Realy Now! PM Harper, Canada government has remained uncharacteristically muted to the false Israeli expansion that undermines peace hopes
November 30, 2012
This type of taxpayers money abuse has been ongoing for decades in many different places too
And many had thought the Liberals alone had much soul searching to do but even with the Liberal Party collapses but it is just as bad with ex MP Gilles Duceppe Federal BQ Party or the Union Montreal Party.
Union Montreal offers a blanket “no comment” on any Corruptions allegations concerning the party’s response to a now public report that the same party had charged the public for the salary and expenses of the clearly corrupted City of Montreal Bernard Trépanier, who has been dubbed “Mr. Three Per Cent” amid allegations of taking a cut of municipal public works contracts, while he worked as director of financing for the party from 2004 to 2006. The party, which was led by the now resigned, ex former mayor Gérald Tremblay, had now claimed the salaries, meals, parking, mileage, gasoline and cellular phone bills, plus much more of a handful of party workers, including Trépanier, for reimbursement as research and secretarial expenses from the city Of Montreal treasury.
Now I have reported this same type of events even 25 years as I like to visits the local politicians directly at their offices, and I had clearly firsthand noted that while they all had support staff, many of our representatives were not working on behalf of the local Citizens directly but too many were doing party work as I heard and saw firsthand, such as the Ex Prime Minister Paul Martin, ex MNA Liberal Monique Forget even the Ex PQ leader Gilles Duceppe said he now was staying out of active politics to “defend his integrity and rebuild his reputation” after a Montreal newspaper reported he used public funds to pay Bloc employees. Duceppe’s party paid its director general Gilbert Gardner with parliamentary funds for upwards of seven years. This is an apparent violation of House rules, which state that such funds must be used for parliamentary, not partisan, ends. It also seems that Duceppe’s office paid the spouse of his chief of staff and allowed her to use parliamentary resources as she produced a book commemorating the Bloc’s 20 years in Ottawa.
The Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs (PROC) had itself said it will seek legal advice on whether the Bloc broke parliamentary rules, and whether they have to reimburse the funds, acts for which he was found guilty but falsely no punishment was merited, likely cause they all do the same things..
Gilles Duceppe’s Spending Misused House Resources, Secretive Committee Rules Former Bloc Quebecois leader Gilles Duceppe was wrong to use parliamentary resources to pay the salary of a partisan political staffer, a secretive Commons committee ruled . But the Board of Internal Economy also determined that it won’t be possible to reimburse taxpayers because the bylaws weren’t clear enough at the time the money was spent. “The board believes that the use Mr. Duceppe made of the House resources that were available to him was inappropriate,” the Commons governing body said in a statement. “However . . . the board finds it impossible to take any disciplinary action. Still, the Conservatives are calling on either Duceppe himself or his party to pay back the money.” http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2012/11/27/gilles-duceppe-spending-board-of-internal-economy_n_2200406.html
The past inference of the Bloc’s campaign slogan —“A clean party in Quebec”—was difficult to miss: everyone else was dirty. Not coincidentally, support for his Federal BQ Party declined this.. Duceppe was thus as a direct result forced to renounce any PQ leadership intentions in the wake of the BQ staffing revelations. Ex PQ leader Gilles Duceppe too here he even won’t forget me, I sat in his Constituent office and asked him directly how he could use taxpayers money to promote separation from Canada, and I told him face to face also he was the worst MP I had ever encountered, he next asked me to leave..
Now I saw the same type of corruptions firsthand too in Alberta now with the Conservatives.. None of it was, is acceptable still too.. None.. and they all need still to pay back the taxpayer’s money..
.
Will EVEN THE QUEBEC CORRUPTION inquiry actually change the apparent culture of corruption that seems to exists, in many places, not just in the awarding of some public contracts? And has any valid message been sent – and understood – by those who have been stealing our tax money? No, Of course not.. It is an undeniable fact that unless all of the criminals feel real negative consequences like real jail time.. they will not stop trying to get richer ..

