Bad MDs, nurses blame solely the Quebec government for ER crisis

Proper medical care and not pretentious Medicare is still our Canadian right.

And anyone who denies it needs to be incarcerated!
Doctors, Nurses, hospital administrators, Premiers, Ministers included.

We pay a significant part of the Doctors, Nurse education, development, Training
and then they falsely try to abuse it to us by their deliberate poor performances.

“I am chronic believer of the “sit, wait, watch, see philosophy”.. and I like to sit and look as to what is really happening in police stations, hospitals, doctor’s offices, emergency clinics, government offices, churches too.. it is really an eye opener and a learning experience..”

“The Quebec government false approach that its user fee would be making it cheaper to visit a doctor or a walk-in clinic than to show up in a hospital emergency ward for instance — does not hold water, seriously sick people can find no help in a doctor’s offices except for mostly a pretentious services. Only ER tend still have the necessary equipment to do the needed tests to help help the patients.  Quebec’s plan to introduce a user 25 fee for medical appointments signals the official opening of a new round of Medicare debate about the need firstly for better financial, fiscal management of the Medicare resources, personnel which too often still are being abused, mismanaged.

YOU TEND TO FIND OUT HOW BAD IT IS ONLY WHEN YOU REALLY GET SICK AND NEED THE SERVCIES.

and the Mismanagement of the too often unprofessional ombudsmen, doctors, nurses, hospital workers, social service workers will continue?

Guess what Mr. Charest ! Im English going to the voting booth to Vote for the PQ. Because your conservative background of privatizing everything on site is just unjust !” Read more:  Gazette

Many persons who are fed up with the APPARENT INADEQUACIES even in the socialized medicine would like us to believe that a private medical system is better… and that is mere wishful thinking.. for even in a private system there are too often the same inadequacies, even for the same reasons, the apparent lack of supervision of medical personnel and services, http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/08/14/the-great-debate-private-or-socialized-medicare/

and the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General Hospital is still one of the worst medical care services in reality, and too many people die there too often due to Hospital acquired sickness still too.

Putting more money into pails full of big holes is a waste of time… while the Federal and Quebec Health ministers like photo ups but are still being mostly paid for doing nothing to improve the too often STILL bad health care, where too many seriously sick people have to go to the mostly still bad ER.. and they want us all to pay more for it all too?

One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves.  One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a  person is really like, is work with him  just for one whole day,.. and   what   you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak..

When a Verdun Hospital doctors, nurse often says to the  patients as I have witnessed   I cannot do anything  to help you , go to your own doctor when you go home and tell him about it, that is not providing adequate medical aid.

Many matured senior patients with serious medical problems they tend to return solely to the Emergency rooms because they they have learned that family doctor does not have the necessary medical equipment, tools, tests  to diagnose their SERIOUS MEDICAL PROBLEMS, only the Hospitals tend to have them generally and so they now are regular users of the emergency room.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/03/09/canadian-health-care/

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest, the crooks included. Here is the important main root, real problem the news media reports do  not face firstly. In reality the  Doctors, Pharmacist, Nurses are Gods. You cannot touch them or deal with them. The medical society itself forbids the criticism of any doctor, by any doctor or anyone else for that matter. for only lengthy self regulation can review any criticism of a bad doctors performances. The same fact generally applies to the unionized  nurse and hospital workers and so no work improvement, cost effectiveness can be attained,   thus having any possible effective cost or quality supervisors is also impossible. Our medical services always tend to be unsupervised, uncontrolled  with about 50 percent of the existing workers being pretentious, incompetent, inadequate, and so of course putting more money into a pail full of holes like this is an ever increasing  waste of money.

Proper medical care and not pretentious Medicare is still each of our Canadian right. And anyone who denies, fails to deliver it  it needs to be incarcerated! Doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, Premiers, Ministers included.  We pay a significant part of the Doctors, Nurse education, development , Training  and then they falsely try to abuse it to us by their too often undeniable  on the job poor performances and false demands for more money.   The number of doctors practicing   in Quebec is about  16000, and about 58,000 nurses as the statistics shows now we are all naively now  to believe that all of these professionals are saints, perfect and not one medical worker  has killed a patient by accident, neglect, failed to do their job adequately in meeting the sick persons needs? How absurd. When in the last 6 months I myself have often seen Medical doctors disagree many times on the reasons a person was sick, so never mind them even helping him adequately, and I saw  in Quebec the nurses give the wrong medication to patients, due to mistaken identify or error. Canada’s medical regulating bodies, administrators, supervisors, ombudsmen too often wrongfully cover up, hide the mistakes of their own.. Unacceptable.

IT WAS INTERESTING THAT   McGill UNIVERSITY OFFERED THE MEDICAL STAFF OF THE WEST ISLAND GENERAL HOSPITAL A VIDEO CONFERENCE DURING LUNCH HOUR ON “HOW TO DEAL WITH AGITATED PATIENTS”. I WONDER WHY THAT HAS BECOME SO BIG OF A PROBLEM IN THAT HOSPITAL? IS IT CAUSE OF THE MEDICAL STAFF’S TOO OFTEN POOR  MEDICAL SERVICES THERE STILL? AND THE MANY RECENT DEATHS ON THE 4 TH FLOOR? WHAT ABOUT RATHER A VIDEO ON HOW TO REALLY BETTER HELP THE PATIENTS?

Now I have also dealt with an incompetent, pretentious  doctor at the Montreal Lachine hospital , too many at the Royal Victoria hospital, even at the Montreal General Hospital, and by the too many  bad doctors at the Montreal West Island Lakeshore General hospital and now even more recently by clearly incompetent doctors at the Montreal Verdun Hospital emergency department but  also next by a new bad Pharmacist.

Now where is the immediate rightful real action on this whole related issues from all our elected officials, justice ministers, hospital administrators, health ministers?

Star lawyer calls for criminal probe into Winnipeg emergency room death City police will review evidence surrounding the death of double amputee Brian Sinclair after a national legal expert lambasted the force for its “shocking” failure to investigate why Sinclair was found dead after 34 hours in a hospital emergency room. Renowned criminal and human rights lawyer Clayton Ruby criticized the Winnipeg Police Service on Wednesday, saying he believes charges of criminal negligence causing death and failure to provide the necessaries of life could be laid against Health Sciences Centre and medical staff in charge of its ER.

NOW I HAVE HEARD ALL KIND OF REASONS WHY THE BAD EMPLOYEES WERE, ARE SUPPOSEDLY JUSTIFIED IN NOT DOING THEIR WORK PROPERLY BUT SOME HOW THE EXCUSES ALL APPEAR VOID WHEN COMPARED WITH THE OUTPUT OF THE GOOD WORKERS.

MY PERSONAL MONTHS OF DIRECT OBSERVATION ABOUT THE MEDICAL WORKERS WHO COMPLAIN THAT TOO MANY ERRORS ARE CAUSED BY THE WORK OVERLOAD ACTUALLY TEND TO MEAN, COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING  TO DO ANY WORK AT ALL, FOR THEY TOO OFTEN DO THINK THEY MERELY SHOULD BE PAID EVEN MORE FOR COMING TO WORK. THESE SAME RATHER TOO OFTEN INCOMPETENT, UNQUALIFIED, PRETENTIONS WORKERS , THESE BAD PERSONS STILL  SEEM TO HAVE THE ENERGY TO SOCIALIZE WITH THEIR COLLEAGUES, TAKE LONG COFFEE AND LONG BREAKS, TO DO THEIR OWN BUSINESS ON THE SIDE.

These people, the same persons and the bad persons, managers  who now hired them too firstly now still are are all career incompatible and they should be clearly encouraged to find work elsewhere, to find work they like to do, such as being on social aid?

The lack of  DECENT OUTPUT is too often a false excuse for the whole system’s malaise the  mostly bad, pretentious supervisors.

Recently a supervisor went for a month long holiday and the medical workers all stopped working hard, started to play around, started to waste their time as I saw firsthand. That was the bad effect of having no good supervisor in place to to replace  him too.

If you are a medical professional, a medical administrator, or a health minister  and you had now failed to prevent the death of one persons even, or had specialty failed to properly treat their medical condition then that certainly is a prosecutable criminal offence  and for certainty you need to be incarcerated for your coldness,, indifference towards others now too. Clearly now as well when the MDs, Nurses, others falsely do blame the Quebec government solely  for ER crisis too, their own poor performances, they themselves have failed to do an adequate service to the public now in general as well.. They clearly already  had many other valid options available to exercise for them to make their complaints know without allowing anymore false abuse, neglect of any sick patients now too.

ER basically is the only place available for seniors who tend to have many repeat ER visit for their often more serious sicknesses  cause their original problems had not been adequately dealt with now too by their family doctors or the ER. Hospitals like to advertise and to pretend too often they are a fully equipped, fully staffed medical facilities when they are not so in fact too often now as well.. This too is unacceptable.

