Canadian Medicare belongs to the people who paid for it, Bonafide Canadians

justice

.

Too many new arrivals in Canada they do lie,   scheme, plan ahead to abuse our generosity, even commit tax evasions too.. and the money they save goes to their own bank accounts or abroad too all of which is also unacceptable…

.
The Canadian governments, Canadian Medicare, the Canada’s immigration system, the Canadian system, they are not supposed to be a safety blanket for any of the yet non Canadians citizens. No such thing as free Medicare.. some one pays for it.. Canadian taxpayers. Canadian Medicare is for real Canadians and their immediate, direct family.

I agree with many Canadians who do say that the Canadian Taxpayer has been undeniably pounded much too often with both social welfare and even medical costs by non-Canadians, thieves, liars and cheats now too.

According to some statistics, apparently annually or much too often many visitors or false immigrants, immigrants who live abroad but do not pay taxes too, come to Canada to be medically taken care off, some even go home to their country with a promise to pay the bill, which often never happens.

A great number of countries require that all visitors first must have a medical travel insurance so should Canada. Canada is not obligated to do so.. At a time when millions of Canadians do not even have a family doctor.

But if a spouse is a Canadian citizen the whole direct family should get Medicare now still

I do not think it is unreasonable to limit access to people who are not Canadians. We have no obligation to pay for someone else’s supposed poverty. Funny how the people who have no money for instance can still affords to travel and by the things they want too. If they have really no money let them go to the Red Cross. Or let them take out a loan some where and pay for the medical services. Or get a Cosigner where the cosigning is guarantor who will reimburse the government for all of the medical expenses that the person they are guaranteeing utilizes.
While a permanent resident visa application is in process, the sponsored person must stay in status and reside with the sponsor, Guarantor, in Canada, and once accepted if they next do receive any social welfare, pension supplemental, they cannot next travel abroad now too. Falsely many do. If they can afford to travel abroad, they are still rich and thus  do not legitimately   qualify for any social welfare, pension supplemental.

If the  applicant leaves the country, even for a short vacation, they are not granted re-entry, as that may effectively end cohabitation between the spouses and thus it will terminate status in Canada. Since they now fall outside the basic requirements, the application should be refused. Forfeiting the $550 fee they have paid to apply for a permanent resident visa.

Some people who never worked in Canada or paid any taxes here they do demand and they falsely do get social welfare, pension supplemental now as well.. Not acceptable.

There are many of us who never get to go abroad and yet some new arrivals, do now next  even still take a vacation abroad, such as to Bulgaria, and what they now still falsely still do want our tax dollars to cover any and all of their medical expenses, because they have decided that is what Canada should do? Dream on.

It’s funny how some people make immoral acts,  choices and expect a government to change its  policies to suit .. Not acceptable.

Time for us all to fight to lower police costs Canada wide, RCMP included

police-start
.
It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/08/most-politicians-civil-and-public-servants-think-the-rules-dont-apply-to-them/
.
Yes, we all can easily know that corruption has even plagued Quebec ( not just Ontario too)  at multi levels in City Halls. Hospitals, etc., from the top down to the bottom and for a very long time over 50 years.. Obviously nothing has changed.. because the watchdogs did nothing good about it.. the police, RCMP included also were, are themselves as bad as ever here.. the fiascos go on and on.. Money generating Speeding and parking tickets were their main Police occupations it seems.   It is sad that Job preservation was too often the false reason why most of the ostrich  employees also had went along with the vast corruptions instead of opposing it.. all it took for evil to triumph was for the good people to do nothing about it.

” Turns out that every aspect of Quebec public service is completely corrupt. Unfortunately, it is not just the city of Montreal that needs more investigation, it is:

- the SQ for giving themselves illegal bonuses and shutting down investigations that touch the “gouvernement national”.

- The MUC police force, and their contracts between Yvan Delorme and BCIA

- Union Montreal. It appears that at their fundraisers, they sometimes keep part or all of the money.

- We can look forward to “the corruption float” this Sunday which will be led by Montreal’s new mayor mayor Michael “I swear I am not under investigation” Applebaum.

PS: Merci to the SQ for tipping off the mayor about current UPAQ investigations.  Obviously nothing has changed..”

“Spending on policing has increased steadily while the volume and severity of reported crime have both been on the decline” even or has the police falsely rather discouraged the reporting of the crimes firstly?

Two police officers have been judged to be in breach of 4 code of ethics clearly  criminal charges. OTTAWA — A new report by a respected international human rights watchdog has accused RCMP officers of abusing aboriginal women and girls in northern British Columbia.  http://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/scathing-report-accuses-b-c-mounties-of-raping-abusing-aboriginal-girls-1.1154727

Human rights group says RCMP, native relationship ‘dysfunctional’ -A number of women interviewed by Human Rights Watch researchers alleged that RCMP officers used excessive force in arresting them, mistreated them while they were in custody and, in some cases, physically or sexually assaulted them. Many of the aboriginal women he spoke with did not trust police and felt little confidence that any complaints would be addressed. He said he was surprised to find that the fear of police expressed by some of the women was comparable with what he has seen in post-conflict situations in countries such as Iraq and Libya. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/human-rights-group-says-rcmp-native-relationship-dysfunctional/article8572404/

