It seems every major city has really bad cops mostly on the force.

.

It is unacceptable the False cover-ups, clearly Canada’s police still get preferential treatment,  and so do many bad civil and public servants .  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/21/and-the-quebec-corruption-gravy-train-went-on-and-on/

.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

.

THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, MAYORS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO  IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS CROOKS. SO WE ALL NEED TO DEAL WITH IT MORE EFFECTIVELY NOW TOO. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/11/10/why-the-ongoing-obsessesion-with-political-corruptions-fraud-etc/

.

Again all Cops need to be judged with a higher standard cause they are also to be exemplary.. it seems they are very slow learners here too. All Law Enforcement officers are held to a higher standard of character and moral judgment and they all should live up to it or quit, get fired get another job.   When they fall short of any standards they should be fired and prosecuted, not suspended or given probation or moved to another desk. They cannot be retrained now too.  They should also have their “peace officer license” taken away.  Wrongfully too it’s not hard for a police officer who has a tarnished record to move to another town or even to another place to be a police officer

.

3 types of cops, politicians, civil and public servants, Professionals   that to all are still really a unacceptable- the drunks, the money stealers, the adulterers.. and they too often come as a package
.

It seems every major city has real bad cops mostly on the force and the main reason for this it seems garbage in, means garbage out, the RCMP included, they had hired poor personnel as cops managers, in the first place so what good can you rather expect next.. and they tend to wrongfully be falsely very hesitant to fire the bad cops, cause the police managers are corrupted themselves, gutless, incompetent too. It seems few Judges and Politicians will go against the bad cops cause they too are big sinners still

All Cops need to go after real criminals still. The too often self serving political watchdogs, the police forces in Canada  in reality they  still do too  often lie when they say they serve the citizen’s, public best interests..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/11/23/all-cops-need-to-go-after-real-criminals-still/

.

We need to restore police accountability, build public trust in law enforcement and promote public safety in communities throughout Canada too. When a police officer breaks the law the majority of the time they get off too easy, usually just getting a small slap on the wrist even  for such abuses, crimes as DWI, child porn, stalking, sexual harassment and spousal abuse, etc.   No one can or should be above the law! Cops included

.

It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/13/time-for-us-all-to-fight-to-lower-police-costs-canada-wide-rcmp-included/

.

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/07/new-opp-commissioner-announced/

.

The RCMP PR department in the past had also now lied about the number of drunk RCMP officers.  We can all also too readily know that too many RCMP officers wrongfully do lie, their bad managers included.. sadly they the RCMP and many cops  are also unacceptable hypocrites as they arrest others for drunk driving while many of them do the same thing too when they drive home drunk form the police taverns too ..

.

Furthermore  the punishment for an RCMP who is caught drunk is absurd,, alcoholics tend not to change.. rather they get worse.. all cops who drive or work while they are drunk should be fired from their job period!  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/10/25/canadas-bad-police-officers/

Now tell us all how many of these Montreal crooks will face actual jail time and how long now as well. cops included.

All the well known now and clearly bad politicians, civil and public servants, even bad pastors  still deny their own guilt, but that realy now is no surprise, for it would be a surprise rather if they had admitted it. They still have clearly lost the respect of many citizens still.

.

UNPROSECUTED BAD CRIMMINALS ABOUND IN QUEBEC CAUSE CLEARLY ALSO OUR TOO OFTEN  BAD LEADERS, POLITICIANS, ADMINSTRATORS THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROSECUTE THEIR OWN BAD ASSOCIATES EVEN CAUSE THEY THEMSLVES LIKLEY DO THE SAME THINGS NOW?

.

Ongoing Montreal Corruptions while the Police , RCMP and the Federal, Quebec Governments did nothing about it.. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

HOUSE CLEANING IS STILL VERY MUCH IN ORDER

.

The federal Government, the RCMP, the Quebec Government, Sûreté du Québec should launch a full investigation into corruption at the Montreal City Hall and elswhere  Immediately.

.

Mat 7:16  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
.
It is also  COMMON  fact of life, particularly amongst the CROOKS, OR the  young, inexperienced persons  who cannot handle serious , heavy negative realties that false denial, ostrich approach is a serious part of their make up, and their related defense protection when you cannot discredit the facts, you try to make a still fatal , false personal attack on the writer, accusers instead.
Denial of the reality, of the truth, of one’s exposure it is very very common even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included, when many an individual are asked to repent of their own wrong disclosed doings. One’s false denial here can be a very false disregard for facts and circumstances and a more subtle expression of ones unreal personal preferences, their now very much delusional world of fantasy. These people in false denial are the ones who often need professional help for their sickness even because they do falsely refuse to admit, to see their own bad points, and they wrongfully, clearly down to let all other persons falsely to believe they are some kind of gods, perfectionists, even persons who themselves cannot be challenged, questioned. This is more absurdity on their parts. There is no such thing as living in a world in which individuals are not being judged by others for the actions that they take or what they say or who they associate with too. Making a statement such as “you cannot judge me” is ludicrous.
.

IT IS A TOO COMMON FALSELY DENIED KNOWLEDGE THESE DAYS THAT THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, EVEN IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS CROOKS. AND WE ALL NEED TO DEAL WITH IT MORE EFFECTIVELY NOW TOO. I EXPECT MOSTLY ALL OF THE CROOKS TO TAKE AN OSTRICH APPROACH AND TO  FALSELY DENY WHO THEY ARE CAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THE PROFITABILITY OF THEIR BAD ACTS NOW TOO. And their own false Denial will not change the facts or their own eventual negative consequences too. Wrongful inactions, Cover ups, False denial of bad politicians, bad cops, bad persons, false pastors, false priests are much too common always but nevertheless they do EVENTUALLY get exposed, revealed to all as to what they are often now like too, and get what they deserve, and not the first or last time.. THEY ALSO DO even personally now find out next as a direct result too THAT A GOOD NAME IS WORTH MORE THAN ANY SILVER OR GOLD THEY HAD ACQUIRED..
.
When we all still do not like to be rebuked or exposed to all. Our tendancy of  Revenge and anger tends to amplify our worst  tendencies but we all do still need a  stark reminder that all persons now  can still be and will be accountable  for what they do, say, in governments, churches, in the open, online or  otherwise. Ministers, leaders, Pastors, elders, individuals included.
.

“The owner Lino Zambito, former head of bankrupt Infrabec construction, a now-defunct construction company has singled out one of the most powerful officials in Montreal city hall as being on the take said that former director general Robert Abdallah may have been receiving kickbacks.

Zambito said that when Infrabec was repairing sewer systems on Sherbrooke St., Abdallah ordered him to buy pipes he did not need from Tremca Group, or else he would lose the contract. Zambito argued that it was cheaper and more effective to pour concrete directly on location, but in the end agreed to buy the expensive pre-fabricated pipes, as long as Infrabec was paid extra for the unnecessary work and supplies. “If you want the project to go ahead, the pipes have to be bought form Tremca at the price you were told,” said Zambito. “We will pay you and the difference of $300,000 in the pipes, it’s the amount the men from Tremca, Mr. Caron, will have to pay Mr. Abdallah so that the project is approved by the City of Montreal.” Abdallah was center of federal scandal Abdallah resigned from his post in 2006 under a cloud of suspicion. The Federal Government, and Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s former Director of Communications, Dmitri Soudas, tried to have Abdallah hired as president of the Port of Montreal in 2007. Audio recordings obtained by the Globe and Mail and Radio-Canada showed construction company leaders Antonio ‘Tony’ Accurso and Bernard Poulin saying that Soudas was “the real boss of Quebec” and could get Abdallah named to the post. Abdallah was eventually hired by Gastier Construction, another firm owned by Accurso.

The sheer scope of the power once held by Mafia boss Vito Rizzuto has been hinted at in testimony at Quebec’s corruption inquiry. According to the testimony  he once helped decide who built the roads in Quebec. A construction boss says that when there was a dispute over who should win a certain bid for roadwork, he was invited to a restaurant owned by his competitor. Sitting there, acting as mediator: the head of Canada’s Cosa Nostra.

Rizzuto was also an arbitrator Zambito also said that in many cases, Vito Rizzuto had acted as a dispute-settler between construction firms, at one point telling Zambito that his company lacked the experience necessary to rebuild Acadie Circle. Antonio Accurso, whose company won the Transport Quebec bid to rebuild the Acadie Circle, issued a written statement denying all of Zambito’s allegations. Accurso said that he never had any disagreement with Zambito, that he never asked Rizzuto to intervene on any aspect of the Acadie Circle bid, and that he never had a meeting with Rizzuto and Zambito. The Acadie Circle has flooded half a dozen times since it was rebuilt in 2004.

