Surprise, Surprise, Still ineffective RCMP

Oh yeah about the bad RCMP there are pages and pages here about them too..  is is great that not all justice is carried out by the courts, the police and RCMP alone.. Believe it or not God has his ways too.. i have seen it often too.
Never have I  had the mostly pretentions, lazy RCMP do an adequate policing on any one of my rightful demands to them.
It’s getting harder every day to justify  paying for an RCMP that does nothing.  Their excuses for taking no action in  this case are crap. Oh this is total BS…the RCMP have a confession on TAPE…what more do they need???????  Two B.C. people who are victims of identity theft are speaking out in frustration with the justice system. Because you know who it is — and you have the proof that you need — and nothing happens.”  because it’s been such a time delay — the statute of limitations on certain crimes means I am on the hook for everything.” “[Identity theft and fraud] is a level of crime that you don’t know about until it is too late it seems.. He filed his first report with the RCMP at that time. Gorst said he was told it was a matter for his bank to handle.. it is “common” for police to be unable to make charges stick in identity theft cases. The crimes are intricate and often hidden for long periods, with the help of technology. What a travesty of our justice system. And I thought Harper was getting tough on crime. Well, it’s all just grandstanding because he really hasn’t done anything. What’s the point in tougher jail sentences when you can’t even charge someone?  They reported the case to the RCMP? In British Columbia, you say?  Well, that explains it all, doesn’t it?  Anyone else wonder why it’s so hard for the little people to get justice? Clearly they are not in the wrong yet the authorities and credit companies will use them as scape goats since the real criminals cant be brought in.  It is obvious the system does not work in our favour as it should.  Disgusting! The victim did not apply for this credit, did not receive any benefit from it, and followed the rules. I wouldn’t pay a damn cent.  http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2009/09/28/bc-identitytheft.html

Taser contributed to airport death but didn’t cause it: The RCMP officers did but RCMP not guilty of criminal intent of Robert Dziekanski’s death and Dziekanski’s mother, Zofia Cisowski said   “I’m angry, I’m mad, I’m disappointed,”  from her home in Kamloops, B.C. “They should criminally charge, of course. But they made the decision (and) I was expecting that.” Supposedly Robert Dziekanski’s death was not directly caused by the Taser jolts but they were one of several contributing factors, along with heart disease, alcohol withdrawal, the stress of being restrained and a decreased ability to breathe due to an officer kneeling on him, said Stan Lowe, spokesman for the B.C. Criminal Justice Branch.

We clearly have idiots, fools for Police in the RCMP, and that is alwaays unacceptable.

Despite the fact police were warned Dziekanski was supposedly intoxicated, an autopsy found no trace of drugs or alcohol. It did find evidence of chronic alcohol abuse. Autopsy results revealed for the first time Friday found Dziekanski, 40, died because his heart stopped.  But Cisowski rejected that conclusion.  “I know my son the best,” she said. “I was in Poland in 2007 and I spent almost two months with him. He never asked me about even beer or something.”  Ironic that likely too often alcoholics  themslves the RCMP and others now  would slander a dead man as being an alcoholic too.

RCMP Const. Bill Bentley said Dziekanski was jolted by a police Taser gun after the Polish immigrant grabbed a stapler. But Bentley’s original version of events was different. “Subject grabbed stapler and came at [officers] screaming,” read his original notes, written within days of the Oct. 14, 2007 incident. That’s not true, Bentley admitted today. A widely shown video of the incident shows Dziekanski made no such move. Bentley said his memory was refreshed by watching the video and getting a good night’s sleep. But Commission counsel Patrick McGowan wondered how much the video changed his recollection. “If you didn’t have video of this matter, would you be here today saying the subject grabbed a stapler and came at the [officers] screaming?” McGowan asked. “I don’t know,” Bentley replied.  http://vancouver.24hrs.ca/News/local/2009/02/26/8537371-sun.html

Officer fears Poland could pursue charges, inquiry told

Images taken from video footage show Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski falling to the ground after being tasered at the Vancouver airport Oct. 14, 2007. The video shows that Dziekanski did not resist or confront police.

