What you should know about C. diff, the shit disease

.
MY MOTHER RECENTLY WENT TO THE HOSPITAL FOR ONE PROBLEM  AND CAME HOME WITH THE SHIT DISEASE FROM THE MONTREAL ST LUC HOSPITAL..
.
Too many Canadian professionals, workers next  become too lax when they do think they have attained some kind of job security and fail to do their duties fully too, towards all others.   http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/11/hospital-deaths-account-for-half-of-deaths-annually/
.
IMAGINE THIS TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL DYING FROM THIS DECADES OLD  C. diff, the shit disease  where  contracting the superbug C. difficile in the hospital often is fatal or at least increases a patient’s stay by an average of six days, putting serious financial strain on Canada’s health-care system. A study by Quebec’s public health research institute (INSPQ) shows deaths related to clostridium difficile infections in 2010-2011 were the highest they’ve been since 2004. A total of 619 Quebecers died from C. difficile over the course of 2010 and 2011. And one death is always still one too many here too.. C. difficile is most often acquired in hospital, and  the disease is highly contagious.
.
We do not live in the dark ages for shit Disease is caused by poor cleanliness, poor hygiene, poor sanitation at the Hospital, who have been hiring NOT ONLY LAZY BAD employees but they have FOR AN UNACCEPTABLE DECADE NOW TOO   MANY THEY been cutting back on their MAINTENANCE COSTS and this has been unacceptable CLEARLY LEADING TO their criminal murderous acts OF THE CITIZENS.
.
Do take ALL OF THE HEALTH MINISTERS KNOW BEFORE A FIRING SQUAD AND SHOOT THEM, for THAT WOULD BE A RIGHT START TOO. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/09/01/shit-disease-c-difficile-or-what-ever/
.
Seniors and Children are more seriously affected, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure
.
AND FOR DECADES EVEN IN QUEBEC, CANADA, AND NO ONE IS JAILED FOR IT.. NOT EVEN THE HEALTH MINISTERS.
.
Like most C. diff patients symptoms began with severe diarrhea as the  intestines were shutting down and the colon becomes swollen that it pushed pressure up to the lungs, making it difficult to breathe.  In serious cases a  fecal transplant can often be used successfully here..
.
“ A USA TODAY investigation shows that is far more prevalent than federal reports suggest. The bacteria is linked in hospital records to more than 30,000 deaths a year in the United States— about twice federal estimates and rivaling the 32,000 killed in traffic accidents.  It strikes about a half-million Americans a year. Yet despite a decade of rising C. diff rates, health care providers and the government agencies that oversee them have been slow to adopt proven strategies to reduce the infections, resulting in tens of thousands of deaths and illnesses that could have been prevented, the investigation shows. Far more could be done to stop the deadly bacteria C. diff .  “I wish doctors were more forthcoming. … You don’t learn about it until after it’s too late.” The big challenge in curbing C. diff is getting everyone  to work together — from health care administrators and the government regulators  to doctors and nurses and the housekeeping staffs . “
.
“Hospital billing data collected by the US federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality shows that more than 9% of C. diff-related hospitalizations end in death — nearly five times the rate for other hospital stays.   Hundreds of Thousands more of unnumbered patients are treated in nursing homes, clinics and doctors’ offices.”  http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/news/health/story/2012-08-16/deadly-bacteria-hospital-infections/57079514/1
.
C. diff is “a big concern. And  C. diff infection can also now strike individuals at any age. The use of certain antibiotics can further  allow C. diff to thrive  Most medical staff and even citizens do not yet know,m realize how serious the diseases, prblme is cause they have not even been told about any of it.  Too many People are thus now dying needlessly. Deaths and illnesses are much higher than those disclosed also  since the bad doctors on their death certificates,  often don’t list the infection when patients die from complications, C. diff ,   kidney failure. It’s unacceptable and outrageous that C. diff hovers at all-time highs and the barrier is often cover ups and hospital costs plus  unacceptable medical practices. The news media and studies show that emergency rooms, patients’ rooms, washrooms, operating rooms too still often aren’t cleaned sufficiently.
.
In 2009, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services launched an “action plan” to reduce six high-priority Hopsital, seniors, old age homes infections, including C. diff. Infection rates for five of those have dropped significantly, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA but not  C. diff infections
.
In 2003 the  US Environmental Protection Agency, which regulates hospital disinfectants, learned that none of its approved products actually killed C. diff spores — though many claimed on their labels that they were effective against the bacteria so  the agency ordered manufacturers to remove the claims and began to identify new disinfectants that work.
.
Steps have already been taken in Canada in major hospitals to try to reduce C. Diff infections. Much more needs still to be done ti insure better quality medical care and patient safety. Nurses, doctors,  pharmacists , therapists that provide hands-on treatment, cleaning technicians  still all do  need to be out there and do much more to keep all rooms clean and  hospital infection rates down  The government should require all hospitals to mandatorily and not optional  report all C. diff cases.
.
They must also meet targets for reducing C. diff.. in hospitals, nursing homes and other care settings, 30% reduction per year, and there must  be a real penalty under Medicare and Medicaid for facilities that have allowed high C. diff rates. All nursing homes  hospitals must publically publicly report their rates of infections, qne include C. diff.
.
Standing in the way to reduce C. Diff infections still  are the false Hospital, old age homes concerns about the costs, staffing and the complexity of creating and implementing new procedures that require interdisciplinary teams to work together as even many homes,  Hospitals have cut housekeeping budgets in recent years, so many hospitals spend too little minutes cleaning all the rooms room.
.
As hospitals and nursing homes struggle with tight budgets and limited staffing, patient advocates say its critical that the public become more engaged in minimizing infection risks. Not all Hospitals don’t want to tell others,  patients the hospital  might be contaminated,” or to tell  the patients too the steps patients can take to minimize infection risks. Old age homes, Healthcare facilities  often lie, do not disclose the truth cause the “care about their reputation.”
.
Most hospitals still are slow to admit that they have infection related problems because admitting those problems, opens them up to lawsuits, and is admitting guilt prior to going to trial. It’s all about insurance (money) and lawyers. Things which should have nothing to do with keeping us healthy.
.
There is also limited tracking of antibiotics usages. In 2010, about 42% of infection control specialists nationwide said their facility had no antibiotic stewardship program, based on a survey by the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Such programs typically track the use of antibiotics to ensure proper use, which can reduce opportunities for infection.
.
The challenge of reducing C. Diff is also now still needed in nursing homes, where antibiotics are prolific, staffing often is too  thin and it’s tougher to isolate patients.
.
“How to attack the problem. There’s no mystery to cutting C. diff rates. The spore-forming bacteria exists throughout the environment: water, soil, human and animal feces. It typically sickens people taking certain stomach medicines or antibiotics, which diminish healthy bacteria in the gut as they attack infections. When levels of healthy bacteria get low, C. diff can take over, producing toxins that cause intense diarrhea, often with grave complications. The germ thrives in settings where antibiotics are in wide use, and its proliferation has accelerated as a new, hyper-virulent strain has emerged over the past decade. C. diff spores spread through fecal contamination: They get on people’s hands, often from bathroom fixtures, and move to other surfaces by touch, from light switches to bed rails to tables and trays. The tough-to-kill spores resist many disinfectants and can survive for months. Once they’re on patients’ hands, it’s a short trip to their mouths — and their intestines.”
.
The challenge is twofold:
 .
Control the use of antibiotics that allow C. diff to flourish,
.
and prevent the bacteria’s spread from infected patients via dirty hands, dirty rooms or dirty equipment.”
.
The British experience “has shown that substantial C. diff reductions are possible,” including changes in room-cleaning procedures, antibiotic controls and testing protocols for patients showing C. diff symptoms.
.
Many other health care infections have been stemmed by ensuring that certain medical procedures are done properly. That the Catheter-related infections were eliminated by getting doctors to change protocols for installing the devices. Infections linked to surgical incisions and ventilators can be reduced by getting doctors and nurses to alter practices and  more staff are  needed.
.
Many US hospitals also  have confronted those challenges head-on:
.
“•In Cincinnati, The Jewish Hospital-Mercy Health slashed its high C. diff rate by half in less than a year by adopting stricter antibiotic controls and new room-cleaning protocols. The program costs the 209-bed hospital about $10,000 a year.
•In Pittsburgh, the 792-bed UPMC Presbyterian cut C. diff 71% from 2000 to 2006 with new cleaning protocols, better identification and isolation of infected patients, and antibiotic controls.
•In Oak Lawn, Ill., the 695-bed Advocate Christ Medical Center reduced C. diff cases 55% by retraining housekeepers, coordinating care with infection prevention specialists, and adopting new disinfection standards for high-touch areas.”
But if you’re having one case of any health care infections a year, that’s still a problem and all unacceptable.