At the Charbonneau Commission Zambito has testified that many people working in Montreal’s City Hall were corrupt, with senior employees demanding a cut of municipal contracts. Zambito testified on Monday that he had paid $400,000 to two people as part of the price necessary to win municipal contracts. On Tuesday the Commission said it will analyze 70 separate contracts awarded by the city of Montreal.

Zambito  made stunning disclosures about how construction companies colluded to divvy up city ( of Montreal)  work among them and rig the prices of contract bids. A further one per cent cut, Zambito said Monday, was paid to the city engineer who approved contracts. There was a running joke that the official claimed a one per cent “GST” — the name being a tongue-in-cheek twist on the French-language acronym for the federal sales tax. It was apparently named for, and by, engineer Gilles Surprenant, according to Zambito.  Montreal City Hall’s opposition leaders called for Tremblay to resign. Vision Montreal Leader Louise Harel and Projet Montréal Leader Richard Bergeron said the mayor can’t be trusted to govern until the next municipal elections, in November 2013.    http://ca.news.yahoo.com/montreal-mayor-criticized-amid-funding-allegations-121607118.html

Now tell us all how many of these Montreal crooks will face actual jail time and how long now as well?  and how many of them were found guilty of tax evasions now too? Not even a handfull?

The feds blame the cops, the RCMP, the province, while the RCMP blames the Montreal Municipal and  the Quebec provincial Governments.. what a circus that is now going on.. all  while criminals were having a field day abusing the tax payers monies.. The Montreal Mayor and the federal Conservatives, RCMP  all now  have   denied any wrongdoing in the matters.. and who  now openly will admit their guilt?  another Watergate or Montrealgate..  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/09/28/when-exposed-in-quebec-all-of-the-crooks-start-to-blame-the-others/

HEALTH EMPLOYEES ALSO DO A SLOPPY JOB STILL NOT JUST THE BAD COPS, BAD CIVIL AND PUBLIC SERVANTS

Earlier this week, senior doctors at the hospital made public a letter that said not enough was being done to combat the rampant outbreak of the superbug, adding that it had led to 84 deaths over the past 2½ years.

Fraser Health said the number of deaths that may have had a C. difficile infection as a contributing factor was closer to 30 over the past two years. Both Webb and Murray said the rate of infection has dropped 40 per cent over that time period.

The other recommendations include stepped-up hand hygiene for workers and improved cleaning protocols.

“All health-care providers have a role to play in preventing infection,” said Murray. “My expectation is that all health-care professionals will commit fully to hand hygiene practices and the properties of hand antibiotics.”

Fraser Health Region audits of acute-care facilities in 2010-11 revealed hand-cleaning compliance among hospital staff to be 38 per cent, from 26 per cent in 2009-10

So who realy protects the Canadian citizens from the too often bad cops, bad RCMP

Not only is there rarely any justice when it comes to holding the much too many  bad cops to accountiablity but if there is any it takes years to do so.. and then not much good  tends to happen

.

Vancouver police are caught in an embarrassing situation in which they’re accused of beating up a man who they thought was a bank robber. Not only was he not the right guy — it turned out no bank had been robbed. Manjit Singh says he had just taken his garbage out the curb of his home near Joyce Street and Kingsway when a police approached him. “He pushed me on the fence,” said Singh, 51. “He said, ‘RCMP, RCMP.’” Other officers then swarmed him and started beating him up, Singh said. “One guy put the knee on my neck, one guy put the knee on my legs,” “They start kicking me … powerful kicks. Left, right, left, right.”

The case appears to be similar to an incident in 2010 when South Vancouver resident Yao Wei Wu was pulled out of his home and roughed up by two plainclothes officers who mistook him for another man who had allegedly assaulted his wife.

“I need justice now,” said Singh, who suffered cuts, bruises and apparent trauma. “Why they attack on one innocent guy?

bad cops and bad justice ministers – ‘Nobody is above the law’

Date: Tuesday Mar. 15, 2011 2:58 PM ET An Ottawa police officer has been charged with sexual assault in connection with the treatment of a woman taken into custody in 2008 who was seen in surveillance video having her shirt and bra cut off. The charges stem from an investigation launched late last year by Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit, which probes incidents of death, serious injury or allegations of sexual assault involving police. Last November, the SIU began investigating the case of Stacy Bonds, who was arrested for alcohol-related offences, including public intoxication, on Sept. 6, 2008. She was also charged with assaulting a peace officer. The SIU launched its investigation after the video of the police search of Bonds surfaced, showing Special Const. Melanie Morris kneeing her in the back, after which Sgt. Steven Desjourdy cuts off her shirt and bra. Last October, after seeing the video, Ontario Court Justice Richard Lajoie stayed the charges against Bonds, and expressed concern about the conduct of the officers during her time in custody. In December, Bonds filed a $1.2-million lawsuit against the Ottawa police force. In her statement of claim, Bonds says police violated her Charter rights because her treatment while in custody came close to torture. The statement contends that Bonds suffered “two shattering blows” to her side, was subjected to “a highly intrusive, unnecessary and unlawful search,” and suffered “emotional and physical trauma.” Bonds also accuses police of discriminating against her because she is a black woman. http://www.ctv.ca/CTVNews/Canada/20110315/officer-charged-bonds-case-110315/

Loser abound cause nobody really does anything good about this cause they fear the negative reactions, oppositions too

I was watching another of those typical TV cop shows which show the cops as the unacceptable drunks, adulterers, thieves, murderers, drug addicts and even persons who cover up their fellow partners immoralities, and it was not far from the realities we all do seem to  know,  but why our too often  pretentious justice ministers themselves do continue to excuse, coverup for  their inaction on our much too many bad cops Canada wide  is still also unacceptable.. bad justice ministers seem to be afraid of the cops cause why? for are  they are doing bad things as well?

.. there goes some more bad cops..

Cops reprimanded for not declaring alcohol  CHATHAM, Ont. – Two high-ranking police officers have been demoted and disciplined failing to disclose how much alcohol they were bringing back to Canada from the US Chatham-Kent Police Service staff sergeants Jeff Littlewood Chatham-Kent Police Service staff sergeants Jeff Littlewood and Brian Biskey both pleaded guilty last month to discreditable conduct under the Police Services Act after for bringing the alcohol across Ambassador Bridge between Detroit and Windsor, Ont., on Dec. 3,.. they bought 40 bottles of alcohol and two cases of beer and tried to bring them back into Canada.

It is a well known undeniable facts that too many cops now are alcoholics and these now brain damaged alcoholics cannot do a decent job.. they need to be dismissed.. for they rarely can be helped..

Civil and public servants, cops who do too often abuse the Citizens tax monies are unacceptable

Follow  the money trail one of the oldest rule of good journalism. That includes the waste and theft of our tax payers monies by any, and all of our civil and public servants, politicians cops, RCMP firstly. But it is clearly visibly the police wrongfully and too often  do not do so even cause they themselves it seems too often do similar bad things  here in Canada too.

Is the federal government expenditures  now realy cost effective? Are they now  good manager of the tax payer’s money?  And what Proof do we have of this? Can one also  really call ex civil servants now as cost effective private consultants, professionals or just more greedy persons escalating the costs? On top of that we have continual revelations in the news as to how abusive the governmental consultants are when it comes to claiming the tax payers money expenditures.

Financial and personal Accountability is mostly a non existent world here too..

And for decades I have been writing that it is always the taxpayers mostly burdened, and the poor people programs firstly falsely cut by spendthrift governments.

For  decades now I have rightfully writing about, complaining, even cartooning now as well  that the promotion oriented, anxious Civil and  public servants, cops, RCMP, the management included Canada wide in many provinces now too, when faced with high living costs these bad  civil and public servants too often falsely resort to drastic measures to supplant their incomes such as empire building, increasing the number of subordinates to try to justify their getting a raise and/or stealing directly from the citizens

Too many Federal departments,  Provinces, Municipalities are  falsely  increasing their spending above the absolute minimum essential rate. It is not just the professionals, doctors, lawyers, accountants who too often also do pad the bill to supplement their incomes. Now enough is enough.. we always still do need rather proper governments, proper ministers, proper civil and public servants doing their essential jobs in all areas prudently as well. Anywhere I go I can easily encounter the corruptions in business. governments now as well, the cheating, lying, misrepresentations.. and the false  buck passing in the governments civil and public services now too. Who sets the bad example? the MPs firstly do not want to reveal their expense accounts details still too..