RCMP has a bullying problem, watchdog says. Commission chairman Ian McPhail said about 90 per cent of the complaints involved bullying. Only four per cent of the complaints dealt with sexual harassment, A national police force where abuse of authority is possibly a systemic problem means a really bad Police force!  and  the simple perception of a continual pattern of poor treatment of employees is enough to rattle all public confidence in   RCMP and severely already tarnished the force’s reputation. Instead of them all talking about the problems, do something How about some real solutions to problems within the RCMP?  Real Accountability instead of cover-ups and transfers, real punishments now too, Punishments that fit the crime  plus no more two or three year plus investigations into wrong-doing.  about the RCMP.  http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2013/02/14/rcmp-harassment-report-ian-mcphail.html

.
The Public Safety Minister Mr. Vic Toews gave a speech the last month in which he questioned the spiralling costs of policing. Most policemen and their managers  are still really cost ineffective It is really Time to fight to lower police costs Canada wide, the RCMP included even by an clearly, enforced effective cost control framework ensures that no one rewards themselves at public expense,  that  ensures that the public is getting the most for its money, ensures  that all expense and travel claims are appropriate and handled with a high level of transparency and accountability.  And here too an example needs to be made of all those who abuse the expense account or sign off on illegitimate expenses by even make such acts criminal plus having the guilty individual return the stolen money. Thousands or millions of dollars abused are an enormous amount of money, and to not have adequate, stringent cost controls in place by now  is an unacceptable  failure of any  leadership on all the part of the governments , ministers, mayors, administrators .
.
By the way the people who make false expense statements are also guilty now of tax evasion
Follow the money trail, the oldest rule of good journalism and why is that so? as the love of money is the root of ell evil still..  He or she who cannot be trusted to handle money cannot be trusted to handle anything else now too.People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.
.
Now “it’s true that police costs in general, and police salaries in particular, are out of control. Total spending on police services nationally has doubled since 1997, reaching $12-billion. While the average Canadian income has grown by 11 per cent over the past decade, the average police salary has grown by 40 per cent. Policing is doing to municipal budgets what health care is doing to provincial budgets: threatening to consume them.” Both need better cost control management too.. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/death-of-internet-bill-gives-toews-new-life-to-beat-the-drum-on-policing-costs/article8584719/?

Police chiefs from across Canada are being urged to look at radical new approaches to public safety as they struggle to meet growing demands to keep their budgets in check http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/canadas-police-forces-have-to-innovate-or-cut-back-toews-tells-summit/article7409314/
.

The cost of policing cannot continue to rise indefinitely in Canada, or cities will end up bankrupt. Pools, camps, parks and libraries will have to close. Police in England and several U.S. cities have already undertaken drastic and innovative reforms to transform the delivery of law enforcement for a modern era  This has not yet happened in Canada. But there is no time to waste. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/commentary/editorials/cost-of-policing-in-canada-cannot-continue-to-rise/article7437935/

Alberta’s Auditor General’s report, recommendations are significant Canada wide, deal with decades old problem

An effective cost control framework ensures that  no one rewards themselves at public expense,   to make sure  the public is getting the most for its money, make sure   \that all expense and travel claims are appropriate and handled with a high level of transparency and accountability. And here too an example needs to be made of all those who abuse the expense account or sign off on illegitimate expenses by even make such acts criminal plus having the guilty individual return the stolen money. Last year, it was revealed that former AHS financial officer Allaudin Merali, while working for Edmonton’s now-defunct Capital Health Region, charged taxpayers almost $370,000 for pricey restaurant meals, to fix his Mercedes Benz and to hire a butler. http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/arts-and-life/life/health/alberta-health-dinged-taxpayers-for-private-plane-ride-realtor-fee-auditor-190880421.html

EDMONTON — Alberta’s auditor general and Alberta Justice launched a $2.4-million probe into the Office of the Public Trustee after a senior trust officer was fired for allegedly stealing more than $120,000 from a trust he was administering. The revelation is contained in auditor general’s   report,  which also found Alberta Health Services (AHS) exercised lax controls in reimbursing 26,000 employees for spending during a 17-month span in 2011-12. “The fact that the control systems essentially have failed over that period have  cost this huge amount of public resources,”

Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013  The province of Alberta released the most recent report from the Auditor General – which included dozens of recommendations meant for three different provincial departments. Auditor General Merwan Saher passed the 117 page report on to the provincial government in early February. The report included a total of 33 recommendations is meant to increase accountability for Alberta Health Services, the Office of the Public Trustee, and a number of post-secondary institutions. For AHS, Saher said the organization needs to place tighter controls on expenses, and guidelines for staff to follow when it comes to travel and living expenses. According to the report, AHS spent more than $100 million on travel and hospitality over 17-months.The report outlined a number of incidents where guidelines were not followed. In one case, an AHS staff member was found to have charged taxpayers for flying his own plane – without an explanation as to why the official couldn’t take a commercial flight, or how the rate charged for the private flight was competitive. In another case, one unnamed facility used taxi cabs to transport patients to their homes, some of the charges ended up totaling more than $300 – also, without an explanation.  The only recommendation outlined in the report for AHS was for officials to tighten controls over expense claims, credit card transactions and other travel expenses by improving how charges are analyzed and documented, improve education and training of staff for compliance with expense policies and monitoring expenses and reporting results to the board. The rest of the recommendations, including those for the Office of the Public Trustee and for a number of Alberta post-secondary institutions, can be found online.  Read more: http://edmonton.ctvnews.ca/ag-report-outlines-recommendations-for-health-authority-1.1154218#ixzz2Kk42rXz8

