Bell’s undeniable false, misleading advertising, abuses of it’s customers is something the Fderal, and the provincial, Ontario, Quebec Minister of Consumer affairs needs to immediately look into and deal with.
 

The federal, provincial governments  and the CRTC unfairly maintaining  archaic, monopolistic telecommunication firms, that are often   bloated, cost ineffective, incompetent, over staffed, un-competitively managed as well is the main reasons consumer costs falsely keep on going up now.

 
Bell Sympatico executive Care Sasha Rollins, CRTC, Jim Prentice MP,  even you all should have realized by now THAT HAD YOU PROPERLY DEALT WITH MY COMPLAINTS THE FIRST TIME, INSTEAD OF LYING TO ME, AMUSING, ABUSING ME, PRETENDING YOU HAD CARED, NEXT I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO MAIL YOU FIRSTLY THE 300 EMAIL LETTERS  OF MY COMPLAINTS NEXT..  Bell Sympatico Sasha Rollins  you should have also learned by now that taking a false Ostrich approach towards me, and my many rightful complaints about big bad bell Sympatico still does not make me go away.. nor my complaints too.

‘Dealing with Bell is absurdity filled with problems. In spite of their adds, promises Bell Sympatico services are all mostly very poor, they also mostly break their promises to me too and they too. Cleary do not honor their contract obligations, their own 2 days respond promises now too. As I have detailed many times elsewhere they Bell have never given me my one year reliable, steady, continuous high speed internet services too, have never kept their contract obligations. I have been with Bell for many years. Note since Day one of even Jan 2007 I have hundreds of email that I had sent to Bell about their bad internet services too.. and I had sent copies the news media, to the Major MPs, for the last 15 months. I have a High speed unlimited Internet download contract with Bell since day one and they Bell next even had tried many times to have me up change from my 6 meg download account to their new Bell higher speed plans, and I had clearly refused saying back to them as to why should I go the higher speed plan when they could not even deliver me the promised 6 meg downloads, and also I had specially also said that if I had changed download plans I would lose my unlimited download plan, so I made no changes, authorized no changes to my contract with Bell the last 15 months. On top of all my many complaints about dealing with Bell on April 3 2007 by phone and in writing I specially also had asked Bell to give me simply a full detail listing of all my monthly payments, a full account statements specially for the last 15 months, and I told them I cannot seem to access my online Billing, something I have complained to them about before too, and they so far have refused this simple request too and the Bell have not done so to date. This is absurd, ridiculous and unacceptable in this computer age when they can spit out my legitimate request in a second. Bell Sympatico is quick to phone you and to harass you to demand their payments, but Bell Sympatico in return is very slow to deal with the customers, requests, problems in my 15 months experiences. To get proper services from Bell it is like mating elephants it has to be done at a very high level with plenty of thrashings and noise. Unacceptable. ‘

 

I find it rightfully ridiculous that Bell’s Sasha Rollins  would not reply to my many detailed emails of rightful complaints about Bell’s  violating my internet contract, Bell’s false denials of my internet services, clearly Bell  would not provide a real adequate internet services, and Bell  would not  return any of my phone calls, this year even, since January 2008, and now Bell next even wrongfully sends me their  inadequate  letter of reply to my home with  their  distorted, one sided version of your  Bell contract.  A Bell Sympatico contract and agreement that Bell have clearly and undeniably not even in the last 2 years lived up too, in the the last 28 months too. Bell  undeniably had  not held your promises, contract obligations clearly too as I had detailed, and even why even many times to Bell  in writing. And Bell’s  version of the terms of Bell’s contract agreements now even still undeniably contravenes the laws of Quebec now too, as I had detailed to Bell in writing  many times now too, for there is no legal contract permissible by law that says you will give me your best, or up to speed, rather to be a valid contract it has to be solely a fixed amount firstly.

On top of that Bell for many years was charging the customers of the city of LaSalle for a high speed Internet service, while in fact Bell was unable to deliver this service firstly. For Bell did not have the proper equipment,  installation to do so till July 2007 when they had connected me to a fiber optical cable for the first time.

As far as Bell’s subsequent false facing saving excuses, lies, distortions, to me and the news media too, with an inapplicable clause of Bell too,  Bellfalsely capping my bit torrent downloads ,in reality Bell  should again note especially as I have pointed out to you, aand Bell  before too, Bell had advertised unlimited downloads, and something that I had paid for and I agreed with Bell now, thus next I had also broken now no Bell contract or Canadian laws in the process. But Big Brother  you here lie, lied  and said I did. How can there be a cap on unlimited downloads internet services? That is clearly an unacceptable  oxymoron. You Bell thus are rather clearly unacceptably now guilty of bait and switch, false, misleading adverting to all of Bell’s customers and Bell now should be rightfully prosecuted, punished for it by all now too.
 
 
Bell clearly perversely had omitted now also to deal with all the points in my many letters even to Bell, you the last many months, and not just the last 2 weeks, and copies of which that all news editors, major MPS got now  too. Bell’s support services were, are still crappy, rather immoral, lying, no good. I  had also said in response to your Bell  last legal Court threat to go ahead, we all need the publicity, but Bell has more to loose than I have next too. Bell lied and had said to me they had  had met  our Internet service contractual obligations to me  when in fact only one of four weeks monthly that even  Bell’s internet had performed adequately in the last 9 months as I had witnessed and detailed to Bell often  in writing, as they admit even,  and I had rightfully complained, and so have many other persons now too. This Internet service contract of Bell’s  it has been an undeniably bad, a very poor service, undeniably the worse service contract of any that I have personally undertaken , experienced in Canada in the last 50 years now too. And many other Bell customers have said the same thing to news editors, on TV, and on the net , to you  Bell as well. Just do a Google search on the net to see more evidence of this too. Bell’s distorted reply saying that I have had adequate internet services from Bell on my  high speed Unlimited internet services was contradicted by Bell’s own past   admission in writing of of having given me to my account in January 2008 a credit for 6 months free internet services for Bell’s failure to keep your Internet contact obligations last year, never mind this year too. Bell  now has acknowledged in writing to me On April 8, 2008  that a credit of  $307.32 was applied to my Sympatico account and Bell’s January 4 2008 invoice to me had according to Bell reflected this, for my 6 months free internet services, but  why was it now that I have been unable to access this online Bell Sympatico Billing services of Bell’s still to see it, as I  had complained in writing to Bell  many times now too,  and why had Bell  accounting department refused to now even confirm this credit, and  Bell Billing  undeniably had refused also to mail  me a copy of these payments, billings, on all of the  related terms of agreements, and undeniably now as well. And into what account was this Bell credit next now put into? My supposedly old account 6 meg unlimited download  that I had in 2007 or into a new account of 2008 that some one in Bell  had falsify, had created without my knowledge, authorization, approval as well? Why had Bell, Billing  wrongfully failed to deal with this related complaint of mine now  too? How Bell stole my money!!! and Bell had promised me shortly, the last ten days an adequate reply on all of this and I have not gotten it to date.I have also said what one hand from Bell promises to gives to you, the other hand from Bell  next steals that too from you.. and fails to meet their promised contract obligations. You say to me in writing you gave a credit to my account but Bell Billing had removed that credit in March 2008, and initiated a ticket, an investigation into the mater.

Bell also do  show to all how seriously you do not take customers complaints now too. I would not have to send Bell Sympatico any emails, or the supposedly excessive emails if Bell had firstly had met your past contract obligations to me and provided me with a decent internet services, which Bell  clearly had not as shown by my many letters.  Using my freedom of speech I can write as many  emails to you, to all, till Bell  adequately addresses all of my complaints, and so far Bell have not even addressed the basic  complaints of mine adequately still too.

is a perverse understanding on Bell’s part, for any contract Under Quebec law to exist and  to be valid it also requires the consent, conformance on the part of both parties, amongst many other items  and right now  Bell is still drastically in breach of  our contractual obligations to me firstly and Bell  cannot be paid for any new contract, for one reason because we do not have one.. and if Bell disrupts my internet services I can  expose to all rightfully for personal harassment as well. My email services and internet services are no longer working for the last 3 days so I will take  this as further harassment from Bell for their  false failure to meet my contract  obligations, and my rightful subsequent demands to do so too..

Imagine that Bell has been in Business for many years and is still guilty now clearly of misleading advertisements, fraudulent and unacceptable business practices, not living up to their contractual obligations, as I now have PERSONALLY WITNESSED, EXPERIENCED  and undeniably detailed to even Bell and many others many times too now . I Paid for a high speed unlimited download service but that is not what I got next. I got low internet speed at a high price. Bell has been doing local upgrades or reducing the internet  speeds  so they can have more capacities for cellular phones  for the last ten years and yet still LYING SAYING ALL THE ISP FAULT IS ONLY  IN MY HOME TOO.

Bell and Acanac NEXT tells me I have a high speed internet, even an optical one, but yet I continue to have an internet connectivity problem still.. and   low speeds    http://www.dramafever.com/drama/
 
When I on my high speed computer, with a large hard drive, an adequate memory now too, I try to view an internet video, on different internet sites too with no other software applications running in the background as well  during the weekend, the peak hours the video now still is extremely choppy or it fails to load at all or It stops every 5 seconds!clearly due to inadequate  connection speed or congestion in the internet.  The same video next  runs well during non peak hours. This is still totally unacceptable.

Your actual slow speed on your computer end may be a result of your local line quality or distance from a DSLAM. It is entirely possible the full problem is on Bell’s end with their infrastructure, or lack thereof, and/or rarely your own homes line. DSL and Cable both are  cumbersome,  finicky technology. Prices often are first 12 months, and then it jacks up to double or more? Those that might disagree, I would also ask how much real help at the Bell DSL support centers any time of the day?

A Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM, ) allows telephone lines to make extended  connections to the Internet. It is a network device, located in the telephone exchanges of the service providers, that connects multiple customer Digital Subscriber Lines (DSLs) to a high-speed Internet backbone line using multiplexing techniques  By placing remote DSLAMs at locations remote to the telephone exchange, telephone companies can extend   DSL service to locations previously beyond effective range, but not all areas are covered or get a good Bell access still.