The news media should stay with reporting the news, facts
.
The news media should stay with reporting the news, facts and not rather too often trying to brain wash others, trying to enforce their hidden or unhidden agendas, or presenting their too often false, distorting, sensationalized presentations.. If any internet News media or Internet site goes overboard with their censorship too they can be sure the reader, users, the people will go elsewhere en masse and their site will suffer as a result..
.
These days people have million of choices where to go on the net these days.. and can post what they want there too.. These days it is not just the cops, crooks, Jews, Blacks. Muslims, Politicians, governments, Lieberals, or whoever that only has the right to speak and to be heard.. we all still do and anywhere too.
And the reality is that because of the death of Jesus Christ on the cross the New Covenant next replaces the Mosaic Covenant, which is commonly referred to as the “Old Covenant”. All of the The early Christian CHURCH theologians saw the New Covenant in Christ as a NEW replacement for the Mosaic Covenant for most of the last hundreds of years. (Matthew 21:33-45), addressed Israel, the Jews of that time, “the chief priests and the Pharisees”, “‘When therefore the lord of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those farmers?’ They told him, ‘He will miserably destroy those miserable men, and will lease out the vineyard to other farmers, who will give him the fruit in its season.”
.
The USA President Obama had lied to us all, for he and his followers in his first attemtp to be elected President had said to all that he was a Christian.. next he said he was a Muslim. but you cannot be both what a big liar he really is.. you cannot trust a Liar.. Islam the devil inpsired, false religion has no part in Christianity as Islam rejects both the deity of Christ (Sura 5:17) and His death on the Cross (Sura 4:157-158). You need to get as far away from Islam as possible.. The fact is that no imam is about to bring a Bible into a mosque and suggest that our God is their god. For the Muslim cleric, the only acceptable agreement that both religions are somehow equals is if doing so presents the perceived image of a kinder, gentler, politically correct Islam and if doing so furthers the cause of Islam. The Muslim practice of deception of the infidel (that’s everyone outside of Islam) knows no boundaries. This is called “Kitman” and “Taqiyya.” Kitman, or half truths meant to mislead an infidel, and Taqiyya, which is complete deception of unbelievers, are acceptable tactics – as long as Islam is the winner in the end.
.
Some correctly suggest that both Islam and Christianity have Abrahamic roots and that both religions teach morals, ethics and monotheism, the similarities quickly disintegrate with a careful study of either the Bible or the Qur’an. An examination of the deities worshiped by the two religions immediately brings into question how any thoughtful, biblically-minded Christian could ascertain Islam’s chief edict – that we all worship the same God. * Allah is NOT Jehovah * The Jesus of Islam is NOT the Jesus of the Bible * The Bible does NOT harmonize with the Qur’an * Salvation by faith is NOT available through Islam * Chrislam is neither Christian nor Muslim

the people who own guns, rifles plan to kill someone someday
Actions speak louder over words.. Parti Québécois Leader Pauline Marois’ moment of triumph as the province’s first female premier-elect was a tragic day when an exercise of democracy is met with an act of violence by a heavily-armed shooter using a Harper approved gun.The Rifle, a gun registry gift for Quebec’s Pauline Marois, was used by Richard Henry Bain to kill an innoncent person a 48-year-old man Denis Blanchette, a lighting technician, standing in for a colleague at an election night rally for the Parti Quebecois victory rally at Metropolis concert hall in downtown Montreal. Premier Marois’s Vicrory speech celebration was tragically interrupted by a gun endorsed by Stephen Harper and his bullies. http://www.ottawacitizen.com/opinion/columnists/registry+gift+Marois/7201981/story.html
Now a Judge sides with Quebec in long-gun registry battle. The federal government’s plan to destroy data from its long-gun registry is unconstitutional, a judge has ruled, siding with the Quebec government’s bid to keep information for its own firearms registry. The decision released Monday morning by Mr. Justice Marc-André Blanchard of the Quebec Superior Court suspends the application of the article of the federal law that would have led to the destruction of the firearms registry data.
I John 3:14, 15? It says, “We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.” (KJV)
How Did the American Christians Become Warmongers?; I too do think I learned a thing or two about evangelical/fundamentalist Christianity in America. So , I’m here to tell you: I don’t like what I see happening these days.Historically, the majority of Christians have always attempted to be–and have always publicly taught the importance of being–peacemakers. Have not Christians preached–and tried to practice–love and brotherhood? The early church was born in a baptism of love and unity. Oh sure, there were always individual misunderstandings and differences, but, on the whole, the church was a loving, caring, compassionate ecclesia. The vast majority of Christian believers understood the Biblical, Natural Law principle of self-defense. But believing in the right of lawful, God-ordained self-defense was never to be confused with warmongering. Bit now it seems he biggest cheerleaders for the unprovoked, unconstitutional, pre-emptive attack and invasion of Iraq were the American evangelical Christians. Ditto for the war in Afghanistan, the bombing of Libya, the attacks in Yemen, drone attacks in Pakistan, etc. Who is calling for the bombing of Iran? American Evangelical Christians. Who cheers for sending more and more troops all over the world to maim and kill more and more people (including innocents)? American Evangelical Christians. Yes the Evangelical Christians and not the Pentecostal or the Catholic Christians . And where are today’s evangelical Christians giving a second thought regarding their fellow Christian brothers and sisters in many of these Middle Eastern countries that are being persecuted, imprisoned, tortured, and killed by Israel, and by the puppet regimes being put in power by the US government–at US taxpayer (including Christian taxpayer) expense? And don’t forget that it was the US government that was responsible for putting Saddam Hussein in power to begin with. The US government had also set up Osama bin Laden, too. In addition to the “white” wars (the ones everyone knows about), the US government authorizes some 70 black ops commando raids in some 120 countries EVERY DAY. In fact, the secret, black ops military of the US is so large today it now totals more personnel than the ENTIRE MILITARY OF CANADA!
The disciples of our Lord were called “Christians” first by the Gentiles of Antioch, because of the manner in which the disciples reminded them of Christ’s nature and teachings. I never thought I would hear myself say what I’m about to say, but the truth is, the term “Christian” today in America signifies anything but Christ-like. To many people today, “Christian” refers to some warmongering, mean-spirited, throw-anyone-to-the-wolves-who-crosses-them person, who then has the audacity to look down their nose in contempt against anyone who disagrees with them for even the smallest reason. And the word American “church” has the stigma of being simply an enclave of warmongers to many people today. And that, my friends, is one reason so many people are turned off with today’s Christianity. And I can’t say that I blame them. I’m turned off too!
Now this blind support for illegal, immoral, unconstitutional American wars is anything but Christian. Not only is it turning people against our country among people abroad, it is turning our own countrymen against the Christ the American Christians claim to love right here at home. Now the modern Warfare State would grind to a screeching halt tomorrow if the American evangelical Christians would simply stop supporting it! American evangelicals as they had supported G.W. Bush’s unconstitutional, unprovoked, preemptive wars of aggression, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocents. And, by the way, that President Obama continues to escalate America’s wars in the Middle East is the one thing that evangelicals LIKE about him. In fact, it was Ron Paul’s opposition to the wars of aggression in the Middle East that was the chief reason why evangelicals rejected him. Yes, between a war-mongering socialist such as Barack Obama, and a peace-loving freedomist such as Ron Paul, the average evangelical would choose the warmonger. Wow.
Christianity is growing fastest within the Muslim world today. There are many Palestinian and Arab Christians. And every day many of these innocent brothers and sisters of ours are being maimed and killed by the relentless missile attacks and countless wars being perpetrated by the US government. So, pray tell, how can we claim to be Christians on the one hand and be so callused to the suffering and death of our Christian brothers and sisters on the other hand? No one can. No man is exempt from the moral laws of God. Especially not from murder. No man! Not even the President of the United States. , because “whatsoever a [nation] soweth, that shall [it] also reap.”And if we Christians do not quickly stop and repent of this bloodlust that seems to dominate evangelical Christianity today (spiritually and militarily), the word that was first used by un-churched Gentiles to describe Christ’s followers will be used as a curse-word to describe those who facilitated the ruination of our country http://chuckbaldwinlive.com/home/ http://tinyurl.com/3q7s335

