The other unacceptable Malaise

Unless we are deliberate ostriches by now we all should know about shit disease.. what happens when people, doctors and nurses do not wash their hands in hospitals.. people die. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/09/01/shit-disease-c-difficile-or-what-ever/

The other unacceptable Malaise is sweeping refuse, shit under the rug.. the civil servant managers serious, personal failure to deal with ther unacceptable, crooked, dishonest, thieving subordinates rather than disposing of them, firing them, putting then into the garbage bins is still needed as some people only learn to do good the hard way, when they feel real negative repercussions. I strongly suggest we get rid of these bad managers, firstly, immediately, all bad cops included..

- Canada Border Services Agency is merely  documenting cases of travellers complaints of  enduring rude behaviour and lengthy interrogations, as well as one case where someone was falsely identified as a person “with criminal ties but here too real action is needed ASAP too..

- A suspicious number of federal contracts for goods and services appear rigged to favour one bidder, suggests another  survey. The report, from the contracting watchdog at Public Works, provides further evidence of problems even with the Harper government’s credibility.. Remember when full accountability was the once promised word for His election? http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/watchdogs-report-suggests-problems-remain-with-federal-procurement/article4515095/

-  Niagara Police need to effectively  deal with serious allegations of steroid use and drug smuggling involving their own officers in the wake of an arrest of one constable  Const. Geoff Purdie, a decorated 13-year veteran of the force and a former police instructor at a local college by U.S. authorities in April. A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent charged Purdie with conspiracy to export and distribute controlled substances after tracking Purdie’s repeated trips from Fort Erie into Niagara Falls, N.Y., to pick up packages which, according to U.S. investigators, were sent to a private mail box filled with drugs.

and the list  goes on and on..

The Conservative government has quietly given Canada’s national police force and  the federal border agency the authority to use and share information that was  likely extracted through torture well they should listen also  to the citizens complaints.

Anyone doubt the oil producers and sellers are greedy hogs?

You can tell this by their continual price increases, often not justified..

The Alberta and federal governments have said the Oil sand pipeline is crucial to  building new markets for the country’s resources. But environmental,  aboriginal and social action groups say the risks of a pipeline rupture or oil  tanker spill are too great. Money the root of all evil is evident here too..

Can it get worse.. yes!  What about the hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) attempts  to  free trapped natural gas deposits. It’s   fiercely opposed by environmentalists , and they also now rightfuly do even oppose   the development of Canada’s oilsands, because of real, legimate concerns, causes other major  environmental damage, also pollutes the undergound waters and also the rivers next too, concerns include  environmental effects on air and water quality, and  the risk of oil spills. Concerns even that fracking increases methane concentrations in underground water tables.. concerns that the oil transporters would never aaccount for every “little oops”, or big oil spills   in the BC wilderness and elsewhere.

Now the cost of the oil sands production and transportation  is overall  horrendous and filled with risks of serious environmental  damages…  existing oil piplines alread leak too often..  Canada’s oil sands now also do require more energy to extract and refine crude, and that means a greater release of greenhouse gases than from refining conventional oil. The oil industry is a multi-billion transnational industry backed by a C anadian Tory  government that will peddle  the tarsands to any foreign buyer who will bite.

“Plus, there is no guarantee that jobs created from pipelines will be safe,  well-paying, and permanent. In the tarsands, multinational corporations prefer  cheap, exploitable, and disposable labour, especially migrant workers. Last  year, the Petroleum Human Resources Council sought an additional 100,000 migrant  workers to work on tarsands infrastructure. Much like the tragic legacy of  Chinese railway workers, the deaths of two Chinese migrant workers in 2007 is a  sober reminder of the dangers of this industry to the land and workers alike.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Natural Resource Minister Joe Oliver have also now been taken to task recently  for their false distortions, diversions, their desperate theories aboutall those  radical foreign environmentalists and  the socialists, billionaires hijacking the Enbridge Oil Pipleine Joint Review Panel hearings.

