The news media should stay with reporting the news, facts and not rather too often  trying to brain wash others, trying to enforce their hidden or unhidden agendas, or presenting their too often false, distorting, sensationalized presentations..  If any internet News media or Internet site goes overboard with their censorship too they can be sure the reader, users, the people will go elsewhere en masse and their site will suffer as a result..

These days people have million of choices where to go on the net these days.. and can post what they want there too.. These days it is not just the cops, crooks, Jews, Blacks. Muslims, Politicians, governments, Lieberals, or whoever that only has the right to speak and to be heard.. we all still do and anywhere too.

The protests have shared techniques of civil resistance in sustained campaigns involving strikes, demonstrations, marches and rallies, as well as the use of social media to organize, communicate, and raise the revolutionary campaign.

The fact that the the largest, most organized demonstrations have often occurred on a “day of rage”, usually the Muslim Friday after noon prayers indicates who is realy behind these uprisings. Amnesty International  the London-based rights group said it had uncovered evidence of torture and ill-treatment of thousands of people detained in recent months. Fifty-three people, apparent Gaddafi supporters, seem to have been executed at a hotel in Sirte last week. MONTREAL, Quebec — While the Quebec Ombudsman Saint-Germain aired out her criticisms of the provincial bureaucracy hypocritically for her own staff even are still a part of the overall problem, the bad staff who do even falsely cover-up for the bad Quebec’s public and civil servants as I have myself detailed, witnessed.

The Quebec Ombudsman HAD RIGHTFULLY now said that “welfare clerks have too much power to make unreasonable demands on recipients of social assistance and as a result, some have been put into extreme poverty”. It is a fact the same persons income next will even almost double if they reach their retirement, at the age of 65. Why is there such a large discrepancy? Quebec Social welfare recipients are clearly now being robbed by the Quebec Government..

The Quebec Ombudsman also HAD RIGHTFULLY noted that the Quebec government “takes too long to offer certain services, notably involving health care”. The Quebec government clearly only provides lip services to the much needed health care improvements. “There was promise of $150 million for the “aging at home” program but it still has not advanced much,” she said. This is a common unacceptable reality.

The Quebec Ombudsman also HAD RIGHTFULLY noted that “waiting times for rehabilitation services that are not under the umbrella of the SAAQ or the CSST, sometimes takes months or years.”

The Quebec Ombudsman Saint-Germain HAD RIGHTFULLY “expressed impatience with the lengthy delays required to inspect and certify private nursing homes. This can lead to instances of gross negligence of patients.” In reality many of the patients are being often abused as I have often witnessed and detailed.

In Quebec it is clear to many that DECADES OLD local political corruptions, realy bad civil and public servants are also falsely responsible for the delays, ineffectiveness still in getting things done, and why the cost to construct or repair roads in Quebec are the main reasons they are 30 percent higher over the province of Ontario.

Clearly the DISATISFACTION WITH THE PROVINCIAL LIBERALS ALSO IN QUEBEC, ONTARIO AND IN BC HAD HELPED BOTH THE CONSERVATIVES WHO WERE, ARE WILLING TO WIN AT ANY COSTS AND THE NDP

IT WAS ALSO NDP Jack Layton himself now also who had  HELPED TO destroy  the Bloc Québécois in Quebec AND WHO  by splitting the vote with Liberals in Ontario, had also allowed the Conservatives to slip up the middle and win more seats in Central Canada to NOW be able to form a Conservative Majority government. And it was the VOTE anything but the BQ or the Conservatives voters plus NDP Jack Layton directly who had helped to turn Gilles Duceppe into the now removed Progressive Conservative party and the now gone Kim Campbell of the devastated BQ. It was also the NDP Jack Layton himself now who had helped to  kick the federal  Liberals into third place -the Liberal party’s worst election result ever.

With 99 per cent of polls reporting, the New Conservatives thus had won a majority government with 167 seats, for the first time

followed by the NDP with 102 seats, the NDP is the new official oppostion party are also falsely known as the left leaning evil socialists,

and the Liberals with 34 seats Canada wide, a great wipe out suffered their biggest historic defeat,

and the useless Bloc Québécois with 4 seats, now became an almost a non existent  devastated political party but  also the CONSERVATIVES IN QUEBEC GOT STILL ONLY 6 SEATS while the Liberals only got only 7 seats in Quebec, compared to the NDP 58 seats in Quebec,

and the Green Party got only 1 seat in Canada.