Any ombudsman in response who now merely offers me a cup of cold tea when she should be immediately instead offering truckloads of acceptable medical services is a very unacceptable approach now as well

“Clearly here this same hospital, related medical, support personnel have wrongfully, undeniably now failed in doing all they can, in now providing adequate medical care to all patients and in preventing the spread of disease to all patients, visitors thus causing to unnecessary pain towards others, deaths and which is rather a prosecutable, criminal acts of man slaughter as well..” http://www.montrealgazette.com/health/hazard+elderly/2704839/story.html

Reader’s comments..

“I agree with 3:58- I too even as of this weekend I again have seen the LGH ER staff involved in of all kinds “schmoozing”: flirting, chatting, and conducting a social life at the expense of the patients. You can spot them easily cause they are firstly bunched together in groups at the desks, or in hidden corners, passage ways, and talking about restaurants, food, non work related items..”

“Yes, the government is at fault. But doctors, nurses, stop the finger pointing. I’ve seen first-hand how you stand there and schmooze at the nursing station while patients wait. And I’ve seen ghastly treatment and callousness on the part of nurses and doctors alike. Yes, you’re all stressed. But that doesn’t excuse poor performance and mistreatment or negligence of patience. Too stressful for you? Move to the U.S. and enjoy the higher malpractice premiums. “
“What do I think?!?
ANYONE!?!

who’s been in an ER in the last 10 years? YOU know what I say is TRUE!!
YOU see staff working at the SLOWEST possible pace!!
And since people have started noticing… THEY HAVE installed shutters so we cant see them doing nothing!!
GREED of american salaries, and union mentality have led to US human beings being used as pawns in salary negotiations!!!(I’m pro union, except when the pawns are people!!”

“What the hell do Quebec politicians care about how bad our health care system is…have you ever seen one in any of the ERs…have you ever sat beside one in a doctor`s waiting room. Damn right you haven`t ,they go to the head of the line along with the rest of their family members.
This problem with ER’s is only the tip of the iceberg of problems found in Quebec–AND ONLY QUEBEC (e.g. collapsing buildings and bridges killing people, third world road surfaces, no ambulance paramedics, puppy mills, animal abuse, no animal inspectors, language inspectors, racist laws, highest debt, highest unemployment, highest suicide rate, lowest number of doctors, closing hospitals, corrupt police force, etc, etc, etc). “

DOCTORS!! NURSES!! STAFF!! fight for your rights in some OTHER WAY!!!!”

“Hey I just got a great idea…. Instead of judges sending convicted murderers to death row for execution why not send them to ERs with fake illnesses that way they will die waiting for a doctor.”

“All civil and public servants, leaders, professionals included now must be allowed to face scrutiny from the governments, press and the citizens, and their costs effectiveness must be fully dealt with now as well.” For the good of us all still too.

“What the hell do quebec politicians care about how bad our health care system when they do not even reply to any of my letters of concerns on the matter firstly. In Quebec the rather self regulating doctors, nurses, hospital workers, police etc., are not supervised adequately or regularly . Federal Liberals are receiving some very controversial and explosive advice to try to overhaul of one of Canada’s most cherished national programs: Medicare. Claims of mismanagement of health care doctors, medical services is being raised since say soaring health-care costs are rapidly escalating and as the country’s aging population requires ever more medical services. Clearly still now putting more money into a pail full of holes is still bad-management It is unbelievable that after I had written about it for many years later 15 years even I can go to most local Hospitals or Convalescent homes and there too easily see the typical and mostly poorly supervised doctors, nurse, medical care workers

Lazy, incompetent professionals blaming others for their own inadequacies is par for the course. Clearly this same hospital, related medical, support personnel have wrongfully, undeniably now failed in doing all they can, in now providing adequate medical care to all patients and in preventing the spread of sicknesses, disease to all patients, visitors thus causing to unnecessary pain towards others, deaths and which is rather a prosecutable, criminal acts of man slaughter as well”.

“I agree with 3:58- I too have seen staff of all kinds “schmoozing”: flirting, chatting, and conducting a social life at the expense of the patients. Within a patients ear reach, it is never appropriate to discuss your kids, your search for a house, blah, blah, blah. People feeling unwell don’t want to hear it, no matter how “cute” and animated you are. Have some decorum. BTW, where is the management when all this chit-chat is going on. Put a stop to it! It’s unprofessional. PERIOD! PATRICIA

“It is still absolutely disgusting how they do neglect, abuse the elderly still too often in old age homes, hospitals too and when you complain they call the police against the whistle blower, try falsely to shut him up, even by trying to declare him as mental.. such is the acts of these too often unrepentant wicked professionals there now too now too often in reality. “”

“And people used to laugh at me when I said that women’s pain was not getting an adequate response from doctors or other medical staff… When a doctor sees a woman patient who claims she is in pain, often his-her eyes glaze over (“another one…”) and a bubble springs in their head (“another hysterical female”) (“just needs some good s-x…”), etc. etc. etc. Been at the pain end and ignored.

“9:47 AM on March 28, 2010 This red-headed worker, her administrative supervisor, and the senior hospital executives who have been given any previous complaints about the worker will be subject to strong and aggressive litigation. Research and perfection of this wide spanning legal action is under way. The gazette will be keep appraised only to the extent allowable under Quebec Law. Yes, you all should read the Reader’s comments..

-Get Real. Fire the lazy nurses, decertify their union, and fill the job with decent nurses but now they pamper the nurses, they let them have it the way they want, so in that case fire all of their bad supervisors firstly. From over a 12 nurses I do  encounter daily in the ER I do see 2 that are decent workers and the rest need to get another job outside of nursing.. like dish washing..

-I have met many nurses, for I had married a RN, Nurse here in Quebec for over 12 years and  she too now certainly was not a saint, she was lazy, had unrealistic expectations, she always griped, she always wanted more money, and she was also incapable of house keeping, cooking, sewing as well, and eventually enough was enough, and I had to let her go, as simple as that too. So griping nurses do not get my support, sympathy..

-Every time I go see my mom at the hospital, the nurses station is full of nurses sitting and talking. Just try asking them for anything.  IMO, they are no different then blue collar workers in attitude and intelligence.

- I am so sick of hearing nurses complain. I have never seen them do anything in a hospital other then mouth off to the public, sit on their rear, and go for smoke breaks.

 - AND THE CITIZENS FIRSTLY WANT BETTER NURSES WHO DO REAL WORK

NOVA.SCOTIA (CBC) – Nova Scotians who write down their wishes for medical and personal care should they become incapacitated will have legal backing as of April 1.  The “personal directive” will replace the medical consent act and will allow individuals to create a living will with instructions that go beyond things such as “take no extraordinary measures to keep me alive if I have an irreparable brain injury.” The new legislation will also covers day-to-day requests, such as religious practices, personal grooming habits and health activities. “It can help patients, it can help their loved ones and health care professionals by removing doubt, conflict and uncertainty during difficult and emotional times,” said Van Horne.  The forms for personal directives will be available on the government website or at Service Nova Scotia offices across the province at the start of April. Officials say people won’t have to have a lawyer involved in drafting the form to ensure their wishes are carried out.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100329/canada/canada_novascotia_ns_personal_directives

Now what about including a directive provision  for criminal prosecution all health care workers, health ministers who had failed to provide them their needed medical care too..

Now putting more money into a pail full of holes is still bad management

(Ezek 34:4 KJV)  The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them.