I had already not only stated beforehand that using a federal stimulus program that gives dollars to the Municipalities monies  to spend  was a wasteful and ineffective approach, even under the previous federal governments and most citizens still do think this has not been a effective program. Survey say stimulus cash had little impact and Stimulus cash didn’t create many jobs, budget watchdog concludes .

The Board of Audit’s Special Investigations Division punishes civil servants who cheat and waste the taxes  http://www.iidrama.com/Japanese_drama/Ogon_no_Buta-4063-1.html

“Canada’s $4-billion infrastructure stimulus program was launched with a single focus in mind: jobs. Now, after surveying those who actually received the federal cash, Parliamentary Budget Officer Kevin Page gives the program poor marks on that goal.” http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/stimulus-cash-didnt-create-many-jobs-budget-watchdog-concludes/article1821112/

Too often especially the municipalities themselves now are also addicted to overspending and  it’s always unfair to taxpayers who  do endure tax and fee hikes far exceeding any pay increase and the poor people whose programs, services are cut back to compensate..  yes the taxpayers are paying for the spending increases in more property tax hikes  increases in user fees, taxes..  Sadly much of the spending increases are paying for big wage and benefit increases for municipal employees Read more: http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2010/12/02/bc-municipal-spending.html#ixzz16zSoOCGL

Millions Bracing for Cutoff of Unemployment Aid?

They likley are on social welfare now and do not show up in the unemployed section as a result….  Canada’s job market perked up slightly in November, adding a modest 15,200 jobs after a two-month dry period that produced a small net loss. But even though the unemployment rate enjoyed a dramatic drop to 7.6 per cent from 7.9 the previous month, the improvement was more apparent than real. About three-quarters of the decline was caused not by new jobs but by discouraged workers simply exiting the job market -and therefore the unemployment rolls.

https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/03/19/the-right-of-scrutiny-accountability-opposition-parties-is-a-historic-undeniable-fact/

Here still  is what I cannot understand about the inadequate federal job creation programs carried out under both the liberal and conservative governments, is the necessity it seems to give most of the stimulus money firstly to the cost inefficient  municipalities, as though they have a direct effect on voters.. Nothing can be farther from the truth for  neither the police themselves, nor the municipalities have a significant vote as to how the citizens will vote on election days. The only group  that can likely have any effect on the voters are citizens. pastors, and priests in fact. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/06/03/corupted/

Reality Still! The majority of the taxpayers are not being fooled, rather they are upset at the taxpayer’s money abuses.

The confirmed tax payer’s money abuses, wastes wastes even on the G8,  as the G20 tab comes as no surprise to me even.

2009 Budget of the Canadian Federal Government … Total revenue, C$224.9 billion‡. Total expenditures, C$258.6 billion. Program Spending, C$229.1 billion . Debt payment, C$29.5 billion …. The federal budget included $40 billion in stimulus and $20 billion in personal income tax cuts.[2] even $7.8 billion to build quality housing, stimulate construction and enhance energy efficiency.

In Budget 2007, the Government announced a seven-year, $33 billion plan to fund projects such as roads and highways, public transit, bridges and sewers. Federal funding for infrastructure in 2009 will rise to a record $6 billion–double what it was last year.  Expanding and accelerating the recent historic federal investment in infrastructure with almost $12 billion in new infrastructure stimulus funding for roads, bridges, broadband internet access, electronic health records, laboratories and border crossings across the country. Of this C$12 billion, just under a half is going to upgrading and replacing infrastructure. In 2010 Canada’s FAILED $4-billion infrastructure stimulus program was launched with a single focus in mind: creating jobs.

.The federal government last year spent $8.2 billion, 4 % on professional services, from architects to lawyers to engineers to management consultants. Although professional services account for about one-third of all federal money spent on goods and services, the budget line has been expanding rapidly: up 132 per cent between 1998 and 2010. Federal spending on other suppliers increased 61 per cent during the same period. The federal government has purchased goods from the private sector for ages, but the practice of hiring people to do government work and supply services didn’t really accelerate until the 1980s. http://www.vancouversun.com/news/Federal+government+lets+outsiders/3926527/story.html

I also now knew as well even beforehand that the police unacceptably would abuse the G8, G20 budgets beforehand and simply why is cause they have always done it, the Police and the RCMP itself are not cost effective.

With all it’s lying promises, the new federal Conservative government and it’s related civil services are both still unable and falsely even unwilling to to hold any one accountable, starting with the MP’s too,  for the abuse of the taxpayers monies starting with all of the civil and public servants, the police, RCMP and also now the medical workers as wellPeople in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too.
What no one seems to want to admit is how politicians tend to not just too often to be  liars but even  bad managers cause they too often seem to  make their short term decision based on their getting corporate donations, and being reelected mostly and not cause they care about the long term  citizens good welfare. It seems even the Provinces now too they managed the health care system expenditures very badly as well.

They are too often still covering up for their own again. Decades and decades later the police are still covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments… When it comes to dealing with the rightful needs, complaints of the ordinary citizens our Canadian civil and public servants, politicians and their representatives too, and most church pastors now too, they are still mostly unacceptable liars and PRETENDERS, LAZY, GOOD FOR NOTHING PERSONS, and that has been mostly my undeniable experiences the last 4 decades now too.. What should not come as a surprise to anyone in Canada is how many of the cops still do drink and drive drunk next still.. RCMP included, and why so many cops do not prosecute any other drunk drivers even all year.. and what else in the unacceptable perversities? https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/09/15/they-are-covering-up-for-their-own-again/

 Meanwhile

OTTAWA – Prime Minister Stephen Harper personally approved a $7,400 tab for (Alcoholic) “refreshments” for public servants about three months before his government announced a crackdown on hospitality expenses. Harper’s signature appears on an Aug. 26 approval form asking him to endorse the refreshment expense for a meeting of staff from the Privy Council Office, the prime minister’s own department. The so-called town hall meeting was held the morning of Sept. 13 at the posh Westin Hotel in downtown Ottawa, where a meeting room for the affair cost taxpayers about $5,000 an hour. Town halls for Privy Council Office staff were inaugurated by the Conservatives in 2006 and have rapidly risen in cost over the years from $19,000 to $42,000, the bill for the latest gathering. “Canadians have had to do a significant amount of belt tightening themselves as they’ve gone through these last couple of years, and they expect governments to do the same,” Day said on Nov.  24   Harper is not the first Conservative minister to sign a large hospitality bill for the benefit of public servants. Peter MacKay, then foreign minister, approved a $16,800 hospitality bill on March 2, 2007, to buy lunches for 400 Passport Canada employees doing weekend shifts. . http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/101205/national/harper_hospitality

Canada’s top police force the RCMP still too often covers up the sins of it’s own cops.

You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors,  police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers, bad PERSONS   who STILL DO say that ALL OF  bad people, INCLUDING the ALCOHOLICS, the bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. Bad solicitor generals as well should be fired ASAP.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/11/26/canadas-justice-reviews-are-still-a-big-farce/

NOW WHY IS IT BAD PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE NEXT BESIDE THE FACT THEY LIKE TO DO BAD THINGS, IT IS ALSO CAUSE THEY FALSELY  REFUSE TO ADMIT THE THINGS THEY DO ARE BAD.   https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2015/04/22/one-of-the-most-read-topics-here-is-the-subject-of-bad-police-officers-in-Canada/
REGINA – Questions are being raised about why an RCMP sergeant in Saskatchewan who rolled his vehicle after having at least five alcoholic drinks was not charged with impaired driving. Sgt. Warren Gherasim was commander of the detachment in Cut Knife, about 170 kilometres west of Saskatoon, when, on May 15, 2006, he conducted himself “in a disgraceful manner that brings discredit on the force” by drinking and driving, says a decision by an RCMP adjudication board. “Sergeant Gherasim’s admission, the (indications) of impairment and the evidence of the odour of alcohol tip the balance in favour of finding that some level of alcohol impairment existed sufficient to contribute to the accident,” the board said in its ruling dated March 20, 2008. “Six different members attended the accident scene or Sgt. Gherasim’s residence, all but one subordinate to him in rank and four serving under him at Cut Knife. Several of these noted the odour of alcohol. “For a detachment commander, one of whose roles is to set an example, to drink enough and drive so that alcohol played a role in a subsequent accident, regardless of the fact that the circumstances were such that no breath demand was made, is disgraceful, and brings discredit on the force.” The adjudication report noted that Gherasim worked his scheduled shift on the day in question and drank two beers with a colleague while golfing. The pair stopped later at the colleague’s house and Gherasim had another beer. After watching a baseball game together, he had a “couple of drinks.” Gherasim has since apologized for his behaviour and been transferred to a different detachment, where he is handling administrative duties. He was given a reprimand, docked eight days’ pay and taken out of the Officer Candidate program. He was also stripped of the Order of Merit of Police Forces he received in 2006 from the Governor General for his work in community-based policing in the Northwest Territories and for fugitive investigations across the country.  Bill Pitt, an Edmonton-based criminologist, law enforcement instructor and former Mountie, called the incident “another nail in the coffin” for the RCMP. “This is not a standard of policing that Canadians should have. Does it occur? Yeah, you bet it does.” Pitt said charges weren’t laid because “people were looking for their careers, and properly so because they wouldn’t have had one had they brought a sergeant up on impaired driving charges.”http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100727/national/cop_loses_award

Another RCMP officer should face impaired driving charges Now, today.

