For they generally hesitatingly too do not answer you directly as to what the costs. hidden costs too,  are but instead  like Bell does often they do falsely try to divert the answer by asking you rather as to what  want with to do with your cell phone, or how do you want to use it?</span></span></strong></div>

<div><strong><span style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="color:#333333;">Secondly  they still do not indicate generally upfront  all of the costs, sim card cost, installation fees, monthly costs, limitations, cancellation fees, contract terms, contract period,  and if you ask them for a list of all their plans and costs, detail available as  they seem not to have it.  Very much unlike the European services where costs are competitive and fully detailed. Verizon and Videotron seem to be an exception here.  </span></span></strong></div>

<p><em><strong>False Denial as to who they really are now by the people who really do delude themselves too often about their self importance and the positive role they are functioning in is very common, a daily occurrence. We read about it often in the news when some politician or cops, professionals, pastors too is charged with Corruption and they lie and say I am not guilty, the facts are untrue, this is absurd, crazy nuts, as too  often they still cannot deny the reality especially after they are exposed for what they really are too. The find out the hard way that a good name was, is worth more over  any silver or gold acquired too.. a bad reputation is worthless.</strong></em></p>
<p><strong>Matthew 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.</strong></p>
<p><strong>There are so many childish, unloving, dogmatic, slanderous person, arrogant, pretend Christians who take one truth and now falsely do try to push it down other people’s throats, and they do falsely believe they are better than other persons now cause they have hold of one truth. Now if you do not agree with them, dare to oppose them they will go crazy on you. calling you slanderous names, insulting you, falsely attacking you personally, trying to attack you as being immoral, demonic, an antichrist or what ever as they are in false denial to the real truth and why? their pride will not let them admit they have been deceivers and have been deceived.. .. these bad, ignorant clearly unloving, Holy Spirit ignorant too persons they really should not even be on the net preaching to others till they get matured, wiser.</strong></p>
<p><strong>When you criticize openly some of these very the bad persons one tends to get a false denial, a remark in response like you are crazy, you need professional help. They still really cannot face the reality there are things in their life that need serious, drastic changes. These people in denial are the ones who often need professional help for their own short comings, sickness. Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about their own unacceptable acts. Corruptions occurs now Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants. These People in the state of false denials, clearly also who lie often, they do now also tend to have severe personal, mental disorders next even cause one tends to eventually believe next ones own lies as being the truth, and they can no no longer differentiate their own lies from reality, the truth. By their false denials Who is fooling whom? You cannot fool all the people all the time and now matter how smart you are there is still someone more wiser who can see the truth still too..</strong></p>
<p><strong>Narcissistic, selfish, self centered Mental Disorders too evident now even in many of the so called Professionals even bad pastors, leaders leads these persons to dwell in self-absorption, fantasy, illusion, where she or he has exaggerated claims to talents, importance, or specialness, manifesting evidence of a need for constant admiration from others, a lack of empathy for all others, persistent in this too, have rigid personality traits and coping styles, clearly inflexible, do show a hypersensitivity to any criticism , defeat or negative realities thus they rather are pathological in denial by the their falsity, contrived replacement of the truths which they still must face eventually . These SEVERE PERSONALITY disorders are generally personally ongoing too leading to more impaired social and/or occupational functioning and can make it difficult to pinpoint a clear dividing line between their pathology and their so called normality. Most of these people with their personality disorders may not perceive that there is anything wrong with their behavior and thus they are not motivated to change it. It is important to note that these personality disorders are considered to have their onset in late adolescence or early adulthood and they alone are responsible for it too.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Again false Denial, it is very very common when many an individual, even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included, are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as ”you are crazy”. “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.” Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though. Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.” It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart. Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction for persons now facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. Denial too often can be further disastrous upon themselves and others.. for denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. Illustrated fully by the story of the Emperor with new clothes.</strong></p>