Accanac had mentioned on their internet site that they do not cap their downloads.. but they conveniently had forgot to also say to all of the potential customers on their site that they lease their services from Bell and that Bell itself still regularly between 4 pm to 2 am caps their downloads.. when confronted with this they Acanac Inc do reply that they do not cap or throttle their downloads but Bell does.. what a misleading play on words. What else do thye lie about too now? The CRTC are not bowing to the whims of big business – they’re approving Bell’s throttling, but rather thye must stop the   throttling,

So when will I rightfully get from Bell what I had promised and paid for, decent, reliable high speed service for I have not seen it the last ten years.

Yes I have seen for years, including this week, many many Bell employees working at the local substations.
Now firstly Bell STILL measuring my Internet systems reliability at the initial maximum speed at Bell is an immoral, absurd, ludicrous approach.. so do more honestly measure rather the actual final speed, reliability at the customer’s destination, my home.. the actual minimum Bell speed provided… and it does next greatly varies and differs. Bells advertised speeds are thus falsely misleading to all consumers. But even speed does not compensate for the actual reliability of the internet service provided.

It is absolutely pathetic, disgusting that I have to fight with Bell, be  threatened with a lawsuit, all  to get my rightful  matters settled in the end.. and next bad history with Bell likley repeats itself still too.. Do all  consumers have to go through this process now as well?
People often ask me where is the Consumer affairs ministers in all of this still? sleeping too, who with?

They Bell do  fix one problem and they seem to create another. Here is the reality Bell’s existing Internet system in still not totally  adequate, it has defects, shortcomings, something they never seem to admit or tell others.  Plus in the process of upgrading, modernization, creativity Bell continuously makes changes to it’s internet supply services, which next cause significant connectivity problems with some of their existing, non compatible equipment,  as well as major problems for their related clients, major ISP problems. Major Problems  that Bell dishonestly covers up, lies about  and  tends never to admit  to, for fear of any negative repercussions, and for fear of being likley held financial responsible of any damages of course. This approach of Bell is all inexcusable still..

About a month ago the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications (CCTS) released their annual study and found that 51% of the total telecom complaints (3,747) were regarding wireless. Billing errors (44%) and the contract disputes (35%) were at the top of the list.

The CCTS  created in 2007   is an independent and industry-funded agency that customers can dispute issues such as billing, contracts and service regarding telephone, wireless and Internet providers.

Now  the CRTC declared   that effective January 2011 all Canadian telecom service providers must join the CCTS.

It’s probably a good move for us customers? Now do not count your eggs yet. I have already used their services services twice,.

I recently filed a complaint with the CCTS-CRTC and TWICE they gave me a useless response the last one  justifying Bell’s bad acts. This was not the kind of honest service we expect from them

Make sure that:

Your modem is turned on.

The Ethernet cable is plugged correctly into the Ethernet port on the modem and on your computer. 

The phone line is plugged correctly into the modem and the phone jack.

You are not using a DSL filter between the phone jack and the modem

Check the lights on your modem. These can sometimes indicate the location of the problem—whether it is the Ethernet connection, the power to the modem, or the DSL or cable connection.

Save your work, turn your modem off, and then turn your computer off. Wait 10 seconds, and then turn the modem and the computer back on.

Turn your router off, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Winsock corruption can cause connectivity problems. To fix this, open Network Diagnostics:

Ask your Internet service provider (ISP) to verify that:

Its servers and lines, EQUIPMENT AND CARDS are all presently functioning correctly. 

 and so I rightfully even did that now TOO many times too..

and Bell next here seems always to  lie  and says there never is anything wrong with their internet system, the problem is elsewhere,. I have about a decade of bad experiences on this with Bell now.

Bell’s  phone lines are reliable cause they are not as complicated as their internet systems..

Normally my internet is on 24 hours per day but this week next my internet access problem started when I logged off the internet and next tried to log back on.. I was unable to do so. I would occasionally get DSL access but no internet access. In the past reaccessing the internet has also been a very slow process.

If you check with the  Bell  files you will note that in the last decade I have already rightfully detailed, mailed at least 270 letters of complaints about Bell poor support services, their false lies, diversions including blaming firstly the customers or others for all of their own  internet inadequacies.. that is both immoral and absurd.. and for me nothing has really basically changed here the last 10 years with the Bell support personnel too.. .

NOW 3 SEPARATE TIMES  THIS WEEK BELL-ACANAC  PERSONNEL HAD AGAIN LIED TO ME AND SAID THAT THEY HAD CHECKED THEIR INTERNET SYSTEM AND IT WAS ALL WORKING FINE.. BUT they Bell in my home finally NEXT ADMITTED TO ME  TO THE EXISTENCE OF SUPPOSEDLY  MINOR BELL  PROBLEMS THEY NOW HAD SUPPOSEDLY DEALT WITH TOO BUT ON MY END I COULD NOT EVEN ACCESS THE INTERNET STILL.

The length of time, days, weeks and NOT 24 hours to service a customer ISP problem NOW by both Acanac / Bell  is also still unacceptable, and many new potential customers would be really rightfully displeased if they are made aware of it too.
 .
Sadly lately the support services from Acanac DSL department has not been much better over THAT OF  Bell’s, both seem to predictable : they both lie, buck pass and are uncaring about the customers’ needs,concerns. Acanac  tech personnel even twice lied to me on the date that the replacement Acanac modem for testing purposes was sent.. now they claimed it was sent on the 16  Nov  in fact it was sent 2 days later on the 18 only.

Bell also still maintains that only their Bell high speed modems can effectively handle their internet systems and that the Acanac supplied  modems are all  inadequate to do so, and are the cause of my problem solved by me switching over to Bell or buying a Bell high speed modem.  Now Bell this week says again to me that Acanac supplies inferior, inadequate defective modems to their clients, as well and is this the reality? They Bell are clearly also working hard to discredit Acanac  and  to put Acanac  out of business by the dissatisfied Acanac customers.

Bell now is claiming that they are doing their best to fix the problems, fools can do their best too, but the their best is still inadequate, and  I only care about the end result rightly that they fix the problem immediately not any of their excuses..

Bell had also had  sent  me a mickey mouse technician this week who CLEARLY did  not know what to do for he had to continually phone BY CELLPHONE the office for instructions as to what he should do next, AND he admits to me  that there is a BELL  internet synchronization problem, and  a problem with a fiber optics conversion card at the local substation as well, plus that there are presently many other persons in my area with similar problems, but all that information still does me no good if I cannot have my internet working today..

The Bell technical promises to look at the problem elsewhere and to come back if the system still does not work. ne never came back. Bell tries next to say the problem still is solely  the Acanac modem..

– Do tell Bell that them price gouging their costumers by charging a 100 dollars fees for a supposedly unwarranted  service call can only be acceptable if it is balanced by a 100 dollar customer credit for the CUSTOMER  problems if it was warranted as well.. AND IN THAT CASE  BELL RIGHTFULLY OWES ME A THOUSAND DOLLARS ALREADY EVEN. REALITY ON MY STREET CABLE IS MORE RELIABLE OVER BELL.

– Now firstly Bell STILL measuring my Internet systems reliability at the initial maximum speed at Bell is an immoral, absurd, ludicrous approach.. so do more honestly measure rather the actual final speed, reliability at the customer’s destination, my home.. the actual minimum Bell speed provided… and it does next greatly varies and differs. Bells advertised speeds are thus falsely misleading to all consumers. But even speed does not compensate for the actual reliability of the internet service provided.

– Again I semi annually get the same internet phone line problems to my home… and always next  the same lying approach.. the same lies.. they first do also start to blame me, or my phone line, my modem, my filter, my computer, my operating system.. but they next had to look elsewhere.. in Bell itself again and again too. The problem was never my modems, my computers, my caches, my operating systems but solely Bell’s poor and even  lack of local line capacities that was not up to what they had promised,  lied to us all that it was, is. Bell says it is more reliable over Cable.. that presently is not so also  in my area for sure as well.

 Bell who clearly has a monopoly with Videotron in my area where I have no other choices to go to, had refused falsely to provide me presently my adequate internet support services through Acanac?  Was it cause they Bell have now even written to me twice in the last 2 months and had offered to provide the internet service directly through Bell itself and wanted to make Acanac look very inadequate in the customer’s eyes? they succeeded?

As per  this subject of the Lying Bell typical approach is that they next again had phoned me on the Nov 17 and lie and say everything is ok at their end for they firstly refuse to go to the field to check the problem.. they check at their end and the initial signal as ok.. but what happens next at the detonation, my final destination they falsely lie and say it is due  to the faulty  modem.. as usual. Note but while I was talking to the Bell technician on the phone  and Bell  they were testing Internets services   the 3rd light the DSL modem came on, indicating they had a control over it and the problem was not at my end..

The same Bell technician conceded that such problems were coming in fact and related to the weather,  humidity and explained why there was connectivity problems at certain seasons.. he said such problems are difficult to fix.. but who cares how difficult it is fix it Bell for that is your jobs . Bell here says that they want  to consider a separate line for the internet from the phone, but this still will not help if the connection problem  is located at their local  junction boxes outside of my home.

Bell’s exterior line connections to my home which are already known and next confirmed to be faulty, and inadequate.

And when in the world did you ever hear Bell firstly even admit it was wrong, at fault  in anything, for these definite liars have never ever done so with me even  in my last ten years of semi annually almost complaining about my too many sudden internet problems.. and which always turned out to be the fault if Bell next too in the past.

When will Bell honestly  ever admit is own negative contributions to my ISP problems?

Now also when can I get proper permanent action on all of these matters still?

and what about me not getting caught in the middle of a Bell-Acanac wars,

 I talked on 17 November directly, face to face  to the Cable Videotron local inspector about their present customer services and 5 years ago they had loads of problems, now they reduce the number of customers to 175 maximum on a branch, and they in contrast do have a 24 service hour turn around unlike Acanac  and they Videotron now  do have loads of ex Bell satisfied customers as well.. unfortunately they still do price gouge their customers with their capping as well.