B.C. RCMP officer is facing possible impaired driving charges after she was stopped on suspicion of drunk driving after leaving the Cascades Casino in Langley. Canada clearly has two standards one for the ctizens, and another one for the civil and public servants.. guess who gets all the false breaks.. a paid leave now too..

I am sure charges will be laid in a year or so as opposed joe citizen who gets charged on the spot or within the same day/ week.
I do, however know some people who have been charged and it happens on the spot. There is no investigation to see if charges are warranted. They are charged right now so why not this officer? Why not Monte? No one law for the people and another for drunk cops..
WHILE THE AVERAGE CITIZEN WOULD GET NO SUCH RESULTS
– God, it never ends.
– Our communities are under siege by these uniformed thugs!
– Sadly, we are no longer surprised.
– the wheels of justice grind slower all the time… when they grind at all.
–  Next comes a “suspension with pay”. You remember the old name for that, don’t you?
-We used to call it a paid vacation.
 .
Clifton Purvis, a spokesman with the Alberta Serious Incident Response Team, which investigates incidents involving police, says officers were called to the home 44 Jefferson Road in the Jackson Heights neighbourhood Edmonton, Alberta, after 4 a.m. MDT to a report of shots being fired. “We have identified one individual who is deceased. That person is the spouse of the individual we have in custody,” he said. Purvis refused to name the woman or the RCMP officer but said his agency is treating the woman’s death as a homicide.  But they have two young sons and had lived in the neighborhood for about a year.  Finally  day after his wife’s body was found in a southeast Edmonton home, an RCMP constable Const. Tarith Sehmbi, 36, was charged with second-degree murder in her slaying. He  will likely be suspended from his job within days as a result of the serious charge against him,  ” “The suspension will initially be with pay. That will be pending a review to consider the option of stopping the pay.” There’s no specific time frame for the review on whether to stop paying the constable’s salary. Sehmbi, who has been with the RCMP for about seven years, was working in the revenue generating traffic services division at a detachment in Stony Plain, Alta., just west of Edmonton.

EDMONTON—Alberta   Fri Jul 16 2010  The RCMP is finally requesting the public’s help in locating Travis Edward Vader, 38, as a person of interest in the disappearance of a couple Lyle McCann, 78, and Marie, 77  from St. Albert who have not been seen since they left home July 3 headed to British Columbia for a camping vacation. They were driving their motor home, towing behind them a green Hyundai Tucson SUV and finally they the RCMP  found the couple’s SUV . Two days after the motorhome was found burning in dense bush near Edson, 200 kilometres west of Edmonton. Assistant RCMP Commissioner Peter Hourihan   admitted they the RCMP had botched the early stages of the investigation into the case . One of the officers involved has been ordered out of the field and onto desk duty. “A couple of mistakes have been made, I acknowledge that,” Hourihan said  at a news conference at K Division headquarters. The McCanns now have been missing for almost two weeks and the investigation has seen the RCMP come under criticism for failing to conduct due diligence and follow obvious leads. Now the investigation went off the rails after the RCMP went to the burning motorhome. They found the McCanns’ registration papers in the camper and called the McCann home, but abandoned the chase when there was no answer and due diligence was not served and  a RCMP member asa direct result has been placed on administrative duties. So what!!! “The case took another bizarre turn on Tuesday after the McCann’s son, Bret, made a public plea on TV for the public to call in tips on the stolen SUV. Within hours Diana Bjorklund and her father Evert went to the local RCMP detachment in Prince George B.C., 450 kilometres west of Edson, to report seeing the SUV in the community a few days earlier. But Diana Bjorklund told CBC Radio on Thursday that the civilian staffer at the counter didn’t ask for her name and phone number and dismissed her information out of hand because the sighting was already days old. Mounties were then forced to issue a public plea for Bjorklund to come back. Hourihan said that has happened and police are acting upon the information.” The McCanns are paying for systemic breakdowns in RCMP rural policing due to staffing shortages, a slew of green recruits, and a culture of information hoarding rather than sharing.  http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/article/836877–hunt-on-for-fugitive-as-suv-of-missing-alberta-couple-found?bn=1

Off-duty RCMP officer arrested for River Heights break-in CTV.ca –  An off-duty RCMP officer was arrested for allegedly breaking into a River Heights home while intoxicated on Thursday, said Winnipeg police. An investigation determined that a suspect in an intoxicated state broke in through the front door to a stranger’s residence in River Heights and woke up a person inside, said officers. A neighbour told CTV News the suspect fell asleep on a couch inside the home. The neighbour said the suspect believed he was at a hotel and even left his shoes at the door before falling asleep on the couch. Winnipeg police responded and took the suspect into custody.  The 30-year-old male suspect faces a charge for forcible entry and has been released on a court appearance notice. His name has not been released.

OTTAWA (CBC) – Gatineau police ended a 10-hour standoff Monday morning without making an arrest.  Police said they found the suspect of a weekend robbery at a residence on Ste-Rédempteur Street and that he refused to surrender. They later returned with a warrant to search the residence but chose not to enter because of the suspect’s history. Instead, police erected a security cordon and closed off Ste-Redempteur between Allard and Ste. Etienne streets until about 11 a.m., at which time they ended the operation without making an arrest. A spokesman said police decided instead to apprehend the man at a later date, though no other reason was given. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100719/canada/canada_ottawa_ottawa_gatineau_stand_off Unlike the RCMP the police hesitated to kill him..

 .
The top investigating body The RCMP itself now becomes really  dumb , stupid when presenting any information about it’s own bad cops. “No information presently available at the present”, “further information will be forthcoming when the charges are actually laid, “is the  too typical perverse RCMP public relationship spins, cover ups now as well. Reality is that too often you cannot trust the RCMP now to do it’s job when needed still.
 .
Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.
Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year
 .
Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year.. “Of the 645 sexual assaults that were reported to our service in 2009, more than 40 per cent were alcohol-facilitated sexual assaults,” A sexual assault is never the fault of the victim. She said no means no the first time, and another drink can’t change that.“ We need people to understand that consent cannot be given if the person is impaired by alcohol: If they’re passed out, if they’re unconscious, if they’re sleeping,”  Supt. Danielle Campbell,   head of the Edmonton Police Criminal Investigations Division. It seems most alcohol-facilitated sexual assault doesn’t seem to be about miscommunication, or misconceptions of consent.  Rather, it is about men who use alcohol to incapacitate women for the purpose of raping them, and who do it over and over again like they know what they ‘re doing and are doing it on purpose…  and the police use this approach too?
Tax payer’s money abuses, false expense account statements, stealing, tax evasions,   obstruction of justice, cheating, lying,  drunkenness, impaired driving, pornography,  Adultery, VERBAL, PHYSICAL ABUSES, are all ESPECIALLY unacceptable for any civil and public servants. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/20/canadas-police-forces/
 .
Hypocritical Police and Conservatives, Liberals want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc

 .
While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets ehh I got news for you Doctors are sinners like everyone else and like the police the doctor’s masturbating society tends to support it’s own also  too often..

Canada’s still too often abusive, unacceptable cops

EDMONTON (CBC) – Three Edmonton police officers will face eight disciplinary charges next month, after being accused of rounding up homeless people into the back of a police patrol wagon in May 2005 and releasing them in another part of the city hours later.  Another officer has been issued a reprimand and ordered to take an Aboriginal and First Nations Awareness course over the incident, while two more have received official warnings. “This is over three years from the date that we made the complaint,” said Tom Engel, the lawyer who brought the charges forward. “Three years to investigate something that’s dead simple.”

