WINNIPEG – The Manitoba government is proposing a law that would ban misleading advertising about Internet, telephone, cable TV and other services. The Consumer Protection Amendment Act, introduced in the legislature Thursday, would require companies to prominently display the full cost of each service — not just a discount introductory rate. companies would also have to be upfront about any extra fees for equipment rentals, installation and other items. There will also be limits on cancellation fees, similar to an existing law on cellphone contracts.  Consumer Protection Minister Ron Lemieux says the province has heard complaints from people who felt confused about the full price of cable TV, Internet bills and telephone services. “We’re just saying to the companies out there that are offering these services — be upfront, let the customer know what (they’re) going to be paying for.” The law would also cover satellite TV and radio services and monitored alarm systems. Fines would range from $1,000 to $5,000 dollars and, in more serious cases, the government could apply to the courts for higher penalties.

The government announced the plan last fall and asked for public input, and some 360 people responded. Many people said they had been enticed by low, introductory prices and were not clear on what the price would be once the discount period ended, Lemieux said. The move was welcomed by the Consumers Association of Canada.

The cons are no better at it… a lack of accountability here too.

The  Canadian Government  in 1985, enacted the Federal Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and regulations to “promote the safe transportation” and to Protect Canadians mostly on paper still cause it is too often not enforced.. and why is that acceptable?

Is the railway shipping heavy crude oil from the Alberta oil sands, or highly explosive Balkan oil from North Dakota

The Canada Transportation Agency has extended the operating licence of the insolvent railway involved in last July’s deadly explosion in Lac-Megantic, Que., until June 1. The company has been granted a couple of extensions since July’s explosion and fire that killed 47 people and destroyed part of the tiny Quebec community’s downtown.  Did the Canadian Gov’t bother to look into what the railway is shipping before they extended the licences.

Transport Canada has miserably failed us at many levels and is continuing to show its incompetency by approving this continuation to an Operation that has also demonstrated their lack of planning, training, accountability and has no financial protection, leaving us as Canadian vulnerable and on the hook for any future accidents. What ever happened to government Accountability and protection for the Public.

U.S. transportation officials also now has  rebuked the oil industry Friday for not giving up information regulators say they need to gauge the danger of moving crude by rail, after several accidents highlighted the explosive properties of fuel from the booming oil shale fields on the Northern Plains.

Canada’s negative reality

Canada’s negative reality is not solely the self serving pretentious government, leaders at  the federal, provincial municipal levels but it is till also includes the still much too many  bad professionals such as bad Police services and bad medical personnel.

Go to a Hospital  and 30 percent of you shall acquire a serious Hospital acquired, sickness, disease  leading even to death for may of you too..

It will likely include

1: the shit disease, c-difficile, caused by unwashed hands when you got to the toilet and passed on to others.

2: Food poisonings often disguised by another medical term..

3: Medical errors, including wrong prescription pills..

So demand our paid  civil and public servants do a better job of taking care of us..

HOSPITALS OR THE POLICE ARE NOT THE ONLY POORLY MANAGED PLACES.. SO ARE OUR CITY HALLS, PROVINCIAL CORPORATIONS.. The Quebec Charbonneau Commission is putting out a call for public input on stopping corruption in Quebec.

“Well,  the first thing that needs to be done is to make the justice system more effective in discouraging corruption.  At the moment, most of the key players who were involved in the corruption schemes will probably get away with no punishment or, at worst, a tiny penalty representing a modicum of the amount stolen. The current justice system is sending a clear message that, indeed, it pays to be crooked and corrupt!  The law should be, in my view, that those caught, as a given, should be stripped of their assets, including those transferred to spouses and relatives. The guiding criteria should be that the higher the crime the higher the punishment!  We have seen in the last few years a number of public inquiries that cost more than the derived benefits. It seems to me that despite all such enquiries, corruption appears to persist unchecked, simply because the law did not prosecute vigorously the main players to the degree to discourage them from further corruption  or to discourage others from engaging in such corruptive activities. It is a joke, for example, when a main player in the Federal sponsorship scandal was charged 10 years later, after the fact,  when he was in his 80s! The public is not encouraged to do its part, even if it could, unless the public has confidence  in the justice system, and based on the latest poll question on this site, the public clearly does not have confidence in the justice system.  When it was reported in a well respected magazine that Quebec was the most corrupt province,  the public officials at every level denounced the article. The author of the article in question was a French Canadian and member of the public trying do his civic duty to expose something that was not right.  So, why should the public be motivated to help, if the system is screwed up at the very core of a society, the justice system?   Dominic ” Read more:

The problem of doing your own thing

stop G

The problem of doing your own thing, sadly can too often mean also that it is harmful to yourself and still  also  next to the others. but there will be always the 30 percent hard core persons who will still vigorously support it..
For example: there is the false reasoning that the supposedly positive   benefits that “the increase use of  Marijuana might largely displace alcohol use, producing little or no net increase in intoxication but producing a safer society overall since pot is less damaging than alcohol”, is faulty at it’s core since Pot undeniable cause irreversible brain damages, leads to not just to an addiction too it like alcohol, but also similarly cause mental retardation in both cases.. Alcohol is still a basic  “stepping-stone drug” to other immoral acts, bad drug usages.. even if it is legal, cheap, potent. The people who take pot still tend to not stop consuming alcohol.. and other bad drugs too.. People who approve of their usages are stoned, or  then they must be just plain stupid! The myth that  people who use it cause no harm to other people is a myth still too..  The negative side effects of alcohol and bad drugs  are well know already…the false supposedly positive statements is an ostrich approach that  still neglects all of the other real negative realities.

A world-renowned hacker, New Zealand-born Barnaby Jack who died in San Francisco in July, overdosed on a mix of heroin, cocaine and other drugs, a coroner’s report shows. An autopsy revealed that “acute mixed drug intoxication” led to his death, San Francisco’s medical examiner said. The report also had said Mr Jack’s girlfriend had found him lying in bed unresponsive, with “multiple bottles of beer and champagne in the garbage can“.

Most headlines about moderate alcohol consumption are still misleading ones —such as a drink or two a day is good for your heart, your soul, and may even extend your lifespan! But a  new study finds that regularly consuming even moderate amounts of alcohol can cause a decrease in brain plasticity, or the brain’s ability to generate new cells.  It rather kills even existing brain cells..