Days later a Bell executive phoned me today Nov 19 to review  a phone survey on Bell’s effectiveness and he said he will issue a new ticket to deal with the all of these  issues. Now they say I will have the problem dealt with by the new year.. do you believe them? I do not.

 Bell does not like you to put anything in writing.. especially something that next shows to all as to how pretentious, stupid, incompetent they can tend to be.. so they ask you to phone them but  my own  many, repetitive experiences is that even the phone calls  to them are next buck passed, the Bell  persons you are talking to is also still pretentious, incompetent, has no authority to deal with your problem complaint., and often can’t speak English even.. So what is the purpose of Bell advertising this main service number for when you call them as I  did often they act very stupid,  then tell me I have to call someone else.. or do something else too. Talking with them is staill a waste of time..  and Bell still has a high volume of complaints  ehh and they cannot  handle them?? then who can?

Take this clear, open and shut undeiable example. Now because of health problems my father was forced to move into to a government run hospital facilties for seniors. He there had paid a flat 1700 dollar monthly fee for all the services but no phone in his room was provided.. So I called, sent an email to  Bell to install a phone and which they did. When my father’s health condition worsened months later and he subsequently died I as you can see below had immediately    emailed Bell to discontinue their Phone  service and many times I  was was given a run around instead.  They basically had said my dead father had to confirm the cancellation of his services, what they want a seance?  and they next had kept on charging my father who was buried, had moved out of the facilties for months, for the continual use of a phone.  How absurd on their part. Rather visbly incompetent fools.

Verizon Wireless pays FCC $25M for years of false data charges 

  The Federal Communications Commission said Thursday that it has reached a record $25 million settlement with Verizon Wireless over the company’s wrongly charging subscribers “mystery” Internet fees over the past several years.The payment will go to the U.S. Treasury and is the largest settlement in FCC history. The settlement also ends the FCC’s 10-month investigation into overcharges at Verizon Wireless, the agency said in a news release. An FCC spokeswoman declined to comment on whether the settlement also ends the agency’s other billing inquiries.

With the action, Verizon Wireless’s total costs associated with false data fees reached $77.8 million, one of the largest payouts for false business practices in the communications services industry. Verizon said this month that it would refund about 15 million subscribers $52.8 million for those unwanted data charges.

Verizon Wireless is the nation’s largest wireless service provider with 90 million subscribers. The firm announced its refund amid an FCC investigation into data charges brought from complaints from consumers.

This month, the FCC began an exploration into regulations that would require cellphone service providers to alert users when they are close to going over their monthly allotted voice, text and data limits. In a survey, the agency said 30 million cellphone users said they experienced “bill shock,” with extra charges on their monthly bills for data overcharges and other fees.

CRTC ruling handcuffs competitive market: TeksavvyGlobe and Mail –  The CRTC has varied one of its decisions on an appeal, which means pretty soon Bell will be allowed to charge wholesale Internet service providers – ISPs, such as Primus and TekSavvy – on a usage-based billing model. All data over the Internet is about to officially become a metered commodity in Canada. And more importantly, why are they protecting Bell?  Bell & Rogers are fighting like cats and dogs for a metered, regulated Internet not because of this apparent lack of capacity that they have (which is garbage), but because they are afraid that what we do with that capacity will cut into their other revenue streams. Every movie I watch on Netflix or rent through the iTunes store is revenue taken away from Bell. And as more people get used to the ease-of-use of Internet-based content delivery, Bell & Rogers’ content services come under more pressure. That’s why they are fighting so hard to keep our Internet use down, and it’s a shame that the CRTC bought their argument. “ “ We don’t pay Bell, Rogers, etc., for the amount of internet we use, we pay them for access to it? That’s a good one, you do realize that once the fiber lines are laid out it only costs them at most $2-3 per customer a month to maintain the connection right? The data is not and should not be treated as a commodity, they are tricking you all into thinking that bandwidth is some secret resource on our planet. It is not, it is flashes of light going through a line in the ground. That is all it is, you are paying hundreds a month for them to blink a light through an optical cable. If for instance bandwidth was driven by coal burning smoke signals then yes they would have a viable point. Quit being so ignorant, the CRTC by the way is made up of ex Bell/Rogers executives so no wonder they are never going to vote in public favour. “

Its the content they want to control. They don’t want the competition. And if people are naive and say, well, this doesn’t affect me… you are mistaken. Less content providers means less competition. Less cheap internet means less working from home, remote access and other things that are and will become increasingly more used. So sad that this happens in Canada.”

While all of the major ISP’s currently do have data caps, their wholesalers (ie. Teksavvy, Acanac, etc) were able to provide much higher caps from 200 GB to unlimited. The CRTC’s ruling in favor of UBB will nullify the unlimited plans for many users on DSL (aka Bell). However, despite Rogers having data caps, they have recognized that they can allow their wholesalers to provide unlimited downloads in order to steal market share away from DSL. So while Bell is busy trying to nickel and dime everyone, Rogers has made deals with Teksavvy to provide plans that are not usage based. Acanac will be coming out with their own cable internet plans on November 1st, so I don’t know what they will have. But both Teksavvy and Acanac have always had good service with very reasonable prices. Ditch the big companies and go with Teksavvy or Acanac. Then you won’t need to worry when you watch a ton of movies from netflix or your kid spent hours watching new movie trailers or youtube videos or gaming… there are endless uses that will eat up your bandwith. Get unlimited.”

After going through what seems to have been several years without getting hit with a serious virus, this weekend I got nailed with a killer. It was one of those extremely annoying trojan viruses that digs it’s way into your system and causing some serious damage along the way. The fun worst part about this virus was how it would instantly activate itself upon windows starting up, then to make matters worse, it would instantly close out any applications you tried to open and wiped out internet access all together.  The main goal of the virus was to not only infect your computer, but also to make money in the process. On the flip side, there are tons of web sites cashing in on anti virus software without being bastards and having to infect computers with a virus to make their living. Web sites dedicated to providing information on how to remove these viruses are also cashing in.

Since June 1999 all but most serious misleading advertising cases will now be pursued in civil proceedings by the Commissioner in the Competition Tribunal, the Federal Court, or Provincial Superior Courts. “Available remedies will include prohibition orders, corrective notices and administrative monetary penalties (up to &100,000.00 for first time corporate offenders). Criminal prosecution remains an option in serious cases. Recent amendments to the Act have resulted in a fundamental change to the misleading advertising provisions of the Act. Prior to the amendments, misleading advertising and deceptive marketing practices were strict liability criminal offences under the Act. With the amendments, a non-criminal regime in respect of deceptive marketing practices has been created which is intended to ensure more effective enforcement and compliance. Accordingly, following passage of these amendments, criminal prosecution is still possible where there is “clear and compelling” evidence that the accused knowingly or recklessly made, or permitted to be made, a false or misleading representation to the public. As a result of these amendments, most of the deceptive marketing practices that were previously subject to criminal prosecution under the Act (e.g., misleading advertising, unsubstantiated claims or warranties, misleading ordinary price claims, bait and switch selling, sales above advertised price) will now be treated as reviewable conduct. The Commissioner’s decision to proceed under either the civil or criminal enforcement regime will preclude him from proceeding under the other regime.”
 
  
Hey we have often heard the lying spin doctors telling us that Canada is about to recover  economically.. with distorted facts..  I have often wondered how many of these persons now have had any valid real business experiences firstly ..
 
Now actually I have done a significant amount of  mostly free business consulting regard to Computers, Sales, Marketing, Employee management structures, styles, programs  to many a problemed small businesses in Alberta too.  Don’t get me started on the owner’s bad personnel management styles which leads next to 40 percent of the employees stealing from their firm and/or sabotaging the overall productivity of the firm too..
 
– The first thing that often grasped me with any new business that I had now visited  was the owners. managers unrealistic expectation of profitability based on their own  doing very little real work input. They too often think that being an owner, having a place, a product, an accountant and a few employees will guarantee to generate them loads of money.. so 50 percent of all business fail, go bankrupt in  the first two years and many that remain sadly often have resorted to fraud, theft, lying, price gouging too? 
 
– I have also  often been amazed as to how many of the business owners think that because they have not made as much money as they had expected that they can merely double, or increase the price on their products and recapture their lost profits. Amazing how many stupid business persons actually do believe this and practice this as well now too.. They treat the majority of the customers as ignorant, stupid persons.. Who is being stupid but the business owners, managers now rather. .
 
– What also amazes me is the gross, immoral price mark ups on the products being sold  by many major retail chains now as well.  Going to the dollar store  rather now tends often to upset me.. I can often find items at 1 or 2 dollars that I have seen at 8 to 20 dollars elsewhere. I bought a baseball cap for 15 dollars only to see next the same cap sold next for 2 dollars at Dollarma. I recently saw a hand bag for sale for 14.50 dollars at the Rossy department store that sells at $1.50 at Dollarama. And I can go on and on here too about this at Wal-Mart, Rona, Reno, Zellers, Canadian Tire, etc.
 
What too many business Owners fail to realize, GM included,  is that the customers tend to  have only so much allotted money, and so you can fleece, gouge them a few times but next you the business owner  will really have to go elsewhere to find new customers, and that is always  a very costly approach. Most customers are not loyal and will really find better prices elsewhere too.  Sales and advertising, marketing programs are never cheap.. it would have been better, cheaper, more profitable  to have given the customers a fair price originally and encouraged their repeat business.. but the rather too often greedy, stupid managers refuse to do this and to lose their jobs often next as a result too. It seems both the citizens and consumers need to be protected from this bad manager. Greed is a self destructive mechanism that we all do need protection from.