 

Any Canadian federal party needs to capture 155 seats to win a majority in the Canadian House of Commons.

 

The clearly Christian Pretender and even a pretender Conservative Stephen Harper who acts basically as a Liberal even  finally getting a majority at any costs, by him clearly ven not keeping his past election  promises, by his pork barrreling, by hiring friends, by lying, bullying, and abusing many others  in the process still now, was and  is one the saddest day in Canada. The Conservatives who only now got 40 percent of the votes and so they  didn’t even get 60% of the vote is a reality as to how many Canadians  do still dislike them..

 

Too bad that so little of those Canadian people that voted for him do not even  know what potential  harm they have done again to their country and their own families. These sadly more money hungry, clearly monetary led  misled people of Canada are still just the ordinary sheep  who will vote for anyone who tells them the lies they want to hear, and promises them more wealth, and more personal economic prosperity and also thus still will vote for anyone that smells of oil wealth .. even regardless of the actuall unacceptable  horrors associated with less gun controls, or that do even now befall the wildlife in the Alberta tar sands, or the related water pollution that was  used to extract their oil an own poison. Of course the Conservative spin doctors will point you to other facts,  causes..

 

Even the NDP offical opposition party party might have some difficulties balancing its fresh contingent of MPs from Quebec, who ran also on a program of strong Quebec nationalism, with the NDP grassroots supporters outside of the province. The NDP leader Jack Layton’s  will now have to satisfy his Quebec suporters without also upsetting his past  support base as the party will have to become somewhat more significantly Quebec-centred,

 

The NDP will need to work also  on how  to deliver their promises related to the desires, hopes and aspirations of Quebecers and helping to improve Canada’s troubled medicare, Canada’s health-care system – and the still burgeoning costs that do go with it – is a  major concern. Now  after five years in office and with the increasing anxiety among a majority of Canadians about our health care, the Conservatives now still have not made a single major policy initiative in an effort to mend it, improve it.

The consumer abuses by   Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Telus etc. they all should be an election issue.. Majority of Canadians they just want  all pricing to be fair — and Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw and Videtron etc., so far have been anything but. Virgin is clearly a  bunch of crappy liars and are all incompetent, pretenders, for  talked to their phone support by phone 5 days and all they did was, do lie.. they instead of cancelling my phone insisted on trying to make more money by not cancelling it.  I was promised last week by Virgin on the phone i would get my updated balance statement and the refund for my cell phone overpayment,  as well in the mail immediately mail by next week and so far I got neither.. You Virgin do all lie when you say you care about the customer and that you will service them properly even..

   

   So I now again phoned Virgin and Virgin now says in contrast that it will take up to 90 days for me to get my money back.  Virgin is stealing my money by not giving it back to me… next Virgin again promises by next week to have all of this issue resolved. Hospital patients are often at least partially immobilized after they undergo a medical procedure. Even a relatively small operation like a minor knee surgery can leave a person bed-ridden for a short time. When a person cannot move around regularly, there is a chance that blood clots will develop in the large veins inside their arms and legs. Hamilton’s St. Joe’s Hospital  reports 12th C. diff-related death. Another patient with C. difficile at St. Joseph’s hospital has died, bringing the number of deaths during the current outbreak to 12. The total number of C. diff cases rose to 83 late last week — 51 cases in which the infection was acquired at the hospital and 32 who came in with it. The outbreak was declared on Nov. 1 after individual cases of C. diff were noted in October. C. diff is an infection causing severe diarrhea, nausea and painful cramping and can result in serious complications and death. Hospitals normally have about five C. diff cases per month. In 2008, Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital in Burlington had a large outbreak in which 91 infected patients died.  An outbreak would be declared if there are three hospital-acquired cases in one ward or one unit within seven days, At Hamilton Health Sciences, two of its hospitals, St. Peter’s and the General, have no C. diff cases, said spokesperson Agnes Bongers. Today the entire Old Covenant “laws” was to be casted out by the Christian but we must all still follow His new teachings that are valid in the New Covenant as per (Galatians 4:21-31). The New Covenant teachings of Jesus did not include Sabbath-keeping “laws”and many other “laws”of the now obsolete Torah. The only main portion of the Bible that you really need to read, to follow  is the New Testament because we are no longer under Old Testament covenant, law  –  essentially the   the New Testament replaces the basic requirements of the  Law and the Prophets of the Old Testament.  Believers should still embrace the whole Word of God but now they do not follow the non applicable old testament laws, rituals