There is always still the reality of the  warnings of the health risks of marijuana and alcohol usage, rightful warnings that cannot be ignored or dreamed away. .I can’t, for the life of me, understand how any normal, honest, rational person can, in good conscience, support the legal availability of alcohol, or any extremely harmful drug  as It’s quite baffling, contrary to good personal health care. in any case with the human tendency to excess like with anything, too much of  any thing can be still really  bad, harmful  to you  Smoking pot is different here too. . Even plain cigarette smoking is harmful to you as we all can know.

Everyone who drink or use pot  will suffer brain injury but the Youths who drink or use pot are more likely than others to suffer  traumatic  brain injury. Alcohol and drugs can damage a teen’s brain in more ways than people think.  Their negative Symptoms include loss of consciousness, dizziness, headaches, moodiness, difficulty concentrating and increased sensitivity to light and sounds. Teens who reported having 40 or more drinks in the past year had more than five times the odds of suffering a traumatic brain injury than youths who abstained. Those who smoked pot 10 or more times in the past year were more than three times as likely to report a brain injury. But booze and pot can also make people dizzy and disoriented and alter their perception of distance and space.  We already do know from adult studies just how devastating some of these   drinking alcohol  or   pot use injuries can be on all of the people’s quality of life, their ability to hold steady employment, their relationships, substance use and mental health.

Yes all of the persons who take bad drugs and alcohol suffer undeniably irreversible brain damage, death of brain cells, become more and more mentally  retarded. Believe it or not Accept it or not!

Once the alcohol is absorbed into the tissue, it affects your mind and body.  Blood alcohol concentration can rise up to 20 minutes after having a drink. After alcohol is absorbed it leaves the body in three ways: the kidneys, lungs, and liver. Alcohol is not a stimulant, it is actually a sedative-depressant of the central nervous-system, it is capable of rupturing blood capillaries and veins, it does not warm you up; in fact it makes you colder by increasing perspiration and causing body heat loss, it damages the branched end of nerve cells that bring messages into the cell, causing disruptions to brain function. It depletes the body of many essential nutrients such as all the B vitamins, especially B1, B2, B3,B6, B12, folic acid, vitamins C and K, zinc, magnesium and potassium. It can hamper the liver’s ability to process fat. It can lead to liver toxicity and disease. The high sugar content of alcoholic drinks can lead to hypoglycemia and predispose to diabetes. Drinking alcohol regularly can lead to its dependence. Drinking alcohol damages the liver, kidneys, and lungs
Alcohol consumption has previously been linked to a reduced bone mineral density (BMD), or osteoporosis, and increases the risk of fractures especially since  bone fractures can be the result of falls, and   one in three adults over 65 will experience a fall each year, this is a serious issue. And too much booze can cause people to age prematurely. It impairs your driving now too no matter how old you are.  Some of the wider known effects of alcohol include diminished performance, mental impairment, possible addiction, diabetes and liver disease. Now  there   a very few people, though, who can  have one small drink  too.. Yes too many have ended up dying from alcohol abuse, and as well there are those whose alcoholism led them to stop taking care of themselves.  Alcoholism certainly can increase the risk of many different diseases occurring, especially as an individual grows older, and most of   the negative effects are irreversible as well.
“As alcohol is a by-product of yeast digestion, it can have an irritating effect on the lining of the stomach and gradually weaken the kidneys and liver, leading to serious health problems and can prove fatal in extreme cases. When the stomach is weakened it becomes less efficient at digesting food, which inevitably interferes with a healthy metabolism and positive weight loss. Also, after alcohol is consumed it is then the first energy supply to be used up by your body when combined with carbohydrates, proteins and fats, which postpone the fat-burning process. As a result this can lead to greater fat storage, meaning that whenever you drink you will not be burning away your fat stores in the near future. Another shocking fact is that alcohol supplies almost twice as many calories as proteins and carbohydrates, seven calories per gram! And as all of these extra calories you are getting from alcohol contain zero nutrients, they accelerate fat storage while also having a negative effect on a healthy metabolism.”
Now every drop of alcohol you drink, every bad drug you take, kills your brain cell, and you become more and more brain dead.. retarded and Recent medical studies also do indicate that young Men who take marijuana, drugs are also twice as likely to get testicular cancer next before the age of 35 even
Statistics which show an increase of in the number of people   binge drinking, getting drunk  and that the statistics also show that we still have a long way to deal with this major problem. 81% of people who choose to drink are still exceeding the recommended daily limits. The cost of alcohol misuse to our society is very real. In just over 10 years, there has been a startling 86% increase in the numbers of people dying due to alcohol related harm. The harsh reality is that although alcohol misuse is known to be damaging and harmful to health and well-being, many people still drink to excess. This must change,
If you drink 2 martinis at lunch time or supper time  for a start  you are definitely an alcoholic. Now besides the negative effect of alcohol in the private sector they do not booze it up as much as our civil and public servants, politicians  have and do for sure. Politicians, civil and there  Public servants Pigging out, living high on the hog, or getting drunk, and patronistic hiring practices, are clearly an unacceptable abuse.
“One of the risks to seniors of drinking alcohol is that as human bodies age, they lose muscle mass and their body functions slow down, meaning it takes less alcohol for them to become more intoxicated or suffer other ill effects, such as bone loss or cerebral atrophy.  Another problem  that alcohol often  interacts negatively with medication, which older people too often are be taking a significant amount of, depending on their health.” Alcohol may seriously increase your risk of health problems and even seriously now damage your heart.  Although some would say it may offer some very marginal health benefits,  for your heart. Are you willing to take the risks  of bad health associated with the consumption of alcohol still then?

Too big for their britches..

Look the citizens are busy working, paying their taxes and they have elected Ministers to look after them instead.. It amazes me thus next that now for years and years  one of the obvious major Citizens complaint in Canada that is still around is about the bad Bell phone company and why does it takes so long for the CRTC and the governments, ministers to  even deal with it too.. and the other very often complaint still is about the bad cops getting away with abuses and murders.. Don’t believe me see how very  popular my posts are about bad Bell and bad cops still are… almost as much  as the bad comments about the bad PM… and bad alcoholics, divorce.

The useless CTRC does so little and so late..

