It seems every major city has really bad cops mostly on the force.

.

It is unacceptable the False cover-ups, clearly Canada’s police still get preferential treatment,  and so do many bad civil and public servants .  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/21/and-the-quebec-corruption-gravy-train-went-on-and-on/

.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

.

THE POLICE, RCMP, MINISTERS, MAYORS, GOVERNMENT CONSULTANTS THESE DAYS, IMMIGRANT CONSULTANTS TOO  IT SEEMS , SEEM TO BE ANOTHER WORD FOR ABUSERS, THIEVES, LIARS CROOKS. SO WE ALL NEED TO DEAL WITH IT MORE EFFECTIVELY NOW TOO. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/11/10/why-the-ongoing-obsessesion-with-political-corruptions-fraud-etc/

.

Again all Cops need to be judged with a higher standard cause they are also to be exemplary.. it seems they are very slow learners here too. All Law Enforcement officers are held to a higher standard of character and moral judgment and they all should live up to it or quit, get fired get another job.   When they fall short of any standards they should be fired and prosecuted, not suspended or given probation or moved to another desk. They cannot be retrained now too.  They should also have their “peace officer license” taken away.  Wrongfully too it’s not hard for a police officer who has a tarnished record to move to another town or even to another place to be a police officer

.

3 types of cops, politicians, civil and public servants, Professionals   that to all are still really a unacceptable- the drunks, the money stealers, the adulterers.. and they too often come as a package
.

It seems every major city has real bad cops mostly on the force and the main reason for this it seems garbage in, means garbage out, the RCMP included, they had hired poor personnel as cops managers, in the first place so what good can you rather expect next.. and they tend to wrongfully be falsely very hesitant to fire the bad cops, cause the police managers are corrupted themselves, gutless, incompetent too. It seems few Judges and Politicians will go against the bad cops cause they too are big sinners still

All Cops need to go after real criminals still. The too often self serving political watchdogs, the police forces in Canada  in reality they  still do too  often lie when they say they serve the citizen’s, public best interests..  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/11/23/all-cops-need-to-go-after-real-criminals-still/

.

We need to restore police accountability, build public trust in law enforcement and promote public safety in communities throughout Canada too. When a police officer breaks the law the majority of the time they get off too easy, usually just getting a small slap on the wrist even  for such abuses, crimes as DWI, child porn, stalking, sexual harassment and spousal abuse, etc.   No one can or should be above the law! Cops included

.

It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..   http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/13/time-for-us-all-to-fight-to-lower-police-costs-canada-wide-rcmp-included/

.

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/07/new-opp-commissioner-announced/

.

The RCMP PR department in the past had also now lied about the number of drunk RCMP officers.  We can all also too readily know that too many RCMP officers wrongfully do lie, their bad managers included.. sadly they the RCMP and many cops  are also unacceptable hypocrites as they arrest others for drunk driving while many of them do the same thing too when they drive home drunk form the police taverns too ..

.

Furthermore  the punishment for an RCMP who is caught drunk is absurd,, alcoholics tend not to change.. rather they get worse.. all cops who drive or work while they are drunk should be fired from their job period!  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/10/25/canadas-bad-police-officers/

In Canada, especially in Ontario and Ontario, we have  a very great problem with the treatment of older patients in the hospital  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/06/so-you-think-you-may-enjoy-your-retirement-instead-of-being-murdered-in-hospitals/

Dr. Nataros  claims that members of the McGill Faculty of Medicine are attempting to defame his name  because he reported an incident in which serious errors were made by senior doctors. Nataros says that the incident, which took place in November 2012, and is still under investigation by an independent ombudsmen, had near fatal consequences. “It was more than just the wrong treatment, there was a missed diagnosis that made it infinitely worse and the patient almost died,” said Nataros. “It was only very quick treatment and a transfer to a tertiary care centre that saved that patient’s life.” According to Dr. Nataros, his decision to report the errors made by senior physicians prompted these doctors to target him with a barrage of personal attacks. He notes that in a meeting last December, two of the physicians arrived with numerous letters collected from different doctors stating that they found it difficult to work with Dr. Nataros. “The accusations were that ‘Alex is challenging; ‘Alex is argumentative;’ ‘Alex does not respect authority,’” said Dr. Nataros. “But, there has never been an issue with my clinical competency or my patient care.”

‘Quebec’s anti-corruption task force suspects Porter and four high-profile  executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital  were part of a massive fraud conspiracy.UPAC issued arrest warrants Wednesday morning for Arthur Porter, Pierre  Duhaime, Riadh Ben Aissa, Yanai Elbaz , Jeremy Morris. UPAC confirmed  Wednesday that Elbaz – the former associate director general of the MUHC – is in  custody and will be charged Thursday. Duhaime — the former CEO of SNC-Lavalin – will turn himself in to Surete du  Quebec headquarters Thursday morning, He has already been charged with fraud. Ben  Aissa — another former executive at SNC-Lavalin — has already been arrested  and questioned by police for his possible role in other plots. All five are wanted for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and related charges. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/02/27/high-profile-executives-involved-in-the-construction-of-the-mcgill-university-superhospital-are-charged/

.

“I work at the McGill General – the administrative staff is a NIGHTMARE – they run the  hospital. They run the nurses, the support staff, the DOCTORS. Why? Because they  have a strong union. You say one negative comment their way and all of a sudden  you are sitting with a lawyer, a union rep, and they have disappeared for 3  months of “burnout leave”.. they have no idea what a real burnout is.  Everyone,  including doctors, are afraid to say the wrong word in the fear of losing their  job, their license, their reputation as medical PROFESSIONALS.  And it’s these  same secretaries who will tell their patients the “stupid doctor is an hour  late” … when in fact the doctor just ran out of an emergency case cause their  was no doctor available there and the secretary was too lazy to find out where  the doctor actually was.  I could give many a horror story.”