Not just in Churches, amongst the police, politicians, civil and public servants, but I have never seem so many lying, mental people in one place like I have amongst the medical workers I have dealt with this year in  in Hospitals, convalescent, old age homes who really do delude themselves too often about their self importance and the positive role they are functioning in.  When a  professional cannot see what they are doing now is simply  so wrong they themselves do now need real professional help too.

 

The People who lie often, the  professionals now included, they tend to have severe personal,  mental disorders next cause one tends to eventually believe next ones lies as being the truth, and they can no no longer differentiate their own lies from reality, the truth.

  

Narcissistic, selfish, self centered  Mental Disorders too evident now even in many of the so called medical Professionals leads  these persons to  dwell in self-absorption, fantasy, illusion, where she or he has exaggerated claims to talents, importance, or specialness,  manifesting evidence  of a need for constant admiration from others,  a lack of empathy for all others, persistent in this too,  have rigid personality traits and coping styles, clearly  inflexible, do show a  hypersensitivity to any criticism , defeat or  negative realities thus they rather  are pathological in  denial by the their falsity, contrived replacement of the truths which they still must  face eventually .  These SEVERE PERSONALITY disorders are generally personally ongoing too leading to more impaired social and/or occupational functioning and can make it difficult to pinpoint a clear dividing line between their  pathology and their so called normality. Most of these people with their personality disorders may not perceive that there is anything wrong with their behavior and thus they are not motivated to change it. It is important to note that these  personality disorders are considered to have their onset in late adolescence or early adulthood and they alone are responsible for it too.  

 

Denial, it is very very common when many an individual, even amongst so called professionals, even in pastors now included,  are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they  often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as   ”you are crazy”.  “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.”  Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though.  Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.”    It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart. Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction  for persons now  facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. Denial too often can be  further disastrous upon themselves and others.. for denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption  of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. The concept of denial is particularly related to the denial of one’s addiction to alcohol for example, or to one slandering others, abusing them stealing, lying.. their denial or their  minimization of their own wrong doings is the  essential part of what enables them next to to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, that is   overwhelming.   “The American Heart Association cites denial as a principal reason that treatment of a heart attack is delayed. Because the symptoms are so varied, and often have other potential explanations, the opportunity exists for the patient to deny the emergency, often with fatal consequences. Types of Denial include now the Denial of fact: This form of denial is where someone avoids a fact by lying. This lying can take the form of an outright falsehood (commission), leaving out certain details in order to tailor a story (omission), This form of denial involves avoiding personal responsibility by blaming, minimizing or justifying.   Denial of responsibility:  Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others.  Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality.  Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated. Denial of denial:  This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional.. 

There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of denial. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

Enough is enough.  The self centered, despotic “Neighborhood Bully” Israel too often still cannot see it’s own faults, falsely tries to paint the  picture as everyone else rather being the aggressor, abuser, bully.  These shameful  approaches by this Bully Israel  who  has a clear  arrogance of all others personal rights falsely cannot tolerate any dissension,  anti-Israel protestors, possible loss of any domination power.  Israel falsely, too often sees the world as being itself all wrong.  Israel  and Israel’s systematic bullying  must be dealt with as one would deal with any other bully. The neighborhood bully Israel has almost already been driven out of every land it had. Israel seriously continually needs to overcome  being a Bully, needs to lose most of its drunken power swagger, and Israel needs now to  recover the  desperately needed  personal, real humanity and compassion. Serious negative repercussions need to be carried out on Israel. Or once again the Bully Israel must be taught a hard lesson and removed from it’s land as in the past.