The CRTC said it is concerned that “some wireless companies” are making it difficult for smaller mobile operators  that do not operate a national network to compete in the marketplaceThe Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has launched a deeper investigation on wholesale wireless roaming rates in the country with the goal of determining in the country’s big three wireless carriers are charging excessive rates to smaller providers for use of their networks.Based on information obtained by the CRTC, some of the large providers are charging or proposing to charge, their smaller Canadian competitors significantly higher wholesale roaming rates than those charged to U.S.-based wireless companies, a statement from the telecom regulator said. Higher wholesale rates can impact the retail rates that smaller companies charge their customers.:

Investigators shielded officers in police shooting of Montreal teen, coroner’s   A Quebec coroner’s report into the police shooting of a teenager that led to a riot in Montreal has found investigators failed to follow proper procedure and went out of their way to shield the officers involved from scrutiny.

Fredy Villanueva coroner report criticizes police practices.. Villanueva, 18, was shot and killed on Aug. 9, 2008, by Const. Jean-Loup Lapointe of Montreal police, after the young man was found playing an illegal game of dice with his brother and three friends in Montreal’s Henri-Bourassa Park.

“The death of M. Villanueva is the result of a multitude of human nature factors, which, if considered on their own, would not have logically justified this result,” the report states.

“Each year, thousands of infractions as trivial as playing dice in the park are the subject of police interventions that go well, even when police and members of the public disagree.”

The coroner’s report, released Tuesday morning, made about 20 recommendations, which focus mainly on police practices.

PM Stephen Harper is not Blameless

So Prime Minister you think that the Jews are nice people and they can do what they want, but the Quebecers who oppose religious symbols are the bad people? Video of Jews attacking Christian Women for wearing a cross;

The Conservatives had been elected on their own promises of accountability, transparency and they would be next  better than all the previous  governments, Political parties and we next do easily know this was not so. It never happened.

In 2006, Accountable Government: A Guide for Ministers and Secretaries of State said that ministers were responsible for “the actions of all officials under their management and direction, whether or not the ministers had prior knowledge.”. Next the guidelines from 2011 says: “Ministerial accountability to Parliament does not mean that a minister is presumed to have knowledge of every matter that occurs within his or her department or portfolio, nor that the minister is necessarily required to accept blame for every matter.”

Mr. Harper insists he did not learn that his former chief of staff, Nigel Wright, wrote a personal cheque for $90,000 to cover Mr. Duffy’s expenses until two months after the money was repaid. Mr. Wright and Mr. Duffy are now the subject of an RCMP investigation into fraud, bribery and breach of trust. He is at full fault as  even  both bad  Duffy and bad Wright were hired by the Prime Minster firstly and he needs to fully accept the Blame for that..

The pretentious, useless, cost ineffective RCMP

The pretentious, useless, cost ineffective RCMP is not something new even if the Canadian Auditor General now says the same thing… Several major federal departments have failed to fix previously identified weaknesses in safeguarding taxpayers’ dollars and are dragging their heels on long-overdue changes, the federal auditor general says in a new report. Some people who pose a threat to Canadians’ security managed by the RCMP  have managed to enter the country illegally because of lax border entry controls. Auditor General Michael Ferguson said he was “very concerned that our audit found too many examples of controls not working.”

The auditor general’s report found gaps in security at Canada’s entry points, which have allowed some dangerous people to slip into the country.“We know in one sample of 49 that two people were successful getting into the country, people with serious criminal backgrounds,” Ferguson said.“In the sample, the numbers don’t sound large, but these samples were over a short period of time and if you extrapolate that over a longer period of time and the number of people trying to get into the country, the results are concerning.”

Useless Minister of Public Safety Steven Blaney said his government will accept the AG’s recommendations.”I have asked and can confirm that both CBSA and the RCMP are implementing…the findings and recommendations the Office of the Auditor General,”   and who believes these liars, I do not.. RCMP still cannot say for sure what percentage of people get nabbed when they try to sneak across the border between regular ports of entry.

The Canada Border Services Agency and the RCMP need to tighten border security work and take steps to better measure how effective they are at keeping illegals out.  “However, our audit found that the controls are not working as intended at and between ports of entry,” she said. “We recommended that the (CBSA) and RCMP collect and use information on the performance of their border controls, so that they know the extent to which controls are working, at which locations and what needs to be improved.”

Really the RCMP should focus on their jobs a little more instead of the political theatre they are so often engaged.

Why doesn’t The RCMP admit that more than a  few RCMP rogues might just be complicit with facilitating crime at the border?  Including neglecting to record data about it.  We need the corruption cleaned up!

” Sounds like some Canadian officials are complicit with these border breaches.  Maybe start by putting under secret surveillance those RCMP who neglect to record data.  Then check out who among police are not only neglecting to keep records but who also record falsehoods about what happens.  You might be surprised just how much of that is going on in police services, not just RCMP but provincial and municipal police as well.  Two officers, separate police forces, each told me they are keeping two sets of records, one for the official record and one to rely on in the event they are ever required to bear witness about what is really happening.  One of them said she keeps the second record in a safe she bolted to the floor at her home.:”

According to the audit, the Canada Border Services Agency has made “little progress” in terms of its monitoring of so-called “lookouts”: individuals or shipments headed for Canada that intelligence has determined may pose a threat.

Dangerous people have slipped into Canada because of insufficient border controls, according to a report by the auditor general. The audit  raised concerns about the RCMP’s success in intercepting illegal migrants between ports of entry.

Ferguson also slammed the Mounties for how they monitor efforts to stop illegal Canada-U.S. border crossings between ports of entry. In an audit of cases from 2011 to 2013, the RCMP intercepted only half of the illegal land border crosses, and about 80% of the marine crossings.

Useless Public Safety Minister Steven Blaney  said his department will work with the CBSA and the RCMP to see how they can improve the exchange of information.

“Unfortunately, Conservatives have become so mired in scandal, and so focused on their well-connected friends, that they are neglecting their basic responsibilities. Their attempts to cut corners are putting Canadians at risk.”

You can read the full report here.

Look the RCMP even had known   for years specifics details by wire tapping about the Corruption in the Quebec city halls and they next still did nothing good about it..

Yes  the   RCMP again  have lost much more respect over the past two years as well as embarrassing Canada again world-wide.

Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year ..

Fire the bad cops And don’t try to give us all  the crap that any  bad police officers can be next still retrained, reformed .. the police themselves tend not to believe that any of the bad guys can be reformed

As the RCMP deny all this,  they continue to tap my phone, monitor my posts, emails?

Scandalous politics reality

The media – statecraft, elections, parliamentary debates – is primarily concerned still about the  endless mistrust and outrage, revelations’ about individuals, their personal failings or corrupt practices, on the individual misgivings that lead to more  systemic corruption..or the enemies of the state..and of the people. Such as ‘ the bureaucrat,’ ‘the politician,’ the ‘city worker,’ the ‘urban elite,’ ‘the suburban bumpkin,’ ‘the drug dealer’ , the ruling class, patriarchy even the white supremacy.. These personal scandal push politics more into a conservative direction. Thus politics is often reduced to morality contest while the subordinate even systemic corruption remains intact. The Names and personalities may change but  negative policies and negative overall structures of power are not changed. Corruption was permeated  the whole tree, it’s roots even,  but only a branch and merely for show is cut off..
Neoliberalism and neoconservatism are not really about the concern for the  citizens own good welfare, not about ‘saving taxpayers’ money.’   nor what is really best for the state, nor about the economic fiscal discipline in general as it is more of a political tool, in fact  more   about gaining control of the top echelons of the state in order to discipline or destroy firstly the opposition, and also secondly some of the Sate branches (those involved in redistribution, progressive taxation or limiting property rights), even to expand others (those involved in policing, warfare, and handing out patronage, PPP contracts and corporate bailouts) and to also reduce the range of manoeuvre of future governments (by shrinking the revenue base of the state). The subject of Debts and Deficits, Fiscal responsibility have their good political platform uses supported by those who more rights for the  investors and property owners, and not the citizens per say. During their election campaigns, both Harper and Ford made much of their commitment to ‘transparent’ and ‘open’ government but next Unfolding revelations show the opposite, revealed them as liars rather.. The arbitrariness in one’s political decision-making personalizes politics and breeds more  Scandalization of Politics. A political style that celebrates the brutality of the dominant and their symbols (war heroes, the monarchy, brawling hockey players) is difficult to control. It easily morphs into the kind of domineering outbursts and abusive habits, class warfare,  on display   by both Harper and Ford   such as their opposition to substantial social equality and  racist views, ‘breaking the rules’ of government , anti-democratic centralization of power, cultivating a public hatred even of the  indigenous peoples, low-income women, cyclists and environmentalists,   racialized class and gender inequalities,  which  has been known for many years .
“What is worse, scandal evokes desires to ‘clean up the mess’ by means of authoritarian intervention. Problems with elected politicians? Bring in the RCMP or the Police Chief to restore order. Yes, the very RCMP whose legitimacy is actively in question because of their role in cracking down on political protests and clearing the path of resource companies when First Nations attempt to defend their land, as the Mikmaq of Elsipogtog have been doing. Yes, the same Toronto Police force that, Rinaldo Walcott urges us to remember, “constantly stops, questions and cards black people and aboriginal people with less evidence of suspicious activity than warrant documents concerning Ford and Lisi reveal.”  But never mind, why not propose the Police Chief for mayor anyway? In Jesse McLaren’s words: “the media praise of the police chief … shows how a drug scandal amidst the 1% can still reinforce the 1%,” ] and, in the process, further demonize the many people of colour in North Etobicoke who became ‘collateral damage’ in the paramilitary drug raids (through which the police retrieved the ‘crack tape’ featuring Mayor Ford).”
Nevertheless be sure your sins will be found and shouted from the housetops , especially those  persons at the top.. as this sells newspapers..

I am not guilty

OTTAWA – Senators Patrick Brazeau, Mike Duffy and Pamela Wallin have been suspended without pay from the Senate of  Canada. Motions to strip them of everything except their titles and benefits passed over 2/3 Canadians approved of this too..

Audits of four senators cost as much as the expenses they paid back maybe the auditors should be audited as well

Do just read the same News stories in different news media and you will find out that the News Media, News  papers often lie, they do not report the news, facts  accurately and too often rather  they often spin their stories to meet a false agenda. No  matter what the topic was, is.. about the Government, issues, or what ever. And they really do often still falsely think we all are so stupid that we will not notice this. Take for example the recent  Mike Duffy, Pamela Wallin  Affairs, where the news media contradict each other  on who is really guilty… they all cannot be right.. Why the different takes too?  The news media falsely is too often  is here to promote itself firstly and  not here merely to tell the truth, it is also here to make money for their bosses, owners,  even to be a self perpetuation job guaranteed services.. and  it generally will thus  do anything to do this .. even lie, distort,  sensationalize.. that is what is too often wrong with them.. News Media mostly a Self service and not a public service

“I have never been subjected to the kind of treatment and disrespect I received from Senator Wallin,”. “This involved harassing me personally, screaming at me and threatening me.”Alison Stodin, former aide to Pamela Wallin, accused the senator of mismanagement and personal harassment during a dispute over travel claims.

OTTAWA – Sen. Pamela Wallin committed fraud and breach of trust by filing fraudulent expense claims, RCMP investigators allege in court. Senate’s rules for filing expense claims. One section cited stipulates that senators may not claim reimbursement for expenses related to their private business dealings, or for participating in partisan political party activities or fundraising events, other than those organized by the Senate

The Winnipeg Free Press  wrote falsely ” Duffy incorrectly declared his main residence to be his Prince Edward Island summer home, so he could claim living expenses for the Ottawa home that was, in reality, his principal abode for decades. Canadians have a right to be furious about this” This was not an mistake, mere incorrection.. that was a blatant criminal lie.. Tell it like it is.. all three of these people Brazeau, Duffy and Wallin should loose their high paying jobs for lying to and clearly stealing from the hard working tax payers.