The lawyer was also concerned that the most serious charges of unlawful or unnecessary exercise of authority were dropped because, in the words of the judgment, there is “no reasonable prospect of establishing the facts necessary to obtain a conviction.”  “Well, what would you call it when police officers pick people up, confine them in this wagon, without any lawful authority and then drop them off at the other end of the city?” Engel asked. The incident is troubling but could be turned into a positive, said Lewis Cardinal, co-chair of the Aboriginal Commission on Human Rights and Justice.”I think that we can turn this into an opportunity to really address some of these issues, and working in concert with the police force to help curb those racial attitudes towards aboriginal people.”But Cardinal added this is not just an aboriginal issue.”Homeless people still have rights, even though they may not have residences, they still have rights and we have to respect and honour those things,” he said. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100211/canada/canada_edmonton_edmonton_police_discipline_charges

JUST WHAT WE ALL NEED IN CANADA MORE AND MORE DIRTY COPS GETTING AWAY WITH IT TOO..

Disgraced ex-cop avoids jail time  Toronto Sun – EDMONTON – A disgraced former Edmonton police detective found guilty of obstruction of justice for tampering in his son’s drunk-driving case has avoided being put behind bars.

Jim MacNeil, 51, was given a four-month conditional sentence to be served in the community on Tuesday and he can also work and collects his Police pay as well.. Perverted judges need to be fired. Canada’s two tier justice system needs to stop. One justice for bad cops and the other on for the citizens is unacceptable perversity

And here we go again..  RCMP have called in outside help after a Mountie was arrested in Cochrane, Alta., in a suspected break and enter. Police say early Sunday morning a relative of a homeowner found an off-duty RCMP member inside the house. When confronted, the Mountie acknowledged being a constable and left the home. Police arrested the suspect, who was later released pending the outcome of the investigation. RCMP spokesman Cpl. Wayne Oakes says no charges have been laid and the Mountie suspect remains on duty, but is limited to administrative duties. Oakes says an independent observer was called in to clearly show the investigation will be diligent and unbiased. CP

Who says crime does not pay. It continues even to pay the bad cops and the bad politicians to well now as well, it pays money on the job, pays the cost of their lawyers, and continues to pays into their pensions fund.. Ordinary citizens cannot get such a good deal though.. sad..

Que. ombudsman calls for special-investigations unit for police shootings  A devastating report Tuesday from a provincial ombudsman noted serious errors and signs of bias in cases where police officers investigate their own colleagues.  Quebec ombudsman Raymonde Saint-Germain expressed doubt about the ability of police officers to remain partial in cases where other cops are involved. She said a two-track justice system is being created by a lack of rules governing such investigations.  Her report follows similar controversies elsewhere in the country.  As it stands, when a Quebec officer is involved in a death, serious injury, or injury caused by a firearm, the file is handed to another police force for investigation.  Saint-Germain wants to see a new special-investigations unit, run mainly by civilians, in cases where police are investigated.  ” “The public is being asked to trust the designated police force’s investigation, without having the necessary guarantees to ensure the impartiality of the process.” Saint-Germain began her study after the fatal shooting of Montreal teen Fredy Villanueva, killed during a 2008 scuffle while police were trying to arrest his brother.  She noted that the officers involved in that incident, unlike parties involved in other shootings, were not immediately separated to prevent them from co-operating on their story.  “This different treatment, which doesn’t seem to be justified in terms of conducting a proper investigation, hinders the credibility of investigators,” the report said.  The Villanueva shooting triggered a riot in Montreal North, and is now the subject of a public inquiry that has revealed a number of protocols were broken by one of the officers involved.  Earlier this month, the RCMP announced it will start using outside experts to investigate serious incidents involving Mounties.  The move came after findings by the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP that said Mounties should not investigate their own members in the most serious cases – especially when someone has died – in order to avoid a conflict of interest.  But special-investigations units have not necessarily been free of the concerns that Saint-Germain raised in her report.  Her Ontario counterpart blasted the province’s SIU last year for failing to implement recommendations to improve the transparency and effectiveness of its investigations.  Among those recommendations is that officers who witness incidents should be interviewed immediately.  Andre Marin said at the time that the SIU’s investigations into police shootings were done “through blue-coloured glasses,” and he called the watchdog a “toothless tiger” that had lost the public’s confidence.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100216/national/police_policing_themselves

The unemployed Haligonians are “no-good XXXXXXX” and what about bad RCMP, cops?

Now the rich Federal Conservative Tory MP Gerald  Keddy, who represents the riding of South Shore-St.Margaret’s, had been asked by a reporter whether he was employing migrant workers on the Christmas tree farm he runs with his family . Keddy said he didn’t, but that he wouldn’t criticize others for doing so because local people won’t do the work.  “Nova Scotians won’t do it — all those no-good bastards sitting on the sidewalk in Halifax that can’t get work,” The Federal Conservative Tory MP Gerald Keddy has apologized for saying unemployed Haligonians are “no-good bastards” because they won’t work on Christmas tree farms.  “These comments were insensitive”. `I would like to offer a sincere apology for remarks I made regarding the unemployed in Halifax,” “In no way did I mean to offend those who have lost their job due to the global recession, nor did I mean to suggest that anyone who is unemployed is not actively looking for employment.”

But what did he now mean?

We are all sorry he got elected in the first place too//

Special unit will investigate possible police misconduct The Cape Breton Post SYDNEY — Nova Scotia Justice Minister Ross Landry says the province will set up an independent unit to investigate serious incidents of possible police misconduct. Landry said up to seven investigators will be employed by the unit, which will bring greater accountability and transparency to investigations involving police. Nova Scotia is consulting police agencies, interested groups and the other Atlantic provinces to develop a model for the unit, the Nova Scotia Department of Justice said Tuesday. Bob Purcell, a department official, said the unit which could be in place by spring 2010 will investigate incidents in which a person has been killed or injured by police. The investigative unit may also be responsible for probing similar incidents involving sheriffs or corrections officers in custody situations, although that has not yet been decided, said Purcell, executive director of the Department of Justice’s public safety and security division. The justice minister’s announcement received a guarded welcome Tuesday from a spokesman for the Wagmatcook First Nation band council, which has been demanding the long-awaited release of a report into the RCMP shooting death of a resident almost a year ago. Brian Arbuthnot, band director of operations, said he has not seen any details about how the investigative unit will operate but said it sounds like a positive step. John Simon died in a Baddeck hospital about three hours after being shot by an RCMP officer at a home on the reserve on Dec. 2. Last month, officials from the band council held a press conference in Halifax to air their concerns about delays in the release of a Halifax Regional Police investigative report on the death. Arbuthnot said an independent unit could possibly complete investigations and issue reports more quickly, but he noted on the other hand, there are many factors to consider in any shooting death.  The public prosecutor’s office also plays a role, he noted. “I don’t want to sound too pessimistic about it. I think it makes sense to do it but I guess they say the proof is in the pudding and let’s see where it goes from here.” Chief Myles Burke of the Cape Breton Regional Police Service said right now, police departments in Nova Scotia dealing with a serious incident involving one of their own typically call on other departments to do an investigation. “While I will say it worked, some of the challenges it has for the chiefs are you still have that question for the public dealing with accountability and independence,” said Burke, who has conducted such investigations. “And there is a very significant cost to the municipal units in relation to these investigations. They are very expensive and they are time-consuming.” The Nova Scotia Chiefs of Police Association supports the path the province is taking and Burke said personally supports it. Burke said the issue of whether investigations would proceed more quickly is questionable considering that investigators must sometimes wait for lab reports   http://www.capebretonpost.com/index.cfm?sid=305804&sc=145

and does that inlude the bad RCMP?

AND WHAT NEXT CAN WE EXPECT?   It is billed by the London Police Department Chief as “the best (shooting) range in Ontario.” At $22 million, it is certainly modern but one of the features might sit poorly with judges and civil libertarians.  While police can shoot a fleeing suspect that presents an imminent threat to the public, it is relatively rare in most crimes and raises obvious questions under Tennessee v. All Cops need to go after real criminals still

 .

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

.

The self serving political watchdogs, the police forces in Canada  in reality they  still do too  often lie when they say they serve the citizen’s, public best interests..

.

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views.

.

Police managers continue to lie with their own promises of the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retraining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it?