Some Liberals now have urged their leader to champion politically risky health-care overhaul since the union representing some 58,000 public health-care workers in Quebec has walked away from the negotiating table. Negotiations faltered late Friday over working conditions, including a cut backs on sick days and overtime pay. Quebec is taking increasing heat from its public sector workers but even more now from the citizens who think the unions have too much bargaining power for their workers who too often do too little too. In Quebec the rather self regulating doctors, nurses, hospital workers, police etc., are not supervised adequately or regularly . Federal Liberals are receiving some very controversial and  explosive advice to try to   overhaul of one of Canada’s most cherished national programs: Medicare. Claims of mismanagement of health care doctors, medical services  is being raised since  soaring health-care costs are rapidly escalating   as the country’s aging population requires ever more   medical services. Clearly still now putting more money into a pail full of holes is still bad-management. It is unbelievable that after I had written about it for many years later 15 years even  I can go to most local Hospitals or Convalescent homes and there too easily see the typical and mostly poorly supervised doctors, nurse, medical care workers. All civil and public servants, leaders, professionals included now  must be allowed to face scrutiny from the governments, press and the citizens, and their costs effectiveness must be fully dealt with now as well.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/02/23/and-now-how-many-more-are-there-like-him/

The Inadequate McGill West Island Pointe Claire Lakeshore General hospital. For months I write to LGH and next to you  and I get  nothing? this is acceptable? Dream on!!!  Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s best . It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. The related and too often bad, pretentious, inadequate social workers, doctors, nurses, medical workers, house cleaning persons have still been allowed to do what ever they want, they have been allowed to be unsupervised, poorly, poorly managed, and then everyone complains about the costly typical, expensive Medicare system or the many people dying because of the ongoing recurring hospital bred sicknesses, deaths too  and then the Hospital managers they do  lie and say that the public itself was the one mainly responsible for bringing the sickness to the hospital because they continue to deny their own bad contribution. Now I had already also had said to you all even in writing that this Hospital director herself  according to another  Hospital director, doctor   likes to put on a false image to all that  that it is a fully staffed, fully equipped, fully serviced,  big time hospital when in reality it is merely another small local hospital that is still under equipped, under staffed, poorly managed, and like it seems too many other typically bad hospitals now as well.. They now also are doing no one a service by their lies and false denials  here too.. and I am still waiting for them all to repent of their unacceptable wrong doings.. and what I can dream on here too? Now is it because they the Hospital managers now are are just plain obstinate, dumb or really stupid?  All civil and public servants, Leaders, professionals included now  must be allowed to face scrutiny from press and the citizens. I too now can easily spot the good workers and easily differentiate them form the bad workers who tend to be often in groups talking to each other, socializing, aimlessly walking around. Too many nurses, hospital workers, civil and public servants are depressed cause they think even they are underpaid.. rather they are mostly depressed cause they are robbing us citizens by not doing an honest day’s work. They can stop lying to me, for I have worked, supervised workers in Canada and know how to easily recognize the good and bad workers.. especially the lazy, no good liars, pretenders who while they are on the job dream of being elsewhere, and do not too too much good on the job that they are being paid for still too.. I still see too many of these bad  people daily at the LGH emergency department too.
Does this below all meet your prior approvals? Well I got news for you it does not matter to me, I still can rightfully  write for myself to anyone I want too. No matter how embarrassing it is now for your so called professionals now too.

Isn’t it nice that under the Canadian Charter of rights we both have free speech and I can write to or still talk to even anyone I want as well still now too.

Subject: Re Your letter to me dated March 18, 2010
Get it very clear that I am no doctor so I can freely too complain very loudly to all persons, anyone I want too about anything I want to, even about any of the bad professionals, bad doctors and nurses, and hospital administrators, bad social services, and I do that, and I continue will do that for  the good of us all too. Better act properly on the matter before it gets worse and I escalate my complaints to all too.. and really you should have known that by now even too.

It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. The related and too often bad, pretentious, inadequate social workers, doctors, nurses, medical workers, house cleaning persons have still been allowed to do what ever they want, they have been allowed to be unsupervised, poorly, poorly managed, and then everyone complains about the costly typical, expensive Medicare system or the many people dying because of the ongoing recurring hospital bred sicknesses, deaths too

Many people openly tell me that I am to be personally  commended for trying to clean about the much too many pretentious , bad doctors, bad nurses, medical care givers, really bad social workers now too   in Montreal.. they encourage me to keep up the good work.

So where are the visible, real real results to all of my complaints? This one included.

I write to the LGH Ombudsman who supposedly is representing the citizens complaints, but she is wrongfully clearly looking after the doctors, nurses, hospitals best interest,  for she even complains to me I have done a lot of damage to the LGH hospital reputation.. and she only acknowledges that  she got one of my many emails, of a dozen now  too that ihad rightfully sent,  even cause I see no changes and no positive results in regard to my valid complaints,  and she even tells me next on the phone she does not bother to read my emails when I phone her about them, but now she writes back and gets upset  when I write to her and continue to rightfully complain  about the poor LGH medical services, social services too with copies to others.

It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. The related and too often bad, pretentious, inadequate social workers, doctors, nurses, medical workers, house cleaning persons have still been allowed to do what ever they want, they have been allowed to be unsupervised, poorly, poorly managed, and then everyone complains about the costly typical, expensive Medicare system or the many people dying because of the ongoing recurring hospital bred sicknesses, deaths too  Now is it because they the Hospital managers now are are just plain obstinate, dumb or really stupid?  For  example I had directly complained face to face to the janitor, housekeeping, about the men’s bathroom next to the cafeteria about the  plugged, where the dirty contaminated water that  was being allowed to remain in the plugged sink. And when I came back weeks later to the very same place not only was the problem not rectified, but now another adjacent  sink was plugged as well.. and another further place now of in house sickness breeding..  and then the Hospital managers they do  lie and say that the public itself was the one mainly responsible for bringing the sickness to the hospital because they continue to deny their own bad contribution.”

My having spend 2 months visiting in  a newer even hospital, and having spent 2 weeks in their emergency ward, and having spent 1 month also in a Convalescent home I have rightfully concluded that putting more money into a pail full of holes, hiring architects engineers, contractors to build new and larger Hospitals will no do much good when the same old root problems exists.. the main unacceptable root problems that Doctors and nurse, hospital medical workers, floor cleaner, janitors are generally not supervised.. My dad was admitted to the emergency ward and a new doctor assigned to his case came and said she would have some x-rays made and then she would review and look at them next.. and to which I had replied and why would you do that when the good doctor Dr Dumont already had the x-rays made 2 hours ago, the reference file is already on your computer.. embarrassed she left and was next replaced from being my Father’s doctor, Dr Dumont took over rightfully..

Next I inspected the filthy washrooms on the emergency ward even.. where undeniably too many people even had thrown up, deposited refuse on the floor and no one dealt with it. Mind you I had seen the  janitors walking along the halls doing nothing often, and one in partially I know quite well too sitting on the bench having a good time often talking to the younger aged men. So no wonder the shit diseases, C difficile and Gastrointestinal Virus is often rampage still at LGH, Neither of these sickness are pleasant ones, they are painful, with serious side effects too.

I next could not help but notice as to how empty the main cafeteria, Emergency room waiting area, and the triage itself was so I had asked the staff what had happened had they now all become so efficient.. and not one of the nursing staff I encountered there had had now told me the truth it was cause of the Gastrointestinal Virus (stomach virus, “stomach flu”, viral gastroenteritis).A virus, such as Norovirus, is a likely cause of the symptoms. Symptoms (can last 24-60 hours)
nausea/vomiting
fever
diarrhea
headache
abdominal cramping
fatigue

Norovirus is contained in stool and vomit of a sick person and might be shed in the stool for as many as three weeks even though symptoms are gone. The virus enters the mouth of the well person by:
touching surfaces or objects contaminated with virus and bringing hand to mouth
.consuming foods or drinks contaminated with virus
.direct contact with vomit or stool of ill person when caring for them
.drinking after ill person
.immediate contact with aerosol of vomiting person

Next I had witnessed a son looking for his father, whose father  was dying of cancer and the father was admitted to the emergency ward, the son was searching for his father and he opened a wrong door and a very touch, short, blonde nurse had now in my presence too had demanded that he the son be arrested, evicted form the hospital, and hat was she hiding, so afraid off? 3 of your security guards came rushing to arrest a patient for making a mistake and opening a wrong door in the emergency ward . So I had asked firsthand one of the guards was he going to now arrest a visitor for opening the wrong door and he laughed at it, he thought is was a very funny matter. I thought I was more of LGH absurdities.

Now it seems they can prepare the food in the home, hospital but they can’t seem to deliver the food on time, even almost the whole week..   making the patients to wait for 30 to 45 minutes before the food is next delivered too often is not good at all still too.  They do   have some really good workers and some really bad workers.. too many of the medical support staff,  Personnel socializing, fraternizing, too often now having a good time with each other, even at the receptionist desk, or in the hallways  and all at the patients expense is still even now also unacceptable..

And that reminds me my dad got a new social worker a few weeks ago and neither he or nor I have met her.. Many other patients told me the same thing about this now too. My senior dad and I says they take a percentage of the money but do very little good for it still too..

I too now can easily spot the good workers and easily differentiate them from the bad workers who tend to be often in groups talking to each other, socializing, aimlessly walking around. All of us seem to spend a lot of time trying to find our personal happiness in life, and many seem to fail at it, so we then tend to try to blame our failure here next on being the fault of others..  The problem firstly now here often starts with one’s false definition of happiness. Happiness generally, firstly is doing a job well that you like to do and so  many people are unhappy cause they are also unrealistic, and lazy.  Most persons also next do not become deliberately despots or perverts in life from birth, it is a decision they generally do on their own make later in life.. Our self-worth, self esteem is a direct result of the good things you do , have done.. do the bad things and you will have a low self worth, poor self acceptance, and it is a waste of time thus to blame it mostly on the others.