Now   why is this above  finding and related recommendations so important to all Canadian taxpayers the increased accountability now for  all  civil and public servants, cops, RCMP,  politicians, senators? any group that gets government funding too. or what you falsely still do not  think that most other regional boards, sections, they  do not do the same thing, abuse the tax payer’s money unrestrained now too, yes all the other regional governmental executives managers, departments?  Follow the money trail is still the oldest valid rule of Journalism, cost control too.
.
It is a sad reality that much too many now Politicians, civil and public servants, RCMP , Cops, City Hall workers, managers do abuse their expenses,  on their out of town travel and living expenses and  here also they do  even make too many quite unnecessary out of town and/or out of the country travel now too. How do I know this firsthand? In one city alone 3 city hall departmental managers boasted to me that they did it and their associates too.

By the way the people who make false expense statements are also guilty now of tax evasion

While Scandals and corruption are nothing new in politics they are still unacceptable

.

bell2

The bribery shenanigans unfolding at the Charbonneau commission, the intrigue involving Arthur Porter and the MUHC/SNC-Lavalin frolics, tales of second-rate asphalt and now even bridges falling down clearly all indicate something is, was still seriously wrong in Quebec as well

-

Follow the money trail, the oldest rule of good journalism and why is that so? as the love of money is the root of ell evil still..  He or she who cannot be trusted to handle money cannot be trusted to handle anything else now too. Money and Power still clearly corrupts and our boys on the Ottawa Hill and elsewhere demonstrate this reality much too often these days too.

While Scandals and corruption are nothing new in politics whether it be the MPs…MLAs or Senators at all levels of government.  The political past and present times are not only  rampant and full of scandals and corruptions that are too numerous to even begin to list but they are still very clearly evidence of the really bad managements by the political leaders. Even this recent wave of scandal and corruption all across the country at all levels of government is  CONTINUAL signal for us the citizens to seriously weigh in the matter and demand not only more safe guards such as mandatory police clearances prior to anyone being allowed to run for office but we need to see these guilty persons punished. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons, with jail time, serves everyone’s   best interest even the guilty offender.  Mandatory legal actions should  made into law against all bad civil and public servants, politians that  would allow further criminal proceedings against any who are involved in taxpayer’s money abuses scandal and corruption. The time for this change in political governing  is in order. Not only because of our good welfare …..but rather because of these much too many crooks, abusers..

And once elected…….periodical checks are required, even recalls on all politicians, senators too  to insure that these politicians have not next  not falling to the weigh side while in office  and they should not be treated be treated any better or differently over  anyone else in life who does wrong, evil, crimes.

Obviously too many of our politicians, civil and public servants as evidenced from their past and current behavior and conduct really are no better then anybody else, are unsuited thus for their jobs and should be removed ASAP

.

OTTAWA – Controversy over Mike Duffy’s Senate housing allowance has mushroomed into a bigger question — whether he’s entitled to sit in the Senate at all — that now threatens to ensnare colleague Pamela Wallin. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/housing-flap-plaguing-duffy-wallin-raises-questions-senate-231632232.html

.

Wallin’s Senate eligibility questioned by political scientist  Senators are required to be residents of the province they represent, but according to Leeson, political science professor emeritus at the University of Regina, since she was appointed in 2009, Wallin has given less than satisfactory answers to questions about her connection to the province.”If she would simply say, ‘Yes, I have a driver’s licence. Yes, I have a health care card. Yes, I file my taxes from here,’ that would clear it up,” he said. “But she hasn’t done that.” Wallin has repeatedly said she owns property in Saskatchewan and meets the Senate residency requirement. However, she declined to answer questions from CBC News about whether she has a Saskatchewan health card or a Saskatchewan driver’s licence. http://bit.ly/12gLmYj

.

Wallin has claimed $321,037 in ‘other travel’ and $29,423 on flights from Ottawa to her home province of Saskatchewan since September 2010. But supposedly 70 per cent of her travel expense were for tickets from Ottawa to Toronto, where Wallin owns a condo.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/blogs/canada-politics/senator-pamela-wallin-audited-over-350-000-travel-135810011.html

“In fact, the most common lament one hears these days from long-time senators of both political stripes is that the Harper appointees are nothing more than cheerleaders, tossing reasoned debate and committee work over the deck in favour of boosting the man who gave them the job. To Ottawa-based journalists, Duffy betrayed the tribe, insulting those of us who believe our job is to try to hold our elected representatives to account, not to turn on a dime once a patronage plum is dangled.”