.

Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year..

.

Ontario stands firm on street racing law Toronto Star  A judge overturned the stunt-driving conviction of Jane Raham, 62, of Oakville who accelerated past a truck to get out of its blind spot. A second Ontario judge has ruled that the province’s stunt driving legislation is unconstitutional, but provincial police say they will continue to lay charges under the so-called street racing law.A street-racing charge automatically leads to a conviction, which can carry a minimum fine of $2,000, an immediate driver suspension and vehicle impoundment, as well as a maximum jail sentence of six months.Justice Peter West, a provincial court judge in Newmarket, found that an accused driver’s Charter rights are “clearly infringed” by the potential jail time because the law doesn’t permit the person to put forward a defence. More than 15,000 drivers have been charged under the stunt driving laws since they were introduced in 2007, Ont. street-racing law constitutional, says AG CTV.ca

Judge tosses stunt-driving charge as unconstitutional National Post

EVEN COPS DO NOT THINK SPEEDING IS A SERIOUS CRIME…

Feb. 10 2009 4:35:51 PM  The Canadian Press  TORONTO — It appears no one is exempt from Ontario’s street racing law — including the police. A provincial police officer in an unmarked vehicle was stopped on Highway 403 on Jan. 31 for driving 65 km/h over the limit. Det.-Const. Heidi Fischer was charged after an investigation determined she was “not within the lawful execution of her duties at the time.” Because she was charged with exceeding the speed limit by more than 50 km/h, her driver’s licence was suspended for seven days — and her police vehicle was also impounded for a week..

ALL THESE HARSHER POLICE DEMANDS ARE MAKING CANADA  A  POLICE STATE  Giving more money to the polcie does not increase justice rather it tends to make a police state instead..

Garner. The entire project will ultimately cost $32 million and the facility’s gun range is billed as training officers to do a range of shooting,

It is not the rapists, drunk drivers that mostly  fill the courts calendars, docks it is mostly the revenue generating traffic tickets.. if the government wants to get tough on crime, as it purports, it should go after the real criminals. Drunk, impaired drivers too.  After all speeding is not the major cause of vehicular accidents, what you did not know that yet? and the police Chief himself did not tell you? What is then the cause of major car accidents? Drunk driving, road rage, impaired driving, distracted while driving…. and what the revenue generating traffic division has not gone after all this mostly instead yet too? and why Not? The Cops becoming judge and jury, now taking the law into their own hands  even when they still say ” In most cases, our cops are the best to judge if stunt driving is really stunt driving. Or, is it simply speeding. If that is the case, they should charge accordingly or face more legal challenges.” And them the cops still being continually soft on drunk drivers is cause too many cops do  drink alcohol now too?  https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/10/speeding-is-not-the-major-cause-of-car-accidents-still/

Alcoholic Anonymous  helps  alcoholics  AND EVEN HOSPITALS ARE FOR ALL PERSONS. FURTHER MORE WHEN THE TAXPAYER’S MONEY IS ABUSED BY THIEVES, or bad civil and public servants, AND TOO MANY ALCOHOLICS, IT IS THE PROGRAMS, SERVICES TO THE POOR AND NEEDY PERSONS THAT ARE GENERALLY FIRST MADE TO PAY FOR IT. WE NEED BETTER BUDGET CONTROLS AND BETTER PUNISHMENT OF THE BAD GUYS TOO.IN ONE YEAR 60% of fatally injured drivers in Canada had a positive reading for blood alcohol and 160,000 people were convicted of impaired driving .

And   generally alcohol-related driving offences account for approximately 25% of all Criminal Code prosecutions.

If you drink and drive, it’s everybody’s business  still. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/11/11/no-rcmp-alcoholics-it-seems/

This also offers a Canadian window into the state’s overwrought preoccupation with making money at all costs, disregarding the citizens concerns too. Sadly Like too many political parties it seems the citizens mainly do not count, their views or needs, desires. they only count on election days. I was once talking to deputy Minister Ken Kowalski of Alberta about this as to why and he replied cause in Alberta they do not pay the taxes. But rather the real reason is the too often lack of respect for the all of citizens still by our leaders, civil and public servants most political parties Canada wide.. Police, RCMP’s unacceptable, poor attitudes towards most of the citizens now as well

Allowing the RCMP, cops to use the Internet to spy on anyone makes an unacceptable police state

 CITIZEN.Protection,Laws

When you honestly use your own almost non existent right of free speech to point out to the cops how bad they really are, one of the first stages of their personal grief is their  false denial, they need professional help here  too, and they response you are crazy, this diversion tactic does not change how bad they are, how too lazy they are to change themselves now too. Police like to label, bash others as criminals, but as uncorrectable persons, but when they do they same thing, they claim they can be retrained, corrected, such hypocrites they now are as well. One of the first things the police do about their accuser is to harass them, pay them back, investigate the accuser and not the complaint now too. I have been too often falsely police harassed myself.

Allowing the police who falsely too generally are still accountable to no one  to conduct internet surveillance without oversight is the beginning of a police state controlled by the party in power and we should have none of it. What we firstly do  need to set up an independent citizen based police review boards to handle all of the police complaints, honestly and fairly Canada wide now too. The Police are far from being angels as we all can know, the RCMP included. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/10/25/canadas-bad-police-officers/

Imagine this the new email programs inluding windows live and google mail  are now all designed to keep all youir emails on an exterior server for 30 days so the cops can read and access them at any time. The cops reading your email and seeing what you do on the net next as well.. a clear police state.

The current Public Safety Minister, Peter Van Loan, is allowing the police to get unfettered internet surveillance by the police. Last June, he tabled a “lawful access” bill that establishes new surveillance requirements for Internet service providers, and it also features mandatory disclosure of customer information, including name, address, IP address and e-mail address merely upon request and without court oversight. This is rightfully and totally unacceptable.

The Customs Act gives Canada’s border officers authority to examine people’s personal baggage and goods whether they are arriving or departing from Canada, including scrutiny of electronic devices. “Officers are trained to search electronic media for child pornography, obscene material and hate propaganda,” Border officers have powers of arrest, detention and search and seizure, as well as the authority to take breath and blood samples, issue arrest warrants and operate detention facilities for immigrants. But   the border agency has no independent watchdog to investigate public complaints.  http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/10/02/tech-laptop-privacy-law-border.html

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The lawyer for Robert Dziekanski’s mother says the B.C. government should replace the RCMP with a provincial police force.  Dziekanski died nearly two years ago at Vancouver’s airport after he was shocked with a Taser by four Mounties.  In his final submission at a public inquiry into the death, lawyer Walter Kosteckyj says the RCMP acts as the provincial police force in British Columbia, but doesn’t want to be held accountable to the provincial legislature.  The RCMP officers themselves have claimed the provincial inquiry has no jurisdiction over them.  And Kosteckyj says the government of Canada will make the same argument in its final submissions this week.  He says that’s undemocratic, and the only solution is to stop using the Mounties in B.C. and instead create a province-wide force.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/091005/national/taser_inquiry

VANCOUVER, B.C. – At best, the four RCMP officers who confronted Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver’s airport and stunned him several times with a Taser panicked, the lawyer for Robert Dziekanski’s mother told the public inquiry into his death Monday.  At worst, they arrived with a plan to use what amounted to excessive force, Walter Kosteckyj said in his final submission to the inquiry.  Either way, the Mounties failed to live up to their training and the law, he said.  “The Tasering of Mr. Dziekanski at its best would be characterized as a premature, hurried and panicked response, and at the worst was a premeditated and planned attack,” Kosteckyj said  Kosteckyj said the officers acted improperly from the moment they entered the airport, not taking time to assess the situation or communicate with Dziekanski, and resorting to the Taser within seconds of approaching the man.  Despite the officers’ claims to the contrary, Kosteckyj said the swiftness of their response suggests they approached Dziekanski already planning to use the stun gun. Kosteckyj spent more than 10 minutes listing discrepancies, including the Mounties’ repeated assertions that Dziekanski stood through the Taser jolts, had to be tackled to the ground, and was coming at the officers yelling with his hands above his head when the Taser was fired.  And he said airport officials made the “unconscionable” decisions not to call the facility’s own firefighters after Dziekanski was stunned and to not bring an automatic defibrillator to the scene despite a standing policy to do so.   http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/091005/national/taser_inquiry

Can you belive it the number of bad mounties who are still allowed to keep their jobs.. If we did some thing  bad a work we all  would have been fired a long time ago..

