Family deserves more money for lawyer for ER death – so do we all

Canadian Press WINNIPEG – A judge has ruled that the Manitoba government has a moral obligation to pay for an experienced lawyer for the family of a homeless man who died after a 34-hour wait in a hospital emergency room.  Justice Ray Wyant says Brian Sinclair’s relatives deserve to have well-paid legal representation at an upcoming inquest into Sinclair’s death.  Wyant’s decision isn’t binding on the government.  The province had offered a maximum of $40,000 for a legal-aid lawyer for the inquest, which is expected to last several months. But Sinclair’s family said that put them at a disadvantage against a team of high-paid government and hospital lawyers, who are all being paid an average of about $210 an hour, with no limit.  “In this case, the legal-aid rate is not appropriate,” Wyant said in his ruling Tuesday.  “It is unfair in my opinion, and impossible to justify, how public funds pay lawyers from government or quasi-government institutions at one rate, but the Sinclair family, who are not at this inquest because they want to be but rather are here because of what happened to Brian Sinclair, are treated at a different level.  “It doesn’t make sense, nor does it pass the litmus test of fairness.”  Sinclair – a 45-year-old double amputee and frequent emergency room user – died of a preventable bladder infection more than a year ago while he was waiting in the emergency room at Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre.  The inquest into his death is scheduled to start early this year. It’s expected to touch on a number of issues at the heart of Canadian health care. It must also determine why Sinclair died and what can be done to prevent similar deaths. One lawyer paid at $210 an hour should be sufficient to properly represent the family, Wyant suggested.  But he urged the government “in the strongest possible terms” to adopt the recommendations of an earlier inquest and set a policy for funding families in the future. That would establish “clear ground rules” and ensure “this situation will never be repeated.”  “Such a policy would avoid the appearance or suggestion that decisions on funding are arbitrary, unfair or discriminatory.”  Provincial lawyers declined to comment immediately following the ruling. But lawyers who argued for the Sinclairs hailed the judge’s decision as a vindication. Vilko Zbogar said the judge backed their argument that the provincial funding offer was seriously inadequate. “The proper thing is for all counsel who are funded by the public purse in this case to be paid equally,” Zbogar said. “What the family hopes is that the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and the government of Manitoba will do the honourable thing and abide by this judge’s ruling and recommendations. The integrity of the inquest depends on it.”  Sinclair arrived at the emergency room Sept. 19 after being referred there by another physician. Security tape footage, disclosed by the province’s medical examiner, showed he went to the triage desk and spoke to an aide before wheeling himself into the waiting room.  Some 33 hours later, someone in the waiting room approached a security guard saying they believed Sinclair was dead.  He was rushed into the treatment area where emergency staff tried unsuccessfully to revive him.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100209/national/emergency_room_death

The Hospital and their administrators should be fully now sued for a wrongful death, manslaughter.

(CBC) – Prince Edward Island is one of the worst places in Canada to have a heart attack, research out of the University of Calgary shows.  The study found most Canadians are within an hour’s travel of a facility where an angioplasty can be performed. The nearest centres for people on P.E.I. are in Saint John, N.B., and Halifax more than three hours away. “New Brunswick was talking about the possibility of a facility in Moncton, but there were some very good reasons that went into the current setup,” said study author Dr. William Ghali. “They wanted to concentrate the expertise and the resources in one centre so that they could have a well-oiled machine in Saint John.” An angioplasty is a complex procedure in which surgeons thread a wire through a blocked artery, a balloon is inflated within the blood vessel and a stent a small tube is installed to keep it open. This requires not only skilled doctors but specialized equipment. Ideally, patients should get to a facility where the procedure can be performed within an hour of the first symptoms. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100209/canada/canada_pei_pei_heart_attack_angioplasty584

I trust the smart PEI government has already now purchased a standby emergency ambulance helicopter to take heart attack patients to the Hospitals elsewhere or they too can prepare for their lawsuits for  early deaths next too.. and why not? after all everyone pays taxes and deserves in reality equal access to medicare by law.. get ready for the much deserved lawsuits, Canada wide now too.

Bell moves to limit internet competitors, ISPs

Because even many managers in Canada, the government too  are not honest, do not tell the truth, they often also do lie as to the actual reasons their product prices are going up, and/or the quality of their services are going down, thus they are still helping to put themselves out of work, out of business eventually and to be rightfully dismissed too.

 Bell_Logo_2

“Internet Content overload suggests need to rethink how the Web works” ? ha ha ha that is a really good joke.. Because to get the customers Bell initially had said it had the largest, fastest high speed system in Canada.. But Bell also next to cover up their clear inability to be efficient, to cover their poor management losses Bell next undeniably even  lies to the same customers as to the initial reasons they next were not able to deliver what they had promised, and Bell  next tries to justify their false pricing gouges.. Bell itself and it’s poor managers are  still a really good big joke. Who are they fooling now but themselves as to how bad managers they really are..

Because undeniably Bell Sympatico on it’s own cannot deliver effective, competitive internet services it next tries to stop anyone else who can.. knowing   how really useless the Prime Minister, Jim Prentice MP, Conservative federal minster of Industry and the CRTC are now too

Bell moves to limit internet downloads of competitor ISPs  CBC.ca –   ” CBC News Bell moved in April to eliminate mandated access to its network by small internet service providers. (Paul Chiasson/Canadian Press) Bell Canada Inc. is moving to impose download limits on customers of independent internet providers,The limits would range from two gigabytes per month for customers with slower connections of 512 kilobits per second up to 60 GB for those with the faster speeds of five megabits per second, according to Acanac president Paul Louro. Customers who exceed those limits would incur extra charges, much like cellphone subscribers do when they surpass their monthly minutes.   Bell officials could not be reached for comment.

The company has taken several steps toward eliminating the smaller ISPs’ ability to compete over the past few months, the firms say. Bell began slowing the speeds of its own Sympatico subscribers using peer-to-peer applications such as BitTorrent last November, then extended the practice to its wholesale customers in March, prompting a dispute that is before the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.

The smaller companies, through the Canadian Association of Internet Providers, say Bell is breaking telecommunications law through its speed “throttling” and have asked the CRTC to force an end to the practice. CAIP has also said Bell is forcing the throttling onto its members so that they aren’t able to offer a competitive advantage, or faster speeds, than Sympatico.

Bell also has an appeal before the Federal Court of Canada to scrap CRTC-mandated access of wholesale customers such as TekSavvy, Eagle.ca and Acanac to its network. Bell says the high-speed internet market is highly competitive and regulated rules of access are therefore no longer necessary.