Insurance and Consumer Protection: Insurance: Insurance comes in many different forms, but it is essentially a contract between the company and the consumer. In addition to consumer protection laws, many states have extensive statutes to protect consumers when dealing with insurance. These statutes often prohibit insurance companies from acting unfairly, or that require them to pay claims quickly. For example, in 2007, Washington State passed the Insurance Fair Conduct Act. It forbids insurance companies from (1) misrepresentation of policy provisions, (2) failure to acknowledge pertinent communications, (3) failing to promptly investigate claims, and (4) failing to promptly make fair and equitable settlements. If an insurance company violates these provisions, a court may award up to three times the actual damages suffered.
  
In case of any dispute, complaints, Always Open a file, or notebook, in writing to keep track of all your information. letters, correspondences. Don’t Delay: Find out all possible deadlines in your case and the statute of limitations. Be prepared to negotiate: Do not exaggerate or inflate your claim. If you are caught at it, you may have committed fraud, and at worse could go to jail, and at the least, you have ruined your claim.
 
7 ways you can protect yourself as a consumer:
  
1 Keep your personal information quiet. If you didn’t call a company for a specific purpose, don’t give out personal information. Be wary when you do call and the other person asks for your Social Security Number. Usually, there is some other way for account verification. At the very least, ask that you be allowed to provide only the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The same thing is true of bank account numbers. And never, ever put personal financial information in an email — especially in response to a request. 
   
2 Make sure you understand what you are agreeing to. This means you need to read the fine print. And you need to make sure that you know exactly what the terms of any loan, contract or other agreement are. If you aren’t sure, take the time to hire a professional to look it over. $200 for a lawyer to review the document is worth it — especially if it turns out you could be on the hook for thousands more than you thought.
 
3 If it’s too good to be true… This is the cardinal law of consumer protection. If something just doesn’t seem right, it probably isn’t. If the deal is way too good to pass up, you probably should consider passing it up. 
 
4 Protect yourself online. You need to make sure that you have protection on your computer. Antivirus software is helpful, as is a firewall. There are other protections available as well. Additionally, make sure that you are careful about secure sites. Make sure that the sites really are secure, and that they are valid. Logout and close the browser window when you are checking account balances or making monetary transactions. Change your passwords regularly, and make sure they are a strong combination of upper and lower case letters, and numbers.
   
5 Shred documents. If it has an account number, shred it. If it is an offer of credit, shred it. The trash is one of the easiest places for fraudsters to get your personal information.
 
6 Double check prices. Is it really a bargain? Is it really a sale? Do you really need it now? One of the oldest tricks in the book is to call something a sale when it really isn’t. Double check. And look online. But beware of online prices as well: You might end up with damaged goods. Or nothing at all.
 
7 Know your rights. Consumers should know their rights. Laws have been passed to protect you with regard to electronic transactions, as well as to protect you from harassment from debt collectors. Know and understand your rights — and don’t be afraid to openly fight for them.

Consumer_Protection_Laws

The Consumer protection laws  prohibit unfair commercial practices between traders and consumers through five general prohibitions:-

  • General Prohibition on Unfair Commercial Practices 
  • Prohibition on Misleading Actions (2) A commercial practice is misleading if   (a) if it contains false information and is therefore untruthful in relation to any of the matters   or if it or its overall presentation in any way deceives or is likely to deceive the average consumer in relation to any of the matters in that paragraph, even if the information is factually correct; and(b) it causes or is likely to cause the average consumer to take a transactional decision he would not have taken otherwise.
  • Prohibition on Misleading Omissions 
  • Prohibition on Aggressive Commercial Practices 
  • Prohibition on   Specific Commercial Practices that are in all Circumstances Unfair 
  • One of the  commercial practices which are in all circumstances considered unfair is “falsely claiming that a product is able to cure illnesses, dysfunction or malformations”. The definition of “product”  includes services,  all forms medical products and treatments are covered.

The Consumer protection laws are very powerful in principle, But there are  complications in real practice.

One complication concerns the extent to which the onus has been moved on to the seller to prove the claims are true, rather than the accuser having to prove they are false. The law is a lot more favourable to the accuser than before, but it’s still complicated.  One may agrgue  “He doesn’t have to refute anything! The prosecution have to prove the claims are false”. “or what evidence is required to demonstrate that any  claim  is false “beyond reasonable doubt” in court.”

The other complication concerns real enforcement of the   laws, and at the moment that is often non existent. really bad.  Nevertheless, enforcement is undoubtedly a weak point at the moment. The government is obliged to enforce these laws, but at the moment it is not doing so effectively. Governments are obliged not only to enact it as national legislation but to enforce it. The evidence that the government has provided adequate resources for enforcement, in the form of staff and their proper training, is often not convincing. Either they will need more people and more training,  or responsibility for enforcement of the law should be transferred to some more appropriate agency.  All citizens have the right to complain to all, the news media included,  if their government fails to provide their protection. The media,   are replete with details of inadequate health care, and inadequate consumer protection.

-Statute of limitations: Put simply, the statute of limitations is a time limit upon for you file a lawsuit. If suit is not filed by that date, then you are forever barred from bring suit.  Also you need to be real careful to know when the statute of limitations begins running. If you are dealing with an insurance company who has promised to pay your damages, make sure that they are not stalling you to let the statute of limitations run on your case.
 
– Contract law disputes  Most people think a contract is a written document. A legally binding contract is both simpler and more complicated. First of all, for there to be a contract no writing is required. An verbal agreement between two people is a contract. Classic contract law would say that there must be an agreement between two parties for which a specific consideration is exchanged.  A person says said “if you paint my aprtement, I will pay you $1,000.” Now , there would be consideration, and if a person completes job, he or she is entitled to the money. Next when in a court room, it can be difficult, if not impossible to prove, a contract that is not in writing without a witness. Thus, its important to try to get all agreements down to a writing when you can. It is also a good idea, because when a contract is written, the parties are better able to understand what everybody’s obligations are. Further, some contracts required by law to be in writing. They are usually contracts to buy real estate, a contract that would take more that a year to complete, and some contracts over a certain amount of money,
 
Illegal and Unenforceable contracts: If a contract has an illegal purpose it will be unenforceable in court. Obvious examples would be contracts for to sell illegal drugs or transfer illegal aliens across the border, but there are unenforceable contracts that may not be so obvious. One would be an agreement to work below minimum wage. Such would be a violation. 
 
Warranties: in some consumer transactions, the law imposes “warranties” by the seller. A warranty is roughly a guaranty that product sold has certain properties. The  law says that when goods are sold, they have three warranties: (1) warranty of merchantability, (2) the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and (3) warranty of title.

Fraud: To have a case for fraud, you usually have to prove that the defendant made a (1) false statement, (2) that they knew it was false, (3) that the fact was material (which is a legal way of saying significant), and (4) you relied upon that fact to your detriment (which is another way of saying you were hurt because you believed it to be true).

Contract Warranties and Ways Out of a Contract

Merchantability: is a warranty that the goods are what they claim to be based upon a “reasonable” buyers expectations. Thus, if you buy a box of ties, it suppose to be a box of ties, and not a box of socks. In some states, the seller can disclaim the warranties by selling the items “as is.”

Fitness for a particular purpose: when you buy goods with a particular purpose, and express that to the seller, it is implied that they are fit for that purpose. Another way to put that is if you order a snow board and tell the shop you want a snow board, and they send you a surf board, they’ve breached the warranty.

Title: This is simply a warranty that the seller has the right to sell the goods to you. If your sold stolen goods or goods that don’t belong to the seller, then he’s broken this warranty.

Ways to Get out of Contract: generally speaking contracts should not be broken. If contract is “breached,” which means one or both parties did not due what they agreed to, then the other party can sue for the “benefit of the bargain” as damages. However, there are some ways to get out of a contract:

1. By agreement: the parties can agree to void the contract, or “tear it up” themselves. They would both have to agree to do so. If one party says its void, or tears it up himself, he is in breach. Sometimes the best solution for both parties is to agree to forego the contract.

Example: buyer buys car from used car lot. The buyer finds some things wrong with the car, the dealer claims the agreement was “as is,” but the buyer says that he was told there was nothing wrong with the car. Buyer says he is going to sue. At this point, before the parties get

into a protracted suit, the seller says just bring it back, and he refunds his buyers money. In this case, they can agree to forego a contract. However, if seller stuck to his contract, the buyer may have to pay all under the contract. The buyer may have a consumer protection case, or some other case, but the seller would have a breach of contract case against him.

2. Misrepresentation: A misrepresentation is a lie made by the seller to the buyer that was relied upon by the buyer in agreeing to the contract. Usually, you have to prove that the misrepresentation was material. Examples might be that “this car has only 10,000 miles on it,” when in reality the odometer flipped once.

3. Mistake: this usually applies when both buyer and seller in a contract are mistaken about what they are selling and buying. Neither one are making misrepresentations, its just that they are “mistaken” about the nature of what they are selling.

4. Duress and Undue Influence: duress is basically the threat of force. Its when the godfather comes to with his armed thugs and says either your signature or your brain will be on this contract. Undue influence is similar, but its when some uses a “special relationship” to get a contract. This may be in guardian context, or parent and child relationship. A court might look at the agreement and allow a party to void it if there was undue influence used in getting an agreement.

5. Incapacity: Contracts made with children are not enforceable against the children. Also, some people might have disability, or under some limited circumstances when the person was drunk when he entered the contract, it may be voided.  

Misleading , false advertising is a very common consumer concern as well as price fixing, unfair and restrictive trade practises..  

Misleading, False advertising is covered under the Competition Act  , the federal Competition Bureau as well the  Provincial  Ministry of Consumer and Business Services. File a complaint with both of them. Taking a complaint to the small claim courts can still also be time consuming, and cost prohibative,

As part of its goal to ensure consumers have competitive prices and product choice, the Competition Act prohibits a number of marketing practices.

  • Misleading advertising occurs when a claim about a product or service is materially false or misleading, in an attempt to persuade the consumer to buy it.
  • Double ticketing occurs when a seller puts two or more prices on a product or service, and the consumer is not charged the lowest price.
  • Pyramid selling is a multilevel marketing plan that uses certain specific deceptive means to obtain money (see “Multi-Level Marketing and Pyramid Selling Schemes“).
  • Bait and switch occurs when a seller attracts customers by advertising a certain product or service at a bargain price and then persuades the customer to purchase a more expensive item, since the seller does not have reasonable quantities of the advertised item in stock.