AND THE ORDINARY FOLKS WOULD NOT BE LEFT GO THAT EASILY. ALL PEOPLE IN LEADERSHIP HAVE TO BE JUDGED MORE SEVERELY AS THEY ARE ALSO TO BE GOOD EXAMPLES AND NOT BAD ONES. PUBLIC EXPOSURE AND PROSECUTION OF THE GUILTY PERSONS SERVES EVERYONE’S BEST INTEREST STILL INCLUDING MIKE DUFFY’S .  FOLLOW THE MONEY TRAIL,  THE FIRST RULE OF JOURNALISM STILL APPLIES HERE TOO.

Now you can run but not hide, but as a Politiican, civil and public servant, professing leader, pastor or preiest too you lead by personal example  too, all people have a right to judge all you do.

Subject: I have said for decade now seniors are being murdered in Canada’s hospitals
.
So you think you may enjoy your retirement  instead of being ”  MURDERED IN HOSPITALS ”
.
ESTHER 4: 13 And Mordecai told them to answer Esther: “Do not think in your heart that you will escape in the king’s palace any more than all the other Jews. 14 For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
.

In Canada, especially in Ontario and Ontario, we have  a very great undeniable, false problem of neglect in the treatment of older patients in the hospital and in old age homes’
.

Upon admission to the hospital you are requested to sign a form declaring whether you wish to be revived in case of emergency, or not. This document is called a D. N. R. or Do Not Resuscitate form. They give you two choices.
.
The first choice, you are told is to accept being kept alive as a living vegetable, completely insensane.  The second you are told is to let nature take its course. Then these utterly helpful people will even sign the form for you. All nice and neat.
.

However this is the biggest song and dance act to be put over the public since Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. What you are actually agreeing to is for the Hospital to totally neglect you or even pump you full of enough morphine to overdose a football stadium of people.
Our health care system and old age homes seems perpetuates the belief that a person who is over the age of sixty-five has somehow managed to reach their lifetime expiry date, a best before date if you will for people. And now that these old people are in the hospital using up resources and funds best reserved for younger people, now well you can’t really expect for the hospital to fix them back up, can you?
After all as far as many of the hospital staff is concerned this old person has managed somehow to have a long life already and that is enough of that now.
You really can’t be expecting the hospital staff to put themselves out and actually care for these old people, too, can you? I mean why give an older person in the hospital a blanket when you might have to wash it then, or food when that will just encourage him to stick around. And if they have anything close to a complex condition, well there is that neat little DNR now isn’t there? You don’t really have to work to fix up these people when that signature gives you an out for some very bad behavior indeed.

The problem with this whole attitude ( besides giving me nightmares of genocidal dictators) is that it completely negates the concept of ” best practice”. loving one another ,

Best practice is the long and firmly held belief that there is only ONE way to treat EVERYBODY. Not when you feel like it or just when you really want to or when someone gives you more money to behave better. Every time for everybody. Because when you start to slack or fail to preform, its just too easy to keep on giving less then your best.

If you take a gander at the rising medical malpractice deaths in hospital across the country and through the United States, you will soon realize that the concept of best practice has gone the way of the proverbial washed baby with the dirty bathwater.
.

Now Hospitals when they are being asked to put forward their best game have no best game left. Only the same sloppy seconds they choose to inflict upon older people. Not keeping sterile technique. Not caring for basic needs ( feeding washing having water and blankets for the bed available). Not being concerned about basic medical protocols.
.

For example twisting the patient while shifting them in bed even though the patient is suffering from a shattered pelvis which has not been casted ( because it is just too hard to do with those old bones, you see).
Then using drugs upon that patient which go against the  doctors and specialists orders for that patient, (because that’s the way the hospital usually does it). Such as give that broken bone patient blood thinners which absolutely stop any bone repair from being made( one of the functions of blood thinners are to stop the clotting process, bone healing is in itself a clotting process).   And then refusing to give the patient bone building vitamin supplements that the doctor has ordered under the reasoning of the staff that vitamins and minerals aren’t really a serious medicine and so it doesn’t matter whether or not it has been given.
.

Hospitals can get away with this heinous behavior because it mostly affects the older more vulnerable sections of our society.
.
You see hospitals understand that they can indulge themselves with this sort of ageist behavior because we the people are still watching that Fred and Ginger song and dance act that they bedazzled us with in the first place.
.
The ageist behavior of the hospitals has lead us to believe rightfully that when old people go into hospital there are automatically at risk of dying.
.

But this only comes to pass because of the hospitals actions or mainly bad in-actions. Not because of theme now being any more innate vulnerability in the average mature person then there is in a preteen child.  Both groups Children and Seniors still do need a certain amount of care taken. But older persons are given far less care over the children .
.

“I have personally come up against this exact sort of ageism, many times hearing that  sixty is a good long time to have lived. This behavior not only diminishes all of us, separating us from our true humanity, our beliefs in charity and that older adults are precious contributors to our own lives and not to be diminished by these vultures upon the vulnerable.”
.

What they do so many now do inflicts harm upon all of us seniors? It is a spreading epidemic of ill will cast out upon those who only seek to enjoy  their golden years without the machinations of their caretakers contributing to their  early exit. Or shall I be more plain spoken and say what it is indeed, an execution. At what cost do we allow this to happen?
.

