The non conformer's Canadian Weblog

Most politicians, civil and public servants think the rules don’t apply to them.

canada-justice

It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..

Public exposure , exemplary prosecutions, and real jail time  for the bad persons, criminals serves as the best   deterrent to all, the guilty offenders and all the accomplices included

.

OTTAWA – Federal procurement watchdog finds more evidence of rigged contracts. A federal watchdog is blowing the whistle again on a series of  cooked contracts. Frank Brunetta, the procurement ombudsman, says he found more evidence that  the Canada School of Public Service rigged contracts to make sure they went to  favoured suppliers.Today’s report looked into the way contracts were awarded to six  consultants, altogether worth more than a million dollars. .

Now how many of the crooks will actually go to jail and why not? So, why aren’t we all  still now seeing the Quebec, Federal governments, police laying now more and more criminal charges especially to all the corrupted  persons in the businesses and the governments and also suing all of  these corrupted officials, persons, construction and engineering companies millions of dollars in compensation and penalties? and for their  tax evasions too.. why should any of them now   even be allowed to keep any of the profits of corruptions?

.

Yes, we all can easily know that corruption has even plagued Quebec ( not just Ontario too)  at multi levels in City Halls. Hospitals, etc., from the top down to the bottom and for a very long time over 50 years.. Obviously nothing has changed.. because the watchdogs did nothing good about it.. the police, RCMP included also were, are themselves as bad as ever here.. the fiascos go on and on.. Money generating Speeding and parking tickets were their main Police occupations it seems.   It is sad that Job preservation was too often the false reason why most of the ostrich  employees also had went along with the vast corruptions instead of opposing it.. all it took for evil to triumph was for the good people to do nothing about it.

” Turns out that every aspect of Quebec public service is completely corrupt. Unfortunately, it is not just the city of Montreal that needs more investigation, it is:

- the SQ for giving themselves illegal bonuses and shutting down investigations that touch the “gouvernement national”.

- The MUC police force, and their contracts between Yvan Delorme and BCIA

- Union Montreal. It appears that at their fundraisers, they sometimes keep part or all of the money.

- We can look forward to “the corruption float” this Sunday which will be led by Montreal’s new mayor mayor Michael “I swear I am not under investigation” Applebaum.

PS: Merci to the SQ for tipping off the mayor about current UPAQ investigations.  Obviously nothing has changed..”

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating allegations of corruption and conflict of interest levelled against elected officials in the town of Collingwood, a popular ski and summer destination northwest of Toronto. A number of citizens have formally complained to the OPP about what they say is a lack of transparency involving a number of town deals — and the relationship some elected officials have with a prominent local lobbyist and consultant, former Liberal MP Paul Bonwick Bonwick is the mayor’s brother. He is also close family friends with the deputy mayor. As well, sitting councillor Ian Chadwick works as a contract employee for Bonwick’s lobbying and consulting firm, Compenso Communications. The complaints to police include concern that Bonwick was hired to represent a local group looking to bring a slot machine facility to town. The citizens also complained that he worked for PowerStream, which last year successfully bought a 50 per cent stake in Collingwood’s public utility company Collus. They are upset that no one on council disclosed Bonwick’s business involvement; nor did anyone on council declare any potential conflicts of interest. Read More

” MONTREAL — A Notre-Dame-de-Grâce businessman who raised funds for the Union Montreal party said he has been unfairly accused of having Mafia ties and making millions thanks to zoning changes under Mayor Michael Applebaum, when Applebaum was mayor of Côte-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough. A Radio-Canada report suggests Lee Lalli, who owned a site at Côte St. Luc Rd. and Décarie Blvd., profited from rezoning that saw the sale price of the land soar from $50,000 in 2003 to $4.5 million in 2007. The report also suggests Applebaum, who was borough mayor until becoming Montreal mayor in November, shared privileged information with Lalli by discussing the possibility of building a new borough hall on the site. MONTREAL — Union Montreal did not declare a $1,000-a-plate fundraising dinner businessman Lee Lalli says he held at his office for Mayor Michael Applebaum in August 2009, while Applebaum was still in the party. On Thursday, an aide to Applebaum confirmed that the dinner took place.. Lalli said the dinner, to which he invited local construction entrepreneurs, garnered cheques for Union Montreal from 20 guests.   It was one of two $1,000-a-head fundraising events Lalli organized for Union Montreal, which lost its majority on city council in November after its leader, Gérald Tremblay, resigned as mayor. The first fundraiser, also attended by 20 people, was held in August 2003 at La Cantina restaurant on St. Laurent Blvd, Lalli said. Union Montreal reported in its financial statements that year that it sold 12 tickets to the event for a take of $12,500. Dr Arthur Porter of the MUHC a wanted fellow now currently faces a raft of criminal charges arising from the awarding of the $1.3-billion super hospital contract. Arthur Porter has been replaced as the man in charge of a long-delayed, multimillion-dollar Caribbean cancer centre over concerns about his health and the allegations of fraud he faces in Canada. The controversial former head of Canada’s spy watchdog is caught up in a number of allegations swirling around a billion-dollar Montreal mega-hospital development. The Canadian government is now trying to extradite Porter — a medical doctor who has been self-diagnosed with cancer — from the Bahamas. “Corruption: Quebec’s greatest natural resource. .