A patient  in front of my father’s Convalescent room was calling loudly often for a nurse, so a worker comes by and says to him, “I am now going for lunch and someone else will eventually come and help you”.. wow.. and what a cold calloused, unacceptable , indifferent approach..

Now I too often do see the Workers too often now rather pretending to sweep, clean the floors, rooms which now is  also very unacceptable.

I do also understand it is next to impossible   for a new temporary  agency nurse  to get all the medication right for all the new patients, when she does not even know where all the medication is, or now even  the faces of the patients .. so my father often did not get all of his need mediation as a result because there seemed to be always a new nurse . Not acceptable.

They do have there also some good doctors, great nurses and good workers, not just some bad ones.

Having been a real Professional myself for many years, even had supervised many of them too, dealt with many crooked contractors now too as a projects manager, now  you really should know by now I do not think that any of your  so called professionals are invincible, unaccountable  gods who do not give an account to any one for their actions, including the citizens, courts and also the medical professional  insurance agents.. and all justice is not in the courts or in the regulating societies now too. For months I write to LGH and next I get  nothing? this is acceptable? Dream on!!!

Clearly now I got really tired of being lied to and abused by much too many professional bullies, perverts that I encounter too often in life now still,  so I next started to openly, personally expose them and to make them reap real personal negative consequences rightfully here too..   I do expect seriously, full appropriate actions on the matter of all of my complaints,  and so I do send copies of all of my complaints to key members of Parliament to all of  Canada’s major news editors as well now for their further notice and appropriate actions too.

THE RIGHT OF SCRUTINY, ACCOUNTABILITY, THE EXISTENCE OF THE OPPOSITION PARTIES AS WELL, NOW IS AN HISTORIC UNDENIABLE FACT, A RIGHT OF ALL CANADIANS, CANADIAN  GOVERNMENTAL, AND ALSO A CRITICAL ROLE FOR ALL  OPPOSITION PARTIES, ALL INDIVIDUAL CANADIANS..

All civil and public servants, Leaders, professionals included now  must be allowed to face scrutiny from press and the citizens.

Now I  I still do  demand the full prosecution of all wrong doers that  I do encounter, even any abuse of me or ANY ELDERLY PERSONS, my father included. I rightfully do assume the bad guys and their supporters do not appreciate it and that is why they do not get back to me and that is why they falsely threaten to evict me, or have me arrested too, like your own  boss had falsely done to me in front of witnesses now too today. Yes it  is the sad reality, when you confront the wicked unrepentant abusers, they do too often play dead, hard to get, they try to hide like ostriches, hoping that by ignoring   me that the matters will go away.. but they can dream on. I am persistent.. relentless.. I do not allow abusers to get away.. all it takes for the wicked to keep on doing bad things is for the good person to do nothing about it. It all next makes very interesting reading on the internet for the whole world now to read about it as well.. AND I AM NOT ABOUT NOW TO GO AWAY.. Many people have EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE  learned from my postings on how to deal with the very similar situations they have encountered with other abused elderly persons now too.

NOW ABOUT THE BAD ACTS OF THE SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS..

Fri Mar 26, 12:05 PM  MONTREAL (CBC) – Quebec cardiologist Guy Turcotte will stand trial in April on two counts of first-degree murder in the violent deaths of his toddlers last year.  Turcotte’s preliminary hearing wrapped up late Thursday afternoon at the St-Jérome courthouse north of Montreal, just kilometres away from his country home in Piedmont, where authorities had found his two children stabbed to death. Anne-Sophie, 3, and Olivier, 5, were in Turcotte’s custody when they died on Feb. 21, 2009. Turcotte, 37, had recently separated from his wife, a fellow physician who practised emergency medicine at a local hospital

And Canada’s poorly managed, abusive police fiascos, hospitals too go on?

Almost since my first job after graduating from university I had learned that people are not to be trusted, need to be supervised, and corruption still exists in construction, universities, municipalities, governments, corporations, amongst professionals and politicians as well

VICTORIA, B.C. – The Victoria Police Department is investigating its own officers after a violent arrest was caught on camera and posted to YouTube. Police spokesman Sgt. Grant Hamilton says officers responded to a fight involving eight males early Sunday morning. He says when police arrived on the scene, they found one man being kicked in the head and ended up taking six others into custody. But the 56-second YouTube clip appears to show one officer repeatedly kicking a man who’s already been restrained. The officer then yells at another male to get down on the ground and when the man complies, the officer and a fellow policeman allegedly kick him in the stomach and back. Hamilton says the office of the police complaint commissioner has been notified and is monitoring the investigation, which will be led by the force’s professional standards section. Hamilton says the man who was kicked in the head was taken to hospital but has since been released and is not co-operating with police. The six men who were taken into custody were released without charges. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100323/national/youtube_police_investigation

and what here too our too often inadequate, pretentious PM Harper’s   supposedly a law and order government, justice ministers or pretenders  turn a blind eye again and again while it likes to prosecute more   severely the criminal citizens only?

AND WHAT ABOUT  THE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL MINISTERS NOW NOW AS WELL?

Tax payer’s money abuses, false expense account statements, stealing, tax evasions,   obstruction of justice, cheating, lying,  drunkenness, impaired driving, pornography,  Adultery, VERBAL, PHYSICAL ABUSES, are all ESPECIALLY unacceptable for any civil and public servants. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants  who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included  are always to be exemplary in behavior,  conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary  judged, prosecuted  for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks. Too many police officers are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner,  a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still   will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can  punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing  innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad  police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real  the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? Speeding is not the main cause of car accidents, impaired driving is, but too many cops are alcoholics it seems who wrongfully do sympathize with drunks and as a result do not arrest drunks all year

Number of   tickets given to cops for drunk driving thmelves. abuse of citizens does not change.. but the Number of speeding tickets way up Fri Mar 26, 7:27 AM  PRINCE.EDWARD.ISLAND (CBC) – A crackdown on speeders in Charlottetown, which began in the fall of 2008, has led to a huge increase in the number of tickets issued for speeding and other traffic violations. In September 2008 city police increased the number of officers on the street at any given time from six to ten, and those officers are expected to spend time focusing on traffic violations every day. Sgt. Tom Clow told CBC News Thursday in addition to more tickets issued, there has been a difference in the number of serious accidents. “Our major accidents have been reduced by 40 per cent in the year 2009, so that’s significant. We’re not talking about the fender benders and minor crashes we’re talking about significant injury accidents,” said Clow. “[It's] a great statistic for us because it tells us that people are more aware that there’s more police on the street and are following the rules.” Const. Mike Chaloner was working traffic detail on Riverside Dr. Thursday. “Generally on a road like this, on average, I would say you can see people doing anywhere between 25 to 35 kilometers over the speed limit,” said Chaloner. Speeders end up with fines of about $100, or more if they are well over the limit. The excuses offered are predictable, and generally ineffective. “[From] the speedometer’s broken on the vehicle to they don’t usually travel that road so they’re not sure what the speed limit was,” Chaloner said. “Just generally being late for anything, any type of appointment or work.” Clow said police have also been working to follow up on tips coming in from the public, setting up patrols in problem areas. “You’re always going to get people out there that are going through stop signs or driving in an erratic manner, so we encourage the public to call us and when you call us we’ll address that issue,” he said
http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100326/canada/canada_pei_pei_charlottetown_police_speeding584

Even though drunk drivers firstly themselves cause the more serious traffic accidents, it is always the revenue generating speeding tickets that occupy to police forces resources and and manpower, attention..

Edmonton officer who shot man should be charged: lawyer CBC – Fri Mar 26, 10:09 PM  An Edmonton police officer who shot at a fleeing suspect seven times should be charged with attempted murder, criminal defence lawyer Tom Engel said a day after the judge in the case said the officer’s actions constituted police misconduct.

The Inadequate McGill West Island Pointe Claire Lakeshore hospital. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty serves everyone’s best . It appears that they LGH still had not learned to overcome even their now exposed inadequacies,  wrong doings. And when I came back weeks later to the very same place not only was the problem not rectified, but now another adjacent  sink was plugged as well.. and another further place now of in house sickness breeding..  and then the Hospital managers they do  lie and say that the public itself was the one mainly responsible for bringing the sickness to the hospital because they continue to deny their own bad contribution. They now also are doing no one a service by their lies and false denials  here too.. and I am still waiting for them all to repent of their unacceptable wrong doings.. and what I can dream on here too?

and are they next merely also going to put another false spin on all of this too?

Clearly now I got really tired of being lied to and abused by much too many professional bullies, perverts that I encounter too often in life now still,  so I next started to openly, personally expose them and to make them reap real personal negative consequences rightfully here too..  Here is another simple fact of undeniable truth of life..

