No doubt about it.. the RCMP is a big joke, laughing stock

rcmp_logo_e

INADEQUACIES, AND UNPROSECUTED BAD CRIMMINALS ABOUND  CAUSE CLEARLY OUR BAD LEADERS, ADMINSTRATORS THEY DO NOT WANT TO PROSECUTE THEIR BAD ASSOCIATES CAUSE EVEN THEY LIKLEY WOULD HAVE TO PROECUTE THEMSLVES CAUSE THEY ARE EQUALLY BAD.. Undeniably the governments have failed to look after their own subordinates, our civil and public servants,  and to look adequately after all of us in Canada. unacceptable. There was the Ongoing Montreal Corruptions while the Police , RCMP and the Federal, Quebec Governments did nothing about it.. Exemplary Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves very ones best interest… too often still missing in the PROFESSIONAL BODIES, EVEN IN THE RCMP, police   forces, churches, ALL GOVERNMENTS  as well it seems too.
http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/11/04/cnadian-governments-ignorance/

Imagine this you a proven liar, criminal can steal over one hundred thousand dollars, and as long as the amount likley equals the cost of keeping you in jail if you are a politician  you can rather be freed. and not do your time. Now what kind of exemplary punishment is this, note this the law  and order Conservatives -Liberals, and so the police, civil servants do, will get equally special treatment over the ordinary citizens, criminals. No restitution of stolen funds was included here too? Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

IT seems all the RCMP Canada wide can do is to collect revenue generating traffic tickets as it fails to catch the real criminals mostly still too.. why is that? It undeniably has really bad mangers still..

The PRETENTIOUS TOO OFTEN Police really cannot CATCH  the crimminals so they go after the car speeders instead..

http://postedat.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/the-police-cannot-get-the-crimminals/

A Hundred years too late the  Assistant RCMP Commissioner Michaud said that the new National Division will provide “more focus” to the RCMP’s investigations into allegations of corruption or fraud, such as the Senate spending scandal. But when any of this may happen next only God knows, the cost ineffective, mismanaged RCMP is still mostly useless even here. The RCMP is doing the same thin the citizens are doing they are looking into Senate expenses scandal, but no real criminal investigation yet. Assistant Commissioner Gilles Michaud said the police force is still engaged in a document review and meeting potential witnesses. Asked if a formal investigation has started, he said: “No” He also had refused to speculate on the time that it will take to come to a conclusion on the matter in terms of launching a probe or closing the file. His guess is a good as mine if history repeats itself.. never..
http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/rcmp-looking-into-senate-expenses-scandal-but-no-investigation-yet/article12306612/

Look the RCMP even had known   for years specifics details by wire tapping about the Corruption in the Quebec city halls and they next still did nothing good about it..
http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/?s=rcmp

Sadly and wrongfully RCMP itself has still  overlooks the bad behaviour of the RCMP in many instances even since 2007 including the new Commissioner Elliot, for example during the entire Dzeikanski taser killing probe for Elliot, like the rest of the RCMP continued to deny everything until they undeniably were backed into a corner. It would seem the RCMP and Ellliot contributed to further cover-ups and did not humbly accept shortcoming or being accountable. Perversely the RCMP AND ELLIOT saw what was recorded on video and proof that was documented in the opposite way that  most of the entire rather honest Canadian population saw ! Yes  the   RCMP again  have lost much more respect over the past two years as well as embarrassing Canada again world-wide.
http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/20/canadas-police-forces/

Decades and decades later the police are still  even covering up for their own again and again but the police are not the only bad professionals who do this these days as well, so do the Hospitals, doctors, nurses, civil and public servants, governments…
http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/10/12/rcmp-warned/

Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retraining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year ..
http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/07/18/we-all-do-know-it-is-merely-the-tip-of-a-large-iceberg/

Hypocritical Police and Conservatives want more policing over the Canadian citizens, the same persons who wrongfully firstly do not want to give us a detailed list, copy of all of their own expense accounts  and do note that too. Let the police rightfully start with the rightful better policing of themselves  and next deal  first with  our too often stealing, crooked, lying politicians, civil and public servants who also do steal  and now first also go after all the alcoholics who abuse their spouses, drive impaired … the cops included..  deal first with all all of  of   the persons who abuse any seniors.. and we now do need more cops rather in the hospitals arresting also all of  the bad Health Ministers, bad  doctors and bad nurses who fail to provide adequate medical aid to seniors, others etc.  While a few hundred persons die from car accidents Meanwhile thousands of persons die from medical errors, hospital acquired sicknesses but no  police give the medical personnel any tickets ehh