.

mcgill-health3

“It’s the McGll pencil pushers who are deciding where to cut and obviously each and  every one of them is necessary to deliver health care; at least in their oun  minds. Perhaps it’s time the government hired a good management consultant  company to look at all non-medical positions at hospitals and see if they are  really necessary. There could be great savings to be poured back in to real  health care.’ “Now rather get rid of 18 administrative pencil pushers instead of the nurses.  Nurses are  needed more than the administrative pencil pushers  and the administrator earn  more than the nurses… .this is a HOSPITAL,  we need nurses  ! ! ! “   ”It’s a huge shame that in the end, it’s the lower employees who suffer, and  most importantly, the patients are paying for it.” “Fire the administrators responsible for this mess, not nurses who actually do  useful work.”

The least needed remain untouched while the most needed are cut. McGll’s Mr Rinfret has  been at Porter elbow through this whole mess making sure the right people were  met and the right doors opened, how he is still there(or actually promoted) is  amazing!

MUHC

I’ve never felt more sick about living in Montreal, than I do. While healthcare  (and education) are seriously underfunded, we are overtaxed. While the average  citizen suffers, the corrupt politicians, the engineers, the city bureaucrats  and the mob prosper. Taxpayer money ends up stuffed in political party safes, in  off-shore accounts and mafia coffers. I only wish that the Harper Feds would  step in and seize control of Quebec and Montreal. Our municipal and provincial  leaders have sold us down the drain and we have let them get away with this.  Quebec has more similarities with a third world country than it does with the  Western world and I doubt it will ever change. I just want to get out of here  and never come back, even to visit.

Look I had said it a long time ago here in writing that McGill administrators likley run their hospitals the same way  It seems all the McGill adminstrators, negotiators can do is to make problems worse or call the Police The McGill administrators in reality very likley run their hospitals and patients the same way.. very poorly and inadequate.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/01/26/education-does-not-insure-morality-nor-are-professionals-better-persons/

MONTREAL — Six Montreal physicians and professors of medicine are speaking out against the way the McGill University Health Centre is run, charging that the MUHC has become “dysfunctional,” that its academic teaching mission is being given short shrift and that the superhospital planning is a mess. Dissident group notes that the $1.3-billion super hospital under construction in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce will not be equipped with teaching rooms or an auditorium for medical students and, as a result, “teaching facilities may have to be rented to give lectures.”

“Furthermore, it is clear that the superhospital will be a smaller building with fewer beds and resources,” the group adds. “Many services have been abandoned, outpatient facilities will be minimal and many medical units still have no idea of how they will be accommodated in the new hospital. The health implications of these changes in hospital function have not yet been addressed.”

Dr. David Morris, a professor of medicine, obstetrics and gynecology at McGill  said in an interview. “These disasters do not occur overnight.” Dr. Andrey Cybulsky, chief of nephrology at the MUHC, said he decided to sign the comment piece because he objects to the MUHC’s “top-down planning process without really much consultation.” its.

Gwendolyn Nacos, a member of the board of directors who was elected by the population, declined to comment on the letter, saying the policy of the board does not allow for individual members to comment to the news media.

The other signatories to the open letter are Dr. Barry Posner, director of the polypeptide hormone laboratory at McGill; Dr. Mark Sherman, interim director of endocrinology at the MUHC; and Dr. Walter Gregory; a senior physician at the MUHC.

Not much of a surprise? The tip of the iceberg is being revealed only as  the overall depth of corruption will take much more time apparently to uncover, corruptions that likely permeates the whole project. Birds of feathers tend to flock together. And no one should tell us that  these initial suspected persons, now  were even  just isolated individuals acting on their own without the vast help and knowledge of any others now too. Higher education never insures one’s good moral standings.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/10/26/mcgill-administrators-likley-run-their-hospitals-the-same-way/

.

Premier P Marois,  Quebec government’s proposal  to create a new watchdog to oversee universities  and Hospitals now as well is valid, natural..  as some of the biggest crooks are even the educated folks..  and our Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals and the Police, RCMP are also now very poorly managed too ALL AT THE TAXPAYER’S EXPENSES.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/01/26/education-does-not-insure-morality-nor-are-professionals-better-persons/

MONTREAL – Former executive committee chair Frank Zampino was, for a time, the most powerful man in Montreal, according to the latest witness Rosaire Sauriol  at the Charbonneau Commission — Rosaire Sauriol a witness who may have exerted considerable influence of his own at city hall. the inquiry lawyer Denis Gallant suggested that Sauriol was a major player in that  system and the true second-in-command to Zampino.

.

” What is important here is that he testified that same schemes of illegal political financing, collusion, bid rigging, fraud , breach of trust, price fixing, were also going on on Federal level!          So this means that probably millions of federal tax dollars were also stolen and that illegal donations were also practiced on federal level at the time!!!! Where is the RCMP? “

.

The already proven cost ineffective RCMP likely or clearly has also abused often taxpayer’s funds itself so it is, was in no position to investigate others.. these corruptions have been on going the last 50 years with the useless Montreal, Quebec and the RCMP police likely part of the problem.. sleeping with the enemy.

.

But do note this the bad Police are still very capable of arresting the poor helpless, defenceless students.. this week 60 arrested in Montreal as tuition protests resume .. so it is no wonder  students despise the police and governments.