Israel is entering another period of valid international condemnation. 

President Obama pushed Israel to stop settlement construction and signed a resolution calling for Israel to join the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.   Gaza now is one big concentration camp. And criticizing Israel’s policies and practices is not  the same as anti-Semitism. World hostility toward Israel is largely an expression of international exasperation that continued  conflict with the Palestinians  lasts so long. The Israeli President Shimon Peres says the Gaza blockade was put in place to protect the Jewish state from terrorism,  but  in reality it has caused the escalation of more terrorism, Israel’s bad policing have aggravated the Palestinian terrorism and not rather helped to reduce it. Israel’s aggressive policy, collective punishment   that  creates an inhumane situation by the the economic embargo over the last three years on the Gaza Strip has for sure not yielded the results the government expected, Jews have only one goal in mind, to kick out all Palestinians out.  Israel has increased in size 10 times.  And local officials on Tuesday even gave preliminary approval to a plan calling for the demolition of 22 Palestinian homes,   an echo of past  unacceptable Jewish development in East Jerusalem. in Silwan, the mayor wants to build an archaeological park and retail center over the site of 22 Arab homes.  Israel annexed East Jerusalem after the 1967 war, a move that was not even recognized internationally. Palestinians are predominate in the area and claim it as their future capital. They view efforts by Israel to increase the Jewish presence there as hostile acts that thwarts any possible Israel roads to peace.