Brazeau, Duffy and Wallin  I guess their journalistic integrity was left at the door when they entered the senate, if they ever had any.   “How can someone like Mike Duffy not know the difference between his primary residence (which everyone knows is in Ottawa) and a summer cottage on the PEI Island. No one and I do mean no one from the PMO’s office or the Senate made them put in faults claims for travel or housing allowance, only greed on their part. Did the PMO’s office and others screw up by trying to help Duffy, yes but trying to help some means that person made an error and in this case both of them have committed theft from the Canadian tax payers. Did the PM cause this scandal, no, The part of this story that cuts me to the bone is the fact that both of them are blaming everyone else instead of standing up and saying I made a big mistake and tell the people of Canada that they are sorry taking the blame and the lumps for their action. NO, they keep saying I did nothing wrong and others are to blame. If others are to blame why did they pay the money back and I would like to ask, what other’s are at fault for their greed?  ” AS for Pamela’s so-called mistakes?’  How can someone mistakenly charge expenses based on somewhere they don’t even live? This is a criminal act not an oversight, mistake.. it seems they’ve  both lost the average person’s decency  in their calloused indifference to how much money they can take away out of hard working taxypayers’ money. As for pleading ignorance, I this us bit a valid   defense for any wrong doing in the eyes of the law.   Keeping them on the payroll is a gross injustice to the public they were  supposed to be serving.

Would you believe anything from someone who tried to steal thousands of dollars from you?

Proverbs 30:20  This is the way of an adulteress: she eats and wipes her mouth and says, “I have done no wrong.”

The prime minister instead attacked Duffy and portrayed him as a liar who has shown no remorse for his expense claim scandal.”He had been told by everybody he should pay it back. He had said he would pay it back. He had said he did pay it back. That turned out to be untrue,” Harper said of Duffy’s $90,000 bill to repay inappropriate expense claims. Harper’s former chief of staff, Nigel Wright, paid the bill.   “The reality is Mr. Duffy has not paid a cent back to the taxpayers of Canada,” Harper said. “The fact that he hasn’t and the fact that he shows absolutely no regret for his actions and the fact that he has told untruths about his actions means he should be removed from the public payroll.” “He worked a secret arrangement with Mr. Wright…That’s why Mr. Wright is out of a job and that’s why Mr. Duffy should be too,” the prime minister said

Prime Minister Stephen Harper says he “dismissed” chief of staff Nigel Wright over a $90,000 cheque that Wright gave to Senator Mike Duffy to cover Duffy’s questionable expenses,  It’s “clear,” Harper said, that the three senators have “taken hundreds of thousands of dollars in inappropriate expenses,” and he wants the Senate to take “disciplinary action.”

The Public demands justice and honesty.. The Conservative base itself strongly  does not approve of seedy acts by Public and civil servants so a scorched earth approach  will be the order of the day.   It was  a tangled web   that has been woven by the bad Senators using their unacceptable  practices of false denials, lies, distortions deception thus  the  Government cannot back down based on Canadian History’s past lessons.. ” Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, now Minister of Tourism, Maxime Bernier resigned from cabinet in disgrace in 2008 after leaving NATO documents at the home of his ex-girlfriend, who had been linked to organized-crime figures. Former Minister of State for the Status of Women Helena Guergis was turfed in 2010 on unspecified allegations regarding her conduct, fueled by news reports that her husband, former MP Rahim Jaffer, had consorted with con men and “busty hookers.” Former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney was hauled before a commission of inquiry in 2008 over his relationship with fraudster Karl-Heinz Schreiber. ”  But watch out what you wish for.. The Gomery Commission into the Sponsorship Scandal did not cleanse the Liberal Party, it destroyed it for three elections. The Charbonneau Commission in Quebec hasn’t exactly revived that province’s Liberal Party either but made it worse.

Now there are 105 seats in the Senate out of which 6 are vacant. Of 99 occupied 3 + 1 senators do not understand the Upper House rules about what they can claim and what they can not claim as a legitimate expense. That still leaves 95 senators who do understand the rules, and what one would try to believe, they do abide by them.  Not a bad percentage. And get rid of the rotten apples ASAP! And  It was not PM Stephen Harper caught now  cheating the system and stealing tax payers money, it was those 3 senators.

The Senate is considering moving motions to suspend Senator Pamela  Wallin, along with Senators Mike Duffy and Patrick Brazeau, for “gross negligence” regarding their expense claims. They thus would not receive pay or benefits, or have access to Senate resources. these Senators were already ordered to repay thousands of dollars in expenses after outside audit found they filed ineligible claims related to housing and travel. ” I do not believe that under the circumstances these individuals should be on the public payroll,” Prime Minister Stephen Harper “. you can not claim an expense you did not incur. That is not right, that is not proper, and that will not be tolerated in this party.”  “Mr. Duffy now says he is a victim because I told him he should repay his expenses. You’re darn right I told him to repay his expenses,” . Harper also said that he   did expect the senator to repay his expenses “and not Mr. Wright to repay them for him.” and had   he known about Wright’s decision to give Duffy the money he would not have permitted it, and that as soon as he was made aware of the $90,000 cheque on May 15, he revealed it to the public.