Great Quebec Liberal expecations are headed for a great fall

As usual some of the major  Quebec English News media is openly these days shouting about , counting on the new Quebec Liberal leader Philippe Couillard to be a savior for the Anglophones, sadly now even years too late, as the news media knows their own existence, finances also next  will suffer drastically if the  French only language emphasis is kept up.
.
And they the Anglophone news media are falsely even censoring negative citizen comments about the Liberal leader and the Liberals now too.
.
But they have put their bet on the wrong horse still  and the wrong party even..
.
As we know in the past and definitely in the future  the Liberals were useless, twits when it came to exposing and supporting Anglophone speaking rights in Quebec, and dealing with the vast Quebec Corruptions even at the McGill super-hospital contracts. The really bad  Liberals  including  Philippe Couillard, a Liberal party favorite,  even  a BAD  former health minister,  downplayed the extent of his ties to his colleague, a very controversial federal  appointee, Arthur Porter, He and Porter were once appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper to the  committee that monitors Canada’s spy agency, and they also ran a consulting  business together. Porter, a former hospital administrator, now faces fraud charges in  connection with a scandal-plagued contract to build the large McGill large hospital Now here is what I find disturbing  for 5 years Couillard partnered with Porter  and  he did not see how corrupt Porter was, either  Couillard is incompetent, or he has the same bad values as bad Porter! Philippe Couillard thus also  had  allowed the Quebec province to go down in a mess, corruptions.
.
Philippe Couillard, who is returning to politics after a five-year absence, firstly also  must seek a  legislature seat immediately..
.
THEY THE QUEBEC LIBERALS  STILL REALLY do not deserve to be a governing party ever. I am not a politician, but as an ordinary Citizen I knew that Dr Porter was likely clearly corrupt, the MUHC corrupted, and the city of Montreal as well and I had objected to it.
Now many others have said” The PQ are merely playing ‘bash the English’ because it always plays well to the majority and the nationalists. It also distracts attention away from the sad economic mess Quebec is in thanks to 30+ years of the grand experiment.” ” the leopard does not change it’s spots….they the Liberals are already backtracking on their position on Bill 14″‘ “Couillard will be a disaster for the Liberal party, and here we go, a week after the Liberals said they would vote against Bill 14 Couillard wants to study it and make amendments to it.  Deep down I always suspected he was nothing more than a weather vane.  The slow rot of Quebec continues.” “Are there no federalist politicians out there with backbone and vision? Quebec must be bilingual to succeed. Otherwise, we might as well say hello again to the 17th century. At least we won’t have to worry about infrastructure. There won’t be any.”
.
And if Pauline Marois and her separatist  party fail to address the corruptions now properly, instead of sweeping it under the table as has been done wrongfully  for decades, they too  do not deserve to be a governing party ever
.
Both the Liberals and the PQ parties had sadly, wrongfully had failed to properly deal with English language laws already too..

Most politicians, civil and public servants think the rules don’t apply to them.

canada-justice

It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..

Public exposure , exemplary prosecutions, and real jail time  for the bad persons, criminals serves as the best   deterrent to all, the guilty offenders and all the accomplices included

.

OTTAWA – Federal procurement watchdog finds more evidence of rigged contracts. A federal watchdog is blowing the whistle again on a series of  cooked contracts. Frank Brunetta, the procurement ombudsman, says he found more evidence that  the Canada School of Public Service rigged contracts to make sure they went to  favoured suppliers.Today’s report looked into the way contracts were awarded to six  consultants, altogether worth more than a million dollars. .

Now how many of the crooks will actually go to jail and why not? So, why aren’t we all  still now seeing the Quebec, Federal governments, police laying now more and more criminal charges especially to all the corrupted  persons in the businesses and the governments and also suing all of  these corrupted officials, persons, construction and engineering companies millions of dollars in compensation and penalties? and for their  tax evasions too.. why should any of them now   even be allowed to keep any of the profits of corruptions?

.

Yes, we all can easily know that corruption has even plagued Quebec ( not just Ontario too)  at multi levels in City Halls. Hospitals, etc., from the top down to the bottom and for a very long time over 50 years.. Obviously nothing has changed.. because the watchdogs did nothing good about it.. the police, RCMP included also were, are themselves as bad as ever here.. the fiascos go on and on.. Money generating Speeding and parking tickets were their main Police occupations it seems.   It is sad that Job preservation was too often the false reason why most of the ostrich  employees also had went along with the vast corruptions instead of opposing it.. all it took for evil to triumph was for the good people to do nothing about it.

” Turns out that every aspect of Quebec public service is completely corrupt. Unfortunately, it is not just the city of Montreal that needs more investigation, it is:

- the SQ for giving themselves illegal bonuses and shutting down investigations that touch the “gouvernement national”.

- The MUC police force, and their contracts between Yvan Delorme and BCIA

- Union Montreal. It appears that at their fundraisers, they sometimes keep part or all of the money.

- We can look forward to “the corruption float” this Sunday which will be led by Montreal’s new mayor mayor Michael “I swear I am not under investigation” Applebaum.

PS: Merci to the SQ for tipping off the mayor about current UPAQ investigations.  Obviously nothing has changed..”