The insurance company too are doubly hit by this, first with the hospital costs and then with the life policy payout.
.
The stores and service sectors that older people patronize lose out.  Real Estate suffers because that extra condo is never purchased.  Younger families looking for affordable housing cannot move into established neighborhoods because to make the most of the estate, it is sold to developers.   And those young people if they get sick can not count upon the care of the hospitals because the staff are too jaded with their good enough practices that they become unable to set right your average medical situation.  Not being able to do CPR. Not recognizing the signs of poisoning, heart attack drug toxicity or allergic reaction. They only move now upon the threat of being sued, and even that last resort of public outrage is hamstrung with government legislation. All in an attitude of don’t do what’s best, only protect your butt.
.

This whole situation is an attack directed at  the Zoomers age group. This D.N.R. nonsense has to be rewritten re-regulated and completely re-thoughtout. It only acts as a legal sop to cover the actual act of involuntary euthanasia upon our senior persons. This has built to the point where we must act if not for ourselves then for everything we hold dear.  Our families and our liberties are threatened by this madness.  Should we not take this task to hand one day it will be your children in the hospital facing these torturers, Facing their own unsought for demise. And then who will stand for them?”
.
and the governments falsely do nothing about it.. why?

Montreal Mayor and Former city manager named as being corrupt at at the Charbonneau Commission inquiry

Remember when some and many others falsely  said they and the others were not guilty at the Montreal City Hall

pitchfork-and-boots
“ Michel Lalonde, the head of a prominent Montreal engineering firm, testifies at the Charbonneau Commission  that Robert Abdallah, The head of Montreal’s executive committee, the director of its public works department, the man in charge of financing the city’s most powerful political party – and now the former city manager  was involved in a system of collusion that allowed select companies to win municipal public works contracts in exchange for major cash donations and illegal kickbacks.

Michel Lalonde, he also confirmed that he handed a cheque for $10,000 to Union Montreal political staffer Martin Dumont at a fundraising breakfast in 2004. The event was held in support of the “yes” campaign during the city’s 2004 demerger referendum, and then-Montreal mayor Gérald Tremblay was in attendance, Lalonde said. During his own time on the stand, Dumont maintained that he was given similar cheques from a number of engineering firms at the breakfast.

The engineer  Michel Lalonde, said his company gave thousands of dollars in illegal cash kickbacks to officials in Ahuntsic, Saint Leonard, Rivière des Prairies and Montreal North, among others.

At one point, Lalonde said, Ahuntsic borough manager Éric Lachapelle asked him for Montreal Canadiens season tickets – a request he quickly granted.

The cash donations always flowed more freely when Montreal was on the verge of a municipal election, Lalonde testified. In the months prior to the 2005 municipal race, for instance, he said RDP mayor Cosmo Maciocia asked him for $60,000 to support his campaign. Lalonde claimed he handed it over, as did several other firms.”

http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Former+city+manager+named+inquiry/7883151/story.html
  • Lalonde said he gave $60,000 to former  Riviere-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles mayor Cosmo Maciocia at his  request.
  • When Maciocia left politics, his successor, Joe Magri, also received $15  000.
  • Lalonde testified that the borough of Ahunstic-Cartierville also sought  payoffs and Canadiens season tickets as the price of doing business in the  borough.
  • In Saint-Leonard, former Liberal MNA and borough mayor Michel Bissonnet  apparently asked and received $2000.
  • In Montreal East, Mayor Yvon Labrosse received $5000 in illegal  contributions, Lalonde claimed.
  • In Montreal North, Lalonde said he sent $2000 to Mayor Gilles Deguire, a  former police man.
  • He also said he gave $1000 to Ile Bizard Mayor Richard Bélanger.

Lalonde said cash-hungry Union Montreal fundraisers still wanted more,  however, so Lalonde was forced to give $20,000 to the cash-strapped 2005 World  Aquatics Championships in exchange for contracts.

Lalonde’s payoffs extended well beyond Gerald Tremblay’s Union Montreal,  however, and beginning in 2008, he started paying attention to the opposition,  held by Vision Montreal.

Lalonde claims he was approached by a Vision Montreal fundraiser in 2008,  and eventually gave $25 000 cash to Benoit Labonté, who at the time was running  with Louise Harel.

We need independent choices for Canadians, not more false control for Canada’s Big Telecom.

 ’

We as Canadians do not deserve any of these immoral acts that will lead to price gougings brought to you by the CRTC, ROGERS, BELLS, TELUS ETC.,

DevilPitchfork

” Rogers has struck a backroom deal with Shaw1 to take over systems crucial to delivering our mobile Internet and phone services – systems that were promised2 to create new independent choices for Canadians, not more control for  has joined experts and advocates to send a letter to our Industry Minister telling him to block this shady backroom deal and stand up for greater choice in Canada!

The Industry Minister is about to make his decision. We need you to add your voice right now for him to stop it. Demand choice over the future of Internet access by clicking here now.

The deal will allow our biggest mobile phone and Internet provider, Rogers Inc., to go around the spirit of Canada’s key digital policy rules4 so they can grow even bigger – and jack up your bill. The move will freeze independent choices out of the market and all but guarantee that Canadians have only three mobile telecom giants to choose from.5

Years down the road, if we do nothing, we will look at this as the moment when choice and affordability were killed in Canada’s mobile Internet and phone services. Please don’t let this happen. Industry Minister Christian Paradis can block this move by Rogers – but he will only do so if we all take a second to raise our voices now.