<p><strong>False Denial (also called abnegation) is a often defense mechanism in which a person is faced with a fact that is too uncomfortable to accept and rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence, a mechanism of the immature mind that conflicts with the ability to learn from and cope with reality. The subject may now deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether (simple denial), admit the fact but deny its seriousness (minimization) or admit both the fact and seriousness but deny responsibility (transference). The concept of denial is particularly related to the denial of one’s addiction to alcohol for example, or to one slandering others, abusing them stealing, lying.. their denial or their minimization of their own wrong doings is the essential part of what enables them next to to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, that is overwhelming. “The American Heart Association cites denial as a principal reason that treatment of a heart attack is delayed. Because the symptoms are so varied, and often have other potential explanations, the opportunity exists for the patient to deny the emergency, often with fatal consequences. It is common for patients to delay mammograms or other tests because of a fear of cancer, even though this is clearly maladaptive.”</strong></p>
<p><strong>Types of Denial include now</strong><br />
<strong> Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying.</strong><br />
<strong> Denial of responsibility: Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others.</strong><br />
<strong> Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality.</strong><br />
<strong> Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated.</strong><br />
<strong> Denial of denial: This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional..</strong></p>
<p><strong>There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of anyone’s false denial. The Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.</strong></p>
<p><strong>It is also a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants and all Christians they who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality. God said so.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Finally Quebec’s anti-corruption squad, UPAC, added a new spin on fin-de-régime Thursday by busting the Former mayor of Laval, Gilles Vaillancourt, and the arrests of 36 Laval business people, former civil servants and political supporters. If convicted, on charges of gangsterism and money-laundering. Vaillancourt and others would receive longer prison sentences . The gangsterism charge alone, designed by legislators for biker gangs and mobsters, distinguishes the latest endeavour to sweep up municipal corruption from every other official probe of that sort of wrongdoing over the last century. Suddenly it sounds like the authorities are serious about ending — rather than merely stalling — the work of necktied-conspirators who’ve run amok in Quebec’s municipal world since at least 1905. <p><strong>The embattled former mayor of Laval, Que., appeared in court this afternoon to face 12 charges, including conspiracy, fraud, influence peddling, breach of trust and gangsterism. Anti-corruption crusader and Coalition Avenir Québec MNA Jacques Duchesneau says this is the first time in Quebec&#8217;s history that a politician has faced charges of gangsterism. <p><strong>Meanwhile A Senate committee report released Thursday recommends that Liberal Senator Mac Harb and Independent Senator Patrick Brazeau repay housing and mileage claims for the past two years, and that their expenses should be monitored for the next year.  The report recommends that Harb must repay $51,000 for housing and mileage claims dating from April 2011, and Brazeau must repay $48,000. As well, Harb&#8217;s expense claims will be audited for a seven-year period before 2011.  The report also noted that Conservative Senator Mike Duffy has already repaid money for housing expenses he submitted based on his claim that his primary residence is in P.E.I. The report explained that Duffy had written to the head of the Senate committee stating he &#8220;may have made a mistake&#8221; in filling out his expense forms. Duffy&#8217;s claims will also be monitored for the next year.. Harb, Brazeau and Duffy claimed tens of thousands of dollars in housing allowance claims in recent years. However, the Deloitte audit also found that Duffy improperly claimed expenses for a Florida trip. &#8220;Included in these claims were twelve (12) days of per diems during the period where Senator Duffy appears to be located in Florida, United States, for a total amount of $1,050.60 (12 days at $87.55 per day),&#8221; the audit said. In question period Thursday, Opposition Leader Tom Mulcair dismissed the Senate&#8217;s response to the issue as a &#8220;fraud.&#8221; &#8220;Even the bogus investigation by his handpicked cronies in the Senate found that Mike Duffy does not maintain a primary residence on Prince Edward Island,&#8221; Mulcair said in a question to Prime Minister Stephen Harper. A fourth senator, Pamela Wallin, is also being audited by Deloitte, but the firm has asked for more time to complete its report on her travel expenses between Ottawa and Saskatchewan.</strong></p>