The $5.5-billion proposed Enbridge Northern Gateway pipeline would cross  1,000 rivers and streams, including the Fraser and Skeena headwaters.  Supertankers, with capacity of up to two million barrels of oil, would  criss-cross along coastal waters. The 1,172-kilometre pipeline would also impact  the Great Bear Rainforest, one of the last intact temperate coastal rain forests  on our planet and the only home to the rare spirit bear. Enbridge has reported a  total of 610 spills between 1999 and 2008 from its various projects. The proposed pipeline traverses the territories of 65 first nations, of which  at least 61 have declared their opposition. http://www.vancouversun.com/news/canada-in-afghanistan/Enbridge+pipeline+distortions/6016517/story.html

Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Conservatives and the pro-oilsands website EthicalOil.org take Canadian environmental groups to task for accepting money from big American foundations to finance their campaigns against the oilsands. Natural Resources Minister Joe Oliver accused “environmental and other radical groups” of trying to use money from “foreign special-interest groups” to hijack hearings on a pipeline that would bring Alberta oilsands bitumen to a port on the British Columbia coast. But the Canadian government seems to have no qualms accepting grant money from private U.S. foundations — including some of the same organizations that gave to Canadian environmental groups.

http://ca.news.yahoo.com/rich-u-groups-funded-environmentalists-gave-canadian-government-100009296.html

.

The federal government considers environmental and aboriginal groups “adversaries” when it comes to the oilsands, according to documents obtained under access to information laws.   “The documents show that the government, for a long time, has had a plan for promoting the tarsands, which is based on an elaborate public relations strategy and attacking people they see as enemies, rather that actually trying to clean up the problem,”“The documents show that the government, for a long time, has had a plan for promoting the tarsands, which is based on an elaborate public relations strategy and attacking people they see as enemies, rather that actually trying to clean up the problem,”

It is no surprise that the RCMP too often cannot catch the bad guys

It is no surprise that the RCMP too often cannot catch the bad guys cause the RCMP management cannot even properly manage it’s bad RCMP officers effectively too.

“RCMP need to do better when investigating complaints: cell shooting report  (The Canadian Press) – PINCHER CREEK, Alta. — Long before RCMP Const. Mike Ferguson was convicted of shooting a prisoner to death in a holding cell, he was known around the office as an angry man with an explosive temper.

The judge urged that all future internal RCMP complaints be investigated thoroughly and within specific timelines. Redman said it was clear well before the shooting that Ferguson had anger management issues. The inquiry was told Ferguson bullied his colleagues. He frequently hectored a francophone officer and told her if she wasn’t a woman he’d “deck her.” He publicly complained about French people, the inquiry was told, and said francophone RCMP officers were ineffective in all-anglophone detachment areas.

Ferguson once picked up a drunk juvenile young offender and allegedly punched him in a cell. The youth complained and showed bruises to his head and chest, but police dismissed it.

The Mountie once swore at and challenged another officer to duke it out in the police garage to see who was the detachment’s “top dog.”

THEY ALL PROMISE A GOOD GOVERNMENT and so what!

THEY ALL PROMISE  A GOOD GOVERNMENT AT THE FEDERAL. PROVINCIAL, MUNICIPAL LEVELS  CANADA WIDE NOW AS WELL  BUT ONCE ELECTED HOW QUICKLY THEY ALL DO TEND TO FORGET THEIR ELECTION PROMISES, AND TEND TO BE SELF SERVING, RATHER TOO OFTEN USING THEIR RESOURCES FOR PERSONAL BENEFITS, OR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR OWN PARTY, OR ON TRYING TO GET REELECTED, OR GETTING MORE JOBS FOR THEIR FRIENDS.. SO THEY SEEM TO BE ALL THE SAME.. LIARS..

WHY ME AND SO MANY OTHERS DO HATE REELECTION TIMES IN CANADA.. for that is the time the too many liars do now claim they care for us  more loudly.

Once elected the elected representative and their staff tend to unreachable, uncaring and the only time you tend to hear from these now arrogant, uncaring, indifferent persons  is at the next election times  where they tend to make more lying promises not likely to be met again.

It realy basically does not take much to see their broken promises just visit a doctor or an  emergency ward  and see how rather still bad the medical services now are… or call the police and get abused, neglected by them.. or write a legitimate letter of complaint to letter to a governmental office and see what poor results you get.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/04/01/it-should-be-an-election-issues/

My being used to producing engineering designs, reports, cost control reports I am used to put it into writing but I am next realy surprised how many persons in the governments, telecommunication industry find an excuse not to write back, ask instead to talk to me by phone, cause they do not want any evidences of their wrong doings in writing firstly. Just for example ask your phone company to send you a copy of your specific contract, your latest agreement details with them  and you will see jowl they are all reluctant to do so now. While they will even on the phone promise to do so they will next not do so generally. These people too often do know that they can lie on the phone without facing negative consequences, SO I LIKE TO FOLLOW UP ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS, AGREEMENT  IN WRITING TO THEM

.. they still take our tax dollars for all this poor results?