We know that Big Telecom’s backroom deals are killing choice for citizens. But the pro-Internet community has proven that we can push leaders to stop these shady deals. When we come together, we stop the cheaters and take power over our digital rights. But we must take action as a community now to make Big Telecom play fair.

With hope,

Steve, Josh, Lindsey, Diana, and Reilly—on behalf of your OpenMedia team

Preventing the spread of diseases, deaths due to Superbugs even

.canada-hospital-deaths
An ounce of prevention is still worth more than a pound of cure.. It is also your life, as bad practices, and bad history repeats itself even in Hospitals.. even amongst the medical staff too.  You may become next one of those terrible, mortal statistics now too..
.
To prevent spread of infection, Good medical; practices and having good health it is still always  recommended that all of the patients , hospital personnel, even visitors  follow the strict hygiene procedures, such as hand-washing and wearing hospital gowns and gloves and  to enforce this is still very mandatory.
.
All hospitals need to get on board with serious continual disinfection too  of the hospitals . Now some may hate you for speaking your mind about all of this  so what its your life and you health as stake here too so do speak up. Do not be embarrassed, even do yell at the doctor, medical workers, nurses and  make them also now  wash their  hands  They should know better! It is about your good health now too.
.
Here’s a great thought unless your sick stay away from hospitals for you may get a Hospital acquired disease!   Many persons have also acquired the shit disease as a result,  C-Diff you can die or it can  reappear  like a bomb that goes off and makes one so weak,   really sick,   take a very long while to get   back to being ok,  and next can be a life-long problem.
.

Tips for avoiding these serious illnesses caused by bacteria:

1. Wash your hands frequently and with lots of soap and hot water. Wash for 20 seconds before rinsing. Wash whenever you come home from being out in public areas, like stores, churches, school, or public transportation.

2. Teach your children and spouse to do the same.

3. Learn not to touch your face, eyes, nose or mouth with your hands unless you are doing it on purpose with newly washed hands.

4. Wash after using the toilet, at home as well as in public places.

5. Do not pick at sores or any skin breaks. Use antibiotic ointment and do use a bandaid until they are healed over.

6. If you do have to go to the hospital, keep your stay as short as possible; be certain that everyone who comes in to your room washes his or her hands, doctors, nurses, cleaning people, people who bring food, EVERYONE. This is your right as a patient and your responsibility.

.
Also this world needs to stop having random sex! We are all now next still paying for this risky behavior! And the use of condoms does not eliminate the risk of contracting STDs. Any condoms DO NOT protect you from any STD. The only thing condoms do prevent is pregnancy, and sometimes you can get pregnant while wearing one.
It’s really not okay to have random sex  or continue in smoking, and to dabble in drugs n such.. also included is alcohol and there are much too many more people still now dying because of alcohol over any other drug. They not only kill themselves but other people especially  in auto wrecks. .
Yes all those people bed hopping and having random sex, drugs and acting so foolish are asking for it, the very still serious medical diseases.. …

Education does not insure morality Nor are professionals better persons

Marois Quebec government’s proposal to create a new watchdog to oversee universities  and Hospitals now as well is valid, natural.. some of the biggest crooks are even the educated folks..  and our Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals and the Police, RCMP are also now very poorly managed too ALL AT THE TAXPAYER’S EXPENSES.

THE NEWS MEDIA IS DETAILING THE CORRUPTION FOR DECADES OF EVEN THE ENGINEERS.. NOW I HAVE BEEN FOR DECADES WRITING ABOUT THE MUCH TOO MANY UNACCEPTABLE WHITE COLLARED CRIMES, ABUSES BY THE PROFESSIONALS.. EVEN WHERE THEIR OWN SELF REGULATION TENDS TO BE MERE MASTURBATION AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES ALL OF THE WRONG DOINGS IT IS IN QUEBEC MOSTLY, IT IS CANADA WIDE   http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/?s=pROFESSIONALS

.

“MONTREAL – Testimony by the head of a local engineering firm at the  Charbonneau Commission this week has seriously tarnished the reputation of the  engineering profession in Quebec, the director of the province’s professional  order of engineers said Friday. André Rainville, executive director of the 63,000-member Ordre des ingénieurs  du Québec, said he was shocked by engineer Michel Lalonde’s testimony Thursday  that implicated at least a dozen major engineering-consulting firms in the  province in a corrupt system of price-fixing and illegal funding of former mayor  Gérald Tremblay’s political party. Other firms named by Lalonde include: Dessau, CIMA+, Tecsult, SM, BPR, Roche,  HBA Teknika, Claulac, and Leroux, Beaudoin, Hurens & Associés. “

CLEARLY A VAST AMOUNT OF SENIOR, MANAGERIAL QUEBEC ENGINEERS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED TO BE A SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE QUEBEC CORRUPTIONS, ALSO NOW  IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO KNOW FROM WHAT UNIVERSITY THEY GRADUATED..

“The steady stream of revelations before the Charbonneau inquiry makes it easy  to become bleary or blasé. But this week’s testimony deserves extra attention.  It contains the most disturbing disclosures yet. Here’s why.

Until now, we’ve learned that systemic collusion and corruption in public  works contracts have existed mostly at the level of the Mafia and those  construction companies whose business is generally confined to Quebec.

