, in schools, life,  in churches, governments, commerce, institutions, civil and public services, professional services too,  and elsewhere, even on the net,  for you will always have those 30 percent at least of the persons who will try to cheat, lie  , steal, bend the rules, falsely believe they are above the laws, Self  regulation alone is too often pretentious, farcical, often not applied as well. That applies especially to the professionals, civil and public services, police, municipalities, politicians now as well..   The Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant  guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest

.
So still now  what really is needed  firstly is not more CHEAP, PRETENTIOUS  self regulations,   the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their education, but real INSPECTIONS, EFFECTIVENESS , competency testing.

.

Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

.
You already should know that  I have not let one Prime Minister, not even one Justice Minister, One federal Minister  off the hook in these matters but I have continued rightfully to pursue these matters in full before all. So what has changed ? Nothing, yet so I continue to purse the matters before all too.   Free speech in Canada sadly is still  mainly to those persons in power, the elected politicians and the police in reality,  and not for Joe Somebody.    “Toronto MP John Godfrey, who is parliamentary secretary for cities issues, said making existing infrastructure funds available to municipalities more rapidly is an attractive option.” I have considered myself an honest, intelligent persons, an activist in politics as well but I could never understand the need of the ex federal Prime Minister Jean Chretien to buy votes by giving more access to federal tax dollars money to the Municipal Governments. I really firstly had major doubts that any of this money actually translates next to votes.. and even about how properly it would be spent too. Now we know that Millions of dollars of this designated tax payer’s money has been even abused, still needs to be adequately accounted for. Even also the Medicare money.   Here still  is what I cannot understand about the federal job creation programs carried out under both the liberal and conservative governments, is the necessity it seems to give money firstly to the municipalities, as though they have a direct effect on voters.. Nothing can be farther from the truth for  neither the police themselves, nor the municipalities have a significant vote as to how the citizens will vote on election days. The only signicant group  that can likely have any effect the voters now are the news media and the pastors, and priests in fact. That is why I also do not hesitate to write to them as well.

.

Central monitoring of infrastructure spending not feds’ role: Baird Wed Jul 29, 6:42 PM  OTTAWA – It’s not up to the federal government to closely monitor how money intended for road, sewer and other projects is actually spent, suggests the federal minister in charge of infrastructure. The government’s main role in distributing the nearly $12 billion in cash it announced in the 2009 budget is to make sure the money gets out the door, says Transport Minister John Baird.” It’s not big government’s role and Ottawa to centrally manage everything,” Baird said when asked how his department is monitoring spending. “This is what gives government a bad name, when the government just sort of tries to wash its hands and say well, the other levels of government will look after this,” said Liberal critic Gerard Kennedy. “(Baird) made all the decisions about which projects should get funded, so … he can’t just foist them on municipalities and provinces and not take responsibility for ensuring money is well spent.”

.

UNDER THE LIBERALS WHEN THE TAXPAYER MONIES WAS ABUSED THE CONSERVATIVES READILY HAD HELD THE LIBERALS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE  AND HAD BEEN ELECTED ON CONSERVATIVE RESPONSIBILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY BUT NOW THE SHOE IS ON THE OTHER FOOT THE CONSERVATIVES FALSELY WHISTLE ANOTHER TUNE..

.

Will Stephen Harper also now really tackle white-collar crime?   Canada’s unacceptable shortcomings in the prosecution of white-collar criminals.  Not surprisingly the RCMP commercial crime investigators and prosecutors and pretentious persons, incumbent, lazy no good persons too often it seems as well as I too have now found out firsthand.. But that is they way the RCMP generally is these days it seems.. Thus explains the reason some of Canada’s most notorious white-collar gangsters–including Conrad Black, David Radler, Alan Eagleson, Martin Chambers, and Garth Drabinsky–were all charged in the United States.  Sometimes, conservatively minded politicians, lawyers, and white-collar criminals all attend the same cocktail parties and political fundraisers. Next the government leaders merely do Pretend that they still care and are doing something  by proposing self regulation.. How still very absurd. “Consistent with Stephen’s Harper’s neo-conservative ideology of privatization and deregulation, Harper wants greater ‘self-regulation’ of Canada’s financial industry,”  “Harper unveiled a plan in his 2007 budget to adopt ‘principles-based’ regulation of the securities and financial industry.  The problem is, business ‘principles’ are, by nature, about making money – not about looking out for the welfare of the public.”  All Self regulation tends to be mere masturbation, just more cover-up,  and it is not close to the real thing. “Harper says he’s now prepared to crack down on the scumbags who drain pensioners’ bank accounts”.  How he does it will show how sincere he is in doing it now too. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/07/29/john-bairds-manure-pile/

 (Jer 9:6 KJV)   Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit;

.

PS:  Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.

.

Who is fooling whom by the unacceptable management, use of the tax payers money

.

“The corruption and abuse throughout our government is growing at an alarming pace. The money goes to the big wigs and they then suck off the teat of the public and private industry. Even healthcare needs to look at their admin costs and stop the increasing use of kickbacks in all parts of government business. They are far more frequent that the public knows. “

.

“There is a limit to what you can continuously steal through taxes “

.

” You said something very good BC premier Campbell, Translnk needs and should get their chaotic house in order. Now don’t be a hypocrite, get your house in order as well, for this HST is a nonsense tax grab”

.

“Mr. Campbell , you should use the advice that you have given Translink. You have increased taxes, cancelled retirement agreements and fleeced the consumer for years. All the time, while you were doing this you had a smile on your face. Shame on you Mr. Campbell, you are deceptive devious. You are not very honest at all. “

.

“How is it that senior civil servants and senior ferry administrators in B.C. make ‘double’ or ‘quadruple’ the top CEO in the U.S.?? (president Obama). “

.

Many of these comments apply to all premiers, all ministers, all provinces in Canada now too

.

In the last 10 years, crime rates have fallen roughly 27 per cent but costs have risen 44 per cent in policing and 33 per cent in corrections. Our prisoner population has managed to stay constant.  Is that a paradox? Or is that because those in the system are smart enough to ensure they all keep working and our prisons remain full, even though there are far fewer crimes. Also the report notes “the most embarrassing lacunae in Canadian data” is the lack of useful information on our courts — “we have no systemic way of assessing whether the courts are getting more or less effective in dealing with the cases that they see, let alone understanding how much as a society we are paying. For a developed nation, this is disappointing to say the least … How bad is it?”  It’s appalling — even mischief cases take more than half a year on average to process.  First Nations represent about four per cent of the population but more and more of them are being imprisoned — from 13 per cent of the offenders in custody in 1998 to 20 per cent a decade later. In Saskatchewan, 80 per cent of inmates are native. In Manitoba it’s 70 per cent, in (Racists) Alberta 40 per cent.In those three provinces, aboriginal people also are least likely to be given probation or conditional sentences. That is a major scandal that demands investigation..  http://www.vancouversun.com/Mulgrew+Cost+crime+rises+crime+rate+falls/10296393/story.html