Smaller ISPs were given access to the networks of phone companies in the first place because the incumbents held a natural infrastructure monopoly, which was initially built through taxpayer funds when they were government-owned.

Louro, posting on DSLreports.com, said the only good news for customers is that the download limits — if they are imposed in January, as proposed by Bell — will not affect current clients. So long as customers do not switch ISPs, they will continue to have unlimited downloading.

He also said Acanac is exploring the possibility of allying with other small ISPs to install its own equipment in Bell’s communications offices, which would allow them to bypass Bell’s forced download limits.

“We prefer not to do this alone,” Louro wrote.

Installing equipment in Bell’s buildings is a risky proposition, Gaudreault said, until the outcome of the company’s court appeal is known.

“The question then becomes, what next?” he said.”

FCC Lambasts Comcast For Blocking P2P Traffic, But Doesn’t Issue Fine – washingtonpost.com

The FCC lambasted Comcast ( NSDQ: CMCSA) for blocking traffic from some P2P users and evading its official position on the matter in a long awaited and 3-2 split ruling today. Prompted by a complaint filed by Free Press and Public Knowledge and complaints from Comcast subscribers who noticed problems using P2P applications such at BitTorrent, Comcast denied responsibility at first and then changed its story at least three more times as new details emerged. “Comcast’s interference is far more invasive and widespread than the company first conceded,” the commission wrote in its ruling. The FCC didn’t fine Comcast but ordered it to cease all “discriminatory network-management practices” by the end of the year. Within 30 days, Comcast is required to disclose its practices to the agency. Release (pdf).  Comcast has an anti-competitive motive to interfere with customers’ use of peer-to-peer applications,” which can deliver high-quality video content that users might otherwise pay for on cable TV. Calling Comcast’s tactics “invasive” and having “significant effects,” the commission wrote that it found the company is “monitoring customers’ connections using deep packet inspection and then determines how it will route some connections based not on their destinations but on their contents. In essence, Comcast opens its customers’ mail because it wants to deliver mail not based on the address on the envelope but on the type of letter contained therein.” The FCC believes Comcast “interfered with up to three-quarters of all peer-to-peer connections in certain communities.” The end result being the “blocking of internet traffic, which had the effect of substantially impeding consumers’ ability to access the content and to use the applications of their choice.” Still, the agency “reiterated that its interest is in protecting consumers’ access to lawful content. Blocking unlawful content such as child pornography or pirated music or video would be consistent with federal internet policy.”

Tory majority still out of reach: Poll

” Published: Friday, August 01, 2008

OTTAWA – If Prime Minister Stephen Harper successfully goads Liberal Leader Stephane Dion into forcing a fall election, Harper may not be so pleased with the results.

A new poll shows the Conservatives just slightly ahead of the Liberals, but behind their Grit rivals in Ontario and Quebec, two provinces where the Conservatives must make gains if they hope to one day form a majority government.

Moreover, the poll, done exclusively for Canwest News Service and Global National by Ipsos Reid, shows that, despite Harper’s caustic dismissal of Dion’s green shift plan and his challenge in a speech Wednesday that Dion ought to “fish or cut bait,” voter support has barely moved.

If an election were held today, it would likely result in another Conservative minority.  ( Harper clearly desperately praying for a Miracle.. needs firstly to look equally after the good welfare of  all Canadains and  to start caring about what all of the citizens care about too.. not more money for himself and his bad  friends..)

If an election were held today, it would likely result in another Conservative minority.

The Ipsos Reid survey finds that 34 per cent of Canadians support Harper’s Conservatives, an improvement of one percentage point from the last Ipsos Reid poll six weeks ago, while Dion’s Liberals are sitting at 30 per cent, a drop of two percentage points.

If those results held through an election this fall, it would likely result in another Conservative minority but could, depending on where support is concentrated, produce a small Liberal minority government.”

The math behind a 4-per-cent pay raise

Our politicians are certainly not limiting themselves to a 4 percent pay raise for a start..

Canada should avoid a recession, but the cost of gasoline, heating and groceries will continue to rise until early next year.  according to  Mark Carney, governor of the Bank of Canada, in his latest report on the health of the Canadian economy. “Food prices, which had been falling, uniquely in Canada, are starting to firm up, but not dramatically,” he said.

The math behind a 4-per-cent inflation rate Globe and Mailall 465 news articles »

The math behind the 4 percent inflation rate only next  predicted in Canada is typical of too lying statistics even  because it   for certainty for nelgects the living costs for those persons the  most vulnerable in society, the poor persons, and, and the seniors actually anyone living on a pension, have seen the cost of living gone up as much as 30 percent on food alone in the last year.. Now all the major grocery chains in my city are 30 percent higher in selling price of meats, vegetables, bread   as well over the same period last year.  “in August, even if prices don’t change between now and then, gasoline will cost about 40 per cent more year over year. Gasoline makes up about 6 per cent of the consumer price index, so a 40-per-cent hike means a 2.4-per-cent rise in total inflation, even if everything else stays flat.” Not only has the price of fuel, gasoline gone up  by more than 4 percent but so has the price of bus tickets now as well.. Now we know the increased price of Gas affects not only the price of heating fuel, buying manufactured goods, clothes as well..

If Canadian Ostriches now were to believe their self centered  leaders, they’d think inflation was not a problem and Canada’s economy was on a roll. But it seems Canadians rightfully don’t put much credibility in their leaders or the PM’s statements. Consumer confidence definitely has plunged.

Do most of the statements from Ottawa  actually work? Or do they prompt a further erosion of confidence because consumers and businesses fear their self centered, selfish leaders again are out of touch with reality ? Preston Manning included.

Other Canadian and U.S. central bankers warned of tougher times ahead on Tuesday as the slumping North American economies suddenly appeared more vulnerable to job loss, financial failures, inflation and weaker consumer spending.

General Motors Corp. announced plans to cut its U.S. and Canadian white-collar salary budget by 20 per cent, further reduce truck production, suspend its dividend and borrow

In Canada  house prices experienced their first decline in nine years last month. Home prices in major markets edged down 0.4 per cent from last June, and sales volumes plummeted, by as much as 42 per cent in Greater Vancouver

The consumer prices rose 1% in May from April – the biggest one-month increase since 1991.

Beware always of men and women, bullies, tormentors, control freaks,  persons, civil and public servants,  politicians, pastors, leaders, elders, who falsely do, will try to enslave you, oppress you, exploit you

Is 51:23 ..your tormentors {and} oppressors, those who said to you, Bow down, that we may ride {or} tread over you; and you have made your back like the ground and like the street for them to pass over.

