Here is what I cannot understand is how mostly stupid many of our leaders really are.. They are selfish, self centered, working mostly for the party, helping their friends, neglecting the needs of the citizens and the citizens good welfare and they they are stupid enough still to ask us to help them to form a majority government. How stupid do they really think we are? Really stupid. They think too often they are as stupid as they are.. enough is enough, fire these bad guys, get rid of them now. all of them..

Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff is threatening to try to force an election if the federal government refuses to reform EI by June. “Canadians are hurting from this recession, and yet our EI system leaves too many unemployed workers out in the cold, and discriminates against them based on where in Canada they live,” Ignatieff said yesterday. He wants Ottawa to scrap the patchwork system of eligibility across the country in favour of a standard of 360 hours over 52 weeks to qualify. THIS ALL FIRSTLY STILL DOES NOT DEAL WITH THE ROOT ISSUE AS TO WHAT JOBS ALL OF THE UNEMPLOYED DO GO BACK TO BEFORE THEIR EI RUNS OUT IN REALITY. UNDENIABLY THE RECESSION IS ALREADY WORST THEN PREDICTED AND WILL LAST MORE THAN 1 OR 2 YEARS. MANY UNEMPOYED PERSONS DO SUFFER AS A REUSLT.
AND IT WILL TAKE THAT TIME AT LEAST TO GET THE INSUFFICIENT DESIGNATED FEDERAL BUDGET MONEY EVEN TO THE MUNICIPALITIES AND THEIR RELATED PROJECTS.. AND NOW WE HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD THIS MONEY WAS WASTED, IT HAD BROUGHT VERY LITTLE POSITIVE RESULT, BUT WILL INCREASE OUR OVERALL TAX LOAD TOO.. QUEBEC HAS STARTED IT HERE NOW TOO..

I totally agree with what Ignatieff HAS said here, on top of that all of job retraining programs should be available for persons of all sex, all ages, all those who want to work.. and not as too often these days just for the selected few young persons.
But also Ignatieff needs also to deal with the sad reality that our Canadian provinces and municipalities undeniably work hard to force social welfarers off their payrolls even those persons too sick to work, starting in Liberal Ontario, Liberal Quebec, bad Liberal British Columbia.
Face it the recession is already going to last longer than predicted by many, and is getting worse and many of the persons on EI will, will end up on social aid, and it’s complex rules as well, where there will be serious efforts made to deny them social aid benefits..

Recently a Vernon mechanic posed this question to B.C. Liberals leader Gordon Campbell: “Why did politicians support a two percent wage increase for the workers and when it came time for themselves they voted a large wage increase as well as a gold-plated pension? “Kind of puts them in the same league as the executives at the big banks at the U.S. with their huge bonuses as the company is sliding in the toilet. “Why should anybody vote for any of the political parties? I don’t see any integrity from the NDP or the Liberals.” This has been the unacceptable attitude of the BC government towards the poor and needy, homeless, unemployed as well, they clearly and wrongfully have been merely self serving, pretentious, even incompetent..
Every day now also the police officers leave their homes and families and put their lives on the line for a salary, cause this is what they are being paid for, hired for and this does not mean that they are now even free of any negative criticism while they are doing their paid duties, especially when there are so many outstanding questions regarding their inappropriate use of authority, force by too many police officers, plus the unacceptable false cover ups of their wrong doings and their unacceptable lying now too. Plus basically nothing has even changed in the Vancouver airport customs area since the RCMP’s death of the police immigrant Dziekanski. And there are still concerns about Liberal candidate Kash Heed and his former role as West Vancouver police chief and his unexpected retirement from the force less than two years into his contract, “There’s still a lot of anger about a $40,000 severance payout even though he voluntarily quit in February, leaving many unanswered questions about his status on the force,” to supposedly avoid legal prosecution too. “The cops have a responsibility to follow moral leadership and let me tell you, the cops do not have that here [in Abbotsford] “NDP candidate for Abbotsford South, Bonnie Rai. These are all valid issues, concerns too. How come too many cops are alcoholic now too? and which has a bad effect on their work output..they should be the first ones rather facing unemploynment now too

The issue of proper management of our HEALTH SERVICES and not just taxes and tax increases are some of the most important issues now facing Canadians. But still governments too often spend our public money for those who need them the least and give the tax cuts for those who need them least. Tax cuts by Liberal and Conservative governments of the last 10 years have falsely even gutted federal social programs, universal child care and legal aid now as well.
More and more people I talk to agree with me that there are now much too many indifferent doctors and nurses, social welfare workers now too who all need to be held criminally responsible for their false, past neglect, abuse of their patients, people in their care in reality.
