Quebec’s anti-corruption task force suspects Porter and four high-profile  executives involved in the construction of the McGill University Superhospital  were part of a massive fraud conspiracy.UPAC issued arrest warrants Wednesday morning for Arthur Porter, Pierre  Duhaime, Riadh Ben Aissa, Yanai Elbaz , Jeremy Morris. UPAC confirmed  Wednesday that Elbaz – the former associate director general of the MUHC – is in  custody and will be charged Thursday. Duhaime — the former CEO of SNC-Lavalin – will turn himself in to Surete du  Quebec headquarters Thursday morning, He has already been charged with fraud. Ben  Aissa — another former executive at SNC-Lavalin — has already been arrested  and questioned by police for his possible role in other plots. All five are wanted for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, and related charges.

Quebec’s police task force on corruption is probing the billion-dollar contract for McGill Montreal mega-hospital awarded to a consortium led by Montreal engineering giant SNC Lavalin Group Inc. SNC-led consortium had won the McGill University Health Centre contract. Police raid the McGill University Health Centre . Up until six months ago, the hospital project had been overseen by Riadh Ben Aissa, a former head of SNC’s construction division, and also a central figure in an ongoing scandal. One of SNC’s original subcontractors in the project was a company controlled by construction magnate Antonio (Tony) Accurso – a controversial figure who now is also facing fraud and corruption charges. The hospital deal was put together under the watch of the previous chief executive of the health centre, Arthur Porter who left his own job under a cloud late last year. Arthur Porter had been appointed chair of the federal government’s security-intelligence watchdog agency, when his African business dealings with an arms dealer were revealed. Dr. Porter stepped down from both jobs. The Quebec government has earmarked $2.35-billion for an effort to reconstruct Montreal hospitals, the lion’s share going to the McGill University Health Centre campus. “Quebec’s anti-corruption unit has put several high-profile figures in its crosshairs since being established last year. It has arrested construction magnates such as Mr. Accurso and Paolo Catania, as well as Frank Zampino, a former city councillor who was the right-hand man of Montreal Mayor Gérald Tremblay.”

The tip of the iceberg is being revealed only as  the overall depth of corruption will take much more time apparently to uncover, corruptions that likley permeates the whole project. Former CSIS watchdog Arthur Porter arrested in Panama .Arthur Porter, the well-connected oncologist and hospital administer whom Prime Minister Stephen Harper appointed three years ago to oversee Canada’s spy agency, was arrested with his wife in Panama on charges including fraud against the Quebec government relating to his alleged role in the handling of a $1.3-billion Montreal hospital construction and maintenance contract, awarded three years ago to scandal-plagued engineering giant SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. The head of Quebec’s anti-corruption task force made the announcement Monday evening. In a written statement, Robert Lafreniere said the arrest was conducted after an investigation — code name Project Lauréat — by the Sureté du Québec, the RCMP and the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol).Dr. Porter and his wife, Pamela Porter, are in police custody. Mrs. Porter is accused of handling the products of crime and con   Efforts are being made to extradite the couple to Canada, according to the statement.

Watch out for the money making speed traps..

CITY HALLS, GOVERNMENTS USE SPEEDING AND PARKING TICKET AS AN ADDITONAL FALSE SOURCE OF REVENUES, TO FALSELY EVEN KEEP THEIR  NOW PERVERTED JOBS.

Watch out for the RCMP speed trap in Canmore , Alberta as you leave Banff park.. it generates the RCMP millions and millions of dollars per year.

( Revenue generating ) “Speed limits in the mountain parks are set with an eye toward preventing collisions with wildlife.” ( and how often does that occur?)

 Police do love to lie and say that all accidents are mostly speed related, to justify their fat cow cash grabs, especially in Alberta and in Ontario now too.. they lump all of their homemade statistics as the accidents, deaths related all to speeding.. but not in reality to drunk driver, bad drivers, road rage, poor roads, bad snow cleaning..  This is also still simply not acceptable. There is a direct link between DRIVING and collisions. The MORE you drive, the more likely you are to be involved in a collision and the more likely you are to get seriously hurt . So the police will now give tickets to all drivers .

Now   if the cops are here just to collect speeding tickets and not to catch the real bad guys than merely do get rid of them.. speeding is not the main factor in accidents firstly.. but impaired, drunk drivers, road rage are..   The police can get promoted for getting more cash, giving out more tickets too.. self serving or really serving the public interest?