Most politicians, civil and public servants think the rules don’t apply to them.

canada-justice

It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..

Public exposure , exemplary prosecutions, and real jail time  for the bad persons, criminals serves as the best   deterrent to all, the guilty offenders and all the accomplices included

.

OTTAWA – Federal procurement watchdog finds more evidence of rigged contracts. A federal watchdog is blowing the whistle again on a series of  cooked contracts. Frank Brunetta, the procurement ombudsman, says he found more evidence that  the Canada School of Public Service rigged contracts to make sure they went to  favoured suppliers.Today’s report looked into the way contracts were awarded to six  consultants, altogether worth more than a million dollars. .

Now how many of the crooks will actually go to jail and why not? So, why aren’t we all  still now seeing the Quebec, Federal governments, police laying now more and more criminal charges especially to all the corrupted  persons in the businesses and the governments and also suing all of  these corrupted officials, persons, construction and engineering companies millions of dollars in compensation and penalties? and for their  tax evasions too.. why should any of them now   even be allowed to keep any of the profits of corruptions?

.

Yes, we all can easily know that corruption has even plagued Quebec ( not just Ontario too)  at multi levels in City Halls. Hospitals, etc., from the top down to the bottom and for a very long time over 50 years.. Obviously nothing has changed.. because the watchdogs did nothing good about it.. the police, RCMP included also were, are themselves as bad as ever here.. the fiascos go on and on.. Money generating Speeding and parking tickets were their main Police occupations it seems.   It is sad that Job preservation was too often the false reason why most of the ostrich  employees also had went along with the vast corruptions instead of opposing it.. all it took for evil to triumph was for the good people to do nothing about it.

” Turns out that every aspect of Quebec public service is completely corrupt. Unfortunately, it is not just the city of Montreal that needs more investigation, it is:

- the SQ for giving themselves illegal bonuses and shutting down investigations that touch the “gouvernement national”.

- The MUC police force, and their contracts between Yvan Delorme and BCIA

- Union Montreal. It appears that at their fundraisers, they sometimes keep part or all of the money.

- We can look forward to “the corruption float” this Sunday which will be led by Montreal’s new mayor mayor Michael “I swear I am not under investigation” Applebaum.

PS: Merci to the SQ for tipping off the mayor about current UPAQ investigations.  Obviously nothing has changed..”

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating allegations of corruption and conflict of interest levelled against elected officials in the town of Collingwood, a popular ski and summer destination northwest of Toronto. A number of citizens have formally complained to the OPP about what they say is a lack of transparency involving a number of town deals — and the relationship some elected officials have with a prominent local lobbyist and consultant, former Liberal MP Paul Bonwick Bonwick is the mayor’s brother. He is also close family friends with the deputy mayor. As well, sitting councillor Ian Chadwick works as a contract employee for Bonwick’s lobbying and consulting firm, Compenso Communications. The complaints to police include concern that Bonwick was hired to represent a local group looking to bring a slot machine facility to town. The citizens also complained that he worked for PowerStream, which last year successfully bought a 50 per cent stake in Collingwood’s public utility company Collus. They are upset that no one on council disclosed Bonwick’s business involvement; nor did anyone on council declare any potential conflicts of interest. Read More