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating allegations of corruption and conflict of interest levelled against elected officials in the town of Collingwood, a popular ski and summer destination northwest of Toronto. A number of citizens have formally complained to the OPP about what they say is a lack of transparency involving a number of town deals — and the relationship some elected officials have with a prominent local lobbyist and consultant, former Liberal MP Paul Bonwick Bonwick is the mayor’s brother. He is also close family friends with the deputy mayor. As well, sitting councillor Ian Chadwick works as a contract employee for Bonwick’s lobbying and consulting firm, Compenso Communications. The complaints to police include concern that Bonwick was hired to represent a local group looking to bring a slot machine facility to town. The citizens also complained that he worked for PowerStream, which last year successfully bought a 50 per cent stake in Collingwood’s public utility company Collus. They are upset that no one on council disclosed Bonwick’s business involvement; nor did anyone on council declare any potential conflicts of interest. Read More

” MONTREAL — A Notre-Dame-de-Grâce businessman who raised funds for the Union Montreal party said he has been unfairly accused of having Mafia ties and making millions thanks to zoning changes under Mayor Michael Applebaum, when Applebaum was mayor of Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. A Radio-Canada report suggests Lee Lalli, who owned a site at Côte St. Luc Rd. and Décarie Blvd., profited from rezoning that saw the sale price of the land soar from $50,000 in 2003 to $4.5 million in 2007. The report also suggests Applebaum, who was borough mayor until becoming Montreal mayor in November, shared privileged information with Lalli by discussing the possibility of building a new borough hall on the site. MONTREAL — Union Montreal did not declare a $1,000-a-plate fundraising dinner businessman Lee Lalli says he held at his office for Mayor Michael Applebaum in August 2009, while Applebaum was still in the party. On Thursday, an aide to Applebaum confirmed that the dinner took place.. Lalli said the dinner, to which he invited local construction entrepreneurs, garnered cheques for Union Montreal from 20 guests.   It was one of two $1,000-a-head fundraising events Lalli organized for Union Montreal, which lost its majority on city council in November after its leader, Gérald Tremblay, resigned as mayor. The first fundraiser, also attended by 20 people, was held in August 2003 at La Cantina restaurant on St. Laurent Blvd, Lalli said. Union Montreal reported in its financial statements that year that it sold 12 tickets to the event for a take of $12,500. Dr Arthur Porter of the MUHC a wanted fellow now currently faces a raft of criminal charges arising from the awarding of the $1.3-billion super hospital contract. The controversial former head of Canada’s spy watchdog is caught up in a number of allegations swirling around a billion-dollar Montreal mega-hospital development.  Also a Roman Catholic parish priest in Sorel-Tracy is in court today for a bail hearing after being arrested yesterday on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

.

Daily on the news we all now do read about perversity done by perverse, corrupted politicians, civil and public servants, cops and now even professionals – Doctors and Engineers. “Developers, politicians, lawyers, civil servants and throw in the Police for good measure. If that isn’t a sure recipe for corruption I don’t know what is?”

It is not just in Quebec that we have now had corrupted officials for decades. it is still a Canada wide event, it even happens cause “they see Conservatives getting away with this stuff every day of the week” ” We have had this conflict of interests, corruptions in every city/town in Ontario… it is just too often that the insiders who know about it, none feels safe so that they can say much about it as they could lose their job and/or live in fear of verbal or physical reprisal, both in in the large towns. “I would like to see the OPP start at the top with the Ontario Liberals, then work their way down and I would like to see the same with the RCMP with our federal government.” But are there enough ‘honest’ and integrity bound’ cops able to do this honest, decent investigation? as sadly it seems that they too have their own corruptions..
.
When next even found rarely guilty the offenders tend to get a mere slap on the wrist falsely and why? Rather” If found guilty put the offenders in jail. No more gentle wrist rapping for corruption in government and politics.”

New stricter rules for private seniors’ homes are on the way.

New stricter rules for private seniors’ homes are on the way.The Quebec government announced Wednesday it wants better-trained staff in more than 2,000 private residences, where more than 100,000 elderly people live. It wants to pass new regulations to make sure every private seniors’ home follows the same rules, including rules on bathwater temperature controls – a move that comes after at least ten Quebec seniors have died after being scalded by bath water in recent years. The government also wants tougher standards for sprinkler systems, more training for staff and two new categories of residents – autonomous and semi-autonomous – with new procedures for both. Residences that don’t comply will face consequences, said Health and Seniors Minister Réjean Hebert.“If some of these residences are not conforming to those rules, they will shut down,” he said. “I think it’s for the benefit of the elderly people who will find security and well-being in other places.”

Pauline Marois Quebec government’s proposal  to create a new watchdog to oversee universities  and Hospitals now as well is valid, natural.. some of the biggest crooks are even the educated folks..  and our Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals and the Police, RCMP are also now very poorly managed too ALL AT THE TAXPAYER’S EXPENSES. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/01/26/education-does-not-insure-morality-nor-are-professionals-better-persons/

I have been posting about the unacceptable seniors abuses in Quebec’s old age homes, hospitals , for 2 years to no avail. The too often lazy, immoral, pretentious Police themselves do not want any responsibility in the matter. Unenforced laws are still bullshit as a result.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/11/18/i-wrote-for-about-2-years-even-on-the-net-that-the-quebec-government-allows-the-abuse-of-the-seniors/

high-profile executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital are charged

MUHC

Quebec’s anti-corruption task force suspects Porter and four high-profile  executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital  were part of a massive fraud conspiracy.UPAC issued arrest warrants Wednesday morning for Arthur Porter, Pierre  Duhaime, Riadh Ben Aissa, Yanai Elbaz , Jeremy Morris.