Surprise surprise,  ineffective RCMP, who could have guessed now this suppressing outcome. Even with all the video footage the RCMP cannot get, catch one of their own in the act too? This is the same RCMP who could not catch the undeniably guilty Brian Mulroney too he? All the RCMP are good supposedly at is giving out traffic tickets, producing ineffective reports, desk jockeys mostly now and even that is questionable? They cannot it seems catch any terrorists, drug addicts, gang members.. But they are sure consistent liars, spin doctors, control freaks  alcoholics . clearly incompetent, pretentious and wasteful of tax payer’s money too  it seem. So who are they fooling as to how bad they are.. certainly only some of the others but not me.

It’s been over nine months since Robert Dziekanski lost his life at Vancouver’s International Airport, killed, murdered by the RCMP and now, he’s finally been laid to rest in his Polish hometown. Taser victim Robert Dziekanski laid to rest in Poland The Province Airport Taser victim laid to rest in native Poland     No one was yet been convicted for this crime too. Why? Unacceptable!“Those heading up our national police force must be so glad people have other things on their minds these days. Otherwise, Canadians might be howling about the Mounties’ latest antics and demanding our political leaders hold them accountable. Because, as we know, our elected officials refuse to utter the least critical word about the RCMP unless there is public pressure or they fear electoral ramifications.”  GARY MASON gmason@globeandmail.com

BC Justice Minister resigned cause he had failed to do his job fully..

Cabinet Ministers too  are here to serve the citizens, and so are the Police.. Now even since I was about 8 years old in Canada I had learned that the Cops were not to be trusted, when my neighbor was a cop,  and I saw firsthand what he was really like.. and decades later that has still been true as well in my unwanted police encounters, RCMP included now … but rightfully now I don’t even trust the pastors, lawyers, realtors, accountants as well.. https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/11/01/some-people-still-seem-to-have-it-all-wrong-and-why/

Hidden agendas, the world is full of it, many people have hidden agendas, Ministers, politicans, cops  too. Sadly some people they tend  present their own “facts,” but fall short in truthfulness  for they tend to falsely  have a hidden agenda, and often they want to be falsely personally worshipped and live in sin too.

Canada’s ex PM Jean Chretien, Paul Martin Found Guilty

Canadian Press  OTTAWA – The Supreme Court of Canada says the federal government broke the law in financing the employment insurance system by transforming premiums paid by workers and employers into an unconstitutional tax.  In a 7-0 judgment, the court ruled Thursday the former Liberal governments of Jean Chretien and Paul Martin collected EI contributions illegally in 2002, 2003 and 2005.  In those years, EI rates were set directly by cabinet without proper authorization from Parliament, violating the ancient constitutional principle of no taxation without representation.  However, the court said Ottawa legitimately collected premiums in all other years since 1996 and rejected claims by organized labour that the Liberals deliberately ran up massive surpluses in the EI fund, then diverted the money to balance the federal budget and fund other initiatives.  The Confederation des Syndicats Nationaux, one of Quebec’s leading labour organizations, had demanded that $54 billion in allegedly diverted premiums be returned to the EI system and used to fund future benefits to jobless workers.  The court issued no order for repayment and suspended the effect of its judgment for one year in order to give the federal government time to sort out the legislative tangle.http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/081211/national/scoc_ei_surplus

Critics have long maintained the strategy of Jean Chretien and Paul Martin  amounted to balancing the federal books on the backs of the unemployed.  The Liberals brought in legislation in 1996 that tightened eligibility rules for EI benefits but simultaneously opened the door to new training, education, placement and other programs.  Critics say the government then went on to set the premiums charged to workers and employers at higher rates than were necessary to fund the reduced benefits and new programs.  The result was a ballooning surplus in the EI fund – a revenue windfall critics said could be used first to balance the budget and later to support other Liberal initiatives that had no connection to EI.