” MONTREAL — A Notre-Dame-de-Grâce businessman who raised funds for the Union Montreal party said he has been unfairly accused of having Mafia ties and making millions thanks to zoning changes under Mayor Michael Applebaum, when Applebaum was mayor of Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. A Radio-Canada report suggests Lee Lalli, who owned a site at Côte St. Luc Rd. and Décarie Blvd., profited from rezoning that saw the sale price of the land soar from $50,000 in 2003 to $4.5 million in 2007. The report also suggests Applebaum, who was borough mayor until becoming Montreal mayor in November, shared privileged information with Lalli by discussing the possibility of building a new borough hall on the site. MONTREAL — Union Montreal did not declare a $1,000-a-plate fundraising dinner businessman Lee Lalli says he held at his office for Mayor Michael Applebaum in August 2009, while Applebaum was still in the party. On Thursday, an aide to Applebaum confirmed that the dinner took place.. Lalli said the dinner, to which he invited local construction entrepreneurs, garnered cheques for Union Montreal from 20 guests.   It was one of two $1,000-a-head fundraising events Lalli organized for Union Montreal, which lost its majority on city council in November after its leader, Gérald Tremblay, resigned as mayor. The first fundraiser, also attended by 20 people, was held in August 2003 at La Cantina restaurant on St. Laurent Blvd, Lalli said. Union Montreal reported in its financial statements that year that it sold 12 tickets to the event for a take of $12,500. MONTREAL –Project Lauréat targets ex-MUHC leaders Arthur Porter and Yanaï Elbaz, ex-SNC-Lavalin executives Pierre Duhaime and Riadh Ben Aïssa, and Sierra Asset Management’s Jeremy Morris UPAC arrest warrants for 5 linked to MUHC contract. A former McGill University Health Centre administrator was arrested by Quebec’s anti-corruption task force on Wednesday. Yanaï Elbaz will be charged with defrauding the government, money laundering and conspiracy to commit fraud in connection with contracts awarded for the construction of Montreal’s $1.3-billion superhospital. Elbaz is one of five people named Tuesday in arrest warrants targeting executives from MUHC and engineering firm SNC-Lavalin, which won the lucrative contract to design and oversee construction of the hospital. Former MUHC director Arthur Porter as well as former SNC vice-president Riahd Ben-Aissa are also wanted by the Unite permenante d’anticorruption. MONTREAL – An affidavit in support of a search warrant for the MUHC headquarters made public Friday provides a paper trail for $22.5 million police allege the SNC-Lavalin engineering firm paid in kickbacks to former McGill University Health Centre director Arthur Porter and Yanaï Elbaz, the MUHC’s former planning director. Within a month of being awarded the $1.3-billion contract to build the McGill superhospital, SNC-Lavalin executives allegedly wired $10 million to a Bahamas-based company called Sierra Asset Management. Dr Arthur Porter of the MUHC a wanted fellow now currently faces a raft of criminal charges arising from the awarding of the $1.3-billion super hospital contract. Arthur Porter has been replaced as the man in charge of a long-delayed, multimillion-dollar Caribbean cancer centre over concerns about his health and the allegations of fraud he faces in Canada. The controversial former head of Canada’s spy watchdog is caught up in a number of allegations swirling around a billion-dollar Montreal mega-hospital development. The Canadian government is now trying to extradite Porter — a medical doctor who has been self-diagnosed with cancer — from the Bahamas. “Corruption: Quebec’s greatest natural resource. It’s everywhere.”
.

MONTREAL — A government-appointed overseer of the troubled finances of the McGill University Health Centre has been instructed to review a controversial $86-million deal that the MUHC signed with a private Montreal company and the government of Kuwait, The Gazette has learned.  Also a Roman Catholic parish priest in Sorel-Tracy is in court today for a bail hearing after being arrested yesterday on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

.

Daily on the news we all now do read about perversity done by perverse, corrupted politicians, civil and public servants, cops and now even professionals – Doctors and Engineers. “Developers, politicians, lawyers, civil servants and throw in the Police for good measure. If that isn’t a sure recipe for corruption I don’t know what is?”

It is not just in Quebec that we have now had corrupted officials for decades. it is still a Canada wide event, it even happens cause “they see Conservatives getting away with this stuff every day of the week” ” We have had this conflict of interests, corruptions in every city/town in Ontario… it is just too often that the insiders who know about it, none feels safe so that they can say much about it as they could lose their job and/or live in fear of verbal or physical reprisal, both in in the large towns. “I would like to see the OPP start at the top with the Ontario Liberals, then work their way down and I would like to see the same with the RCMP with our federal government.” But are there enough ‘honest’ and integrity bound’ cops able to do this honest, decent investigation? as sadly it seems that they too have their own corruptions..
.
When next even found rarely guilty the offenders tend to get a mere slap on the wrist falsely and why? Rather” If found guilty put the offenders in jail. No more gentle wrist rapping for corruption in government and politics.”

.

Proverbs 22:1 A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.

Subject: I have said for decade now seniors are being murdered in Canada’s hospitals
.
So you think you may enjoy your retirement  instead of being ”  MURDERED IN HOSPITALS “
.
ESTHER 4: 13 And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. 14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
.

In Canada, especially in Ontario and Ontario, we have  a very great undeniable, false problem of neglect in the treatment of older patients in the hospital and in old age homes’
.

Upon admission to the hospital you are requested to sign a form declaring whether you wish to be revived in case of emergency, or not. This document is called a D. N. R. or Do Not Resuscitate form. They give you two choices.
.
The first choice, you are told is to accept being kept alive as a living vegetable, completely insensane.  The second you are told is to let nature take its course. Then these utterly helpful people will even sign the form for you. All nice and neat.
.

However this is the biggest song and dance act to be put over the public since Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. What you are actually agreeing to is for the Hospital to totally neglect you or even pump you full of enough morphine to overdose a football stadium of people.
Our health care system and old age homes seems perpetuates the belief that a person who is over the age of sixty-five has somehow managed to reach their lifetime expiry date, a best before date if you will for people. And now that these old people are in the hospital using up resources and funds best reserved for younger people, now well you can’t really expect for the hospital to fix them back up, can you?
After all as far as many of the hospital staff is concerned this old person has managed somehow to have a long life already and that is enough of that now.
You really can’t be expecting the hospital staff to put themselves out and actually care for these old people, too, can you? I mean why give an older person in the hospital a blanket when you might have to wash it then, or food when that will just encourage him to stick around. And if they have anything close to a complex condition, well there is that neat little DNR now isn’t there? You don’t really have to work to fix up these people when that signature gives you an out for some very bad behavior indeed.

The problem with this whole attitude ( besides giving me nightmares of genocidal dictators) is that it completely negates the concept of ” best practice”. loving one another ,

Best practice is the long and firmly held belief that there is only ONE way to treat EVERYBODY. Not when you feel like it or just when you really want to or when someone gives you more money to behave better. Every time for everybody. Because when you start to slack or fail to preform, its just too easy to keep on giving less then your best.

If you take a gander at the rising medical malpractice deaths in hospital across the country and through the United States, you will soon realize that the concept of best practice has gone the way of the proverbial washed baby with the dirty bathwater.
.