Too many bad nurses, hospital workers, civil and public servants are depressed cause they think even they are underpaid.. rather they are mostly depressed cause they are robbing us citizens by not doing an honest day’s work. They can stop lying to me, for I have worked, supervised workers in Canada and know how to easily recognize the good and bad workers.. especially the lazy, no good liars, pretenders who while they are on the job dream of being elsewhere, and do not too too much good on the job that they are being paid for still too.. I still see too many of these bad  people daily.

PM Harper’s better Conservative government hits another low point

Alberta ATCO unit got an  untendered Haiti project. New aid project in Haiti will be carried out by a company with ties to the Conservative Party after being awarded the multimillion-dollar contract without a public bidding process. Naturally a subsidiary of Calgary-based ATCO Ltd., which has three Conservative donors on its board of directors, was handed the $12-million contract to build temporary offices in Port-au-Prince for the Haitian government. The project was  announced by Prime Minister Stephen Harper.  The immoral federal government opted to bypass procurement guidelines that usually require government contracts of more than $25,000 to be submitted to a public tendering process. It also chose not to post an advance contract award notice, which in cases where there is no tendering process normally gives rival businesses an opportunity to submit counter-proposals. And this is what the Conservatives meant when they said they would provide a visibly better, more responsible, uncorrupted  government now unlike all the others. Hard to see any difference.

“I thought that with a Tory government this kind of thing would NEVER happen again. Mr. Harper promised to bring transparency to government and that there would never be any more” short cuts” How very disappointing! The payoffs just keep coming for the fortunate ones. there is an unpleasant odor attached to this one.”

More Canadians on the Internet even abusing others too

Many experts say that  Canada needs the existing  laws enforced in reality by the Police to protect others from Internet Abusers.  Bad persons, firms, companies  they now need to  taken to Federal Courts. Police need to  monitor all the site content, and the related internet crime would quickly grind to a halt. Now we all already do know that even under the Conservative law and order supposedly government  CANADA NOW AGAIN IS STILL BECOMING A LEADER IS SCAMMING MANY AMERICANS WITH FALSE -MISLEADING  INTERNET ADDS, FALSE SERVICES AND AS USUAL THE POLICE IN CANADA, RCMP INLUDED  WILL CLAIM INCOMPETENCE TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUES AND THEY WILL EVEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY AND PERSONNEL. JUST WHAT WE NEED MORE ABUSE BY THE POLICE IN CANADA  NOW AS WELL.

Too many Bad persons, Internet companies also do exist, whose apparent “business model” is the exploitation of consumer trust and ignorance, are sneaking their spyware, virus systems into other’s machines for their own purposes. A German company Lavasoft  furthered the OptOut concept, creating the excellent and completely FREE “Ad-Aware” spyware detection and removal utility. And  if you don’t yet know about the free Ad-Aware spyware detection and removal utility be sure to check out Lavasoft’s Ad-Aware. Now with all the security software too you have a good excuse to buy  a faster computer with more memory.   http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/04/09/the-average-illiterate-computer-users-are-taking-a-great-risk/

More Canadians on the Internet than watch TV each week, says Ipsos-Reid poll

MONTREAL – The Ipsos Reid polling company says that for the first time ever, Canadians are spending more time each week online than watching television.Monday’s finding comes from the Inter(at)ctive Reid Report, an Ipsos Reid study that tracks online Canadians usage of the Internet. The report finds that overall, Canadians are now spending more than 18 hours a week online, compared with 16.9 hours watching television.Internet usage is up from 14.9 hours last year. The number of hours watching television also rose in the last year, from 15.8 hours in 2009. And  younger Canadians generally spend more time online than those over 55.

Some industry watchers have noted that the cost of watching TV is rising as cable TV companies and satellite operators raise the monthly cost of service. As that happens more people are watching TV online for free. In breaking down its survey, Ipsos-Reid noted that males are spending significantly more time online than females – 20 hours compared with 16. In addition, 18-34 year olds are spending 20 hours a week online on average, compared with 18 hours for those over 35. ‘The data indicates that not only are people of all ages spending more and more time online, but it also points to a shift in how online Canadians are consuming media and where they are spending their free time.’Today, online Canadians are finding a myriad of entertainment options available to them within the walls of their homes. While some entertainment content has simply shifted from television to online, the Internet is also providing new content to Canadians.”   http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100322/national/consumer_tv_habits

It is only all common sense and was predicted to happen many years ago.. VALID good reasons that TV, radio, Newspapers now even have lost loads of advertisers to Google now as well, and Google  in the process has gotten bigger and rich too.

Quebecers least susceptible to cyber crime, Burlington, Ont., worst: study  In terms of the cities with the highest incidents of actual cyber crimes, Burlington and Victoria were followed by Langley, Port Coquitlam, Kelowna, Kitchener, Thunder Bay, Ont., Fredericton, Vancouver and Windsor, Ont.

Burlington had the worst rates of: computers infected by malware programs, attempted infections, and rates of computers being hijacked to send out spam. Burlington was second worst behind Victoria, B.C., in the fourth category: having a computer co-opted into a so-called botnet, a global network of computers that carries out attacks.

and many of my bad relatives seem to live in that Burlington area too..

Clearly now I got really tired of being lied to and abused by much too many professional bullies, perverts that I encounter too often in life now still,  so I next started to openly, personally expose them and to make them reap real personal negative consequences rightfully here too..  Here is another simple fact of undeniable truth of life.. There are still much too many persons with a big bad mouth even  in my own related families, who got so used to wagging  their big bad  tongues, telling their lies about others, that next  they had falsely started to think they can and will get away with it for ever.. and they are next shocked when they are rightfully not only rebuked, but fully exposed to all as to who they are really .. slanderers, liars and human rights abusers..

Many people openly tell me that I am to be personally  commended for trying to clean about the much too many pretentious , bad doctors, bad nurses, medical care givers, really bad social workers now too  in Montreal.. they encourage me to keep up the good work.

I rightfully assume the bad guys and their supporters do not appreciate it and that is why they do not get back to me.

Here is the sad reality, when you confront the wicked unrepentant abusers, they do too often play dead, hard to get, they try to hide like ostriches, hoping that by ignoring you and me that the matter will go away.. but they can dream on. Just when I thought I had seen it all, I by now seen all of life’s perversities and corruptions  I now this week do discover what I am also now often told by many people, nurses, medical workers, the common attempt of monetary theft   when any person is near death, by the relatives who do come out of the wood work to fight over the money never mind   now even waiting first for him to die.

And sadly in the process now  many other feminist supporters of her falsely had supported her in doing this here including  social workers, a head nurse, a local bank manager now too. And true to form, they are all being RIGHTFULLY full exposed embarrassingly by me in the process too.

Full public exposure and prosecution of the guilty still does serve  everyone best interest.

It all next makes very interesting reading on the internet for the whole world now to read about it as well..

Get it very clear that I am no doctor so I can freely too complain very loudly to all persons, anyone I want too about anything I want to, even about any of the bad professionals, bad doctors and nurses, and hospital administrators, bad social services, and I do that and I continue will do that do the good of us all too. Better act properly on the matter before it gets worse and I escalate my complaints to all too.. and really you should have known that by now even too.

Does this below all meet your prior approvals? Well I got news for you it does not matter to me, I still can rightfully  write for myself to anyone I want too. No matter how embarrassing it is now for your so called professionals now too.

The public is also invited to share with the police anything they know about corruptions, abuses

QUEBEC – The Quebec elections chief wants to hear from a former justice minister who claims to have embarrassing information about fundraising within Premier Jean Charest’s Liberal party.  Marc Bellemare, who served in the Charest cabinet, has declared in media interviews that the governing party received generous donations from construction companies.  Corporate donations are illegal in Quebec, the construction industry has been inundated with allegations of corruption, and demands for a public inquiry are rampant.  But Charest has repeatedly refused requests for an inquiry.    Bellemare has declared in separate interviews that construction companies made major donations to the Liberals, and that he had information that could embarrass the government.  He has refused to elaborate further.  The office of Quebec’s director general of elections now says it will invite the former justice minister to share additional details. Premier Jean Charest rightfully denies any corruptions  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100317/national/20100317_que_construction_donations

The public is also invited to share with the police anything they know about corruptions, abuses. Now as you and your loved ones get older you too will spend more time in Doctor’s offices, Hospitals, and convalescent, old age homes and will have wished that you and I had done something more about it all before too..  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/02/23/and-now-how-many-more-are-there-like-him/

It is clearly absurd to say all Canadian  doctors are bad or they are all good. “Complaints about Alberta MDs jumped in 2009  according to the province’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. About 41 per cent of complaints were about the quality of care and another 37 per cent arose from how doctors manage their practices. Most complaints are handled by what the college calls an informal resolution process.Of these, last year 34 per cent were remedied through resolution and 61 per cent were closed because the doctor was found to be right or there wasn’t enough information to continue. The remaining complaints were either withdrawn by the patients or referred to others. ”  “Am I the only one that can smell ‘white-wash’ “the college then determines if the complaint merits more investigation.” Does anyone else see a problem with the profession investigating itself??! Have we learned anything from the recent incidents involving the RCMP?  It sounds to me that patients with valid complaints need an organization dedicated to representing them rather than relying on ‘self policing’ by physicians and their colleagues.    “Doctors in ALBERTA? I thought they were Dentists. SHEEESH !” Most people complain about an MD because they are incompetent, rude, impatient, and do not listen to people..  people complain about certain doctors because they are bad doctors and they become WORSE as a result of improper resources and the situation is made worse by improper resources but even in the best of times, some MDs need an attitude adjustment….not all, some, and seemingly more and more everyday….