Consumers who make a purchase are also protected by laws that prohibit unfair or deceptive trade practices.

Consumers may complain to the Government of Canada about any of these practices even when they have no intention of buying the product. Consumers may contact the Competition Bureau to file a complaint or obtain additional information at 1-800-348-5358 or www.competitionbureau.gc.ca under the Enquiries and Complaints section. When the matter relates to labeling or advertising of food, contact the Canadian Food Inspection Agency at 1-800-442-2342. You may also contact your provincial or territorial consumer affairs office.

You may also complain to THE USLESS, PRETENTIOUS  Advertising Standards Canada about misleading advertising. This non-governmental body is made up of advertisers, representatives from advertising agencies and the media, and consumers. If your call doesn’t produce satisfactory results, always do write a letter to someone higher up, such as the general manager or owner (see sample letter). Provide all the details of the problem and explain your efforts to resolve it. Ask for action. In the case of products, send a copy of your letter to the manufacturer, and be sure to keep a copy of it yourself.
 
 In Canada it seems too  many people in big businesses, civil and public services, governments and churches now  too, they still do not act on many consumer complaint matters unbless it is undeniably in wrting with copies to many other persons too.. Many of the verbal, Phone complaints still tend to be filed in waste paper baskets.

Taking legal action should be your last choice. If you decide to sue, remember that there are often time limitations on filing lawsuits and costs. You may wish to check with a lawyer about the legal process and any limitations that may apply to your case in your province or territory. Strategies for Success.  A lawsuti against a corporation even if you wwin is often non enforceable..  you are better of starting to make it all public, going to the news media, giving them a real bad name that realy hurts their business.
 
Do not be afraid to complain. Good businesses will be pleased to correct any mistake on their part. They know that customer goodwill is the best form of advertising. 
 
Always keep a file of important information related to your purchase, include the sales receipts, repair orders, warranties, cancelled cheques, contracts and any letters you have written to or received from the company concerned
 
Do not procrastinate. When a product is defective or unsatisfactory, it is important that you return it quickly so that you do not lose the right to get your money back or to collect damages in some cases. Always check the return policy before you buy.
 
The federal, provincial governments, the CRTC, Conservatives, Liberals  unfairly maintaining  archaic, monopolistic telecommunication firms, that are often   bloated, cost ineffective, incompetent, over staffed, un-competitively managed as well is the main reasons consumer costs falsely keep on going up now.

Small Claims Court
 
Small claims court can be an informal and relatively inexpensive way to resolve disputes when the amount involved is less than $3,000 or, in some provinces, up to $25,000. However, you will have to pay a fee to file a claim. Once the suit is launched, you may have costs for such things as serving orders, payments to witnesses and travel expenses.
 
You do not need a lawyer to go to small claims court, although in most provinces and territories the help of a lawyer is allowed. The court staff is experienced in helping consumers prepare the necessary forms, and the judges have the power to settle disputes. This court allows each side to explain its story and does not expect consumers to know legal technicalities.
 
For information on how to proceed, contact the small claims or provincial or territorial court nearest you (look in the government listings in your phone book). The websites of these courts also often list the procedures to follow and have copies of the forms you will need to complete.
 
Class Action Suits
 
The purpose of a class action is to permit a large number of individuals who have suffered similar losses or injuries to band together in an attempt to recover damages.
 
This means that individuals who might not be able to afford to sue on their own can act with others in the same situation against the same defendant. All the participants in the class action suit share both the costs and the outcome.
 
With a class action, consumers with legitimate cases can afford what could otherwise be an expensive legal procedure. Currently, class actions are only allowed in some provinces in Canada. There are a number of steps to a class action, including having the suit certified by a court in order for it to proceed. Seeking advice from a lawyer on the process and the costs involved is a good first step.

First Things First
Give the merchant the first chance to solve the problem. About 6 weeks.. First Contact the salesperson, retailer or business when you have a complaint about any goods or services you bought. When there is a complaints department, use it. When there isn’t, talk to someone in authority, such as a manager. A face-to-face discussion is best? Putting it all in wrting with copies to many others is better.. Be firm and businesslike, but polite. Calmly and accurately describe the problem and what you want the company to do to resolve it
 
If the problem is not resolved that way, ask for the telephone number of the company headquarters and contact the customer service department. Request specifics about how and when something will be done, and get the company representative’s name in case you have to refer to the conversation later. I still do always measure actual results, performances by all professionals, the police and doctors included.. Now I have been to many medical clinics, doctors offices, emergency departments that were efficiently organized, they now gave what appeared to be an effective, but only a  superficial service,   next turned out to be mostly a pretentious, useless services.. a great example of this is my getting an x-ray done when you have major heart problems, which  is a waste of time and money firstly.. here too better, more real  diagnostic services here was,  is needed.. and we, I do not have to accept such poor services from any of our medical establishments now too. I clearly do always let them know of that too. Which reminds me I have been already waiting about 9 months for the Montreal General Hospital’s clinic to get back to me for an appointment about my knee problem now too.. this too is unacceptable , poor service.

Canadian cellphone firms get failing grade  CBC.ca –  Canada’s cellphone companies have racked up close to 2500 complaints in 36 months, earning them all a failing grade from the Better Business Bureau. “An F? You’re being too kind. How about probation and if you’re grades don’t improve you are out.”  The wireless providers are trying to maintain a 40% profit margin on their expenditures. this is not acceptable for a service that is an essential communication. They have the worst networks and the highest rates in the world, THE SAME GOES FOR INTERNET SERVICE! “The terms can change at any time if you’re on a contract as well! Bell and Rogers have both raised prices, added fees, and modified service while I was on a long-term contract. “

The governments promise consumer protection, they have a department for it as well,they  take tax dollars for this service too, but it still is mostly a pretentious, unenforced  department that cops out with “buyers beware” and we need more such liars, abusers now too?

Many many people who use computers heavily now are upset, not the politicians though and why is that? Many people are upset that there email has slowed down, their downloads have also slowed down, but not most of the politicians now and why is that still too? Quebec to end automatic cellphone contract renewals, surprise fees CBC.ca –  The Quebec government has tabled legislation to better protect consumers in the province when they sign cellphone contracts. Justice Minister Kathleen Weil said laws aimed at protecting cellphone users were written in the early 1970s and don’t address current consumer habits. She said Bill 60, introduced Tuesday, would revise outdated rules. There can be “very onerous penalty fees” to pull out of a contract once a service provider automatically renews it — usually for a period lasting three years, Weil said. The bill would prohibit the renewal of cellphone contracts without a customer’s written approval, she said.  It would also force merchants to disclose the total cost of the goods and services offered, a move Weil said should prevent customers from being caught off guard by hefty fees for services they don’t want, such as text messaging. In addition, companies won’t be able to suddenly increase fees during the life of the contract. “Consumers often don’t understand everything that they have agreed to when they’ve signed that contract,” the minister said. “The contracts are a little vague, and there are services that are added over time without their knowledge and without their consent.” “The first thing that [merchants] do is offer you a free cellphone, and it’s sort of the lure that gets you into that relationship,” Weil told reporters. Merchants will have to explain existing warranty protection Weil said the new law would make it illegal for merchants to sell extended warranties before telling customers what the manufacturer already offers for warranty protection. It would also put an end to expiry dates on prepaid cellphone gift cards. The minister said the bill, amending the province’s Consumer Protection Act, would correct an imbalance in an evolving industry. “In consumer protection you often have an imbalance that happens over time and in the whole field of telecommunications. There is not a jurisdiction in North America that hasn’t noticed this imbalance.” Michel Arnold, head of the non-profit consumer rights group Option consommateurs, said Quebec is the first jurisdiction in the country to introduce this kind of consumer protection. Weil said officials in the province receive nearly 700 formal complaints about cellphone contracts each year — about 10 per cent of all consumer complaints — as well as thousands of inquiries. Bill 60 is expected to be adopted before the end of the year.

In spite of the fact only 21 percent of deaths in car crashes were caused by speeding the police issue the most resources, tickets, fines on “speeding” still.

Driver inattention the biggest factor in crash fatalities, OPP say Drawing on 10 years of data from investigations, the Ontario Provincial Police are concluding the majority of fatal collisions on OPP-patrolled roads and highways are a result of poor driving behaviour or driver error.  There were 287 deaths from 265 fatal crashes in 2014.  According to the OPP, 73 were related to distracted driving, 46 were related to impaired driving, 61 were related to speeding, and 50 were related to not wearing a seat belt or a helmet.  There are other factors in collision fatalities as well, police said, and they include animal-related collisions, a driver being under medical distress, and so on. But those factors are not a part of the majority.

Though for the past seven months Saskatchewan drivers have faced fines for texting or emailing while driving, three Regina driving instructors have seen little decrease. In 2013, there were 5,745 collisions related to distracted driving, according to SGI; 32 people died and nearly 2,000 were injured. In a recent CAA poll, Canadians ranked texting while driving as their top road safety concern, above drinking and driving, running red lights, speeding and other concerns.

Alcohol-related charges up 37% from last January: OPP The number of alcohol-related charges is up in January compared to the same time last year, according to statistics released by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). Police laid 118 impaired driving charges in January, versus 86 charges in January of 2014, which is an increase of 37 per cent.

Meanwhile, data from Statistics Canada (1986 to 2011) shows the vast majority of those charged with drinking and driving are male. In 2011, there were 90,277 impaired driving incidents with 82.4 per cent charged being males and 19.6 per cent females. However, there’s been a steady increase in impaired female drivers since the 1980s, while the number of impaired male drivers has decreased slightly.  Statistics Canada numbers from 2011 also show the highest impaired driving rates occurred within the 20 to 24 age group. The rates decrease with increasing age. Also, drivers under 35 years old account for two-thirds of those accused of impaired driving causing death and causing injury in 2011.