Now Hospitals when they are being asked to put forward their best game have no best game left. Only the same sloppy seconds they choose to inflict upon older people. Not keeping sterile technique. Not caring for basic needs ( feeding washing having water and blankets for the bed available). Not being concerned about basic medical protocols.
.

For example twisting the patient while shifting them in bed even though the patient is suffering from a shattered pelvis which has not been casted ( because it is just too hard to do with those old bones, you see).
Then using drugs upon that patient which go against the  doctors and specialists orders for that patient, (because that’s the way the hospital usually does it). Such as give that broken bone patient blood thinners which absolutely stop any bone repair from being made( one of the functions of blood thinners are to stop the clotting process, bone healing is in itself a clotting process).   And then refusing to give the patient bone building vitamin supplements that the doctor has ordered under the reasoning of the staff that vitamins and minerals aren’t really a serious medicine and so it doesn’t matter whether or not it has been given.
.

Hospitals can get away with this heinous behavior because it mostly affects the older more vulnerable sections of our society.
.
You see hospitals understand that they can indulge themselves with this sort of ageist behavior because we the people are still watching that Fred and Ginger song and dance act that they bedazzled us with in the first place.
.
The ageist behavior of the hospitals has lead us to believe rightfully that when old people go into hospital there are automatically at risk of dying.
.

But this only comes to pass because of the hospitals actions or mainly bad in-actions. Not because of theme now being any more innate vulnerability in the average mature person then there is in a preteen child.  Both groups Children and Seniors still do need a certain amount of care taken. But older persons are given far less care over the children .
.

“I have personally come up against this exact sort of ageism, many times hearing that  sixty is a good long time to have lived. This behavior not only diminishes all of us, separating us from our true humanity, our beliefs in charity and that older adults are precious contributors to our own lives and not to be diminished by these vultures upon the vulnerable.”
.

What they do so many now do inflicts harm upon all of us seniors? It is a spreading epidemic of ill will cast out upon those who only seek to enjoy  their golden years without the machinations of their caretakers contributing to their  early exit. Or shall I be more plain spoken and say what it is indeed, an execution. At what cost do we allow this to happen?
.

The insurance company too are doubly hit by this, first with the hospital costs and then with the life policy payout.
.
The stores and service sectors that older people patronize lose out.  Real Estate suffers because that extra condo is never purchased.  Younger families looking for affordable housing cannot move into established neighborhoods because to make the most of the estate, it is sold to developers.   And those young people if they get sick can not count upon the care of the hospitals because the staff are too jaded with their good enough practices that they become unable to set right your average medical situation.  Not being able to do CPR. Not recognizing the signs of poisoning, heart attack drug toxicity or allergic reaction. They only move now upon the threat of being sued, and even that last resort of public outrage is hamstrung with government legislation. All in an attitude of don’t do what’s best, only protect your butt.
.

This whole situation is an attack directed at  the Zoomers age group. This D.N.R. nonsense has to be rewritten re-regulated and completely re-thoughtout. It only acts as a legal sop to cover the actual act of involuntary euthanasia upon our senior persons. This has built to the point where we must act if not for ourselves then for everything we hold dear.  Our families and our liberties are threatened by this madness.  Should we not take this task to hand one day it will be your children in the hospital facing these torturers, Facing their own unsought for demise. And then who will stand for them?”
.
and the governments falsely do nothing about it.. why?

Its time to ban and disband the RCMP and replace them with a real Police force,

Quebec shale-gas opponents have come under RCMP police surveillance..  SO MUCH FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH.   http://www.montrealgazette.com/technology/Quebec+shale+opponents+have+come+under+police+surveillance/7818434/story.html …

you cannot trust me

“Its time to ban  and  disband the RCMP and replace them with a professional policing force, accountable to the same laws as every other Canadian, and accountable to their communities. Its clear, and we get reminded almost every day, that the RCMP has no clue about what professional policing is, what accountablity to the law is, and what accountablity to the communities they serve in, is. Get rid of them, do it now, and make sure that no one what has ever worked for the RCMP be allowed to ever work in a law enforcement related job, or with vulnerable groups.:”

” I’m of the opinion these guys in the RCMP  management, GOVERNMENTS,  are still living more or less in the unrealistic past and they still have no concept how to modernize the force.  They cand do l order studies to be done but then disregard the valid suggestions made.  They’ll hop on any new trend of the day ie: hire university graduates at elevated pay (a bust years ago), reduce the physical requirements, adopt overtime (which blows their budget out the window and reduces policing due to cost) hire women who are not suitable for policing to fill their quotas, hire special classes of people and then try to pound these people into their own RCMP police mould that still just doesn’t work. And they wonder why they are having problems.  Once upon a time they used to hire people who wanted to serve and protect … or … maintiens le droit … now they hire anyone who will meet their government imposed quotas to be representative of a   cross secton of the population … but not any good police men  … and women … God save us from them all now.. …

THE FACT THAT no one within the RCMP had a comprehensive list of all of the Mounties who’d been disciplined, became undeniably  after CBC News asked for basic data between 2005 and 2008 that included offences and findings by internal adjudications boards. The CBC News submitted the request in November 2008. It was delivered four years later in November 2012. An officer who handled the file offered an embarrassed apology, and explained the delay was due to the list having to be created from scratch. The head of the RCMP admitted that Canada’s national police force neglected to keep tabs on hundreds of cases of serious misconduct committed by Mounties across the country for years. Commissioner Bob Paulson acknowledged that an access to information request by CBC News inadvertently revealed that not even senior leaders in the RCMP could say with confidence whether incidents of misconduct that include assaults, impaired driving and fraud were a problem in the force. Shit disease, C. difficile-related deaths highest in recent years is still totally unacceptable

IMAGINE THIS TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL DYING FROM THIS DECADES OLD SHIT DISEASE AND CONTINUALLY, AND FOR DECADES EVEN IN QUEBEC, CANADA, AND NO ONE IS JAILED FOR IT.. NOT EVEN THE HEALTH MINISTERS

not-so-funny1

Some things seem to never change, such as cold calloused, pretentious governmental Ministers, Health Ministers and their subordinates especially  included, mostly all  those pretentious, bad persons too who really do not care if the others live or die, as long as they alone survive  it seems still too.  Never mind what the big lying spin doctors say! Just cause some doctors and nurses think they are Gods, falsely do refuse to wash their hands, to stay clean does not mean they are right, it only means they are merely still murderers.