Now  this year, the City of Montreal revealed, through an access to information request, that the student protests had cost the city more than $11.6 million in overtime just in the Month  of Aug. All this wasted expenditure  while major rampant corruption was being carried out next to the Justice center, police station all  unstopped and unchecked, the foxes in the Montreal City Hall were continuing to steal money from the taxpayers and City Hall executives, personnel falsely went along with it?

http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2012/10/05/the-quebec-liberals-and-city-of-montreal-now-had-the-police-looking-in-the-wrong-place-too/

It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

Time for us all to fight to lower police costs Canada wide, RCMP included

police-start
.
It is an undeniable fact that the New Conservatives had said elect us and we will next show you an honest government, accountable, transparent as well but as we all tend to know next that was a big lie now too.. They clearly are not part of the  solutions to the much too many corruptions ongoing in Canada but clearly rather a part of the problem in that they and the RCMP for sure have failed to properly address the much too many  corruptions..
http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2013/03/08/most-politicians-civil-and-public-servants-think-the-rules-dont-apply-to-them/
.
Yes, we all can easily know that corruption has even plagued Quebec ( not just Ontario too)  at multi levels in City Halls. Hospitals, etc., from the top down to the bottom and for a very long time over 50 years.. Obviously nothing has changed.. because the watchdogs did nothing good about it.. the police, RCMP included also were, are themselves as bad as ever here.. the fiascos go on and on.. Money generating Speeding and parking tickets were their main Police occupations it seems.   It is sad that Job preservation was too often the false reason why most of the ostrich  employees also had went along with the vast corruptions instead of opposing it.. all it took for evil to triumph was for the good people to do nothing about it.

” Turns out that every aspect of Quebec public service is completely corrupt. Unfortunately, it is not just the city of Montreal that needs more investigation, it is:

- the SQ for giving themselves illegal bonuses and shutting down investigations that touch the “gouvernement national”.

- The MUC police force, and their contracts between Yvan Delorme and BCIA

- Union Montreal. It appears that at their fundraisers, they sometimes keep part or all of the money.

- We can look forward to “the corruption float” this Sunday which will be led by Montreal’s new mayor mayor Michael “I swear I am not under investigation” Applebaum.

PS: Merci to the SQ for tipping off the mayor about current UPAQ investigations.  Obviously nothing has changed..”

.
“Spending on policing has increased steadily while the volume and severity of reported crime have both been on the decline” even or has the police falsely rather discouraged the reporting of the crimes firstly?
.
Two police officers have been judged to be in breach of 4 code of ethics clearly  criminal charges. Why were their names not released?  and what if  when the same  police officers punch  someone it an ethics violation but if a citizen does  do the same, its an Assault conviction with a criminal record?

OTTAWA — A new report by a respected international human rights watchdog has accused RCMP officers of abusing aboriginal women and girls in northern British Columbia.
http://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/scathing-report-accuses-b-c-mounties-of-raping-abusing-aboriginal-girls-1.1154727

Human rights group says RCMP, native relationship ‘dysfunctional’ -A number of women interviewed by Human Rights Watch researchers alleged that RCMP officers used excessive force in arresting them, mistreated them while they were in custody and, in some cases, physically or sexually assaulted them. Many of the aboriginal women he spoke with did not trust police and felt little confidence that any complaints would be addressed. He said he was surprised to find that the fear of police expressed by some of the women was comparable with what he has seen in post-conflict situations in countries such as Iraq and Libya.

RCMP has a bullying problem, watchdog says. Commission chairman Ian McPhail said about 90 per cent of the complaints involved bullying. Only four per cent of the complaints dealt with sexual harassment, A national police force where abuse of authority is possibly a systemic problem means a really bad Police force!  and  the simple perception of a continual pattern of poor treatment of employees is enough to rattle all public confidence in   RCMP and severely already tarnished the force’s reputation. Instead of them all talking about the problems, do something How about some real solutions to problems within the RCMP?  Real Accountability instead of cover-ups and transfers, real punishments now too, Punishments that fit the crime  plus no more two or three year plus investigations into wrong-doing.  about the RCMP.