Provincial Premiers

It has been my own real undeniable witness, experiences the last 50 years that some of the most crooked persons in Canada who firstly do deserve to be jailed, ticketed are the much too many of our bad civil and public servants, bad politicians, bad cops, bad RCMP now as well, and do include here the bad doctors and bad nurses, bad hospital administrators, bad justice ministers, bad health ministers, bad consumer affairs ministers Canada wide now as well…..

Why does it take the various Quebec governments now about even 50 years to call the police and have them investigate and arrest the crooked contractors, consulting engineering firms, etc.? is a question many people are rightfully asking these days.. and it was not just the Quebec Government’s money, the federal government’s money but it still the tax payer’s money that was abused..

The political managers of Quebec now as well have wrongfully turned a blind act towards the bad acts of the much too many bad civil and public servants, including the police, doctors, nurses, government workers and for decades now too.

The Honourable Quebec’s premier Jean Charest government  is also still is part the corruption problem in his province and as per the devastating report, leaked to the media, that outlines an elaborate web of corruption and Mafia influence in the province’s construction industry that all happened under his watch.. The report by that task force says a corrupt and weak civil service has allowed construction companies to drive up the price of public-works contracts in Quebec. Even the present mayor of Montreal has already admitted that he knew of the municipal construction corruption problems for years but he too did little about it so far. The Leaders in Quebec have much too often as well wrongfully been reluctant to rightfully punish any civil and public servants, professionals as well. How many bad doctors, bad nurses, bad cops now have been criminally prosecuted for abusing the citizens in the last decade? I also rightfully do believe that Political and related construction corruptions does also now happen in many other Canadian provinces. Here too real actions speak louder over mere words.

So now next make no mistake about it I was really personally surprised to meet, encounter hard core Quebec separatists who are supporting the NDP recently as a direct result too.

Money, revenue generating traffic tickets and bad civil, and public servants..

It has been my own real witness, experiences the last 50 years that some of the most crooked persons in Canada who firstly do deserve to be jailed, ticketed are the much too many of our bad civil and public servants, bad politicians, bad cops, bad RCMP now as well, and do include here the bad doctors and bad nurses, bad hospital administrators, bad justice ministers, bad health ministers, bad consumer affairs ministers as well….. It seems I too do have to make thousands of detail posts on the net too about their mismanagements, unacceptable sins, abuses, wastes of taxpayer’s monies before finally someone acts upon it.. What really bugs me is when I make a major exposition of the wrongs the governments next make a token pretentious change only. Never acceptable or enough.

Now it is estimated that at least 25 percent of employees do now steal from their employers in one form or anther. Now I have personally witnessed employees stealing at Value Village and at the Salvation army and their employees at both of these places have told me that many of the employees steal there now. So it comes as now surprise tome when an organization such as Fripe Renaissance claiming here to   be helping others is likely stealing as clearly evident by their cover-up ridiculous sale prices of 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10 dollars on even very much used, even very damaged, used goods obtained freely now as well. Where are the useless, indifferent, pretentious Health, Consumer Ministers and their also clearly useless subordinates even when we all do need them? Fire them all now and replace them with decent workers.

Pharmaprix, Shoppers drug mart have been getting away with their ongoing false, misleading business practices now for ages and they are even are going overboard with them while no one does anything good about it still.

Pharmaprix drug stores as I too have often witnessed is known to be a price gouger, known even for putting grossly inflated pricing on their products for example such as selling sour cream between $3.79 to $4.79 that sell elsewhere not on a sale for $2.79 and next weeks later when the out dated items have not been sold they Pharmaprix put a sale price $2.79 on it. This is a typical approach with many of their Pharmaprix sales, products too..

On top of that Pharmaprix advertises a sale on items that have not been regular sold in the store for a few months, they import items for a false sale and advertise it as a sale .. For example 6 small bottles of Pepsi for $1.99 that had been imported into the Pharmaprix store only the week before and Pharmaprix advertised with a price of $4.99.

Misleading MEDICAL HELP by doctors, pharmacies, corporations, governments

 

PLEASE DO TELL our mostly bad Health Ministers, Ministers of Consumer Affairs all now to really wizen up, today or replace them all ASAP

FIRSTLY TO BE OF REAL HELP TO A SICK PERSONS ONE HAS TO ACCURATELY DETERMINE THE REAL, ROOT, CAUSE OF HIS OR HER SICKNESS. And this still requires trained, real, competent medical doctors only and not any pretend doctors such as nurses or pharmacies now as well.

It is also now too obvious that the large medical and pharmaceutical CORPORATIONS EVEN THESE DAYS ARE TOO OFTEN STILL MISLEADING, LYING ABOUT THEIR SUPPORT, SERVICES, PRODUCTS for while all claiming to be here to serve the the good welfare of the citizens their SOLE AND main, primary purpose is to make for themselves only a maximum profit at all costs, even by clearly lying in the process , as they clearly too often still are not really providing fully effective medical products even.

A simple tour of the major drug stores, pharmaceutical chains will indicate to all even today that too many EVEN CLEARLY DISHONEST, MISDIRECTING , MISLEADING, COSTLY AND EXPENSIVE MEDICAL PRODUCTS AND ALL OPENLY CLAIMING TO BE OF SERIOUS HELP IN THE CURE, TREATMENT OF ALL KINDS OF DISEASES AND YET too many of THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT PROVEN TO DO SO, THEIR OPENLY ADVERTISED DEGREE OF HELP IS SERIOUSLY QUESTIONABLE, UNSUBSTANTIATED AND EVEN TOO VAGUE AS WELL.

THE GREEDY PERSONS AND IMMORAL, PRICE GOUGING CORPORATIONS TOO OFTEN THESE DAYS ARE STILL FALSELY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SICK AND NEEDY PERSONS TO ROB AND PRICE GOUGE THEM. Bait the customers anyway YOU CAN to try to make a sale, profits are still THEIR too common false sales,marketing approach.. THESE CLEARLY UNACCEPTABLE LIARS, IMMORAL GROUPS ALSO EVEN FALSELY PASS THE BUCK, BY LYING AND  CLAIMING IT IS SOMEONE ELSE’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REGULATE THE PRODUCTS, SALES, SERVICES THEY OFFER.

I had recently in a drug store noticed a display of pharmaceutical aid available to help with any sickness it seems but still they firstly do nor indicate the overall effectiveness.the amount and and the actual final costs of their products to do so. This is really still all unacceptable.

EVEN THE TERM “CLINIC” ITSELF IS OFTEN MISLEADING FOR THERE ARE FIRSTLY VARIOUS DEGREES OF EFFECTIVE MEDICAL CLINICS, SOME ARE STILL VERY POORLY STAFFED AND INADEQUATE EVEN. ONLY THE HOSPITAL BASED CLINICS FIRSTLY SEEM TO BE SOLELY, FULLY PROPERLY STAFFED WITH DOCTORS AND TESTING EQUIPMENT AND ARE ABLE TO DEAL WITH THE MANY SICKNESS, DISEASES EFFECTIVELY. Justice applies to the police, and all corporations now as well

It seems clear to me we have hired too many incompetent managers even for our civil and public services, the police now included, not surprising this likley is a direct result of inbreeding or hiring one’s close friends as managers.

Take the case where 4 police officers shot and killed a homeless person near the Montreal St Luc Hopsital and they had even killed an innocent hospital worker who was passing by.. it is really hard for anyone of us to believe that the same 4 policemen could not tackle, disarm now one homeless person and they rather had to shoot him and because they the police had already made up their mind to kill him? the tip of the iceberg of bad cops.. bad managers, bad justice ministers!

Violent police cases need outside eye, Quebec told “CBC.ca – ‎Jun 10, 2011‎ Patrick Limoges  was killed by a stray police bullet Tuesday. Radio-Canada Ombudsman Raymonde Saint-Germain said civilians must be included in investigations involving such incidents to eliminate the appearance of bias. “

More competent doctors are needed and not more useless nurses or more beds

CANADA’S ARCHAIC MISMANAGED MEDICAL SYSTEM HAS NOT BEEN PROPERLY UPGRADED, CHANGED TO MEET THE PRESENT NEEDS EVEN NOW FOR DECADES AS WELL

I also do watch the medical news on TV and the net about medicare and it seems they are firstly  more interested in attracting readers and not being of service to the citizens by helping to work towards viable solutions, and by their sensationalized, often distorted reporting it seems some of the news media they and I live in two different worlds. My view is simple Medicare was, is here  to help all Canadians all the time as well.. and anyone who stands in the way of any of this should be both exposed and prosecuted now!

CANADA’S TOO OFTEN POLITICALLY CORRECT NEWS MEDIA LIES, AVOIDS AND DISTORTS THE TRUTH about Canada’s Canada wide poor medicare system especially when it says now that we need to  have more money to hire more nurses and now having also more hospital beds and more nurses  is the answer.. when any nurse will even tell you the doctors are the first ones that firstly do need to be properly supervised, and the nurses too are useless since the nurses are just basic bed pan changers and not any serious medical practioners.

Now take this recent example.. Overcrowding at the Montreal Pointe Claire West Island General hospital emergency ward. Lazy, pretentious Nurses wrongfully walk off the job, refuse to work last week at the emergency at the Montreal west pointe Claire General hospital while the ongoing  dishonest, pretentious hospital administrator says in reply that the main problem is a nursing staff shortage..but the reality is that this hospital and the managing Quebec government have mis-advertised and overbooked, over sold its medical services. This is an inadequate, pretentious hospital firstly that is not adequately equipped, staffed. Yes  this still too small hospital undeniably still has firstly even a definite shortage off adequate doctors, proper medical equipment and facilities for a long time now too as I had even detailed all last year now too. And according to an informal CFCF TV poll 54 percent of the persons believed the nurses were wrong to have walked off the job.
It is no surprise that the emergency wards in Hospitals tend to be overcrowded since doctors tend to work mostly 9-5 weekdays while sick people are sick 7 days a week, 24 hours per day and a hospital is the best place you are likley to get help for a serious sickness too.

100 nurses will still not make even one competent doctor nor 25 pharmacists too .