(Prov 21:9 KJV)  It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.

Bullies, abusers, liars, slanderers tend to be clearly immoral persons who try to enslave others uancceptably even if they profess to be Christian or what ever,,

>>My ex-husband smokes pot and drinks a lot, and I am told, so does his girlfriend. He once told me that I am too righteous because I don’t drink or do drugs, and I attend church.

and that was a verbal abuse if I have ever seen one..

so do thank God daily that he has now removed your from this  abusive relationship..

and do ask Him, God  to take all the tears away and he will.

(Psa 4:8 KJV)  I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

(Rev 21:4 KJV)  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

and there still can be a good life after divorce with God’s help…

Truly any type of abuse is unacceptable and anywhere too

and exposing it loudly in public as well as calling the police is the best way to deal with it for everyone’s benefit, the abuser included.

God himself clearly does not accept verbal, physical, or human rights abuses

(Mat 18:6 KJV) But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

(Mat 18:7 KJV) Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

(Mat 18:8 KJV) Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

No we ALL cannot STOP, take the ostrich approach under the guise of love to the definite bad acts of others, we as Christians are still called to be fruit inspectors of those who profess to be Christians ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY RARELY QUOTE IT in actual context OR LIVE THE BIBLE THEY CLAIM THEY BELIEVE IN-

(Gen 31:42 KJV) Except the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely thou hadst sent me away now empty. God hath seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and rebuked thee yesternight.

(Lev 19:17 KJV) Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

(Neh 5:7 KJV) Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them, Ye exact usury, every one of his brother. And I set a great assembly against them.

(Psa 119:21 KJV) Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.

(Prov 24:25 KJV) But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.

(Prov 27:5 KJV) Open rebuke is better than secret love.

(Eccl 7:5 KJV) It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.

(Mat 17:18 KJV) And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.

(Mark 1:25 KJV) And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.

(Mark 4:39 KJV) And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

(Mark 8:33 KJV) But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

(1 Tim 5:20 KJV) Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

(2 Tim 4:2 KJV) Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

(Titus 1:13 KJV) This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;

(Titus 2:15 KJV) These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

(Heb 12:5 KJV) And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:

(Rev 3:19 KJV) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

“This is from the book by Patricia Evans http://andthenshecried.wordpress.com/2008/02/05/the-verbally-abusive-relationship-how-to-recognize-it-and-how-to-respond

Verbal abuse is a kind of battering which doesn’t leave evidence like physical abuse does. However, it can be just as painful, and recovery can take much longer. The victim of abuse lives in a gradually more confusing realm. In public she is with one man, in private he becomes another. Often, for the verbally abused woman (man), there is no witness to her reality and no one to understand her experiences. Friends and family continue to see her ex, the abuser, as a really good guy and, certainly, he agrees with them. The verbal abuser, while maintaining his charm with others, always takes his abuse behind closed doors. It is a means of holding power over his wife( husband) /partner.. Many women and some men leave a marriage and come back into the singles’ world with the diminished self-esteem that comes from a verbally abusive relationship. The fact that many of these women (men) have never even realized that they were being abused, makes it easy for them to enter another abusive relationship. A verbal abuser is an insecure person and immature person who is looking for power and control over another. In order to help you recognize abuse, remember that all forms of verbal abuse are methods of manipulating you for the purpose of establishing power over you. The following are some of the forms of verbal abuse the author helps you recognize.

  1. Withholding: a purposeful, silent treatment.
  2. Countering: a countering of your ideas, feelings, and perceptions, even going so far as to refute what he misconstrues you to have said.
  3. Discounting–a putdown of you or something you hold dear.
  4. Blocking and diverting–this is a sneaky, covert way of violating your dignity.
  5. Accusation and blame: generally involves lies about the partner’s intentions, attitudes, and motives. The author states that accusation and blame is present in all verbally abusive relationships.
  6. Judging and criticizing: lies about your personal qualities and performance.
  7. Trivializing and undermining: abusive behavior which makes light of your work, your efforts, your interests, or your concerns. The abuser attempts to dilute meaning and value in your life. Undermining might occur when your partner laughs at you, for example, when you burn yourself cooking. It is also jokes at your expense. Undermining is occurring when you feel a “so-called joke” is mean rather than funny.
  8. Name calling: no one has a right to call you degrading names. Name calling is verbal abuse.
  9. Ordering: Telling you to do something, rather than asking, or making decisions for you or for the two of you without your input.
  10. Forgetting and denial: the trickiest form of denial is forgetting. Become aware that forgetting is a form of denial that shifts all responsibility from the abuser to some “weakness of mind.”
  11. Abusive anger: this seems to be closely linked to the need to “blow up,” to dominate, to control, to go one up, and to put down. Any time you are snapped at or yelled at, you are being abused.
Threatening: Physical threats and sexual threats aside, verbal threats are an effort at manipulation. For example, a threat to leave, stay out all night, or take you home immediately is a manipulation for power. The threat of “pending disaster” is designed to shatter the partner’s serenity as well as her boundaries.

If you counter the abuser or attempt to explain yourself, you will probably be met with such statements as, “I don’t want to hear it, get out of my face” or “Woman you don’t have the brains“, “BYou shouldn’t have said that to me“.

If you are in a brand-new relationship and see warning signs of verbal abuse, the author suggests you might be wise to let the relationship go. It is not likely that a man (woman) who needs to dominate and control will change easily, if at all. It is also likely that when the newness of the relationship wears off, he will become more abusive. Verbal abuse can become physical in time and physical abuse is always preceded by verbal abuse, according to Evans. If you are in a long-term relationship, you can respond to the abuser as the book suggests and soon discover for yourself whether or not your mate is willing to change and stop his abusive behavior.

“If you have been verbally abused in your relationship, you may have discovered that explaining and trying to understand have not improved your relationship. Therefore, I recommend that you respond in a new way–a way that will make an emotional, psychological, and intellectual impact upon your mate.”

The abuser in your relationship may change when he finds that you do know when you are being abused, that you have set limits, that you mean what you say, and that you will not take behavior you don’t like.

If the man ( or sadly too often now a women) in your relationship remains abusive, it is not only not your fault,” it is  your responsibility to deal with it, make it public, call the police too.

Any person cannot still fight with you of you leave his or her presences, even forever.. and there is still a good life after a failed marriage now too. I practise what I preach and often now too.

The first spouse, love seems  is always the best one in our false pride.. and I know what that is like too.. WE SEEM ALL TO REPEAT OUR BAD TASTE, VALUES.. When they let a person out a prison they generally have a rule not to let them return to his old environment, past home, for five years.. otherwise they will be under the same old bad habits, dispositions too..