Daily on the news we all now do read about perversity done by perverse, corrupted politicians, civil and public servants, cops and now even professionals – Doctors and Engineers. “Developers, politicians, lawyers, civil servants and throw in the Police for good measure. If that isn’t a sure recipe for corruption I don’t know what is?”

It is not just in Quebec that we have now had corrupted officials for decades. it is still a Canada wide event, it even happens cause “they see Conservatives getting away with this stuff every day of the week” ” We have had this conflict of interests, corruptions in every city/town in Ontario… it is just too often that the insiders who know about it, none feels safe so that they can say much about it as they could lose their job and/or live in fear of verbal or physical reprisal, both in in the large towns. “I would like to see the OPP start at the top with the Ontario Liberals, then work their way down and I would like to see the same with the RCMP with our federal government.” But are there enough ‘honest’ and integrity bound’ cops able to do this honest, decent investigation? as sadly it seems that they too have their own corruptions..
.
When next even found rarely guilty the offenders tend to get a mere slap on the wrist falsely and why? Rather” If found guilty put the offenders in jail. No more gentle wrist rapping for corruption in government and politics.”

Shit disease, C. difficile-related deaths highest in recent years is still totally unacceptable

IMAGINE THIS TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL DYING FROM THIS DECADES OLD SHIT DISEASE AND CONTINUALLY, AND FOR DECADES EVEN IN QUEBEC, CANADA, AND NO ONE IS JAILED FOR IT.. NOT EVEN THE HEALTH MINISTERS

not-so-funny1

Some things seem to never change, such as cold calloused, pretentious governmental Ministers, Health Ministers and their subordinates especially  included, mostly all  those pretentious, bad persons too who really do not care if the others live or die, as long as they alone survive  it seems still too.  Never mind what the big lying spin doctors say! Just cause some doctors and nurses think they are Gods, falsely do refuse to wash their hands, to stay clean does not mean they are right, it only means they are merely still murderers.

Contracting the superbug C. difficile in the hospital often is fatal or at least increases a patient’s stay by an average of six days, putting serious financial strain on Canada’s health-care system. Seniors and Children are more seriously affected, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/11/03/children%e2%80%99s-hospital-of-eastern-ontario-struck-by-shit-disease/

C. difficile is a bacteria found in feces that causes severe diarrhea. It’s extremely common in hospitals because people usually contract it after taking antibiotics, which can kill good bowel bacteria and allow C. difficile to grow. What’s more, the bacteria can spread through surfaces like toilets, handles and bedpans, and hospital staff can spread it by not wearing gloves or washing their hands. It’s the most common cause of infectious diarrhea in hospitals, and one in 10 patients who get it will die, regardless of how sick they were beforehand. And according to the study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, it’s filling up already-crowded hospitals and draining the health-care system. U.K. doctors David Enoch and Sani Aliyu say the rate of infection can be cut by making sure heath-care workers practise good hygiene and don’t overprescribe antibiotics. http://www.torontosun.com/2011/12/06/c-difficile-lengthens-hospital-stay-study

MANY PEOPLE, HOSPITALS WORKERS THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, AFTER THEY GO TO THE TOILET STILL..  AND THIS IS NOT THE DARK AGES NOW! IN THIS MODERN DAY AND AGE THE CHANCES ARE STILL QUITE GOOD EVEN IN CANADA THAT IF YOU ARE ADMITTED TO A HOSPITAL YOU WILL GET A HOSPITAL ACQUIRED SICKNESS AND SOME OF YOU WILL DIE AS A RESULT TOO! WHY?? CAUSE NO ONE PUNISHES BAD DOCTORS AND BAD NURSES FOR A START. IMAGINE THAT YOU WILL DIE DUE SOMEONE ELSE’S FAULT AND NO ONE WILL GET EVEN PUNISHED FOR IT STILL. BEING A PROFESSIONAL IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS A SERIOUS JOB AND IT ALWAYS SHOULD HAVE SERIOUS PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TOO.. SO WHERE IS IT?