The Canadian Constitution Act demanded  two things of any eligible Senator: Not just that he own property in the province he represents, but that he “be resident” there. Clearly, then, no one can consider  a  deed alone  to Mr. Duffy’s oft-deserted cottage on Prince Edward Island sufficient to allow him any tax payer’s benefits..  And the  obvious expectation is that a senator would not fleece the taxpayers by claiming a housing allowance for a primary residence, that’s because the expectation is that any decent, moral  senator would understand that such a claim would be underhanded, unethical and shameless.
Once a Con always a Con, Boss and employee  So what Duffy still claims being a greedy senator, being a Hog is not wrong? How stupid does he think the rest of us are?   ” Out of the gate he abused process and common sense. Rent a property in the Province you represent yet fail to live in and rarely if ever visit. Keep two residences in Ontario. While doing this try to extort job privilege from party and amass expenses jumping around the country in excess of $90,000 plus dollars. Then say oops, they made me do it and want to fire me! They are that stupid, people need a trial to see depth of stupidity. Meanwhile the Senate needs to set it’s own accountability guidelines; Born in province you represent, maybe reside there for past 3-5 years. Avoid PM’s choosing whoever (They have all done it). Proof of residence required (Lease, mortgage papers). After that an equitable stipend to live in Ottawa, travel, expense guidelines. The basic 101’s Senate does not have to make them accountable. Just like rest of the people need to legislate against stupidity.”   No matter how Mike Duffy spins it 2/3 of Canadians seem to agree he  Duffy and the others  should be fired, and lose their pensions.. .for living high on the hog…   ” Honestly making ridiculous expense claims have been the status quo, these guys just skimmed too much off the top of the pot…the government in general always operated on taking more from its citizens at all levels than necessary. Either by getting paid way too much or having rich expenses? These guys just got greedy and back peddled way too much.  “
I am not guilty is what most people say when they are accused of wrong doings.. even convicted felons..
Look the RCMP even had known   for years specifics details by wire tapping about the Corruption in the Quebec city halls and they next still did nothing good about it..
You cannot judge me! Judge not.. I rightfully laugh  those absurd hypocrite who say   do not judge others, but they still do judge me  Yes they   clearly still do not practice what they do falsely  preach to me, others. Even he Bible forbids only the unrighteous judgment…  There is no such thing as living in a world in which all individuals are not being judged by others for the own actions that they take or what they say.  Anyone now making a statement such as, “you cannot judge me”, is ludicrous.  All individual’s behavior or actions, writings, speech can be judged, by all others and not solely in a court of law…. Prov 27:5  Open rebuke is better than secret love.  It is also a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants and all Christians they who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality. God said so
The Canadian Constitution Act demanded  two things of any eligible Senator: Not just that he own property in the province he represents, but that he “be resident” there. Clearly, then, no one can consider  a  deed alone  to Mr. Duffy’s oft-deserted cottage on Prince Edward Island sufficient to allow him any tax payer’s benefits..
“I rise today against the orders of my doctors who fear my heart condition has worsened after months of unrelenting stress”. but that stress was cause by his own PERSONAL contribution, false denials and one can easily see he lives high on the hog and denies it too falsely.. be sure your sins will find you out, they will be even shouted from the housetops.. I cannot believe that anyone can falsely deny like him that he himself is guiltless of any personal wrong doings..  He clearly is nuts too.. Remember in the Nixon Watergate how there too  they all denied their wrong doings, but only one Chuck Colson next actually admitted it.. only one.
Look undeniably now 2/3 of Canadians think that  Wallin, Duffy are also now guilty of abusing the taxpayer’s money in the Senate, of living high on the Hog at the taxpayer’s expenses.. Expense reporting  the policy is clear. All fraud, cheating, lying, stealing is wrong..  Nigel Wright and Mike Duffy, etc., acted on their own volition and like it or not, they are alone firstly responsible, guilty, accountable  .How much common sense does it now take that Cheating, lying, committing  frauds, abusing your expense account is wrong now? Not why cannot some  see this? they love the rewards their stealing brings them.
Duffy in the “monstrous political scheme ” Duffy, highly-paid retired journalist and senator, incredibly claimed he didn’t have the money to repay the expenses. “”   The PM himself has said “The victims here are the Canadian people who expect from all parliamentarians that they will treat public money with the appropriate respect and integrity it deserves. It is not appropriate for people to claim an expense that they really did not incur even though they think they can technically argue it is somehow within the rules.” “when inappropriate expense claims are made I expect corrective action to be taken. If it is not taken, a person who does not take corrective action could not expect to continue to sit as a member of the Conservative Party.”    “I do not believe that, under the circumstances, these individuals should be on the public payroll.”
Pamela Wallin, like Duffy, is a former TV host and compelling speaker who used to be paid handsomely to speak in public and living high on the hog. Continued to do so falsely in the senate..  And Pamela Wallin herself now has judged and falsely accused former Conservative colleagues  of co-ordinating leaks to media of personal information to force her out of the party and the Senate. So why cannot others judge her too?? What has these people going  clearly is their false love of money.. what it can buy for them.. Face it their being threatened with expulsion from the Senate and the related  loss of the pay cheques is really what has brought on their false rages.. outbursts, denials..;
So go ahead Mike AND Pamela, ETC. continue to make yourself Canada’s biggest laughing stock.. a big joke,  a con, and do find out some more the hard way that a good name is worth more over all the money one can steal..

Sen. Pamela Wallin accused next two Senate colleagues Sen. Marjory LeBreton, former government leader in the Senate, and Sen. Carolyn Stewart Olsen of having “personal vendettas” against her, and says that a motion to suspend her from the upper chamber without pay is “baseless and premature.”  What   false diversion by the  person who cannot face her own negative realities, as she had abused the taxpayer’s money many, many times undeniably..  LeBreton immediately rose on a point of order to deny the allegations, also saying “nothing could be further from the truth.”

Hey I saw for over 40 years 2 separate persons continually steal, commit  thefts.. and  just cause they were never actually   convicted by a court of law did not mean they did not steal. Now when I confronted these persons many times about their stealing, they denied it.. they lied.. now the problem about these ostriches in false denial,  about their  lying is that they had next started to believe their own  lies, you become now a mental, a basket case.. even if you are a Senator now too. There is a real absurd argument now being presented by many that a  boss, employer cannot fire  a bad employee with a criminal charge, conviction  first made by the courts..   In the real world employees get fired all the  time without the courts.. The senate can fire these bad persons now on behalf of  the citizens without the courts.

Here is more  visible absurdity…  Some now falsely say that Senate needs to clarify its rules before punishing senators: Wallin .. now almost all of the Senators had, have no problems being honest, not living on the hog but a handful do and they need more specific rules..  well tell them to review  the ten commandments,,
You shall not steal.
You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor..
You shall not covet your neighbor’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.;

Senators Wallin, Duffy, Brazeua, Harb, etc can now  SEE OTHER PEOPLE’S SINS NOW BUT NOT THEIR OWN? HOW COME?  This current Senate court involving Pamela Wallin, Mike Duffy, Patrick Brazeau is not the false diversion of the non ethical leadership by the Prime Minister Stephen Harper who directly appointed these three individuals even if  for purely partisan reasons. they these now hired to be matured persons but now  mere ostriches who falsely cannot face negative realities about themselves .. they are still personally accountable for their own bad actions, misuses of the citizens money, living high on the hog, cover ups and a false denials  included..  no matter who or why someone appointed them..  This issue is not the  undeniable specific  breach  the rule of law — to be falsely be determined solely  by a legal judicial process. The real issue is their own bad actions still.. . which now was never a real matter of contention.