Here is another example of the too often useless nurses, I personally had a serious foot infection, a foot disease and the local pharmacists were unable to help me, and since the skin specialists tend to be busy, hard to access I next had visited a local CLSC nursing center, the main nurse asked me fully appropriate medical questions in detail, and wrote a full report on my condition .and after she had wasted an hour she recommended next that I instead do visit a local medical clinic and see a doctor right away. Which I next had done so. The doctor did not even look at the nursing report, he instead looked at my  foot and immediacy prescribed a appropriate antibiotic cream, pills as well. The useless nurse was a complete waste of my time. In 8 years after my seeing 8 doctors none of them were able to help me, but a two week bathing in the warm ocean water healed it.

Three of the clearly sad aspects of Medicare, medical  care in Canada too often are that 
1: Too many of the sick patients have spend a lifetime getting sick and they seem next to want an immediate instant, permanent  cure, even without any effort, work , inconvenience,pain  or fuss on their own parts. Here they do too often unrealistically expect rather the pretentious ambulance doctor to even come to their home and find, and next to deliver  an instant medical cure for their major ailment.
2: Also  they do all mostly  fail to realize that the family doctor he or she cannot basically help them when they develop a major sickness,  in the 20 minutes allotted to him or her every 3 months for he or she firstly basically cannot realistically help the patient, they thus really cannot discover their major sickness for he or she does not have the time, resources to do so. Hiring more nurses   receptionists helps nothing here
too.
3: Only the overcrowded already major hospitals have the staff, resources, equipment to help people who have a serious sickness and they tend to have their own schedules, priorities. They work weekdays 9-4 only.
4: And Fourthly even the generally over priced  price gouging, often not fully medically competent pharmacist, pharmacies, and the dermatologist  included are basically no help in what they recommend,prescribe if you have a major illness to.. for example a major unknown foot disease..

Now with Canada rapidly aging seniors population their medical care will certainly only get worse based on how pretentions and our still mostly useless our health ministers, politicians too  tend to be in all this too..

Canada is already known for having bad pretentious civil and public servants that do not care about others good health too.

For example Walkerton is a relatively small community located in Ontario. The water supply for the town of Walkerton was operated by the Walkerton Public Utilities Commission, with Stan Koebel as manager and Frank Koebel as water foreman both retaining their jobs through three decades of on-the-job experience. The water supply became contaminated with the highly dangerous O157:H7 strain of E. coli bacteria, from farm runoff into an adjacent well that was known for years to be vulnerable to contamination. At least seven people died directly from drinking the E. coli contaminated water, who might have been saved if the Walkerton Public Utilities Commission had admitted to contaminated water sooner, and about 2,500 became ill. During the time of the tragedy, both Stan and Frank Koebel denied any wrongdoing and firmly held that the water at Walkerton was safe to drink. However, as the tragedy grew in severity the two were eventually part of the criminal investigation into the tragedy, and, as a result, both would eventually plead guilty to a charge of common nuisance through a plea bargain. In their plea, they admitted to falsifying reports and Frank admitted to drinking on the job. They were both formally sentenced on December 21, 2004, with Stan receiving a year in jail and Frank nine months of house arrest.

Here is another example- Curtis David Paradee, 42, was arrested   after the US Department of  Homeland Security contacted police in Canada about contact being  made with a young American girl over social media. This chairman of the police commission in Taber, south of Calgary, has been arrested and charged with child pornography offences,  Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT) had said. Investigators allege Paradee posed as a teenage boy to interact via various social media with a 15-year-old girl in the New York area. He is accused of asking the girl to perform sexual acts on live video chats. OTTAWA –The Harper Government has failed to provide national leadership on tacking the critical issues facing Canada’s health care system, says New Democrat Health Critic Libby Davies.  Davies was reacting to conclusions outlined in today’s Canada Health Council’s report.“Canadians are concerned about the future of their health care system. Simply throwing more money at it will not solve the current challenges, you need better leadership,” said Davies.   The report confirms the Conservative government has failed to provide leadership on health care, including on important initiatives like a national pharmaceutical strategy, hiring more frontline health care professionals, expanded home care supports, shortened wait times, and an electronic health records system. ““Prescription drugs are one of the most expensive components of our healthcare system,” Davies said.  “The 2004 accord was supposed to implement a pharmaceutical strategy to reduce prescription drug costs. But because of the lack of federal leadership, this has not happened.” The report also brings into question whether the Conservative’s can properly negotiate the 2014 Health Care Accords.“While health care delivery is under provincial jurisdiction, the federal government still has an important role to play. The federal government must bring together the provinces and territories and set measureable targets and outcomes.  Only by doing this can the government ensure that every Canadian, no matter where he or she lives, can have access to high quality and timely health care services,” concluded Davies.

It’s been seven years and billions of dollars, but Canada’s health-care system has only made incremental progress toward goals its own leaders set out for it  with much fanfare in 2004. While maybe the prrovincial governments are making significant progress on the promises made in 2004 to improve health care, but there’s still a lot of work to do, according to the Health Council of Canada. Now the 10-year health accord struck in 2004. Progress Report 2011 focuses on wait times, telephone health advice services, electronic health records, pharmaceuticals and innovation but it does so at the expense of many other  basic medical care as well now. The Canadian health care system has moved very slowly — when it has not stalled  completely — towards meeting goals political leaders proclaimed would fix the  system for a generation. Pumping more cash into the health-care system won’t fix it without better planning , clear goals, plus  a lot better management  and managers now too.

All you have to do is to read and hear the Canadian news and you will know continually how the incompetent, pretentious the federal, provincial and municipal governments are and how they now do a really bad job of managing our tax dollars, and our civil and public servants and thus you will thus never be surprised as to why a major significant portion of your hard earned money continues wrongfully to go to taxes even under the new Conservative government.

Face it also that the pretend local family doctor, general medical practioner cannot even help you when you do have a serious medical problem firstly, especially if you are a senior, a person over 45 years of age and you start to have many medical problems thus, for on his own all he or she the doctor can do is only deal with simple medical problems and he next does buck pass  everything else to someone else who likley will also pass it to someone else and that is firstly why so many people end up in the Hospital triage, urgency wards cause they are the only ones who tend to have the needed medical equipment who can actually help them but often still refuse to do so.

If you are seriously sick, do not have a minor ailment, most doctors still do really need proper medical testing equipment to find out what is wrong with you  which they do not have and  r and most of the basic prescribed medical tests as well now are  still pretentious, useless,  basic medical dinosaurs tests being carried out too often will not help you even still..

What we need is larger emergency rooms in Hospitals staffed with competent staff  and not more local useless and pretend, charge card happy local doctors..

I ALSO DO know for a definite fact that a Quebec provincial civil servant will not contact on your behalf a federal civil servant and vice versa.. and so how can you even expect a federally managed popper health care system.

Do now Hire more and more Nurses and fill the hospital bed for 6 weeks even and likely nothing good will still next happen to the sick patients rather, they may even get sicker, Nurses these days are too often pill dispensers, a job they   the Nurse s even often also Nurses cannot do right, and Nurses do even give wrong pills to the patients, a fact a Nurse recently admitted to me, for basically the rather often not satisfactory Nurse all she can do is to take the patient to the washroom, and leaves the sick person there. and next the Nurse even forgets where the patient is , the Nurse does looks for her, and the same Nurse even had forgotten about her in a washroom for 30 minutes as I saw firsthand this week. Because the Nurse is never ever firstly a competent doctor, the Nurse doctoring is like giving the Nurse a key to a pharmacy, and now the Nurse may basically know how to dispense the medicine but the Nurse does not know firstly what medicines even to prescribe ever and or how much.. or what the negative side effects are, so the Nurse here is still really useless.

All Nurses for a start today must have a university degree to be of some REAL use to the RECOVERY OF the sick patients basically.

Now here is another interesting facts I have too often now observed about being able to effectively help more people in them not getting sick even in the first place. It is a known, proven fact that the poor people do have more sickness and health problems , as well as seniors, over the others. One of the reasons for this is directly related to the quality of food that they do eat and purchase too. Many of these persons do now try to save money on food and they do try to use the saved money elsewhere, on what they personally do determine to be the more essential priorities, the poor and elderly persons now included. Some elderly people are saving money for their burial costs at the expense of their food, while many others are even trying to help financially their own relatives who supposedly are in need. As a direct undeniable result of them themselves now not eating proper meals regularly many of these same persons they do develop now even cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, kidney and liver problems as well, and they next do thus place a big physical and financial burden on our health care systems. One simple approach in dealing with this inadequacies is to issue to both the social welfare recipients and the seniors on supplemental pensions is non transferable food vouchers over giving them straight cash. I also do know that many care guardians do have to regularly inspect and dispose of bad or outdated food from refrigerators in a seniors place of residence.
 .
More and more people I talk to agree with me that there are now much too many indifferent doctors and nurses, social welfare workers now too who all need to be held criminally responsible for their false, past neglect, abuse of their patients, people in their care in reality. I agree. I rightfully do now demand it.

 THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO  IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS CROOKS. SO WE ALL NEED TO DEAL WITH IT MORE EFFECTIVELY NOW TOO.
 
THERE ARE MUCH TOO MANY BAD COPS IN CANADA -FIRE THEM ALL NOW  No cop is above the law. Too bad for them they are paid to work still too. Police still fail to catch most of the real criminals including the car thieves, and the Fraud perpetrated over the Internet which still is a growing citizen concern in Canada and throughout the world. The police always claim they lack resources, they will never have enough resources if they reuse to do a decent days work for their pay. Giving more money to the bad police does not increase justice rather it tends to make a police state instead..   Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too.
 