The Alberta newspapers, News Media they now themselves too are perverts, patronizing criminal accomplices
Now you yourself can quickly note the dual morality of the Alberta News media, their hypocrisy, for they do not oppose speeding tickets, but were quick to cry foul about the drunk drivers getting arrested and losing the use of their cars.
-
Between Friday and Monday, Alberta authorities issued 5,140 tickets for a variety roadway offences ranging from impaired driving to speeding. The previous year, about 3,290 tickets were handed out. Only 250 were related to drug and alcohol related charges http://www.calgaryherald.com/news/Drivers+rack+more+holiday+tickets/7056702/story.html#

False cover-ups, clearly Canada’s police still get preferential treatment
False cover-ups, clearly Canada’s police still get preferential treatment and so do do our much too many bad justice Ministers, politicians it seems.. as we have now seen in the Charboneau corruption commission in Quebec http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/21/and-the-quebec-corruption-gravy-train-went-on-and-on/
‘
The police officer who had been up all night partying with his police buddies, colleagues and did they all drive drunk home as well now? The Police often visted the Police tavern.. many cops are alcoholics undeniably now too.. Unacceptable still.

WINNIPEG — A trial began Monday for a former Manitoba police chief accused of deliberately torpedoing a drunk-driving investigation into another officer. Harry Bakema is accused of obstruction of justice, perjury and breach of trust in a car crash that killed Crystal Taman, a mother of two who was stopped at a red light while driving to work on the morning of Feb. 25, 2005. Taman’s compact car was rear-ended by a truck driven by Derek Harvey-Zenk, an off-duty Winnipeg police officer who had been up all night partying with colleagues. Despite clear road conditions and a big warning light ahead of the intersection, Harvey-Zenk never hit the brakes as his pickup plowed into Taman’s stopped car. The accident happened in the Winnipeg bedroom community of East St. Paul, where Bakema was the police chief. He was among the first officers on scene. The Crown’s first witness Monday testified that Bakema was pretty certain what had caused the crash.“He told me (Harvey-Zenk) was impaired at the time” said RCMP Cpl. Chris Blandford, a collision reconstruction expert who attended the scene hours later.“He was very disappointed . . . that a member of the Winnipeg Police Service was an offender.”But any evidence of intoxication never made it to Harvey-Zenk’s trial. http://thechronicleherald.ca/canada/91705-rcmp-officer-testifies-at-former-manitoba-police-chief-s-trial