We do not live in the dark ages for shit Disease is caused by poor cleanliness, poor hygiene, poor sanitation at the Hospital, who have been hiring NOT ONLY LAZY BAD employees but they have FOR AN UNACCEPTABLE DECADE NOW TOO AND MANY THEY been cutting back on their MAINTENANCE COSTS and this has been unacceptable CLEARLY LEADING TO their criminal murderous acts OF THE CITIZENS. Do take ALL OF THE HEALTH MINISTERS KNOW BEFORE A FIRING SQUAD AND SHOOT THEM, for THAT WOULD BE A RIGHT START TOO. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/09/01/shit-disease-c-difficile-or-what-ever/

.

A study by Quebec’s public health research institute (INSPQ) shows deaths related to clostridium difficile infections in 2010-2011 were the highest they’ve been since 2004. A total of 619 Quebecers died from C. difficile over the course of 2010 and 2011. And one death is always still one too many here too.. C. difficile is most often acquired in hospital, and  the disease is highly contagious. According to the study, the McGill Montreal General had the fourth-highest incidence rate of C. difficile infection in the period studied, with 15.4 cases per 10,000 patient days.  The McGill Jewish General Hospital was even harder hit over that time period, with 16.9 cases per 10,000 patient days. As I had here seen it firsthand.. It also pops up whenever a house cleaning isn’t rigorous. The causes are are well known. There is a false reluctance to prevent it’s spread by doing more active cleaning as it costs money to do this.

Now what about all the other provinces and territories in Canada

Canada’s British Columbia’s new agency the Independent Investigations  for investigating incidents of death and serious harm involving police is now up and running. Under an agreement with B.C. police services, including the RCMP, the IIO will be called when incidents occur and will dispatch investigators to the scene. The investigators are a mix of former police officers from Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and London, U.K., among other locations. Only officers who have not policed in B.C. for at least five years were considered. Four front-line investigators are formerly from the B.C. Coroner’s Service.  Richard Rosenthal, the chief civilian director for the office who comes to the post from police oversight positions in Portland and Denver, has  said his team is about 50-50 split between former police officers and investigators with civilian experience. Mr. Rosenthal will be in charge of reviewing case files assembled by his officers to recommend to crown whether officers should be charged. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/british-columbia/agency-tasked-with-probing-police-related-deaths-opens-doors/article4533552/

SHIT DISEASE – C-DIFFICILE OR WHAT EVER

MANY PEOPLE, HOSPITALS WORKERS THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, AFTER THEY GO TO THE TOILET STILL..  AND THIS IS NOT THE DARK AGES NOW! BEING A PROFESSIONAL IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IS A SERIOUS JOB AND IT ALWAYS SHOULD HAVE SERIOUS PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TOO.. SO WHERE IS IT?

Doctors, nurses falling short on hand hygiene, report says Nearly one third of hospital workers in British Columbia are not washing their hands regularly, despite strong evidence that it is one of the primary ways to prevent the spread of infection in hospitals.

The “senior doctors at the hospital made public a letter that said not enough was being done to combat the rampant outbreak of the superbug, adding that it had led to 84 deaths over the past 2½ years.”Fraser Health said the number of deaths that may have had a C. difficile infection as a contributing factor was closer to 30 over the past two years. Both Webb and Murray said the rate of infection has dropped 40 per cent over that time period. The other recommendations include stepped-up hand hygiene for workers and improved cleaning protocols.“All health-care providers have a role to play in preventing infection,” said Murray. “My expectation is that all health-care professionals will commit fully to hand hygiene practices and the properties of hand antibiotics.”Fraser Health Region audits of acute-care facilities in 2010-11 revealed hand-cleaning compliance among hospital staff to be 38 per cent, from 26 per cent in 2009-10 http://www.theprovince.com/health/Health+authority+hires+expert+combat/6248119/story.html

High-profile Mountie suing The RCMP, alleging years of “persistent and ongoing” sexual harassment and bullying”.

CBC News REPORTS THAT  the high-profile Mountie who first spoke out against sexual harassment in the national police force is suing her employer, alleging years of “persistent and ongoing” sexual harassment and bullying.