Contracting the superbug C. difficile in the hospital often is fatal or at least increases a patient’s stay by an average of six days, putting serious financial strain on Canada’s health-care system. Seniors and Children are more seriously affected, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/11/03/children%e2%80%99s-hospital-of-eastern-ontario-struck-by-shit-disease/

C. difficile is a bacteria found in feces that causes severe diarrhea. It’s extremely common in hospitals because people usually contract it after taking antibiotics, which can kill good bowel bacteria and allow C. difficile to grow. What’s more, the bacteria can spread through surfaces like toilets, handles and bedpans, and hospital staff can spread it by not wearing gloves or washing their hands. It’s the most common cause of infectious diarrhea in hospitals, and one in 10 patients who get it will die, regardless of how sick they were beforehand. And according to the study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, it’s filling up already-crowded hospitals and draining the health-care system. U.K. doctors David Enoch and Sani Aliyu say the rate of infection can be cut by making sure heath-care workers practise good hygiene and don’t overprescribe antibiotics. http://www.torontosun.com/2011/12/06/c-difficile-lengthens-hospital-stay-study

MANY PEOPLE, HOSPITALS WORKERS THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, AFTER THEY GO TO THE TOILET STILL..  AND THIS IS NOT THE DARK AGES NOW! IN THIS MODERN DAY AND AGE THE CHANCES ARE STILL QUITE GOOD EVEN IN CANADA THAT IF YOU ARE ADMITTED TO A HOSPITAL YOU WILL GET A HOSPITAL ACQUIRED SICKNESS AND SOME OF YOU WILL DIE AS A RESULT TOO! WHY?? CAUSE NO ONE PUNISHES BAD DOCTORS AND BAD NURSES FOR A START. IMAGINE THAT YOU WILL DIE DUE SOMEONE ELSE’S FAULT AND NO ONE WILL GET EVEN PUNISHED FOR IT STILL. BEING A PROFESSIONAL IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS A SERIOUS JOB AND IT ALWAYS SHOULD HAVE SERIOUS PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TOO.. SO WHERE IS IT?

We do not live in the dark ages for shit Disease is caused by poor cleanliness, poor hygiene, poor sanitation at the Hospital, who have been hiring NOT ONLY LAZY BAD employees but they have FOR AN UNACCEPTABLE DECADE NOW TOO AND MANY THEY been cutting back on their MAINTENANCE COSTS and this has been unacceptable CLEARLY LEADING TO their criminal murderous acts OF THE CITIZENS. Do take ALL OF THE HEALTH MINISTERS KNOW BEFORE A FIRING SQUAD AND SHOOT THEM, for THAT WOULD BE A RIGHT START TOO. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/09/01/shit-disease-c-difficile-or-what-ever/

.

According to the study, the McGill Montreal General had the fourth-highest incidence rate of C. difficile infection in the period studied, with 15.4 cases per 10,000 patient days.  The McGill Jewish General Hospital was even harder hit over that time period, with 16.9 cases per 10,000 patient days. As I had here seen it firsthand.. It also pops up whenever a house cleaning isn’t rigorous. The causes are are well known. There is a false reluctance to prevent it’s spread by doing more active cleaning as it costs money to do this.

We all can readily know that the RCMP, Police do not like us to use our right of free speech

Over 1/3 of the RCMP officers IT SEEMS  still cannot be trusted to be honest, tell the truth, respect the laws now.. that is really unacceptable..   http://www.globalnews.ca/one-third+of+the+rcmps+use-of-force+incidents+not+being+reported+documents+show/6442763926/story.html

BAD BAD BAD RCMP failed to track internal misconduct for years UNACCEPPTABLE http://cbc.sh/OnmSsZP

.

A rare criminal libel investigation was launched by the RCMP against a New Westminster resident this summer relate to alleged defamatory statements made online against a clearly bad, immoral RCMP officer mired in a scandal over sexually explicit photos and other wrong doings. The B.C. Civil Liberties Association,   together with media outlets is rightfully questioning why a criminal investigation was needed when defamation issues are normally handled through civil channels. Kinda of excess.. police brutality rather..  http://www.canada.com/news/Criminal+libel+case+linked+comments+made+against+Mounties+erotic+website/7285169/story.html

.

Have you also not noticed that the bad cops and bad politicians they tend to behave like those world wide terrorists who abuse and deny others their right of Free speech, like the Jews in Israel and the Muslims, the fundamentalists, cause they are all alike, demonic..

.

No one is above the law.. starting with the cops now too… they too are too often lazy, buck passers even..  and their self regulation is still mostly masturbation only.. I have yet to see one of my complaints about bad cops properly dealt with by anyone now too..

.

The mostly self serving, money hungry police forces in Canada, for they are not serving the public’s best interest for sure , the politcal watchdogs rather, they have  seem to often to have hired thugs, alcoholics, incompetents, even for their managers and so they too often tend to do a real bad job, even  in my experiences as well, and also yes  they realy are also too often cost ineffective as well as we saw in their operation of the gun registry even, and they are too often discriminatory, even racists, and if you make such negative remarks openly to them the police will tend next to try to intimidate you by trying to force you to shut up, or threatening to close your mouth for you, or threatening to lay a criminal charge against you, or by the unlawful use of their authority. I know this firsthand for they had visited my home least 6 times in objection to my public computer posts, they do not have to visit my home as all I write about them is openly found in federal and provincial cabinet minster’s offices, on the net, and in the Canadian news media departments.. and when they first do say they want to talk to me I openly do tell them I will insist that the news media be present at any and all such discussions, and they readily leave me alone. Yes I am no fan of even one abusive cop and I do not accept any of their abuses rightfully quietly.

.