Poland disappointed with lack of charges in taser case Globe and Mail   Poland remains disappointed that no criminal charges were laid against four Mounties who tasered Robert Dziekanski, suggesting video footage of the 2007 incident encourages an instinctive reaction that “wrong-doers be made accountable through criminal …

ABOUT THOSE PEOPLE IN DENIAL WHO CANNOT ADMIT ANY PERSONAL  WRONG DOINGS, SINS NOW THEY ARE IN A FALSE DENIAL STILL TOO

Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants, but I have never seem so many lying, mental people in one place like I have amongst the medical workers I have dealt with this year in  in Hospitals, convalescent, old age homes who really do delude themselves too often about their self importance and the positive role they are functioning in.  When a  professional cannot see what they are doing now is simply  so wrong they themselves do now need real professional help too.

The People who lie often, the  professionals now included, they tend to have severe personal,  mental disorders next cause one tends to eventually believe next ones lies as being the truth, and they can no no longer differentiate their own lies from reality, the truth.

Narcissistic, selfish, self centered  Mental Disorders too evident now even in many of the so called medical Professionals leads  these persons to  dwell in self-absorption, fantasy, illusion, where she or he has exaggerated claims to talents, importance, or specialness,  manifesting evidence  of a need for constant admiration from others,  a lack of empathy for all others, persistent in this too,  have rigid personality traits and coping styles, clearly  inflexible, do show a  hypersensitivity to any criticism , defeat or  negative realities thus they rather  are pathological in  denial by the their falsity, contrived replacement of the truths which they still must  face eventually .  These SEVERE PERSONALITY disorders are generally personally ongoing too leading to more impaired social and/or occupational functioning and can make it difficult to pinpoint a clear dividing line between their  pathology and their so called normality. Most of these people with their personality disorders may not perceive that there is anything wrong with their behavior and thus they are not motivated to change it. It is important to note that these  personality disorders are considered to have their onset in late adolescence or early adulthood and they alone are responsible for it too.

Denial, it is very very common when many an individual, even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included,  are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they  often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as   ”you are crazy”.  “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.”  Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though.  Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.”    It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart. Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction  for persons now  facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. Denial too often can be  further disastrous upon themselves and others.. for denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption  of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. Illustrated fully by the story of the Emperor with new clothes.

Denial (also called abnegation) is a defense mechanism postulated by Sigmund Freud, in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence, a mechanism of the immature mind that conflicts with the ability to learn from and cope with reality. The subject may now deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether (simple denial), admit the fact but deny its seriousness (minimization) or admit both the fact and seriousness but deny responsibility (transference). The concept of denial is particularly related to the denial of one’s addiction to alcohol for example, or to one slandering others, abusing them stealing, lying.. their denial or their  minimization of their own wrong doings is the  essential part of what enables them next to to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, that is   overwhelming.   “The American Heart Association cites denial as a principal reason that treatment of a heart attack is delayed. Because the symptoms are so varied, and often have other potential explanations, the opportunity exists for the patient to deny the emergency, often with fatal consequences. It is common for patients to delay mammograms or other tests because of a fear of cancer, even though this is clearly maladaptive.”

Types of Denial include now the Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying.   Denial of responsibilityDenial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others.  Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality.  Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated. Denial of denial:  This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional..

There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of denial. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

You see I can tell the truth cause I do not have a boss, I  am not an ass kisser, I am not running for any office, or selling anything, I am not hiding anything , I  am nothing but an ordinary honest, mature, decent  person.

Ottawa, Ontario Cop Charged in Airport Assault Tuesday, June 23, 2009  An Ottawa Police officer has been charged with assault causing bodily harm after an incident at the Ottawa Airport last month. Ontario’s Special Investigation’s Unit has determined there is “reasonable grounds” to charge the officer. 35-year-old Const. Shyldon Safruk has been charged with assault causing bodily harm. The SIU says on May 11th, an off-duty officer became involved in a physical altercation with a cab driver in a parking lot at the airport. The driver, Sami Aldobini, was injured in the incident. Ottawa Police say Safruk is now on fully paid administrative police duties.

I am always amazed how I tend to be the very same person no matter where I go in Canada, in whatever city, church now too and yet I next often tend to be treated very differently in different places, and this is more reflective of now not of who I am but of the character of the persons I am now facing, dealing with. In one place I tend to be accepted, received courtesy and in other place I am made to feel unwanted , despised.. Mind you Jesus himself and all the apostles received various treatments now as well from different cities, different people as well.

I AM ALSO RIGHTFULLY FULLY CONVINCED THAT IF JESUS HIMSELF TODAY  WAS TO COME TO SOME OF THESE SAME PLACES THAT I GO TO HE WOULD COME WITH A WHIP AND NEXT BEAT THEM.

“Only in Canada, EH!    If I don’t see jail time for that “cop” I have no belief in Canadian justice, or the police…  Anyone else charged with assault would be arrested and detained to appear for a bail hearing. They would also most likely lose their job, whatever it is. It is truly disturbing that a police officer does not seem to be treated the same way when it comes to committing an obvious crime. He was not even on duty when this happened! The cop should be suspended without pay until the trial is over, if one ever actually happens. I have serious doubts that anything will come of this charge… Surprise , surprise another dirty cop in our country, how shocking. I would be surprised if their are any good ones or if their are dont they know that silence in the face of evil is consent. Better speak up if you exist cause this is getting ridiculous, cant turn on a radio or tv without hearing about more dirty police, Harper have you left this country or are you afraid to brace those maniacs. Someone needs to but guess it wont be the conservative govt, they are all for law and order , just their brand tho guilty if the cops say so … Hope you people in Ottawa get the same treatment you are dealing the public someday and just know eventually the cops will… It would be interesting to see what would have happened if the cab driver had fought back and punched the policeman out and broken bones on him, who would have been charged then, after all the cab driver would have been defending himself…… What about the 2 officers who drove off with him? Were they cleared of wrong doing?  What I really want to hear about though is what kind of disciplinary action is being taken against the officers who gave Safruk special kid gloves treatment. In my opinion what they did is even worse in terms of undermining trust in the police and the judicial system than the actions of an off-duty police thug.”  http://www.cbc.ca/canada/ottawa/story/2009/06/23/ottawa-police-cabbie-assault.html

Disabled man dead after confrontation with OPP THE TORONTO STAR   Jun 23, 2009 03:38 PM  ELMVALE – A woman who last night witnessed an OPP officer shoot a mentally disabled man to death in his driveway in this quiet farming community northwest of Barrie, says she didn’t see anything in the man’s hands during the confrontation. The woman, a next-door neighbour of Doug Minty, 59, of Lawson Ave., said it’s possible he was holding something that she couldn’t see. Another witness, who was across the street, thinks she saw something fly out of Minty’s hands when he fell but it may have just been his glasses. Eight investigators from the provincial Special Investigations Unit — which probes incidents in which police officers seriously injure or kill people — are probing the killing.  This town of 1,700 people is reeling, saying Minty, whom they described as fully able but “slow,” was a harmless, friendly man who did odd jobs for neighbours. They said he must be have been scared or confused to confront a police officer. The OPP has said they were called to the home after a confrontation between Minty and a door-to-door salesman.

0REVENUES

Tanya Russell said she was outside talking to a neighbour while her 7-year-old son and a neighbour’s son played when she heard the gunfire at Doug Minty’s home on Lawson Ave. just after 8 p.m. “I heard, ‘Lay on the ground,’ then boom, boom, boom, we heard gunshots,” Russell said. Her neighbour ran down the street and came back moments later shouting, “It’s Doug, it’s Doug,” she said.  “He said, ‘A police officer shot Doug.’ ” She ran down the street and saw Minty lying outside his small bungalow. “The police were there,” Russell said. “But it was neighbours doing CPR.” Witnesses said today that Minty and the police officer were facing each other on the driveway and when Minty started walking forward, the officer started walking backwards, ordering him to lie down. When they got to the bottom of the driveway, the officer fired. Minty was taken to Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, about 20 kilometres away, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy is to be performed tomorrow in Toronto. Neighbour Mabel Morrison said last might that Minty would frequently help residents with household tasks. “He never bothered anybody.”  http://www.thestar.com/News/GTA/article/655356

“The RCMP, the police in general as well as all government bureaucracies are answerable only to themselves. The Toronto Fire dept was asked why its response times are the worst in the country by a local newspaper. The reply, from the chief, was that we are not supposed to ask these type of questions. The rot and corruption is pervasive. “

RCMP.OUTING

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well.