All professionals the Cops, RCMP, judges, doctors, Nurses,  lawyers, politicians   are always  to be held to a higher exemplary standard and not a lower one.. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

And don’t try to give us all  the crap that any  bad police officers can be next still retrained, reformed .. the police themselves tend not to believe that any of the bad guys can be reformed

Majority of Canadians they just want  all pricing to be fair — and Primus, Virgin, Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw and Videtron etc., so far have been anything but. The consumer abuses by   Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Telus etc. they all should be an election issue.. It has been the undeniable experience of many many Canadian citizens, consumers that Canada’s major telecommunication, phone and cell sales, service companies are already known to be poorly managed, greedy, guilty of FALSE MISLEADING ADVERTING,  OFTEN KNOWN to be liars who even do falsely deny any accountability, personal responsibility for their poor acts. I too have recently had bad experience myself with Bell, Rogers, Primus and Virgin as well. These same firms TEND not TO like for  you to deal with them in writing, they want you rather TO PHONE THEM SO THEY THERE OFTEN DO LIE TO YOU AND YOU HAVE NO RECORD OF WHAT WAS SAID. My being used to producing engineering designs, reports, cost control reports I am used to put it into writing but I am next realy surprised how many persons in the governments, telecommunication industry find an excuse not to write back, ask instead to talk to me by phone, cause they do not want any evidences of their wrong doings in writing firstly. Just for example ask your phone company to send you a copy of your specific contract, your latest agreement details with them  and you will see jowl they are all reluctant to do so now. While they will even on the phone promise to do so they will next not do so generally. These people too often do know that they can lie on the phone without facing negative consequences, SO I LIKE TO FOLLOW UP ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS, AGREEMENT  IN WRITING TO THEM
 
Certainly the   Canada immigration system, it’s supervisors too just like the justice system, Medicare, the civil and public servants all do desperately needs a major shakeup and updated with decent, moral, good persons too the last 40 years. Why does it take a half a century to fix the systems that  many of us rightfully already do know needs major repairs.  Major inadequacies, problems here now have been happening for decades. Demand a fix to the Canadian immigration laws too and all the bad related personnel!!
 
In fact major tax evasions, working under the table is an ongoing reality..
 

I have had the unfortunate task of too many times of being a personal security guard, a witness, a facilitator with senior patients  while they were in the hospital,or in old age homes or with their doctors.. and what I have seen now is too often pretentious medicine, doctors and nurses now  too doing as little as possible cause not only do they still get paid out of sight next is out of mind.. and cause the pain of others tends not to hurt the doctors.. I can say that the medical services drastically, exponentially improves when I do make I known that I do fully expose, and prosecute all bad medical services I do see. By the way I am realy tired of those pretend, incompetent doctors, the nurses who have such a basic rudimentary medical   knowledge that it even tends to be useless, and they tend to go overboard with it as well…. so they too often have  have become pretenders, imposters, fools.. Manage better now the health care system and all bad doctors and bad nurses need to go to a jail

Yes many Quebecers seem to rightfully believe, do  presently feel, that and  Premier Jean Charest and the Quebec Liberals have allowed too often the misappropriation of tax payers money in Quebec, even due to corruptions, bad management , they now do try to  balance the budgets  at the expense of the suffering , citizens, especially the sick , elderly, and do now still have a bad medical care.

At reelection times they all do make promises, and once elected they even do make some laws, but they also do tend to  pass the buck next generally as well. That is the unacceptable general problem with Canada’s pretentious politicians,  consumer affairs Ministers, Health and justice  ministers, Civil and public servants, the RCMP police included too often now as well who like to dump, dumb you, leave you on your own as quick as possible. Civil and public servants, and Phone cell companies employees are all very much the same,, they seem too often to lie claiming they will do a good job to get a pay but when it comes to delivering the work effectiveness promises they start to quote established polices.. buck passing excuses.

The consumer abuses by   Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Telus, Primus  etc. they all should be an election issue..

Majority of Canadians they just want  all pricing to be fair — and Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw and Videtron etc., so far have been anything but.

  The present truths about Canada’s  phone, cell phone, internet communication businesses

 

Truth 1  The federal government including the CRTC and the Consumer affairs, industry Ministers do  not consistently regulate, monitor, supervise     Canada’s  phone, cell phone, internet communication business, major telecommunications firms and their employees as well for their false, misleading advertisings, blatant lies, abusive of the customers, nor specially  for their too often bad, immoral, pretentiously lying service departments and the CRTC itself does not all even investigate, prosecute the immoral company representatives who lie, mislead the customers.
 
Truth 2 Dealing with the service departments of the internet providers, cell or phone companies,in obtain a new service or cancelling an existing services  too often is one of the worst personal experiences as these firms tend to be vague, uncooperative, unhelpful, and seem to place deliberate customer obstacles in the way. In the last year I  have personally dealt with Rogers, Primus, Bell, Virgin mobile and none of these firms customers services were acceptable.These firms have the ability to make the customer services department to be helpful, cooperative, friendly, informative, to be simplified  and to expedite  matters instead they seem undeniably to like to confuse issues, put obstacles into the customer’s ways too. These sales customer representatives tend to talk to me falsely as though they themslves now are qualified, lawyers, judges and do sate that their own interpretation of the laws, contract is always right and this in reality now is far from the truth, not in reality in accordance with the applicable federal and provincial laws too.
 
 
Truth 3  Canada’s  phone, cell phone, internet communication business Industry too often mislead the customers by claiming that their industry is regulated and they would not even exist in business if they had  cheated, lied, for the government would not let them, but nothing can be further from the truth now as well. For they also do lie  when it claims that it tends to follow their own High  industry standard, for they themselves tend  not regulate their own  bad employees, as their self regulation tends to be another form of masturbation.The industry standard also now generally  is one it seems of lying to the customers, the potential customers, working at obtaining and keeping the customers at any costs,immoral acts included.
 
For example many of the major internet supply firms too often too they also now  do  tend to claim , advertise the fact they do have the highest  internets speed , and a simple truth is that they all cannot make a similar statement for sure.
 
Truth 4  The phone, cell phone, internet communication companies individually like to lie, mislead the customers by claiming that their too often abusive, one sided contracts now  are all legally bind, even if they already do break even existing  federal and provincial laws even. The rather too often hypocritical INDUSTRY often still ask the customers to hold to their own definitions of the contract rules while they themselves too often undeniably do not hold the normal rules of decency and ACCEPTABLE standard.
 
Truth 5   Furthermore each firm has its own standard but not always applicable  contracts that vary significantly  between the firms as well that too often are not detailed firstly to the customers beforehand as well during the initial contract stages
 
 My being used to producing engineering designs, reports, cost control reports I am used to put it into writing but I am next realy surprised how many persons in the governments, telecommunication industry find an excuse not to write back, ask instead to talk to me by phone, cause they do not want any evidences of their wrong doings in writing firstly. Just for example ask your phone company to send you a copy of your specific contract, your latest agreement details with them  and you will see jowl they are all reluctant to do so now. While they will even on the phone promise to do so they will next not do so generally. Virgin Mobile Canada As I have found many times in March 2011 even even weekly firsthand there is no reality between the cheap mere words of Virgin’s advertised statement for caring about the customer and next still the actual  very unsatisfactory poor Virgin Mobile Canada  customer service   provided when it comes to dealing even with a valid Virgin customer complaints.. next in six weeks now they all I had talked to at Virgin still were unable to cancel the original request of mine to my cell phone service or even to  give me a proper Virgin  finalized statement of account. and instead the Virgin customer care, the Virgin Billing and accounting departments  continued to bill me for my phone services and to disregard my requests and all of Virgin had even failed to correct their inadequacies towards me even  many times..

Virgin is clearly a  bunch of crappy liars and are all incompetent, pretenders, for  talked to their phone support by phone 5 days and all they did was, do lie.. they instead of cancelling my phone insisted on trying to make more money by not cancelling it.  I was promised last week by Virgin on the phone i would get my updated balance statement and the refund for my cell phone overpayment,  as well in the mail immediately mail by next week and so far I got neither.. You Virgin do all lie when you say you care about the customer and that you will service them properly even..
   
   So I now again phoned Virgin and Virgin now says in contrast that it will take up to 90 days for me to get my money back.  Virgin is stealing my money by not giving it back to me… next Virgin again promises by next week to have all of this issue resolved. Can you belive any of what they say for I do not..

 

Virgin Mobile Canada  screws up a simple cell phone and the related cell phone number cancellation procedure. Virgin Mobile Canada Customer services again  told me  today by phone that they have no power, control over the Virgin Mobile Canada billing , account procedures. statements. refunds, departments.. Now even months later from Feb 15, 2010 Virgin Mobile Canada  has not even kept any of their many last Virgin Mobile Canada promises to escalate my Virgin Mobile Canada billing statement, money refund  and on April 13, 2011 Virgin Mobile Canada BECAUSE  clearly is so incompetent they Virgin Mobile Canada that they do continually   do on the phone make useless Virgin Mobile Canada promises . Next Virgin Mobile Canada again informed me that  there is nothing else they can now even do for me cause they are the  Virgin Mobile Canada customer billing  inquiry representative and they are are only a basically useless, powerless Virgin Mobile Canada Customer billing, phone representative, and so they  Virgin Mobile Canada do not know when I will next get my due Virgin Mobile Canada credit,  my money,  my Virgin Mobile Canada cheque, my Virgin Mobile Canada final bill  in the mail, they Virgin Mobile Canada do continue to send me for moths the wrong bills, and it takes Virgin Mobile Canada 4 to 6  weeks to next  correct them so, but over 2 months had passed and they Virgin Mobile Canada have missed their original promised deadline too to do so.. so  they Virgin Mobile Canada continue to lie to me all the time.. they Virgin Mobile Canada do in writing promise you a good Virgin Mobile Canada customer service, they Virgin Mobile Canada claim they have got an award for 5 years for the best customers services, but the reality as I see it differs now  .. Now I get a new Virgin Mobile Canada promise i will get my Virgin Mobile Canada cheque 3 to six weeks from the first  week of April 2011 when my Virgin Mobile Canada account was now supposedly closed.. Virgin Mobile Canada they cannot  DO ANYTHING GOOD FOR ME HERE..The next  Virgin Mobile Canada final statement will only be billed to me on the 16 of April, plus it will take at least another 5 to 9 days and then it may be shipped to me?