It’s all merely dirty politics. Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s law-and-order Conservatives have no valid reason to kill off Canada’s rifle and shotgun registry,  machine gun and submachine gun (both classified as “long guns”), beyond pandering to their rural constituencies. Sadly the Harper government nudged forward a private member’s bill in the Commons last week that would kill the long gun registry and deprive police of a crime-fighting tool they find helpful. The Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police   strongly support the registry, and argue, rightly, that Canada’s 2 million gun owners “need to be accountable” for their 7 million firearms.  And guns that are duly registered to hunters, farmers and target shooters are also likelier to be disarmed, carefully stored under lock and key, kept out of criminals’ hands and not loaned out to unlicensed people. Opposition leaders claim their hands are tied. Sadly, they cannot stop their MPs from helping the Conservatives pass Bill C-391 today, which eliminates the need to register rifles and shotguns and requires that the records on more than 7 million guns be destroyed.Jack Layton says he must allow a free vote because it is a private member’s bill. Just a few short months ago, both he and Michael Ignatieff made impassioned speeches supporting gun control. But this is a private member’s bill in name only. The Conservative government is firmly behind it. The Conservative party is spending thousands of dollars on a media campaign targeting specific opposition MPs and bragging about it.Just weeks shy of the 20th anniversary of the Montreal massacre, the opposition will help Stephen Harper pass this bill. The parents of the Polytechnique victims called the registry a monument to the memory of their daughters killed that day. In spite of the problems with the implementation, the firearms registry is used 10,000 times a day. Canadians who fear their hard-earned tax money is disappearing down a black hole will no doubt be relieved to learn they are actually investing in government mismanagement on a grand scale.  Auditor general Sheila Fraser’s latest compendium of federal misdeeds calls into question the basic competence of a Conservative government already under fire over stimulus squander and the current flu-shot fiasco.  Surprising only to those awaking from a long coma, Fraser concluded that Stephen Harper’s government of big cardboard cheques is far better at making announcements than actually implementing them. Some of Fraser’s findings would be worthy of a comedic spoof were the consequences not so dire. The Department of Public Safety, for instance, is responsible for co-ordinating national responses to large-scale emergencies, disasters and other crises such as the current H1N1 flu pandemic.  Most ordinary Canadians probably believe that preparing and dealing with catastrophe is rather fundamental to the whole concept of government.  Apparently not.  Fraser found that while the public safety department has a “federal emergency response plan,” it never has actually been implemented. The department also has spent a fortune and many memos to co-ordinate police, firefighters, medical and ambulance crews in response to a major disaster.  Nothing concrete Years later, Fraser reports, they still don’t even have compatible walkie-talkies.  The auditor general says the public safety department has made progress in the areas of “strategy, framework and plan development.”  The only thing missing is “what concrete steps it would take to co-ordinate federal action in the event of an actual emergency of national significance.” Details. Details. Over the past three years, the Harper government has announced no end of measures to bring order to the chaos that is Canada’s immigration and refugee system.  Fraser notes, for instance, that the backlog of skilled workers waiting to get into the country could take up to 25 years to eliminate.  In response, the Conservatives introduced “sweeping changes” almost two years ago that promised to fast-track foreign skilled workers to meet specific needs of the labour market.  It all sounded good in the press release.  But as Fraser notes: “We saw little evidence that this shift is part of any clear strategy to best meet Canada’s labour needs.” The measures did manage to reduce the old queue of more than 600,000 skilled workers by 6% last year, mainly by rejecting new applicants or putting them in a different lineup. Canada Health Infoway is a federal agency that has spent $1.6 billion since 2001, leading the development of a national system of electronic health records. Fraser notes the agency has been fabulously successful at planning, consulting, developing mechanisms, standards and management systems galore. Unfulfilled promises  The only things missing are electronic medical records, still only available to a small fraction of sick Canadians. The Canadian International Development Agency will dole out more than $4 billion of taxpayers’ money in foreign aid this year, but Fraser reports finding no real plan to ensure the money goes where it will do the most good. The disciples of our Lord were called “Christians” first by the Gentiles of Antioch, because of the manner in which the disciples reminded them of Christ’s nature and teachings. I never thought I would hear myself say what I’m about to say, but the truth is, the term “Christian” today means anything but Christ-like. To many people today, “Christian” refers to some warmongering, mean-spirited, throw-anyone-to-the-wolves-who-crosses-them person, who then has the audacity to look down their nose in contempt against anyone who disagrees with them for even the smallest reason. And the word “church” has the stigma of being simply an enclave of warmongers to many people today. And that, my friends, is one reason so many people are so turned off with today’s Christianity. And I can’t say that I blame them. I’m turned off too! this blind support for illegal, immoral, unconstitutional war is anything but Christian. Five American missionaries flew into Ecuador’s Amazon jungle 38 years ago in a yellow Piper. A week later they were all dead, speared in an act of self defence by primitive Indians who believed they were cannibals. Hidden from modern civilization in the Amazon rain forest, the Waodani were caught in a generations-old culture of violence. Sixty percent of adult deaths were homicides All five victims were young. Nate Saint was 32; James Elliot of Portland, Ore., 28; Edward McCully of Milwaukee, 28; Peter Fleming of Seattle, 27, and Roger Youderian of Lansing, Mich., 31. Although the missionaries were armed, they chose to fire their guns into the air instead of shooting the Indians. It was an Ironic act of sacrifice because the event next marks an end to the Indians killing when one of the dead missionaries spouses next still went to minister to the same Indians. They here did not buy more guns to kill them now next too. Steve Saint when his mother told him of his father’s death, Saint recalled, “I couldn’t imagine there was any reason to go on living.” Elliot’s widow, Elisabeth Elliot, who wrote a book on the incident, and Saint’s sister, Rachel Saint, went to live with the Waodani along with an adopted Waodani girl. They won over suspicious tribes people by treating children for polio and other diseases.The missionaries taught them the Creator did not want them to spear, and that his son had died by the spear but had not speared back. In 1994, when Saint returned to Ecuador to help bury his Aunt Rachel, the Waodani insisted he and his family stay there to teach them the ways of modern life. He obliged.  Not surprising  Calgary has the highest rate of hate-motivated crime in the country, according to a new study released by Statistics Canada.. there racism does exist. And it’s a shame that it does. 