Once in power rules and money saving applies only to the opposition members.
Stephen Harper’s senior bureaucrats have been racking up some hefty airfares at a time of government restraint and controversy over travel.
Travel expenses recently posted for the final quarter of 2011 show executives at the Privy Council Office, the prime minister’s own department, paid costly fares last year on some of the most competitive routes to Europe and elsewhere.
Return airfare to Great Britain cost taxpayers $6,855 for Rennie Marcoux, assistant secretary to cabinet, to attend a week-long “cyber” conference in London last October.
The clerk of the Privy Council, Wayne Wouters, paid almost as much for a round-trip flight to London – $6,625 – for a public-service summit in November.
William Pentney, deputy secretary to cabinet, spent $3,566 on airfare to attend another international summit in London last June.
Paris, another popular European destination with plenty of airline competition, was also a favoured spot for Privy Council bureaucrats, who paid sky-high prices to get there.
Yvan Roy, legal counsel to Mr. Wouters, billed taxpayers $4,607 for a round-trip flight to Paris last October. The posted expense report does not explain the purpose of the trip or provide related costs, but a spokesman said it was for a conference hosted by the French government.
Another senior public servant in Mr. Harper’s department – Joseph Wild, assistant secretary to cabinet – spent $4,367 on airfare to an OECD conference in Paris.
The Irish capital of Dublin was also the destination for another hefty fare – $5,117, paid by Kristina Namiesniowski, assistant secretary to the cabinet. She was there to learn about “e-government.”
The jetsetters at Privy Council Office racked up other pricey airfares for several multi-stop trips overseas, making it difficult to compare prices directly.
Ward Elcock billed a whopping $15,278 to fly to four cities in Australia and New Zealand last October for two weeks of “meetings.” Elcock was travelling as the prime minister’s special adviser on human smuggling.
Mr. Harper’s national security adviser, Stephen Rigby, was a frequent flyer last year – a five-day visit to Singapore in June set taxpayers back $10,719 in airfare alone.
And Mr. Rigby’s week-long visit to Munich and London cost the treasury $6,733 in airline tickets.
All these travellers were public servants flying commercial, rather than the political staff who work inside the Prime Minister’s Office, which is part of the Privy Council Office.
Mr. Harper and his political staff typically fly on government-owned aircraft, rather than commercial airlines, largely for security and logistical reasons.
The Harper government was embroiled in several travel-related controversies in 2011. CTV News reported in September that the chief of defence staff, Gen. Walter Natynczyk, spent almost $1.5-million since 2008 flying on government-owned Challenger aircraft, once to a Caribbean holiday.
And late last year, it was revealed Defence Minister Peter MacKay called in a military search-and-rescue chopper to take him from a vacation at a Newfoundland fishing camp to a nearby airport, from which he flew to a government announcement in Ontario.