Cleaning one’s own house first is in order even here too..  Too many McGill administrators, doctors are already known to be bad managers, money hungry while the university too readily takes our tax dollars now too and too allow falsely often abuses us too.. McGill is already very unpopular amongst the majority of Quebec French speaking persons. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/03/02/mcgill-university-montreal/

The McGill administrators in reality very likely run their hospitals and patients the same way.. very poorly and inadequate. At least that has been my own rightful complaints often here too http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/10/26/mcgill-administrators-likley-run-their-hospitals-the-same-way/

“Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment. The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC). Harper’s record for associating with  undesireables just keeps getting better and better. Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment.  The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC).Less than two years later, Porter found himself chair of our spy services oversight committee, a position in which he had access to all of Canada’s intelligence secrets. He was appointed to the Board of Air Canada and made a Queen’s Privy Councillor.  Porter also was connected to self-described arms-dealer and former (alleged) Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe. The two were involved in a dubious business deal involving a $120 million investment by Russia in “port development” in Africa.  It turned out that Porter was also claiming to be ambassador plenipotentiary of Sierra Leone, one of the most corrupt countries on earth — an obvious conflict with his SIRC role.”  http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/story/2013/02/27/mtl-mcgill-hospital-arthur-porter-arrest-warrant.html

And former adviser to PM Stephen Harper  had “grave doubts about putting people in jail” because of  child pornography    http://www.calgaryherald.com/Wildrose+dumps+campaign+manager+Flanagan+over+child+pornography+comments/8029677/story.html …

Politicians who land in hot water need help managing the crisis and protecting their reputations. Lucky for them, the Conservative Sen. Mike Duffy ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE TOO MANY BAD APPOINTMENTS OF PM STEPHEN HARPER, Duffy over the past several weeks, offered a master class in how to get through the worst of it AND NOT IN A NICE WAY TOO.  Lie, Belittle, Blame. Dodge, Deflect, Flee, Admit very little..  as clearly he is learning from his boss the PM.. And were all previously promised a better Government and this now is it?

Canadian Medicare belongs to the people who paid for it, Bonafide Canadians

justice

.

Too many new arrivals in Canada they do lie,   scheme, plan ahead to abuse our generosity, even commit tax evasions too.. and the money they save goes to their own bank accounts or abroad too all of which is also unacceptable…

.
The Canadian governments, Canadian Medicare, the Canada’s immigration system, the Canadian system, they are not supposed to be a safety blanket for any of the yet non Canadians citizens. No such thing as free Medicare.. some one pays for it.. Canadian taxpayers. Canadian Medicare is for real Canadians and their immediate, direct family.

I agree with many Canadians who do say that the Canadian Taxpayer has been undeniably pounded much too often with both social welfare and even medical costs by non-Canadians, thieves, liars and cheats now too.

According to some statistics, apparently annually or much too often many visitors or false immigrants, immigrants who live abroad but do not pay taxes too, come to Canada to be medically taken care off, some even go home to their country with a promise to pay the bill, which often never happens.

A great number of countries require that all visitors first must have a medical travel insurance so should Canada. Canada is not obligated to do so.. At a time when millions of Canadians do not even have a family doctor.

But if a spouse is a Canadian citizen the whole direct family should get Medicare now still

I do not think it is unreasonable to limit access to people who are not Canadians. We have no obligation to pay for someone else’s supposed poverty. Funny how the people who have no money for instance can still affords to travel and by the things they want too. If they have really no money let them go to the Red Cross. Or let them take out a loan some where and pay for the medical services. Or get a Cosigner where the cosigning is guarantor who will reimburse the government for all of the medical expenses that the person they are guaranteeing utilizes.
While a permanent resident visa application is in process, the sponsored person must stay in status and reside with the sponsor, Guarantor, in Canada, and once accepted if they next do receive any social welfare, pension supplemental, they cannot next travel abroad now too. Falsely many do. If they can afford to travel abroad, they are still rich and thus  do not legitimately   qualify for any social welfare, pension supplemental.

If the  applicant leaves the country, even for a short vacation, they are not granted re-entry, as that may effectively end cohabitation between the spouses and thus it will terminate status in Canada. Since they now fall outside the basic requirements, the application should be refused. Forfeiting the $550 fee they have paid to apply for a permanent resident visa.

Some people who never worked in Canada or paid any taxes here they do demand and they falsely do get social welfare, pension supplemental now as well.. Not acceptable.

There are many of us who never get to go abroad and yet some new arrivals, do now next  even still take a vacation abroad, such as to Bulgaria, and what they now still falsely still do want our tax dollars to cover any and all of their medical expenses, because they have decided that is what Canada should do? Dream on.

It’s funny how some people make immoral acts,  choices and expect a government to change its  policies to suit .. Not acceptable.

Time for us all to fight to lower police costs Canada wide, RCMP included

police-start
.
It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/08/most-politicians-civil-and-public-servants-think-the-rules-dont-apply-to-them/

Obviously nothing has changed..”

.
“Spending on policing has increased steadily while the volume and severity of reported crime have both been on the decline” even or has the police falsely rather discouraged the reporting of the crimes firstly?
.
Two police officers have been judged to be in breach of 4 code of ethics clearly  criminal charges. Why were their names not released?  and what if  when the same  police officers punch  someone it an ethics violation but if a citizen does  do the same, its an Assault conviction with a criminal record?  http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/story/2013/02/13/montreal-racial-profile-farid-charles.html

OTTAWA — A new report by a respected international human rights watchdog has accused RCMP officers of abusing aboriginal women and girls in northern British Columbia.  http://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/scathing-report-accuses-b-c-mounties-of-raping-abusing-aboriginal-girls-1.1154727

Human rights group says RCMP, native relationship ‘dysfunctional’ -A number of women interviewed by Human Rights Watch researchers alleged that RCMP officers used excessive force in arresting them, mistreated them while they were in custody and, in some cases, physically or sexually assaulted them. Many of the aboriginal women he spoke with did not trust police and felt little confidence that any complaints would be addressed. He said he was surprised to find that the fear of police expressed by some of the women was comparable with what he has seen in post-conflict situations in countries such as Iraq and Libya. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/human-rights-group-says-rcmp-native-relationship-dysfunctional/article8572404/