Here still  is what I cannot understand about the federal job creation programs carried out under both the liberal and conservative governments, is the necessity it seems to give money firstly to the municipalities, as though they have a direct effect on voters.. Nothing can be farther from the truth for  neither the police themselves, nor the municipalities have a significant vote as to how the citizens will vote on election days. The only group  that can likely have any effect on the voters are pastors, and priests in fact.

Here is what I know for sure in Canada proper policing, management ,  supervision  human rights commissions are a real fact of life, society, in schools, life,  in churches, governments, commerce, institutions, civil and public services, professional services too,  and elsewhere, even on the net,  for you will always have those 30 percent at least of the persons who will try to cheat, lie  , steal, bend the rules, falsely believe they are above the laws, Self  regulation alone is too often pretentious, farcical, often not applied as well. That applies especially to the professionals, civil and public services, police, municipalities, politicians now as well..

Now as I was reflecting about my many past posts on the net  in the last few years I was really saddened to note that too many of them were about bad , greedy people trying to steal , trying to get other people’s money for themselves, stealing the money, or getting  it under false pretences. The love of more money is still the basis of what many of the wrong doings is, was all about..(Eccl 8:11 KJV)  Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

Bad Policing… add  lotto 649 to the list…  Lotto  649 Saturday June 20, 2009  of course no one won it was rigged again to build up the jack pot to at least 20 million.. lotto 649 up to the same old tricks a consecutive 4, 5 and 10 numbers withdrawn.. 40 to 49 and they  all let it happen .. They are as crooked as the RCMP and eHealth consultants..  How come no one is not brave enough to deal with lotto 649 immoral acts and you let them steal the citizens money.. For you did notice that on last Saturday’s draw where someone won  there were no consecutive numbers and all 50 numbers were available. On Wednesday June 17 2009 Predictably well now that it is time to start the jackpot from start lotto 649 made sure no one won in a random draw they have consecutive numbers 4, 5 and have removed numbers 20 to 39 as well insuring none one won last Wednesday.. back up to their old tricks. they likely will use consecutive numbers and removing available numbers until the jackpot reaches about 20 million .. On Wednesday  lotto 649 made sure no one won in a random draw they do have rigged consecutive numbers 4, 5 and on Saturday June 20, 2009 they also do have rigged consecutive numbers 4, 5  and do you realize the statistical improbability of this even happening now as well?  this is all past too common to be random draw now as well.. this is fixing, rigging.. immoral act. and no one cares  to deal with it too?? http://diffusion.loto-quebec.com/sw3/res/asp/index.asp?l=1&pRequest=2&cProduit=4

(Ezek 3: 16 KJV)   And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 17  Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me. 18  When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 19  Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. 20  Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. 21  Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul. 22  And the hand of the LORD was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with thee.  23  Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the glory of the LORD stood there, as the glory which I saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face. 24  Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house. 25  But thou, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among them: 26  And I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover: for they are a rebellious house. 27  But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.

My own mission in life has been made very perfectly clear to me   and it continually involves even exposing sins to many persons, on the net too, and asking these others to repent both locally and nationally.. that includes pastors, individual persons, professionals, civil and public servants, politicians as well. After all John the Baptist, Jesus, the Apostles and the prophets all did that as well.

At least as an experienced, honest, mature person  I am very consistent the last 3 decades now too.  I am a normal, typical  Canadian who also really still dislikes the much too many crooked persons, bad politicians, bad civil and public servants, bad cops, bad pastors, bad lawyers, bad professionals, bad Canadian corporations and their related bad managers, and yes I consistently do try to do something good about it on the net as well. The Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant  guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest

It is also  COMMON  fact of life, particularly amongst the young, inexperienced who cannot handle serious , heavy negative realties that false denial, ostrich approach is a serious part of their make up, and their related defense protection when you cannot discredit the facts, they do  make a false personal attack on the writer, persons instead. It just was too hard for THEM to grasp for example as to why seriously the RCMP tend to be such a bad police force in Canada… but it did not change the reality that they tended to be a bad force. So because I rightfully tend to expose crooks, my writings tend to also deal with negative aspects, and some people who cannot handle the truth had falsely tried to label me as solely as an angry person.. well the reality is that God himself is angry with the wicked person every day, so now how could I be different here as well?

So overall still now  what really is needed  firstly is not more pretentious as well internal corporate, pastoral, governmental self regulations,   the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their further education, but also now their real competency testing.  For it is a fact that anything that will put a self regulating body or a Ministry into a negative light will have a built in  tendency still to be denied,   suppressed, minimized in reality, to be ineffective .   There in reality is the main  one important step that  to protect us all from  from any unscrupulous persons  and that is enforced, exemplary public exposure and prosecution of the supposedly guilty persons by a recognized judicial public body,  and so now in reality how many such bad persons now have really been exposed, prosecuted in the last few years in reality too by the responsible Canadian Ministers as well?  Mostly None? and why not?  Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant guilty serves very ones best interest… which too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

More effectively dealing with  the DRUNKS, LIARS, THIEVES, ABUSERS, bullies, thugs, proud oppressors, war mongers. THERE IS A  VERY BASIC COMMON MISCONCEPTION ON HOW TO DEAL WITH ANY PERCEIVED EVEN INJUSTICES, ABUSES, ANYWHERE, IN THE CHURCH AS WELL, BESIDES IMMEDIATELY CALLING THE LOCAL  POLICE.. THE NEW TESTAMENT IS CLEAR HOW TO DEAL WITH IT.. COMMUNICATION – AND YOU DON’T FIRST POST IT ALL ON THE NET.

First you merely ask the guilty, bad persons personally to repent twice, the first time without a witness, the second time with witnesses THAT you have asked them to repent.. and   proof, substantiation is NOT required.. after you have done that you can next post it openly on the net, tell all the others.

Next God is fully free to deal with the unrepentant guilty offenders and believe me he will.. I have now been doing for decades too..

I thus often these days too SIMPLY SEND AN PERSONAL  EMAIL, I PUT THEIR WRONG DOINGS   CLEARLY IN WRITING TO AND MY REQUEST ASKING THEM TO CHANGE, TO MAKE APPROXIMATE RESTITUTIONS AS WELL, SO THE GUILTY PARTY CANNOT SAY I DID NOT ASK HIM OR HER TO REPENT FIRSTLY.
WHETHER THEY ACKNOWLEDGE IT OR NOT NEXT TO GOD DOES NOT MATTER.

IN CANADA THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO  IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ADULTERERS, ALCOHOLICS, ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS, CROOKS TAX EVADERS. THAT IS A SAD COMMON REALITY IN CANADA.

We   do  still need to understand, define what UNACCEPTABLE abuse and what UNACCEPTABLE hate is, and unacceptable abuse is to  deny a person’s legal, human rights, and hate is the clear opposite of love, meaning an unloving act.. Hate and  Verbal abuse unrestrained often next do lead to physical abuse in reality too.  And both hate and verbal, physical abuses are  all unacceptable at all times too no matter who you are or who you think you are too. .  but honestly critiquing  NOW certain individuals for their own unacceptable bad act is not always HATE. .

It is a false statement that if one makes any negative statement about anyone, that one is  a racist or promoting hatred.. maybe one is merely exercising one’s appropriate right of free speech, thought.. Now I had witnessed a Person committing immoral, illegal acts many times and when I rightfully reported it next to to the proper authorities, the clearly  guilty  person next  had distorted the truths and lying had said I was promoting hatred towards him and his family, which clearly now was not so. I was a witness of the immoral acts still, unacceptable wrong doings.

Also I do not believe that everyone sets out to be a deliberate racist, it seems to be often merely a poorly thought out OR stupid mistake for 70 percent of the persons who do it, and many people once they realize what they have done next do even admit their errors and stop it, unfortunately there are the remaining few hate mongers who still do get carried away with their hatred, sins, who need to be incarcerated for their crimes so they can stop and learn not to do it..

(Rev 2:4 KJV)  Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

(Rev 3:19 KJV)  As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

and  thou shall  love thy nieghbour as thyself always..

Canada a top producer of ecstasy, methamphetamine, says UN WASHINGTON – Canada is the leading supplier of ecstasy in North America and a growing producer of methamphetamine for markets around the world, a new United Nations report has found.

Don’t tell me that the police, the RCMP  can’t catch all of these bad guys.. they do not want too rather firstly… they prefer to go after revenue generating traffic tickets or abuse helpless, innocent citizens..