In a notice of claim obtained by CBC News Wednesday, Cpl. Catherine Galliford alleges she was sexually assaulted, harassed and bullied during her 16 years on the force.

The notice names Canada’s attorney general, B.C.’s justice minister, four Mounties, an RCMP doctor and a Vancouver police officer.

Galliford was the face of the B.C. RCMP for years, revealing charges had been laid in the Air India bombing and announcing the arrest of serial killer Robert William Pickton.

According to the 26-page statement, the abuse began before Galliford was sworn in as an RCMP member. She alleges then RCMP Insp. Mike Bergerman groped and tried to kiss her in 1991 when she was at the RCMP’s training academy.   http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/story/2012/05/09/bc-galliford-civil-claim.html

the continually bad RCMP

Abused! How much abuse is acceptable? None!  We as taxpayers do even pay a significant part of the Policeman’s education, Development, Training and then they too do  falsely try to abuse it to us by their deliberate poor performances.

I recognize that God is not the abuser; the bad people who misuse their authority are the unacceptable abusers and they all should be directly punished for it now and ASAP. I do not even accept any personal, domestic abuses quietly and rightfully as well…

The abuser too often tries to make the victim look as they are guilty ones, and that too is always unacceptable

Abused! How much abuse is acceptable? None! If you are being abused do not hesitate ASAP to call the police, human rights courts, news media.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing. (1 Cor 13:3 KJV)

Matt 32:29 You shall love your neighbour as yourself.. and that means you will do him no harm now too.

And who else now are these too often and unacceptable abusers? why is is that they so readily abuse others now too? They tend to be persons who have their own value system, and clearly also a lack of love for others, and a lack of love for their jobs now as well. In case you did not notice it I do not accept any physical, verbal, mental, human rights abuses by anyone of anyone and I rightfully do instead demand their full, open exposure and public prosecution now as well and no matter who they are, Prime Minister, Premier, MP, MNA, MLA, MPP, Doctors, lawyers, cops, pastors, etc..

One does now have to fight for one’s rights to be respected , rather you have to complain loudly to all about the unacceptable abuses that you got. Unfortunately complaining once about the bad governmental or police services, courts does not seem to help for too often now it seems they are permanently corrupt, inadequate so many persons do have to even complain many times and world wide now too.. http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2011/10/17/no-abuse-is-acceptable-zero-tolerance/

The RCMP itself now here by their own poor actions are again guilty of racial profiling and of homicide, aiding and abetting a murderous act… and the RCMP should now be fully prosecuted by the law for it. I do not accept the abuse of even one persons rights quietly and rightfully now as well. The related RCMP managements itself should be fired, removed from their job as a direct result too.

“On Sept. 18, 2008, a 911 operator received a report of shots fired inside a rural Mission home. A transcript indicated that when the dispatcher relayed the information to the local RCMP detachment, the officer on duty, Constable Mike White, responded, “Six gunshots in a row and a crash,” and then was heard laughing.Constable White went to the home – and three minutes later left without even getting out of his car. (Another RCMP officer and an auxiliary member also attended in a separate vehicle, but did not get out of their car either).Four days later, the Mounties were called to the home again. Inside, they found one man dead and a woman alive but barely clinging to life. She died en route to hospital. The parents of the dead woman, Mark and Rosemarie Surakka, lodged a complaint with the RCMP concerning the conduct of the senior investigating officer – Constable White. They contended that their daughter, Lisa Dudley, would likely be alive today had the officer done his job properly and gone inside the house the night the shots were fired. The officer, now a corporal – he was promoted less than a month after the incident – faced a disciplinary hearing this year for his actions in 2008. The hearing came about mostly because of pressure put on the Mounties by the Surakkas. It lasted less than an hour. The officer was formally reprimanded and docked a day’s pay. And that was it.”  http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/british-columbia/gary_mason/shoddy-policing-and-accountability-show-rcmp-in-bc-have-learned-very-little/

The death of a citizen clearly does not matter to the RCMP unacceptably, and clearly the bad police were, are afraid of gunshots, so they do not act.. but still the constable could have saved a life had he just done his job.. he did not do his job so he should be along with the others be dismissed from his job permanently

http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2011/06/28/its-time-to-replace-the-rcmp/.

Self Masturbation are still the main approach of RCMP internal reviews. The RCMP must still go!

Retired RCMP blood-spatter expert pleads guilty to perjury Montreal Gazette  Jul 25, 2011‎ Spenard, who was an RCMP officer for 32 years and  testified at the trial of serial killer Robert Pickton, had initially claimed the report was written by another police officer. But under cross-examination by defence lawyer Matthew Nathanson, he admitted to misleading the court.