Healthy eating and healthy living
Too many persons still do falsely still do think they can eat whatever they want, or do what they want personally and next they will not reap any negative Karma, they will not reap what they had sowed. Dream on! Guess why so many people are next sick now too..
AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION HERE TOO IS BETTER OVER A POUND OF CURE!
In Canada hundreds of thousands of persons do annually die from heart diseases, cancer, diabetes still and why Is that? is it from smoking cigarettes and their drinking alcohol too much? or what else?
The reality is that most people are still busy even doing their own thing, the professionals, doctors and nurses included now, they themselves do know very little about healthy food, healthy eating, or what basically causes cancer, heart diseases, diabetes. etc…
And too many persons still ignorant do mainly and wrongfully attribute diabetes solely to sugar consumption neglecting many other essential factors as well. The most common nutrition myth is probably that sugar causes diabetes. The main risk factors for Type 2 diabetes are not eating regularly, not eating smaller portions of food more often, or a diet high in calories, being overweight, and an inactive lifestyle. If you have diabetes, you still do need to watch your sugar and carbohydrate intake, with the help of your Registered Dietitian, to properly manage your blood sugar level. Fortunately, the complications of diabetes can be prevented, delayed, or slowed by controlling blood glucose levels to as close to the normal range as possible and this still does involves eating more regularly, and eating more proper foods as well. For all persons even a diabetic skipping meals is a bad disruption. It is important to not skip meals because it disrupts the blood sugar regulation. Some oral diabetes medications (like Metformin a first-line drug of choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes ) should always also be taken with meals. Since most oral diabetes medications don’t work immediately (like for example a pain medication), but rather they have a cumulative effect to be therapeutic. It has been shown that keeping blood sugars as near to normal as possible helps reduce the long-term complications of diabetes. As a diabetic, you should not skip meals nut should take the oral diabetes medication everyday at approximately the same time. By skipping one’s medications as well, one is not getting the full benefit of them. Not skipping meals allows the body to achieve a steady blood sugar level in the body. For example, if a diabetic skips a meal their blood sugar could drop, which is called hypoglycemia which can lead to more serious medical aspects too..
In reality Canada’s major personal sicknesses, major causes of personal deaths are still mainly related to even the basics of one’s bad food intake, or to one’s lack of sleep, or a lack of exercise and even due to taking bad drugs and one’s alcohol consumption plus also one’s personal failure to reduce or to deal properly with ones inadequate negative personal stresses that we all do too often encounter in real life.
10 Diet & Nutrition Myths Debunked
1 The most common nutrition myth is probably that sugar that mainly causes diabetes, first look elsewhere rather..
2 Myth- All Fats are bad It’s a long-held nutrition myth that all fats are bad. But the fact is, we all need fat.
3 Myth- Brown Sugar is better than White Sugar. The brown sugar sold at grocery stores is actually white granulated sugar with added molasses.
4 Myth- Brown Eggs are more nutritious than White Eggs Contrary to a widely believed nutrition myth, eggshell color has nothing to do with the quality, flavor, nutritive value, cooking characteristics, or shell thickness of an egg
5 Myth- Avoid seafood to lower blood cholesterol In fact, the dietary cholesterol found in seafood and other meats has little effect on blood cholesterol in most people.
6 Myth- Avoid carbohydrate to lose weight or that the carbohydrates promote insulin production
7 Myth- Avoid nuts as they are fattening, but if you can restrain yourself from overeating them, nuts can be a part of a healthy diet.
8 Myth- Eating for 2 is necessary during pregnancy
9 Myth- Skipping meals can help lose weight. The People who think skipping meals means weight loss do not understand how our bodies work.
A better approach is to eat smaller frequent healthy meals and snacks to keep your blood sugar balanced.
10 Myth- Red meat is bad for health. It is true that some studies have linked red meat with increased risk of heart disease, partly due to the saturated fat content. In fact, even chicken can contain as much saturated fat as lean cuts of beef or pork. Instead of excluding red meats, choose leaner cuts of beef and pork. For beef, choose eye of round, top round roast, top sirloin and flank; for pork, choose tenderloin and loin chops.
http://www.healthcastle.com/nutrition-myths.shtml
Myth 11 Brown sugar is healthier over white sugar.. basicaly they are the same.
In a new report, a large group of American doctors urge kids and teens to avoid energy drinks and only consume sports drinks in limited amount. Florida pediatricians described cases of seizures, delusions, heart problems and kidney or liver damage in people who had drunk one or more non-alcoholic energy drinks — including brands like Red Bull, Spike Shooter and Redline.
While it is true that all people do need to be energetic and not hyperactive, melancholy rather as well but first when we have learned to help ourselves we next can also help others.
Here are some more important truths related to being healthy
1 Good food and good eating habits will even let you sleep better, and also help you you get a proper night sleep. Too many persons now do suffer as a result of their lack of sleep which affects negatively their health and bery serioulsy
2 In the real world and in the ideal world your own mother, and not someone else firstly should have taught you how too even eat the proper food, plus as to what food is good and appropriate for you to eat, and even how to properly prepare it. Unfortunately as it is too often the case if your mother is not a good dietician or a great cook and/or she is also very ignorant on the subject so next will the rest of the family unacceptably be as well.
Now also our general education system itself still often fails to deal with the topic of staying healthy, what is good food, on good eating habits as well adequately. Kind of explains why so many doctors, nurses, professionals themselves do not eat the healthy, or proper food.
And we are next left to governments and big corporations, the big money hungry corporations who too often have hidden agendas and as a result they do present half or distorted truth, health facts and do not tell is all that we personally do need to know.
Ezek 34:4 The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them. 5 And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered. 6 My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them.
3 Too many persons also do fail to understand, fail to realize the importance of a proper, adequately working food digestion system now as well. They firstly do fail to realize the importance of basic water consumptions in helping all of our food intake to digest and they do not drink enough water, or wrongfully consume caffeine, alcohol that causes more dehydration even, as well which leads to both digestion and heart, cancer problems often too. Knowing how your digestive system is supposed to work will help you.
Even before you eat, when you smell a tasty food, see it, or think about it, digestion begins. Saliva (say: suh-lye-vuh), or spit, begins to form in your mouth. Your digestive system started working even before you took the first bite of your food. And the digestive system will be busy at work on your chewed-up lfood for the next few hours — or sometimes days, depending upon what you’ve eaten. This process, called digestion, allows your body to get the nutrients and energy it needs from the food you eat. So let’s find out what’s happening to that pizza, orange, and milk. When you do eat, the saliva breaks down the chemicals in the food a bit, which helps make the food mushy and easy to swallow. http://kidshealth.org/kid/htbw/digestive_system.html
Now also next we have to understand what products do cause dehydration, such as coffee, alcohol, the products that do affect the stomach juices and one’s ability to properly digest foods and rather which can have a very negative effect on our heart, health.
4 Now add to this the fact that too many people fail to understand what is that it leads to one having diabetes next as well.. and the issue is not just your sugar consumptions. I am shocked as to how ignorant people are when it comes to the aspect of sugar consumption and how overboard they do also go..
5 Next we relatedly too often have the religious inclined discussions, and a lack of understanding on the danger or benefit of fat, meat, good and bad cholesterol.. or vegetarians versus non vegetarians. Here is the reality skinny persons too often die as much as fat people due to the major sicknesses too.. You need fats to survive and be healthy, but you need to choose the right ones.
There are also both good and bad fats and good and bad sugars. Also Sugar alone does not lead to diabetes, but rather one’s poor eating habits, eating meals irregularly or skipping them ..
Fat vs. Sugar – Which Is Worse?
The website for the McKinley Health Center at the University of Illinois states that fat is crucial for “normal growth and development, energy, absorbing certain vitamins, and maintaining cell membranes.” The United States Department of Agriculture now recommends that fat make up 20 percent to 35 percent of daily calorie intake, and some nutritionists encourage an even higher percentage of fat consumption. Heather Fleming, a nutrition consultant for Conscious Nutrition, recommends two servings of healthy fat per meal, for a total of six servings per day. Ms. Fleming says that healthy fats are essential and are like “oil for the body…Our cells are made of phospholipids, and that’s where the healthy fats…go to reenergize the cells.” http://www.docshop.com/2008/08/12/fat-vs-sugar-which-is-worse
Still we all do need to deal personally with all these aspects and to get, have a proper understanding here now still as well and not just absurdly say Any fat or Sugar Is Ruining Your Health or say that one can eat whatever one wants.
also do see my health blog for more info.. http://stayinhealth.wordpress.com/ or http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/05/10/more-competent-doctors-are-needed-and-not-more-useless-nurses-or-more-beds/
.. get a healthy life and not a sick one.
1: Too many of the sick patients have spend a lifetime getting sick and they seem next to want an immediate instant, permanent cure, even without any effort, work , inconvenience, pain or fuss on their own parts. Here they do too often unrealistically expect rather the pretentious ambulance doctor to even come to their home and find, and next to deliver an instant medical cure for their major ailment.
2: Also they do all mostly fail to realize that the family doctor he or she cannot basically help them when they develop a major sickness, in the 20 minutes allotted to him or her every 3 months for he or she firstly basically cannot realistically help the patient, they thus really cannot discover their major sickness for he or she does not have the time, resources to do so. Hiring more nurses receptionists helps nothing here
too.
3: Only the overcrowded already major hospitals have the staff, resources, equipment to help people who have a serious sickness and they tend to have their own schedules, priorities. They work weekdays 9-4 only.
And Fourthly even the generally over priced price gouging, often not fully medically competent pharmacist, pharmacies, and the dermatologist included are basically no help in what they recommend, prescribe if you have a major illness to.. for example a major unknown foot disease..
Now with Canada rapidly aging seniors population medical care will certainly only get worse based on how pretentions and our still mostly useless our health ministers, politicians too tend to ne in all this too.
PS: Doctors are not Gods. Even the good Doctors are not Gods, they do not know it all, some are rather still stupid when it comes to effectively helping a sick person. The professional quality of a medical doctors lies not just in his university and clinical training but it also lies in the degree of his or her actual field experience and being kept updated with the medical advancements. Kinda of explains while some doctors have not been initially able to help me with my severe medical problems and thus they have too often wrongfully forced me to seek the expertise of many other doctors next too. Doctors are not Gods, some rather are still very bad sinners who do for billing purposes now lie and pretend that they are good doctors still too. Self regulation of the bad doctors too often is still mere masturbations. We need an enforced federal Bill that will tighten the regulation of doctors and clarify the obligations of the medical and law-enforcement communities to report, communicate, act upon all of the suspected physician misconduct and patient neglect, abuse. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/05/10/more-competent-doctors-are-needed-and-not-more-useless-nurses-or-more-beds/