<p>Mike Duffy made secret deal with Harper&#8217;s chief of staff during audit Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s chief of staff secretly intervened to help  Conservative Sen. Mike Duffy pay back tens of thousands of dollars in improperly  claimed expenses while an external audit was still underway, CTV News has  learned.Two months before the audit was released, Harper’s top advisor Nigel Wright  had a PMO lawyer work on a letter of understanding with Duffy’s legal  counsel.Sources told CTV&#8217;s Ottawa Bureau Chief Robert Fife that the deal involved  Duffy reimbursing taxpayers in return for financial help and a promise from the  government to go easy on him.  But Liberals accused the Tories of whitewashing Duffy’s expense reports. They  also questioned why the audit of Duffy’s expense claims did not mention that the  Senate rules were clear about primary residence claims. That was mentioned in  Brazeau and Harb’s audits.</p>
<p>Duffy, Liberal Sen. Mac Harb and Independent Sen. Patrick Brazeau were all  audited over concerns about their housing allowance claims. Senators can claim an annual housing allowance of up to $22,000 if their  primary residence is more than 100 kilometres outside of Ottawa. Harb has claimed as his primary residence a bungalow in Westmeath, Ont., but  neighbours told CTV earlier this year that no one seems to live in the house  year-round. He was ordered to repay $51,482, including interest, for the period  from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2013. Brazeau claimed his father’s address in Maniwaki, Que., as his primary  residence, despite the fact that it is believed he lived in a home in Gatineau,  a short drive from Parliament Hill. He must pay back $48,744, including  interest. Both Harb and Brazeau have said that they will fight the Senate’s repayment  orders.<br />

<p><strong> The Parti Quebecois government now has falsely delivered a warning for the province&#8217;s  corruption inquiry to watch where it treads, as its testimonies  goes onto a  damning and unpredictable path.  This latest testimony has damaged a number of reputations &#8212; including that of a  Parti Quebecois stalwart and, most recently, a sitting judge.  The reaction in Quebec City is a far cry from that of the last few years,  when scandals overwhelmingly tarred the Liberals and the PQ, then in opposition,  would seize upon each allegation until a public inquiry was finally called. Just recently, the PQ extended the inquiry&#8217;s deadline after having made  anti-corruption measures the centrepiece of its first legislation in office. Its sudden expressions of wariness come while the inquiry shifts its focus  to provincial politics, away from the municipal scene &#8212; and it hasn&#8217;t been  pretty so far. A major witness this week explained how he gained influence in politics, and  ultimately won public construction contracts, by offering things like illegal  political donations and get-togethers with celebrities such as hockey stars. His testimony implicated politicians of different party stripes, and  different levels of government. <p><strong> When the PQ was in Opposition they yelled and screamed for this Commission as  the only way we would get to the truth.  But sometimes the whole truth hurts all political parties  and  they the PQ should rather still should shut up and let the Corruption Commission do it&#8217;s job.  The PQ  Government   falsely is clearly  trying to  intimidate the Commission to affect, silence the PQ negative  the outcome. For someone who criticized,  andd accused the Liberals of a lack of transparency and honesty Premier Marois and her  PQ certainly now haven&#8217;t led by a good example even.  If the PQ are so quick to bring out their  knives against only others  the same  Commission has much more digging to do here because there is something  PQ rotten definitely as well now being hidden. Now the PQ campaigned on a foundation of being the anti-corruption crew? Full  transparency is always desirable, then leave it to the courts to decipher, expose as  what truths  are in any of it. </strong></p>

<p><strong>Many persons now have grown  up listening to everyone saying all politicians are crooked.  Some even use to pass it off as a form of venting of the people against the government  but now it is not  it funny how its turning out to be undeniably true. </strong> <strong>It seems that the Canadian politicians are out of control and control, change is necessary to protect us from these people we are supposed to trust. Based on Many stories in the media over the last few years it seems like Canada Wide the politicians at every level think they are above the law. Now there clearly is a problem with our government systems, human nature that allows them to exploit a weak system and why many crooked politicians that will exploit and cover up within the current systems? It seems like even the muzzled Government auditors can&#8217;t get the job done until its too late. Apparently these people too do need some sort of independent mechanism in place to keep an eye on all of the politicians in real time.</strong></p>

