Criticism of Israel is not anti-Semitic

Subject: ‘Hijacking’ of free speech on campuses is threat to Canadians: Toronto rabbi | Posted | National Post

The Nazis were control freaks and there are many of those people around today http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/07/07/control-freaks    http://postedat.wordpress.com/2010/12/03/oppressors-or-bullies-are-always-unacceptable/

Criticizing Israel isn’t anti-Semitic Canada’s current agenda is to praise Israel no matter what. The Liberal position on Israel is hardly any different to the Conservatives’… both Harper and Ignatieff expressed a remarkably similar doctrine – critics of Israel are anti-Semites. Harper bluntly referred to Israel Apartheid Week (which occured as protests against the Israeli government on campuses across Canada) as “anti-Semitic.” Ignatieff made the same claim… they managed to paint supporters of Israel as moderates and supporters of peace-talks as anti-Semites. In the meantime, Harper has the gall to say that Israel is “consistently and conspicuously singled out for condemnation.” Accusing detractors of Israeli policies of anti-Semitism is, at its core, childish politics.

Here is a valid critique of the Jews by God himself.. found in their own Bible now too and did the Jews object to it? of course they did, they always object to any criticisms.. so what?

Jer 18:1  The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,  2  Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words. 3  Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels. 4  And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.  5  Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 6  O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter’s hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel. 7  At what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy it; 8  If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. 9  And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it; 10  If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them.

11  Now therefore go to, speak to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I frame evil against you, and devise a device against you: return ye now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good. 12  And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart. 13  Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing. 14  Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken? 15  Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up; 16  To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head. 17  I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will show them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.

18  Then said they, Come, and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.

Jer 19:1  Thus saith the LORD, Go and get a potter’s earthen bottle, and take of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests; 2  And go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell thee, 3  And say, Hear ye the word of the LORD, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle. 4  Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents; 5  They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind: 6  Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter. 7  And I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth. 8  And I will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof. :9  And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them. 10  Then shalt thou break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with thee. 11  And shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter’s vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in Tophet, till there be no place to bury. :12  Thus will I do unto this place, saith the LORD, and to the inhabitants thereof, and even make this city as Tophet: 13  And the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink offerings unto other gods. 14  Then came Jeremiah from Tophet, whither the LORD had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of the LORD’S house; and said to all the people, 15  Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.

“Implications of the “Chosen People” Myth « Zionist Outrage.

Goyim [non-Jews] were born only to serve us. Without that, they have no place in the world; only to serve the people of Israel.— Israeli rabbi Ovadia Yosef, Shas party spiritual leader, Oct. 11, 2010.

I thought of the daily abuse of Palestinians by Zionist settlers in Hebron on the occupied West Bank. The five or six hundred Jewish settlers routinely attack Palestinians (among the 160,000 Palestinians who inhabit Hebron), destroying their fruit trees, hurling rocks at them, attacking their homes with impunity protected by the “Israeli Defense Forces.” IDF soldiers have been video-taped this year doing a Macarena-like dance in the streets of this Arab city  during the Muslim call to prayer–a deliberate statement of contempt dismissed as a youthful “prank” by their commanding officers.  Meanwhile Palestinians’ movements are restricted, and they are banned from a Jews-only section of their city.

I thought of the low-paid Chinese, Thai, and Filipino construction, farm and health workers recruited by Israel as temporary workers to replace the feared and despised Palestinians. I thought too of the recent poll showing that half of Israeli high school students don’t want to study alongside Palestinians, or believe they should enjoy equal rights, or be able to run for parliamentary office. (82% of those describing themselves as “religious” opposed equal rights. The figure for the kids describing themselves as “secular” was much lower. Only about one-third of Israelis are religious Jews–about the same number as are atheist or agnostic).

I recalled how one Rabbi Yaacov Perin had declared at the funeral of Baruch Goldstein, the U.S.-born Jewish settler who killed at least 29 Palestinian Muslims praying at a mosque in occupied Hebron in February 1994: “One million Arabs are not worth a Jewish fingernail… There are no innocent Arabs…”

“Let it be clear: Criticism of Israel is not anti-Semitic, and saying so is wrong, But singling Israel out for selective condemnation and opprobrium — let alone denying its right to exist or seeking is destruction — is discriminatory and hateful, and not saying so is dishonest.” Ottawa Protocol

Today too often Education, religion, the mass media and entertainment have been hijacked and  are too often programmed as instruments of false “thought control” and “mind manipulation” as a result.