.
The Public Safety Minister Mr. Vic Toews gave a speech the last month in which he questioned the spiralling costs of policing. Most policemen and their managers  are still really cost ineffective It is really Time to fight to lower police costs Canada wide, the RCMP included even by an clearly, enforced effective cost control framework ensures that no one rewards themselves at public expense,  that  ensures that the public is getting the most for its money, ensures  that all expense and travel claims are appropriate and handled with a high level of transparency and accountability.  And here too an example needs to be made of all those who abuse the expense account or sign off on illegitimate expenses by even make such acts criminal plus having the guilty individual return the stolen money. Thousands or millions of dollars abused are an enormous amount of money, and to not have adequate, stringent cost controls in place by now  is an unacceptable  failure of any  leadership on all the part of the governments , ministers, mayors, administrators .
.
By the way the people who make false expense statements are also guilty now of tax evasion
Follow the money trail, the oldest rule of good journalism and why is that so? as the love of money is the root of ell evil still..  He or she who cannot be trusted to handle money cannot be trusted to handle anything else now too.People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.
.
Now “it’s true that police costs in general, and police salaries in particular, are out of control. Total spending on police services nationally has doubled since 1997, reaching $12-billion. While the average Canadian income has grown by 11 per cent over the past decade, the average police salary has grown by 40 per cent. Policing is doing to municipal budgets what health care is doing to provincial budgets: threatening to consume them.” Both need better cost control management too..

The cost of policing cannot continue to rise indefinitely in Canada, or cities will end up bankrupt. Pools, camps, parks and libraries will have to close. Police in England and several U.S. cities have already undertaken drastic and innovative reforms to transform the delivery of law enforcement for a modern era  This has not yet happened in Canada. But there is no time to waste.

Its time to ban and disband the RCMP and replace them with a real Police force,

Quebec shale-gas opponents have come under RCMP police surveillance..  SO MUCH FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
http://www.montrealgazette.com/technology/Quebec+shale+opponents+have+come+under+police+surveillance/7818434/story.html …

you cannot trust me

“Its time to ban  and  disband the RCMP and replace them with a professional policing force, accountable to the same laws as every other Canadian, and accountable to their communities. Its clear, and we get reminded almost every day, that the RCMP has no clue about what professional policing is, what accountablity to the law is, and what accountablity to the communities they serve in, is. Get rid of them, do it now, and make sure that no one what has ever worked for the RCMP be allowed to ever work in a law enforcement related job, or with vulnerable groups.:”

” I’m of the opinion these guys in the RCMP  management, GOVERNMENTS,  are still living more or less in the unrealistic past and they still have no concept how to modernize the force.  They cand do l order studies to be done but then disregard the valid suggestions made.  They’ll hop on any new trend of the day ie: hire university graduates at elevated pay (a bust years ago), reduce the physical requirements, adopt overtime (which blows their budget out the window and reduces policing due to cost) hire women who are not suitable for policing to fill their quotas, hire special classes of people and then try to pound these people into their own RCMP police mould that still just doesn’t work. And they wonder why they are having problems.  Once upon a time they used to hire people who wanted to serve and protect … or … maintiens le droit … now they hire anyone who will meet their government imposed quotas to be representative of a   cross secton of the population … but not any good police men  … and women … God save us from them all now.. …

THE FACT THAT no one within the RCMP had a comprehensive list of all of the Mounties who’d been disciplined, became undeniably  after CBC News asked for basic data between 2005 and 2008 that included offences and findings by internal adjudications boards. The CBC News submitted the request in November 2008. It was delivered four years later in November 2012. An officer who handled the file offered an embarrassed apology, and explained the delay was due to the list having to be created from scratch. The head of the RCMP admitted that Canada’s national police force neglected to keep tabs on hundreds of cases of serious misconduct committed by Mounties across the country for years. Commissioner Bob Paulson acknowledged that an access to information request by CBC News inadvertently revealed that not even senior leaders in the RCMP could say with confidence whether incidents of misconduct that include assaults, impaired driving and fraud were a problem in the force. A rare criminal libel investigation was launched by the RCMP against a New Westminster resident this summer relate to alleged defamatory statements made online against a clearly bad, immoral RCMP officer mired in a scandal over sexually explicit photos and other wrong doings. The B.C. Civil Liberties Association,   together with media outlets is rightfully questioning why a criminal investigation was needed when defamation issues are normally handled through civil channels. Kinda of excess.. police brutality rather..

.

Have you also not noticed that the bad cops and bad politicians they tend to behave like those world wide terrorists who abuse and deny others their right of Free speech, like the Jews in Israel and the Muslims, the fundamentalists, cause they are all alike, demonic..

.

No one is above the law.. starting with the cops now too… they too are too often lazy, buck passers even..  and their self regulation is still mostly masturbation only.. I have yet to see one of my complaints about bad cops properly dealt with by anyone now too..