CANADA’S NATIVES IGNORED AGAIN AND AGAIN

 NOT AGAIN -

Chiefs: asked for toilets, got pails

..They asked for bathrooms, or at least porta-potties, and they got five-gallon pails.
Chiefs representing First Nations from the Island Lake area of northern Manitoba held a press conference Thursday to lament Ottawa’s response to immediate, short-term help while they discuss how to hook the communities up with running water and proper sewage in the long term.
“They agreed to help us with short-term solutions. Their solutions are slop pails and 45-gallon drums. That’s not acceptable,” said Chief Dino Flett, of the Garden Hill First Nation. “In some houses, 15 people have to use that slop pail. That’s not safe. That’s not healthy.”
Chiefs from the Island Lake area bands met with Indian and Northern Affairs Canada last December to discuss ways of addressing the lack of water and sewage infrastructure in their remote communities.
Among the chiefs’ immediate, short-term solutions were plans for porta-potty style biffies with holding tanks that could be emptied, or alternatively centralized, communal washrooms, showers and laundry facilities.
What INAC sent was 999 slop pails — five-gallon pails that are meant to be makeshift indoor toilets — as well as about 800 water barrels, and a water and sewage truck for each community, although with no permanent provision for maintenance, operating costs or fuel for the trucks.

so they let the fox into the hen house and what did you expect him to do?

Certainly the   Canada immigration system, it’s supervisors too just like the justice system, Medicare, the civil and public servants all do desperately needs a major shakeup and updated with decent, moral, good persons too the last 40 years. The useless pretentious Conservatives  that have promised to update the related justice. accountability, transparency … seem to make matters worse in reality by doing a very small, partial adjustment only.     Why does it take a half a century to fix the systems that  many of us rightfully already do know needs major repairs.  Major inadequacies, problems here now have been happening for decades. Demand a fix to the Canadian immigration laws too and all the bad related personnel!! “So we have a government-approved loop hole to let dishonest people into the country and ensures we keep them here. Three cheers for our bad Canadian Immigration!! A ministry that never fails to disappoint.”  Now what is needed is an expeditious way to deal with people that come here under false pretences. They should be made to board the very next flight back to where ever they came from and put on a list of people not eligible to immigrate to Canada from that point forward.  We also need an enforced  way to deal with all, any of the bad lawyers, immigration consultants  who make an industry out of helping false claimants milk our system.      http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/06/16/canadas-immigration-system/

Saskatoon Bus driver faces traffic charges in boy’s death – but not in Quebec

A bus driver has been charged with two traffic violations in relation to a fatal collision in Saskatoon where a 10-year-old boy died, police say.The boy, Erik Herlen, was attempting to cross the street around 8:30 a.m. CST Nov. 2, 2010, when he was hit by a yellow bus that was transporting workers.According to police, the bus was going south on Valens Drive and had turned onto 33rd Street West.Police announced Thursday that the driver, a 59-year-old man, was charged with driving without due care and attention and failing to yield to a pedestrian. They said no criminal charges were being laid.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/bus-driver-faces-traffic-charges-boys-death-223104594.html

But too bad this does not happen in Montreal, Quebec where the bus drivers are rarely charged with wrong doings.. I myself have seen bus drivers deliberately try to run me of the road often in Montreal when I use my bike for exercising purposes.

Building cleaner at our prime minister’s residence allegedly did not pay taxes, she was paid under the table

TAX EVASIONS

OTTAWA – A Somali-Canadian single mother who said she was paid under the table to clean the prime minister’s residence skipped a news conference Wednesday where she was set to air her complaints. Zahra Bulle spoke to The Canadian Press the evening before, describing how she had done janitorial work inside 24 Sussex Drive last year. She said she was paid in cash by a contracting company and felt uncomfortable about it  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/union-filing-complaints-cleaner-prime-ministers-residence-163936765.html;

The Prime Minister himself should not be surprised by these allegations for I had reported in writing again too to the federal cabinet this year this was a very common practised  in fact, after my having talked to property managers and they had told me that they had a cash reserve to do so.. and as I had also detailed that one of my bad relatives had for decades practised this tax evasion when he hired family members to work for him

In fact major tax evasions, working under the table is an ongoing reality..