What Michel  Lalonde told the Charbonneau Commission on Thursday broadens our  understanding of systemic crime among contractors, and alarmingly so. He opened  what is not so much a can of worms as a barrel of snakes.

Lalonde, president of Génius Conseil (better known under its former name,  Groupe Séguin), served in effect as the coordinator of collusion among all —  repeat, all — of Quebec’s largest engineering-consulting firms. They include not  just SNC-Lavalin, often called the flagship of Québec Inc., but also CIMA+,  Dessau, Génivar, Roche, Tecsult and several others. They often subcontract work  to the previously implicated construction companies. Their leaders regularly  make the society pages,

Lalonde himself was not one of the big boys. That his company was smallish  made him, he explained, the cartel’s ideal emissary in dealing with Montreal  city hall — he could be relatively impartial. Between 2004 and 2009, he said, he  worked with the city’s then public works director (Robert Marcil), the then  treasurer of the ruling party, Union Montreal (Bernard Trépanier), and the then  executive-committee chair (Frank Zampino) to steer contracts to the appropriate  member of the cartel. Bribes would then go the supposedly neutral  contract-selection committee, composed of civil servants, so that it would  ratify the choice. Depending on its size, each cartel member allegedly  contributed either $100,000 or $200,000 in cash to Union Montreal in the 2005  election year, for a total of $1.3 million in illegal donations. The firms would  also kick back three per cent of their contracts to the party, Lalonde said (as  previous witnesses have said the construction companies also did).

To be sure, this isn’t the first time executives of these high-class  companies have been incriminated for local bid-rigging. Last fall, for example,  the  past president and a past vice-president of SNC-Lavalin were charged with  fraud in connection with their company’s supervision of the McGill  University Health Centre’s superhospital. In 2011, police  also charged two Roche executives for fraud in suburban Boisbriand. Here, according to Lalonde, we have companies representing the upper crust of  Quebec’s corporate world that:  Subvert local democracy by illegally swamping a political party’s electoral  war chest, with the result that when that party gains power it is beholden to  these corporations. Corrupt not only Montreal’s political structure but also the senior ranks of  Montreal’s supposedly neutral civil service. (True, earlier testimony has shown  that the  Mafia and construction companies had corrupted several civil servants,  including Gilles Surprenant and Luc Leclerc, but the elite cartel allegedly  bribed their boss, Marcil.)”  Read more:  http://www.montrealgazette.com/Henry+Aubin+Inquiry+opens+barrel+snakes/7874233/story.html#ixzz2J5IMUkgs

Also “two class-action lawsuits in Ontario and Quebec that are seeking more than $1  billion on behalf of disgruntled shareholders. The suits allege that SNC-Lavalin violated securities law by misrepresenting  that it had adequate controls and procedures to ensure accurate disclosure and  financial reporting.”

LOOK ALSO NOW  HOW USELESS THE POLICE, RCMP AND THE GOVERNMENTS HAVE BEEN IN ALL OF THIS TOO

Education does not insure morality Nor are professionals generally  better persons over others as any wise persons knows that there are plenty of immoral cops, realtors, lawyers, nurses, doctors now too. When you criticize openly the  bad persons , especially bad cops, doctors, nurses, professionals you tend to get a false denial, remark in response  like you are crazy, you need professional help. They still really  cannot face the reality there are things in their life that need serious, drastic changes. These people in denial are the ones who often need professional help for their own short comings, sickness. Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about their own unacceptable acts.  Corruptions occurs now Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/?s=professionals

.

NOW REALLY WHAT DOES WE “ENSURE OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO CONTRACTING AND PROCUREMENT REFLECT BEST PRACTICES” MEAN? WHEN IT IS UNENFORCED TOO OFTEN. AND BEST PRACTICES FOR WHOM? THE HOSPITAL, THE DIRECTOR, THE GOVERNMENT, OR THE PEOPLE? OR THE CROOKS STILL? ALL THIS STILL IT MEANS NOTHING IF YOU ARE STILL STEALING AND COOKING THE BOOKS LIKE MANY OTHERS ARE DOING? IT STILL DOESN’T MEAN THAT THE PROCESS HAS INTEGRITY OR IS DEVOID OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES? WHEN IN REALITY NO ONE FALSELY REPORTS THE CRIMINAL; ACTIVITIES STILL AND WHITE COLLARED CRIME IS STILL COVERED UP NO ONE GOES TO JAIL..

Promised past Accountability and Transparency were mere election gimmicks now too.. A bad Liberal is just as bad as a bad Conservative always as well. So who is being fooled by all this? The liars do only mostly fool  themselves as to who and what they really are.

So a grey cloud also hangs over the McGill University Health Centre, a  symbol of the anglophone community’s ongoing place in Quebec. Duhaime’s fraud  charge involves his successful effort to land the contract for the MUHC’s  $1.3-billion hospital.