Now we had the cases of the clear  breach of trust and fraud investigation in Quebec City halls that  and mostly still all those bad people had refused to admit they had stolen taxpayers money, yes even all  those crooked Montreal City hall workers, and the city of Laval,  leaders now too. And  there now are too many more persons  like that now..

Now Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his bad advisors  also take much of the blame for falsely hiring you and the bad others like Pamela now too.. ” These days he is trying to distance himself from senators Pam Wallin, Patrick Brazeau and Mike Duffy, painting them as undeserving grifters. But the fact remains: Harper appointed the trio and, in the case of Duffy and Wallin, initially defended them. ”

At least in some cases there is Justice

“Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment. The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC). Harper’s record for associating with  undesireables just keeps getting better and better. Now we have the developing case of another Harper appointment that raises questions about the PM’s judgment.  The PM appointed Porter to health advisory boards and then, oddly, recommended to the Privy Council Office that Porter be named to the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC).Less than two years later, Porter found himself chair of our spy services oversight committee, a position in which he had access to all of Canada’s intelligence secrets. He was appointed to the Board of Air Canada and made a Queen’s Privy Councillor.  Porter also was connected to self-described arms-dealer and former (alleged) Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe. The two were involved in a dubious business deal involving a $120 million investment by Russia in “port development” in Africa.  It turned out that Porter was also claiming to be ambassador plenipotentiary of Sierra Leone, one of the most corrupt countries on earth — an obvious conflict with his SIRC role.”

Quebec’s anti-corruption task force suspects Porter and four high-profile  executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital  were part of a massive fraud conspiracy.UPAC issued arrest warrants Wednesday morning for Arthur Porter, Pierre  Duhaime, Riadh Ben Aissa, Yanai Elbaz , Jeremy Morris. UPAC confirmed  Wednesday that Elbaz – the former associate director general of the MUHC – is in  custody and will be charged Thursday. Duhaime — the former CEO of SNC-Lavalin – will turn himself in to Surete du  Quebec headquarters Thursday morning, He has already been charged with fraud. Ben  Aissa — another former executive at SNC-Lavalin — has already been arrested  and questioned by police for his possible role in other plots. All five are wanted for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and related charges.

Quebec’s police task force on corruption is probing the billion-dollar contract for McGill Montreal mega-hospital awarded to a consortium led by Montreal engineering giant SNC Lavalin Group Inc. SNC-led consortium had won the McGill University Health Centre contract. Police raid the McGill University Health Centre . Up until six months ago, the hospital project had been overseen by Riadh Ben Aissa, a former head of SNC’s construction division, and also a central figure in an ongoing scandal. One of SNC’s original subcontractors in the project was a company controlled by construction magnate Antonio (Tony) Accurso – a controversial figure who now is also facing fraud and corruption charges. The hospital deal was put together under the watch of the previous chief executive of the health centre, Arthur Porter who left his own job under a cloud late last year. Arthur Porter had been appointed chair of the federal government’s security-intelligence watchdog agency, when his African business dealings with an arms dealer were revealed. Dr. Porter stepped down from both jobs. The Quebec government has earmarked $2.35-billion for an effort to reconstruct Montreal hospitals, the lion’s share going to the McGill University Health Centre campus. “Quebec’s anti-corruption unit has put several high-profile figures in its crosshairs since being established last year. It has arrested construction magnates such as Mr. Accurso and Paolo Catania, as well as Frank Zampino, a former city councillor who was the right-hand man of Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay.”

Not much of a surprise? The tip of the iceberg is being revealed only as  the overall depth of corruption will take much more time apparently to uncover, corruptions that likley permeates the whole project. Birds of feathers tend to flock together. And no one should tell us that  these initial suspected persons, now  were even  just isolated individuals acting on their own without the vast help and knowledge of any others now too. Higher education never insures one’s good moral standings.

It is not a coincident that today even  Half of my most popular posts are about the much too many  bad cops also in Canada..

Former CSIS watchdog Arthur Porter arrested in Panama .Arthur Porter, the well-connected oncologist and hospital administer whom Prime Minister Stephen Harper appointed three years ago to oversee Canada’s spy agency, was arrested with his wife in Panama on charges including fraud against the Quebec government relating to his alleged role in the handling of a $1.3-billion Montreal hospital construction and maintenance contract, awarded three years ago to scandal-plagued engineering giant SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. The head of Quebec’s anti-corruption task force made the announcement Monday evening. In a written statement, Robert Lafreniere said the arrest was conducted after an investigation — code name Project Lauréat — by the Sureté du Québec, the RCMP and the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).Dr. Porter and his wife, Pamela Porter, are in police custody. Mrs. Porter is accused of handling the products of crime and con   Efforts are being made to extradite the couple to Canada, according to the statement.

Quebec French Hospital CHUM also under review for money abuse

The Treasury wants to end an “allowance of attraction” Annual nearly $ 100 000 paid to the Director General of the Hospital of the University of Montreal (CHUM), Christian Paire.  This additional recurring compensation granted by the Board of Directors of the CHUM, was negotiated in 2009, when the CEO came to office. The Treasury now wants to abolish the term of office in June 2013, as told to the La Presse Newspaper.
“In June 2009, Treasury Board authorized the Board of CHUM to pay additional recurring remuneration up to $ 101,000 to its CEO,” says Jo-Annie Larocque, Press Secretary of the President of the Treasury Board, Stéphane Bédard.
Recently, the Treasury Board has, however, indicated the administration of CHUM they do  not want this allocation   renewed after the agreement in June 2013. This additional compensation varied years since it was included in the total compensation of Mr. Pair, whose ceiling was set at $ 350,000 by the government. In 2011, it reached  $ 294, 100 while it was $ 93,196 this year.
Secret salary
This is the first time that the veil was  lifted on the wage conditions of Christian Paire. To date, the CHUM has always falsely refused to disclose the content of the contract between the director general, even under the Law on Access to Information.
The head of communications at the CHUM, Isabelle Lavigne, has also refused to comment on the compensation of Mr. Pair and allocation of attraction that is paid.
It was finally  thanks to  the Ministry of Health and Social Services, it was possible to learn that the total compensation fixed at $ 350,000, excluding the compensation from third parties.
This salary includes a premium of 7% because the Director General shall be available at all times, as well as allocation of school management to academic vocation and an additional remuneration (allocation of attraction) requested by the CHUM.
In the past, the CHUM has already sent to the Ministry of Health for an “additional lump sum”, which was refused.
By comparison, the former CEO of CHUM, Dr. Denis Roy, for his part received a fee of $ 189,000 with paid   $56 .700.
In Ontario, the salary of CEOs is higher, as the remuneration of doctors and nurses, and it is not uncommon that exceeds $ 350,000.
Additional income
La Presse has also learned that the Director General of the CHUM, Christian Paire, also received a salary as an annual lump sum from the University of Montreal (UdeM) without having worked there. This additional compensation was paid in 2010 and 2011 and added to the $ 350,000 received from the CHUM .
Following an agreement with the University, Mr. Pair was hired as an assistant clinical professor at the end of 2009, confirms spokesman UdeM, Mathieu Filion.
A review of the contracts was made in summer 2011. “It was noted that the contract was problematic. There was no provision of work, “says Filion acknowledging that” the case
Mr. Pair is quite unique. “
A letter was sent to Mr. Pair in November 2011, telling her that the contract was broken. After this mailing, eight hours of work have been completed.
According to various sources, this compensation reached $ 80,000 annually. A share of $ 50,000 was paid by the University. The remaining amount of $ 30,000, came from the Fondation du CHUM, which is illegal, according to the Ministry of Health.
so what is the Useless RCMP doing about this.. nothing again?