AND WHERE DO IN REALTY THE POLICE OFFICERS GET ALL OF THEIR  COMMON SENSE STATISTICS? SUPPORTED BY THE FIGMENTS OF ONE’S  IMAGINATION AND THE NEED TO JUSTIFY THEIR JOBS.. CAN I SEE THEIR DETAIL SUPPORT  STATISTICS, POLICE TRAFFIC TICKETS REPORTS  IN PRINT? NO? AND WHY NOT?

 “As Alberta grows, drivers are causing more problems, he said: “A lot of people are impatient, there’s road rage like never before, an increase of vehicles on our roadways, With booming populations, there’s an increase in collisions.” wow those are very smart observations, even such as traffic tickets are good cash cows too,  and what all the people who speed are guilty of road rage? or is there a separate ticket being issued to road ragers? just as there is to drunk drivers? Anyone who thinks the cops here are being honest, serving the public is a fool..

 Here is what I found amazing and worth while examining now  in much more detail.. insurance companies in Canada do not mind gouging Canadian consumers in their greed to make more profits..  and we all know that accumulating speeding , traffic infractions, will cause your car insurance costs to go up significantly…

and yet here is what I find surprising, neither the insurance companies, the provincial government, nor the federal government, the police have real, valid detailed statistics on the causes of traffic accidents: such as how many were caused my alcoholic drivers, how many were caused by speeding, how many were caused by poor road conditions, lousy snow clearing as well, etc not even in Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, BC as well.. ….

so what do the insurance companies do with all the extra money they collect, certainly they of all persons should have firstly the best statistics on traffic accidents now in the first place, or how do they determine their rates??? Even Canada’s police chiefs have to rely on accident statistics from other countries, such as Australia, Great Britain, the US..

  And while car death rates have fallen, the ubiquitous use of cell phones and BlackBerrys while driving pose a serious  danger to drivers.

Note the RCMP who is so ready to monitor others cannot monitor itself properly

The RCMP like to give speed tickets when you are leaving the park, not entering it too.. and I got 2 speeding tickets on the same spot in Canmore ten years apart too… and the second time I went to court and rightfully fought the dirty RCMP too.      It’s all very simple: obey the laws.  You broke the law, accept the consequences, and if that hypocritical, absurd, extreme statement was the reality, the truth, everyone would next be in jail, all of the politicians, civil and public servants, cops firstly..

“Those heading up our national police force must be so glad people have other things on their minds these days. Otherwise, Canadians might be howling about the Mounties’ latest antics and demanding our political leaders hold them accountable. Because, as we know, our elected officials refuse to utter the least critical word about the RCMP unless there is public pressure or they fear electoral ramifications.”

Most reasonable and reasoning people have seen the folly of speed cameras for decades now too.

The ” official statistics showed that only five per cent of crashes are caused by drivers breaking the speed limit. Drivers who let their attention wander cause more than six times as many accidents.” Driver error accounted for 66 per cent of accidents.. and add the road rage, impaired, drunk drivers, bad poorly maintained vehicles to that too

In reality the too often self serving, money hungry, promotional and empire oriented police, and their superiors, bad justice ministers, bad politicians  really do not care about the citizens good welfare but only their own. The police TRAFFIC program brings in hundreds of thousands of dollars but the police, city runs the program as revenue neutral. Profits are put back into more supposedly good  traffic safety initiatives,  but mainly into the police  empire building, so it really IS NOT THE CITIZENS GOOD WELFARE THEY FIRSTLY DO ALL CARE ABOUT.

And next so still do lay off all those people at city hall who are used to the “unacceptable culture of corruption and entitlement”. cut in half their expense accounts, and cut off all of the out of town trips too

And  No  matter how that dirty RCMP weasel spins the facts, tries to weasel out of the truth, the RCMP was clearly wrong on many counts in the Taser death of a polish immigrant at the Vancouver airport.. they were uncompassionate, inconsiderate, used more restraining force than was necessary, and they next also clearly lied to cover-up their own immoral acts, and many times as well, They slander a good man in the process as well.. and so none of this was, is acceptable or forgivable.. none  of it.

Remember that one of the first RCMP outpost in Canada historcially was in Calgary, Alberta the major home of crooks, thieves, cattle rustlers. Now it is the home of not just the abusers, drug pushers, car thieves, white collar criminals but the bad RCMP as well.

Pub meetings?

The three worst months ever for the Harper government for the Conservatives, it was the session from hell.

Here are ten things that wrong for the Tories’ this session.

1. The beginning of the Justin Trudeau era

A Forum Research poll released late last month suggested Justin Trudeau has won the hearts and minds of a lot of Canadians: the pollster predicted that the Trudeau-led Liberals are on their way to a commanding majority government in the next election.