.

The mostly self serving, money hungry police forces in Canada, for they are not serving the public’s best interest for sure , the politcal watchdogs rather, they have  seem to often to have hired thugs, alcoholics, incompetents, even for their managers and so they too often tend to do a real bad job, even  in my experiences as well, and also yes  they realy are also too often cost ineffective as well as we saw in their operation of the gun registry even, and they are too often discriminatory, even racists, and if you make such negative remarks openly to them the police will tend next to try to intimidate you by trying to force you to shut up, or threatening to close your mouth for you, or threatening to lay a criminal charge against you, or by the unlawful use of their authority. I know this firsthand for they had visited my home least 6 times in objection to my public computer posts, they do not have to visit my home as all I write about them is openly found in federal and provincial cabinet minster’s offices, on the net, and in the Canadian news media departments.. and when they first do say they want to talk to me I openly do tell them I will insist that the news media be present at any and all such discussions, and they readily leave me alone. Yes I am no fan of even one abusive cop and I do not accept any of their abuses rightfully quietly.

.

In regard to the   mostly self serving, money hungry police forces in Canada, this is not an isolated fact.. the police are very materialistic in my own direct conversation with them now too.. and seek often means to get rich, legal or otherwise..  and we hear many examples of this on the news.. The “Niagara Regional Police are investigating a few of their own officers for smuggling cheese into Canada.. The alleged scam involves jamming cases of “brick” cheese — used as a common pizza topping — into their vehicles to smuggle across the border. With U.S. cheese being as little as a third the price it is in Canada, drivers are making $1,000 to $2,000 a trip, according to numerous sources…  Canada Border Services Agency officials say anyone — officer or civilian — caught smuggling large shipments of cheese into Canada would be in violation of the Customs Act for failing to declare, and pay duties on, the controlled goods…   As well, CBSA says it would be a violation for failing to have proper permits and licences from both the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade… The accused officers either face police act charges (internal discipline) for either discreditable conduct or neglect of duty or Criminal Code charges of breach of trust if any were found to have intentionally plotted to avoid customs and duties ….   charges are expected soon against a few officers who are alleged to have been involved in the movement of caseloads of cheese from the U.S. to sell to Canadian pizzerias and restaurants…  The cheese-smuggling investigation stems from information gathered from a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) arrest in April of Niagara Regional Police Service Const. Geoffrey Purdie in Buffalo on charges of conspiracy to smuggle more than half a million dollars in anabolic steroids and other drugs into Canada. Jeff McGuire, Niagara’s new police chief, has  only confirmed the suspension of Const. Purdie due to allegations of drug smuggling. “He’s been suspended with pay, and our professional standards [group] … are conducting an investigation … but we first have to allow the American investigation to continue and be completed,” McGuire also confirmed the suspension of an officer from Purdie’s Fort Erie detachment following Purdie’s arrest, but he would not discuss why.

A southern Ontario police force has charged one current and one former officer in a “large-scale” scheme to smuggle cheese and other food items into Canada. Niagara Regional Police say cases of cheese and other foods were purchased in the U.S. and smuggled into Canada, without declaring the items or paying duty. The items were then prepared for distribution to restaurants in southern Ontario. Police say the investigation revealed over $200,000 worth of cheese and other products were purchased and distributed for an estimated profit of more than $165,000. Niagara police Const. Scott Heron, 39, faces charges that include conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, false or deceptive statements, and acquiring or disposing of illegally imported goods.Police say Casey Langelaan, 48, who was a police officer at the time of the alleged offences, faces counts that include conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, and various Customs Act charges including smuggling.A third man, Bernie Pollino, 44, faces similar charges to Heron and Langelaan. All three suspects are from Fort Erie, Ont. Niagara chief Jeffrey McGuire suspended Heron and Langelaan from duty on July 26 in accordance with the Police Services Act.

” ‘There are still good RCMP officers around”? You are kidding right, Not in the RCMP-or haven’t you noticed the killings, the assaults, the extortions, and the sexual misconducts? We need to replace this criminal gang posing as police officers with honest, professional, accountable to the law, and to the communities they work in, police.”