Québec solidaire has asked the permanent corruption Unit (UPAC) to investigate the awarding of the construction contract under a public-private partnership (PPP) of the Hospital of the University of Montreal (CHUM) and the Centre for Research CHUM Monday.”One wonders what the Liberal government interest served by keeping the PPP mode. Certainly not those of the taxpayers, “said the president of Québec solidaire, Andres Fontecilla, outside the offices of the UPAC.”Lack of competition”, “involvement of companies in the past known collusion, corruption and unethical practices,” “deficient cost control,” “proximity between the different actors of the project” and “irrational choice of embodiment PPP to the advantage of private “these five reasons should push the UPAC to put his nose in the back, according to QS.
The Permanent Anti-Corruption Unit (UPAC) must address the issue of CHUM believes Québec solidaire (QS). The spokesman QS, Françoise David, and the member for Mercier, Amir Khadir, surrendered Monday morning at the offices of the UPAC to file a request to investigate the awarding of contracts for the implementation of the CHUM and its research center.

According to QS, these records contain many elements that raise doubts and justify an inquiry.
During a press conference Monday morning, Françoise David and Amir Khadir noted the lack of competition in the bidding process leading to the award of the contract CHUM formed consortium of Dalkia, Innisfree and OHL and contract research Center (CHUM Research Centre) Access to Health consortium CHUM. Québec solidaire advances that  several companies involved in the tender process have a history of known collusion. Members also questioned the choice of Quebec to opt for a public-private partnership (PPP) for these two projects whose costs have increased from 1.4 to nearly 2.6 billion.

No doubt about it.. the RCMP is a big joke, laughing stock

INADEQUACIES, AND UNPROSECUTED BAD CRIMMINALS ABOUND  CAUSE CLEARLY OUR BAD LEADERS, ADMINSTRATORS THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROSECUTE THEIR BAD ASSOCIATES CAUSE EVEN THEY LIKLEY WOULD HAVE TO PROECUTE THEMSLVES CAUSE THEY ARE EQUALLY BAD.. Undeniably the governments have failed to look after their own subordinates, our civil and public servants,  and to look adequately after all of us in Canada. unacceptable. There was the Ongoing Montreal Corruptions while the Police , RCMP and the Federal, Quebec Governments did nothing about it.. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.

Imagine this you a proven liar, criminal can steal over one hundred thousand dollars, and as long as the amount likley equals the cost of keeping you in jail if you are a politician  you can rather be freed. and not do your time. Now what kind of exemplary punishment is this, note this the law  and order Conservatives -Liberals, and so the police, civil servants do, will get equally special treatment over the ordinary citizens, criminals. No restitution of stolen funds was included here too? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

IT seems all the RCMP Canada wide can do is to collect revenue generating traffic tickets as it fails to catch the real criminals mostly still too.. why is that? It undeniably has really bad mangers still..

The PRETENTIOUS TOO OFTEN Police really cannot CATCH  the crimminals so they go after the car speeders instead..

A Hundred years too late the  Assistant RCMP Commissioner Michaud said that the new National Division will provide “more focus” to the RCMP’s investigations into allegations of corruption or fraud, such as the Senate spending scandal. But when any of this may happen next only God knows, the cost ineffective, mismanaged RCMP is still mostly useless even here. The RCMP is doing the same thin the citizens are doing they are looking into Senate expenses scandal, but no real criminal investigation yet. Assistant Commissioner Gilles Michaud said the police force is still engaged in a document review and meeting potential witnesses. Asked if a formal investigation has started, he said: “No” He also had refused to speculate on the time that it will take to come to a conclusion on the matter in terms of launching a probe or closing the file. His guess is a good as mine if history repeats itself.. never..

Look the RCMP even had known   for years specifics details by wire tapping about the Corruption in the Quebec city halls and they next still did nothing good about it..

Sadly and wrongfully RCMP itself has still  overlooks the bad behaviour of the RCMP in many instances even since 2007 including the new Commissioner Elliot, for example during the entire Dzeikanski taser killing probe for Elliot, like the rest of the RCMP continued to deny everything until they undeniably were backed into a corner. It would seem the RCMP and Ellliot contributed to further cover-ups and did not humbly accept shortcoming or being accountable. Perversely the RCMP AND ELLIOT saw what was recorded on video and proof that was documented in the opposite way that  most of the entire rather honest Canadian population saw ! Yes  the   RCMP again  have lost much more respect over the past two years as well as embarrassing Canada again world-wide.

Decades and decades later the police are still  even covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments…

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retraining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year ..

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets ehh

Now  this year, the City of Montreal revealed, through an access to information request, that the student protests had cost the city more than $11.6 million in overtime just in the Month  of Aug. All this wasted expenditure  while major rampant corruption was being carried out next to the Justice center, police station all  unstopped and unchecked, the foxes in the Montreal City Hall were continuing to steal money from the taxpayers and City Hall executives, personnel falsely went along with it?

It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.