2. Bye bye Penashue

On May 13, Peter Penashue — the former cabinet minister forced to resign after it was learned that he accepted ineligible campaign donations — lost his byelection in Labrador to Liberal Yvonne Jones.

3. Brent Rathgeber and the backbench revolt

A month after rumblings of a backbench revolt, Brent Rathgeber resigned from the Tory caucus after his Conservative colleagues watered down his private member’s bill — Bill C-461 — meant to shine a light on public sector salaries. He didn’t go quietly, however, suggesting that backbenchers in the Tory caucus were a bunch of trained seals.

4. So, where’s that $3.1 billion?

The Conservative Party’s ‘fiscally responsible’ brand took a hit in May when the auditor general’s report slammed the government for losing track of $3.1 billion that was supposed to be earmarked for national security.  What no one in government can explain exactly where the money went.

5. Senate shenanigans

The Senate expense scandal continued and intensified during the spring session of Parliament.

The expense claims of Senators Mike Duffy and Patrick Brazeau — both handpicked by Stephen Harper — are under RCMP investigation, or at least review. Meanwhile Senator Pamela Wallin’s travel expenses are still being audited by Deloitte.

6. Harper says goodbye to a friend (aka former chief of staff Nigel Wright)

During this session of Parliament, Prime Minister Harper was forced to accept the resignation of his right hand man and now former chief of staff Nigel Wright.

Wright’s maleficence was a personal cheque of $90,000 to Senator Mike Duffy so that Duffy could repay his improperly claimed expenses. That transfer of funds is now under investigation by the RCMP.

7. A battle with Elections Canada

At least three Tory MPs were embroiled in very public disputes with Elections Canada during this parliamentary session.

In a letter, Elections Canada advised Speaker Andrew Scheer that MPs Shelly Glover and James Bezan be suspended from Parliament because of their failure to comply with the Elections Act with regard to their 2011 election campaign returns.

Glover has since filed an amended return. Bezan will take his case to court while a House committee will decide his fate in Parliament.

8. Robocall scandal not going away

In late May, in a court action brought forward by the left-leaning Council of Canadians, Federal Court Judge Richard Mosley ruled that the “Conservative Party of Canada or any CPC candidates” were not directly involved in any campaign to mislead voters during the 2011 election campaign.

But — and this is a big but — he also said that “the most likely source of the information used to make the misleading calls was the CIMS database maintained and controlled by the [Conservative Party].”

As Elections Canada continues their investigation into misleading calls in Guelph, this is a story that will certainly dog the Tories in future sessions.

9. Another Conservative rising star becomes a falling star

On Monday, Saulie Zajdel — a former Tory candidate and “regional advisor” for Heritage Minister James Moore — was arrested in Montreal and now faces a cadre of charges linked to the city’s ongoing corruption probe.

By itself, this story doesn’t do any damage to the Conservative’  brand. But put with the other Conservative appointees — Bruce Carson, Arthur Porter and Senators Patrick Brazeau, Mike Duffy and Pamela Wallin — it tarnishes the public’s opinion of Stephen Harper’s judgement.

10. MP Eve Adams, her hair, nail appointments and her cell phone

Earlier this month, Tory MP Eve Adams was forced to defend herself over allegations that she broke Elections Canada rules for claiming over $2,777 in “personal expenses” during the 2011 election, on things such visits to hair and nail salons, mouthwash and whitening toothpaste. She embarrassed herself again, this week, when it was learned that she received a $155 traffic citation for talking on her cell phone while driving on Parliament Hill.

Liberal MP Ralph Goodale recited a laundry list of PM Stephen Harper.s Conservative government appointees that have gone bad.

The growing list is staggering.

There’s Senators Patrick Brazeau, Pamela Wallin and Mike Duffy who are all under investigation and/or review for improperly claimed benefits.

There’s Nigel Wright, the prime minister’s former chief of staff, who gifted Duffy $90,000 — the RCMP is investigating this transfer.

There’s ex-Harper aide Bruce Carson who is currently facing charges of influence peddling.

Dr Arthur Porter was the head of Canada’s spy agency watchdog and is now wanted by Quebec police in relation to the province’s corruption scandals.

There’s former Labrador MP Peter Penashue who was put into cabinet by Harper but forced to resign after it was learned that he accepted ineligible donations during the 2011 election campaign.

And, on Monday, Postmedia News reported that Montreal RCMP are investigating a former Conservative Senate staffer and ex-candidate with a regard to a corruption probe into a “Parliament Hill renovation project.”