In regard to the   mostly self serving, money hungry police forces in Canada, this is not an isolated fact.. the police are very materialistic in my own direct conversation with them now too.. and seek often means to get rich, legal or otherwise..  and we hear many examples of this on the news.. The “Niagara Regional Police are investigating a few of their own officers for smuggling cheese into Canada.. The alleged scam involves jamming cases of “brick” cheese — used as a common pizza topping — into their vehicles to smuggle across the border. With U.S. cheese being as little as a third the price it is in Canada, drivers are making $1,000 to $2,000 a trip, according to numerous sources…  Canada Border Services Agency officials say anyone — officer or civilian — caught smuggling large shipments of cheese into Canada would be in violation of the Customs Act for failing to declare, and pay duties on, the controlled goods…   As well, CBSA says it would be a violation for failing to have proper permits and licences from both the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade… The accused officers either face police act charges (internal discipline) for either discreditable conduct or neglect of duty or Criminal Code charges of breach of trust if any were found to have intentionally plotted to avoid customs and duties ….   charges are expected soon against a few officers who are alleged to have been involved in the movement of caseloads of cheese from the U.S. to sell to Canadian pizzerias and restaurants…  The cheese-smuggling investigation stems from information gathered from a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) arrest in April of Niagara Regional Police Service Const. Geoffrey Purdie in Buffalo on charges of conspiracy to smuggle more than half a million dollars in anabolic steroids and other drugs into Canada. Jeff McGuire, Niagara’s new police chief, has  only confirmed the suspension of Const. Purdie due to allegations of drug smuggling. “He’s been suspended with pay, and our professional standards [group] … are conducting an investigation … but we first have to allow the American investigation to continue and be completed,” McGuire also confirmed the suspension of an officer from Purdie’s Fort Erie detachment following Purdie’s arrest, but he would not discuss why.     http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2012/09/21/niagara-police-cheese-smuggling-allegations.html

.

A southern Ontario police force has charged one current and one former officer in a “large-scale” scheme to smuggle cheese and other food items into Canada. Niagara Regional Police say cases of cheese and other foods were purchased in the U.S. and smuggled into Canada, without declaring the items or paying duty. The items were then prepared for distribution to restaurants in southern Ontario. Police say the investigation revealed over $200,000 worth of cheese and other products were purchased and distributed for an estimated profit of more than $165,000. Niagara police Const. Scott Heron, 39, faces charges that include conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, false or deceptive statements, and acquiring or disposing of illegally imported goods.Police say Casey Langelaan, 48, who was a police officer at the time of the alleged offences, faces counts that include conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, and various Customs Act charges including smuggling.A third man, Bernie Pollino, 44, faces similar charges to Heron and Langelaan. All three suspects are from Fort Erie, Ont. Niagara chief Jeffrey McGuire suspended Heron and Langelaan from duty on July 26 in accordance with the Police Services Act.

” ‘There are still good RCMP officers around”? You are kidding right, Not in the RCMP-or haven’t you noticed the killings, the assaults, the extortions, and the sexual misconducts? We need to replace this criminal gang posing as police officers with honest, professional, accountable to the law, and to the communities they work in, police.”

“ how about the Police Officers that find themselves on the wrong side of the law be asked …”What did you think would happen when you broke the law?” and pay for your own defense attorney….how about accountability? how about being held to a higher standard? how about doing your friggin job? Remember the oath to uphold the laws of this country? Pay for it themselves…period “

“if the average Canadian has to pay for his / her legal defense whether they are guilty or not so should the RCMP. they are not above the law and if they are charged with an offense they should have to be out of pocket for any costs and not the taxpayer because they make a better than average wage. i don’t know any employer who would step up and say “i understand you have been charged with assault, how about the company pays for all of your legal fees and we get you a nice easy desk job at the same rate of pay until it’s over?”. not likely and an every day guy would be out the door.”

“If those RCMP had to pay their own legal costs they would become much more accountable. Why should the public defend criminals and thugs because they carry a gun ????”

“They do the crime and we pay there dime. How the hell did Canadian law come up with that deal for any cop of any branch.”

“ My,my. The RCMP officers court cases are paid for by the government, which in turn you are saying the Canadian tax payer is paying for the defense of officers being charged with criminal offences. I think I spent my life in the wrong profession. What else is being paid for? “

“ I was recently in court filing a 810 application against the RCMP which by they way has many many road blocks. I spoke for an hour about activities unbecoming a police officer. The Judge ruled I did not show enough fear. hmmm” Their Respect has to be earned firstly.

“ The RCMP have conducted themselves as a gang for a long time now. We need to replace the RCMP with honest, professional, accountable to the law, and to the community they work in, police officers. We also need to make sure that no one who has ever worked for the RCMP can ever work again in anything related to law enforcement, or with vulnerable populations. We just can’t these RCMP officers infecting Canada’s good police departments. The sooner we disband and replace them, the better for everyone.”

All “Just another H U G E reason that those useless, overpaid killers should be disbanded.”

“Tax dollars should not fund any who find themselves on the ‘other end’ of the justice system if they can afford a lawyer. Legal aid should be there for those in need though.”

.

“The RCMP needs to be shut down permanently now. The RCMP is a danger to the public. The disgraceful, disgusting RCMP are not going to stop abusing members of the general public until they are stopped. This poor individual was fully restrained with a whole bunch of thugs (the revolting RCMP) ganging up on the helpless victim. This morally reprehensible behaviour is the mark of vicious cowards. As for their (the RCMP’s) so called explanation: what a lie! To make matters even worse the abuse victim can’t even hear properly.  This is just another shining moment for the vile, evil RCMP. Using the avenues available under the law get rid of the terrible RCMP and make sure no one who has ever worked for this horrible organization of police officers is allowed to work in policing again.”

Now throughout the province of Ontario, there were 95 pedestrians killed in 2010, a non existent amount compared to how many persons were actually killed or hurt by drunk drivers, so the police and the judge wants the whole province to slow down while driving, and what they also next likley will want to ban all vehicles on the road too ? all without still dealing more effectively, seriously  with the much too many  drunk and impaired drivers, who cause most of the traffic accidents, and  and fail still to deal with the much too many even cops who drive home drunk from the police taverns or the ones who are tigger happy.

For all ye Quebec bashers from Ontario too

1 Now  a person from Ontario complained to me directly that an insurance for an older car is significantly , significantly much higher, exponentially higher,  in Ontario over that for the same car in Quebec? Now why is that?  is the government of Ontario trying to help Ontario citizens or rip them off?

.
2 In regard to our too often 2 tiered justice systems I already know how crooked the police rather are too often even in Ontario, and even the  municipalities now undeniably are as well, both falsely living high on the hog, with their  ridiculous overtime and absurd expense account approvals, plus questionable purchasing practices…  and also their inacceptable abuses of the ordinarily citizens wrongfully, while wrongfully few cops ever get arrested for speeding or drunk driving now too.
.
You should also fully deal with that now

SHIT DISEASE – C-DIFFICILE OR WHAT EVER

BEING A PROFESSIONAL IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS A SERIOUS JOB AND IT ALWAYS SHOULD HAVE SERIOUS PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TOO.. SO WHERE IS IT?

Doctors, nurses falling short on hand hygiene, report says Nearly one third of hospital workers in British Columbia are not washing their hands regularly, despite strong evidence that it is one of the primary ways to prevent the spread of infection in hospitals.