” Since he left Montreal in late 2011, Dr. Porter has become a lightning rod for criticism – a dramatic shift from how he was treated for most of his seven years in Quebec, where he held several prominent public and corporate posts. In 2008, Prime Minister Stephen Harper appointed him to the civilian committee that investigates complaints about Canada’s spy agency, CSIS. In 2010, Mr. Harper made Dr. Porter the chair of the committee. Now he is the target of three lawsuits, all claiming that he has defaulted on loan payments that were made to him while he was in Montreal. The Quebec government has also released a report accusing him of allowing the McGill University Health Centre to slip into financial disarray and has assigned the network of six hospitals a special financial overseer, a move the government says is one step short of trusteeship. “

HOUSE CLEANING IS STILL VERY MUCH IN ORDER

DON’T BE STUPID AND BELIEVE ALL THE LYING SPINS AS TO WHY IT TAKES SO LONG TO INVESTIGATE THE BAD COPS or bad professionals, bad civil and public servants..

Have you also noticed how the Canadian Federal Conservative government even  and it’s watch dog the RCMP are undeniably hesitant to prosecute their provincial counterparts for wrong doings? Tax evasions, citizen abuse, tax payer’s money abuses

The City of Montreal’s new fraud squad

mtl

Follow the Money trail.. One of the oldest rule of journalism and why is that? Well according to Jesus himself now the love of money is the root of all evil.. and so it seems many of the politicians have entered into politics not to serve the good citizens but rather to try to get rich..

Montreal Mayor Michael Applebaum had recently now announced the creation of the $3-million-a-year unit that will investigate the majority of contracts awarded by the city.  But the Quebec Minister of Public Security Stéphane Bergeron says he was never even firstly consulted by the City of Montreal over the decision to create the city’s new fraud squad but only informed after the fact. And he rightfully  is concerned that the new unit set up to root out corruption in the city will firstly only duplicate the work of the province’s existing anti-corruption unit. The Charbonneau commission also now resumes public hearings   into corruption and collusion at the municipal level before tackling provincial government contracts. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/quebec-surprised-skeptical-of-montreals-new-fraud-squad/article7450622/

For decades undeniably, at least 50 years white collared corruption has been wrongfully going rampant in the city of Montreal unchecked and the Montreal Police force, the Quebec Police force, RCMP  the past Quebec provincial Government, the federal governments, all had  failed to deal with these matters now adequately. After the new PQ Government started to address the issue .  Next finally  the City of Montreal decision to create the city’s new fraud squad  and even not to inform firstly even the Quebec Government is unacceptable. Now what is the real reasons now for the creation of this new  police force unit rather, the city of Montreal wants a heads up first of the police find anything so they can what bury it again? Or is the city of Montreal still hiding  anything’s it does not want the Quebec government to find out about? This seems very likely..  and yeah I know they all will still claim they are not guilty of anything.. like they have the last decades. So What!

.

None of the abuse of the taxpayers money is ever acceptable and any major abuse should not be only grounds for one’s dismissal from one’s job but it should also be a criminal, jailing offence always too….

Its time to ban and disband the RCMP and replace them with a real Police force,

Quebec shale-gas opponents have come under RCMP police surveillance..  SO MUCH FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH.   http://www.montrealgazette.com/technology/Quebec+shale+opponents+have+come+under+police+surveillance/7818434/story.html …

you cannot trust me

“Its time to ban  and  disband the RCMP and replace them with a professional policing force, accountable to the same laws as every other Canadian, and accountable to their communities. Its clear, and we get reminded almost every day, that the RCMP has no clue about what professional policing is, what accountablity to the law is, and what accountablity to the communities they serve in, is. Get rid of them, do it now, and make sure that no one what has ever worked for the RCMP be allowed to ever work in a law enforcement related job, or with vulnerable groups.:”

” I’m of the opinion these guys in the RCMP  management, GOVERNMENTS,  are still living more or less in the unrealistic past and they still have no concept how to modernize the force.  They cand do l order studies to be done but then disregard the valid suggestions made.  They’ll hop on any new trend of the day ie: hire university graduates at elevated pay (a bust years ago), reduce the physical requirements, adopt overtime (which blows their budget out the window and reduces policing due to cost) hire women who are not suitable for policing to fill their quotas, hire special classes of people and then try to pound these people into their own RCMP police mould that still just doesn’t work. And they wonder why they are having problems.  Once upon a time they used to hire people who wanted to serve and protect … or … maintiens le droit … now they hire anyone who will meet their government imposed quotas to be representative of a   cross secton of the population … but not any good police men  … and women … God save us from them all now.. …

THE FACT THAT no one within the RCMP had a comprehensive list of all of the Mounties who’d been disciplined, became undeniably  after CBC News asked for basic data between 2005 and 2008 that included offences and findings by internal adjudications boards. The CBC News submitted the request in November 2008. It was delivered four years later in November 2012. An officer who handled the file offered an embarrassed apology, and explained the delay was due to the list having to be created from scratch. The head of the RCMP admitted that Canada’s national police force neglected to keep tabs on hundreds of cases of serious misconduct committed by Mounties across the country for years. Commissioner Bob Paulson acknowledged that an access to information request by CBC News inadvertently revealed that not even senior leaders in the RCMP could say with confidence whether incidents of misconduct that include assaults, impaired driving and fraud were a problem in the force. THE BAD BAD BAD RCMP HAS EVEN  failed to track internal misconduct for years UNACCEPPTABLE http://cbc.sh/OnmSsZP