THE BAD senate Senate choices are revolting,  Harper handing Liberals more ammunition by his patronage appointment of senators. There are those like me who think the Upper House is nothing more than a high-priced retirement home for political hacks. it will cost hard-pressed Canadian taxpayers a fortune. Each senator makes $134,000 a year, or far, far more than the average person who toils at a real job. But wait that is just the beginning, add on their paid overseas  trips, expense accounts, etc. This was more about saving his government supporters than anything else.  Harper would have had a lot more credibility if he’d left the positions open and kept pushing for reform. “Harper’s own recent bad  appointment of senators indicates clearly still that Harper  cannot be trusted to work with the opposition parties as a minority government. Harper had once sold himself to Canadians as a different kind of politician, one who’d refrain from using patronage appointments to the Senate. A man who could be trusted to keep that and other promises.. Instead, Harper has fast become the kind of governing politician he once professed to abhor — one who routinely breaks his word. After insisting he would never appoint people to an un-elected Senate, the prime minister sent a staggering 18 curly-tailed snorters to the Red Room, confirming his election pledges aren’t worth the paper they’re written on.  Harper talks a good talk when it comes reality he has another side.. the one that shows up in the pub

If you drink 2 martinis at lunch time or supper time  for a start  you are definitely an alcoholic. These days it is too hard to tell the difference between secular persons and  the professing Christians . Genuine Born Again Evangelical Christians are total abstainers from smoking, drugs, alcohol, cheating, lying, stealing, tax evasions, pornography, or rather all personal vices, Impairments Alcoholics now are also the  bad people but so are the drug users. They trend to cost significant expenditures for the taxpayers as well..

 People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. So where is it?

Private data is being collected and stored, in Canada, why?

You probably saw on the news that a U.S. government agency has been caught secretly spying on the private communications of millions of people like you – through their cell phones,1 and through popular online services like Google, Facebook, and Skype.2

Now, The Globe And Mail is reporting that Canada has its own agency operating in near-total secrecy that appears to be doing the same thing – recklessly collecting and storing our most sensitive private information in giant databases.3

This is important: We need to know what sensitive private data is being collected and stored, and why. Call on the government to tell us the truth about their reckless online spying program immediately.

Quebec French Hospital CHUM also under review for money abuse

The Treasury wants to end an “allowance of attraction” Annual nearly $ 100 000 paid to the Director General of the Hospital of the University of Montreal (CHUM), Christian Paire.  This additional recurring compensation granted by the Board of Directors of the CHUM, was negotiated in 2009, when the CEO came to office. The Treasury now wants to abolish the term of office in June 2013, as told to the La Presse Newspaper.

 

“In June 2009, Treasury Board authorized the Board of CHUM to pay additional recurring remuneration up to $ 101,000 to its CEO,” says Jo-Annie Larocque, Press Secretary of the President of the Treasury Board, Stéphane Bédard.

 

Recently, the Treasury Board has, however, indicated the administration of CHUM they do  not want this allocation   renewed after the agreement in June 2013. This additional compensation varied years since it was included in the total compensation of Mr. Pair, whose ceiling was set at $ 350,000 by the government. In 2011, it reached  $ 294, 100 while it was $ 93,196 this year.

 

Secret salary

 

This is the first time that the veil was  lifted on the wage conditions of Christian Paire. To date, the CHUM has always falsely refused to disclose the content of the contract between the director general, even under the Law on Access to Information.

 

The head of communications at the CHUM, Isabelle Lavigne, has also refused to comment on the compensation of Mr. Pair and allocation of attraction that is paid.

It was finally  thanks to  the Ministry of Health and Social Services, it was possible to learn that the total compensation fixed at $ 350,000, excluding the compensation from third parties.

 

This salary includes a premium of 7% because the Director General shall be available at all times, as well as allocation of school management to academic vocation and an additional remuneration (allocation of attraction) requested by the CHUM.

In the past, the CHUM has already sent to the Ministry of Health for an “additional lump sum”, which was refused.

 

By comparison, the former CEO of CHUM, Dr. Denis Roy, for his part received a fee of $ 189,000 with paid   $56 .700.

 

In Ontario, the salary of CEOs is higher, as the remuneration of doctors and nurses, and it is not uncommon that exceeds $ 350,000.

 

Additional income

 

La Presse has also learned that the Director General of the CHUM, Christian Paire, also received a salary as an annual lump sum from the University of Montreal (UdeM) without having worked there. This additional compensation was paid in 2010 and 2011 and added to the $ 350,000 received from the CHUM .