The “senior doctors at the hospital made public a letter that said not enough was being done to combat the rampant outbreak of the superbug, adding that it had led to 84 deaths over the past 2½ years.”Fraser Health said the number of deaths that may have had a C. difficile infection as a contributing factor was closer to 30 over the past two years. Both Webb and Murray said the rate of infection has dropped 40 per cent over that time period. The other recommendations include stepped-up hand hygiene for workers and improved cleaning protocols.“All health-care providers have a role to play in preventing infection,” said Murray. “My expectation is that all health-care professionals will commit fully to hand hygiene practices and the properties of hand antibiotics.”Fraser Health Region audits of acute-care facilities in 2010-11 revealed hand-cleaning compliance among hospital staff to be 38 per cent, from 26 per cent in 2009-10 http://www.theprovince.com/health/Health+authority+hires+expert+combat/6248119/story.html

Exemplary Pubic exposure and prosecution of the guilty

What has now oftem amazed me is that I have often met not only immoral professionals, bad civil and public servants but visible crooks who would regulary attend a church now too and for whatever reason.. Crooks are all around us and they do need to be stopped.

Follow the money trail and you will get to a supposedly another previously unseen big iceberg of lies, thefts, deception.. the vices are all much more common over what we are lead to believe clearly as well.. for too many people do often steal to get richer by any means they can.. even executives, business persons, corporations, professionals and housewives it seems.. and the civil and public servants, politicians are not excluded here.

No such thing as a little bit pregnant when it comes to taxpayers money abuses now as well..

Exemplary Pubic exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s best interest, it may help to reform the crooks as well.

Most marriages tend to end up in divorce becaue of one spouses inability to forgive, laziness, unrealistic expecations, uncontrolled sexual lust amongst other things.. These days it is very likley that you get divorced as likley as you will get cancer or a heart disease.. and many divorces are ALSO caused even by outside influences.. such by the input of bad persons too… demons such as lawyers, bad judges, relatives and the  bad pastors too..  http://thefocusonthefamily.wordpress.com/2009/06/11/marriage-breakdown/

Civilians should probe police shootings: activists Montreal Gazette – MONTREAL – Police shootings in Quebec should be investigated by a review board composed entirely of civilians, say Quebec’s Ligue des droits et libertés and an organization that protects the rights of the homeless. The call for an end to one police force being assigned to probe shootings committed by another comes four months after a homeless man and passerby were fatally shot by Montreal police in a failed attempt to subdue the former. Ligue co-ordinator Nicole Filion said that while Public Security Minister Robert Dutil was open to changing the present system of investigating police shootings, the suggestion that a review board include police and civilians was off the mark. Filion argued that lawyers could serve on the board and not be a part of “the blue brotherhood.” “It could be (staffed by) lawyers … but civilians could also be trained. If police can be trained to conduct investigations, civilians can, as well.” The Sûreté du Québec investigated the shooting. Its findings were turned over to the province’s bureau of criminal prosecutions two weeks ago and are being studied to determine whether charges are warranted.

Ex-PMO aide Carson left Calgary school with debt.‎ Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s former senior adviser, Bruce Carson, charged thousands of dollars in personal expenses to the federally funded think-tank he headed for just over two years. Carson is already under investigation for possible influence-peddling and illegal lobbying last year in a failed attempt to land federal contracts for a shady company employing his then girlfriend, a former escort. While no one is saying exactly what personal expenses got Carson into hot water, one source says a lot of the charges to the credit card were for travel.Documents show Carson owned homes in Ontario with various girlfriends most of the time he was working at the Calgary-based institute. Carson’s history of money problems dates back more than 30 years.A lawyer until the early 1980s, he was convicted of defrauding clients, disbarred and sent to jail. He was convicted again in 1990, that time for defrauding a rental car company, and given a suspended sentence. He declared personal bankruptcy in the early 1990s, and was in serious trouble with creditors almost continuously over most of the past three decades. It remains a mystery how someone with that kind of track record could make it through all the security screening ordinarily required to become one of the prime minister’s closest advisers http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/story/2011/10/11/pol-vp-weston-carson.html

Quebec ex-family minister charged with fraud‎., the former family minister in Premier Jean Charest’s Quebec cabinet, The Montreal-area legislator who was the most scandal-prone minister in Charest’s scandal-plagued government, has been slapped with three criminal charges in the latest ethics embarrassment to befall the government. Tony Tomassi faces charges of fraud and breach of trust. They stem from accusations that he accepted material rewards from a company that had received government money. Last year, he was forced to resign amid accusations that he had been using a credit card supplied to him by a private security firm — a firm that had received millions in government grants. In the weeks before his departure, Tomassi had also been battered with allegations of cronyism in the awarding of contracts for public day-care permits. The charges against Tomassi stemmed from the work of that provincial anti-corruption unit,

and how many thousand more are there now too..

Liberal MP Jim Karygiannis

Toronto Liberal MP Jim Karygiannis is calling for speed limiters to be fitted to cars in order to prevent them from exceeding 150 km/h, in the wake of a fatal accident on Monday in which a speeding car slammed into a concrete pole, splitting the vehicle in half. He would not be so extreme,  hypocritical if he  had also demanded that breathalyzers be also installed on all new cars, as the impaired drivers still cause most of the accidents and not the car speeders, and also now if he rightfully demanded that there be no spending of any taxpayers money on any booze entertainment in any of the governments, since we can all readily know the harmful effect of alcohol on society in general as well. He also should demand also that the police in all parts of Canada pursue drunk drivers year around, police included and not just part time, or occasionally.. and he now should deal with the much too many drunk cops, politicians too, civil and public servants that  we have employed in Canada now too.

Drug or alcohol impaired vehicular driving by men and women and not the actual driving speed are still the key factor in the majority of the traffic accidents … http://thenonconformer.blogspot.com/2007/10/policing-facts-related-to-vehicular.html

AND IF YOU THINK I TRUST ANYTHING THE RCMP SAYS OR DOES, DO GET REAL.. ESPECIALLY WHEN TOO MANY AT LEAST 50 % OF CANADA’S POLICE OFFICERS TOO OFTEN ARE DRUNK.. RCMP INCLUDED.. THEIR EXCUSE IS THEY DRINK ALCOHOL DUE TO THE JOB PRESSURES.. WELL I DO NOT USE THAT FALSE EXCUSE. WE CAN READILY KNOW THE VICES THAT OFTEN FOLLOW DRINKING ALCOHOL http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/09/02/drink-alcohol-and-die/

Very Wide Regional Health discrepancies

 are unacceptable also

When you and your parents start to get much older you start to have more significant experiences it seems even with Medicare. politicians, civil and public servants too.. You find out sadly how good the services are when you do need them. We have one Medicare system in Canada, but the quality of services differs not only by provinces, cities, but even by local regions.. and why is that?