RCMP has a bullying problem, watchdog says. Commission chairman Ian McPhail said about 90 per cent of the complaints involved bullying. Only four per cent of the complaints dealt with sexual harassment, A national police force where abuse of authority is possibly a systemic problem means a really bad Police force!  and  the simple perception of a continual pattern of poor treatment of employees is enough to rattle all public confidence in   RCMP and severely already tarnished the force’s reputation. Instead of them all talking about the problems, do something How about some real solutions to problems within the RCMP?  Real Accountability instead of cover-ups and transfers, real punishments now too, Punishments that fit the crime  plus no more two or three year plus investigations into wrong-doing.  about the RCMP.  http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2013/02/14/rcmp-harassment-report-ian-mcphail.html

it’s time the RCMP looked at the questionable spending practices – their own and the others   http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/2013/02/13/ndp_seeks_rcmp_probe_into_senate_expenses_controversy.html …

.
The Public Safety Minister Mr. Vic Toews gave a speech the last month in which he questioned the spiralling costs of policing. Most policemen and their managers  are still really cost ineffective It is really Time to fight to lower police costs Canada wide, the RCMP included even by an clearly, enforced effective cost control framework ensures that no one rewards themselves at public expense,  that  ensures that the public is getting the most for its money, ensures  that all expense and travel claims are appropriate and handled with a high level of transparency and accountability.  And here too an example needs to be made of all those who abuse the expense account or sign off on illegitimate expenses by even make such acts criminal plus having the guilty individual return the stolen money. Thousands or millions of dollars abused are an enormous amount of money, and to not have adequate, stringent cost controls in place by now  is an unacceptable  failure of any  leadership on all the part of the governments , ministers, mayors, administrators .
.
By the way the people who make false expense statements are also guilty now of tax evasion
Follow the money trail, the oldest rule of good journalism and why is that so? as the love of money is the root of ell evil still..  He or she who cannot be trusted to handle money cannot be trusted to handle anything else now too.People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.
.
Now “it’s true that police costs in general, and police salaries in particular, are out of control. Total spending on police services nationally has doubled since 1997, reaching $12-billion. While the average Canadian income has grown by 11 per cent over the past decade, the average police salary has grown by 40 per cent. Policing is doing to municipal budgets what health care is doing to provincial budgets: threatening to consume them.” Both need better cost control management too.. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/death-of-internet-bill-gives-toews-new-life-to-beat-the-drum-on-policing-costs/article8584719/?

.

The cost of policing cannot continue to rise indefinitely in Canada, or cities will end up bankrupt. Pools, camps, parks and libraries will have to close. Police in England and several U.S. cities have already undertaken drastic and innovative reforms to transform the delivery of law enforcement for a modern era  This has not yet happened in Canada. But there is no time to waste. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/commentary/editorials/cost-of-policing-in-canada-cannot-continue-to-rise/article7437935/

Last year, it was revealed that former AHS financial officer Allaudin Merali, while working for Edmonton’s now-defunct Capital Health Region, charged taxpayers almost $370,000 for pricey restaurant meals, to fix his Mercedes Benz and to hire a butler. http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/arts-and-life/life/health/alberta-health-dinged-taxpayers-for-private-plane-ride-realtor-fee-auditor-190880421.html

EDMONTON — Alberta’s auditor general and Alberta Justice launched a $2.4-million probe into the Office of the Public Trustee after a senior trust officer was fired for allegedly stealing more than $120,000 from a trust he was administering. The revelation is contained in auditor general’s   report,  which also found Alberta Health Services (AHS) exercised lax controls in reimbursing 26,000 employees for spending during a 17-month span in 2011-12. “The fact that the control systems essentially have failed over that period have  cost this huge amount of public resources,”

Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013  The province of Alberta released the most recent report from the Auditor General – which included dozens of recommendations meant for three different provincial departments. Auditor General Merwan Saher passed the 117 page report on to the provincial government in early February. The report included a total of 33 recommendations is meant to increase accountability for Alberta Health Services, the Office of the Public Trustee, and a number of post-secondary institutions. For AHS, Saher said the organization needs to place tighter controls on expenses, and guidelines for staff to follow when it comes to travel and living expenses. According to the report, AHS spent more than $100 million on travel and hospitality over 17-months.The report outlined a number of incidents where guidelines were not followed. In one case, an AHS staff member was found to have charged taxpayers for flying his own plane – without an explanation as to why the official couldn’t take a commercial flight, or how the rate charged for the private flight was competitive. In another case, one unnamed facility used taxi cabs to transport patients to their homes, some of the charges ended up totaling more than $300 – also, without an explanation.  The only recommendation outlined in the report for AHS was for officials to tighten controls over expense claims, credit card transactions and other travel expenses by improving how charges are analyzed and documented, improve education and training of staff for compliance with expense policies and monitoring expenses and reporting results to the board. The rest of the recommendations, including those for the Office of the Public Trustee and for a number of Alberta post-secondary institutions, can be found online.  Read more: http://edmonton.ctvnews.ca/ag-report-outlines-recommendations-for-health-authority-1.1154218#ixzz2Kk42rXz8

Now   why is this above  finding and related recommendations so important to all Canadian taxpayers the increased accountability now for  all  civil and public servants, cops, RCMP,  politicians, senators? any group that gets government funding too. or what you falsely still do not  think that most other regional boards, sections, they  do not do the same thing, abuse the tax payer’s money unrestrained now too, yes all the other regional governmental executives managers, departments?  Follow the money trail is still the oldest valid rule of Journalism, cost control too.
.
It is a sad reality that much too many now Politicians, civil and public servants, RCMP , Cops, City Hall workers, managers do abuse their expenses,  on their out of town travel and living expenses and  here also they do  even make too many quite unnecessary out of town and/or out of the country travel now too. How do I know this firsthand? In one city alone 3 city hall departmental managers boasted to me that they did it and their associates too.
.
By the way the people who make false expense statements are also guilty now of tax evasion

The bribery shenanigans unfolding at the Charbonneau commission, the intrigue involving Arthur Porter and the MUHC/SNC-Lavalin frolics, tales of second-rate asphalt and now even bridges falling down clearly all indicate something is, was still seriously wrong in Quebec as well

-

Follow the money trail, the oldest rule of good journalism and why is that so? as the love of money is the root of ell evil still..  He or she who cannot be trusted to handle money cannot be trusted to handle anything else now too. Money and Power still clearly corrupts and our boys on the Ottawa Hill and elsewhere demonstrate this reality much too often these days too.