NOTE I lost once everything I had owned.. still next I replaced it all with the same things, even though I never used most of them, old habits and bad tastes DO die hard still too for almost all of us..

Now still reporting publically the abusers, and calling the POLICE TOO most often solves the abuse problem the best.. for if the evil persons do not feel real negative personal consequences, REAL negative public exposures, they really have no reasons to change their bad habits next and likely then never will.

I rightfully too tend to openly expose all abusers, all bad people, all bad churches, all bad politicians, all bad corporations that I come across, and  often and I  also do do call the police, regulating authorities  often and demand they all be fired,   be put in jail too.

I was also still surprised how popular this post now is too.

Subject:Dealing effectively with complaints, problems, bad service , ISP provider-

The Written Complaints are always an important way to identify areas of much needed improvement, and  they can lead to significant  improvements eventually.

You might be so dissatisfied with your phone company, ISP provider, or whatever? and next most persons will simply transfer their account  immediately  to another firm, another service provider entirely, but beware you may still have to deal with the penalty for breaking the contract,  and in reality such an approach does not do anything to alleviate or likely help the same problem that many other customers next will also have. If you help  to deal with it all now properly it may all take more  time but in the end it will generally, if done right, next  bring positive changes and great regards for  and from other now as well.

Some of the most common areas of complaints, difficulty are as follow:
  • Advertisements – for complaints about the truth, accuracy, ethics or legality of advertisements, as well as confusing or unclear labeling directions, contact the Minister of Consumer Affairs
  • Bills -for complaints about problems with your phone bill, or ISP in the first instance you should contact the telephone or ISP  service provider. If you are not satisfied with their response then contact not only the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman   but many others as well.. You might also want to contact the nearest office of your federal, state, provincial consumer affairs ministry now too..
  • Fixed Line or Mobile Phone Contracts – The actual contract that supplies you with a mobile or fixed line telephone is a trade agreement. These come under contract law and contracts are sometimes disputed as being either unfair or unfulfilled. In these cases, again you should firstly contact the organization with whom you signed the contract. If you are not satisfied with their response then again, contact the nearest office of the Department of Consumer affairs.
  • The Quality of the Telephone Service or ISP now . Again, in the first instance you should always take up any complaint regarding the quality of the telephone service with your service providers as well as to the others.
  • Radio and Television Program Content For radio or television broadcast program content (not advertising), the federal  Broadcasting Authority  is generally responsible for ensuring that programs ‘reflect community standards’. They all will  asks that you first make your complaint directly to the broadcaster concerned. They say that if a station fails to answer your written complaint within thirty days, or if you are otherwise still not happy with their response, you should then contact them,
How to Make an Effective Complaint –   General Rules
..
The first simple, honest step is to contact the organization that you do have the problem with, and to tell them next preferably always  in writing next too, specially  that you want to make a complaint and you are also going to detail it in writing to them and to many others for further references now too.
..
Before making the specific contact, – make sure you do now have a clear idea about exactly what you are going to ask them. tell them. Do generally take some detailed, specific notes and do have them in front of you so you don’t get distracted or next forget any part of the essential information you want to share with them too. If possible,  do also have a proposed resolution to your complaint that you would be fully happy with  and present this to them too. Assemble a pen first now, and all the information that might be necessary for you to refer to, in front of you, out it all  in writing on  a page even before you call, including the initial telephone number, account number and billing address and next also the subsequent references given to you. . If you are calling about a specify phone or ISP account, bill, try to make sure you have a reference copy of it in front of you. The more prepared you are for the first telephone call, the more likely  you will also need it when you have call back again later. Rarely does even phone call or one letter suffice. Do talk also to your friends, neighbors, and do also see if they had the same problem now too.
..
You do try to phone them firm first and follow it up with a confirming letter next too.  Do Stay in control always without being interrupted or distracted by the others. State your case as calmly as possible, and note this do even repeat it to them especially  if they are not listening to you, or if they as usual falsely try to lie to you, try to divert the topics, your complaint now. However, you should always plan to make a telephone call when you are feeling in full control, time  to deal with the problem..

Have a pen and paper ready in front of you. Take note always of the date and tie time you call, how long you waited before your call was answered, how long you had talked for  and the name of the person you spoke to. In the future it might be even helpful for you to next  bill the same  firm for wasting your time in their not addressing the problem. That should get their notice now next  too and show how serious you are in getting the problems, conflict resolve in an adequate manner now still too.

Remember always that when presenting  most complaints it takes  some time, prepare to be ready for the time to pass, but do know also as to how to handle the false delays. Send them always  next with a copy to others a reminder letter, email that you are waiting for an adequate response to your specific complaint for a start.
When any person  does  experience service or equipment problems, their resulting dissatisfactions,  complaints now can be  often even more compounded by them not being able to directly firstly to talk to or to deal with anyone that is really helpful about the problem, in a position of authority to do so now,  even firstly now without waiting for hours on the telephone for a firm’s initial or subsequent responses – note the delays sometimes this is a deliberate act by the firms to discourage you from initially now making the complaint. The reality  thus often still is that you may always need to wait a long while before your phone call is answered and if you can’t now really wait, your next numerous unsuccessful attempts also to speak with someone will ultimately not only  waste your time but will also increase your frustration.  Anger can be a common reaction the reality that the  service and equipment problems  that too often are not quickly and effectively solved, or one too often being cut off over and over again, or rather buck passed,  transferred to others again and again, or put on hold or the telephone phones are answered by electronically generated voice systems that lyingly promise to return your call now are also rightfully extremely annoying..

A common false tactic  now used by too  many firms, municipalities, services is to try to cut you off  the phone or your post , by lyingly finding some excuse to deal with you even like saying that you are rude or what ever. Merely repeat to them calmly your specific request stating that you want to talk to someone that can effectively help you with your  specific complaints and can you be passed  to that person, manager? If at any time you feel you are becoming upset, cool down, and remind yourself why you are calling, what you are doing. Simply  using the free , holding time to write down  the basic complaints,  details even for their later use if nerd be. Ask for their name, the name of their managers, and their email now as well and tell them you intend to write about it, posting your complaint to others, on the net as well. If they cut you off, a normal course of action from the much too many  bad firms and their bad customer service departments these days too now, persist and get a proper mailing address still.
..
Complaining by phone, or face to face  generally means there is no undeniable record of the event, even that it had now ever occurred, transpired. Some how many more persons next do tend to be responsive when the see the undeniable complaint in writing, but not always. Thus the Follow up letters are also generally essential. Do always  resort to writing letters with copies to the related managers, and your local elected representatives, news media so they too ALL  can be informed and ALL CAN act upon it.
..
The problem also with using just the phone to deal with a complaint, is that there is no record of what really has happened especially when the outcomes now are too often mostly negative. Do still understand that there are much too many unrepentant, pretentious firms that hire too many liars to defy the complaints, truths. Even here your witnessed  public exposure will help to bring this out into the open, to light so others can deal with it effectively too. No one can deny your own personal witness if detailed in writing now too. The Pen is always mightier than the sword still too these days.
Appropriate disclosures to the right parties, the persons who have the power to make changes, executives, news media, elected officials, regulating bodies too  can work wonders next too.
..