 

The other four cities were all in Ontario. Calgary is the most racist place in Canada, there is a lot to hate about Calgary I m not surprised. People in Calgary treat colored people like a 2nd class citizen. I don’t know about Ontario, but the conditions here are atrocious. Canadians have this misconception that they are tolerant people I can tell you about Calgarians, majority are racist. Everyone saying “I’ve been here for a million years and have seen no sign of any sort of hate crime!” must walk around with their eyes closed. I never thought so much racism, homophobia and just plain ANGER could exist. It’s really sad .This province has set a selfish pace.. our politicians are self-serving, they have little regard for the less fortunate, and they do little to enhance fairness. We’ve dug ourselves a hole, stuck on narrow-minded politics. It’s no surprise hate crime is up – we teach intolerance when our example is “every man for himself.” Search “The Calgary School” to see how this all spread to a national level – as intolerance is fueled and thrives, it will grow and spread.  This story does not surprise me in the least. As a Calgarian I was always amazed at how common blatant acts of racism, bigotry, and intolerance were – and even more amazed at how apathetic the average Calgarian was to these acts. It likely has a lot to do with Calgary’s past history and cultural non mixing population make up.. Mormons, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Evangelicals, Mennonites, Germans, Ukrainians.. Calgary’s history includes wild west rustlers.  Most people in Alberta are eastern arrivals for only the natives are the originals.. who mow still wrongfully often are despised too. Vey few Black  or Asian people – Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc.,  in the first place in Alberta as well.. Most people do not have main relatives, senior parents in Alberta.. and the only part of the town I found was friendly was Calgary NW… Most Calgarian churches are not mixed now as well.. segregated rather.. First RCMP post too. 1/4 of hate crimes in Canada  at least  are directed at Aboriginal people and Calgary is no exception here .. 

  

Alberta’s  political leaders and police themselves undeniably have to take the main blame too for racism, hate by their own bad examples.

That’s the solution in the long run — more money will not solve it,” Poilievre said.

New Democrat MP Olivia Chow (Trinity-Spadina) said: “I’m sure you will agree that this story raised real concerns about the conduct of the minister involved as well as the impartiality of the TPA’s board, management and staff.” Janet MacDonald, executive assistant to acting president Alan Paul, sent an invitation to the fundraiser on port authority email. MacDonald was formerly Raitt’s assistant at the agency. Registered lobbyist Michael Sweeney, vice-president industry affairs of the Cement Association of Canada, was also involved in helping organizing the event. His association lobbied the government eight times from March to August, including Raitt and Prime Minister Stephen Harper. “This is a severe breach of ethics by Minister Raitt,” Liberal MP Paul Szabo, chair of the parliamentary ethics committee also said .

 OTTAWA — The Conservative government now is flatly denying any involvement in a new Olympic apparel logo that bears an uncanny resemblance to the party’s own moniker. Liberal MP Hedy Fry had suggested Thursday that “crass politics” was behind the striking similarity to the governing party, calling it “embarrassing” in the House of Commons. “Canada’s Olympic Games belong to all Canadians.  Ontario’s Auditor General Jim McCarter will release a report next week on his investigation into the untendered contracts and expense abuses at eHealth Ontario.  At issue is a $30 million untendered contract given to IBM for a new computer system at eHealth Ontario that was approved by a   committee of the Liberal cabinet. Even the Ontario Liberals clearly do not want to see any cabinet ministers held accountable for breaking the rules. “The government was ready to turn a blind eye to some of these breaches of policies and procedures and they only say they’re sorry when they are found out and then the change the policies,” “They just don’t care about the use of taxpayers’ money.”

“The Alberta premier Stelmach is talking about fiscal restraint and telling others to tighten their belts, but it doesn’t apply to select people in his government. … How can you tell seniors to pay more for prescriptions, force Albertans to wait longer for health care and claw back money from school boards and allow these bonuses to be paid out? “The provincial government paid out nearly $44 million in controversial “achievement bonuses” earlier this year, with Alberta Justice, Service Alberta and Employment and Immigration leading the way. Justice handed out more than $6.7 million in bonuses to civil servants, a figure equal to roughly 1.2 per cent of its total expenses for 2008-9. Service Alberta was second, doling out $2.8 million in bonuses, followed by Employment and Immigration with $2.6 million. The provincial Executive Council gave out $1.4 million and the Treasury Board handed out $2.1 million –amounts equal to about five per cent of their total annual expenses. On average, departments gave out $1.9 million, equal to about 0.7 per cent of their total expenses for the year. Bonuses went to roughly 6,000 civil servants and ranged from zero to 30 per cent of each recipient’s salary. “Taxpayers must be astonished that in this difficult time the government still sees fit to continue with this lavish bonus program,” Liberal finance critic Hugh MacDonald. Alberta Justice spokesman David Dear said  “We are the second-largest department in government with over 3,000 people–the only one larger is the Solicitor General–and perhaps more importantly, a very large percentage of our staff are lawyers,  .” “It’s easy to understand the reaction that some people might have when they look at the number. It is worth noting (that) … every time a rapist is sent to jail, or a drunk driver is sent to prison is because of a lot of hard work by prosecutors and support staff,” he said. The department of the Solicitor General and Public Security gave out $2 million in bonuses, an amount equal to 0.1 per cent of its annual expenses. It is not the rapists, drunk drivers that mostly  fill the courts calendars, docks it is mostly the revenue generating traffic tickets..