Again let me be clear I have my own   father’s  undeniable and full consent,  permissions to expose, demand the full prosecution of any, all of my father’s past, present abusers, even in Hospitals, Social services, Convalescent homes, Banks, etc.  I also do have the support of Quebec’s Premier Jean Charest as well here, and also the good staff of my Local Quebec Liberal MLA, as well as even the support of a local news media reporter.. all who do say to me keep up the good work, do continue to deal with all those bad persons.. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/12/11/hospital-deaths-account-for-half-of-deaths-annually/

In reality we all do know there are good and bad people in real life, sadly too many bad persons, that includes bad professionals, the bad lawyers, bad doctors, bad nurses, bad hospital administrators, bad cops., bad RCMP., bad  corporations and bad business persons now too and not just too many bad, unacceptable Politicians, ministers too now. and bad hospitals even ..  I am really rightfully disgusted as to how too many of the so called Canadian Professionals such as cops, RCMP officers, doctors, nurses, pastors tend to be bullies, abusers of others and too often now… they seem to falsely think they are above the law cause they hold an important job. I also do rightfully  not hesitate to talk often also with the news media and to use my right of free speech about any abuses I encounter such as the false abuses of patients is see in Hospitals too often these days too. http://postedat.wordpress.com/2010/02/17/local-medical-services-fall-drastically-short-of-what-it-should-be/

I am still awaiting the full reply, actions,  services towards my father and also towards me. And not replying, dealing  adequately to my email, demands does not make my complaints go away and you  already by now know that . http://postedat.wordpress.com/2010/03/16/maisson-herron/

None of the allegations of the Medical wrong doings by me in wrting now too  have been denied in court or by the accused persons.

2 Mounties always get their man, or a woman in this case..the RCMP Farce

How is our law and order Conservative government, Prime Minister Stephen Harper now in reality dealing with the too often bad, immoral RCMP too?  PM Stephen Harper DOES DRINK ALCOHOL

Imagine my shock when I was in a constituency office and the experienced worker says to me it is so common for the politicians to commit adultery, it is a way of life… they all do it she says.. and they also cheat, lie, steal, make false expense accounts reports, commit tax evasions, get drunk as well it seems too.. exposed, they lose the news media support as a result too.. tend not to get reelected.. Toronto Councillor Adam Giambrone lies

Alleged victim testifies in RCMP sex-assault trial A Yukon Supreme Court judge has heard testimony from a woman who claims two off-duty RCMP officers raped her a year ago.   The woman, who cannot be identified under a publication ban, has testified that constables Graham Belak, 30, and Shawn McLaughlin, 33, sexually assaulted her in the early-morning hours of March 8, 2009, in the southern Yukon town of Watson Lake.Belak and McLaughlin were both suspended from the RCMP with pay after the charges were laid. They have since moved out of Watson Lake, as has the woman. … the woman said she met the off-duty officers at a house party. The three went back to Belak’s house, where, the woman alleged, McLaughlin held her down on the floor while Belak raped her. The woman said she could not move or speak during the alleged assault and that she blacked out a couple times before she woke up around 6 a.m. to find she was naked from the waist down http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100310/canada/canada_north_yukon_sex_assault

Officer tells court his version of events As his pregnant wife and two-year-old son slept at home, RCMP Const. Shawn McLaughlin engaged in three-way sex with a married woman and Const. Graham Belak, according to McLaughlin’s testimony in Yukon Supreme Court The intercourse he had with a woman after a party in Watson Lake last March was consensual, RCMP Const. Graham Belak told a Whitehorse courtroom.  Yukon RCMP officer told a judge Thursday he did not sexually assault a woman in Watson Lake last year while off-duty, although he admitted he did act inappropriately. Crown prosecutor Robert Beck described the two RCMP officers on trial for sexual assault as opportunists targeting a vulnerable woman who was new to Watson Lake, where the alleged crime is to have occurred. The husband of a woman who claims two off-duty RCMP officers sexually assaulted her has told a Yukon Supreme Court judge that he regrets not accompanying his wife to the party where she met the Mounties. The reality, moral of this news  story is that you cannot trust the RCMP even at a Party

2 Yukon Mounties acquitted of sexual assault Two RCMP officers have been acquitted of sexually assaulting a woman in the Yukon town of Watson Lake.
Yukon Mounties acquitted in sex assault case now face discipline hearing  The Canadian Press – Wed Mar 17, 11:47 PM   Sgt. Don Rogers confirms Belak and McLaughlin will be face an internal review process Rogers says the officers will appear before an adjudication board, which can hear testimony and review evidence before making a decision. He says the two officers will have the opportunity to defend themselves and cross-examine any witnesses that are called. No date for the hearing has been set.  Rogers says the men could face a range of penalties, from a written reprimand to dismissal from the force.

A pretend slp on the wrists is what they likely will get for showing the whole world that the Mounties cannot be trusted at parties, or when it comes to having sex  with another man’s wife.

RCMP drops Wagmatcook-shooting probe CBC – Fri Mar 12, 4:56 AM  RCMP went to John Simon’s home on the Cape Breton First Nations reserve in 2008 in response to a call that he was suicidal. An officer entered the home without orders and shot Simon, helped him to die at no extra charge.. just what Simon wanted too.. The racists RCMP will not take disciplinary action against an officer who fatally shot a Wagmatcook, N.S., man because the force took too long to start its investigation, an ongoing unacceptable fact especially when the natives are involved . Naturally the bad police farce still do cover up for their own Canada wide too..

A Nova Scotia First Nation is renewing its call for a public inquiry into a fatal shooting by an RCMP officer, saying the investigation that cleared the Mountie was deeply flawed.      RCMP Const. Jeremy Frenette was called to Simon’s home on Dec. 2, 2008. He climbed through a window to deal with an allegedly drunk, suicidal and armed Simon ignoring a supervisor’s directive to stay put and ended up killing  him.  Patsy MacKay urged the RCMP to “wait John out” because she believed he would simply fall asleep. In addition, the fact that Simon had an unloaded rifle in his hands when he was shot.  Patsy MacKay left the house when her common-law husband started drinking and took a rifle with her. There was no confrontation between the two, the band states in its report.  Also, MacKay wasn’t drunk,  the band maintains.  “All they [RCMP] had to do was own up. People do make mistakes. But they just wouldn’t, they the RCMP just refused to take responsibility and I don’t know why that is,” she said. “Only a public inquiry will answer those questions, not only for this community but for others across the country because so many are in the same position because of the policing structure, but also in a very specific way heal the community because the concluding report was an insult,” Gary Richard, the band’s lawyer. The band concludes Simon’s death was preventable and that it was caused by mistakes by the RCMP and their flawed command and control structure. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100318/canada/canada_novascotia_ns_wagmatcook_band_shooting_report

HALIFAX, N.S. – The watchdog agency for the RCMP says rising public concern has prompted it to take the rare step of launching its own probe into the fatal shooting of a Nova Scotia man in his home by a police officer.  Ian McPhail, acting chairman of the RCMP complaints commission, announced Tuesday he has decided to proceed with an inquiry into the conduct of the RCMP in the Dec. 2, 2008, shooting death of John Simon.  McPhail said the probe – known as a “public interest investigation” under the RCMP Act – is of his own initiative rather than as a result of outside complaints.  “There are sufficient concerns related to this case which merit a public interest investigation,” McPhail said in an email.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100316/national/ns_rcmp_shooting

VANCOUVER (CBC) -The Victoria police department revealed Wednesday that two of its officers have been charged with assault. The alleged assault occurred during transport of people in custody to the police station and later in the police cell block. The two officers will face their charges in court next month.