A good complaint letter will probably help you to get the best results quicker. A signed written complaint, with at least your full name, address and telephone number  is always  important, effective even on one made by e-mail. You should receive an adequate, serious  written response within a reasonable time period at the most within 30 days at the most if not sooner. It is always best to write a letter to the company outlining your concerns, an email is acceptable as long as you send copies of it to others. Do also  Request that they reply to your complaint in writing and keep their letter in case you need it in future.
..
According to Ellen Phillips, author of Shocked, Appalled and Dismayed! How to Write Letters of Complaint, the most effective letters of complaint include some of these five key elements:
  1. Direct a copy of the the letter to the highest-ranking person in the organization as well and to the Consumer and Government Organizations as well:
  2. Construct a strong opening sentence even as to what you want, expect  from them, and do sate it to be done within a reasonable period of time too.
  3. Describe the problem complaint  concisely and factually including any steps you have already taken
  4. Clearly do also  Imply that the company will not only  lose your business but hat of many  others too for you will share it with them too. Tell them  that  you also now cannot be sued by anyone of posting or for telling the truth. That you also do welcome any subsequent threats of a lawsuit as it will being the whole matter into the open and give it more much  needed publicity too.
  5. Do Place all the responsibility for resolving  the complaints with the recipient and their related mangers even for their rightfully blame in their  failure to solve the problem you had rightfully addressed to them already too.
If the telephone or internet service provider does not solve your problem you could also contact one of the  relevant external complaint-handling agencies: If any of them now do not resolve your problem for you in a way that you are happy with, you can and often should take the process even a step further and all in writing now too, meanwhile also making the whole process publically posted on the internet, available to the news media and the local elected officials will also help to weed out the much too many pretentious pretentious bad   regulators as well. I have rightfully followed all this myself too now. The darkness tends to hate the light , being exposed to all.

YOUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT WHEN IT CHANGES. When your contract with your mobile, internet, fixed-line or VoIP (net phone) service provider changes, often you will have a right to end the contract early without having to pay additional fees (eg cancellation or termination fees). Your original contract has been breached, changed if monthly access fees or call rates increase and also if download limits or free monthly call credits have been reduced. Firms that breach a contract can now also expect a penalty payment now to you as well for doing so. See also basic contract laws.

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/04/27/basic-contract-law/ https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/05/18/on-how-to-deal-with-it/ https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/06/24/hanging-up-on-early-exit-fees/

About contracts mer.vic.gov.au/CA256EB5000644CE/page/Shopping+Trading+%26+Pricing-Contracts-About+Contracts?OpenDocument&1=920-Shopping+Trading+%26+Pricing~&2=110-Contracts~&3=0-About+Contracts~

If for example you entered into a 24 month mobile phone contract and after say 2 months your call rates increased, you will have a right to cancel the contract and not have to pay a cancellation or early termination fee. If your service provider refuses to waive a cancellation/termination fee in these circumstances, you can contact the others

Taking the Problem next to an External complaints, regulating Agency can be really cumbersome, and also even take a long time, so contact the local news media first. You can Search the internet for the news media editors  contacts and your local elected officials now too.
..
Public exposure and prosecuting of the major guilty, bad persons, firms, serves everyone’s best interest always too. Being now still nice to any of the bad guys is a total waste of time for they next still have no reasons to make any of the much needed positive changes.
..
As a consumer, it is often still difficult to know where to go to resolve complaints,  disputes, especially if something you have bought goes wrong, the cost of going to court, the hassle,  it is often more than your purchase is worth but  now there is a much cheaper and often effective approach, use the internet, for all justice is not necessary better handle in the court of laws, and that approach is still full  public exposure.
..
So how is the clearly unacceptable immoral Bell Sympatico now still handling all of my rightful 280 letter of  complaints to them, and when can I get proper responses from all of the parties concerned now too, even in the government? Or do I still have to write about it to all over and over again even on the net?

PS: Reality! These days it is too hard to tell the difference between secular persons and even evangelical pastors, they seem to do the same things too.

What’s So Bad About a Little Suppression of Free Speech? or what about just a little bit pregnant? Corrupt too?   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/10/01/let-us-all-stop-electing-liars-or-the-alcoholics/