Albertan Auditor general may probe flu fiasco . Opposition questions government’s ability to immunize all Albertans by Christmas http://www.montrealgazette.com/health/Auditor+general+probe+fiasco/2186860/story.html
The news media says that New Democrat MP Nathan Cullen spent more on travel than any other MP this year, spending $228,603 to fly across Canada and trek around his sprawling British Columbia riding. At the other extreme was Conservative MP Gordon O’Connor, who spent a mere $6,600 in travel — the least among sitting MPs. While O’Connor’s riding lies just west of Ottawa, his costs pale compared to the $28,553 chocked up by fellow Conservative MP Royal Galipeau, whose riding lies in the east-end of the city. An analysis by Sun Media of documents tabled in the House of Commons shows a wide discrepancy in the travel costs MPs charged to taxpayers during the past year. And while the figures don’t include many categories of travel such as travel by cabinet ministers related to their jobs, travel by parliamentary committees and international conferences, it does give a glimpse of who is racking up the frequent flyer miles at taxpayers expense. Overall, Conservatives dominated the top 20 list, occupying 11 of the top 20 positions. While many of those who spent the most represent remote and isolated ridings, there were significant cost differences between MPs in far flung ridings. NDP MP Dennis Bevington, who represents the Northwest Territories spent $213,682 while Liberal Larry Bagnell, MP for the Yukon, charged $115,468.