Maniac killed a good cop.. WINGHAM, Ont. – The retired logger and avid hunter accused of gunning down an Ontario Provincial Police officer earlier this week died Thursday from wounds he received in a gunfight with police, as the officer’s family prepared to lay him to rest with full police honours.  Const. Vu Pham was shot and killed Monday after pulling over a pickup truck on a rural southwestern Ontario road. Fred Preston was then shot in an exchange of gunfire after another officer got to the scene near Wingham, Ont., north of London.  Preston was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder in the death of Pham and attempted murder relating to the other officer.  The 70-year-old former reeve of Joly township in northern Ontario had been in critical condition in hospital since Monday. But on Thursday night he was taken off life support, said a family member who did not want to be identified.  The province’s Special Investigations Unit confirmed the death.  Meanwhile, hundreds of people who knew Pham at various stages of his life – as a young boy newly arrived in Canada, to his years as a dedicated father and police officer – flocked to a funeral home Thursday to pay their respects.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/100311/national/officer_shot

DO ALSO NOTE THAT  I REALLY NOW DO NOT TRY TO PLEASE EVERYONE, I DO NOT DEPEND ON ADVERTISERS FOR NONE OF MY INCOME, SINCE I ALSO DO NOT WORRY ABOUT BEING FIRED OR NOW PLEASING ANY BOSSES I NOW CAN WRITE AND DEAL WITH THE TRUTH. SO I DO NOT HAVE TO RESORT TO LIES, OMISSIONS, SPINS AS WE SEE SO MANY BAD NEWS REPORTERS NOW EVEN DO AS WELL.

I am really rightfully disgusted as to how too many of the so called Canadian Professionals such as cops, RCMP officers, doctors, nurses, pastors tend to be bullies, abusers of others and too often now… they seem to falsely think they are above the law cause they hold an important job.

Nunavut RCMP officer charged after domestic assault The Canadian Press – Tue Mar 16, 10:13 PM IQALUIT, Nunavut – An RCMP officer in the tiny Baffin Island community of Pond Inlet has been charged with assault after a domestic disturbance. Const. Eric Ootoovak was locked up Sunday after fellow officers responded to a complaint from a home in the largely Inuit community. Ootoovak was on paternity leave at the time . An RCMP spokesman says it appears to have been a domestic incident, although the name of the victim hasn’t been released. Ootoovak, who has been released from custody, will appear in court on two counts of assault on June 1 in Pond Inlet

Ex-Alberta MP Jaffer’s drug, Impaired driving charges dropped

Public should know more about Jaffer: Nicholson  Globe and Mail  Mr. Jaffer is a former Conservative MP from Edmonton. He is married to Harper cabinet minister Helena Guergis.

Political stereotypes, joined at the hip National Post  What we think is this: that these people enter public life booming their concern for the little guy, the average Joe, the set-upon taxpayer, but as soon as they clip on their MP wings they can’t wait to shake off the dust of where they came from, parade their special status and go full prima donna as a matter of right.  Stephen Harper, we all remember, came out of Reform, a populist political movement that very particularly made a point of reminding Canadians how politicians, “once they got to Ottawa,” forgot the people, lost touch with their roots, ignored their constituents.

Guergis, Jaffer at height of hypocrisy TheChronicleHerald.ca  IT’S NO WONDER that many young people don’t pay attention to politics. It is a dreary parade of lumpy middle-aged people in suits reading misleading and evasive talking points to one another, projecting emotions they don’t feel as they defend their parties, attack other parties and attempt to attract the attention of tuned-out voters with dim-witted propaganda. Thank goodness, then, for Helena Guergis and Rahim Jaffer, the Tory poster couple for bad behaviour, for offering young people a bit of titillation this week. It has been pretty good theatre — a farce in two acts — wherein they behave badly, with no consequences to themselves beyond public scorn, and we all get to enjoy the spectacle. The Tories look like they are coddling a couple of spoiled brats, and they look like hypocrites. Much of the Tories’ electoral success was based on a simple-minded anti-crime message. They promise to get tough, and pass laws requiring mandatory sentences. They self-righteously and dishonestly bleat at the opposition for obstructing those bills, and then kill those bills by proroguing. The Jaffer case still points to the reality of our criminal justice system. A lot of people get light sentences because of plea bargains.Sad..

Jaffer and Guergis have done us all a favour for drawing attention to the limits of the Conservatives’ crime agenda. Their farcical support of it too.. When it came to appealing the light sentence given to one of their own the Conservatives shut up.

The Canadian Press

Conservative minister Helena Guergis, minister of state for the status of women, was recently forced to apologize for an angry outburst against airport and Air Canada staff in Charlottetown. She allegedly seethed at being put through airline procedures as she arrived minutes before a scheduled flight, calling the city a “hellhole” and uttering a profanity.  Guergis   is also dealing with the fallout from husband Rahim Jaffer’s careless-driving charge. Jaffer, a former Conservative MP, saw charges of impaired driving and drug possession dropped – a “break” in the words of the judge who heard his case.

This is the same new Political party that had promised to be good, different from all the others firstly but basically still are the same.

Too many Canadians  consider  the apparent incompetence, favouritism and indifference exhibited by the Crown in withdrawing the more serious charges, including impaired driving, laid against Jaffer as unacceptable. The former Reform and Conservative MP Rahim Jaffer gets a slap on the wrist. He received what even the judge in the case conceded was a “break”. Next the  Law and order Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper, federal Justice Minister, and the federal security minister are not demanding a retrial cause they are happy one of their own got off scott free?  Considering Jaffer’s own tough-on-crime messages and the Conservative government’s dim view of lenient sentencing by judges, this all smells  of real hypocrisy now to all..

The $500 fine given to former Conservative MP Rahim Jaffer for careless driving by an Ontario judge on March 9, after he was initially charged with cocaine possession, impaired driving and speeding, hardly sends a message as a deterrent. This case raises the question, Can influence, money and a good lawyer sway the course of justice? Most Canadians will consider the penalty handed out to Jaffer to be unreasonable. http://www.edmontonjournal.com/news/Jaffer+sentence+laws+jeopardy/2669583/story.html

Former Conservative MP Rahim Jafferwas stopped for speeding north of Toronto last September. Provincial police from the Caledon detachment arrested him after he admitted to having consumed two bottles of beer and he failed a breath test.Police laid three charges against Jaffer – possession of cocaine, drunk driving and speeding – for doing 90 kilometres an hour in a 50 km/h zone. The advocacy group Mothers Against Drunk Driving has written to Ontario’s attorney general, demanding to know why the drunk driving case against Jaffer fell apart. “It is critical that answers be provided as to why the case did not proceed with the original charges, given that the evidence appeared to warrant and support the charges,” wrote MADD Canada’s National President Margaret Miller in the letter. The NDP’s justice critic, Joe Comartin,  said he wants both the provincial attorney general and Justice Minister Rob Nicholson to explain to Canadians why very serious charges against Jaffer were dropped, because there’s a “perception” of a double-standard.

Former Conservative MP Rahim Jaffer pleaded guilty today in Orangeville, Ont., to careless driving.  Charges of cocaine possession and drunk driving were withdrawn. Jaffer, who is married to junior federal cabinet minister Helena Guergis, was fined $500. Jaffer, 38, was arrested last Sept. 10 after police stopped him for speeding in Palgrave, Ont., north of Toronto.  The judge said he hoped the former politician recognized the break he was getting. Jaffer was first elected as an Alberta Conservative MP in 1997 but lost in his riding in 2008.

“WHAT?!!!  What a joke. How in the hell do you plead coke possession and impaired driving down to careless driving?  This slimeball should be in jail. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE.”

Sadly  this is a crappy judgment.. a poor ordinary fellow would get no breaks like this.. Our Conservative government law and order, accountability falsely does not apply to one of their own..

The decision drew howls of outrage from government critics, who accused the Conservatives of gross hypocrisy for promoting an aggressive “tough-on-crime” agenda but remaining silent when the mantra was not applied to one of their own. Conservatives, up to and including the prime minister, have publicly criticized judges for sentences they deemed too light. Harper, unsolicited, publicly questioned the sentence handed to a Toronto terrorism convict in January.  But on Tuesday several Conservative MPs stressed that the Jaffer court proceedings were in Ontario jurisdiction and had nothing to do with the federal government. Yet political intervention is precisely what the Conservatives are pushing when they enact mandatory minimum sentencing laws, said several experts. “Prosecutors and judges strike deals to preserve proportionality. But because they can’t do it in public, they do it behind closed doors.” And a well-recorded history of increased plea bargains in areas of mandatory minimum sentences suggests it is people like Jaffer – connected, educated, wealthy – who benefit most, said criminologist Neil Boyd of Simon Fraser University in Burnaby. Judge gives former Tory MP $500 slap on wrist Toronto Star When he was re-elected in 2006, Prime Minister Stephen Harper named him chair of the Conservative caucus.

