and the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General Hospital is still one of the worst medical care services in reality, and too many people die there too often due to Hospital acquired sickness still too.
Putting more money into pails full of big holes is a waste of time… while the Federal and Quebec Health ministers like photo ups but are still being mostly paid for doing nothing to improve the too often STILL bad health care, where too many seriously sick people have to go to the mostly still bad ER.. and they want us all to pay more for it all too?
One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves. One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a person is really like, is work with him just for one whole day,.. and what you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..
When a Verdun Hospital doctors, nurse often says to the patients as I have witnessed I cannot do anything to help you , go to your own doctor when you go home and tell him about it, that is not providing adequate medical aid.

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest, the crooks included. Here is the important main root, real problem the news media reports do not face firstly. In reality the Doctors, Pharmacist, Nurses are Gods. You cannot touch them or deal with them. The medical society itself forbids the criticism of any doctor, by any doctor or anyone else for that matter. for only lengthy self regulation can review any criticism of a bad doctors performances. The number of doctors practicing in Quebec is about 16000, and about 58,000 nurses as the statistics shows now we are all naively now to believe that all of these professionals are saints, perfect and not one medical worker has killed a patient by accident, neglect, failed to do their job adequately in meeting the sick persons needs? How absurd. When in the last 6 months I myself have often seen Medical doctors disagree many times on the reasons a person was sick, so never mind them even helping him adequately, and I saw in Quebec the nurses give the wrong medication to patients, due to mistaken identify or error. Canada’s medical regulating bodies, administrators, supervisors, ombudsmen too often wrongfully cover up, hide the mistakes of their own.. Unacceptable.
IT WAS INTERESTING THAT McGill UNIVERSITY OFFERED THE MEDICAL STAFF OF THE WEST ISLAND GENERAL HOSPITAL A VIDEO CONFERENCE DURING LUNCH HOUR ON “HOW TO DEAL WITH AGITATED PATIENTS”. I WONDER WHY THAT HAS BECOME SO BIG OF A PROBLEM IN THAT HOSPITAL? IS IT CAUSE OF THE MEDICAL STAFF’S TOO OFTEN POOR MEDICAL SERVICES THERE STILL? AND THE MANY RECENT DEATHS ON THE 4 TH FLOOR? WHAT ABOUT RATHER A VIDEO ON HOW TO REALLY BETTER HELP THE PATIENTS?
Now I have also dealt with an incompetent, pretentious doctor at the Montreal Lachine hospital , too many at the Royal Victoria hospital, even at the Montreal General Hospital, and by the too many bad doctors at the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General hospital and now even more recently by clearly incompetent doctors at the Montreal Verdun Hospital emergency department but also next by a new bad Pharmacist.
Now where is the immediate rightful real action on this whole related issues from all our elected officials, justice ministers, hospital administrators, health ministers?

NOW I HAVE HEARD ALL KIND OF REASONS WHY THE BAD EMPLOYEES WERE, ARE SUPPOSEDLY JUSTIFIED IN NOT DOING THEIR WORK PROPERLY BUT SOME HOW THE EXCUSES ALL APPEAR VOID WHEN COMPARED WITH THE OUTPUT OF THE GOOD WORKERS.
MY PERSONAL MONTHS OF DIRECT OBSERVATION ABOUT THE MEDICAL WORKERS WHO COMPLAIN THAT TOO MANY ERRORS ARE CAUSED BY THE WORK OVERLOAD ACTUALLY TEND TO MEAN, COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING TO DO ANY WORK AT ALL, FOR THEY TOO OFTEN DO THINK THEY MERELY SHOULD BE PAID EVEN MORE FOR COMING TO WORK. THESE SAME RATHER TOO OFTEN INCOMPETENT, UNQUALIFIED, PRETENTIONS WORKERS , THESE BAD PERSONS STILL SEEM TO HAVE THE ENERGY TO SOCIALIZE WITH THEIR COLLEAGUES, TAKE LONG COFFEE AND LONG BREAKS, TO DO THEIR OWN BUSINESS ON THE SIDE.
These people, the same persons and the bad persons, managers who now hired them too firstly now still are are all career incompatible and they should be clearly encouraged to find work elsewhere, to find work they like to do, such as being on social aid?
The lack of DECENT OUTPUT is too often a false excuse for the whole system’s malaise the mostly bad, pretentious supervisors.
Recently a supervisor went for a month long holiday and the medical workers all stopped working hard, started to play around, started to waste their time as I saw firsthand. That was the bad effect of having no good supervisor in place to to replace him too.
If you are a medical professional, a medical administrator, or a health minister and you had now failed to prevent the death of one persons even, or had specialty failed to properly treat their medical condition then that certainly is a prosecutable criminal offence and for certainty you need to be incarcerated for your coldness,, indifference towards others now too. Clearly now as well when the MDs, Nurses, others falsely do blame the Quebec government solely for ER crisis too, their own poor performances, they themselves have failed to do an adequate service to the public now in general as well.. They clearly already had many other valid options available to exercise for them to make their complaints know without allowing anymore false abuse, neglect of any sick patients now too.
ER basically is the only place available for seniors who tend to have many repeat ER visit for their often more serious sicknesses cause their original problems had not been adequately dealt with now too by their family doctors or the ER. Hospitals like to advertise and to pretend too often they are a fully equipped, fully staffed medical facilities when they are not so in fact too often now as well.. This too is unacceptable.
Any ombudsman in response who now merely offers me a cup of cold tea when she should be immediately instead offering truckloads of acceptable medical services is a very unacceptable approach now as well

-Get Real. Fire the lazy nurses, decertify their union, and fill the job with decent nurses but now they pamper the nurses, they let them have it the way they want, so in that case fire all of their bad supervisors firstly. From over a 12 nurses I do encounter daily in the ER I do see 2 that are decent workers and the rest need to get another job outside of nursing.. like dish washing..
-I have met many nurses, for I had married a RN, Nurse here in Quebec for over 12 years and she too now certainly was not a saint, she was lazy, had unrealistic expectations, she always griped, she always wanted more money, and she was also incapable of house keeping, cooking, sewing as well, and eventually enough was enough, and I had to let her go, as simple as that too. So griping nurses do not get my support, sympathy..
-Every time I go see my mom at the hospital, the nurses station is full of nurses sitting and talking. Just try asking them for anything. IMO, they are no different then blue collar workers in attitude and intelligence.
- I am so sick of hearing nurses complain. I have never seen them do anything in a hospital other then mouth off to the public, sit on their rear, and go for smoke breaks.

NOVA.SCOTIA (CBC) – Nova Scotians who write down their wishes for medical and personal care should they become incapacitated will have legal backing as of April 1. The “personal directive” will replace the medical consent act and will allow individuals to create a living will with instructions that go beyond things such as “take no extraordinary measures to keep me alive if I have an irreparable brain injury.” The new legislation will also covers day-to-day requests, such as religious practices, personal grooming habits and health activities. “It can help patients, it can help their loved ones and health care professionals by removing doubt, conflict and uncertainty during difficult and emotional times,” said Van Horne. The forms for personal directives will be available on the government website or at Service Nova Scotia offices across the province at the start of April.