 

Following an agreement with the University, Mr. Pair was hired as an assistant clinical professor at the end of 2009, confirms spokesman UdeM, Mathieu Filion.

 

A review of the contracts was made in summer 2011. “It was noted that the contract was problematic. There was no provision of work, “says Filion acknowledging that” the case

 

Mr. Pair is quite unique. “

 

A letter was sent to Mr. Pair in November 2011, telling her that the contract was broken. After this mailing, eight hours of work have been completed.

 

According to various sources, this compensation reached $ 80,000 annually. A share of $ 50,000 was paid by the University. The remaining amount of $ 30,000, came from the Fondation du CHUM, which is illegal, according to the Ministry of Health.

The Permanent Anti-Corruption Unit (UPAC) must address the issue of CHUM believes Québec solidaire (QS). The spokesman QS, Françoise David, and the member for Mercier, Amir Khadir, surrendered Monday morning at the offices of the UPAC to file a request to investigate the awarding of contracts for the implementation of the CHUM and its research center.

According to QS, these records contain many elements that raise doubts and justify an inquiry.

A Hundred years too late the  Assistant RCMP Commissioner Michaud said that the new National Division will provide “more focus” to the RCMP’s investigations into allegations of corruption or fraud, such as the Senate spending scandal. But when any of this may happen next only God knows, the cost ineffective, mismanaged RCMP is still mostly useless even here. The RCMP is doing the same thin the citizens are doing they are looking into Senate expenses scandal, but no real criminal investigation yet. All this wasted expenditure  while major rampant corruption was being carried out next to the Justice center, police station all  unstopped and unchecked, the foxes in the Montreal City Hall were continuing to steal money from the taxpayers and City Hall executives, personnel falsely went along with it?

There is also now  some seriously stiff competition out there when it comes to smartphones these days. Choosing your phone is becoming just about as tough as deciding between various telecommunications firms or between choosing to buy laptops or tablets. Samsung S4 or iPhone 5 or HTC One now  are the most popular, but still this doesn’t make even now  choosing between them an easy task.  Never take anything for granted, get it in writing first.

The Major Canadian telecommunications firms even Bell and Rogers still unacceptably   tend to falsely lie to you when you  first approach them and you do  ask for their cost of your new  cellphone Monthly service? as I discovered last week firsthand too. For they generally hesitatingly too do not answer you directly as to what the costs. hidden costs too,  are but instead  like Bell does often they do falsely try to divert the answer by asking you rather as to what  want with to do with your cell phone, or how do you want to use it?

Secondly  they still do not indicate generally upfront  all of the costs, sim card cost, installation fees, monthly costs, limitations, cancellation fees, contract terms, contract period,  and if you ask them for a list of all their plans and costs, detail available as  they seem not to have it.  Very much unlike the European services where costs are competitive and fully detailed. Verizon and Videotron seem to be an exception here.

Smartphones are phones that make life easy with their add-on features like camera, instant connect, video calling, email, social media, games, news, entertainment etc..  So firstly how is their battery lives? Can they be readily replaced, and where? The more expensive Apple iPhone5 has half the Battery life of the Samsung S4? wow.. in the long run it will costs you much more to own an Apple iPhone5..

Then we had the case of those Canadian PM Stephen Harper and  , Senators Wallin, Duffy, Brazeua, Harb, etc.  who had refused to admit they had stolen taxpayers money plus all  those crooked Montreal City hall workers, and the city of Laval,  leaders now too. And   many more persons now..

We read about it often in the news when some politician or cops, professionals, pastors too is charged with Corruption and they lie and say I am not guilty, the facts are untrue, this is absurd, crazy nuts, as too  often they still cannot deny the reality especially after they are exposed for what they really are too. The find out the hard way that a good name was, is worth more over  any silver or gold acquired too.. a bad reputation is worthless.

There are so many childish, unloving, dogmatic, slanderous person, arrogant, pretend Christians who take one truth and now falsely do try to push it down other people’s throats, and they do falsely believe they are better than other persons now cause they have hold of one truth. Now if you do not agree with them, dare to oppose them they will go crazy on you. calling you slanderous names, insulting you, falsely attacking you personally, trying to attack you as being immoral, demonic, an antichrist or what ever as they are in false denial to the real truth and why? their pride will not let them admit they have been deceivers and have been deceived.. .. these bad, ignorant clearly unloving, Holy Spirit ignorant too persons they really should not even be on the net preaching to others till they get matured, wiser.