It’s true,  that some supporters of Israel occasionally use “anti-Semitism” to shield Israel from criticism.Anti-Semitic to criticize Israeli construction in Jerusalem?; one man’s anti-Semitism is another’s freedom to criticize Israel. Many of the evangelicals who distort many  Bible verses support Israel and their return to the once promised land but still http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/08/09/even-heaven-awaits-jewish-return-to-god-jesus-christ-and-rather-not-to-the-promised-earthly-land/

Harper on Israel: Is the Prime Minister mentally sound? In effect, PM Stephen Harper has taken the position of being Israel’s defender no matter what – in other words, this commitment comes before his duty as prime minister, before his duty to represent Canada’s interests abroad, before his role of elected representative. Harper is a defender of Israel no matter the consequences for Canada. … he has never mentioned the brutal assault on Gaza which killed over 1200 civilians, called the wanton destruction of Lebanon “a measured response” and backs Israel in all of its patently phony “commitments” to negotiating peace while deliberately taking positions that no Palestinian leader could possibly agree to.This declaration of the “new anti-Semitism” is pure hogwash and everyone stating it or using it to attack critics of Israel knows it.  For one thing, thousands of North American and European Jews regularly attack Israel’s brutal treatment of the Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank.  Of course, Zionists refer to these humanitarians as “Jew-hating Jews,” a clever bit of racist spin but far from the mark. Israel’s flunkies have to come up with something to attack because the evidence is clear – actual incidents of anti-Semitism have been on the decline for years. Something had to be done to make it look otherwise

CANADA’S PRIME MINISTER’S STEPHEN HARPER’S ONE SIDED SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL OVER PALESTINE CLEARY TO GET THE JEWISH VOTES IS IMMORAL as well.    http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/06/16/what-the-canadian-conservatives-do-not-say-about-israel/

  • A group of Jewish settlers have burned down a church in Jerusalem and torched a number of mosques in the West Bank but none of the perpetrators has been apprehended.
  • Israel continues to steal Arab land to build thereon Jewish settler units
  • In recent days and weeks, gangs of Jewish settlers have burned down thousands of olive trees belonging to Palestinian farmers  happened in full view of Israeli occupation soldiersand none of the perpetrators have been arrested.
  • Safed Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu issued a religious ruling prohibiting Jews from renting homes to Israeli Arab citizens.
  • It has been revealed that a recent Hebrew translation of the Talmud (from the ancient Aramaic language) contains the hateful anti-Christian omissions known as Chesronot Shas. Some of these pieces exhort Jews to recite the following curse before uttering the name Jesus: “May his name be damned, may his memory be erased.” According to some rabbinic figures, Jesus is now boiling in hell in a cauldron of human excrement. http://www.ikhwanweb.com/article.php?id=27109
  • Less any one gets lost, there are Good Jews, Good Arabs, good Americans, good Canadians and bad ones too.   But is seems both Jews and Arabs are equally guilty of hate, unforgiveness, revenge, theft, murder, an eye for an eye approach  so we can realy not support either side as being mainly in the right   http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/11/18/jews-arabs-none-of-them-politically-correct/

Furthermore it should be evident to many people that too many persons still do cut and paste, chose Bible verse they like and cut out , they falsely do reject the ones they do not like, misunderstand  and/or try to rewrite the Bible to suit their own liking, they re-interpret Bible verses  for their own purposes, they now are false revisionists.

“Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me“  Exodus 20:5

Heaven awaits the Jewish return TO God, Jesus Christ, and rather NOT TO THE PROMISED EARTHLY LAND

It should be evident to any Bible reader that everything the Jews did was not God sanctioned even as chosen ones not even the Wars between the Jews and/or the Babylonians, Romans:

The Jews’ Great Revolt against Rome in 66 C.E. led to one of the greatest catastrophes in Jewish life and, in retrospect, clearly also has been a terrible mistake.

During the summer of 70, the Romans breached the walls of Jerusalem, and initiated an orgy of violence and destruction. Shortly thereafter, they destroyed the Second Temple. This was the final and most devastating Roman blow against Judea. When people today speak of the almost two-thousand-year span of Jewish homelessness and exile, they are dating it from the failure of this revolt. http://mccainvrsobama.wordpress.com/2010/09/23/even-as-to-the-promised-land/

Study and read the Bible also  yourself. The Worship of false men, false news media, false gods and false religions is still not acceptable before God:

I get a chuckle about the Conservatives spin doctors desperately trying to stretch the truth as to how great their leader or political  party is and they do rather cause more discredit to themselves .. Pm Stephen  Harper is and has been a leader of a minority government, and he has never been a majority leader and likley never will be too.. A recent poll found 24.3% of Canadians describe Mr. Harper as the most trustworthy leader, MEANING THAT 75 PERCENT DID NOT AGREE WITH THIS..

Oh PM Stephen Harper cares about all abused Jewish persons but does he care about the poor Canadian persons who are not Jewish who even too often get  abused by bad corporations like Bell, Telus, etc.,

    - and is he also concerned about the number of people who die each year in Canada due to a hospital acquired illness or medical neglects, errors? How many per year?
    - and is he also concerned about dealing with the negative example personally, by example with the bad side effect of alcohol, cause of major death of Canadian teenagers, Canadian vehicular accident too. How many per year?
    - and for the Canadian wives or husbands that have been killed, abused by their spouses. How many per year?
    - and what about the Canadian natives who are abused in Canada? How many per year?
    - and what about the Canadian seniors who are abused, neglected in Canada? How many per year?
-but more importantly also for all the Canadian children who have been killed murdered by their parents. How many per year?
and how now does he show it?

And did my abused Canadian father have to be Jewish firstly to get PM Stephen Harper’s attention?