Did the RCMP have grounds to spy on Northrop Frye? CBC.ca  – ‎Jul 25, 2011‎ The RCMP Security Service once spied  on famed literary scholar Northrop Frye, the Canadian Press reports. According  to newly released archival records, Canadian intelligence used a secret  informant to compile a 142-page file on the

It’s time to replace the RCMP

Just when one thinks we’ve reached the final straw of frustration and upset with the RCMP, the national police force finds a way to produce another straw.

The list of Mountie misdeeds in B.C. is as notorious as it is lengthy — the botched Air India inquiry, the length of time it took to catch serial killer Robert Pickton, the airport Tasering death of Robert Dziekanski (and the upcoming perjury trials of the officers), the upcoming trial of Kelowna RCMP Const. Geoff Mantler for allegedly using excessive force in two arrests — and that’s just some of the examples.

Now, four senior RCMP officers investigating the Surrey Six murders have been charged with obstruction of justice, breach of trust and fraud, including one who allegedly had an affair with the ex-girlfriend of one of the killers.

B.C.’s policing contract with the RCMP expires next year and it is time for provincial politicians seriously to consider not renewing that contract.

Many British Columbians have lost faith in the RCMP and for good reason. B.C. should establish its own provincial police department and return some honour to policing.

No surprise God implements justice on Politicians as well

Former premier Gordon Campbell steps down as MLA Vancouver Sun -   Premier Gordon Campbell discusses his political career during an interview in his office at the BC legislature in Victoria. Former premier Gordon Campbell is stepping down as an MLA effective …

End of an era for Campbell  Gordon Campbell left government Tuesday when he resigned as MLA for Vancouver-Point Grey. In what shape the former premier left the province, however, remains a matter of perspective. Anti-HST strategist Chris Delaney said Campbell failed to communicate his vision for the province to British Columbians.“Over a period of years that he was able to stay in office, he dismantled B.C. Rail, he began to dismantle B.C. Hydro and did the same with B.C. Ferries,” he told QMI from New York. “Had he fully told British Columbians of his vision, I don’t think he would have been elected.”Political pundit Dennis Pilon said a legacy of low wages, a class of working poor in a wealthy province and record-high rates of child poverty must also be considered.“No one can take away from the fact there were various things mounted by this government that they pulled off,” the University of Victoria professor said. “Now people have to ask themselves ‘were those accomplishments worth it?’” http://vancouver.24hrs.ca/News/local/2011/03/15/17632536.html

No lie about it. He had deserved to go even a long time ago even when he got arrested for drunk driving…
why did it take so long to do so..

Time many others go now ASAP as well

OTTAWA – In an  unprecedented double rebuke of the minority Conservative government the Speaker of the House of Commons Peter Milliken has ruled the government breached parliamentary privilege by refusing to fully disclose cost estimates for its tough-on-crime agenda, corporate tax cuts and plans to purchase stealth fighter jets. He also ruled that International Co-operation Minister Bev Oda breached parliamentary privilege by misleading MPs about an altered document.

The Opposition parties calla for Minister of Natural Resources Christian Paradis  to resign over revelations that  that two more of his staffers tried to block the release of access-to-information documents specically Sebastien Togneri, and the Minister of Public Works, where Togneri was employed under the former minister Christian Paradis. Public Works has since changed the process so now there are no more face-to-face meetings between bureaucrats and minister’s aides. The political staff are no longer allowed to know the category of requester, whether news media or opposition MPs.  The RCMP is supposedly investigating  a Tory staffer for political interference in access to information which has exposed the unacceptable secretive practice of flagging sensitive requests for scrutiny by ministerial aides. Canada’s information commissioner, Suzanne Legault, was highly critical of a so-called “purple file” process at Public Works where an access request in 2009 from The Canadian Press was tagged sensitive, put into a purple-coloured folder, labelled “media,” then handed over to Sebastien Togneri, a political aide to then-minister Christian Paradis. In a face-to-face meetings with compliant bureaucrats, and in terse emails, Togneri ordered the release package withheld, then heavily censored, even though he had no legal authority to do so. Legault recommended the current minister, Rona Ambrose, call in the Mounties to consider whether charges should be laid against Togneri, who had uit government last September under fire for other alleged breaches. Ambrose agreed.  Public Works Minister Rona Ambrose said in a statement  that her department has implemented the recommendations made by the information commissioner in this matter. This, she said, is “consistent with our government’s commitment to openness, transparency and accountability.”But next A spokesperson for Ambrose later refused to release a copy of the report that was received in February.   A great start for the Public Works Minister Rona Ambrose  but what about a great finish as well?