While Scandals and corruption are nothing new in politics whether it be the MPs…MLAs or Senators at all levels of government.  The political past and present times are not only  rampant and full of scandals and corruptions that are too numerous to even begin to list but they are still very clearly evidence of the really bad managements by the political leaders. Even this recent wave of scandal and corruption all across the country at all levels of government is  CONTINUAL signal for us the citizens to seriously weigh in the matter and demand not only more safe guards such as mandatory police clearances prior to anyone being allowed to run for office but we need to see these guilty persons punished. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons, with jail time, serves everyone’s   best interest even the guilty offender.  Mandatory legal actions should  made into law against all bad civil and public servants, politians that  would allow further criminal proceedings against any who are involved in taxpayer’s money abuses scandal and corruption. The time for this change in political governing  is in order. Not only because of our good welfare …..but rather because of these much too many crooks, abusers..

And once elected…….periodical checks are required, even recalls on all politicians, senators too  to insure that these politicians have not next  not falling to the weigh side while in office  and they should not be treated be treated any better or differently over  anyone else in life who does wrong, evil, crimes.

Obviously too many of our politicians, civil and public servants as evidenced from their past and current behavior and conduct really are no better then anybody else, are unsuited thus for their jobs and should be removed ASAP

it’s time the RCMP looked at the questionable spending practices – their own and the others   http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/2013/02/13/ndp_seeks_rcmp_probe_into_senate_expenses_controversy.html …

OTTAWA – Controversy over Mike Duffy’s Senate housing allowance has mushroomed into a bigger question — whether he’s entitled to sit in the Senate at all — that now threatens to ensnare colleague Pamela Wallin. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/housing-flap-plaguing-duffy-wallin-raises-questions-senate-231632232.html

.

Wallin’s Senate eligibility questioned by political scientist  Senators are required to be residents of the province they represent, but according to Leeson, political science professor emeritus at the University of Regina, since she was appointed in 2009, Wallin has given less than satisfactory answers to questions about her connection to the province.”If she would simply say, ‘Yes, I have a driver’s licence. Yes, I have a health care card. Yes, I file my taxes from here,’ that would clear it up,” he said. “But she hasn’t done that.” Wallin has repeatedly said she owns property in Saskatchewan and meets the Senate residency requirement. However, she declined to answer questions from CBC News about whether she has a Saskatchewan health card or a Saskatchewan driver’s licence. http://bit.ly/12gLmYj

.

Wallin has claimed $321,037 in ‘other travel’ and $29,423 on flights from Ottawa to her home province of Saskatchewan since September 2010. But supposedly 70 per cent of her travel expense were for tickets from Ottawa to Toronto, where Wallin owns a condo.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/blogs/canada-politics/senator-pamela-wallin-audited-over-350-000-travel-135810011.html

.

SADLY NO ONE ADMITS THEIR GUILT, NOT EVEN DR PORTER OF MUHC OR ANY SENATORS, MPS, MAYORS, CITY HALL SERVANTS RATHER THEY TOO  OFTEN FALSELY DO EVEN USE THREATS, LAWYERS TO SUPRESS ANY ACCUSATIONS, NEGATIVE FACTS..THEY CANNOT DENY THE TRUTH STILL

.

THE VERY BAD SENATORS APPOINTED IS THE MAIN ISSUE, EVEN I CAN SEE THAT, AND  NOT THE SENATE ITSELF, THAT INCLUDES THE BAD SELECTIONs MADE BY THE CURRENT PRIME MINISTER  STEPHEN HARPER
.

“In fact, the most common lament one hears these days from long-time senators of both political stripes is that the Harper appointees are nothing more than cheerleaders, tossing reasoned debate and committee work over the deck in favour of boosting the man who gave them the job. To Ottawa-based journalists, Duffy betrayed the tribe, insulting those of us who believe our job is to try to hold our elected representatives to account, not to turn on a dime once a patronage plum is dangled.”
http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/2013/02/11/why_mike_duffy_has_a_big_target_on_his_back_tim_harper.html
.

NO SUCH TING AS A LITTLE BIT PREGNANT..   ONE HAS TO BE REALLY DUMB IF ONE THINKS THAT THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE, HOUSING ALLOWANCES, THAT  HE MIKE DUFFY OR ANY OTHERS HAVE CHEATED, LIED STOLE NOW.  AS OLD BAD HABITS DIE HARD. AND THE ORDINARY FOLKS WOULD NOT BE LEFT GO THAT EASILY. ALL PEOPLE IN LEADERSHIP HAVE TO BE JUDGED MORE SEVERELY AS THEY ARE ALSO TO BE GOOD EXAMPLES AND NOT BAD ONES. PUBLIC EXPOSURE AND PROSECUTION OF THE GUILTY PERSONS SERVES EVERYONE’S BEST INTEREST STILL INCLUDING MIKE DUFFY’S .  FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL,  THE FIRST RULE OF JOURNALISM STILL APPLIES HERE TOO.

Now you can run but not hide, but as a Politiican, civil and public servant, professing leader, pastor or preiest too you lead by personal example  too, all people have a right to judge all you do.