Wow! A judge disagrees with the RCMP’s own findings

A Saanich, B.C., police officer was “grossly negligent” in the shooting death of a Victoria man, a B.C. Supreme Court judge has ruled in awarding the man’s family $354,000 in damages.

Saanich Const. Kristopher Dukeshire shot Majencio Camaso, 33, three times as he charged at the officer carrying a steel pipe and crowbar in July 2004.

Dukeshire had arrived at the man’s home in the community near Victoria in response to a 911 call from his wife, Theresa Camaso, who told police that her mentally ill husband had threatened to set their apartment on fire.

An external RCMP investigation of the shooting found the use of force reasonable and no criminal charges were laid against Dukeshire.

Theresa Camaso launched a lawsuit against the three Saanich police officers who had responded to her 911 call, former police chief Derek Egan, the District of Saanich and a paramedic at the scene.

Justice Grant Burnyeat disagreed with the conclusions of the RCMP probe, writing in his ruling that, “Dukeshire breached the duty of care owed to Mr. Camaso when he did not use the least amount of force necessary to carry out his duties.”

Burnyeat said he found Dukeshire’s actions “grossly negligent.”  http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/story/2011/04/13/bc-saanich-camaso-ruling.html

Canada a Police state?  and who says it is not? The dictatorial Politicians who send their watchdogs against the citizens. Do not have a false impression that the Police are here to serve their masters, the citizens in Canada, for firstly they serve themselves and next they solely serve their political masters who make their police budgets . https://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/04/canada-a-police-state/

Fact! Free speech right in Canada is controlled and is mainly for the cops and the establishment and  if you did not know that already too,

Police state is in, freedom went out as even Toronto, Canada went  into the  police state security modes. Did we really need all those cops there now? What could they not have done it all as well with half the numbers? Just cause there are a few bad guys amongst the citizens too, not just in the civil and public services, it  is still not a  false excuse to now again oppress, deny the citizens their nights.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/11/23/inevitable-reality/   http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/05/20/going-overboard-with-the-law-2/

The false abuse of a minority rights is an unacceptable rightfully majority rights abuse still.

You know I get a kick out of those lying spin  doctors,  police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers, bad PERSONS   who STILL DO say that ALL OF  bad people, INCLUDING the ALCOHOLICS, the bad cops and their bad supervisors too they  can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. Bad solicitor generals as well should be fired ASAP.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/11/26/canadas-justice-reviews-are-still-a-big-farce/

Bad cops at it again..  THERE ARE MUCH TOO MANY BAD COPS IN CANADA -FIRE THEM ALL NOW  No cop is above the law. Too bad for them they are paid to work still too. Police still fail to catch most of the real criminals including the car thieves, and the Fraud perpetrated over the Internet which still is a growing citizen concern in Canada and throughout the world. The police always claim they lack resources, they will never have enough resources if they reuse to do a decent days work for their pay. http://postedat.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/the-police-cannot-get-the-crimminals/

So for decades even the Alberta police forces already have had a file on me and likley you as well if you complain about the bad guys, the police and the bad politicians  included. Canada wide Police brutality, suppression of rights,   or the excessive force against non white males, females is also not new.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/08/08/hidden-municpal-police-taxes/

Needless to say police resources are often misused where even the mayors do instruct the police to find out all they can about their opposition members too.  ” and it all is still unacceptable! Free speech is a right for bullies, crooks, abusers only it still seems in Canada now. Police already have arrested me for complaining about the Calgary Police in the Calgary Police chief office even.. the charge was talking out loud in a public place.. Many people are shocked to discover free speech is not being allowed too often in many places in Canada,  on the net, in churches, letters to governments, to the news editors too… the police have visited me or objected now at least 7 times in response to my writings.. still decades later I  am still rightfully openly complaining about the much too many bad police supervisors and the too many bad acts of the so called professionals, the police included. The abuse of the citizens is not acceptable anywhere.