Conservative MP Stockwell Day isn’t going to run again in the next federal election is good news too.

Me I am rightfully very opinionated about what I rightfully do think about any and all of our and civil and public servants, bad politicians in Canada.. for when you come to actually use their services rather when you need it realy is when do you find out firsthand what crap they do offer.. and you do hear their false excuse for not doing their promised jobs now too. I have had politicians come to my door and there give me a useless, typical lying speech and once in office they figured they can forget about me, tell me to go to hell till the next election day.. no not if I can help it.. I make it my job next to expose the liars I do firsthand encounter, especially all bad church minsters, all bad ministers- bad politicians, all bad doctors, all bad nurses , all bad cops, yes all of the too often bad civil and public servants.. I rightfully always still do expect them to do a good Job on behalf of me and all Canadians , and all of the time or else you can read their inadequacies readily here too. I meet too many pretentious professionals.. bad cops, bad doctors, bad nurses,, there seems to be more bad ones over the good ones,, clearly someone in the governments is not doing a good enough job here,, and too often it seems to start with the bad , no good justice ministers even.. well I do not accept rightfully even their crap now quietly as well.

Have you also not noticed how much time the government ministers do now have to advertise to us all what a good job they are supposedly doing because clearly  it is not very obvious..

Did you not notice how bad of a job they are doing in keeping the sidewalks safe even now during the winter months even..

Or did you also now notice how much money Bell does need to spend on adverting and continually, I guess it is to offset the many many customers they are often and continually losing due to their poor support and failure to keep their original  promises to the customers now too..

Majority of Canadians they just want all pricing to be fair — and Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw and Videtron etc., so far have been anything but.

“Why aren’t things happening?” Opposition MPs accused the FEDERAL government Tuesday of dragging its heels on creating an independent board to oversee the RCMP. Four years ago, a federal task force on the RCMP called for major changes to the structure, independence and oversight of the Mounties. It urged creation of a management board that would oversee financial affairs, resources, services, property, personnel and procurement… explain why the government hasn’t created a management board for the force.

Elder abuse: A growing dilemma in an aging population The biggest perpetrators of violence against seniors were adult children (15 per 100,000 cases) or a current or former spouse (13 per 100,000). Elder abuse can take several forms. Among them:

  • Neglect: Signs include unkempt appearance, broken glasses, lack of appropriate clothing as well as malnutrition, dehydration and poor personal hygiene.
  • Physical Abuse: Signs include untreated or unexplainable injuries in various stages of healing, limb and skull fractures, bruises, black eyes and welts.
  • Psychological/emotional abuse: Watch for changes in behaviour (emotional upset/agitation resulting in sucking, biting, rocking), withdrawal or non-responsiveness.
  • Economic/financial abuse: Watch for sudden changes in bank accounts or banking activity, and major changes to legal documents such as powers of attorney and wills.

TAKE the case of the 68-year-old mother who was found unconscious living in her son’s freezing garage. The woman’s son and daughter-in-law appeared in court earlier Tuesday and were denied bail. They have been charged with failing to provide the necessities of life and criminal negligence causing bodily harm. Mr. Fantino ,Stephen Harper’s new seniors minister the former top cop in Toronto and the Ontario Provincial Police commissioner.said that, for now, all he can do is “lend support to the system to ensure that those responsible will face justice under our laws.”

Seniors lobby group CARP, meanwhile, is calling on Mr. Fantino to make elder abuse a specific criminal offence. CARP would also like to see:

  • The Criminal Code to be modified to include “duty to report” provisions modeled on requirements to report suspected cases of child or spousal abuse.
  • A provision in the Criminal Code for crimes against the elderly that provide increased penalties, similar to tougher penalties that can be imposed for hate crimes.
  • A new criminal office of Elder Abuse Victim.