“ how about the Police Officers that find themselves on the wrong side of the law be asked …”What did you think would happen when you broke the law?” and pay for your own defense attorney….how about accountability? how about being held to a higher standard? how about doing your friggin job? Remember the oath to uphold the laws of this country? Pay for it themselves…period “

“if the average Canadian has to pay for his / her legal defense whether they are guilty or not so should the RCMP. they are not above the law and if they are charged with an offense they should have to be out of pocket for any costs and not the taxpayer because they make a better than average wage. i don’t know any employer who would step up and say “i understand you have been charged with assault, how about the company pays for all of your legal fees and we get you a nice easy desk job at the same rate of pay until it’s over?”. not likely and an every day guy would be out the door.”

“If those RCMP had to pay their own legal costs they would become much more accountable. Why should the public defend criminals and thugs because they carry a gun ????”

“They do the crime and we pay there dime. How the hell did Canadian law come up with that deal for any cop of any branch.”

“ My,my. The RCMP officers court cases are paid for by the government, which in turn you are saying the Canadian tax payer is paying for the defense of officers being charged with criminal offences. I think I spent my life in the wrong profession. What else is being paid for? “

“ I was recently in court filing a 810 application against the RCMP which by they way has many many road blocks. I spoke for an hour about activities unbecoming a police officer. The Judge ruled I did not show enough fear. hmmm” Their Respect has to be earned firstly.

“ The RCMP have conducted themselves as a gang for a long time now. We need to replace the RCMP with honest, professional, accountable to the law, and to the community they work in, police officers. We also need to make sure that no one who has ever worked for the RCMP can ever work again in anything related to law enforcement, or with vulnerable populations. We just can’t these RCMP officers infecting Canada’s good police departments. The sooner we disband and replace them, the better for everyone.”

All “Just another H U G E reason that those useless, overpaid killers should be disbanded.”

“Tax dollars should not fund any who find themselves on the ‘other end’ of the justice system if they can afford a lawyer. Legal aid should be there for those in need though.”

“The RCMP needs to be shut down permanently now. The RCMP is a danger to the public. The disgraceful, disgusting RCMP are not going to stop abusing members of the general public until they are stopped. This poor individual was fully restrained with a whole bunch of thugs (the revolting RCMP) ganging up on the helpless victim. This morally reprehensible behaviour is the mark of vicious cowards. As for their (the RCMP’s) so called explanation: what a lie! To make matters even worse the abuse victim can’t even hear properly.  This is just another shining moment for the vile, evil RCMP. Using the avenues available under the law get rid of the terrible RCMP and make sure no one who has ever worked for this horrible organization of police officers is allowed to work in policing again.”

Now throughout the province of Ontario, there were 95 pedestrians killed in 2010, a non existent amount compared to how many persons were actually killed or hurt by drunk drivers, so the police and the judge wants the whole province to slow down while driving, and what they also next likley will want to ban all vehicles on the road too ? all without still dealing more effectively, seriously  with the much too many  drunk and impaired drivers, who cause most of the traffic accidents, and  and fail still to deal with the much too many even cops who drive home drunk from the police taverns or the ones who are tigger happy.

High-profile Mountie suing The RCMP, alleging years of “persistent and ongoing” sexual harassment and bullying”.

CBC News REPORTS THAT  the high-profile Mountie who first spoke out against sexual harassment in the national police force is suing her employer, alleging years of “persistent and ongoing” sexual harassment and bullying.

In a notice of claim obtained by CBC News Wednesday, Cpl. Catherine Galliford alleges she was sexually assaulted, harassed and bullied during her 16 years on the force.

The notice names Canada’s attorney general, B.C.’s justice minister, four Mounties, an RCMP doctor and a Vancouver police officer.

Galliford was the face of the B.C. RCMP for years, revealing charges had been laid in the Air India bombing and announcing the arrest of serial killer Robert William Pickton.

According to the 26-page statement, the abuse began before Galliford was sworn in as an RCMP member. She alleges then RCMP Insp. Mike Bergerman groped and tried to kiss her in 1991 when she was at the RCMP’s training academy.

Join the RCMP and have sex in a government supplied police car too

Mountie who had police-car sex with her superior shouldn’t lose her job; Her boss and his superiors rather should

VANCOUVER – An RCMP officer who had an on-going affair with her boss — including having sex in a police car —shouldn’t lose her job while her superior simply loses 10 days pay, her lawyer told an RCMP panel. Larry McGonigal told the panel Wednesday it would be inappropriate and disconcerting for Const. Susan Gastaldo to be fired after the panel found her guilty of disgraceful conduct. Her superior officer, Staff Sgt. Travis Pearson, has already been reprimanded and docked 10 days pay by the same panel after admitting to the affair and using a Blackberry to exchange suggestive emails.