<p><strong>A former mayor of Blainville, who now sits on CBC&#8217;s board of directors, has been named before Quebec&#8217;s corruption inquiry in connection with party funding allegations. Pierre Gingras served as mayor of Blainville for 12 years. In 2007, he was elected as Blainville MNA for the Action  émocratique du Québec. The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC), who also acts as counsel for the Consumers’ Association of Canada (CAC), Council of Senior Citizens’ Organization of British Columbia (COSCO), National Pensioners and Senior Citizens Federation (NPSCF) and Option consommateurs (OC) filed comments with the CRTC on Friday opposing the proposed acquisition of Astral Media Inc. by Bell Canada, a division of BCE Inc.  “Increased media concentration into the hands of few large vertically integrated telecommunications and media companies will not result in more competition in the market,” said John Lawford, PIAC executive director and general counsel, in a statement. “The loss of Astral in the marketplace does not deliver more competition for consumers. The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC), who also acts as counsel for the Consumers’ Association of Canada (CAC), Council of Senior Citizens’ Organization of British Columbia (COSCO), National Pensioners and Senior Citizens Federation (NPSCF) and Option consommateurs (OC) filed comments with the CRTC on Friday opposing the proposed acquisition of Astral Media Inc. by Bell Canada, a division of BCE Inc. The </strong><strong> consumer advocacy group is asking the CRTC to turn down the Bell-Astral merger for a second time, saying a bigger Bell won&#8217;t be better for competition or choice.    The advocacy group says the market already isn&#8217;t meeting consumers&#8217; expectations for choice, flexibility and affordability, and approving the deal doesn&#8217;t promise to make the situation any better. <a href="http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/story/2013/05/07/business-bell-astral-piac.html">http://www.cbc.ca/news/business/story/2013/05/07/business-bell-astral-piac.html</a></strong></p>

<p>Cogeco also still opposes revised Bell-Astral deal, saying it&#8217;s not good for consumers. &#8220;Canadian consumers of television entertainment can only expect rising costs for their viewing options on fixed and mobile platforms, more forced packaging of BCE services and less choice in the selection of services they actually wish to use,&#8221; the company said in a news release.</p>

<p><strong>One sided contracts are illegal  as any contract is illegal when it is either contrary to a statute or is contrary to public policy.   and all illegal contracts are not enforceable. Thus if you enter into an agreement with another person and you know or have reason to suspect the bargain has some taint of illegality or immorality merely don’t take the risk and exposit it to all. </strong></p>

These same mostly self serving firms and department, persons tend to disrespect even the federal and provincial laws, the consumer protection laws included as ai have found out myself many times now too. They all tend to firstly really not care about any of the customer’s personal abuses, hardships, losses, pains, concerns for almost all of these corporations solely care only about the firm’s own profitability, and their sole, bottom line for them is making more of the almighty buck not matter what the costs, even to the customers.  Still sadly almost all OF Canada’s telecommunications firms have a grossly one sided contract terms, definitions that mainly dictates out the rights of the firms only and not the customers rights, and this is grossly both illegal and immoral. In the rising flood, Telus was the only company among Canada’s big three that had a drop in complaints — 13 per cent. Bell chalked up a hike of 17 per cent and Rogers Communications complaints rose by a whopping 112 per cent. To promote competition and to prevent market abuse by the largest players there needs to be a mix of effective oversight, and regulation   to allow real competition in the marketplace to take hold with real price decreases now too</strong></p>

<p><strong>It is clear the rich do continually get richer by satisfying their immoral  greed by drastically creaming off profits, and not fulfilling their promised responsibility by investment in adequate Customers  services. It seems obvious in all retrospect that self regulation does not work where the main  motive is  monetary  profit.  Also these Profits do leave the country, that’s the problem! They tend rather to go off to tax havens and we don’t see their further benefits. The  past privatisation of any of our basic essential service  needs, such as telecommunication and also Medicare,  in order to provide  profits for a few was and is always  foolish, destructive approach.  We must not tolerate any further citizen suffering caused by selfish profits, and it is time to bring back all of the basic  utilities and essential services back into democratic control, and to renationalise them.  it’s time all of the essential services, water, energy, rail, airlines  and communications were all taken back into public ownership without any recompense to those who hold the shares. They have already taken more than enough in profits and dividends. </strong></p>