When you criticize openly some of these very the bad persons one tends to get a false denial, a remark in response like you are crazy, you need professional help. They still really cannot face the reality there are things in their life that need serious, drastic changes. These people in denial are the ones who often need professional help for their own short comings, sickness. Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about their own unacceptable acts. Corruptions occurs now Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants. These People in the state of false denials, clearly also who lie often, they do now also tend to have severe personal, mental disorders next even cause one tends to eventually believe next ones own lies as being the truth, and they can no no longer differentiate their own lies from reality, the truth. By their false denials Who is fooling whom? You cannot fool all the people all the time and now matter how smart you are there is still someone more wiser who can see the truth still too..

Narcissistic, selfish, self centered Mental Disorders too evident now even in many of the so called Professionals even bad pastors, leaders leads these persons to dwell in self-absorption, fantasy, illusion, where she or he has exaggerated claims to talents, importance, or specialness, manifesting evidence of a need for constant admiration from others, a lack of empathy for all others, persistent in this too, have rigid personality traits and coping styles, clearly inflexible, do show a hypersensitivity to any criticism , defeat or negative realities thus they rather are pathological in denial by the their falsity, contrived replacement of the truths which they still must face eventually . These SEVERE PERSONALITY disorders are generally personally ongoing too leading to more impaired social and/or occupational functioning and can make it difficult to pinpoint a clear dividing line between their pathology and their so called normality. Most of these people with their personality disorders may not perceive that there is anything wrong with their behavior and thus they are not motivated to change it. It is important to note that these personality disorders are considered to have their onset in late adolescence or early adulthood and they alone are responsible for it too.

Again false Denial, it is very very common when many an individual, even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included, are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as ”you are crazy”. “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.” Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though. Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.” It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart. Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction for persons now facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. Denial too often can be further disastrous upon themselves and others.. for denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. Illustrated fully by the story of the Emperor with new clothes.

False Denial (also called abnegation) is a often defense mechanism in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence, a mechanism of the immature mind that conflicts with the ability to learn from and cope with reality. Types of Denial include now
Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying.
Denial of responsibility: Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others.
Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality.
Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated.
Denial of denial: This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional..

There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of anyone’s false denial. The Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

It is also a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants and all Christians they who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality. God said so.

Finally Quebec’s anti-corruption squad, UPAC, added a new spin on fin-de-régime Thursday by busting the Former mayor of Laval, Gilles Vaillancourt, and the arrests of 36 Laval business people, former civil servants and political supporters. If convicted, on charges of gangsterism and money-laundering. Vaillancourt and others would receive longer prison sentences . The gangsterism charge alone, designed by legislators for biker gangs and mobsters, distinguishes the latest endeavour to sweep up municipal corruption from every other official probe of that sort of wrongdoing over the last century. Suddenly it sounds like the authorities are serious about ending — rather than merely stalling — the work of necktied-conspirators who’ve run amok in Quebec’s municipal world since at least 1905. It is time these and many other municipal  government related criminals faced real jail time as well as returned the Money they stole from the taxpayer’s .. and when convicted they should also lose their pensions accrued on the Job..  Much more arrests are still need too.

The embattled former mayor of Laval, Que., appeared in court this afternoon to face 12 charges, including conspiracy, fraud, influence peddling, breach of trust and gangsterism. Anti-corruption crusader and Coalition Avenir Québec MNA Jacques Duchesneau says this is the first time in Quebec’s history that a politician has faced charges of gangsterism. One of the gangsterism charges Vaillancourt faces carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Jacques Duchesneau, the one-time anti-collusion investigator who now is a Coalition Avenir Québec MNA, says some names are missing from the list of 37 people arrested Thursday on charges of gangsterism and fraud. Duchesneau called the arrests, and charges of gangsterism, “a great day for  justice in Quebec,” but “a sad day for democracy.” UPAC has been criticized by opposition politicians because big-name arrests were  slow in coming.

Meanwhile A Senate committee report released Thursday recommends that Liberal Senator Mac Harb and Independent Senator Patrick Brazeau repay housing and mileage claims for the past two years, and that their expenses should be monitored for the next year.  The report recommends that Harb must repay $51,000 for housing and mileage claims dating from April 2011, and Brazeau must repay $48,000. As well, Harb’s expense claims will be audited for a seven-year period before 2011.  The report also noted that Conservative Senator Mike Duffy has already repaid money for housing expenses he submitted based on his claim that his primary residence is in P.E.I. The report explained that Duffy had written to the head of the Senate committee stating he “may have made a mistake” in filling out his expense forms. Duffy’s claims will also be monitored for the next year.. Harb, Brazeau and Duffy claimed tens of thousands of dollars in housing allowance claims in recent years. However, the Deloitte audit also found that Duffy improperly claimed expenses for a Florida trip. “Included in these claims were twelve (12) days of per diems during the period where Senator Duffy appears to be located in Florida, United States, for a total amount of $1,050.60 (12 days at $87.55 per day),” the audit said. In question period Thursday, Opposition Leader Tom Mulcair dismissed the Senate’s response to the issue as a “fraud.” “Even the bogus investigation by his handpicked cronies in the Senate found that Mike Duffy does not maintain a primary residence on Prince Edward Island,” Mulcair said in a question to Prime Minister Stephen Harper. A fourth senator, Pamela Wallin, is also being audited by Deloitte, but the firm has asked for more time to complete its report on her travel expenses between Ottawa and Saskatchewan.