Tories bristle when asked to explain Rahim Jaffer’s ‘slap on the wrist’ Globe and Mail (blog)

Tories should take Jaffer lesson to heart, dump minimum sentences: experts The Canadian Press

Poor optics on Jaffer sentence Ottawa Citizen

so next the drunk cops will be let of the hook too ehhh

Rahim Jaffer and Helena Guergis have become the poster couple for political entitlement. Jaffer, a former MP and one-time chair of the Conservatives’s national caucus, was under intense pressure Wednesday to explain how he dodged impaired driving and cocaine possession charges in a plea bargain that earned him a $500 fine for careless driving. And the appearance of preferential treatment in his case was linked to that of his wife, the junior status of women minister who was allowed to board a plane last month despite throwing a public, obscenity-laced tantrum at Charlottetown airport.  Guergis issued a written statement apologizing for speaking “emotionally” to airport and airline staff while catching a plane. She conceded her conduct — allegedly yelling at employees, trying to force her way through a security barrier and grousing about being “stuck in this hell hole” — was inappropriate. Get rid of this couple they are an embaressement to all Canadians!!

Welcome to not one big Canada but too many seperate parts..

New Canadians , new immigrants to Canada are often really surprised to find out that next in reality, in fact , unlike the lies too often conveyed to them , that Canada in reality is not one big country with the same equal rights, the same equal  services available in all the parts of Canada. They are not only to surprised that the type of supposedly universal Medicare services available in Canada actually  seriously differs from province to province,  since Health and social welfare are provincial issues under provincial registrations, but so do   many of the laws, and related penalties, such as the penalties for drunk driving as well differ from province to province, so does the quality and the type of police services, social services now offered to all as well. http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2009/10/03/insuring-adequate-consumer-protection/

AND WHAT ELSE?

Food, Health, Medical Standards  and professional standards and their enforcements vary often even from province to province too. University Education fees now also differ now too. When the governments lie and say they are looking after the good welfare of all of the citizens, it even seriously now depends where you actually do  live in Canada.

OTTAWA – Canadians have universal health care, but a new study shows big differences in health spending across the country, suggesting there may also be inequalities in the quality and quantity of medical care people receive. The analysis of health-care spending by Toronto-based Dale Orr Economic Insight shows that some provinces spend hundreds of dollars more per capita than others. The breakdown in medicare expenditures shows Newfoundland spends $1,000 more per person – or about 30 per cent more – than Quebec, which has been consistently near the bottom on spending on health care over the last decade.Ontario, Canada’s most populous and second most prosperous province in terms of per capita income, is surprisingly near the bottom on health-care spending at $3,712, higher only than Quebec’s $3,419. The highest per capita health-care spenders are Newfoundland at $4,490 and Saskatchewan and Alberta at just over $4,400 each. The amounts are forecasts for the year 2009 from the Canadian Institute of Health Information.
http://picasaweb.google.com/anonconformer/Thenonconformer#

Here is what I at least have found amazing about real life, the amount of evil, wrong doings does depend on the actual places you go to. In Canada I have found some cities are worse over others. I have also found that some banking institutions, governmental offices  are better over others. The same truth applies to hospitals, schools or what ever. Needless to say all this depends on the local management styles, policies or actually too often the lack of it.

PS: The amount of money spent does not necessary mean quality care.. they the governments  are merely putting more money into pails full of holes merely.. There generally is still no real personal  management of the quality of medical services provided by doctors and nurses anywhere in Canada.. thus the medical workers they still do tend to do their own thing which most of the time still seems to be coffee breaks, etc., as i have detailed elsewhere often too…

about the leg and heart surgery delays

Filed under: News and politics — thenonconformer @ 5:10 am

Useless Watchdog ready to handle ER probes.
It is misleading to say that the lack of Hospital beds is the sole problem..

Do you even  know what the actual patient waiting time  is to see a cardiologist  for example outside of the hospital, or an eye doctor, or a  skin specialist, a knee specialist  for a start?

Having been to the emergency about 7 times at least this year alone with my senior father there are 3 things essential for all for a start  to note..

1 People who are seriously ill cannot generally  be helped by their family doctors, cause they  still generally  do not have the essential medical skills or even access to the essential medical tests..

Only hospital tend to have the best, essential testing equipment, medical personnel .. so the lack of emergency room or hospital beds  here  now is not the sole problem..

in reality rather the root problem is the lack of hospital staff to test the sick people 24 hours per day and seven days a week since the good hospital staff, medical technicians and doctors  tend to work 9-5 and  five days a week only.. and this is the root problem

Generally too many inadequate, pretentious medical test are also still being done initially too by the family doctors and emergency rooms one too.

2 What the lack of emergency and hospital  beds now also means though is that the patient cannot firstly get medically diagnosed and get get their blood tests done within the first 4 hours..

so they can if needed be put into an emergency bed for 48 hours and next if needed.. transferred to the Hospital bed for 10 days at the most where more medical  tests can be done…

what we here also really still do need is not more beds.. but hospital medical testing facilities to be available 7 days a week, 24 hours per day..

3 The lack of proven, skilled medical personnel is still problem especially, especially   in emergency rooms and elsewhere..

for instance inexperienced, nurses and inexperienced  doctors should not be allowed to look after  the patients in the emergency room.. Reality   rather here  we need qualified and experienced medical personnel here and   24 hours per day and seven days a week here.. which too often is not the case too…

4 Now I myself have been to the emergency room at least 5 times the last few years..

Note this I had 5 different doctors at the same hospital give 5 different reason for my sickness initially and none of them were right.. the actual sickness was determined only after I was admitted and serious testing done..

In many  other instances the emergency room could not help me or others cause they did not have at all the proper medical experts available at all in the emergency room.. since they tend to  too often concentrate, specialize in recognizing  heart attacks, cancer , broken bones mainly  it seems.

Oh well if you cannot get good medical servcie   in Canada you can go to the states if you are rich..

$5M project targets heart failure Calgary Herald - Scientists and physicians have launched an Albertawide research project to better identify and treat heart failure, a condition that affects 80000 Albertans. Across Canada, the figure swells to over 500,000. Symptoms of heart failure include shortness of breath, chest pain, difficulty exercising, and swelling of the ankles.

Firstly all of the governments need  to allot a lot more money for Medicare, heart and leg surgery and for decades now too as well .. and likely this money will be partially abused again as well..  some thing I still do see too often now too.. doctors and nurses even not properly supervised..

Anyone stupid to say that the main problem is due to the lack of nurses is a fool.. for the root problem is the fact the Hospitals have a limited annual budget for heart surgery teams overall and for decades now as well, and not just in Quebec. heart surgery at $50,000 plus is a costly undertaking.. so only about 10 percent of the people who need it get it.. and I have been writing that truth now for 15 years now too. In Quebec and in many of the other provinces they do often practice pretentious, token Medicare.. they in the pretentious McGill West Island Health Social Services Centre, McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) and in the University of Montreal Health Centre (CHUM),  allow the public to think they have adequate medical services only.. but do not have the staff, equipment, resources for it.. especially now for both heart and leg surgeries now.. and as the population in Canada gets older this is becoming even more obvious too.

”What is the correlation between the incidence of high blood pressure and high personal indebtedness in this country?” “  Did the Canadian causes of death study  take into account how many people had moved to Alberta but died of heart attacks once they saw the cost of LIVING housing and health care in reality once they arrived there?”

Notice the spin doctors do not deal truthfully or specially with how many people who have been diagnosed with serious heart problems got treated within 6 months to 2 years at the most and why was that? Reality heart treatment is done at major hospitals only who do not get paid on a per patient basis, but only get an annual budget to work with, a budget which varies with each city,  province now too, so they firstly do not treat all the serious heart patients.

Leg and Heart surgery

Firstly all of the governments need  to allot a lot more money for Medicare, heart and leg surgery and for decades now too as well .. and likely this money will be partially abused again as well..  some thing I still do see too often now too.. doctors and nurses even not properly supervised..

Quebec to address heart surgery delays Quebec Health Minister Yves Bolduc is promising to reduce the waiting list for heart surgery in the province after a 65-year-old patient died while on the waiting list for a relatively straightforward procedure.  Jean-Guy Pitre, a retired police officer, died Friday after waiting more than five months for the operation to repair a blocked aorta, which was to take place at Montreals Hotel Dieu hospital. Officials at the University of Montreal Health Centre (CHUM), said it was forced to postpone Pitres surgery because of a lack of beds in the intensive care unit

The reality also is  that   a God/faith  based forgiveness approach still works only if one admits that one lies, one has to first admit he has sinned  before he or she can receive help, forgiveness for it.. like it or not.

Notice the spin doctors do not deal truthfully or specially with how many people who have been diagnosed with serious heart problems got treated within 6 months to 2 years at the most and why was that? Reality heart treatment is done at major hospitals only who do not get paid on a per patient basis, but only get an annual budget to work with, a budget which varies with each city,  province now too, so they firstly do not treat all the serious heart patients.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/05/12/canadian-mortaility-rate-death-health-heart-disease-cancer/