So who realy protects the Canadian citizens from the too often bad cops, bad RCMP

Not only is there rarely any justice when it comes to holding the much too many  bad cops to accountiablity but if there is any it takes years to do so.. and then not much good  tends to happen

.

Vancouver police are caught in an embarrassing situation in which they’re accused of beating up a man who they thought was a bank robber. Not only was he not the right guy — it turned out no bank had been robbed. Manjit Singh says he had just taken his garbage out the curb of his home near Joyce Street and Kingsway when a police approached him. “He pushed me on the fence,” said Singh, 51. “He said, ‘RCMP, RCMP.’” Other officers then swarmed him and started beating him up, Singh said. “One guy put the knee on my neck, one guy put the knee on my legs,” “They start kicking me … powerful kicks. Left, right, left, right.”

The case appears to be similar to an incident in 2010 when South Vancouver resident Yao Wei Wu was pulled out of his home and roughed up by two plainclothes officers who mistook him for another man who had allegedly assaulted his wife.

“I need justice now,” said Singh, who suffered cuts, bruises and apparent trauma. “Why they attack on one innocent guy?

RCMP Officers perjury trial timeline frustrates justice and mother

.4 years have passed and another 2 or more to go.. for real justice here..

The mother of Robert Dziekanski says delays in prosecuting the RCMP police officers involved in her son’s death are prolonging her suffering. The Polish man trying to visit his Mom  died after four Mounties used a Taser stun gun to subdue him at Vancouver International Airport in October 2007. Last year, a public inquiry found much of the RCMP  officers’ testimony wasn’t credible, but it will be up to two more years before the four stand trial for perjury. RCMP Constables Bill Bentley, Kwesi Millington and Gerry Rundel, and Cpl. Benjamin (Monty) Robinson are facing the charges regarding their testimony during the inquiry. Thomas Braidwood, the retired judge who headed the inquiry, described some of the Mounties’ testimony as shameful and said they had made “deliberate misrepresentations for the purpose of justifying their action.” That was 2010. It took another year for a special prosecutor to lay perjury charges. Only last week were trial dates confirmed for all four RCMP officers. Mother says 2-year wait ‘is too long’ Each will be tried separately, the first next October, the last a year later, in 2013. Two years is too long to wait. I have to do something again,” Dziekanski’s mother, Zofia Cisowski, told CBC News. Cisowski also said she has had no peace since her son’s fatal confrontation with the RCMP. David Eby, executive director of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, said the delay doesn’t serve anyone’s interest.

The RCMP punishement was absurd again

.

RCMP officer docked pay after assault on prisoners National Post  OTTAWA – A Mountie whose blog was shut down by the national police force earlier this year for calling aspiring models “second-class, working whores” and “skanks” has been docked 10 days pay after admitting to assaulting two inmates in a cell block. It’s not the first time Kropielniski lost his cool on an accused in the cellblock.

The punishement was absurd.. he should be fired from his job as well as all of his poor superiors.. a repeat offender

OTTAWA—The RCMP has about 30,000 employees, AND  the problems are related to leadership. The RCMP says it has received more than 1,000 harassment complaints across the force in the past six years and, as of late November, 65 of those complaints remained “under review.”The RCMP is now scrambling to pull together relevant numbers for an independent review that the federal Conservatives requested be led by the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP.

RCMP management and officers do continue to stink bad

A former RCMP officer who claims to have faced racism and bullying in the police force says she was not the only aboriginal Mountie to have experienced discrimination.Marge Hudson, who was Manitoba’s first female aboriginal RCMP officer when she joined the force in 1979, says she quit in 2009 as a result of years of harassment, bullying and racism in the workplace. But Hudson says she was not alone, as almost every aboriginal RCMP officer she knows has experienced some kind of racial discrimination and harassment on the job. Some of them turned to her for help, she added.

Another female RCMP officer is accusing the force of harassment

.

BC Mountie files lawsuit, says she worked in atmosphere of “fear and control” Winnipeg Free Press -VANCOUVER – Another female RCMP officer is accusing the force of harassment, saying she was subjected to an “atmosphere of fear and control” while working with a drugs and organized crime unit in British Columbia.

.

THE RCMP HAS A HISTORY OF BEING DIRTY COPS.. NONE OF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE..

Many bad North American professionals tend to behave unprofessional, abuse their clients, citizens cause
1: They personally do not have enough love for others
2; The love of money motivates them, the love of which is the root of all evil
3: they tend to reflect societies poor moral values
4: they all do need to be still continually supervised in reality