EDMONTON – Senior executives of now-dismantled Alberta health boards collected excessive salaries, pensions and bonuses with little oversight, provincial auditor general Fred Dunn said in a report Friday. Thirty executives shared $18 million in severance,, the auditor’s report suggests widespread incompetence within Alberta’s Tory government. “This is another example of pork-barrelling, handing out payments and perks to friends of the Tories,” A former deputy minister who helped create Alberta Health Services, then ran part of it for nine months, walked away from the cash-strapped department with a $257,500 bonus as part of her severance package. The severance deal for Paddy Meade, whose position with Alberta Health Services ended after about nine months, included two years’ worth of salary (about $1 million), and a $257,500 bonus, the maximum amount possible in her contract. “Taxpayers should be outraged,”

Justice – Crooks, liars, thieves, abusers, slanderers, now I have often wondered how, even how some relatives of mine now too, had become so crooked.. some people say it is in the gene, sin is hereditary, everyone has got this gene.. but I am more convinced more than ever it is mainly a personal choice.. no one basically forced them to do something they basically did not want to do, and often their main motive was the love of money, trying to get rich at any costs.. and that is why we continue to see corruptions in the governments even by too many of the civil and public servants. All it takes for evil to prosper is for the good people to do nothing about it, to take an ostrich approach.

Starting rightfully first at the top public exposure and prosecution of the unrepentant guilty persons serves everyone best interest.. but also taking away the rewards received by the immoral acts, restitution included. But taking all the criminal proceeds and giving it to the police is mainly another gross act of immorality too.

 

A relative of mine did not start to be a big criminal, he started small by lying, stealing on his expense account. This seems to be the starting point of of many of our civil and public servants now as well and is a real good reasons why the expense accounts need to be monitored as well.. he next went on to major tax evasion now as well, handing out bribes, unfair and restrictive trade business practices too,  and went next into much more corruptions too, lies, abuses, cover-ups..

Former N.S. bishop charged with possession of child porn.  Raymond Lahey, the former bishop of the diocese of Antigonish, is known as the man who oversaw a $15-million settlement with people who said they had been sexually abused by priests in the diocese dating back to 1950. He was arrested at the Ottawa Airport last week after members of the Canada Border Services Agency performed a random check of his laptop computer. Lahey has been charged with distributing and selling child pornography.  On Saturday, Lahey, 69, announced his resignation as bishop of the Antigonish diocese. He is barred from Internet cafés or anywhere that Internet services can be obtained for a fee or free of charge.Lahey is prohibited from using or possessing a web cam or external hard drive, and may not use any online chat lines, including MSN and Twitter, or file transferring services and e-mail. He cannot possess any software that would allow data to be hidden or erased, or any items that can store digital media, such as thumb drives.Lahey was ordered not to attend any public park, library or place that may be frequented by people under age 18. Former customs agent found guilty of taking bribes from drug smugglers Wed Sep 30, MONTREAL – A former customs agent at Montreal’s Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport has been found guilty of taking bribes from a drug-smuggling ring.