The pastors of the Toronto airport fellowship Church and many other pastors, Christians groups on the net  had asked me in writing not to write to them, and what they can preach about the sins of others but I can’t do that to them? What hypocrisy on their parts now still too.  Even in the churches, evangelical pastoral sections there are much too many really bad unacceptable apples still out there. Too often now our personal rights in this country are now slowly being forcibly demanded to be sidetracked to accommodate others wishes … Imagine what Canada would be like if any of the church pastors, government forcibly told the citizens, the columnists, editors, commentators what they could and could not publish. Imagine if we had something like a Ministry of Truth, a Ministry of the Media, a Ministry of Thought. If that doesn’t scare you then you rightfully  scare me. These bullying groups appear to be using any angle within the law, courts,  or their influence to try and become our ‘superiors’ in some way. It’s about time that truths that are unpalatable to certain sections of our society be allowed to be expressed. We live in a free country, with the right to freedom of expression and speech. Telling the facts does not constitute a ‘hate’ crime now as well. Only those people who want to curtail or own freedoms while they use theirs  would call this a hate crime. If these various groups or people cannot tolerate anyone’s free speech, or debate, why in the world are they living in the west?  If you don’t like the freedoms that are enjoyed by ALL citizens here, then go live in a country where theirs and your freedom  now is denied.  Without freedom of speech, and the freedom of the press we can no longer claim to be a democratic country. No one has the right to stifle the free dispensing of valuable information. Not even Evangelical pastors.  We must all be be vigilant against any attempts of demonic enslavement of us and the  false hindrances of our own rights.  “Those that try to silence honest, open, and free speech are a danger to this country. I hold that to be true. “
..
In my 20 years of posting on the net in Canada the biggest immoral human rights violators, abusers have been the EVANGELICAL PASTORS, and also the Conservatives of Alberta, plus BELL SYMPATICO NOW TOO, even those persons, Corporations  who falsely clearly do not tolerate the free speech of others, their difference of views, and they as bullying ostriches next tend to lie about, banish, slander, or even delete unwanted non conforming posters who do not go along with their too often immoral, redneck views. Too many of them now are alcoholics too.
..
Why are alcoholics always in denial? and why do they often lie,  cheat, steal also now? Because if they do admit the truth they are alcoholics, sinners too  they do have now to repent of the sin of disobeying God’s word about being drunk too.. so they take the ostrich denial approach instead too often. Alcoholism still is a sin of a deliberate, personal choice, and to be set free you have to admit your sin, confess it, renounce it, ask God for forgiveness through Jesus Christ as well.. It is not only wrong for the average person it is also especially wrong for leaders in the government, politicians. It is amazing how one can quickly spot an alcoholic, while they cannot still see their sin, and how quick they are to oppose themselves being exposed now too..
..
I admit I had lost all respect for the supposedly great preacher Spurgeon who was so ready to preach to others about their sins, but he himself now could not resist  the Temptation of a cigar.  Similar we find out that other preachers could not give up smoking too.. Look at this reference in regard to AB Simpson, the past founder of the Christian Missionary Alliance denomination now too.  “The Man, the movement, and the mission-A documentary of the C&MA”  Cut directly from their national web site. It was the custom for the ministers of the district to meet together to discuss all things common. This little reunion, in its proper sequence, was held one day at the Manse. And unaccountably strange odor of tobacco smoke began to steal upstairs. Suddenly the study door flew open and a towering figure of fury – all of four feet, one inch in its stocking feet – stood at the threshold. “SMOKING! Out of this house!” said Grannie Simpson, and in a body the ministerial association moved.  https://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=15796002&postID=3424830162204895882  http://reversion-clause.com/
The CMA is a pretentious and one of the most demonic churches I have been too made up of lying hypocrites where the professing Christians not only abuse people, poor people included, but they indulge in Alcohol too often too..”I know that as a minister in the C&MA I am called to abstain from drinking alcoholic beverages, for at Safe Harbor there are just a few of people who voluntary give up drinking. The majority of our church drinks: beer, wine, and of course margaritas. I do not have a problem with this. Some pastors would. I can sum up my position by quoting Derek Webb, “While I do not condone drunkenness, I do condone drinking” http://lukecamara.blogspot.com/2007/05/jesus-and-wine.html
and what other pastoral vices now are now being PERMITTED falsely today,  the handing out of beer, wine, alcoholic beverages, playboy, pornography, acts of cheating, lying, stealing, STEALING THE TITHES, adultery, tax evasions still?

Too many people  still do believe in their own sole right of free speech still but they  do next try to deny these same right of others by even threatening to sue them for libel, slander.. sound Familiar Mr Stephen Harper PM of Canada? or Bell Sympatico? or the Toronto Airport Fellowship Church pastors? Benny Hynn? etc.,The Evangelical CMA Christian PM Stephen Harper should also note that the New Conservatives themselves now tend to be just as much alcoholics as the Liberals. Any false preconceived notions that they generally are not is clearly a myth.Even our professing Canadian Christian Evangelical prime Minister Stephen Harper, and others, still should  note that these are basic, ground rules in proper Bible interpretation that must be followed before anyone even attempts to fully study, apply  the Holy Scripture even related to consuming much too many Alcoholic beverages now too? He personally and falsely, undeniably  loves his alcoholic  wine, beer much too much still too? WE ALL DO NEED to have a right attitudes EVEN   all of leaders, pastors, elders too, and they have to lead by a good personal example too. There are several basic, ground rules in proper Bible interpretation that must be followed by all persons now  before anyone even attempts to fully study the Holy Scripture. The first rule is pray and ask the Holy spirit to guide you, to teach you.. not rather self, mere men or women.. we should seek first and not last the Holy Spirit for illumination. The Holy Spirit wants to share the treasures of God’s Word with those who rightfully do esteem Him. The most important principle to remember in studying God’s Word is that it can only be understood with the help of the Holy Spirit.  Those who approach the Bible without the Holy Spirit to teach them, may gain some insight into truths, their lives, but also  will receive no definite, permanent, important life-changing revelation.  Bible Commentaries should be used only very sparingly if at  all. Even the most anointed man or woman, preacher  of God clearly still can be wrong, biased, have a hidden agenda, limited, (or just shallow) in their understanding or interpretation of certain Bible topics, subjects. Do not believe any man or women, rather solely Take God’s word for it.“A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth” (Proverbs 14:6)Genuine Born Again Evangelical Christians are total abstainers1 Cor 6:10 Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers {and} slanderers, nor extortioners {and} robbers will inherit {or} have any share in the kingdom of God.We know that alcoholism is a terrible sin  that now damages the person’s brain, affects their ability  to work, to drive a car, and negatively affects their own behavior and affects many others too. The same reality is true of one taking now bad drugs as well. So I was also similarly shocked, surprised to discover the the falsely professing evangelical Christian Stephen Harper our Prime Minister likes to consume wine, alcohol, and he buys it for others as well.Beyond a Biblical doubt the Genuine Born Again Evangelicals are total abstainers, like me, I never drink or touch wine or alcohol, at any time, nor do I give playboy, pornography, wine or wine glasses to anyone.““Dr. Daniel Akin, President of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary has written an article in favor of the famous Resolution #5 (Resolution calling for total opposition to alcohol). Alcohol is the number one drug problem among teenagers. (1 Cor. 8:13; 9:19-22; 10:32-33). Because I am an example to others, I will make certain no one ever walks the road of sorrow called alcoholism because they saw me take a drink and assumed, “if it is alright for him it is alright for me.” No, I will choose to set an uncompromising example of abstinence because I love them.  I will seek my joy and filling in the Spirit not in alcohol. I love the Phillips translation of Ephesians 5:18 which reads, “Don’t get your stimulus from wine (for there is always the danger of excessive drinking), but let the Spirit stimulate your souls.” Psalm 4:7-8 adds, “You [O Lord] have put more joy in my heart than they have when their grain and wine abound. In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.”  There is no record that Jesus drank strong drink,  As a pastor or church leader, would I demand abstinence for  leadership? Absolutely! The principle of Proverbs 31:4-5 is appropriately applied here, “It is not for Kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine, or for rulers to take strong drink, lest they drink and forget what has been decreed and pervert the rights of all the afflicted.” “PM Stephen Harper the pretender evangelical as well.. is not the first time he wrongfully  gave alcoholic beverages to others, and what next?(1 Cor 11:28 KJV)  But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29  For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. 30   For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. 31  For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. If you took 2 martinis or 2 beers a day you are an alcoholic. Alcoholism is a crime and not a disease, it is a crime, it is just as lethal, bad, and it is really unacceptable as selling or taking bad drugs too. Canada’s  bad drug problem, drunk driving, alcoholism is increasing not just amongst the teens, but also in the work place, in the government now as well even amongst the civil and public servants. Most major home violence, car or truck accidents are still associated with alcohol now too and not speeding. It’s a fact that  drinking alcohol can seriously damage one’s health and cause permanent brain damage as well .Alcohol may lead to liver problems, a variety of cancers as well as forms of osteoporosis and depression, and studies are showing, too, that women are more susceptible to the ill effects of alcohol than are men.      (Prov 3:33 KJV)  The curse of the LORD is in the house of the wicked: but he blesseth the habitation of the just.