Subject: I have said for decade now seniors are being murdered in Canada’s hospitals
.
So you think you may enjoy your retirement  instead of being ”  MURDERED IN HOSPITALS ”
.
ESTHER 4: 13 And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. 14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
.

In Canada, especially in Ontario and Ontario, we have  a very great undeniable, false problem of neglect in the treatment of older patients in the hospital and in old age homes’
.

Upon admission to the hospital you are requested to sign a form declaring whether you wish to be revived in case of emergency, or not. This document is called a D. N. R. or Do Not Resuscitate form. They give you two choices.
.
The first choice, you are told is to accept being kept alive as a living vegetable, completely insensane.  The second you are told is to let nature take its course. Then these utterly helpful people will even sign the form for you. All nice and neat.
.

However this is the biggest song and dance act to be put over the public since Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. What you are actually agreeing to is for the Hospital to totally neglect you or even pump you full of enough morphine to overdose a football stadium of people.
Our health care system and old age homes seems perpetuates the belief that a person who is over the age of sixty-five has somehow managed to reach their lifetime expiry date, a best before date if you will for people. And now that these old people are in the hospital using up resources and funds best reserved for younger people, now well you can’t really expect for the hospital to fix them back up, can you?
After all as far as many of the hospital staff is concerned this old person has managed somehow to have a long life already and that is enough of that now.
You really can’t be expecting the hospital staff to put themselves out and actually care for these old people, too, can you? I mean why give an older person in the hospital a blanket when you might have to wash it then, or food when that will just encourage him to stick around. And if they have anything close to a complex condition, well there is that neat little DNR now isn’t there? You don’t really have to work to fix up these people when that signature gives you an out for some very bad behavior indeed.

The problem with this whole attitude ( besides giving me nightmares of genocidal dictators) is that it completely negates the concept of ” best practice”. loving one another ,

Best practice is the long and firmly held belief that there is only ONE way to treat EVERYBODY. Not when you feel like it or just when you really want to or when someone gives you more money to behave better. Every time for everybody. Because when you start to slack or fail to preform, its just too easy to keep on giving less then your best.

If you take a gander at the rising medical malpractice deaths in hospital across the country and through the United States, you will soon realize that the concept of best practice has gone the way of the proverbial washed baby with the dirty bathwater.
.

Now Hospitals when they are being asked to put forward their best game have no best game left. Only the same sloppy seconds they choose to inflict upon older people. Not keeping sterile technique. Not caring for basic needs ( feeding washing having water and blankets for the bed available). Not being concerned about basic medical protocols.
.

For example twisting the patient while shifting them in bed even though the patient is suffering from a shattered pelvis which has not been casted ( because it is just too hard to do with those old bones, you see).
Then using drugs upon that patient which go against the  doctors and specialists orders for that patient, (because that’s the way the hospital usually does it). Such as give that broken bone patient blood thinners which absolutely stop any bone repair from being made( one of the functions of blood thinners are to stop the clotting process, bone healing is in itself a clotting process).   And then refusing to give the patient bone building vitamin supplements that the doctor has ordered under the reasoning of the staff that vitamins and minerals aren’t really a serious medicine and so it doesn’t matter whether or not it has been given.
.

Hospitals can get away with this heinous behavior because it mostly affects the older more vulnerable sections of our society.
.
You see hospitals understand that they can indulge themselves with this sort of ageist behavior because we the people are still watching that Fred and Ginger song and dance act that they bedazzled us with in the first place.
.
The ageist behavior of the hospitals has lead us to believe rightfully that when old people go into hospital there are automatically at risk of dying.
.

But this only comes to pass because of the hospitals actions or mainly bad in-actions. Not because of theme now being any more innate vulnerability in the average mature person then there is in a preteen child.  Both groups Children and Seniors still do need a certain amount of care taken. But older persons are given far less care over the children .
.

“I have personally come up against this exact sort of ageism, many times hearing that  sixty is a good long time to have lived. This behavior not only diminishes all of us, separating us from our true humanity, our beliefs in charity and that older adults are precious contributors to our own lives and not to be diminished by these vultures upon the vulnerable.”
.

What they do so many now do inflicts harm upon all of us seniors? It is a spreading epidemic of ill will cast out upon those who only seek to enjoy  their golden years without the machinations of their caretakers contributing to their  early exit. Or shall I be more plain spoken and say what it is indeed, an execution. At what cost do we allow this to happen?
.

The insurance company too are doubly hit by this, first with the hospital costs and then with the life policy payout.
.
The stores and service sectors that older people patronize lose out.  Real Estate suffers because that extra condo is never purchased.  Younger families looking for affordable housing cannot move into established neighborhoods because to make the most of the estate, it is sold to developers.   And those young people if they get sick can not count upon the care of the hospitals because the staff are too jaded with their good enough practices that they become unable to set right your average medical situation.  Not being able to do CPR. Not recognizing the signs of poisoning, heart attack drug toxicity or allergic reaction. They only move now upon the threat of being sued, and even that last resort of public outrage is hamstrung with government legislation. All in an attitude of don’t do what’s best, only protect your butt.
.

This whole situation is an attack directed at  the Zoomers age group. This D.N.R. nonsense has to be rewritten re-regulated and completely re-thoughtout. It only acts as a legal sop to cover the actual act of involuntary euthanasia upon our senior persons. This has built to the point where we must act if not for ourselves then for everything we hold dear.  Our families and our liberties are threatened by this madness.  Should we not take this task to hand one day it will be your children in the hospital facing these torturers, Facing their own unsought for demise. And then who will stand for them?”
.
and the governments falsely do nothing about it.. why?