“A new Alberta police database will track citizen’s every interaction with police, and it can be used without a warrant or even a supervisor’s permission”.. they had an old system already do doing this too..  http://fullcomment.nationalpost.com/2011/02/14/kevin-libin-alberta%E2%80%99s-dangerous-database/

“The federal Conservatives plan to introduce a bill this week that would oblige Internet service providers to report all suspected child pornography to police.http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/11/23/inevitable-reality/

http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2009/11/24/isp-mandatory-child-pornography.html

In no way do I wish to support those who deal in child pornography and exploitation, but this bill ALSO represents a serious change in the relationship between ISPs and privacy laws. I’m concerned that the Conservatives are using a non-debatable issue like child pornography to pave the way for stricter anti-piracy laws like those we’ve seen proposed in England. http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009/11/23/internet-child-pornography-isp-bill.html

Child porn law a small help  The Cape Breton Post.,  Critics of the federal Conservative government tend to take a skeptical view of its war on crime, interpreting much it as a political play for easy applause, claiming exorbitant credit for measures that will have modest effect. A new bill aimed at tightening the rules on Internet traffic in child pornography is susceptible to the same criticism but Canadians are likely to overlook this and approve any useful step to impede of a heinous trade.

The new law, introduced in Parliament on Tuesday, will require Internet companies – Internet service and email providers, as well as content hosting and social networking sites – to report to a designated agency tips they receive about child porn activities through their facilities and to notify police when they believe criminal traffic in child porn is occurring. They will be required to preserve evidence as well. There’s already a voluntary system like this in place among major Internet service providers in Canada but this makes the practices mandatory for all. Internet service providers don’t monitor the content of traffic so the system will continue to rely on tips and complaints. This in itself won’t make a big dent in the torrent of child porn swill available worldwide but it will give police and anti-child porn agencies such as Cybertip.ca some more chances to pick up the threads of networks and rings, and possibly even to rescue a few more children from horrific situations. The Internet has transformed modern life in many positive ways. The explosion of electronic child porn is the outstanding example of the cost of this. If some principles of privacy and freedom have to be qualified to reduce that cost to the children of the world, so be it.

Federal government introduces mandatory child porn reporting legislation  By Michael Geist

Justice Minister Rob Nicholson today tabled the Child Protection Act (Online Sexual Exploitation). As widely reported, Bill C-58 creates a mandatory disclosure requirement on Internet providers where they become aware of child pornography websites or have reason to believe a subscriber is using their service to violate child pornography laws. Where an Internet provider submits a report on a user, they must preserve the relevant computer data for 21 days and they are prohibited from disclosing the disclosure to the customer. Failure to report may result in fines or imprisonment and providers are granted immunity from liability for reporting the activity. The definition of Internet provider is broad, extending beyond just ISPs to include those providing Internet access, hosting, or email services. In other words, services like Google, Hotmail, and Facebook are all covered.

The bill shares similarities with provincial laws (ie. Ontario) and those that report under the provincial law are exempt from the federal version. While few will criticize a bill targeting child pornography – everyone agrees that child pornography is abhorrent and we need to ensure that we have laws to deal with the problem – it is hard to see what this bill actually accomplishes. Canada already has:

• an online child pornography tip service that receives thousands of tips

• ISPs that block access to child pornography images

• some of the toughest child pornography laws in the world

numerous examples of child pornography arrests

• law enforcement focused on child pornography virtually to the exclusion of all other online issues

Further, while there are reports that Canada is a source of child pornography websites, a major European-based study concluded that focusing on the World Wide Web and blocking content makes little sense in trying to combat child pornography (the same report found that image blocking initiatives like the Canadian Project Cleanfeed are ineffective). Instead, the real problems lies in dissemination of child pornography in newsgroups, private groups, and other private spaces that fall largely outside the potential for tips envisioned by Bill C-58 or Canada’s Project Cleanfeed.

Giving more money to the police does not increase justice rather it tends to make a police state instead..

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

By the way how much did the Police, politicians, themselves now steal from the security budgets, an undeniable too common Canadian practice it seems as well,

Did Tory G8/G20 report try to mislead on budget watchdog’s quote, too? National Post - The remark by budget watchdog Kevin Page was contained in a June report entitled Assessment of Planned Security Costs for the 2010 G8 and G20 Summits, under the section headlined ‘Transparency.’ In the Conservative supplementary report,