We’re now looking at a future where just three mobile telecom giants could control a monopoly of the Internet and phones services, holding back progress and innovation. <p><strong>The children of four missing women whose remains were found on serial killer Robert Pickton’s farm have launched legal action looking for compensation. The daughters and sons of Dianne Rock, Sarah de Vries, Cynthia Feliks and Yvonne Boen have filed separate lawsuits in B.C. Supreme Court, targeting the provincial government, the City of Vancouver, Robert Pickton and his brother Dave and their sister Linda.  The statements of claim alleges numerous failures on the part of Vancouver police, RCMP and Crown prosecutors, including that police didn’t warn women in the Downtown Eastside that a serial killer may have been targeting women in the area.The lawsuits, which contain unproven allegations, also complain about the way the Vancouver police and RCMP informed the women’s families about the Pickton connection, including Boen’s children, who found out through news reports. A public inquiry into the Pickton case found numerous failures by the police, and commissioner Wally Oppal recommended compensation for the women’s children and a “healing fund” for their families.  The Federal Conservative government itself is finally much too late is throwing its support behind the creation of a new committee on missing and murdered aboriginal women one day after the release of a scathing human-rights report documenting allegations of abuse and neglect by the RCMP. </strong><a href="http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/british-columbia/families-of-four-missing-women-file-lawsuit-against-pickton-police-government/article11831693/"><strong>http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/british-columbia/families-of-four-missing-women-file-lawsuit-against-pickton-police-government/article11831693</strong>/</a></p>

<p><strong>We are all rightfully upset and not just &#8220;frustrated&#8221; with seeing the bad Police officers in Canada who are charged criminally or under the Police Services Act pocket a paycheque, bad cops temporarily being suspended with pay and receiving $100,000 a year to sit at home as they drag out the process for years &#8212; at times into retirement and escaping punishment &#8212; </strong></p>
<p>Now this has been going on for decades, Canada wide and no one has done anything about it and why?</p>

Given Applebaum was a real estate agent and city councillor, many people are not accepting that statement at face value. </span></div>

The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. <div><strong><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:large;">Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? Who has complaints? Who has needless bruises? Who has bloodshot eyes? Those who linger over wine, who go to sample bowls of mixed wine. Do not gaze at wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly! In the end it bites like a snake and poisons like a viper. Your eyes will see strange sights and your mind imagine confusing things. You will be like one sleeping on the high seas, lying on top of the rigging. “They hit me,” you will say, “but I&#8217;m not hurt! They beat me, but I don’t feel it!  When will I wake up so I can find another drink?” (Prov. 23:29-35)</span></strong></div>

<p><strong>1. Canadians already do pay some of the highest cell phone fees and are forced into some of the worst contracts in the industrialized world.</strong><br />
<strong> 2. Our broken cell phone market limits our use of mobile Internet technologies, and with it our creativity and entrepreneurship. Providing more choice for Canadians is crucial to innovation, and the success of our economy.</strong><br />
<strong> 3. Canadians suffer from poor service because three big cell phone conglomerates control nearly 94% of the market</strong><br />
<strong> 4. To make matters even worse, Rogers has come up with a plan to block our access to the few affordable mobile services that do exist by obtaining scarce wireless spectrum assets. Who next?</strong><br />
<strong> 5. This will mean more control for Big Telecom and higher prices and less choice for you and your family.</strong><br />
<strong> 6. The Rogers plan breaks Industry Canada rules because it grants the Big Telecom conglomerate access to wireless spectrum assets that were specifically set aside for new, more affordable telecom options for Canadians.</strong><br />
<strong> 7. The Industry Minister, Christian Paradis, has the ability to enforce the government’s rules for cell phone service but so far he has falsely refused to do so.</strong><br />
<strong> 8. Tens of thousands of Canadians have already told Industry Minister Paradis to stop Big Telecom from killing affordability in Canada’s mobile Internet and cell phone market   </strong></p>