Clearly do note this also..  1 Cor 6:10 Nor cheats (swindlers and thieves), nor greedy graspers, nor drunkards, nor foulmouthed revilers {and} slanderers, nor extortioners {and} robbers will inherit {or} have any share in the kingdom of God.

Jesus himself had said that professing to be a Christian is not enough, and it applies now to a PM as well, one rather can  tell what a person is really like by what he does,  a True Christian is one who evidently is controlled by the Spirit of God and not by  self, sin, a real Christian is one where thus anyone can clearly see by the evidence of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, including even self control.

Matt 3:8 Bring forth fruit that is consistent with repentance [let your lives prove your change of heart];

Gal 5:23 Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].

Matt 7:16 You will fully recognize them by their fruits. Do people pick grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles?

Matt 7:17 Even so, every healthy (sound) tree bears good fruit [worthy of admiration], but the sickly (decaying, worthless) tree bears bad (worthless) fruit.

Matt 7:18 A good (healthy) tree cannot bear bad (worthless) fruit, nor can a bad (diseased) tree bear excellent fruit [worthy of admiration].

Matt 7:19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire.

Matt 7:20 Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits.

1 Tim 3:2 Now a bishop (superintendent, overseer) must give no grounds for accusation {but} must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, circumspect {and} temperate {and} self-controlled; [he must be] sensible {and} well behaved {and} dignified and lead an orderly (disciplined) life; [he must be] hospitable [showing love for and being a friend to the believers, especially strangers or foreigners, and be] a capable {and} qualified teacher,

Alcoholics, wine drinkers tend to have evidentially lost their self control..

I have often rightfully said to many preachers I would rather see them first by example live the life of Christ instead of merely preaching it others.  Preaching the Gospel is not an valid alternative to living it.  I even do know People who profess to be Christians and they are Alcoholics too.. but they are not Christians… They fool themselves only as to who they still really are too.

By their own fruits Jesus said to us all you can tell what they are really like still.

..(Prov 16:25 KJV)  There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

(Mat 7:20 KJV)  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 24  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26  And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

“An employee shot and killed a supervisor and four others after an argument at a western Kentucky plastics plant, then turned the gun on himself, police and a company official said Wednesday.”

And if we delude ourselves to think that we Canadians are not so violent, gun crazy too, yes we too have had our share of revenge killings in Canada, even employers, killing some of some of the bad persons who likely asked for it no matter how tragic basically now their deaths are.

I do not believe in violence, for  me the pen still is really mightier than the sword, and a good reputation is worth more than silver and God.

I clearly do believe in the right of everyone to speak, to speak out as well,  and to be equally heard by all, so we can all judge what has been said if it is appropriate and we can next corresponding act upon it, even in the church, in the government, on the internet now too. Clearly some people falsely DO DISALLOW THIS RIGHT… the bad persons especially as even I know this for sure. They respond with a personal attack, inquisition, censorship, lies, slanders, diversions, distortions, instead of facing, dealing with the facts, truths being presented. Confirming to many what they still are really like, immoral, abusive bullies.

I can relatedly say that too me the federal public and civil services, cops, RCMP inluded, related commissions  are all mostly or merely a farce,  pretentious  now still  for the most parts from my many past many dealings with them now too. Just do  Log a complaint about misleading advertising, sales and service abuses  by a corporation, or an abuse by your employer,  or about being falsely discriminated, or you being abused on an internet site, or someone  threatening to kill you for being a whistle blower or what ever, etc., and most of the time you will get back in reply rather lies, distortions, falsehoods and no valid actions..  But next that certainly does not stop me from pursing justice.

Now for many years I have done my share of blogging and I encountered too many abusers, bullies, liars on the net in secular and religious sites, some detailed at http://postedat.wordpress.com/, and I rightfully did not put up with them quietly even if they were from Alberta, or anywhere else too.

So if I do next want to rightfully get back against a really abusive, unrepentant person  even now  I merely deal with them in writing eventually telling even to all about his or her actual deeds, acts, reputation, image, and I do this very effectively too. Most persons,  Canadians tend not to support the crooks, the bad guys, the visible losers once publicly exposed still nor should they now too. Nor does the news media generally  next too.  I do thus first clearly write to him and to the others next about him, and I do not shoot him. That might haven been kindlier.  Rather I let the whole world know what he is really like, and what he did,  as I had witnessed it myself, and I cannot be sued  now for slander if I am telling the truth too,  and the lawsuit would even bring more bad publicity on the bad guys still too.

I have seen many persons next in shock, depression, ill even once next fully exposed too.. Church pastors and their wives especially, as well as many Professionals now too.  They had many chances before to stop their wrong doings, to repent already too. But they had  liked to gamble that they can next still get away with it.. and sooner or later that approach backfires, it even makes matters worse. I have even the news media on my speed dial too. So should we all.

Honest public exposure and prosecution of the major guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest..

Prov 24:25 KJV)  But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.

(Prov 27:5 KJV)  Open rebuke is better than secret love.

(Eccl 7:5 KJV)  It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.

(Rev 3:19 KJV)  As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

(Luke 17:3 KJV)  Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.4  And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

Who looks after the citizens welfare? The pretentious security Minister

0lastmeal

One in three hit with RCMP Tasers need medical care: The Canadian Press-CBC analysis The Canadian Press – Tue Jun 17, 6:18 PM  OTTAWA – Nearly one-third of the people the RCMP has zapped with Tasers needed medical treatment afterward, prompting new questions about a potent weapon police consider a safer alternative to conventional guns.