Mike Duffy made secret deal with Harper’s chief of staff during audit Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s chief of staff secretly intervened to help  Conservative Sen. Mike Duffy pay back tens of thousands of dollars in improperly  claimed expenses while an external audit was still underway, CTV News has  learned.Two months before the audit was released, Harper’s top advisor Nigel Wright  had a PMO lawyer work on a letter of understanding with Duffy’s legal  counsel.Sources told CTV’s Ottawa Bureau Chief Robert Fife that the deal involved  Duffy reimbursing taxpayers in return for financial help and a promise from the  government to go easy on him.  But Liberals accused the Tories of whitewashing Duffy’s expense reports. They  also questioned why the audit of Duffy’s expense claims did not mention that the  Senate rules were clear about primary residence claims. That was mentioned in  Brazeau and Harb’s audits.

Duffy, Liberal Sen. Mac Harb and Independent Sen. Patrick Brazeau were all  audited over concerns about their housing allowance claims. Senators can claim an annual housing allowance of up to $22,000 if their  primary residence is more than 100 kilometres outside of Ottawa. Harb has claimed as his primary residence a bungalow in Westmeath, Ont., but  neighbours told CTV earlier this year that no one seems to live in the house  year-round. He was ordered to repay $51,482, including interest, for the period  from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2013. Brazeau claimed his father’s address in Maniwaki, Que., as his primary  residence, despite the fact that it is believed he lived in a home in Gatineau,  a short drive from Parliament Hill. He must pay back $48,744, including  interest. Both Harb and Brazeau have said that they will fight the Senate’s repayment  orders.

 The Parti Quebecois government now has falsely delivered a warning for the province’s  corruption inquiry to watch where it treads, as its testimonies  goes onto a  damning and unpredictable path.  This latest testimony has damaged a number of reputations — including that of a  Parti Quebecois stalwart and, most recently, a sitting judge.  The reaction in Quebec City is a far cry from that of the last few years,  when scandals overwhelmingly tarred the Liberals and the PQ, then in opposition,  would seize upon each allegation until a public inquiry was finally called. Just recently, the PQ extended the inquiry’s deadline after having made  anti-corruption measures the centrepiece of its first legislation in office. Its sudden expressions of wariness come while the inquiry shifts its focus  to provincial politics, away from the municipal scene — and it hasn’t been  pretty so far. A major witness this week explained how he gained influence in politics, and  ultimately won public construction contracts, by offering things like illegal  political donations and get-togethers with celebrities such as hockey stars. His testimony implicated politicians of different party stripes, and  different levels of government. In his latest claim, he even said Quebec Superior Court Justice Michel  Deziel once helped orchestrate an illegal political financing scheme at the  municipal level.

 When the PQ was in Opposition they yelled and screamed for this Commission as  the only way we would get to the truth.  But sometimes the whole truth hurts all political parties  and  they the PQ should rather still should shut up and let the Corruption Commission do it’s job.  The PQ  Government   falsely is clearly  trying to  intimidate the Commission to affect, silence the PQ negative  the outcome. For someone who criticized,  andd accused the Liberals of a lack of transparency and honesty Premier Marois and her  PQ certainly now haven’t led by a good example even.  If the PQ are so quick to bring out their  knives against only others  the same  Commission has much more digging to do here because there is something  PQ rotten definitely as well now being hidden. Now the PQ campaigned on a foundation of being the anti-corruption crew? Full  transparency is always desirable, then leave it to the courts to decipher, expose as  what truths  are in any of it.