 

Workplace Safety and Insurance Board spent tax dollars in a lavish style. WSIB chair Steven Mahoney alleged to have billed $140,000 in expenses . “The position of WSIB chair is supposed to be a part-time position with a per diem of $550 per day,”  “Mahoney has somehow managed to bill the taxpayer for $141,328.79 in 2008. Based on the WSIB per diem — this means that the ‘part-time’ WSIB chair collected 257 per diems — more per diems, in fact, than there are working days in the year.” ”another example of the rot in the [Premier Dalton] McGuinty [Liberal] government.” ”[He filed expenses for ] Meals where he had no meetings, and travel to China, Australia, Hong Kong and elsewhere. He travelled so much, he got lost in Myrtle Beach, where he billed four days for one day of meetings, and then expensed a GPS system,”  This is disgusting.   Another day, another political scandal. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty still serves as a rightful deterrent example to all and is still one of the best approaches on how to deal with the evil persons. Even the Bible records openly the unrepentant sins of many persons and their real  negative consequences.

Let’s simply just agree the whole system is often corrupt, eh?

 

We need better Policing and “Tougher penalties for sure!” You will get a longer jail sentence for robbing a convenience store of $50 than fleecing consumers,  investors for millions (billions) or stealing any of the tax payer’s money.    Put all of the criminals in jail, and their bad supervisors now too,  where they belong, and always do  take way from them all that they have stolen now as well..  Restitution of all items stolen should be in the criminal sentencing now as well..  Until people start getting fired and criminal charges are laid, the bad acts of theirs will continue. And do amend the criminal code to include a mandatory 5 year minimum jail sentence and a fine not less than 10 times the money involved, for breach of public trust. This amendment would cover all forms of corruption from conflict of interest to false accounting. By the time the first dozen or so of these crooks have been banged up – the rest won’t find a bad public office so attractive once they know they can’t abuse,  fleece the citizens, consumers, taxpayer.

Toronto teacher faces child-sex charges CBC.ca -  A Grade 10 teacher at Toronto’s Jarvis Collegiate high school has been charged with trying to allegedly  initiate sexual contact with two teenaged boys. David Dewees, 32, was arrested and charged Thursday with two counts of invitation to sexual touching, as well as two counts of luring, Toronto police said. Dewees is accused of making “inappropriate contact” with the boys online. Dewees is alleged to have committed those offences at the Ontario Pioneer Camp in Port Sydney, Ont., between July 2008 and July 2009. He’s been a volunteer counsellor at the Christian camp since 1997. David Dewees  the high school teacher and former day camp counsellor charged with sexual offences involving boys under 16 killed himself at High Park subway station next. Toronto Police sources confirmed Jarvis Collegiate teacher David Dewees apparently lay down on the tracks as a Metro train approached around 8 a.m. as horrified witnesses watched.

While  most people do not practice morality but they still do think it is important values to have in our leaders now too..
 
A brother of mine had written to me some interesting comments about the need to deal with hireling type preachers and it should include their restitutions as well.. Would be nice if everyone practiced it now too. The persons emphasizing restitution too.
 
Funny some people claim they are God inspired when they continually do point out the sins of other pastors, but when I also next do  point out their own unacceptable, unrepentant of sins, hypocrisy they next often falsely say I myself am merely being bitter.. how doubled standard they personally now are as well.  Now to me what I hear from them it is still often just mere hypocrisy, coming from them.  I would be lying to you if I thought they now were actually honest and believable, for the last many decades now too sadly.. Really sorry too  but in sincerity for me now sadly still  I do not believe most of what they do  say is even being done in real truth, in real Christian love,  not even about the need of Christian restitution.. ..Rather sadly these critics or rather bashers, I have also often seen firsthand how some of these critics have lied to me, others, to themselves, and distorted the truths for  hidden personal agendas, hopeful  personal gains.. I also have seen  how they do  bully, abuse others, lie about them too, me included, to me they just always wanted to become someone important, to make themselves   more  important over others,  they are still the  false slave driver, and they are not important at all.. To me they are still the kettle calling the pot black.. and for me anyone it seems even you can be a so called Christian critic too these days and even claim to be God inspired, a prophet of the Lord too. For they often for sure are not Christians.. they are still trying to serve self and God at the same time..  it cannot be done. I measure how genuine they firstly are in the real evidence of their love too..