Prosecutors look over charge assessment report on Dziekanski death The Canadian Press – Tue Jun 17, 6:46 PMVANCOUVER – B.C. Crown prosecutors are looking over a police report that will help them determine whether charges should be laid in the death of a man hit with a police Taser at Vancouver airport.

Who looks after the citizens welfare? The pretentious security Minister Stockwell Day MP who could not become a prime Minister firstly too already.

The RCMP also  uses Mickey Mouse PR, Public Relationship to cover the reality it fails often to get their man, most of them and definitely!!

Spending more money to overcome a bad a image is a really bad approach, a waste of time, for you still cannot undo all of the damage done already firstly..

“In Britain, many police forces are permitted to use Tasers only when there is a threat of serious injury or death, and before that threat has reached a level that would normally allow a gun to be used. The same holds for the police service of Northern Ireland, according to Mr. Kennedy, chair of an independent RCMP complaints body, in his final report on Tasers published yesterday. This should be the policy for the RCMP and other police forces in Canada. Why is that policy needed? Because, as seen in the two archetypal RCMP taserings in Canada – of a distressed Polish immigrant at the Vancouver airport, and of a penknife-wielding 82-year-old man in a Kamloops, B.C., hospital bed – police use the taser as a weapon of convenience.  The problem is not only that the taser can kill, or contribute to killing, as it did in the airport tasering of 40-year-old Robert Dziekanski in October, and in 19 other cases in the past five years. It’s that the overwhelming pain it causes and the total control it asserts (negating the brain’s impulses to the muscles, so that the tasered individual becomes completely locked up from within) are often out of all proportion to the threat”. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/LAC.20080619.ETASERS19/TPStory/Comment
Since I know with my own dealings with the RCMP many times the RCMP lies, and they too cannot be trusted to keep their promises, so we need independent reviews on the users of Tasers by the police, with reports in full detail at all times. When cops also do  know they have to do a report they will think twice about using Tasers..

Watchdog calls for better medical aid in taser incidents
Globe and Mail, Canada – 18 Jun 2008
OTTAWA — The head of the public watchdog over the RCMP says officers must seek immediate medical attention for people they zap with a taser.

Hey I have also shared it before, I know even too often firsthand that even the Police, RCMP, at the instruction of their political watchdogs, local politicians now too do collect a whole pile of data, information on the opposition, us ordinary citizens,  even from the net as well in their feeds.. but so does the post office, and  when you now do ask them to do some real work they all seem to be useless, pretentious. and do also have all their many false excuses just like too many of the politicians, civil and public services, etc..   “I would note that the issues raised , you are referring to in your email do not fall within the purview of the.”.  so how is the RCMP coming on the much too many complaints in Canada  that Bell Sympatico itself had this year falsified many of the customer’s renewal contracts without the customer’s prior approval, knowledge even, and mine included as I had rightfully asked them in writing too to do so too? Well? Or are they too still using their budgets to have a good time? Just like the bad others..

or are the police falsely going to harass  , investigate the whistle blowers rather or Taser and kill them and the others defenseless persons? THE RCMP falsely still did not get, convict  those murders who killed, Tasered to death,  the polish immigrant at the Vancouver airport even, too..  nor now most of  the big spenders who steal tax payer’s monies. And why? Don’t tell me they need a bigger budget again too?

Canadians are trimming down on their food, lifestyle and travel habits as costs rise, says a new poll. Three-quarters of the Canadians surveyed said they’ve noticed the price of food increasing in the last three months, and almost half of respondents said they were already buying cheaper products in place of more expensive items.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/080617/national/food_gas_consumers

Who looks after out for our good welfare, the federal government, provinces?  we do that .. for the others are too busy stuffing their own pockets, having a good time still it seems.

THE LAW OF THE JUNGLE

  0criminal

Looking solely after  your own self interest and to Hell with everyone else is not a valid business management approach.. it is the law of the jungle rather and not civilization..

“BCE lawyer defends $52 billion buyout, judges have questions.  OTTAWA — BCE Inc. (TSX:BCE) came under stiff questioning by the Supreme Court of Canada as to whether taking on massive debt as part of its leveraged buyout by a group of funds was in the best long-term interests of the company. The $52-billion takeover of the iconic Canadian company by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and its U.S. partners is being challenged in court by bondholders who argue their rights were ignored by the BCE board as it worked to maximize the return to shareholders. In opening arguments before the Supreme Court on Tuesday, BCE counsel Guy Du Pont argued that the directors had a duty only to do what is best for the company and its shareholders and their obligation to bondholders was to meet contractual obligations to pay interest and repay principal. “If you look at all the stakeholders and their conflicting interests, it would put the board in an irreconcilable position,” Du Pont said. “There is no duty to consider beyond the contractual rights of the bondholders.” But the argument was tested several times by several of the justices hearing the case. In May, the Quebec Court of Appeal ruled against BCE and the Teachers in finding that bondholder interests also had to be considered by the directors. “How can it be in the interest of the corporation to load it up with debt?” asked Justice Ian Binnie. And Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin questioned whether corporations had a more general duty beyond what is best for the shareholders and the directors up to the time of the deal going through. “

I was surprised in a comparison of my two wordpress.com  sites
http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/

that religious topics still tend to be at least twice as Popular, even more

and clearly one of the most popular discussion topic is the ungodly religious wars between the protestant, catholics, pentecostals and Bagiptists, bretheren, etc., and the topic of bad pastors.

and I was surprised as to how popular the Bell Sympatico posts are too.

The Corporate Net wars, – Bell, Rogers

“If you were half as good at running a company as you were at lobbying, maybe you’d have a better network,”  Quebecor executive vice-president Luc Lavoie who took a shot at the quality of Bell Canada’s cellphone service: . http://news.aol.ca/article/telecom-summit/258999/

The future is wireless, some would say  and the past  way they also  have mismanaged their past land line, ISP services too,  clearly indicates they will do it also next with the wireless services too at the users, customers expenses…

Recent discussions by both Bell and Rogers on their Corporate need  to get more and more money, with even any excuse, still out of consumers, and to throttle the downloads,  only all clearly confirms the reality as to how poorly managed these same companies in realty are still.. They too now have been wrongfully over subsidized by the CRTC, the Canadian  federal governments now too… now it is rather time the citizens got the break, protection.

Reality- Dirty Dirty Bell Sympatico …the most abusive Corporation, firm I have dealt in Canada in my lifetime. Paul Kambulow