For example in the city of Montreal I have too often now even been to both realy bad Hospitals and realy good ones.. the bad ones include the Verdun Hospital and the West Island Hospital, McGill Royal Victoria Hospital where the pretentious bad hospitals and even bad doctors provide mostly lip service to health care but they still do not address the persons real medicare problems, while the good ones, the good hospitals such as Hospital Notre Dame, Hospital Hotel Dieu, and I have been seen by good doctors, they do seriously try to help a persons to have all of their health problems resolved. Even in one Hospital such as the Montreal General Hospital you can have a significant variation in the quality of services from one medical department over another. I have often wondered why such a great discrepancies exists, and obviously some local health managers are much better over the others.

Viciously we need a consumer evaluation system, such as the ones in some universities where you graded your own professor annually, even for the doctors and the hospitals.. And we still do need to have much better hospital ombudsman who will incorporate real changes.. so things can change for the better…

..ASAP

Now I have dealt with the CLC clinics in 5 different regions and only 2/5 were acceptable.. the CLC in Montreal,  Rosemount has been excellent, they weekly do effectively visit my mother and check up on her..

THE WAY JUSTICE, POLICE RUNS IN CANADA

All you have to do is to read and hear the Canadian new and you will know continually how the incompetent, pretentious the federal, provincial and municipal governments are and how they now do a realy bad job of managing our tax dollars, and our civil and public servants and thus you will thus never be surprised as to why a major significant portion of your hard earned money continues wrongfully to go to taxes even under the new Conservative government. Putting more of your tax dollars to cover the poor , pretentious, inadequate work of our politicians, civil and public savants is a continual waste, an attempt to fill a bucket full of large draining holes. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/04/27/undeniably-canadas-gravy-train-continues-to-cause-our-taxes-to-increase/

EVEN THE RCMP IS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY OF IT’S ACTIONS!

The Ontario Provincial Police laid a string of charges in March against CSC, including three counts of offering security services while not licensed, two counts of failing to ensure proper uniforms and one charge of hiring an unlicensed guard for the G20 and G8 summits. Many of its top executives were also charged. The private security company Contemporary Security Canada WHO WAS awarded a controversial $21-million contract to do checkpoint screening inside the security perimeters at last year’s G8 and G20 summits in Ontario has pleaded guilty to doing business without a licence ahead of the event in an Ottawa court plead ED guilty and agree do a $45,000 fine. The Crown dropped most of those charges — including the more than 20 against company officials , telling the court that it was the RCMP that solicited CSC’s business and granted the contract without considering bids from other, licensed Ontario security firms. There were concerns that the RCMP contract award was influenced by the fact a vice-president of CSC parent company Aeroguard was a 35-year veteran of the Mounties. CSC bid on the lucrative G8/G20 contract at the invitation of the RCMP 2½ months before the summit, even though both the Mounties and the company knew CSC wasn’t properly licensed to operate in Ontario under the province’s Private Security and Investigative Services Act. The Mounties solicited the bid from CSC, a Vancouver-based joint venture between Canadian security firm Aeroguard and U.S.-based Contemporary International, AND it already had expertise as the private security company for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics, for which CSC landed two RCMP contracts worth a total of $164 million. Three other security firms that were already licensed in Ontario say they bid substantially less — between $8 million and $16 million — on the G8/G20 contract than the $21 million CSC was paid, but the RCMP excluded those companies for various reasons. The Mounties said for instance that Garda didn’t have adequate X-ray machines, even though it runs the screening at many Canadian airports, and that G4S had unsatisfactory references, despite the fact the company was contracted for previous international summits in London and Pittsburgh. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/g8-g20-security-firm-fined-45-000-220219728.html

a $45,000 fine for a $21-million contract is not even a slap on the wrist.. as all corruption, the abuse of THE entrusted power for any economic gains is always unacceptable

WE HAVE MET THE ENEMY AND HE IS ONE OF OURS. A CULTURE OF MISMANAGEMENT, DECEPTION, CORRUPTIONS BY ANY CIVIL, PUBLIC SERVANTS, POLICE, RCMP, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IS STILL ALSO NEVER RIGHTFULLY ACCEPTABLE IN CANADA. I RIGHTFULLY SAY AND DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY, AND NO MORE CORRUPTIONS!

You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors, from police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers  who say that bad people, bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. The hypocrtical police tend not to believe that bad cons can be helped only bad cops… and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/03/25/liars-mounties-misleading-everyone/

B.C. Mountie accused of punching teen had faced previous disciplinary hearing

The RCMP officers now  are not all saints..rather too often far from it.. http://www.rcmpwatch.com/

Positive Changes need to start at the top EVEN WITH THE RCMP!  The RCMP already should already have enough skills, personnel expertise to monitor spending, the quality of all work being done by all  outside firms even to prevent collusion in contract bidding. For even the RCMP it seems relies too heavily on the decency, ethics of outside contractors , all who as we still we tend to know they cannot be trusted. The RCMP should have had readily project Project managers, project management training, such as even how to write contract specifications in a way that ensures adequate competition, to monitor spending, the quality of work by outside firms and thus hopefully it will prevent collusion in contract bidding.. These essential resources will always bring about a decrease in projects costs through better project management and provide even a better control over prices and bids that now should have been part of all RCMP bid tenders, issuing already. Project management and project engineering by far is not a new science but has already been elsewhere a standard practice for bid tendering’s, management for deadest too and is part of the finance, purchasing, legal, computer-systems departments Project managers in the rest of Canada have even already now existed the last 50 years.. so why has the RCMP now too been dragging it’s heals here for deadest even?

THERE ARE REASONS WHY WE DEMAND PROPER. FAIR, OPEN BIDS EVEN BY THE RCMP!

ALSO NOW ALL OF TAXPAYER’S MONEY ABUSES THAT WE DO HEAR ABOUT BY GOVERNMENTS, CIVIL AND PUBLIC SERVANTS ARE ALL UNACCEPTABLE AND ALSO LIKELY JUST THE TIP OF A BIG ICEBERG.