Many persons now have grown  up listening to everyone saying all politicians are crooked.  Some even use to pass it off as a form of venting of the people against the government  but now it is not  it funny how its turning out to be undeniably true.  It seems that the Canadian politicians are out of control and control, change is necessary to protect us from these people we are supposed to trust. Based on Many stories in the media over the last few years it seems like Canada Wide the politicians at every level think they are above the law. Now there clearly is a problem with our government systems, human nature that allows them to exploit a weak system and why many crooked politicians that will exploit and cover up within the current systems? It seems like even the muzzled Government auditors can’t get the job done until its too late. A former mayor of Blainville, who now sits on CBC’s board of directors, has been named before Quebec’s corruption inquiry in connection with party funding allegations. Pierre Gingras served as mayor of Blainville for 12 years. In 2007, he was elected as Blainville MNA for the Action  émocratique du Québec. In 2011, the Conservative government appointed Gingras to CBC/Radio-Canada’s board of directors for a five-year term.

Any increases to Bell’s size will further threaten the ability of independent broadcasters and broadcasting distributors to effectively compete against the highly concentrated, tight oligopoly of large media companies that own both broadcasting and distribution services.”  The groups stated the deal would be bad for consumers and outlined several concerns, including:

One sided contracts are illegal  as any contract is illegal when it is either contrary to a statute or is contrary to public policy.   and all illegal contracts are not enforceable. Thus if you enter into an agreement with another person and you know or have reason to suspect the bargain has some taint of illegality or immorality merely don’t take the risk and exposit it to all.

These big firms that offer these now essential services too  they are too often useless, pretentious, immoral even, and the words “customer care” here clearly are misleading, false, they rather are paid company employees who look after the customer’s sole interest who quote the firms own policies, rights, demands.. They all tend to firstly really not care about any of the customer’s personal abuses, hardships, losses, pains, concerns for almost all of these corporations solely care only about the firm’s own profitability, and their sole, bottom line for them is making more of the almighty buck not matter what the costs, even to the customers.  Still sadly almost all OF Canada’s telecommunications firms have a grossly one sided contract terms, definitions that mainly dictates out the rights of the firms only and not the customers rights, and this is grossly both illegal and immoral. It is clear the rich do continually get richer by satisfying their immoral  greed by drastically creaming off profits, and not fulfilling their promised responsibility by investment in adequate Customers  services. It seems obvious in all retrospect that self regulation does not work where the main  motive is  monetary  profit.  Also these Profits do leave the country, that’s the problem! They tend rather to go off to tax havens and we don’t see their further benefits. The  past privatisation of any of our basic essential service  needs, such as telecommunication and also Medicare,  in order to provide  profits for a few was and is always  foolish, destructive approach.  We must not tolerate any further citizen suffering caused by selfish profits, and it is time to bring back all of the basic  utilities and essential services back into democratic control, and to renationalise them.  it’s time all of the essential services, water, energy, rail, airlines  and communications were all taken back into public ownership without any recompense to those who hold the shares. They have already taken more than enough in profits and dividends.

We’re now looking at a future where just three mobile telecom giants could control a monopoly of the Internet and phones services, holding back progress and innovation. This is totally unacceptable.

The children of four missing women whose remains were found on serial killer Robert Pickton’s farm have launched legal action looking for compensation. The daughters and sons of Dianne Rock, Sarah de Vries, Cynthia Feliks and Yvonne Boen have filed separate lawsuits in B.C. Supreme Court, targeting the provincial government, the City of Vancouver, Robert Pickton and his brother Dave and their sister Linda.  The statements of claim alleges numerous failures on the part of Vancouver police, RCMP and Crown prosecutors, including that police didn’t warn women in the Downtown Eastside that a serial killer may have been targeting women in the area.The lawsuits, which contain unproven allegations, also complain about the way the Vancouver police and RCMP informed the women’s families about the Pickton connection, including Boen’s children, who found out through news reports. A public inquiry into the Pickton case found numerous failures by the police, and commissioner Wally Oppal recommended compensation for the women’s children and a “healing fund” for their families.  The Federal Conservative government itself is finally much too late is throwing its support behind the creation of a new committee on missing and murdered aboriginal women one day after the release of a scathing human-rights report documenting allegations of abuse and neglect by the RCMP.

 Time to  still increase the severity of the Punishment for the bad cops, bad civil and public servants  too, not just for the  the ordinary citizens Mr Stephen Harper and not rather falsely promoting them or slapping them on the wrist only.. even now persons like  Dr Arthur Porter – Conservative Senator Pamela Wallin -  Conservative Senator Mike Duffy- Preston Manning- Robert Abdallah-  etc. Sen. Mike Duffy  and Sen. Pamela Wallin as they all rightfully  also should be held to a higher standard than anyone else too .And they the bad senator snow they too  should be punished by being dismissed from the Senate and losing their  pension like it happens to bad cops even.