Liberals and New Democrats together could unseat Harper The Prime Minister’s divisive partisan tactics have diminished the public’s respect for politicians in general. In just four years, he has changed the tone of media coverage and public discourse, shifting the mood of the nation toward cynicism and selfishness. http://www.thestar.com/comment/article/719037 The more simple, practical solution is to arrest Prime Minister rightfully on abusing the taxpayer’s money.. many world wide prime ministers have been successfully tried and convicted for their wrong doings world wide. It is undeniable that Harper has already now hired many supporters into governmental jobs : conservative party supporters, organizers, promoters who also are now using their governmental positions, jobs and positions to promote the Conservative party.. so now do not hesitate to arrest and fire all of them too.. Most people still rightfully do blame the governments, politicians, bad cops and bad judges, for the existence of much too many crooked civil and public servants, crooked business persons, crooked persons in Canada. More Laws that are unenforced also tend to be still mostly useless too.

We can often know too often our civil and public servants, governments. Medicare now are pretentious and none of that is very acceptable still as well, especially when they take their pay from the taxpayer’s money but now show little good for it still too.

PRIVATE PROSECUTIONS ARE NOW ALSO BEING CONSIDERED FOR HOSPITALS, HOSPITAL MANAGERS, DOCTORS AND MEDICAL STAFF WHERE PATIENTS HAVE DIED IN HOSPITALS DUE TO THE HOSPITAL’S POOR NEGLECT, BAD MEDICAL PRACTICES. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/11/hospital-deaths-account-for-half-of-deaths-annually/
Wealth, Power, influence helps persons to jump queue for H1N1 shots too. It is in situations like this one that you can see persons for what they really are and how poor our health system and our leadership is! “Last month a pollster asked Canadians to identify the key strength of our health-care system. An astonishing 90 per cent chose the fact that it is accessible to everyone, free, thanks to the taxpayer.” Now that myth was clearly shattered with the onslaught of the H1N1, swine flu, were undeniable too many professional persons NOW HAD started to act like swine themselves. The revelations of the many wrong doings come as the World Health Organization warned “intense and persistent” flu transmission continues to be reported in North America, “without evidence of a peak in activity.” Marie-Eve Bédard, press attache to Quebec Health Minister Yves Bolduc, said board members of hospitals and donors are not entitled to vaccines ahead of the rest of the population. So problems and immorality continued to haunt this country’s massive vaccination effort and what It’s only easier for people to do the right thing when there’s some shame attached to doing the wrong one. I one being aware of the existance of the much too many liars, spin doctors we have now in Canada found it very hilarious the values false justifications, excuse used to falsely try to approuve the swine queue jumping.. for it did not change also the fact, this tip of the iceberg now too, I can assure you that vaccinations alone are not the main unacceptable issue, but more specifically the health treatment actually available to all now as well..
Worst yet to come Edmonton Sun - Health officials are warning Albertans to brace for a boom in the number of people who will fall severely ill with H1N1 as the virus hits its peak.
Alberta hospitals feel flu pressure Vancouver Sun

‘The special treatment … is unacceptable to us and contrary to all of our existing protocols and processes. I apologize for this breach of our duty to Albertans.’—Stephen Duckett, Alberta Health Services “I think it sends the message that this will not be tolerated,” said Alberta Health Minister Ron Liepert, adding that he does not know who the dismissed worker is, or why he or she decided to approve the clinic — held on Friday at an unnamed health centre — for the hockey team. Top officials said they did not know about the arrangements for the Flames organization until Monday. “The decision to allow preferential access to the Flames and their families was a serious error in judgment on the part of the staff involved,” said Stephen Duckett, president and CEO of the board, in the statement

This is a perfect picture of what two tier health care systems look like. The rich get richer and those with money can buy their health care coverage/care. The Flames should be ashamed. Alberta Health Services should be investigated. How did the money/vaccine exchange happen and who’s pocket was filled. I am disgusted.Albertans have let there government get far to comfortable. 30 years in power says, we can do anything and you sheep will continue to vote for us. The governments should fear its people and yours does not. http://www.cbc.ca/canada/calgary/story/2009/11/04/alberta-h1n1-flu-shot-calgary-flames-investigation.html

UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT -SELFISHNESS
Ont. minister says she’s outraged at reports that celebrity athletes got H1N1 vaccine TORONTO – Ontario Health Minister Deb Matthews vowed Thursday to investigate whether celebrity athletes jumped the queue for the swine flu shot while other groups are being forced to wait as the province’s supply dwindles. Minister slams H1N1 shots for Leafs, Raptors. She said she shares the outrage sparked by reports that professional hockey and basketball players in Toronto got the shot even though the province doesn’t have enough yet to vaccinate school-age children.
Toronto hospital board got H1N1 shots early CBC.ca - Members of the board of directors at Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital were given H1N1 shots last Monday, at a time when many people in priority groups had yet to be immunized. Shortage or not they used their position to beat the system. If you’re rich, famous or connected it seems you don’t have to wait. Everyone else though…be patient. Anyone but me tired of hearing ” we jumped to the front of the line because we did not know there was going to be a shortage? ” In whose world does that make it right when pregnant woman and small children spend hours standing in line? Not fair! These people should have had the decency to let the high-risk groups go first. Sounds like the bureaucrats are looking after themselves again. Buffalo Jump said: “In Alberta they fired the person who made special arrangements for the Flames. What is going to happen in Ontario?” Nothing. This is Ontario
Hospital directors and professional athletes were jumping ahead of children, pregantn women to get their H5N1 flu shots, Health Minister Deb Matthews says.At least seven Toronto hospitals have given the scarce H1N1 vaccine to their Boards and Governors. Mount Sinai, St. Michael’s, Sunnybrook, Bridgepoint and the University Health Network’s three hospitals are among the list. Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer addressed this yesterday saying hospital board members are not health-care workers and therefore are not entitled to the shot unless they suffer from a pre-existing medical condition. As of yesterday, the two big London hospitals had vaccinated 5,000 staff. Ontario Health Minister Deb Matthews said yesterday that hospitals should stop making vaccine available to board members and false priorities. Meanwhile, some flu clinics are expected to run out of vaccine this weekend.

*** I can assure you that vaccinations alone are not the main unacceptable issue, but more specifically the health treatment to all now as well.. for years ago I specially had written to all that I had interviewed a senior nurse at the Montreal Jewish general Hospital for their selection criteria for essential surgery and she told me the committee chooses on the basis of 3 selections :
1: Relatives of Hospital workers, and doctors
2: Young people under 30 year old
3: Rich, influential persons.
and so nothing unacceptably has changed here decades later now too?
One’s false denial can be an ACTIVE disregard for facts and circumstances or a more subtle expression of ones unreal personal preferences, their fanatsy.Denial, it is very very common when many an individual, even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included, are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as ”you are crazy”. “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.” Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though. Denial too often can be further disastrous upon themselves and others.. Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.” It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart. Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction for persons now facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. For denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself.Denial (also called abnegation) is a defense mechanism postulated by Sigmund Freud, in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence, a mechanism of the immature mind that conflicts with the ability to learn from and cope with reality. The subject may now deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether (simple denial), admit the fact but deny its seriousness (minimization) or admit both the fact and seriousness but deny responsibility (transference). The concept of denial is particularly related to the denial of one’s addiction to alcohol for example, or to one slandering others, abusing them stealing, lying.. their denial or their minimization of their own wrong doings is the essential part of what enables them next to to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, that is overwhelming. “The American Heart Association cites denial as a principal reason that treatment of a heart attack is delayed. Because the symptoms are so varied, and often have other potential explanations, the opportunity exists for the patient to deny the emergency, often with fatal consequences. It is common for patients to delay mammograms or other tests because of a fear of cancer, even though this is clearly maladaptive.”Types of Denial include now the Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying. Denial of responsibility: Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others. Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality. Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated. Denial of denial: This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional.. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. Illustrated fully by the story of the Emperor with new clothes.
There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of denial. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.
People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included are always to be exemplary in behavior, conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary judged, prosecuted for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

363000 Canadians have lost their jobs since Harper’s re-election GlobalPost - And since October, since the last election, where Stephen “lassiez faire I don’t care” Harper promised if there was going to be a recession Harper promised if there was going to be a recession it would have happened already and said we should trust him because he’s an economist, the Canadian economy has retracted by 2.1 per cent.
Cops seem to have it too easy in Canada, they do what they want, they abuse citizens and tend to get away with it too. Too many COPS, persons distort the LAW. it’s meaning still too.
I SIMPLY SEND AN EMAIL, I PUT IT INTO CLEARLY WRITING, SO THE GUILTY PARTY CANNOT SAY I DID NOT ASK HIM OR HER TO REPENT.