The man who was kicked in the face by an RCMP officer

Kelowna politicians support RCMP oversight committee concept

A Kelowna, B.C., man kicked in the face by an RCMP officer had the charge against him stayed Monday and a senior Mountie has apologized to him for the way he was treated. Buddy Tavares was arrested Jan. 7 in Kelowna for firing shots at a golf course where he is employed, he says, to scare away geese using blanks.RCMP Const. Geoff Mantler was suspended from duty over allegations of police brutality in connection to the arrest, which was caught on video and showed what appears to be an unprovoked boot to Tavares’ face. A charge of assault causing bodily harm has been recommended by Abbotsford police and has yet to be approved by the Crown. In court Monday, the Crown stayed the charge of careless use of a firearm against Tavares because there was not enough evidence, said his sister Angela Behiels. As well Monday, Tavares received a house visit by RCMP Assistant Commissioner Peter Hourihan who offered an apology on behalf of the force.

when it comes to asking the police to investigate any matter, the police do tend to first find false reasons why they cannot handle the matter, or they try to pass the buck to another group as rather them being responsible to deal with the issues, such as Bank investigators, the civil Courts, etc..

and we all can readily know the really bad reputation the police Canada wide do have for decades now too!  THERE ARE MUCH TOO MANY BAD COPS IN CANADA

…………..

Civil and public servants, cops who do too often abuse the Citizens tax monies are unacceptable

Follow  the money trail one of the oldest rule of good journalism. That includes the waste and theft of our tax payers monies by any, and all of our civil and public servants, politicians cops, RCMP firstly. But it is clearly visibly the police wrongfully and too often  do not do so even cause they themselves it seems too often do similar bad things  here in Canada too.

Is the federal government expenditures  now realy cost effective? Are they now  good manager of the tax payer’s money?  And what Proof do we have of this? Can one also  really call ex civil servants now as cost effective private consultants, professionals or just more greedy persons escalating the costs? On top of that we have continual revelations in the news as to how abusive the governmental consultants are when it comes to claiming the tax payers money expenditures.

Financial and personal Accountability is mostly a non existent world here too..

And for decades I have been writing that it is always the taxpayers mostly burdened, and the poor people programs firstly falsely cut by spendthrift governments.

For  decades now I have rightfully writing about, complaining, even cartooning now as well  that the promotion oriented, anxious Civil and  public servants, cops, RCMP, the management included Canada wide in many provinces now too, when faced with high living costs these bad  civil and public servants too often falsely resort to drastic measures to supplant their incomes such as empire building, increasing the number of subordinates to try to justify their getting a raise and/or stealing directly from the citizens

Too many Federal departments,  Provinces, Municipalities are  falsely  increasing their spending above the absolute minimum essential rate. It is not just the professionals, doctors, lawyers, accountants who too often also do pad the bill to supplement their incomes. Now enough is enough.. we always still do need rather proper governments, proper ministers, proper civil and public servants doing their essential jobs in all areas prudently as well. Anywhere I go I can easily encounter the corruptions in business. governments now as well, the cheating, lying, misrepresentations.. and the false  buck passing in the governments civil and public services now too. Who sets the bad example? the MPs firstly do not want to reveal their expense accounts details still too..

I had already not only stated beforehand that using a federal stimulus program that gives dollars to the Municipalities monies  to spend  was a wasteful and ineffective approach, even under the previous federal governments and most citizens still do think this has not been a effective program. Survey say stimulus cash had little impact and Stimulus cash didn’t create many jobs, budget watchdog concludes .

Too often especially the municipalities themselves now are also addicted to overspending and  it’s always unfair to taxpayers who  do endure tax and fee hikes far exceeding any pay increase and the poor people whose programs, services are cut back to compensate..  yes the taxpayers are paying for the spending increases in more property tax hikes  increases in user fees, taxes..  Sadly much of the spending increases are paying for big wage and benefit increases for municipal employees Read more: http://www.cbc.ca/canada/british-columbia/story/2010/12/02/bc-municipal-spending.html#ixzz16zSoOCGL

Millions Bracing for Cutoff of Unemployment Aid?

They likley are on social welfare now and do not show up in the unemployed section as a result….  Canada’s job market perked up slightly in November, adding a modest 15,200 jobs after a two-month dry period that produced a small net loss. But even though the unemployment rate enjoyed a dramatic drop to 7.6 per cent from 7.9 the previous month, the improvement was more apparent than real. About three-quarters of the decline was caused not by new jobs but by discouraged workers simply exiting the job market -and therefore the unemployment rolls.

http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/03/19/the-right-of-scrutiny-accountability-opposition-parties-is-a-historic-undeniable-fact/

Here still  is what I cannot understand about the inadequate federal job creation programs carried out under both the liberal and conservative governments, is the necessity it seems to give most of the stimulus money firstly to the cost inefficient  municipalities, as though they have a direct effect on voters.. Nothing can be farther from the truth for  neither the police themselves, nor the municipalities have a significant vote as to how the citizens will vote on election days. The only group  that can likely have any effect on the voters are citizens. pastors, and priests in fact. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/06/03/corupted/

Reality Still! The majority of the taxpayers are not being fooled, rather they are upset at the taxpayer’s money abuses.

The confirmed tax payer’s money abuses, wastes wastes even on the G8,  as the G20 tab comes as no surprise to me even.

2009 Budget of the Canadian Federal Government … Total revenue, C$224.9 billion‡. Total expenditures, C$258.6 billion. Program Spending, C$229.1 billion . Debt payment, C$29.5 billion …. The federal budget included $40 billion in stimulus and $20 billion in personal income tax cuts.[2] even $7.8 billion to build quality housing, stimulate construction and enhance energy efficiency.

In Budget 2007, the Government announced a seven-year, $33 billion plan to fund projects such as roads and highways, public transit, bridges and sewers. Federal funding for infrastructure in 2009 will rise to a record $6 billion–double what it was last year.  Expanding and accelerating the recent historic federal investment in infrastructure with almost $12 billion in new infrastructure stimulus funding for roads, bridges, broadband internet access, electronic health records, laboratories and border crossings across the country. Of this C$12 billion, just under a half is going to upgrading and replacing infrastructure. In 2010 Canada’s FAILED $4-billion infrastructure stimulus program was launched with a single focus in mind: creating jobs.

.The federal government last year spent $8.2 billion, 4 % on professional services, from architects to lawyers to engineers to management consultants. Although professional services account for about one-third of all federal money spent on goods and services, the budget line has been expanding rapidly: up 132 per cent between 1998 and 2010. Federal spending on other suppliers increased 61 per cent during the same period. The federal government has purchased goods from the private sector for ages, but the practice of hiring people to do government work and supply services didn’t really accelerate until the 1980s. http://www.vancouversun.com/news/Federal+government+lets+outsiders/3926527/story.html

I also now knew as well even beforehand that the police unacceptably would abuse the G8, G20 budgets beforehand and simply why is cause they have always done it, the Police and the RCMP itself are not cost effective.

With all it’s lying promises, the new federal Conservative government and it’s related civil services are both still unable and falsely even unwilling to to hold any one accountable, starting with the MP’s too,  for the abuse of the taxpayers monies starting with all of the civil and public servants, the police, RCMP and also now the medical workers as wellPeople in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too.
What no one seems to want to admit is how politicians tend to not just too often to be  liars but even  bad managers cause they too often seem to  make their short term decision based on their getting corporate donations, and being reelected mostly and not cause they care about the long term  citizens good welfare. It seems even the Provinces now too they managed the health care system expenditures very badly as well.

It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

They are too often still covering up for their own again. Decades and decades later the police are still covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments… When it comes to dealing with the rightful needs, complaints of the ordinary citizens our Canadian civil and public servants, politicians and their representatives too, and most church pastors now too, they are still mostly unacceptable liars and PRETENDERS, LAZY, GOOD FOR NOTHING PERSONS, and that has been mostly my undeniable experiences the last 4 decades now too.. What should not come as a surprise to anyone in Canada is how many of the cops still do drink and drive drunk next still.. RCMP included, and why so many cops do not prosecute any other drunk drivers even all year.. and what else in the unacceptable perversities? http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/09/15/they-are-covering-up-for-their-own-again/

 Meanwhile

OTTAWA – Prime Minister Stephen Harper personally approved a $7,400 tab for (Alcoholic) “refreshments” for public servants about three months before his government announced a crackdown on hospitality expenses. Harper’s signature appears on an Aug. 26 approval form asking him to endorse the refreshment expense for a meeting of staff from the Privy Council Office, the prime minister’s own department. The so-called town hall meeting was held the morning of Sept. 13 at the posh Westin Hotel in downtown Ottawa, where a meeting room for the affair cost taxpayers about $5,000 an hour. Town halls for Privy Council Office staff were inaugurated by the Conservatives in 2006 and have rapidly risen in cost over the years from $19,000 to $42,000, the bill for the latest gathering. “Canadians have had to do a significant amount of belt tightening themselves as they’ve gone through these last couple of years, and they expect governments to do the same,” Day said on Nov.  24   Harper is not the first Conservative minister to sign a large hospitality bill for the benefit of public servants. Peter MacKay, then foreign minister, approved a $16,800 hospitality bill on March 2, 2007, to buy lunches for 400 Passport Canada employees doing weekend shifts. . http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/101205/national/harper_hospitality
